00:00:00.000 The last presidential election, President Trump and many of his closest allies still are not over
00:00:05.680 his loss in 2020, and they continue to peddle lies about a stolen election. The New York Times
00:00:11.300 reports Trump has empowered election deniers by placing them in high-level official administration
00:00:18.280 jobs. The nightcap is still here. What could the midterms look like with actual election deniers
00:00:24.840 in serious jobs? Going to the way the administration staffed up during the transition,
00:00:31.760 and even if you want to go back before that, who ended up on the Trump campaign? Who got the plush
00:00:36.520 jobs with the PACs? In this case, being pro-January 6th and being an election denier helps you on the
00:00:44.800 resume, doesn't hurt you. And that's what they are selecting for and filtering against when they have
00:00:49.600 all these, you know, personnel fights. So, look, I think that this is the key thing to understanding
00:00:54.580 who survived with Trump, but also if you look at who gained power between 2021 and, like, 2023,
00:01:01.180 it's the folks who were the most willing to take that on the chin when it was the least popular.
00:01:05.220 Okay, but Fox and other outlets were sued for spreading falsehoods about voting machines,
00:01:11.820 rigging ballots in 2020. They had to pay an enormous amount of money.
00:01:15.160 New reporting tonight on how Donald Trump and his enablers are hijacking the machinery of
00:01:20.100 democracy to enact his retribution campaign. Reuters has uncovered a wide-ranging group of
00:01:25.600 Trump lackeys whose main purpose is to weed out the mythical deep state from within the federal
00:01:30.300 government. It would be laughable if it were not true that this was actually happening.
00:01:35.620 The so-called weaponization working group includes resources from the White House
00:01:39.280 and at least eight other agencies, including the IRS, CIA, and the Defense Department.
00:01:45.280 And as former and current officials face increasing danger from the president and his administration,
00:01:51.100 his outspoken critics are starting to wonder, will I be next?
00:01:54.600 This letter from Jack Smith that jumped out at me, but specifically this piece about the secrecy of
00:02:00.460 grand jury materials. His lawyers write, Smith is prepared to answer questions about the special
00:02:05.880 counsel's investigation and prosecution, but requires assurance from the Department of Justice
00:02:10.940 that he will not be punished for doing so. To that end, Mr. Smith needs guidance from the Department
00:02:16.780 of Justice regarding federal grand jury secrecy requirements. Talk to me about the criminal exposure,
00:02:22.900 the danger for a prosecutor in not having that be clarified.
00:02:26.280 Yeah, well, Jack Smith and his lawyers are being very smart here because arguably the Republicans in
00:02:30.580 Congress and in the White House and DOJ are trying to set up a pincer move where if he is called upon to
00:02:35.580 testify and has to answer questions, the only way that he can answer honestly is by divulging grand
00:02:40.340 jury material, which, as we've talked about previously, is typically stuff that can't be disclosed.
00:02:45.020 I think what's important to remember here is, you know, Jack Smith is, you know, we mostly see him
00:02:50.140 through still images and prepared remarks, but I really encourage people to watch his interview from
00:02:54.920 a few days ago with Andrew Weissman. Extraordinarily articulate, extraordinarily knowledgeable
00:02:59.940 about DOJ procedures here, including these procedures about grand jury secrecy. And that
00:03:05.620 really stands in contrast to the folks that he's going to be testifying in front of. You know,
00:03:09.200 I've actually testified in front of Jim Jordan. You know, I guess, you know, he is not a particularly
00:03:13.660 good questioner. He's going to talk very quickly. He's going to say a lot of things, but he really
00:03:18.140 doesn't know the materials the way that Smith does. Adam Schiff's attorney called the investigation
00:03:22.660 transparently vindictive. If he's indicted, are there strong grounds to toss this case?
00:03:29.540 Well, there are. This will be round two of the Jim Comey case, also similar to the prosecution of
00:03:36.360 Letitia James, because what makes those cases so stunning is that they were indicted after experienced
00:03:43.580 career prosecutors declined to indict the cases. And Donald Trump was forced to drop in, of course,
00:03:49.420 his own choice for that office. Someone with no experience who was willing to move forward
00:03:55.360 to indict Senator Schiff after experienced career folks in the Maryland U.S. Attorney's Office say no
00:04:01.500 would be tantamount to acknowledging that this is a selective, vindictive prosecution.
00:04:06.680 And now you've got a new deputy assistant secretary for election integrity pushing the very same lies.
00:04:14.020 Yeah. I mean, I think they're not probably going to have to deal with a lawsuit.
00:04:18.180 I mean, this is to Jake's point, I think it is kind of defining, right? Like my line about the
00:04:25.800 2024 campaign is that more than anything else, Donald Trump was running to finish the job he
00:04:29.760 started on January 6th. And I think that's really the fundamental way of understanding the second
00:04:33.780 term. Yeah. And what they did with January 6th, the whole plot, they identified the vulnerabilities
00:04:38.440 and the systems. Right. And then you put these people in place. Right. So now with with Heather
00:04:42.240 Honey, it's just right. You have someone now, if there were to be some claims, this is the agency
00:04:47.180 that is meant to protect all cybersecurity infrastructure. Yeah. That's the worst possible
00:04:51.360 person to put there. She had no political history before. Yeah. And now she's there. And if basically
00:04:56.440 there were to be some claims of voter fraud, you'd wonder what she would say. She was trying to say
00:05:00.120 that they would declare an emergency and mandate states to do certain things, which I think would be
00:05:05.960 blocked by the courts. But my main thing that I'm really been thinking about is how
00:05:08.980 we might, in hindsight, see the 2022 midterms as one of the most important elections in recent
00:05:13.820 history, because all of those battleground states. 26. No, 2022. OK. Yeah. 2022. Because
00:05:20.580 all of those battleground states, we saw election deniers lost. Remember, that was the big election
00:05:25.160 denier. And now all of these key states are run by Democrats. Yeah. All of them. Right. Whereas
00:05:30.780 now if we were in this position where in Jersey and went, you know, I think with Dan McCormick,
00:05:35.300 right. Or yeah. And these other states, if it was run by Republicans, Carrie Lake. Right. Where
00:05:40.680 would he be? Who would they be obeying those mandates? And now, because those are all going
00:05:45.240 to be run by Democrats, there'll be bulwarks against potential efforts in 2026. So that gives
00:05:51.020 me a little bit of hope. I'm going to, you know, throw a little bit of hope you're not there.
