Bannon's War Room - Episode 4793： Tearing Down The Liberal Aparatis; Lies Of H1B

00:00:00.000 This is an undermining of the system, but I wonder which legal guardrails are still in effect to stop this complete and utter takeover of our judicial system.

00:00:11.480 Yeah, I think that's actually the big question, right?

00:00:13.780 I mean, first of all, we got Pam Bondi, who's also supposed to be operating independently. 0.99

00:00:18.380 She's the attorney general of the United States. 0.91

00:00:20.340 You know, she's been in the White House more often than many of the staff, as far as I can tell from the outside.

00:00:26.080 I mean, she's in the Oval Office hanging out with them, yucking it up. 0.87

00:00:28.600 She's doing hits on Fox News from the lawn.

00:00:33.300 And, you know, does anyone really believe she's not taking direction from Donald Trump directly on what to do and what not to do?

00:00:40.360 Does anyone believe the FBI director, Kasper Tell, is doing anything other than the bidding of Donald Trump?

00:00:44.860 And so, of course, from Donald Trump's standpoint, he believes that everybody in the federal government, including the U.S. attorneys out in the States, operate as his agents.

00:00:55.240 You know, his errand boys are there to do his bidding.

00:00:59.700 But it is incumbent on the good people of the federal government to stand up and to say, no, I'm not going to do that.

00:01:07.100 I'm going to do the right thing for the American people, and I'm not going to do your bidding.

00:01:10.320 And if you need to fire me, fire me, and I will go out loudly.

00:01:13.140 We saw that work in the Southern District of New York when Eric Adams was under indictment and Donald Trump wanted that indictment dismissed.

00:01:23.520 You saw resignation and firing after firing, and it brought to the public what is going on.

00:01:29.880 So my request to the folks in the Eastern District of New York is don't go quietly.

00:01:34.220 Don't do the wrong thing.

00:01:35.120 Do the right thing, but don't go quietly.

00:01:36.400 Make sure people know what is happening here because it is completely antithetical to the rule of law.

00:01:42.100 It is important for judges to know it because they will be hearing these cases going forward.

00:01:46.240 And most importantly, it is important for the American people to know that our system of justice is being corrupted.

00:01:52.820 Breaking news tonight that the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, Eric Seibert,

00:01:57.120 has told his office he is resigning after increasing pressure from Donald Trump.

00:02:02.220 Sources tell MSNBC that staffers in the office were distraught at the news, some even crying when they found out.

00:02:09.240 Seibert's resignation comes as Donald Trump has become increasingly frustrated that Seibert would not prosecute the New York Attorney General Letitia James on trumped up mortgage fraud charges.

00:02:20.480 He had refused to charge because his investigation could not bear out the accusations.

00:02:24.660 The resignation came after Trump was asked directly about the issue in the Oval Office just a few hours ago and said, quote, I want him out.

00:02:33.620 Are you disappointed that the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia has not prosecuted Letitia James?

00:02:39.600 Do you intend to fire him?

00:02:41.220 Well, we're going to see what happens.

00:02:42.860 I am not following it very closely.

00:02:45.160 It looks to me like she's very guilty of something, but I really don't know.

00:02:48.600 I know that the U.S. attorney from the Eastern District or from that district in Virginia, that he was approved by two Democrat senators who, in my opinion, are among the worst.

00:03:02.120 You want him fired? You want him out?

00:03:04.160 Yeah, I want him out, yeah.

00:03:05.440 George Slapidopoulos had to pay $16 million to me because of what he said.

00:03:09.620 And that's ABC.

00:03:13.040 You had to pay more than that.

00:03:15.900 Your network had to pay more than that.

00:03:18.620 So I think it's very sad.

00:03:21.860 But I think that reporting has to be at least accurate, at least accurate to an extent.

00:03:28.800 Again, when somebody is given 97 percent of the stories are bad about a person, that's no longer free speech.

00:03:38.400 It's no longer, that's just cheating.

00:03:40.680 And they cheat.

00:03:41.620 And they become really members of the Democrat National Committee.

00:03:45.480 Well, in the MAGAverse, they would tell you, oh, everything you're saying has been done to us.

00:03:51.040 Done to us, yeah.

00:03:51.780 Yes, this deeply conspiratorial view that everything you're warning about that Trump could do, or that everything that Trump is doing, all he's doing is doing to Democrats what Democrats already did to Republicans.

00:04:06.060 So that's in the MAGAverse.

00:04:07.560 And there have been Democratic violations of free speech, no question about it.

00:04:11.920 But what we're dealing with right now is something that, you know, I was talking to one of my, one of the people I respect the most in the free speech universe.

00:04:20.140 And I said, is this as bad as it's been since McCarthy or worse than McCarthy?

00:04:24.860 And he said unequivocally worse than McCarthy.

00:04:27.600 And I agree with him.

00:04:28.720 It's larger in scope.

00:04:29.940 It's broader in scope.

00:04:31.200 It's more aggressive.

00:04:32.560 It's stretching across American society.

00:04:35.860 And so what you're dealing with right now is a situation where Trump is unleashed and he has the backing of MAGA.

00:04:43.520 You're now seeing reviving of the idea of hate speech prosecutions.

00:04:47.400 You're seeing MAGA turning its back on hard-fought free speech victories that the conservative legal movement fought for for decades and all in the service of his power.

00:04:58.580 So, yes, we are in territory we've not been in for a very long time in this country.

00:05:03.380 I am very alarmed by this administration's campaign of censorship and control.

00:05:08.360 It is damaging to our democracy.

00:05:11.020 It is censoring what the broadcasters can or cannot say about this administration or whatever ideology this administration wants to espouse.

00:05:22.940 And that's not good for our democracy.

00:05:24.980 You know, it's only, it's September.

00:05:27.560 There have been, you know, moments where they, where the administration, where you see them just moving through, like, wildfire and implementing Project 2025.

00:05:36.320 And they might pull back a little bit, but they feel like they've got a window now.

00:05:39.440 And, like, wow, from, you know, just in the last week, how much they have, how, how much they have their foot on the accelerator and how comfortable they clearly feel in, in pushing this.

00:05:51.860 You know, it's not, the FCC, when was the last time the FCC chairman, I didn't even know the FCC chairman was during, during Barack Obama or Joe Biden's term.

00:05:59.360 And, you know, Brendan Carr is making himself a public presence to just, to continue to push this case.

00:06:09.440 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:06:15.240 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:06:20.460 Here's one time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:06:24.740 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:06:26.660 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:06:28.080 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:06:30.760 It's going to happen.

