Summary

Charlie Winter fills in for Stephen K. as the new host of The War Room, where we discuss the latest in the Trump administration, the Elon Musk tweet, and much, much more. War Room has always proudly been the home of signal, not noise, and that's what we're going to keep giving you. We're not going to be distracted from turning out votes, knocking on doors, or doing what we do best by petty sideshow distractions on social media platforms that this country would probably be better off without.

00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies.
00:00:08.000 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:11.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:16.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:18.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:22.000 It's going to happen.
00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:26.000 MAGA Media.
00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:43.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:00:52.000 Welcome to the War Room.
00:00:53.000 It's Friday, June 6th in the year of our Lord 2025.
00:00:57.000 Charlie Winter's hosting.
00:00:58.000 Filling in for Stephen K. Bannon, but don't go anywhere.
00:01:01.000 You guys probably know by now, there's nothing controversial going on in the news.
00:01:06.000 Don't worry, we're going to get to all of that.
00:01:08.000 But we're going to focus on the actual, dare we say, kinetic threats.
00:01:12.000 Of course, the Chinese Communist Party.
00:01:14.000 You know, War Room has always proudly been the home of signal, not noise.
00:01:18.000 And that's what we're going to keep giving you.
00:01:21.000 I think for me, the sort of top line signal assessments of what has come out of this Elon
00:01:27.000 Trump debacle, placing the blame squarely on the former, is that first and foremost, we will not be
00:01:36.000 distracted from our end game and end goal of dismantling, defanging, deconstructing the administrative state.
00:01:45.000 Doge had a good purpose.
00:01:47.000 It had a good intention.
00:01:48.000 But I think we can all agree that it did not actually seal the deal on the $2 trillion in cuts.
00:01:53.000 And it's not President Trump's job or our job.
00:01:56.000 Is it this audience to cover for where Doge did not complete the mission that they were tasked with?
00:02:01.000 Not even that they were tasked with, that they came up with organically.
00:02:04.000 That being said, we, of course, love the mission of Doge.
00:02:07.000 I think to its core, it represents bananism, right?
00:02:10.000 Getting rid of the administrative state.
00:02:12.000 But I also think that this audience, what have we always been focused on?
00:02:16.000 The most important thing, which is election integrity.
00:02:19.000 And we're not going to be distracted from turning out votes, knocking on doors, doing what we do best,
00:02:25.000 by petty sideshow distractions on social media platforms that this country would probably be better off without.
00:02:32.000 And to that point, I think it's also worth noting that I think there was one word that particularly stood out to me
00:02:40.000 that Elon Musk used that I think I take offense to and that I think this audience should take offense to.
00:02:45.000 And certainly, President Trump.
00:02:46.000 And it's the idea of ingratitude.
00:02:48.000 We're obviously grateful for what Elon did in terms of putting, you know, 200 and what is it?
00:02:53.000 Some odd million dollars into the state of Pennsylvania.
00:02:56.000 But at the end of the day, it was this audience.
00:02:59.000 It was the people who knocked doors, who got their hands dirty, who persevered,
00:03:05.000 who put up with the FBI details and the FBI raids and the monitoring and the prosecutions, the persecutions,
00:03:12.000 the jail times, the jail sentences, who really put the legwork in.
00:03:17.000 And if we were to just sell this movement out to the highest bidder or the donor class,
00:03:24.000 I think we would frankly end up back in square one, which is where we all started the advent of the Trump revolution,
00:03:31.000 which was the idea that we could decouple not just from the Chinese Communist Party,
00:03:36.000 but from the donor class to begin with.
00:03:39.000 And just because the people who write the big checks say that we have to care about, you know,
00:03:44.000 insert whatever issue it is that doesn't actually matter for working class Americans,
00:03:48.000 we don't have to take that as our own.
00:03:51.000 The other, I would say, flag I would plant very firmly right now is that obviously the tech bros, love them, hate them.
00:03:59.000 I think you know where this show stands on that.
00:04:01.000 We cannot allow Elon to be replaced, and I don't use that word in a loaded term, but just generically with someone who I would argue is much worse.
00:04:12.000 I'm sure Mark Zuckerberg and Jeff Bezos and all of those types have been calling the White House nonstop to try to become the new little buddy or not so little buddy.
00:04:23.000 And I think that this audience should draw the line in the sand right now that President Trump is best when we let Trump be Trump.
00:04:31.000 And we don't need any sidekicks by the name of Mark Zuckerberg hanging around the Oval Office or anywhere near it.
00:04:38.000 I think he should sell the house he just bought in D.C. and kick him out if it were up to me.
00:04:42.000 But I digress.
00:04:44.000 I want to get, though, to the serious stuff, and that is, of course, the PRC, particularly what they're doing in Peru.
00:04:52.000 There was a great new piece, if you want to toss it up on screen, in real clear defense.
00:04:56.000 All minerals are local.
00:04:58.000 China's man in Lima.
00:05:00.000 Of course, we've been talking about not just China's monopoly and really stranglehold over these rare earths, the sourcing of them, but particularly the processing.
00:05:08.000 What is it dominating?
00:05:09.000 I think 90% of the world's sort of ability to do that, to export the magnets, the batteries, the semiconductors.
00:05:17.000 Take your pick.
00:05:19.000 But this article really points out a term that I like, how Peru is becoming the next strategic outpost in China's global infrastructure web.
00:05:29.000 Of course, it's sort of the BRI-style infrastructure buying over, but particularly their grooming.
00:05:35.000 And I use that word, and it's a full definition, future presidential candidate.
00:05:39.000 So I want to bring the author of that piece, Nate Pekarsik, whose last name I hope I'm pronouncing correctly, on the show to sort of walk us through the piece.
00:05:47.000 And Nate, I'm curious why you think Peru is a country, not just that the PRC is very interested in right now, but why our audience needs to be up to date on what they're trying to do there.
00:05:57.000 Thanks for having me, Natalie, and nailed the last name.
00:06:01.000 So thank you.
00:06:02.000 Really appreciate it.
00:06:03.000 Peru's important because it's in our backyard in Latin America.
00:06:06.000 China's prioritized it, and we're letting them run roughshod over us there as they have elsewhere.
00:06:12.000 So it's high time that the American people start monitoring the risks there and that the U.S. government get there and behave strategically.
00:06:22.000 We're reactive on the defensive.
00:06:25.000 It's time that we put China on the defensive, put them on their back foot.