00:05:53.860 And then you have these other things coming out of the Department of Justice, whether it's
00:05:57.420 weaponizing the Department of Justice against the president's perceived political enemies,
00:06:01.880 Letitia James or Adam Schiff. And you have prosecutors saying there's not enough here
00:06:06.400 to go after these people. But yet the administration continues to want to speak very publicly, but
00:06:13.100 then hide behind closed doors whenever we try to sign a lie. So we have filed lawsuits this
00:06:17.040 week to get behind the communications between the Department of Justice and these agencies to
00:06:23.320 understand what's happening. We've launched an investigation into the president's claim.
00:06:27.340 The Department of Justice owes him two hundred and thirty million dollars. This is not just
00:06:32.040 a money grab. It is a power grab. And it's a power grab that's deeply harmful to people.
00:06:36.340 And you see people now pushing back. And the question we all need to be asking is, what
00:06:41.140 are they hiding? What are they afraid of? Why wouldn't you bring Jack Smith up in front
00:06:45.220 of all of the American people to see they deserve? We deserve to know what is happening and
00:06:49.860 what are they hiding with all of these other demands that we see from the Department of Justice?
00:06:53.480 Excited isn't the word. The market should be excited, too. Here's our late but coming
00:06:58.540 out September read on the Consumer Price Index. Headline number up three tenths, one tenth cooler
00:07:04.600 than both rearview mirror and what we're expecting. And if we look at the stripping out of food and
00:07:10.540 energy known as core, it comes in also a bit less than expected, up two tenths. We're expecting
00:07:16.440 up three tenths. Our last look was up three tenths. Here's the money ball numbers year over
00:07:21.600 year. Three percent. And even though it's less than the three point one we're expecting,
00:07:26.720 it's hotter than two point nine. And after all, it's got a three handle. And if we look
00:07:31.860 at CPI year over year, ex-food and energy, it also comes in at three percent. We're also
00:07:37.500 expecting three point one. But last look was three point one. So it cooled a bit. So we're
00:07:43.380 seeing interest rates move down and stocks move up. You may be asking why. An easy answer,
00:07:48.920 because it's less than expectations. Is it less than the Fed's target of two percent? No.
00:07:54.540 Which, in my opinion, that fact will rise above all the issues of the day at some point. But yes,
00:08:00.720 we do see rates moving a bit lower. Ultimately, this is a very important number because the market,
00:08:07.560 without any data points, has been pretty much viewed on the notion that the labor market is
00:08:13.560 slowing. And that really is a good thing if you're looking for the Fed cycle to continue its rate
00:08:19.420 cuts. Now, how does this figure in? I can't speak for Fed officials. But if you really have an
00:08:25.860 agnostic view and you look at these numbers, the last thing you think about is we're closing in on
00:08:31.380 the Fed's target. This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're
00:08:42.300 going to medieval on these people. I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people.
00:08:49.260 The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do
00:08:53.340 everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:08:56.340 And where do people like that go to share the big line? MAGA media. I wish in my soul,
00:09:03.100 I wish that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:09:10.500 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:09:16.700 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:09:26.340 It's Friday, 24 October in the year of our Lord, 2025. I've got Dave Brett riding shotgun with me
00:09:32.500 today wearing his doctorate in economy or economics because inflation came in below expectations,
00:09:41.620 heading towards the below three, heading towards the 2% inflation target of the Fed and real wages are
00:09:49.080 up. Donald Trump's economic plan appears at least to the markets to be working because the math is
00:09:55.260 working. I'll get Brad in here in a moment. All of that. And that was a magnificent cold open cut
00:09:59.940 over the last from material over the last couple of days by the Denver RAF team. And of course,
00:10:06.780 our War Room producers here at the War Room, just magnificent. I want to bring in the viceroy,
00:10:11.340 Mike Davis. So I wanted to start, I wanted to start with Arctic Frost and what your old boss
00:10:16.920 Grassley dropped the bomb on, on, on this, on Lisa Monaco, Chris Ray and Merrick Garland. But I've got to
00:10:24.880 ask you about that cold open. Mike, the viceroy, complete meltdown from everything. We're trying
00:10:32.040 to sort out these elections to, you've got a team going through the 2020 elections. Also,
00:10:37.900 people are trying to weed out the weaponization of government. MSNBC and CNN are kind of vapor locked.
