For months, I had to avoid Jeffrey, but he told me that if I wanted to succeed as a Ford model, he could make it happen.
00:00:08.520
And he was right. He introduced me to Katie Ford, and many others in the entertainment business.
00:00:16.060
His grip on the modeling business was undeniable.
00:00:19.600
Not just the Ford family, but Victoria's Secret, Faith Cates, Jean-Luc Brunel, Victoria's Secret.
00:00:26.340
Everett, Epstein's reach went to the very top of fashion.
00:00:34.020
What I didn't realize then was that once he lured someone like me in, he could also destroy my career if I did not do what he wanted me to do.
00:00:43.860
In New York City, countless young women were abused by him.
00:00:48.460
Everyone in the industry knew, yet he was too powerful to stop.
00:00:53.040
He had friends in all of our entertainment and arts, and his value to those friends made him untouchable.
00:01:04.540
Who was he to our government that he was allowed to operate openly for decades?
00:01:09.780
Why was he allowed to sponsor visas for young models, using their immigration status as leverage to abuse them, and silence them?
00:01:27.100
And many around him knew this, many participated, and many profited.
00:01:37.720
I know what it's like to be trafficked to others.
00:01:40.840
I know that the files contain the names of powerful men who have been shielded because of their fame or their fortune.
00:01:47.300
So I stand here today, not just for myself, but for every woman who has been silenced, exploited, and dismissed.
00:02:12.720
Will you continue to protect predators, or will you finally protect survivors?
00:02:23.980
And stand with us in declaring that no one, no billionaires, no politicians, not world leaders, is above the law.
00:02:39.600
Several of us Epstein survivors have been discussing creating our own list of names.
00:02:58.640
Now, together as survivors, we will confidentially compile the names we all know we're regularly in the Epstein world.
00:03:05.580
And it will be done by survivors and for survivors.
00:03:18.700
Because history is watching, and so are the women who will come after us.
00:03:57.580
The victims, this is the victims of Jeffrey Epstein's trafficking.
00:04:04.580
Let's cut back to where I covered this in its entirety.
00:04:07.580
Then probably go to the White House for the arrival of the Polish president.
00:04:12.580
I am a survivor of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
00:04:20.580
To any survivors out there who feel like they don't matter, it doesn't matter if you went
00:04:28.580
We were groomed, we were manipulated, and we were taken advantage of.
00:04:34.580
For decades, survivors have been suffocated by speculation.
00:04:42.580
While those responsible hide in secrecy, why don't we deserve justice?
00:04:52.580
However, this is very political, as the only path to justice is through our political system.
00:05:04.580
This is about protecting the innocence of our children and honoring the dignity of survivors.
00:05:13.580
It's in headlines, jokes, music, grocery store checkout lines, random conversations that
00:05:22.580
For more than 20 years, we've been unable to escape it.
00:05:26.580
And every time new promises are made, our sparks of hope are lit, only to be extinguished again.
00:05:49.580
And we will be on the front lines of this battle.
00:06:14.580
You allowed us to be abused for a fat check and a cushy life, which you still have.
00:07:01.580
Together, we will not stop until justice is done.
00:07:36.580
My name is Haley Robson. I came out in 2019 on the documentary Filthy Rich. I have been very focused on bringing more awareness to all of the survivors. I am so proud to stand with them. I am so proud to be up here to support them because they deserve all the love and support.
00:07:54.580
And I just want to say to the women who chose this moment to come out for the very first time about your abuse, I cannot think of a more important, greater purpose in life than to stand in solidarity when time is against us, when the politicians have made us an enemy, when the world is watching and everybody is hoping for some type of result.
00:08:18.220
Thank you for choosing this moment for the first time to be so brave to come out and stand in solidarity. I prayed for a moment. I prayed for this moment where God would fill us with reinforcements.
00:08:35.680
I want to acknowledge all the women, unfortunately, that couldn't be here today because I think that is the only list of real great importance. And we should never forget the voices that were not only silenced, but that are not here today. We should never forget the sacrifices that they made.
00:08:53.180
So today I would like to take a moment for Virginia, Sky, Danielle and Carolyn. Their voices were just as powerful and they were silenced just as much. And for some reason, I can feel their spirit, especially Virginia's today.
00:09:11.720
She would be so proud and she would be so beside herself to see this one moment. We have all came together to unite and for our government and for the politicians who have taken our trauma and have weaponized it against us, making it unbearable, making it unlivable, making it hard to move on in a life that we wish to live in happiness and joy and peace and injustice that can only come from within at this point.
00:09:37.640
And we have gotten to this point. Shame on you.
00:09:41.720
Shame on you for using our trauma to weaponize this moment. We are not going to be fooled by your trickery. We are not going to be fooled by the lies, by the conspiracy theories. We are the keys to this situation. We have the truth. And the FBI knows the truth. The government knows the truth. You may pull the wool over the sheep's eyes, but we are the keys.
00:10:09.120
We know who was involved. We know who was involved. We know the game. We know the players. And we are sitting here for 20 years waiting for you to get up and do something.
00:10:19.880
Well, guess what? Your time is up and now we're doing it.
00:10:23.880
How do you follow that? Hello, everybody. My name is Wendy Passante and I was abused by Jeffrey Epstein when I was 14 years old.
00:10:42.940
I'm not here to relive what happened. I'm here to be counted and to make sure others are counted, too.
00:10:51.220
I once believed my silence was strength. Hold it together. Don't draw attention.
00:10:58.360
Today, I know that strength sounds like my voice. It sounds like everybody's voice is up here.
00:11:03.800
Silence only protects creditors, not children. People ask, what about the victims? We're here. We're here today. And there's more of us.
00:11:19.080
I stand with many who are still finding their words. I live in a world where being understood is a struggle,
00:11:26.200
where people in power would rather sweep us under the rug in hopes that we'll go away. We won't.
00:11:36.560
Being a survivor is not a headline. It's our life. We have to live it. It's panic in a grocery store.
00:11:44.040
It's smiling at work while my hands tremble. It's waking up at 3 a.m. with my heart racing and not knowing why.
00:11:51.040
It's living with PTSD, anxiety, and depression, and your nervous system's on guard at all times,
00:11:56.840
even in the safest room around the safest people.
00:12:02.560
Healing isn't tidy. It's therapy. It's wait lists. It's trying a medication and trying again over and over for years.
00:12:13.000
It's setting boundaries with some people who won't understand.
00:12:16.200
Survival isn't weakness. It's wisdom we've earned.
00:12:20.620
If you are a survivor hearing me, your voice is never too late, too much, or too little.
00:12:26.680
If all you could do was show up today, you're already trying to make a difference.
00:12:40.180
Your breath is proof that harm does not get the last word.
00:12:43.660
I'm not asking anyone to take a political side.
00:12:59.020
Protect children and survivors, not titles and reputations.
00:13:09.520
And I hope today's courage from all of us ladies can help someone else be safer tomorrow.
00:13:21.780
So, thank you guys for listening to all of us and being here today.
00:13:46.620
As I stand here today and look around, I want to acknowledge what it feels like to be in the presence of these incredibly brave, powerful women that I stand up here with.
00:14:03.440
I am so empowered by each and every one of your fortitude, and I am following in the brave footsteps of those that came before me.
00:14:13.580
While we each have our own stories and walk down different paths of life, we are bonded together as survivors.
00:14:19.880
When I look into these beautiful faces, I am reminded that we all started our journeys with big hopes and dreams.
00:14:31.300
Jeffrey Epstein and his co-conspirator, Ghislaine Maxwell, stole and systematically destroyed those dreams.
00:14:39.320
We are a mosaic of shattered hopes and dreams at their hands.
00:14:43.840
As an aspiring dancer, the manipulation came in forms of offering me dance studio space, discussing opportunities to meet with ballet masters, and aiding a very ill family member of mine, none of which would ever come to pass.
00:14:58.360
Instead, I was left in a cycle of abuse that wore me down and broke me.
00:15:06.640
When it happened, I would have to completely disassociate.
00:15:09.940
Similar to a coma, my brain would need to protect itself, so I would retreat and choreographing in my own head to escape the cruel acts that were being carried out on my body.
00:15:20.160
After, I would go to the studio bundled in giant, baggy clothing.
00:15:24.540
I remember standing there, staring in the mirror as if it were an empty void.
00:15:35.580
I could no longer watch my body move, let alone dance.
00:15:44.340
Two decades later, I am still experiencing lingering effects of what happened to me as a teenager.
00:15:50.520
I am just one story in the mosaic of women taking back their power by confronting the horrific truths of their pasts due to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
00:16:02.740
We stand here today in the nation's capital for no other reason than to say that women's voices will not be marginalized.
00:16:14.640
We stand together as a mosaic of stories, but we're also finding our way back to ourselves.
00:16:20.400
We are reclaiming the fragmented shards of the hopes and dreams of our past to paint a better future for the next generation of women.
00:16:36.500
My name is Jess Michaels, and I'm a 1991 Jeffrey Epstein survivor.
00:16:57.680
For 27 years, I thought I was the only one that Jeffrey Epstein raped.
00:17:02.780
I believed I was alone, and I was kept silent by the shame that was inside me, and by the fear outside in the world.
00:17:17.820
And what once kept us silent now fuels that fire and the power of our voices.
00:17:23.460
We are not the footnotes in some infamous Predator's tabloid article.
00:17:32.540
We are the experts and the subjects of this story.
00:17:41.380
And we don't just speak for ourselves, but for every survivor whose story is still unspoken.
00:17:52.920
For Virginia, whose courage lit the path and opened the door for us to walk through.
00:18:03.440
Survivors united, voices joined, refusing to be dismissed.
00:18:11.540
Justice and accountability are not favors from the powerful.
00:18:22.020
This moment began with Epstein's crimes, but it's going to be remembered for survivors demanding justice,
00:18:32.440
And we will not stop until survivor voices shape justice, transform culture, and define the future.
00:19:29.880
They're going to migrate now over to the, to the, let's see if we can pick up anything from the microphone right there.
00:19:44.400
And so we would love to bring you up because you represent so many survivors who are so critical to this story.
