Bannon's War Room - Episode 4432： Harvard Fights Back; Colorado Federal Judge Delays Venezuelan Deportations

00:00:00.000 His fiduciary responsibility, as Mike Davis tells me, not the unitary theory of the executive,

00:00:06.320 but his Article II powers as commander-in-chief, which the courts are fighting,

00:00:10.680 we have Mike here today talk, he couldn't do.

00:00:12.960 So, Eric, don't you agree we should have a formal investigation of the last two years of Biden's administration?

00:00:18.580 100 billion percent. Very thorough, absolutely.

00:00:22.600 100 billion percent. That should be job number one,

00:00:25.040 because that threatened to take the country down as much as anything that they are pointing a finger at Trump for doing.

00:00:32.460 I'll let you guys go and jump on it and love being with you.

00:00:35.520 See, I learned something. I learned that the Rumble chat is tougher than some of the other chats on our house.

00:00:42.000 The Rumble chat, man, is, hey, the Rumble chat is men only, although there's a lot of women in there. 1.00

00:00:47.380 High sticking is allowed.

00:00:48.940 High sticking. Got it. Got it.

00:00:51.040 You're against the boards. Expect one of those Rumble folks to hit you, right?

00:00:55.040 Got it.

00:00:56.640 Take it away, friends.

00:00:57.940 Thank you, sir. Appreciate you, Eric.

00:00:58.980 See you tomorrow.

00:01:00.000 Thank you.

00:01:01.700 The viceroy, hey, you never know in Mr. Rogers, in Mr. Bannon's neighborhood, who's going to drop by.

00:01:06.420 The viceroy is in the house.

00:01:08.700 We've got a great cold open.

00:01:09.860 We've got a lot to report on today.

00:01:12.280 Everything from the antitrust trials, President Trump's magnificent Justice Department, at least in that area, on top of it,

00:01:19.780 plus a bunch of bizarre court rulings today.

00:01:22.780 We're going to get into it.

00:01:23.260 Let's do it. We've got a great cold open.

00:01:24.360 Let's hit it, Denver.

00:01:26.100 Steve Bannon was on with Chris Cuomo, who's trying to rehab himself and act like a patriot, which is another sign of how hardcore we're winning.

00:01:34.300 I don't like Cuomo and don't trust him, but look what his brother did and all the rest of it.

00:01:38.120 My point is, here they are talking about actual tax increases on the rich and getting rid, and the White House is very serious, of taxes on people making $200,000, $300,000 a year or below.

00:01:54.100 And that will supercharge the economy. 0.99

00:01:56.100 People under that tax bracket pay a very small percent overall of the taxes.

00:02:01.100 But bigger than that, the globalists have all this offshore systems beyond other countries where they set it up where none of the money ever comes back to begin with.

00:02:10.580 So Trump's looking at all of this, and this is real populism, and that's what Trump's always stood for.

00:02:16.140 So here is an excerpt of that, but this is really exciting, and you need to send this report to your friends and family that are still leftist to understand they want real prosperity.

00:02:26.560 Join the team.

00:02:27.200 Here it is.

00:02:27.600 If you want to motivate people to actually start cutting federal spending and telling politicians this has got to be cut, this thing's ridiculous right now, the trillion dollars we spend in the Defense Department, and I'm a hawk that was eight years a naval officer.

00:02:39.100 My daughter went to West Point and served in Iraq, so I'm not a dove.

00:02:42.380 You've got to cut the defense budget.

00:02:43.840 It can't be a trillion dollars.

00:02:44.980 Agreed.

00:02:45.180 If you want to incentivize people to do it, you've got to let them pay for it.

00:02:49.360 When they start paying for it, all of a sudden they're going, well, hang on.

00:02:52.580 You're telling me working class people in the middle class got this tax cut, and we did?

00:02:55.880 Yeah, exactly what I'm telling you, and by the way, exactly what I'm telling you, and until you start telling these politicians we have to work together to make reasonable cuts, that we have to get together, the country's now on an unsustainable path.

00:03:09.760 And trust me, the people down at the bottom are going to pay the most.

00:03:13.280 The people that are the backbone of this nation, right, are going to pay the most.

00:03:17.720 It's time now to lance the boil.

00:03:19.560 The left, the globalists want everybody poor except a tiny elite.

00:03:23.060 Trump is moving to get rid of the income tax for most Americans and get rid of the hidden tax write-offs and exemptions that the ultra-rich have.

00:03:33.580 This is the true American system. 0.69

00:03:35.240 This is populism.

00:03:36.520 This is the winning combination.

00:03:38.320 What was supposed to be America's, quote, golden age of prosperity, at least according to many financial analysts, is off to an historically rocky start.

00:03:46.800 Right now, the markets are recovering from yesterday's big sell-off on Wall Street triggered by the president's continued attacks against Fed Chair Jerome Powell.

00:03:53.860 But we want to zoom out for a moment and look at the headlines about where things stand three months into Donald Trump's presidency and his self-induced trade war.

00:04:02.500 The clock is ticking for the White House to negotiate literally dozens of trade deals before that 90-day tariff pause expires.

00:04:10.440 So far, not a single one has materialized.

00:04:13.760 The Dow is headed for its worst April since, get this, the Great Depression.

00:04:17.700 U.S. stocks are having their worst start to a presidency in more than a century, 1928 to be exact.

00:04:23.860 And today, the International Monetary Fund slashed its forecast for economic growth.

00:04:28.140 Its chief economist now predicting a 40 percent chance of recession due mostly to those tariffs.

00:04:34.440 Our colleague Catherine Doyle just put in a note that Scott Besant, the Treasury Secretary, was speaking just today at a private investor summit behind closed doors.

00:04:45.020 We don't have this on camera, but she sent over notes in which Secretary Besant is indicating that the direct engagement,

00:04:51.480 actual negotiations with China have not yet started, but at the same time suggested that both sides understand that this is not a long term solution and that having tariffs at 125 percent, 145 percent is not good for anybody involved.

00:05:07.920 And that he expects, to note, de-escalation to come soon, remarking that there is going to be a moment here over the next weeks in which there is going to be engagement and that there is a posit over in the very near future that there's going to be a de-escalation here.

00:05:26.240 I think it's notable remarks at the same time Christine went through this during the first Trump administration.

00:05:32.280 The negotiation with China, as the secretary points out, it's a slog.

00:05:36.600 And so what are the details?

00:05:37.940 What does engagement look like?

00:05:39.340 When does that engagement begin?

00:05:41.540 There's a lot of outstanding questions.

00:05:43.620 Harvard University is taking the Trump administration to court, filing a lawsuit late last night accusing the government of violating its First Amendment rights.

00:05:51.020 Harvard is challenging the government's decision to freeze $2.2 billion in funds meant for educational advancements.

00:05:58.040 Joining us now, NBC News correspondent Antonia Hilton and MSNBC legal correspondent Lisa Rubin.

00:06:03.600 Antonia, I want to start with you.

00:06:05.320 What is the reaction to this Harvard lawsuit been from the White House?

00:06:09.020 What more can you tell us about how they're how they're reacting?