00:10:45.560 They have little, very little time. President's leaving today for an extended trip to Asia. We're
00:10:50.860 going to have Thayer and Captain Fennell, all of us on talk about that, about the high stakes with
00:10:55.580 the Chinese Communist Party and Asia as the war in Ukraine heats up, as it looks like we're getting
00:11:01.180 ready for kinetic activity in Venezuela. Marco Rubio's in, in Israel, everything geopolitically
00:11:07.620 is going on, but the mainstream media, particularly MSNBC is vapor locked over kind of the plan of the
00:11:15.600 viceroy. Uh, what's going on? What, what are they complaining about, sir? Well, I would say this to
00:11:21.000 these Democrats, if the 2020 election was so clean, why are they so scared to show their work? Uh, why are
00:11:30.120 they freaking out about, uh, opening up the hood and taking a look at the 2020 election? And we all, we all
00:11:37.100 know the answer. It was clearly rigged and stolen. They used COVID as an excuse to illegally,
00:11:43.440 unconstitutionally mass mail ballots out to, uh, old voter list, including college students who move,
00:11:51.560 uh, and these ballots pile up at these apartment complexes. And how do you prevent a, uh, a fraudulent
00:11:59.720 mail ballot? You look at signature verification, but somehow, uh, COVID changed our signature and they
00:12:07.040 turned signature verification down to meaningless. And so of course they stole the election. They know
00:12:13.280 it. They know they're going to get caught. It's the, it's one of the biggest scandals in American
00:12:17.560 history that you can rig and steal an election. They also know that they're getting caught on this
00:12:22.940 lawfare, uh, this criminal conspiracy against rights under 18 U.S.C. section 241. My old boss,
00:12:32.120 Chuck Grassley found a pretty damning memo from former FBI director, Chris Ray to attorney general,
00:12:40.740 Merrick Garland's through deputy attorney general, Lisa Monaco, who's the worst actor of them all,
00:12:46.420 uh, Lisa Monaco. But this memo, uh, authorized Arctic frost. And let's just explain to your
00:12:53.440 listeners and viewers what Arctic frost is Democrats. The Biden administration used president Trump's
00:13:01.100 challenge of the 2020 election as a predicate to open up a crime. And again, I keep saying this on
00:13:10.680 your show, it is not a crime to object to a presidential election. Uh, it's only a crime
00:13:17.540 to object to a presidential election and a third world Marxist hell hole. If it were a crime to
00:13:24.640 object to a presidential election, you would see Democrats in prison for objecting to Republican
00:13:30.080 wins and Democrat losses in 1968, 2000, 2004, and 2016. And so it, it, there's clearly not a
00:13:40.660 crime here, but what the Biden justice department did was used Arctic frost to spy on and try to
00:13:47.660 imprison president Trump, his top eights, his allies, and even his allies in the United States
00:13:53.520 Senate. And the fact that they spied on nine U S senators is it finally got the Senate's attention
00:13:58.840 after four years. Uh, vice, can you hang on one second? I would just want to drill. I know you
00:14:05.500 got to bounce. You're traveling today. Uh, I just got a few more questions about this to make sure the
00:14:09.760 audience understands, you know, we've talked, I gave that speech or that talk, those remarks at
00:14:14.800 Charlie Kirk student action summit about taking on the deep state and the urgency, uh, how we had to
00:14:20.860 have a maximalist strategy to take it apart. Things are happening. Uh, things are rolling and rolling
00:14:28.760 hard. You've got grand juries. You have people that are taking apart the weaponization. You now have
00:14:34.620 this new, uh, front open up by Senator Grassley and Arctic frost, all of it. So a lot going on. The
00:14:40.860 vice is going to stick around, get Dave Bradt, a packed show today, a goal back up at 4,100 times are
00:14:47.900 turbulent. The world economy is turbulent. President Trump's going for a massive, massive,
00:14:53.840 massive negotiation with she. They don't take place in South Korea. Short break. I want to tell

00:17:21.700 Mike Davis, and people should know the Viceroy is a, I think I would say a sage and major advisor
00:17:31.740 to the entire administration. So you have, I just want the audience to take away from this morning.
00:17:36.680 There are multiple fronts in which major action is taking from federal grand juries to people
00:17:44.900 working on tiger teams or task force inside the government about taking down the deep state
00:17:50.000 or de-weaponizing the deep state to Heather Honey and others now coming in to look at the mechanics
00:17:59.260 of the elections and people starting to actually get down and start to look at adjudicating the 2020
00:18:05.100 election. On all that, one of the most explosive was, I just want to go back and make sure everybody
00:18:10.780 understands the scale of this because it took a whistleblower at the FBI. They had buried this so deep
00:18:18.280 that Kash Patel, the director and Dan Bongino, the deputy director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation
00:18:25.880 could not find this. I want everybody to embrace that. Could not find this. It took a whistleblower to
00:18:31.280 come forward about the senators, about the nine senators basically being wiretapped. Let's call it what it is,
00:18:38.900 wiretapped by Biden's regime. I want to say how big was this memo? Now that they've unearthed this memo
00:18:49.380 kind of setting up Arctic Frost. How big is this? How's it tied to the senators? And where do you think
00:18:57.080 this? Because Grassley, people have got to remember, Grassley ain't a lawyer. He's an Iowa farmer. He's tough
00:19:03.040 as boot leather and he's like a dog with a bone. He gets these investigations. Mike Davis, the vice
00:19:08.960 short, your thoughts. I would say this is the biggest mistake that these lawfare Democrats made.
00:19:15.840 You didn't hear senators complain too much when the Biden Justice Department, the Obama Justice
00:19:22.980 Department spied on a presidential candidate, Donald Trump, spied on him when he was the president of the
00:19:30.300 United States, indicted him, went after his top aides like you and Peter Navarro and Jeff Clark and
00:19:37.340 so many others. It wasn't until the lawfare Democrats went after these U.S. senators that they really got
00:19:45.120 into hot water here. And I say this, presidents come and go. Senators last for decades, right? And so this
00:19:52.520 was a huge tactical mistake by these lawfare Democrats. It finally got the senators' attention. You're
00:19:59.740 hearing senators who I didn't hear say very much about this unprecedented Republican in lawfare over
00:20:06.880 the last eight years. They're suddenly very interested and very outraged. And so a big mistake by these
00:20:14.020 lawfare Democrats, Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, Chris Wray, Jack Smith, Jay Bratt, so many of these bad
00:20:22.540 actors. I would also take note of a new court order. I think people missed down in the Southern District of
00:20:30.540 Florida, where the new Trump U.S. attorney in Miami, Jason Redding Quinones, one of my good friends, opened up a
00:20:39.560 special grand jury in Fort Pierce, Florida. And that's going to get impaneled sometime in early January. So I would
00:20:48.580 watch out for what's happening down in the Southern District of Florida. We've been calling
00:20:54.360 for an investigation under 18 U.S.C. Section 241 Conspiracy Against Rights for over three years
00:21:03.620 on this show, Steve Bannon, since the Mar-a-Lago raid. And maybe, just maybe, that's going to happen.
00:21:10.100 Mike, the other thing they're going crazy about is this effort to go after the deep state and start
00:21:20.180 to take apart the weaponization and using teams put together from inside the government. I mean,
00:21:26.580 obviously, it would come from inside the government. What is their complaint? I don't understand the
00:21:31.980 grounds of their complaint on this, to look at the deep state and the deep state actors.