00:06:32.020 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:06:35.440 Mega Media.

00:06:36.340 I wish, in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:06:42.220 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:06:45.960 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:06:52.260 War Room.

00:06:53.180 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.

00:06:55.600 It's Saturday, 20 September, in the year of our Lord, 2025.

00:07:05.960 Okay, we are obviously going all out on getting ready for our, what, 10-hour live broadcast tomorrow

00:07:14.840 in commemoration of Charlie Kirk.

00:07:18.680 It will be both a religious service and a celebration of life.

00:07:21.760 The War Room and Real America Voice will be there starting at 10 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time tomorrow.

00:07:30.020 I want to make sure you can be a big force multiplier, and let's get the word out,

00:07:33.080 because we're going to have, you know, tons of special people associated with the Real America Voice channel,

00:07:38.440 which was the channel of Charlie Kirk and the Charlie Kirk Show.

00:07:41.320 And we're going to have, obviously, a lot of folks that have been contributors to the War Room,

00:07:46.880 some that will be able to make it out to Phoenix and others who will be in remote.

00:07:52.840 But we will start at 10 a.m. tomorrow morning and go throughout the day.

00:07:56.860 We'll not end until the evening.

00:07:58.400 And so if you want to get a great day of content and hard-hitting content, please join us tomorrow.

00:08:04.660 You see right there, a New York Times.

00:08:08.200 I don't know if we can, if Grace, you can get it to the guys in Denver, but it's up on my getter.

00:08:12.020 And this is why you ought to go to getter.

00:08:13.320 I'm always putting stuff up there first.

00:08:15.360 You know why?

00:08:16.200 It's a great platform. 1.00

00:08:18.500 And it's so easy that even a moron like myself can post now. 0.89

00:08:22.760 On occasions, I need Elizabeth or Moe or Grace to help me out, but that's on a super technical thing. 0.98

00:08:28.680 By and large, I can put it all up myself.

00:08:30.280 New York Times has a huge article, I think it was on page one of the paper, in the physical paper, at least part of it,

00:08:39.840 about this whole issue of Jimmy Kimmel.

00:08:43.180 And here's what's obvious.

00:08:45.540 They take the firing of Jimmy Kimmel, which was really an economic decision made by the affiliates.

00:08:51.700 They're just tired of it.

00:08:52.600 They don't want the hate.

00:08:53.400 They know they can't lose 60% of their audience, and particularly the unacceptable remarks in me about Charlie Kirk,

00:09:00.620 and he was prepared to make more and attack MAGA.

00:09:03.140 They don't need that.

00:09:04.260 This is why Hollywood movies are bombing.

00:09:06.540 This is why so many of the cable, this is why they're spinning off MSNBC, right?

00:09:12.400 There's just no audience for that anymore.

00:09:14.140 That kind of overarching narrative of the globalists and the elitists in this country has collapsed.

00:09:20.360 Why?

00:09:21.660 They use that information and news in service to themselves, not to the country and not to citizens of the country.

00:09:29.300 And American citizens are very smart and have tremendous common sense and kind of basic core American values and have seen through it.

00:09:36.980 And so they're so freaked out because they know that we're coming for them, and we are coming for them.

00:09:41.440 And I said in the New York Times, I've had 1,000 people come to me, hey, can you come up and debate the free speech?

00:09:48.240 No, I'm not interested in that.

00:09:50.040 We're taking action now.

00:09:51.840 We're cleaning house at these media companies.

00:09:56.720 And this is why the media companies are making all this nonsense about the Antifa and the investigation.

00:10:01.480 Well, you know, Antifa is just a bunch of kids running around.

00:10:04.040 Yo, that's on the surface, and they're not kids running around.

00:10:07.480 They're very well trained by military intelligence and national security operatives.

00:10:13.020 They're embedded in the deep state in your government.

00:10:16.220 The young woman that was a member of Antifa and left on Jesse Waters the other night walked you through it.

00:10:21.860 I think it was in New York, upstate New York.

00:10:23.720 She could get training from military personnel.

00:10:25.540 So that's the second layer is the training layer.

00:10:27.380 And the third layer is the one that's important.

00:10:28.960 That's the Mac Daddy.

00:10:30.940 That is Soros, and it's Tides, and it's, you know, all the interconnections of the money in ActBlue and how the foreign money comes in.

00:10:37.900 Plus, it's going to be a number of these media operations and these media personnel.

00:10:42.220 And using the toolbox of the investigation of the investigative apparatus of terrorism, right, of terror finance, you've got a whole new set of toolboxes.

00:10:53.940 And this is what your government has done.

00:10:55.680 This is what the Trump administration has done that's quite brilliant in the last 72 hours or I guess since Charlie's execution, Charlie's assassination, because Charlie was executed.

00:11:06.580 He was executed by the radical left because he was the most decent, humble, effective communicator we had in a generation that brought people to him.

00:11:17.560 It's so many young people.

00:11:18.400 You're going to see it tomorrow.

00:11:20.080 They're coming to him because he didn't really have, I mean, he had an ego as far as getting things done, but he was such an open person and such a good person, such a kind person, such a decent man, that that's why he attracted people to him.

00:11:32.640 And they assassinated him.

00:11:33.660 They knew exactly what they were doing.

00:11:34.860 They knew exactly what they were doing, okay?

00:11:38.160 Guys like him and Breitbart and these guys come along once in a generation.

00:11:42.760 So it's for we, the living, to make sure that we finish the work of Charlie Kirk, and I've preached that with Next Man Up, but it's also incumbent upon us, we have a responsibility.

00:11:55.160 We have a responsibility to this republic, to everybody who came before us.

00:11:59.440 Everybody fought for this.

00:12:00.440 Everybody built this.

00:12:01.320 You know, your parents, your grandparents, your great-grandparents, your great-great-grandparents, all the way back.

00:12:08.340 If they were here today at the table with you, having a cup of coffee at the morning show, what would they tell you about what has to be done here?

00:12:16.840 Think about that.

00:12:17.560 Think about that, as they always thought downrange for future generations, right, and sacrificed and delayed gratification just to take this country forward and build this nation.

00:12:30.780 We're an inflection point.

00:12:33.660 It either gets done now, or if we don't do it now, with Trump, the Trump administration, the people he has in that cabinet, the House and the Senate, we got what we got, folks.

00:12:45.920 The courts, we got what we got.

00:12:48.560 We have to make it happen now.

00:12:49.940 And how do you make it happen now?

00:12:50.980 You're relentless in demanding it.