00:20:03.600
My name is Eric Fudali, and I've had the privilege of representing up to 11 survivors of Jeffrey Epstein.
00:20:12.320
And one of them is standing next to me here today.
00:20:20.900
You may not realize this, but what I just did is the first time anyone has ever said Rosa's name publicly as being attached and being abused by Jeffrey Epstein.
00:20:32.080
And this is also the first time she has ever appeared publicly as a survivor of Jeffrey Epstein.
00:20:47.640
And I say that because it was last night that she flew into Washington, D.C., inspired by the solidarity of all of you, by the compassion of all of you, and by the courage of all of you to be here today.
00:21:09.280
And I'm so proud of Rosa, and I'm so proud of all of you.
00:21:13.240
But the truth is, Rosa shouldn't be here today.
00:21:16.000
Rosa shouldn't have to be here today, and I'm going to tell you why.
00:21:20.600
Because Rosa was trafficked from Uzbekistan under the guise of a modeling contract in 2009.
00:21:30.240
That means that Rosa wouldn't be here today if Alex Acosta hadn't had Jeffrey Epstein in his grasp,
00:21:38.660
had what every single law enforcement officer dreams of, to stop a predator in his tracks.
00:21:48.160
He gave him a slap on the wrist and let him to continue to abuse.
00:21:52.380
And had he not, Epstein never would have met Rosa, and Rosa would not have to be here today.
00:22:02.260
None of you should have to be there today because if when Jeffrey Epstein was finally arrested in 2016,
00:22:07.600
and under federal custody, he wouldn't have been allowed to take his own life and avoid the accountability and justice you all deserve.
00:22:15.680
And none of you should be here today because Ghislaine Maxwell should not have been given a platform to deny the crimes against her,
00:22:26.320
who was convicted of trafficking and tricking 14-year-old girls.
00:22:36.000
She should not have been given a platform, and she should not have been rewarded after that platform in a minimum security resort.
00:22:48.100
And none of you should have to be here today because they should just release the files.
00:22:54.920
No more slow rolling, no more meetings, no more strategy, no more interviews behind closed doors.
00:23:00.880
Release the files and give you all, and Rosa, the accountability, the exposure, and most importantly, the closure you all deserve.
00:23:22.880
Our last speaker this morning is no stranger to the plight of survivors.
00:23:27.880
And so with that, I'd love to welcome Gloria Allred to wrap us up here.
00:23:43.120
Give a big round of applause to all the survivors and all the victims and all the supporters today.
00:23:52.020
I commend you, and it matters that you're here.
00:23:54.500
Let me just say, your voice is important, but power only recognizes power.
00:24:04.060
And for many years, we have not exercised our power in a way that helped win change.
00:24:17.020
I represent Alicia Arden and 26 other brave survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and some of Ghislaine Maxwell.
00:24:27.460
And in 1997, my client Alicia Arden went to the police in Santa Monica and said that she had been the victim of sexually inappropriate conduct by Jeffrey Epstein when he invited her to be auditioning for Victoria's Secret catalog.
00:24:48.020
And she went to the police, and they said, why don't you think about it before you file a police report.
00:24:56.580
She thought about it and came back the following week and filed the first documented police report against Jeffrey Epstein in 1997.
00:25:05.580
And you all were betrayed because there was no prosecution.
00:25:17.740
And then the victims and all of us were betrayed when?
00:25:28.100
U.S. Attorney is for the Southern District of Florida.
00:25:31.800
Made that deal that instead of 60 felony counts that could have been filed by the United States Attorney,
00:25:39.000
two counts were filed by the state attorney and Jeffrey Epstein without having a trial
00:25:48.180
was able to go to his office every day as part of the sentence and just sleep in the
00:25:54.980
jail at night for 13 months. Is that justice? No. You were betrayed.
00:26:00.500
Betrayed. And then of course there was New York. New York where Jeffrey Epstein was
00:26:08.760
brought in, arrested. I saw him at the last hearing in federal court. And so many victims
00:26:15.540
and so many survivors thought at last there's justice. But instead of justice there was a
00:26:21.860
dead body, the Metropolitan Correctional Center. And questions are still being asked. Was it
00:26:28.200
suicide? Was it homicide? But the victims never got to testify at trial and confront that sexual
00:26:35.840
predator. Was that justice? This is, we're overdue for justice. We're not going to be waiting
00:26:44.080
for justice. We are fighting for justice. And let me tell you no more talk of the word pedophiles,
00:26:55.760
which only means a man who is attracted to children. We're not talking about pedophiles. We're talking
00:27:02.960
about sexual predators and child molesters. Let's get the word in about what the crime was that they
00:27:10.560
committed. Do you agree? Yes. And finally, let me just say, they took, these predators took advantage
00:27:20.960
of vulnerable children, of vulnerable adults. We know how vulnerable women can be.
00:27:26.960
And they abuse their power. And they abuse their trust. And it's time to meet power with power.
00:27:34.320
There are three stages of evolution. The first is victim. The second is survivor. And the third
00:27:41.520
is fighter for change. Are you going to be fighters for change? Not just today, but every day.
00:27:49.760
Every day. Not just in politics and Congress, but in lawsuits, in speaking to people, your coworkers,
00:27:59.440
your children, your mothers. Help them, support them to stand up to win justice. Because nobody has
00:28:07.440
ever given women and children any rights. We've always had to fight to win them. We've had to fight to
00:28:13.760
keep them. Will you fight that fight? And I leave you with this. One of my favorite sayings. Pray for the
00:28:23.440
dead. And that's for Virginia Roberts and all those who didn't make it here today. Pray for the dead.
00:28:30.080
But fight like hell for the living. Keep up the fight. Let me hear it. Keep up the fight. Keep up the fight.
00:28:39.440
Keep up the fight. Keep up the fight. Thank you very much.
00:28:54.480
Thank you, everybody, for coming. One last unbelievable rallying cheer for all the survivors here.
00:29:02.160
What do we want? When do we want it? Now. Okay, everybody, there's the press conference
00:29:10.560
starting in a few minutes. Do you want to just go on over and we'll meet you over there? Whoever
00:29:17.120
wants to. Okay, we're going to go live. Also, you have Tom Massey and Rokahana. The reason this is
00:29:23.600
happening today, there's a discharge petition. What a discharge petition means that they can
00:29:29.120
actually take it to the floor for a vote. They got all the Democrats in 212. Massey has, he says,
00:29:35.920
four Republicans. So I think there are three other Republicans that are 216. And I believe MTG and
00:29:44.160
Nancy Mace and Lauren Boebert are the three. They're looking for more. They got to get to 218 to pass it.
00:29:51.920
This press conference is going to start momentarily. They will also have additional victims
00:29:55.840
up there for Epstein. Of course, maybe a couple of the lawyers representing them.
00:30:01.920
Very big day on this on Capitol Hill, forced by Rokahana's and Tom Massey's discharge petition.
00:30:09.920
There is a ton of other stuff going on that we're going to try to get to.
00:30:13.600
By the way, as soon as they're at the podium, let's go and cut to it.
00:30:16.160
I got Dr. Bradley Thayer in standby. This parade last night actually was much bigger. It was a
00:30:24.880
geopolitical flex. President Trump did not respond well to it. President Trump actually called out,
00:30:30.880
as we mentioned yesterday on the show, that the Chinese Communist Party didn't do a whole lot of
00:30:36.080
fighting in World War II and that it was essentially American blood in the Pacific that drove to the
00:30:42.960
and also Laobai Jing, Chinese civilians, Chinese civilians who were not tied to the Chinese Communist
00:30:50.640
Party. So President Trump put out a pretty brutal tweet last night. Dr. Thayer is is going to join us.
00:30:56.560
Also huge developments in the Google case. I think Google slipped the, you know, got out of a massive,
00:31:05.600
you know, government trying to break them up. Google slipped it. There's all types of things
00:31:09.520
going on in the court. Mike, in the courts, Mike Davis is over at the National Conservative
00:31:15.520
Conference right now giving a speech. Mike Davis hopefully will join us. We are going to cut
00:31:20.560
to the White House. The Polish president is supposed to be there, talk to President Trump about Ukraine.
00:31:26.560
Very important meeting. I'm sure President Trump is going to give a press avail and I'm sure there'll be
00:31:30.880
a couple of three questions about what just occurred outside the Capitol across from the Supreme Court
00:31:37.120
on this pre-press conference with the victims. Like I said, Ro Khanna and Tom Massey doing a discharge
00:31:44.240
petition today. I don't remember ever a discharge petition working, but this one I think might have
00:31:49.520
some traction. Let's go. Let's cut live to the second press conference and we'll jump in right afterwards.
00:31:54.080
And yes, you're back at supporters. The demand for the approval of Ukraine is a nation that
00:32:05.040
allows rich and powerful men to congratulate young girls without consequence. It's a nation that has
00:32:13.920
lost lost its moral and spirit. America, I'm going to ask you a very simple question. How is it possible
00:32:24.400
that in the richest, most powerful country in the world, there are corrupt special interest forces,
00:32:33.280
both foreign or domestic, that are preventing the release. Young girls without consequence.
00:32:42.160
We are preventing the release of the Paul Epstein files. There is something that is rotten in Washington.
00:32:50.240
Less than one percent of these files have been released. We are demanding today on the discharge
00:32:56.000
petition that all of the files be released. We know we have 200 in South Democrats and we have
00:33:03.920
four Republicans, courageous Republicans like Thomas Massey, Nancy Mace of the Paul Epstein files.
00:33:10.240
We are demanding today on the discharge petition that all of the files be released.
00:33:24.000
We know we have 212 Democrats and we have four Republicans, courageous Republicans like Thomas Massey,
00:33:32.800
Nancy Mace, who was so emotional yesterday after talking to the survivors, Congresswoman Boebert
00:33:40.560
and Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene. We need just two more signatures to force the release.
00:33:46.640
So we gather here on the steps of the Capitol to confront these corrupt forces.
00:33:53.120
Today we stand with survivors. We stand against big money. We stand to protect America's children.
00:34:02.160
That is really what this is about. I now want to bring up my Republican colleague, Thomas Massey.