00:21:37.120 They're going absolutely crazy on this topic. Your thoughts?
00:21:42.360 Yeah, think about it. If this were a corporation and you have the executives of the corporation
00:21:47.220 going bonkers because the board of directors of the corporation wants to do an audit
00:21:53.200 of the books and the executives are going crazy. You can't do an audit on the books and you have to
00:21:59.780 ask, why not? Why can't you make these government officials show their work on the 2020 election
00:22:07.080 why can't you make these government officials show their work on what they did to investigate
00:22:13.340 their political enemies going back to the Russian collusion hoax? If they, if they've done nothing
00:22:18.280 wrong, they shouldn't be concerned about showing their work, but they're freaking out. So maybe that's
00:22:24.320 a good indication that Trump and his team are over the target and they've actually done something very
00:22:31.140 bad with the 2020 election. These Democrat operatives, uh, that they've all, they, maybe they've done
00:22:37.760 something very bad, uh, with this lawfare against president Trump, his top aides, his allies, his
00:22:43.100 supporters on January 6th, parents, Christians, maybe, maybe they know they're going to get caught and
00:22:48.160 that's why they're freaking out.
00:22:49.580 Before I let you go, you know, Pam Bondi gave a great answer yesterday when they had that,
00:22:55.200 the task force kind of up there, um, about doing this and Pam, they asked Pam about grand jury and
00:23:00.700 she says, look, I can't talk about the grand juries, but there's a lot of grand juries going
00:23:04.320 on. And I think Pam Bondi's response is absolutely correct response. But before I let you go, Vice
00:23:08.840 Roy, just give me 60 seconds on Lisa Monaco and why Lisa Monaco, when all is said and done,
00:23:16.280 Lisa Monaco's name is going to be emblazoned in American in infamy in American history, sir.
00:23:24.800 Yeah. She's the, she was the deputy attorney general under Joe Biden. She was the person
00:23:31.740 who ran the day to day of the Biden justice department. Merrick Garland was this aloof
00:23:36.580 former judge who was kind of a figurehead of the justice department. He was still a bad actor,
00:23:41.780 but it was really Lisa Monaco is the dag, the deputy attorney general who ran the day to day.
00:23:46.280 of this law fair. Um, she was very close to Obama. She was an Obama plant. Um, and she's,
00:23:55.740 she's not going to look good when these investigations conclude. And I want to,
00:24:00.840 I just want to remind your, uh, the war room posse. Uh, if we did not have attorney general
00:24:06.380 Pam Bondi and deputy attorney general, Todd Blanche and FBI director, cash Patel and, uh, deputy director,
00:24:14.020 Dan Bongino and Harmeet Dillon as the head of the civil rights division and Jason Redding Quinones
00:24:19.640 as the U S attorney and Miami and judge Janine Pirro and DC, if we didn't Tulsi Gabbard, if we
00:24:26.480 didn't have these bold and fearless, uh, uh, Devin Nunez, who's running Trump's Intel board, if we didn't
00:24:35.400 have these bold and fearless picks in this second term, none of this would have come out. These,
00:24:40.080 we saw in the first term with the people like bill Barr, uh, who covered up the, this, uh, these
00:24:47.280 biggest scandals in American history, refuse to investigate the election, refuse to look at
00:24:53.200 Russian collusion hoax. We have bold and fearless leaders in president Trump's second term. Uh, and
00:25:00.180 they are, they are absolutely going to get to the bottom of this. And they're absolutely going to bring
00:25:06.240 accountability. As I've said, for the last three years on your show, and I'm going to make damn
00:25:11.120 sure that happens, uh, uh, in the, in the four years of the second Trump term, we have to have
00:25:16.300 accountability for what happens. So this never happens again. These are Republic ending tactics.
00:25:22.520 When you steal elections, you rig and steal elections, and then you try to throw your political
00:25:26.740 enemies in prison for non-crimes, you're going to destroy our country. And so there has to be the most
00:25:33.000 severe, uh, legal, political, and financial consequences. I have not been trolling about
00:25:38.980 this for the last three years. I am deadly serious about this. I'm going to, I'm going to make damn
00:25:44.240 sure these lawfare Democrats go to prison. I think it's just dawn on these folks in the last week
00:25:51.440 that we are dead serious. And this is a, maybe the highest priority. Um, Mike Davis, article three,
00:25:59.380 your social media and article three, where do people go? Article three projects.org article
00:26:04.720 number three project.org follow us on social media, donate, but only what you can afford. But as
00:26:10.700 everyone knows, the war room posse's superpower is action, action, action. And thank you, Steve. And
00:26:17.180 thank you to your war room posse. Thank you, brother. Appreciate you. Dave Brat, uh, wall street was
00:26:26.260 not except markets on fire. Wall street was not expecting this news. In fact, they were all saying
00:26:30.240 yesterday, it's going to be above three. I mean, they're, they're getting ready to dance on Trump's
00:26:33.640 grave and Besson. They got Trump and Besson in their gun sites to give me, give me a, give me a minute
00:26:39.540 on this before we go to break the numbers today. Yeah, well, markets are up again. Uh, inflation came
00:26:46.940 in cooler than anticipated. Uh, that's the short run. As Rick Santelli said, the 2% target is the,
00:26:53.900 the bottom line ultimately. And president Trump is busy running the world and, uh, they forget to,
00:27:00.220 uh, remind everybody that Biden, we had 20% inflation for four years. So he's, uh, he's
00:27:07.640 working on it, but the federal reserve is in charge of it. We're still making up for the 2008 crisis
00:27:12.440 and digging our way out of this debt hole and inflation mess. Uh, but today we got a hair of
00:27:18.300 good news. Santelli said labor markets are cooling a little bit and that's good news for a rate cut.
00:27:23.340 I don't think it's good news. I hate hearing people phrase it that way.
00:27:27.140 That's the American worker. Uh, so we got to get to Rick on that one.
