00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies,
00:00:08.000 because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:11.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:16.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:18.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:22.000 It's going to happen.
00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:26.000 Mega Media.
00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul,
00:00:30.000 I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country,
00:00:40.000 this country will be saved.
00:00:43.000 War Room.
00:00:44.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:00:53.000 Welcome back.
00:00:54.000 It's Friday, 27 June, year of early 2025.
00:00:57.000 Jim Rickards is with you.
00:00:59.000 I'm going to get as much out of Rickards as possible before we let him go.
00:01:03.000 We've also got Mary Holland.
00:01:04.000 We're going to talk about this vaccine situation.
00:01:06.000 We've got Cortez going to join us about the economy and about debt.
00:01:11.000 And, but I want, I got to go back and play this thing again.
00:01:13.000 And here's the reason.
00:01:15.000 We don't have the luxury of having our attention diverted from what the issues are in this country.
00:01:23.000 And if you don't think we have burning issues in this country, look at what happened in New York City on Tuesday.
00:01:28.000 You had a radical jihadist, a communist, beyond a neo-Marxist come out of nowhere, right, with a ground game.
00:01:37.000 And he's got a good pitch.
00:01:40.000 He kind of takes populism.
00:01:41.000 He's got some radical solutions for it, but he does it upbeat.
00:01:44.000 He, but it, the campaign itself was so sophisticated on, on how it was operated.
00:01:50.000 But also it was a referendum on Netanyahu.
00:01:54.000 It was a big part of Netanyahu was in this and we got to address this.
00:01:57.000 We have to address it.
00:01:58.000 We don't, we don't have the luxury of being diverted to marginal issues.
00:02:05.000 We must focus on the most important issues facing this nation.
00:02:09.000 And if we don't do that, the MAGA movement, well, we, President Trump, we have the executive branch like we've never had before.
00:02:16.000 We have the House and the Senate, although not great, but we got them.
00:02:20.000 The country's over.
00:02:22.000 I want everybody to understand that.
00:02:23.000 If we don't do it now with this team we have and even some of these imperfect solutions, it's, it's, it's, we're going to lose it.
00:02:32.000 We're going to lose this republic flat on.
00:02:34.000 Just absolutely.
00:02:35.000 Look at, look at this thing in New York City.
00:02:37.000 Look at Los, you look at Los Angeles, Chicago.
00:02:39.000 We have three of the greatest cities in the world.
00:02:42.000 And the three most important cities in our nation are essentially run by basically neo-Confederates.
00:02:49.000 Look at his, look what he said yesterday on CNN when Aaron Burnett's kind of sitting there, you know, gaga about how he's not going to operate.
00:02:57.000 He's basically telling the police department they will not work with ICE at all.
00:03:02.000 This guy is, is tripling down on sanctuary cities.
00:03:06.000 So people have to understand this.
00:03:07.000 I want to play this again because folks, until we get to the bottom of this and say full stop, we're not doing this anymore.
00:03:13.000 Play this, play the, can we play the Bret Baier thing one more time?
00:03:16.000 Tulsi Gabbard testified on Capitol Hill saying that everything had been suspended since 2003 and had not restarted, that the nuclear program had not been restarted by the Iranians.
00:03:27.000 So did something change from end of March until this week?
00:03:31.000 Was the U.S. intel wrong?
00:03:34.000 The intel we got and we shared with the United States was absolutely clear, was absolutely clear that they were working in a secret plan to weaponize the uranium.
00:03:46.000 They were marching very quickly.
00:03:47.000 They would achieve a test device and possibly an initial device within months and certainly less than a year.
00:03:54.000 That was the intel we shared with the United States.
00:03:56.000 I think we have excellent intel in Iran.
00:03:59.000 I think we've proven that.
00:04:01.000 And that is something that we couldn't possibly accept.
00:04:04.000 Whether it would be six months or 12 months or 13 months is immaterial.
00:04:08.000 Once they go that route, it's too late.
00:04:11.000 And we will not have a second Holocaust, a nuclear Holocaust.
00:04:15.000 We already had one in the previous century.
00:04:17.000 The Jewish state is not going to have the Holocaust made it on the Jewish people.
00:04:21.000 It's not going to happen.
00:04:22.000 Never again is now.
00:04:23.000 And we have to act now.
00:04:25.000 Okay, you saw from the intel and even saw from MTG and from Chip Roy earlier, they're talking about the bomb damage assessment.
00:04:37.000 The thing is totally obliterated.
00:04:38.000 It's annihilated.
00:04:39.000 They're trying to push now because it's the upsell.
00:04:42.000 You got to get the upsell.
00:04:43.000 The upsell is, oh, there's this material out there and we got to go find it.
00:04:46.000 Well, then go find it.
00:04:47.000 But let's get to the heart of the matter.
00:04:50.000 What he said right there is a bald-faced lie.
00:04:53.000 Let me repeat this.
00:04:54.000 It's a bald-faced lie.
00:04:56.000 It's just like the weapons of mass destruction that Jim Rickards talked about earlier in the first hour.
00:05:03.000 Rickards, there has not been any evidence put forward, none to date, that backs up what he just said there.
00:05:12.000 And I realized they've manipulated this situation.
00:05:15.000 And this is the heart of it.
00:05:16.000 And this is why President Trump's, the overwhelming military hit that he took, that President Trump dropped on them, that solves the problem.
00:05:25.000 So it's time to totally move on now.
00:05:28.000 If they want to bomb Hezbollah, go ahead and bomb Hezbollah.
00:05:30.000 But the reality was they saw the opportunity because they had taken out the air defenses and they wanted to strike before – for regime change.
00:05:39.000 They wanted to strike before the air defenses were built back up.
00:05:42.000 Hezbollah is getting ready to retire.
00:05:43.000 Rickards, you're the pro in this area.
00:05:45.000 How – am I wrong, sir?
00:05:48.000 No.
00:05:49.000 And a good defense lawyer would use Netanyahu's own words against him.
00:05:52.000 Look at exactly what he said to Brett Baer.
00:05:55.000 He used the term weaponized.
00:05:57.000 Now, I don't expect everyday Americans to be nuclear physicists.
00:05:59.000 I'm not one myself, but I actually do know a lot about it.
00:06:02.000 So you're at 60% high-limited uranium.
00:06:04.000 It's pretty high.
00:06:05.000 But a weapon is kind of 90%, 95%.
00:06:08.000 There were further steps.
00:06:10.000 You got there, number one, number two.
00:06:11.000 Okay, you got 95% high-limited uranium.
00:06:14.000 All right, you're not even halfway there.
00:06:17.000 You've got to weaponize it.
00:06:18.000 You've got to miniaturize it.
00:06:19.000 You've got to test it.
00:06:20.000 You've got to put it on a missile.
00:06:22.000 Hope the missile works, et cetera.
00:06:24.000 I'm not saying there was no danger, no threat.
00:06:26.000 But he said, you know, six months, 12 months, 13 months, what does it matter?
00:06:30.000 Those were his exact words.
00:06:32.000 Well, I'm sorry.
00:06:33.000 If you're trying to pursue diplomacy and avoid war, six months is a long time.
00:06:36.000 And if they're not making any progress in the meantime,
00:06:39.000 they're not doing more in the meantime.
00:06:41.000 They're poised where they're poised.
