00:00:00.000 I don't think it's I don't think it's a long time I think really the question
00:00:07.000 should be asked why did Biden get us into that ridiculous war why did Biden
00:00:11.760 bring us there that should never ever have happened that war this is Biden's
00:00:16.480 war I'm just trying to end it because we're saving a lot of lives a lot of
00:00:24.000 opinions change very rapidly might not be 50 this might be much sooner than 50
00:00:29.180 days when you think the first Patriot missiles some of these weapons that are
00:00:33.020 they're getting they're already being shipped from what countries they're
00:00:36.860 coming in from Germany and then replaced by Germany and in all cases the United
00:00:41.660 States gets paid back in full so what what's happening as you know is the
00:00:47.000 European Union if you look mostly European Union stuff but let's put it in the form
00:00:53.000 of NATO it's very similar but NATO is going to pay us back for everything in
00:00:57.860 some cases we're going to be paid back by countries of the European Union
00:01:02.120 directly but we're always getting our money back in full so we're not going
00:01:07.700 to have any more investment to make we're getting our money back in full and if we
00:01:13.040 can make a deal that'd be great we're saving five or six thousand soldiers a
00:01:17.180 week they're Russian and the Ukrainian soldiers they're not American soldiers and
00:01:21.980 we won't have boots on the ground but it's a shame five thousand last week they
00:01:28.580 say seven thousand one hundred soldiers both Russian and Ukraine were killed
00:01:34.460 people to move on but I'm curious why do you think your supporters in particular
00:01:39.200 have been so interested in the Epstein story I don't understand about how it's
00:01:43.460 been handled I don't understand why they would be so interested he's dead for a long
00:01:48.680 time he was never a big factor in terms of life I don't understand what the
00:01:55.640 interest or what the fascination is I really don't and the credible
00:02:00.800 information has been given don't forget we went through years of the muller
00:02:04.640 witch hunt and all of the different things the steel dossier which was all
00:02:09.500 fake all that information was fake but I don't understand why the Jeffrey Epstein
00:02:14.720 case would be of interest to anybody it's pretty boring stuff it's sorted but
00:02:19.700 it's boring and I don't understand why it keeps going I think well really only
00:02:26.000 pretty bad people including fake news want to keep something like it like that
00:02:30.620 going but credible information let them give it anything that's credible I would
00:02:36.080 say let them have it this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our
00:02:45.500 enemies because we're going medieval on these people here's not got a free shot
00:02:51.140 all these networks lying about the people the people have had a belly full of it I
00:02:55.940 know you don't like hearing that I know you try to do everything the world to stop
00:02:59.180 that but you're not gonna stop it it's going to happen and where do people like
00:03:02.300 that go to share the big line mega media I wish in my soul I wish that any of
00:03:09.500 these people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my
00:03:14.440 purpose if that answer is to save my country this country will be saved war
00:03:22.040 room here's your host Stephen K Bannon Wednesday 16 July year of the Lord 2025 I
00:03:36.040 believe we're gonna have a press avail with the president starting at 11 I think
00:03:40.700 the head of Bahrain is going to be there which used to be the old naval where the
00:03:45.380 naval base was in the Persian Gulf or I guess now called the Arabian Gulf he's
00:03:53.280 going to they're going to have a bilat and before the bilat start we're hearing
00:03:56.620 that there's going to be a press avail we'll be covering that live our own
00:04:00.360 Brian Glenn will be there so we'll cut into 11 o'clock our base should be some
00:04:04.820 fascinating things going on a lot of geopolitics capital markets today Financial
00:04:09.480 Times of London has finally admitted that our tariff policy is working they said
00:04:15.260 no one except for the Chinese really has kind of punched back on it this is why
00:04:19.380 either one or two things are happening people are trying to set up operations
00:04:22.760 here in the United States to manufacture and investing here or we're ton in the
00:04:27.640 cash and I think they say 50 billion people are talking about 110 billion in
00:04:30.980 tariff revenues but so a lot of talk about economy and tariffs today that are
00:04:37.560 working want to start with also we're going to now kick off talking about the
00:04:42.580 midterms and particularly as we did it last time in the way we won you got to
00:04:46.520 really think through are these districts correct and the great Alex de Grasse will
00:04:51.380 join us shortly to talk about Texas and Ohio I want to go to Richard Barris first
00:04:56.360 off Richard we had Mark Mitchell last night on from from Rasmus and he talked
00:05:02.620 about I want to start with you talk about a new coalition a new alliance that you and
00:05:07.580 Mitch are working on to make sure that we get as accurate as polling as possible you
00:05:13.040 guys and the other people I think you're bringing in have a history of
00:05:15.640 understanding the MAGA movement of how to ask the questions of how to look at the
00:05:19.160 demographics how to break it down tell us about that first because I want to make
00:05:22.600 sure the audience understands this is a big effort of people that are the top
00:05:27.120 pollsters and really have been shunted by the mainstream media but are really much
00:05:32.200 more accurate in pinpointing at any point in time where MAGA is and in
00:05:37.960 particularly where the country is aligns with MAGA so walk us through the
00:05:40.680 alliance first well thanks for having me as always Steve and I mean you just said
00:05:45.020 it that word accurate I mean that's what this comes down to we started the
00:05:48.300 National Association of Independent Pollsters because in the last 10 years
00:05:52.800 plus you know the polling industry has had issues for for a while it's just to
00:05:56.420 really exacerbate it in the Trump era we've had all these debates about how the
00:06:01.400 polling industry has changed and how it has evolved but sadly a lot of people
00:06:05.480 have used those debates to you know malign and and others and to bury what
00:06:11.160 really matters which is the accuracy of public pollsters though that is our true
