00:00:00.000 Today, a new round of immigration raids began in Minneapolis, targeting the largest Somali
00:00:04.340 population in this country. In Breaking Now, Donald Trump is doubling down on his racist
00:00:09.020 attacks against Somali immigrants. The mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Frey, is saying that he's
00:00:14.040 actually proud to have the largest Somali community in the country, and his police chief is-
00:00:17.840 Well, he's a fool. Well, his police chief is also saying-
00:00:20.600 I wouldn't be proud to have the largest Somalian. Look at their nation. Look how bad their nation is.
00:00:25.200 It's not even a nation. It's just people walking around killing each other. Look, these Somalians
00:00:32.340 have taken billions of dollars out of our country. They've taken billions and billions of dollars.
00:00:37.460 They have a representative, Ilhan Omar, who they say married her brother. That's a fraud.
00:00:46.580 She tries to deny it now, but you can't really deny it because, you know, it just happened.
00:00:50.720 She shouldn't be allowed to be a congresswoman, and I'm sure people are looking at that,
00:00:55.700 and she should be thrown the hell out of our country. And most of those people,
00:00:59.600 they have destroyed Minnesota, okay? Minnesota, you have an incompetent governor. You have a
00:01:04.220 crooked governor. He's crooked as hell, but he's incompetent. Waltz is- He should be ashamed.
00:01:11.860 That beautiful land, that beautiful state, it's a hellhole right now, and the Somalians should be out of
00:01:18.900 here. They've destroyed our country, and all they do is complain, complain, complain. You have her.
00:01:26.160 She's always talking about the constitution provides me with- Go back to your own country
00:01:33.520 and figure out your constitution. All she does is complain about this country, and without this
00:01:38.240 country, she would not be in very good shape. She probably wouldn't be alive right now.
00:01:41.660 And you know why Minnesota is one of the places that actually outside of East Africa,
00:01:46.580 they have the largest Somali population? It's because Minnesota was a perfect state, frankly,
00:01:53.740 because of the infrastructure, the social services. The Lutherans and Catholic charities were actually
00:01:58.940 very instrumental in ensuring that refugees came to a place where they would be successful,
00:02:04.780 and Minnesota was that place. The president obviously doesn't understand that the Somali
00:02:10.500 immigrants in Minnesota, the people who first, who came through the program, they came through a legal
00:02:16.020 U.S. admissions refugee program. Somalia is considered by many to be the worst country on earth.
00:02:23.500 I don't know. I haven't been there. I won't be there anytime soon, I hope. But what Somalia,
00:02:31.500 what the Somalian people have done to Minnesota is not even believable. It's not even believable.
00:02:40.220 And a lot of it starts with the governor. A lot of it starts with Barack Hussein Obama,
00:02:46.100 because that's when people started coming in. And you have to have people come in that are going to
00:02:53.860 love our country, cherish our country. They want to kiss our country goodnight. They talk about our
00:02:59.620 country, we want them to pray for our country. This is not the people living in Minnesota. And she's a
00:03:05.680 disaster. She should not be, and her friends shouldn't be allowed. Frankly, they shouldn't
00:03:09.760 even be allowed to be congresspeople, okay? They shouldn't even be allowed to be congresspeople,
00:03:15.180 because they don't represent the interests of our country.
00:03:17.620 It's been a racist, a bigot, a xenophobic, and Islamophobic. Most of us are citizens on our
00:03:25.000 passport. It says we are nationals of this country. We love that Minnesota has welcomed us. Many of us
00:03:31.700 have not been settled in Minnesota. We chose it as a home, because the Minnesota people and the state
00:03:37.380 is beautiful and very welcoming. And we are going to be here, regardless of what the president has to
00:03:43.860 say. Conflation, right? That this is not about legality. No. It's not about crime. It never has
00:03:48.920 been. It is about xenophobia and racism. It is about people who don't look like him,
00:03:54.020 who don't come from where he comes, and does not see the country the way he sees it. This is the
00:04:01.800 president who referred to people on the African continent as coming from asshole countries. And so,
00:04:11.240 you know, racism becomes him. This is where we are. And the more Americans come to understand that,
00:04:20.760 that this president is a reflection of us to the rest of the world. All right? He is our president,
00:04:27.860 duly elected by the people of this country. Whether you agree or disagree, we know what the process is.
00:04:33.180 You have to understand when he speaks like that what it says about us, not just about him. And so,
00:04:40.400 I disassociate myself with those remarks. They do not become me. They do not become members of my
00:04:48.320 family. And Mr. President, you should know better. But he don't. But he don't.
