00:02:01.080 District of Columbia. We are American citizens. Our families go to war. We pay taxes, and we
00:02:09.120 uphold the responsibilities of citizenship. And while this action today is unsettling and
00:02:17.120 unprecedented, I can't say that given some of the rhetoric of the past, that we're totally
00:02:23.700 surprised. I can say to D.C. residents that we will continue to operate our government in
00:02:32.280 a way that makes you proud. We will balance our budgets. We will deploy our services.
00:02:39.420 Our kids are going to start school on August 25th. And we will work with the federal government
00:02:46.740 to do the things that they should do for our city.
00:02:50.360 There was a lot of deception from the president there. So here's a reality check. There is no
00:02:54.280 doubt that D.C. has for decades been a high crime city. It is among the U.S. cities with the
00:02:58.920 highest homicide rates, though there are a bunch of other big cities that are worse.
00:03:02.860 And D.C. did indeed have a big crime spike in 2023, which is the year the president kept
00:03:07.800 citing. But contrary to what the president said today, even in 2023, D.C. did not have
00:03:13.220 an all-time high in murder. It was way worse during the crack crisis of the 80s and early
00:03:17.560 90s. And more pressingly, Dana, the president was just flat wrong when he said it's getting
00:03:22.800 worse now, not getting better. Crime in D.C., including murder, has fallen sharply since
00:03:28.080 that 2023 spike. It fell in 2024. It's fallen further in 2025. So let's look at some of this
00:03:34.520 data. In 2023, D.C. had its most murders in more than two decades, 274. Of course, that's
00:03:40.460 terrible. But it then plunged to 187 murders last year. And it's been falling again so far
00:03:46.160 this year. Through July, according to figures compiled by crime data expert Jeff Asher, D.C.
00:03:51.760 had 34 percent fewer murders than it did through the same period in that year, 2023. Now, how
00:03:57.880 about violent crime more broadly? Well, that's also down sharply in the last year and a half.
00:04:02.360 In fact, per Jeff Asher, D.C.'s officially reported violent crime rate in 2024 was the second lowest
00:04:08.820 since 1966, so lower than every year of Trump's first administration. It's about a third of what
00:04:14.500 it was in those bad old days, the early 1990s. And you heard from the president and his team about
00:04:19.100 carjackings. Well, indeed, a problem in D.C. But what do the numbers say? Again, a big spike in 2023,
00:04:24.440 down since. Asher noted the 16 carjackings reported in July were the fewest reported in any month in
00:04:31.780 more than five years in D.C., down more than 87 percent from the same month in 2023. So, look,
00:04:37.640 we know crime is an issue in D.C. We've lived there. We know that every violent crime is a shame,
00:04:42.340 a tragedy, of course, not excusing any of them. But this isn't an ongoing crime spike like President
00:04:47.420 Trump suggested. And he said it's rising even in the text of the executive order. I went through it.
00:04:52.920 The first section says crime is rising in the Capitol. That is just not true.
00:04:57.100 As our home rule charter is also clear, and the president's executive order restates,
00:05:06.320 Chief Pamela Smith is the chief of the Metropolitan Police Department, and its 3,100 members work under
00:05:16.600 her direction. The home rule charter requires the mayor to provide the services of MPD during special
00:05:25.700 conditions of an emergency, and we will follow the law. Though there's a question about the subjectivity
00:05:34.720 of that declaration. In fact, the chief has already provided a high-level liaison and point of contact
00:05:45.400 with the federal government and made those initial contacts. The executive order is also clear that the
00:05:54.580 president has dedicated his authority to make requests of us to Attorney General Pam Bondi. I have reached out
00:06:03.560 to Attorney General Pam Bondi and hope to schedule a meeting school soon.
00:06:08.480 In the briefing, they gave us a packet of information to show us some of the arrests that were made over the
00:06:14.540 weekend as this starting to ramp up or increase in federal law enforcement took place. And they were fairly low-level
00:06:22.560 criminals. It was somebody with possession or a DUI at one point. And there were only five of them, I believe,
00:06:30.280 listed in this packet. So it's unclear, you know, he's talking about this major escalation in violent crime,
00:06:36.160 but that is not quite clear from the packet of information they gave us here.