00:34:09.200
He has shown so much courage, so much leadership. And I saw some people, I say the same thing about
00:34:15.520
Marjorie Taylor Greene. She has shown so much courage on this issue. I saw some people when I was coming here,
00:34:20.400
calling her names. We've got to stop that. We've got to stop the partisanship on this issue. This is an
00:34:27.600
issue where they both have shown real courage and leadership. And I appreciate them joining us today.
00:34:37.120
I want to thank my colleague Ro Khanna for co-leading this effort to bring transparency
00:34:41.920
and justice for these victims. I hope my colleagues are watching this press conference.
00:34:47.600
I want them to think, what if this was your sister? What if this was your daughter?
00:34:52.320
When these survivors speak, the Washington establishment is asking the American public to
00:34:58.400
believe something that is not believable. They're asking you to believe that two individuals created
00:35:05.920
hundreds of victims and they acted alone. And that the DOJ has no idea of who else might have been
00:35:12.400
involved. That nobody else did anything that rose to a criminal enterprise. The American people know
00:35:19.520
that's not true. Now, the Speaker of the House just offered a fig leaf to my colleagues. They're going to
00:35:25.280
vote on a non-binding resolution today that does absolutely nothing. I appreciate the efforts of
00:35:32.720
my colleague, James Comer, who's leading the oversight committee. They may find some information,
00:35:38.720
but they're allowing the DOJ to curate all of the information that the DOJ is giving them.
00:35:45.360
If you've looked at the pages they've released so far, they're heavily redacted. Some pages are
00:35:50.480
entirely redacted. And 97% of this is already in the public domain. So I'm calling on my colleagues. Be
00:35:59.920
one of the next two who sponsors this discharge petition. I think it's shameful that this has been
00:36:07.840
called a hoax. Hopefully today we can clear that up. This is not a hoax. This is real. There are real
00:36:15.520
survivors. There are real victims to this criminal enterprise. And the perpetrators are being protected
00:36:23.360
because they're rich and powerful and political donors to the establishment here in Washington, D.C.
00:36:31.680
So today we're standing with these survivors and we're giving them a voice. And I want to close by
00:36:37.280
thanking them. They are brave. I hope they encourage other survivors to come forward
00:36:43.040
and to tell their stories. Not just of Jeffrey Epstein and Maxwell, but anywhere in the country. This
00:36:51.760
is a message that we are sending. This is a litmus test. Can we drain the swamp? Are there people who
00:37:00.160
are outside of the reach of the law? I don't think there should be. So hopefully today we'll get two more
00:37:08.560
signatures on the discharge petition. That's all we need. And with that, I want to introduce the
00:37:14.240
bravest woman in Congress, Marjorie Taylor Greene. I find it interesting that the three Republican
00:37:22.560
co-sponsors are women. These are women standing up for women. And Marjorie was the first to do it.
00:37:28.880
And I think she deserves all of our gratitude for breaking that barrier and leading the way for the
00:37:34.560
other Republicans. Hopefully they can find their spines as well. And with that, I give you Marjorie
00:37:40.080
Taylor Greene. Good morning. This is my fifth year in Congress and this is the largest press conference
00:37:50.400
that I've seen since I've been here. And this is because this is an issue that matters so much to
00:37:55.920
Americans. This is an issue that doesn't have political boundaries. It's an issue that Republicans
00:38:03.280
and Democrats should never fight about. As a matter of fact, it's such an important issue
00:38:08.560
that it should bring us all together. It's grieved me to watch the arguments and debates take place
00:38:15.680
among my colleagues and even the administration. I think this is something that was worth fighting for.
00:38:23.280
You see, the women behind me are going to tell you stories that you've never heard before.
00:38:29.120
These are unimaginable horrors that they've lived with for their entire lives since they were very,
00:38:36.320
very young. But these are also similar stories that many children, teenagers, women, and even men
00:38:43.840
are enduring nightmares right now as we speak. You see, these women have been fighting since the 1990s. I
00:38:52.960
heard one woman tell us yesterday since 1996. And they have carried with them shame. But I want to
00:39:00.800
tell you something. The shame does not fall on these brave, courageous women. The shame falls on every
00:39:09.520
single person that coldly turned a blind eye to their abuse. The shame falls on every single person that
00:39:18.880
that took money to continue it. And the shame falls on the people in power over the past several decades
00:39:31.280
that protected the monster Jeffrey Epstein and his cabal that continued a nightmare. Those people
00:39:40.080
deserve the shame. And today we are coming forward and we are going to fight like hell for these women
00:39:46.720
because we have to fight like hell for those that are enduring sexual abuse and are living in a prison
00:39:54.240
of shame. Anyone that is being abused, it is not your fault. You should live with no guilt or fear or shame.
00:40:04.160
All of the fault belongs to the evil people that do these things to the innocent. This is the most important
00:40:13.280
fight we can wage here in Congress is fighting for innocent people that never received justice. And the
00:40:20.320
women behind me have never received justice. And do you want to know why? It's because Jeffrey Epstein
00:40:27.680
somehow was able to walk among the most rich, powerful people not only in America but foreign countries.
00:40:35.920
Yesterday I heard countries like Saudi Arabia, Russia and even Israel and other countries.
00:40:43.280
The truth needs to come out. And the government holds the truth. The cases that are sealed hold
00:40:52.800
the truth. Jeffrey Epstein's estate holds the truth. The FBI, the DOJ and the CIA holds the truth. And the
00:41:03.200
truth we are demanding come out on behalf of these women but also as a strong message to every innocent
00:41:11.200
child teenager woman and man that is being held captive in abuse. This should never happen in America and it
00:41:20.000
should never be a political issue that divides us. And I want to thank Ro Khanna and Thomas Massey
00:41:28.080
for doing something brave. Crossing political boundaries for a very important fight. And I'm honored to join
00:41:36.560
both of them. And I'm honored that Nancy Mace and Lauren Boebert signed the discharge petition along with
00:41:44.000
myself. And I asked my Republican colleagues not to choose just one path for justice and transparency and
00:41:52.320
accountability. But I asked my Republican colleagues to choose every path for justice and accountability and
00:42:00.800
transparency. And with that, I'd like to bring back Congressman Ro Khanna to start this important press
00:42:08.320
conference. Thank you very much. Thank you, Congresswoman Green for your courage and for being here. And thank you
00:42:18.400
again to Congressman Massey for co-leading it. I now would like to introduce two people who've been fighting this for decades.
00:42:26.160
They haven't had their voice heard. The victims haven't been heard. They haven't just been on this
00:42:30.720
in the last few months. They've been doing this in the wilderness for years. And they are really models
00:42:36.320
of courage. Bradley Edwards and Brittany Henderson, who are the attorneys for the victims. Thank you for being here.
00:42:47.600
Thank you, Ro and Thomas Massey. I really appreciate you putting forth this discharge petition.
00:42:57.040
It's tough to understand that we have to be here because this doesn't seem like a partisan issue.
00:43:02.400
This is an issue. Sex trafficking and sexual abuse transcends politics. We as Americans expect
00:43:09.360
equal protection under the law. And there can be no doubt that Jeffrey Epstein received
00:43:13.840
far greater protection than any of the victims that he abused for years.
00:43:17.680
In 2008, Courtney Wilde walked into my office because she was a part of a federal investigation
00:43:26.800
into Jeffrey Epstein, where all she wanted was the government to talk to her. Little did she know,
00:43:32.000
the government had worked out a secret immunity deal for Jeffrey Epstein. And we had to file
00:43:36.800
Jane Doe's versus United States of America to prove that Jeffrey Epstein worked out an illegal
00:43:45.040
non-prosecution agreement with the government. That was 2008. It took us 10 years battling the
00:43:50.400
government pro bono for the judge to ultimately determine that the victim's rights were violated.
00:43:56.240
The government has mistreated them after Jeffrey Epstein mistreated them. We then filed civil
00:44:01.360
lawsuits against Ghislaine Maxwell, which has resulted in her being in prison. Our civil lawsuits led to
00:44:06.960
her prosecution. We filed lawsuits against Jeffrey Epstein, against his estate, and against two
00:44:13.920
financial institutions, JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank, that proved that they provided, knowingly provided,
00:44:21.040
the financial infrastructure for a sex trafficking operation. Unfortunately, all of the documents and
00:44:26.800
evidence that we have worked so hard to gather, hide behind protective orders, confidentiality agreements,
00:44:33.040
and bank secrecy laws. That is why this discharge petition is so important. While we have seen the
00:44:38.960
documents, you have it. And when you see the documents, you're going to be appalled. And the American
00:44:44.560
people deserve to see everything. When you sign this discharge petition, it should mean nothing is off
00:44:51.840
limits. That means the documents in the possession of the CIA should be made available. Those in the
00:44:57.840
possession of the FBI going back decades should be made available. The SEC, financial records in the
00:45:03.280
possession of FinCEN should be made available. Everybody knows that evil, evil flourishes in the
00:45:10.320
darkness. Corruption flourishes in secrecy. It is time right now to make a difference for the women that
00:45:17.920
are behind me right now. They have been courageous and fought through this whole thing. Whether you're
00:45:23.040
a Republican or you're a Democrat, this one is an easy call. You're an American who cares about
00:45:29.520
equal rights and equal protection under the law. If you care about these women, if you care about our
00:45:34.640
country and you care about this issue, this should pass with flying colors. I really appreciate everybody
00:45:40.560
being here. Hi, good morning. My name is Brittany Henderson. And I think in addition to thanking the
00:45:52.080
wonderful congressmen and women who are here today, we need to thank the women. And not just the women
00:45:57.040
who are going to speak, but the other women who are standing behind them, along with other lawyers,
00:46:00.960
Sigurd McCauley, and people who have been fighting for a very, very long time for the world to give this
00:46:06.320
kind of attention to an issue that it should have had forever. This administration has the opportunity
00:46:12.800
to do what the past administrations did not do. This administration can either stand with the victims
00:46:18.400
and stand for the victims, or it can continue to hurt the victims like has happened in the past.