00:04:53.520 The breaking news this morning. Sources confirm that the FBI has arrested a man who investigators
00:04:58.440 believe planted pipe bombs on the eve of the January 6th Capitol riot near the Republican,
00:05:05.040 both the Republican and Democratic Committee, National Committee headquarters, the arrest as
00:05:10.100 the result of a nearly five-year investigation to uncover the identity of the suspect who was masked
00:05:16.260 and in a hoodie seen in surveillance video. If we're talking about that, let's put that video up so
00:05:20.180 people can see the video that we're talking about. With us now is CNN senior law enforcement analyst,
00:05:26.760 Andrew McCabe, former deputy director of the FBI. Andy, five years.
00:05:34.840 This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on
00:05:43.180 these people. I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people. The people have had a
00:05:50.040 belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world
00:05:53.820 to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like that
00:05:57.500 go to share the big line? Mega media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a
00:06:05.540 conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country,
00:06:13.320 this country will be saved. War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:06:23.820 It's Thursday for December in the year of the Lord, 2025. Welcome. We're in the Palm Beach studios
00:06:31.900 of Real America's Voice Day. I want to thank the entire crew for helping us get this set up.
00:06:36.540 We have John Solomon at the ready. So, John, there's so much news today. I've got you,
00:06:39.780 Julie Kelly, Mike Davis, to start us off. John, you got a huge scoop last night on just the news,
00:06:45.540 but I've got to ask you about the pipe bomb. Cash Patel's team tells me at one o'clock today,
00:06:50.460 they're going to have a press conference, get everybody up to speed. Real America's Voice
00:06:54.020 will obviously cover that live during the Charlie Kirk show. John Solomon, what do you know?
00:07:00.080 Well, as I mentioned, I think it was just before Thanksgiving on your show, I thought there would
00:07:04.300 be an arrest this week. They were zeroing in on a gentleman whom they arrested this morning in
00:07:09.360 Northern Virginia. And the way this case was cracked was about a month or six weeks ago,
00:07:14.860 Bongino, who was the lead on it. And Patel decided to take the old agents off the case and put a new
00:07:21.340 team on it. Now, there was a little resistance, as there always is in the FBI, to any form of change.
00:07:26.380 But the new team came in. They applied some new ideas and new technologies. And some of the evidence
00:07:32.140 that was sitting right in front of them with fresh eyes was followed. And it was able to be led to
00:07:37.800 this gentleman who they arrested a little bit ago. We don't know much about his ideology or his
00:07:42.520 intentions or his motives yet. And one of the things that FBI officials stressed with me this
00:07:48.040 morning is that this is really the beginning. The arrest is the beginning of trying to understand
00:07:52.880 how this operation was conducted, who's behind it, whether there are more conspirators or whether
00:07:58.600 this is a lone wolf. Still all of that to be determined. But a really extraordinary effort.
00:08:04.120 Almost five years later, with a fresh set of eyes and a different approach, the FBI that couldn't
00:08:09.200 solve the case for four and a half years, solves it. Very much like the way the Charlie Kirk
00:08:14.240 investigation occurred in the first few hours. There were a lot of FBI agents and old guard that
00:08:20.480 didn't want to put the suspect's photo out. But Kash Patel and Bagino insisted that was going to be
00:08:25.120 key to getting the father to flip. And they put the photo out, the father flips. And of course,
00:08:29.840 you get that arrest as we see. What you're seeing is a different mentality in the FBI. And that plays
00:08:36.080 out in two different ways. First, you see successes that we haven't seen in a while. Lots of arrests,
00:08:41.520 cases solved that had not been solved for a long time. Other cases which could have gone on for months,
00:08:46.560 being solved in 33 hours, like Charlie Kirk's assassin. The second part is it results in a lot
00:08:51.520 of whining from FBI people who think they know what's better. And you see that even in the Miranda
00:08:56.880 Divine story earlier this week, you've got these grousers and grouchers because the truth of the matter is
00:09:01.760 Donald Trump ordered Patel and Bagino to break glass at the FBI. They broke glass.
00:09:08.720 And now the FBI is doing things differently. They're succeeding. But there are people who want
00:09:13.200 to focus on the whining and crying, not actually the success of what the FBI has been doing.
