00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:07.000 Pray for our enemies,
00:00:09.000 because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:12.000 You're just not gonna get a free shot
00:00:14.000 at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:17.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:19.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:20.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:22.000 but you're not gonna stop it.
00:00:23.000 It's going to happen.
00:00:24.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:27.000 MAGA Media.
00:00:29.000 I wish in my soul,
00:00:31.000 I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:34.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:38.000 If that answer is to save my country,
00:00:41.000 this country will be saved.
00:00:44.000 War Room.
00:00:45.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:51.000 Monday, 23 June, New River Lord 2025,
00:00:54.000 The Path to War.
00:00:55.000 We're gonna make sure that all the information's out there
00:00:58.000 so people can make logical decisions,
00:01:01.000 because they're all over MAGA right now.
00:01:03.000 MAGA thinks this, MAGA thinks that.
00:01:05.000 Hey, MAGA's made up of individuals, American citizens.
00:01:07.000 They're gonna think what they're gonna think, okay?
00:01:09.000 You're gonna make decisions on how they're gonna make decisions,
00:01:11.000 but we're not gonna sit there and allow, you know,
00:01:15.000 just this wave of misinformation
00:01:19.000 in this direction plays coming from the propaganda network.
00:01:22.000 That is called Fox News.
00:01:24.000 Sam, make us smart over the next couple of days.
00:01:29.000 I know you got to bounce and I appreciate you taking an hour to be on here this morning.
00:01:32.000 Give us an assessment of your base view of what we should be looking for to make us smart,
00:01:39.000 as now you've seen over the weekend, the whole, the issues up the flagpole of, you know,
00:01:45.000 the search for this material, number two, what actually happened, number three, regime change, number four.
00:01:52.000 Now, all of a sudden, you've got the peacock throne is kind of taking the lead and doing press conferences in London.
00:01:58.000 You've got Russia and China, who are the allies of the Mullahs,
00:02:03.000 are now starting to make moves a little bit.
00:02:06.000 Make us smart, and what you would be looking for to make the audience smarter, sir?
00:02:11.000 You know, in no particular order, what's the Iranian response gonna be to this?
00:02:17.000 And it doesn't have to be immediate, doesn't happen in the next couple of days.
00:02:20.000 But just because we want the thing to stop between us and the Iranians at this point
00:02:25.000 doesn't mean that they're not gonna lob ballistic missiles at the Fifth Fleet in Bahrain
00:02:29.000 and kill a bunch of U.S. sailors.
00:02:32.000 Second, all the players that would love for us to get into this deeper,
00:02:38.000 including opposition figures, so-called, what they're gonna do now to try to spin this
00:02:44.000 and take this from the first step to the next step and drag us fully into this conflict.
00:02:53.000 Obviously, what may or may not happen on U.S. soil.
00:02:57.000 I, I, for at least 25 years, we have known Hezbollah, the Iranians, other Iranian proxies,
00:03:04.000 have been conducting detailed casing and preparation on U.S. soil-to-stage terrorist attacks.
00:03:09.000 I have zero confidence that the FBI is on top of that threat.
00:03:15.000 Now, that doesn't mean the Iranians will flip that switch.
00:03:17.000 They may have reasons not to, but things could pop off in New York City any time.
00:03:24.000 Well, there's a mayor's race I'll get back to because New York City could become the new London.
00:03:30.000 Sam Faddis, just before you punch, your professional career,
00:03:35.000 how much, how much time did you spend the CIA and or other entities associated
00:03:40.000 with the defense of the United States of America through intelligence, sir?
00:03:44.000 30 years.
00:03:46.000 30 years.
00:03:47.000 20 of that undercover with the CIA.
00:03:49.000 20, 20 years undercover with CIA in the Middle East and South Asia.
00:03:53.000 That's what I wanted to know. 20 years.
00:03:56.000 So you, you, I could say that Sam, if anybody knows the neighborhood, Sam Faddis knows the neighborhood.
00:04:01.000 Yeah, and, and look, my, my ultimate, the job I was in when I just made the decision to retire from CIA,
00:04:09.000 it was my job to run the unit that hunted nuclear, radiological, chemical, and biological threats worldwide.
00:04:17.000 So I know a little bit about how that's done.
00:04:20.000 Sam Faddis, we love you, brother.
00:04:23.000 And so grateful you're part of the MAGA movement.
00:04:26.000 Just fantastic.
00:04:27.000 Thank you.
00:04:28.000 Sam, where do people go?
00:04:29.000 You got Ann Magazine.
00:04:30.000 You got your social media.
00:04:31.000 You got your Substack.
00:04:32.000 Where do folks go?
00:04:33.000 Go to Ann Magazine at Substack.
00:04:34.000 That'll take you everywhere.
00:04:36.000 Ann Magazine dot Substack dot com.
00:04:40.000 Thank you, sir.
00:04:41.000 Appreciate you.
00:04:42.000 And the audience appreciate you.
00:04:43.000 Thank you.
00:04:44.000 And the MAGA movement appreciate you.
00:04:46.000 One of my favorite people.
00:04:47.000 This is a treat.
00:04:48.000 Because we're not going to spend all our time talking about this war.
00:04:50.000 I'm telling you.
00:04:51.000 We're not going to, we're not taking that bait.
00:04:53.000 We're going to do what we need to do to make sure that you are up to speed on everything.
00:04:57.000 Right?
00:04:58.000 We'll just have to do it succinctly.
00:04:59.000 Harmeet Dillon joins us.
00:05:01.000 This audience knows Harmeet for many, many years.
00:05:03.000 Harmeet's now head of the Civil Rights Division in the Justice Department, one of the most
00:05:08.000 powerful jobs in the entire United States government.
00:05:11.000 First off, Harmeet, can you just give our audience what your job is, Civil Rights Division,
00:05:16.000 how big it is, everything that you guys deal with?
00:05:18.000 Sure.
00:05:19.000 Well, thanks for having me, Steve.
00:05:20.000 The Civil Rights Division, as you say, has been described as one of the crown jewels
00:05:25.000 of the United States government and Department of Justice, certainly.
00:05:29.000 At its peak, right before I took office, there were about 600 people in the Civil Rights Division,
00:05:34.000 over 400 attorneys, and a couple of hundred other staff.