00:06:42.000 There is a threat, but they're not doing more,
00:06:44.000 which is what Tulsi Gabbard said, and she was right.
00:06:47.000 Then it's important, but not urgent.
00:06:50.000 The idea that this had to be done within days is just not true.
00:06:53.000 But I would cite Netanyahu's own words against him,
00:06:56.000 because that's what he said.
00:06:57.000 Weaponized is a term of art.
00:06:59.000 They're like 10 steps.
00:07:00.000 They've got two or three, some of the hard ones.
00:07:02.000 Yeah, but actually miniaturizing, putting on a warhead,
00:07:05.000 getting a missile that works, all those things,
00:07:07.000 or even when he says device, a device could be the size of a house
00:07:12.000 or a small building.
00:07:14.000 That's a device.
00:07:15.000 That's where North Korea started.
00:07:16.000 That's not deliverable.
00:07:18.000 So I'm not saying there's no danger.
00:07:20.000 I'm saying that it was not imminent.
00:07:23.000 This is my point.
00:07:25.000 Of course, it was a danger.
00:07:26.000 And President Trump took the danger out.
00:07:28.000 He stepped up and made a command decision.
00:07:30.000 His commander in chief said, let's just do it.
00:07:32.000 Boom.
00:07:33.000 Shut it down.
00:07:34.000 It's totally obliterated.
00:07:35.000 Time for the United States to move on.
00:07:37.000 What our, quote unquote, ally did was a bald face lie.
00:07:42.000 That's why they went after regime change.
00:07:44.000 And it was the MAGA movement backing up President Trump that shut this crap down.
00:07:48.000 Okay?
00:07:49.000 You call that an ally?
00:07:50.000 That's not an ally.
00:07:51.000 And I don't hear all the cheerleading from Tel Aviv Levin and all this crowd
00:07:55.000 doesn't mean not going to stop us.
00:07:57.000 We're going to shut it all down because it's out of control.
00:08:00.000 We could have gotten sucked in to a major word there.
00:08:03.000 I've got to bounce, Jim.
00:08:04.000 You've been amazed.
00:08:05.000 But I've got to ask you about this, the lead story in the Financial Times.
00:08:08.000 You said you're going to make me feel better.
00:08:10.000 Investors flee U.S. long-term bonds in fear of soaring debt.
00:08:14.000 I got Cortez on next.
00:08:15.000 I'm going to ask him.
00:08:16.000 But you said, hey, it's not what the Financial Times reported.
00:08:20.000 What is the truth, sir?
00:08:21.000 Right.
00:08:22.000 One of the things I love about the War Room Posse, it's a really smart audience, so they
00:08:25.000 can follow this.
00:08:26.000 So it is the case, according to Treasury reports, and they're reliable, that net holdings of
00:08:31.000 long-term U.S. Treasury securities by foreign institutions, so sovereign wealth funds, central
00:08:36.000 banks, et cetera, declined in the most recent report.
00:08:39.000 That's a fact.
00:08:40.000 The Financial Times got that right.
00:08:41.000 But they don't understand why.
00:08:43.000 The idea that the debt—and by debt and deficits, of course they matter—but the idea
00:08:47.000 that there's fear of debt and deficits and people are fleeing the Treasury market, et cetera,
00:08:51.000 is not true.
00:08:52.000 And how do I know that?
00:08:53.000 Because look at the auction results.
00:08:54.000 The Treasury auctions these securities every week or several times a month by the tens
00:08:58.000 or hundreds of billions of dollars.
00:09:00.000 There's something called the bid-to-cover ratio.
00:09:02.000 How many bids did you get relative to the amount you're selling?
00:09:04.000 That's very healthy.
00:09:05.000 Interest rates haven't moved.
00:09:07.000 The yield to maturity on the ten-year Treasury note is boring.
00:09:10.000 It's been between four and a quarter and four and a half.
00:09:13.000 It's trending down lately.
00:09:14.000 If there were some flight from the U.S. Treasury, that would be skyrocketing.
00:09:17.000 It would be five, six, seven percent.
00:09:19.000 That's not happening.
00:09:20.000 So there are objective facts saying that the Financial Times is wrong about the decline in holdings,
00:09:24.000 but they're wrong about the reasons.
00:09:25.000 Let me tell you what the reason is, and it's actually much more troubling.
00:09:28.000 Central banks and cyber wealth funds are selling U.S. Treasuries to get cash.
00:09:33.000 There's a global dollar shortage.
00:09:35.000 A Treasury is not cash.
00:09:36.000 It's a security denominated in dollars, but it's not dollars.
00:09:40.000 If you need dollars, you've got to sell the Treasury, get the dollars.
00:09:43.000 They're doing that to prop up their currencies and prop up their banks.
00:09:46.000 So we're kind of on the verge of potentially a global – well, we are in a global dollar shortage,
00:09:51.000 and that could lead to a global monetary crisis.
00:09:53.000 And that's what's going on.
00:09:54.000 So holdings are going down, but they're not going down because people are afraid of the market.
00:09:58.000 They would actually – they wish they had more.
00:10:00.000 They're going down because they need cash, and that's disturbing.
00:10:05.000 Jim, where do people go to get your strategic intelligence?
00:10:08.000 I keep telling folks it's a C-suite read for the chairman and CEO.
00:10:13.000 So if you want to know what the big shots are looking at and what the information they've got,
00:10:18.000 you've got to subscribe to your newsletter.
00:10:20.000 Where do they go, sir?
00:10:22.000 Thanks, Steve.
00:10:23.000 We have a landing page.
00:10:24.000 It's Jim – sorry, RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:10:28.000 RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:10:30.000 You go there.
00:10:31.000 You can subscribe to Strategic Intelligence.
00:10:33.000 That's our flagship newsletter.
00:10:34.000 We put a lot into it.
00:10:35.000 A new issue coming out next week for the month of July.
00:10:38.000 And my X handle is at real Jim Rickards.
00:10:42.000 So – and I – when I do interviews, et cetera, I put them on that feed.
00:10:46.000 So that's where you can find me.
00:10:51.000 Thank you, brother.
00:10:52.000 Appreciate you.
00:10:53.000 Appreciate you taking so much time today.
00:10:54.000 And particularly, I want to announce, since Rickards came on and Josh Hammer,
00:10:57.000 and we're talking about the importance of it, the president of these United States
00:11:01.000 is going to be up at 1130 now with his own press conference from the White House talking about this.
00:11:06.000 So glad that you guys were the opening act for the president, Rickards.
00:11:10.000 Good job.
00:11:11.000 Good on you.
00:11:13.000 Thank you.
00:11:15.000 Thank you, sir.
00:11:16.000 We've got a lot to get to.
00:11:18.000 Cortez, listen, I keep saying – and Bibi's thing doubled – it proved it, backs it up, his own words.
00:11:25.000 The whole nuclear thing he was talking about is a MacGuffin.
00:11:28.000 It's the device.
00:11:29.000 It's the Maltese Falcon.
00:11:31.000 It's the device in the movie, a device in the story that drives the narrative but is essentially irrelevant to reality.
00:11:38.000 How close did we come until President Trump shut it down of getting dragged into a major Mideast war?
00:11:45.000 At the same time, we have not taken care of business here in the deportations.