00:06:16.020 value to the public and if we're not accurate there is no trust and without
00:06:20.480 trust George Gallup's vision completely falls apart why would elected officials
00:06:25.620 listen to us Steve when they're debating whether or not to support public policy why
00:06:30.120 would the voters trust us at all when it comes to our take on on who is or isn't
00:06:36.960 ahead or going to win an election I mean it becomes a weapon you know a tool for
00:06:42.120 for people so you know with sinister motives and there isn't a group out there
00:06:47.720 until now there isn't a group that serves as a bit of a gauge for the American
00:06:52.360 public and and for lawmakers to say look these people have got it right these
00:06:57.920 people uh know what they're doing you know it's a motive be damned it doesn't
00:07:02.120 matter what the motive is Steve all that matters is that they were right or they
00:07:06.060 were wrong uh so somebody needs to be there to serve as that gauge to be able to
00:07:10.420 tell people you can trust the results of these pollsters or you can't and that's
00:07:15.100 what we started it's it's big I'm excited about it it includes myself Mark
00:07:18.840 Mitchell at Rasmussen Robert Cahaley at Trafalgar and Matt Towery over at Insider Advantage you
00:07:24.420 have got to have a long and proven track record of success and accuracy we all get
00:07:30.060 it wrong sometimes uh right I mean that's going to happen um but you cannot be wrong
00:07:35.480 every election cycle in cycle out beyond the rule of outlier you have to be accurate and
00:07:41.480 this has been a challenging period for polling and if you've done a good job during
00:07:45.220 this period the Trump era then hands off you know hats off to you and you know welcome
00:07:50.180 aboard so it's Rasmussen Trafalgar Richard Barris big data and Insider Advantage once
00:07:57.800 again what was the criteria for selecting the four foundational members of this you have to
00:08:03.400 have a track record a published track record of accuracy over a period of time you know there's
00:08:08.980 a lot of I have a saying and I think viewers need to to take this to heart in this era there
00:08:15.080 are a whole lot of polls but there aren't as many pollsters you know we have too many polls not
00:08:19.780 enough pollsters there's a new poll popping up every week Steve and you know when this industry
00:08:25.440 got kicked off that was not the case it was Gallup maybe a couple of news organizations did their thing
00:08:32.000 but you know George Gallup had the gold standard and for decades we dealt with that and the information
00:08:37.740 error has its benefits but it also has you know it also has its downsides and that's one of them
00:08:44.480 the springing up of pollsters cycle in and cycle out who then vanish later come back under a new
00:08:50.960 assumed name Steve because their track record was awful the year prior or their cycle prior and there's
00:08:56.900 nobody watching out for this well there is now and that's the point of this project uh your yours
00:09:03.320 your big data tell you you have a different angle of attack on on poll the other three are more
00:09:10.100 traditional in the George Gallup school obviously they feel they're more precise they have a track
00:09:14.200 record but you come at this totally differently walk our audience do that what's the difference
00:09:18.820 well I'm I'm a big believer that a lot of public polls um you know of course there are people who
00:09:25.120 are malicious out there and that's sad but it is the reality but I I got I got into this years ago and
00:09:32.320 immediately you know my my shtick was that response bias was the primary determination of a lot of
00:09:39.680 these wrong calls it was the primary factor so it's not that public opinion shifts as much as people
00:09:45.920 thinks it think it does or or what public you know if you follow public polls month and month it looks
00:09:51.580 like public opinion is moving a lot um in truth most of the time not all of the time but most of the time
00:09:58.260 the difference is really because the pollster is talking to different groups of people and those
00:10:03.660 changes and those those errors are really artifacts of how the poll is designed and how the poll is
00:10:10.360 is uh conducted and how the data is collected but there are various forms of response biases and
00:10:16.140 very few pollsters understand how to identify them and then the shield against it if you do identify it
00:10:22.620 and big data is basically um built off of the assumption that that is true which I know it is
00:10:28.940 we all we all do now when I first started to argue that it wasn't widely understood it is now um but
00:10:36.160 there are and I don't want to give away the secret sauce here but if you look at larger numbers of people
00:10:41.720 in the era of declining response rates if you look at larger numbers of people and you make sure you know
00:10:47.260 exactly who you're talking to month in and month out um then it's you know the bigger is better in
00:10:53.520 polling let me put it that way all right without giving away too much bigger is better so that's
00:10:58.500 why that that reflects our name uh talk to me about you've done we had mark mitchell on last night
00:11:05.640 he was pretty adamant about these numbers recently president trump who should be peaking given all the
00:11:10.960 you know president trump today went through a whole litany of successes and they're pretty extraordinary
00:11:15.380 we're also folks covering uh talking the omb guys covering this uh which could be a significant
00:11:21.620 vote in the senate about uh shutting down or basically defunding pbs and npr a billion dollars each
00:11:27.980 plus the rest of the package the rescissions package so he's got victory after victory
00:11:32.080 but the poll numbers don't show that right what what at least with mark mitchell rasmussen what do you show
00:11:37.580 yeah he's he's exactly right this should be um a period especially during the summer where
00:11:45.040 americans they're doing their own thing they're really only paying attention to big news items
00:11:50.440 the passage of that bill uh is a big news item within the bill uh there are a lot of popular
00:11:56.820 provisions but the white house did lose the messaging war on this bill i mean it's very clear
00:12:01.940 and that's the the press release we have out today uh will show that and we're also releasing more i'll
00:12:07.260 talk to you about those results now we also asked about the the economy and various items in the
00:12:11.920 economy and what the president's been focusing on and the the overall theme steve is this a lot of