00:06:11.900 Well, Linda McMahon, the education secretary, actually spoke to some of our colleagues at CNBC,

00:06:16.720 and she said that she basically hopes right now that Harvard is going to come back to the table to negotiate with them.

00:06:22.600 And she advanced the argument that they've been making for many weeks now,

00:06:26.360 which is that this is all about anti-Semitism on college campuses,

00:06:29.620 about trying to use this leverage to make college campuses safer.

00:06:35.160 But, you know, Harvard's lawsuit is really arguing that what they're trying to do to schools like Harvard

00:06:41.480 has very little to do with what is happening on those college campuses in the first place

00:06:45.580 and very little to do with anti-Semitism.

00:06:48.280 I'll read a little bit of a statement, though, that we got from the White House.

00:06:51.760 It reads, in part,

00:06:53.140 You know, I think one of the things that's important to note, at least in the case of Harvard, though,

00:07:07.020 is that the money that is at risk here, the billions of dollars that was flowing to them,

00:07:11.960 this is stuff that goes to, say, life-saving cancer research, the development of drugs,

00:07:17.980 millions of Americans and people around the world depend on Alzheimer's research.

00:07:23.280 That's what's at risk here.

00:07:25.000 Not exactly the enrichment of bureaucrats.

00:07:27.620 And a lot of this money was flowing to hospitals like the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute

00:07:32.140 and other research groups and organizations that, again,

00:07:36.020 really have almost nothing to do with the classic images you're seeing right there of the Harvard campus,

00:07:40.500 undergraduate life, debates over the war in Gaza.

00:07:44.040 And it has everything to do with, again, research and medicine that is critical for many of us.

00:07:48.940 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:07:56.820 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:08:02.060 Here's the reason I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:08:06.320 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:08:08.220 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:08:09.660 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:08:12.340 It's going to happen.

00:08:13.600 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:08:16.300 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:08:23.840 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:08:27.560 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:08:33.960 War Room.

00:08:34.760 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.

00:08:37.080 It's Tuesday, 22 April, Year of Our Lord, 2025.

00:08:43.400 The Viceroy joins me.

00:08:44.700 So much to go through.

00:08:45.780 First off, thank you.

00:08:47.100 You go do your Fox Business hit, and then you wander over here.

00:08:49.560 You wander over between here and Happy Hour at Butterworth.

00:08:53.440 You stop by the War Room.

00:08:54.480 Is that where we are?

00:08:55.220 I am a media streetwalker.

00:08:57.540 I don't want to.

00:08:58.820 What have we created here?

00:09:00.560 Viceroy, there's so much to go through.

00:09:02.420 I want to start with the Harvard and the university system.

00:09:06.920 The commonality, because they always bunch them with the law firms cratering, and now

00:09:12.120 the university's cratering, or the Harvard's trying to punch back.

00:09:15.080 The connective tissue here is massive amount of federal money going to the law firm's clients

00:09:20.820 and the law firms that sell for their work.

00:09:23.060 And Harvard and the Ivy Leagues and the public Ivies are living off two, three, four, five

00:09:27.460 billion dollars a year of taxpayer money.

00:09:30.440 I want anybody who wants to hold them accountable to that, because I think it's much deeper

00:09:34.100 than anti-Semitism.

00:09:35.700 I think it gets to the whole neo-Marxist, and I would like to see the faculties purge

00:09:40.140 and the administrators purge.

00:09:42.680 They're in total meltdown on MSNBC and the New York Times.

00:09:45.800 Your thoughts, sir?

00:09:47.120 I love that President Trump is going after the left's institutions.

00:09:51.860 They're sacred cows.

00:09:53.520 We have-

00:09:54.100 And nothing more sacred to them than colleges and universities.

00:09:58.160 Harvard is their-

00:09:58.840 Tenure.

00:09:59.220 Harvard is their Vatican, and Trump is sacking the Vatican, and it's quite wonderful to watch.

00:10:06.000 This is like the Visigoths.

00:10:07.220 Yes.

00:10:07.520 Right?

00:10:08.000 456 AD.

00:10:09.500 Yes.

00:10:09.760 Right?

00:10:10.200 The Moors.

00:10:10.960 So I would say this to Harvard.

00:10:13.400 You have a huge amount of money in your endowments.

00:10:16.800 Why do you need federal funds?

00:10:18.140 And if you're going to take federal funds, there are going to be strings attached to those

00:10:22.760 federal funds.

00:10:23.400 You can't discriminate against your conservative students.

00:10:26.560 You can't discriminate against your Jewish students.

00:10:30.140 If you're going to take the money, then you're going to play by the rules.

00:10:33.340 Well, but it's more than anti-Semitism.

00:10:35.440 Yes.

00:10:35.800 That has to be a given, and you've got to do that.

00:10:38.440 But it's broader than just that.

00:10:40.620 These universities are out of control.

00:10:42.120 These are a hotbed of revolutionary ideas by this woke Marxist faculty that have tenure

00:10:51.320 on taxpayer money and the administrators.

00:10:53.900 That's why I think there ought to be a purge of the faculty senates and a purge of the administration. 0.98

00:10:58.620 And I think you have to go to the public ivies.

00:11:00.700 I'm glad to see that the Big Ten is so worried about what Bannon's been saying here.

00:11:04.820 They just announced a compact that they're all going to hang together instead of me just

00:11:08.960 singling out the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and the University of Wisconsin

00:11:14.320 in Madison.

00:11:14.940 I didn't pick on Iowa.

00:11:16.920 Don't mess with Iowa.

00:11:18.080 I don't mess with Iowa.

00:11:18.980 Well, that's not a hotbed of radicalism, right? 0.99

00:11:20.960 Well, there's a bunch of left-wing lunatics there. 1.00

00:11:23.160 Even that's pretty woke. 0.99

00:11:24.060 Oh, for sure.

00:11:24.720 Yeah.

00:11:24.980 I went to a land-grant VPI, and that is a hotbed of woke right now.

00:11:29.820 I started students for George W. Bush at the University of Iowa.

00:11:32.980 Not exactly a fascist, and I was called a fascist and got death threats.

00:11:38.320 So university-

00:11:39.100 Back in 2000.

00:11:40.580 1999 to 2000.

00:11:41.860 Wow.

00:11:42.340 So it's-

00:11:43.340 Look, these universities have been wasting our money.

00:11:46.920 And churning out uneducated kids with useless degrees for decades, and China is going to 1.00

00:11:54.000 clean our clock.

00:11:54.980 They're actually training people to be doctors and scientists and engineers, and we're training

00:12:00.440 people with these DEI degrees that can't even get them jobs at Starbucks.

00:12:03.700 And we can't-

00:12:04.160 And they can't pay-

00:12:04.920 They got a trillion dollars for the debt they won't pay back.

00:12:07.180 Yeah.

00:12:07.560 And we're supposed to pay it back for them.

00:12:08.900 Do you think President Trump takes his foot off the gas, either in the law firms or the

00:12:13.840 universities?

00:12:14.300 I hope not, because you know what? 1.00

00:12:16.160 When you have the rats cornered, you shoot them. 0.99

00:12:19.440 Talk to me about the Supreme Court. 0.87

00:12:21.700 Any updates or your feelings on that?

00:12:23.160 After the break, we're actually going to play a clip on the cold open, the break when we

00:12:27.740 come back.

