Transcript

00:00:00.000 for the weekend. He's going to go out to the South Lawn. I think they're going to take
00:00:02.900 Marine One, and then they're going to leave and go to Andrews Air Force Base.
00:00:06.760 We're going to cover it all as soon as it becomes around, as soon as it manifests itself.
00:00:11.300 For right now, do we have a cold open? We have Senator Lee?
00:00:14.300 That's even better. We don't need a cold open. We've got Senator Mike Lee. Senator Lee,
00:00:18.100 thank you so much for joining us here in the War Room. Have you made progress? Your name came up
00:00:23.360 about 100 times in the morning show, people talking about the recess appointments or
00:00:28.760 a new package is getting sent up. Can you give us an update, sir?
00:00:33.600 Yeah, biggest development since we last spoke was that President Trump put out an excellent
00:00:38.260 statement on True Social last night, in which he explicitly called for the Senate to not recess
00:00:44.820 until we've cleared the backlog, until we've gotten through the entire executive calendar.
00:00:50.100 This is what needs to happen. And here's the point, Steve. We've got massive bargaining power here.
00:00:55.700 We've got Democratic senators who do not want to be here. They want to leave town. They want to get
00:01:02.060 out of Dodge. As long as that's the case, and as long as we've got this unique circumstance where
00:01:06.800 we've got a Republican president, a Republican Senate, and a Republican House, this ship doesn't
00:01:12.100 pass our way all that often. And we need to take advantage of it when it does happen. And we need to
00:01:17.760 make sure that we don't disempower the Republican president, Donald J. Trump, after the American people
00:01:25.700 by failing to confirm his nominees. Because, of course, that defaults back to the deep state
00:01:31.600 regulatory bureaucrats, and they lean overwhelmingly left. And so we've got to get it done. We can do
00:01:38.000 it. We can keep them here. And in the very worst case scenario, if for some reason the Senate ends
00:01:46.320 up taking a recess, which it shouldn't do. It should stay here and clear through all of them. But at a bare
00:01:51.020 minimum, we should make sure that any recess we take is a real recess. None of these pro forma
00:01:56.360 sessions that are designed simply to block the president of the United States from making recess
00:02:00.940 appointments, as he's authorized to do under the Constitution.
00:02:05.760 Now, I understand he put on there. They've taken them in blocks that as soon worked out something with
00:02:10.800 Schumer that you guys are at least going to stay around tonight and maybe over the weekend and move a
00:02:14.640 block or try to move a block of these. Has there been any overall plan that really address your
00:02:20.120 target of 150, the backlog, or are we just doing this incrementally right now?
00:02:25.220 Well, it's incrementally. It's not uncommon whether we're dealing with setting up votes
00:02:29.340 on amendments for legislation or votes on presidential nominees. It's not uncommon for us to stack groups
00:02:36.980 of votes together. So there have been some blocks that get cleared by both parties and they get moved
00:02:43.780 onto the Senate floor. But the fact that we've got a block that we're about to launch into right now
00:02:48.240 doesn't mean that that's the end of it. In fact, that's just the beginning of it.
00:02:55.360 There was a tweet out that Thune is sitting down with Schumer and there's some sort of negotiation
00:02:58.900 going on. Do you have any idea what that's about?
00:03:02.260 Yeah, they're talking through what might be acceptable to each party. You know, you've got
00:03:08.280 three principal players here. You've got the Senate Republicans, you've got the Senate Democrats,
00:03:13.420 Democrats, and you have President Trump and the White House. So they're just trying to figure out
00:03:19.440 what might be acceptable to whom. Now, the Democrats understand that their bargaining power is not
00:03:25.800 immense. And for that reason, they're negotiating and they're approving some of these nominations to be
00:03:32.600 confirmed. But my goal is to make sure that we stay here as long as it takes to get through all of
00:03:37.740 them. There's no reason why we should make it this easy for them. We haven't even begun the stage at
00:03:44.020 which we could start moving a lot faster, in part because we're still dealing with some
00:03:49.160 appropriations bills on the Milcon VA approach vehicle that we're addressing right now. But as soon
00:03:57.040 as that's behind us, we should be in a better position to stack more and more presidential
00:04:02.720 nomination votes and have them addressed one right after the other in the Senate. Meanwhile,
00:04:08.420 John Thune is the Senate Majority Leader is continuing to file cloture on more and more
00:04:13.220 nominations. I would love to see him file cloture on every one of the 150 or so now pending on the
00:04:18.640 executive calendar so that we can show that we're serious and we can open the door toward getting all
00:04:24.340 these people confirmed. Just talk about the landscape and the reason you either have to
00:04:30.540 me, it's pretty obvious. You have to do either Mike Lee's plan and clean the schedule, clean it up
00:04:35.220 now, this backlog up now before you go on recess or do the real recess, not pro forma, where you
00:04:42.080 actually do rest appointments. Correct me if I'm wrong. When you guys get back after Labor Day, it looks to
00:04:48.100 me that September 30th, you have massive budget, you have appropriations, you've got whether it's
00:04:55.140 going to be a CR, whether it's going to be a minibus, there's talks about omnibus. Those days in
00:05:00.480 September are going to be totally overwhelmed with trying to get the government funded for fiscal year
00:05:05.480 2026, is it not? Yeah, that's exactly right. We'll be dealing with trying to keep the government funded
00:05:11.220 for 2026. I think there are only something like between 10 and 12 legislative days scheduled for us to be
00:05:17.120 in session in September. And with that, we've got to get the government funded. And then after that's
00:05:22.700 done, presumably we'll be moving on to the Defense Authorization Act, the NDAA. And so look, we do have
00:05:28.600 a legislative agenda. And if we don't get the executive calendar, meaning presidential nominations
00:05:33.160 out of the way now, then we're going to end up with another backlog. And that backlog is in turn going
00:05:39.480 to impair our ability to fulfill the legislative part of the agenda. That's why this has to be done
00:05:46.520 now. This doesn't get easier, Steve. It just gets harder. And so that's why I ask all within the sound of
00:05:52.100 my voice, if you agree that we ought to get these cleared, that President Trump ought to have the benefit of his
00:06:00.240 own nominees being in office, and if you don't want the Senate just punting on this issue, reach out to your
00:06:06.340 senators, especially if they're Republicans, and say, clear the backlog. Clear it. Clear it before you take any recess in
00:06:13.340 August. President Trump and those who elected him deserve nothing less.
00:06:19.760 By the way, we've been, our team, the Warren Post has been working the phones all day. Just tell me
00:06:24.920 Tuberville. Senator Tuberville was on this morning. He said he had a meeting with, yesterday, he said he
00:06:29.060 was shocked by some of the senators' kind of lack of understanding of particularly the going into it,
00:06:35.980 taking it off of pro forma, going to a real recess. They brought up the things yesterday you said,
00:06:41.020 and he said Senator Lee had to correct him that. People wouldn't get paid. It couldn't be done.
00:06:45.240 There was only a rudimentary understanding. They said, you did a great job of answering the questions.