00:06:29.000 And if we don't, we're going to have these looming threats and their ownership of strategic infrastructures surrounding us.
00:06:36.000 It seems like a lot of times when we're talking about the Chinese taking over infrastructure, countries, whether, you know, directly through the sort of strategic investment or even just the blackmail of political elites, we often talk in past tense.
00:06:51.000 Right. It already happened. It's been taken over.
00:06:53.000 But I think Peru is a particularly interesting case because it's sort of happening in real time.
00:06:58.000 Right. There's sort of the open source evidence that a lot of these people who are running for office down there have been bought off or, you know, linked.
00:07:05.000 Pretty directly and heavily to the PRC.
00:07:08.000 But there's also some backdoor deals.
00:07:09.000 If you want to walk us through who exactly this candidate is and the sort of grooming tactics that that they're using, which probably aren't too, I would say, dissimilar from what we've got going on here in the United States.
00:07:20.000 No, spot on. And that's what makes it scary.
00:07:23.000 So in the mayor of Lima, Rafael Lopez Aliaga, we have an individual who's been successful business, has positioned himself as a populist with a strong economic message.
00:07:35.000 But when you peel back the layers here, you see that that economic message is built on Chinese ties.
00:07:41.000 He founded and was entrepreneurial in founding a very impressive rail company.
00:07:47.000 That rail company has blossomed, has grown its revenues.
00:07:52.000 But those revenues are tied pretty directly to tens of millions of dollars of freight that are moving out of a Chinese state owned mine in Peru.
00:08:02.000 So we have an individual here who has been successful politically, has a compelling message, but deserves some scrutiny.
00:08:09.000 Because when you peel back, you see that it all traces back to Beijing.
00:08:14.000 And this is not an uncommon playbook, as you suggested.
00:08:16.000 This is the same subnational playbook they they use to capitalize on ties with elites in America and all over the world.
00:08:25.000 So we see it happening right now at this subnational level where it's a mayor in Peru who has control of a political party and is positioned to potentially run for president of the country.
00:08:36.000 So he's looking to move up and graduate from being in charge of Lima to being in charge of the entire country.
00:08:42.000 And that carries with it tremendous risk, as we're seeing with the strategic infrastructure investments they're placing.
00:08:48.000 But if you were to take what they've achieved in Lima and escalate it to the national level, that increases the risk for what we have going on in Latin America.
00:08:57.000 And for the success that the Chinese communists will take and learn from as they update the use of this playbook all the way into the United States.
00:09:07.000 And Secretary Hegseth, I think, had a very large win.
00:09:10.000 I'm not surprised that Western media didn't really report on it.
00:09:13.000 But when they were down in Panama, they actually got Panama to essentially renege on their Belt and Road commitments.
00:09:20.000 I think they're the first country ever to leave China's Belt and Road.
00:09:23.000 Of course, their plan for sort of global hegemony through these very shady, very subversive infrastructure deals.
00:09:29.000 I think probably people are most familiar with what they're doing in Africa.
00:09:33.000 But I'm curious if you think that this is sort of reactionary to that compounded with what the State Department has done, talking about how they sort of want to reengage in the Western Hemisphere throughout Latin America to counter Chinese influence, saying that, hey, you know, Xi, you guys got to stay out.
00:09:51.000 This is more our domain, certainly, than it is yours.
00:09:54.000 Or what you sort of think is the impetus behind their desire to go after co-opting Peru?
00:09:59.000 Yeah, I think you nailed it.
00:10:01.000 I think they see that we're starting to push back.
00:10:03.000 I think the administration has had some success and progress.
00:10:06.000 But we're also seeing that I think the Chinese are a couple steps ahead of us, and we're realizing that in real time.
00:10:12.000 So when we make progress at Panama, we see that, oh, wow, they're opening a new port in Peru that is a megaport itself and, you know, could be a way to further offset any efforts that we make.
00:10:24.000 So they're underscoring that they are steps ahead of us.
00:10:27.000 Xi Jinping travels to the region.
00:10:29.000 He engages economically.
00:10:31.000 They also engage in a very robust way socially and culturally.
00:10:35.000 And they find willing and able audiences and they capture elites like the mayor of Lima.
00:10:40.000 So we know the playbook.
00:10:42.000 We've had some progress pushing back.
00:10:44.000 But I think to the extent that this is early innings, we're behind and we need to be catching up.
00:10:49.000 And the problem is that they're doing this all over.
00:10:52.000 So it's spreading us thin.
00:10:54.000 And they're on the offensive.
00:10:56.000 We need to get to the point where we're putting them on their back foot.
00:10:59.000 And I think places like Peru, where the problem has not gotten entirely out of hand, they're at a subnational level where we should and can compete.
00:11:09.000 We need to get in the game and start pushing back.
00:11:12.000 If I'm not mistaken, it was Peru where there's also some weird like shady visa cutout that allow a lot of Chinese nationals to end up in the United States.
00:11:22.000 I might be mistaken, but I'm probably not last question before I let you go bringing this sort of back home to the United States.
00:11:29.000 Do you see a similarity in a lot of these tactics and how broadly do you think you can sort of replicate what they're doing in Peru across really all countries?
00:11:41.000 Yeah, they're looking to capture elites.
00:11:44.000 They start with money and direct investment.
00:11:47.000 They layer on and bundle additional services, strategic cultural engagement.
00:11:53.000 But they're very shrewd.
00:11:54.000 They have a money ball approach to know the things that they really want and to throw resources on them.
00:11:59.000 But they're doing it early and often in places like Peru.
00:12:03.000 They're capturing a mayor who's positioned to run for president.
00:12:06.000 That's not a minor accomplishment for the Chinese playbook.
00:12:10.000 But as you suggested, we can see it here in the United States the same way.
00:12:13.000 You can go to Pataskala, Ohio, and you see it happening in renewable energy investments.
00:12:18.000 You can go down the street from me in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, and you can find it in a steel mill.
00:12:22.000 They're investing.
00:12:23.000 They're bringing their dollars, but they're also then capturing the elites to guarantee that they can lock in that influence.
00:12:30.000 Nate, if people want to get the article, stay up to date with your, I think, wonderful reporting because it's not past tense, right?
00:12:38.000 It's something we can still fix.
00:12:40.000 This is a clear individual, a guy, a mayor who should not become president, someone that hopefully our audience will get engaged with.
00:12:46.000 Where can they go to follow you, stay up to date with everything you're working on?
