Transcript

00:00:00.000 One of the reasons, other than my support for President Trump, that I came out from behind my desk, and I had a pretty good life, and I wanted to come out and really tell people that I was worried about an impending financial calamity, given the high levels of government spending that were leading to high levels of government debt.
00:00:23.360 So what we are doing, on one side, the president is reordering trade. On the other side, we are shedding excess labor in the federal government and bringing down federal borrowings. And then on the other side, that will give us the labor that we need for the new manufacturing, and we're going to relever the private sector.
00:00:51.280 So the private sector, in essence, has been in recession during the Biden years. And this is an opportunity to right-size the federal government and unleash the private sector again, because it's been hemmed down by excessive regulation, and it's been crowded out by the government.
00:01:10.260 We are under your direction. We're reprivatizing the economy. We're bringing down government spending. We're bringing down excess employment in the government sector. On the other side, we're going to releverage the banking system.
00:01:22.780 We're going to have all the new manufacturing jobs, so everyone who's laid off from the government will have an opportunity to go into the private sector, and that is going to lead to disinflation.
00:01:35.260 Inflation is under control. We're going to get the affordability crisis fixed.
00:01:39.620 So lower energy, deregulation, more private sector jobs that will naturally get interest rates down, interest rates down, mortgage rates are down almost every week since January 20th.
00:01:53.940 The energy costs are down about 15 percent. Crude oil is down about 15 percent.
00:01:59.420 And as we keep that going, interest rates are going to keep declining.
00:02:03.880 It'll be good for mortgages. It'll be good for credit card debt. It'll be great for auto loans.
00:02:09.620 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:02:17.120 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:02:22.340 You're just not going to get a free shot at all these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it.
00:02:28.520 I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:02:33.900 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:02:36.600 Mega media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:02:44.100 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:02:47.840 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:02:54.040 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:02:57.460 It's Wednesday, 2 July in the year of our Lord, 2025.
00:03:08.340 There's a very dramatic activity on the floor of the House as the big, beautiful bill.
00:03:14.140 Actually, they try to pass an amendment to a rule and then pass the rule, so they actually vote on the bill and debate it tonight.
00:03:19.760 And I imagine they're going to try to go through the night.
00:03:23.860 Officials from the White House have just gone and briefed certain members of the House Freedom Caucus.
00:03:27.420 Ross Vogt's been down there. I think he's back now at OMB.
00:03:31.420 We're honored to have the Secretary of Treasury, Scott Besant, with us.
00:03:35.280 Mr. Secretary, I think it was about a year ago, April, May of 2024, you made the statement here on the show that, hey, I think this is the last chance we'll ever have, the country will ever have, to have a supply-side solution to the economic and financial problems of the country.
00:03:54.600 My belief is that's gotten kind of lost here in the last couple of days as the Senate dealt with this bill and now the House deals with this bill.
00:04:02.680 You have all this discussion about structural changes in the out years and CBO.
00:04:06.760 I think people have lost the plot.
00:04:08.680 This is about growth.
00:04:09.640 It was always about growth and about growth that grows faster than the deficits, faster than debt, and gets you on the plan to go from 6 percent deficit to GDP down to 3.
00:04:19.840 Can you just step back for a second and walk us through with the overall economic and financial plan that is embodied, manifested in this piece of legislation that we're trying to get pushed over the coal line either late tonight or tomorrow, sir?
00:04:35.580 Steve, good to see you, and it's good to be on because the War Room audience is my favorite audience, so I miss being on.
00:04:43.420 And you hit the nail on the head.
00:04:45.620 This is a growth agenda.
00:04:48.540 As I said last year, I was really worried that the economy, the Democrats, were tying the economy down.
00:04:56.220 It was kind of like Gulliver and the Little Pugetians.
00:04:59.340 And the more they did, the more they regulated.
00:05:02.400 We were never going to be able to grow our way out of this.
00:05:05.900 And I'm going to focus on tax.
00:05:08.740 But as I've said before, President Trump's economic agenda is a three-legged stool, so trade, tax, and deregulation.
00:05:19.260 And on Friday, I think we made great progress in the House today.
00:05:24.760 And I've got to say, these Freedom Caucus congressmen and a couple of senators have reset the center of gravity in terms of the spending.
00:05:36.860 They're holding people's feet to the fire.
00:05:40.040 And I think that we are going to have economic growth like we haven't seen before.
00:05:46.760 And here, this bill has something for everybody.
00:05:52.480 But one of the main parts is the 2017 Tax Cuts and Job Act that was 100% expensing of capital goods.
00:06:03.500 So we've added 100% expensing for factories and agricultural structures.
00:06:10.880 So we're going to have this boom in the country that it could be growth like we haven't seen since post-World War II, since the 1890s, at least back to the 1990s.
00:06:26.220 And we are making the U.S. the best destination for capital.
00:06:32.260 You're going to have tax certainty because we're never going to have to listen to this twaddle again that these are the biggest tax cuts in history.
00:06:40.120 Because it's going to become the baseline.
00:06:45.020 They are permanent.
00:06:46.620 And the power of this permanence and giving people certainty, I think, is going to drive a lot of growth.
00:06:53.840 So we're going to have tax certainty, cheap energy, and we are going to deregulate and make it possible for long-term projects for private sector and the public sector to do what we should be doing in terms of our long-term electricity needs, our fossil fuel needs, for businesses to be able to have great certainty and make long-term investments.
