00:12:00.940 30 and the poor and the bottom 30 in terms of, um, uh, median income, right? So the higher 0.99

00:12:08.020 income, uh, in the top 30 districts are ones that are around 135,000, uh, uh, annual income

00:12:15.560 for an individual earner, uh, in the, um, uh, in the top 30 congressional districts in terms

00:12:20.620 of wealth in the country of those top 30 congressional districts. Now, 23 of them or 76, uh, more than

00:20:25.240 percentages of them that went to elite institutions have skyrocketed, uh, in among the Republicans of

00:20:31.240 those who went to elite institutions over the last generation, it's dropped off significantly.

00:20:43.940 here. We're just beginning to scratch the surface of it. But again, the, the numbers and the facts

00:32:11.580 the past, DOJ and Harmeet Dillon have sent this letter down to Georgia and Florida, which you've

00:32:17.740 been obsessed with from the beginning, Fulton County. What is going on there, ma'am?

00:32:22.860 Well, we've never gotten to the truth about Fulton County and about Georgia generally. I mean,

00:32:28.040 just for people who may or may not know, I was one of President Trump's volunteer attorneys

00:32:32.480 in Georgia following the 2020 election, which is a mess of an election. That's being kind.

00:32:38.980 And, um, we filed a, uh, uh, an election contest on behalf of President Trump on December the 4th

00:32:46.700 of 2020. And, and no judge was ever appointed to hear the case, to put on our evidence, 64 page

00:32:52.420 complaint, 1100 pages of facts and verified affidavits and experts. So we never got our day in

00:32:57.980 court. So when people say President Trump lost all of his election contests, he didn't lose

00:33:02.180 hours because he never got his day in court. Well, since 2020, there's, there've been a one

00:33:08.040 wonderful group of patriots in Georgia who have fought every step of the way to try to get

00:33:14.240 information, to try to get copies of the ballots, to get the ballots and the ballots themselves.

00:33:20.300 And that has been ongoing since a lawsuit filed in January of 2021. And last spring, the, um,

00:33:28.180 state election board of Georgia, which is now controlled by election integrity supporters,

00:33:33.780 as opposed to election corruption, uh, supporters, which is what Mark Elias and all those people are,

00:33:39.380 they're not for integrity, they're for corruption. And they subpoenaed the ballots from Fulton County.

00:33:45.200 They subpoenaed Fulton County election board to turn over the ballots from 2020, the mail-in ballots,

00:33:52.600 all the ballots so that we could, they could examine those, inspect them, help them. Because we know

00:34:01.000 that there were double counts. We know that there were, uh, reports of Christine ballots that were

00:34:07.160 never folded, supposedly mail ballots. Well, you have to fold them to get in the ballot envelope

00:34:12.700 for it to be a mail-in ballot. So why do you have a Christine ballot?

00:34:17.320 That is one of the absentee ballots. It can't, that can't be accurate. So the SCB state election

00:34:24.260 board sued Fulton County, subpoenaed, sent a subpoena to Fulton County to turn over those

00:34:31.140 ballots. And that was last spring. Nothing has happened other than the Fulton County election

00:34:37.520 board controlled by Democrats, moved, filed a motion to quash, which was of course granted by the,

00:34:44.120 uh, Democrat judge in Fulton County. And that's now an appeal. And so in August, Ed Martin

00:34:50.780 sent a letter to Fulton County saying, we would like for you to turn over these ballots and they've

00:34:58.900 heard nothing. And so yesterday, Harmeet Dillon said, we are going to come. The department of

00:35:05.180 justice is going, she is the assistant attorney general for civil rights in charge of the voting

00:35:10.160 section. She's been terrific and very aggressive because she's an election lawyer. She knows what 1.00

00:35:15.300 she's talking about. And she sent a letter yesterday to Fulton County with a subpoena.

00:35:20.000 We are, we're subpoenaing these records. We would like for you to produce them to us voluntarily.

