Learn English with President Trump. President Trump delivers a speech on immigration reform, immigration reform and his vision for the future of the country. President Trump speaks at a rally in Tarrant County, Texas, on the immigration reform legislation.
00:01:07.220The corrupt, democratic, neo-Marxist party is what they are, backed by the lords of easy money, the sociopathic overlords on Wall Street, the global corporatists, the apartheid state oligarchs in Silicon Valley, which the progressive movement and progressive Democrats created.
00:02:05.700They're standing firm here because they want all of their deportations to stand up.
00:02:10.760So they're concerned about the precedent in that sense.
00:02:13.960They also want to use it to move forward.
00:02:16.500And we heard that very clearly from Trump today when he talked about what he characterized as homegrown American citizens who he might want to deport.
00:02:26.340And so he's looking, again, to accumulate all of that power in his own hands.
00:02:31.780You're the full faith and credit of the United States.
00:02:35.400The whole monetary system, everything is on your shoulders.
00:02:38.360The whole military is on your shoulders.
00:02:41.240And you've been screwed every day for the last 50 years since President Reagan left, right?
00:02:58.120If I told you years ago that one day, right before the 250th anniversary of one of the greatest moments in world history, not just American history, the shot heard around the world in Lexington and Concord, you would be in a convention screaming like mad men and mad women.
00:04:05.540And that's why you're such an amazing lesson to people because you said, my agency, my own human agency, they may think I'm a nobody, but I'm not.
00:04:40.480The district court is valiantly trying to basically determine that white is white and black is black and just get answers from the administration.
00:04:51.660And they're hiding behind the sort of thinnest veneer of saying, well, now that this person's out of the country, we can't possibly do anything.
00:04:59.620We can't even tell you that we asked to have him be returned.
00:05:03.360It is a complete flouting of the district court, Court of Appeals, and now Supreme Court orders.
00:10:39.480I know you guys are on top of things, as ever.
00:10:41.660They just announced, so the fiscal year, as you know, being a viewer of the show, and Russ Vogt, the director of OMB, is going to be with us at the bottom of the hour.
00:10:50.880You know that the fiscal year of the United States government starts October 1st, so it starts in really the fourth quarter of the calendar or the traditional financial year, as most companies, I think, report on a calendar year.
00:11:07.380The deficit that we are running, and I mean cash money.
00:11:15.380This is no accounting conventions or accounting tricks.
00:11:19.720First half of the year, which is one quarter of Joe Biden, given, I guess, one month of his actual presidency and then a couple of months after he was defeated and was a real lame duck.
00:11:32.080President Trump on the transition, although he had no technical power, and then one quarter with President Trump.
00:11:41.840Of course, we did pass the CR, and let's be blunt.
00:11:44.960There was an accommodation there to make sure that we could get in, and okay, it was supposed to be changed back in December.
00:11:57.860We're going to take one for the team and just go.
00:11:59.940And if you watch this show, you know, back in December, in January, I was arguing this doge, this new thing had to be blended into OMB as an advisor and get into what's called the appropriations process because that's really the law that comes out about what you're actually going to spend and appropriate.
00:12:21.920We then did the big, beautiful bill, and they had 25 to 40 people in the House Freedom Caucus and others that didn't want to do it, didn't want to sign up for it because of the spending cuts, no spending cuts.
00:12:38.960My calculation right now on the big, beautiful bill is, hey, I'm just backing the envelope, but I think it's a $3 trillion deficit annually, and I don't want to hear about 10 years because that's all happy talk.
00:13:13.140And all you guys in the meme lords, so far I've got a real budget of six months of a year that we're going to do $1.3 trillion in the first half.
00:14:10.520I want to do this and do the following and do all that.
00:14:12.540Because the people that got us in this, and this, you see this phony cosplay, Bernie Sanders and AOC, run around the oligarchy, the anti-oligarchy.
00:14:25.040They created the oligarchy and have not taken one measure to stop it.
00:14:30.040But for the Bernie bros, who, to be brutally frank, are kind of saps, given the pathetic nature of Bernie's campaigns against Hillary Clinton.
00:14:39.940Just saying, just saying, if you're going to take down Clinton, you've got to rip her face off politically.
00:15:16.400The company I trust to help you diversify into physical gold is Birch Gold, the company I buy my gold from.