00:07:20.540 You make a good point that I think is lost on people.
00:07:25.320 I want to go through it right now that if you look at Biden with the massive spending they had and the huge deficits, the real economy, the actual – if you took out the federal spending, the economy was in a recession and had been in a recession.
00:07:36.940 One of the things you said you and President Trump were focused on doing was reprivatizing the American economy.
00:07:42.820 Can you explain that to folks, what that means?
00:07:46.580 Yeah, it means the pulling down – exactly as you just said, pulling down this government spending and letting the private sector take over.
00:07:55.200 The private sector got crowded out.
00:07:57.280 And I was with – on Friday, I was with the Senate Republicans at lunch and one of the senators said, you know, I used to be in the luxury car business and I'll tell you that my biggest clients were the people who were feeding off the IRA and the Green New Deal.
00:08:23.240 And they would come in to my showrooms and they were buying Porsches, Maseratis, Rolls Royces, and they were laughing at everybody in Congress and how much money they had taken.
00:08:35.140 So like these subsidies and – these are just stranded assets that are going nowhere.
00:08:42.540 One of the biggest – as I said, I had very good conversations with the Freedom Caucus members yesterday.
00:08:48.820 I'm sure that they are going to get to yes on behalf of the president, on behalf of the American people.
00:08:58.220 But I told them one of the biggest changes between the House and the Senate was the House – when the bill left the House, full expensing for factory equipment, farm equipment, any business equipment was only for five years.
00:09:13.680 The Senate made it permanent, so that was probably another $400 billion scoring over the 10-year window.
00:09:22.440 And I said, guys, you know what?
00:09:25.100 If this were some dead-end government spending program, I would be the first to raise my hand.
00:09:31.840 This is sound economics.
00:09:33.480 So I believe that we are going to see business resurgence.
00:09:39.580 President Trump has talked about the trillions of trillions of dollars that want to come in from overseas.
00:09:45.120 I have been out on the road.
00:09:47.380 I've been meeting with business leaders.
00:09:49.080 And they've all been waiting to start their CapEx until they have the certainty that they're going to know here.
00:09:56.780 So I think this could be a private sector boom like we haven't seen in years.
00:10:02.100 And that's what it was structured for.
00:10:05.620 You've got full-spectrum energy dominance to lower energy costs.
00:10:09.540 You've got the changing in commercial relationships internationally with the tariffs or trade deals.
00:10:13.960 Either we'll reshore the factories here and get the tax revenue from production here and from incomes here, or we'll get the $300 billion to $400 billion.
00:10:23.320 Even CBO is forecasting.
00:10:25.420 You'll get over and above that on tariffs.
00:10:28.020 You have massive deregulation, deconstruction of the administrative state.
00:10:30.920 All of it comes together in one package.
00:10:33.020 And here's the thing I like.
00:10:34.520 President Trump already has a track record of hitting 2.8%.
00:10:37.940 That was the average over his first three years before the bioweapon from China hit us.
00:10:42.220 But people forget the fourth quarter of 2019 was 3.4%.
00:10:46.280 He had hit surge.
00:10:47.820 You know, he had hit the surge.
00:10:49.280 He had hit the inflection point.
00:10:50.420 Is that the type of thing that you're anticipating here where you've got all these things coming together?
00:10:55.300 And it's going to take a while, obviously, to pull it together.
00:10:58.180 But you see that we could get growth north of 3% again?
00:11:01.680 Because if the United States doesn't get the 3% growth, the project itself doesn't overall work, correct?
00:11:07.720 It doesn't.
00:11:10.360 But I am confident that we can.
00:11:13.100 And, Steve, I know you want to focus on the one big, beautiful bill today.
00:11:17.400 But I will say one of the things that President Trump has done with this trade agenda that no one has noticed yet, and it's going to become very obvious we're going to start talking about it, for 20 years, 30 years, 40 years, the trade negotiators were willing to sacrifice the manufacturing base.
00:11:39.020 Okay, we want, as your friend Larry Fink said, in a good quote, capitalism without guardrails.
00:11:49.480 We want capitalism without guardrails.
00:11:51.380 We'll lose our manufacturing sector.
00:11:53.800 We will not have any tariffs.
00:11:55.820 But in return, we will sell you ag.
00:11:58.840 So there was this false choice between manufacturing and ag.
00:12:04.920 And the trade deals now, because President Trump was very aggressive with the Liberation Day tariffs, we are getting a tariff wall up that is going to help our manufacturing sector.
00:12:20.020 And part of our trade negotiations is selling the mag.
00:12:23.800 So it is possible, President Trump has shown, and we are going to reap the benefits that we are going to get both.
00:12:30.720 We are going to have a revitalized precision manufacturing sector with good, high-paying jobs that allow families to save for the future, own homes, and the agricultural sector is going to do great.
00:12:44.640 With the announcement of the Vietnam deal today, corn, soybeans are up 2% or 3%.
00:12:50.560 So what had happened in the past is over, and both sectors are going to do well.
00:12:58.520 The capital markets right now are looking at this and are responding.
00:13:04.380 Equity markets, S&P 500, reaching all-time highs.
00:13:08.180 The bond market looks like they're accepting this, in fact, maybe even welcoming this.
00:13:13.220 Ten-year treasuries are down.
00:13:15.060 Credit spreads are tight.
00:13:17.360 It looks like we're going to go to Brazil here next to Philip Patrick.