00:11:50.000 The courts have tried to stop President Trump.
00:11:52.000 That's why this ruling is so big today.
00:11:53.000 And, hey, if people aren't awake to what's happening in L.A., Chicago, and New York, three of the greatest, most important cities in the world and the three most important cities in the United States of America, you better wake up because there's a revolution brewing right under your nose.
00:12:10.000 Steve Cortez.
00:12:11.000 Yeah, amen.
00:12:12.000 And, unfortunately, to answer your question, we came perilously close.
00:12:15.000 If we had listened to the globalists, the so-called experts in media and government and think tanks and some even within the administration, we would have been in yet another Iraq war.
00:12:25.000 We would have once again made the mistake of listening to Netanyahu, who was catastrophically wrong 20-something years ago and is wrong again today about the threats to the United States.
00:12:36.000 So, thankfully, we took very swift but very limited action and realized that our problems, our crises, our big obstacles are not in the Middle East.
00:12:46.000 They're not in the Black Sea.
00:12:47.000 They are right here at home.
00:12:48.000 It's our border that we must be concerned about, and it is Marxist within the United States.
00:12:53.000 To your point, when you have the states, not even just the big cities, but the states of New York, Illinois, and California, all essentially right now being run by seditionist Marxists in open rebellion against the United States on the signature issue of the American public of Donald Trump's triumph last November.
00:13:12.000 And we just found out from Pew, by the way, that victory was even more resplendent than we thought.
00:13:16.000 But when you have this kind of open rebellion here, our focus must be here domestically on the United States.
00:13:25.000 By the way, I'm going a little bit blind here because my clock is messed.
00:13:33.000 There we are right there.
00:13:34.000 Thank you, guys.
00:13:35.000 Real quickly before we go to break, and we're going to be a little jammed.
00:13:38.000 We've got to talk about these vaccines for a moment, and we've got this press conference.
00:13:42.000 But, Steve, real quickly, Pritzker just announced – you talk about states, Illinois being so important.
00:13:47.000 Pritzker's announced he's running for governor, I think, again, as a predicate for his presidential campaign, and how he's running as a sanctuary state.
00:13:57.000 Give me 30 seconds on Pritzker and the dangers there.
00:14:00.000 Yeah, Pritzker, like Newsom, is going to run – he's doubling and tripling down on these failed policies, so-called sanctuary.
00:14:08.000 Of course, it's not sanctuary for citizens, not for cops in Illinois, but sanctuary for dangerous illegals and for his radical cronies.
00:14:16.000 But you know what?
00:14:17.000 Let them run on this because we're going to crush them politically in 2028.
00:14:20.000 Pritzker, Newsom, anyone like him.
00:14:23.000 Steve Cortez, can you hang on for a minute?
00:14:27.000 We're going to go to a break.
00:14:28.000 We've got to talk about vaccines.
00:14:30.000 We've got Cortez here to talk about the economy.
00:14:32.000 President Trump, the President of the United States, is going to be up at 1130.
00:14:35.000 He's going to give you his ideas on birthright citizenship and these radical Marxist judges that just got bitch slapped by the Supreme Court.
00:14:45.000 Birch Gold, take your phone out.
00:14:48.000 Bannon 989898.
00:14:49.000 Text and get the ultimate guide to investing in gold and precious metals in the age of Trump.
00:14:55.000 Back in a moment.
00:15:00.000 This July, there is a global summit of BRICS nations in Rio de Janeiro.
00:15:04.000 The block of emerging superpowers, including China, Russia, India and Persia, are meeting with the goal of displacing the United States dollar as the global currency.
00:15:15.000 They're calling this the Rio reset.
00:15:18.000 As BRICS nations push forward with their plans, global demand for US dollars will decrease, bringing down the value of the dollar in your savings.
00:15:26.000 While this transition won't not happen overnight, but trust me, it's going to start in Rio.
00:15:32.000 The Rio reset in July marks a pivotal moment when BRICS objectives move decisively from a theoretical possibility towards an inevitable reality.

00:16:20.000 Do it today.
00:16:21.000 That's the Rio reset.
00:16:23.000 Text Bannon at 989898 and do it today.
00:16:28.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:34.000 OK, welcome back.
00:16:36.000 Look, I want to thank everybody.
00:16:37.000 We're on the road.
00:16:38.000 I'm here on assignment for a couple of days.
00:16:40.000 It happened in the middle of the night last night.
00:16:42.000 We're doing a great job in trying to pull this together.
00:16:45.000 Having a few technical difficulties, but that's OK.
00:16:48.000 Also, the president of the United States, we understand now I think he actually may be doing it down in the briefing room.
00:16:53.000 So this should be pretty extraordinary.
00:16:55.000 We understand that the president's going to step up to the podium where they're going to begin this presser about this monumental decision by the Supreme Court.
00:17:04.000 They're going to do it at 1130 and, of course, Real America's Voice and the War Room will go to it live.
00:17:09.000 So we're going to rearrange the schedule here.
00:17:11.000 I want to bring in Mary Holland from Children's Health Defense.
00:17:14.000 Huge.
00:17:15.000 The Maha movement and Bobby Kennedy is kind of on a roll.
00:17:18.000 We haven't had enough time.
00:17:19.000 And this is one of the things I'm so upset about about this kind of made up war that they try to drag us into in Persia to divert the attention on things that matter.
00:17:28.000 Mary, just give the people kind of a taste of what's going on, because the pharmaceutical and the and the people that hate make America healthy again and President Trump, their heads are blowing up about some of these decisions.
00:17:39.000 We're going to get you guys back here at five and get a more detailed understanding of this.
00:17:43.000 But can you just give us a heads up, a headline of what's going on?
00:17:47.000 Sure. Yeah.
00:17:48.000 So a couple of weeks ago, Secretary Kennedy did a clean sweep and got rid of the 17 members of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices that serves the CDC and makes vaccine recommendations.
00:18:00.000 He brought in seven much more neutral, more open minded, real scientists, and they met for two days earlier this week.
00:18:08.000 And they basically set a really new tone.
00:18:10.000 They said, we're going to look at the whole schedule.
00:18:13.000 We're not going to talk about anti-vax and pro-vax.
00:18:15.000 And we're going to we're going to debate things.
00:18:17.000 And so they actually took two votes.
00:18:19.000 One was really excited to the exciting to people who've been doing this for a long time.
00:18:23.000 They said that they're not going to have the mercury containing preservative thimerosal in any flu shots next year.
00:18:30.000 That is major.
00:18:31.000 It's taken 30 years to get there.
00:18:33.000 That wasn't expected on the agenda, but that was fantastic.
00:18:37.000 And then the other vote they took was for an RSV vaccine for babies.
00:18:42.000 It's one that has a lot more issues with it, but they did approve that by a five to two vote.
00:18:48.000 They approved the thimerosal decision by a six to one vote.
00:18:51.000 But it's a new era, Steve.
00:18:53.000 The important thing is, is that I think they're going to look at the whole schedule.
00:18:56.000 They're going to look at things like the birth dose of the hepatitis B vaccine.
00:18:59.000 They're going to look at the timing of the measles, mumps, rubella shot.
00:19:02.000 So those are things that are really significant.
00:19:04.000 It's a new era.
00:19:07.000 Let me go back to the mercury.