00:12:17.760 his successes are being stepped on or overshadowed by unpopular things that are going on fair or not
00:12:25.620 is irrelevant all that matters is the optics and what the voters see in their sentiment and how they
00:12:30.680 feel and they feel that the president uh should have been you know i mean let me put it this way
00:12:35.600 60 years best wage growth in 60 years being stepped on by another intervention in the middle east
00:12:43.060 that very few people wanted any part of whatsoever um we had a lot of other economic data then the bill
00:12:49.680 gets passed right and it's just one thing after another that is not being celebrated and not being
00:12:56.160 touted democrats were able to make a lot of people concerned over cuts to medicaid and and other programs
00:13:02.400 in the big beautiful bill and in order to effectively rebut the messaging from the democrats you had to
00:13:08.560 be laser focused but they were not laser focused they were talking about this with netanyahu this one
00:13:13.900 with that one now we're going to arm ukrainians i mean steve i don't have to explain this to you
00:13:18.100 and i'm doing this for the benefit of the viewers i mean this is not popular these things are not popular
00:13:23.780 tax on tips and no tax on tips is popular right last weekend was the anniversary of donald trump
00:13:30.980 surviving an assassination attempt this should have been a day of celebration instead it was being
00:13:35.500 stepped on by how they mishandled the more than that not only how they mishandled the epstein
00:13:40.900 situation but then how they actually started to browbeat but voters uh for being uh anyone who was
00:13:48.120 concerned over how you know they mishandled this so the bottom line is you know you can't keep peeling
00:13:53.340 off little parts of your base and then expect your numbers to stay strong you know you're going to keep
00:13:58.040 feeling five years five there and end up in a bad spot can you and you can end up with apathy and
00:14:04.680 complacency hang on for one second we'll hold you through the break the general thesis is that his
00:14:09.480 accomplishments on the economic side are so powerful and if you look at the underlying data
00:14:14.040 the messaging is not there to put that to the forefront and they're the message discipline is
00:14:18.840 they're meandering all over other things that uh that people didn't vote for or confused about is
00:14:24.780 that the central your central thesis steve that's the gist of it 100 okay hang on okay hang on we're
00:14:34.880 gonna take a short commercial break uh take your phone out text abannon b-a-n-n-o-n at 9-8-9-8-9-8

00:14:57.060 in the age of trump this july there is a global summit of bricks nations in rio de janeiro the
00:15:04.920 block of emerging superpowers including china russia india and persia are meeting with the goal of
00:15:11.920 displacing the united states dollar as the global currency they're calling this the rio reset as
00:15:18.960 bricks nations push forward with their plans global demand for u.s dollars will decrease
00:15:23.420 bringing down the value of the dollar in your savings while this transition won't not happen
00:15:29.320 overnight but trust me it's going to start in rio the rio reset in july marks a pivotal moment
00:15:36.360 when bricks objectives move decisively from a theoretical possibility towards inevitable reality

00:16:20.360 do it today that's the rio reset text bannon at 9-8-9-8-9-8 and do it today war room here's your host
00:16:29.580 stephen k bannon okay we got uh degrasse about texas uh on deck and we got tom fittin about the
00:16:38.260 cia and this hopefully this huge investigation that's going to be going on and maybe kick off
00:16:43.220 with a special uh counsel uh fentanyl join us here shortly i want to finish with uh richard barris i
00:16:48.820 mean barris isn't the problem that you know you have the core base of maga and particularly these
00:16:55.440 people they come out for trump they're they're associated with the trump movement they support
00:17:00.300 president trump but if they get cynical if they get complacent if they get apathetic and don't turn
00:17:06.240 out we have a massive problem in 2026 and beyond right this is one of the reasons i've been hey
00:17:12.020 trump 28 because we have not yet proven we can turn out certain low propensity low information
00:17:18.340 uh voters uh unless president trump's on top of the ticket what are your thoughts on particularly about
00:17:23.340 what this what your polling shows you too few voters i mean too few republicans understand that
00:17:30.420 too few people in this space understand that this the number one priority for the republican party had
00:17:36.600 to be to get the voter that they voters there are several groups that they underperform with compared
00:17:42.620 to donald trump they have to bring them into the fold some of them haven't even been flirting with
00:17:47.340 voting republican they left spaces blank in districts like california 13 where duarte went down
00:17:53.240 but donald trump carried the district right you look at statewide races like mike rogers he went down
00:17:58.560 with trump on the ballot steve so the situation for them is a little bit more dire than they understand
00:18:04.340 the redistricting effort uh did not go well and that's why the ones that are in process right now
00:18:09.840 moving forward are that important because as it stands right now the voter groups where donald trump
00:18:16.000 is now himself starting to hurt with those are the ones that republicans need to bring into the fold
00:18:21.020 and just from the polling this month uh here are a couple of groups that need to need to really stand
00:18:25.720 out in people's minds 18 to 29 who voted for donald trump though some of his biggest decline this month
00:18:31.560 came from that group hispanic men all right the groups where he did increase are kind of funny steve
00:18:37.460 those who have a four-year degree or more right and that's great perfect that helped offset some of the
00:18:43.720 decline with core with his core voter and his 24 base but it doesn't matter because they're still voting
00:18:49.060 democrat at the generic ballot by 10 points so i mean it's just it's like a pointless bump that's
00:18:55.140 going to evaporate in a month or two anyway even if it lasts that long uh they're just happy he bombed
00:19:00.740 iran for now to be honest and they'll go back to disapproving of him and what will be left is a
00:19:06.140 weakened base and that is something that people aren't understanding while they're again you know
00:19:12.180 attempting to browbeat all of these different groups in the submission 18 to 29 year olds don't care