00:06:39.840 He's been making these threats since last year, and now he's carrying through with them. There's no reason to believe
00:06:45.000 he won't go further. What do you say to the president about his threats to bringing the military in?
00:06:51.260 We don't, and I think I speak for all Americans, we don't believe or believe it's legal to use the
00:06:59.840 American military against American citizens on American soil. I'm not a lawyer, and so, but I think 0.64

00:07:19.700 into California. So it is, it's a question. We've seen active military on the borders of DC some years
00:07:29.320 ago, and we don't believe that our military should be used against American citizens.

00:08:52.220 posse. Always an honor to have the chance to speak to you guys, but we've got a packed show. We've got
00:08:57.260 Eric Prince, John Lott, John Miano, the latest with all things H-1B visas. But I
00:09:02.520 think we learned one thing today, and that's when the left says that they're all about tolerance.
00:09:08.280 I think that actually just means tolerating crime. I learned a new phrase from that CNN
00:09:13.260 called Open, a low-level criminal. Apparently, CNN is okay with that. They don't think that
00:09:19.520 murder rates spiking on top of really historic highs. Maybe there's a dip by 1% that, therefore,
00:09:25.960 that means there's not a crime problem in Washington, D.C. Although, I guess maybe if
00:09:31.980 that's the way that they spin their data, then it's not that hard to see why they approved or
00:09:36.940 approve of the COVID vaccines and everything sort of in that realm. I would humbly tell President
00:09:43.900 Trump that if we're going to start arresting criminals in D.C., you should probably start with
00:09:47.080 Congress. Maybe go for the lobbyists, too. But I think what you're saying is a transformation
00:09:52.960 of the idea of, what is it, criminal justice reform that we typically hear coming from the
00:09:57.680 mouths of the George Soros acolytes, the Open Society Foundation weirdos, that basically is
00:10:02.940 just a Trojan horse to destroy your communities with more, you know, DEI hires for committing
00:10:08.260 crimes. But in this case, you're actually seeing criminal justice, crime, actually law and order
00:10:13.960 being used to protect the American people, especially in our nation's capital, of which I am a resident
00:10:20.360 of. And I can tell you, it is as bad as you see it on social media. I think just last weekend,
00:10:27.920 there were marauding bands of like hundreds of, you know, feral gang youth shooting at police,
00:10:34.980 just horrible stuff. So President Trump is stepping up. So obviously, the media is apoplectic over at
00:10:39.720 Muriel Bowser, too. I think we've got Eric Prince up, who really, I think, has a real well-documented
00:10:47.960 track record in terms of cleaning up messes abroad and here at home. I'm curious, George's general
00:10:54.360 reaction to President Trump's wonderful press conference this morning.
00:10:58.960 I liked his example that his father gave, that if you go to a restaurant and you see a dirty floor,
00:11:06.740 avoid the restaurant because the kitchen's probably dirty, too. The president has a right to be concerned
00:11:11.580 about the federal city and what it means for the rest of America. If this is our seat of government,
00:11:16.720 to have that much criminal activity and feral behavior and gangs running through the streets,
00:11:23.280 or just like happened to the guy from Doge last week who saw a girl getting carjacked,
00:11:29.460 he tried to intervene, and a bunch of these punks beat him bloody enough that's got to stop. 0.55
00:11:36.100 And, you know, this is the Democrat dream of the defund the police, of kneecapping police so much,
00:11:46.900 and the criminal justice system to allow the kind of recurring, unaccountable criminal behavior,
00:11:54.300 which compounds and ends up destroying. The only reason D.C. hasn't collapsed, like other cities that
00:12:00.500 have runaway crime, is just the amount of federal spending that keeps showering cash on the city.
00:12:07.160 But when you have congressmen who have been carjacked just out to get sushi, as happened also in the last
00:12:14.500 year, and just the amount of marauding behavior, the president is right to intervene and to stop it.