00:05:38.000 And now we're a little bit reduced on the attorney side by about 200 lawyers have left
00:05:43.000 the department because they didn't like our changes in policy, which I'll get to.
00:05:46.000 But importantly, the Civil Rights Division is charged with the administration of all of
00:05:50.000 the federal civil rights laws in so many different categories, including voting rights,
00:05:55.000 disabilities, age discrimination, employment discrimination, discrimination in our schools.
00:06:01.000 So Title IX, Title VI, most of the titles involving anything having to do with discrimination,
00:06:08.000 but also protecting our service members.
00:06:10.000 And as I mentioned, expansive authority over the administration of the federal voting statutes.
00:06:16.000 Harmeet, correct me if I'm wrong, but in what people talked about, particularly conservatives
00:06:21.000 and folks like yourself have been engaged in this for a long time, the Mike Davis of the
00:06:25.000 world, folks like that, talked about the radicalization of the Justice Department.
00:06:30.000 Many, many times people would focus on this very division of the Justice Department.
00:06:35.000 That's something that had really gotten out of control.
00:06:37.000 Is that a fair statement, ma'am?
00:06:39.000 Absolutely correct.
00:06:40.000 I mean, I've been a litigator for over 30 years here in the United States, Steve.
00:06:44.000 And what I found time and again when I go into court to defend a sort of constitutionalist
00:06:50.000 perspective on a particular issue as opposed to a radical Marxist perspective, I'm often
00:06:54.000 going up against lawyers who at the beginning of their careers were incubated, if you will,
00:06:59.000 into these left-wing ideologies here in the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division.
00:07:04.000 And there are some people who've made their entire careers of 30 or 40 years or more in
00:07:09.000 the DOJ Civil Rights Division really weaponizing the American even-handed and very wise civil
00:07:15.000 rights laws for a particular political purpose.
00:07:19.000 And our side has typically engaged in unilateral disarmament, if you will, by simply when we
00:07:25.000 get into office just trying to slow down the rot, slow down the left-wing drift, as opposed
00:07:30.000 to actually harnessing these civil rights laws, which are written for all Americans, not just
00:07:33.000 some, and then using it to advance the rights of all Americans.
00:07:37.000 That is my vision for the Civil Rights Division.
00:07:39.000 That is what President Trump asked me to do.
00:07:41.000 And that is what we are aggressively doing.
00:07:43.000 We are absolutely pursuing the President's agendas here in the Civil Rights Division.
00:07:47.000 And that means enforcing our federal discrimination laws and our civil rights laws for all Americans,
00:07:53.000 not just for a narrow few.
00:07:55.000 So, Harmeet, when you first came on, I mean, you were the A block on MSNBC for like three
00:08:04.000 nights in a row.
00:08:05.000 Really, Chris Hay, Ari Melver, Rachel Maddow, they were in full and complete and total meltdown
00:08:10.000 when you stepped in.
00:08:11.000 Why was that, ma'am?
00:08:13.000 Why did MSNBC particularly, why spend all those guys, the legal experts they have?
00:08:17.000 Because they spend at least 50% of their time on legal issues.
00:08:20.000 Why did they vapor lock over Harmeet Dillon stepping into the Civil Rights Division?
00:08:25.000 Yeah.
00:08:26.000 Well, there was this hysterical ululation across the left.
00:08:29.000 Because on day eight of the day that I was here in office, I sent out memos to different
00:08:35.000 sections explaining to them that whatever they had been spending their time with, mainly working
00:08:40.000 from home, by the way, was over.
00:08:42.000 And we were going to be focusing on an even-handed application of the civil rights laws.
00:08:46.000 And there were some departments that were particularly hard hit because they had been going after police
00:08:51.000 systematically using junk science and very weaponized cherry picking of facts to make
00:08:56.000 cases against police departments with the political goal, not the legal goal, but the
00:09:00.000 political goal of defunding the police around the United States.
00:09:03.000 And we put that to an end.
00:09:06.000 And these are the pet projects of people who really came here to do their pet projects,
00:09:10.000 to, you know, say that, like, there's a racial component to environmental justice.
00:09:16.000 I mean, just basically mixing and matching all Marxist concepts together and using that.
00:09:20.000 People have learned this in law school, and they wanted to do it for their careers, and
00:09:23.000 I took their toys away.
00:09:24.000 And that was what caused a lot of people to be very upset and quit.
00:09:28.000 We had over 220 lawyers quit or take an early retirement here from civil rights division,
00:09:33.000 which is okay because we really need to have lawyers here who are willing to pursue the even-handed
00:09:38.000 application of our federal civil rights laws and not use them for their pet political purposes.
00:09:43.000 And so I'm looking now forward to restaffing here.
00:09:47.000 And the team we have right now is 100% dedicated.
00:09:50.000 And we've already done so much work to advance the interests of all Americans and faith and election law
00:09:57.000 is just across so many different sections here in civil rights.
00:10:00.000 Harmy, you've always been a big believer and advocate for federalism.
00:10:05.000 But what we're seeing, at least in the war room, and I come from Richmond, Virginia,
00:10:09.000 so I know a couple of things about the study of history of this.
00:10:12.000 When I see California and people like Gavin Newsom and sanctuary cities
00:10:16.000 and how about their selective application of federal law, I see neoconfederates.
00:10:22.000 Right.
00:10:23.000 How are you dealing with some of these states and particularly the governor in that regard
00:10:27.000 about federal law and the implementation of federal law?
00:10:32.000 Well, Steve, you're exactly correct.
00:10:34.000 While we both believe in federalism, there are a few aspects of our laws that are exclusively
00:10:41.000 for the federal government to deal with.
00:10:43.000 And one of those, of course, the most sacred of those perhaps is the protection of our borders.
00:10:47.000 That is the president's purview.
00:10:49.000 And many states, not just California, but certainly more on the west-left coast, if you will,
00:10:55.000 have been absolutely flouting federal protocols in this regard
00:10:59.000 and openly harboring millions of illegal aliens in our country.
00:11:05.000 And so we've taken that head on.
00:11:08.000 And, I mean, the DOJ, other departments of the DOJ have defended the president's executive orders
00:11:14.000 and gone toe-to-toe with Gavin Newsom on these issues.
