00:00:00.120 Look, I came here for one reason. This is raw political power, right? You took it back from the establishment, right?
00:00:11.340 You took it right back from the establishment. Let's go back to those dark days of 2021. Remember that?
00:00:19.140 President Trump had just won his second term, but was he in Washington, D.C.?
00:00:27.000 Trump won, right?
00:00:28.140 They stole it, right? Stole it right in front of us.
00:00:37.000 Stole it with cooperation of the Republican establishment, did they not?
00:00:44.320 Because Trump, not in the room, not in the deal.
00:00:48.200 And President Trump not only put you in the room, he put you at the head of the table, correct?
00:00:53.800 Is that what's going to save this country?
00:00:55.840 It has to.
00:00:58.800 How do we get in this shape?
00:01:01.100 How do we get here?
00:01:03.060 Well, Joe Biden's part of it.
00:01:05.000 He's part of it.
00:01:06.320 A big part of it.
00:01:07.220 The corrupt, democratic, neo-Marxist party is what they are, backed by the lords of easy money, the sociopathic overlords on Wall Street, the global corporatists, the apartheid state oligarchs in Silicon Valley, which the progressive movement and progressive Democrats created.
00:01:28.120 We didn't create it.
00:01:29.120 We didn't create it.
00:01:30.440 Trump didn't create them.
00:01:32.580 Hell, Trump's got Zuckerberg on trial that started in Washington, D.C. this very day.
00:01:38.340 Is this about precedent for the White House?
00:01:42.460 Because lots of people could say, listen, Mr. President, I appreciate what you're doing.
00:01:46.300 It's a difficult and valiant effort.
00:01:48.560 You made a mistake.
00:01:49.380 Bring the guy back.
00:01:50.240 Is the reason the White House doesn't want it is because it sets a precedent?
00:01:54.480 And if this precedent is set, all sorts of others will make the argument that they should come back as well.
00:01:59.240 Is that what this is about?
00:02:01.640 I think that's exactly right.
00:02:03.980 And it works both ways.
00:02:05.700 They're standing firm here because they want all of their deportations to stand up.
00:02:10.760 So they're concerned about the precedent in that sense.
00:02:13.960 They also want to use it to move forward.
00:02:16.500 And we heard that very clearly from Trump today when he talked about what he characterized as homegrown American citizens who he might want to deport.
00:02:26.340 And so he's looking, again, to accumulate all of that power in his own hands.
00:02:31.780 You're the full faith and credit of the United States.
00:02:35.400 The whole monetary system, everything is on your shoulders.
00:02:38.360 The whole military is on your shoulders.
00:02:41.240 And you've been screwed every day for the last 50 years since President Reagan left, right?
00:02:47.160 Right?
00:02:48.360 Until Trump came out.
00:02:49.540 That's what they hate.
00:02:51.080 They hate the fact that he came with a revolution that was a great awakening.
00:02:56.940 Nobody in this room.
00:02:58.120 If I told you years ago that one day, right before the 250th anniversary of one of the greatest moments in world history, not just American history, the shot heard around the world in Lexington and Concord, you would be in a convention screaming like mad men and mad women.
00:03:16.500 Right?
00:03:17.160 As one of the greatest examples in this country of taking the country back.
00:03:23.620 You say, no, I'm not going to.
00:03:24.560 You know.
00:03:25.360 Think about it.
00:03:26.500 Think about your life.
00:03:27.320 Think of the arc of your life.
00:03:29.020 Think of your journey.
00:03:29.940 That is what is inspiring people throughout the country.
00:03:35.720 Tarrant County.
00:03:36.560 And here's the amazing thing.
00:03:38.380 In South Carolina, which is so MAGA with his population and his folks.
00:03:44.160 In Texas, which is so MAGA.
00:03:46.360 Now, the establishment there are, how do I say this politely?
00:03:50.500 Not MAGA.
00:03:51.820 Right?
00:03:53.040 Because the vested interest, South Carolina is a magnificent state.
00:03:58.000 Do you honestly think they're just going to turn it over to you and say, okay, you guys want it?
00:04:02.800 That's not the way it works.
00:04:04.780 And you know that.
00:04:05.540 And that's why you're such an amazing lesson to people because you said, my agency, my own human agency, they may think I'm a nobody, but I'm not.
00:04:16.520 And you've proved that.
00:04:17.400 You know, I have to say, Judge Ludwig is so much smarter than I am.
00:04:22.480 I am such an institutionalist, and I thought this day would never come.
00:04:26.860 But I want to make sure people understand we are here.
00:04:32.180 Everyone's—at least I have tried to say, you know, we're not yet in that constitutional crisis.
00:04:37.580 That is what is going on right now.
00:04:40.480 The district court is valiantly trying to basically determine that white is white and black is black and just get answers from the administration.
00:04:51.660 And they're hiding behind the sort of thinnest veneer of saying, well, now that this person's out of the country, we can't possibly do anything.
00:04:59.620 We can't even tell you that we asked to have him be returned.
00:05:03.360 It is a complete flouting of the district court, Court of Appeals, and now Supreme Court orders.
00:05:12.200 It is truly remarkable.
00:05:15.380 And as I've said over and over again, it is—the complicity is what makes this so different than Trump 1.0,
00:05:27.060 that you don't have the White House counsel, you don't have the attorney general, you don't have anyone there to say,
00:05:35.100 this is not legal, it is not constitutional, it is not how you're supposed to behave in the United States of America.
00:05:43.100 I mean, this really is the Rubicon that I was hoping we would never, ever get to,
00:05:49.340 but that Judge Ludwig correctly said this was going to happen, and it has.
00:05:54.200 This is where we are.
00:05:55.240 It is now going to be up to the Supreme Court to actually show some steel and backbone to find that this is in violation of their order
00:06:06.500 and take as drastic steps as they can, and ideally, again, unanimously about what is happening here.
00:06:14.200 We really won't have a country left.
00:06:16.560 Thirty-nine percent of African-American men, Hispanics in majority.
00:06:19.840 And I can tell you, having done a short trip to a federal prison, the young—I'm telling you right there,
00:06:29.100 these people, these young African-American, Hispanic men hate the Democratic Party.
