Bannon's War Room - Episode 4422： META Sponsors The Press In DC; Structurally Dismembering Facebook

00:00:00.000 The emergency is here. The crisis is now. It's not six months away. It's not another Supreme

00:00:07.140 Court ruling from happening. It is happening now. Maybe not to you, not yet, but to others,

00:00:13.600 to real people whose names we know, whose stories we know. The president of the United States

00:00:20.480 is disappearing people to an El Salvadoran prison for terrorists. A prison known by its initials

00:00:28.300 he caught. A prison built for disappearance. A prison where there is no education or remediation

00:00:36.680 or recreation. Because it is a prison that does not intend to release its inhabitants back out

00:00:43.900 into the world. It is a prison where the only way out, in the words of El Salvador's justice minister,

00:00:51.840 is in a coffin. Sure, president. First and foremost, he was illegally in our country. 0.58

00:00:57.960 He had been illegally in our country. And in 2019, two courts, an immigration court and an 0.56

00:01:05.060 appellate immigration court, ruled that he was a member of MS-13 and he was illegally in our

00:01:11.540 country. Right now, it was a paperwork. It was additional paperwork that needed to be done.

00:01:17.980 That's up to El Salvador if they want to return him. That's not up to us. The Supreme Court ruled,

00:01:24.080 president, that if, as El Salvador wants to return him, this is international matters, foreign affairs,

00:01:30.640 if they wanted to return him, we would facilitate it. Meaning, provide a plane.

00:01:36.420 Yesterday in the Oval Office, administration officials made it very clear that El Salvador

00:01:41.260 is responsible for Mr. Obrigo Garcia. Yet El Salvador's president said, we are, we're not going to do

00:01:46.600 anything with him. So my question is, who is responsible for this man and where he's going to end up?

00:01:51.640 Well, no. First of all, President Bukele said that he is not going to smuggle a foreign terrorist back 0.82

00:01:57.980 into the United States of America, as many in this room in the Democrat Party seemingly want him to do.

00:02:04.740 Obrigo Garcia was a foreign terrorist. He is an MS-13 gang member. He was engaged in human trafficking. 0.77

00:02:12.300 He illegally came into our country. And so deporting him back to El Salvador was always going to be the 0.94

00:02:19.680 end result. There is never going to be a world in which this is an individual who's going to live a

00:02:24.740 peaceful life in Maryland because he is a foreign terrorist and a MS-13 gang member. Not only have 0.93

00:02:30.500 we confirmed that, President Bukele yesterday in the Oval Office confirmed that as well.

00:02:35.640 So he went back to his home country where he will face consequences for his gang affiliation and his

00:02:41.880 engagement in human trafficking. I'm not sure what is so difficult about this for everyone in the media

00:02:46.880 to understand. And it's appalling, truly appalling, that there has been so much time covering this

00:02:53.840 alleged human trafficker and this gang member, MS-13 gang member. It's truly striking to me.

00:03:03.020 As Pam mentioned, there's an illegal alien from El Salvador. So with respect to you,

00:03:10.400 he's a citizen of El Salvador. So it's very arrogant even for American media to suggest

00:03:16.280 that we would even tell El Salvador how to handle their own citizens as a starting point.

00:03:20.980 As two immigration courts found that he was a member of MS-13, when President Trump declared

00:03:26.060 MS-13 to be a foreign terrorist organization, that meant that he was no longer eligible under federal

00:03:32.480 law, which I'm sure you know, you're very familiar with the INA, that he was no longer eligible for

00:03:36.780 any form of immigration relief in the United States. So he had a deportation order that was

00:03:42.200 valid, which meant that under our law, he's not even allowed to be present in the United States

00:03:46.860 and had to be returned because of the foreign terrorist designation. This issue was then by a district

00:03:54.000 court judge, completely inverted, and a district court judge tried to tell the administration that they had to

00:04:00.300 kidnap a citizen of El Salvador and fly him back here. That issue was raised to the Supreme Court. And the

00:04:06.100 Supreme Court said the district court order was unlawful and its main components reversed 9-0 unanimously, stating

00:04:13.900 clearly that neither Secretary of State nor the president could be compelled by anybody to forcibly

00:04:20.200 retrieve a citizen of El Salvador from El Salvador, who again is a member of MS-13, which is, I'm sure you 0.99

00:04:27.380 understand, rapes little girls, murders women, murders children, is engaged in the most barbaric activities

00:04:33.140 in the world. And I can promise you, if he was your neighbor, you would move right away. And from their 0.94

00:04:36.840 perspective, maybe they're right. Because here's a scary thing that I think sits at least partially

00:04:41.800 beneath their calculus. Politically, they cannot let Abrego Garcia out, nor any of the other people

00:04:48.000 they sent to Seacott without due process. Because what if he was released? What if he returned to

00:04:53.320 the United States? What if he could tell his own story? What if, as seems quite likely, he's been

00:04:59.700 brutalized and tortured by Trump's Salvadoran henchmen? Well, he can't be allowed to tell the American

00:05:06.580 people that. To the Trump administration, Abrego Garcia is not a mistake. He's a liability and he's a test. A test of their

00:05:15.920 power to do this to anyone. A test of whether the loophole they believe they have found. A loophole where if they

00:05:22.040 could just get you on a plane, then they can hustle you beyond our laws and leave you in the grips of the kind of

00:05:27.980 gulags they wish that they had here. Does that include potentially U.S. citizens fully naturalized 0.99

00:05:33.440 degree? They're not ashamed of this. They're not denying their desire to do it to more people.

00:05:38.780 Yeah, that includes them. Why do you think there's a special category of person? They're as bad as

00:05:43.800 anybody that comes in. We have bad ones too. And I'm all for it. Because we can do things with the

00:05:52.060 president for less money and have great security. We are not even a hundred days into this

00:05:58.860 administration. And we are already faced with this level of horror. And I can feel the desire to look

00:06:05.420 away from it, even in me. What all this demands is too inconvenient, too disruptive. But Trump has said

00:06:14.300 it all plainly and publicly. He intends to send those he hates to foreign prisons beyond the reach of U.S.

00:06:20.000 law. He does not care. He will not even seek to discover if those he is sending into these foreign

00:06:25.820 hells are guilty of what he claims. Because this is not about their guilt. It is about his power.

00:06:32.120 This is how dictatorships work. Trump has always been clear about who he is and the kind of power

00:06:38.780 he wants. And now he's using that power. And everyone around him is defending his right to wield that power.

00:06:46.140 The foreign policy of the United States is conducted by the president of the United States, not by a court.

00:06:51.360 And no court in the United States has a right to conduct the foreign policy of the United States.

00:06:55.700 It's that simple.