00:11:18.000 The National Guard issue is one that's been in the headlines, where a federal judge in
00:11:22.000 San Francisco basically said the president couldn't do what other presidents have done
00:11:28.000 and call up the National Guard in times of national unrest.
00:11:31.000 And so we've actually won that issue temporarily in the Ninth Circuit.
00:11:34.000 And I'm sure it will be the subject of further litigation.
00:11:37.000 But in the Civil Rights Division, to give you one example, we sent a letter from the Civil
00:11:41.000 Rights Division signed by me two weeks ago to California Interscholastic Federation, which
00:11:46.000 is the sort of sports league that manages all the K through 12 sports in California.
00:11:51.000 And we said, look, the definition of gender is not a thing.
00:11:56.000 It's sex, and it's female and male.
00:11:59.000 And it is a violation of the law to allow boys to take girls' trophies and steal girls' opportunities
00:12:05.000 to thrive in the sports context in our schools.
00:12:08.000 And we're asking each school to confirm that they're not doing this discrimination.
00:12:12.000 Well, California's response to this was to sue me and sue the Attorney General and sue the
00:12:17.000 Department of Justice over this so-called attempt to take away transgender rights.
00:12:23.000 So that's going to be wending its way through the courts as well.
00:12:25.000 But it isn't just the border issues.
00:12:27.000 It's literally on every issue that California thinks it can write its own laws.
00:12:31.000 It's been this way for a long time.
00:12:33.000 But it's learning a lesson systematically in the courts that this is not the case.
00:12:37.000 Harmeet, it was not for people, if they had the laws the way they interpreted it today,
00:12:42.000 Captain Maureen Bannon would have never had a fair shot at girls' volleyball,
00:12:47.000 would have never had a shot at West Point,
00:12:49.000 would have never served her country in Iraq with the 101st Airborne.
00:12:52.000 This situation in California is vitally important.
00:12:55.000 The way out for so many Hispanic, African-American kids is through getting scholarships
00:13:00.000 or get to Division I schools or even Division II where they get full rides.
00:13:05.000 This is destroying it.
00:13:07.000 This letting boys play in girls' sports is a massive issue among parents in California.
00:13:11.000 Harmeet, thank you for fighting the good fight.
00:13:14.000 Where do people go to get more about what you're doing over the Civil Rights Division,
00:13:17.000 either your social media or website?
00:13:19.000 People want to know.
00:13:20.000 I can already tell you in the chat, people want to know a lot more.
00:13:23.000 Well, I think you can Google and find the DOJ Civil Rights every day.
00:13:26.000 We put out several press releases on what we're doing.
00:13:29.000 You can personally follow me and my official account at A-A-G Dillon on X,
00:13:35.000 and my personal account where I also post a lot of content and retweet Harmeet K. Dillon on X,
00:13:40.000 and similar accounts on Instagram.
00:13:42.000 I don't really post in other places very much.
00:13:45.000 We do repost on Truth Social as well.
00:13:48.000 Harmeet, thank you so much, and thank you for the great job you're doing.
00:13:51.000 I know you're taking a lot of incoming over there, but thank you so much.
00:13:54.000 Audience, really appreciate it.
00:13:55.000 Thanks for having me, Steve.
00:13:57.000 Absolutely.
00:13:58.000 She's tough as boot leather.
00:14:00.000 Remember her over the last couple of years?
00:14:02.000 That's exactly the kind of people you need.
00:14:04.000 They're not going to back down.
00:14:06.000 And Newsome and his crowd in California, the Sanctuary Cities, the transgender ideology,
00:14:11.000 what they're doing to girls' sports by letting these boys play, which is outrageous.
00:14:16.000 It's sick.
00:14:19.000 You need tough people to stand in the breach.
00:14:23.000 We're going to give you a tough person next in the war room.
00:14:26.000 Mike Davis is going to join us.
00:14:28.000 I think we're tracking down MTG.
00:14:31.000 We've got Brother Kennedy is going to be here.
00:14:34.000 We're going to be...
00:14:36.000 It's all warriors.
00:14:38.000 From now to the end of the show in the war room.
00:14:41.000 Short commercial break.
00:14:43.000 Johnny Connell takes us out with American Heart back in a moment.
00:14:46.000 I'm American made.
00:14:49.000 I got American power.
00:14:53.000 I got American made in America's heart.
00:15:00.000 This July, there is a global summit of BRICS nations in Rio de Janeiro.
00:15:05.000 The block of emerging superpowers, including China, Russia, India, and Persia are meeting with the goal of displacing the United States dollar as the global currency.
00:15:16.000 They're calling this the Rio Reset.
00:15:19.000 As BRICS nations push forward with their plans, global demand for U.S. dollars will decrease, bringing down the value of the dollar in your savings.
00:15:27.000 While this transition won't not happen overnight, but trust me, it's going to start in Rio.
00:15:33.000 The Rio Reset in July marks a pivotal moment when BRICS objectives move decisively from a theoretical possibility towards an inevitable reality.

00:16:28.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:32.000 So, Mike Davis, give me your assessment of Harmeet in the Civil Rights Division.
00:16:38.000 Because this is the one Weissman, when she was announced on Ari Melber and on Nicole Wallace,
00:16:44.000 he had the crocodile tears coming down because the Civil Rights Division is kind of their baby, is it not?
00:16:51.000 Harmeet Dillon is doing a phenomenal job at the Trump 47 Justice Department.
00:16:58.000 She's the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights.
00:17:00.000 Remember, this is where Biden's Kristen Clark ran the lawfare against parents outraged by gender chaos in schools and the resulting rapes in bathrooms.
00:17:11.000 Pro-life Christians praying at abortion clinics while giving amnesty to Hamas terrorists, Antifa terrorists, BLM terrorists, trans terrorists.
00:17:22.000 Harmeet Dillon has decades of experience as a civil rights litigator.
00:17:27.000 She's a minority woman, so they can't say that she's some racist white dude like they say we are.
00:17:33.000 So she's doing a phenomenal job.
00:17:36.000 She's putting points on the board very early.
00:17:39.000 She's suing the states and local governments that are discriminating against Americans based upon race, based upon religion, DEI, anti-Semitism.
00:17:51.000 I am Harmeet Dillon's biggest fan.