00:12:53.840 And every second of every day, you work behind the scenes, and we do it here in War Room.

00:12:57.560 We're going to, you know, you're going to make calls.

00:12:59.020 You're going to get in people's faces, and we're going to demand, demand action.

00:13:03.200 A lot's happened.

00:13:03.840 This designation of this transgender ideology, which is we have shown on this show in the last three years, four years, really the last three years intensely, of how radical it is and what a racket it is and how much money is made in it. 0.99

00:13:20.680 But also how it is part of, inextricably linked kind of with transhumanism, this dangerous and demonic philosophy, coupled with kind of what the oligarchs believe about the networks.

00:13:37.140 This is why the chaos appears now in the fourth turning.

00:13:40.580 They want to destroy the underpinnings of the Judeo-Christian West. 0.97

00:13:43.940 And as the most important institution in the Judeo-Christian West, the Christian church, Christianity, they want to destroy that. 0.97

00:13:55.480 These demons hate that.

00:13:57.640 That's the power of Charlie Kirk and what you're going to see tomorrow.

00:14:00.020 Charlie Kirk was a Christian to his core.

00:14:05.420 Lived, his life exemplified what I refer to as lived Christianity.

00:14:11.120 Not going to church once a week, not every now and again reading the Bible.

00:14:16.520 Lived Christianity.

00:14:19.000 And that is one of the reasons you've seen this massive outpouring.

00:14:22.680 It's quite, it's much deeper than politics.

00:14:24.840 It's much deeper than electoral politics or elective politics.

00:14:28.700 That's what they hate on the other side.

00:14:30.720 And they're freaked out now that we're taking their apparatus down.

00:14:33.860 And watch my lips, folks. 0.96

00:14:36.320 You evil demons on the left. 0.92

00:14:38.100 We're taking this apparatus down brick by brick. 0.91

00:14:40.680 So you can never rebuild it.

00:14:43.700 Our contempt for you is bottomless.

00:14:48.500 Short commercial break.

00:14:49.880 How's that for de-escalation?

00:14:52.200 Back in the warm in a moment.

00:14:53.200 According to the Department of Energy, blackouts could increase by 10,000% over the next few years.

00:15:05.120 It's because of massive energy demand from artificial intelligence data centers.

00:15:09.840 We talk about that all the time here in the war room.

00:15:12.740 And we have a fragile power grid.

00:15:14.760 It just cannot keep up with that demand.

00:15:16.660 I don't know about you, but I don't like the idea of being without power, even for a day.

00:15:21.320 That's why I got the Grid Doctor 3300 from MyPatriot Supply.

00:16:42.900 Okay.

00:16:43.520 By the way, our coverage tomorrow, we're going to have expansive coverage, like I said, all

00:16:47.320 day.

00:16:48.220 Religious service first, then the celebration of life with the president and other major

00:16:54.780 personages.

00:16:56.700 We'll also have Ben Burkwam, everybody in the crowd.

00:16:59.560 The best thing we've done so far with all the great work Real America's Voice in the

00:17:04.280 War Room has done in covering Charlie is, I think, the interviews Ben Burkwam got outside

00:17:11.700 the Kennedy Center where people are just walking in.

00:17:13.580 The War Room posse, MAGA, and just people who just were drawn to Charlie's teachings and

00:17:20.200 philosophy is amazing.

00:17:22.120 Off the spur of the moment, I think we got like eight or nine, you know, in that pre-Kennedy

00:17:28.320 Center, hour and a half, we're going, it was just incredible.

00:17:33.080 That's what populism is about.

00:17:34.820 It's about you.

00:17:36.460 It's about, when I say next man up, I'm talking to you about you.

00:17:40.180 We can't, our movement doesn't lean on great leaders.

00:17:47.980 And we've had Andrew Breitbart, and we've had Charlie Kirk, and we have Donald Trump.

00:17:52.920 But as you can see, divine providence took Andrew from us early, took Charlie from us

00:18:02.520 way too early.

00:18:06.420 And President Trump, you know, this is why I'm Trump 2028, with all of President Trump's

00:18:10.900 imperfections, right?

00:18:13.540 His greatness is he's risen above those, just like Lincoln rose above his, and General Washington

00:18:19.800 rose above his.

00:18:21.040 In fact, if he, you know, when I talk about Trump like this, I realize that most of the

00:18:25.540 nation, because of the way the school systems work, haven't really had a chance to study

00:18:30.880 Washington and his, the trials of General Washington, particularly the military trials.

00:18:36.260 They were trying to get rid of him half the time.

00:18:38.840 His trials and tribulations during the revolution to hold the army together, nothing short of

00:18:44.080 superhuman.

00:18:45.320 And they were on him and backstabbing him and trying to tear him down constantly, constantly,

00:18:50.780 constantly.

00:18:52.020 Lincoln the same way.

00:18:53.320 And coming from Richmond, Virginia, you're raised as a child that, and I realize some of this

00:19:00.520 audience still, particularly many of our Southern brethren, but in the South, you're

00:19:06.320 raised that, you know, Lincoln is not a hero, trust me.

00:19:10.520 So, but my, you know, study of him over the years, you see what he accomplished to help

00:19:15.420 hold the country together.

00:19:16.620 And then President Trump to return America to her greatness and try to hold this country

00:19:21.640 together.

00:19:22.120 It's upon us, we the living, to make sure that we finish this work, finish what we started.

00:19:27.400 A note about McCarthy, there's not a lot about McCarthy.

00:19:32.020 Let me be just brutally frank about this.

00:19:34.300 McCarthy was 100% correct.

00:19:38.740 The government of FDR, it started in the 30s with the KGB, but the government of FDR was

00:19:43.560 rife, riddled, and infested with active participation of KGB agents.

00:19:50.640 That's a proven historical fact in the Verona files after the Soviet Union fell, reinforced

00:19:56.940 that by name and names.

00:20:00.480 And you can tell by the, you can tell by the things that don't make any sense, like after

00:20:04.020 Yalta, not, not the army, not going to Berlin, Montgomery and the British and Patton and

00:20:09.020 the Americans not going to, not going to Berlin and all the phony excuses about it, giving

00:20:14.720 away China. 0.86

00:20:15.500 So they're going to hold McCarthyism.

00:20:16.980 Hey baby, guess what?

00:20:19.000 I'd love that.

00:20:19.660 We embrace that.

00:20:21.660 McCarthy was 100% correct.

00:20:23.980 And if they follow McCarthy, particularly on things like China, the world would not be

00:20:27.260 in the shape it's in today.