00:12:22.220 And, you know, it's the limousine liberals that hang out in the northwest side of D.C.
00:12:28.180 They're the ones that are not suffering as much as the people in southeast D.C., in the poor areas
00:12:34.520 that have to live with that kind of crime. It's always the poorest folks that suffer the most.
00:12:40.740 And remember, Washington, D.C., reelected Marion Barry after he was caught on camera,
00:12:48.760 smoking crack with hookers, and they reelected him back into the city council.
00:12:55.800 So this is a city that has long teetered on criminal chaos and a very different idea of what is clean
00:13:06.600 and orderly and just. And I think Trump is right to do it. Now, deploying the National Guard,
00:13:12.640 good to turn effect. But what we really need to do is to lock up the worst of the worst.
00:13:18.280 And if you take away the very small percent of the population that is doing crimes again and again and
00:13:27.460 again, that is what will have the bigger effect. Then, look, the guard is a good visual deterrence,
00:13:34.840 and it may keep crime from happening out of certain areas. But the real problem is you have to lock up
00:13:41.580 that bottom one percent. And again, this is also the compounding problem of what's happened
00:13:50.080 with inner city families where the federal government has taken over for fathers.
00:13:54.800 And so now you have multi-generations of youth that have been raised with no father figure,
00:13:59.840 no discipline figure, and it is compounded feral behavior. And I feel bad for the kids,
00:14:06.120 but I really feel bad for the society that is having to deal with that rampant criminal behavior.

00:17:07.820 third world countries. But D.C., I don't know if it's all that different. Your thoughts on how this
00:17:12.660 plan, when it's implemented, I guess it's being implemented right now. But if you were advising
00:17:16.860 the president, what would you suggest? Really effective prosecution. I'm so glad that Janine
00:17:22.880 Pirro is the federal prosecutor for D.C. She is a very tough-on-crime, throw-the-book-at-em
00:17:30.940 kind of a person, and we need that. Look, I've been helping out in Haiti a bit the last few months,
00:17:40.680 and Haiti, sadly, is suffering from the worst of a defund-the-police collapse of any kind of law
00:17:48.200 enforcement country. And it's 12 million people that are largely been governed by gangs over the
00:17:55.400 last few years, compounding to where they control 90 percent of the capital city. And they have taken a
00:18:01.420 turn, and law enforcement-wise, to put serious people in the positions of responsibility and are
00:18:08.620 taking the country back from crime. President Trump is right to do that in D.C. It is our nation's
00:18:15.400 capital. And to have that kind of runaway crime, and well, it's just getting much better. The fact
00:18:23.000 is, they've even removed a police commissioner for falsifying records, right? Those statistics are
00:18:28.780 kept by the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department. And, you know, there's lies, damn lies, and statistics.
00:18:35.560 I think there's some funny math going on with them hiding the facts, because any actual observer that
00:18:43.260 goes to D.C. knows the crime, the robbery, the nonsense is much worse than it's been in decades.
00:18:54.080 And, Eric, I'm curious. There's some discussion about potentially doing programs like this and
00:18:58.500 other cities, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York. I, myself, having been born and raised in L.A.,
00:19:04.420 would definitely put that as number one on the list. But do you think that this is a, you know,
00:19:09.100 nationally replicable plan that President Trump could pursue? I am a big proponent of separation of
00:19:19.340 powers. And I think that cities that have Republican governors, let's say failing cities
00:19:27.920 with Republican governors, those governors need to do a much better job of making that a state issue
00:19:33.480 and taking back some of these what have become urban crime centers to take it away from the ease and
00:19:41.360 control the left. You know, Chicago, under J.B. Pritzker, that's going to continue to be a disaster.