00:19:18.140 about what's going on all the way around the other side of the world they didn't vote for him for that
00:19:22.540 i mean it's just the reality that people are going to have to start to face you know moving look what
00:19:27.320 happened in 22 republicans actually did win the house vote in 22 but they still lost control um you
00:19:34.960 know going forward in 24 there were very important areas from california to new jersey all around the
00:19:41.100 country new york seats in new york state where donald trump outperformed the republicans down ballot
00:19:46.300 they're simply out of time they can't afford to continue to carry on with business as usual they
00:19:53.120 they had to convince these voters that they were becoming more like donald trump not that donald trump
00:19:59.760 was becoming more like them they're out of time i mean so there are all these people you know the
00:20:04.760 clapping seals and the rest of them they're going to clap their way right into an utter defeat i mean
00:20:10.440 that that's that's the reality i mean i'm not a sugar coater you know me better than that steve that
00:20:15.460 is the situation and by the way this month democrats took lead on the generic ballot for
00:20:20.080 the first time in our polling since donald trump's second presidency began
00:20:23.180 uh barris uh where can people go to get all your analysis and everything over big data and hear your
00:20:30.400 podcast where they go we're everywhere but the best places on locals peoples pundit.locals.com you'll
00:20:36.820 find you know inside the numbers there you'll find it all there the public polling project where it's
00:20:41.240 how we do this which is support from you guys uh on big data poll.com go check it out but locals is
00:20:47.060 definitely the central hub for all things people's pundit peoplespundit.locals.com
00:20:51.420 there it is richard barris thank you brother appreciate you start starting off the show today
00:20:56.960 fantastic anytime all the best alex degrasse alex degrasse given that uh we're focused on texas in
00:21:05.900 ohio is this a um is this a is this a bailout plan because we're nervous about 2026 or is this something
00:21:13.480 logical we should be doing anyway sir no this this is uh this is logical i mean we have to
00:21:19.000 force the issue and make advancements however we can and play the democrats game of course steve we
00:21:24.640 want fair lines but we want to take advantage of the law and you know equal representation and so
00:21:31.260 if there's the legal way to do this then obviously why wouldn't we of course right we have an obligation
00:21:36.540 to the country to ensure that we make the gains that we can legally and so you're looking at two
00:21:44.060 maybe they could force the issue to three my advice would be take what we can get and not try to
00:21:49.800 overextend where you might get jammed in court i think that those that have kind of gamed out the arms
00:21:56.300 race on this um people that are very focused on this within the party have gamed out that hey
00:22:01.520 actually this if we fight this out you've got california looking to make a move i'm sure you'll
00:22:05.780 see new york other folks that you know they had been so aggressive in the past that there's less they
00:22:11.000 could probably squeeze than we can um so it'll be interesting to see how this plays out but we're
00:22:16.100 looking at five in texas of course i was looking at some proposed maps that give us 30 seats where
00:22:22.840 trump won by uh 20 plus in texas and you'd flip five giving the democrats eight seats um hold it
00:22:30.840 hang on hang on hang on hang on hang on hang on you were looking at there's 20 potential you're saying
00:22:36.500 there's 20 potential in in in texas 20 potential that could be redistrictor is that five pickups
00:22:44.140 where trump won by 20 so you know safe okay got it got it five pickups you've got texas seven do you
00:22:50.680 have any idea yep yeah i've got the numbers you can move texas seven from democrat 20 to republican
00:22:57.720 20 you can move texas 28 from republican 7 to republican 21 very easily without drawing any
00:23:04.240 incumbents in with each other you can move texas 29 from a democrat 20 to republican 20 give or take
00:23:11.020 same thing with texas 32 democrat 23 to republican like 25 even and you can move texas 34 from being
00:23:18.820 on a trump by four points to like 21 um and then you could shore up some of these seats 15 23 24 that
00:23:27.540 were about you know trump by 16 you can move them up four or five points you'll leave democrats with
00:23:33.040 two seats in houston two seats in dallas two seats in austin a seat in san antonio and el paso
00:23:38.560 you have this the question i was going to ask you see the the demographic shift of hispanic
00:23:47.180 citizens supporting mag and supporting trump is this taking advantage of that in south texas
00:23:53.280 or grand valley or is this realignment mainly in the suburbs around uh the big cities sir it's both
00:24:01.460 so i mean hispanic shift you know has been aggressively ongoing obviously from the last time we did the
00:24:07.840 redistricting um you know i mean what was it a 30 point swing i think nowhere in the country moved
00:24:14.160 more towards president trump broadly you've got the bronx and you've got south texas so both areas
00:24:20.120 heavily with hispanic voters obviously south texas fully um and so or for the most part of course and
00:24:26.060 so that that's exactly right steve so it's both fronts i mean you're able to move the numbers here
00:24:30.240 all over the place but you see newsom's out there because it's interesting steve because the way the
00:24:35.340 democrats have done it in their states is they and we talked about on the show they've got these
00:24:38.820 community boards and these sort of quote unquote independent groups and you know it's harder for
00:24:44.580 them to try to combat this right and of course they've been gerrymandering look at illinois you
00:24:49.740 look at california you look at new york and all these things but they have to change their processes so
00:24:54.740 newsom said hey i'll take it to the voters we'll do a referendum change the rules allow the state
00:24:59.700 legislated to gerrymander um you know that obviously would be problematic but it seems to be a little
00:25:06.040 bit of a longer process um so at least it might be a short-term buffer for us and maybe a longer term
00:25:13.360 battling it out but protecting president trump from of course they're open about it they'll impeach him
00:25:19.720 and they'll slow everything down with investigations we have to prevent this at all costs i don't think