00:12:28.220 Another radical decision today.

00:12:30.560 Is the left winning because they are slowing us down?

00:12:33.920 And every time we turn around, you're in another four or five lawsuits coming on every

00:12:37.180 action President Trump wants to take.

00:12:38.660 Yeah, they are winning right now, short term.

00:12:41.040 They are, because of this.

00:12:41.800 Because of their, look, slowing the president.

00:12:44.620 He has four years to get a lot done.

00:12:47.880 President Trump has four years and about a 30% chance to save our country.

00:12:53.840 And if he does not get this accomplished in the next four years, our country's done.

00:12:57.720 We've been overtaken.

00:12:59.080 All these institutions, including the military, have been overtaken by these Marxists.

00:13:03.660 They're subversive.

00:13:04.860 They're doing everything they can every day to destroy our country.

00:13:09.000 It's driven by Obama.

00:13:10.180 It's driven by Soros.

00:13:11.400 It's driven by China. 0.96

00:13:12.840 And if we do not, if President Trump does not succeed in these next four years, it's

00:13:17.180 game over, America.

00:13:18.800 But this is, you connect the universities, these radical universities, which are part of

00:13:23.920 the formation of these kids, the law firms, and what's happening in the radical judiciary.

00:13:29.040 It's all connective tissue all the way back.

00:13:31.040 That's why you've got to break the universities.

00:13:32.480 You have to break these law firms.

00:13:34.220 You have to bring them to heel.

00:13:35.620 And you're going to have to do something about these courts.

00:13:38.100 We're going to talk about that in the next segment.

00:13:39.660 Birch Gold, Golden Day, went down below 3,400.

00:13:43.340 The market went up 1,000.

00:13:44.600 And all they're talking about on the rest of the media is President Trump, how the economy

00:13:49.260 is out of control.

00:13:50.440 It's spinning out of control.

00:13:51.260 One small mention by Scott Besson, picked up by Katie Doyle, that we're going to de-escalate

00:13:57.260 in the economic war.

00:13:58.560 Because, hey, you can't keep 140% terrorists forever. 0.90

00:14:01.580 We're essentially in an embargo right now of the Chinese Communist Party.

00:14:05.400 Something's going to be figured out.

00:14:07.360 President Trump right now, I think India, Japan, Korea, you've got a bunch of these countries

00:14:12.460 in East Asia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Taiwan, all very close to terms agreed, at

00:14:19.360 least laying out the architecture of a deal.

00:14:22.040 Make sure you understand it all, particularly how the BRICS nations are trying to work to

00:14:26.600 de-dollarize the world's economy, led by the Chinese Communist Party, the end of the dollar 0.99

00:14:31.560 empire.

00:16:03.940 And let the experts at Birch Gold help you secure your financial future today with gold.

00:16:12.020 They have everything you can have.

00:16:15.580 Don't forget, as an example, the European Union was set up to take advantage of the United

00:16:20.480 States.

00:16:20.980 That's why it was set.

00:16:22.240 And they've done that, but they're not doing that anymore.

00:16:25.400 Mr. President, will you allow, will you prevent Hamas from having any role in governing a 0.92

00:16:31.200 post-war Gaza?

00:16:32.600 And will Hamas have to be permanently eradicated for a ceasefire?

00:16:36.380 Well, we're not going to let Hamas do that, and we're going to see what happens with Gaza. 0.97

00:16:41.500 But we've made a lot of progress in the Middle East, tremendous.

00:16:45.140 Should have never happened.

00:16:46.520 That date, that very special date, October 7th, should have never happened.

00:16:50.580 It would have never happened if I were president.

00:16:53.060 But we'll be stopping that whole situation.

00:16:55.200 Yeah, please.

00:16:55.700 The Treasury Secretary Besson suggested that the current rate as high as they are now

00:17:00.620 is effectively an embargo of trade between the United States and China.

00:17:04.360 Do you see that?

00:17:04.880 That's true.

00:17:05.660 145% is very high, and it won't be that high.

00:17:09.900 It's not going to be that high.

00:17:11.740 It got up to that.

00:17:12.880 We were talking about fentanyl, where, you know, various elements built it up to 145.

00:17:19.060 No, it won't be anywhere near that high.

00:17:21.340 And what level do you think it will come down to if you have it?

00:17:23.360 It will come down substantially, but it won't be zero.

00:17:27.400 It used to be zero.

00:17:28.740 We were just destroyed.

00:17:30.580 China was taking us for a ride, and it's not going to happen.

00:17:36.620 We're going to be very good to China.

00:17:37.960 I have a great relationship with President Xi.

00:17:40.140 But they would make billions and billions and billions of dollars a year, and they would

00:17:48.140 build their military out of the United States and what they made.

00:17:51.080 So that won't happen.

00:17:52.400 But they're going to do very well, and I think they're going to be happy, and I think we're

00:17:55.940 going to live together very happily and ideally work together.

00:17:59.940 So I think it's going to work out very well.

00:18:02.260 But, no, it's at 145 percent.

00:18:04.200 There will not be anywhere near that number.

00:18:06.160 I've got a problem, Mr. President.

00:18:07.720 Mr. President, on the work that you're using on the border, are you happy with the rate of

00:18:14.100 deportations right now?

00:18:15.600 Oh, it's amazing what they've done on the border.

00:18:17.740 Thank you for the question, because, honestly, it's one of the great successes.

00:18:21.380 We have virtually nobody coming in illegally.

00:18:24.200 We do have people coming in legally because we want people to come in, but we have nobody

00:18:28.740 coming in through the border virtually.

00:18:32.020 We were having hundreds of thousands of people a month come in under Biden, and they came in

00:18:37.820 from prisons.

00:18:38.520 They came in from mental institutions.

00:18:40.380 They came in from gangs in Venezuela and other countries all over the world, not just South

00:18:45.480 America.

00:18:46.820 They were emptying their prisons into the United States. 0.90

00:18:49.880 Venezuela emptied its prisons out, but many countries emptied their prisons into the Congo,

00:18:56.260 as an example, in Africa, emptied their prisons into the United States.

00:19:00.280 And we're getting them out.

00:19:02.180 And I hope we get cooperation from the courts, because, you know, we have thousands of people

00:19:07.560 that are ready to go out.

00:19:09.260 And you can't have a trial for all of these people.

00:19:13.320 It wasn't meant, the system wasn't meant.

00:19:15.640 And we don't think there's anything that says that, look, we are getting some very bad

00:19:20.740 people, killers, murderers, drug dealers, really bad people, the mentally ill, the mentally 0.97

00:19:27.100 insane. 0.99

00:19:27.780 And they emptied out insane asylums into our country. 1.00

00:19:31.600 We're getting them out.

00:19:32.960 And a judge can't say, no, you have to have a trial.

00:19:36.780 The trial is going to take two years.

00:19:39.560 And, no, we're going to have a very dangerous country if we're not allowed to do what we're

00:19:45.180 entitled to do.

00:19:46.780 And I won an election based on the fact that we get them out.

00:19:49.640 And we've done an amazing job.

00:19:50.940 Look, we've stopped.

