00:00:00.000 and enough is enough, and it's your party. You put up the signs. You knock the doors. You do
00:00:11.280 the work. You should hear the truth. You should hear the truth, and the fact that they're trying
00:00:16.700 to silence us, look, that just means we're winning, Charlie, out of the gate, but let me tell you,
00:00:22.460 when you see this nasty stuff, because it's going to come, they're going to call me everything in
00:00:25.660 the book. They already have. I want you to remember, Mitch McConnell would always say,
00:00:31.420 if they throw a pebble at me, I'm going to throw a boulder back. Mitch McConnell is the nastiest
00:00:36.060 politician in the history of America, and he will do anything to win and to keep his power,
00:00:42.840 and so I want you to think about that, because we're going to punch through every one of these
00:00:46.760 attacks, and we're going to tell the truth.
00:00:48.800 And just the idea of a lifetime achievement award for Mitch McConnell, I mean, how broken do you
00:00:59.900 have to be? I mean, that's why I'm here. Okay, that's why I'm here, is that we're going to go
00:01:04.560 give Mitch McConnell a lifetime achievement award? What is it, like the government of Ukraine that's
00:01:09.660 giving him the award or something? I mean, everybody, the stakes are high, and I'll close
00:01:16.240 with this, and then Nate, final word, just remind people, because we're still a ways out from the
00:01:19.600 primary. Yeah. We're still a ways out, but a final word I'll say is this, is that I travel the country,
00:01:24.720 I love the grassroots, I love the state, I love talking to you guys, thank you guys for watching
00:01:28.300 the show and everything we're doing. We're going to keep on doing maximal aggression against the left
00:01:32.980 on campuses, in communities, all across the country. You can count on that from us, and
00:01:38.000 but I would be a hypocrite to you. I would be a liar to you if I only fought Democrats. I would be a liar
00:01:50.340 because that's not the problem, everybody. I do the thing against Democrats, and that's great, we should
00:01:55.180 do that, but the real problem is Republicans that call themselves Republicans when reality they aren't,
00:02:03.940 and Kentucky can send a message heard around the world. It will be a message heard around planet Earth
00:02:11.500 that you are turning the page on the McConnell Mafia, and the people are back in charge of this
00:02:16.380 wonderful state.
00:02:25.940 Well, Charlie, it has been an honor to have you. You're the future of this country and what you speak for.
00:02:33.140 You speak for the future. You speak for the future generation. We're honored you came to the bluegrass.
00:02:39.360 And Charlie, I'm going to get you on a garbage truck at some point. We're going to get you. You're great
00:02:51.480 at taking out the trash. You just didn't know it.
00:02:53.120 Well, Biden did call us all garbage, right?
00:02:55.460 That's right.
00:02:56.440 And remember when Trump wore that beautiful garbage vest? Was that not one of the greatest things ever?
00:03:00.800 And look, we're in a street fight. This is a street fight. And the way we're going to take
00:03:08.840 this back is we need your help. We need to knock every door. We need to tell everybody we go to
00:03:16.940 church with, we work with, that we've got to get out our message, that we cannot send a McConnell puppet
00:03:23.040 to the United States Senate. And, you know, I am asking as well, we need your help make an investment
00:03:31.280 in this campaign. A few dollars, make an investment. I want your investment. I need your investment.
00:03:37.740 Because we're going to have to have everything it takes to send a message to the McConnell cronies
00:03:44.020 and everybody that has been supporting Mitch and is propping Mitch up. You can find me at
00:03:49.900 natemorris.com. But come and be part of this movement. Come and be part of this campaign.
00:03:55.720 And we're going to take it back. And look, I think that Kentucky is going to fundamentally change
00:04:02.300 when we send new leadership to Washington once and for all and rid the state of the stench of Mitch,
00:04:08.260 as President Trump would say.
00:04:16.760 God bless Kentucky. You deserve better. Let's fire the McConnell mafia. And we're going to send
00:04:22.880 a message heard around the world. God bless you guys. Thank you so much.
00:04:25.680 This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies. Because we're going medieval on
00:04:38.200 these people. You've not got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people. The people
00:04:44.620 have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything
00:04:48.540 in the world to stop that. But you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people
00:04:52.140 like that go to share the big line? MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people
00:04:59.960 had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task? And what is my purpose? If that answer is to save
00:05:07.620 my country, this country will be saved. War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:05:15.100 It's Monday, 30 June, Eurovalor 2025. Right there, you see in Kentucky, the kickoff of Nate Morris's
00:05:27.340 grassroots campaign. Our own Charlie Kirk, Real America's voice, Charlie Kirk. Charlie follows
00:05:31.740 at noon today. You see right there what the Senate could be. We're dealing with the Senate as it is
00:05:38.620 throughout the day. In the next couple of days, the big, beautiful bill tries to get passage and
00:05:44.520 sent back to the House without too much of the swamp and the lobbyists getting what they want
00:05:50.160 in there and the people not getting what they need, okay, including smart cuts to spending
00:05:55.820 and also, obviously, the extension of the tax cuts. At least the tax cuts for the middle class
00:06:01.020 and working class. As I said, the only way I think the math works, you've got to increase
00:06:04.440 taxes. You've got to have a snapback on the upper bracket or you've got to set a new bracket
00:06:09.620 up at a million bucks and put that into 40%. I think it's the only way the math works, but hey,
00:06:15.760 I'm just one lonely voice in the wilderness. Josh Hammer now joins us. Josh, a summary for Friday
00:06:21.540 because what Friday, I think, to me, just reminds me of is that President Trump is really dealing
00:06:30.400 with executive power here and Article II power. That's what's really driven the Trump agenda. As you
00:06:35.340 can see, getting anything through legislatively with so many rhinos and so much resistance of
00:06:40.740 the established order, it's very difficult to get full MAGA policies through. Can you just give
00:06:46.500 us, we had Mike Davis open the show and we teed up that you were going to be here. Can you just give
00:06:51.260 us an overview of the historic day on Friday and where you think it puts President Trump's MAGA
00:06:56.720 agenda, particularly going forward, where, let's be honest, the most power he's going to have
00:07:01.720 is using his Article II powers, sir.