00:19:47.460 But other cities that have runaway crime with Republican governors, they need to do a better
00:19:52.640 job of cleaning it up. I'm not in favor of a federalization of law enforcement in cities,
00:19:59.720 even in California, where those voters have to deal with those kind of problems. D.C. is a very unique
00:20:07.740 case because it is the federal government. It is the seat of the federal government. It is the nation's,
00:20:12.460 should be the welcome mat for all visitors and all diplomats and all people of goodwill that are
00:20:21.000 coming to do business with America and the United States government. They deserve, and the citizens of
00:20:26.420 America demand that we have a safe city to operate in, that you don't have to worry about being mugged,
00:20:33.060 murdered, or worse when you visit our federal city.

00:21:10.940 citing a lot of your studies and debate rounds, so an honor to have you on War Room. I'm curious to
00:21:17.960 get your thoughts.
00:21:18.420 I'm clattered.
00:21:20.000 You do great work. Huge fan. But you've really been, I think, the number one, you know,
00:21:25.060 stat data researcher pushing back against legacy narratives, the idea that, you know, crime is a
00:21:31.000 myth in our Republican heads. You even see it today, CNN talking about something that is a low-level
00:21:36.160 criminal. I would love to get some clarification on what the heck that means. But could you sort
00:21:40.660 of walk us through what the data shows us about the state of affairs when it comes to criminality in
00:21:45.900 D.C.?
00:21:46.900 Right. Well, we have different types of data on crime. What people mostly rely on are the data
00:21:54.760 that's reported to criminal—reported to police. That's what the FBI data is based on. But the Bureau
00:22:01.380 of Justice Statistics, which is another part of the Department of Justice, has something called the
00:22:06.740 National Crime Victimization Survey, where they survey about 240,000 people each year. And the reason
00:22:13.160 why they do that is we've known for many decades that not all crimes are reported to police. And that
00:22:21.440 that gap varies systematically over time based primarily on whether people think the criminals are going
00:22:28.680 to be arrested or convicted. Now, normally, over time, those two numbers, the total number of crimes
00:22:36.560 and the ones that are reported to police, have tended to move up and down together.
00:22:41.540 Unfortunately, basically, since COVID, that hasn't been the case. And there are multiple reasons for
00:22:49.260 that. One is there's been nationally a drop in arrest rates. You also have parts of the country where
00:22:56.900 five years ago or six years ago, if you'd called up the police to report a crime or 911,
00:23:03.820 they would send out a police car. Now, there are parts of the country, when you call up,
00:23:08.260 they'll ask you, is the criminal still there? And people will usually say, no, he's already left.
00:23:14.580 And then they'll say, well, you can come down to the police station and wait in line
00:23:19.060 and fill out a police report. And the problem is, is that there are some people who otherwise would
00:23:25.500 have had their crimes reported now that you make it more difficult, more time consuming for them to do
00:23:31.720 it, say, you know, it's just not worth it, because they're less likely to go and catch the criminal to
00:23:38.120 begin with. I mean, back in 2022, the arrest rate for violent crime for cities with more than a million
00:23:47.520 people, there are nine such cities in the United States, had fallen to 20%. And, you know, when it gets
00:23:55.020 to be something like that, you know, people ask, you know, is it really worth it? And for property crimes,
00:24:01.600 it was even much less. And that's 20% of reported crimes. If you look at the percentage of total crimes,
00:24:10.060 you're talking about only about 8% are reported to police.
