The War Room is on fire this morning, and it's a work day in the War Room, and we can see clearly now exactly what's happening. In fact, I call it the 3 R's: Rescissions, Recess, and Imposition of Additional R's.
00:06:52.000We talked about this earlier that look no further than the text is coming out from these new appropriations bill out of the House for fiscal year 26.
00:06:59.000Go through the text of these bills coming out.
00:07:01.000And rhino Republicans are sneaking in funding for the very things that President Trump has explicitly told them do not fund.
00:07:09.000Mario Diaz-Balart, Congressman from South Florida.
00:07:12.000He put $315 million in this most recent appropriations bill to fund the National Endowment for Democracy, NED, which you had Mike Benz on talking yesterday.
00:07:21.000I mean, NED is the deepest of the deep state organizations.
00:07:24.000Their purpose on their website is to promote democracy abroad, which, by the way, just one month ago, the State Department and the White House put out a statement saying that there will no longer be any funding to promote democracy abroad.
00:07:36.000Then you have Mario Diaz-Balart put $315 billion into the bill to fund this exact thing.
00:07:42.000And so, you know, I'm just so sick of it.
00:07:45.000And so the House and even in the Senate, they want to fund these pork programs.
00:07:50.000And so use, like, Russ Vogt is a genius.
00:09:14.000Well, one option somebody needs to look at is can we just move all this money over to the Institute of Peace?
00:09:20.000The only person I would trust for Congress to move money to at this point is Darren Beatty, who, by the way, has taken over that entity to try to dismantle it.
00:10:10.000Every crosswalk was named in his name through earmarks.
00:10:13.000Grace, if you can pull the punch bowl today and get it up and highlight.
00:10:17.000I think they said there's some Jay Sherman and his team are saying that they're working on these mini buses and all this because they're working away on these huge spending bills.
00:10:25.000Don't think they're sitting there thinking about cutting.
00:10:27.000I think I saw that there are 11,000 already.
00:10:59.000And this is why, you know, Kevin McCarthy leaves, and immediately he sets up a lobbying shop with, what, Jeff Miller, the biggest lobbyist in D.C., and these guys become the power players, and they're the guys driving this agenda, ma'am.
00:11:11.000Actually, I love that you just brought up the Tea Party, Richard Shelby.
00:11:15.000I actually, going back to that time, I was the college Republicans president at Auburn, and I founded the East Alabama Tea Party, and I built a literal ship on campus and brought a baby pool and did this whole demonstration against Richard Shelby.
00:11:28.000We dumped the tea, and I'm ranting against him.
00:11:31.000But it is, I mean, so I've been yelling about this, working on this my entire career, and it's still, the deep state and these, and they still find a way every single time.
00:11:41.000And now I feel like we are the closest that we have ever been to truly bringing a hammer down and stopping this insane spending.
00:11:47.000Not to mention, when we were talking about deficits back then, it was always kind of a concept, it was hard to explain that to people, how this will really affect your lives.
00:11:54.000Right now, people are actually feeling it.
00:11:57.000They feel it more, I mean, this level of deficit, it affects, people cannot buy homes.
00:12:01.000This is now, we are living in the times that we were screwed about during the Tea Party days.
00:12:07.000And so, there's never a better, if we can't get it done right now, we will never get it done.
00:12:12.000This is the only moment in history that we can truly do a course correct.
00:12:16.000We have the most brilliant person that we could have at the helm of this, which is Scott Besant.
00:12:20.000We have a president in Donald Trump who is fearless.
00:12:23.000The problem is, we have a Congress that is Republican-led that is spineless.
00:12:28.000And so, I am hoping that President Trump and Scott Besant and others really step up and they force this down Congress's throat because it matters for, you know, your children, your future grandchildren, for, you know, our country to survive.
00:12:42.000We have to deal with this spending problem.
00:12:45.000Before I leave, and by the way, President Trump, he gets the full information.
00:12:49.000It's worked up, like, right now, I'm pretty sure he's worked up about recess appointments because I think he got bad information from people.
00:12:55.000Just, Mike Lee's going to be on here in a second.
00:12:58.000He's got this whole alternative plan that they've got to stay because they knock off every Thursday.
00:13:02.000They've been, and the Democrats take to the maximum, right, the ability to slow these things down, to slow walk them, right, using filibuster and other means for every candidate.
00:13:13.000This is why only the judges have been prioritized.
00:13:15.000You haven't had the U.S. attorneys, and you haven't had any of the second- and third-tier people that actually make it work inside the government.
00:13:23.000I kind of think Joe Kent's one of the first guys that got in that way.
00:13:26.000Before you leave, how big a deal is to force Thune to go into recess because Johnson's already there.
00:13:34.000He'll do it to go into recess, so President Trump gets recess appointments, which are only for a year, but you clean the whole slate of backlog of folks, right?
00:13:41.000You can't do judges on that, but you clean the whole slate of backlogs, and then they continue through the normal process for the next year to get confirmed.
00:14:33.000Senator Mike Lee, our great constitutionalist, is going to join us next about this whole mess.
00:14:39.000Also, we got a bunch of updates from Grassley.
00:14:42.000I'm going to talk at the bottom of the hour about the whole Tulsi thing.
00:14:45.000Also, Zelensky's calling for a regime change.
00:14:49.000Well, what happened is that his legislature backed the war room and came back and said, hey, we're putting that anti-corruption group back together.
00:14:56.000We think you're guilty of graft. Short break.
00:15:00.000This July, there is a global summit of BRICS nations in Rio de Janeiro, the block of emerging superpowers, including China, Russia, India and Persia, are meeting with the goal of displacing the United States dollar as the global currency.
00:15:15.000They're calling this the Rio reset as BRICS nations push forward with their plans.
00:15:21.000Global demand for U.S. dollars will decrease, bringing down the value of the dollar in your savings.
00:15:27.000While this transition won't not happen overnight.
00:15:30.000But trust me, it's going to start in Rio.
00:15:33.000The Rio reset in July marks a pivotal moment when BRICS objectives move decisively from a theoretical possibility towards an inevitable reality.