00:07:06.800 So, Steve, a couple of things to highlight here. So, one is I think if you go back all the way to
00:07:10.960 2017, look, Donald Trump has faced any number of obstacles. He has faced the intelligence community,
00:07:16.840 the deep state. He has faced the Russiagate collusion, hoaxters. I mean, he has faced the
00:07:22.400 rhinos, as you said there. He's faced his own party. He's faced the opposition party, but probably
00:07:27.200 from where I sit, the number one thorn in his side, literally since January 2017,
00:07:33.820 is the judiciary, is the judicial insurrection. Donald Trump faced more so-called nationwide
00:07:38.520 injunctions just in his first term, from 2017 to 2021, between 60 and 70, by my math. He faced
00:07:45.940 more so-called nationwide injunctions than the first 44 presidents of the United States combined.
00:07:51.440 And then literally just since January, you can tack on two and a half, three more dozen easily there.
00:07:55.940 So, he was going to lose his second term. He was going to lose his second term through the
00:08:02.040 imperial judiciary unless something happened. The CASA case, again, the media is calling it the
00:08:08.580 so-called birthright citizenship case. They didn't actually rule on birthright citizenship. We probably
00:08:13.420 will get a ruling on that next term, as you and I discussed on Friday, Steve. But for now, this ruling,
00:08:18.460 when it comes to the sweeping nature of so-called nationwide injunctions, is the firmest action that the
00:08:24.300 Roberts Court has taken to date, in the 20-year history of the Roberts Court, this is the firmest
00:08:30.160 action they have taken to try to finally, once and for all, put the lower court judicial insurrectionists
00:08:35.400 in their place. Now, it's not the final word on the topic there. There is some lawyerly language in
00:08:40.820 this majority opinion from Amy Coney Barrett that says something to the effect of, oh, this is a remedy
00:08:46.220 at least unless and until it is truly, absolutely necessary to achieve the desired effect. I'm
00:08:51.620 paraphrasing a little bit there, but there is some lawyerly language that will allow the ACLU,
00:08:55.680 the open borders, NGOs, and so forth, to try to string this out a little further. But there's also
00:09:00.340 some very, very, very good language there. And I think that this is finally, finally, finally,
00:09:04.740 at a bare minimum, going to lead the federal appellate courts, the court's repeal, to try to slap
00:09:09.820 down some of these rogue district court judges when they really step out of line. So, that is a
00:09:13.860 tremendous victory. But that actually was not even the only major victory on Friday. Friday was one
00:09:18.680 of the best days at the Supreme Court probably in my entire adult lifetime there. There were at least
00:09:23.340 two other major victories as well. There was the case out of Montgomery County, Maryland, the Mahmoud
00:09:28.820 case involving the LGBT books, the transgender homosexual books there in the public school,
00:09:35.800 elementary school in Montgomery County, Maryland. Very interesting case. You had a religiously
00:09:40.460 pluralistic group of parents, Ukrainian Orthodox, Catholic, and Muslim parents alike suing on First
00:09:47.560 Amendment free exercise grounds, saying, look, you guys are trying to indoctrinate our children into
00:09:52.060 this sexual stuff that our faith says that we cannot possibly tolerate here. We need to be able to opt
00:09:57.540 out our children at a bare minimum here. Very strong ruling from Sam Alito, 63 majority, says that
00:10:03.680 parents do indeed control the upbringing of their children. This is a First Amendment free exercise
00:10:09.120 right there. Therefore, Montgomery County, at a bare minimum, has to allow the parents to opt out the
00:10:13.900 children from this indoctrination. A similarly strong ruling out of a digital pornography case
00:10:19.120 down in Texas, a case involving Ken Paxson, the great attorney general there. So, Texas passed a
00:10:24.440 statute called HB 1181, which would mandate that pornography websites in the Lone Star State have some
00:10:32.140 sort of digital verification means to make sure that the people trying to access that pornography are at least
00:10:38.300 18 years old there. Very commonsensical, 63 ruling from Clarence Thomas says that, yes, of course,
00:10:44.460 this is constitutional. Frankly, the most appalling part of that case to me, Steve, is that there are
00:10:49.700 three justices who disagree with that, that there are three justices who apparently think that you
00:10:54.040 have an unambiguous, such an unfiltered First Amendment right to pornography. Frankly, something
00:11:00.000 that back at the time of the American founding, you would have been more likely to be tarred and
00:11:03.240 feathered in the public square than to be able to assert a First Amendment right in court.
00:11:07.000 Apparently, there are justices now that think you have such an unambiguous First Amendment right to
00:11:10.880 that, that you can't even limit it for minors. Really disgusting stuff, frankly. But anyway,
00:11:14.920 a strong victory there. The combined effect, and I'll stop after this, but the combined effect
00:11:19.100 of the Paxton case at Texas, the Mahmoud case in Maryland, and then maybe the biggest culture war
00:11:25.200 victory of the term, the Scrimetti case at Tennessee, which was this additional 6-3 ruling where the
00:11:30.540 court said that, yes, the state of Tennessee can severely limit or outright proscribe, ban chemical
00:11:37.660 castration, general mutilation for John who thinks he is Jane or Jane who thinks that she is John there.
00:11:42.700 That actually is constitutionally permissible there. The combined effect of all of this,
00:11:46.540 Scrimetti, Mahmoud, and Paxton, is a tremendous parental rights revolution. This is the greatest time
00:11:52.140 to be a parent in America, maybe in American history, or at least since the earliest years of the
00:11:56.920 public from a First Amendment perspective. And again, as a new parent myself, we had our baby
00:12:01.320 daughter born in December. Steve, I'm very happy with that. That is for sure.
