00:06:32.240 Talk to me about what happened the other day with this case, this event that finally brought to the nation's attention, which you guys have been arguing for a while about these commercial driver licenses that are given to particularly Mexican citizens, Mexican nationals.
00:06:48.140 They can't speak English, can't read English, and not going to abide by any rule.
00:06:52.540 You scared the hell out of people when you came on a month or so ago, a couple of months ago, and alerted the American citizens to what this problem was.
00:07:00.420 And now you've had guys killing people on highways, as you guys predicted it was going to happen unless it got cleaned up.
00:07:06.600 So walk me through the case of what exactly happened here.
00:07:09.820 So on Tuesday, August 12th, we saw a pretty serious crash on the Florida Turnpike near Fort Pierce.
00:07:17.080 A gentleman who had came into the United States illegally by the name of Harjinder Singh, behind the wheel of the semi, as you see in the clip you're playing, attempted to execute an illegal U-turn across the Florida Turnpike.
00:07:33.240 And in doing so, he pulled right in front of three people in a minivan driving 70 miles an hour who were instantly killed.
00:07:40.260 The problem with this incident is this isn't the only one.
00:07:43.120 There have been a string of these crashes and collisions involving insourced labor on American highways.
00:07:50.840 Back in June, we saw in Terrell, Texas, a gentleman from Cuba working for one of these dodgy chameleon carriers, hauling a load for the United States Postal Service, fell asleep at the wheel because the company he worked for backdoored into his electronic logging device, fudged his hours and allowed him to drive until he couldn't drive anymore.
00:08:10.660 And he wiped out most of an entire family in Texas.
00:08:13.740 Then we had another one in Austin, Texas, in March.
00:08:16.300 This is repeated.
00:08:17.380 It's daily.
00:08:18.200 A couple of days after the crash in Florida, we had six or seven semis get in an accident on the same stretch of Interstate 70 in Illinois.
00:08:25.960 These are daily occurrences.
00:08:27.820 A friend of mine who's a trucker, he just left Vermont the other day, called me and said he keeps getting detoured from all these crashes.
00:08:33.360 And most of the time, we're finding it's drivers who've been insourced here from other countries and been given fraudulent or questionable CDLs, many of which are downstream of this program that Joe Biden started in 2021 under his trucking task force, where instead of listening to industry experts tell him,
00:08:54.700 hey, we need to get trucks moving, we need to fix the detention problem, we need to pay drivers more and improve the material conditions of American truckers' jobs, they completely ignored all of that expert advice.
00:09:06.320 And downstream of that task force, we have seen at least, at very least, half a million migrants, refugees and illegals issued CDLs by about 10 states,
00:09:16.680 as identified by my colleague Shannon Everett here at American Truckers United, and America's highways are flooded with people who often don't speak English, have got very little training, very little vetting,
00:09:29.160 and clearly don't know what they're doing because they keep getting in these accidents all the time.
00:09:33.720 It's economic warfare against America's well-trained truckers.

00:09:41.620 The guy did an illegal – on the Florida freeway, that huge interstate, he tried to do a U-turn, an illegal U-turn in the middle of that, and that's – and the folks in the minivan ran into him?