00:20:28.640 And so many hundreds of millions of people, hundreds of millions of Chinese, of Lao

00:20:33.600 Beijing, of Lao Beijing would be alive or their grandchildren would be alive instead of being

00:20:38.800 eradicated.

00:20:39.820 I don't want to say it's a little bit of racism there, but hey, it's a little bit of racism

00:20:42.940 there and what the hoity-toity Atlantic elites, right?

00:20:48.880 What they're thinking about Marxism and communism and how it was applied by the Chinese, particularly

00:20:55.140 Mao Zedong and these people.

00:20:56.420 Let me reiterate this.

00:20:58.460 McCarthy was 100% correct.

00:21:01.540 100% correct.

00:21:02.660 And we embrace the fact.

00:21:05.580 If you call this a new McCarthyism, have on it.

00:21:08.100 And if you want to try, of all the biographies ever written about McCarthy, M. Stanton Evans,

00:21:13.000 who I think was Buckley's editor of the National Review, wrote an incredible piece, Blacklisted

00:21:21.280 by History, and Coulter referred to it in her understated way as the second greatest book

00:21:28.500 in back of the Bible.

00:21:29.760 But it tells a lot about this country, Blacklisted by History, if you get a chance.

00:21:32.920 But this McCarthyism thing is going to get thrown at you and you're going, hey, bring

00:21:35.500 it, baby.

00:21:36.600 That's the best you got.

00:21:39.240 You know, de-escalate this because we're going up the escalatory ladder.

00:21:44.680 We have to go up the escalatory ladder.

00:21:46.620 We have to take this thing apart brick by brick.

00:21:48.820 The deep state and the administrative state around it.

00:21:50.700 Got to do it.

00:21:52.120 That Antifa investigation.

00:21:53.440 So first of all, they've designated already these tranny militias, which are vicious. 1.00

00:21:59.680 And the more you find out, the more grotesque it is. 0.86

00:22:01.700 It's just grotesque.

00:22:03.020 Let's be blunt. 0.97

00:22:04.160 Perverted and grotesque. 1.00

00:22:06.940 That they are nihilistic, violent extremists, NVEs. 0.96

00:22:12.080 So the FBI and the DHS are already all over that.

00:22:16.060 And, you know, shortly we're going to get an executive order signed on Antifa and they're

00:22:19.500 on TV.

00:22:19.940 Well, it's just a disorganized.

00:22:22.120 Hey, you wait till we sign the executive order and come after you. 1.00

00:22:25.020 You'll see how disorganized it is.

00:22:26.680 They're nervous.

00:22:27.520 They're wetting themselves because they understand their they understand that they've

00:22:32.520 co-conspirators.

00:22:35.240 Yep.

00:22:35.860 Yep.

00:22:36.100 Now we have to adjudicate this.

00:22:37.320 You have to find the evidence.

00:22:38.320 But that's why the toolbox on the terrorist, a major terrorist designation is so big.

00:22:44.340 Okay.

00:22:45.580 I know this audience here.

00:22:46.780 See, your heads were blowing up.

00:22:48.200 I was watching the Oval Office because you're not a big name in visas.

00:22:51.740 You don't trust any of it, as you should not.

00:22:54.000 Let's play the package.

00:22:55.040 We're going to bring in the great Rosemary Jenks, who's going to explain it all to you. 1.00

00:22:59.580 Let's go ahead and hit it.

00:23:00.220 We have two items for your attention today, sir.

00:23:03.420 A major focus of your administration has been shifting the conversation and shifting

00:23:08.720 the policy dynamics around the issue of immigration, closing the border, preventing illegal immigration.

00:23:14.360 But also, as is the case with the executive order in front of you, opening new pathways

00:23:18.600 for truly extraordinary people to come contribute to America instead of taking away from it.

00:23:23.600 So this executive order is entitled The Gold Card.

00:23:26.980 It will set up a new pathway, a new visa pathway for foreigners of extraordinary ability who

00:23:33.100 are committed to supporting the United States for a payment of $1 million to the U.S. Treasury

00:23:38.900 or if a corporation is sponsoring them, $2 million by that corporation.

00:23:43.660 And that will give them access to expedited visa treatment as part of this new gold card program.

00:23:49.180 And one of the biggest problems we have is that people, they go to the best schools

00:23:53.220 and they do great and they get great marks and then they're thrown out of the country.

00:23:56.720 You're not allowed to stay.

00:23:57.660 This way, a corporation will be able, sort of like a signing bonus in baseball or football,

00:24:03.080 a corporation will be able to get them to stay in the country.

00:24:06.820 And I think it's going to be tremendously successful.

00:24:09.540 So historically, the employment-based green card program led in 281,000 people a year.

00:24:19.800 And those people, on average, earned $66,000 a year on average.

00:24:27.180 And they were five times more likely to go on assistance programs of the government.

00:24:32.440 So we were taking in the bottom quartile below the average American.

00:24:39.020 It was illogical.

00:24:40.640 The only country in the world that was taking in the bottom quartile.

00:24:45.400 So what we are doing now is we are going to stop doing that.

00:24:49.400 We're going to only take extraordinary people at the very top.

00:24:53.080 Instead of people trying to take the jobs from Americans,

00:24:56.640 they're going to create businesses and create jobs for Americans. 0.95

00:25:00.640 And this program will raise more than $100 billion for the Treasury of the United States of America.

00:25:07.500 Which we'll use for cutting taxes and paying down debt.

00:25:11.400 We think it's going to be very successful.

00:25:13.060 Essentially, we're having people come in, people that in many cases, I guess, are very successful or whatever.

00:25:22.440 And they're coming in.

00:25:23.260 Let me have it.

00:25:24.100 Let me have it.

00:25:25.240 There's another cut to that on the H-1Bs.

00:25:27.380 And can we please pull it so I can see it?

00:25:30.640 So there are two things, Rosemary, happened yesterday.

00:25:33.160 I want to leave the kind of gold card thing to the side for a second because I still can't wrap my head around that.

00:25:39.160 I want to focus on the H-1Bs. 1.00

00:25:42.180 And so explain it.

00:25:43.960 As I explained yesterday, the company has to put up $100,000 per year per billet for new H-1Bs.

00:25:56.340 Is that the case?

00:25:57.720 And to me, if that's the case, then haven't we won the argument because it can't – okay, let me step back.

00:26:06.340 The H-1Bs is a total and complete scam. 1.00

00:26:08.980 Not kind of a scam, not a partial scam, not a semi-scam.