00:12:06.540 No, Josh, I think this is what people say. This is what they voted for. I mean, this is where you're
00:12:10.480 seeing the actions come through all the way up to the Supreme Court and really be very, you know,
00:12:15.540 a nuclear family, traditional American family. You're pretty good at looking down range. The rest,
00:12:21.580 we still have, I don't know, 175 cases outstanding. You know, you've got the Justice Department barely
00:12:28.840 hanging on because just to get lawyers to fight this, the pressure under the president to read all
00:12:33.460 these briefs because he's very engaged in all this. They're trying to use this as an opportunity
00:12:37.160 cause to slow us down. How do you think this plays forward with the judicial insurrection, sir?
00:12:42.580 Well, this is the strongest rebuke that we've had, and it's notable that it came from Amy Coney Barrett.
00:12:47.400 I mean, a lot of us thought that this would come from Clarence Thomas, Sam Alito, maybe Neil
00:12:51.960 Gorsuch there, but it's notable that it came from one of the more moderate members of the Republican
00:12:56.760 nominated bloc of the court. The fact that Barrett was writing here, and Barrett used very strong
00:13:01.200 language. She accuses Ketanji Brown-Jackson, the DEI affirmative action pick from Joe Biden there in
00:13:05.980 the court. She accuses Ketanji Brown-Jackson of rebuking the imperial executive only to stand for
00:13:13.520 an imperial judiciary. She has some very snarky language there, accuses Jackson of ignoring 200
00:13:18.420 plus years of case law. So this is a very strong assertion from a justice who is not necessarily
00:13:24.580 always known for having the strongest, most fire-breathing pronouncements, the sort of stuff
00:13:29.380 that Mike Davis or I would say on War Room, for instance, there. That's not necessarily always what
00:13:33.700 Amy Coney Barrett is known for. So it's very notable. I mean, I think that says a lot, frankly,
00:13:37.540 about the way that this court, I guess in theory, including even John Roberts, views how out of line
00:13:43.320 the judicial insurrection has gotten there. So I'm actually very optimistic about this moving forward.
00:13:46.940 I really am, honestly.
00:13:50.420 Josh, how do people get to your writings? How do you get to your book? You wrote a magnificent book
00:13:54.900 on Israel and Western civilization. How do people get to your social media account, all of it, sir?
00:14:01.280 Yeah, I'm on xjosh__hammer. Instagram is joshbhammer. The book is Israel and Civilization,
00:14:06.240 The Fate of the Jewish Nation, and The Destiny of the West, available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble,

00:14:14.580 radio stations as well.
00:14:17.880 Josh, thank you so much for joining us.
00:14:20.200 You bet. Thank you.
00:14:20.820 Great analysis. Is that what you voted for? Of course it is. President Trump fighting. We're

00:14:39.100 out a second mortgage on your house because they got access to your title because you didn't have
00:14:43.160 it wrapped up with home title lock. Home title lock. $1 million triple lock protection. 24-7
00:14:49.640 coverage alerts in the middle of the night and $1 million restoration project. Home title lock.
00:14:58.180 This July, there is a global summit of BRICS nations in Rio de Janeiro. The block of emerging
00:15:05.780 superpowers, including China, Russia, India, and Persia, are meeting with the goal of displacing the
00:15:12.820 United States dollar as the global currency. They're calling this the Rio Reset. As BRICS nations push
00:15:20.140 forward with their plans, global demand for U.S. dollars will decrease, bringing down the value of the
00:15:25.000 dollar in your savings. While this transition won't not happen overnight, but trust me, it's going to
00:15:31.840 start in Rio. The Rio Reset in July marks a pivotal moment when BRICS objectives move decisively from a
00:15:39.640 theoretical possibility towards an inevitable reality. Learn if diversifying your savings into gold is

00:16:30.280 We are going to need you at the ramparts of the next couple of days, not just on AI. There's so
00:16:37.300 many aspects of this bill, and then it's going to go to the House of President Trump. This is his
00:16:41.060 key legislative movement of his second term, not just the first year of it, I think all the way
00:16:49.340 through. That's why this bill is so big and so complicated, right? I think they all wanted to
00:16:53.320 get it done at one time. Part of that, a big part of that is border security. A massive part of that's
00:16:58.620 border security. The House bill, I think, had $90 billion. I think those Senate bills got almost
00:17:02.640 $150, $170 billion in ICE rebuilding the logistics from the Biden agenda. That's why the home title
00:17:11.160 lock, I want to make sure you're not, if somebody gets, think about it for a second, with your house,
00:17:18.340 if somebody went into the middle of the night was to come up and get access to your title and took out
00:17:23.140 a $50,000 second mortgage, it would consume you to unwind that. You would have, first of all,
00:17:30.040 you'd be worried to death. You'd have lawyers. You'd be nonstop. It would consume your life.
00:17:34.880 That's what the, that's what home title lock is there to do. That opportunity cost to make sure
00:17:39.620 that you don't get consumed if somebody gets in there and it's getting more and more prevalent
00:17:42.840 every day with cyber, with artificial intelligence, with rogue lawyers, rogue accountants,
00:17:46.960 even a family member. Hometitlelock.com, promo code Steve. They make this as simple as possible.
00:17:51.820 Natalie Dominguez and the team are over there. They can answer all your questions. So do it.
00:17:57.380 $1 million triple lock protection. Want to get Josh up and folks to go over Friday. Friday was
00:18:03.760 monumental in the Supreme Court. And what Josh laid through of everything about parents' rights is
00:18:08.240 everything you fought for, particularly some of the newest people in building our coalition,
00:18:13.340 the make America healthy again, uh, folks and the moms. And remember the parental rights,
00:18:17.900 just monumental what's happened in the Supreme court over the last couple of days. That's what
00:18:22.680 you voted for. That's where you rang doorbells. That's where you knocked on doors. This is
00:18:27.000 delivering for you. Part of this bill is, and look, there's many aspects of this bill. I know people
00:18:32.140 in this audience hate there's some of this bill that I'm not excited about at all. And I hate,
00:18:36.620 but when you take the whole in this totality and of what they're trying to accomplish,
00:18:40.220 particularly on some key issues like the central front of the third world war, um, you know,
00:18:46.960 cause people saying, Oh, because we didn't, you know, president Trump, uh, you know, uh, stopped,
00:18:52.260 uh, this new Persian war, the 12 day war. He stopped it. So definitively, there's no regime change.