00:19:09.000 I want to go back to that issue briefly in the vote.
00:19:13.000 Isn't this what Big Pharma feared that Bobby Kennedy was bringing?
00:19:18.000 And because this is so central because it speaks to many more issues about this entire thing.
00:19:22.000 And isn't this what he got grilled on at the confirmation hearing?
00:19:29.000 So did we do a bait and switch on Big Pharma to kind of chop block them, ma'am?
00:19:33.000 Well, Bobby has said that he did not ever make the representation that he would not change people at ASIP.
00:19:41.000 He said that he would continue it.
00:19:42.000 So I think Senator Cassidy, you know, who is the last confirmation vote, tried to get this meeting postponed.
00:19:50.000 He put out a post on Monday.
00:19:52.000 But Bobby Kennedy is full speed ahead.
00:19:54.000 But this is what Bobby's committed to doing, Steve, is using real science.
00:19:59.000 Mercury should not be in baby's shots.
00:20:01.000 Let's be really clear.
00:20:02.000 Mercury is absolutely a known poison.
00:20:06.000 It should not be in the shots.
00:20:08.000 And it's a fantastic development that that is finally now going to end.
00:20:12.000 It was not in lots of shots, but it was in seasonal flu shots and multi dose vials.
00:20:17.000 So that's now going to change for this upcoming season, which is a major, major change.
00:20:25.000 What is Cassidy's problem?
00:20:27.000 I know he comes from one of the reddest states.
00:20:29.000 He comes from one of the states that's most MAGA.
00:20:33.000 He seems to me and look, like I said, this is not my line of country.
00:20:37.000 I depend upon Bobby Kennedy and you guys and, you know, Dr. Malone, the people like that.
00:20:42.000 But it seems like he's particularly the trying to be the enforcer here for for big pharma.
00:20:47.000 Am I missing that or is it looks like you're not missing that?
00:20:51.000 You're not missing that.
00:20:52.000 I mean, he is a conventional doctor and he has used vaccines.
00:20:56.000 And I think he genuinely believes in the CDC and believes in vaccines.
00:21:01.000 But he is absolutely the voice of the pharmaceutical industry in this in this situation right now.
00:21:10.000 Mary Holland, where do people go to get more information about all this?
00:21:13.000 And we're going to get you back up in the five to seven hour today because people want to drill down this a lot more.
00:21:17.000 I've got more calls about this than probably anything going on during the during the 12 day war.
00:21:22.000 Ma'am, where do they go?
00:21:23.000 So our website is Children's Health Defense dot org.
00:21:27.000 But on X, we are Children's HD.
00:21:31.000 Please follow us.
00:21:34.000 We will send everybody over there.
00:21:35.000 Thank you, ma'am.
00:21:36.000 See you this afternoon.
00:21:37.000 Thanks, Steve.
00:21:39.000 Cortez, we're going to use here as the opening for President Trump's 1130 press conference.
00:21:46.000 Normally they run a few minutes late, so hopefully roll over.
00:21:49.000 But the central argument you've had here for a while is that the economy is everything and making everything else in MAGA fit together.
00:21:56.000 Right.
00:21:57.000 Can you walk us through your thinking of this because you got some charts to back it up?
00:22:01.000 Absolutely.
00:22:02.000 And by the way, to prove my point, I would use the Memdani win in New York.
00:22:06.000 Not that we agree with him on any solutions, but he was correct to determine that affordability was the focus of the voters of New York City.
00:22:15.000 And you combine affordability with a charismatic outlook.
00:22:17.000 And guess what?
00:22:18.000 You can win elections.
00:22:19.000 Now, we're going to win them from the populist right.
00:22:21.000 And we're going to take down that Marxist populist left mentality.
00:22:24.000 But nonetheless, he's on to something there.
00:22:26.000 And to tie this in to immigration, by the way, which is key.
00:22:30.000 And President Trump, I believe, is going to talk about birthright citizenship and this terrific win at the Supreme Court.
00:22:35.000 Immigration is not just a national security issue, not just a moral imperative for us to get control of this country, but also very, very critical for the economy for a lot of reasons.
00:22:46.000 But one of them is that AI, OK, and you've covered this better than anybody.
00:22:51.000 AI has both tremendous potential and severe risks for our society.
00:22:55.000 But AI is already compelling very significant job losses, particularly in white collar sectors.
00:23:03.000 So this is no time for the United States to be importing workers, whether legally or illegally, from all over the world.
00:23:09.000 As a matter of fact, we may soon have the opposite problem of too many workers, given what's going on with AI.
00:23:15.000 So I'd like to show some charts here to prove my point.
00:23:18.000 And a lot of folks on the right, unfortunately, a lot of folks who call themselves conservatives are pretty openly advocating for more legal immigration in this country, claiming that we need more workers.
00:23:28.000 I think the evidence shows the opposite.
00:23:29.000 But if we can start with chart one, let's start with some good news about the labor market.
00:23:33.000 And this is happening because of President Trump.
00:23:35.000 This is real wages, OK, that is real personal income, meaning adjusted for inflation.
00:23:41.000 That chart is year to date.
00:23:42.000 If you see that wonderful trend since February, it is from the lower left to the upper right.
00:23:47.000 Real wages are growing again.
00:23:49.000 They're exploding in the way they did during Trump's first term.
00:23:52.000 Of course, under Joe Biden, for basically all of 2021 and 22, real wages crashed.
00:23:58.000 Americans worked harder to get poorer.
00:24:00.000 Thankfully, we now have the opposite happening.
00:24:02.000 And those people who do have jobs or who are keeping their jobs, they're getting paid more.
00:24:07.000 One way to help that is to not flood the market with illegal or foreign workers.
00:24:12.000 If we go to chart two, let's get to some bad news, though, about the labor market.
00:24:16.000 This is jobless claims.
00:24:17.000 And this is a four week rolling average.
00:24:19.000 As you can see from this chart, unfortunately, jobless claims are at a high right now.
00:24:24.000 We are at the highs of the year.
00:24:25.000 That chart goes back for one year.
00:24:28.000 So there are reasons to be concerned overall about the labor market right now.
00:24:33.000 Now, where does this concern come from?
00:24:34.000 Because we know President Trump's doing the right things.
00:24:36.000 We're glad that real wages are galloping.
00:24:38.000 Well, if we go to chart number three, we learn that the main culprit is AI.
00:24:43.000 And this is a headline from NBC News telling us that Amazon, and I'm no fan of Amazon in
00:24:48.000 terms of their corporate cultural Marxism and don't like Bezos, but Amazon has been a
00:24:52.000 jobs machine for 25 years in this country, adding thousands and thousands of jobs at an
00:24:57.000 incredibly regular clip.
00:24:59.000 Amazon is now cutting jobs and explicitly told the market and investors this is because of AI.
00:25:06.000 We simply don't need as many people.
00:25:08.000 If we go to the next chart, chart four, let me show you numerically looking at, that is Amazon's
00:25:13.000 workforce.
00:25:14.000 And that chart goes back 15 years.
00:25:16.000 So back in 2009, they had only about 24,000 employees.
00:25:20.000 That got up to a peak in 2021 of over 1.6 million employees.
00:25:24.000 That's globally, not just US, all over the world.
00:25:27.000 But since then, you can see that trend is reversing and it's now going the other way.