00:13:20.620 But you've a little bit chop-blocked the global south in their efforts to get off the dollar.
00:13:24.320 Do you agree with that, the capital markets are receiving, the more they understand about the big, beautiful bill, they like what they see?
00:13:31.780 Steve, 35 years in the markets, markets live in the future.
00:13:37.300 And occasionally markets panic.
00:13:39.180 We had this huge panic right after Liberation Day, up from, say, April 2nd to April 9th.
00:13:47.060 After that, we had the fastest recovery, fastest recovery in stock market history for a 15% drawdown.
00:13:56.020 I believe it was 54 days.
00:13:57.960 We'd never seen that before because a bunch of folks in New York who didn't like tariffs panicked.
00:14:05.600 The market now sees through this and sees how good this is going to be for the economy.
00:14:12.200 The one big, beautiful bill is going to power us.
00:14:16.720 And back to your point, not only did we have, by the fourth quarter of 2019, did we have the high growth level.
00:14:26.140 It was not inflationary growth.
00:14:27.760 So the inflation level for President Trump's first term was around 2% right at the Federal Reserve target.
00:14:35.620 And we're on our way back there.
00:14:38.180 And this false narrative on the tariff inflation, that was really the dog that didn't bark.
00:14:46.400 Dog that didn't bark.
00:14:47.980 I know you got to bounce the Warren Posse.
00:14:51.400 It's so glad to see you back.
00:14:53.100 Good luck tonight to get the bill passed.
00:14:55.100 Thank you, sir.
00:14:56.460 Good to see you.
00:14:57.760 Good to see you.
00:15:27.760 This transition won't not happen overnight.
00:15:30.680 But trust me, it's going to start in Rio.
00:15:33.520 The Rio Reset in July marks a pivotal moment when BRICS objectives move decisively from a theoretical possibility towards an inevitable reality.
00:15:43.720 Learn if diversifying your savings into gold is right for you.

00:16:13.400 And the Rio Reset.
00:16:15.840 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898.
00:16:20.580 Do it today.
00:16:21.840 That's the Rio Reset.
00:16:23.620 Text Bannon at 989898 and do it today.
00:16:27.860 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:32.840 I want to thank Secretary Bez.
00:16:35.120 I know he's extremely busy to come back and join.
00:16:37.820 He loves the war and posse.
00:16:38.960 We promise we're going to commit to game one more frequently now.
00:16:43.300 So, massive, massive fight on the hill right now to get the big, beautiful bill through the House.
00:16:50.220 Even get it up as a rule.
00:16:51.220 So, that's going on and barely.
00:16:53.000 And the question gets to be, how do you say you're going to vote for a rule and not the bill?
00:16:58.160 But people say they're not going to vote for the bill.
00:16:59.660 We're going to try to get that all clear here in the 5 o'clock hour.
00:17:03.040 Another bombshell.
00:17:04.020 A federal judge.
00:17:05.000 I know this is going to shock the audience.
00:17:06.420 A federal judge has just announced they're barring.
00:17:09.960 They're putting on a ruling.
00:17:10.760 A federal judge is barring.
00:17:12.440 The federal judge bars Trump's Trump administration from expelling asylum seekers.
00:17:17.660 The judge ruled that the president cannot create, quote, an alternative immigration system, unquote, that tramples unexisting federal law.
00:17:27.220 Mike Davis, this is big enough that we sound the alarm.
00:17:30.180 We're tracking down Mike Davis.
00:17:31.300 He will join us here momentarily.
00:17:33.340 Make sure you go to Birchgold.
00:17:34.440 Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
00:17:38.120 The end of the dollar empire.
00:17:39.800 Get up to speed, all this debt ceiling, debt, deficits, canes, all of it, how it relates to the U.S. dollar, which is the prime reserve currency.
00:17:49.420 The entire world revolves around the U.S. dollar, and that directly affects your financial situation.
00:17:56.200 Understand how gold has been a hedge against this since the beginning of time.
00:17:59.980 And actually, since so much of the bad stuff has happened to us since 1971 when Nixon took us off really the gold standard, the convertibility into gold.
00:18:09.840 Understand that.
00:18:11.060 It's not about the price.
00:18:12.180 It's the process of how you get the price, and that's what Birchgold and the worm will teach you.
00:18:16.480 Go to the day in Philip Patrick.
00:18:17.620 Philip, we just had the Secretary of Treasury on Ufollow.
00:18:21.520 You're actually down in Brazil.
00:18:22.760 This is a very big deal, and here's the reason.
00:18:24.720 The – I think, and this is my interpretation, they may be off of instituting an alternative plan now, but the rumblings of the BRICS nations has getting louder every day.
00:18:39.200 And it's not just the big, beautiful bill and some of the deficit financing.
00:18:42.180 This is really kind of now forming into a block that is a geopolitical unit of the global south that controls most of the resources in the world, and they want their own currency.
00:18:53.400 So walk us through – you're down there.
00:18:55.920 You're going to be bringing it all to us over the next couple of days.
00:18:58.380 What's your sense as you've arrived there?
00:19:01.660 Yeah, great.
00:19:02.880 First of all, thanks for having me on.
00:19:04.740 It's a great city.
00:19:06.060 It's young.
00:19:06.700 It's energetic.
00:19:07.600 You can feel the potential.
00:19:09.680 Walking off the airplane, you understood immediately what a big deal this meeting was.