00:19:52.520 Everybody admits, even the radical left, we have got the strongest border we've ever

00:19:57.120 had, even stronger than what I had for four years.

00:20:00.580 We had a great border.

00:20:01.820 We solved the problem.

00:20:03.540 But it's actually, it's a tad stronger, which is, I don't know if that's disappointing or

00:20:08.600 not to me.

00:20:09.280 I said I beat my own record.

00:20:11.580 But I appreciate the question.

00:20:13.420 Well, thank you, Daniel.

00:20:33.900 The question is about prices.

00:20:35.880 The prices are going down, not going up.

00:20:38.260 One of the big things is energy is going down.

00:20:41.000 And I see that we had a couple of states where gasoline was at $1.98 a gallon.

00:20:47.360 Nobody thought they'd see that for years, maybe.

00:20:51.400 And that's a big thing.

00:20:52.960 And we opened up our wells.

00:20:54.820 We opened up our drilling.

00:20:55.940 We have more product now for sale.

00:20:59.320 And we're also going to be selling outside of the country to a large extent.

00:21:03.100 It's going to bring down our deficits, largely going to bring down our deficits.

00:21:06.540 But if you remember my first week, I was standing here, Paul, and they were screaming about eggs.

00:21:12.420 The cost of eggs have gone through the roof.

00:21:14.700 They were up like 500 percent.

00:21:17.040 Crazy, like four or five times.

00:21:19.000 And we won't have eggs for Easter, they were saying.

00:21:21.400 There will be no eggs.

00:21:22.500 You can't order eggs.

00:21:23.380 They wanted us to order plastic in the shape of eggs.

00:21:26.160 Well, yesterday, we had 48,000 people at the Easter hunt.

00:21:32.400 They caught the Easter roll at the White House.

00:21:35.860 And we had all eggs.

00:21:37.560 And as you know, the cost of eggs has come down like 93, 94 percent since we took office.

00:21:44.200 And they're pretty much normally priced now.

00:21:47.260 Great job.

00:21:48.020 Our secretary of agriculture, Brooke Rollins, did a very good job.

00:21:51.140 But groceries have come down.

00:21:53.440 It's all coming down.

00:21:54.500 The only thing that hasn't come down but hasn't gone up much are interest rates.

00:21:58.800 And we think the Fed should lower the rate.

00:22:01.040 We think that it's a perfect time to lower the rate.

00:22:04.720 And we'd like to see our chairman be early or on time as opposed to late.

00:22:10.680 Late's not good.

00:22:13.100 I don't want to talk about that because I have no intention of firing.

00:22:16.360 No intention of firing.

00:22:17.040 Mr. President, there are reports that you're considering doing something for moms across the country, giving them some type of wellness for them to have a child.

00:22:25.060 Are you considering that?

00:22:26.420 Sounds like a good idea to me.

00:22:28.900 Yeah, please.

00:22:29.360 Mr. President, you have no intention of firing Jerome Powell because here, President Biden Hassett, a few days ago, said that you and people in the lives were studying this idea of possibly doing a force to turn a hand.

00:22:40.200 Do you have any plans on doing it?

00:22:41.740 Not whatsoever.

00:22:43.300 Never did.

00:22:44.740 The press runs away with things.

00:22:46.500 No, I have no intention of firing him.

00:22:48.080 I would like to see him be a little more active in terms of his idea to lower interest rates.

00:22:56.080 This is a perfect time to lower interest rates.

00:22:59.140 If he doesn't, is it the end?

00:23:00.960 No, it's not.

00:23:02.440 But it would be good timing.

00:23:03.620 It would be it which could have taken place earlier.

00:23:06.400 But no, I have no intention to fire him.

00:23:08.420 I don't want to comment on that.

00:23:11.740 That doesn't matter.

00:23:12.440 Mr. President, you said we have seen documents released, the rest of them.

00:23:18.380 Which documents?

00:23:19.140 The Epstein files.

00:23:20.460 I don't know.

00:23:21.100 I'll speak to the Attorney General about that.

00:23:23.680 I really don't know.

00:23:24.440 I know that we've done the RFK.

00:23:28.260 The Kennedy, Martin Luther King is out there very shortly. 0.95

00:23:31.980 So we'll find out.

00:23:34.120 And we've really, really announced we're doing them in full transparency.

00:23:41.240 You know, when we did JFK, people would say, oh, maybe it wasn't all.

00:23:46.580 It was all.

00:23:47.820 And people actually went up to the office and they looked at some things that were, you know,

00:23:52.260 not really easily available.

00:23:54.320 And they were amazed that we gave it all.

00:23:57.120 And I don't know if it solved any problems for people.

00:24:01.000 People still have questions one way or the other.

00:24:02.980 But that I'm not.

00:24:03.960 But 100 percent of all of these documents are being delivered.

00:24:07.980 Yeah, please.

00:24:08.380 Mr. President, you said you're ultimately going to make a deal with China.

00:24:11.920 But where do things stand right now?

00:24:13.500 Have you talked to him?

00:24:14.880 The Secretary of State is going to be a slog. 0.97

00:24:16.940 My relationship with the presidency is great.

00:24:19.680 It was, it's been great for a long time.

00:24:22.680 We've had a very good relationship.

00:24:24.140 And I think we'll make a deal with China.

00:24:25.940 Mr. President, in this meeting with...

00:24:27.340 If we don't make a deal, we'll set it.

00:24:28.900 We'll just set the number.

00:24:30.080 And, you know, I think they'll want to be a part of the United States.

00:24:33.160 We're doing great.

00:24:33.760 We're going to...

00:24:34.760 This is the golden age, as Paul said.

00:24:36.640 We're talking about the golden age.

00:24:38.100 There will never be a time like this, in my opinion.

00:24:41.400 And China wants to be a part of that, too.

00:24:44.440 Mr. President, in your meeting with investigations from, the alert investigation,

00:24:48.260 are you getting intelligence reprints?

00:24:50.100 Or do you think a lot of things will happen?

00:24:51.940 I have.

00:24:53.980 I'll keep that to myself.

00:24:55.680 Mr. President, it's very personal.

00:24:57.740 I think that everyone's going to do well in this country because of tariffs.

00:25:07.320 We have $7 trillion of investment already.

00:25:12.220 You can go back many years.

00:25:13.920 And for a whole year, they haven't had anywhere near that.

00:25:16.300 Mostly, they'd be well under $1 trillion of investment.

00:25:20.220 And we've got $7 trillion.

00:25:22.300 We really started five weeks ago.

00:25:24.580 And in just a few weeks, literally, we have $7 trillion, which is a record for a year.

00:25:29.780 There's never been a year with that much.

00:25:32.020 And that's coming in.

00:25:32.740 I think for two reasons.

00:25:33.760 It's coming because of an election that people liked.

00:25:36.380 And it's coming in because of tariffs.

00:25:38.680 And if you look at Apple, Apple's going to start building here.

00:25:43.360 Right now, they're in China, mostly.

00:25:45.760 $500 billion.

00:25:46.860 We have the computer, all of the computer chip companies, they're coming in at levels that

00:25:52.640 nobody's ever seen before, as you know.

00:25:55.380 Jensen came in for $500 billion.

00:25:58.260 You saw that.

00:25:59.240 Great guy.