00:18:57.260 Hey, I'm not saying the eye total is a good guys. They're terrible guys. Persian people want to
00:19:00.380 overthrow them, overthrow them. If the Israelis want to go and overthrow them, go ahead and overthrow them.
00:19:05.060 We just don't want to have any part of it. Reason is the third world war started.
00:19:08.960 People saying, well, Tucker and Bannon all wrong. No third world war started. We're a couple of
00:19:13.760 years into it. And the biggest front of the third world war, the most important front of the third
00:19:18.840 world war, the part of the third world war that we have to win. We don't have a choice. It's not
00:19:23.640 optional like in Ukraine or like in the middle East, right? Which are not existential. The one we
00:19:29.540 have to win is on the streets of America of getting rid of the least, I say the 10 to 12 million
00:19:34.860 illegal alien invaders came in on Biden's watch. And you see that you see that the nation changing
00:19:40.560 because of what Prince Trump did. Ben Burquam has done more than any single individual. There's
00:19:45.780 been others, you know, close to him, but for years of his life, he's been down from the Darien Gap all
00:19:51.460 the way up to all the most dangerous parts of, of the Northern part of Mexico and in the country
00:19:55.780 to show you this every day. And it was a huge part of why president Trump won because it awakened
00:20:01.860 so many people that realized that, Hey, every town is a border town, that every state is a border
00:20:07.960 state. And look at what's happening in New York state today. I spent three or four days in New York
00:20:12.180 last week. We're going to start doing a much more detailed series of analysis of what's going on in
00:20:18.420 these sanctuary cities, particularly New York and how the elites were caught by surprise. The media is
00:20:22.720 caught by surprise, but there's something very insidious that's been going on for years paid for by
00:20:28.300 various people that you're going to find out about. Let's go down, down to Ben down in La Jolla,
00:20:33.280 Texas, uh, down near McAllen. Uh, and it ain't La Jolla, California by a long shot in Lieutenant
00:20:39.240 Manuel Casas. First off, Lieutenant just for Hispanics and for the hardworking Hispanic citizens
00:20:46.820 in, in South Texas, in the Rio Grande Valley, how has life changed since president Trump's come
00:20:52.980 back for his second term and actually sealed the border in the first 60 days, sir?
00:21:00.320 Well, everything did change. It was like night and day. Uh, first of all, it kind of,
00:21:05.880 not sort of, it completely slowed down for us. The, uh, illegal migration and these undocumented
00:21:12.300 immigrants coming in almost completely seized, uh, which allows us to work on real cases that,
00:21:20.100 uh, of chasing the real, real bad guys, not just these people that wanted to turn themselves in.
00:21:25.460 So it changed us.
00:21:29.260 And so talk to us about that. What do you mean the real bad guys? Not, not, so you're not,
00:21:33.380 you're just a conservatory force that's there to back up border patrol since border patrol wasn't
00:21:39.060 doing anything. You now actually can focus on crime. Is that, is that what you're saying?
00:21:43.300 Absolutely. You know, the, the, uh, the aftermath of all of that is, you know, the, uh, the cartels,
00:21:52.820 their, their, their tentacles reach into the United States. They are part of the United States.
00:21:58.160 So we have to focus on them because they're still committing crimes. Uh, whether there's human
00:22:05.380 smuggling, which they're still doing drug smuggling, uh, they're holding people for ransom,
00:22:11.820 all of those things, even committing murders over here in the United States.
00:22:16.040 So it allows us to focus directly on those types of cases versus us having to go out there the way
00:22:22.420 it was when this mass invasion happened. Uh, it took us away from doing what we're really supposed
00:22:29.940 to be doing out there is to serve and protect, which we were doing, but to a certain degree,
00:22:35.100 we were kind of letting go of, of, uh, the putting our emphasis on true criminals that were actually
00:22:44.280 doing some bad stuff in here in the United States.
00:22:49.240 Lieutenant, I use in hearing the word, we always talk about it as an invasion. You just use the
00:22:53.800 word mass invasion. Is that how it was for you? Did you consider it a mass invasion? And more
00:22:59.060 importantly, did the citizens of La Jolla, Texas considered an invasion, uh, in particular invasion
00:23:04.900 onto their rights as American citizens? Yes, without a doubt, it was mass invasion, uh, got to the
00:23:14.480 point where it was out of control. Um, we, we even got swarmed. I can use an example, giving them
00:23:21.500 water. One time, uh, we got swarmed to the point where we had to, I had to take the officers out of
00:23:26.940 there because, uh, the people were fighting over the water and people were calling us constantly.
00:23:33.440 Hey, there's somebody running through my backyard. My dogs are barking. Somebody's knocking on my
00:23:37.620 door. Somebody's kicking my door. It was nonstop and it was completely out of control. Not,
00:23:43.380 nobody could help. Not even because we had border patrol out there. We had Texas DPS out there. We
00:23:48.760 had game wardens out there. We had everybody you can think of was out there, but yet it was not enough.
00:23:56.940 Uh, right now with, with ice, the, uh, the big, beautiful bill is up there. One of the
00:24:01.560 most important reasons besides the tax cuts, the extension of the president Trump wants us to here
00:24:07.480 is that during the Biden regime, somehow, uh, the logistics all got shut down for ice.