00:24:13.980 And I'm curious, I was sent over one of your pieces, you were talking about how I think,
00:24:20.720 you know, the attack on on the Doge engineer is kind of emblematic, I think, of the status quo in
00:24:25.920 DC. But you were talking about how, quote, Trump's move for FBI agents in the National Guard will
00:24:30.560 increase arrest rates and simply the threat of arrest will reduce the crime rate. I'm curious your
00:24:35.580 thoughts on what exactly the mechanisms are, the plan that President Trump has put forth are going to
00:24:41.220 be the largest drivers, you think of potentially bringing either the arrest rates up, or the murder
00:24:47.360 to your crime, that number down? Is it a function of, you know, having the National Guard there? Is
00:24:51.640 it really the the arrest that'll be making the largest impact? Well, I think it's a function of
00:24:57.940 many things. Look, the bottom line is this, it's not rocket science. If you want to reduce crime,
00:25:03.520 you have to make it risky for criminals to commit crime. They haven't been prosecuting a large
00:25:09.620 percentage of the violent criminals in Washington, DC. Those been decisions by the US attorney during
00:25:18.640 the Biden administration, as well as decisions that the district itself makes, particularly with
00:25:25.020 regard to juveniles. And Pirro today was saying that she wanted to have the laws changed so that the US
00:25:35.460 attorney, her, could go after these juvenile criminals that were committing crimes right now, 1.00
00:25:42.320 because they would often be given very light sentences. So look, here's the bottom line. If you
00:25:48.100 want to deter it, you can make it risky in many ways. You can have higher arrest rates, higher conviction
00:25:53.540 rates, longer prison sentences. You can also make it so that the victims themselves are able to go and
00:26:01.320 protect themselves and defend themselves from crime. I mean, you only have about 1% of the adult population
00:26:08.840 in Washington, DC, that has a concealed carry permit. And there are all sorts of places where you're banned
00:26:16.400 from being able to go and carry. So there's a good chance that even a lot of that 1% aren't going
00:26:23.700 around carrying, because this is not practical, given the number of gun-free zones that exist there.
00:26:29.940 So, you know, the fact that a victim might be able to go and defend themselves in a carjacking
00:26:36.180 can also make it riskier for criminals to commit crimes. And if my research convinces me of anything,
00:26:43.540 there are basically two groups of people who benefit the most from being able to go and have guns.
00:26:48.980 There are women and elderly people, people who are relatively weaker physically. You know, 0.99
00:26:55.620 I was chief economist for the US Sentencing Commission. I must have read over a thousand
00:27:00.180 trial transcripts. And these criminals, you know, they may be stupid in some sense, but they're not
00:27:06.820 that dumb. You know, if they see somebody who's weaker, an easier target, that's the person that they
00:27:14.100 go after. And so, you know, having a woman by herself is often a very attractive target for 0.99
00:27:20.980 these guys because they feel the strength advantages that they have. They don't have to worry about

00:29:50.960 President Trump's plan to make D.C. safe again is that they're going to deport and just get rid,
00:29:58.340 get out of the country. A lot of these illegal aliens that I think are in and around the DMV 1.00
00:30:02.880 area. John, I wanted to sort of dive down that route. Oh, it's you too. I know you've done a lot
00:30:09.260 of research into the crime rates of illegal aliens, much to the dismay and outrage. I was going to say
00:30:14.360 of, you know, the libertarian right, but frankly, it's their corporate paymasters who want to open
00:30:18.800 borders and cheap labor that probably don't like you very much. But your response to sort of the
00:30:23.180 media's apoplexy over the link that President Trump is making between crime rates, you know,
00:30:28.760 plummeting or at least sizably going down if you fix the illegal alien problem in D.C.
00:30:35.200 Right. Well, I mean, this is something nationally, you know, during the Biden administration,
00:30:39.760 if you look at total crimes, they increased very dramatically. In fact, during the first three
00:30:46.120 years of his administration, which is all we have the official numbers for right now from the Bureau of
00:30:51.260 Justice Statistics, there was over a 50 percent increase in violent crime. That's the largest
00:30:58.500 increase over any three year period that we've ever recorded over the 51 years that they've had this
00:31:05.420 data on. In fact, it's more than twice as large as the largest previously measured increase. And,
00:31:11.920 you know, so it wasn't people's imagination that crime was going up. And, you know, it's hard to
00:31:18.200 ignore the fact that that coincided with the open borders and this huge influx of many, many millions
00:31:26.360 of illegal aliens coming across, illegal aliens who weren't being checked for criminal records.