00:25:31.000 Amazon is able to do a lot more with fewer people.
00:25:34.000 And that downtrend now in total employees is going to accelerate.
00:25:39.000 Now, let's look at last chart, chart five.
00:25:41.000 And this is the broad economy.
00:25:42.000 To show you, I'm not just talking about Amazon.
00:25:45.000 This is the overall economy.
00:25:46.000 And there's a chart from the Wall Street Journal.
00:25:48.000 It was an article that I encourage people to read.
00:25:50.000 The incredible shrinking company is the name of the article.
00:25:54.000 And these are white collar workers, white collar jobs since 2001.
00:25:59.000 And look particularly at the bottom of that chart among executive and managerial white collar workers.
00:26:06.000 We are in a pronounced downtrend right now where white collar jobs are disappearing.
00:26:12.000 So to bring this back to the macro, Steve, what I would tell you is with AI accelerating aggressively right now, with white collar jobs being cut significantly, this of all times is a time to restrict the labor market of the United States, meaning the flow of foreign laborers, whether legal or illegal, into this country.
00:26:32.000 And those people who are out there and some of them happen to be my friends, some of them agree with us on a lot of issues politically.
00:26:38.000 But those folks who are out there who are holding conferences right now in Washington, D.C., who are pushing a Koch brothers agenda that we need millions more workers.
00:26:46.000 In fact, the data and evidence tell us that the exact opposite is true, that American citizens may soon be in trouble.
00:26:53.000 Yeah.
00:26:54.000 No, Steve Moore and the guys, look, we're close to those guys.
00:26:57.000 Those guys, they're friends, but they've been, you know, doing these seminars online saying we need more immigrant workers right now.
00:27:03.000 Nothing could be further from the truth.
00:27:04.000 By the way, Microsoft and Intel.
00:27:08.000 Microsoft let go 10,000 people the other day.
00:27:10.000 Intel, 20,000 people.
00:27:12.000 Both of them said it was about artificial intelligence.
00:27:15.000 Cortez, hang around for a few minutes.
00:27:17.000 We'll see if this thing starts on time or if it's late.
00:27:20.000 We'll get some pregame.
00:27:21.000 The president of the United States is going to, I think they're going to do it in the briefing room.
00:27:25.000 And suppose it's the president of the United States calling for the press conference of press availability.
00:27:30.000 As you know, this is when he's at his best.
00:27:33.000 He absolutely ran a master class.
00:27:36.000 And in the Netherlands, you could play that one over and over again and not get enough.
00:27:41.000 And he says, hey, I'm calling on the beauties today.
00:27:43.000 Right.
00:27:44.000 All those tough questions.
00:27:45.000 President of the United States is up next.

00:27:51.000 I'm going to talk about this article in the Financial Times in more depth this afternoon.
00:27:57.000 Investors flee U.S. long-term bonds in fear of soaring debt.
00:28:01.000 When you've got a tough time selling your 20s and 30s, the market's telling something.
00:28:05.000 They're telling Japan that right now.

00:28:25.000 There's something happening with our farmland here in the United States that isn't getting
00:28:31.000 enough attention.
00:28:32.000 The Chinese have been buying up hundreds of thousands of acres of U.S. farmland.
00:28:37.000 They're also taking control over critical supply chains.
00:28:41.000 Things like fertilizer, animal feed, and farming equipment.
00:28:44.000 Why?
00:28:45.000 It's not clear.
00:28:47.000 They're tightening their grip on global food production.
00:28:50.000 That is clear.
00:28:52.000 And if things go south, and it could happen quickly, we need to be ready.

00:30:30.000 Your home title has been transferred out of your name.
00:30:33.000 Then they take out loans using your equity or even sell your property.
00:30:38.000 You won't even know it's happened until you get a collection or foreclosure notice.
00:30:44.000 So let me ask you, when was the last time you personally checked your home title?
00:30:51.000 If you're like me, the answer is never.

00:31:36.000 Okay, we are waiting the President of the United States to come down to the briefing room, the press briefing room, which is really kind of almost right below the Oval Office or very close to it.
00:31:45.000 I guess it's right below the cabinet room if I have my geospatial mind right.
00:31:51.000 I think that's correct.
00:31:52.000 It's right there.
00:31:53.000 They're right on top of each other.
00:31:54.000 The West Wing is very tiny, very small.
00:31:57.000 Steve Cortez, this is about the 14th Amendment, birthright citizenship, a major ruling today about these radical judges, the judicial insurrection against President Trump's agenda.
00:32:09.000 And this is what I keep telling people.
00:32:11.000 We must focus on this now.
00:32:13.000 This has to be 150% of our focus.
00:32:16.000 We cannot go wandering around the Middle East looking for another war no matter what.
00:32:23.000 We have to focus.
00:32:24.000 We have to focus on this now.
00:32:26.000 The President is going to talk about the 14th Amendment.
00:32:28.000 Why is this important?
00:32:29.000 You know, you sow the wind.
00:32:31.000 You reap the whirlwind.
00:32:32.000 And you're seeing this now in New York City on Tuesday, and you've got all kinds of people hitting the panic button.
00:32:38.000 This has been a long time in building.
00:32:40.000 And President Trump has sounded the warnings on this.
00:32:43.000 Steve Cortez, the war room posse, the war room, Steve Bannon, Steve Miller, many other people.
00:32:48.000 How important is this situation in New York City as tied to what President Trump's just about to talk about on the 14th Amendment?
00:32:56.000 No, absolutely it is.
00:32:57.000 And this situation in New York is yet another reminder that, unfortunately, the porous border situation, really open border, of course, during Biden, but for decades, a porous border pro-mass migration agenda has materially changed the United States and for the worse.
00:33:14.000 I mean, think of how much better off this country would be, for example, if we had not welcomed in people like George Soros and Ilhan Omar, and now it looks like soon-to-be Mayor Mamdani in New York City.
00:33:27.000 How much better as a country we would be if those folks were not welcomed by the leftists and globalists into this land.
00:33:34.000 Now, look, I think we need an overall pause on legal immigration, zero illegal, and I think we need a pause on legal immigration, but I think even people who are for orderly, vetted, legal immigration in this country need to come to terms with only allowing people in who love this country, who share our values, who will be true contributors in every sense, not just economically, but that's important, but in every sense to this country.
00:33:59.000 We have not been demanding of our migrants in recent decades, and because of that, we haven't done immigration very well.
00:34:06.000 A century ago, when we were last at these kinds of levels of migration in terms of percentages of the United States, we're at all-time highs now, but the last time we were near this level, we were incredibly demanding of migrants.
00:34:16.000 We promised them nothing. We demanded assimilation, and we were frankly pretty brutal, which is one reason why a lot of them didn't make it.
00:34:23.000 A lot of them decided to go back. That was appropriate.
00:34:26.000 We have an entirely different construct in recent decades that we need to now reckon with, and birthright citizenship is certainly part of it.
00:34:34.000 Now, it appears, I mean, this ruling, of course, is just out. I didn't have a chance to read the whole thing.
00:34:38.000 It appears that it's very narrowly tailored to that issue, but much broader about trying to prohibit these ridiculous nationwide injunctions.
00:34:45.000 And that might be an even bigger issue, as important as birthright citizenship is, if we can stop these injunction edicts from these judges acting like tyrants and kings, that might be even more beneficial for the United States.