00:24:14.300 And there's so many illegal aliens in the country. President Trump, the Senate bill I think has 150
00:24:20.340 $170 billion. Are you seeing is ice have the resources right now? I mean, are you guys assisting
00:24:27.400 them? I know they had this big fight in the Texas, uh, house about, I think two 87 G. I mean,
00:24:33.360 what's exactly going on with the deportations with ice and with your guys involvement?
00:24:41.340 You know, we, if, when we're asked to help, uh, because they're doing an operation in our city,
00:24:47.180 I'm just using our city as an example, we're going to go out there and help them. I've been asked that
00:24:52.140 question many times, you know, are you part of that? Well, we're part of it when they ask us for
00:24:56.940 help, because that's what we're supposed to do. We're supposed to back them up. Um, they not
00:25:01.960 necessarily have come into our city, but all our surrounding cities, uh, that are around us have,
00:25:08.820 have, uh, there's a lot, a lot of presence of ice, uh, in these areas, especially these flea markets,
00:25:16.020 these small businesses that are hiring these, uh, uh, undocumented immigrants or illegal aliens
00:25:22.740 that are getting hit by ice. And every time they ask us for help, we have to go out there in a
00:25:28.320 system as presence so that these people know it's law enforcement because some of these, uh, agents,
00:25:34.120 unfortunately don't always wear a uniform. They just wear their vest that's that would say police
00:25:39.020 and ice on them. And just about anybody can put that. So when we bring these units out there
00:25:43.800 and in uniform, people know that it's actually the police. So we have to do that. We have to help
00:25:49.600 them. Uh, are the mass deportations or the deportations going at a click that you feel that
00:25:57.440 there's any impact down in the Rio Grande Valley, at least now, or are most of the illegal aliens,
00:26:03.180 most of them just gone up into the more interior of the country, or can you feel any impact at all
00:26:07.500 so far down in McAllen, down in La Jolla? Yes, we, that is a very good question. Uh, actually
00:26:17.080 there is an impact and I'm going to tell you that and, uh, business wise, there's some areas that are
00:26:24.640 known that these undocumented immigrants were renting out to do their, whatever type of work
00:26:31.300 they were doing, whether it's car washes, uh, window tents, or whatever it is, selling food,
00:26:36.780 whatever. What that would do is it would take so much of them being there that no, nobody that was
00:26:45.580 here legally in the U S current those areas. But when president Trump took, went into office
00:26:51.760 and ice was out there and they started working, these people just basically disappeared.
00:26:58.180 And now the regular U S citizen that wants to have his business washing cars, whatever it is,
00:27:05.980 just basic stuff are able to do that. Because as soon as this happened, these people either moved
00:27:12.320 left or, or self-deported themselves, believe it or not. But yeah, but hang on, but hang on,
00:27:18.920 but hang on, but hang on, Lieutenant Lieutenant, hang on for a second. Hang on a second. We've been told
00:27:23.560 over and over and over again that American citizens won't do those jobs. Are you saying
00:27:28.960 that the media was wrong? You saying the Democrats are wrong? They're actually American citizens.
00:27:32.500 They'll step in and actually do those jobs and make a living and get some income. Is that what you're
00:27:37.180 saying? Absolutely. Absolutely. You know, there's, there's, there's a lot of look, there's a lot of
00:27:43.840 young men. I'm going to use an example that love washing cars and they detail them and they charge
00:27:48.640 very well for that, but they didn't have, they didn't stand a chance before that. But at least
00:27:54.800 now, because of that spot that was left for them, they're able to continue their business. Yeah.
00:27:59.360 There's people that have worked those jobs. Uh, here we're in South Texas. I don't know about,
00:28:04.140 I cannot speak for other States or other parts of, uh, of the state of Texas, but here in South Texas,
00:28:10.300 people will work in those jobs that they say that nobody wants. Yes, they do. They'll work them.
00:28:16.480 Maybe there's some, they won't work, but I can tell you for the most part that I know.
00:28:20.640 Lieutenant Cassis, hang on. We're going to be right back. Short break.
00:28:27.200 You missed the IRS tax deadline. You think it's just going to go away? Well, think again.
00:28:33.620 The IRS doesn't mess around and they're applying pressure like we haven't seen in years. So if you
00:28:39.120 haven't filed in a while, even if you can't pay, don't wait and don't face the IRS alone.

00:29:44.700 thing get ahead of you. Do it today.
00:29:47.180 Okay. Today, the BRICS conference starts later this week and it's going to culminate I think on
00:29:59.380 July 6th. They're going to make an announcement, but we're going to have a team there. Phillip
00:30:03.480 Patrick and the Birch Gold team is going to go broadcast with us every day from there. They're
00:30:08.320 going to leave today. Actually, Phillip Patrick and his team are going to leave. We're going to have
00:30:11.660 Phillip. Hopefully, from the airport, maybe even by phone on 5 o'clock, talk about what's in store
00:30:18.180 for this, the global south and revolt against the U.S. dollar, the prime reserve currency.
00:30:23.840 And they're sitting there pointing, well, you got a $5 trillion lift to your debt ceiling,
00:30:29.220 United States of America. What does that mean? Because it could come down to math. We've got a
00:30:33.840 lot of announcements too of some of the folks we're going to have on throughout the week to
00:30:37.060 actually explain the bill to you, the theory of the case, what President Trump's trying to do on
00:30:41.480 this kind of, he said it many, many times, Scott Besson said it, grow the economy faster than the
00:30:46.760 debt. And we'll drill down on all that. Phillip Patrick today on the show. Birchgold.com
00:30:51.840 slash Bannon, enter the dollar empire, get up to speed on all of it. And you can make contact with
00:30:57.100 Phillip Patrick and the team, and particularly while they're in Brazil. Interesting that Brazil,
00:31:03.400 Lula and those guys who hate the United States of America, different than Bolsonaro's who really are
00:31:08.540 our partners and believe in freedom, losers running the country, two times hanging with the
00:31:13.340 Chinese Communist Party in Beijing. And now he's hosting all the BRICS nations, which two thirds of
00:31:19.680 them are not, let's say this, friendly to the United States of America. I want to go back to it. So
00:31:24.760 Lieutenant, just to reiterate, at least as far as you see it with the evidence that you see
00:31:32.000 in South Texas, in the Rio Grande Valley, there are young people and Hispanic citizens that will step
00:31:38.540 in and do those and do those jobs so that at least when people talk about the Rio Grande Valley in South
00:31:43.760 Texas, they're lying when they say, well, we need the illegal aliens here because they're doing jobs
00:31:49.560 Americans won't do. Is that correct?