00:19:15.420 Literally getting off the plane, signs for BRICS 2025 plastered with their slogan,
00:19:21.140 sovereignty, stability, and solidarity, that's not subtle, right?
00:19:27.080 This is a rejection of Western financial control.
00:19:31.200 Anecdotally, I've only been here for a bit.
00:19:33.100 We've got some big meetings lined up throughout this week.
00:19:36.740 But just anecdotally, I remember coming here 20 years ago, and everyone from street vendors
00:19:42.820 to taxi drivers were desperate for any other currencies, euro, pound sterling, obviously dollars.
00:19:48.180 I tried to pay a street vendor with a $20 bill last night, and the guy just looked at me
00:19:53.180 and shook his head.
00:19:55.240 Look, I think the feeling on the ground, at least in Brazil, they viewed the dollar's role
00:20:00.460 as, you know, sort of global role as a form of financial colonization.
00:20:04.840 And I think a general feeling is that they've outgrown the dollar's dominance or dependence
00:20:09.980 on the dollar.
00:20:11.340 Lula said it two years ago.
00:20:12.780 He goes to sleep every night wondering why the dollar is the standard for global trade,
00:20:17.660 and it's bleeding onto the streets now.
00:20:21.840 Hold it.
00:20:22.440 Hang on.
00:20:22.820 You actually gave a street vendor a $20,000, and he didn't have change for it.
00:20:28.000 He wanted another currency.
00:20:30.680 He wanted Brazil.
00:20:31.220 That is the worst.
00:20:32.500 That's the equivalent of Joe Kennedy going to Wall Street, getting out of the subway,
00:20:36.780 and the guys, the guys, the shoeshine guys were sitting there talking about the stocks
00:20:40.360 they were trading, he went up and sold all his stocks and saved his empire from collapse
00:20:45.040 on the Great Depression, right, on Black Thursday or Black Monday.
00:20:50.580 So a street vendor said, I can't, I'm not taking a $20,000?
00:20:54.100 He looked at me, she looked confused as to why I was even offering it.
00:20:58.780 I was blown away, Steve.
00:21:00.160 Really, I was.
00:21:01.160 It was crazy.
00:21:03.060 That's worth all, by the way, that's worth all the analysis in the world.
00:21:05.840 And that right there, it shows you these people are, go back and give me the three slogans
00:21:11.940 that are there for the BRICS conference when you walk off the plane.
00:21:17.360 What does it say?
00:21:19.120 Sovereignty, stability, and solidarity.
00:21:21.940 It was frightening to see it like that, honestly.
00:21:26.940 Sovereignty, stability.
00:21:28.000 No, but this is a movement.
00:21:30.340 This is something so powerful.
00:21:32.060 This is a geopolitical movement of the global south that thinks, quite frankly, the industrial
00:21:37.220 democracies have peaked, have seen their day, and they understand the importance of somehow
00:21:43.760 getting a basket of currencies or something.
00:21:46.960 And if they can point to a gold certificate or anything related to gold, because their central
00:21:52.140 banks are all buying gold nonstop to make sure that they're not stuck with the dollar,
00:21:56.940 to be able to then have what they feel is their sovereignty back.
00:22:02.380 Is that correct?
00:22:04.200 Yeah, it's exactly correct.
00:22:05.640 It's exactly correct.
00:22:06.720 And the idea isn't another currency, right?
00:22:09.880 Look, we've gone that.
00:22:12.700 Central banks around the world can all print currency.
00:22:15.260 In terms of availability, in terms of liquidity, there is no currency that can rival the U.S.
00:22:20.820 dollar, right?
00:22:21.540 So I've said it before, but forgive the expression, the dollar is still the tallest midget in the
00:22:26.780 room.
00:22:27.620 But when Biden first froze and then seized Russia's dollar deposit, he shattered the world's trust
00:22:33.580 in the dollar as a reliable asset.
00:22:35.940 The BRICS don't trust one government, I would say, more than the U.S.
00:22:40.020 They don't even really trust each other.
00:22:42.100 But I think a big part of the Rio Reset is moving away from currencies, creating mechanisms
00:22:48.040 and procedures to settle trade balances in gold bullion rather than currency.
00:22:53.520 China don't want rubles.
00:22:54.860 India don't want Brazilian reals.
00:22:58.300 The big picture, I think, the Rio Reset's not about replacing the dollar with another unbacked
00:23:03.520 currency.
00:23:04.320 The world has 200 of those already.
00:23:06.800 It's about building a system that doesn't rely on any single nation.
00:23:11.420 Gold is politically agnostic.
00:23:13.720 It's universally valued and trusted.
00:23:15.780 But we as Americans, we've dominated that financial system.
00:23:19.820 We've got the most to lose.
00:23:22.980 Hang on.
00:23:23.760 Hang on.
00:23:24.180 That's a blockbuster.
00:23:25.700 Rewind that and walk me through there for a second.
00:23:27.640 I find that fascinating.
00:23:28.440 You're saying that you think the underpinning current here is that not to take the effort
00:23:35.260 to try to do what they've talked to Chinese finance ministers trying to push the yuan with
00:23:39.800 some sort of gold backing.
00:23:40.720 You think the smart guys are going to say, hey, why don't we just disintermediate the
00:23:45.060 whole thing of currency out of the way, get the West out of the way, and go right to
00:23:49.800 back to at least doing it with gold bullion?