00:06:56.520 Mr. President, you wanted people to know that there was consequences if you break our laws and harm our people

00:07:01.800 and endanger families. And this is a clear consequence for the worst of the worst that we have somewhere to put them.

00:07:08.640 If President Donald Trump decides that you are to rot in a foreign prison, then that is his right. 0.62

00:07:16.820 And you, you have no rights.

00:07:19.580 And if he is capable of that, if he wants that, then what else is he capable of?

00:07:26.680 What else does he want?

00:07:28.720 And if the people who serve him are willing to give him that, to defend his right to do that,

00:07:33.940 what else will they give him? What else will they defend?

00:07:39.040 This is the emergency.

00:07:41.860 Like it or not, it's here.

00:07:44.560 Look, the American people voted for this. American people voted for Donald Trump.

00:07:47.960 This is another one issue.

00:07:49.240 The vast majority of Americans want illegal aliens removed from this country.

00:07:52.420 And it's done humanely.

00:07:53.780 However, we've got to remember this.

00:07:55.560 There are millions of people standing in line, taking their tests, doing their background investigation,

00:08:01.000 paying their fees to be part of the greatest nation on earth.

00:08:03.940 They're sitting in the back seat while 10.5 million illegal aliens came to this border,

00:08:09.740 entered this country illegally, which is a violation of law.

00:08:12.620 There's a right way and right way to come to this country legally.

00:08:15.700 The people who came across, they call them asylum seekers, but you and I both know,

00:08:18.820 if you look at the immigration court data,

00:08:20.540 nine out of ten of those so-called asylum seekers will end up with the order removal.

00:08:25.000 They overwhelm the system on purpose.

00:08:27.240 Why?

00:08:27.740 Because they know it's going to take five, seven, nine years to have a hearing,

00:08:31.300 which they will lose, but now they have U.S. citizen kids.

00:08:34.740 Now they own equities.

00:08:36.040 Now there may be a Democratic administration in power, which award amnesty.

00:08:40.360 They're playing the long game.

00:08:41.520 But we're enforcing laws as enacted by Congress, which you were a member of.

00:08:45.800 We're not making this up.

00:08:46.980 We're enforcing laws on the books, including the Alien and Enemies Act,

00:08:49.920 which is an act created by Congress.

00:08:51.760 We're simply using laws on the books to make this country safe again.

00:08:55.360 Deport all undocumented immigrants. 1.00

00:08:57.980 Voters favoring the government trying to deport all 11 million of them.

00:09:02.440 Back in 2016, just 38 percent of voters wanted the government to try to deport all 11 million

00:09:09.120 undocumented immigrants.

00:09:10.620 Compared to where we are in 2025, 56 percent, the majority, 0.92

00:09:15.540 the American people have come a long way on this issue, much closer to Donald Trump.

00:09:19.680 And I think that's a big part of the reason why Americans are increasingly saying

00:09:23.360 the country is on the right track when it comes to immigration policy

00:09:25.800 and why Donald Trump's net approval rating on that issue is in the positive.

00:09:32.340 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:09:37.240 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:09:42.480 Here's the time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:09:46.780 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:09:48.280 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:09:50.200 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:09:51.880 but you're not going to stop it.

00:09:52.820 It's going to happen.

00:09:54.100 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:09:57.480 Mega Media.

00:09:58.820 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:10:04.240 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:10:08.040 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:10:14.220 In the war room, here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.

00:10:22.280 It's Friday, 18 April, Year of Our Lord, 2025.

00:10:24.880 It is Good Friday.

00:10:26.220 It's also the eve of the 250th anniversary of Lexington and Concord.

00:10:32.560 We're going to be getting into all that today.

00:10:34.280 Right there, the crisis is here.

00:10:36.100 That's Ezra Klein, one of the most sophisticated, I guess, pollsters, observers, commenters,

00:10:42.360 public intellectual, author of the new book, Abundance, that's kind of trying to drive the

00:10:46.280 Democratic agenda.

00:10:48.000 I shouldn't say Democrat, the progressive left globalist agenda.

00:10:50.540 And I want to bring in, so we've got a whole raft of serious people here at the start.

00:10:55.440 I want to start with Mike Davis.

00:10:57.260 Mike, you see the bid and the ask right there.

00:11:00.520 And this is why I say there's, you can't, this is an unbridgeable gap, right?

00:11:07.420 The MAGA people, the majority of the country think one asset, have one thought about national

00:11:12.700 security, our sovereignty, our territorial integrity, protecting our citizens, and the

00:11:20.580 left has a very different one, Ezra Klein.

00:11:22.580 So give me your assessment of this, because this is now what they're going to be driving,

00:11:27.920 that our crisis is here, they've chosen, and at the time, Ezra Klein saying, hey, he's

00:11:33.020 being tortured, he's being raped down there, that's horrible, he's drinking margaritas with

00:11:38.320 the senator from Maryland, who didn't give a fare thee well to Marin's mother, who gave 0.97

00:11:45.940 that dramatic eyewitness testimony about her daughter being tortured, raped, and murdered

00:11:50.780 by an illegal alien invader.

00:11:52.740 Your thoughts on this?

00:11:53.660 The crisis is here, Mike Davis?

00:11:56.920 I hope the Democrats keep doing these humanitarian trips to El Salvador.

00:12:03.080 I think the RNC should pay for them, put them on the airplanes, put them up in the hotels,

00:12:07.780 pay for their margaritas when they go meet with these terrorists.

00:12:11.120 I don't think this, that image right there you're seeing on your screen shows you the

00:12:16.100 Democrat Party is the party of the globalist elite, and they are totally out of touch with

00:12:22.400 real Americans in real America.

00:12:25.300 President Trump campaigned on the fact he's going to secure our border, he's going to get

00:12:29.840 illegal immigrants the hell out of our country. 1.00

00:12:32.160 They are criminals, yes, criminals, particularly MS-13 international gangbangers and Trende Aragua 1.00

00:12:40.180 foreign terrorists. 0.95

00:12:42.640 President Trump is doing what he promised American voters he would do.

00:12:45.860 He has soaring polling numbers on this issue, and Democrats are doubling down and going and

00:12:52.680 having margaritas with MS-13 terrorists.

00:12:55.860 Please keep doing this.

00:12:57.160 Michael Watley, please tell your finance team to fund this.

00:13:02.160 Send all your donors private jets to send any Democrat politician in America to go have

00:13:08.640 margaritas with Miguel, the foreign terrorist. 0.79

00:13:13.740 You want more photo ops, right, to compare and contrast what President Trump is doing compared

00:13:18.920 to what they're doing, correct?

00:13:19.880 Yeah, I mean, I'll tell you, for my friends and family back in Iowa, these working-class,

00:13:26.100 blue-collar Americans, this isn't going to sit well with them.

00:13:29.320 This is how President Trump secured the realignment this election, and it's only going to get more

00:13:35.420 exacerbated for the Democrats if they keep doing this stuff.