00:06:34.780 They hate it.
00:06:36.680 And they admire Trump.
00:06:39.340 They don't understand all his policies, and they don't have to.
00:06:43.100 They said, that guy's a leader.
00:06:44.680 He's not a politician.
00:06:46.260 I will follow that man.
00:06:48.880 That's what Trump gives us.
00:06:51.940 And what is for you tonight, after this,
00:06:56.280 ask yourself one thing about taking it broader from here and even broader than Colombia,
00:07:00.940 but taking your message throughout the country, to your countrymen,
00:07:06.440 that so far some of them have just been too timid to do it.
00:07:10.600 Ask yourself.
00:07:12.300 The world's had, I don't know, 10, 12, 14, 114 billion, I think, 114 billion people, right, since the beginning.
00:07:19.940 Why did divine providence put you here in this time and place?
00:07:24.480 What are you going to be judged for?
00:07:26.760 What are you going to be held accountable for?
00:07:28.600 Why are you here in America, and you are every bit as patriotic
00:07:33.560 and have a deep, abiding love for this country
00:07:35.840 and prepared to sacrifice for this country
00:07:38.020 as the men and women that were in Lexington Common
00:07:41.300 and at Concord Bridge this Saturday, 250 years ago?
00:07:46.400 Everybody that reads this, if I was there, there,
00:07:48.680 you are in, we are in the greatest danger,
00:07:51.520 a far greater danger than the patriots in 1775 and 1776.
00:07:56.660 Greater than even the Civil War.
00:07:58.600 Greater than World War II in the lead-up to it.
00:08:01.020 This is the greatest peril this nation's ever had.
00:08:04.260 Because the forces aligned against us are not only international forces,
00:08:09.060 but the traitors on Wall Street and corporate America and in Silicon Valley.
00:08:13.180 The enemy within is almost as powerful as the enemy without.
00:08:19.640 And the only thing that stands between it is Trump and you.
00:08:23.000 In closing, I can just leave you with one thing.
00:08:27.420 You are amazing.
00:08:29.240 Tremendous.
00:08:30.020 Now you have to inspire an entire nation.
00:08:32.480 And lead an entire nation.
00:08:34.780 No, I'm just a crazy mick that yells into our microphone.
00:08:37.380 Seriously.
00:08:37.920 You guys do the work.
00:08:39.260 I just want to leave you with one thing.
00:08:40.460 When you set out to take Vienna, take Vienna.
00:08:45.620 Fight, fight, fight.
00:08:47.320 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:08:55.980 Pray for our enemies.
00:08:57.920 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:09:01.180 Here's the time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:09:05.480 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:09:07.380 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:09:08.820 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:09:10.580 but you're not going to stop it.
00:09:11.500 It's going to happen.
00:09:12.540 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:09:16.160 Mega Media.
00:09:17.080 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:09:22.980 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:09:26.720 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:09:33.020 War Room.
00:09:33.920 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:09:36.300 It's the Ides of April, Tuesday, 15 April, Year of Our Lord, 2025.
00:09:47.040 It's your favorite day of the year, Tax Day.
00:09:51.240 You know, I'm a huge believer that we should move Tax Day.
00:09:54.380 And you could do it.
00:09:55.420 They could float it.
00:09:57.200 You move Tax Day to Election Day.
00:10:00.060 Think about why is it actually on the calendar about as separated as you can possibly get?
00:10:06.960 Now, they have all kinds of reasons, you know, that will give you 100 days or 90 days or whatever after the end of the year.
00:10:12.280 But why is it separated?
00:10:13.980 They're separated because they don't want your anger that you go to the ballot box with to be on the day you have to pay taxes.
00:10:20.900 I believe, and you make it a national holiday if you have to, Election Day and Tax Day should be the same day.
00:10:26.480 You should think through, as you're looking through those taxes, what you're actually paying for.
00:10:36.280 Okay, quiz to the War Room posse.
00:10:39.480 I know you guys are on top of things, as ever.
00:10:41.660 They just announced, so the fiscal year, as you know, being a viewer of the show, and Russ Vogt, the director of OMB, is going to be with us at the bottom of the hour.
00:10:50.880 You know that the fiscal year of the United States government starts October 1st, so it starts in really the fourth quarter of the calendar or the traditional financial year, as most companies, I think, report on a calendar year.
00:11:07.380 The deficit that we are running, and I mean cash money.
00:11:15.380 This is no accounting conventions or accounting tricks.
00:11:18.020 Cash money.
00:11:19.720 First half of the year, which is one quarter of Joe Biden, given, I guess, one month of his actual presidency and then a couple of months after he was defeated and was a real lame duck.
00:11:32.080 President Trump on the transition, although he had no technical power, and then one quarter with President Trump.
00:11:41.840 Of course, we did pass the CR, and let's be blunt.
00:11:44.960 There was an accommodation there to make sure that we could get in, and okay, it was supposed to be changed back in December.
00:11:50.840 We didn't do that.
00:11:52.420 And all of us, big boys and girls, said, fine, CR, it's Biden's budget.
00:11:56.400 It's Pelosi's budget.
00:11:57.860 We're going to take one for the team and just go.
00:11:59.940 And if you watch this show, you know, back in December, in January, I was arguing this doge, this new thing had to be blended into OMB as an advisor and get into what's called the appropriations process because that's really the law that comes out about what you're actually going to spend and appropriate.
00:12:21.920 We then did the big, beautiful bill, and they had 25 to 40 people in the House Freedom Caucus and others that didn't want to do it, didn't want to sign up for it because of the spending cuts, no spending cuts.
00:12:38.960 My calculation right now on the big, beautiful bill is, hey, I'm just backing the envelope, but I think it's a $3 trillion deficit annually, and I don't want to hear about 10 years because that's all happy talk.
00:12:53.440 This is a restructuring.
00:12:54.820 This is a reorganization.
00:12:57.380 You've got to go year by, actually, you should go week by week if you're doing it for a company.
00:13:01.800 You go week by week, the cash flow every week, how we're going to get out of here.
00:13:06.680 $1.3 trillion cash money.
00:13:13.140 And all you guys in the meme lords, so far I've got a real budget of six months of a year that we're going to do $1.3 trillion in the first half.