00:15:22.600Birch Gold specializes in helping you convert an existing IRA or 401K into a tax-sheltered IRA in physical gold for no money out of pocket.
00:19:40.760Talk to me about how you guys did this.
00:19:43.660You did it in the darkest days of 2021.
00:19:46.420Walk us through, because I want this to be a template.
00:19:48.700You and Tarrant County have to be, and there's others around that I've already identified, but you are the primal force in back of President Trump and the MAGA movement.
00:20:02.020What you folks have done at the precinct level and to take over incredibly important counties, Tarrant County in Texas and Greenville, which is the buckle of the Bible Belt, but really hardcore conservatives in MAGA.
00:20:59.420So it really made me realize that the party did not want the citizens, and especially the grassroots citizens, involved in the organization.
00:21:07.280Greenville County is 550,000 citizens, and there were probably, in the old days, maybe 300 people that would come to a convention.
00:21:17.160So you've got 300 people making a decision about how the local party is run, and we are the driving force for the entire state of South Carolina, being the largest county.
00:21:25.560So we actually ran a candidate, a gentleman by the name of Presley Stutz, in 2019.
00:21:30.640We learned a little bit about the reorg process.
00:21:36.620The rules are written to be interpreted either way, whatever way the establishment wants the rules to be interpreted that will benefit them.
00:21:43.440And then we really got involved, you know, with the stolen election of 2020.
00:21:48.780We rolled out our organization, myscgop.com or .news, and we rolled that organization out literally on January 21st, 2021.
00:21:59.000So we were there in the darkest of days, as you like to call it.
00:22:02.560And what our mission was was to teach people about how to get involved in precinct reorg.
00:22:07.060It's really what Dan Schultz is doing out of Arizona and what you've had him on there.
00:22:12.020And that's what we're trying to teach people and educate people to do.
00:22:15.580And we've been very successful at it here in South Carolina, especially here at Ground Zero, being Greenville, South Carolina, South Carolina.
00:22:51.980It was the 3% that were engaged in in the Revolutionary War.
00:22:55.820Well, I mean, we're in our second Revolutionary War now, and it's really the 3% that are willing to put up with it.
00:23:00.620And I couldn't express to you, you get bad press and all kinds of, you know, the racist comments, and you saw the signs out there yesterday from the few protesters from the Democratic Party.
00:23:11.100But, I mean, you know, the attacks that they levy on us are just almost mind-blowing.
00:23:16.340And you've got to have, you know, as you said, boot leather or thick skin like President Trump does to be able to even participate in this thing.
00:23:25.180I'm a tax attorney CPA, and if you would ask them, I'm the biggest criminal on the planet and the biggest racist on the planet as well.
00:23:37.060We have a firm belief that the precinct reorganization process and getting involved and taking back the bully pulpit of the Republican Party is how we save this country.
00:23:48.820If we take the voice, the bully pulpit of the GOP, that helps us influence the other 97% of the electorate as to which candidates are the good candidates, which are the MAGA candidates.
00:24:01.200And if we get more MAGA, America First candidates elected, then we'll get better legislation, and it will trickle up to the D.C. level.
00:24:08.440So everything that you're doing and President Trump is doing at the national level, the federal level, we're trying to meet you in the middle by working up from the bottom, from the actual precinct.
00:24:33.200And everybody, every precinct, every county out there ought to be setting themselves up with a two-year plan to take over and take back their precinct, activate their precinct, and get involved and take over their local county parties and ultimately their state parties.
00:24:48.260And that's how we believe will save America.
00:24:54.300Jeff, can you hang on for a few minutes?
00:24:55.980I'm going to—we're going to go to commercial break here in a couple of minutes.
00:24:59.340I'm going to bring Russ Vogt in at OMB, and then I want to bring you back so if you can hold, I'd appreciate it.
00:25:05.660Jeff Davis is the GOP chair of Greenville County GOP, and it's extraordinary.
00:25:11.620The lessons of these folks in Tarrant County, it's a template for the country.
00:25:18.720Now, there's a lot more of you folks out there working on this.
00:25:20.580I know we're going to have—our big thing is to expose you to the national media of where the beating heart of MAGA is and how strong this movement is.
00:25:30.240The Hill newspaper today, which the Hill is no friend of MAGA and no friend of Trump, but it does some good reporting.