00:12:49.000 Yeah, really pleased to have this piece published by the folks at Real Clear Defense so you can read about it there.
00:12:55.000 And then I'm affiliated with the Foundation for Defense of Democracies that captures a lot of my analysis.
00:13:00.000 I'm hopeful to continue to stay ahead of where the Chinese communists are and to help the Americans win.
00:13:06.000 Thank you, sir, for joining us.
00:13:09.000 Thanks so much, Natalie.
00:13:11.000 We're going to be joined by Colonel John Mills after the break, but you guys know we are all about PRC infiltration.
00:13:20.000 I think that's where I got my start on this show, the first hit I ever did.
00:13:23.000 And for those of you who are saying, oh, perhaps some of us are changing our tune on Elon, I don't think I ever had the pom poms out.
00:13:30.000 He was always kind enough to share my work, though he unfollowed and stopped sharing my work when I started criticizing the Chinese Communist Party again.
00:13:40.000 And for what it's worth, I think my first article that I ever did on Elon Musk was probably all the way back in 2022, where I was raising the red flags about his ties.
00:13:51.000 I guess red flags with a yellow hammer and sickle to the Chinese Communist Party in terms of not just market capture, audience capture.
00:14:00.000 Right. He won't dare to criticize Xi.
00:14:02.000 I think he once described the United States and America as conjoined twins, but also has been around a bunch of Chinese state run conferences and events and flattered the PRC and is in business with a lot of state owned enterprises.
00:14:18.000 And as we know, PRC influence is, I think, can aptly be described as radioactive and toxic.
00:14:26.000 Once you go CCP, you don't go back.
00:14:31.000 And I guess if Peru chooses to go down the road, the CCP, they will not come back either.
00:14:36.000 So hopefully we get all over that.
00:14:39.000 Colonel John Mills, speaking of other countries where the PRC is expanding influence, the latest in South Korea and, of course, the United States.
00:14:46.000 The weird, I guess, agricultural terrorism is now a thing, at least if the PRC has its way.
00:14:53.000 We'll be right back after this short break.
00:14:55.000 This July, there is a global summit of BRICS nations in Rio de Janeiro, the block of emerging superpowers, including China, Russia, India and Persia, are meeting with the goal of displacing the United States dollar as the global currency.
00:15:15.000 They're calling this the Rio reset as BRICS nations push forward with their plans.
00:15:21.000 Global demand for U.S.
00:15:22.000 Dollars will decrease, bringing down the value of the dollar in your savings while this transition won't not happen overnight.
00:15:29.000 But trust me, it's going to start in Rio.
00:15:32.000 The Rio reset in July marks a pivotal moment when BRICS objectives move decisively from a theoretical possibility towards an inevitable reality.
00:15:44.000 Learn if diversifying your savings into gold is right for you.

00:16:20.000 Do it today.
00:16:21.000 That's the Rio reset.
00:16:23.000 Text Bannon at 989898 and do it today.
00:16:27.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
00:16:32.000 Welcome back to The War Room, where, of course, you've got to be checking out our wonderful sponsor.
00:16:38.000 That is birchgold.com slash Bannon.
00:16:41.000 Texting Bannon to 989898.
00:16:44.000 I think with all the, shall we say, turbulence with a capital T, maybe that's all caps in bold, we've got going on right now.
00:16:52.000 Gold has always been a hedge, so make sure you're checking out birchgold.com slash Bannon.
00:16:58.000 We are joined now by the one and only Colonel John Mills, who I don't think you have charts for us.
00:17:04.000 That's okay.
00:17:05.000 You know I love my charts.
00:17:06.000 Next time, next time.
00:17:07.000 If you have any thoughts on the segment I just did, feel free to let that rip.
00:17:12.000 But I think we would love an update on what has been transpiring in South Korea post-election.
00:17:19.000 Well, thank you.
00:17:20.000 Thank you, Natalie.
00:17:21.000 I do have some pictures.
00:17:23.000 I don't, but I'm sorry, I will make up for, I will personalize some charts for you next time.
00:17:30.000 But we just came back, our election monitoring team, we went over there.
00:17:36.000 We wanted to give hope.
00:17:38.000 We wanted to help rally the South Koreans.
00:17:42.000 We wanted to observe the election and we wanted to deter foreign influence.
00:17:48.000 In the end, it was an absolute bum rush of a massive Chinese operation to stuff the ballot box, especially Thursday, Friday of the preceding week.
00:17:59.000 The actual day of election was the third.
00:18:02.000 But it was absolute chaos at the early voting.
00:18:07.000 You could go to any voting center.
00:18:09.000 Didn't really have to have ID.
00:18:11.000 So they stole it.
00:18:12.000 But let's, let's look.
00:18:13.000 Yeah.
00:18:14.000 Here are the pictures here.
00:18:15.000 Look at this.
00:18:16.000 They had the inauguration today.
00:18:17.000 They're another 13 hours ahead of East Coast time.
00:18:19.000 Look at this massive crowd in front of the National Assembly.
00:18:23.000 Look at that really.
00:18:24.000 Now let's zoom back a little bit to put proper context to this picture.
00:18:28.000 This was the inauguration today.
00:18:30.000 Lee who essentially, Lee Jae Myung, who essentially campaigned like Biden.
00:18:36.000 And, oh, look at that crowd.
00:18:39.000 Look at that really big crowd.
00:18:41.000 They only get that crowded look when Getty rushes up right to the platform.
00:18:46.000 So, literally, that was the size of the crowd for the inauguration of Lee.
00:18:53.000 And this guy won the election, Mr. 81 million vote Lee.
00:18:57.000 No, I'm just taking that from our, the 2020 scam.
00:19:02.000 This, this whole thing was an absolute bum rush of, there's three distinct groups here.
00:19:07.000 China, who actually flew in a lot of personnel to conduct the election.
00:19:12.000 This was just crazy.
00:19:14.000 A globalist who have put this association of world election bodies in South Korea, kind
00:19:20.000 of an adjunct of the UN.
00:19:22.000 But this is part of the international election cartel.
00:19:26.000 And then U.S. Dems.
00:19:27.000 Well, who was there three weeks before the election?
00:19:31.000 Clinton.
00:19:32.000 All you saw were him, a few shots of him and his lecherous grin as he was wandering around
00:19:38.000 South Korea for some reason, unexplained reason.
00:19:41.000 But these three groups really led by, by China and the Chinese Communist Party through
00:19:46.000 this election.