00:26:14.140 It is a 100% total scam by the oligarchs in Silicon Valley to bring in cheap labor in here to work in slave wage conditions and not give jobs to American citizens and drive the wages down.

00:26:28.680 Because I've asked and asked and asked, can you show me any H-1 recipient that in any billet there's not an American with the education and the expertise to take said billet?

00:26:40.540 And I have never gotten a response to talking to these guys.

00:26:44.220 They can't come up with one example.

00:26:46.480 So is the solution here, what they've done, is $100,000 per year?

00:26:51.580 That would make it prohibitive.

00:26:53.040 Have we won the fight?

00:26:54.360 Or is Howard Ludnick bait and switch on me, baby?

00:26:57.840 It's a little bit of both, but I will say, first of all, this is a huge win when you consider where President Trump was, what he was saying a few months ago.

00:27:11.820 So, first of all, I would encourage all of the War Room Posse to actually read the proclamation.

00:27:17.880 It's a proclamation, not an executive order.

00:27:19.660 And it can be found on our website at iaproject.org under accountability, administration accountability.

00:27:28.640 The proclamation actually lays out some pretty amazing facts about the H-1B system.

00:27:35.940 It says things like between 2000 and 2019.

00:27:38.980 Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.

00:27:41.380 I want to get you full runway with the whole segment. 0.99

00:27:46.460 I'm kind of jiggy just at the beginning.

00:27:49.000 No, it's not an executive order.

00:27:50.380 It's a proclamation, but we'll get into all that.

00:27:53.060 The Great Rosemary Jinx is here on a Saturday to explain to you nativists exactly what's going down. 0.98

00:28:00.920 Short commercial break.

00:28:01.820 Back in the War Room in a moment.

00:28:09.460 There's a lot of talk about government debt, but after four years of inflation, the real crisis is personal debt.

00:28:15.480 Seriously, you're working harder than ever, and you're still drowning in credit card debt and overdue bills.

00:28:23.300 You need done with debt, and here's why you need it.

00:28:26.460 The credit system is rigged to keep you trapped.

00:28:30.140 Done with debt has unique and, frankly, brilliant escape strategies to help end your debt fast, so you keep more of your hard-earned money.

00:28:39.760 Done with debt doesn't try to sell you a loan, and they don't try to sell you a bankruptcy.

00:28:44.300 They're tough negotiators that go one-on-one with your credit card and loan companies with one goal to drastically reduce your bills and eliminate interest and erase penalties.

00:28:55.900 Most clients end up with more money in their pocket month one, and they don't stop until they break you free from debt permanently.

00:29:04.260 Look, take a couple of minutes and visit donewithdebt.com.

00:29:10.100 Talk with one of their strategists.

00:29:11.760 It's free.

00:29:12.760 But listen up.

00:29:14.100 Some of their solutions are time-sensitive, so you'll need to move quickly.

00:29:18.720 Go to donewithdebt.com.

00:29:20.320 That's donewithdebt.com.

00:29:21.960 Stop the anxiety.

00:29:23.580 Stop the angst.

00:29:24.780 Go to donewithdebt.com and do it today.

00:29:27.020 Okay, Dave Bratt is a board member for Rosemary.

00:29:39.980 Rosemary, real quickly, you were in Numbers USA, and folks, the great battles and the great fights on this go back to the Tea Party Revolution 2010,

00:29:52.320 the fights in 11 to 12 and 13, Stephen Miller as young, grandun staffers in the House and in the Senate, Breitbart at the tip of this.

00:30:02.380 This is the beginning of the Trump Revolution.

00:30:04.360 Everyone went to – that connective tissue, obviously the underpinnings was the financial crisis in 2008.

00:30:10.520 That created the Tea Party.

00:30:11.900 But the shift to more populist nationalism came, one, with the bailouts of the big companies and no bailout for you,

00:30:21.760 but also the fact that the globalists just wanted to open the border, not just open borders for illegals to drive down the wages of unskilled or lower-skilled African-Americans and Hispanics,

00:30:33.100 but they also want to replace you as workers through all these scams and amnesties and all this.

00:30:40.140 And those fights, Rosemary Jenks was a major part of – for years we've worked together.

00:30:45.500 She was at Numbers USA.

00:30:46.640 Why did you shift?

00:30:48.680 Why did you shift to your – you created an entire new entity?

00:30:53.620 Because of what reason, ma'am?

00:30:56.640 There were some changes at Numbers USA that I wasn't particularly fond of,

00:31:01.920 and I decided that the best thing to do would be to create a new organization where we could be absolutely dedicated to what is happening in Congress and the administration

00:31:12.200 and call out what needed to be called out and just go hard.

00:31:20.420 And Rosemary Jenks, I think, is one of the heaviest people in this space intellectually with gravitas. 0.98

00:31:26.600 People trust her numbers, et cetera.

00:31:30.500 So, Rosemary, when I sit here and scream into this microphone all the time, as I have for years,

00:31:36.020 and say that the H-1B visa program from top to bottom stem to stern is a total and complete scam against the American workers

00:31:47.340 to drive down the wages and to take opportunities and to give them for foreign students, right, and foreign workers to basically drive down wages.

00:31:58.760 Am I too over the top on that, ma'am?

00:32:02.200 No, you're absolutely right.

00:32:03.740 And the program, the entire program, should be eliminated.

00:32:06.680 If we care about American workers, we should be training our own American workers. 0.99

00:32:11.260 We should be employing the American workers we've already trained, which is not happening right now.

00:32:16.260 And the ironic thing is that, you know, I was starting to say the White House's proclamation actually lays out the case

00:32:25.260 for completely eliminating H-1Bs, even though it doesn't actually do that.

00:32:31.500 So, I mean, things like the fact that between 2000 and 2019, foreign workers doubled,

00:32:37.660 the number of foreign STEM workers doubled, while STEM employment jobs only increased by 44.5%.

00:32:45.360 So that's why Americans can't get jobs. 0.99

00:32:48.260 Employers pay 36% less for an entry-level H-1B than they do for an American.

00:32:54.820 American computer science and computer engineering graduates have an unemployment rate right now

00:33:01.820 of almost 50% or more higher than the national unemployment rate.

00:33:07.460 So these kids who did everything right and learned how to program and, you know, took the STEM classes

00:33:14.680 and graduated in STEM fields, they can't find jobs because of this program and the feeder programs

00:33:21.980 like optional practical training where a foreign student gets to take a job from an American

00:33:27.860 and the employer and the foreign student don't have to pay FICA taxes.