00:13:40.480 Mike, real quickly, give me 30 seconds or I'm going to hold you through the break. 0.99

00:13:43.600 Rachel Burrow is going to join us.

00:13:45.600 Ezra Klein is talking about something deeper, though.

00:13:47.580 What the left is pushing is that we're coming for them, that this is just a test case.

00:13:52.920 Is that not correct?

00:13:54.240 That is the crisis they're really talking about, is it not?

00:13:57.440 Yeah, yeah.

00:13:58.160 If you have Trendy Aragua tattoos on your forehead and you beat the hell out of your wife and you 1.00

00:14:04.580 rape kids, yeah, we're coming for you. 1.00

00:14:06.760 But other than that, I think you're pretty safe. 1.00

00:14:10.720 Dag on it.

00:14:12.540 The Vice Rory on a good Friday.

00:14:14.600 Thank you, Sharon.

00:14:15.320 I'm just kidding.

00:14:16.040 They're hyping this up.

00:14:19.340 It's going to be nonstop this weekend.

00:14:21.920 David Brooks, who's one of the smartest public intellectuals out there, put a piece up that

00:14:28.180 is almost incomprehensible about the panic, the fear, and he's a Republican, about President

00:14:34.760 Trump's activity.

00:14:35.860 Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.

00:14:37.900 Make sure to get on the right track this weekend to take your phone out.

00:14:41.880 text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, 9-8-9-8-9-8, Birch Gold, the ultimate guide to investing in precious

00:16:14.700 Remember, Birch Gold, 989898.

00:16:21.360 It's simple.

00:16:22.040 Just text that Bannon, and you get the guide, and then you get into it with Philip Patrick

00:16:27.980 and the team.

00:16:28.900 Philip's actually going to join me tomorrow on what we're going to do for two hours.

00:16:32.420 We're going to do Lexington Concord and why it's important for today.

00:16:36.460 How's that?

00:16:37.100 Patrick K. O'Donnell, I think, is also going to be with us.

00:16:39.100 Rachel Bovard joins us.

00:16:44.260 Okay, so remember, Rachel, one of the things we do here is to make sure we instruct the

00:16:49.840 audience and help the audience understand the fundamental tenets of information warfare,

00:16:54.720 because so much in modern politics and really modern war is about information warfare and

00:17:00.900 controlling narratives.

00:17:02.440 There was an interesting piece that was kind of leading on Politico, I think last night

00:17:10.780 and early this morning, and if we can put it up, if Denver can get that up, about Zuckerberg

00:17:14.540 had a great week.

00:17:15.360 And this essentially says that for all the big talk of Rachel Bovard and Mike Davis and

00:17:22.440 Steve Bannon and all these guys that are the fanboys of Ferguson at FTC and Gail Slater

00:17:29.020 over in Omid over at the Justice Department, and they love Lena Kahn and what's happened

00:17:35.100 here, and this is the first of the oligarchs, and they were the ones pushing Trump.

00:17:39.780 Got to have this trial, got to have Zuckerberg in the docket, right?

00:17:49.120 And he's had an amazing week.

00:17:51.060 He's actually smarter than the lawyers, he's smarter than the FTC, he's smarter than Rachel

00:17:54.880 Bovard, Mike Davis, Steve Bannon combined, and he's had a brilliant week.

00:18:00.300 Walk me through that.

00:18:01.460 How close is that to reality, ma'am, and why do you think this piece is being driven on

00:18:07.420 Good Friday so it can be the weekend read for the globalist elites over Easter weekend?

00:18:14.220 Well, I can tell you why they're pushing the piece just from a simple monetary perspective

00:18:18.600 is that Mark Zuckerberg is their benefactor.

00:18:21.040 If you read the enormously popular Politico playbook, you will see sponsored by, and in

00:18:27.980 many cases, it says Facebook or Meta or Boeing or any of the defense contractors around D.C.

00:18:33.880 Meta gives money to these companies that then cover them.

00:18:38.420 It's an incredibly incestuous relationship, but it exists all across D.C.

00:18:42.520 Tech companies, Meta is not exclusive to this, but tech companies have been throwing money

00:18:46.680 around town to influence the coverage of them and also to think tanks who then launder their

00:18:53.280 business propositions as policy proposals, which then go to policymakers on the Hill.

00:18:58.280 So there is this cycle of information warfare, to use your term, that's going on.

00:19:04.680 But I think the second reason is that he's one of them.

00:19:08.640 He is an elite in D.C.

00:19:10.280 And how dare these institutions of government come for them?

00:19:13.780 They are only supposed to go after political opposition for Democrats.

00:19:17.420 That's their job.

00:19:18.700 They go after businesses that nobody cares about.

00:19:21.680 How dare you come after these masters of the universe, which Zuckerberg has positioned

00:19:25.820 himself as one.

00:19:27.520 And, you know, I think, though, for anyone who's paid attention to the last three days

00:19:31.940 of this trial still ongoing today, it doesn't reflect reality because you've seen Mark Zuckerberg

00:19:37.480 come across as very robotic, in many cases overly lawyerly.

00:19:42.200 He's trying to outsmart these lawyers and he's not doing a very good job.

00:19:45.340 He's impeaching his own credibility because they'll present him with his own words.

00:19:49.980 And then he'll say, oh, I mean, maybe I said that.

00:19:52.740 And it's actually, I've been told, prompted laughter in the courtroom because it's so

00:19:56.580 absurd.

00:19:57.160 He's presented with his own words being that, oh, I want to neutralize a competitor when

00:20:02.280 speaking of Instagram.

00:20:03.120 And he'll say, yeah, maybe I said that or I don't recall.

00:20:06.460 And so he's not actually being the fierce witness that Politico wants to portray him as.

00:20:11.440 But again, they're on the hook for doing so because they're being paid by Mark Zuckerberg.

00:20:16.160 Just for the audience, what the first part of the trial, is it unusual to call a guy like

00:20:23.500 him as the first witness?

00:20:25.140 Was this a radical strategy of the government, of the FTC to actually call?

00:20:30.140 Isn't it traditional you build up and then he's the he's the grand finale?

00:20:34.740 Or do you normally bring somebody like that in this early?

00:20:38.500 It is a little bit unusual.

00:20:39.940 And it's not just with Mark Zuckerberg.

00:20:41.760 You know, it's also been it's also been Sheryl Sandberg who's on the stand today.

00:20:46.840 And that is unusual.

00:20:47.860 They're bringing their lead witnesses out first.

00:20:49.860 They're trying to overwhelm the court a little bit here with star power.

00:20:54.580 And I think they're trying to get their best arguments out there and then for the government

00:20:58.540 to put them out and then rebuke them.