00:25:59.960 Highly respected.

00:26:01.040 Mr. Wei coming in for $200, $250 billion.

00:26:05.800 Nobody's ever seen anything.

00:26:07.200 And the auto companies are coming in.

00:26:08.920 We can, I can name eight right now already, auto plants that are either starting or about

00:26:15.440 ready to start construction.

00:26:17.340 There's never been any United Auto Workers and the non-union workers in the automobile industry.

00:26:23.640 They love Trump.

00:26:25.680 And I love them.

00:26:26.600 Thank you all very much.

00:26:27.740 Thank you.

00:26:28.120 Congratulations, Paul.

00:26:29.260 That was the President of the United States right there.

00:26:43.240 We jumped in.

00:26:44.000 He was in the Oval taking questions after the swearing in of the new SEC Chairman.

00:26:50.900 Mike Davis is here.

00:26:51.780 I want to thank Real America's Voice.

00:26:53.160 I think we're going to blow the break.

00:26:55.520 Mike Davis.

00:26:56.360 So SEC, another alphabet agency, we're doing two things simultaneously.

00:27:01.280 We're deconstructing the administrative state to do away with regulations and also the smothering

00:27:06.200 impact of the administrative state.

00:27:08.480 At the same time, the Justice Department, the FCC, the FTC are on a jihad against the oligarchs.

00:27:16.700 This week in federal court, you've got the great team over at the FTC picking up from the

00:27:22.640 great work of Lena Kahn, and they have Facebook in court in a massive lawsuit of which they

00:27:28.820 say they're going to demand the breakup of Facebook, and particularly initially at least

00:27:33.660 the divestiture of Instagram and WhatsApp, right?

00:27:40.380 And now you've got the Justice Department under the great Gail Slater and Antitrust and Omid. 0.98

00:27:46.300 They're now asking for, just breaking as you walked in here, they're requesting that

00:27:51.420 Google, at a minimum, divest Chrome.

00:27:54.700 Talk to me about that.

00:27:55.480 What is this Google thing so big?

00:27:56.960 Why is Chrome such a big deal and looked at as such a win, even for the Justice Department

00:28:01.660 to propose it?

00:28:02.440 Remember what happened five years ago when these big tech platforms censored, silenced,

00:28:10.760 deplatformed, and canceled?

00:28:12.260 That guy that's in the Oval Office right now?

00:28:14.020 Including President Trump, right?

00:28:15.620 I started...

00:28:16.280 Starting with President Trump.

00:28:17.280 Yeah, I started the Internet Accountability Project, the sister organization, to the Article

00:28:21.840 3 Project as the first group on the right to take on big tech.

00:28:26.700 Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple on Section 230, on data privacy, and most importantly,

00:28:32.600 on antitrust.

00:28:33.920 And I started this with Rachel Bovard.

00:28:36.780 And Gail Slater may have had a hand in this. 0.93

00:28:39.660 Who knows?

00:28:41.100 But people laughed at us.

00:28:42.500 They mocked us.

00:28:43.380 They had the big tech shills, particularly from Google, saying that we're a laughing stock.

00:28:50.300 We're not going to get anything accomplished.

00:28:51.860 Well, guess what?

00:28:52.420 Five years later, they're not laughing.

00:28:54.560 They're not laughing anymore.

00:28:55.380 One of your spiritual sponsors who was in the White House with us and the White House

00:28:59.900 Counselors, I was thinking on the national security side, Gail is now the head of the 0.92

00:29:05.000 antitrust division of President Trump's Justice Department with a deputy that is on fire and

00:29:11.100 an entire group of lawyers over there.

00:29:12.980 They're like Elliot Ness.

00:29:14.000 They're like the untouchables.

00:29:15.200 Yeah, you have Gail Slater, who's the assistant attorney general for the antitrust division. 0.84

00:29:20.260 You have Omida Sefi, who's one of her top deputies.

00:29:23.460 And they are doing what President Trump started in his first term.

00:29:28.780 They are holding Google accountable for its monopolies.

00:29:33.020 Google has monopolized the search market.

00:29:36.460 And so you're going to see the Justice Department.

00:29:38.540 You see the Justice Department calling for the divestiture of Chrome from Google.

00:29:43.980 What is it for our audience?

00:29:45.300 What does that mean?

00:29:45.960 It means that Chrome needs to be sold.

00:29:48.440 It needs to be owned by someone other than Google because Google controls about 95% of

00:29:54.400 the online search market.

00:29:56.480 It's like Kleenex, right?

00:29:58.200 You don't call it facial tissue.

00:30:00.380 You call it Kleenex.

00:30:01.720 Google's the same thing.

00:30:02.740 It's actually become a verb.

00:30:04.020 You Google something.

00:30:05.360 That's how much of a monopoly Google has on online search.

00:30:09.180 And so if you break up Chrome from Google, you're going to have competing companies instead

00:30:14.200 of one company.

00:30:15.240 And that's an important thing.

00:30:17.140 If you break up Google's companies like Google and YouTube, that means that instead of Google

00:30:27.820 and YouTube censoring conservatives, they will compete for conservatives, right?

00:30:31.920 And that's an important thing.

00:30:33.100 You see the antitrust trial with FTC Chairman Andrew Ferguson, another one of my good friends

00:30:39.280 like Gail Slater, who's one of President Trump's top antitrust cops like Gail. 1.00

00:30:45.120 And Facebook thought they had this in the bag.

00:30:48.220 Trump started this trial at the FTC against Facebook in his first term against Meta.

00:30:54.180 And President Biden, to his credit, continued President Trump's antitrust.

00:30:58.840 I don't know if I would say this.

00:30:59.740 Biden as much as Lena Kahn, who's a hero, and took the original suit and made it better. 0.64

00:31:05.740 Worked for four years and tightened it up and then passed it on to Ferguson, who's now

00:31:10.440 taking it to court, against immense pressure because they were all over.

00:31:15.200 The lobbyists were all over the White House.

00:31:16.880 They were all over President Trump.

00:31:18.200 They were all over everybody in this city.

00:31:20.180 And Ferguson stood in the breach and said, no, we need to do this and we need to go forward.

00:31:24.160 That's exactly right.

00:31:25.000 So you have Gail Slater and Andrew Ferguson continuing what Jonathan Cantor and Lena Kahn did

00:31:32.180 in Biden's term.

00:31:34.700 And this is really important that we have this bipartisan coalition to hold these trillion

00:31:39.300 dollar big tech monopolies, Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple accountable.

00:31:43.600 And I'll tell you, Meta tried to do everything they can to derail this trial that started a couple

00:31:49.260 Mondays ago, and maybe, just maybe, the Viceroy took Gail Slater and Andrew Ferguson into the

00:31:55.600 Oval Office and gave President Trump a good reminder of what Meta did to him. 0.98

00:32:00.340 $400 million to chase him out of office in 2020, which subjected President Trump to four

00:32:06.220 years of unrelenting, republic-ending lawfare.

00:32:09.580 They tried to bankrupt him for non-fraud.

00:32:11.860 They tried to throw him in prison four times for non-crimes.

00:32:15.080 They tried to throw him off the ballot.

00:32:16.980 They tried to take off his hat.