00:46:23.840
We aren't here just to ask for transparency, though. We're here, too, to ask for protection.
00:46:28.720
The women here represent hundreds of other women who we have spoken to, many of whom were trafficked
00:46:34.960
from other countries, from Eastern European countries, where women don't have the rights
00:46:39.680
that we have here. Women don't have the protections that we have here. And those women are terrified
00:46:45.520
that their names will be released in these files. The government won't know that they're victims to
00:46:50.240
redact and protect them. So we ask that you please, whoever is going to be in charge of redacting these
00:46:55.680
files and in charge of this transparency, do it in a way that protects the women brave enough to be here,
00:47:01.280
but also protects the women who are terrified that every day when they turn the TV on, something bad
00:47:06.720
is going to happen to them in Ukraine, in Russia, in whatever country they live in, because no one
00:47:11.520
is listening to them there. So thank you for being here. Thank you for listening. And please protect
00:47:16.480
these women while we seek transparency. Good morning. My name is Anushka DiGiorgio, and I stand before you
00:47:26.480
today as a survivor of both Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. I want to thank Congressman Massey
00:47:32.880
and Kana for their role in putting together this very, very important bill. Every day of this journey
00:47:40.560
toward healing has come at a profound cost to my mental health. But I am here. I chose to come
00:47:48.160
because this bill really matters. I speak today not only in service of my own recovery
00:47:55.360
from trauma inflicted by Maxwell and Epstein, but to honor the lives, the courage and sacrifices
00:48:01.840
of Virginia Giuffre, Caroline Andriano, and others who could not continue. Their voices mattered.
00:48:11.360
Their stories must not be forgotten. Accountability is what makes a society civilized. Equal opportunity
00:48:21.360
and equal consequence for all. Consequences are not about punishment alone. They exist to deter future
00:48:28.800
harm, to protect vulnerable, and to set a standard of justice. If Ghislaine Maxwell were pardoned,
00:48:37.520
it would undermine all the sacrifices I made to testify and make mockery of mine and all survivors
00:48:43.920
suffering. That is why the Epstein Files Transparency Act is so essential. It requires
00:48:52.240
the Department of Justice release all the records related to Epstein and Maxwell investigations, flight
00:48:57.920
logs, immunity deals, internal communications, and even the records surrounding Epstein's detention and death.
00:49:05.040
And crucially, it forbids withholding documents simply because of embarrassment, reputational harm,
00:49:11.200
or political sensitivity. This is about ending secrecy wherever abuse of power takes root.
00:49:18.640
But transparency alone is not enough. Survivors need protection, resources, and legal support.
00:49:26.400
If this Congress is serious about justice, then let this moment also affirm your commitment
00:49:32.000
to provide victims with the legal aid they need to confront abusers, to navigate complex systems,
00:49:38.080
and to reclaim their power. Transparency must be matched by support, or else too many victims
00:49:44.400
will remain silent out of fear and lack of access. The statistics demand action. Nearly one in five
00:49:52.640
women in America will experience rape or attempted rape in her lifetime. Every 74 seconds, someone is
00:50:00.480
sexually assaulted. Every nine minutes, that person is a child. These are not numbers. They are people.
00:50:09.600
They are your daughters, your sons, your constituents, your friends. Statistically, one in five of your
00:50:16.960
families will face this nightmare. The days of sweeping this under the rug are over. We, the survivors, say no more.
00:50:30.160
I want to help create a world where survivors of sexual abuse and abuse of power can come forward safely.
00:50:36.480
And I ask Congress to join me in that effort. Not only by passing this bill, but by ensuring
00:50:42.880
that those who step forward have legal support to face their abusers and see justice done.
00:50:51.840
When Judge Berman gave Epstein survivors the chance to finally speak, the world listened.
00:50:57.520
After so many years, survivors were heard. That moment was historic. And so is this moment.
00:51:04.240
For me, the turning point was when I had my daughter and on the day she was born,
00:51:15.120
I knew I had a responsibility to protect her and to practice to protect all children.
00:51:23.440
I have to use my voice, the voice that had been silenced by fear and shame for so many years.
00:51:29.680
I have to use my voice. Make no mistake. My polished exterior is a shield hiding a wound that still
00:51:36.400
bleeds. But through this wound, I have found purpose. To be part of lasting change in how we confront
00:51:45.360
exploitation and abuse. And to be clear, the only motive for opposing this bill would be to conceal
00:51:52.000
your wrongdoing. You have a choice. Stand with the truth or with the lies that have protected predators for decades.
00:52:03.440
I am no longer weak. I am no longer powerless. And I'm no longer alone.
00:52:13.600
And with your vote, neither will the next generation be.
00:52:16.320
President Trump, you have so much influence and power in this situation. Please use that influence
00:52:24.400
and power to help us. Because we need it now and this country needs it now. Thank you.
00:52:37.200
Hello. My name is Annie Farmer and I was 16 years old when I was flown to New Mexico to spend a weekend
00:52:45.920
with Epstein and Maxwell. That same year, 1996, my sister Maria Farmer reported what happened to me there,
00:52:55.520
along with reporting her own assault at their hands and their theft of sensitive photos of herself,
00:53:02.480
of me, and our younger sister that she had taken for her work as a figurative painter.
00:53:07.280
I am now 46 years old. 30 years later, we still do not know why that report wasn't properly investigated
00:53:14.640
or why Epstein and his associates were allowed to harm hundreds, if not thousands, of other girls and
00:53:20.720
young women. We have never been told whether those images were found when they discovered
00:53:26.480
a large amount of child sexual abuse material on his property. As a psychologist, I understand that when
00:53:33.520
the systems meant to protect us, recreate the abuse cycle, the betrayal that occurs can be just as
00:53:39.760
damaging as the original trauma. This happens when survivors of these crimes are not believed,
00:53:47.120
when our well-being is not weighed as heavily as those who have more resources or more privilege,
00:53:53.360
and when perpetrators of these crimes are given a platform rather than the survivors of them.
00:53:59.440
For so many years, it felt like Epstein's criminal behavior was an open secret.
00:54:04.240
Not only did many others participate in the abuse, it is clear that many were aware of his interest in
00:54:11.840
girls and very young women and chose to look the other way because it benefited them to do so.
00:54:17.920
They wanted access to his circle and his money. Their choice to align with his power left those of
00:54:25.600
us who had been harmed by this man and his associates feeling very isolated.
00:54:30.080
I could never have imagined being here today and this chorus of support that we have all received.
00:54:39.440
I have been sent so many notes and messages from people with no direct connection to this case,
00:54:45.920
who have expressed their solidarity with us. And I believe that is because, in part, as Anoushka
00:54:50.640
explained so well, this is an extremely widespread issue of child sexual abuse, of sexual exploitation,
00:54:57.440
of sexual violence. This affects almost every family in some way.
00:55:05.680
From my conversations with women in these last few days and from all of the support that we've
00:55:10.720
received, it's very clear to me that we are not going away, we are not going to be quiet,
00:55:15.760
and we are not going to give up. And I ask the American public to stand with us and not give up.
00:55:21.680
At a time with record high levels of distrust in our institutions and a perception that there are
00:55:27.520
two Americas, one for those with power and privilege and one for everyone else, passing this Epstein
00:55:33.360
Transparency Bill is one important step that can be taken to prove to Americans that the government
00:55:39.040
does not side with sexual perpetrators. A thorough public review of this information is an important
00:55:45.600
step in preventing the type of systemic failures that have occurred in this case and harmed all of us.
00:55:53.360
An important step towards healing for those involved. Thank you.
00:56:03.360
Hello everyone. I'd like to say thank you everyone for being here today on this very powerful
00:56:08.640
and special day for all of us here. My name is Marina Lacerda. I was minor victim one in federal
00:56:18.560
indictment of Jeffrey Epstein in New York in 2019. I was one of dozens of girls that I personally know
00:56:24.880
who were forced into Jeffrey's mansion on 9 East 71 street in New York City when we were just kids.
00:56:32.800
Today is the first time that I ever speak publicly about what happened to me.
00:56:36.960
I never thought that I would find myself here. The only reason that I am here is because it feels like
00:56:44.640
the people who matter in this country finally care about what we have to say. As an immigrant from
00:56:50.240
Brazil, I feel empowered knowing that the little girl struggling to get by at 14 and 15 years old
00:56:56.800
finally has a voice. For the first time, I feel like I matter as an American. I was only 14 years old
00:57:04.560
when I met Jeffrey. It was the summer of high school. I was working three jobs to try to support my mom
00:57:11.440
and my sister when a friend of mine in the neighborhood told me that I could make $300 to give
00:57:17.440
another guy a massage. It went from a dream job to the worst nightmare. Jeffrey assistant Leslie Groff
00:57:26.960
would call me and tell me that I needed to be at the house so often that I ended up dropping out of high
00:57:33.120
school before 9th grade and I never went back. From 14 to 17 years old, I went and worked for Jeffrey
00:57:42.240
instead of receiving an education. Every day I hoped that he would offer me a real job
00:57:47.520
as one of his assistants or something, something important. I would finally have made it big as,
00:57:56.800
like we say, the American dream. That day never came. I had no way, I had no way out. I was,
00:58:05.840
until he finally told me that I was too old. There are many pieces of my story that I can't remember,
00:58:12.240
no matter how hard I try. The constant state of wonder causes me so much fear and so much confusion.
00:58:20.000
My therapist says that my brain is just trying to protect itself, but it's so hard to begin to heal
00:58:26.080
knowing that there are people out there who know more about my abuse than I do. The worst part is that
00:58:35.200
the government is still in possession right now
00:58:44.160
of the documents and information about the con that could help me remember and get over all of
00:58:51.440
this maybe and help me heal. They have documents with my name on them that were confiscated from
00:58:58.000
Jeffrey Epstein's house and could help me put the pieces of my own life back together, but I don't have
00:59:04.080
any of it. And I know the same is true for many of these women.
00:59:15.440
We are here to support this bill today, not only for transparency, but for the American people.
00:59:26.480
If the government is going to release these documents to the public
00:59:29.760
describing the crimes committed by Jeffrey Epstein and others, the least they can do is give me my
00:59:35.760
documents that they have about me. The other survivors deserve the same respect from our government.