00:17:54.000 Listen, you're a you're a strong believer in the 10th Amendment federalism.
00:18:01.000 I actually say I pray go more even to the states rights, you know, farther than even that a little bit.
00:18:07.000 But what's happened in California, explain to our folks why would Gavin Newsom, particularly people believe in states rights and people believe in the federalism and the 10th Amendment is the most important amendment of all.
00:18:19.000 Why what Gavin Newsom is doing in California is not that it's when I say he's a neo confederate, I mean, he's a neo confederate, sir.
00:18:28.000 Because as we've talked about for years on your show, Steve, the Constitution is a loan agreement between we, the people and our government, state government, federal government, tribal government.
00:18:40.000 And while we lend specific enumerated and divided powers to the federal government, including the president having the commander in chief power, including Congress having the power to control immigration and including the president's ability, his duty to enforce our laws and immigration and protecting our border and protecting our country from an invasion is squarely within the president's article to commander in chief and executive powers.
00:19:08.000 All other powers, all other powers, all other powers, all other powers, all other powers, not specifically enumerated in the Constitution belongs to the states and to we, the people as confirmed to the 10th Amendment.
00:19:17.100 But think about it this way.
00:19:18.600 We have we have foreign nationals flying foreign flags in one of America's largest cities, Los Angeles, and going to war against federal immigration officials.
00:19:30.580 Of course, the president of the United States can call up the National Guard in California to put down this riot, this insurrection, real insurrection against America, not grandma's trespassing and taking selfies on the Senate floor, walking through velvet ropes and following police direction.
00:19:50.540 This is a real insurrection in California as opposed to January 6th and the president not only has the power, he has the duty to put this down.
00:19:59.420 Are we supposed to just wait until they cause billions of dollars in damage and then wait for their federal handout so we can pay for their DEI disaster in Los Angeles?
00:20:09.360 No thanks.
00:20:09.940 Mike, you, by the way, fantastic.
00:20:13.720 You actually contacted me last night.
00:20:15.460 This is about the the A.I. in the states and all that.
00:20:18.880 And I'm going to get to that in a minute.
00:20:19.980 But the Mike Davis is on for this very topic because it's a huge topic for us.
00:20:24.160 MTG has been leading this fight in the House.
00:20:26.360 However, given the path to war, I got to do something.
00:20:30.100 MTG is with us.
00:20:31.140 But Congressman Green, I want to tee you up.
00:20:33.400 Can I play the clip that we played in the cold open to introduce MTG?
00:20:36.880 Sometimes the military has to be used if it's used by a smart commander chief, if it's used wisely, if it's used for a specific purpose, it gives us peace.
00:20:48.140 So I want the so-called, I don't know what to call them.
00:20:52.360 People running around warmonger, the sloganeers.
00:20:55.140 This should be an education for you, too.
00:20:57.760 This should be an education for you, too.
00:21:00.100 America, don't you feel relief?
00:21:01.600 Of course you feel relief because these Islamo-Nazis were building nuclear weapons to attack us, too, with intercontinental ballistic missiles.
00:21:11.020 Guess what?
00:21:11.540 You can go to bed peacefully tonight.
00:21:13.700 No, that's not going to happen.
00:21:15.820 That's not going to happen.
00:21:17.160 Not because of Obama.
00:21:18.540 Not because of Biden.
00:21:19.800 Not because of the Democrats.
00:21:21.340 Not because of some Republicans.
00:21:23.160 Because of Donald Trump.
00:21:24.280 The lead story in media, one of the hottest stories in the nation right now, is Fox News' Mark Levin, nukes shameless nitwit Marjorie Taylor Greene from Orbit.
00:21:35.940 Congressman Greene, I know you're here for AI, but any response, observations?
00:21:40.140 Did you feel better going to sleep last night because Mark Levin's on the ramparts on duty, ma'am?
00:21:45.880 Do I have her?
00:21:52.100 Yeah, unmute yourself, MTG.
00:21:54.840 Gotcha.
00:21:55.560 Thank you.
00:21:56.720 That was extremely hard to listen.
00:21:57.960 By the way, did you sleep better last night as a nitwit?
00:22:01.660 Did you sleep better nitwit because of Mark Levin?
00:22:05.460 Well, that's quite some name-calling from one of Fox News hosts.
00:22:09.720 It was hard to listen to what he was saying with all the screeching, which is why most people I know don't watch his show.
00:22:17.660 But, no, you know, I didn't sleep better after neocons and warmongers talked this administration into entering a hot war that Israel started after Netanyahu barely won a vote.
00:22:31.720 Steve, barely won a vote by two votes in order to stay in power the day before Israel attacked an unprovoked attack, Iran.
00:22:40.700 Now, I'm not making apologies for Iran.
00:22:42.660 I have no investment in the terrorist regime of Iran.
00:22:47.360 But the reality is no American slept better after America bombed Iran because, all of a sudden, we now have threats on our homeland.
00:22:56.880 We now have warnings from our State Department for Americans overseas.
00:23:01.840 Qatar put out a warning to Americans to shelter in place.
00:23:05.620 Americans in Israel are terrified for their lives, as well as Israeli people are terrified for their lives because bombs have been falling in Israel.
00:23:14.440 And Americans all over the world are seriously questioning, is this going to be World War III?
00:23:21.640 So, no, I didn't sleep better, regardless of Mark Levin's silly name-calling.
00:23:27.980 And I don't think any American is sleeping better after this, Steve.
00:23:33.660 What's going to happen?
00:23:34.580 You're coming back.
00:23:35.420 Everybody's coming back.
00:23:36.440 They're going to be here tomorrow.
00:23:37.340 You guys are going to get briefings.
00:23:39.220 What's going to happen?
00:23:40.240 Are other voices going to get in to start advising the president, ma'am?
00:23:45.360 Well, I've got to add on one more thing, Steve, and I'm sure you've covered it on your show.
00:23:49.660 Mark Levin was one of the biggest never-Trumpers when President Trump was running for president.
00:23:54.120 So it absolutely makes me sick.
00:23:55.960 It makes me want to throw up in my mouth that he's one of the voices that is constantly texting and calling President Trump's phone
00:24:02.920 and showing up at the White House and demanding for America to go to every single foreign war on behalf of Israel.