00:06:49.480 I think it was kind of shocking that we could be, you know, 24 hours before August 1st, the day before,
00:06:54.800 you know, late July, and senators not know the basic fundamentals of what the tools they have
00:06:59.960 available. Have you now, do you personally feel comfortable that you've gotten the word out to
00:07:05.640 everybody about the constitutionality, the federal regulations, and the people are up to speed on
00:07:12.100 what's available for them to actually act upon? For the most part, yes. We've made a significant
00:07:18.620 amount of progress in the last few days on that front, at least with Republican senators. Although
00:07:23.200 I'm shocked, Steve, still at the number of questions that continue to come up constantly,
00:07:29.020 where just as I think it's been clarified, somebody will come up and say, wait a minute,
00:07:32.680 I thought we couldn't pay them if President Trump recess appointed them. And then I walked
00:07:37.100 them through the statute, 5 U.S.C. 5503A, and I explained the reasons why we can pay them,
00:07:44.320 why there's historical precedent for us paying them. There's no statutory prohibition against us
00:07:49.640 paying them. And then I'll get another question about, wait a minute, why couldn't the president
00:07:54.440 make recess appointments if we're holding pro formas? I have to walk through that. It's sort of
00:07:59.280 what happens. The legislative muscle, as I like to put it, the legislative muscle starts to atrophy
00:08:05.600 with non-use, just as actual muscle does if you don't use it. And so because we have been asleep
00:08:12.820 at the wheel as a Senate for so long, and we don't talk about these things as we should, we've just been
00:08:17.120 reflexively holding pro forma sessions for more than a decade. And as a result of that, people have
00:08:22.840 forgotten how those muscles work. It's time to put them back into action. Because, Steve,
00:08:27.240 the stakes are simply too high right now. We have seen what happens when this deep state
00:08:33.480 bastards take control of our government, and it's not pretty. They will do it again. They're trying
00:08:37.820 to do it again right now, and we cannot let that happen. Senator Lee, make us smart. What should we
00:08:44.460 look for overnight to see if there's any breakthrough on your plan or your alternative plan of going on
00:08:50.060 recess? We're going to be live tomorrow morning. We'd love to have you on if you're still in town,
00:08:53.840 right? So can you just make us smart what you anticipate we should look for in the next 24
00:08:59.920 hours? Okay. Look, number one, for additional rounds, additional tranches of votes that will be
00:09:05.480 agreed to for consideration on the executive calendar, tranches or clumpings of presidential
00:09:13.780 nominees that we'll be moving forward to vote for. Look also on the other end of the spectrum
00:09:20.000 for any discussions of the possibility of an adjournment resolution that does not contain
00:09:29.220 any provision for pro forma sessions. Either one of those things will trigger that we're resolving this
00:09:35.680 in one direction or the other. Again, I would still prefer that we do this the right way, that we
00:09:43.360 actually confirm them rather than just leaving and allowing the president to recess point them.
00:09:48.500 If we have to recess for some reason, then that's better than nothing to have it that way. But it
00:09:54.500 is much better for us to confirm them because we still have to address it. The piper still has to
00:10:00.160 be paid if they're recess appointed. Those recess appointments last only until the end of 2026. So
00:10:07.880 we'll still have to get to them at some point anyway. We might as well get them done now. But like I
00:10:13.100 say, it's nice to have the recess appointment option available to us should that become necessary.
00:10:17.840 Senator Lee, your social media, both your, uh, your official and, uh, and your, uh, and your
00:10:25.340 personal, sir. Yep. Yeah. At send Mike Lee is the official side. And then, uh, I've got a separate
00:10:30.880 account that's, um, uh, at based Mike Lee, based Mike Lee. I talk about this ad nauseum at great length.
00:10:37.100 Um, I've been talking about recess appointments. I've been talking about, uh, the need to clear the
00:10:42.760 backlog, uh, on the executive calendar, uh, so that we don't leave president Trump in a lurch and
00:10:47.740 subject yet again, uh, to the ravages of the deep state. We've made tremendous progress on this,
00:10:55.280 sir, because of your leadership. I'm telling you, everybody looks to you on this topic. So thank you
00:10:59.120 very much. And thank you under the president and everybody over there appreciates all the hard work
00:11:03.080 you're doing in the Senate. So thank you. Thank you. Senator Mike Lee of Utah. Boardroom Posse,
00:11:09.060 we still got some work to do here. Got some work to do in Texas. Brian Harrison will be here later
00:11:13.160 to join us. Let's go ahead and play. Uh, would you have EJ up? Can we play? Okay. Okay. Let's go
00:11:18.480 ahead. And can we go to the, can we go to the gaggle? Let's go to the, let's president Trump is having
00:11:22.420 a gaggle. We just had a gaggle with the press, the media. Let's go and do it.
00:11:25.600 Yeah. Yeah. See what happens. We're going to have some meetings and we'll see what happens.
00:11:34.440 Oh, yeah, I think so. And if you look at before the election, the same kind of thing happened.
00:11:44.260 And I think you'll see some very interesting information come out, but we got ready. You have
00:11:49.180 to have honest reports. And when you look at those numbers or when you look at just before the election,
00:11:55.320 and then after the election, they corrected it by eight or nine hundred thousand jobs. Yeah,
00:12:01.020 I would say so. And thank you.
00:12:02.400 The Pressure of South Korea and the United States. We have a great relationship.
00:12:09.260 The Pressure of South Korea and the United States. We have a great relationship.
00:12:10.160 The Pressure of South Korea and when do you have a talk?
00:12:12.380 The Pressure of South Korea and when do you have a talk? Yeah, we have a great relationship with South Korea.
00:12:14.740 The Pressure of South Korea. Are you ready? Are you open to negotiate with Brazil?
00:12:19.520 The Brazilian President Lula said he would like to call you. He requests a conversation.
00:12:24.440 Will you talk to me now? He can talk to me anytime he wants.
00:12:27.440 So are you open to tariffs on the phone? Yeah, he can talk to me anytime he wants.
00:12:31.080 What is on the table for Brazil? Well, we'll see what happens. But I love the people of Brazil.
00:12:35.820 What evidence do you have to do? I love the people of Brazil.
00:12:41.400 So why do people of the tariffs, they don't think it's related to trade with the president?
00:12:45.060 Because the people running Brazil did the wrong thing.
00:12:48.200 What evidence do you have to do?
00:12:50.440 It took seven years, seven years. From the time that you learned that people were stolen from Mar-a-Lago.
00:12:56.820 From the time that you kicked that, that you took.
00:13:01.580 I don't understand your question.
00:13:04.200 Where are the summaries being deployed, the nuclear summaries?
00:13:08.660 Say it.
00:13:09.500 Where are being deployed in nuclear summaries?
00:13:10.940 Oh, yeah. Well, we had to do that.
00:13:12.940 We just have to be careful.
00:13:14.940 And a threat was made, and we didn't think it was appropriate,
00:13:18.940 so I have to be very careful.
00:13:20.940 So I do that on the basis of safety for our people.
00:13:23.940 A threat was made by a former president of Russia,
00:13:27.940 and we're going to protect our people.
00:13:29.940 The Press, will Hillary Clinton finally be investigated for election fraud?
00:13:34.940 I hope so. I hope so.
00:13:36.940 I don't know whether or not that will happen, but I hope so.
00:13:39.940 Mr. President, why did you fire the head of the Bureau of Labor Statistics?
00:13:42.940 Because I think her numbers were wrong,
00:13:44.940 just like I thought her numbers were wrong before the election.
00:13:48.940 Days before the election, she came out with these beautiful numbers for Kamala.
00:13:53.940 I guess Biden-slash-Kamala.
00:13:55.940 And she came out with these beautiful numbers trying to get somebody else elected.
00:13:59.940 Then right after the election, I think on the 15th, November 15th,
00:14:03.940 she had an $800,000 or $900,000 massive reduction.