00:13:25.440 The first half, $1.3 trillion.
00:13:28.020 I've got guys running around here on this reconciliation.
00:13:34.240 The Doge team is talking about now not a trillion dollars of waste, fire, and abuse in this year.
00:13:38.860 Not a trillion dollars next year.
00:13:40.440 $150 billion, which has not been allocated.
00:13:42.940 You go to the website.
00:13:43.800 I don't know.
00:13:44.200 Somebody's putting, send me a meme with $300 billion.
00:13:47.660 We have to get serious.
00:13:50.360 This is a live fire exercise.
00:13:52.600 You are the full faith and credit.
00:13:57.260 It's on your shoulders.
00:13:59.760 And if it collapses, it's coming down on your head.
00:14:04.060 And MAGA, you'll be blamed.
00:14:05.260 Oh, these MAGA, these radicals, these MAGA radicals, tariffs and trade deals.
00:14:09.200 I want to do this and take on China.
00:14:10.520 I want to do this and do the following and do all that.
00:14:12.540 Because the people that got us in this, and this, you see this phony cosplay, Bernie Sanders and AOC, run around the oligarchy, the anti-oligarchy.
00:14:25.040 They created the oligarchy and have not taken one measure to stop it.
00:14:30.040 But for the Bernie bros, who, to be brutally frank, are kind of saps, given the pathetic nature of Bernie's campaigns against Hillary Clinton.
00:14:39.940 Just saying, just saying, if you're going to take down Clinton, you've got to rip her face off politically.
00:14:48.820 That's the mafia.
00:14:50.280 That's the political mafia.
00:14:53.020 Okay, short break.
00:14:54.440 We're going on offense today in the war room.
00:14:56.720 You don't go out and buy a life jacket when the boat is already sinking.
00:15:03.120 And you don't buy gold when the economy has already collapsed.
00:15:06.860 Clearly, others are heeding this advice as gold hit an all-time high the first part of 2025, multiple times.
00:15:14.300 It's not too late for you.
00:15:16.400 The company I trust to help you diversify into physical gold is Birch Gold, the company I buy my gold from.

00:16:10.660 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:20.180 Jeff Davis joins us.
00:16:22.080 Jeff, the Greenville GOP convention last night, extraordinary.
00:16:27.420 Here's the thing I found amazing.
00:16:28.600 I talked to the media beforehand, and they did clips.
00:16:30.560 They had a handful.
00:16:32.240 They have a handful of these protesters.
00:16:34.120 I was saying, you know, the Democratic Socialists or wherever they are.
00:16:36.360 There are, you know, people outside that are all worked up.
00:16:42.660 Oh, Bannon's an anti-Semite.
00:16:44.040 I think folks that watch this show consistently know what a bald-faced lie that is.
00:16:48.840 But it's just a handful of these typical, you know, if you had to cast a PBS special with the goofy left,
00:16:59.360 it was the typical goofy left with their goofy signs.
00:17:01.560 You see them on Rachel Maddow every night, her, you know, the protests are building across the country,
00:17:06.360 and she's shooting, you know, 15 people in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
00:17:12.540 In the local media, if you see the thing, the segments they did, half would be the protesters,
00:17:17.600 and the protesters sitting there, you know, saying everything, and, oh, you guys are domestic terrorists.
00:17:23.520 Inside the convention is one of the most important political stories going on.
00:17:28.580 And the local Greenville media, the TV media, are such, and you realize how dumb media is as they get up to the national level,
00:17:37.900 and that's why you see these idiots like Caitlin Collins, these people asking these really pathetically stupid questions of Trump.
00:17:44.240 They're so dumb because they're actually actors.
00:17:47.200 They're not, you know, they're all there for appearance because it's television.
00:17:50.100 They're sitting there, I'm thinking, one of the most important political stories in the country is right in this room.
00:17:58.000 Because people know, I don't waste my time.
00:18:00.900 I really channel my time to work on things that are of the urgent and of the moment.
00:18:06.180 And what happened in Greenville last night, just like in Tarrant County,
00:18:10.220 the two folks in Tarrant County and in Greenville, and by the way, in Denton County, you're getting there.
00:18:15.160 They're still split, but in Tarrant County and in Greenville, they've taken care of the problem.
00:18:20.980 This is a precinct strategy, grassroots, where people have taken control of the apparatus
00:18:24.680 and are not backing off and saying, hey, we're not going to play ball with the establishment anymore.
00:18:29.660 We're not going to play your controlled opposition game.
00:18:33.880 And it's really magnificent to watch.
00:18:36.540 On the 14th area, on a Monday night, Jeff Davis coming here.
00:18:40.820 How many folks were there?
00:18:41.960 There were 1,000 or more.
00:18:44.340 That is a massive turnout in April in a non-election year of citizens that have just shown up.
00:18:51.800 How big was it?
00:18:52.700 I think we had about 1,300 there last night.
00:18:55.680 It was an exciting event.
00:18:56.880 You were obviously a big draw to get people in there.
00:18:59.060 But really, it was about all of the delegates that were there to vote and cast out the RINO establishment.
00:19:05.140 Fortunately, the RINO establishment here in Greenville, South Carolina, boycotted our precinct reorganization this year.
00:19:14.080 So we were probably missing about 300 or 400 of them in there.
00:19:16.760 But they didn't want to pay the $20 fee to come to the convention and just give us extra money to fight the establishment.
00:19:22.360 So it was a great evening, fantastic event.
00:19:25.260 Had yourself on there.
00:19:26.300 And you were a big draw to get some guests.
00:19:28.800 And really, people from all across the state showed up from other GOPs.
00:19:32.860 And we had people as far as away as from Texas.
00:19:34.900 And actually, a gentleman from New York came down to see you.
00:19:37.760 So it was fantastic.
00:19:40.760 Talk to me about how you guys did this.
00:19:43.660 You did it in the darkest days of 2021.
00:19:46.420 Walk us through, because I want this to be a template.
00:19:48.700 You and Tarrant County have to be, and there's others around that I've already identified, but you are the primal force in back of President Trump and the MAGA movement.