00:24:10.020 You know, I'm really sick and disgusted at that.
00:24:12.300 And it's people like him and Lindsey Graham and all these other people that never really supported Trump in the beginning.
00:24:18.080 People like me, people, regular people like me, donated to President Trump.
00:24:22.380 We showed up at his rallies.
00:24:24.040 We voted for him.
00:24:25.300 We truly supported him.
00:24:26.740 I've supported him the entire time.
00:24:28.580 Mark Levin was a never-Trumper, compared President Trump, claimed that he was the same as Code Pink.
00:24:34.980 All of this horrible attacks on President Trump.
00:24:38.240 And he only supports him now because he couldn't beat him, because people like me supported President Trump and got him elected.
00:24:46.200 And I spent, Steve, I've spent five years, I've spent millions of dollars, millions of my own money,
00:24:53.800 traveling this entire country campaigning for President Trump, defending him when everyone abandoned him after January 6th.
00:25:01.180 And I would say, I represent MAGA far more than Mark Levin or any of these other neocon suck-ups ever will and ever do,
00:25:11.060 because MAGA is not for foreign wars, we are not for regime change, and we are for America first.
00:25:17.300 That's not isolationism at all.
00:25:20.240 That's for fixing our $37 trillion debt.
00:25:23.140 That's fighting for border security.
00:25:24.900 That's fighting for my kids, Steve.
00:25:26.360 My kids are 22, 25, and 27.
00:25:29.100 And I want them to have a future.
00:25:31.480 And I am sick and tired of people like this.
00:25:34.580 You know, a lot of these people are going to be dead in 10 to 15 years.
00:25:38.280 But my kids' future matters to me.
00:25:40.560 And right now, their generation can't buy a house.
00:25:43.200 They can't afford insurance.
00:25:44.660 They can't get good-paying jobs.
00:25:46.580 They can't afford groceries.
00:25:48.020 They can't afford to buy a car.
00:25:49.500 They can't afford gas.
00:25:50.800 They don't know if they're ever going to be able to save money for their retirement,
00:25:54.360 because they're barely making it paycheck to paycheck.
00:25:56.800 And I am so angry about this.
00:25:59.220 So all of them have crossed my line.
00:26:01.620 And you want to know what I have that Mark Levin doesn't have?
00:26:04.480 I have a voting card, Steve.
00:26:06.520 I have a voting card because I have a district that believes in the greatness of America,
00:26:11.280 that believes in America first policies, and desperately wants President Trump,
00:26:16.580 his administration, and the Republican-controlled House and Senate to enact and support this.
00:26:22.480 And I tell you what, six months in, six months in, Steve, and here we are,
00:26:28.680 turning back on the campaign promises, and we bombed Iran on behalf of Israel.
00:26:33.760 Yes, it was on behalf of Israel.
00:26:36.180 We're entering a nuclear war, World War III, because the entire world is going to erupt.
00:26:42.880 And you want to know the people that are cheering it on right now, their tune is going to drastically
00:26:47.980 change the minute we start seeing flag-draped coffins on the nightly news, on Fox News that
00:26:54.100 brainwashes all the baby boomers, and on CNN that brainwashes all the Democrat baby boomers.
00:26:59.380 And that is exactly how this is going to go down.
00:27:02.600 And, you know, the AI portion I want to address that, Steve, that's a bunch of crap.
00:27:06.900 They should have never put that poison pill in the House version of the one big,
00:27:10.640 beautiful bill in the first place. I am a 100% no vote. If it is still there, because I get to vote
00:27:16.880 again, I get to vote on it again when it comes back to the House. And I am not voting for a 10-year
00:27:22.460 moratorium on state rights to make regulations and laws on AI. That is absurd. And the one big,
00:27:29.740 beautiful bill is about taxes, energy, and border security. And that's exactly what it should be.
00:27:36.020 So shame on the people that put it out there. That should be separate legislation. And I'm not
00:27:41.080 playing ball anymore. This weekend, I turned a corner. I'm not playing ball anymore. I'm going
00:27:45.600 to vote exactly for what I campaigned on, exactly for what I promised my district. And I will use
00:27:50.660 my voting card to make that happen.
00:27:53.620 MTG, what's your social media? People are going to follow you because you just gave us a hard no.
00:27:57.480 Where do they go?
00:27:59.140 Rep MTG.
00:28:00.260 We're going to explain this. Congressman Greene, thank you so much. We're going to delve down
00:28:05.640 more of this about the Mark Levin, but particularly about this AI. Mike Davis joins me. He was so
00:28:11.200 upset last night. He says, I got to get on here and talk about it. Also, Tim Kennedy, a veteran,
00:28:17.960 giving his perspective on where we are in the path to war. All next in the War Room.
00:28:22.040 If you're a homeowner, you need to listen to this. In today's AI and cyber world, scammers are
00:28:33.700 stealing home titles with more ease than ever, and your equity is the target. Here's how it works.
00:28:39.980 Criminals forge your signature on one document, use a fake notary stamp, pay small fee with your
00:28:45.740 county, and boom, your home title has been transferred out of your name. Then they take
00:28:51.700 out loans using your equity or even sell your property. You won't even know it's happened
00:28:56.540 until you get a collection or foreclosure notice. So let me ask you, when was the last time you
00:29:05.180 personally checked your home title? If you're like me, the answer is never. And that's exactly what
00:29:12.180 scammers are counting on. That's why I trust Home Title Lock. Use promo code Steve at
00:29:18.820 HomeTitleLock.com to make sure your title is still in your name. You'll also get a free title history
00:29:25.620 report, plus a free 14-day trial of their million-dollar triple lock protection. That's
00:29:31.200 24-7 monitoring of your title. Urgent alerts to any changes, and if fraud should happen,
00:29:37.460 they'll spend up to $1 million to fix it. Go to HomeTitleLock.com now. Use promo code Steve.
00:29:44.600 That's HomeTitleLock.com. Promo code Steve. Do it today.