00:14:07.940 Said she made a mistake.
00:14:09.940 No, that woman, that woman's numbers are wrong.
00:14:12.940 Do you have any evidence that she takes?
00:14:14.940 The Press is going to resign.
00:14:16.940 Say it?
00:14:17.940 The Press is going to resign.
00:14:19.940 Yeah, the one of the governors, as you know,
00:14:22.940 the Federal Reserve has just announced she's resigning.
00:14:25.940 I understand it was over the fact that she disagreed with somebody from her party.
00:14:31.940 She disagreed with Too Late.
00:14:33.940 You know who Too Late is?
00:14:34.940 Yeah.
00:14:35.940 She disagreed with Too Late on the interest rate.
00:14:38.940 So we'll see what happens.
00:14:40.940 But we just found out that I have an open spot on the Federal Reserve Board.
00:14:45.940 I'm very happy about that, John.
00:14:47.940 Do you agree with that?
00:14:48.940 Do you agree with that?
00:14:49.940 Do you agree with that?
00:14:50.940 Do you agree with that?
00:14:51.940 Do you agree with that?
00:14:52.940 Do you agree with that?
00:14:53.940 Do you agree with that?
00:14:54.940 And what did Medvedev say to you that made you really mad?
00:14:57.940 Well, you just have to read what he said.
00:14:59.940 He was talking about nuclear.
00:15:01.940 When you talk about nuclear, we have to be prepared.
00:15:04.940 And we're totally prepared.
00:15:05.940 On the monthly jobs report, going forward, why should anyone trust the numbers?
00:15:12.940 Well, that's a big thing.
00:15:13.940 You're right.
00:15:14.940 No, you're right.
00:15:15.940 Why should anybody trust numbers?
00:15:18.940 You go back to election, election day.
00:15:21.940 Look what happened two or three days before with massive, wonderful job numbers,
00:15:25.940 trying to get him elected or her elected, trying to get whoever the hell was running.
00:15:30.940 Because you go back and they came out with numbers that were very favorable to Kamala,
00:15:36.940 okay, to trying to get him elected, trying to get her elected.
00:15:40.940 And then on the 15th of November or thereabouts, they had an eight or 900,000 overstatement reduction
00:15:49.940 right after the election.
00:15:51.940 It didn't work because you know who won, John?
00:15:54.940 I won.
00:15:55.940 Your supporters have had issues with these numbers.
00:15:59.940 I've had issues with the numbers for a long time.
00:16:01.940 But today, we're doing so well.
00:16:04.940 I believe the numbers were phony just like they were before the election.
00:16:08.940 And there were other times.
00:16:09.940 So you know what I did?
00:16:10.940 I fired her.
00:16:11.940 That's right.
00:16:12.940 And you know what?
00:16:13.940 I did the right thing.
00:16:14.940 Any government official, if any government official going forward is presenting data or information you don't like,
00:16:21.940 should they fear for their job?
00:16:22.940 I've always had a problem with these numbers.
00:16:25.940 You know, I was thinking about it this morning.
00:16:27.940 Before the numbers that came out, I said, who is the person that does these numbers?
00:16:32.940 And then they gave me stats about before the election.
00:16:35.940 I had a similar problem.
00:16:36.940 I mean, she gave out numbers that were so good for the Democrats.
00:16:40.940 It was like unbelievable.
00:16:42.940 And then right after the election, she corrected those numbers with, I think, almost 900,000 corrections.
00:16:50.940 I think nobody had ever seen anything like it.
00:16:52.940 Well, today, she did the same thing with the 253,000, whatever the number was.
00:16:58.940 No, no.
00:16:59.940 We need people that we can trust.
00:17:01.940 I mean, your question is a very good one.
00:17:04.940 We need people we can trust.
00:17:05.940 Do you know who you plan to replace it with?
00:17:10.940 I've got about three very good.
00:17:12.940 I have a lot of good candidates.
00:17:14.940 I will say everybody wants it.
00:17:16.940 I've had more phone calls.
00:17:18.940 But I have three people that are okay.
00:17:20.940 Do you have a background in labor statistics?
00:17:21.940 You know, I could do a long-term thing or I could do a temporary.
00:17:25.940 It's a 14-year term.
00:17:27.940 Right.
00:17:28.940 But do you put someone in who actually has labor statistics experience?
00:17:30.940 I put somebody in.
00:17:31.940 I put somebody in who's going to be honest.
00:17:34.940 That's all we want.
00:17:36.940 I have a choice.
00:17:38.940 I can have four months.
00:17:40.940 I could do a short-term or I could do a 14-year deal.
00:17:43.940 So we'll see.
00:17:44.940 We have a lot of people.
00:17:45.940 We've got a lot of good people around.
00:17:47.940 Can I ask you a question?
00:17:48.940 That was the stock, the Paris rate, with Switzerland.
00:17:51.940 It was pretty much higher than other Europeans.
00:17:53.940 Well, the problem with Switzerland, we have a 40 billion dollar deficit with Switzerland.
00:17:58.940 And I spoke yesterday to Switzerland.
00:18:01.940 But we have a 40 billion dollar deficit with Switzerland.
00:18:05.940 That's a big deficit.
00:18:06.940 Question on the construction.
00:18:07.940 Can I ask you a question on the construction?
00:18:09.940 You say you're raising 200 million dollars.
00:18:11.940 You're donating a bunch.
00:18:12.940 Others are as well.
00:18:13.940 Are you blocking foreigners from donating money to build that addition?
00:18:19.940 Honestly, I never even thought of it.
00:18:21.940 But it doesn't matter.
00:18:22.940 I'm putting up my money.
00:18:23.940 But it doesn't even matter.
00:18:24.940 They've wanted a ballroom at the White House.
00:18:26.940 That's right.
00:18:27.940 And it's been very popular.
00:18:28.940 You know, when we put it out yesterday.
00:18:29.940 You're not ruling out that a crown prince or some European or an Asian American
00:18:32.940 would you give us your money?
00:18:33.940 No, I'm not looking for that.
00:18:34.940 You know, you have very strong restrictions as to who can donate.
00:18:38.940 And we go by the restrictions.
00:18:39.940 Are you going to publicize it for me?
00:18:41.940 Will you give us the...
00:18:42.940 It's not a lot of...
00:18:43.940 I mean, it's not that much money.
00:18:44.940 It's money, by the way.
00:18:45.940 Will you release the names of the donors?
00:18:46.940 Yeah.
00:18:47.940 I'll do this.
00:18:48.940 I didn't even start yet, by the way.
00:18:50.940 But when I do, I'll release them.
00:18:51.940 How many donors do you think it's going to take to get the 200 million?
00:18:53.940 Maybe one.
00:18:54.940 Me.
00:18:55.940 But...
00:18:56.940 You would cut that shit yourself?
00:18:57.940 I would.
00:18:58.940 Yeah.
00:18:59.940 Did you talk to Steve Whitcoff today from his journey to Gaza?
00:19:01.940 Did you talk to Steve Whitcoff?
00:19:02.940 I did.
00:19:03.940 I spoke to Steve Whitcoff.
00:19:04.940 He had a great meeting with a lot of people.
00:19:07.940 And the primary meeting was on food.
00:19:09.940 And he also had some other conversations that I'll tell you about later.
00:19:13.940 But he had a meeting on getting the people fed.
00:19:17.940 And that's what we want.
00:19:18.940 And I'll see you later on.
00:19:20.940 He was going there to be a lot of people from India.