00:20:02.020 What you folks have done at the precinct level and to take over incredibly important counties, Tarrant County in Texas and Greenville, which is the buckle of the Bible Belt, but really hardcore conservatives in MAGA.
00:20:16.620 How did you guys do it?
00:20:17.620 Go back to the beginning and walk us through how it did, because it ain't easy, folks, as people in the precinct strategy know already.
00:20:24.300 You're not greeted with, they don't have a big bouquet of roses and a bottle of wine to welcome you aboard when you show up.
00:20:31.400 No, it actually goes back to when President Trump was first elected in 2016.
00:20:36.540 We went to the local party here and asked them, and said, this is a great opportunity to get all these MAGA people involved.
00:20:42.780 Can we be involved in the recruiting?
00:20:44.360 We were all part of the Tea Party back in those days.
00:20:46.460 So we were kind of off to the side in the first place.
00:20:49.960 But you know what?
00:20:50.700 The local county party said those people will never show up again.
00:20:54.280 Those people are one-time voters.
00:20:55.860 We don't really care about them.
00:20:57.420 And it was a shocker for me.
00:20:59.420 So it really made me realize that the party did not want the citizens, and especially the grassroots citizens, involved in the organization.
00:21:07.280 Greenville County is 550,000 citizens, and there were probably, in the old days, maybe 300 people that would come to a convention.
00:21:17.160 So you've got 300 people making a decision about how the local party is run, and we are the driving force for the entire state of South Carolina, being the largest county.
00:21:25.560 So we actually ran a candidate, a gentleman by the name of Presley Stutz, in 2019.
00:21:30.640 We learned a little bit about the reorg process.
00:21:34.060 And I tell you, it is not welcoming.
00:21:36.620 The rules are written to be interpreted either way, whatever way the establishment wants the rules to be interpreted that will benefit them.
00:21:43.440 And then we really got involved, you know, with the stolen election of 2020.
00:21:48.780 We rolled out our organization, myscgop.com or .news, and we rolled that organization out literally on January 21st, 2021.
00:21:59.000 So we were there in the darkest of days, as you like to call it.
00:22:02.560 And what our mission was was to teach people about how to get involved in precinct reorg.
00:22:07.060 It's really what Dan Schultz is doing out of Arizona and what you've had him on there.
00:22:12.020 And that's what we're trying to teach people and educate people to do.
00:22:15.580 And we've been very successful at it here in South Carolina, especially here at Ground Zero, being Greenville, South Carolina, South Carolina.
00:22:22.780 But we went through the process.
00:22:24.420 We learned.
00:22:25.980 I will tell you, you actually made the comment last night that we seem to get worse press than you do.
00:22:32.160 And that's what's shocking about it.
00:22:33.960 We actually get, you know, it's like locusts.
00:22:37.420 They will come out and attack you from right and left, and most people are not prepared for that type of verbal attack.
00:22:44.700 Most people, human nature is not built to enjoy conflict.
00:22:50.100 I think you look back at 1776.
00:22:51.980 It was the 3% that were engaged in in the Revolutionary War.
00:22:55.820 Well, I mean, we're in our second Revolutionary War now, and it's really the 3% that are willing to put up with it.
00:23:00.620 And I couldn't express to you, you get bad press and all kinds of, you know, the racist comments, and you saw the signs out there yesterday from the few protesters from the Democratic Party.
00:23:11.100 But, I mean, you know, the attacks that they levy on us are just almost mind-blowing.
00:23:16.340 And you've got to have, you know, as you said, boot leather or thick skin like President Trump does to be able to even participate in this thing.
00:23:25.180 I'm a tax attorney CPA, and if you would ask them, I'm the biggest criminal on the planet and the biggest racist on the planet as well.
00:23:33.360 But that's not how it is.
00:23:35.000 And we have fought.
00:23:36.040 We have battled through it.
00:23:37.060 We have a firm belief that the precinct reorganization process and getting involved and taking back the bully pulpit of the Republican Party is how we save this country.
00:23:48.820 If we take the voice, the bully pulpit of the GOP, that helps us influence the other 97% of the electorate as to which candidates are the good candidates, which are the MAGA candidates.
00:24:01.200 And if we get more MAGA, America First candidates elected, then we'll get better legislation, and it will trickle up to the D.C. level.
00:24:08.440 So everything that you're doing and President Trump is doing at the national level, the federal level, we're trying to meet you in the middle by working up from the bottom, from the actual precinct.
00:24:19.680 So that's how we're doing it.
00:24:21.520 It's really not a hard—it's difficult.
00:24:25.640 You have to have a certain character to be able to participate in this.
00:24:29.020 But, you know, it's easily done.
00:24:32.020 It's easily winnable.
00:24:33.200 And everybody, every precinct, every county out there ought to be setting themselves up with a two-year plan to take over and take back their precinct, activate their precinct, and get involved and take over their local county parties and ultimately their state parties.
00:24:48.260 And that's how we believe will save America.
00:24:51.300 Okay.
00:24:51.860 We're going to—this is the model.
00:24:54.300 Jeff, can you hang on for a few minutes?
00:24:55.980 I'm going to—we're going to go to commercial break here in a couple of minutes.
00:24:59.340 I'm going to bring Russ Vogt in at OMB, and then I want to bring you back so if you can hold, I'd appreciate it.
00:25:05.660 Jeff Davis is the GOP chair of Greenville County GOP, and it's extraordinary.
00:25:11.620 The lessons of these folks in Tarrant County, it's a template for the country.
00:25:18.720 Now, there's a lot more of you folks out there working on this.
00:25:20.580 I know we're going to have—our big thing is to expose you to the national media of where the beating heart of MAGA is and how strong this movement is.
00:25:30.240 The Hill newspaper today, which the Hill is no friend of MAGA and no friend of Trump, but it does some good reporting.
00:25:39.600 It's a little slanted.
00:25:40.360 It's not totally obnoxious like some of them.
00:25:42.500 Not nearly as bad as Politico, but the Hill has an interesting article today about polling they're doing and others are doing, NBC, I think, and others.
00:25:51.880 And guess what?
00:25:52.960 70 percent, 70 percent of Republican voters now identify as MAGA, and this includes new voters that we're bringing in.