00:25:24.620 anyone's worried about things poll numbers go up they go down it's very early um you know certainly
00:25:30.040 it's incumbent on republicans to sell the big beautiful bill and you know the positives in it
00:25:35.160 for new york largest tax increase tax cut ever um you know no tax on tips social security a lot of
00:25:41.920 child care provisions that poll very well so all republicans and i know many of them watch the show
00:25:46.620 members of congress my humble advice get out there talk about the economic issues and the results
00:25:52.160 and contrast that with the democrats results on we started they had they had you know they've had a
00:25:59.000 day with the congressman the guys in the house to finally start talking about the big beautiful bill
00:26:04.300 we had jane zirkle and yesterday in the six o'clock show we played 21 straight minutes of interview bang
00:26:10.120 bang bang and she was asking what's the best what's the one still work they all said hey we we have to
00:26:14.880 have more rescissions we have to more more cuts and spending but they they talked up the economic
00:26:19.920 uh advantages you just heard barris and mitchell will say the same thing you know outside this
00:26:26.500 self-owner this fumble with epstein it's the economic message it's very powerful and you see
00:26:31.660 this in the data whether it's the terror tariffs or real wages increasing it's not being sold
00:26:37.100 aggressively enough if that if they get on the tip of the if they start driving that and talk about
00:26:41.560 where this economy is going in the economics of it uh it's a it's a message that clearly is going to
00:26:46.840 resonate particularly with the type of people we have to get out there but i just want to reiterate
00:26:51.780 something you said because i think the republicans and even the mega base are fooling themselves in
00:26:55.820 this if you look at what's happening in new york city right which is the future of the democratic
00:27:00.540 party right particularly the working people's party and dsa the ground game they have and i think this
00:27:05.960 thing in new york city is very serious they're not just going to impeach trump they're going to come
00:27:10.620 after criminal charges on everybody these people are this is a combination of neo-marxism meets radical
00:27:16.900 jihad and they're the exact opposite end of the spectrum of the mega movement sir your thoughts
00:27:22.140 yeah you know i talked about that on the show i think it was right before i got married but i've
00:27:27.840 never had more feedback from people i mean literally i got so many texts from people that watched it we did
00:27:32.940 a kind of a deep dive on mom domi you know they're not building this army steve and sending them home you
00:27:37.540 don't build a political machine like this and then you you take the mayorship for the communists and
00:27:42.800 then you say okay everyone let's let's go home they are building this and it wasn't just in the city
00:27:47.600 buffalo albany i mean cities upstate you have red fully communist type people dsa folks that are
00:27:54.940 winning in their primaries and i think that's really important for people to understand we have to be
00:27:59.080 aware of what our political opponents are and they're backed by the ccp i mean this stuff is crazy we
00:28:04.860 could talk about it all day and they are coming for all of us not just of course the president but
00:28:09.220 any of those and the lovers of power that have stood in the breach they will punish all of us
00:28:13.740 they are dangerous people i believe of course yeah hang on one second i just want to hold you for a few
00:28:19.320 minutes on the other side tom fitton's going to join us congressman mark harris in the world

00:29:48.380 here's your host steven k man
00:29:52.200 birch gold uh i think we're gonna see a little turbulence president trump uh double down said
00:29:59.680 hey 50 days the clock's ticking i think it's a couple days after labor day uh secondary sanction
00:30:05.440 increased sanctions on russia but secondary sanctions that would be on the chinese communist
00:30:09.740 party their biggest trading partner we're gonna have a little turbulence i think now's a good time to
00:30:14.220 find out why gold is a hedge against times of financial turbulence and why it's outperformed
00:30:19.480 the s&p 500 over the last 25 years you know like the entire 21st century birch gold dot com
00:30:26.860 slash bannon end of the dollar empire gets you kicked off it's totally free and then you talk to philip
00:30:31.720 patrick and the team what you need to do is make contact with philip patrick and his team to learn all
00:30:36.980 about it birch gold dot com um given the polling last night of of uh what and these are i would say
00:30:47.740 pro these are the strong this alliance they formed of rasmus and trafalgar big data which was richard
00:30:53.820 barris and insider advantage are president trump's people would say those are the pollsters understand
00:30:58.800 president trump and they're very pro trump uh last night we had mark mitchell and today we've had richard
00:31:04.540 barris you've seen the analysis you're a polling fanatic what is your what is your what's your
00:31:10.040 takeaway and what needs to be what then needs to be done sir thanks steve so look i think it's
00:31:16.200 important to set the stage here i mean this is president trump's republican party and so it's
00:31:20.180 more unique than you know past cycles where people have you know the brand and this and that i mean
00:31:25.100 president trump built a historic very unique coalition and going into this midterm of course it's incumbent
00:31:31.260 on republicans on the ballot this year since president trump is not senate house you know
00:31:35.900 different down ballot races that you know we need to lift all boats and work together and maintain
00:31:41.060 president trump's coalition right he's got ma he's got democrats he's got you know it's very unique it's
00:31:45.980 not the traditional you know republican sort of voting voter target base that we're focused on and so
00:31:52.220 you know all republican house members really have to think of themselves like hey you run a media
00:31:56.980 company you know this is you you have to get content out to the people directly you need to
00:32:00.940 educate people on what we're doing i think it's impressive that the house and leadership and the
00:32:05.980 president and senate they got this done at the time they did and so we've got more time to sell and
00:32:11.080 most importantly more time to get more rescissions another you know big bill to continue to move the