00:23:52.700 Is that what you're saying?
00:23:54.580 Yeah.
00:23:54.860 Look, they've created systems that are up and running today, right?
00:23:59.200 Enbridge is a platform that's actively making cross-border payments using local currencies.
00:24:05.060 So I think the idea now is to dilute the dollar's share of international trade, use global currencies,
00:24:11.960 and then settle those trades with gold.
00:24:14.800 Gold becomes the savings account where U.S. debt used to be.
00:24:19.320 Okay, so now you've just made the smartest pitch ever for why people have to understand gold
00:24:28.940 and have to understand why it's been a hedge against fiat currencies since the beginning
00:24:33.340 of fiat currencies.
00:24:34.980 How do people do that?
00:24:36.060 What's your best recommendation?
00:24:37.280 Because we want to make sure, and we want to get the most out of your trip with this audience.
00:24:40.640 It's extraordinary that your team is down there.
00:24:43.220 We think it's fantastic.
00:24:44.360 This is the most important financial meeting of the year, maybe of many years, and it's
00:24:49.760 happening at the same time as the great, big, beautiful bill is grinding its way through
00:24:54.380 the legislative branch, and you saw the Secretary of Treasury making the pitch, as you and I have
00:25:00.500 talked many times before, about the supply-side nature of this and the production-side nature.
00:25:05.200 So where do people go, and how can you guys help at Birch Gold to make sure they understand
00:25:10.380 gold, not the price of gold, but the process of what drives the value of gold?
00:25:16.760 You're absolutely, by the way, I've stolen that line from you.
00:25:19.620 I use it with customers all the time because I think it's absolutely spot on.
00:25:23.180 It's very simple.
00:25:24.220 They need to get the information.
00:25:25.700 We are seeking it and putting it out as often as we can.
00:25:30.260 So it's birchgold.com forward slash Bannon.
00:25:33.280 Again, birchgold.com forward slash Bannon.
00:25:36.040 That'll get them access to a ton of information, current stuff happening in Rio.
00:25:40.380 How and why to invest in precious metals, and very importantly, the end of the dollar empire.
00:25:45.860 They can also text Bannon to 989898.
00:25:49.780 We'll be here, as you said, for the week.
00:25:52.220 We've got some really good interviews lined up.
00:25:54.800 So we'll have a lot of good information coming out.
00:25:57.420 Hopefully, I'll be back on to let everyone know.
00:26:00.140 But birchgold.com forward slash Bannon, or they can get me at Philip Patrick on Getter.
00:26:05.260 Philip, thank you so much.
00:26:09.800 Great to have you on here.
00:26:11.000 Great to have you follow the Secretary of Treasury.
00:26:14.140 Philip Patrick.
00:26:14.400 That's my own.
00:26:15.240 He's that important, I think.
00:26:17.360 No, it's – you've done such a great job of informing President Trump's base about the reality of all this.
00:26:23.940 It's gone a long way to make sure people are backing his economic programs.
00:26:27.920 Mike Davis is by phone, and Mike, I'm going to ask you to hold through because we're not going to be able to get through it.
00:26:33.120 A bombshell ruling.
00:26:34.760 Brother, I thought we were past these.
00:26:37.280 I guess what just happened, sir, with a federal judge that just put the brakes on President Trump's deportation program?
00:26:44.000 Yeah, we have another Democrat activist judge, this time D.C. Obama judge Randolph Marks, telling the President of the United States that he needs to reopen the border and let in the flood of fake asylum seekers who came into our country.
00:27:05.480 Apparently, 20 million fake asylum seekers during President Biden wasn't enough for this Obama judge, Randolph Moss.
00:27:15.640 And so he's telling the President of the United States that he is no longer the commander in chief, apparently.
00:27:22.160 He can no longer secure our border.
00:27:25.320 He can no longer repel this invasion of our border.
00:27:28.680 These judges have forged the legitimacy of the Supreme Court of the United States and the lower federal courts.
00:27:37.560 The Supreme Court just ruled 6-3 that these judges cannot issue these nationwide injunctions.
00:27:46.320 And here we are a week later, less than a week later, and this Judge Randolph Moss, this D.C. Obama judge, is saying,
00:27:55.180 OK, we're not going to do nationwide injunctions.
00:27:58.680 He's just going to certify a class of every asylum seeker in the world and say that every asylum seeker in the world is a class under this lawsuit.
00:28:11.820 And therefore, they're in, that Obama, that Biden needs to let down them.
00:28:17.260 Hang on. Hang on one second.
00:28:19.280 I'll take a break.
00:28:19.960 Mike Davis warned us about this on the day of the Supreme Court.
00:28:22.900 It's come true next in the war room.
00:28:27.080 You missed the IRS tax deadline.
00:28:30.440 You think it's just going to go away?
00:28:31.820 Well, think again.
00:28:33.640 The IRS doesn't mess around, and they're applying pressure like we haven't seen in years.
00:28:38.360 So if you haven't filed in a while, even if you can't pay, don't wait.
00:28:43.440 And don't face the IRS alone.

00:29:42.600 Do it today.
00:29:43.580 Do not let this thing get ahead of you.
00:29:46.680 Do it today.
00:29:47.160 Okay, folks, while we have this battle royale on the hill about the big, beautiful bill and trying to get it passed, you heard the Secretary of the Treasury.