00:26:02.740 The MAGA movement is at the early stages of this reorientation and redirection of this grand realignment that AOC and Bernie Sanders are running around cosplaying populists, cosplaying economic nationalists.
00:26:19.200 And you see everything you talk about, oh, it's climate change and Gaza and climate change and DEI, nothing that gets to the heart of it.
00:26:29.680 One of the issues both in Texas and South Carolina, how do you have a huge MAGA base?
00:26:33.900 How do you have a political movement that's energizing people, yet you have establishments in Texas and in South Carolina that are adamantly opposed to that?
00:26:45.300 And I mean adamantly, down in the trenches, we're going to defeat you and we're going to pull every dirty trick in the book to do it.
00:26:52.080 Part of that reason is what Jeff just said.
00:26:54.780 Human nature is that, hey, we're not built for conflict.
00:26:57.500 Well, in this one, you're going to have to be like the Patriots in 1775.
00:27:04.260 This is the week of the 250th anniversary of Lexington and Concord.
00:27:11.400 And it is that DNA, it's that spirit, it's that fighting spirit that comes down through every Patriot's grave to the current time.
00:27:20.980 That's what separates out MAGA.
00:27:26.060 Okay, we have a world on fire financially.
00:27:29.200 I think we've done a pretty good job in the last couple of years of getting you guys ready for this.
00:27:33.820 So much more to come.
00:27:35.320 That's why right now, take out your phone.
00:27:38.600 The price of gold, which is high, is not the point.
00:27:41.900 It's the process of how it got there.

00:30:11.800 It's the way I get rolling.
00:30:17.640 We're in it now.
00:30:18.360 I was trying to say last night at the speech, and Jeff Davis is going to join us right after we get Russ up to talk about what's happening at OMB.
00:30:24.900 Big story out.
00:30:27.540 Yesterday in Politico, a scoop.
00:30:29.440 The budget for the State Department slashed 50%, and the budget that they're working on, the State Department slashed their budget 50%, finally.
00:30:43.840 And I think foreign aid's taken down to, like, you know, some de minimis amount.
00:30:49.640 Is it a huge number?
00:30:51.520 No.
00:30:52.520 But is it an important number?
00:30:53.880 Yes.
00:30:54.300 It shows you the direction that we have to take, $1.3 trillion in the first six months.
00:31:02.400 So we have to get serious about how we're going to structure this.
00:31:05.780 This is what President Trump's trying to do.
00:31:07.800 Three things simultaneously.
00:31:09.320 Remember, the original plan is that you're going to stop the kinetic part of the Third World War, you're going to deport 10 million illegal alien invaders, and you're going to address this financial and economic disaster we have.
00:31:25.220 Of those three things, right?
00:31:28.620 Well, look at what he's doing in effectuating that, the national security policy, the economic nationalism, and the taking on the administrative state and the deep state.
00:31:37.860 The national security and the economic nationalism are inextricably linked.
00:31:44.580 President Trump is not an isolationist.
00:31:46.900 This is not America alone.
00:31:48.140 This is not come-home America.
00:31:49.780 This is research or priorities.
00:31:52.800 Number one is the economic nationalist piece with what he's doing on the – it's not just trade and tariffs.
00:32:01.840 It's a total reorganization of the commercial relationships of the United States of America to other countries in the world.
00:32:10.820 Heretofore, we have – and let's just take the Eurasian landmass, the kind of the post-war international rules-based order.
00:32:19.620 If you go around the Eurasian landmass and remember for over 100 years or maybe 125 years since the theory of geopolitics came out and they really went off Napoleon and what Napoleon was doing versus the British and Admiral Mahan and the theoretician and – of the British Empire and – or the theoretician that walked us through what the British Empire was doing.
00:32:48.000 Lord Nelson, Lord Nelson, all that, the sea power versus the land power.
00:32:50.640 Around the rim of the Eurasian landmass, you have NATO and Western Europe.
00:32:54.900 Then you have the Gulf Emirates, Israel, Persia, everything in the Middle East and around the Persian Gulf and the North Arabian Sea.
00:33:01.400 Then you go around, keep going around the rim of the Eurasian landmass.
00:33:06.100 You get to the South China Sea and Taiwan and all that.
00:33:08.760 Then you get up into Japan and Korea, those four kind of hotspots.
00:33:15.620 And you have commercial relationships, trade deals, capital markets integration, and an American security guarantee.
00:33:25.600 Here's the problem.
00:33:26.380 In the commercial relationships, in the trade deals and the trading relationships, we're essentially upside down.
00:33:32.060 Why?
00:33:32.620 And this is what President Trump says over and over and over again.
00:33:38.420 It's not that – it's not that he blames the other countries.
00:33:44.840 He doesn't.
00:33:45.400 He blames the leadership of this country, which is the enemy within.
00:33:49.920 It has been.
00:33:51.020 That's what he's trying to unravel.
00:33:53.700 This is how you lost five million high-paying, good manufacturing jobs.
00:33:58.440 This is how all your manufacturing base left the country and deported – departed for Asia.
00:34:09.360 So the Lao Baixing, the hard-working common man of China, man and woman of China, would be treated like slave labor by their Communist Party overlords.
00:34:21.720 And Wall Street and the global corporatists in Silicon Valley all worked in unison to do it.
00:34:28.440 It wasn't an act of conspiracy that said, let's do this.
00:34:32.000 No, it was the logic of the money and the logic of profits and not putting their country first.
00:34:40.520 And now we're in a situation that, you know, the Chinese Communist Party, as we said, they've been in economic war for us and planning for this for 25 years.
00:34:47.240 That is what this book represents, unrestricted warfare, written by two colonels that did the analysis for the People's Liberation Army at the end of the Gulf War, where they said, hey, remember Schwarzkopf and those guys every day showing the press things on CNN?
00:35:03.700 They're blowing up stuff remote, you know, the fire and forget missiles.
00:35:07.040 They're blowing up everything remote.
00:35:09.500 And, you know, you see the black and white and all of a sudden you see a missile come in and boom, gone.
00:35:14.340 They came to the conclusion foreign devils have advanced military technology.