00:34:57.000 But we know for a fact that birthright citizenship has been systemically abused in the United States.
00:35:03.000 We know that the founders did not intend it as it has been interpreted in recent decades.
00:35:07.000 And so hopefully we're on our way to quickly reversing this.
00:35:10.000 And that will be part of a broader sovereignty pitch that is so necessary for so many reasons.
00:35:17.000 Again, for national security, for street safety, for the cohesion and consensus of the United States around American values.
00:35:23.000 And then, as I was talking about previously, for the economy, because, again, what AI is already doing, even in just these early stages of automation and AI, what we are already seeing are significant job losses.
00:35:35.000 And you know what? The job losses are now concentrated not among blue collar people, but among executive types, among white collar positions, accountants and coders and attorneys being replaced by machines.
00:35:48.000 That is not an environment where we want to invite in millions of foreign workers to compete against Americans in the job market.
00:35:57.000 As a matter of fact, it is quite the opposite.
00:35:59.000 We should be extra stringent upon protecting the laborers of this country for many reasons, but a lot of them being economic.
00:36:07.000 Let me also mention this regarding the job market, Steve.
00:36:09.000 You know, we just got past graduation season here in the United States.
00:36:13.000 Everybody who knows young people knows how bad this job market is for them.
00:36:18.000 They are in the worst position of all because those entry level positions, white collar entry level positions, are the first places that are being automated by most of these gigantic firms.
00:36:27.000 Even young people who are finishing with graduate degrees or bachelor's degrees, even with good degrees, you know, ones that you think are useful from reputational schools or solidly reputational schools.
00:36:37.000 They are really struggling. They're moving home. They're being baristas.
00:36:40.000 They're working in retail because they can't get the jobs they thought they were going to get.
00:36:43.000 And we see that reflected through the macro data.
00:36:46.000 That's not just anecdote if you happen to know young people in your life.
00:36:49.000 But those those forces only add to the imperative that we must get control of this immigration system in the United States.
00:36:57.000 President Trump is doing that. He's already gotten operational control of the border, did that within weeks, which is just a magnificent win.
00:37:03.000 Now we need to amplify and accelerate the deportations and birthright citizenship.
00:37:09.000 All of this, of course, fighting against the tyrannical judiciary.
00:37:12.000 But it appears today is a really, really good win regarding the courts for our side.
00:37:17.000 So let's let's celebrate that. Let's also be happy, by the way, that these rulings are coming down six three.
00:37:22.000 So we are not losing Amy Coney Barrett or Chief Justice Roberts, who have been, you know, at best squishy on a lot of these issues.
00:37:30.000 They're starting to come down on our side. They did last week in the Tennessee decision about protecting children from child mutilation.
00:37:36.000 They're now coming down on our side on things like these national injunctions and birthright citizenship.
00:37:41.000 So thankfully, the momentum, I think, you know, is turning our way. But let's keep pressing these.
00:37:46.000 These issues are absolutely critical to saving our country. And, yes, to your bigger point, Steve,
00:37:51.000 I think it should only reinforce in all of us the resolve that our problems are here.
00:37:56.000 All right. We had an open border for four years. We have Marxists who are an open sedition against the United States in major power centers of America, particularly New York, Illinois and California.
00:38:08.000 The battles are here in the United States, not in the Middle East, not in the Black Sea.
00:38:15.000 No, not not in Ukraine and not in the Middle East and not in Persia. We don't have time to divert our attention.
00:38:21.000 Our country's at stake right now. I mean, this ruling today was to try to tamp down these radical judges.
00:38:26.000 But but these nationwide injunctions. But, hey, the Supreme Court ruled the other day about sending the bad hombres where President Trump is commander chief wants to send them.
00:38:33.000 Send them. You've had a judge in Massachusetts say, hey, I don't care. It's not going to change me.
00:38:37.000 And you've got these judges in Maryland. We're going to jump to the briefing room as soon as the president or or Caroline or any of the officials walk out there to start this.
00:38:47.000 Cortez, one thing I want to leave people with is this in New York City.
00:38:52.000 What this guy did, look, he's this is the Red Green Alliance. You're having a a neo Marxist, a guy that actually says he's a communist. Right.
00:38:59.000 Combined with radical jihad, his father's jihadists.
00:39:03.000 He's as Rahim said, he's one of the most radical called the 12ers, one of the most radical schools of Islam.
00:39:09.000 But he put on a happy face. And I said I gave NBC News a quote last night that said he kind of took the populist agenda, something that AOC and Bernie Sanders have not stick the landing yet.
00:39:21.000 Right. He kind of took a populist agenda and put and tied it directly to affordability, which played to what the biggest concerns of these young people kind of under 30.
00:39:31.000 He put a happy face on it. You know, he's a former rapper. He put in this guy's very well trained. Anybody think this was not this guy was not groomed for this or missing the point?
00:39:40.000 He went tick tock and did all this up his his solution. He has no experience in solutions are absolutely absurd.
00:39:47.000 That's also actually not the point, because we've imported in this new electorate and he tapped into that.
00:39:54.000 This is going to be a major issue. And the Republicans got to wake up.
00:39:58.000 I have said this affordability issue speaks to young people and it actually speaks to everybody, but particularly people under 40 years old.
00:40:06.000 Steve Cortez. Yes. And by the way, I find this in all of my polling and I just did extensive national polling.
00:40:12.000 And the affordability issue is front and center on people's minds.
00:40:17.000 And let me tell you, people give incredibly high marks to Donald Trump on immigration.
00:40:22.000 We're now reaching levels. And I took these polls right after the L.A. riots.
00:40:25.000 So not only did it turn people against Trump, but the opposite.
00:40:28.000 It actually steeled the resolve of the American people to get control of our streets and control of our sovereignty.
00:40:32.000 And we're now seeing super majorities in favor of mass deportations.
00:40:36.000 We're getting into the 60s and depending how you frame the question.
00:40:39.000 And if you add a criminal element, you're even getting into the 70s on that issue where there are vulnerabilities right now for Republicans in Washington.
00:40:47.000 Overall, White House Congress everywhere is the affordability issue because voters are increasingly starting to blame current leadership in Washington, D.C. for their affordability problems.
00:40:58.000 Now, I think logically, the blame still belongs largely with Bidenomics.
00:41:01.000 But nevertheless, people are not always purely logical.
00:41:04.000 And the reality is, and I think decision makers need to know this, not enough do in Washington, D.C.
00:41:09.000 The reality is regular Americans have been in a recession.
00:41:12.000 They cannot afford their lives.
00:41:15.000 That's simply the reality.
00:41:16.000 That is what Bidenomics did to them.
00:41:18.000 It stole away their prosperity through declining real wages, Americans working harder to get poorer.
00:41:26.000 In addition to that, the savings are gone.
00:41:29.000 The really artificial inflated savings of the COVID panic, they are now gone.
00:41:34.000 So for regular people, they face a real economic predicament, and that is expressed through the polling.
00:41:41.000 It's also expressed through elections like last night.
00:41:44.000 Again, they're turning for the exact wrong answers to this foreign Muslim Marxist.
00:41:49.000 However, that cretin, he did correctly identify the angst and address the problem with the wrong answers.