00:32:18.500 And Mark Zuckerberg thinks that he's going to spend a million dollars on the inauguration

00:32:24.380 after President Trump wins in 2024, and that's going to make up for the $400 million that

00:32:29.860 he spent to chase him out in 2020.

00:32:31.920 That's not the art of the deal.

00:32:33.620 That's the art of the steal.

00:32:35.020 And President Trump wasn't going to fall for it.

00:32:37.320 And we make damn sure that that didn't happen.

00:32:39.800 Now Mark Zuckerberg's sitting through a trial where Andrew Ferguson could call for the divestiture

00:32:44.980 of Meta, could call for the divestiture of Facebook and WhatsApp and Instagram.

00:32:50.620 So this is really important what we're seeing with these antitrust enforcement efforts by

00:32:56.580 the Trump 47 antitrust team with Gail Slater and Andrew Ferguson with their deputies like

00:33:03.460 Omito Sefi.

00:33:04.140 And we're going to finish the job.

00:33:09.460 I'm going to come back about the taxes and going after the oligarchs and the serious nature

00:33:13.840 that the Justice Department under Gail Slater, what Lena Kahn did at FTC, what Andrew Ferguson

00:33:20.140 is going in that lineage, kind of the neo-Brandeisians, as we call ourselves, that are concerned about

00:33:29.040 this concentration of private and government power.

00:33:31.960 I got to bring up Letitia James.

00:33:33.860 At the same time, Big Tish James, she's got a problem, doesn't she? 1.00

00:33:38.140 A fact pattern that doesn't look very good about real estate.

00:33:40.880 She did this at the same time she was pursuing and really persecuting President Trump for

00:33:47.340 this bogus charges in New York.

00:33:48.740 Yes, so Tish James, Big Tish, our friend, tried to bankrupt Trump, saying that Trump somehow

00:33:55.000 committed fraud when he got a loan from sophisticated Wall Street banks, paid them back on time, in

00:34:04.140 full, as agreed, with interest.

00:34:06.060 And the banks had to do their own due diligence.

00:34:08.100 And she's trying to pretend that Mar-a-Lago is only worth $18 million, right?

00:34:15.580 A tennis court at Mar-a-Lago is worth more than $18 million.

00:34:19.140 This is the most prime real estate in the world.

00:34:22.700 This is like 20 acres of real estate in Palm Beach, Florida, one of the most expensive markets

00:34:29.040 in the world.

00:34:29.860 And I think it's the only piece of land that touches both the Atlantic Ocean and the

00:34:34.400 intracoastal waterway.

00:34:36.600 And it's unique.

00:34:37.400 You could not recreate this.

00:34:38.720 It's at least worth $500 million, if not at least a billion.

00:34:41.880 A billion, yeah.

00:34:42.800 So, Big Tish, she went after Trump with her bogus legal theory. 0.99

00:34:48.720 Now she's lying on her mortgage application, allegedly. 1.00

00:34:52.360 I mean, huge.

00:34:52.960 If you look at the facts that have been presented, I mean, she definitely lied.

00:34:55.460 This is not her primary residence.

00:34:56.900 I think she did it with her father.

00:34:58.840 And they went through this morning about 10 things on the mortgage application that are

00:35:04.500 just outright fraudulent.

00:35:06.220 Yeah.

00:35:06.500 Shouldn't we prioritize this?

00:35:08.120 You know, I don't understand why Southern District of New York has not announced, which

00:35:12.660 used to leak on Trump all the time, an investigation and go and panel a grand jury and let's see

00:35:17.120 the chips fall where they may.

00:35:18.260 I would say this.

00:35:19.260 If I were Big Tish, I would not want to be in the position she's in because I think Attorney

00:35:24.980 General Pam Bondi and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche and his principal deputy, Amel Bovee,

00:35:31.480 and Chad Mizell, the chief of staff, I bet you they're going to follow the law here because

00:35:37.220 as Big Tish used to always say, nobody's above law.

00:35:40.400 And as I said right after the election, Big Tish better lawyer up because justice- 0.99

00:35:47.940 You think she's got a problem? 0.95

00:35:49.260 I think that she's going to get indicted and she should be indicted. 1.00

00:35:52.680 Let's go ahead.

00:35:53.340 We have a cut, another quite controversial ruling this afternoon.

00:35:59.300 And a lot of these come from west of the Picos.

00:36:02.320 Let's go ahead and play this and we'll bring the viceroy in. 0.99

00:36:04.580 Thank you.

00:36:05.080 Some breaking news.

00:36:06.080 And I want to bring this to you, Lisa, while I have you.

00:36:09.580 A brand new federal judge ruling saying that the Trump administration has to give 21 days

00:36:14.560 notice to Venezuelan migrants in Colorado.

00:36:18.140 Talk about this case and what we know about it.

00:36:20.100 Well, Chris, based on the Supreme Court's decision on April 7th in the case that had

00:36:25.240 been before Judge Bozberg, you'll recall that plaintiffs who are detainees now have to bring

00:36:30.920 cases all over the country where they are detained and where they fear that they will be deported

00:36:36.800 and then imprisoned.

00:36:38.280 This case is an outgrowth from that.

00:36:40.540 This case is being brought on behalf of those who are detained in Colorado.

00:36:44.220 And one of the arguments that the ACLU has been making before the Supreme Court, but also

00:36:48.580 before district courts, is that reasonable notice means more than 24 hours, which is

00:36:54.540 how the administration has construed it.

00:36:56.820 Here they are finding now a federal judge who agrees with them, who says you need at

00:37:01.560 least 21 days notice so that you have an opportunity to be heard so that you can exercise your rights

00:37:08.500 in court and challenge the government's asserted deportation of you to another country.

00:37:14.460 And before you go into what is effectively a legal black hole in El Salvador, where you may never come back.

00:37:20.840 Okay, once again, this is the President of the United States in his Article 2 power as Commander-in-Chief.

00:37:28.800 This ruling by a Colorado federal judge, I guess it deals, he didn't try to do it for all the country, correct?

00:37:37.740 They haven't tried to put a ban or a TR.

00:37:39.240 This is only for those, I guess, Trendy Aragua that are in Colorado? 1.00

00:37:46.880 He's limited to that?

00:37:48.000 It's Charlotte Sweeney, a Biden judge.

00:37:50.660 She's a radical leftist like the rest of these Biden judges. 1.00

00:37:55.520 Look, I split my time between Colorado and D.C.

00:37:58.160 I spent 80% of my time in Colorado.

00:37:59.980 I'm very familiar with Trendy Aragua.

00:38:02.480 I've seen the gangs.

00:38:04.000 They're bad hombres that are preying on people, particularly Hispanic and African-American working class folks. 0.99

00:38:10.200 They are the worst of the worst, right? 1.00

00:38:12.060 They are vicious people who are raping kids, kidnapping, robbing, raping, torturing women. 1.00

00:38:18.420 They are working with the Venezuelan government to sabotage our country. 0.99

00:38:23.260 And the President made that finding under the Alien Enemies Act.

00:38:27.220 And that finding is not reviewable.

00:38:28.860 The fact that the President made this finding that these are foreign terrorists working with a foreign government is not reviewable by the court.