00:33:32.120 So there's a roughly 7.5% discount for the employer to hire a foreign student over an American graduate

00:33:39.160 that feeds into the H-1B pipeline.

00:33:43.240 The entire system is corrupt and is designed as cheap labor for employers in this country

00:33:50.820 so that they can avoid-

00:33:52.120 It's also unbecoming of us as a country.

00:33:56.840 It's indentured servitude.

00:33:58.840 I thought we dealt with this all in the 19th century.

00:34:01.100 It's indentured servitude, okay?

00:34:03.680 It's not acceptable at any level.

00:34:06.120 However, we started this drama, this version of it, in Mar-a-Lago in, I guess, in late December and in January

00:34:13.680 where I got into it with, you know, I think it was Vivek Ramaswamy at the time and the great Elmo Musk.

00:34:20.220 And this, you know, Elmo, this was, because he came in, and by the way, he's totally illegal, right?

00:34:26.060 He came in on an H-1B scam and then scammed the whole thing about a student.

00:34:29.640 His record, if you want to go after Omar and I do to toss her out of the country and send her back to the Horn of Africa, 0.99

00:34:35.680 I want to toss out Elon, Elmo, and send him back to South Africa

00:34:39.860 because he's hearing just the kind of scam, a different version.

00:34:43.560 Now, he got, you know, all puffed up, and this was the hill he was going to die on, and we were all terrible. 0.99

00:34:48.780 Screw you, dude. 0.99

00:34:50.680 You're a foreigner that is taking advantage of foreign labor at the detriment of American citizens. 1.00

00:34:56.460 Now, this is the first step.

00:34:58.240 President Trump, they've come a long way because of the time, President Trump, who back in the old days hated H-1B visas, right?

00:35:03.720 But times change, and of course, to have to raise the money you have to do to defeat Biden and save the country,

00:35:09.300 you know, I'm not saying you've got to make some compromises, but you have to hear some different opinions than the war room,

00:35:14.940 and we fully understand that, and we're big boys and girls.

00:35:17.460 We understand that.

00:35:18.420 But given where we were at the beginning of this fight in January,

00:35:24.280 and this was going to be the hill that Elon Musk died on,

00:35:28.960 he's bleeding out a little bit, isn't he, from where President Trump has come into a very imperfect system that we want to eradicate.

00:35:35.340 Where do we actually stand now, Rosemary?

00:35:37.280 So with this proclamation, the president is using what's called his 212F authority,

00:35:44.760 or Section 1182 of the Immigration and Nationality Act,

00:35:48.560 which allows any president to restrict the entry, the admission, of any alien or class of aliens

00:35:55.700 when they deem it in the national interest.

00:35:58.120 So he, through this proclamation, has proclaimed that the admission of H-1Bs into the United States, 0.99

00:36:07.280 unless they have paid $100,000, is not in the public interest.

00:36:13.020 So that means that the $100,000 fee only applies to new H-1Bs coming into the country.

00:36:21.820 Potentially, it applies to current H-1Bs who are outside the country right now,

00:36:28.640 either, you know, on vacation or traveling or whatever,

00:36:31.240 if they can't get back into the country before midnight tonight when it goes into effect.

00:36:36.980 It does not apply to current H-1Bs in the country.

00:36:41.860 It does not apply to foreign students who get OPT and then adjust their status to H-1Bs.

00:36:48.860 So hang on, but hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.

00:36:52.460 So roughly a million, you're backing the envelope, you think there's a million H-1Bs.

00:36:58.420 I think it's higher, but you think it's about a million H-1Bs here.

00:37:01.040 And it's about 500,000 of these students.

00:37:03.900 That's what galls me more than anything.

00:37:05.640 These students, the OPTs.

00:37:07.640 So you have about a million geyser here.

00:37:10.060 It doesn't apply to them.

00:37:10.980 And the OPTs, it's a little uncertain whether it applies to them.

00:37:15.040 It does not apply to the OPTs because unless they leave the country, which they don't have to, 0.99

00:37:20.600 if they stay in the United States, it doesn't apply to them.

00:37:24.160 And this is part of the problem.

00:37:26.760 It also includes waivers for anyone the Secretary of Homeland Security decides is,

00:37:33.000 you know, in the public interest, basically.

00:37:34.600 But what there are so many things that we need to do,

00:37:38.980 if we're not going to fully eliminate the H-1B program, we have to end OPT.

00:37:44.940 We have to end, by the way, government agencies, federal government, state government, local government,

00:37:52.260 can all hire H-1Bs and OPTs for that matter.

00:37:56.760 There's actually an exemption from the cap of H-1Bs for government institutions that hire them.

00:38:05.540 Our tax dollars are paying for H-1Bs to replace American workers. 1.00

00:38:11.420 And by the way, that is something that every state governor could end today.

00:38:16.440 You know, if they just said, our state agencies will no longer employ H-1Bs or OPTs, they can do that. 1.00

00:38:25.900 Okay.

00:38:26.180 We're going to get on that, too.

00:38:27.800 We're going to get on that, too.

00:38:29.300 Correct me if I'm wrong, though.

00:38:30.360 Maybe I just don't understand the math.

00:38:32.540 Because Lutnick went on and on about this.

00:38:34.500 It's $100,000 per year payment by the company to the government for the billet of an H-1Bs.

00:38:43.600 So, in other words, if I hire somebody 36% less, you know, let's say their average wage is $100,000.

00:38:49.300 You get them in the $60,000, right?

00:38:52.000 $65,000, something like that.

00:38:54.800 Does this thing say the company's got to pay $100,000 per year for that billet for the privilege of that?

00:39:00.920 Or is it $100,000 for an entire H-1B program?

00:39:06.340 He said it's $100,000 per year, but the proclamation only lasts for one year.

00:39:13.840 So, unless it's extended, it's unclear how that every year would work.

00:39:20.040 But the bottom line, Steve, is that this proclamation is aimed directly at the body shops, the cognizance, infosys, tatas.

00:39:30.920 That is who it is designed to stop from abusing the H-1B system.

00:39:36.160 And I think it will significantly stop them because this makes H-1Bs too expensive for them.

00:39:43.900 It is not going to affect the, you know, regular corporations, the Apples and the Microsofts and the Amazons who hire H-1Bs for the most part. 0.83

00:39:55.560 Hang on, $100,000 is $100,000.

00:40:00.460 But here's my point.

00:40:01.900 Does Apple have to make one payment for an entire H-1B program or for every H-1B billet that they're going to have?

00:40:10.960 Is that $100,000?