00:31:32.900 And, you know, you look at it now and my guess is that we don't have the numbers that we've been
00:31:38.140 seeing a drop in violent crime. We've been seeing at the same time the border's been closed and Trump
00:31:45.480 is going out and deporting illegal aliens who have criminal records. But it's even the criminal aliens 0.94
00:31:50.980 that he hasn't caught yet. He has an effect on because they know that if they get arrested,
00:31:57.680 they'll be deported. And so one way to kind of keep off the police's radar is not to be committing
00:32:05.200 crime right now. And so I think even for the ones he hasn't been able to catch yet, there's been this
00:32:11.440 reduction in crime that's occurred. But, you know, you just have to look at the numbers put out by the
00:32:17.800 Biden administration. About a month and a half before the election, the deputy director for ICE
00:32:25.320 put out a report saying that of the 7.4 million so-called non-detained individuals that had been
00:32:32.600 released into the country, 663,000 of them had criminal records. Now, the problem is, is that
00:32:40.520 many countries like Venezuela, for example, would not provide information on the criminal records of
00:32:47.500 their citizens that were here illegally. So that's an underestimate for that. Plus, the vast majority 1.00
00:32:53.860 of these so-called non-detained individuals were ones who voluntarily turned themselves in at the
00:32:59.480 border. And those are not the ones, I mean, it's amazing you still have as high of a crime rate even
00:33:05.160 with those as you do. But those aren't the ones that you should be most concerned about. You know,
00:33:09.980 we have like 2 million gotaways during the Biden administration, people that we saw coming across
00:33:15.140 the border that we didn't catch. And then we have untold millions more that we didn't even get to
00:33:20.640 see coming across the border because Biden had pulled off 76 percent of the border agents who
00:33:26.580 normally would be guarding the border and instead used them to go and process the illegal aliens that
00:33:33.020 they had let in. And about a third of the passive monitoring equipment, the cameras and other things
00:33:39.200 that we had along the border were broken. And the Biden administration had refused to fix it.
00:33:45.880 And so you have a situation where there was large parts of the border where there was no eyes on it.
00:33:51.060 So we have no idea. And presumably the cartels figured out where those were. And so we have no idea how
00:33:58.520 many more millions. But it's those people that you would imagine their criminal background is a lot
00:34:04.680 higher than the nine percent, which is an underestimate even then, of these so-called
00:34:10.840 non-detained individuals. John Law, you do such wonderful work. I know the audience is going to

00:35:09.160 be one of the largest scams and lies perpetuated on the American people that goes to the core of what
00:35:15.680 it means to be an American, the value of your citizenship, the idea that your government shouldn't
00:35:20.840 have some perverse or reverse social contract with you whereby they are pursuing policies that
00:35:26.580 are going to disadvantage you from jobs and livelihood and depress your wages. So a bunch
00:35:31.420 of foreigners that don't speak English with degrees from fake universities can take you and 1.00
00:35:35.920 your children's futures away from you. I think it should be that simple. But as we've learned,
00:35:41.520 it's not, apparently. An interesting, being euphemistic there, decision coming out of President
00:35:48.340 Trump's DOJ with regard to the addition of spouses of H-1B migrants with regard to them receiving work
00:35:58.600 permits. We're joined by John Miano, who has kind of forced this issue. You guys, just like John Lott,
00:36:04.920 I guess the Johns do really, really good work on issues that I know this audience is extremely
00:36:09.420 passionate about. But can you sort of explain or contextualize this article for us, the scope of
00:36:15.380 the problem and what it really is? Okay, let me get started with H-1B. It's interesting you talk
00:36:20.900 about the statistics issue because we have the same problem in H-1B in that the government refuses to
00:36:27.140 collect the statistics that would tell us what's going on because they know the data is so bad that
00:36:33.540 they don't want it to get out, so they just don't collect it. You do a FOIA request to DHS about to get
00:36:41.080 the nature of H-1B, and you get a response that says, oh, we don't have that data. But for the people
00:36:48.640 who aren't familiar, the H-1B visa program is something Congress designed to replace Americans with cheap 0.92
00:36:55.880 foreign workers. You've got to get that in mind. Congress designed this program to replace Americans with cheap 1.00
00:37:01.760 foreign workers. They made it explicitly legal to replace Americans, and then they created a wage 0.94
00:37:09.040 system to allow employers to pay extremely low wages. And the lobbyists use the gaslighting that
00:37:18.900 this is for highly skilled workers where there's shortages. But in reality, there's no skill requirement
00:37:24.240 whatsoever in the H-1B program except for fashion models. And there's no shortage requirement.