00:32:16.860 needle and it's not going to be an overnight quick process everyone's got to be out there hammering
00:32:21.100 on local tv not just in the fox you know not just in the talking to our own people you got to be
00:32:27.120 focused on those sort of low propensity i don't want to you know low information you know people
00:32:32.080 that are living their lives they're not really paying attention they maybe see the news about
00:32:35.600 i've seen this and that and and they're kind of wondering but they need to see the news about
00:32:40.140 the results that president trump and house republicans have delivered and and things are early polls go up
00:32:46.980 they go down see people adjust people you know their strategies i mean it's very early of course
00:32:52.140 and i know that maga forces are coalescing a lot of money and resources and strategy to focus on
00:32:59.460 the issues that matter in the blitz you know next next year but for now it's really on house members
00:33:05.480 senate you know get out there like people did yesterday i mean new media row media row and and
00:33:10.420 educate voters because i think some people have no idea steve i mean i don't know if people know that
00:33:14.960 their their taxes got cut if you're in the working class if you're in the service industry and things
00:33:21.000 like that and so when people are aware of that i think they're very popular i mean this is the
00:33:26.900 where do they get
00:33:28.240 go ahead so to grasp we just kicked off 2026 uh with texas we'll spend more time on that uh i want to
00:33:36.900 thank you where do people go uh to find out more about you particularly if they want to reach out to
00:33:41.500 you today on this quite brilliant analysis you've given us sir so if you want to email hit me at a
00:33:47.060 team at at least for congress.com and we'll make sure to get all that thanks people love reaching
00:33:51.820 out but i'm at to grass 81 on x scatter truth uh thank you steve thank you the possible we'll gear
00:33:57.920 up and keep this thing going of course thank you sir you were such a uh central figure in
00:34:06.420 the last midterm particularly about all the redistricting uh got on top of it early which
00:34:11.700 you have to uh people also should continue to focus on that and we'll do much more on this
00:34:16.360 situation in new york that is the future of the democratic party and it's not only not going to
00:34:21.720 go away it's going to metastasize uh very very serious of what we've allowed to happen uh tom
00:34:28.060 finton joins us one of the reasons we've allowed this to happen is that we have not taken apart the
00:34:32.540 deep state which uh wants an empire but is very anti-american tom uh you've been all over uh this
00:34:39.880 i guess this broadening criminal investigation potential investigation that hasn't actually
00:34:44.820 formed up yet to get a special prosecutor although we understand that may be in the works
00:34:48.720 what is this latest you put out another tiktok this morning what what is your focus on this thing
00:34:54.320 and what are your concerns well ratcliffe will release this cia report and congratulations to the
00:35:01.420 justice department and fbi for doing everything they could seemingly over the last two weeks to
00:35:06.380 distract from that uh confirming though that uh the obama gang rigged up a intelligence community
00:35:15.180 assessment high level a top secret document that was literally designed to launder the steel dossier
00:35:25.460 into the public domain to destroy try to destroy trump at the beginning of his presidency indeed it led
00:35:33.180 to criminal investigations uh helped lead to the removal of flynn etc and it was all done at the
00:35:40.840 from the top down this was not an intelligence community assessment about the impact of russia on
00:35:46.360 the elections that kind of brought together traditional analysis they made the decision we're going to put the
00:35:52.980 dossier in there in fact the fbi mandated it and then you had uh john brennan endorse it as well
00:36:01.280 and so when you look at this review by ratcliffe's team it's clear they put material in there that
00:36:07.700 didn't didn't have any basis to suggest that putin wanted trump elected when in fact there was a basis to
00:36:15.160 suggest that putin generally was just messing around with us and b he presumed hillary was going to be
00:36:22.240 president and wanted to impair her but instead they went with the fake lead generated as a result of a
00:36:30.440 joint partnership between the fbi under obama and the hillary clinton campaign to create this dossier
00:36:37.400 and make it a core part of this fake intelligence community assessment which by the way was so
00:36:45.380 sensitive it was sent out to 200 people in the government almost immediately it leaked within
00:36:50.420 24 48 hours it led to the disclosure and full publication of the steel report and the rest is awful history
00:36:59.000 um given the disclosure we've had and we're going to have jefferson morley on tonight about the uh
00:37:08.760 disclosure about the cia understand knowing who um and knowing well in advance of who uh of who oswald was
00:37:17.220 and maybe even some contact with some of their front groups with oswald wanting to come to work
00:37:23.780 you've now had decade after decade after decade why is this some hang-up now for us to go full
00:37:30.780 throttle on this and uh and actually start a a significant criminal investigation these
00:37:36.460 intelligence services and the fbi have been out of control and it's obvious they tried to have a
00:37:41.400 let me ask you do you believe they tried to have a coup against president trump in his first term sir
00:37:48.640 well i think the muller investigation was a coup it was designed to try to throw him out of office
00:37:54.620 pressure him to remove either through impeachment or through the embarrassment of fake criminal
00:38:00.840 allegations it didn't work in the end uh maybe it did work in part he lost the election
00:38:06.260 so we can't under we can't underplay you know the fact that he wasn't prosecuted doesn't mean he
00:38:12.580 won it just means they got their pound of flesh differently and so you know the cia report although
00:38:21.280 although our although our theory at the war room we think this needs to be done we're saying that
00:38:26.100 the intelligence apparatus he didn't know nobody goes from 63 million votes to 74 million votes and
00:38:31.640 loses this thing was absolutely stolen the the fake ballots of biden that have never shown up since
00:38:36.960 that was a intelligent was intelligence apparatus also my point is yes i understand but my point is