00:29:48.260 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:29:56.280 Mike Davis. Brother, this thing, and listen, they only got a couple of votes in the House,
00:30:04.180 and there's so many changes going on. Folks, we are going to now do a lot of focus on the
00:30:08.940 Great Big Beautiful Bill because the polling's terrible, because they have a message right,
00:30:12.140 you got this, you got a cut, you got that. But MTG and a couple of folks are so outraged by this
00:30:18.120 slipping in this artificial intelligence thing for the tech bros that their heads are blown up. And
00:30:23.080 MTG, she's saying she's a hard no. With MTG and a couple other people, this thing ain't going to
00:30:28.540 pass the House. Mike Davis, why are you so worked up? You're kind of the guardian of this, particularly
00:30:34.080 against big tech. How outrageous is this what they did, sir? I would say this. Cheers to Marjorie
00:30:40.800 Taylor Greene, along with Marsha Blackburn and Josh Hawley, and many others in the House and Senates.
00:30:47.440 These trillion-dollar big tech monopolists, Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple have been crushing
00:30:54.540 competition, shuttering small businesses and canceling conservatives and others with whom they
00:31:00.720 disagree for decades. They had Section 230 immunity at antitrust amnesty by the government, which made
00:31:09.560 this possible. We're finally holding them accountable on a bipartisan basis with the state AGs,
00:31:17.340 with the Justice Department, with Dale Slater at the Justice Department, with Andrew Ferguson
00:31:22.400 at the FTC. And now big tech's next play is to steal everyone's copyrights, they say, to train
00:31:31.980 their AI machines so they can compete against China, they claim. So they think that we should steal
00:31:37.900 like China to compete against China. They think that we should have slave labor like China to compete
00:31:45.620 against China. This is going to destroy the American creative industry. It's going to destroy
00:31:50.980 American news media, particularly conservative news media like the War Room that relies on old-fashioned
00:31:58.560 advertising to pay its bills, clicks, and advertising it doesn't have. China and Soros and other left-wing
00:32:06.520 sugar daddies underwriting the War Room. It's through the War Room posse clicking on ads and spending
00:32:12.340 money on Birch Gold and other advertisers. And so what these AI platforms are trying to do is they're
00:32:18.880 trying to slip into the big, beautiful bill, a 10-year moratorium where states and local governments
00:32:24.720 cannot touch AI. This is Section 230 on steroids. It means that when these AI chatbots are telling kids
00:32:33.780 to kill themselves and these parents want to get recourse, they can't get recourse through their
00:32:40.140 states. Okay, okay, but Mike, but Mike, but Mike, but Mike, hang on, hang on. The Chinese, but hang on,
00:32:45.140 the Chinese Communist Party, this is now because they admit that all their work on AI was maybe for
00:32:51.780 naught because of Deep Seek. That was the Sputnik moment. We're in an arms race and somebody like
00:32:58.120 MTG and Mike Davis and Steve Bannon, these Neanderthrals in the War Room posse who are decelerationist,
00:33:06.260 not accelerationist, are going to make sure the United States is exposed at the highest level of
00:33:11.640 national security against the existential threat. Excuse me, not the existential threat today. The
00:33:16.560 existential threat today is actually the move. This week on Fox, this is the moolahs. But the real
00:33:21.460 existential threat, Chinese, how do you answer that, brother? Because you're going to give every cracker
00:33:25.860 in the country, every local city council the ability to stop the nation's artificial intelligence,
00:33:32.320 sir? Yeah, so you have Google and Meta, for example, Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook, Meta,
00:33:38.540 that did Chinese bidding, China's bidding with censorship for many, many, many years,
00:33:44.480 and now they pretend like they're trying to compete against China. They're not. What this 10-year
00:33:49.460 moratorium means is that states like Florida and Texas that have passed laws that make it harder
00:33:57.040 to censor conservatives and others with whom they disagree. These AI companies can just ignore those
00:34:02.680 laws. They're told by this 10-year moratorium they don't have to follow these state laws. It's going
00:34:07.940 to be open season on conservative users. It's going to be open season on conservative media. It's going to
00:34:14.660 be open season on American creators. How many people go to Chinese movies? You don't, because they don't
00:34:20.720 have creative talent in China like we do in America. This is going to destroy the entertainment
00:34:26.800 industry and the news industry in America, and it's going to make Mark Zuckerberg and Meta and Google,
00:34:33.000 Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple very, very rich. They're already rich. It's going to put it on
00:34:38.380 steroids with this AI amnesty. And look at this. Look what Google did. We had Project Maven and Project
00:34:47.700 Dragonfly. Google that pretends like it's American is apple pie. Project Maven is where they shut down
00:34:55.900 America's drone program because of woke activists in America. So Google stopped working with the
00:35:01.940 American military and our drone program with Project Maven. At the same time that they stopped
00:35:07.160 working with the American military, Google was running Project Dragonfly, which was the CCP's
00:35:14.980 censorship program. So I don't want to hear from Google or any of these other big tech platforms
00:35:20.580 that they're trying to compete against China. They're doing China's bidding.
00:35:27.420 Mike, where can people go? I want to get into this more as we get into this because MTG saying she ain't
00:35:32.200 voting for the bill. And I'm telling you, MTG and two or three other people don't vote for this.
00:35:36.440 You ain't going to have a bill. So this is a big deal. Where can people go in the interim,
00:35:40.440 particularly in the fight of us neo-Brandeisians to make sure that we basically not just hold this
00:35:47.020 corporate power in check, but actually start to break it up, which it needs to be. The people doing
00:35:52.640 the work on the oligarchs are not AOC and Bernie Sanders. It's Mike Davis and the team from the
00:36:01.180 Internet Accountability Group and Gail Slater, Andrew Ferguson, all the people in the great Lena
00:36:06.240 Conn, all that, that have come together to try to stop this. Where do people go to find out more
00:36:10.080 about it at Article 3? This is crucial this week. They're going to vote probably this Monday or this
00:36:15.800 Wednesday. So the War Room Posse should go to Article3Project.org, Article3Project.org, click on
00:36:23.140 Take Action. And the action item is to take out the 10-year moratorium out of the big, beautiful bill.