00:59:43.120
While identifying information must be redacted to the public, it is equally important to provide the
00:59:49.520
victims themselves with unredacted information. I will never forget when the FBI
00:59:55.280
agents showed up in my door in 2008. Jeffrey Epstein hired a lawyer to represent me, or more like to
01:00:03.280
represent him, I like to say. I couldn't ask any questions and I had no idea what was going on.
01:00:09.840
I was terrified. Until today, I think most of us are still terrified. I thought somebody was going to kill me.
01:00:18.320
I thought something was going to happen to my sister or my mother. It went further out to even maybe
01:00:24.240
thinking something would happen in Brazil with my family. And then one day, the lawyer said that
01:00:32.400
everything was just going to go away. Like nothing happened. I didn't need to testify. When I asked him
01:00:39.280
why, he gave no explanation. That was it. So why? Why was I never called to testify then? We could have
01:00:49.040
saved so many women. We could have saved so many lives from being abused. Why did he get away with it
01:00:57.200
in 2008? Why was he able to go on in the abuse with hundreds of girls after the Florida investigation?
01:01:05.440
Why didn't they let me testify to help stop him? Our government couldn't have saved, could have saved
01:01:13.120
so many women. But Jeffrey Epstein was too important and those women didn't matter. Why?
01:01:20.720
Well, we matter now. We are here today and we are speaking and we are not going to stop speaking.
01:01:27.120
Today, I stand here with the women who have really helped me to find the strength to come out
01:01:39.440
and come forward to share my story for the very first time. Together, we are stronger than ever.
01:01:46.320
While she may not be with us, Virginia Roberts, we will continue to use our voices to strengthen
01:01:54.160
our voices to strengthen our voices. Thank you.
01:02:07.040
Hi, my name is Courtney Wilde. I just wanted to take a second and just have a moment of silence for
01:02:13.760
all the women survivors that aren't here with us today that passed away due to anxiety, depression,
01:02:20.560
trying to keep up with this case. A moment of silence, please.
01:02:30.640
Thank you. My name is Courtney Wilde. I was only 14 years old when I was introduced to Jeffrey Epstein
01:02:37.440
by a 13-year-old friend of mine. The details of the abuse that he inflicted on me for years
01:02:43.120
is not important today. In 2028, I was cooperating with the federal government
01:02:48.800
government and the investigation of Jeffrey Epstein. They sent me a letter telling me to be patient
01:02:55.520
because this was going to be a lengthy investigation, but at the same time,
01:03:00.720
they refused to talk to me and tell me what was going on. So I hired an attorney, Brad Edwards,
01:03:06.720
because I was hopeful to get some answers. When I walked into his office at 19 years old,
01:03:12.160
Brad sued the government for refusing to tell me what was going on under the Crime Victims Rights Act.
01:03:17.760
The only reason anyone ever found out that the government had already given Jeffrey Epstein
01:03:22.640
immunity through the non-prosecution agreement was because our lawsuit forced the government to tell us.
01:03:30.240
Otherwise, nobody would even know that today. Sometimes it's hard to believe that I had to
01:03:35.760
sue the United States just to learn that my abuser was given immunity. I started as Jane Doe,
01:03:42.960
but I decided I was proud enough to take on our country and I was on the right side of history.
01:03:50.320
We fought the government for 10 years to prove that the government violated our rights as crime
01:03:54.720
victims and the crime victims' rights in order to protect a pedophile. We had to win the 11th Circuit
01:04:01.760
Court appeals to force the government to turn over thousands of pages of emails between Jeffrey Epstein and
01:04:07.680
the government. Those emails provided the proof that the government worked very hard with Jeffrey Epstein
01:04:15.520
to violate our rights. Why? Why did the government work so hard to protect Jeffrey and not so hard to
01:04:24.400
protect me and my other innocent friends? Why was Jeffrey so important to the government and why was I so
01:04:32.160
insignificant? Why did nobody but our lawyers care before now? It seems people have only started to care
01:04:40.080
because of Twitter because of Twitter and politics. But I would like to say this has nothing to do with
01:04:45.200
politics. This is not a blue thing or a red thing. This is an everyone thing. We can all agree on this,
01:04:52.560
the injustice that has happened here, multiple over and over. Everybody that talks about this
01:04:59.360
just seems to make it worse. We need transparency. It's time for us to see beyond the curtain. Why was Jeffrey
01:05:08.800
Epstein so protected? Who is still being protected and who protected them all so the world can understand
01:05:15.600
how Jeffrey was able to abuse so many of us for so long? I was lucky to have Brad Edwards,
01:05:21.520
Brittany Henderson and Paul Cassell take on my case pro bono and fight fearlessly over 20 years time.
01:05:31.200
I would like to thank them and I'd also like to ask the Trump administration to please sign off on
01:05:36.560
the Crime Victims Rights Reform Act, the Courtney Wilde Crime Victims Rights Reform Act that we're
01:05:44.480
trying to get past here so we can close the loopholes in the CVRA case that Epstein's attorney
01:05:50.000
use to their benefit to get to get away with this. Thank you so much.
01:06:05.920
Good morning. First and foremost, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to Brad and Brittany Edwards,
01:06:23.840
Congressman Massey and Connor, and above all the brave survivors who have entrusted us with the
01:06:30.960
privilege of speaking today on behalf of Virginia, Robert Joufray as her family.
01:06:40.480
We are here today because we support H.res.581, the Epstein Files Transparency Act in its entirety.
01:06:49.680
But as much as this bill is about shining a light on truth, it's not just about the bill.
01:06:54.320
This is about justice. This is about survivors. This is about justice against the rich and powerful
01:07:02.320
who have stolen something from these women and many children at the time. Their freedom.
01:07:09.120
The freedom to live their life without mental and physical scars that have been inflicted upon them
01:07:14.240
by those who thought they were untouchable. The same freedom that these monsters took from these
01:07:19.760
survivors, they should never be afforded. They should never be allowed to continue their lives
01:07:26.560
with impunity. Let's be clear. This is not a political issue. This is not about left or right.
01:07:34.880
This is about humanity. This is about doing what's right. And this is about ensuring that the future
01:07:41.040
we leave behind isn't one where the powerful can hide behind their wealth, their influence,
01:07:46.480
and their money to evade justice. I plead to you, whether you're a dad, a mom, a brother,
01:07:54.160
or a sister, look your young ones in the face. Look them in the eye and tell them you didn't stand
01:08:02.400
against the very people who raped, molested, and preyed upon children and young women. Tell them you were
01:08:10.000
willing to negotiate a deal. Money should never be what makes something right or wrong. If you vote no,
01:08:18.560
your stance will be clear. You will be choosing to stand on the side of the rich and powerful,
01:08:23.920
allowing money to buy your way out of the consequence. But here's my one ask. Look these
01:08:30.080
survivors in the eye and tell them why. Then look the people of the United States in the eye and tell them
01:08:36.560
why. And then when you're alone, look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself why. Virginia said it best,
01:08:45.840
and I quote, I have physical and mental scars that will never heal. I have memories that will never go
01:08:52.800
away. They say time can heal, but this won't. Not until the justice system makes an example out of these
01:08:59.680
people with so-called privileges. I just call it money. The only time I can begin to heal is when their
01:09:06.960
freedom is taken from them, just like they did to me and literally thousands of other victims. The
01:09:13.760
survivors of this horrific abuse are watching. The American people are watching. And history is watching.
01:09:34.960
Hello. My name is Jenna Lisa Jones, and I was only 14 years old when my friend
01:09:42.480
brought me over to Jeffrey Epstein's house in Palm Beach in 2003. I had a terrible home life,
01:09:48.880
but I was such an innocent kid then. I always did my best in school, and I had such a positive outlook
01:09:57.040
on life. Until that day that I met Jeffrey, I have never been more scared in my life than I was that
01:10:04.080
first time that he hurt me. I remember crying the entire way home, thinking about how I couldn't ever
01:10:10.640
tell anyone about what actually happened in that house. This guy was so rich and had so many pictures
01:10:19.280
with so many famous people, and no one would have ever believed me if I told them. I want to thank
01:10:25.760
Congressman Rowe and Congressman Thomas Massey for having me here today. It was really hard for me to
01:10:32.160
to find my voice and to become strong enough to speak about my abuse. I didn't come forward until
01:10:45.120
and even then it was like I was afraid of a ghost.
01:10:50.560
I know that I was just a little kid, but sometimes I still feel like it is my fault that this happened.
01:10:57.040
Being given the opportunity to speak at the United States Capitol building about something that is so
01:11:01.520
important, not just to me and the women before you, but to the entire country.
01:11:09.680
Together we can finally make a change. And that is thanks to the people like these two congressmen
01:11:17.440
and their teams who actually care about the victims. If you are a member of Congress and
01:11:21.920
you are listening to all of us speak here today, please really listen to us. Please vote for this bill
01:11:28.000
to be passed. Please recognize how important it is for transparency relating to Jeffrey Epstein.
01:11:35.280
Whether you are a Democrat or a Republican, this does not matter. This is not about sides.
01:11:42.000
You are an American and you are a person who has chosen to serve in an elected position
01:11:46.400
to stand up for those you represent who cannot always stand up for themselves.
01:11:51.280
We are those people. We are the Americans that you promised to protect and you and we need your help.
01:12:00.320
Please, President Trump, pass this bill and help us. Make us feel like our voices are finally being heard.
01:12:29.520
I was a 16 year old high school student athlete who made good grades and had high aspirations for college
01:12:37.280
when I was recruited and asked by a classmate of mine, alongside with a 20 year old male,
01:12:41.200
if I wanted to give an old rich guy a massage. But what high school girl would not want to do that?
01:12:47.360
That day changed my life forever. And when I got into the massage room, Jeffrey Epstein
01:12:51.600
and asked me to do things to him. My eyes welled up with tears and I have never been more scared in my life.
01:13:05.040
When it was over, he paid me $200 and requested in exchange that I bring
01:13:12.320
a girl each time to make another $200. I told him I did not want to do that and then he gave me an ultimatum.