00:37:30.720 There had been a shortage requirement in the predecessor H-2 visa, and there had been a requirement
00:37:37.760 that H-1B would not, that these workers would not negatively affect Americans. But Congress got rid of
00:37:47.160 both of those when they created the H-1B program. And H-1B is nearly perfect for replacing Americans 1.00
00:37:55.000 with cheap foreign workers. The only flaw is that there are limits on the number of visas. 0.65
00:38:02.200 And for years, industry has sought increases in numbers and ways to eliminate the limits and ways to
00:38:11.200 circumvent the limits. And so one of them they've come up with is to allow the
00:38:17.000 spouses of H-1B workers to work. And so that way you would get a twofer. And the Barack Obama 0.92
00:38:24.920 administration allowed certain H-1B workers to be able to work, to have their spouses work as well to get
00:38:32.680 that process started. And the regulations say that we'll consider expanding it to other classes of
00:38:42.040 aliens as well. And what you're seeing here is part of an even larger problem of the executive under Obama
00:38:54.360 and Biden claiming that they have the authority to authorize alien employment. So not only does Congress
00:39:04.520 create these visa programs, we now have the executive creating them. So the big ones we had like are DACA,
00:39:11.880 this H-1, H-4 work program. We have Biden's parole program, which has been subjecting
00:39:21.720 communities across the country to saturation with migrants. And so the big question is,
00:39:28.680 does the executive have the authority to create these employment programs? And the reason why these
00:39:37.000 employment programs are important is because they determine who can stay in the country. Because if 0.65
00:39:42.600 Congress can say, if you say you can work, then you have the means to stay in the country. And one
00:39:50.280 illustration is we have something called deferred action, where the executive doesn't prosecute you for
00:39:58.040 deportation. Okay, well, they don't prosecute you. But then, through the administrative state,
00:40:04.360 they create elections that they give you a work permit. So you're not even going to leave on your
00:40:08.520 own. It's effectively become an immigration program. So now we have these things.
00:40:14.920 Go ahead. Go ahead.
00:40:16.840 No, I'm just saying you've opened up the timing of the case perfectly for the Trump administration,
00:40:21.880 you know, to be in office, but they don't really have your back, is what I'm gathering.
00:40:28.200 That's what's happened. So now we have the question whether the executive has the authority to
00:40:39.560 create these work programs on its own has come before the Supreme Court at least five times previously
00:40:45.960 over the past 10 years. We've had DACA, several DACA cases. I'll have one on the optional practical
00:40:52.440 training program, which is the largest, largest alien employment program in the country. Yet it was 0.56
00:40:58.760 credo created over a dinner party with lobbyists through the executive. And the Supreme Court is
00:41:05.320 punned every time. So the next one has finally come up, which is over these H-4 spouses, whether 1.00
00:41:15.800 the government can give spouses this work permit, work permits, again, without the approval of Congress.
00:41:22.200 And this calls into question the larger, the larger issue of whether they can create all these
00:41:28.120 programs at all, which would seem to be perfectly aligned with Omega, you know, who we, we theory as
00:41:34.840 we've been told is against H-1B, against replacing Americans, against DACA, against these Biden parole
00:41:42.840 programs. And so it comes to the Supreme Court and the Trump administration's response sounds just like
00:41:53.000 Barack Obama. In fact, I think most of the text comes directly from Barack Obama. They've basically
00:41:59.800 said that they support giving spouses of H-1B workers employment. And meanwhile, American workers,
00:42:10.200 American graduates can't find jobs. And Trump's giving more jobs to foreign workers. So we kind of
00:42:18.040 have this problem with Trump in that he's like, he's sort of like the NFL rusher who does 200 yards per
00:42:27.640 game, which we really celebrate his great accomplishments, but then he fumbles the football
00:42:33.240 in the end zone to end up losing the game, which is going on here. And particularly troubling is how
00:42:43.000 the response from the Trump administration really reeks of contempt for average working Americans. I mean,
00:42:50.920 it's really disgraceful that Donald Trump could put something like this on paper, which tells us that
00:43:00.520 either that Trump does not have control of his Justice Department and or he does not have control of DHS.