00:10:03.040 Shannon, please explain to this audience what the logic is of why in the United States of America we need 500,000 aliens given a commercial driver's license to compete against American drivers.
00:10:19.420 What is the logic of that, sir?
00:10:22.300 Well, it's an irresponsible logic that's been parroted by the lobbyist group in Washington, D.C., and so it's not necessary.
00:10:32.160 You know, there's been this narrative that's been pushed out into the industry that says that we have a driver shortage, and it's always continuously seems to be the same number of 80,000 drivers.
00:10:42.320 When we first started bringing awareness to this issue, we found very quickly that we had over 6 million CDLs as reported by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's website online.
00:10:53.800 But when we made that statement, when we made that claim, it was like, well, that number's bad.
00:10:57.580 That data's bad.
00:10:58.620 Well, if that data is the only public source of data that's available for everyone to use to make the claims on how many CDL drivers we have in the United States, how can you also tell us that there's a shortage?
00:11:10.180 If we don't have the data, how can you have a number that tells us how many drivers we don't have?
00:11:14.560 The answer is there is no shortage.
00:11:16.280 If there was a shortage, they wouldn't just be pulling drivers from third-world countries.
00:11:20.340 They would be pulling drivers from everywhere they could possibly recruit them from.
00:11:23.580 But what we've identified is that the 10 states that are responsible for flooding our highways with all of these unvetted, untrained, and unqualified drivers are only insourcing drivers from third-world countries, countries like Serbia, countries like Ethiopia, countries like India, Ecuador, Honduras.
00:11:42.100 These are all places where the workers from those countries have third-world living standards, that they're comfortable receiving third-world living wages.
00:11:51.560 And so they're able to come in here and displace American workers when they don't have to be paid a prevailing wage, when they don't have to pay any federal income taxes.
00:12:01.680 They don't have to pay any state income taxes.
00:12:03.660 They don't have to receive any health care benefits.
00:12:06.120 And that's because the majority of all of these workers that they've brought in and issued these CDLs are not here on proper work visas.
00:12:15.400 They're here on, and then they're abusing these B-1 visitor visas.
00:12:20.660 They're abusing these EAD cards, these employment authorization documents.
00:12:24.880 And they're being issued an unusual new phenomenon, what everyone now knows to be this non-domicile CDL.
00:12:32.080 And so prior to the Biden administration issuing new guidance and saying that these rogue states could issue non-domiciled CDLs, our trucking industry was not experiencing this phenomenon.
00:12:44.120 And so this is completely new, and, you know, I think it's a blessing that God is using Steve Bannon and the war room posse, that God's using Secretary Marco Rubio and Secretary Duffy, because there are people all across this country who are brokenhearted.
00:13:00.720 They're broken-spirited because either their families have been killed and they don't really understand the circumstances of how that was possible.
00:13:07.940 You also have families who have lost generations of wealth as the companies that they own and operate have been subsidizing losses for the last three to four years as they try to compete with this new ecosystem of drivers that we've never had to compete with before.

00:18:09.140 It's a subcontractor.
00:18:10.760 And Amazon Relay uses these small companies who are typically also owned by in-source labor,
00:18:18.380 like recent arrivals, who figure out the scams and then bring their co-ethnic homeboys.
00:18:23.360 And in those two investigations, they found that 150 people had been involved and died
00:18:28.340 from collisions involving these contractors to Amazon.
00:18:31.120 My estimate is that the number of people killed in the United States by in-source labor, given
00:18:37.160 questionable CDLs, has got to be in the minimum of four figures.

00:19:54.580 We push that, and then the government is subsidizing the drivers to go to those CDL schools.

00:23:28.040 So the license that is being issued to everyone that's not a citizen of the United States who
00:23:35.640 is here on an employment authorization document or some kind of a temporary work visa or visitor
00:23:41.820 visa is typically a non-domiciled CDL.
00:23:45.460 And so it's a specific group of drivers that we're talking about.
00:23:51.400 And what do you mean by immunity?

00:24:14.840 three or four years ago when they left a truck in the middle of the road without any warning
00:24:18.980 signs or any flashers on it.

00:24:21.880 We were unable to sue the state because the state had immunity.
00:24:24.560 And so a lot of times, like in the situation with California, the injured individuals in
00:24:33.680 the accident should be able to sue the state of California if they illegally issued this
00:24:38.680 commercial driver's license.
00:24:39.800 And so we want the states to be held responsible, but also the brokers.
00:24:46.100 So if there's an accident by a brokerage company and they give a load to a motor carrier, they
00:24:52.320 claim immunity.
00:24:53.920 They claim preemption.
00:24:54.960 There's actually a Supreme Court ruling that's coming up soon where brokers are trying to
00:24:59.140 say that they're not responsible for an accident when they hire a motor carrier and that motor
00:25:04.340 carrier uses an illegal alien truck driver.
00:25:06.380 And so this Supreme Court decision is going to have a huge influence on the trucking issue.