00:25:40.360It's not totally obnoxious like some of them.
00:25:42.500Not nearly as bad as Politico, but the Hill has an interesting article today about polling they're doing and others are doing, NBC, I think, and others.
00:25:52.96070 percent, 70 percent of Republican voters now identify as MAGA, and this includes new voters that we're bringing in.
00:26:02.740The MAGA movement is at the early stages of this reorientation and redirection of this grand realignment that AOC and Bernie Sanders are running around cosplaying populists, cosplaying economic nationalists.
00:26:19.200And you see everything you talk about, oh, it's climate change and Gaza and climate change and DEI, nothing that gets to the heart of it.
00:26:29.680One of the issues both in Texas and South Carolina, how do you have a huge MAGA base?
00:26:33.900How do you have a political movement that's energizing people, yet you have establishments in Texas and in South Carolina that are adamantly opposed to that?
00:26:45.300And I mean adamantly, down in the trenches, we're going to defeat you and we're going to pull every dirty trick in the book to do it.
00:26:52.080Part of that reason is what Jeff just said.
00:26:54.780Human nature is that, hey, we're not built for conflict.
00:26:57.500Well, in this one, you're going to have to be like the Patriots in 1775.
00:27:04.260This is the week of the 250th anniversary of Lexington and Concord.
00:27:11.400And it is that DNA, it's that spirit, it's that fighting spirit that comes down through every Patriot's grave to the current time.
00:28:13.400Real peace of mind comes from knowing your family is prepared for anything.
00:28:19.020My Patriot Supply, America's most trusted name in emergency preparedness, is offering a time-limited discount on their best-selling three-month emergency food kit.
00:28:29.880Now, this is the basic, the three-month emergency food kit.
00:28:33.680This isn't your typical survival food.
00:28:35.700Each kit provides over 2,000 calories and 100% of the recommended value of 12 essential vitamins and minerals daily for 90 days.
00:28:45.520With delicious meals and extras, including chicken, beef, fruits, and veggies.
00:28:50.260We're talking quality meals that last up to 25 years in storage and still taste like home-cooked.
00:28:56.280The pandemic taught us how quickly store shelves can empty.
00:30:18.360I was trying to say last night at the speech, and Jeff Davis is going to join us right after we get Russ up to talk about what's happening at OMB.
00:30:29.440The budget for the State Department slashed 50%, and the budget that they're working on, the State Department slashed their budget 50%, finally.
00:30:43.840And I think foreign aid's taken down to, like, you know, some de minimis amount.
00:31:09.320Remember, the original plan is that you're going to stop the kinetic part of the Third World War, you're going to deport 10 million illegal alien invaders, and you're going to address this financial and economic disaster we have.
00:31:28.620Well, look at what he's doing in effectuating that, the national security policy, the economic nationalism, and the taking on the administrative state and the deep state.
00:31:37.860The national security and the economic nationalism are inextricably linked.
00:31:44.580President Trump is not an isolationist.
00:31:52.800Number one is the economic nationalist piece with what he's doing on the – it's not just trade and tariffs.
00:32:01.840It's a total reorganization of the commercial relationships of the United States of America to other countries in the world.
00:32:10.820Heretofore, we have – and let's just take the Eurasian landmass, the kind of the post-war international rules-based order.
00:32:19.620If you go around the Eurasian landmass and remember for over 100 years or maybe 125 years since the theory of geopolitics came out and they really went off Napoleon and what Napoleon was doing versus the British and Admiral Mahan and the theoretician and – of the British Empire and – or the theoretician that walked us through what the British Empire was doing.
00:32:48.000Lord Nelson, Lord Nelson, all that, the sea power versus the land power.
00:32:50.640Around the rim of the Eurasian landmass, you have NATO and Western Europe.
00:32:54.900Then you have the Gulf Emirates, Israel, Persia, everything in the Middle East and around the Persian Gulf and the North Arabian Sea.
00:33:01.400Then you go around, keep going around the rim of the Eurasian landmass.
00:33:06.100You get to the South China Sea and Taiwan and all that.
00:33:08.760Then you get up into Japan and Korea, those four kind of hotspots.
00:33:15.620And you have commercial relationships, trade deals, capital markets integration, and an American security guarantee.