00:36:30.120 Remember this, Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook spent $400 million chasing Trump out of office in 2020,
00:36:38.380 subject him to unrelenting, unprecedented lawfare. They tried to bankrupt him for non-fraud. They
00:36:44.980 tried to throw him in prison four times for non-crimes. They tried to take off his head. They
00:36:49.640 tried to throw him off the ballot. Why should we reward Mark Zuckerberg and Metta with 10 years of
00:36:56.760 amnesty for his AI so he could continue to steal every copyright, shut down conservative media,
00:37:03.600 and censor conservatives and shutter small businesses? Hell no. This is a red line. The
00:37:08.500 War Room Posse should light up the Senate and tell them to strip out this 10-year AI moratorium out of
00:37:14.780 the big, beautiful bill and do it now. Thank you, brother. Appreciate it. Ted Cruz, I think,
00:37:21.240 said if you vote against it, you get your broadband money taken away. I mean, it's evil, evil, evil.
00:37:27.400 Thank you, Mike Davis. Appreciate you. We'll have you back on Senate Vote on Wednesday. We're going to
00:37:32.140 be all, but to the ramparts, this is why home title lock, the $1 million, $1 million triple lock
00:37:38.260 protection is needed because we need you at the ramparts this week. It's going to be a big week on
00:37:43.320 Capitol Hill. Three things. Number one, 24-hour protection. Number two, in the middle of the night,
00:37:49.520 if anything happens to that piece of paper called your title, you get alerted. And if all else fails,
00:37:54.380 a $1 million restoration project to make sure you keep it, don't let a hard money lender get it,
00:38:00.540 take out $100,000 second mortgage at high rates that you got to pay back because then you're going
00:38:06.180 to need a second, third, and maybe a fourth job. HomeTitleLock.com, promo code Steve.
00:38:11.460 Go check it out today. Natalie Dominguez and the team do this today. Only 90% of your net worth is tied up
00:38:17.320 in that. So make sure you check it out. Tim Kennedy, you're heading out on a plane. Where are you going,
00:38:22.260 sir? Well, first flight's into Jordan. A bunch of Americans are displaced. No civilian air travel
00:38:30.560 is currently getting out of Israel. Alal has shut everything down. Delta, America, nobody's flying.
00:38:36.620 So, you know, Americans have been trapped there since the beginning of the bombardment from Iran,
00:38:41.020 and those things have obviously escalated since our strike this weekend.
00:38:46.680 So you're going over it. By the way, give me your curriculum vitae for special. You're a Green
00:38:51.340 Beret, correct, with a Ranger tab? That's correct. I'm a Green Beret, never in Ranger Regiment,
00:38:57.380 but I went to Ranger school, so I have a Ranger tab. That's a subtle distinction that special forces
00:39:01.460 or special operations people care about very significantly, as do I. And then a sniper,
00:39:05.840 still serving proudly as a National Guards member. And so, once again, why are you going over to
00:39:13.160 Jordan and to help people, American citizens in Israel and other places actually get out of the
00:39:18.000 region? Yeah, that's right. You know, obviously tensions have been rising in the Middle East
00:39:23.540 since Israel and Iran have been launching missiles at each other. There's about 23,000 Americans that
00:39:30.020 were displaced in Israel. No aircraft is leaving there. So you've got two ways to get out. You're
00:39:35.700 going to be taking a boat, or you're going to be going by land to one of the neighboring countries
00:39:39.260 and then flying to a European nation to get out. I'm part of an organization that we've go around
00:39:44.800 the world to help Americans, you know, save our allies is the name of the organization, and we're
00:39:49.300 at it again. I tell you, folks, in the Tel Aviv particularly, and Haifa have been taking some
00:39:55.740 incomings on these ballistic missile programs that are getting through David Sling and Iron Dome
00:40:02.420 dead, I think, because of just the volume of them. It is pretty brutal. I mean, they're taking out
00:40:05.880 neighbor, they're taking out city blocks. I mean, it looks like, it looks like Kiev, a lot of it. So
00:40:10.020 that's, that's the intensity. My Patriot Supply. Now more than ever, I think people got to go and
00:40:17.700 got to at least get up to speed and smart. Tim Kennedy, you're working with My Patriot Supply. Why
00:40:22.380 now more than ever should people get focused on this? This is not for wing nuts or tinfoil hat. This is
00:40:28.600 something that you've got to make part of your everyday life, sir. I mean, the reasons why we
00:40:34.500 just listed, I mean, nuclear war, World War III, with the Gulf or portions of it being closed,
00:40:41.300 passes being closed, gas prices, oil prices going up one to 200%. So we're already vulnerable and have
00:40:48.840 always been on the infrastructure in the United States, very vulnerable, probably more vulnerable
00:40:56.400 than we'll ever admit. So things like grid doctor, I have a battery wall here in the house
00:41:01.180 where something goes wild. Um, nothing changes in my home. I have power. I'll have forever power
00:41:07.580 between solar panels and some battery packs. And then I have food storage that's sitting in the
00:41:12.940 pantry. It stays there. Um, it's, it's just so, um, relieving to know that my family's going to be
00:41:19.560 safe, regardless of what happens in this crazy world. We're not in control of what's happening out
00:41:24.060 there, but we are in control of ourselves and our family. So all of this stuff for that preparation
00:41:28.640 mindset, you can get at my Patriot supply. It's a, it's an incredible company, American owned,
00:41:34.300 American manufactured, American warehoused in Salt Lake city, Utah. Great people have been there a
00:41:38.620 bunch of times. So like I'm a customer first. Um, but I'm also, I obviously, as I'm traveling
00:41:44.020 overseas, I have to have stuff to do my job and a bunch of that stuff I get from there as well.
00:41:50.180 By the way, what I love about it too, you can go on, go online, then actually get to one of their
00:41:55.880 customer service people and actually talk it through. Cause a lot of people, this is the first
00:41:59.140 time. Tell me how do they go to the website? What are people supposed to do to get engaged
00:42:03.040 today with the, my Patriot supply folks? Yeah, a great question. Everybody has different
00:42:09.120 requirements, right? Like I have a big family, I have a big house. I live in Texas. That's going to be
00:42:12.560 way different than somebody that lives in Montana. So once you kind of figure out the pattern of life,
00:42:16.920 what are the things that I need to do to secure myself and my family, you go to mypatriotsupply.com,
00:42:23.580 call their customer service line. Those people know absolutely. I think I I've been in special
00:42:28.440 operations for 20 years. I talked to these people and they make me feel so silly about what I actually
00:42:33.800 know because they're so passionate about it. So you just pick up the phone, go to the website,
00:42:38.040 give them a call and they'll walk you through whether it's going to be setting up a battery wall,
00:42:42.460 it's buying, you know, emergency supplies. It's getting a water purifier like I have in my kitchen
00:42:47.320 right now. I live on a well. So like my kids drink some bougie water. They have everything that you
00:42:52.440 need, but they have people that know how to walk you through what you should get.