00:27:31.920 Okay. Uh, we're going to take a short commercial break. Every dream you've had,
00:27:37.620 and by the way, it's inflation war is one asset that, uh, that may be a counter counterbalance,
00:27:44.360 the countervailing to that is your home. Every dream you've had is in that home. Make sure
00:27:48.980 there's somebody that doesn't own it. Hey, I realize you've got many choices when it comes
00:27:52.920 to who you choose for your cell phone service. And there are new ones popping up all the time,
00:27:57.200 but here's the truth. There's only one that boldly stands in the gap for every American that believes
00:28:02.160 that freedom is worth fighting for. And that's the team at Patriot Mobile. For more than 12 years,
00:28:08.080 Patriot Mobile has been on the front lines of fighting for our God given rights and freedoms,
00:28:11.900 while also providing exceptional nationwide cell phone service with access to all three of the
00:28:18.140 main networks. Don't just take my word for it. Ask the hundreds of thousands of Americans
00:28:22.940 who've made the switch and are now supporting causes they believe in simply by joining Patriot
00:28:28.280 Mobile. Switching is easier than ever. Activate in minutes from the comfort of your own home. Keep
00:28:33.580 your number, keep your phone, or upgrade. Patriot Mobile's all U.S.-based support team is standing

00:28:52.560 PatriotMobile.com slash Bannon, or call 972-PATRIOT and make the switch today.
00:28:59.920 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:29:02.440 Okay, um, you've got these, uh, you got that dogfight down in, uh, Texas in Tarrant County,
00:29:12.960 Lee Wamsgans, who used to be the comms director for the political side of Patriot Mobile. Now
00:29:19.080 in a tough fight against Chinese money, money that comes from the biggest, uh, from Macau,
00:29:25.320 right? The money laundering and child trafficking center of the universe. The reason child trafficking
00:29:31.540 is that, as you know, President Trump's going to be meeting with the Chinese Communist Party.
00:29:36.060 They slaughtered forced abortions, 450 million forced abortions. Think about that for a second.
00:29:43.780 Think about a government that would do that to their people. And 80% of those are little baby girls
00:29:49.040 slaughtered. That's why they have a huge societal problem with young men because there's just not
00:29:57.360 enough women. So what they do, they traffic them in from Southeast Asia, do places like
00:30:01.740 Macau. That money, that's the money that's going against Lee. So, uh, Patriot Mobile, 972-PATRIOT,
00:30:11.060 uh, these people back you, back your causes, back everything we work on here at the War Room.
00:30:16.580 Just amazing. 972-PATRIOT. Talk to an American citizen about changing your phone service today.
00:30:22.420 It's the best phone service out there because it layers on top of the other three, uh, giant
00:30:27.420 mobile carriers. Patriot Mobile, Glenn's storing the team. Brad, you've got some, uh, first of all,
00:30:34.840 the economic news. And I've been saying, hey, we need to pivot more. Some of these bilats,
00:30:39.860 instead of having some of these NATO guys, you got to have more domestic bilats in the White House.
00:30:44.380 I think the White House, I'm not, I, and I'm kind of concerned about the fourth quarter numbers. Just,
00:30:48.100 I just am. I think because I think the rest of the other quarters have been so fantastic,
00:30:52.420 but this, these numbers today are, are, are great. The, the, the $200 billion positive number
00:30:58.960 on the deficit in, uh, in, uh, September was amazing. Um, so President Trump seems to be
00:31:06.320 hitting it, but the key is real wages are up. Inflation's not, uh, is under expectations. Uh,
00:31:12.420 but you're most concerned right now, as I am, is about the deep state, the election of 2020,
00:31:19.200 J6, uh, and basically indictments across the board for what they try to do to President Trump,
00:31:24.840 uh, in the first term. Your thoughts, sir? Yeah, well, first, uh, Mike Davis is a treasure and,
00:31:32.240 and what he just covered along with you was, uh, tremendous, but I, I just want to put down some
00:31:37.300 evergreen stuff here as a marker, right? What's going on here. I break it up into three parts.
00:31:42.420 The strategy, uh, the crime, and then the coverup. The strategy is very important going way back to
00:31:49.340 16. There was a threat to the entire system, right? To this system. The matrix was on under attack,
00:31:57.180 uh, for those who haven't seen the matrix, go, go watch it, get your young people to tell you what
00:32:01.620 that is. But there was a major glitch in the, in the matrix. And that glitch was President Donald
00:32:07.180 J. Trump in 2016. So then the crime, uh, the crime is to run a coup and to take out a president of the
00:32:16.820 United States. Uh, you'll never hear that from the left, right? And then the Arctic, uh, the operation
00:32:23.580 Arctic Frost is the coverup of that crime. And we're just covering part of the coverup here, but
00:32:29.220 it's just huge, uh, way worse than, uh, Watergate, uh, all this while the mainstream media today tells
00:32:36.640 us that Trump is a threat to democracy, right? And so I, I just went back to a Grassley's, uh,
00:32:43.480 webpage at, uh, at, uh, U S Senate committee on the judiciary. Here's just a headlines, right?
00:32:49.920 Arctic Frost investigation formed the basis of Jack Smith's elector case against President Trump.
00:32:56.100 Grassley, as you just said, but I, I want to give people the lingo here. Grassley's oversight
00:33:01.440 exposed the existence of prohibited access files, a file system the FBI uses to limit access to certain
00:33:09.600 documents by making some files inaccessible to most FBI agents. So as you said, it, we, we came down to
00:33:18.440 having a whistleblower have to tell us this, uh, officials in the Biden White House, in the Biden
00:33:24.720 White House personally assisted the FBI in securing Trump and Pence's government phones, President
00:33:31.720 Trump and Pence's government phones. Uh, this is all from Grassley, by the way, uh, records, uh, Grassley
00:33:40.440 made public last month showed the FBI also placed 92 Republican linked individuals and Republican
00:33:47.420 groups such as Charlie Kirk's turning point USA under Arctic frost investigative scope. Uh, and just,
00:33:55.500 you know, why is this huge? And why is it not out there? Go out to Google, Google it, go out to
00:34:01.600 Wikipedia. And here's what they say. Arctic frost is an informal label for an investigation that involved
00:34:07.000 FBI preliminary toll analysis, phone metadata checks related to several Republican U S senators in the
00:34:12.800 context of the post 2020 election inquiries, right? So nothing, nothing ever reported by the mainstream
00:34:20.320 media. This is huge, right? The strategy, but hold it, but hold it, but hold it, but hang on, hang on.