00:29:50.300 You were also, I believe, the only person in all media that brought up the fact that the polls,
00:29:55.760 who I would argue are probably our greatest ally over there now,
00:29:58.480 it said, hey, thanks but no thanks, Mr. President, because I know the Europeans are going to try to roll you.
00:30:05.260 What's the current status of Ukraine's situation, sir?
00:30:08.020 Well, Steve, and we saw this, you know, really being brought up,
00:30:13.500 and I raised this to the attention of the White House press briefing a couple of days ago,
00:30:17.900 where I said, you know, this sounds great.
00:30:20.440 Obviously, the president's done the yeoman's work here, putting his shoulder to the wheel
00:30:24.220 in terms of being able to get this peace deal together.
00:30:27.680 But at the same time, there are real questions about what are the elaborations on these security guarantees?
00:30:34.880 What does Article 5-like mean?
00:30:37.060 And most importantly, will the Russians agree to any of this?
00:30:42.060 And what we're seeing now, the Wall Street Journal's got a piece out right now.
00:30:46.200 The Wall Street Journal, of course, no fan of President Trump's foreign policy.
00:30:49.960 And their piece is talking about how this is really starting to stall out
00:30:54.220 because they can't get to an agreement between the Russians and the Europeans.
00:30:58.420 And in fact, Steve, Professor John Mearsheimer, the guy who's been calling all of this
00:31:03.520 since all the way back, go back to the Budapest Memorandum of 1994,
00:31:07.060 when he was saying none of this is going to work, said the exact same thing,
00:31:11.940 that the issue here is that Trump and Putin can get to an agreement,
00:31:16.180 but you'll never get Zelensky and the rest of the Europeans to go along with it.
00:31:20.320 But Jack, we have a $58 billion bailout of the Europeans going through the Senate now.
00:31:29.940 And folks, it's going to get dropped on your head in the first couple of weeks of September, $58 billion.
00:31:34.360 If we don't give them any money and we don't give them any arms, they have no leverage.
00:31:38.560 The Europeans are not prepared to step up here. We know this.
00:31:40.900 So when they say Zelensky's not going to agree, the Europeans are not going to agree,
00:31:44.920 what are we talking about? I mean, we're underwriting this.
00:31:47.360 If we sit there and go, guys, the American taxpayers are not going to do us.
00:31:51.240 We're not going to be part of this slaughter anymore.
00:31:53.560 You saw the hack that came out. It's 1.7 million dead and wounded on the Ukrainian side.

00:32:04.020 This is why President Trump always says, he says, look, I can't tell you everything
00:32:07.440 from the intelligence sources, but the numbers are much worse than you think.
00:32:11.340 And now we know in that hack, it's 625,000 Ukrainians in this year.
00:32:17.560 If you want to stop the madness, it's just the United States that says,
00:32:21.140 if you just tell the neocons, we're not going to do this anymore, right?
00:32:24.280 And then Zelensky and the Europeans are going to have to figure out how to deal with it.