00:33:53.700This is how you lost five million high-paying, good manufacturing jobs.
00:33:58.440This is how all your manufacturing base left the country and deported – departed for Asia.
00:34:09.360So the Lao Baixing, the hard-working common man of China, man and woman of China, would be treated like slave labor by their Communist Party overlords.
00:34:21.720And Wall Street and the global corporatists in Silicon Valley all worked in unison to do it.
00:34:28.440It wasn't an act of conspiracy that said, let's do this.
00:34:32.000No, it was the logic of the money and the logic of profits and not putting their country first.
00:34:40.520And now we're in a situation that, you know, the Chinese Communist Party, as we said, they've been in economic war for us and planning for this for 25 years.
00:34:47.240That is what this book represents, unrestricted warfare, written by two colonels that did the analysis for the People's Liberation Army at the end of the Gulf War, where they said, hey, remember Schwarzkopf and those guys every day showing the press things on CNN?
00:35:03.700They're blowing up stuff remote, you know, the fire and forget missiles.
00:35:24.640We have to do political, psychological, cyber, but most importantly, economic warfare.
00:35:32.120And we can do that because, wait for it, foreign devil leaders, the leaders of the foreign devils will sell them out, will sell out the rank and file of the foreign devils.
00:35:44.620Hey, note to self, write this down with your number two pencil.
00:35:48.360They were very smart because guess what?
00:36:19.460Number one, Bernie had the shot back in the early days.
00:36:22.000You talk about the dark days of 2021 with Jeff Davis and the team down in Greenville and everybody here and backing President Trump and that President Trump coming back from it.
00:36:35.000Think about the think about the Biden Biden had Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Joe Biden, and they they talked about, oh, we're going to raise tax on the bayonaires, the oligarchs, the bayonaires.
00:36:45.820Never even got out of the bayonaires, never even got out of the bayonaires, never even got out of the committee, died.
00:36:49.760It's not because they have no interest in taxing the bayonaires.
00:39:08.740One thing this process has shown, and Doge has done a very good job on this, and also other people working around that, is it all depends on—it's all on federal money.
00:39:21.780This is why the spending's out of control.
00:40:09.280We're readying to send up a rescissions package to Congress that includes the $1 billion rescission to Corporation for Public Broadcasting, PBS, NPR.
00:40:20.160And as you know, this is not just left-wing indoctrination.
00:40:25.420They've been at the forefront of the efforts to do on a cultural basis the type of dividing on the basis of wokeism that we've seen and had such a great deal of issue over the last four years.
00:40:37.460It's not just about whether they're covering Hunter Biden's laptop, which they are not.
00:40:47.200They've been at the forefront of the woke agenda.
00:40:51.140And that's finally going to come to end, hopefully, if we get Congress's vote.
00:40:54.200So we're sending a rescissions package up.
00:40:56.680It'll be $1 billion to Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which the vast majority of that is NPR and PBS.
00:41:02.560And it will be $8.3 billion in straight doge cuts with regard to USAID.
00:41:09.380So this is all of the nonsense, the garbage, you know, Iraqi Sesame Street.
00:41:16.560But again, program by program, it's woke.
00:41:20.800It's funding LGBT organizations and those initiatives in other countries, which you zoom out and you wonder, why do countries hate us?
00:41:28.760Because we're funding this in their country.
00:41:31.420So we're looking forward to the first of the rescissions we intend to send up.
00:41:38.620But as it pertains to this one, we want to see it passed and Congress come alongside of us and help us make sure these doge savings are, in fact, permanent.
00:41:49.780And it's good to be back on, Steve, back home.
00:42:00.460I just want to ask you about the process of rescissions because people love when you bring the receipts and they particularly love how you've taught this audience over the last couple of years, starting back in 2021, actually the process and how it means and how they're supposed to think about it.
00:42:16.380Birch gold today, it's not about the price of gold.
00:42:19.340It's not, you know, gold's price every couple of days reaches high.
00:42:23.860The point is the underlying converging factors, geopolitically, economically, capital markets that drive the price of gold and make it a store of value and a hedge against times of financial turbulence.
00:42:55.120In these budget fights that are ahead, you need to understand the BRICS nations.
00:42:59.060What's the alternative to the dollar in a monetary system predicated upon the dollar and on your shoulders because you are the full faith and credit of the United States government.