00:30:01.500 You've got this other huge fight that's going to take place down in Rio de Janeiro where the third world or the global south, as is now called the resource-rich global south, I think is going to put a shot across the bow of the industrial democracies on this.
00:30:18.080 The centerpiece – and actually at the White House today, Mike, they were arguing – they're arguing for the guys on the hill to say, look, if everything else, the centerpiece of this and centerpiece of President Trump's program is the sealing of the border in the mass deportations.
00:30:33.380 This is what they're arguing about, the big, beautiful bill, because I think it's got $150 billion in there to build the wall, secure the – keep the troops down there, secure it, get ICE working, get Border Patrol working, and build the logistics systems like things like –
00:30:47.360 Although it's a state level, like Alligator Alcatraz to basically start shipping these bad hombres and the other hombres home.
00:30:55.480 And now a federal judge in D.C., which I thought used to be the – Southern District was the finance – prestigious finance thing for the judiciary.
00:31:05.220 D.C. was for government.
00:31:06.360 You have another wild man actually come out a week after the Supreme Court and give a class to the asylum seekers, which is between 10 and 20 million that came here illegally in the Biden regime, sir.
00:31:21.460 Yeah, this is an insane and unacceptable ruling by this D.C. Obama judge, Randolph Moss.
00:31:31.900 Just last week, the Supreme Court ruled that these activist judges cannot issue nationwide injunction.
00:31:39.840 It is very clear.
00:31:41.100 This judge, Randolph Moss, today, tried to get around that by saying, oh, I'm not issuing a nationwide injunction.
00:31:47.740 I am certifying a class of every asylum seeker on the planet and saying that President Trump cannot keep these asylum seekers out of America.
00:32:00.180 Essentially, Randolph Moss thinks he's going to overturn the last election, overturn the will of the American people,
00:32:08.600 and sabotage the president's core Article II executive power as commander-in-chief to protect our country from a foreign invasion.
00:32:16.800 This is unacceptable.
00:32:17.640 The Supreme Court just said these judges can't do this.
00:32:20.880 This judge turns around, does an opinion today, ignoring the Supreme Court, saying it's not a nationwide injunction.
00:32:31.020 This is a class certification, even though he did not go through any of the steps required for class certification.
00:32:38.820 And to certify an entire class of every asylum seeker on the planet is absolutely insane.
00:32:45.980 This needs to get appealed immediately to the D.C. circuit.
00:32:50.440 The D.C. circuit has become lost to Obama and Biden judges.
00:32:56.120 Hopefully, they'll get a three-judge panel that stops this.
00:33:00.960 But that could go unblocked, meaning the full D.C. circuit, all the active judges on the D.C. circuit could take the case.
00:33:08.600 And then that's dominated by Democrats.
00:33:11.140 And so this is going to come up to the Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, who's the circuit justice to the D.C. circuit.
00:33:19.780 It could get referred to the full court.
00:33:21.900 But I'll tell you, to John Roberts, we've been warning you for months that you have to get your judicial house in order, that these activist judges are not operating in good faith.
00:33:33.660 And this is Exhibit A with this D.C. Obama judge, Randolph Moss, who is clearly ignoring the Supreme Court's order last week, that these activist judges cannot issue nationwide injunctions.
00:33:46.000 This guy is effectively doing this worldwide.
00:33:48.700 Well, a couple things.
00:33:52.740 Number one, when you certify a class, is he saying that everybody that claims their asylum seeker, everybody that came here, the 10 to 20 million right now is like a protected class, and they will move through some legal procedure as a class?
00:34:07.640 Is that what he's saying?
00:34:10.520 Under Rule 23, the full rules of civil procedure, you have certification.
00:34:15.560 And your classes, when you are certifying a class of plaintiffs, that means that their claims are all the same, are essentially all the same.
00:34:25.780 That's not the case here.
00:34:26.880 You have different people who are claiming asylum from different countries for different reasons, right?
00:34:33.540 And so even if he did go through the Rule 23 class certification, which he did not properly go through that process, clearly, he just did it by fiats.
00:34:44.360 Even if he did that, he committed reversible legal error by doing this.
00:34:49.480 They're not all the same.
00:34:50.600 They're not similarly situated plaintiffs.
00:34:57.300 So the Supreme Court's gone, right?
00:35:01.940 I mean, they've blown it down yesterday or Monday.
00:35:05.480 They're gone, and that's sacrosanct.
00:35:07.300 We're not going to see them back to the first Monday in October.
00:35:09.900 How does this get – did they get called back?
00:35:11.920 Because this is that big.
00:35:13.280 Because the appellate – the D.C. appellate court is so radical, they're going to back this up.
00:35:18.480 Then you're going to have to go to the Supreme Court on some emergency docket.
00:35:20.920 Did they do that just by briefings?
00:35:22.540 Or you have to – isn't this something that's going to require an oral argument, sir?
00:35:27.620 What I think will happen, I think this judge, if I'm reading this correctly, he's saying his order will take effect in 14 days.
00:35:34.620 So that gives them 14 days to get to the D.C. circuit, and hopefully the D.C. circuit will get to the right result.
00:35:41.220 If not, then the Solicitor General of the United States, John Sauer, will file an emergency petition on the emergency docket of the Supreme Court.
00:35:50.360 And I – you know, the Supreme Court justices work until the end of June, and they take two months off.
00:35:57.620 Well, they're going to be working this summer because they failed to get their judicial activist in line.