00:20:59.960 So it is a little bit of a strategy, I think, on Facebook's part.

00:21:02.680 And remember, too, the lead lawyer for Facebook actually used to be the boss of the judge,

00:21:08.740 of Judge Jeb Boesburg.

00:21:09.740 So this is all an intentional strategy to, you know, grease the skids, influence, peddle

00:21:15.860 the influence game in Washington.

00:21:17.680 You know, Facebook was in the White House three times meeting with Trump.

00:21:21.140 Again, as we talked about, they donated his inauguration fund.

00:21:23.780 All of this is because for years, Facebook has been able to buy its way out of enforcement.

00:21:28.600 And you're seeing them use every trick in the book to try to do that again.

00:21:31.540 If the overall strategy of the FTC and the Justice Department and everybody that's, you

00:21:38.460 know, the neo-Brandeisians that want to start to take apart these oligarchs, and it's to

00:21:43.420 disaggregate, start by disaggregating meta and show that you can do that because you've

00:21:48.400 got the penalty phases of Google on two different types, right?

00:21:51.580 I think on search and then the advertising engine, one in Northern Virginia Federal Court

00:21:55.280 and the other in D.C., of which Omid and the team over the justice are just been on fire

00:22:00.860 on this.

00:22:02.240 Is it your walk through the first couple of days in your professional judgment?

00:22:07.560 has Zuckerberg, I know he's contradicting himself, but is the government actually making its

00:22:14.200 case, you think, that can drive through the rest of this trial and convince folks that

00:22:19.180 we actually ought to get to the part that these are monopolies and they've got to be taken

00:22:22.640 apart, ma'am?

00:22:24.840 They're getting there.

00:22:26.040 You know, I think, as we've discussed, they're benefited by the fact that they have Zuckerberg's

00:22:30.560 own words.

00:22:32.080 Zuckerberg's words in email saying, I want to neutralize a competitor.

00:22:35.180 I want to build a competitive moat around us.

00:22:38.160 All of these things indicating that he didn't buy Instagram in order to help it innovate

00:22:44.080 and help it thrive.

00:22:45.040 He bought it because it was a competitor and he wanted to neutralize it.

00:22:48.440 And you can't do that.

00:22:49.820 Our antitrust laws, again, protect the marketplace.

00:22:53.300 They protect the marketplace from predators like Meta seeking to hoover up any competitive 0.59

00:22:59.180 threat and suck it into themselves to create these giant market borgs. 0.97

00:23:03.940 And that's what Facebook has and Meta have become.

00:23:06.640 And so I think the government is really trying to demonstrate that.

00:23:09.560 Now, I think we're going to get, you know, when we get out of the star power phase of

00:23:12.580 this trial, we're going to focus very much on these wonky definitions around what is

00:23:16.600 a market?

00:23:17.400 Who does Facebook actually compete with?

00:23:19.420 And that's where I think FTC is really going to have to show its mettle.

00:23:22.180 Because if Meta is allowed to claim it, it competes against a host of these competitors,

00:23:27.500 its market share is actually very small, the government will have a harder case to make.

00:23:31.040 But if they can successfully say, you know, in the market of social networking, there's

00:23:36.240 really only two or three competitors and Facebook is the big one, then it's a lot easier for the

00:23:41.460 government to show that Facebook has been maintaining its monopoly through illegal means.

00:23:46.220 And that's where we're going to get to.

00:23:47.720 But I do think they've done a good job of disassembling Mark Zuckerberg and now Sheryl Sandberg.

00:23:53.100 And again, these are, you know, they can afford the best attorneys.

00:23:56.160 And so you're seeing them try to fight back.

00:23:57.720 But, you know, the government's been doing a good job.

00:24:02.420 Last thing, in Politico, in the entire article today, correct me if I'm wrong, as I read it,

00:24:07.540 I didn't see any disclaimer there where they said that Meta and Facebook are a major advertiser

00:24:12.800 with them and actually sponsor or co-sponsor certain of their biggest things, which is

00:24:17.540 playbook is what they're known for.

00:24:19.560 And by the way, the biggest traffic driver over there, I just want to make sure I didn't

00:24:23.400 see it.

00:24:23.940 And I looked at it a couple of times.

00:24:25.840 Did you see where they actually let people know that they're writing this piece and that

00:24:31.320 not saying it's slander or not, but just informing people that Facebook and Meta is a major

00:24:36.700 contributor and sponsor of theirs?

00:24:40.000 No, they never do.

00:24:41.680 You know, they'll still show it on the actual playbook email.

00:24:44.740 And if you ask them about it, they'll argue, well, they only sponsor that particular vertical

00:24:48.940 of our business.

00:24:49.540 They don't sponsor the coverage.

00:24:51.160 They would never influence our coverage.

00:24:52.940 But as everybody knows, money is fungible, right?

00:24:55.420 They have money coming in from Facebook.

00:24:57.560 They don't want to lose that account.

00:24:59.340 You have to think that that dictates a little bit of coverage.

00:25:02.980 That is just common sense.

00:25:04.780 So there's got to be a little bit more rules of the road on this stuff because people don't

00:25:10.260 know, right?

00:25:10.820 People are consuming information.

00:25:12.120 They don't understand the biases behind it.

00:25:13.780 And that's just factually and facially unfair.

00:25:17.540 Last thing before I let you go, the bit in the ask here, the government was asking, I

00:25:21.000 think, for $30 billion originally and would settle for $20 billion or some number in that

00:25:26.300 range.

00:25:27.580 Zuckerberg and his team offered $400 million.

00:25:30.500 That's a pretty big spread.

00:25:32.040 As you see the first week, where do you think we're going to come down to this thing?

00:25:35.580 Closer to the $20 or $30 billion or closer to the $400 million?

00:25:39.240 I don't think the government's going to move off its big ask here.

00:25:43.260 I mean, why would they?

00:25:44.460 This is, again, this is why this case is so existential to Facebook.

00:25:48.020 At the end of the day, it could result in Facebook being structurally dismantled, meaning

00:25:53.220 Instagram and WhatsApp divested of Facebook, returned to their status as independent companies.

00:25:59.320 The government is making that case.

00:26:01.020 I don't know why they would walk away from it.

00:26:03.360 Facebook hasn't given them a reason to on the stand yet.

00:26:05.980 They are still arguing and prosecuting this case very effectively.

00:26:08.560 So, look, we're going for the big ask, and I think it would be a mistake to back off it.

00:26:15.740 I think this also shows, and people should be very proud of this, of President Trump with

00:26:20.100 all the stuff that he's owned by the oligarchs, and they're down in Mar-a-Lago.

00:26:24.640 This is real world, and it's pretty brutal.

00:26:27.880 First of all, Zuckerberg ain't happy about being in the dock, and Sheryl Sandberg's going to be 0.62

00:26:32.900 less happy.