00:32:30.680 I mean, Steve, that's really what it's coming down to.
00:32:33.120 And of course, this is why Karl Rove and so many others are trying to frame this as saying,
00:32:38.220 well, hold on, we don't want this to be Trump's Afghanistan. We don't want to see this.
00:32:42.060 So they're trying to frame it as though Russia is a poised to take Kiev the same way that the
00:32:49.020 Taliban took Kabul. And they're trying to paint that picture for the president of the images,
00:32:55.160 of course, the horrifying, gory images coming out of Kabul, of Afghanistan, of the plane,
00:33:01.800 and of course, Abigate, the bombing, everything that took place there.
00:33:05.260 So conjuring that up to try to instill this idea that that's what's going to happen to Trump.
00:33:11.740 Meanwhile, it's really been Trump, on the other hand, he's the one saying, well, hold on,
00:33:16.200 you're talking about these areas. And of course, the Russians have been fighting in these areas
00:33:21.160 three and a half years now. They're not, they're not any closer to Kiev than they were, you know,
00:33:26.120 weeks and days ago. Now, that being said, the issue on the Ukrainian side, it's not territory,
00:33:30.940 it's manpower. And it's been manpower the whole time. That's why this, it's been such a political
00:33:36.440 football as to the exact number of the casualties on either side, the ratio, does it favor the
00:33:42.120 Ukrainians? Does it favor the Russians? Seems as though whatever the exact number is, and we've
00:33:47.220 obviously seen a lot of different numbers being thrown around. It seems at this point, it is favoring
00:33:52.120 the Russians, that they are the ones who are clearly on the military advantage right now. And that's why
00:33:58.420 the Russians are saying, give us those last four of what are called the fortress cities
00:34:02.780 in Donetsk province, because between those cities and the Dnieper River, it's nothing but farmland.
00:34:08.480 It's just flat farmland all the way across. They can shoot directly across the Dnieper River.
00:34:13.760 Now you're down to Nikolaev, Odessa's right there. And if you go up the river, boom, you're in Kiev. So
00:34:18.580 the question here is not, it's really not, can we get the Ukrainians to the table? It's,
00:34:26.340 can we get the Russians? Because there's people to Putin's right that are saying, what are you
00:34:30.060 meeting for? Why are you holding this meeting? Why sit down at all? Why not go in all the way?
00:34:35.800 That's the real key here. And so President Trump has to look at this square on, and I think he did,
00:34:40.900 because we saw that post from him, I guess it was yesterday, when he said flat out, and he talked
00:34:46.140 about, you know, he didn't attack Russia, he didn't do this and this. He said it's unwinnable.
00:34:49.980 That was his point. He was saying that this is unwinnable for the Ukrainians on the battlefield.
00:34:55.800 Meanwhile, the Russians, I think they know a little something about when they're winning
00:34:59.240 a war. They're showing that they're more than willing to prosecute this to its full military
00:35:05.480 extent.
00:35:07.580 If we're going to be an accessory now, because this is a slaughter, we have to have, and the
00:35:12.040 Europeans didn't step up for anything. They ran back there and that no security guarantee,
00:35:16.120 no line of contact, no troops, no money. Germans say we might be able to do something. Germans are
00:35:22.100 whining because they put a brigade of troops, I think, in Lithuania, and they're sitting there
00:35:27.700 going, oh, we're tapped out. This is a joke, and it's a sick joke, and 1.7 million dead or wounded
00:35:33.060 Ukrainians, and 625,000 this year, and it hasn't been really refuted by anybody. Jack, I want to pivot.
00:35:39.120 In this, the biggest cheerleader for Zelensky and Netanyahu, besides Tel Aviv, Mark Levin,
00:35:46.800 is John Bolton, the neocon of neocons. How big a deal is this raid? I know it's about the original
00:35:52.460 book, but I think they're going to find out. They're taking a lot of boxes in there, Posovic.
00:35:58.180 This is going to have a major implication because he's the biggest cheerleader for neocon policies,
00:36:03.420 and you've got to remember, when we get back from Labor Day, it's not just the Gaza occupation or the
00:36:08.620 IDF going into Gaza City, which they're ramping up right now. Netanyahu's going to be pitching
00:36:13.180 Persian regime change. We're going to go back to that. You heard it here first. We're going to go
00:36:18.540 back to that. How is this going to play with John Bolton? Their mouthpiece is looking at some serious
00:36:25.140 jail time, sir.
00:36:25.860 Well, Steve, I actually have an exclusive report on all of this that I haven't even posted on
00:36:32.720 Twitter yet. Came in just as I was coming in to get ready for the hit here. So this is what I'm
00:36:38.840 getting. This is going to be a war room exclusive here from Human Events, that CIA director John
00:36:44.880 Ratcliffe provided Kash Patel access to U.S. intelligence that served as the basis for the
00:36:52.640 warrant to raid Bolton's house. So this is basically what we were thinking about. And this
00:36:59.320 is individual familiar is telling me this. They're saying Bolton disingenuously attacked Trump for
00:37:03.920 mishandling classified information. It will go down as one of the most audacious and ironic acts of malice
00:37:09.580 in political history. Bolton should have been throwing stones in his now rated glass house.
00:37:16.340 And this was something I think, Steve, you and I talked about it when John Bolton's book came out,