00:35:20.460 We may not be able to catch up with foreign devils.
00:35:23.380 So what do we have to do?
00:35:24.640 We have to do political, psychological, cyber, but most importantly, economic warfare.
00:35:32.120 And we can do that because, wait for it, foreign devil leaders, the leaders of the foreign devils will sell them out, will sell out the rank and file of the foreign devils.
00:35:44.620 Hey, note to self, write this down with your number two pencil.
00:35:48.360 They were very smart because guess what?
00:35:51.480 They did.
00:35:52.200 That's where in this jam, this is what Trump stood a thought history against Clinton and the Clinton mafia.
00:36:01.860 This is why Bernie Sanders, every one of you that show up to these rallies, you're a fool.
00:36:08.280 Your heart, you want populism, you want economic nationality, you want jobs to go over.
00:36:12.900 Some of you may be globalists.
00:36:15.360 But just listen to what AOC and Bernie put out.
00:36:17.720 It's a nothing burger.
00:36:19.460 Number one, Bernie had the shot back in the early days.
00:36:22.000 You talk about the dark days of 2021 with Jeff Davis and the team down in Greenville and everybody here and backing President Trump and that President Trump coming back from it.
00:36:33.800 Coming back for it.
00:36:35.000 Think about the think about the Biden Biden had Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Joe Biden, and they they talked about, oh, we're going to raise tax on the bayonaires, the oligarchs, the bayonaires.
00:36:45.820 Never even got out of the bayonaires, never even got out of the bayonaires, never even got out of the committee, died.
00:36:49.760 It's not because they have no interest in taxing the bayonaires.
00:36:52.380 The bayonaires control them.
00:36:54.240 They're a party that is not supported by the working class.
00:36:56.980 That's why they're doing this tour now.
00:36:59.460 They actually admitted, Bill Maher admitted the other night when I said, I said, Democrat probably doesn't support working class people.
00:37:04.200 That's a known fact.
00:37:05.020 He agrees.
00:37:05.480 He says, you're right.
00:37:06.000 But it's the credentialed class.
00:37:09.380 It's all these deadbeats with the college loans that can't pay them off.
00:37:12.360 Why?
00:37:12.900 Because, hey, they had some job in the sociology department pushing DEI or doing research on DEI.
00:37:20.580 And guess what?
00:37:21.040 It got cut off.
00:37:23.120 President Trump cut off $2.2 billion to Harvard last night.
00:37:27.020 Hey, I look and they get this.
00:37:28.980 Somehow they get $9 billion.
00:37:31.360 Cut it all off.
00:37:32.460 And I don't know why we're just pushing the anti-Semitism.
00:37:37.400 Certainly that's important.
00:37:38.540 Don't get me wrong.
00:37:39.160 But it's deeper, far deeper than that.
00:37:42.240 It's far deeper than the coming after Jewish people.
00:37:44.640 That's bad enough.
00:37:45.360 But they're coming after American citizens and patriots.
00:37:50.200 Let's go to the faculty and purge it all.
00:37:53.260 Every neo-Marxist up there that hates America gone.
00:37:55.880 And cut their money off.
00:37:56.980 And go to the state, obviously.
00:37:58.620 Go to University of Michigan.
00:37:59.640 Let's go to Ann Arbor.
00:38:00.280 We're not doing this seriously until we go to Ann Arbor.
00:38:03.000 And Madison.
00:38:05.320 Every time you come around and go, oh, my God.
00:38:07.200 Michigan and Wisconsin, they're so hard.
00:38:10.600 Because you've got the big cities, Milwaukee and Detroit.
00:38:12.660 But you've also got Madison and Ann Arbor.
00:38:15.220 Let's take the sting out of it.
00:38:17.660 The way you take the sting out of it is go to them and say, hey, you get a couple of billion dollars for this.
00:38:23.220 Is Gretchen Whitmer, she's hiding in the Oval Office.
00:38:27.120 I think she killed her presidential run.
00:38:29.720 Just saying.
00:38:30.380 That's not a profile in courage, lady.
00:38:34.720 If you're going to step into the breach and make some changes.
00:38:37.240 First off, you're going to take on Trump and MAGA.
00:38:39.320 You can't be there with your folder after Trump walked you into a trap.
00:38:43.120 And then hide.
00:38:46.040 You're going to hide.
00:38:46.720 Is that what you're going to do?
00:38:47.360 We're going to hide now.
00:38:48.100 This has to be confronted.
00:38:55.240 The universities are cesspools.
00:38:57.220 You know this.
00:38:59.920 You can't even go on campus.
00:39:01.480 If speakers can't go on campus, these speakers can't go on campus.
00:39:04.180 Hey, it's not a big deal.
00:39:05.580 Shut it down.
00:39:06.740 Take their money away.
00:39:07.660 Let's see what big shots they are.
00:39:08.740 One thing this process has shown, and Doge has done a very good job on this, and also other people working around that, is it all depends on—it's all on federal money.
00:39:21.780 This is why the spending's out of control.
00:39:24.000 All of these people exist on this.
00:39:25.660 If you cut the money—look at the bishops, the big-talking Catholic bishops.
00:39:30.320 Oh, we're all for immigration.
00:39:31.980 You've got to support the other.
00:39:33.360 You've got to do this.
00:39:34.540 Once the federal money was cut off, they stopped.
00:39:37.240 After 50 years, we're so sorry to announce.
00:39:40.680 They wouldn't even put in a penny from their own back pocket.
00:39:46.480 These guys are sitting on cash like crazy.
00:39:48.380 We're out of the business.
00:39:51.040 Russ Vote joins us.
00:39:51.960 Talk about public.
00:39:52.540 Russ, big scoop in the New York Post.
00:39:55.200 Finally, we're going to cut off these left-wing news organizations, NPR, PBS, et cetera.
00:40:00.480 Please tell me that's true.
00:40:02.140 It's just not fake news coming from the New York Post.
00:40:04.940 This is real, sir?
00:40:08.220 It's real.
00:40:09.280 We're readying to send up a rescissions package to Congress that includes the $1 billion rescission to Corporation for Public Broadcasting, PBS, NPR.
00:40:20.160 And as you know, this is not just left-wing indoctrination.