00:38:46.080 the the the deep state still has not had a glove laid on them and this is i think part of the problem
00:38:52.560 i've argued with the epstein situation people want accountability even people that are late to this
00:38:58.460 story and don't know much about epstein they think something's murky here there there are dark forces
00:39:03.900 behind the scenes that are actually calling the shot you've been one of the top voices of actually
00:39:08.280 holding this accountable through four-year requests and through going to court and it strikes people as
00:39:13.460 odd that you have to do this so often during president trump's administration when the deep state
00:39:19.120 is still targeted president trump for for removal if president trump or his people around him
00:39:24.320 don't think the first action the democrats are going to do on january 3rd or 4th of uh of what 2027
00:39:32.120 is to move to impeach him they're just they're completely wrong this is the entire focus is to
00:39:37.800 take trump down and to break his movement tom finton you know and and and you make the good point
00:39:42.720 because president trump is concerned that there may be people in the list that should not be there
00:39:48.160 whose names will be um they'll be embarrassed as a result of just guilt by association i i would
00:39:54.880 suggest that he broaden his thinking on this and recognize this isn't about epstein this is about dc
00:40:01.420 corruption it's it's the most readily apparent apolitical example of it because both democrats
00:40:10.620 and republicans when you see eighty percent poll numbers saying people want the epstein records
00:40:15.960 uh released that that we're they're on to something politically right and i would hope the politicians
00:40:22.400 here in dc follow the lead uh but i tell you i don't i the handling of the epstein matter by the fbi
00:40:31.020 and the justice department further confirmed that they can't be trusted across the street on their own
00:40:38.480 and i don't think the agencies institutionally are capable of the types of of sophisticated
00:40:45.280 comprehensive or dare i say competent criminal investigations a into themselves
00:40:53.620 or b into agencies like the cia who were at the center of this grand conspiracy against trump
00:41:01.920 this is why i've said it once i'll say it again president trump should run the investigations and
00:41:08.160 the prosecutions directly from the white house through a close appointed official who reports
00:41:13.620 directly to him bring in the best of the best from federal agencies outside of the fbi and doj
00:41:20.160 to conduct the investigations and prosecutions if necessary and he is the magistrate in chief
00:41:26.660 he can run it he can say go after this person if the law requires that there's evidence that suggests
00:41:34.380 this person committed a crime investigate it if the evidence is there investigate it arrest comey he
00:41:42.540 threatened my life prosecute garland he's in contempt of congress for hiding the biden's the biden uh auto
00:41:50.880 pen scandal mainly the the audio of uh his crazed interview with uh the special counsel her he's in
00:41:59.380 contempt for refusing to turn out over in order to protect joe there are all sorts of things he can
00:42:04.860 direct specifically the prosecution of war investigation of and it doesn't mean these people
00:42:10.320 aren't protected by the constitution it's the same civil rights protections and civil protections they
00:42:16.760 would have if they were subject to doj investigations but the doj can't do it they've got too many james
00:42:23.560 comey's over there as it is the leadership is under siege just with the day-to-day work they have to
00:42:32.060 do to deal with the judicial lawfare that's enough for any attorney general just to deal with take it
00:42:37.520 out take it off their plate they can go to town doing whatever else they need to do in terms of
00:42:43.240 protecting his agenda but this lawfare this attack on our republic that we still haven't recovered
00:42:49.560 from needs to be pursued directly by the president
00:42:54.460 i just want to go tom if we can just hold you shortly through the break on the other side um there
00:43:02.820 is some sort of obviously investigation going on we're seeing leaks about it about brennan and other
00:43:07.520 people uh you're arguing it's time to bring that together the best way to bring that together
00:43:12.880 announce a special counsel let him deal with all of it right and most importantly given what mike
00:43:19.320 davis the war room etc been saying now over the last couple years president trump's article two
00:43:24.820 powers right article two powers make it incumbent that that special counsel report to the office of
00:43:31.580 the president and not over to doj they're they're fully occupied with defending this presidency and
00:43:37.600 and working the mass deportations at the border tom finton's on on deck
00:43:43.560 what if he had the brightest mind in the war room delivering critical financial research every
00:43:53.660 month steve bannon here war room listeners know jim rickards i love this guy he's our wise man a
00:44:00.280 former cia pentagon and white house advisor with an unmatched grasp of geopolitics and capital markets
00:44:06.340 jim predicted trump's electoral college victory exactly 312 to 226 down to the actual number itself
00:44:15.500 now he's issuing a dire warning about april 11th a moment that could define trump's presidency
00:44:21.640 in your financial future his latest book money gpt exposes how ai is setting the stage for financial
00:44:28.960 chaos bank runs at lightning speeds algorithm driven crashes and even threats to national security

00:45:00.740 war room here's your host stephen k man
00:45:05.000 okay uh right there you see the uh the honor guard is getting ready the crown prince and prime minister
00:45:13.220 of bairan is going to come for a bilat with the president i think there's going to be a press avail
00:45:17.440 i remember brian glenn said we're going to cut to that in the 11 o'clock hour as soon as it starts
00:45:21.580 probably he arrives around 11 o'clock uh let's keep that right there tom finton uh you are so revered in
00:45:29.080 this movement and for this particular reason your investigations just give us your thoughts give
00:45:34.880 me a minute or two on on uh on where do we go from here uh what's your best recommendation how we get
00:45:41.280 into a real investigation of the deep state well on epstein it's a relatively straightforward
00:45:47.580 solution just give us the records under foia describe what the records are what they're uh if
00:45:53.800 they're withholding anything tell us why and there's a court process for it if we don't like