00:09:18.560 The way they solved this case was fresh thinking. Here's what kind of strange credulity in five
00:09:26.000 and a half years. And Dan puts on Dan comes in with cash, but Dan puts on it, finally gets tired of
00:09:31.680 it, puts on a new team. And I understand it's a fresh set of eyes, a different perspective,
00:09:37.680 but it doesn't strain credulity to think that the original FBI team was really in this, the problem
00:09:43.840 with all of J6. I mean, were they part of the problem? Because I mean, to say that
00:09:49.200 Bagino and these guys came in and in six weeks cracked the case is fantastic. But you sit there
00:09:55.600 and go, particularly you see a lot of these former whistleblowers of people trash and cash every day.
00:10:00.720 Is the building just still adamantly opposed to cash, Bagino and President Trump?
00:10:04.960 Oh, fewer, fewer and fewer people are opposed. There are even people that were opposed at the
00:10:10.320 beginning, like this guy is just a talking head. He's not an FBI agent. Then you start
00:10:13.680 solving cases and people are like, oh, damn, hey, this is, this is working. We're getting
00:10:17.120 bad guys off the street. So there, there are two or three dynamics going on in the bureau.
00:10:22.480 The first is there are people that are still the deep state and as cash Patel and Dan Bagino find
00:10:28.960 them, they throw them out or they twist them in a way that they're required to show us what the
00:10:34.080 deep state did the last six or eight years that we didn't know about. Early on, there was some
00:10:38.240 question. Why was, why was cash Patel keeping certain people high? Because those people wanted to keep
00:10:42.640 their pension and cash Patel and Dan Bagino want to know what really went on. And they squeezed those
00:10:46.960 people to, to find out what the dirty secrets were that existed from the Ray and Comey era. And that's
00:10:54.160 how they found the burn bags and they found all that stuff. So you have resistance. That resistance
00:10:58.480 is growing less. The resistors now move to the outside. This report that, you know, I think Miranda
00:11:05.920 writes in the New York Post, it's an anonymous whistleblower report. It's kind of weird to have a study that doesn't
00:11:11.120 have any names to it, but a lot of those people are gone and they're grousing from the outside.
00:11:15.920 Inside the building, the people that remain there, there are new people coming in that are showing a new
00:11:20.560 wave. Success is breeding trust. And all of a sudden you got an FBI that's doing these. And there's a lot of
00:11:26.880 unique things going on inside the FBI. It's remarkable to think that we've watched the Ukraine
00:11:33.280 and Russia war take place and all of these small drones creating incredible lethality and have an FBI in
00:11:40.000 America that until just a few months ago, didn't have a counter drone program. Just think about that.
00:11:44.400 Now they have a counter drone program. That's a major change. Agents who realized what a big change
00:11:49.600 it was, they like it. Those who didn't like it don't work there anymore. Similarly, they're using
00:11:54.480 artificial intelligence to sift through evidence and to reanalyze evidence in a different way. Hey,
00:11:59.760 we got phone records. We've got credit card records. Are there some connections that our eyes didn't see?
00:12:04.720 And I have a funny feeling when we're done that this new team that was put on there will likely
00:12:10.320 have used some technology and some new capabilities to reanalyze the evidence in a way humans couldn't
00:12:16.080 and maybe find that nugget or two that led them on the path to this bomber. But I think that's what's
00:12:21.120 going on. Listen, there's a deep state everywhere still in America. There's a deep steep, as Liz
00:12:25.760 Trust reminds us all across Europe, they're alive and well. If they're not inside the bureau, they're
00:12:30.960 causing harm outside the bureau as angry anonymous sources and news media. But the truth of the
00:12:37.120 matter is when you look at the bureau's capability, I've covered the FBI for 35 years. I've covered this
00:12:42.960 building inside out. I broke out a lot of the big whistleblower stories of the last half century from
00:12:48.800 Oklahoma City and the FBI lab to 9-11 where I won all those awards today. This is a different
00:12:54.960 bureau. It's functioning differently and it seems to have gotten back on mission a little bit more.
00:13:00.720 There's still partisans. There are still incompetence. There's still resistors and deep
00:13:06.400 staters. But the ship is starting to turn and over time, more and more of the resistors are going to
00:13:11.040 get thrown overboard by the wake of what's going on. John, we want to hold you through the break.
00:13:17.200 And I got Mike Davis, Julie Kelly coming up also. You had a big, give us a minute on this scoop,
00:13:23.600 at least the headline. You had a big scoop last night on dark money and some of the
00:13:27.200 biggest senators supported by the biggest Trump haters.