00:40:23.600 But this is worse than that.
00:40:25.420 They've been at the forefront of the efforts to do on a cultural basis the type of dividing on the basis of wokeism that we've seen and had such a great deal of issue over the last four years.
00:40:37.460 It's not just about whether they're covering Hunter Biden's laptop, which they are not.
00:40:47.200 They've been at the forefront of the woke agenda.
00:40:51.140 And that's finally going to come to end, hopefully, if we get Congress's vote.
00:40:54.200 So we're sending a rescissions package up.
00:40:56.680 It'll be $1 billion to Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which the vast majority of that is NPR and PBS.
00:41:02.560 And it will be $8.3 billion in straight doge cuts with regard to USAID.
00:41:09.380 So this is all of the nonsense, the garbage, you know, Iraqi Sesame Street.
00:41:16.560 But again, program by program, it's woke.
00:41:20.800 It's funding LGBT organizations and those initiatives in other countries, which you zoom out and you wonder, why do countries hate us?
00:41:28.760 Because we're funding this in their country.
00:41:31.420 So we're looking forward to the first of the rescissions we intend to send up.
00:41:37.440 More is coming.
00:41:38.620 But as it pertains to this one, we want to see it passed and Congress come alongside of us and help us make sure these doge savings are, in fact, permanent.
00:41:49.780 And it's good to be back on, Steve, back home.
00:41:53.940 We're glad to have you.
00:41:54.980 You came in a little late.
00:41:56.420 Can we hold you to a short commercial break?
00:41:58.760 We got a short segment after this.
00:42:00.460 I just want to ask you about the process of rescissions because people love when you bring the receipts and they particularly love how you've taught this audience over the last couple of years, starting back in 2021, actually the process and how it means and how they're supposed to think about it.
00:42:16.380 Birch gold today, it's not about the price of gold.
00:42:19.340 It's not, you know, gold's price every couple of days reaches high.
00:42:22.900 That's not the point.
00:42:23.860 The point is the underlying converging factors, geopolitically, economically, capital markets that drive the price of gold and make it a store of value and a hedge against times of financial turbulence.
00:42:38.200 Short commercial break.
00:42:39.900 I want everybody to go to birchgold.com slash Bannon, the end of the dollar empire.
00:42:46.020 We are coming out with a special regarding this.
00:42:48.980 This is all free, but we're going to bundle it in a different way so you can even get more easy access to it.
00:42:54.160 Go get that today.

00:43:17.760 Health isn't just a personal issue.
00:43:19.800 It's a family issue, a community issue.

00:43:24.240 Supply chains can break down.
00:43:25.520 Hospitals can get overwhelmed.
00:43:26.820 And let's not even start on the natural disasters.
00:43:30.180 These aren't hypotheticals.
00:43:31.380 They're happening.
00:43:32.020 You see it here in the war room, and we all know it.
00:43:34.820 The question is simply, are you ready?
00:43:37.780 That's where Jace comes in.

00:44:23.660 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:44:28.440 Russ, I know you've got to bounce.
00:44:29.840 I just want to – the difference between rescissions and impoundments, why did you go the rescission route and just the details of what the audience should expect and anticipate out of this process?
00:44:40.140 So, obviously, you know, we're – some that were enthusiastic about impoundments.
00:44:47.520 The president ran on the notion of impoundments.
00:44:49.600 We don't like the Impoundment Control Act in general because for 200 years in history, presidents had this authority to impound much more regularly.
00:44:58.340 And then that law came and was passed in the lowest part of the executive branch in the early 1970s as part of the apparatus of Watergate.
00:45:06.760 But we're not talking about impoundments because this is at the end – that's the kind of a decision that's done at the end of the year.
00:45:13.020 Right now, we're going through a programmatic review of all of the programs within the federal government, seeing what's wasteful.
00:45:19.900 That's in conjunction with DOGE.
00:45:21.480 But we are ready with regard to some of the waste that we're seeing to use some adequate features of the Impoundment Control Act, one of which is to be able to send up a bill and not have it filibustered in the Senate.
00:45:34.180 So that's what we're doing right now.
00:45:36.540 And there's a pot of money in which this makes sense.
00:45:40.200 This $9.3 billion, when you put the Corporation for Public Broadcasting along with the USAID, this is a first example for us to send up and to kind of test Congress's willingness.
00:45:53.880 And they've been crying out for us to send the DOGE cuts up as the rescissions.
00:45:58.500 We're ready to do that when they come back to receive it formally in the House and Senate.
00:46:03.660 And then we'll see where the votes are.
00:46:05.040 But we are expecting this to be a successful effort.
00:46:09.640 And if it is, we will send more of them up to them and make this both an Article 2 and an Article 1 project.
00:46:18.440 Well, since the first cut of USAID and PBS and NPR, I think you'll get people's attention, Russ, as only you can do.
00:46:28.240 One last question.
00:46:29.160 We don't need 60 in the rescissions process.
00:46:32.400 You don't need 60.
00:46:33.460 You don't need to break cloture.
00:46:34.740 You don't need 60 votes in the Senate to get this thing rolling.
00:46:37.380 It's a majority vote?
00:46:40.220 Correct.
00:46:40.740 It's a majority vote.
00:46:41.840 So that is one of the, I would say, few features of the Impoundment Control Act.
00:46:46.160 But it is this fast-track procedure to ensure that a bill is considered.
00:46:51.360 And we did this for the first time probably in three decades in the first term.
00:46:55.340 But it was voted down in the Senate, came out of the House, and then voted down.
00:46:59.280 And so I think we'll get a different appetite based on this time we're being asked to send these up because they want to be a part of that process.
00:47:06.920 And I think it will be a really great debate to have to call Democrats and anyone else onto the table.
00:47:12.280 Are you really going to defend the types of waste that we've seen in literally every foreign aid program that USAID funds?
00:47:20.700 Russ, what's the time?
00:47:23.660 The House and Senate are out for the Easter break and Passover break.
00:47:28.560 What's your timing on this, the president's timing?
00:47:31.920 We will send it up immediately when they come back in.
00:47:35.340 So we, from a, they need to be there formally to receive it.