00:19:21.940 What numbers are you looking at?
00:19:22.940 And are you going to be after a conversation?
00:19:23.940 Well, I understand India no longer is going to be buying oil from Russia.
00:19:24.940 That's what I heard.
00:19:25.940 I don't know if that's right or not.
00:19:26.940 But that's a good step.
00:19:27.940 We'll see what happens.
00:19:28.940 Okay?
00:19:29.940 We'll see what happens.
00:19:30.940 Okay?
00:19:31.940 On tariffs.
00:19:32.940 Obviously, the Treasury is taking in so much ready right now.
00:19:34.940 Some Republicans have been pushing for tariff checks to go out.
00:19:36.940 The basic idea is move the money back.
00:19:37.940 And he said to that.
00:19:38.940 There are a lot of people that would like to see us do sort of a dividend to the people
00:19:42.940 of our country.
00:19:43.940 It's something I'd consider.
00:19:44.940 How much would you want?
00:19:45.940 I'd also want to pay off debt.
00:19:46.940 But there's a possibility I'd do a dividend.
00:19:48.940 Uh-oh.
00:19:49.940 When you have the federal government report.
00:19:50.940 I know.
00:19:51.940 Sorry.
00:19:52.940 On tariffs.
00:19:53.940 Obviously, there's a lot of people that are pushing for tariff checks to go out.
00:19:55.940 The basic idea is move the money back.
00:19:56.940 And he said to that.
00:19:57.940 There are a lot of people that would like to see us do sort of a dividend to the people
00:19:58.940 of our country.
00:19:59.940 It's something I'd consider.
00:20:00.940 How much would you want?
00:20:01.940 I'd also want to pay off debt.
00:20:02.940 But there's a possibility I'd do a dividend.
00:20:03.940 Uh-oh.
00:20:04.940 Can I ask you about the President?
00:20:05.940 You don't have the tariff report.
00:20:06.940 Sorry.
00:20:07.940 I know.
00:20:08.940 Sorry.
00:20:09.940 On tariffs, obviously there's-
00:20:11.940 Is that unbelievable right there?
00:20:13.940 Is the press gaggle of the president going out to Marine One, out to Marine One, to Air Force
00:20:17.940 One, to Air Force One, at Andrews Air Force Base, and then up to Bedminster.
00:20:22.940 Bedminster is his New Jersey summer home.
00:20:27.940 Absolutely magnificent.
00:20:28.940 An incredible golf course and country club there that he's put a lot of money into to
00:20:34.940 refurbish and just made top of the line.
00:20:37.940 And he really enjoys himself there.
00:20:39.940 Although this weekend, I hope it clears up.
00:20:41.940 It's not the rainy, muggy summer we've had so far.
00:20:44.940 Okay.
00:20:45.940 So, a lot of news there.
00:20:47.940 I mean, this is a great thing about these press gaggles, these availabilities.
00:20:49.940 I mean, who does that?
00:20:50.940 Did Obama ever do that?
00:20:51.940 No.
00:20:52.940 Did George Bush ever do that?
00:20:53.940 No.
00:20:54.940 Did Biden ever do that?
00:20:56.940 Forget about it.
00:20:57.940 That's so ridiculous.
00:20:58.940 Can't even contemplate an answer.
00:21:01.940 Look at President Trump on every topic, just off the top of his head, understands and knows
00:21:06.940 when to pull it back and say, hey, I'll give you some information on that later.
00:21:09.940 The situation in Gaza.
00:21:10.940 Okay.
00:21:11.940 About half the questions about the termination of the Bureau of Labor Statistics head about
00:21:18.940 screwed up numbers.
00:21:19.940 Where did we hear that before?
00:21:20.940 I don't know.
00:21:21.940 In the war room every month for the last four years from a guy named E.J. Antony.
00:21:26.940 Let's go and play a cold open for E.J. who's going to join us briefly.
00:21:30.940 Let's go ahead and let it rip.
00:21:31.940 Complained about it.
00:21:32.940 And that is the Bureau of Labor Statistics and whether we get accurate numbers.
00:21:37.940 Now, everybody's talking about the number here.
00:21:39.940 It's a quarter of a million jobs.
00:21:41.940 They're like on the downside.
00:21:42.940 It turns out we didn't get and now it's a restatement.
00:21:45.940 What in the hell is going on there?
00:21:47.940 Have we put in our own person into BLS?
00:21:50.940 Is there is a MAGA Republican that President Trump knows and trusts?
00:21:55.940 Are they running the Bureau of Labor Statistics yet, sir?
00:21:59.940 No.
00:22:00.940 Unfortunately, Steve, we still haven't gotten there.
00:22:02.940 And I think that's part of the reason why we continue to have all of these different data
00:22:07.940 problems.
00:22:08.940 The guy we had previously, Bill Beach, is actually a great guy, brilliant statistician.
00:22:13.940 And he recognized some of the problems that we had in the data.
00:22:17.940 He was taking steps to fix that.
00:22:19.940 But unfortunately, he was removed by the Biden administration.
00:22:22.940 He's not there anymore.
00:22:23.940 And he's been replaced by someone who, frankly, I think is incompetent.
00:22:27.940 And that shows with the fact that the problems in the statistics that first became evident all
00:22:32.940 way back in the spring of 2022, those problems are still there.
00:22:36.940 And if we can go to the first chart here, I think really helps illustrate that.
00:22:42.940 Where essentially what you can see is the fact that the disparity between the number of people
00:22:49.940 who are saying they have a job, who are employed, that's in brown there,
00:22:53.940 versus the line in gray is the number of non-farm payrolls we have.
00:22:57.940 As you can see before the pandemic, they tracked very, very well together.
00:23:01.940 But since then, they've really started to spread apart.
00:23:05.940 And that problem has never actually been fixed.
00:23:08.940 In other words, we're not correctly estimating either the number of people with jobs
00:23:13.940 or the number of actual jobs in the country or both.
00:23:16.940 Henrietta, starting with you, the commissioner of labor statistics fired by the president
00:23:21.940 in Trump's words for faking the jobs numbers and, quote, manipulating them for political purposes.
00:23:27.940 Let's just fact check that.
00:23:30.940 This is offensive in the extreme.
00:23:32.940 When we traffic in economic circles, I mean, I speak with chief economists, folks at BLS,
00:23:37.940 Federal Reserve folks, Treasury folks all day, every day.
00:23:40.940 And I have for 15 years now.
00:23:42.940 What is happening here is about the worst case scenario that you could envision.
00:23:46.940 Our data collection, our statisticians, our professors, the economists at all these agencies are the envy of the world in terms of their data collection.
00:23:56.940 And it really recalls to me Trump's first term when he started telegraphing that he felt like democracy was a disadvantage versus President Xi's situation and a communist governing system,
00:24:08.940 where he can famously manipulate the data coming out of China.
00:24:12.940 And Trump viewed that as a disadvantage that the United States had to adhere to because we have open, free data collection and reporting that is outside of his purview.
00:24:20.940 And that's what he's undermining today.
00:24:22.940 And it is about the worst thing you can do in economic circles right now.
00:24:25.940 I thought I was going to come on here and talk about tariffs because that was the news that we were reacting completely honest.
00:24:31.940 Five minutes ago, I learned about what happened here.
00:24:34.940 So I'm reacting in real time.
00:24:36.940 And I think my initial reaction is this is what cartoon dictators do.
00:24:42.940 You know, if you don't like the data, you say that the data is lying.