00:19:47.000 Let's show that third picture for the elections.
00:19:50.000 Yeah.
00:19:51.000 This is the association of world economic bodies, which was shut down by President
00:19:56.000 Yoon during the very brief martial law.
00:19:59.000 Now it's, it's shut down, but this is their front door.
00:20:02.000 This is their executive office.
00:20:04.000 It kind of looks like the, if you look inside, it kind of looks like the shipping clerk's office
00:20:10.000 on the loading dock at Dunder Mifflin.
00:20:12.000 Very unimpressive.
00:20:13.000 But this body is, this is a core part of the international election cartel that's throwing
00:20:19.000 elections and making sure populists don't win.
00:20:21.000 Oh, by the way, they received a lot of U.S. aid money as long, as well as the National
00:20:26.000 Election Commission, which gives great entree to investigation, federal law enforcement,
00:20:33.000 federal intelligence, and congressional inquiries.
00:20:36.000 What, what, what were they doing with the U.S. aid money they received?
00:20:39.000 So, it is a very serious matter now that Lee has been inaugurated.
00:20:44.000 He is using the term insurrection, insurrectionist.
00:20:47.000 He is borrowing this straight from the Democrat playbook.
00:20:50.000 So, the Democrats in America are absolutely counseling and coaching the Democrats in South Korea.
00:20:57.000 There is a challenge.
00:20:59.000 I mean, there's literally thousands of people.
00:21:01.000 He has, there's a list he has created that he is looking to start rounding up.
00:21:07.000 One of the places that we visited after we visited was, received a visit from the federal
00:21:12.000 police in South Korea.
00:21:13.000 So, they have already started the intimidation.
00:21:16.000 This is a very serious matter.
00:21:18.000 So, Natalie, we have got to get a U.S. ambassador.
00:21:22.000 Right now, it's an acting ambassador.
00:21:24.000 And the acting U.S. ambassador is clearly enabling the South Korean Democrats who really stole this election.
00:21:34.000 We're coming out with a full report next week and also a long list of those groups and individuals who need to be protected.
00:21:41.000 This is a very serious matter.
00:21:43.000 He is, the insurrection is, the penalty for death is, is death in South Korea.
00:21:49.000 And, and Lee is a hardcore communist who wants America out.
00:21:54.000 So, we need to really get a U.S. ambassador and action-oriented staff in there as fast as possible.
00:22:00.000 Very concerning here, Natalie.
00:22:02.000 It sounds like what you're describing is eerily similar to, I think, what we experienced here in the United States.
00:22:09.000 So, I guess I'm curious, sort of just from a meta perspective, chronologically, is this, you know, we say no conspiracies but no coincidences.
00:22:18.000 Here in the war room, is this something where it is, you know, a, a textbook, a pattern of behavior that you think is being repeated country by country,
00:22:27.000 especially those where they have a lot of, you know, vested strategic interests, or is this, you know, the PRC escalating their influence campaigns,
00:22:36.000 almost becoming more sort of in a way indirectly kinetic, you know, is it more election warfare, ballot warfare?
00:22:42.000 How do you see this in sort of their evolving frame under the concept of unrestricted warfare?
00:22:50.000 Oh, absolutely.
00:22:51.000 And they've been working on this, the Chinese have been working on this for 30 years, as our, you know, people will say, well, we have 28,000 troops in South Korea.
00:23:01.000 That's, this is impossible.
00:23:03.000 Just because we have troops and an intelligence footprint and a diplomatic footprint doesn't mean we know what's going on.
00:23:11.000 The South Korean Dems have very successfully compartmentalized our footprint over there out of the picture.
00:23:19.000 So we actually need to re-engage in a much better, stronger way.
00:23:24.000 While we were focusing on Taiwan, they just collapsed our right flank, their left flank of the first island chain.
00:23:31.000 You've got to look at South Korea, the peninsula, as the right flank of our first island chain.
00:23:37.000 And this has been 30 years in planning, and we missed it.
00:23:42.000 We missed it.
00:23:43.000 Our, our, our top people were asleep during their tours in South Korea.
00:23:50.000 So again, we need to get that acting ambassador.
00:23:53.000 We need to fire him.
00:23:54.000 You can fire foreign service officers.
00:23:56.000 I'm surprised we haven't fired more foreign service officers.
00:23:58.000 You know, they're not like straight civil servants.
00:24:00.000 You could fire them on just like that.
00:24:02.000 And so we need to get rid of that, that guy who's over there and put an action oriented ambassador in place.
00:24:10.000 I was, I was there with Ambassador Morse, Morse Tan.
00:24:13.000 He would be a great, a great choice or Gordon Chang need to get him over there.
00:24:18.000 And then an action oriented staff.
00:24:20.000 Yeah, this is absolutely, but it's been enabled by these globalists who using this election body.
00:24:26.000 It's funny.
00:24:27.000 Once they kind of got taken down, we, there was a populist win in Ghana, populist win in Poland.
00:24:33.000 We, they, they were able to pull it off just because of a, there was so many citizen reports of Chinese operating the polling, the early voting stations.
00:24:45.000 It was ridiculous.
00:24:46.000 But brazen.
00:24:47.000 They weren't even trying to hide it.
00:24:49.000 Colonel Mills, we always love the insight you bring to the war room.
00:24:54.000 In the meantime, before we have you back, if people want to stay up to date with everything you're working on, all things South Korea, China, you name it, where can they go to do that?
00:25:02.000 Thank you so much, Natalie.
00:25:04.000 So, Colonel Rhett John, Colonel R-E-T John on X, Colonel, or excuse me, Colonel Rhett John 2 on X, Colonel Rhett John 2 on X, Colonel Rhett John on Substack, Colonel Rhett John Substack, Getter and Truth.
00:25:20.000 And then on the 23rd of June, I'm going to be giving an hour long presentation of the Institute for World Politics of the World on Fire.
00:25:27.000 This is, this is the worldwide arson campaign, and we are a world at war.
00:25:32.000 Just many people don't realize it.
00:25:35.000 Many forms of war, unrestricted peoples, non-kinetic information, biological, psychological information, legal.
00:25:42.000 Take your pick.
00:25:43.000 The CCP certainly has.
00:25:45.000 Colonel Mills, thank you so much for joining us.
00:25:47.000 Thank you, Natalie.
00:25:48.000 That's why we need you in the fight.
00:25:51.000 Don't be bogged down by what the, the evil IRS, which I still think we should get rid of.