00:13:31.760 That's right. So, uh, Reed Hoffman, founder of LinkedIn, one of the biggest, uh, funders of
00:13:37.040 democratic elections in the last 10 years. Um, there was a debate that came up last time Pam
00:13:42.080 Bondi was on the Hill saying he's not a dark money guy. He's not helping the senators. The
00:13:45.040 justice department did an investigation at the direction of the president and reported to the
00:13:49.360 Senate last night that Reed Hoffman was routing dark money through different groups. And that
00:13:54.160 some of the senators on the Senate judiciary committee, people like Dick Durbin were the
00:13:58.320 beneficiaries of that money, a major black eye to the Democrats who often say they're against
00:14:03.120 dark money until you find out they're beneficiaries of it. We're going to talk about the implications
00:14:08.720 of that. Also, I got to ask John about Minnesota, massive, massive scandal. They're throwing that
00:14:14.000 president Trump is a xenophobe, a racist president today has at the oval office later for a bilat.
00:14:19.840 I think the democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda about a war. He started, he stopped over
00:14:25.200 there. That's how much of a racist he is. It just, it's just such a joke, but this Minnesota thing is
00:14:30.000 huge. John Solomon's going to stick around through the break. We got the viceroy, Mike Davis, Julie
00:14:36.000 Kelly's been all over the pipe bomb. A lot of news today, uh, in Washington DC. We're going to take

00:15:12.080 Inflation is still too high. The U.S. dollar is still too weak. And the government debt is
00:15:16.280 insurmountable. This is why central banks throughout the world are flocking to gold at record rates.

00:16:52.840 Okay. Cash has a press conference at he and Bongino at 1 p.m. It'll be during the Charlie
00:16:58.620 Kirk show. Real America's Voice will cover it live. John Salmon is with us. So John, given that all the
00:17:04.300 big senators, they're ripping on Trump every day, on just denied this and denied it and denied it,
00:17:10.140 what are the implications that now Pam Bondi's come out and shows flat out that they're stone-cold
00:17:15.500 liars? Yeah. Well, it's what we've seen time and again, right? The senators were called out for
00:17:21.760 saying, where are the illegal orders Donald Trump gave to the military? They couldn't provide that.
00:17:27.520 These are the same senators that told us there was Russia collusion between Trump and Putin. There
00:17:33.800 wasn't. They've been lying. I think they made up a good part of the case against Donald Trump on
00:17:38.780 Ukraine and the Ukraine impeachment. I think we're going to see some amazing stuff in the beginning
00:17:43.140 of the year that will blow that story away and raise questions about whether perjury or false
00:17:48.180 testimony was suborned. But it's not a surprise to the American people that Democrats in the Senate
00:17:53.880 or in the House have lied to them. They have about a 10-year record of repeatedly seeing that. And so
00:17:58.440 another instance. I think the bigger question here now is, is there enough proof for the Justice
00:18:05.880 Department and Pam Bondi to open up a case saying there's a campaign finance laundering scheme going
00:18:11.640 on here? Dark money is supposed to not be used to influence elections. It can do things like get
00:18:16.720 out the vote. But if dark money moves once, twice, and three times, and then it ends up in a place
00:18:21.200 where it is used to influence election, is that money laundering? I think that's going to be a very
00:18:26.180 interesting element. And remember, you've got that Act Blue investigation that's still going on at the
00:18:30.820 Justice Department. So I'd keep an eye on the campaign finance unit. Meanwhile, another thing
00:18:34.840 that DOJ is doing big, 26 states are about to be forced to clean up their voter rolls and take off
00:18:40.960 the non-citizens, the dead people, the triple registrars. The 26th election could be fundamentally
00:18:46.760 different for the Democrats because they won't have dirty voter rolls. That is a Harmeet Dillon
00:18:51.580 success story. Just announced yesterday. By the way, so this Reid Hoffman could be in the crosshairs
00:19:00.020 here. Real quickly, your thoughts on this massive scandal that's blown up in Minneapolis,
00:19:06.340 Minnesota with the governor, billions of dollars in fraud and welfare, food assistance, all of it
00:19:11.680 with the Somalian community. Your thoughts? Well, August of 2024, you'll go back and see a story that
00:19:17.600 I wrote with Steven Richards. It was the roadmap for the Trump Justice Department. We wrote it because
00:19:22.140 Waltz wanted to be vice president. We thought it was important for the American public to know he
00:19:25.980 presided over one of the greatest frauds. We've done over 23 stories in nine months. The Justice
00:19:31.700 Department followed those leads and they're, you know, got 77 inditees already, all of them Somalis.
00:19:36.920 So it is a major fraud case. It shows that Democrats need fraud to keep these legal and legal immigrants
00:19:45.500 in their states and cities so that they can hijack apportionment. That's what this is all about.