01:13:18.400
Either you come here and massage me when I call you or you bring me friends of yours to massage
01:13:22.720
and I will give you $200 per girl for each time she comes. I felt and hoped to never hear from him
01:13:28.160
again, but he called me every day. He was so wealthy and powerful and he would not let me go.
01:13:33.440
I felt I had no choice. If I disobeyed him, I knew something bad would happen.
01:13:38.160
So knowing I did not want to be sexually abused, I started to bring him other girls from my high school
01:13:46.240
and he paid me $200, $200 for bringing them. I just hoped each time it would be the last time.
01:13:53.120
One day the stepmom of one of the girls brought him and called the police on Jeffrey Epstein.
01:13:57.680
The police then called me, called me in for questioning. I had told them the truth despite
01:14:03.600
the fact that I was a teenager and a minor and I was able to tell the police the names of all the other
01:14:08.880
victims. The police treated me like a criminal. I had by this time had turned 18. I had been with
01:14:15.680
Jeffrey since I was 16 and for two years. So they had told me I distribute I distributed to the
01:14:23.680
so they told me I was going to be arrested. My name was then distributed to the press as a co-conspirator
01:14:28.880
of my abuser who I detested. My entire world was crashing in around me and I started being threatened
01:14:35.280
and bullied till this day still receiving death threats. I was singled out and for many years had
01:14:41.680
to suffer a smear campaign of lies about me because of the way that I was portrayed by the press.
01:14:51.520
The press made me out to be a predator when I was just a 16 year old little girl who was sexually
01:14:56.080
abused by a powerful man and an evil man. For years I had no friends. My boyfriend was murdered
01:15:02.080
and there was nowhere to turn. The government after investigating more learned that I was true a victim
01:15:08.800
but the damage was done and it was too late. There was no way to undo the harm the press had caused me.
01:15:15.120
In 2019 I met Brad and Brittany, I met Brad Edwards and Brittany Henderson.
01:15:19.840
They changed my life and they believed in me and have helped me to finally heal.
01:15:27.840
Healing is a process and I may never get there. But the passage of this bill requiring the government
01:15:34.640
to produce all the evidence that it has gathered on Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell is a huge
01:15:39.840
component of healing for me and for the many other women who have suffered for so long.
01:15:44.400
For many reasons. First, we and the rest of the world need answers. Why was he so protected?
01:15:52.160
And why didn't anyone ever care to stop him? It doesn't take a brain surgeon to know that if
01:15:57.360
he is spending thousands of dollars a day paying high school girls he abuses and other access tool and
01:16:03.120
had a lot of access to cash. I learned through my attorneys and the JPM, uh, JPMorgan class action case
01:16:10.320
that there were years when his staff withdrew over a million dollars in cash a year.
01:16:18.080
Was that not a big enough red flag? There were wire transfers to other victims and the government
01:16:24.240
and the government did not protect us. The banks did not protect us. So lift the curtain on these files
01:16:31.360
and be transparent. Every single time a new conspiracy gets circulated in the media,
01:16:38.240
whether he is still alive, what powerful person had him murdered, who was on the Epstein client list,
01:16:44.400
and there are names going around on TikTok and Instagram. We the survivors are suffering severely.
01:16:51.760
We take our kids to school and everyone is talking about it. We can't read the news or do anything
01:16:56.560
without hearing crazy stories that are only able to live on because the government continues to hide the
01:17:01.280
evidence and the truth. So people just make up stories. Those stories hurt. They hurt real people,
01:17:08.080
real people who have already been hurt. And we have lost so many Epstein victims to suicide and
01:17:13.440
maintaining the real truth. And secrecy only allows for conspiracy theorists to tell lies that
01:17:18.800
drives up our anxiety and fears and will continue to lead to more pain, more suffering,
01:17:25.200
and honestly more deaths of innocent victims. It's time you do is right by us. Unseal all the documents.
01:17:32.480
We are requesting transparency and I am requesting every congressman and woman
01:17:38.160
that goes against this bill be outed. I want to know. Thank you.
01:17:52.560
Hi there. My name is Lisa Phillips and I'm the host of award-nominated podcasts called From Now On,
01:18:04.480
a platform supporting survivors. I want to thank all of my survivor sisters who came before me today.
01:18:12.320
I'll be very short. In the year 2000, I was taken to Jeffrey Epstein's island while on a photo shoot
01:18:19.120
on a nearby island. Who I saw and what I experienced there was this was a glimpse into a very dark and
01:18:27.520
disturbing world. For years after, I tried to avoid Jeffrey, but he had introduced me to Katie Ford,
01:18:35.760
the owner of the Ford Modeling Agency. Epstein's reach went to the very top of fashion, arts, and entertainment.
01:18:42.960
This did not just happen to underage girls in Florida. In New York City, hundreds of young ambitious
01:18:50.320
women were abused by him. Epstein was not just a serial predator. He was an international human
01:18:57.200
trafficker. And many around him knew, many participated, and many profited. And yet he was protected.
01:19:06.160
So I stand here today for every woman who has been silenced, exploited, and dismissed. We are not
01:19:14.400
asking for pity. We are here demanding accountability. And I'm demanding justice.
01:19:22.080
Congress must choose. Will you continue to protect predators or will you finally protect survivors?
01:19:28.080
And also, I would like to announce here today, us Epstein survivors have been discussing creating
01:19:36.480
our own list. We know the names. Many of us were abused by them. Now together as survivors,
01:19:44.000
we will confidentially compile the names we all know, who are regularly in the Epstein world.
01:19:52.960
And it will be done by survivors and for survivors. No one else is involved. Stay tuned for more details.
01:20:15.600
Hello, my name is Shantae Davies, and I'm here before you today as a survivor,
01:20:20.880
a survivor of decades of pain, the trauma, and betrayal at the hands of Ghislaine Maxwell
01:20:25.920
and Jeffrey Epstein, and the people who enabled them, and a government that for far too long
01:20:31.120
refused to help. In 2002, I was living in California, a young woman with high aspirations
01:20:36.960
of becoming an actress. I was already beginning to make a name for myself in the industry.
01:20:40.960
A person I trusted, someone I thought was a friend, invited me to meet a powerful woman
01:20:45.360
who could help advance my career. That woman happened to be Ghislaine Maxwell.
01:20:50.320
I was asked to give her a massage, though I had almost no experience, and when I did,
01:20:54.960
she praised me and promised introductions to someone enormously powerful, someone who could
01:20:59.360
change the course of my life, and that man was Jeffrey Epstein. At first, I was an excited young
01:21:04.640
woman on top of the world. Epstein flew me to his private island. He listened to my dreams,
01:21:09.440
promised to help, but his promises came with a catch. The abuse began. He told me to keep it secret.
01:21:15.920
He manipulated me with quid pro quo I did not consent to, but I felt I had no one to turn to.
01:21:22.400
He was too powerful. I was just one of the many young women trapped in his orbit. I was even taken
01:21:28.000
on a trip to Africa with former President Bill Clinton and other notable figures. In those moments,
01:21:33.600
I realized how powerless I was. If I spoke out, who would believe me? Who would protect me?
01:21:40.000
Epstein himself was the most powerful leader of our country. Epstein surrounded himself,
01:21:45.200
I'm sorry, with the most powerful leaders of our country and the world.
01:21:48.000
He abused not only me, but countless others, and everyone seemed to look away. The truth is,
01:21:54.320
Epstein had a free pass. He bragged about his powerful friends, including our current president,
01:21:59.520
Donald Trump. It was his biggest brag, actually. And while what I endured will haunt me forever,
01:22:08.080
I live every day with PTSD. I live as a mother trying to raise my child while distrusting a world
01:22:14.880
that has betrayed me. This kind of trauma never leaves you. It breaks families apart. It shapes
01:22:20.240
the way we see everyone around us. But one thing is certain. Unless we learn from this history,
01:22:26.000
monsters like Epstein will rise again. There are files, government files, that hold the truth about
01:22:31.920
Epstein, who he knew, who owed him, who protected him, and why he was allowed to operate
01:22:37.440
for so long without consequence. Why was Maxwell the only one held accountable when so many others
01:22:42.880
played a role? Why does the government hide this information from the public?
01:22:49.680
This secrecy is not protection. It's complicity. And as long as the truth is buried, justice will
01:22:55.120
remain out of reach. That is why this bill matters. Passing it will, bless you, endure, ensure
01:23:02.560
that the suffering of survivors is not in vain. Passing it will bring accountability,
01:23:06.960
transparency, and prevention. It will help protect the next generation of predators
01:23:11.840
who seek to place themselves above the law through wealth, influence, and connections.
01:23:17.440
This is not just my story. It is about every survivor who carries invisible scars.
01:23:22.400
It's about the weight we live with daily. It is about the families broken and the futures stolen.
01:23:29.200
So I ask you, President Trump and members of Congress,
01:23:34.560
why do we continue to cover up sexual abuse and assault? Who are we covering for?
01:23:40.640
Let the public know the truth. We cannot heal without justice. We cannot protect the future
01:23:49.600
We're doing a split screen right now. There's going to be a massive flyover at the White House
01:23:56.240
momentarily. The Polish president will arrive in the press, and I believe that Brian Glenn's
01:24:02.880
telling the president's kind of a press avail. Let's go back to the press conference
01:24:10.720
This July, there is a global summit of BRICS nations in Rio de Janeiro. The block of emerging
01:24:16.320
superpowers, including China, Russia, India, and Persia, are meeting with the goal of displacing the
01:24:23.280
United States dollar as the global currency. They're calling this the Rio reset. As BRICS nations push
01:24:30.640
forward with their plans, global demand for U.S. dollars will decrease, bringing down the value of the
01:24:35.440
dollar in your savings. While this transition won't not happen overnight, but trust me, it's going to
01:24:42.320
start in Rio. The Rio reset in July marks a pivotal moment when BRICS objectives move decisively from a
01:24:50.080
theoretical possibility towards an inevitable reality. Learn if diversifying your savings into gold is

01:27:01.860
by 10,000 percent over the next few years. It's because of massive energy demand from artificial
01:27:07.920
intelligence data centers. We talk about that all the time here in the war room. And we have a fragile
01:27:13.560
power grid. It just cannot keep up with that demand. I don't know about you, but I don't like
01:27:18.540
the idea of being without power, even for a day. That's why I got the Grid Doctor 3300 from my

01:28:09.540
Me or Congresswoman Green in the hallways and other places, if you have questions for us,
01:28:15.880
that's fine. But I wanted to see first if you have questions for the lawyers and the survivors.