00:34:27.360 We got to stop. We say it first off, it, it dwarfs Watergate. It's, it's, it's 10x Watergate.
00:34:34.280 Number two, number two is that, and this is my problem with the broligarchs being in the White House and
00:34:39.360 glazing president Trump. It's still Google. The big tech will not, not just not push us. They suppress
00:34:46.760 this story. We're up against the big tech because all the oligarchs are progressive Democrats. And as
00:34:52.900 soon as president Trump exits the stage, uh, they're going to be back to the progressive Democrats.
00:34:58.300 They're only around us right now for the simple reason that president Trump is, you know, the, the,
00:35:05.440 one of the top three presidents in the history of this country and saving the country. And they
00:35:09.560 realize he's action, action, action, and they don't want to be caught crossways with his justice
00:35:15.320 department or any more that they already are the FTC. So the tech oligarchs, the broligarchs are not
00:35:20.380 our friends here. You can see in this, in these massive investigations going on right now, you go,
00:35:25.260 you go online, you virtually can't find anything about it, right? It's, it's kind of, it's crickets.
00:35:30.240 Well, it's not crickets. And this is why the mainstream, but this is why MSNBC is going crazy
00:35:34.300 because president Trump yesterday has the panel with everybody and say, Hey, here's what we're
00:35:39.480 doing. And we got Stephen Miller, we got everybody and they're freaking out because they understand
00:35:43.500 Trump is taking action, sir. Yeah. And Senator Kennedy in his testimony, uh, by the way, all eight
00:35:51.260 senators that were spied on are the good guys. Go look that up. That's just a, you know, in passing
00:35:56.920 Kennedy raised the fact, as you were just pointing out on the communications front, that the mainstream
00:36:01.200 media was all in on this and under USAID, et cetera, uh, they're probably getting paid. We can
00:36:06.900 prove all that. Uh, but then the communication firms, all of them had the power to independently
00:36:12.960 quash, uh, these asks by a corrupt FBI, right? When you go after a sitting U S Senator and ask for
00:36:21.580 their phone records and the communication companies say, yeah, sure. And you remember,
00:36:26.780 I forgot to point out, right. Part of the strategy and the conspiracy, uh, way up at the top level,
00:36:31.540 the unit party was in full motion here, right? You had the Republican leadership and the Democrat
00:36:37.640 leadership all in on the unit party going after Trump, right back in 16, uh, we forget that,
00:36:44.360 right? And then we had the entire censorship regime coming against us. And so the action coming
00:36:49.980 here is just huge for the American people. We we've all been waiting for this, right? We've been
00:36:55.400 called Nazis and fascists and taken over the government. It's all a messaging war. And the
00:37:00.280 narrative really matters here. Uh, and this is the goods that we needed to show. Nope. It's the
00:37:06.680 left, all political views of my own. That's been lying to us since 2016 when the Washington Post
00:37:12.000 launched a story on president Trump before he raised his right hand. It's a conspiracy of the
00:37:18.040 highest order, the greatest magnitude this country has ever seen dwarfing Watergate, as you said.
00:37:25.840 Dwarfs Watergate. Hang over a second, Dave. We've got a lot more to go through. Do I have a cold
00:37:29.460 open, uh, Jeannie Seavers with us, uh, on a, a story that we naturally normally wouldn't cover,
00:37:35.700 but it's, it actually speaks to a very large and, uh, troubling issue in this country right now.
00:37:42.020 Can we go play the cold open and I'll just leave my mouth open. I'll jump in.
00:37:45.000 It's gambling on the games. It's two things. First of all, as we were talking about earlier in the
00:37:49.520 show, all of these leagues, the NBA made it most of all, but all of the leagues have gotten into
00:37:53.380 bed with these, with FanDuel, with, with DraftKings, all these, these companies where you can bet
00:37:57.540 betting is sports betting is legal in a number of States. Now, not all, but a number of States
00:38:02.020 and there's sponsorship everywhere, whether it's on any, whether it's ESPN, Fox, any telecast,
00:38:07.040 there's, there's ways to bet on this and it's the prop bets. And those are so easily manipulated.
00:38:11.480 You can, if you're a player and you're looking to make a little cash or help out your
00:38:14.860 friends or whatever it might be, or organized crime, it's easy to say, you know what? I'm
00:38:19.500 going to get under four rebounds today, especially if you're some bench player who's only going
00:38:23.340 to get limited minutes. It's that, the kind of stuff that's so easy to manipulate it. So
00:38:27.840 talk about that. And also who head coaches, they decide lineups players sit. That's so
00:38:34.280 dangerous. Yeah. The menu of prop bets in your imagination, you think about like the mob
00:38:38.640 point shaving things you're talking about affecting the score. This is not even that
00:38:44.200 this is the ability to bet against yourself. Essentially. If I am going to do badly in
00:38:49.100 the game, if I'm going to take myself out of it, I'm going to get less than what the gambling
00:38:53.820 operators say I'm projected to in a given game. So I can get under the number of rebounds that
00:38:59.580 I'm expected to, I can bet. Yep. Uh, Jeannie Seaver, uh, moms against gambling. I want you
00:39:07.560 to talk because, you know, I'm kind of shocked and I'm a pretty big sports fan, but I know
00:39:11.640 all my younger nephews and all my, uh, young crew that, uh, principally male that actually
00:39:17.840 produce and put the worm together are all degenerate gamblers because they're betting on
00:39:22.720 in these games, they're betting on everything. They're betting on free throws. Uh, you know,
00:39:26.440 does a guy throw a slider or a fastball the next pitch? I mean, the technology and what's
00:39:32.280 shocking to me from the most blue blood, like USGA, all these sports, you know, and even
00:39:37.460 the blue bloods like USGA, everybody's in on it. All the sports leagues are in ESPN's got
00:39:41.760 a gap. ESPN shows the games and now it's going on because the money is, it's so massive. The
00:39:49.560 cashflow is so massive and the house always wins here. These kids are becoming poor and poor
00:39:54.940 important. It's one thing to gamble and just say, Hey, I'm going to put up so much for this
00:39:58.180 because it's like entertainment. So it's like going to a movie, uh, you know, put up 20 bucks
00:40:01.840 or 25 bucks. But my belief is that's not happening here. Why do you have this organization? And how
00:40:08.100 is this scandal play into exactly what you've been preaching against for years?