00:24:46.940 You blame the numbers.
00:24:47.940 And I'm just I'm amazed at how shameless all of this is.
00:24:53.940 And it is true. It rings true of what happens in China, where you have an authoritarian regime,
00:24:58.940 where if economists speak out and say that there's anything wrong going on with the economy,
00:25:03.940 suddenly the economist disappears and we don't know what happened to them.
00:25:07.940 And so I don't want to start getting alarmist, but it is exactly what you would imagine a a dictator in in a Marvel movie would start to do.
00:25:18.940 That is my live, honest reaction.
00:25:21.940 I'm going to keep paying attention to what's happening to the markets.
00:25:24.940 We've seen a lot of taco type reactions from the markets thus far.
00:25:28.940 The market saying, OK, we don't really believe you.
00:25:31.940 It's fine. He's he's not really going to do it.
00:25:33.940 I mean, first, he said July 9th was the deadline, then August 1st.
00:25:37.940 Now he's pushing into August 7th.
00:25:38.940 But with this, I don't know, maybe this cuts it.
00:25:42.940 I'm not sure.
00:25:43.940 OK, these people haven't looked at this over the years.
00:25:47.940 Remember, every month we have we have E.J. come on and he goes back to how they've downgraded numbers for they went under Biden.
00:25:54.940 They want to put up a big employment number and then later kind of tuck it in.
00:25:58.940 As Eric Bolling said when we did the handoff, E.J. and Tony joins us right now.
00:26:02.940 E.J., walk us through what today means.
00:26:04.940 You've criticized this now for years.
00:26:06.940 You really did a very detailed job today.
00:26:08.940 The president shortly thereafter terminated the head.
00:26:11.940 Put it in perspective.
00:26:13.940 Where are we, sir?
00:26:15.940 Well, Steve, I think we're certainly in a better place.
00:26:18.940 And what today demonstrates is just how powerful this show and its audience is, quite frankly.
00:26:25.940 And also the fact that the president is among the audience clearly because it was this show that brought the issue to his attention.
00:26:34.940 So what this really means is the fact that we are holding federal bureaucrats accountable.
00:26:40.940 I mean, this woman oversaw a survey with a response rate of forty two percent.
00:26:46.940 The majority of people don't even respond to the survey.
00:26:51.940 That's why we have had such such irrational or I should say such irregular responses.
00:26:58.940 That is why we have had such inconsistent results here and why we have needed such massive revisions.
00:27:05.940 On top of that, it's also clear that the models and the methodologies need to be revised.
00:27:11.940 The that is the ones that compute these actual jobs reports that has not been done, despite the fact that for a little over three years now, there has been evidence of significant problems in the statistics.
00:27:27.940 So I would say if there's any big takeaway from this, it's the fact that this president is holding federal bureaucrats accountable.
00:27:34.940 It's not a matter of the jobs report today wasn't as good as the president wanted it to be.
00:27:40.940 The people who are alleging that are basically making or they're basically playing politics with the situation.
00:27:46.940 OK, the reality is the president is not happy with the inconsistencies in the numbers.
00:27:51.940 He's not happy with the unreliability of the data.
00:27:54.940 And he's going to put somebody into that position now, I hope, who is going to make sure that that is the priority.
00:28:01.940 It's not a matter of making the numbers look good.
00:28:04.940 It's a matter of them being accurate.
00:28:06.940 E.J. and Tony put your I know you're out.
00:28:11.940 Thank you for stepping out of your meeting to call us big day and monumental for you.
00:28:15.940 Social media.
00:28:16.940 So people can now follow you more closely, sir.
00:28:18.940 The it's all going to be on X and the handle there is at real EJ and Tony and Steve.
00:28:25.940 Thank you so much seriously for having me today so we could highlight this issue for the president.
00:28:30.940 It's because of you, your show, this platform that something happened.
00:28:34.940 EJ and Tony, thank you very much.
00:28:38.940 Very kind words.
00:28:39.940 Audience is very focused on that.
00:28:41.940 We've talked about this now for years.
00:28:43.940 Air Force One right there pulling away the they're pulling away the the ramp.
00:28:50.940 President Trump's going to take off.
00:28:52.940 Are we going to blow the break or just go?
00:28:54.940 It's Denver's calling this.
00:28:55.940 I would love to stay with it, but just stay with it.
00:28:58.940 We can to see it taxi out.
00:29:03.940 Maybe we will anyway.
00:29:04.940 OK, let's go to break and we'll come back and see the president lift off.
00:29:08.940 Came too late for that.
00:29:10.940 I have two recommendations.
00:29:12.940 A governorship on the board of the Federal Reserve came available today with a resignation.
00:29:17.940 What about Judy Shelton for that?
00:29:19.940 Do I have the audience in you in on that?
00:29:21.940 Judy Shelton for the governorship of the Fed and EJ and Tony to head up the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
00:29:28.940 A straight shooting guy.
00:29:29.940 Sound good?
00:29:31.940 We're in posse.
00:29:32.940 You've been on it.
00:29:33.940 Mike Lee knows you're on it.
00:29:35.940 Got his back.
00:29:36.940 Brian Harrison down in Texas.
00:29:37.940 We're going to get a vote tonight or tomorrow at that committee.
00:29:41.940 Fixed bayonets.
00:29:42.940 Let's get up on the ramparts.
00:29:44.940 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:29:46.940 President Trump's at Andrews Air Force Base aboard Air Force One.
00:29:49.940 He is heading to Bedminster, his summer home.
00:29:53.940 We will spend the weekend working.
00:29:55.940 Short commercial break.
00:29:56.940 Back in a moment.
00:29:59.940 According to the Department of Energy, blackouts could increase by 10,000 percent over the next few years.
00:30:04.940 It's because of massive energy demand from artificial intelligence data centers.
00:30:09.940 We talk about that all the time here in the war room.
00:30:12.940 And we have a fragile power grid.
00:30:14.940 It just cannot keep up with that demand.
00:30:16.940 I don't know about you, but I don't like the idea of being without power even for a day.
00:30:20.940 That's why I got the Grid Doctor 3300 from my patron supply.
00:30:25.940 It's a powerful solar generator that runs refrigerators, AC units, medical devices, power tools, anything you need to write out a blackout.

00:32:18.940 I had a chat with Representative Mass out of Florida and, you know, it was recommended to me to develop a relationship with Congressman Mass because he has direct ear of the president and often travels down to Florida because the president goes down there to Mar-a-Lago, right?
00:32:40.940 On Air Force One with the president.
00:32:41.940 So he has the ear of the president.
00:32:42.940 And I went up to him and I was like, listen, you know, I hear this about you.
00:32:47.940 I need some help.
00:32:48.940 This is the situation, right?
00:32:50.940 And, you know, coincidentally, the following day, the following day, I'm getting messages from the tour operators here on the ground that were seeing movement in terms of the processing.
00:33:02.940 And on, you know, the following morning, I had a transportation and infrastructure meeting.
00:33:07.940 So I went up and I was like, hey, I don't know if it's a coincidence, but, you know, here we are.
00:33:12.940 I just wanted to say thank you.
00:33:13.940 Right.
00:33:14.940 And what he tells me is that, listen, we're not anti-China.
00:33:19.940 We want their money.
00:33:20.940 You know, there's a clear differentiation between national security concerns and wanting money.
00:33:26.940 Right.
00:33:27.940 Right.
00:33:28.940 And what this is about at the end of the day is money.
00:33:34.940 Whoa.