00:31:53.540 That's correct. You got to remember, there's people that, that don't have necessarily a higher
00:31:58.960 education, although there is a bunch, a lot of people here that do, but there's people that have
00:32:03.540 trades and those are the ones that, that will detail those cars. They're the ones who make their
00:32:08.680 small businesses and they exist. They will work. I mean, they, they say, well, the sun's bad. Well,
00:32:15.240 they find a way around that. But if people say that no one's going to do those jobs, that's a lie
00:32:21.900 because I know very well, because I live here, that people will work and they're looking for work
00:32:27.540 and for that opportunity to be able to do the work and get paid for it versus not having a spot
00:32:34.520 because someone else took it that shouldn't even be there.
00:32:40.140 Ben Burquam, you're down there. You're going to be doing more specials down there. Tell me what
00:32:44.180 you're seeing, sir, since you've been the last four years of your life in and out of everything
00:32:48.620 related to this issue. And now we're trying to set it right here up in the Imperial Capitol. Your
00:32:54.620 thoughts? Yeah, Steve. Well, this is just one example. I'm honored to be back down here with
00:33:00.640 Lieutenant Casas. This is where law and border began four years ago under the invasion of Joe
00:33:04.740 Biden. I was here doing some of those police chases with these guys going after the really bad guys
00:33:10.160 while the others were coming in all just, you have to remember all of the illegals that were being
00:33:14.080 brought in by all these Catholic charities, all these NGOs, United Nations, they were all being used
00:33:19.040 by the cartel as a distraction to be able to push the really bad guys. Now border patrol is able to come
00:33:24.040 back here, not be Uber for the cartels, but actually be able to be on the line. Lieutenant
00:33:28.500 Casas is able to protect his community. ICE is able to go in there. And to the point now where
00:33:32.880 border patrol is actually doing joint operations with ICE. And so we're going to be working on those
00:33:36.960 where border patrol is actually going into the interior with ICE to give ICE the hand because
00:33:41.420 most of the issues we're having right now are obviously on the interior as illegal aliens move
00:33:46.300 into the country and you have the leftists that are protesting against them. So I'm back down here
00:33:50.920 with Lieutenant Casas going to be showing the reality of the difference between what it was
00:33:54.920 and what it is now. And then we're going to be joining up with border patrol and ICE over the next
00:33:59.920 days and weeks and continuing to tell the story. The mainstream media doesn't want you to see
00:34:03.880 about the reality of what these guys are doing, who they're protecting and why it's so critical
00:34:08.160 to the, not just right now, but to the long-term success of this nation. And ultimately why 2026 is so
00:34:15.000 important to getting representatives in the house and the Senate that will actually pass legislation
00:34:19.380 so that it's not just executive orders, that this will be long-term solutions to these problems.
00:34:25.120 So we don't have this in another four or eight years.
00:34:29.220 Well, now for eight years, you're going to see, and you've done Chicago and you've done a little
00:34:33.160 New York, but I spent four days up there. New York is just like the border was not chaos and Biden,
00:34:40.020 these guys had a completely thought through plan. This is a plan that's been up in New York city.
00:34:43.860 If you think this is just random and it's the culmination of a lot of these laws and groups
00:34:48.940 and what you're seeing though, in South Texas and Texas, this is what the Hispanic citizens wanted.
00:34:54.940 What they wanted was somebody to come in and have their back to make sure the illegal aliens were
00:34:59.480 not here to compete for them, uh, for jobs, to drive down wages, to also to destroy the medical
00:35:04.840 system, destroy the education system, to make their communities dangerous. They wanted what all U S
00:35:10.800 citizens want. Hey, I want you to stay in my life, but I want you to have like some good order
00:35:15.160 and discipline and not be flooding the zone with, with, uh, with not just bad guys, but with just
00:35:20.560 so many people that have to have government assistance, have to use the schools, have to
00:35:24.460 use healthcare and drive down wages, compete for me and my children for jobs. And you see
00:35:29.600 from a lot of customers right there, it's a lie. People will work. And you're seeing that in South
00:35:33.520 Texas right now, people going back to getting those jobs. They're entrepreneurs. They have the
00:35:37.100 entrepreneur spirit. They're building little businesses. That's what America is about.
00:35:40.380 This is what you voted for. If we do this and have these people's back, we're going to change
00:35:45.720 this country. But I'm telling you, you look up at New York city, you got to mess up there.
00:35:50.100 And that thing is so deep and so pervasive and so well thought through. It's exactly like the
00:35:55.380 border invasion that Biden and the NGOs and all those radicals and Biden's administration,
00:36:00.500 Biden did. He barely knew what the hell was going on, but the people around him did. And they did an
00:36:05.420 invasion. And this is one of the reasons big, beautiful bills got $170 billion. Think about that for a
00:36:10.180 second to back up ice, to back up border patrol, to back up the local police and to actually deport
00:36:15.720 these mass deportations. And this is why I keep saying we can't be sucked into another Middle East
00:36:20.600 war. We got it. We're going to have a war enough in LA, a war enough in Chicago and a war enough in
00:36:25.400 New York city. You're going to have all the war you want folks. You don't, you do not have to be
00:36:29.700 going to the Middle East. If you're looking to get into those kinds of situations, you don't have to
00:36:33.980 go to Tehran. It's right there in downtown LA. It's right there in Chicago. And it's soon to be
00:36:38.560 there right there in New York city, park Avenue this weekend, totally taken over. So you better
00:36:43.520 don't, don't be looking to Tehran to stir up the pot. You're going to, you got enough. We got
00:36:48.280 enough here. We got to put down and it shows if you have their, if you have folks back like
00:36:52.840 Lieutenant Casas and the folks in La Jolla, Texas, it's going to work out, but you have to have their
00:36:57.200 back. Lieutenant Casas, you have social media. Can we follow you or follow the police department
00:37:02.000 down there somewhere? Yes. Uh, we have, we use Facebook, um, and it is straight to Facebook.