00:37:20.560 that he was known for these yellow legal pads that he would take notes during every single meeting
00:37:27.820 that was going on when he was the national security advisor. And there were a lot of questions as to
00:37:33.860 what exactly was the handling of those notes? Did those yellow legal pads make it home to him?
00:37:39.100 And because there was a lot of information that was in there that also ended up in his book,
00:37:44.780 which was publicized. And by the way, part of which was leaked to the New York Times,
00:37:49.140 even went back to my own reporting on this, part of which was leaked to the New York Times before
00:37:53.340 it even came out in publication. So there's a lot of questions about who were leaked, who leaked it in
00:37:57.960 the first place. Was it leaked during that during that period where they're supposed to be scrubbing
00:38:03.000 it for classified and these yellow legal pads? What information did he take? Because classified
00:38:08.280 information, here's a great example. So even if you don't have documents, if the information
00:38:13.660 that you have written down on your documents is classified and you take your document home,
00:38:19.160 that's still taking classified information out of a classified area. That's still taking you out
00:38:25.000 of the skiff. So if you're in, if you're in a position like the oval, if you're in the situation
00:38:28.940 room, et cetera, you can't just take that home. And in fact, the information in your mind
00:38:33.180 is still also classified. That's why you have a lifetime NDA. That's just the nature of classified
00:38:38.680 information. So I know there's a lot of people who focus on documents. I'm certain there, I'm sure
00:38:43.860 there's going to be documents that we're talking about here, but this is very clear. It's information
00:38:48.800 that is classified, not a piece of paper.
00:38:54.300 Give me that from the CIA Director Ratcliffe again. Can you, can you do that one more time? It's
00:38:59.100 pretty amazing.
00:39:01.480 John Ratcliffe provided FBI Director Cash Patel access to U.S. intelligence that served as the basis
00:39:09.140 for the warrant to raid Bolton's house. So these are documents, some kind of information that the CIA
00:39:15.500 held, that they were probably using that as a check to go into this warrant to say, these are
00:39:20.540 the things you're looking for that they provided. This is going towards the probable cause for the
00:39:26.540 raid that took place this morning, I believe is still ongoing.
00:39:31.400 It's ongoing. They're taking box after box in there to set it up. So this is pretty extraordinary.
00:39:36.720 He's known as being Zelensky adjacent and very close and friendly with the Zelensky regime in Kiev.
00:39:43.480 He's also known to be a big cheerleader and close to Netanyahu and what I would call at least
00:39:51.520 Mossad adjacent, right? He's got a reputation, all this. This is why the first time, remember,
00:39:57.220 President Trump stopped the missile attack that he concocted in the first term because it didn't
00:40:03.380 have proportionality and President Trump stopped it at the last second. Another Bolton exercise that
00:40:07.780 had gotten us into a shooting war with the Persians back then. What kind of implications
00:40:12.460 is this going to have today when we're looking at the kinetic part? The kinetic part of the Third
00:40:17.780 World War in Ukraine is not going to stop anytime soon. The kinetic part of the Third World War in
00:40:23.500 Gaza is only going to get ramped up here in the next week or two. And Netanyahu is going to come
00:40:28.260 back and push for regime change against the Persians. What kind of impact is that going to have
00:40:33.300 if if if John Bolton's got a muzzle on him, sir? Well, Steve, I think it goes beyond John Bolton
00:40:40.140 and for John, you know, Mr. Mustache, he is a neocons neocon and he's very tied in with the
00:40:48.700 neoconservative Warhawk wing of the Republican Party, the neoconservative Warhawk wing of the
00:40:54.700 intelligence community. And so all of the names and you can see them out on on Twitter right now,
00:40:59.700 there's a picture of George Conway, I guess, standing in the in the driveway with his with
00:41:04.340 his phone up trying to film some of this that's going quite viral. Chari Spearing tweeted it out.
00:41:08.580 And so it's it's not just about who what John Bolton stands for. It's also about who did he share
00:41:15.840 this information with? Who knew that John Bolton was taking this? Was this potentially involved in
00:41:21.860 the Russiagate conspiracy? At some point, did they bring him together? And does it all relate to
00:41:26.780 the Russia hoax, which we know there's already an impaneled grand jury? Certainly some of the
00:41:32.820 investigative probative value of the documents that are being taken right now are going to be
00:41:38.420 checked against all of that. So really, we may come to find that John Bolton played a larger part
00:41:44.120 with all of these people, because remember, what are what have we been told that they're looking at?
00:41:49.200 And that is an ongoing conspiracy against President Trump. So if John Bolton played a part in that,
00:41:55.940 you got to wonder if all of those other neocons that we've just been talking about
00:42:00.120 are also wondering, what did John tell us? And are they looking at us next?
00:42:06.300 By the way, George Conway ought to be arrested right now if he's in the parking lot trying to
00:42:09.820 be a wise guy in the outside of the house, they ought to be arrested right now. Jack, what's going to be