00:26:33.520 And the government's dug in here.

00:26:35.440 Remember, structurally dismember what Rachel Bovard said, structurally dismember Facebook

00:26:40.440 from all the power they've got, and particularly the power they've used against the MAGA movement

00:26:43.980 and President Trump.

00:26:45.180 Rachel, where do people, thank you for coming on on Good Friday Morning, where do people

00:26:48.860 get you and all your content?

00:26:51.420 You can find me on X, at Rachel Bovard, and I'll be writing about this case for The Federalist

00:26:56.160 and for Commonplace.

00:26:58.700 We love The Federalist.

00:27:00.120 Thank you, ma'am.

00:27:00.820 Appreciate you.

00:27:02.140 Thanks, Steve.

00:27:04.380 Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break, and we're going to return.

00:27:07.480 We've got the Viceroy.

00:27:08.480 I want to get back to the Ezra Klein of it all.

00:27:10.880 Dave Bratz with me.

00:27:11.980 One of the most important public intellectuals out there, particularly on the conservative

00:27:17.020 side, is David Brooks.

00:27:18.860 He's the House conservative over at NPR and PBS.

00:27:22.820 He's in full and total meltdown.

00:27:24.800 He's calling for people to take to the streets.

00:27:28.160 Maybe now, you think there's going to be some turbulence?

00:27:31.100 Ezra Klein's telling us the crisis is here.

00:27:34.360 Matter on that entire crew.

00:27:36.180 Every night, as Natalie Winters points out, the color revolution, they are worked up like

00:27:41.980 I've never seen them before.

00:27:43.660 I think it means we're winning.

00:29:37.900 Emergency is here.

00:29:40.120 The crisis is now.

00:29:41.740 It's not six months away.

00:29:43.680 It's not another Supreme Court ruling from happening.

00:29:46.740 It is happening now.

00:29:48.980 Maybe not to you, not yet, but to others, to real people whose names we know, whose stories we know.

00:29:56.000 The president of the United States is disappearing people to an El Salvadoran prison for terrorists.

00:30:03.560 A prison known by its initials, a prison built for disappearance, a prison where there is no education or remediation or recreation.

00:30:16.660 Ezra.

00:30:17.360 Ezra.

00:30:18.340 Ezra Klein.

00:30:19.500 Calm down.

00:30:20.580 He's drinking margaritas.

00:30:22.020 Can we put that photo?

00:30:22.760 He's drinking margaritas.

00:30:25.520 Think about yesterday.

00:30:28.060 You have Miss Morin, right?

00:30:33.680 The mother of what, Rachel Morin.

00:30:35.780 And she comes, and it's too almost violent to do during the morning show because of the children and homeschoolers that are there.

00:30:44.300 Her daughter's a mother of five on her morning jog telling her kids she's wanting to finish her job or finish her walk. 1.00

00:30:52.100 She's going to come back and they're going to go to the store.

00:30:54.760 It's a typical morning, right? 0.99

00:30:56.620 She is grabbed, dragged, tortured, raped, murdered brutally.

00:31:05.220 Her mother says that the senator's never even given the fare of thee well.

00:31:09.280 He gets on a plane and goes down and is having margaritas with a – and Michael Patrick Leahy, maybe I'm going to give him later this morning or this evening.

00:31:17.000 He's got an amazing report coming out of Tennessee where the FBI kind of let him go when he was trafficking humans in a car with seven undesirables.

00:31:28.500 But it's deeper than that, Mike Davis.

00:31:30.820 This is what they're – if you watch MSNBC and the information warfare, they're accusing us of now getting ready for the autocratic breakthrough, right?

00:31:39.700 And Trump – I'm going to put up David Brooks in a moment.

00:31:43.320 David Brooks is actually saying they have to go into the streets in a mass mobilization, maybe direct action to stop Trump's full spectrum dominance of every institution in the country.

00:31:57.760 That's what the crisis is.

00:31:59.280 The crisis is not the single guy going back.

00:32:02.040 They don't care about him.

00:32:03.860 They're using him as a tool to warn as a – it's like Paul – they're equivalent of Paul Revere.

00:32:10.400 This is where they're saying a – where Paul Revere wrote tonight or in the early morning hours of tomorrow to warn the British are coming.

00:32:21.060 They're saying the crisis is here.

00:32:22.500 That's what they're doing on the eve of Lexington and Concord.

00:32:25.620 And that crisis is the autocratic breakthrough that they think President Trump and the viceroy and war room and the war room posse represent, sir.

00:32:35.020 Yeah, we see very clearly who the Democrat Party represents.

00:32:41.340 They are desperate to keep these dangerous illegal aliens in America, including MS-13, gangbangers, Trendy Aragua. 0.87

00:32:50.560 They are desperate to keep them here.

00:32:51.920 They have to have these illegal immigrants in America because they need these votes. 1.00

00:32:56.860 And they know this.

00:32:57.500 This is why they oppose the SAVE Act.

00:32:59.840 They want these illegal immigrants in their coalition, and they want – they're globalist overlords. 0.99

00:33:06.220 They want this cheap labor, and they don't care.

00:33:08.360 They do not care about the human carnage that results from having MS-13 and Trendy Aragua in America. 0.94

00:33:16.360 This Chris Van Hollen, the senator from Maryland, he is a disgrace. 0.99

00:33:20.720 He is despicable. 0.98

00:33:21.660 He flew down to El Salvador to meet with this MS-13 gangbanger by two immigration courts. 0.83

00:33:30.420 They found this guy's part of MS-13.

00:33:33.080 This guy viciously beat his wife.

00:33:35.940 He was involved with human trafficking.

00:33:38.460 And Chris Van Hollen's down there sipping margaritas with this guy.

00:33:42.280 But he won't meet with Rachel's mother, who's in Maryland.

00:33:47.300 I mean, it's unbelievable. 0.95

00:33:48.660 Chris Van Hollen is a disgrace. 0.99

00:33:50.480 It's disgusting to look at that photo. 0.99

00:33:53.000 And this is just part of the Democrats' broader problem. 0.83

00:33:56.540 Look at their constituency.

00:33:57.840 Their constituency are the global elitist and these illegal immigrants, the peasants who serve the global elitist. 1.00

00:34:06.360 And one of their concerns, folks, these are smart people.

00:34:11.100 Don't think these people are not smart.

00:34:12.440 They're smart, right? 0.99

00:34:13.660 They're smart, demonic, evil. 0.99

00:34:15.820 Say whatever you want, right? 0.98

00:34:17.500 They have a very different philosophy and outlook of what this country should be.

00:34:20.380 And it's not going to be argued out.

00:34:22.860 It's not going to be debated.

00:34:23.600 There's an unbridgeable chasm between us.