00:40:14.160 Well, Moms Against Gambling is a national organization. Our basic goal is to educate
00:40:19.180 parents, families, legislators on the harms and the addiction that is impacted by the gambling
00:40:27.120 industry. Um, there is so much going on right now. The addiction rates are skyrocketing. And
00:40:35.680 what happened yesterday is just a tip of the iceberg, Steve, on what's to come because there
00:40:42.620 is, there is so much, I mean, it's all, like you said, it's all about the money. It's all about the
00:40:49.220 money. That's all they care about. And it's the, it preys pretty much on the poor, um, for the ones
00:40:55.300 that are actually funding these millions and millions of dollars of advertising, a sports betting.
00:41:02.560 I mean, we've been fighting seven to nine years in Georgia. They've been trying to legalize all kinds of
00:41:08.640 gambling here in Georgia. And we're just out there trying to educate them on the negative impacts.
00:41:16.520 One out of five that become addicted to gambling, Steve, attempt suicide there. That is factual. That
00:41:23.700 is not just a, you know, a talking point. It's, it's factual. And every, like in Georgia, for example,
00:41:30.820 every dollar that they take in and revenues for gambling, it will cost the state seven to eight
00:41:37.780 dollars just on the negative impacts and the total destruction of the families and the mental health
00:41:44.440 services that is needed, that will be needed. So this is a bad, bad situation. It's a, it's,
00:41:51.640 it's destroying sports as we see. I mean, come on, you've got that athlete down in with Miami heat.
00:41:58.200 I mean, what is he making? $24 million a year. That's not enough. That's not enough a year. And he
00:42:04.460 just threw it all away. It's an addiction. It's a terrible, terrible addiction. And it's definitely
00:42:11.480 praying not only on our young men, but kids, kids, Steven, on their video games and iPhones,
00:42:20.800 encouraging them to go and play the slot machines to get free stuff. And then just try to get them
00:42:27.380 into, like, this is a normal thing. This is not normal. And it's destroying, it will destroy
00:42:33.500 our country. And they say, Steve, that it is the next opioid crisis.
00:42:41.020 Hang on for a second. You're absolutely correct. Let's take a short commercial break.
00:42:45.980 Miles Guo is going to take, take us up with take down the CCP. And of course,
00:42:50.040 president Trump's going over to have a very tough negotiation with she on next in the war room.
00:42:59.020 You know, I didn't know this until the, uh, the guys at field of greens, the doctors and the experts
00:43:04.780 told me about it and then gave me information. It was fascinating. We have two ages, our actual age
00:43:10.500 and our body's internal biological age. Additionally, what I didn't know is I've likely lowered my
00:43:17.200 biological age without even knowing it. Here's the thing, because Americans eat so many process
00:43:24.140 and ultra processed foods and not enough fruits and vegetables, many, perhaps most are 10 years older
00:43:30.920 on the inside than their actual, uh, their actual age. They're ticking time bombs. A major university
00:43:40.200 study suggests how to slow aging and diffuse that biological time bomb. Participants slowed their
00:43:46.520 aging by drinking field of greens. That's all. They didn't change their eating, drinking, or exercise.
00:43:51.860 Just field of greens. I feel great knowing field of greens can slow how quickly I'm aging. And I

00:44:43.620 War room. Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:44:46.320 Bannon.
00:44:50.520 Jeannie, uh, one in five. Okay. What Seaver said is, is absolutely 100% correct.
00:44:57.260 We have a massive opioid crisis and fentanyl in this country that's taking out, you know,
00:45:03.180 every year, like two X, what we lost in Vietnam, driven by the Chinese Communist Party, the gambling
00:45:08.800 kind of, you know, this thing in Texas with Lee Wamsgan, the company's got seven casinos
00:45:13.980 in, uh, in, in Macau, a money laundering, the money laundering and child trafficking and sex
00:45:21.420 trafficking center for the Chinese Communist Party. That's always lovely. Isn't it?
00:45:24.680 Macau is one of the darkest cities on earth. The specter of just darkness over Macau
00:45:29.740 is deep. Uh, and they're trying to, cause Texas, once again, Texas is in play. They're trying to
00:45:35.520 get gambling in Texas. Let me leave that aside. This is not, and I'm no Puritan. This is not
00:45:42.020 betting, which people have done for years, the, the college football card or the pro football card.
00:45:46.880 You got the spreads and the guys, you know, debate that shows all over. This is something far
00:45:52.200 darker. When you watch, when I sit there and watch, uh, television sports events with my
00:45:58.700 young charges or my nephews or things like that, they're not watching the games anymore.
00:46:02.480 They're on the fricking phone and they're betting on their, they're laying, they're taking bets
00:46:07.280 and laying bets off on like every action on the field. Are they going to go for it on fourth down?
00:46:12.580 Uh, you know, is it, uh, what's the next pitch? The guy's going to throw everything, every action.
00:46:18.680 This is why this scandal right here, the guy just took himself out because they had, I guess,
00:46:21.860 a number of rebounds he's going to get or a number of points he's going to get.
00:46:24.940 So it's technically not point shaving, but it kind of is because he's taking himself out of the game.