00:33:35.940 Whoa.
00:33:36.940 Hang on.
00:33:37.940 My head's blown up.
00:33:38.940 By the way, that's Air Force two.
00:33:39.940 I think I got my glasses on now.
00:33:41.940 I think it's Air Force two or or even lower than that present because it's a short hop.
00:33:47.940 You don't need Air Force one.
00:33:48.940 It's a short hop.
00:33:49.940 You also can take a much smaller contingent of both the press pool and even White House staff.
00:33:54.940 So we'll watch that.
00:33:55.940 That's it.
00:33:56.940 That's at Andrews Air Force base is what we would call that joint base.
00:34:00.940 Andrew.
00:34:01.940 Come on, man.
00:34:02.940 Andrews is Andrews Air Force base.
00:34:05.940 So the president getting ready to leave.
00:34:07.940 We're going to watch it in its entirety.
00:34:08.940 Why don't we bring someone to do some directing here?
00:34:12.940 Right.
00:34:13.940 Let's get Cleo up and let's get her in the box.
00:34:15.940 Not me.
00:34:16.940 Just Cleo.
00:34:17.940 People know my lovely voice.
00:34:18.940 Cleo, you get to share the screen with the president of the United States and Air Force
00:34:22.940 two, getting ready to leave Andrews to go to Bedminster for his weekend.
00:34:27.940 And explain to the audience, who was that person?
00:34:30.940 Because there was more bad information given right there.
00:34:33.940 No.
00:34:34.940 Brian Mass is a congressman.
00:34:35.940 He's a war veteran.
00:34:36.940 I think he's a double amputee.
00:34:38.940 He's a great guy.
00:34:39.940 I have some big problems with him.
00:34:41.940 He wore his IDF uniform or some IDF uniform to Congress one time, which I thought was very inappropriate.
00:34:46.940 But he's a he's a solid guy.
00:34:49.940 But he's a backbencher.
00:34:50.940 Right.
00:34:51.940 So she's sitting there saying, oh, Brian Mass told me and this is what we want, everything like that.
00:34:55.940 We don't want and we're not going to tolerate these Chinese nationals coming through and blowing through.
00:35:00.940 And who made the comment?
00:35:02.940 We want their money.
00:35:03.940 You know, what do you mean?
00:35:05.940 We want their money.
00:35:06.940 And that's what this.
00:35:07.940 This is a national.
00:35:08.940 This is a national security issue with between the United States and the CCP.
00:35:13.940 And it's very important.
00:35:14.940 The folks out there got to understand a lot of people are got their eyeballs on this now.
00:35:18.940 And in fact, to the degree that it's important enough for us with everything we got going to the war room, we're going to actually stream live the state funeral of the governor starting at 7 p.m. Eastern time and which I will host.
00:35:30.940 Cleo, what's going on, ma'am?
00:35:32.940 Thank you.
00:35:33.940 So, yes, I'm here in the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana's and the governor's funeral is going to start in a little over an hour.
00:35:39.940 I wanted you to see what it's like because it's beautiful here.
00:35:43.940 And he loved he loved it.
00:35:46.940 He loved the people.
00:35:47.940 He loved the place.
00:35:48.940 Come visit.
00:35:49.940 This is one of the most beautiful parts of the United States.
00:35:51.940 The person that you just saw speaking is the representative to Congress of the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands.
00:35:58.940 So she represents here in Congress.
00:36:01.940 And the processing she was talking about was the speeding up of the entry of Chinese coming in without a visa.
00:36:07.940 There's they've got this other program called EVS tap, which the Chinese used to come in with no visa.
00:36:14.940 And now they realize that wouldn't fly.
00:36:16.940 So they've got this this EVS tap thing, which is they call enhanced vetting.
00:36:21.940 It's enhanced more than zero, but they want it because it's easier for them to get in.
00:36:27.940 And just so that, you know, because the argument is also it takes too long with the with the B1 B2.
00:36:31.940 I checked on the State Department website.
00:36:33.940 Currently, if you're in Delhi and you want to apply for B1 B2 visa, the wait times about five and a half months.
00:36:39.940 They do it in month increments.
00:36:41.940 And if you're in Beijing, the wait is zero months.
00:36:44.940 So there's no logical reason why they can't just go and apply for a visa like everybody else, every other Chinese coming to every other part of the United States.
00:36:52.940 But what she was talking about there, somebody, a professor from the U.S. Naval War College, Colonel John Atkinson, saw that and was like, she does not understand how national security works.
00:37:03.940 If she if she thinks this is just about the money, she doesn't understand how the Chinese operate.
00:37:08.940 She doesn't understand what goes into political warfare.
00:37:11.940 This is a complete misunderstanding and I would hope mischaracterization of what Congress in mass said and believes.
00:37:20.940 And she is hurting her colleagues.
00:37:22.940 This is a piece of film that if somebody was running against mass, they now have a legitimate question about do you support Chinese coming into the U.S. without a visa?
00:37:33.940 Would you like me to pause while the president takes off?
00:37:36.940 No, no, no, it's good.
00:37:38.940 There's a president right there.
00:37:39.940 I feel like I should be right there.
00:37:43.940 I feel like I should be more respectful.
00:37:44.940 No, no, no.
00:37:46.940 The president's very interested in your topic.
00:37:48.940 So he's leaving right there.
00:37:50.940 Wheels up.
00:37:52.940 Really fantastic.
00:37:53.940 I think hopefully we're going to grab some footage.
00:37:55.940 It's not long.
00:37:56.940 I think it's a quite short flight.
00:37:58.940 So within the confines of the show, we'll be able to show you that President Trump arriving, maybe even to another availability or gaggle.
00:38:05.940 The one on the lawn of the White House was just spectacular.
00:38:08.940 I'll get into some of that in a moment.
00:38:10.940 No, clear, because I want to make sure you make the I want to make sure you make the you're on time for the funeral.
00:38:16.940 No, this is I'm sure mass.
00:38:19.940 Mass is a national security guy.
00:38:21.940 Now, he's very focused on Israel, but I think he's been very strong against the anti CCP in one of the contingent.
00:38:28.940 I'm sure he was misinterpreted.
00:38:29.940 But but here's I just want the audience to understand something.
00:38:32.940 You you've taken a flight to Tokyo and down to the northern Marianas Islands.
00:38:38.940 You're how many you're how many hours by jet away from the United States and you're in the United States.
00:38:44.940 I want everybody to know this.
00:38:45.940 This is not us going to look in, you know, the Eurasian landmass or the Middle East and looking for trouble.
00:38:52.940 This is the territory of the United States of America.
00:38:55.940 And there's been more blood, American blood shed per square inch of this territory than any place else in the world, except for maybe the battlefields of Antietam and Gettysburg and Cold Harbor.
00:39:10.940 Maybe I'll throw that in there.
00:39:11.940 This is sacred.
00:39:12.940 These are sacred.
00:39:13.940 This is if you believe in the greatest generation, if you believe the sacredness of their cause, what they gave their lives for.
00:39:19.940 The northern Marianas Islands and those islands in the Pacific, which those people opted to stay.
00:39:26.940 It's part of the United States when they saw the brutality of what Japan tried to do and the co, you know, the co prosperity sphere.
00:39:32.940 And they see the CCP is trying to do the same thing.
00:39:35.940 This is why this is so important.
00:39:36.940 And this is why this governor was kind of revered.
00:39:38.940 He knew that he knew the the dangers of doing this.