00:34:26.940 The other thing they understand is that Trump and his Justice Department, the FTC, the FCC, other things.

00:34:33.880 He is looking to take one of the biggest globalists because they understand that Zuckerberg's on their side and that these big social media platforms are actually on their side.

00:34:43.620 They're just licking their chops to Hakeem Jeffries gets back in here.

00:34:46.860 They're never going to totally flip publicly.

00:34:48.740 But when Rachel Bovard says Trump, who Zuckerberg was all over, he was in the Oval Office three times the last couple of weeks, that's more times than the National Security Advisor has been in the Oval talking to him.

00:35:03.840 Structurally dismember Facebook, one of the biggest and most powerful of all the oligarchies.

00:35:11.060 Mike Davis.

00:35:12.480 Yeah.

00:35:12.820 So Rachel Bovard and I started the conservative fight against big tech in 2019.

00:35:20.220 It was the Internet Accountability Project, the sister organization to the Article III Project.

00:35:25.760 And Rachel Bovard and I were laughed at, mocked repeatedly when we said we needed to use our antitrust laws to break up these trillion-dollar big tech monopolists, Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple.

00:35:40.820 And we had the left on our side.

00:35:43.220 We had the Lena Kahn's on our side. 1.00

00:35:44.780 But we didn't have the right because the right was so beholden to the Chamber of Commerce wing.

00:35:49.520 And we changed that.

00:35:50.620 We changed the politics on the right.

00:35:52.840 And how we did that is we showed that these big tech platforms used their market power not only to crush competition and to shutter small businesses, but to also cancel conservatives and others with whom they disagree.

00:36:08.240 And we changed the politics quickly.

00:36:10.000 And that's why President Trump filed in 2020 this FTC lawsuit against Facebook, against Meta, for its monopolization of the personal social networking market, meaning your friends and family online, your Facebook friends and family.

00:36:26.680 And this lawsuit was brought in 2020.

00:36:30.640 It was essentially to divest the acquisition of Instagram and WhatsApp that Facebook acquired, Instagram in 2012 for a billion dollars.

00:36:40.440 And then WhatsApp in 2014 for, I think it was like $19 billion.

00:36:45.960 And the email evidence that you're seeing at trial this week, this methodical trial that Andrew Ferguson is leading, started by Lena Kahn, continued by Andrew Ferguson.

00:36:55.260 This methodical trial that you're seeing is they're showing methodically that Mark Zuckerberg intentionally acquired Instagram in order to crush competition in the personal social networking market.

00:37:10.320 He wants to dominate that market, and he's done that very effectively.

00:37:14.460 The reason that Facebook can censor conservatives, can deplatform President Trump, can spend $400 million to chase him out of office in 2020 and subject him to four years of unrelenting lawfare is because Facebook is a monopoly.

00:37:31.200 If Facebook competed against Instagram instead of acquired Instagram, they would not be abusing their consumers with censorship.

00:37:41.080 They would welcome conservatives.

00:37:43.220 They would be competing for conservatives.

00:37:45.540 They don't have to do that because Facebook acquired Instagram.

00:37:49.740 Same thing with Google and YouTube.

00:37:52.260 If Google competed against YouTube instead of acquired YouTube, they would not be censoring conservatives.

00:37:58.140 You're seeing major wins by the Trump administration, started during the Trump administration.

00:38:04.020 To the great credit of President Biden, he continued these bipartisan antitrust efforts with Lena Kahn at the FTC and Jonathan Kanter at the antitrust division.

00:38:14.660 Now you have Gail Slater leading the antitrust division with Amita Safi.

00:38:19.520 You have Andrew Ferguson as the chairman of the FTC, and we're getting major victories against big tech.

00:38:26.020 You have the meta trial this week.

00:38:28.560 Mark Zuckerberg thought he was going to spend a million dollars after he spent $400 million chasing Trump out of office in 2020.

00:38:36.200 Mark Zuckerberg thought he was going to spend a million dollars after Trump won in 2024 on the inauguration and buy his way out of the Facebook trial.

00:38:45.680 Well, guess what? Two Tuesdays ago, you see reporting of Gail Slater, Andrew Ferguson, and the Viceroy going into the Oval Office and making damn sure that didn't happen.

00:38:56.640 And so you have Mark Zuckerberg sitting through trial this week and explaining, defending his monopoly.

00:39:02.420 He's definitely not winning when he's explaining his monopoly.

00:39:05.700 You also have Google last year lost its antitrust trial on search, its search monopoly.

00:39:14.020 You just saw this week Google lost its online advertising monopoly trial.

00:39:19.360 These are two trials that were brought by Gail Slater's antitrust division.

00:39:24.240 You've seen Apple being held accountable by the Justice Department.

00:39:28.540 Amazon, we are on the march.

00:39:30.780 Five years ago, Rachel Bovardnari and I were laughed at about this.

00:39:36.080 Now we are kicking big techs, big techs behinds.

00:39:41.520 This is why the oligarch tour with Bernie Sanders in AOC is totally phony.

00:39:48.540 One, they don't talk about any populist and nationalist economics at all. 0.89

00:39:52.800 Okay, they're talking about Green New Deal and all this other crap from the land of the time for God.

00:39:57.280 They never mention this. 0.68

00:39:58.460 Actually, the Trump movement, the MAGA movement is full on on an assault in the courts to go after these oligarchs and to break them up.

00:40:07.080 Am I incorrect in that?

00:40:08.420 On a broad front with some of the best people in our movement, Mike Davis.

00:40:12.480 Yeah, so think about this.

00:40:14.080 Marxists want total control.

00:40:16.320 They want total government control.

00:40:18.360 They want total private control.

00:40:19.800 And the best way you can control the populace is through monopolists, right?

00:40:24.880 With a monopolist, there's only one neck for the government to choke, right? 0.99

00:40:30.660 And so if you tell Apple to censor someone to de-platform from their app store, Duopoly, they're going to do it.

00:40:40.700 If you tell Facebook to de-platform, they're going to do it.

00:40:44.700 Same thing with Google.

00:40:46.020 We have the evidence.

00:40:47.300 That's what the Biden regime was doing.

00:40:49.640 They were telling these monopolists to do their censorship bidding, and it was very effective.

00:40:54.920 If you don't have monopolists, if you have many companies that are competing, it's much harder for the government to control them.

00:41:02.420 Of course, governments like these monopolists, these Marxists like these monopolists, and that's why it is so important that this populist movement continues, that the populist right, the MAGA movement with Steve Bannon, with Rachel Bovard, with Gail Slater, with Andrew Ferguson, we team up with our allies on the populist left, not the Marxist left, the populist left, like Lena Kahn, and we continue to break up this concentrated power.

00:41:30.880 We do not want concentrated power in government.

00:41:33.960 We do not want concentrated corporate power.