00:35:26.540 Uh, and so now we're going to see, we're going to see what the Fulton County board does. And I just

00:35:32.280 have a feeling that no more playing around that Harmeet Dillon is not going to let them get away with

00:35:37.460 continuing to try to thwart the ability of the department of justice and the people of the

00:35:42.120 United States to be able to get to the bottom of what happened in Georgia in 2020. Why is,

00:35:48.420 why is this anything more than just another strongly worded letter? Why didn't Harmeet Dillon,

00:35:52.520 the department of justice, I think Harmeet's fantastic, but why doesn't she just get a warrant? 0.98

00:35:58.140 They can go get a warrant. Why don't they just get a warrant and go, those are, correct me if I'm

00:36:01.580 on, we're talking about 400,000 actual ballots from 2020 are still kept in storage, correct?

00:36:08.800 Yes, they are required under Georgia law. Not only, uh, well they're there. Yes,

00:36:14.020 they're still preserved for several reasons. And, um, they're what they're ballots that don't have

00:36:20.480 certain kinds of markings that actual compete. I'm not a computer for, I'm not a techie.

00:36:25.460 You get your hands on these ballots and you can actually prove with evidence, bring the receipts

00:36:34.100 that, uh, the, the, uh, 2020 results in Georgia could not possibly have been certified. Am I correct

00:36:43.940 in that? That's right. That's right. Because this is only, this is one part of it. And in our election

00:36:51.180 contest, remember the difference between president Trump and Joe Biden in Georgia,

00:36:56.840 well, there were three different certified results. That ought to tell us something,

00:37:00.160 right? That three recounts, they all came up with different numbers. But hang on, hang on.

00:37:04.320 I'm not saying Trump won. You don't need to show Trump won. I want to go back to 2020.

00:37:08.580 And I've said that to the president. I've said, nobody knows he won Georgia because it was a

00:37:14.380 mess of an election and there needed to be a new election. Well, you can't have a new election.

00:37:19.080 It's called a, it's called a, you can't have a new election. They were going to have a new

00:37:23.160 election in Georgia. They were going to have another election in January, statewide election

00:37:28.480 in January, on January 5th. Don't forget that. They were already having a Senate runoff statewide

00:37:35.060 and the remedy under Georgia law for, um, uh, an election where you have more improper ballots

00:37:42.420 than the margin is a new election. And they were already going to have one. If we'd had a trial,

00:37:46.400 we probably could have gotten that ordered. Well, well, here's my point. I don't know if

00:37:50.920 you have, maybe you do, maybe you don't. You had two Senate, you had two, two Senate, right. But,

00:37:55.880 but I'm, I'm a simple guy. I keep it a lot simpler. Like it did in 2020. No, no, you don't need by,

00:38:01.320 you don't need Trump electors. You don't need all that. It's the electoral count act of 1887

00:38:07.060 in the constitution of these good old United States are pretty clear. If you can't, if you

00:38:12.520 can't get a certified electors at 270, there's a solution. And it ain't another election.

00:38:18.780 Yeah, you go to the House of Representatives. It's a contingent election to the House of

00:38:23.740 Representatives, which we win, I don't know at that time, 25, 24 or something like that.

00:38:30.560 Because it's, it's one, it's one vote per state. Yeah. It's, you vote as a state party delegation

00:38:37.260 in the house, in the house, there's 50 votes. We would have won by a couple. Uh, there was one

00:38:44.480 tied, which was Pennsylvania. And as Jamie Raskin in concurring with my analysis on MSNBC, he said,

00:38:51.220 well, Steve Bannon didn't think of Liz Cheney. I'll even give him the Liz Cheney vote in Wyoming.

00:38:55.980 The great state of Wyoming goes to Biden. President Trump wins in a contingent election.

00:39:01.560 That was the entire purpose of the Green Bay sweep. And let me, this is why it's so important.

00:39:06.660 I love what they're doing about 2026. I love this. I love what you guys are doing and setting all this

00:39:11.300 stuff up and monitors and we'll get into all that. And they're all freaking out. It's amazing.