00:39:42.940 And right now to be looking for they could come in.
00:39:45.940 Now, could somebody get on a plane in Saipan or somebody could get on a plane and just come to California, come to Hawaii, come into the United States once they get there?
00:39:54.940 Unvetted, ma'am?
00:39:56.940 So they're technically not supposed to leave here without the Chinese are not supposed to leave here, but they're illegally going by boat to Guam, at least in the hundreds.
00:40:07.940 And we know that they're illegally buying U.S. IDs here in Santa Mai.
00:40:11.940 The woman that ran the Bureau of Motor Vehicles was convicted specifically of selling U.S. driver's licenses to Chinese who were here unlawfully.
00:40:18.940 It cost, in case you're curious, about seventeen hundred dollars for a U.S. driver's license and three hundred dollars for a renewal.
00:40:25.940 And if you if you can see that building towering over the hotel behind me, that's the Chinese casino that that I was standing in front of before.
00:40:34.940 You can see that casino from pretty much everywhere you are in downtown Garapan, which is the capital.
00:40:41.940 And if I if I may just very quickly in that in that longer interview, she also talks about Jim Jordan being very supportive of her EVS tap program.
00:40:50.940 And we know that Congressman Nels wrote a letter in support of it.
00:40:54.940 So I don't know what she's saying to her congressional colleagues, but I don't think she's saying please support letting Chinese into the U.S. without a visa.
00:41:02.940 And what's interesting is I would like to know who recommended she target MAST, if that's indeed what happened.
00:41:09.940 And also, this is her number one legislative agenda.
00:41:13.940 If she was to approach if this did happen, she could have asked for anything.
00:41:18.940 She could have asked for cabotage waivers, which would have helped the tourism sector in other ways.
00:41:22.940 She could have helped ask for a million different things.
00:41:24.940 But what she wanted was this.
00:41:26.940 She wanted Chinese to be able to get in to the Commonwealth of Northern Marianas with less vetting.
00:41:31.940 Very, very suspicious.
00:41:34.940 And she should understand we're not backbenchers and we're making this going to make this a big deal.
00:41:38.940 Cleo, just give us the order of battle of what's going to happen today with the state funeral.
00:41:43.940 So the state funeral, which will be live streamed, starts in about an hour and 15 minutes.
00:41:48.940 This is a very religious part of the country, mostly Catholic.
00:41:53.940 They were colonized for about 300 years by Spain.
00:41:55.940 So then there will be a mass.
00:41:57.940 Then he will, his body will be taken to the cemetery.
00:42:00.940 And this is the cemetery, this part of the U.S. has had a hard time with cemetery space.
00:42:08.940 They're burying them four people deep.
00:42:10.940 And one of the things that Governor Palacios was very, he really, he really loved his people.
00:42:16.940 And he wanted them to have a dignified resting place.
00:42:19.940 He has been working for a long time to get a public cemetery open.
00:42:24.940 And yesterday there was a consecration ceremony for the public cemetery.
00:42:30.940 And Governor Palacios will be the first person laid to rest there.
00:42:34.940 It's at the foot of suicide cliffs, which is where the Japanese threw themselves off of during the, during the battle of Saipan.
00:42:42.940 But it's a very beautiful, peaceful spot.
00:42:45.940 And the key speaker at the consecration of that was the, one of the highest level people to come out from Washington that I've seen so far,
00:42:54.940 which was the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Insular Affairs, who used to be the legislative director for Representative King Hines, who you just saw.
00:43:03.940 He also was involved in writing legislation to enable this casino to come in with lessening of the bonds.
00:43:12.940 So you've got the highest ranking person.
00:43:15.940 I mean, he's originally from here, but he's currently working as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Insular Affairs at the Department of Interior,
00:43:22.940 who is what was Washington's face at the consecration of this cemetery for where Governor Palacios will be the first person laid to rest.
00:43:32.940 So when you're watching the service, keep an eye out for Angel Demopan, the Deputy Assistant Secretary.
00:43:38.940 And remember that he was very involved in facilitating the entry of the Chinese casino.
00:43:42.940 He was the chief of staff for the governor that whose family made money selling leasing landed inflated profits for the casino.
00:43:50.940 And he was legislative director for King Hines, who may also be speaking at the funeral.
00:43:55.940 Yeah. Yeah.
00:43:58.940 Cleo, of course, one of the suicide suicide cliff was not just the Japanese army, but many civilians.
00:44:05.940 The propaganda had been they've given so much propaganda about the American forces.
00:44:09.940 They threw themselves off and killed themselves instead of surrendering.
00:44:13.940 They would not surrender in Saipan, as in many of the places in the Pacific.
00:44:17.940 American territory all.
00:44:19.940 Cleo, social media.
00:44:21.940 We'll see in about we're going to start streaming here at seven o'clock.
00:44:24.940 I'll be hosting this.
00:44:26.940 We're going to stream the entire service, including the burial.
00:44:30.940 We think of that importance in this battle against the Chinese Communist Party.
00:44:34.940 Your social media, ma'am.
00:44:36.940 Thank you.
00:44:37.940 I'm on X.
00:44:38.940 Just my name.
00:44:39.940 Cleo Pascal, C-L-E-O-P-A-S-K-A-L.
00:44:42.940 And I have to.
00:44:43.940 Many people have come up to me here and have been grateful for the war room coverage.
00:44:48.940 And they felt quite abandoned.
00:44:51.940 And if you want, you can go.
00:44:53.940 The main media here is Marianas Variety.
00:44:56.940 They have a Facebook page and you can leave messages of condolences.
00:45:01.940 But just knowing that you care has made an enormous difference to many people here.
00:45:08.940 Well, thank you.
00:45:09.940 And thank them.
00:45:10.940 It's a it's a way we honor the greatest generation and also the new young greatest generation that's coming up in back of us to fight all this.
00:45:18.940 Thank you, ma'am.
00:45:19.940 Appreciate you.
00:45:23.940 We're gonna take a short break here.
00:45:24.940 Natalie's going to join me on the other side.
00:45:26.940 First question I may ask Natalie, given that she's from the time she's 17 years old, become one of the top investigative reporters in the world about the Chinese Communist Party.
00:45:34.940 There's no problem with the Chinese nationals in with no visas, totally unvetted into the United States of America.
00:45:41.940 If one thing you take away from what we're doing here in this situation is that, you know, in the Battle of the Pacific and the war in the Pacific, these islands were so important.
00:45:50.940 There's so much American bloodshed for these so many boys from Kansas and Missouri and Virginia and New York City and the Bronx and Chicago that gave their lives for this for a reason and a purpose.
00:46:02.940 And we're going to make sure we honored a short commercial break.
00:46:05.940 Natalie Winters on the other side.
00:46:06.940 If you're a homeowner, you need to listen to this.
00:46:20.940 In today's A.I. and cyber world, scammers are stealing home titles with more ease than ever.
00:46:27.940 And your equity is the target.
00:46:29.940 Here's how it works.
00:46:30.940 Criminals forge your signature on one document, use a fake notary stamp, pay small fee with your county and boom, your home title has been transferred out of your name.
00:46:41.940 Then they take out loans using your equity or even sell your property.
00:46:46.940 You won't even know it's happened until you get a collection or foreclosure notice.
00:46:52.940 So let me ask you, when was the last time you personally checked your home title?
00:46:59.940 If you're like me, the answer is never.
00:47:02.940 And that's exactly what scammers are counting on.
00:47:05.940 That's why I trust Home Title Lock.