00:43:45.460It's a personal supply of prescribed emergency medications that puts the power back in your hands, whether it's an unexpected illness or a global disruption of supply chains.
00:43:56.340You can act fast and protect yourself and your loved ones.
00:44:00.500This February, show them you care in a way that really matters.
00:44:29.840I just want to – the difference between rescissions and impoundments, why did you go the rescission route and just the details of what the audience should expect and anticipate out of this process?
00:44:40.140So, obviously, you know, we're – some that were enthusiastic about impoundments.
00:44:47.520The president ran on the notion of impoundments.
00:44:49.600We don't like the Impoundment Control Act in general because for 200 years in history, presidents had this authority to impound much more regularly.
00:44:58.340And then that law came and was passed in the lowest part of the executive branch in the early 1970s as part of the apparatus of Watergate.
00:45:06.760But we're not talking about impoundments because this is at the end – that's the kind of a decision that's done at the end of the year.
00:45:13.020Right now, we're going through a programmatic review of all of the programs within the federal government, seeing what's wasteful.
00:45:21.480But we are ready with regard to some of the waste that we're seeing to use some adequate features of the Impoundment Control Act, one of which is to be able to send up a bill and not have it filibustered in the Senate.
00:45:36.540And there's a pot of money in which this makes sense.
00:45:40.200This $9.3 billion, when you put the Corporation for Public Broadcasting along with the USAID, this is a first example for us to send up and to kind of test Congress's willingness.
00:45:53.880And they've been crying out for us to send the DOGE cuts up as the rescissions.
00:45:58.500We're ready to do that when they come back to receive it formally in the House and Senate.
00:46:03.660And then we'll see where the votes are.
00:46:05.040But we are expecting this to be a successful effort.
00:46:09.640And if it is, we will send more of them up to them and make this both an Article 2 and an Article 1 project.
00:46:18.440Well, since the first cut of USAID and PBS and NPR, I think you'll get people's attention, Russ, as only you can do.
00:46:41.840So that is one of the, I would say, few features of the Impoundment Control Act.
00:46:46.160But it is this fast-track procedure to ensure that a bill is considered.
00:46:51.360And we did this for the first time probably in three decades in the first term.
00:46:55.340But it was voted down in the Senate, came out of the House, and then voted down.
00:46:59.280And so I think we'll get a different appetite based on this time we're being asked to send these up because they want to be a part of that process.
00:47:06.920And I think it will be a really great debate to have to call Democrats and anyone else onto the table.
00:47:12.280Are you really going to defend the types of waste that we've seen in literally every foreign aid program that USAID funds?
00:48:07.600I think you see the strategy right there, which is pretty well thought through, is take these that are not just, they're beyond controversial.
00:48:16.060They're offensive in the USAID side and the PBS side.
00:48:31.500So we're starting with the rescissions package.
00:48:34.040Remember when Rand Paul during the fights before the reconciliation bill and when Doge went to the, when Elon went up to the lunch in the Senate, they came back and talked about specifically tranches of $100 billion and up to $500 billion.
00:48:50.580Just go with something you've got now and then follow it.
00:48:53.660What this means in the next couple, in two weeks when they return or now, I guess, 10 days when they return, you're going to have a good old-fashioned throwdown, which is what the war room posse is looking for, right?
00:49:04.040Tonight at 6 o'clock, we're going to have, we're going to go live to, Marjorie Taylor Greene's going to have a town hall.
00:49:11.680I know they tell people to run away from town hall.
00:49:18.100And so tonight there's going to be that.
00:49:20.060And I think we're going to get Brian Glenn on a pregame at 5.
00:49:23.160We also have some amazing people talk about this constitutional crisis that's coming up because this, really, the way that the Supreme Court is handling the process of these, of people coming in, all these lawsuits trying to delay, and by delaying, denying President Trump his ability to have executive action.
00:49:44.980Tej, hey, more than ever, I got my field of greens, so I got my greens, and I got my vegetables, and I got my energy boost, my first big cup of Warpath.
00:53:07.660It helps control appetite and cravings.
00:53:09.640And it helps burn fat by converting fat into energy.
00:53:14.260Listen, if you're tired of losing weight and gaining it back, if you want to lose meaningful weight at a healthy pace, Lean was created for you.