00:39:14.760 It's fantastic. It has to happen. However, the railhead, and we're seeing this in Arctic frost,

00:39:21.460 we're seeing this in crossfire hurricane with the deep state. If we don't get to the bottom

00:39:25.740 and adjudicate what happened in 2020, it's the railhead of problems. Look at the,

00:39:31.660 the auto pin is the big, maybe the biggest scandal in the country legally. It's not just the pardons.

00:39:37.420 It's the executive orders that were signed that he didn't know about. Okay. The legal liability for

00:39:42.480 that. What, I mean, when you talk about the guy didn't sign an executive order, that means

00:39:45.700 everything we did under that is, is incorrect. Think about the 2020 election. And let me be blunt

00:39:51.220 in Georgia, they still got the ballots. So you can show and go through there that it's impossible.

00:39:57.480 When you go through it, it's impossible to certify Biden's victory. Number one, in Arizona,

00:40:02.740 it's in Arizona. It's going to be impossible to certify that election. We get to the bottom of it. And I'm

00:40:07.900 going to throw out the great state of Michigan. Now the festering sore of all this is Pennsylvania,

00:40:13.860 the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, of which the president pro tem sent a letter to Pence and McConnell

00:40:18.780 before January six saying, Hey, we need another 10 days. Cause I'm not so sure this thing can

00:40:24.280 actually be certified by the rules that are set up. I don't care what the secretary of state

00:40:27.900 and what the governor said, this cannot be certified. Pennsylvania is the railhead,

00:40:33.080 the festering sore. And guess what? In Pennsylvania, I believe, ma'am, they done destroyed the ballots.

00:40:38.640 As soon as they got an opportunity to, they destroyed it. So that may be one we have to work on,

00:40:43.600 but I just doing my math, doing my math, the inability to certify Georgia, the inability to

00:40:51.040 certify Arizona, the inability to certify Michigan gets me, I don't know, 43. It gets me below you

00:40:58.100 take Biden's win. It gets me below 270. You know what that means? That would have gone to the house

00:41:03.620 of representatives and Donald John Trump is the president of the United States, uh, by the electoral

00:41:08.520 count act of 1887 in the constitution of this country, flat out. And everybody should be focused.

00:41:15.060 I just, I love hard meat. I love what you're doing, but why is that anything different than a strongly

00:41:19.460 worded letter? Just give me, you're the justice department. Just give me a warrant and go down

00:41:23.680 and seize the ballots today. In fact, you got me worried that now you sent a letter. They're going

00:41:27.960 to be down there and trying to, they're going to set them on fire. You're going to have a,

00:41:30.500 you're going to have an event like the Pacific Palisades to burn the ballot ballots, ma'am. 1.00

00:41:34.540 Well, I will say this, you know, why the department of justice decides to do or not do what they do is

00:41:41.800 still a mystery to me. I mean, all we can do is present things and give them information and that

00:41:47.360 sort of thing and say, here's what needs to happen. I have a very long list of that. And MSNBC, if you're

00:41:53.360 listening, you can bet I'm sending my list and giving it to everybody and anybody I can find.

00:41:58.260 So you can just rail at me all you want, but you can believe that the reason I'm still working is to

00:42:02.660 try to make things happen. I have a whole laundry list of requests. I mean, I'm not writing to Santa

00:42:07.400 Claus this year. I'm just writing to the, to Pam Bondi. But, um, but look, one of the reasons,

00:42:13.100 Steve, is that they didn't point a judge so we could have a trial is because we, we had the receipts.

00:42:20.580 We had the evidence that the Georgia election could was, could not be certified or it was wrongly

00:42:27.220 certified. And if we had been able to have that trial, then Georgia couldn't have been certified.

00:42:32.220 And then you would have had that situation, uh, with the house going to the house representatives.

00:42:38.120 And as you say, the process is all laid out there in the electoral count act, which Congress felt

00:42:44.320 compelled after, after 2020 to amend that. That's that unfold. That was a false. We'll talk about