00:46:29.540 They got the video at the very moment when he faked an ankle injury to go out. And that's
00:46:33.700 because people are betting on every aspect of the game and the sports books are not blameless
00:46:39.080 here. You got the sports books, you have these huge industries and quite frankly at ESPN and the
00:46:43.660 leagues, ESPN and these guys have bought into it on the ESPN app. You can bet right there. And all
00:46:48.300 they talk about is all they talk about all day long, the spreads, everything like that.
00:46:52.100 The gambling has overwhelmed the sports. This is the issue. And you have a addiction issue coming
00:47:00.240 because the gambling has always had an addiction problem. You've got one coming. That's going to
00:47:04.580 make the opioid crisis look small as far as addictions go. Maybe not some of deaths, but
00:47:11.040 Jeannie, you're saying one out of every five gambling addicts commit suicide or attempt suicide?
00:47:19.460 Attempt suicide. They say one out of 10 are successful. That's the worst addiction in the
00:47:26.240 nation. And let me give you an example of statistics here in Georgia. When we only have the lottery,
00:47:31.180 we've got the Co-Am or the slot machines and then the lottery tickets here in Georgia.
00:47:36.300 And we're not, that's the only kind of gambling that's allowed. We have 840,000 addicted gamblers
00:47:44.140 in Georgia with just that. That is catastrophic. And they go, well, that's only a certain percent.
00:47:50.980 Steve, one is bad enough because you know, the economic impacts of the whole family structures,
00:48:00.640 destruction. I mean, I came from addiction myself and my family. I know what that brings to your life
00:48:06.700 and the struggles, um, that you deal with. And, um, so we are just out there fighting Georgia right
00:48:14.800 now. Um, trying to keep it from any other expansion. Oh, it's big money. It's, it's big money. And it's,
00:48:22.020 they say, well, it's for the kids. They say this, that, and the other, but it's like,
00:48:26.120 it would be catastrophic. And they're, and they're coming for the coming for the best of the
00:48:35.320 Southern and Southwest States, Texas, Georgia, all of it. Jeannie, you're a national organization.
00:48:39.560 I want people to go to your site, get more information. We're going to be covering this
00:48:42.560 in depth now because as much pressure as people on, we're going to have to, we're going to have
00:48:47.680 to address this situation and we're not Puritans. Okay. It's not like we're this, this, this is not a
00:48:53.720 good government, holier than thou situation. This is a, our young men particularly are being,
00:48:59.440 are being wrapped up. You can see it. You can feel it when you watch sports, you can see the
00:49:03.100 games themselves and you can bet on everything. You see these commercials where it's all happy
00:49:06.560 clappy and let's have a good time and more camaraderie if we bet. Um, Jeannie, where do people go for
00:49:13.020 your site? Can I just add one more point? Very quick point. Sure. I beg your listeners to go and
00:49:20.160 look at their children's iPhones and video games because you will be surprised what you see
00:49:26.460 of the gambling apps on their phone. That is the first thing that you could do because a lot of
00:49:32.340 people ask on trying to get a, you know, just get a feel for what's going on in your child's life.
00:49:38.680 And yes, it's moms against gambling.com. We have, um, that's, that's, you know, we're there,
00:49:45.380 a lot of resources there to educate you. We are on X at no gambling. N G A is our username. And of
00:49:56.280 course we're on Facebook moms against gambling, any questions, anything we can do to help any
00:50:01.920 parents with, we've had several parents call and we've helped them. One more fact. There are three,
00:50:08.440 three rehab facilities in our nation. That's it. Three that are specifically targeted to help the
00:50:17.360 gambling addicts. Only three, Steve. Wow. These are things that need to be made. Our people made
00:50:22.780 aware of. And thank you so much. And we appreciate it. Mike Lindell because he had us on our, on his hope
00:50:29.220 show with, um, his team talking about this. So thank you so much, Steve.
00:50:34.040 Yeah. Thank you, ma'am. Appreciate you. We'll cover this more. We'll drill down on this Brat.
00:50:40.580 Brat, you're a pro athlete. You're a tennis, you're a tennis player. You're a pro athlete.
00:50:44.260 Talk to me about modern, talk to me about modern sports. I'm taking, I'm going long, Brad. I'm long.
00:50:49.560 No, you see it. You see it, Dave. I know you're a sports fan. When you watch sports now,
00:50:54.280 particularly with young people, they're on the fricking phones. I said, Hey, get off the phones and,
00:50:58.300 you know, quit texting the girlfriend and, uh, you know, and, and focus on the game. And there are
00:51:03.560 focus on the game, but they're, they're laying off bets for every action on the field. And I'm
00:51:08.420 sitting there going how much, cause the house always wins on this. You know, that talk to me
00:51:13.240 about the moral depravity we're facing in this gambling situation. Yeah. Well, yeah. As your
00:51:18.560 resident pilgrim Puritan, uh, Jean's last point there was right. Go check out the kids' phones
00:51:23.900 and it's not just sports. It's everything, right? And speaking of dating, you know, they're,
00:51:29.000 they're talking to their girlfriend. Everybody's dating over the phones. Now the first, uh,
00:51:33.920 meetings and everything, the sports is totally corrupt, right? It's, it's not even clear, uh,
00:51:40.320 who's winning the games. The, the, the collegiate sports map has been ruined by money. Everybody
00:51:45.400 knows. So even when you're placing your bets, no one's clear. It's not all rigged. Uh, but the
00:51:51.160 major point is you got to give your kids something to do, like go play sports, get out and go play
00:51:56.140 out in the woods. Like we used to do when we were kids, go out and meet girls, right? Don't do it
00:52:01.560 all on the phone. It's a, that's the problem. Give them, do what my parents did. My mom did
00:52:08.220 throw them out in the backyard with a stick and say, use your imagination, right? Take the stick,
00:52:14.460 give them the stick. Okay. We're taking, we're leaving you with the right stuff. The second hour
00:52:19.580 is going to be more on fire than the first stick around. You're in the war room.
00:52:26.140 When you're buried in credit card and loan debt, it's only human nature to put it off and say,