00:40:12.660 Or is that unclear?

00:40:14.100 It's $100,000 for every new H-1B that they're going to bring into the country. 0.72

00:40:20.620 There is no $100,000 if they take an OPT and sponsor that person for an H-1B.

00:40:27.300 So if the alien is already in the United States, no fee.

00:40:33.060 Yeah.

00:40:34.100 Yeah.

00:40:35.000 Okay, we'll get on top of it.

00:40:37.300 Look, the movement has given the pressure around him.

00:40:41.200 You saw the tech bro dinner is huge.

00:40:45.380 That being said, these tech bro lagarks will pull every scam.

00:40:48.520 This is about their avarice and their greed.

00:40:52.060 They're all billionaires.

00:40:53.060 They're going to make them stop.

00:40:53.820 And President Trump's delivered them a stock market's on fire.

00:40:56.600 And they still, it's like the Kochs.

00:40:58.580 The Kochs are worried about somebody getting $1,100 out of Social Security.

00:41:02.020 They are so mesmerized by that and want to destroy it, right?

00:41:06.600 Just like these tech bros, they never want to pay a decent market wage.

00:41:11.720 They are not capitalists.

00:41:12.700 This is the difference between capitalism and corporatism.

00:41:15.240 The H-B-1 visa scam is all about corporatism.

00:41:18.460 And this is where they put the interest, their own greed and avarice before the nation, and

00:41:23.200 particularly, particularly young people.

00:41:26.980 The people have done everything right, played by the rules.

00:41:29.480 When you were out at fraternities drinking and carrying on, you know, and taking some

00:41:33.680 gut business class, right?

00:41:36.220 These guys were doing, these men and women were doing the tough work of hitting those

00:41:39.580 classes every day.

00:41:43.040 Rosemary, let's, so we're going to have a bigger breakdown by you. 0.99

00:41:46.340 We'll put the proclamation out.

00:41:47.620 You're going to be all over this.

00:41:49.180 Congress has been no help here.

00:41:51.820 What about, can you come back and join us?

00:41:53.880 I want to get to, I don't, I don't have time today, but I want to come back, bring you

00:41:57.700 back Monday or Tuesday about the golden visa, because that went from 5 million to it, like

00:42:02.440 a million, right?

00:42:03.260 All of a sudden it was 5 million, only a super select group.

00:42:06.260 And by the way, I hate this program in its entirety, but I think we've got to hear President

00:42:10.700 Trump out about what he's trying to do.

00:42:11.920 Rosemary, what's your, what's your, where do people go over the weekend before we get

00:42:16.860 you back on Monday or Tuesday to look at your analysis of, of, of the changes in H-1B and

00:42:22.400 the new golden visa?

00:42:24.640 Our website is iaproject.org.

00:42:27.880 All of our social media is listed from there.

00:42:30.800 We need everybody's support on this and we're still working on the analysis of both executive,

00:42:36.540 or both orders that came out last night, but we'll have everything up soon.

00:42:41.520 And you can find it all on our website, iaproject.org.

00:42:47.020 Okay, ma'am, you're, uh, we're now engaged and it's coming our way.

00:42:51.780 It's, it's, it's a process folks.

00:42:54.180 It's a process.

00:42:55.980 Trust the process.

00:42:57.120 When you have warriors like Rosemary Jenks, I got another warrior with me today. 1.00

00:43:02.700 I got three in a row.

00:43:03.920 I got Brat.

00:43:04.540 It's going to ride shotgun.

00:43:06.220 Navarro is going to be here.

00:43:08.060 Dr.

00:43:08.640 Michael Savage is going to join us.

00:43:10.860 It's a, uh, on fire Saturday in the weekend of the commemoration of the life of Charlie Kirk.

00:43:19.240 Short break.

00:43:19.720 We will fight till they're all gone.

00:43:22.280 We rejoice when there's no more. 0.95

00:43:24.220 Let's take down the CCP.

00:43:27.380 What if he had the brightest mind in the war room delivering critical financial research every month?

00:43:33.700 Steve Bannon here.

00:43:34.760 War room listeners know Jim Rickards.

00:43:36.420 I love this guy.

00:43:37.880 He's our wise man, a former CIA, Pentagon, and White House advisor with an unmatched grasp of geopolitics and capital markets.

00:43:44.980 Jim predicted Trump's Electoral College victory exactly 312 to 226, down to the actual number itself.

00:43:54.880 Now he's issuing a dire warning about April 11th, a moment that could define Trump's presidency in your financial future.

00:44:02.480 His latest book, Money GPT, exposes how AI is setting the stage for financial chaos, bank runs at lightning speeds, algorithm-driven crashes, and even threats to national security.

00:44:13.960 Right now, war room members get a free copy of Money GPT when they sign up for Strategic Intelligence.

00:44:20.720 This is Jim's flagship financial newsletter, Strategic Intelligence.

00:44:25.540 I read it.

00:44:26.640 You should read it.

00:44:27.700 Time is running out.

00:44:28.560 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.

00:44:30.400 That's all one word, Rickards War Room, Rickards with an S.

00:44:33.780 Go now and claim your free book.

00:44:36.240 That's RickardsWarRoom.com.

00:44:38.760 Do it today.

00:44:39.340 This Sunday, Real America's Voice pauses to honor a patriot whose voice carried a movement.

00:44:48.000 RAV presents Charlie Kirk, A Legacy Remembered.

00:44:52.060 We will achieve American greatness, and we are just getting started.

00:44:55.980 From campuses to the national stage, Charlie inspired millions to stand boldly for faith, freedom, and country.

00:45:03.680 Now, we reflect on his life, his mission, and the legacy he leaves behind.

00:45:09.820 The evildoers responsible for my husband's assassination have no idea what they have done. 0.97

00:45:20.120 When America needed a hero, God sent us a Charlie Kirk.

00:45:23.760 Hosted by Steve Bannon, live coverage of Charlie Kirk's funeral service begins at 10 a.m. Eastern.

00:45:31.200 Join us as we remember a life that will never be forgotten.

00:45:35.460 Only on Real America's Voice.

00:45:41.320 A celebration of life.

00:45:43.040 It will start at 10 a.m. tomorrow morning.

00:45:44.980 Make sure Grace and Mo, let's push this out hard.

00:45:47.740 And thank you all very much for being forced multipliers on this.

00:45:52.120 We want to have as large an audience as possible.

00:45:54.180 We'll be live from the Cardinal Football Stadium.

00:45:57.780 It's got another corporate name.