01:28:21.360
And Brad will facilitate any of the questions to the survivors. Yes.
01:28:26.100
This question would be for the survivors. The president has said that this Epstein issue
01:28:33.300
is a hoax is the words that he used. Can we get your reactions to what you think when you hear him
01:28:40.200
say that? I'll answer that. Mr. President Donald J. Trump, I am a registered Republican. Not that that
01:28:51.280
matters because this is not political. However, I cordially invite you to the Capitol to meet me in
01:28:56.260
person so you can understand this is not a hoax. We are real human beings. This is real trauma.
01:29:02.000
What does it feel like emotionally to hear that?
01:29:06.380
It's being gutted from the inside out. Not that I would know what that feels like, but I imagine
01:29:11.500
it's the anxiety buildup with the depression and the survival mode. And then your nervous system
01:29:17.940
goes limp and ironically is shot. And it feels like you just want to explode inside because nobody
01:29:24.660
again is understanding that this is a real situation. These women are real. We're here in
01:29:30.000
person to say that it's a hoax is just not. Please humanize us. I would like Donald J. Trump and every
01:29:38.380
person in America and around the world to humanize us to see us for who we are and to hear us for what
01:29:43.880
we have to say. There is no hoax. The abuse was real. Now, what goes on behind closed doors? I
01:29:49.980
can't speak for that. What happens around the world politically? I cannot speak for that. But I am
01:29:55.380
here with all of these women, including our attorneys, and I would be more than happy to
01:30:00.100
meet with him and meet with him. And I will meet him halfway.
01:30:05.980
I wonder if any of the victims could respond to the news from recently about Ghislaine Maxwell being
01:30:10.900
transferred to a lower security prison in the aftermath of speaking to Todd Plyant.
01:30:18.820
Yeah, I'm happy to speak to that. Uh, we were horrified to learn that she had been transferred
01:30:26.120
to a prison camp um she is someone who was found guilty by a jury of sex trafficking she not only
01:30:35.800
we often hear that she procured women for jeffrey which i think is a very sort of polite and
01:30:40.760
minimizing term she also participated in the abuse she was a major architect of the scheme
01:30:47.400
and the fact that she's painted herself as a victim i think is is disgusting and it was horrifying
01:30:52.120
i think to us that we were not told about her prison transfer we found out about it in the news
01:30:59.640
one minute i think so um anushka de giorgio um i testified alongside annie at the trial of
01:31:08.040
gillen maxwell we're going to stream this on our other stream go live to the white house
01:31:44.040
That's the president there with the president of Poland.
01:32:00.160
They are about to, there's a massive flyover of many different types of aircraft.
01:32:08.240
I think the president will be out there for a few minutes.
01:32:17.800
I think he's going to have the bilat and open that up immediately.
01:32:21.540
On our other stream right now is the continuation of the question and answer period in the press conference for the discharge petition.
01:32:31.820
Keep in mind, the White House put out last night and to the media that they consider support of the discharge petition to be a hostile act to the White House.
01:32:51.440
I think we can say that the president was less than enthusiastic about the parade he saw last night.
01:33:10.640
That new federal state of China up on Getter and up on Rumble had full coverage.
01:33:16.120
There's a president going into the White House.
01:33:17.960
He's on the south lawn to receive the Polish president so that he could get a full view of the flyover.
01:33:24.740
And up on Capitol Hill, you could really hear the thunder of the flyover as they streak down.
01:33:30.420
Brian Glenn, our own Brian Glenn, is in the White House.
01:33:36.060
They're going to go up to a, just lost our feed right there.
01:33:44.420
We're reaching out to survivors that are scared.
01:33:48.660
We're reaching out to survivors that are scared to come forward and that also know who they were trafficked to.
01:33:56.060
We're not quite sure, you know, how we're going to release that or even if we're going to.
01:34:01.100
The Department of Justice needs to release the list.
01:34:03.680
Because for folks at home, they might be confused.
01:34:14.120
Why do we have to say the names when the government knows the names?
01:34:19.780
Look what's happened to so many of the survivors that have revealed names.
01:34:24.460
I think it's also worth saying that having represented, I think, between our firm and Boyce Schiller, hundreds of victims.
01:34:31.280
And we've talked to them about the various people that they were farmed out to.
01:34:37.660
Most of these individuals, the victims, are very scared to say these names because they could get sued.
01:34:51.340
But just to dispel kind of the common theme here, every one of these women was abused by Jeffrey Epstein.
01:35:00.380
When they reached a certain age, he did farm a section of them, some of them, out to some of his friends.
01:35:08.840
With that said, I'm more than happy to assist in helping create the list behind the scenes and see what we do with it.
01:35:16.820
But if someone's interested in prosecuting, they may have something different to say about sharing a list.
01:35:24.060
But they're not sharing a list for nothing to happen.
01:35:26.520
And that's the experience that they've had for all of these years.
01:35:28.680
We're waiting to see the fate of this discharge petition right now as we're here.
01:35:34.760
The speaker and others have said that the people he met with yesterday had concerns about your names being released if this bill were passed.
01:35:43.960
And some people I talked to today are not signing the discharge petition because they say you don't want them to.
01:35:51.580
Do any of the survivors here not want the bill to pass?
01:35:54.500
First of all, our legislation, Ro Khanna and I went through this.
01:36:01.720
And we were very careful to make sure that there is an exception so that personally identifiable information, not just their names, but anything they could be identified by, would not be disclosed.
01:36:12.620
And can you speak to that as survivors yourself?
01:36:19.940
Yes, unequivocally redact personally identifying information and release everything else.
01:36:33.360
Marina, you have stayed silent for so many years.
01:36:35.920
Today, this is the first time, if we understand correctly, you have never before gone public with your story and to share this.
01:36:41.720
Can you help us understand why today, why now and why here?
01:36:50.880
And it's not okay for Jeffrey Epstein and everybody else to be put on a pedestal.
01:36:57.100
I think everybody needs to hear from us because we know what went on, right?
01:37:01.680
And there is not only me who has been silenced.
01:37:06.360
My hope is to stop this abuse for the future, right, for people that are coming up for women.
01:37:14.140
My daughter, for example, these people have, these women have daughters.
01:37:21.000
And I think mainly it is, it is, this is therapy for all of us too.
01:37:41.620
We are tired of looking at the news and seeing Jeffrey Epstein's name and saying that this is a hoax.
01:37:51.080
And I hope that my voice will bring other survivors and other victims to come along and speak up so that we can be more of a stronger voice and louder.
01:37:59.500
And so, what is your message to President Trump on this moment?
01:38:03.540
Listen, I don't like to, I don't want to send a direct message to him.
01:38:18.680
And like I said on my speech earlier, we are not going to be, we're not going to be silenced anymore.
01:38:23.600
We will be speaking, moving forward, wherever we need to be.
01:38:30.440
You know, for years, we've heard that there was an Epstein client list or some kind of list.
01:38:38.040
And now we hear from the DOJ that there's no list.
01:38:42.860
I know you're working on your own list, but do you believe that Jeffrey Epstein had a list?
01:38:50.160
Just like you heard everybody today, Jeffrey Epstein created, through an organization, that, of enablers, of people that were on his payroll.
01:38:58.480
It was a complicated scheme where others should still be investigated because they helped to enable him and operate this scheme.
01:39:05.700
Without those people, he could not have done this.
01:39:07.640
But the purpose was for him to personally abuse people.
01:39:11.520
With that being said, certain of his friends, he farmed out certain of the women that he was exploiting, too.
01:39:20.620
But that wasn't the primary purpose of that scheme.
01:39:22.720
And I don't think he wrote the names of those people down.
01:39:24.960
There's not a list of, hey, here's all of the people that I sent females to.
01:39:32.380
Is there any other questions that Jeffrey Epstein was involved with or tied to the CIA or a foreign intelligence operation?
01:39:38.620
I think that the safest thing for me to say is all files should come out, whether it is with the CIA, FinCEN, SEC, FBI.
01:39:54.740
The White House has said that this is a very hostile act.
01:40:08.460
I can tell you that I talked to President Clinton.
01:40:13.580
And several times after that, he didn't think that it was a hoax then.
01:40:18.980
He told me things that were helping our investigation.
01:40:21.860
Now, our investigation wasn't looking into him, but he was helping us then.
01:40:26.140
So at this point in time, I would hope that he would revert back to what he was saying
01:40:33.180
This about face that occurred, none of us understand it.
01:40:36.460
In fact, I don't understand how this is an issue that's even up for debate.
01:40:41.260
How do you not stand behind these women after you've heard their stories
01:40:48.060
and it was only because files are being kept in secrecy?
01:40:51.720
The world should know who he is, who protected him,
01:40:54.180
and the other people that are out there to be investigated need to be investigated.
01:40:59.720
Are there any people who are currently serving in government
01:41:03.960
who are named, who you know of, are in these files,
01:41:07.460
who you had relations with, anything of that sort,
01:41:15.760
Mr. Edwards, you represent Virginia Roberts-Dufresne, correct?
01:41:26.080
Because they're saying they're being scared to talk.
01:41:37.280
My daughter was threatened when I was volunteering to participate
01:41:45.320
that Virginia Giuffre was bringing against Ghislaine Maxwell.
01:41:58.980
and just drive behind me as I drive my daughter to school.
01:42:07.940
with both Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell
01:42:30.520
you know, Maxwell also threatened my sister Maria Farmer.
01:42:34.780
You know, when the FBI did nothing about her initial report,
01:42:37.420
you know, we did, she reported individually at that time,
01:42:40.860
and then in 2002, we spoke to a reporter at Vanity Fair
01:42:45.720
fearful that perhaps other people were being harmed.