00:25:55.000 Make sure you're checking out TNUSA.com slash Bannon.

00:26:10.000 Caroline, we've got about two minutes before break.
00:26:13.000 I just wanted to bring you on.
00:26:15.000 I hear you have an epic rant, so we'll save that.
00:26:17.000 Audience, don't go anywhere.
00:26:18.000 Don't go anywhere.
00:26:19.000 But just give us a short sort of update on where we stand in the, the feud.
00:26:24.000 Though I think we know the clear winner that you were lighting up about this morning.
00:26:29.000 Yeah.
00:26:30.000 So, it was two days ago now.
00:26:32.000 Mark Caputo came out with a story that kind of laid out the different things that had set Elon Musk off that led to this kind of meltdown that we've seen yesterday.
00:26:41.000 And one of those things that it was, that stood out to me was this guy, Jared Isaacman.
00:26:47.000 And I never really heard much about him.
00:26:49.000 It was someone that Trump had nominated to be the NASA administrator.
00:26:52.000 But it was sort of the first time I had ever seen any reporting and about this individual.
00:26:57.000 And, and that this was really, I heard from others that this was the real reason why Elon Musk had melted down.
00:27:04.000 And so I just, I think there's a lot of really interesting information coming out about this guy.
00:27:09.000 And there's a lot of factions in different camps.
00:27:11.000 But this guy was definitely being pushed by all the different tech bros.
00:27:14.000 Elon Musk stood to gain a lot, let's just say, from this nomination.
00:27:18.000 And so when we come back and do my epic rant, I'm going to lay out for you exactly why I think that I've uncovered Elon Musk had the level of meltdown that he did when this nomination was rightfully pulled by Donald Trump.
00:27:31.000 I don't even think I need to be here.
00:27:34.000 I think you, you should take my job.
00:27:36.000 That was a perfect tease.
00:27:38.000 Now I just got to fill 48 seconds.
00:27:40.000 Warren Posse, hang with us through the break.
00:27:41.000 Caroline, hang with us through the break.
00:27:43.000 And in the meantime, make sure you're checking out birchgold.com slash Bannon, texting Bannon to 989898.
00:27:50.000 You can get a free copy of the ultimate guide for gold in the Trump era.
00:27:55.000 You know, we love the Birch Gold guys, very grateful that they sponsor the show.
00:28:00.000 Times are certainly turbulent.
00:28:02.000 I endorse everything Steve has been saying about what Caroline was just getting into.
00:28:09.000 But as I believe I was quoted in the Washington Post, all the journalists descended on MAGA world last night looking for quotes, desperate.
00:28:19.000 Well, I'll let the men take this one.
00:28:21.000 I'll let them duke it out.
00:28:23.000 We'll be right back after the show break.
00:28:26.000 There's something happening with our farmland here in the United States that isn't getting enough attention.
00:28:31.000 The Chinese have been buying up hundreds of thousands of acres of U.S. farmland.
00:28:37.000 They're also taking control over critical supply chains, things like fertilizer, animal feed and farming equipment.
00:28:44.000 Why?
00:28:45.000 It's not clear.
00:28:46.000 They're tightening the grip on global food production.
00:28:49.000 That is clear.
00:28:51.000 And if things go south and it could happen quickly, we need to be ready.
00:28:57.000 That's why I trust my Patriot Supply.

00:29:48.000 We can't control what the Chinese Communist Party does.
00:29:50.000 You can't control what China does.
00:29:52.000 But we can control how prepared we are.
00:29:55.000 Go to MyPatriotSupply.com today to claim your 12 days of free food.
00:30:00.000 Shop MyPatriotSupply.com, MyPatriotSupply.com.
00:30:05.000 Do it today.
00:30:06.000 Do not let this thing get ahead of you.
00:30:08.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:30:11.000 You're back in the war room where we, of course, know, especially from Trump One, that personnel is policy, and because this movement has become so powerful, all the tech bros want to be you and be with you.
00:30:28.000 So instead of subverting the Trump administration like his, I would say, detractors and saboteurs did in the first term by sort of explicitly, I think, going behind his back, trying to upend a lot of the administration's goals, particularly on the border.
00:30:45.000 Now they're sort of pretending playing footsie with us like they are one of us.
00:30:50.000 But unfortunately, we have what we call the receipts.
00:30:53.000 And if you're donating to Democrat candidates up until, you know, the clock strikes at midnight and President Trump is president, you're not exactly, I would say, America first.
00:31:04.000 I'd probably put you in the America last and grifter category, but that's just me.
00:31:10.000 Though I think Caroline Wren probably concurs with that sentiment.
00:31:14.000 Caroline, hit us with the latest.
00:31:17.000 Your scoop, shall we say, piecing together all things, what you think maybe set off this feud.
00:31:22.000 Yeah.
00:31:23.000 So I just, I didn't really buy it.
00:31:25.000 I'm like, is this all really all for Elon about the EV credits?
00:31:28.000 No.
00:31:29.000 What I really think this was about was this guy, Jared Isaacman.
00:31:32.000 So who is Jared Isaacman, the man that caused Elon to truly have an epic meltdown and turn on President Trump this week?
00:31:38.000 Well, in December, Jared Isaacman was nominated by President Trump to serve as the administrator of NASA, despite having zero qualifications to lead a federal agency and zero knowledge of public policy.
00:31:49.000 So why was Isaacman picked for this?
00:31:52.000 He was picked because Elon Musk wanted him at NASA so he could be a money printer and puppet for SpaceX, despite having multiple glaring conflicts of interest.
00:32:01.000 You see, Jared is a fellow billionaire and founder of a payment processing firm called Shift 4 Payments.
00:32:07.000 In a letter to his company announcing that his nomination, his nomination as the NASA administrator, Jared said that he did not plan to divest from Shift 4 once confirmed.
00:32:17.000 Well, why would this be a conflict of interest?
00:32:19.000 Because in 2020, Isaacman took Shift 4 public and began processing payments for none other than SpaceX's Starlink.
00:32:26.000 But Isaacman is not just a customer of SpaceX. His company has millions and millions of dollars in SpaceX stock, which he bought in 2021.
00:32:36.000 Yes, this is the same company he said he would not divest from once confirmed as the head of NASA.
00:32:41.000 And Isaacman has said openly and on numerous occasions that NASA should cancel all non SpaceX contracts.
00:32:49.000 Huh. I wonder why that would be this nomination, frankly, reeked of corruption from the beginning.