00:38:36.780 And so this order by this judge is lawless.

00:38:39.780 And this idea that she's going to write legislation saying there has to be 21 days. 1.00

00:38:44.300 Think about this.

00:38:44.900 President Biden led up to 30,000 people a day come into America.

00:38:49.760 This is an invasion of our country.

00:38:51.800 This is not illegal immigration.

00:38:54.020 This is an invasion, right?

00:38:55.260 And so we're supposed to – and the Supreme Court in 2023, written by Justice Brett Kavanaugh, said that President Biden had the discretion to let in these people, essentially gave the president the discretion to allow this invasion.

00:39:11.340 Now the Supreme Court is going to say that President Trump can't reverse this and get these dangerous foreign terrorists the hell out of our country. 1.00

00:39:20.040 That is unacceptable by the Supreme Court.

00:39:22.620 Illegal aliens do not have constitutional due process rights. 1.00

00:39:27.040 They have whatever Congress provides to them by statute.

00:39:30.820 And the Alien Enemies Act does not provide due process for these people who the president has designated as alien enemies.

00:39:38.040 They need to get the hell out of our country. 0.84

00:39:39.980 And in the meantime, if these judges are going to require these due process hoops that they suddenly care about due process after persecuting Trump supporters for four years and allowing that to happen,

00:39:51.480 if they're going to require this due process, if they're going to require this due process, the president needs to detain all these illegal aliens, all of them. 0.95

00:39:58.040 They're all criminals, including Trendy Aragua and MS-13 and GITMO and Texas detention facilities.

00:40:05.440 They're going to be in a holding pen while they're adjudicating their supposed due process rights.

00:40:10.680 Not out on the streets.

00:40:11.620 Hell no.

00:40:13.160 What –

00:40:13.480 And I want to make this clear.

00:40:15.420 Go ahead.

00:40:15.900 It's – I used to be a lot more sympathetic to illegal aliens until 15 million people got mass imported into our country. 0.99

00:40:24.020 Every illegal alien is a criminal and they need to get the hell out of our country. 1.00

00:40:29.200 Because they broke the law and come here. 1.00

00:40:30.180 Absolutely.

00:40:30.580 The Supreme Court, the – first off, they dropped this about the Alien Enemies Act and about whether President Trump had the rights.

00:40:43.240 The deep state dropped the national intelligence estimate that said it didn't back it up or that Venezuela was really doing this.

00:40:51.400 They dropped it at 1 o'clock in the morning.

00:40:53.520 Alito was so upset about it, he put out a quite sharp rejoinder on his opinion on Easter Sunday.

00:41:00.860 Is the civil – is the Supreme Court at a civil war with each other right now over this very issue of – does President Trump as commander-in-chief actually have the rights to take this, reverse this invasion?

00:41:13.700 Well, let me just ask this to the seven self-appointed generals on the Supreme Court, along with their legal team, their legal advisors at the ACLU.

00:41:25.260 When exactly does the president, as commander-in-chief, get back his power to repel this invasion by these terrorists in Trendy Aragua working with the Venezuelan governments? 0.74

00:41:37.080 Have the seven self-appointed generals, have they run to their skiff in the Supreme Court with their military advisors at the ACLU and figured out how exactly this is going to work?

00:41:47.980 I think this is unacceptable judicial sabotage by these Supreme Court justices, seven of them.

00:41:54.500 And I would remind these seven Supreme Court justices, you wear robes, not capes.

00:42:01.460 You are not superheroes.

00:42:03.580 Your job is a crucial job, but it's a modest job.

00:42:07.240 You are going to decide cases and controversies of the proper plaintiffs before your court with redressable claims.

00:42:16.480 Nothing more, nothing less.

00:42:18.400 You're not narcissist and capes.

00:42:20.680 You wear judicial robes.

00:42:22.060 Speaking of generals and commander-in-chief, Pete Hegseth at the Defense Department.

00:42:30.680 They're coming for Pete.

00:42:32.200 I had a whole hour today with Megyn Kelly on her show.

00:42:35.400 We discussed this.

00:42:36.660 The deep state's coming for Pete Hegseth.

00:42:38.440 Your thoughts, sir?

00:42:39.280 I think Pete Hegseth should ignore them because he has the president's strong support, and Pete Hegseth is doing a fantastic job.

00:42:47.060 He's killing foreign terrorists abroad, and he's securing our border with our military. 0.67

00:42:53.780 And the results speak for itself.

00:42:55.460 Our border invasion is down by 95 percent since President Trump took office.

00:43:02.020 In 60, 70, 80 days.

00:43:04.040 They told us it would take us decades.

00:43:05.940 We had to pass Langford's bill to do it.

00:43:08.600 Trump and Pete Hegseth did it in 60 days.

00:43:11.360 Yeah, so Pete Hegseth is doing a fantastic job.

00:43:14.400 He has the president's full support. 0.94

00:43:16.560 He needs to continue to kill foreign terrorists and secure our border and ignore everything else as noise and nonsense. 0.93

00:43:23.060 A vice or a battlefield report right now. 0.95

00:43:26.960 What can this audience, what can we do if they are kind of winning on the delay side and they're also making it so difficult to get out the criminal alien invaders that they're sitting there going, hey, they'll never get to the 10 million, right?

00:43:41.560 They'll never really get to the mass deportations because we're already here in late April going into May, and we're fighting them every day in court.

00:43:48.780 And right now at the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court's engaged in having these guys' backs, particularly with Trump justices.

00:43:56.380 What's your recommendation to the war room posse?

00:43:58.340 What do we do here?

00:43:59.140 I think what needs to happen is our federal governments working with our state and local allies need to start rounding up as many illegal aliens as possible and putting them in detention centers and let them adjudicate their claims from a detention center instead of the streets, and these people will self-deport immediately.

00:44:16.780 Do we also have the ability to suspend habeas corpus since it is an invasion? 0.97

00:44:22.160 Well, I don't think we need to go there.

00:44:23.540 I don't think we need to go there.

00:44:24.460 You think that formalizes it too much?

00:44:26.160 You say round them up and just say, hey, this is a deportation move.

00:44:30.540 You've got a final deportation order, 1.6 million of it.

00:44:33.020 You're heading out.

00:44:33.820 Well, maybe in the meantime, if these justices want to be superheroes with their capes instead of judicial robes, I think that we should have the military take over the Chevy Chase Country Club, and we can set up tent camps and put Trendy Aragua terrorists and MS-13 at the Chevy Chase Country Club. 0.73

00:44:50.620 The Vice Roy always coming up with a great solution.

00:44:54.060 Where do people go to get you on social media?

00:44:55.880 Where do they go for Article 3 to get engaged here?

00:45:17.600 Unfortunately, we created a media monster beyond all comprehension.

00:45:20.960 A streetwalker.

00:45:21.880 You were the shyest guy I ever met.

00:45:23.960 No, I don't want to come on TV.

00:45:25.020 I don't know anything.

00:45:25.560 Now it's like he's as bad as Chuck Schumer.

00:45:28.280 The most dangerous ground in Washington, D.C. is between Mike Davis and a microphone, right?

00:45:33.360 It used to be Chuck Schumer, Mike Davis.