00:41:57.000 But he at least addressed it, which is an affordability crisis.
00:42:00.000 So and by the way, one of the ways there's a lot of policy prescriptions for how do we solve this?
00:42:05.000 How do we from the from the populist rights solve this?
00:42:07.000 But one of the ways is, again, immigration control.
00:42:11.000 Why?
00:42:12.000 Well, because not only will it mean real wages will continue to rise and they are rising under Donald Trump.
00:42:17.000 That's huge.
00:42:18.000 But also the affordability of housing, rents and mortgages that are just simply too high or unattainable.
00:42:24.000 If we remove this ridiculous created demand of millions and millions of invaders trespassing into our country, housing is going to get far more affordable for American citizens.
00:42:36.000 So that alone would have enormous benefits, would increase the prosperity of Americans, make their standards of living feel better, allow them to breathe a little bit easier.
00:42:45.000 You know, you combine that with energy policy where Donald Trump's doing a great job and we're seeing the results of it.
00:42:50.000 Right. With oil prices coming down, summer gas prices, the lowest they've been now in three years.
00:42:55.000 So you're seeing the results there. You combine immigration control with other sensible economic policies like a pro energy revolution, ending the green scam.
00:43:04.000 All of this can work. I mean, we have solutions and we can get out of this corner.
00:43:09.000 But we need to realize that because of Biden, we are in a corner right now and that regular people are hurting and their concerns are valid.
00:43:18.000 Mondani addressed those concerns with his Marxist worldview that we reject.
00:43:23.000 Of course, this is somebody who hates America, who never should have been allowed into this country, certainly shouldn't be an American citizen.
00:43:30.000 But nonetheless, he's sharp enough for the people around him are sharp enough to identify the source of the angst and to try to address it.
00:43:39.000 And we on the populist right can always learn lessons from our opponents when they do things.
00:43:43.000 Well, we can learn lessons from them and then apply them with our America loving construct rather than their Mark neo Marxist neo seditionist construct.
00:43:53.000 Well, well, he took he took populism. He realized AOC and these guys, by the way, we ought to be ready.
00:43:59.000 We ought to skip the break here for Denver because the president could walk out at any time.
00:44:04.000 We don't want to miss that. President's worked up on this 14th Amendment and very positive ruling as far as these radical judges trying to trying to stop him.
00:44:13.000 So we're going to try to skip the break if technically we can still do it. OK, fine.
00:44:17.000 We'll just go all the way to the end of the show. Let's do a reset right here.
00:44:21.000 The president of the United States is going to come out in a moment in the briefing room.
00:44:25.000 And it's quite interesting. You know, he had a an event yesterday, Steve, that I love because he had blue collar America.
00:44:32.000 He had working Americans kind of the backbone of the MAGA movement in back of him in the East Room.
00:44:36.000 And he had some of his officials. He had Scott Besson, the secretary of Treasury.
00:44:40.000 He had Russ Vogt. He had I think Lutnik was there.
00:44:43.000 He had some people about the big, beautiful bill that really kind of kicked off.
00:44:47.000 It's supposed to be the voting yesterday. And I think real America's voice is the only one that covered its top.
00:44:54.000 The Fox, I don't think, did it. Of course, the other networks didn't do it.
00:44:58.000 They block him out. But man, when he comes down on the Supreme Court, MSNBC and CNN are right there.
00:45:04.000 They are so freaked out about President Trump's power to communicate to people about how radical these how radical these these these judges are.
00:45:14.000 Steve, talk to me about this ruling, although it didn't get to the 14th Amendment.
00:45:18.000 I'm sure President Trump's going to put that in perspective for us here in a few minutes from the briefing room.
00:45:22.000 But it did talk about, as you said, almost something that may be almost as important as that today.
00:45:28.000 And that is these district judges. And I think the cases now I think we're up to one hundred and ninety cases where they shop for these judges in the Bay Area and places like Boston and Rhode Island.
00:45:40.000 These guys drop an injunction that shuts down everything President Trump's trying to do on all the key things of his article to power, sir.
00:45:47.000 Yeah. Listen, we cannot have a functioning republic if we effectively have hundreds of self-appointed co-presidents, unelected, tenured for life who believe that they have the power to veto any decision of the elected president of the United States.
00:46:03.000 There's nothing American about that. It's not in any sense logical. It's not consistent with precedent. And this has to be shut down.
00:46:10.000 And a lot of us are obviously very annoyed that it hasn't already been shut down because I think Chief Justice Roberts could have done a lot unilaterally to end this nonsense.
00:46:18.000 But it seems that today is a significant step toward exactly that that goal of shutting it down.
00:46:24.000 Let me give you one quote, by the way, from the and again, I haven't had time yet to read the whole opinion.
00:46:28.000 But Amy Coney Barrett wrote this again, somebody who's disappointed us quite a bit, but lately seems to be finding her judicial spine.
00:46:35.000 This is what she writes. And this is unusual, very, to say the least, in a Supreme Court majority opinion to take on another justice by name.
00:46:42.000 Steve, hang over a second. We're going to cut. We're going to cut to the briefing.
00:46:46.000 The president of the United States has walked out. We're going to turn it over to the president.
00:46:53.000 Well, this was a big one, wasn't it? This was a big decision, an amazing decision, one that we're very happy about.
00:47:06.000 This morning, the Supreme Court has delivered a monumental victory for the Constitution, the separation of powers and the rule of law.
00:47:15.000 And in striking down the excessive use of nationwide injunctions to interfere with the normal functioning of the executive branch, the Supreme Court has stopped the presidency itself.
00:47:26.000 That's what they've done. And really, it's been it's been an amazing period of time.
00:47:34.000 This last hour, there are people elated all over the country. I've seen such such happiness and spirit.
00:47:41.000 Sometimes you don't see that. But this case is very important. I was elected on a historic mandate.
00:47:47.000 But in recent months, we've seen a handful of radical left judges effectively try to overrule the rightful powers of the president to stop the American people from getting the policies that they voted for in record numbers.
00:48:01.000 It was a grave threat to democracy, frankly. And instead of merely ruling on the immediate cases before them,
00:48:08.000 these judges have attempted to dictate the law for the entire nation.
00:48:13.000 In practice, this meant that if any one of the nearly 700 federal judges disagreed with the policy of a duly elected president of the United States,
00:48:22.000 he or she could block that policy from going into effect or at least delay it for many years tied up in the court system.
00:48:31.000 This was a colossal abuse of power which never occurred in American history prior to recent decades.
00:48:37.000 And we've been hit with more nationwide injunctions than were issued in the entire 20th century together.
00:48:44.000 Think of it more than the entire 20th century. Me.
00:48:48.000 I'm grateful to the Supreme Court for stepping in and solving this very, very big and complex problem.
00:48:56.000 And they've made it very simple. I want to thank Justice Barrett, who wrote the opinion brilliantly,
00:49:02.000 as well as Chief Justice Roberts and Justices Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Thomas. Great people.
00:49:09.000 Thanks for this decision and thanks to this decision. We can now promptly file to proceed with numerous policies that have been wrongly enjoined on a nationwide basis.
00:49:23.000 And some of the cases we're talking about would be ending birthright citizenship, which now comes to the fore.
00:49:31.000 That was meant for the babies of slaves. It wasn't meant for people trying to scam the system and come into the country on a vacation.