00:32:54.000 And Jared is no stranger to corruption, by the way.
00:32:57.000 In 2010, he was arrested on fraud charges and faced multiple lawsuits in multiple states for writing over two million dollars in bad checks to casinos.
00:33:07.000 And no, this is not the script of Catch Me If You Can.
00:33:10.000 Like Jared Isaacman is basically a modern day Frank Abagnale.
00:33:14.000 And thank God, really, his nomination was pulled.
00:33:17.000 And if this all was not bad enough, we have not even gotten into his political donations.
00:33:22.000 So Jared and his wife Monica are massive Democrat donors.
00:33:26.000 They've given hundreds of thousands of dollars over the past 10 years, almost exclusively to Democrats, including Chuck Schumer, Bob Casey, John Tester, Alyssa Slotkin and Mark Kelly.
00:33:37.000 And before you come at me and say, oh, well, Donald Trump gave the Democrats, guys, this is not the same.
00:33:42.000 Jared and Monica maxed out to almost every Senate Democrat campaign in 2024.
00:33:47.000 They maxed out to the Senate, the Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee.
00:33:51.000 You have Elon Musk out here saying, oh, if it weren't for me and my donations, the Republicans would only have a 51-49 Senate this time.
00:33:58.000 Meanwhile, you have this guy Jared out there donating to every Senate Democrat candidate that Elon Musk claims that he beat down.
00:34:06.000 So, you know, these tech bros, it is just they're crying to claim now that, oh, well, Jared actually gave to Republicans and Democrats because he gave $2 million to Trump's inauguration after the election.
00:34:17.000 I'm sorry, but that is nothing more than trying to purchase your job at NASA post the election.
00:34:24.000 It does not wipe away your decades of exclusive Democrat donations.
00:34:28.000 So please give me a break.
00:34:29.000 I mean, can you imagine, can you actually point to anyone in the Biden administration that donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to Republican senators like Mitch McConnell, Rand Paul, Mike Lee, Tommy Tuberville, Josh Hawley?
00:34:41.000 No, that's not a thing that would exist.
00:34:44.000 So thank God this information was brought to President Trump's attention.
00:34:48.000 Thank God Jared Isaacson's nomination was polled.
00:34:51.000 Thank God for the PPO and presidential personnel for finding out this information.
00:34:55.000 And I really hope right now that we take a hard look at every single name that Elon Musk put up for nomination into this administration.
00:35:03.000 Well, and I also think it's beyond donations, too, right?
00:35:06.000 Like that's sort of a myopic frame for them to be pushing back the idea that, oh, well, maybe we did once donate to Republicans.
00:35:13.000 I mean, this audience has been through hell and back 10 times over defending President Trump.
00:35:19.000 And I think anybody who watches this show, when you describe someone as MAGA, it's not that you're Republican.
00:35:25.000 It's that you understand what is going on at the border.
00:35:28.000 You think the, you know, great replacement is real.
00:35:31.000 You think that what they're doing to destroy this country is intentional, right?
00:35:36.000 There's layers to this and the fact that they think that, oh, well, one time I donated to some establishment Republican that that somehow absolves them of being a Democrat donor.
00:35:45.000 I don't know about you. I think both you and I are pretty MAGA.
00:35:48.000 I've never given one penny to a Democrat candidate.
00:35:50.000 I can't think of one that exists that I would ever give money to, particularly because I believe in something called a secure border, not a party that believes comprehensively and unanimously in an open border.
00:36:01.000 So I would say defend that, Jared, or maybe the border is just not all that important to you and you're a single issue voter.
00:36:07.000 I don't know what that issue is. Maybe it's space. But here in the MAGA movement, we care about some other things, too.
00:36:13.000 But I think that I'm sure the audience sort of shares my rage in this because the only logical conclusion to stuff like this is that they think this movement, they think this audience, they think this show, they think that we're dumb and they think that they can pull a fast one over us.
00:36:28.000 And I think stuff like this is very insulting to the intelligence of arguably one of the most intelligent and well informed political movements in the history of this country and perhaps the world.
00:36:39.000 So I'm just curious your thoughts, someone who's sort of been on the donor fundraising side of things, you've been around a lot of these people.
00:36:46.000 What is the mindset that you think that is propelling a lot of these people to even get engaged in politics to try to do all this in the first place?
00:36:55.000 Why aren't they just having their 14 surrogate children and peacing out and having fun with their billions of dollars?
00:37:02.000 Well, you know, I've been a fundraiser all of my career, and so I've watched and studied how and why donors give the money that they do.
00:37:11.000 What was most interesting to me about Jared's donations is he lives in Pennsylvania.
00:37:15.000 I just rattled off a ton of senators that don't live in Pennsylvania.
00:37:18.000 I'll give people a pass if a lot of people just they are not really if they're not Republican or Democrat, they may like their representation or they give for business reasons.
00:37:26.000 That is what I see here glaring in front of me. This guy gave to every single Senate Democrat. Why?
00:37:32.000 Because he thought that Democrats were going to be in power. And so he wanted to donate and sprinkle around money.
00:37:38.000 This was again last year. He was thinking Donald Trump's going to lose, that the Democrats are going to take the presidency, the House and the Senate.
00:37:45.000 And so I better shell out all of these donations and have my wife do the same so that our company will be in a good place so that I can probably go in as the NASA administrator.
00:37:54.000 I don't think this guy cared one bit if Donald Trump or Kamala Harris or Joe Biden or any of these people were in.
00:38:01.000 He wanted to go in there to make money for his company and his stockholders and for Elon Musk.
00:38:06.000 And I think it's abhorrent that he would even get to this place. And so when you just follow the money and look at this, I didn't even include that he gave, I think, $20,000 to Josh Shapiro, the governor there in Pennsylvania for him.
00:38:19.000 And we were facing an existential crisis in this nation just six months ago.
00:38:24.000 If Donald Trump had not won, I shudder to even think about what our country would be facing right now.
00:38:29.000 That was where my mindset was. That's where the war room posse's head was. Natalie, I know that's where your head was.
00:38:34.000 Well, this guy's head was at Alyssa Slotkin and Chuck Schumer's fundraisers.
00:38:38.000 So I know some people are coming at me saying, oh, Caroline, he was definitely qualified for this, though.
00:38:43.000 I'm sorry, but I failed to understand how I could think someone has a strong judgment when they are writing checks to the likes of Chuck Schumer and Mark Kelly and these others.