00:36:05.620 They failed to get their judicial house in order, and now this sabotage continues.
00:36:11.380 It used to be through nationwide injunctions.
00:36:14.200 Now it's through bogus class certifications worldwide of every asylum seeker in the world is part of this class apparently.
00:36:21.820 So, you know, I mean this is the problem with the Supreme Court.
00:36:26.920 If the Supreme Court – if they would have just put their foot down many, many months ago, as we said on your show many times, if they would have slapped down these activist judges many months ago, we would not be dealing with this.
00:36:39.920 No, Mike, I remember saying this, that by June 30th, by the end of the session, they had to really – particularly Roberts had to force the issue of so many things about the president's Article II powers, particularly the powers as commander-in-chief to repel the invasion.
00:36:58.620 This is the exact way it is.
00:37:00.020 And the guy basically waits until the court ends, and Roberts hasn't done anything, and he drops a bomb.
00:37:05.500 He was waiting for this.
00:37:06.660 I mean it's so obvious that Roberts didn't step into this and force this because we said it will be a long, hot summer.
00:37:14.000 This is going to be – this is not going to be taken care of.
00:37:18.080 The office of the president is not going to be reinforced, and you're going to have a long, hot summer because you have not come in and really backed him on his Article II powers.
00:37:26.300 That's what this is, right?
00:37:27.300 This is a power play by a judiciary that's still – and Amy Coney Barrett's rings in your ears – an imperial judiciary, sir.
00:37:36.660 Yeah, this – and by the way, this is not illegal immigration that's coming across our border.
00:37:44.040 This is not Immigration and Nationality Act, right?
00:37:47.800 This is a foreign invasion.
00:37:49.800 The president of the United States has the constitutional power and the constitutional duty to repel an invasion of our country.
00:37:59.900 And Joe Biden let in 20 million illegal aliens, foreign invaders into our country, including fighting-age men under the pretext of asylum seekers.
00:38:11.700 These are fighting-age men.
00:38:13.840 Where the hell are their wife and kids, right?
00:38:16.240 They're persecuted so much they left their wife and kids at home.
00:38:20.880 And when they are marching for weeks through Mexico with safe passage, they couldn't stop there after they were free from their third country, from their BS asylum claim.
00:38:34.520 They kept coming to invade America.
00:38:37.640 And then the Supreme Court and the lower federal courts let this happen for four years.
00:38:42.160 The Supreme Court in 2023, in an opinion written by Justice Brett Kavanaugh, said that the governors didn't have standing to stop this invasion, right?
00:38:52.180 So here we are two years later, and President Trump is trying to do what he promised American voters what he would do,
00:38:59.920 his constitutional duty as commander-in-chief, and it's to get these foreign invaders the hell out of our country.
00:39:05.760 And we have these activist Democrat judges and these weak sister justices on the Supreme Court who have allowed this to happen.
00:39:16.120 They are violating we the people.
00:39:19.220 We have the sovereign power.
00:39:22.820 And the most fundamental sovereign power is controlling our border and controlling our populace.
00:39:29.680 We never gave that sovereign power away at any time.
00:39:33.420 Not at our founding under the Fifth Amendment, not after the Civil War, under the 14th Amendment, not at any subsequent Congress since then, certainly not after the last election.
00:39:44.280 We the people get to control our border.
00:39:46.440 We the people get to control our populace.
00:39:49.440 And we made a decision to get these 20 million foreign invaders the hell out of our country.
00:39:56.200 And these courts are trying to stop this.
00:39:58.000 They are violating a covenant between we the people and our governments.
00:40:03.340 They are violating the Constitution in the most poor way you can violate it.
00:40:07.780 Mike, so clearly they didn't learn the lesson that was delivered last week by the Supreme Court.
00:40:15.500 And I'm telling you now more than ever, this is going to be an epic fight between the executive branch and the judiciary.
00:40:23.300 And I'm just telling you, I think that these radical judges on this judicial insurrection are giving the middle finger to the Supreme Court.
00:40:32.700 And that's going to have a whole different and dark element to it.
00:40:36.600 So we're in treacherous territory right now, Brother Davis.
00:40:40.420 You have warned.
00:40:41.840 Obviously, you've warned the president.
00:40:43.940 You've warned the Senate Judiciary Committee.
00:40:46.300 You've warned the American people on War Room.
00:40:48.960 You've done a great job at Article III.
00:40:50.340 But I'm telling you, this is just in your face.
00:40:53.920 This thing is so bold, so aggressive, so outrageous, given everything we've gone through and the centrality of this to all of President Trump's plan to get the country back on its feet that I got to tell you.
00:41:07.400 And they're just showing you they're daring you to do anything about it, Mike Davis.
00:41:12.040 Well, I would dare to say this to the chief justice of the United States.
00:41:16.120 You have only failed to get your judicial house in order.
00:41:20.820 You have these radical activists who are continuing to not only sabotage the president of the United States, the presidency, the will of the American people under Article II.
00:41:31.540 They are giving you a middle finger as the chief justice of the United States.
00:41:36.980 This started under Biden, D.C. judge Amir Ali when he sent $2 billion out the door to his terrorist buddies under the guise of foreign aid.
00:41:48.820 And not a damn thing happens to stop him.
00:41:51.500 The Supreme Court lets this happen, doesn't let the president of the United States do a national security review.
00:41:57.320 And this has only gotten worse since then.