00:41:37.180 You talk about unifying the country.

00:41:39.220 President Trump and his guys brought it in the closing days of his first term.

00:41:44.000 Lena Kahn picked it up against all pressure.

00:41:46.040 The Democratic Party picked it up, refined it over the FTC, essentially passed it to Ferguson, and Ferguson is driving home in a court today in Washington, D.C.

00:41:54.800 It's actually – they talk about the country being so divided.

00:41:57.340 Well, there are people out there that understand that these oligarchs are much too powerful, and they have to be structurally dismembered, as Rachel Bovard said.

00:42:07.580 Viceroy, real quickly, I got you.

00:42:11.320 Ed Martin's confirmation, Ed Martin doing a great job as U.S. attorney.

00:42:16.060 How can we help – we go to Article 3.

00:42:17.720 How can we help push this one over the goal line?

00:42:19.860 Yeah, so Ed Martin is fulfilling President Trump's electoral promise to make D.C. safe again.

00:42:28.820 Ed Martin is focusing like a laser beam on D.C. street crimes, making America's capital safe for Americans to visit again.

00:42:38.620 So it's not Mogadishu like it's been under the Biden regime.

00:42:42.660 So go to Article 3 Project, Article3Project.org, take action, and contact both of your home state senators, and then tell them to support the confirmation of Ed Martin for the D.C. U.S. attorney.

00:42:56.660 Let's make D.C. safe again, and Ed Martin will do that.

00:43:02.000 Mike, 30 seconds.

00:43:03.080 Where do we go for Article 3 right now on your social media, sir?

00:43:05.860 Article3Project.org, Article3Project.org.

00:43:10.460 You can follow us on social media.

00:43:12.720 You can take action like supporting Ed Martin.

00:43:15.860 And if you can afford it, donate.

00:43:17.760 But thank you very much to the War Room Posse, the most effective, most powerful force in politics.

00:43:24.700 Thank you, brother.

00:43:26.620 Good Friday and happy Easter weekend, sir.

00:43:29.800 Thank you.

00:43:31.140 Mike Davis, short break.

00:43:32.800 Brat next. 1.00

00:43:33.380 We rejoice when there's no more. 0.81

00:43:35.600 Let's take down the CCB.

00:43:38.480 Health isn't just a personal issue.

00:43:40.480 It's a family issue, a community issue.

00:43:42.800 We're living in unpredictable times.

00:43:44.900 Supply chains can break down.

00:43:46.200 Hospitals can get overwhelmed.

00:43:47.600 And let's not even start on the natural disasters.

00:43:50.840 These aren't hypotheticals.

00:43:52.040 They're happening.

00:43:52.660 You see it here in the War Room, and we all know it.

00:43:55.380 The question is simply, are you ready?

00:43:58.440 That's where Jace comes in.

00:44:44.340 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.

00:44:51.680 Dave Bratt.

00:44:54.420 Let's get David Brooks up.

00:44:56.220 Dave Bratt's with us.

00:44:57.280 Let's get the – if we can put that up on the screen.

00:45:01.700 So David Brooks, who is a pretty buttoned-down guy – I mean he's a conservative that's on liberal media essentially to bash Trump to – see, he's the new George Will, right?

00:45:14.040 Up on liberal media to act as a conservative to essentially bash populist nationalists.

00:45:19.540 But he's a pretty even-handed guy.

00:45:20.820 He did a – if – I'll pull it next in the next hour.

00:45:23.640 He did this big interview with me the day before – a couple days before I went to prison, which he said it was like having – right here in his big dark picture, black and white, in the New York Times.

00:45:33.580 He said – the first sentence says, I felt like I just interviewed Trotsky.

00:45:38.260 That's how much – that's how much he digs MAGA.

00:45:44.260 Is he having a nervous breakdown?

00:45:46.540 He's calling for him to go into the streets, right?

00:45:48.920 He's going Ezra Klein next level.

00:45:52.120 Is he not, sir?

00:45:53.640 Yeah, well, Ezra Klein, I don't follow him too much, but that cold open was just precious.

00:46:00.540 It looked like an overly dramatized poetry reading up at, you know, Politics and Prose up there in the swamp on Connecticut Avenue for all the hoity-toity class.

00:46:10.140 And I don't think that's a winner.

00:46:11.760 And Brooks – Brooks lost his marbles in this piece.

00:46:15.480 And he's not a conservative, right?

00:46:17.040 A conservative, a Burkean conservative, melds together the Judeo-Christian religious tradition with Greek reason.

00:46:25.000 And both reinforce each other.

00:46:26.960 Brooks, if he ever mentioned the Judeo-Christian religion and what it entails, there's no way the Atlantic would let him publish.

00:46:33.800 So in this piece, he goes off on the rule of law, the Constitution, and Trump's accumulation of power for power's sake.

00:46:42.220 And interestingly, you know, he wrote another piece in the Atlantic this week on gaslighting.

00:46:49.240 And that was a pretty good piece.

00:46:52.320 Gaslighting is when you are the guilty party and you blame the innocent party for doing what you just got done doing to them.

00:47:00.740 And everybody in the war room is in touch with that emotion, right?

00:47:05.040 Gaslighting is when you blame the innocent party for doing what you've done to them.

00:47:10.480 What did they do to us?

00:47:12.040 And Brooks is part of this sole globalist establishment line of thought.

00:47:16.980 They brought us a whole host of the terribles.

00:47:19.300 The CIA, FBI, Justice Department gave us the Steele dossier with 50 leading intelligence officers in the country breaking the law and violating their own word.

00:47:30.440 They brought us 10 million cases of illegal immigrants, 10 million cases against the law, Dave.

00:47:36.940 If you believe in the rule of law and the Constitution, just basic conservative thought, right, and basic moral integrity would demand you answer to that.

00:47:46.240 A million dead boys laying on the ground, David, in Russia and Ukraine.

00:47:52.080 No commentary.

00:47:53.160 They invaded President Trump home.

00:47:54.780 They put Steve Bannon and Navarro in jail.

00:47:57.800 We had the COVID shutdown with our rights trampled.

00:48:01.720 Not much on the basic rights language.

00:48:04.560 We had censorship in place for four years.

00:48:07.040 You couldn't speak the truth.

00:48:08.740 David Brooks, nowhere to be found.

00:48:10.180 And so, yeah, he's having a total meltdown here because all of his institutions are crumbling in the place.

00:48:17.400 And this gets a little deeper.

00:48:19.600 But we used to have a real culture, right, before the elites took over with, you know,

00:48:23.960 Michel Foucault and Rorty and the language games of Harvard and the new literary remarks that are all part of deconstructing the Judeo-Christian West. 0.54

00:48:35.440 And Brooks fits right in that.

00:48:38.020 He fits right in the deconstruction school.