00:47:38.940 But the paperwork will be ready to go.
00:47:40.640 And as a White House, we're obviously ready to send it up.
00:47:42.940 I think the worm's going to send you over your flak jacket.
00:47:46.540 You need your flak jacket in a couple weeks.
00:47:48.380 Russ Vogt, where do people follow you and all the great work OMB is doing, sir?
00:47:54.520 At Russ Vogt and at OMB, people can find us and get all the updates on this and other issues.
00:48:02.220 Russ, thank you so much.
00:48:03.420 Honored to have you on here.
00:48:06.540 Same, Steve.
00:48:07.160 Thanks so much.
00:48:07.600 I think you see the strategy right there, which is pretty well thought through, is take these that are not just, they're beyond controversial.
00:48:16.060 They're offensive in the USAID side and the PBS side.
00:48:20.580 Put them in a package.
00:48:22.180 You know, these guys talk big about they want to manage costs and they want to, you know, cut spending.
00:48:26.560 Put it up there and let's go vote.
00:48:30.360 Very smart.
00:48:31.500 So we're starting with the rescissions package.
00:48:34.040 Remember when Rand Paul during the fights before the reconciliation bill and when Doge went to the, when Elon went up to the lunch in the Senate, they came back and talked about specifically tranches of $100 billion and up to $500 billion.
00:48:49.620 I think this is smart.
00:48:50.580 Just go with something you've got now and then follow it.
00:48:53.660 What this means in the next couple, in two weeks when they return or now, I guess, 10 days when they return, you're going to have a good old-fashioned throwdown, which is what the war room posse is looking for, right?
00:49:04.040 Tonight at 6 o'clock, we're going to have, we're going to go live to, Marjorie Taylor Greene's going to have a town hall.
00:49:11.680 I know they tell people to run away from town hall.
00:49:13.360 Of course, MTG's not built like that.
00:49:15.860 She kind of runs towards the gunfire.
00:49:18.100 And so tonight there's going to be that.
00:49:20.060 And I think we're going to get Brian Glenn on a pregame at 5.
00:49:23.160 We also have some amazing people talk about this constitutional crisis that's coming up because this, really, the way that the Supreme Court is handling the process of these, of people coming in, all these lawsuits trying to delay, and by delaying, denying President Trump his ability to have executive action.
00:49:43.980 Tej Gill is with us.
00:49:44.980 Tej, hey, more than ever, I got my field of greens, so I got my greens, and I got my vegetables, and I got my energy boost, my first big cup of Warpath.
00:49:58.000 But I need another cup.
00:49:59.000 It's been that kind of morning.
00:50:00.020 I need another cup of coffee.
00:50:02.860 Yeah, we got it, Steve.
00:50:04.820 We have the best coffee out there.
00:50:07.280 We are selling so much right now.
00:50:09.920 It's crazy.
00:50:10.720 Our growth has just been on fire this year.
00:50:14.920 It's crazy.
00:50:16.340 You can look at our website.
00:50:17.720 We have over 8,500 five-star reviews now, and it's climbing every day.
00:50:23.940 And only 13% of our customers are leaving reviews, and we still have that many reviews.
00:50:28.160 So that goes to show you how crazy it is.
00:50:31.020 And the way it tastes so good, we roast it on a perforated drum, so we don't burn it at all whatsoever.
00:50:38.500 We caramelize our beans.
00:50:40.380 We don't carbonize it.
00:50:42.000 And people absolutely love it.
00:50:44.700 The people have spoken, and a huge chunk of our customers are the War Room audience, the War Room Posse.
00:50:51.360 The War Room Posse is buying this coffee like you wouldn't believe.
00:50:54.160 And now we're running paid ads also, and it is on fire.
00:50:58.400 People love this coffee.
00:51:00.120 It's incredible.
00:51:01.580 The website is warpath.coffee, and use promo code WARROOM.
00:51:05.960 The promo code WARROOM, that's for the War Room Posse.
00:51:09.040 And right now it's 15% off.
00:51:10.600 It varies on the holidays.
00:51:12.100 And I'm telling you, you have to try this coffee.
00:51:15.000 It is amazing.
00:51:16.380 People love it.
00:51:17.980 And it's because we don't burn it.
00:51:20.040 So you don't need milk and sugar.
00:51:21.500 I just finished drinking a cup of espresso black, and that's kind of unheard of.
00:51:27.280 Usually espresso is very bitter.
00:51:29.120 And I actually drink our espresso just straight black, and it's healthier that way.
00:51:34.280 You know, get rid of the sugar.
00:51:35.680 You don't need it.
00:51:36.720 You don't need milk and sugar in our coffee.
00:51:38.560 You can just drink it straight black, and it is amazing.
00:51:42.120 We have so many different blends.
00:51:44.440 Drink it like they teach us in the Navy.
00:51:46.160 Black.
00:51:46.880 That's right.
00:51:47.500 Of course, it's not Navy.
00:51:48.460 Drink it like a sailor.
00:51:49.560 Drink it like a mariner.
00:51:50.340 Drink it like a—drink it like a—hang on for a second.
00:51:53.520 Hang on, Tej.
00:51:54.420 All right.
00:51:54.840 I know you're down at the factory, but hang on for a second.
00:51:59.100 Tej Gil's with us.
00:52:00.320 We've got a packed second hour.
00:52:03.080 It's rescissions, not impoundments.
00:52:05.080 Impoundments are to come.
00:52:07.240 The rescission game.
00:52:08.280 Another arrow in the quiver as President Trump drives his agenda.
00:52:12.760 Short commercial break.
00:52:14.220 Back in the war room in two minutes.
00:52:25.680 Are you a yo-yo dieter?
00:52:28.380 You diet, lose weight, but gain it all back, plus a few extra pounds for the effort.
00:52:33.780 Then later, you lose it again and regain it again and on and on and on.
00:52:38.020 I think I resemble this.
00:52:40.340 It's dangerous.
00:52:41.000 Studies show that you can increase your risk of heart attack, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and other health problems.
00:52:47.540 Breaking free of your yo-yo diet pattern is a main reason doctors created Lean.
00:52:53.300 Lean is a supplement, not an injection, and you don't need a prescription.