00:38:53.000 So I don't buy it for one second. He hedged his bet. He hedged his bet incorrectly.
00:38:58.000 He bought his way into the Trump administration with a $2 million bribe to the inaugural fund.
00:39:03.000 And thank God this guy is gone.
00:39:06.000 Well, I mean, I'm sure you hear it all the time, too.
00:39:09.000 It's something that I've been hearing a lot more in D.C. as I am out, you know, amidst the tech bro crowd there, they're running around here.
00:39:16.000 But I'm always told, you know, off the record, I'm not going to dox anyone.
00:39:20.000 But, you know, oh, well, the CEO of this company.
00:39:23.000 Oh, well, this guy who, yeah, publicly is, you know, woke and donates to Democrats and believes this set of values.
00:39:30.000 In private, their values are actually really conservative.
00:39:33.000 They support the deportations.
00:39:35.000 You know, we're all on the same page. We're super MAGA.
00:39:38.000 And even if that's true, which I know I might be 24, I'm not that dumb.
00:39:42.000 You know, we're not a cheap date here in MAGA world.
00:39:45.000 You've got to, you know, give us the goods.
00:39:47.000 But the idea that if you actually believe that and you saw the precipice that this country was on
00:39:53.000 and is still in with everything that Joe Biden did and that you think that you could still sit idly by as a CEO of a, you know,
00:40:00.000 company that could transform the direction of this country.
00:40:03.000 And you think that it's okay to still sit with your hands, you know, under your butt and not do anything.
00:40:08.000 Or I guess in this case, it's not even just continue the status quo.
00:40:10.000 It's actively aid and abet the Democratic Party.
00:40:13.000 Right.
00:40:14.000 That's not true.
00:40:15.000 You're not MAGA, right?
00:40:16.000 Those are two mutually exclusive worldviews.
00:40:20.000 Right.
00:40:21.000 And we've only got a few minutes.
00:40:23.000 But where I started all of this, the idea that by allowing these people to co-opt the MAGA movement,
00:40:30.000 do a brain transplant, we're essentially ending up at square one again,
00:40:35.000 except we've maybe replaced the Cokes and the Jeb Bushes of the world,
00:40:39.000 not necessarily with the ketamine, but with, you know, the tech bro crowd,
00:40:43.000 with the more transhumanist tech oligarch group.
00:40:46.000 Am I not wrong?
00:40:48.000 You are, but I will give the audience of you some hope here.
00:40:51.000 And the hope is that I, you know, I was very upset.
00:40:54.000 And I talked about this this morning on the show when, you know, Zuckerberg and Tim Cook and these others
00:40:59.000 gave a million dollars to Trump's inauguration and got front row seats.
00:41:02.000 And I'm thinking, oh, man, here we go again.
00:41:04.000 We're just letting all these people come in.
00:41:06.000 They're buying their way in.
00:41:07.000 And we're going to have another, you know, Trump admin 1.0 where these, you know, turncoats get into the administration.
00:41:13.000 Well, I'm not seeing that this time.
00:41:15.000 Yes, some of them have been, you know, making their way through and getting positions and some of these tech bros.
00:41:19.000 But President Trump has been holding so firm and so strong.
00:41:23.000 I mean, look no further than what just happened with Elon.
00:41:25.000 Elon gave $288 million and he wanted a few different things.
00:41:29.000 He wanted a NASA administrator.
00:41:30.000 He wanted EV credits for Tesla.
00:41:33.000 And Donald Trump said, no, I'm not going to give it to you.
00:41:36.000 Tim Cook, you know, gave a million dollars, has been coming around, funding different projects for Donald Trump.
00:41:40.000 And guess what?
00:41:42.000 But the DOJ is still going after them for antitrust laws.
00:41:45.000 Both Mark Zuckerberg and Tim Cook and these different tech companies all put up pretty, I would say, anti-competition folks for the FTC for different DOJ roles.
00:41:56.000 They were all batted down.
00:41:58.000 So this is the beauty of Donald Trump.
00:42:00.000 This is why I love and trust him and I'm so excited about this administration is he is untethered and untied to the money.
00:42:06.000 Yes, he certainly appreciates the donations and the passionate support, but it is the grassroots donors that fueled this movement starting from the moment he came down the elevator.
00:42:15.000 And it is the grassroots that are going to be with him until the very last day of this administration.
00:42:21.000 Hopefully this administration goes on through 2028 and beyond.
00:42:26.000 But I am just I'm so thrilled that Donald Trump is not caved whatsoever to these folks yet.
00:42:31.000 Yes, they're around, but it takes reporters like you, Natalie and others to be catching this stuff and calling it out.
00:42:37.000 Donald Trump is only one man. He is literally has the world on his shoulders right now.
00:42:41.000 So it is so important that we speak up, even if it is against the Trump administration or things that we see going wrong.
00:42:47.000 We need to be vocal because when it makes its way actually to Donald Trump's ears, which is what happened with Jared.
00:42:53.000 I believe it was Thursday right before your President Trump was about to go out to give a speech in the Oval Office.
00:42:58.000 Someone handed him a binder that listed off the different donations he had made.
00:43:02.000 And so President Trump rightly made the decision and said, what the heck? Why? Why am I putting up this guy?
00:43:07.000 He literally funded every single candidate that tried to impeach me, that tried to put me in jail, that is holding up every one of my nominees.
00:43:13.000 And so I'm not nominating this guy. He's out. Then Elon Musk had his pathetic, pathetic meltdown.
00:43:19.000 And here we are. Tell you what, tech bros, if you guys want to prove you're so pro-Trump, why don't you donate right now to Trump 2028?
00:43:28.000 Then maybe, maybe we'll believe you, probably not. Caroline Wren, if people want to follow you, stay up to date with everything you've got going on, the rants, all of it, where can they go to do it?
00:43:39.000 It is at Caroline Wren on Twitter, Getter and Truth Social.
00:43:44.000 Thank you, ma'am, for joining us. We will certainly have you back on soon, Warren Posse.
00:43:49.000 Don't go anywhere. We've got a special video for you. I like my idea. You guys want to prove how hardcore Trump you are?

00:46:18.000 I want to thank you all right now. I better get back inside. Thank you.
00:46:23.000 Welcome back to the war room where, of course, you've got to be checking out Patriot mobile.
00:46:27.000 That's Patriot mobile dot com slash Bannon or you can call 972 Patriot for a free month of service, a company that I think can only best be described as very, very America first.