00:42:00.120 Not only are they sabotaging the presidency, they're sabotaging the Supreme Court.
00:42:05.120 And this is a test for the chief justice because he keeps failing over and over and over.
00:42:10.840 He keeps failing.
00:42:11.680 When is he going to get his judicial house in order?
00:42:15.160 And when the hell is Congress going to step up and start having oversight hearings on these activist judges?
00:42:22.580 When are they going to start being contempt of Congress proceedings, impeachment proceedings, cutting off their funding?
00:42:29.840 Enough is enough.
00:42:30.980 This is the red line.
00:42:32.500 We are not going to let 20 million foreign invaders in our country.
00:42:37.440 We're not going to let America turn into third world Marxist trash with birthright citizenship for the kids of this trash so they can take every welfare program in this country and turn us into Europe.
00:42:51.100 It's not going to happen.
00:42:52.100 This is not going to happen.
00:42:53.040 This is a violation of we, the people's most basic sovereign rights.
00:42:59.900 Mike Davis, where do people get you?
00:43:01.640 Social media and Article 3, sir.

00:43:16.880 It sounds like he's a rattled chief justice with his head up his ass.
00:43:21.560 Yeah.
00:43:23.100 Mike Davis, thank you.
00:43:24.360 Thank you for taking time.
00:43:25.520 We tracked you down.
00:43:26.260 Thank you, sir.
00:43:29.400 Told you this was going to happen.
00:43:32.140 Told you we're going to have a long, hot summer.
00:43:34.200 Told you that these radicals are going to challenge, unless they put it to bed before the end of the session.
00:43:40.800 This is exactly what was going to happen.
00:43:42.800 Short break.

00:44:34.620 That's fieldofgreens.com, code Bannon, for 20% off and free shipping.
00:44:39.940 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:44:42.560 Okay, to get you up on some inside baseball, what's happening is that they're trying to get this rule passed.
00:44:50.680 They're trying to get the big, beautiful bill passed, but they are working with Freedom Caucus and others about maybe a series of executive orders that will take care of some of the issues that happened between the Senate.
00:45:01.320 I just want to give one great example.
00:45:03.240 We've got Nick Icovella, who's over at the American Prosperity Group, the Committee for Prosperity.
00:45:13.000 Sir, give me this outrage about the Chinese Communist Party.
00:45:15.500 What happened in the Senate that was stripped out?
00:45:17.540 This is the kind of thing I want the audience to understand.
00:45:19.060 This happened all over, and this is why people in the House are outraged.
00:45:22.320 What do you got for us, Nick?
00:45:23.160 So it's real simple.
00:45:26.640 The Democrats passed the Inflation Reduction Act, massive subsidies for renewable energy.
00:45:33.920 They didn't prohibit China from being able to come here and take those subsidies.
00:45:38.020 It's called a foreign entity of concern, real simple.
00:45:40.940 China, Iran, Russia, North Korea.
00:45:43.100 You're an entity from one of those four countries.
00:45:44.940 You shouldn't get American taxpayer dollars, and the House put great provisions in their bill to stop this money from going to these Chinese companies, and the Senate just gutted it.
00:45:56.600 And it's going to be terrible.
00:45:58.480 What's going to end up happening is the subsidies aren't going to go away, and we're going to lose the actual American solar manufacturers who are investing in the country and providing decent jobs.
00:46:09.740 And the Chinese are going to flood the entire country with CCP solar.
00:46:15.140 You know, Royer's just did a report.
00:46:16.640 There was inverters that had spyware in them.
00:46:19.900 And this is just a disaster that the Senate caved like this.
00:46:25.080 Caved.
00:46:25.800 We were going to have Nick back on tomorrow to go in more depth, but Nick, why can't you join us tomorrow?
00:46:31.980 Tomorrow's an important day because I'm going to become a dad, so some things are a little more important than work.
00:46:37.660 That's much more important than the World War Committee for Prosperous America.
00:46:43.300 Nick, social media and where they go for the group.
00:46:48.160 We're at prosperousamerica.org and CPA trade reform.
00:46:53.180 What we do every day is fight for the American worker, the American manufacturer, and that means we're fighting against China every single day.
00:47:01.240 And that's literally what this is about.
00:47:02.960 We're either giving money to Chinese companies and opening the floodgates to them, or we're stopping.
00:47:08.220 Period.
00:47:09.520 Not just giving money, giving taxes.
00:47:11.440 The American taxpayers are underwriting their own demise.
00:47:13.660 That's what's terrible about it.
00:47:15.280 I want everybody to track and go on Nick's thing.
00:47:17.600 And Nick, we'll see you next week.
00:47:19.060 And good luck tomorrow.
00:47:20.120 And good luck to your wife tomorrow.
00:47:21.640 Always becoming a dad.
00:47:22.820 It's always a big deal.
00:47:24.640 Appreciate you.
00:47:25.320 Thank you, brother.
00:47:27.140 Are you outraged yet?
00:47:28.400 You should be.
00:47:29.940 God.
00:47:30.720 And that judge.
00:47:32.160 Tej Gill, make me feel better.
00:47:34.700 I need a cup.
00:47:36.540 I normally don't drink coffee this late in the afternoon, but I am now because I'm going to be up tonight working late.
00:47:41.600 What do you got for me?
00:47:42.340 First off, congratulations to Nick and his wife for having the – we're about to have the baby tomorrow.