00:37:09.860 Uh, this is La Jolla police department. Just basically like that, you'll find it. There's
00:37:14.720 only one site up there that we use for us and social media. Perfect, sir. Appreciate you.
00:37:23.120 And, uh, Ben Burquam, tell us about new, uh, new shows you got coming out, your social media.
00:37:28.260 People want to follow you while you're down there. Glad you're back there. That's God's country,
00:37:31.580 man. Yeah. Yeah. Next episodes of law and border will be coming out in a couple of weeks. Uh,
00:37:36.700 we've got five episodes we're working on right now, so that will all be ongoing. But to your
00:37:40.860 point, Steve, just real quick, prosecutions against the enemies within this nation are,
00:37:45.020 are the key to fixing this in New York, in Chicago, across America, all of the organizations,
00:37:49.480 individuals, and politicians that were behind this have to be prosecuted. And we're going to be
00:37:53.640 covering that as well. At Ben Burquam, the most important one, a real America's voice at
00:37:57.360 real a and voice, uh, America's voice dot news. And then my personal social, uh, at Ben
00:38:01.680 Burquam, frontline America.com and a frontline America sub stack. Hey, if you want to use military
00:38:07.800 power, let's do it. Let's have a couple of interdiction strikes down there against the
00:38:11.000 cartels in, in Northern Mexico, Lieutenant Casas would back us up. Let's go have a, you want to
00:38:15.560 want to use some hardware. Let's go down and use that exact place. You should drop it on guys.
00:38:19.760 Thank you so much. Look forward to visiting with you, uh, many times during the week.
00:38:23.400 Thank you all. Yes, sir. Thank you right there. That's what, that's what those folks voted for.
00:38:30.160 And they're getting it. You don't need to go. We don't need to wander the third world wars right
00:38:35.280 here. We don't need to wander the earth's, uh, you know, the surface of the earth. President
00:38:38.900 Trump's going to get the Nobel peace prize for setting for getting peace. Uh, Joe Allen,
00:38:42.800 I got to get you here and you're going to come back in the, in the five o'clock and six o'clock hour
00:38:46.660 because this deal on artificial intelligence couldn't be more important. Tell us where we stand right
00:38:51.220 now and who's in back of this. What billionaires are in back of driving this? Cause this just didn't
00:38:55.740 happen. This AI thing gets slipped into the big, beautiful bill, sir. Yes, Steve, the 10 year
00:39:02.660 moratorium looks like it's going to be a five year moratorium, assuming that the amendment that is
00:39:07.900 being put forward by Marsha Blackburn and Ted Cruz, uh, is goes through, but you really do have to look
00:39:14.500 at who is pushing this agenda. Who is trying to give AI companies, uh, basically amnesty from any
00:39:21.900 sort of state intervention or regulation. Uh, you've got David Sachs is pushing hard on the senators
00:39:29.740 and, and many other levers behind the scenes. You've got Howard Lutnick pushing hard to do for his
00:39:39.100 justification. It is, uh, we have to be, uh, America must be first in AI. Uh, and, and the idea
00:39:46.940 apparently is that if America doesn't have, uh, unfettered chat bots or a medical AI or educational AI,
00:39:56.620 the China somehow will race ahead of us and, uh, take over the world. I find that very, very dubious,
00:40:03.300 but maybe most importantly, Steve, uh, you have Joe Lonsdale, uh, co-founder of Palantir really
00:40:10.160 putting pressure on Marsha Blackburn. I am hearing, and, uh, also, uh, Palantir in general
00:40:16.000 is pushing for this while simultaneously trying to facilitate, uh, AI being introduced into the
00:40:22.260 government at every possible level. So it's like you have on the one hand, this idea that the
00:40:27.960 companies must be free. On the other hand, you have this idea that the AI companies should have
00:40:33.900 their hands in every federal agency possible. Uh, you know, just to reiterate something that Mike
00:40:40.340 Davis was talking about that, why would States want to regulate AI? I think number one is simply
00:40:48.500 liability. If the federal government does not have legislation in place to hold AI companies
00:40:55.220 liable for any harms that they've done or even any sort of negligent, uh, uh, negligence on their part
00:41:03.440 that would produce some sort of faulty algorithm and not to mention the sorts of damage that can be
00:41:09.280 done. If for instance, you have an AI that does tell children to kill themselves or a medical AI that
00:41:16.220 does consistently hallucinate and give faulty diagnosis, then you have no way to bring these
00:41:21.380 companies to heal it. The language of the bill itself talks about how States will not regulate
00:41:28.440 autonomous decision-making systems. That could be anything from hiring to medical care to, uh,
00:41:36.460 autonomous vehicles, which, you know, if you've seen the latest videos out of, uh, Tesla that will
00:41:42.380 occasionally smash, uh, what it thinks to be little children. If you've seen the doll being smashed by the
00:41:48.740 Tesla car, these sorts of things, you would hope the federal government would keep this, uh, under
00:41:54.480 control and rein it in. But right now there doesn't seem to be much willingness to do so. And so you do
00:41:59.860 need States and municipalities to have the autonomy to decide these things for themselves. So if I can
00:42:06.660 just also repeat something, uh, Mike Davis said, you need to reach out to Josh Hawley and have him
00:42:13.380 make an amendment to strip this provision from the bill and failing that hopefully we have people
00:42:21.740 like Marjorie Taylor green and others, Thomas Massey in the house who will also make the effort,
00:42:27.240 but hopefully we don't get there. Hopefully Josh Hawley will step up and strip the provision from the
00:42:32.620 bill. Yeah. I'm not so sure. I like this five year, but anyway, the, the, I want to strip the whole