00:49:39.000 This was in fact, it was the same date, the exact same date, the end of the Civil War.
00:49:43.000 It was meant for the babies of slaves and it's so clean and so obvious.
00:49:47.000 But this lets us go there and finally win that case because hundreds of thousands of people are pouring into our country under birthright citizenship.
00:49:56.000 And it wasn't meant for that reason. It was meant for the babies of slaves.
00:50:00.000 So thanks to this decision, we can now properly file to proceed with these numerous policies and those that have been wrongly enjoined on a nationwide basis,
00:50:11.000 including birthright citizenship, ending sanctuary city funding, suspending refugee resettlement, freezing unnecessary funding,
00:50:20.000 stopping federal taxpayers from paying for transgender surgeries and numerous other priorities of the American people.
00:50:28.000 We have so many of them. I have a whole list. I'm not going to bore you and I'm going to have Pam get up and say a few words.
00:50:35.000 But there's really she could talk as long as she wants, because it's a very important decision.
00:50:39.000 This is a decision that covers a tremendous amount of territory.
00:50:43.000 But I want to just thank again the Supreme Court for this ruling. It's a giant. It's a giant. And they should be very proud. And our country should be very proud of the Supreme Court today.
00:50:54.000 And with that, I'd like you to listen to the words of Pam Bondi. She's an incredible attorney general. We're very proud of her. And as you know, Todd Blanch is with us.
00:51:05.000 And we have so many others that worked on this case and other cases. And I think they're doing a great job. Pam, please say a few words.
00:51:13.000 Thank you, President Trump. Thank you for fighting for all Americans. Americans are finally getting what they voted for.
00:51:26.000 No longer will we have rogue judges striking down President Trump's policies across the entire nation. No longer.
00:51:35.000 Today in the 6-3 opinion, Justice Barrett correctly holds that the district court lacks authority to enter nationwide or universal injunctions.
00:51:45.000 These lawless injunctions gave relief to everyone in the world instead of the parties before the court. As the Supreme Court held today, they turned district courts into the imperial judiciary.
00:52:00.000 Active liberal justices, judges have used these injunctions to block virtually all of President Trump's policies.
00:52:09.000 To put this in perspective, there are 94 federal judicial districts. Five of those districts throughout this country held 35 of the nationwide injunctions.
00:52:24.000 Think about that. 94 districts. And 35 out of the 40 opinions with nationwide injunctions came from five liberal districts in this country. No longer. No longer.
00:52:39.000 These injunctions have blocked our policies from tariffs to military readiness to immigration to foreign affairs, fraud, abuse, and many other issues.
00:52:48.000 The judges have tried to seize the executive branch's power. And they cannot do that. No longer. No longer. And on immigration, on a side note, today marks 2,711 arrests on these terrorists and these gangs.
00:53:07.000 Total arrest today with HSI investigations. And thank you, Stephen Miller. Thank you to Homeland Security. Thank you to everyone working hand in hand with the FBI on all of these transnational gangs.
00:53:22.000 The FBI has been a huge terror to our country as well as MS-13, as well as Sinaloa cartels. No longer. No longer. These injunctions have allowed district court judges to be emperors.
00:53:35.000 They vetoed all of President Trump's power. And they cannot do that. This has been a bipartisan problem that has lasted five presidential terms. Five different presidents. And it has ended today.
00:53:51.000 We will continue to fight for President Trump's policies. I want to thank the office of White House counsel, Dave Warrington. You and your staff have been incredible. Our solicitor general's office, John Sowers, Sarah Harris, and Todd Blanch and Emil Bovey.
00:54:06.000 Todd's going to say a few words because we've had another major ruling today on transgender books and some other great wins that we've had. But no longer will they have this power in our country.
00:54:18.000 It is the president's authority under his executive branch to do everything to fight for the American people. And he will continue to do that. That's why he was overwhelmingly elected. Thank you.
00:54:33.000 Thank you. Today is a great day for the rule of law. It's a great day for the Justice Department. And it's one that's been a long time coming and one that every American should have been waiting for with bated breath.
00:54:46.000 And so I echo what the president said and Attorney General Bondi that the Supreme Court did a great thing today, not only for this administration, but for every American in this country.
00:54:57.000 If not for the injunctions case, we would be here talking about another great decision that came down today, the trans books case, which restores parents rights to decide their child's education. Seems like a basic idea, but it took the Supreme Court to set the record state. And we thank them for that.
00:55:14.000 And now that ruling allows parents to opt out of dangerous trans ideology and make the decisions for their children that they believe is correct. And so we thank the Supreme Court for that.
00:55:24.000 And so we thank the Supreme Court for that. There's been multiple decisions over the past several weeks that just show why this injunction, why this nationwide injunction ban had to happen. For example, what I mean by that is local district court judges issuing decisions that are clearly contrary to law just because they
00:55:42.000 don't like the policy of President Trump. And when it gets to the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court has to correct it. But that takes time. The attorney general thanked our lawyers and I'll do it again.
00:55:52.000 Our lawyers are working 24 hours a day, seven days a week to fight these injunctions and to emergency appeals, emergency stays, going back to the district court judge, asking them to change their view.
00:56:03.000 And so their hard work is really paying off today, but over the past few weeks. We had a stay of an order that prevented DHS from moving aliens to a third country.
00:56:13.000 We had a stay of an order that stopped the Department of Defense from implementing military readiness, the EO that President Trump signed.
00:56:20.000 We had another stay of an order forcing reinstatement of fired executive branch employees entirely within the president and Article 2, his right to do. We had a stay of, as you all know, of numerous
00:56:31.000 DOGE cases. And again, every one of those stays requires a tremendous amount of work and effort by the lawyers and parties involved. And they should be doing other work.
00:56:42.000 They should be doing the work that the president and this administration demands and has a right to demand and not fighting these local judges who don't make decisions based on the law.
00:56:53.000 They make decisions because they just simply don't agree with the administration's decision about a policy and that's and that's wrong. Thank you.
00:57:03.000 Any questions? Yes, for Pam, please. Go ahead. Sure. Thank you, Madam Attorney General. So as you know, the Supreme Court did not rule on the underlying constitutionality of the president's birthright citizenship order.
00:57:20.000 So what is the plan now? Are you going to try to implement the EO just in states where there isn't a legal challenge?
00:57:28.000 Yes. So birthright citizenship will be decided in October in the next session by the Supreme Court unless it comes down in the next few minutes.
00:57:36.000 I guess it could come down. They're still I think they're still deliberating right now on some cases. As you heard, we just got transgender books, which is a huge win.
00:57:44.000 But most likely that will be decided in October in the next session. However, it indirectly impacts us because as you correctly pointed out, if there's a birthright citizenship case in Oregon, it will only affect the plaintiff in Oregon, not the entire country.
00:58:01.000 So, yes, it's indirectly. But but that's pending litigation. And we're waiting on that in the next term.
00:58:06.000 And how concerned are you that the Supreme Court will come back and determine that the executive order is unconstitutional?
00:58:11.000 We're very confident in the Supreme Court. But again, it's pending litigation and that will directly be determined in October.
00:58:18.000 But it indirectly impacts every case in this country. And we're thrilled with their decision today.
00:58:23.000 Peter, Madam Attorney General, thank you for being here.