00:48:40.000 Nothing he says violates those terms of thought.

00:48:44.140 And so what am I getting at there?

00:48:45.740 We used to have a culture that was high culture.

00:48:48.460 We produced the Judeo-Christian West, produced the greatest music, the greatest literature, the greatest art, the greatest philosophy, the greatest theology, the greatest democracies, the greatest human rights language, everything.

00:49:02.080 That is a culture.

00:49:03.500 We didn't have to call it a culture.

00:49:05.100 We didn't do study of culture.

00:49:07.760 It was the culture.

00:49:09.300 And in my mind, it still is the culture.

00:49:11.060 The left can't name their culture.

00:49:12.440 But hang on, but hang on, isn't he arguing that that's what he's defending, that we are, in fact, the barbarians, that the barbarians are coming across every part of the institution?

00:49:22.160 This is why you know you're winning, because he admits that we are now finally reversing the long march through the institutions.

00:49:29.400 And we're grabbing, like, conservatives like Brooks, the controlled opposition, just stood there and let the long march take place.

00:49:35.480 We're actually countering that across every different part of this battlefield, right?

00:49:40.240 So he's arguing that he's actually the defender, that the long march wasn't that bad, that you left at least the facade of these institutions, right, that support the Judeo-Christian West, which you can look at Harvard or all these universities and understand that's not happening.

00:49:56.060 But he's actually calling now, like Ezra Klein, he's telling them that we're at a critical point, that if we're not stopped, if MAGA's not stopped and stopped now, that we're going to win this, as I keep saying.

00:50:09.680 And he's saying he's actually calling them out into the streets, get out of the faculty lounge, get to the streets, get out of the C-suite, get to the suites, get to the streets.

00:50:18.140 He's doing a call to action, is he not, to stop us?

00:50:22.020 Yeah, no, that's right.

00:50:23.680 Well, the old conservative party used to put out white papers and identify cultural arguments, and they thought that would win the day.

00:50:31.400 The Trump administration has the ideas, and they're putting them in place in the institutions.

00:50:38.360 And the other irony that a basic conservative like Brooks follows, and this is why he's not a public intellectual anymore, President Trump is dismantling the power of the federal government.

00:50:48.640 How many tyrants do you know that have done that?

00:50:50.420 He's dismantling his own communications departments, right, USAID, NPR, public radio.

00:50:58.140 If you were a despot, you would grab hold of these public communications networks.

00:51:02.220 He's also dismantling the federal piece, the bureaucratic sclerosis piece of the Ministry of Education.

00:51:09.960 Again, if you were a tyrant, you would utilize, like the left has for the past 40 years, the Ministry of Education to inculcate young kids with everything except knowledge.

00:51:21.440 And all this relates to our immigration problems, right?

00:51:24.100 The kids aren't educated.

00:51:25.160 We don't have a workforce.

00:51:26.420 And now you've got the leftist claiming, well, we don't have a workforce.

00:51:29.660 And it all fits together.

00:51:31.780 Texas had a huge win on education yesterday.

00:51:34.800 And it's all of this brawl for the institutions is going to bear good fruit.

00:51:39.960 Hold that.

00:51:41.180 I want to get into that when we get back.

00:51:43.860 This gets back to what Mike Davis said about why AOC and Bernie Sanders never bring up what Trump's Justice Department and FTC are doing with a handoff from Lena Kahn.

00:51:57.940 Because we have to break up these major, these oligarchs. 1.00

00:52:02.420 Their oligarch tour never talks about this.

00:52:05.120 Why?

00:52:06.240 They're not populist.

00:52:07.400 They're not left populist.

00:52:08.600 They are actual Marxist, right?

00:52:11.820 They are cultural Marxist, definitely.

00:52:13.360 But they're also Marxist that they want bigger institutions, state capitalism, that they can control it.

00:52:19.000 As the FBI, as Biden had the FBI controlling the content of these places.

00:52:25.200 It's as clear as the news on your face, right?

00:52:30.280 Short commercial break.

00:52:31.480 Right stuff takes us out.

00:52:32.980 We're back with Jack Posobiec and Dave Bratt in a moment.

00:52:46.080 Are you a yo-yo dieter?

00:52:48.700 You diet, lose weight, but gain it all back, plus a few extra pounds for the effort.

00:52:53.640 Then later, you lose it again and regain it again and on and on and on.

00:52:58.460 I think I resemble this.

00:53:00.760 It's dangerous.

00:53:01.500 Studies show that you can increase your risk of heart attack, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and other health problems.

00:53:07.900 Breaking free of your yo-yo diet pattern is a main reason doctors created Lean.

00:53:13.640 Lean is a supplement, not an injection, and you don't need a prescription.

00:53:17.540 The science behind Lean is impressive.

00:53:20.980 It's studied natural ingredients, target weight loss in three powerful ways.

00:53:25.500 Lean helps maintain healthy blood sugar.

00:53:28.020 It helps control appetite and cravings.

00:53:30.100 And it helps burn fat by converting fat into energy.

00:53:34.620 Listen, if you're tired of losing weight and gaining it back,

00:53:37.440 if you want to lose meaningful weight at a healthy pace, Lean was created for you.

00:53:42.000 Let me get you started with 20% off when you enter Bannon20, that's B-A-N-N-O-N-20, at TakeLean.com.

00:53:49.960 That's code Bannon20 at TakeLean.com.

00:53:54.700 Bannon20, that's 2-0, at TakeLean.com.

00:53:58.700 Lose it and keep it off.

00:54:04.100 Hey, War Room.

00:54:05.120 Hope you're all doing well.

00:54:06.240 My name is Trevor Comstock.

00:54:07.620 I'm one of the co-creators of Sacred Human.

00:54:09.320 And I wanted to share just a little bit more about our brand for those who may not know of us yet.

00:54:14.120 But about six months ago, we decided to launch Sacred Human with really the simple mission being to provide

00:54:20.120 American-made natural supplements without all the artificial nonsense.

00:54:25.340 So unfortunately, as many of you know, a lot of these big corporate supplements will include things like preservatives,

00:54:31.560 artificial ingredients, and other additives that really aren't benefiting your health.

00:54:35.420 So that's why we created Sacred Human, really trying to fill this gap with quality supplements.

00:54:41.180 And of course, the beef liver being our flagship products.

00:54:44.280 For those who don't know, beef liver is loaded with highly bioavailable ingredients such as vitamin A, B12, zinc, CoQ10, etc.

00:54:53.140 And because it is 100% grass-fed and natural, your body is able to absorb these nutrients far better than taking any other synthetic multivitamin

00:55:02.960 or any other synthetic vitamin in general.

00:55:06.340 So we have some other amazing products, but if you'd like to check us out, you can go to sacredhumanhealth.com.

00:55:12.000 And cheers to your health.