00:43:08.520 John, if you can hang with us through the break, I want to drill down who you think is sort of
00:43:15.080 lobbying or pitching on behalf of this program, the nefarious elements with Inside DOJ, the Trump
00:43:21.800 admin. I think the audience would probably put our money on big business, all these corporations that
00:43:26.440 have tried to basically make American citizenship mean absolutely nothing. It's disgraceful. My blood is

00:45:10.760 on the H-1B visa front for years now. I'm just curious, your expertise in this field,
00:45:17.560 where does that lead you to think that a lot of the opposition, even within the Trump administration,
00:45:24.040 within the DOJ, is coming to gutting this program? Is it big business? Is it lobbyists? Is it an
00:45:29.880 ideological thing? I think it's, well, two things. If you notice that in the last election,
00:45:36.520 I think everyone knew that the election was not going to be as close as it was, that Donald Trump
00:45:45.560 was going to soundly defeat the woman who couldn't answer any questions. And so what we saw was the
00:45:52.200 people in Silicon Valley, who normally had lined up with Democrats, were jumped up and were lining up
00:45:59.880 behind Donald Trump. And so I think that those people have now gotten his ear. While in comparison,
00:46:08.440 in 2016, Donald Trump was campaigning with Americans who had been replaced by H-1B workers. And then,
00:46:16.360 so suddenly in December of last year, Donald Trump announces that he supports H-1B visas. And so we have
00:46:25.720 Donald Trump saying that he supports replacing Americans with foreign workers and everyone was
00:46:30.440 in great shock. The second piece is the deep state within the agencies. So for example, I told you about
00:46:40.280 just described the power to create all these work programs. The deep state in DHS doesn't want to give
00:46:49.000 up that power. They want to keep, they want to retain and probably. And so it's those two forces that I
00:46:55.320 think are major at work. And I would also, I mean, I could maybe throw a third one in that I don't think
00:47:03.080 that our side really has much access to this current administration. In 2016, I mean, there were people
00:47:11.720 in the Trump White House who I could call and they would actually answer my telephone and I could,
00:47:18.120 you know, describe these problems to them. Now in the, in the current 20, 24 Trump administration,
00:47:28.680 we have absolutely no access to what's going on. I mean, there's no one I, no one who will listen to
00:47:33.080 me or take my call in the current administration. John, there's a lot of details that I'm sure
00:47:38.600 the audience is going to want to go through. How can people follow you, stay up to date with

00:49:30.120 current technology. But this is obviously a five alarm fire sound, the alarm, because this is going to
00:49:36.520 to give the UN the authority basically to have an on and off button, a switch, toggle it on, toggle it
00:49:42.760 off with regard to controlling refugee flows into countries. They can essentially prioritize through
00:49:48.520 AI vetting refugees based off of race or demography or religion or political beliefs. So we're definitely 0.94
00:49:55.320 going to keep tracking the story that the program is just being rolled out. It's still in its infancy.
00:50:00.280 But this is something that I think is extremely, extremely concerning. Also, we got all the UN and
00:50:05.720 WEF bureaucrats, as we speak, working on the global plastics, global pollution treaty, which is, I
00:50:12.120 guess, pandemic treaty 2.0, the way that they're going to try to reverse everything that President Trump is
00:50:17.640 trying to do with regard to strengthening American energy and strengthening the American economy by doing
00:50:23.240 the former and instead making us subject to a supranational globalist hellhole regulation black hole that
00:50:32.600 apparently you can't even consume anything plastic or produce it or use fossil fuels, you know, the whole