00:42:38.920 thing out. Uh, you're gonna be back with us in the, in the five to seven hour, uh, maybe even
00:42:43.860 right shotgun with me. This is how important it is. Uh, where do people go? Your, your, your writings
00:42:48.040 are amazing. You're changing the arc of this narrative on all things AI. Where do people go,
00:42:53.500 sir? Um, I would actually just encourage people to go to their phones and call their senators, uh,
00:43:02.100 especially in Missouri with Josh Hawley hit Grace Chong's bill blaster or Mike Davis's
00:43:08.720 article, uh, three P, uh, and just reach out and pressure these guys to strip that provision,
00:43:15.620 to strip the 10 year or five year moratorium from the bill entirely. Yeah. Perfect. See you back
00:43:23.480 here. Five to seven. Thank you very much, Steve. See that good work down in Texas. That's Patriot

00:44:54.380 Remember Glenn story. The team are fighting the good fight down in Texas. Now it's time to make
00:44:59.000 the switch. You don't need to understand, or you'd already understand that they, uh, they support your

00:45:08.820 railhead of the MAGA movement and the folks fighting it more than ever are, uh, from being taken away
00:45:14.520 because we lose Texas. You're going to lose the country as goes, Texas. So goes the nation as goes,
00:45:20.120 the nation. So goes the world. That's how important Texas is. 972 Patriot go and make the switch today.
00:45:26.020 You'll talk to an American citizen and walking through all the services they have, uh, at Patriot
00:45:31.420 mobile. You'll love it. You'll love the phone service. Jillian Barbary, more than ever people,
00:45:36.680 the, the debt on credit cards, 1.3 trillion dollars. Think 10% is non-performing. There's so
00:45:41.700 many people out there and this is what they're trying to do. Same with the tax thing. They put the
00:45:45.900 letter from the credit card company in the, in the drawer. They don't look at the thing. It's not
00:45:49.680 going to go away. There are people that can step in immediately and represent you to negotiate,
00:45:54.340 to, to cap the fees, to maybe get your lower interest rates, to take off even maybe some
00:45:58.920 of the face amount. These people are professionals in doing it. This is an industry and it's an industry
00:46:04.100 where you need the best people to represent you. You can't go this alone. That's one of the reasons
00:46:07.940 you're so, you got so much anxiety. Uh, Jillian, why should it be the done with dead people? You've,
00:46:13.840 you've, they've saved your life. Essentially. Why should you use done with debt, ma'am?
00:46:19.060 These people are skilled negotiators. They are incredible at what they do. And essentially,
00:46:26.100 once you get ahold of them, because a lot of people are in debt and as Steve, you mentioned,
00:46:31.920 they just want to make it go away by ignoring it. And that we know does not work. In fact,
00:46:37.240 it gets a lot worse when you do that. So what done with debt will do once you reach out to them,
00:46:42.780 go to done with debt.com. They assigned to you, uh, essentially a team of skilled negotiators who
00:46:48.980 will work for you, getting you back on track, but you've got to get ahead of the game. And why,
00:46:56.380 what does this mean? It means do it today. Don't wait till tomorrow. Do not pay another bill until
00:47:02.900 you get ahold of done with debt. And essentially all of the harassing phone calls and the, and the mail
00:47:09.920 that you've been getting, uh, will stop. They will put an end to it right away. And then they start
00:47:16.220 with your, uh, negotiating. That means talking to the banking institutions, talking to, uh, credit card
00:47:23.080 companies. And some of these, uh, places already have in, in, in, in state already, they can do pennies
00:47:31.680 on the dollar for you. They will help get your, uh, funds back into your own pocket where they
00:47:39.140 belong. They'll get you back on track, but it doesn't start without you. You have to get ahold of
00:47:45.500 them. And once you do go to done with debt.com, it starts immediately. No waiting. That happened for
00:47:52.740 me. You know, when you're just, you've got disease, divorce, debt, everything's climbing up,
00:47:59.540 happened to me all at once. And regardless of your situation, it's not like people are out there,
00:48:04.380 you know, spending extravagantly. They're just trying to make ends meet. And, uh, in doing so
00:48:10.720 you get behind that, that eight ball and boom, it just, it's like a mountain that falls on you.
00:48:16.180 So, uh, that's what they're there for. They're skilled negotiators, and they're going to help you
00:48:22.020 get back on track to financial freedom. Sorry. My lens is so, uh, that's, that's okay. It's one of
00:48:30.900 those. Hold it. I thought we were talking, I thought we were talking to Carrie Lake. I'm just
00:48:34.880 kidding. Jillian, how do people, how do people get to done with debt? How, where they go right now to
00:48:41.680 talk to a professional done with debt? You got, they go to a done with debt.com. That's the simplest
00:48:48.100 way. And you can, uh, you'll get your first, uh, consultation for free. You can see what
00:48:54.100 they're all about. Go look at the, the reviews of people that have, you know, how long it's taken
00:48:58.420 them, how happier they are. They've gotten their life back on track. It really, you'll see some of
00:49:03.860 the statements that have been, uh, that are on the website and people are just amazed that it can be
00:49:10.500 done and it can't, it just takes you. It can't be done. Do not pay another bill until you go to
00:49:15.840 done with that.com. The, the credit card companies want to get this cleaned up too.
00:49:20.720 That's why the, that's why they will negotiate. Jillian Barbary, you were saved by him. Thank
00:49:24.500 you so much for coming on and sharing that with the Warren posse. You bet. Folks now more than ever