00:45:59.380 As they all have corporate names, I'd like to keep it simple.

00:46:02.940 So from the football stadium, which is pretty extraordinary,

00:46:06.660 I really want to thank the Real America Voice team, Robin, Parker, Sig, Harry, everybody,

00:46:11.040 beavering away to make sure that we have a great studio and be able to pick all this up.

00:46:16.580 And I want to thank, we're booking this with just going to have amazing people, analysis, observations.

00:46:24.060 You'll get the true insight, baseball.

00:46:26.480 Dave Bratt.

00:46:28.260 Dave, you actually joined the board of Rosemary.

00:46:29.960 I want to thank you because this is a fight we've got to fight.

00:46:32.980 We'll have more on that.

00:46:33.840 We'll have more on that Monday of Tuesday as Rosemary Jenks goes through this. 1.00

00:46:37.180 Your assessment on this fight, you know, and we're going up the escalatory ladder,

00:46:43.440 and it's not violent, right, because we have the political power.

00:46:48.200 They talk about democracy.

00:46:49.600 We just want a sweeping victory, and we're going to win more.

00:46:52.720 Next Monday or Tuesday, I'm going to get to Grossin here.

00:46:55.580 We're going to show you where, now that we're going through it and looking at it,

00:46:59.020 there may be up to 20 seats, 20 seats that we could do on redistricting, 20 seats.

00:47:05.620 Write that down, liberal media, 20 seats.

00:47:08.980 And I think we've got a fighting chance, if we get organized, to defeat Californians.

00:47:14.280 That means it's a net 20, not a net 15, which is huge.

00:47:19.220 Dave Bratt.

00:47:20.320 They're yammering on about Jimmy Kimmel.

00:47:22.320 This is the worst thing that ever happened.

00:47:23.780 We're now fully engaged.

00:47:25.100 You've got the Terrorist Act, Antifa, which is going to expand into detailed investigations.

00:47:30.980 So Soros, the Ford Foundation, Tides, Arabella, all of it.

00:47:37.200 We're coming for you.

00:47:38.080 Just understand, we are coming for you. 0.98

00:47:39.760 So go burn your records now. 0.93

00:47:41.320 Go try to hide them, because that's even better.

00:47:44.020 You get hit with a couple more charges, right?

00:47:46.900 Dave Bratt, your thoughts here on a Saturday morning, sir?

00:47:49.240 Yeah, well, David French crying crocodile tears in the cold open was just precious.

00:47:57.040 You know, these right-wingers are saying, well, the left did all this stuff to them.

00:48:01.540 And that's the key word, did, right?

00:48:03.880 The left is just screaming out a bunch of, the right is saying this.

00:48:08.420 The right is announcing that we haven't done any of the bad stuff that they're accusing

00:48:11.880 us of, right?

00:48:12.480 This fascism stuff.

00:48:13.520 The left put you and Navarro in jail, got President Trump shot, shut down the whole

00:48:19.340 country.

00:48:19.820 He's talking about censorship to the left, shutting down free speech.

00:48:24.700 After COVID, they shut down the entire country.

00:48:28.740 Excuse me.

00:48:29.300 They shut down churches.

00:48:31.080 They shut down the conservative voice until Elon came back and gave us one platform.

00:48:36.560 And they're horrified of that.

00:48:38.220 And this stuff ties in with Charlie and with Rosemary Jenks at Immigration Accountability

00:48:45.620 Project.

00:48:46.640 Please go support her.

00:48:47.740 I hate to make you pay twice, right, to support IAP.

00:48:51.620 But what she just described is just run amok across the board, right?

00:48:55.740 The private firms are gaining.

00:48:58.720 The big seven tech firms own about 40% of the S&P 500, right?

00:49:04.000 These seven rich folks in the super seven, these super giant tech firms, they are gigantic.

00:49:12.220 They shut us all down.

00:49:14.580 And now we have to pay the price, right, through these visa programs that Rosemary just got

00:49:20.820 done discussing.

00:49:21.600 So the private gains, what Steve says every day, you got private gains going to capital

00:49:26.340 and to the profits of firms.

00:49:28.340 And then the public pays for it all, right?

00:49:30.900 You're paying for all this.

00:49:32.100 They socialize.

00:49:33.340 Yeah.

00:49:33.520 Yeah.

00:49:33.660 They've socialized.

00:49:34.880 Yeah.

00:49:35.220 They've mitigated.

00:49:35.960 They've socialized their downside, right?

00:49:38.440 That's the taxpayer that are mitigating their risk.

00:49:40.660 And I just wanted to throw in one of the upside from themselves.

00:49:43.740 Yeah.

00:49:44.260 Yes.

00:49:44.620 And the FCC language was the same as what Rosemary just said.

00:49:48.060 And Trump has a lot of latitude here with the public interest, with the FCC, right?

00:49:53.460 That phrase, the left always uses this, we got to do this for the common good.

00:49:58.120 Well, I'd like to talk about the common good and in the economic analysis in the piece

00:50:02.860 on the Trump, on the H-1B visa thing.

00:50:04.680 They said, we're going to hurt innovation and economic growth.

00:50:08.500 That's the biggest bunch of bull I ever heard in my life.

00:50:11.520 The economic growth is the size of the whole pie that accrues mainly to the top 1%.

00:50:16.760 What they'll never tell you is this is going to hurt wages of the average American worker,

00:50:22.080 right?

00:50:22.580 They're going to totally leave that little piece out.

00:50:25.880 And we're not educating.

00:50:27.040 And Charlie, this week on education, the left and these elitists don't care one whit about

00:50:33.360 these poor kids.

00:50:34.120 The poor kids in Chicago, third grade literacy rate of 12%, 12% of the kids can read.

00:50:40.820 How in the world do you think you're going to get innovation?

00:50:43.300 Again, they're putting the public costs on you.

00:50:45.680 You're paying for all the schools that teach what?

00:50:49.020 Atheism, trans, whatever.

00:50:51.040 It's a disaster.

00:50:51.900 There's not one that has math proficiency, I think.

00:50:55.620 Nothing.

00:50:55.900 None of the Chicago high schools.

00:50:57.060 Nothing.

00:50:57.560 Hang on for a second.

00:50:59.340 Hang on for a second.

00:51:00.860 We're going to take a break here and we're going to get Dr. Navarro's going to join Dave

00:51:04.380 Brad.

00:51:04.620 We got Michael Savage after that.

00:51:06.380 We're going to talk a lot about the logistics for tomorrow.

00:51:08.800 So you're totally up to speed.