00:47:08.940 Use promo code Steve at HomeTitleLock.com to make sure your title is still in your name.
00:47:14.940 You also get a free title history report plus a free 14 day trial of their million dollar triple lock protection.
00:47:22.940 That's 24 seven monitoring of your title, urgent alerts to any changes.
00:47:26.940 And if fraud should happen, they'll spend up to one million dollars to fix it.
00:47:32.940 Go to HomeTitleLock.com.
00:47:34.940 Now use promo code Steve.
00:47:36.940 That's HomeTitleLock.com.
00:47:38.940 Promo code Steve.
00:47:39.940 Do it today.
00:47:40.940 OK, we want to thank Cleo.
00:47:50.940 Right there is the president.
00:47:53.940 That is Allentown, Pennsylvania.
00:47:56.940 I sure not to get involved in New York airspace on a Friday afternoon.
00:48:01.940 They're going to Allentown.
00:48:03.940 The other direction is about an hour away from Bedminster by car.
00:48:07.940 I would hope that they would have one of the they would pre deploy for deploy one of the look at that landing right there.
00:48:15.940 Air Force two that they would have the one of the helicopters are taken.
00:48:22.940 We'll see all this.
00:48:23.940 This is Allentown, Pennsylvania, about an hour away from Bedminster.
00:48:26.940 We'll be able to hopefully cover this entire thing for the duration of the show.
00:48:30.940 There you go.
00:48:31.940 Natalie Winters joins us.
00:48:33.940 Natalie, given your research over the last, I don't know, six or seven years, you don't see any problem at all with allowing Chinese nationals into Saipan,
00:48:43.940 Guam, other places unvetted with no visas, ma'am, to kind of wandering around and do what they want anywhere they want, anytime they want.
00:48:52.940 I would say while we're at it, let's let them make up what, like 50 percent of the Harvard and Duke graduating class.
00:48:58.940 But I think we're probably already approaching those numbers.
00:49:01.940 But you and I know it, right?
00:49:02.940 It's infiltration, not invasion.
00:49:04.940 Obviously, we say that World War III, the kinetic part, hasn't necessarily started yet, at least in the context of China.
00:49:10.940 But I think if you look, not just the numbers of the people who are crossing into the United States,
00:49:15.940 either through the open southern border or through these sort of proxy cutout territories.
00:49:19.940 I mean, these are people who have military backgrounds.
00:49:22.940 Remember, it was the Biden regime that overturned, stopped the really vetting of these people asking if they had any weapons training,
00:49:29.940 if they had ties to the PLA.
00:49:31.940 And frankly, I mean, think about all the weird train derailments that we had under Joe Biden.
00:49:35.940 If you look at all the, I think, critical infrastructure attacks, whether it's the hacking or the weird, you know, batteries and the solar panels that they've been hacking into.
00:49:44.940 It's all part of a broader plan that I think we've really been been sounding the alarm over for years.
00:49:50.940 Natalie, how do they take our elite seriously?
00:49:53.940 How do they take us seriously?
00:49:54.940 I mean, to China, to get into Shanghai, even to get into Hong Kong, it's hermetically sealed.
00:49:59.940 They know everybody.
00:50:01.940 They got the face recognition.
00:50:02.940 It's a total surveillance state.
00:50:03.940 You know, there's no piano plan there.
00:50:06.940 These are hermetically sealed entities.
00:50:08.940 How can they take you seriously when you have a situation in the Western Pacific with our territories where they can just go in?
00:50:15.940 And you know the graph.
00:50:16.940 You just heard Cleo talk about, you know, one of the officials there was selling California driver's license at $1,700 bucks a pop.
00:50:24.940 Because as soon as you got a driver's license, you know, you can do everything, including voting.
00:50:28.940 I mean, how are they supposed to take us seriously when we're so open and so soft and they're so hermetically sealed and rock hard?
00:50:36.940 Ma'am.
00:50:37.940 Well, look, Steve, I think the answer to this question dovetails with what you're probably going to ask me next, which is what have we done on the treason front?
00:50:45.940 What have we done on the Chinese Communist Party spy front?
00:50:48.940 I mean, think about Eric Swalwell or Hunter Biden, right?
00:50:50.940 They're obviously kind of the laughing stock examples of Chinese Communist Party infiltration.
00:50:55.940 But there are dozens, if not hundreds, of people like them in the highest levels of government, as Cleo was alluding to,
00:51:00.940 the people who have embedded and burrowed in even in the Trump administration that are proxies of the Chinese Communist Party.
00:51:06.940 It's not just ideological compromise.
00:51:08.940 It's monetary compromise.
00:51:10.940 It's blackmail, right?
00:51:11.940 It's the whole gamut that I think we've really honed in on.
00:51:14.940 And to your point, you know, I wanted to come on and give us some good news about what they're doing on the treason front, on the Obama front, on the Russiagate front.
00:51:24.940 But unfortunately, I can't sit here and give you that.
00:51:27.940 You have breaking news coming from Laura Loomer.
00:51:30.940 I know we're pulling that, but if we want to, I guess we won't cut away from that.
00:51:33.940 But if we can, if we do, scroll the tweet and let's see who the Trump administration is considering putting in as the deputy director of the NSA.
00:51:42.940 That's John Edwards, the former chief information officer at the CIA under Obama.
00:51:48.940 I mean, full stop.
00:51:49.940 Why are we even considering people who worked in the intel agencies, intel community under Obama, under a president that weaponized against the American people?
00:51:58.940 If you actually read his personal bio, he actually says that, you guessed it, Director Brennan personally asked him to come back and work at the CIA.
00:52:07.940 Laura also reports her sources telling her that he and John Brennan are so close that they actually vacation together.
00:52:14.940 And this is the guy who now is going to be essentially what the number two over at NSA.
00:52:19.940 But Steve, the signal not noise here.
00:52:21.940 What really got this whole Russiagate thing started when Tulsi was declassifying these documents?
00:52:26.940 It was that Obama refused to release the presidential daily brief on December 9th of 2016 because it showed that there was no evidence of Russia collusion.
00:52:35.940 Now that they're trying to jam through this obviously Brennan apparatchik, Brennan crony into the upper echelons, if not the most upper echelons of the NSA, which, as you know, is responsible for the overwhelming majority of what's contained in the presidential daily brief.
00:52:50.940 I mean, this is not just a cover up.
00:52:53.940 I'm sorry, do you think Joe Biden would consider anyone from the Trump administration for any position, let alone the number two over at the NSA?
00:53:01.940 Absolutely not.
00:53:02.940 Last time I checked, they tried to, what, debank, disbar like Jeff Clark, and absolutely destroy anyone who is even tangentially associated with the MAGA movement, even if it was for just one day on January 6th.
00:53:16.940 I don't understand why it takes Laura Loomer to have to vet these people, right?
00:53:21.940 This should be, this should be a no-go from the start, but this is something, I mean, this is an issue that I think really, really matters, right?
00:53:28.760 Personnel is policy.
00:53:30.380 How in the heck are you going to hold John Brennan to account when his buddy is busy probably being promoted, if not outright elevated, to the number two position at the NSA potentially as we speak?
00:53:41.300 That's not accountability.
00:53:42.720 That's not retribution.
00:53:43.900 That's laying the groundwork for retribution against MAGA, which is not what I voted for.
00:53:51.500 Natalie, give your social media.
00:53:53.760 Thank you for carving out some time to jump on here because I want to get this update.