00:45:35.880 My face for radio never stops me anymore.

00:45:38.300 Thank you.

00:49:27.620 We essentially have an embargo on right now.

00:49:33.700 It's one of the reasons Wall Street's up $1,000 today, or up $1,000 points, I should say.

00:49:37.140 Beijing warns a retaliation against nations doing U.S. deals.

00:49:41.320 Those deals do have parts of them that say the center of gravity of your trade will be with the United States.

00:49:47.960 So this is definitely putting together folks we've been in business with a long time and taking them out of the CCP sphere.

00:49:55.280 The CCP understands that.

00:49:57.380 That's why these are so hotly contested.

00:49:59.260 Will any of these be absolutely completed in the next couple of weeks?

00:50:02.680 No, but the term sheets and the architecture of it, I think, will definitely be completed.

00:50:06.940 And people are hearing the names of, like, Japan and India and Korea and some of these massive countries that are big trading partners with the United States.

00:50:17.940 So stay tuned there.

00:50:19.300 Scott Besant has also been talking about the overall economy.

00:50:25.020 He's going to give, I think, talk to the IMF tomorrow at 10 o'clock.

00:50:28.960 We're going to cut live when we start the show, if it starts on time, with Scott over at the World Bank and IMF.

00:50:36.060 They have their big kickoff meeting this week.

00:50:39.080 And so we'll make sure that everybody's on top of that, what he has to say.

00:50:42.160 President Trump couldn't have been clearer in the Oval Office.

00:50:45.820 President Trump says, hey, I'm not trying to fire Powell.

00:50:49.780 He says, I think Powell will be quicker.

00:50:51.740 I don't think he's doing a great job as Fed chair.

00:50:53.920 But as we came into the middle of the show, I think in the B block, the entire B block where he was swearing in the new head of the SEC,

00:51:01.640 the Security and Exchange Commission, that's essentially what oversees and governs Wall Street in the capital markets.

00:51:12.020 You know, he had about 10 or 15 minutes there.

00:51:14.060 We were just taking questions.

00:51:15.000 One of the most important was about his thoughts about the Federal Reserve and Powell.

00:51:22.740 He was very upfront.

00:51:24.460 He says, I don't have any intention to fire him.

00:51:26.700 Also, there was a question about Putin.

00:51:28.180 Putin put out word today that, hey, with a couple of things they can consider conditioned precedent,

00:51:35.540 they're prepared to sit down and talk peace with Ukraine.

00:51:38.620 First time Putin's ever been open to that.

00:51:40.220 This is, once again, President Trump, I don't know, running the tables in every area.

00:51:45.740 Of course, they're all over him.

00:51:46.740 The one thing they've got is the courts.

00:51:48.660 They know that that has slowed him down.

00:51:50.120 To delay is to deny.

00:51:51.640 I think we have to get much more aggressive in going after the deep state.

00:51:57.160 The deep state is not our friend.

00:51:58.960 They're never going to be on our side.

00:52:00.280 You can't reason with them.

00:52:01.340 They hate Trump.

00:52:02.080 They hate MAGA.

00:52:02.840 They hate this country.

00:52:04.100 They want ultimate power for themselves.

00:52:06.140 And we just got to get on with it with the investigations.

00:52:08.560 Tish James teed herself up right there. 1.00

00:52:11.640 I don't know.

00:52:12.060 We haven't announced a grand jury or already doing an investigation.

00:52:15.660 Come back and let's indict somebody and let's get rolling on this thing. 0.96

00:52:19.160 Tish James was so high and mighty with President Trump and others, which we won't mention.

00:52:24.240 HomeTitleLock.com, $1 million triple lock protection.

00:52:28.600 What does it mean?

00:52:35.620 if you're lucky enough to own a home, is your title, the home title, that little piece of paper.

00:52:40.400 Anybody, this is kind of a rudimentary system in the United States.

00:52:44.140 It can be easily hacked.

00:52:45.740 Things can be changed either by cyber, AI, or, I don't know, a former lawyer or accountant that used to work for you.

00:53:56.880 Talk to Philip Patrick and the team.

00:54:01.420 Big story in the Washington Post about what I've been talking about a lot about taxes.

00:54:06.180 And this is not, people are not looking to soak the rich.

00:54:09.200 People are not looking to tax the rich because it sounds like a trendy thing to do.

00:54:13.920 We've been working on this a long time.

00:54:15.620 Bottom line, with the growth rates we have in this country economically on GDP, which

00:54:20.540 are not great, they're okay.

00:54:22.460 With the massive amount of debt we have and the interest expense, the $2 trillion deficits

00:54:27.560 that we have to finance and refinance the debt.

00:54:30.560 With the, with taxes being at a certain level, given the growth of the country, given the

00:54:37.980 underlying economic reality of the country, given the tax revenue, tariff revenues are

00:54:42.160 coming in.

00:54:42.940 Doge did not find a tremendous amount of cuts and waste, foreign abuse, just the facts.

00:54:47.760 The fact that the political class has not come forward with any cuts, any significant cuts

00:54:53.340 of federal spending, you put that set of math together, you add tax cuts, President Trump's

00:54:58.340 tax cuts for no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, and no tax on Social Security.

00:55:04.160 At some point in time, you need a little something for the effort.

00:55:07.240 The Washington Post today talks about how the great Russ vote, Scott Besson, others, Vice

00:55:12.560 President Vance, are not just open to, but kind of working on the ability to have a, to

00:55:18.580 have an increase in taxes for, if not the upper bracket, then millions, people a million

00:55:23.180 dollars or more at 40%, something we have advocated strongly and worked for, for many

00:55:28.520 years here, because it is the right thing to do.

00:55:31.540 The working class and middle class need additional tax relief, and this is the way to get it. 0.57

00:55:37.880 I want to turn, Mike Lindell is with us.

00:58:51.320 Hey, War Room.

00:58:54.080 Hope you're all doing well.

00:58:55.200 My name is Trevor Comstock.

00:58:56.580 I'm one of the co-creators of Sacred Human.

00:58:58.700 And I wanted to share just a little bit more about our brand for those who may not know

00:59:01.880 of us yet.

00:59:03.080 But about six months ago, we decided to launch Sacred Human with really the simple mission

00:59:07.820 being to provide American-made natural supplements without all the artificial nonsense.

00:59:14.280 So unfortunately, as many of you know, a lot of these big corporate supplements will

00:59:18.500 include things like preservatives, artificial ingredients, and other additives that really

00:59:23.180 aren't benefiting your health.

00:59:25.020 So that's why we created Sacred Human, really trying to fill this gap with quality supplements.

00:59:30.080 And of course, the beef liver being our flagship product.

00:59:33.220 For those who don't know, beef liver is loaded with highly bioavailable ingredients such as

00:59:38.180 vitamin A, B12, zinc, CoQ10, etc.

00:59:42.760 And because it is 100% grass-fed and natural, your body is able to absorb these nutrients.

00:59:48.500 It's far better than taking any other synthetic multivitamin or any other synthetic vitamin

00:59:54.100 in general.

00:59:55.380 So we have some other amazing products.

00:59:57.340 But if you'd like to check us out, you can go to sacredhumanhealth.com.

01:00:00.940 And cheers to your health.