00:45:59.140 it we can challenge it but at least it's a it's a transparency that we don't have currently uh because
00:46:05.600 of this awful memo that was sent out they need to change their position on it indeed we're already in
00:46:10.480 court i mean just last week they told the court they're looking for and reviewing epstein records
00:46:15.660 from the fbi and justice department just get it done and and have a uh uh uh and the president
00:46:22.120 and my recommendation would be to personally involve himself in this and direct that the
00:46:27.040 foia process proceed to pace meaning quickly you know and on on this deep state issue i think there
00:46:33.040 needs to be a broad investigation initially i keep on hearing there's something coming
00:46:36.980 right oh there's been a referral for the brennan investigation yeah uh comey's under investigation why
00:46:44.260 hasn't comey been arrested it's six months into the administration it's inexcusable that there
00:46:51.300 hasn't been a comprehensive investigation yet no matter what its flavor or color in terms of the
00:46:56.600 fbi or special counsel into the welfare against trump they've been circling around it and if it's
00:47:03.720 happened it's a secret it's it's it's more secretive than the epstein records and i don't believe
00:47:10.020 uh that you can keep a secret like that secret so it ain't happening yet folks it ain't happening
00:47:16.560 now we're promised it will happen
00:47:18.520 but i've you know this isn't my first rodeo i've heard that before we're burning yeah we're burning
00:47:27.640 daylight it needs to announce a special counsel should report to the office of the president not
00:47:31.940 to the justice department tom where do people go to get because you're putting up information all day
00:47:36.740 long sir where do folks go to get it uh they go to judicial watch.org uh judicial watch one word dot
00:47:43.080 oregon of course we're all over social media both me and judicial watch uh we got 650 000 people
00:47:50.600 supporting us not just tuning in writing us checks this is the one of the broadest grassroots movement
00:47:58.160 against government corruption in the history of the country little old judicial watch
00:48:02.860 nope like i said my hundred year old dad that check he sent tom uh tom fitten was the one he says
00:48:10.680 got the best return on investment ever tom fitten appreciate you sir keep fighting
00:48:16.000 we'll be all over this this afternoon jefferson morley is going to the biographer of angleton is going to
00:48:23.280 join us about this blockbuster story yesterday in the washington post we'll get all to it congressman
00:48:27.980 mark harris joins us now congressman harris you're going after the nea with like why are you picking on
00:48:33.820 uh the one group that's made american public school education a a a platinum level that the whole world
00:48:41.600 envies sir why are you picking on them why are you picking on them harris well steve thank you first of
00:48:47.880 all for having me i'm very honored to be with you today but hey listen i think all of the american
00:48:53.300 people agree that uh the nea has gone off the rails and uh we're just stepping out today just
00:49:00.320 completed a press conference just a few minutes ago uh declaring that we are moving forward for
00:49:05.500 congress to actually uh repeal or take away the charter that uh the nea received in 1906 and when
00:49:14.580 you go back and look at how they started or how that charter was granted and here we are uh almost
00:49:21.500 120 years later and they have completely completely gone off the rails and i think the american people
00:49:28.420 see it and recognize it and i think it's time for congress to step up and at least take this very
00:49:34.520 very simple straightforward action of repealing that charter and if what will happen if if and when the
00:49:43.980 charters appeal the charter is repealed what will happen well primarily what it will do is send a
00:49:50.780 message that we are removing the stamp of approval uh that that currently is placed upon anyone that
00:49:58.220 upholds this federal charter and uh it sends a message that the nea has simply uh become a
00:50:05.180 political machine of leftist activists that uh have completely become misguided in everything that
00:50:12.780 they were set out to do from the beginning and um you know it doesn't dissolve the nea they
00:50:19.140 certainly have a right to do what they do or exist but it should certainly remove congress's
00:50:25.360 still of approval that would in any way shape or form uh be mistaken
00:50:30.260 is that your number one concern that if you see this new york city race etc you can see what these
00:50:36.300 folks have done in in these grade schools with these young kids to kind of be to propagandize them
00:50:41.380 that they're really political operations they're not there to just make sure the kids get the best
00:50:45.880 education is that your central beef it is our children are not meant to be in school
00:50:52.020 to be brainwashed they're sent there to be educated and if we are focused more on math and reading and
00:50:59.040 writing and in fact i guess that was one of the things that really got my attention in 2019
00:51:03.840 at their convention they had an opportunity a business item in front of them that basically
00:51:09.880 called for them to and in fact just to show your listeners here it says the national education
00:51:15.560 association will rededicate itself to the pursuit of increased student learning to in every public
00:51:21.880 school in america by putting a renewed emphasis on quality education nea will make student learning
00:51:28.360 the priority of this association and steve they voted that down and and when when they can no longer
00:51:36.120 say that they're going to look out for the best interest of students um they become nothing but the
00:51:42.980 opposite they oppose parent involvement they have they are brainwashing our children with the things
00:51:48.540 that they are propagating through their political activities and furthermore we can no longer put our
00:51:54.060 stamp of approval on a group they're the only a labor union if you will that is federally recognized
00:52:00.060 and and we need to step up and say they don't need this charter it needs to be taken away
00:52:06.160 congressman where do people go today right now to get more information about your crusade to take
00:52:13.300 the charter away where do they go well i would encourage them to check out moms for liberty moms
00:52:18.120 for liberty has been one of the key organizations that has been a great inspiration in all of this