01:42:49.280
we believed that was going to make a difference.
01:43:17.240
or interaction with Epstein's alleged financier Leslie Wexner?
01:43:45.760
why there have not been more ramifications for him
01:44:31.180
about the existence of the Epstein birthday book,
01:44:56.960
And if we had served a subpoena on them in the past,
01:45:01.760
which I don't usually miss subpoenas like that.
01:45:06.200
You know, to your question about the allegations,
01:45:51.020
You said that Donald Trump gave you help in 2009.
01:46:04.920
Can you elaborate on your interactions with Donald Trump back in 2009?
01:46:13.400
But did anyone ever see Trump with Epstein in any way?
01:46:17.620
I don't think that we can answer that question.
01:46:36.700
So I'm hoping he'll come back to where he was back in 2009,
01:46:44.080
I wanted to ask the victims what they thought of the interview with Todd Lynch,
01:47:09.580
way before our voices were elevated here today.
01:47:21.800
that she had so polite there that day with Todd Blanche
01:47:27.080
was the same polite, coercive, manipulative voice
01:47:36.900
to then send me off to the home of Jeffrey Epstein
01:47:44.720
speaking with me, building relationship with me,
01:47:49.320
allowing me to believe that I was going to get this job,
01:47:53.140
a dream job that I had been recruited from my college,
01:47:56.840
flown across the country from Los Angeles to New York City
01:48:04.260
was the same voice that sent me off to a monster.
01:48:47.220
And why on earth has she been moved from Florida
01:49:36.900
And I can tell you who really appreciates it, Poland,
01:49:39.840
because they're very happy with their president.
01:49:41.820
And I just want to say it's an honor to have you.
01:49:43.800
We'll be discussing trade and various other things,
01:50:13.880
in sworn and from celebration for my inauguration,
01:50:32.780
Our relations are based, of course, on the values.
01:50:37.800
for your endorsement during my very hard campaign.
01:50:41.180
I remember it, and I'm very grateful for your support.
01:50:53.520
Polish diaspora in the United States of America.
01:50:57.060
We have almost more than 10 million people here,
01:51:08.840
to Polish diaspora in the United States of America.
01:51:16.560
are very important with the United States of America,
01:51:36.140
and I hope it will be very thoughtful discussion
01:51:46.640
of your great pilot who just passed away recently,
01:52:03.700
Major Krakowian was one of the best Polish pilots,
01:52:24.060
And I think he went to the Air Force Academy, actually.
01:52:59.900
Well, Poland, we've had a tremendous relationship.
01:53:16.680
He's a good man and still a big fan of yours, very much so.
01:53:24.640
We'll take a couple of questions from the media.
01:53:40.880
If anything, we'll put more there if they want.
01:53:43.080
But they've long wanted to have a larger presence.
01:53:46.640
We have some countries that have more, not too many.
01:54:01.840
the first time the leaders of those three countries
01:54:03.660
have been together in this sort of show of solidarity.
01:54:06.660
You said that they're conspiring against the United States.
01:54:11.600
And given this, is it reason why you should slap
01:54:14.600
or would consider slapping secondary sanctions on Russia
01:54:19.960
Well, I've already done that with regard to India,
01:54:22.320
and we're doing it with regard to other things.
01:54:40.320
But I understood the reason they were doing it,
01:54:48.300
We're going to find out how good it is over the next week or two.
01:54:52.560
I think that we helped China very much, as you know,
01:55:11.920
But perhaps that was just a, that was a sleight of hand.
01:55:25.660
should have been mentioned last night during that speech
01:55:34.140
Mr. President, do you think they should have invited?
01:55:41.060
But there's no action since you took your office.
01:55:45.160
How do you know there's no, how do you know there's no action?
01:55:55.000
Would you say that putting secondary sanctions on India,
01:55:59.740
the largest purchaser outside of China, they're almost equal,
01:56:05.820
That cost hundreds of billions of dollars to Russia.
01:56:11.060
And I haven't done phase two yet or phase three.
01:56:19.980
I said, if India buys, India's got big problems.
01:56:27.000
Mr. President, right now there have been survivors of Jeffrey Epstein speaking at a press conference on Capitol Hill.
01:56:37.600
They're calling for these case files, these documents to be released.
01:56:40.980
And Thomas Massey, who is sponsoring a discharge position to get the House to vulnerabilities those documents,
01:56:48.080
says he doesn't believe you're implicated in these files, but many of your friends and donors may be.
01:56:53.240
And he says that's why the Justice Department is redacting them and slow-walking the release.
01:56:58.200
Is the Justice Department protecting any friends or donors, sir?
01:57:06.320
You know, it reminds me a little of the Kennedy situation.
01:57:09.900
We gave him everything over and over again, more and more and more, and nobody's ever satisfied.
01:57:17.660
But from what I understand, thousands of pages of documents have been given.
01:57:22.560
But it's really a Democrat hoax because they're trying to get people to talk about something
01:57:27.700
that's totally irrelevant to the success that we've had as a nation since I've been president.
01:57:33.240
Even if you look at D.C. right now, D.C., it's a totally safe zone.
01:57:45.240
You can walk down the street now and nothing's going to happen.
01:57:50.640
Because we had a lot of problems with certain places, and we still do.
01:57:56.020
All run by Democrats, or for the most part, run by Democrats.
01:57:59.840
So what they're trying to do with the Epstein hoax is get people to talk about that
01:58:03.860
instead of speaking about the tremendous success like ending seven wars.
01:58:08.900
Nobody's going to talk about it because they're going to talk about the Epstein, whatever.
01:58:12.900
I understand that we were subpoenaed to give files, and I understand we've given thousands
01:58:19.100
And I know that no matter what you do, it's going to keep going.
01:58:23.780
And I think it's, I think, really, I think it's enough because I think we should talk about
01:58:28.200
the greatness of our country and the success that we're having.
01:58:31.580
I think we're probably having, according to what I read, even from two people in this room,
01:58:36.460
we're having the most successful eight months of any president ever.
01:58:42.520
That's what we should be talking about, not the Epstein hoax.
01:58:45.520
When are you going to make a decision on Ukraine, Mr. President?
01:58:54.980
He knows where I stand, and he'll make a decision one way or the other, whatever his decision is.
01:59:02.920
And if we're unhappy about it, you'll see things happen.
01:59:05.880
Can you give us a sense of what the U.S. policy or what you're trying to achieve
01:59:12.340
with the aircraft carriers or the boats, I should say, in near Venezuela?
01:59:18.140
And also the boat that you mentioned yesterday where 11 people were killed.
01:59:21.460
What was found on that boat, and why were the men killed instead of taking it?
01:59:28.800
It was massive amounts of drugs coming into our country to kill a lot of people.
01:59:42.040
And I think a lot of other people won't be doing it again when they watch that tape.
01:59:47.780
We have to protect our country, and we're going to.
01:59:52.560
They've been, as you know, they've been sending millions of people into our country.
01:59:56.860
Many of them, Tren de Aragua, some of the worst gangs, some of the worst people anywhere in
02:00:07.980
We took care of them very quickly, but they're out of here.
02:00:11.600
But Venezuela has been very bad, both in terms of drugs and sending some of the worst criminals
02:00:18.860
They emptied out, you don't know this, but they emptied out their prisons in Venezuela,
02:00:22.720
and they emptied them out into the United States of America.
02:00:28.760
We're getting them out rapidly, but it's caused a tremendous problem.
02:00:32.800
And Pete and all of the people that are working very hard to rectify the stupidity of the Biden
02:00:38.300
administration, allowing these people to pour into our country with open borders.
02:00:43.540
We are paying a big price as a country for the incompetence of the Biden administration.
02:00:48.440
But think of it, opened up prisons, drug dealers, drug lords, everything coming out of Venezuela,
02:00:56.040
they said, and we said, we're not going to put up with it anymore.
02:00:58.520
So Venezuela has been one of the worst actors in the whole group, and we have a group of
02:01:03.960
Are you wanting, Mr. President, anybody to force a barrage?
02:01:09.680
At the end of this month, the government or the Congress has to pass a budget.
02:01:13.740
Do you think we can avoid a government shutdown?
02:01:17.080
I think the Republicans will vote for an extension.
02:01:21.640
We could give the greatest budget ever, a tax cut of 50 percent, everybody taken care
02:01:27.400
of, perfect for women, perfect for men, perfect for minorities, perfect for everything, and
02:01:32.420
we wouldn't get one vote for the Democrats because they've lost their mind.
02:01:39.300
And I don't want to burden the Republican Party with it, but they really are.
02:01:47.980
You know, they actually think there is a disease.
02:01:53.820
No matter what we did, no matter how good, you could give them everything that they've ever
02:02:02.520
So these are sick people, and I think we're going to have a tremendous midterm.
02:02:06.680
We just approved the largest tax decrease in the history of our country.
02:02:11.260
We have things, if you think of it, no tax on tips, no tax on social security for our
02:02:16.460
seniors, no tax on overtime, deductions when you buy a car and you borrow money to buy a
02:02:23.120
First time they've ever seen a thing like this.
02:02:30.200
And, by the way, they're selling cars like crazy.
02:02:32.660
Cars are pouring back because of the fact that we have tariffs.
02:02:35.960
Cars are pouring back into our car plants, are pouring back into our nation.
02:02:43.340
You know, we lost about 54 percent of automobile manufacturing over a 30-year period, 35-year
02:02:51.420
I think they're coming back higher than ever before.
02:02:59.320
But the Democrats, I don't believe, will get one vote.
02:03:10.640
You know, they gave us things like men playing in women's sports, open borders for
02:03:19.120
I mean, they want to transgender for all of the crazy things that they were saying.
02:03:22.760
And, you know, people would say they're 80, 20 issues.
02:03:37.260
I want to go into Chicago and have this incompetent governor that doesn't want us.
02:03:42.660
Do you know that this weekend, 72 people were shot in Chicago?
02:03:46.740
I'm embarrassed to say it in front of the president of Poland.
02:03:53.640
There's a lot of talk about government debt, but after four years of inflation, the real