00:42:57.740 Tim, thank you so much. And on your, on your, on your trip, go with God, be safe. You're one of the
00:43:05.960 guys, you're one of the Patriots, always put yourself in harm's way for both our nation and for
00:43:10.440 American citizens throughout the world. We appreciate you, sir. I appreciate you. Thanks
00:43:14.860 for everything you do for America. Tim Kennedy, uh, green beret puts his country first and puts
00:43:24.120 American citizens first. Go check out my Patriot supply today. They got guys like Tim Kennedy
00:43:28.060 that are associated with them. Uh, now more than ever, don't get caught up in some, uh, emergency
00:43:33.780 because you never know what's going to happen. Everybody should be on full alert today because
00:43:38.900 we're on the path to war from the Imperial Capitol short commercial break. Dave Walsh on the other

00:45:09.060 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:45:14.740 Okay, on CNBC, lead headline is Dow gains 100 points as oil trades in the red despite U.S. bombing
00:45:21.400 Iran. Tankers show caution around Straits or Hormuz after U.S. attack on Iran. Oil falls 1% as
00:45:27.360 investors dismiss risk to Middle East supplies. Trump demands lower prices. And President Trump,
00:45:32.680 the lead story, Trump says everyone should keep oil prices lower or they're playing into the hands of
00:45:37.480 the enemy. Dave Walsh, brother, make this make sense to us, sir.
00:45:43.580 Well, there's a Bob McNally of Rapidan Energy said today, a few minutes ago, actually, oil markets are
00:45:50.280 waiting for evidence of an actual disruption. You know, where we've been chatting about a whole variety
00:45:56.500 of theoreticals and hypotheticals, that tends to be the case now with the way oil looks at
00:46:03.180 disruption in the Middle East. Let's see what happens. Because there's two sides to this. One
00:46:09.260 is they want, through this action, now very isolated, they'd like China, India, Japan, Korea,
00:46:15.620 Iraq, Qatar, the kingdom, to be on side with, get Israel the hell out of their face, get us out of
00:46:21.640 there, let them go, let this get back to a normalized state. Or alternately, the alternate world
00:46:27.780 of that is that Qatar, the kingdom, and the UAE, and especially Iran themselves, are so damaged by
00:46:34.560 this act of self-immolation. Remember, they're getting $100 million a day in oil revenues, and
00:46:39.980 they're willing to shut that off. Then how long are they going to keep up with that? And then B,
00:46:45.400 would they not get more pressure from Qatar, the kingdom, and the UAE to get off of the Hormo Straits
00:46:52.420 and open them up? Because the kingdom is a huge, huge hurt because of that. About half of their
00:46:59.120 10 million barrels a day, 11 million barrels a day, flow through the Straits of Hormuz.
00:47:03.160 So their hurt by this would be huge. The kingdom, more likely that they'd talk them out of this,
00:47:09.760 and then B, a handicapping on, can they hold on to that position if they take that military position?
00:47:14.580 That doesn't appear to be likely. The way it's being handicapped by the markets right now.
00:47:19.740 That's where things seem to be. But President Trump's sending a direct signal to American oil
00:47:26.640 companies to not fall in with OPEC and not fall in with particularly the Persians in case something
00:47:34.640 here, they start jacking up oil prices, right? Yeah, that's been the history of the past. I mean,
00:47:40.120 our majors have for 55 years followed OPEC pricing, which is one of the reasons that we may ought to have
00:47:47.060 done a better job, including between 2017 and 2021 on kneecapping OPEC. Should have done that,
00:47:54.380 could have done that, didn't do it. So here we are. We do have to worry about their impact on global
00:48:00.840 pricing still, unfortunately. Dave, we're going to have you watching. Like the Straits of Hormuz,
00:48:06.460 I don't understand it. But look, if they close it, oil goes to 125. If they mine it, oil goes to 200.
00:48:12.960 I just don't think they're going to slit their own throats. But we'll see. Dave Walsh,
00:48:16.020 watch your social media so people can find you.
00:48:18.980 Well, Dave Walsh Energy at Get Her True Social NX. And help us all out here in Florida as our
00:48:25.060 neocon governor all over Fox News years ago as a war hawk is supporting the import of $7 billion worth
00:48:33.720 of Chinese solar panels and battery storage to Florida vis-a-vis the largest rate increase in the
00:48:39.100 history of the country being visited on this date by Florida Power and Light for the purpose of
00:48:44.060 importing that gear to Florida. So a very complicated world we're in. Sorry, guys.
00:48:49.000 I'll have you back in the next couple of days to explain this and make it, by the way, complicated.
00:48:54.360 But that's why we're a still point in a turning world. President Trump's on fire right now. He's
00:49:00.440 calling that. I put this up on Ghedder early this morning. Medved, Medved, the president of
00:49:07.880 Russia. Right. He's not really. I mean, no power. Putin's got the deal right in the KGB. But he said
00:49:13.840 that they would supply Russia would supply the mullahs with all the nuclear weapons they wanted.
00:49:20.260 Right. I'm sure they couldn't buy a couple of three from Pakistan either. President Trump all over
00:49:24.960 them. Not happy. Not happy at all. OK, let's not expand the war out there. But I can understand
00:49:31.620 the for the for everything we've done, all the efforts we've done, all the focus. And now Russia.
00:49:36.340 I think it's time to try to get back to that Russian rapprochement. President Trump having a
00:49:41.560 tough time negotiating a deal to close this thing down because there's nobody on the other end of
00:49:46.520 the phone that can actually meet with Whitcoff. The Ayatollah is in hiding and he is, I think,
00:49:52.900 marked by the Israelis for death. And so he ain't answering the phone and nobody knows really
00:49:58.280 what's in charge. We're going to get more into that this afternoon. Also, you know, when I get
00:50:03.240 that Warpath coffee jacked up in the morning right before I take my Field of Greens real organic