00:46:38.000 That's the only kind of sponsors we would accept here in the war room.
00:46:43.000 But I think Caroline Wren makes a fantastic point if you look at a lot of the selections from the Trump administration.
00:46:49.000 I think one vector vertical we've seen a lot of good stuff coming from is, of course, FCC chairman Brendan Carr, everything we've got going on over there.
00:47:00.000 And I'm sure let's juxtapose that with what the Biden regime did.
00:47:04.000 I think there was a lot of reporting on what they did in some of their their final days when it comes when it came to sort of the feeding frenzy, right, of your tax dollars being given to far left NGOs, those that were involved with what was going on on the southern border, the lawfare against President Trump.
00:47:20.000 But I really think that's probably the four year legacy of what the Biden regime did when it came to who they were selectively giving out contracts to.
00:47:28.000 And I think that this issue, we put the article up on screen, FCC chief Brendan Carr is investigating now.
00:47:37.000 Of course, they've been doing a lot of wonderful stuff on censorship, but how a lot of these failed 5G buildup promises, particularly in rural America, where I think the war room posse probably proudly heavily resides, never really materialized.
00:47:52.000 The Biden regime sort of gave them a sweetheart deal, allowed them to overlook their repeated failures, despite, well, I guess because of the fact that the guy Charles Ergen, who was behind Echo Star, was a massive Democratic donor.
00:48:07.000 I think probably on par with who we're just talking about several million dollars to Democrats, Hillary Clinton, all the people hired Democrat lobbyists with deep ties to Obama, but they were given this sort of special treatment by Joe Biden.
00:48:23.000 And now we see the FCC working retroactively to really go in there, get in there and turn it over.
00:48:29.000 I think that's one of the key provisions in the big, beautiful bill since they're going to be putting up more spectrum for auction, the stuff that this company essentially failed on.
00:48:40.000 Again, the Trump administration, I think, is a proven track record of being able to reverse wrongs under Joe Biden.
00:48:48.000 And I think this is sort of another perfect example of them doing just that because cronyism, giving contracts to Democrat donors just because they're Democrat, certainly not the right thing to be doing in any capacity.
00:49:04.000 We'll definitely be, I think, I look, I I'm going to go long, take the long odds on the Trump, Elon feud.
00:49:12.000 I think there will be a lot more developments probably over this weekend on it.
00:49:16.000 But just like I was talking about, like we focused on really throughout this entire show, 5G, 6G, all that of stuffing, of course, the domain that the PRC is seeking to really dominate.
00:49:26.000 We need to have our best people forward and we need to not be distracted, frankly, by people who are, you know, probably controlled opposition by the Chinese Communist Party, but agree to disagree.
00:49:40.000 But I think most people in the Trump administration, I certainly know the people my age who are working in the lower levels.
00:49:47.000 The people you don't hear their names are wonderful, committed MAGA patriots.
00:49:51.000 So I think Caroline Renz leaves us on on a wonderful note to go into the weekend.
00:49:54.000 I know we have no days off in the war room.
00:49:57.000 Dave Brat will be hosting the 6th, so make sure you stick around for that.
00:50:00.000 He has a wonderful show planned.
00:50:01.000 I think they're going to get to China and something tells me Judeo-Christian values because it wouldn't be a Dave Brat show without that.
00:50:08.000 Thank you guys for hanging with me.
00:50:10.000 I hope you guys have a wonderful weekend.
00:50:12.000 We have a special tribute to Bernie Carrick.
00:50:16.000 Former NYPD Police Commissioner Bernie Carrick is dead.
00:50:21.000 He passed away Thursday at New York's Presbyterian Hospital, surrounded by family and friends.
00:50:29.000 A new era begins for the New York City Police Department as Mayor Giuliani passes on the golden badge to a new top cop.
00:50:35.000 Today, Mayor Giuliani said he was simply overqualified for the job, citing the fact that he is a former police detective and a proven administrator.
00:50:43.000 He brings a quality of leadership that I believe can give us the opportunity to build on a record that is a very, very difficult one to match.
00:50:52.000 Congratulations.
00:50:53.000 This is something I never dreamed of. I never thought would happen.
00:50:58.000 It's so important for Bernie Carrick, but it's also about the aspect of remembrance, the Christian faith, Catholicism, what ties us together as Christians, what ties us together in the Judeo-Christian West.
00:51:12.000 The names of Bernie Carrick, our dear friend, have arrived with the honor guard.
00:51:22.000 Rudy Giuliani and Bernie Carrick are historic figures for all of New Yorkers.
00:51:28.000 These events where the community gets together to honor people, this is iconic.
00:51:32.000 He was a colleague and a friend, but also a major part of the MAGA movement and a major part of the history of just not New York City,
00:52:00.000 but the entire country given the 9-11 attack.
00:52:04.000 Carrick was known as America's cop following the 9-11 terror attacks.
00:52:08.000 Bernie Carrick is one of the most accomplished and effective leaders of law enforcement in America.
00:52:13.000 As police commissioner on September the 11th, 2001, Bernie Carrick arrived at the World Trade Center minutes after the first plane hit.
00:52:22.000 A passenger flight ran into the north side of the World Trade Center.
00:52:26.000 He was there when the Twin Towers collapsed.
00:52:32.000 He knew the faces of the rescuers who rushed toward danger.
00:52:36.000 He attended the funeral of the officers who didn't come back.
00:52:40.000 Bernie Carrick understands the duties that came to America on September the 11th.
00:52:46.000 The resolve he felt that morning will guide him every day.
00:52:54.000 There isn't a day that has passed since the morning of September 11th that I haven't thought of the sacrifices of those heroes and the losses we all suffered.
00:53:02.000 I promise you, Mr. President, that both the memory of those courageous souls and the horrors I saw inflicted upon our proud nation will serve as permanent reminders of the awesome responsibility you place in my charge.
00:53:18.000 Bernie Carrick dead at 69 years old.
00:53:32.000 Health isn't just a personal issue.
00:53:35.000 It's a family issue.
00:53:36.000 A community issue.
00:53:37.000 We're living in unpredictable times.
00:53:39.000 Supply chains can break down.
00:53:41.000 Hospitals can get overwhelmed.
00:53:42.000 And let's not even start on the natural disasters.
00:53:45.000 These aren't hypotheticals.
00:53:46.000 They're happening.
00:53:47.000 You see it here in the war room and we all know it.