00:19:50.100 The reason there are sanctuary cities, the reason there are fraud programs in the sanctuary cities is
00:19:55.960 the Democrats are trying to create a lure to keep the largest number of bodies in their blue areas
00:20:01.000 so they can keep federal funding going and potentially change the congressional map. And
00:20:05.880 absent that, what's happening is the country's turning more red. That's the dirty little secret here.
00:20:10.280 John Solomon, amazing work. Where do people go on Just the News, John Solomon reports and your social
00:20:17.840 media? Yeah, justthenews.com, easiest place to find us. And then I follow you every day at 6 o'clock
00:20:23.780 on Real America's Voice. Really proud to have that show right after you. And Jay Solomon reports on all
00:20:28.500 social media. John Solomon breaking a big story about Reid Hoffman. It doesn't get any dirtier than
00:20:34.140 Reid Hoffman. Just put a pin in that, write that down with your number two print so we'll be back to you
00:20:38.080 in the weeks ahead on this. John Solomon, thank you, sir. Appreciate you.
00:20:41.480 Yeah, good to be with you. Thank you.
00:20:43.940 Julie Kelly joins us by phone for a quick hit. Julie, you have bird-dogged the pipe bomber for
00:20:49.520 five years. You've been good guidance about what not to chase, what to focus on. It's a press
00:20:55.620 conference today at 1 o'clock. Cash and Dan Bongino, your thoughts, ma'am?
00:21:00.780 This is a huge development that, of course, your audience and all of us have been waiting for.
00:21:05.780 This was an investigation that was very aggressively pursued early on under Chris
00:21:11.480 Ray's FBI. And then we are told towards February, March of 2021, it just went away. And maybe we will
00:21:19.800 find out exactly why, despite troves of evidence, interviews, pursuit of what this individual on
00:21:27.900 January 5th was wearing, trying to track down where those items were purchased. Then all of a sudden,
00:21:34.660 just went stone cold. As you know, Cash and Dan made this a priority. They have devoted new
00:21:40.540 resources, new investigative tools to this cold case. And it appears a man from Virginia, NBC News,
00:21:47.300 is reporting his name as Brian Cole, could be tied to Antifa. Another media outlet is reporting. I cannot
00:21:54.840 confirm that independently. However, this appears to be the individual who was seen on that surveillance
00:22:01.320 video from the evening of January 5th, 2021, between 730 and 830 on Capitol Hill, allegedly planting these
00:22:10.060 really, what they were, dummy devices outside the headquarters of both the Republican National
00:22:15.600 Committee and the Democratic National Committee.
00:22:16.700 Julie, Julie, Julie, hang on, hang on. Julie, the whole narrative that we've been fed, the whole reason
00:22:23.700 Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon went to prison was that Antifa and these people had nothing to do
00:22:28.800 with J6. This was all, this was all Donald Trump, Donald Trump's people. What are you telling me?
00:22:33.600 There may be a, the guy may be an anarchist and might be, although you haven't confirmed,
00:22:37.480 it might be associated with Antifa, ma'am.
00:22:40.660 I mean, look, we know that Antifa was there. I have been told for years by J6ers who were on the
00:22:46.760 ground that they saw Antifa. We can see video of people dressed in that black black garb who were
00:22:53.740 tied to Antifa. We know that there were confrontations between Antifa and the Proud Boys
00:22:59.680 a few days before, the evening before. Also, we have on film, on recording, undercover, plainclothes,
00:23:09.000 D.C. police officers specifically saying that they were there to look for Antifa. So if this
00:23:16.260 individual, and again, I cannot confirm this with my sources independently, that this is an Antifa
00:23:22.060 type or certainly not a MAGA supporter, this blows a huge hole in the early narrative that someone
00:23:30.100 aligned with Donald Trump and the MAGA movement tried to blow up the headquarters of the RNC and DNC,
00:23:37.320 where Kamala Harris was, don't forget, beginning around 1130 a.m. on January 6th of 2021. So this is,
00:23:45.680 you know, as you can tell a story. Julie, Julie, Julie, Dan Bongino, Dan Bongino and Cash overturned
00:23:53.860 the team, put a new team in there six weeks ago. Voila, we have now a suspect in custody after what,
00:24:00.760 five years. Do you believe that the FBI people that were working on this were just that incompetent?
00:24:06.820 Or was this an act of commission to basically shut down this, this investigation, knowing that it
00:24:12.460 wasn't a MAGA supporter and someone that was a Donald Trump, uh, true blood man? Well, certainly
00:24:18.180 that is going to be the, uh, the suspicion is that the Ray FBI quickly found out that this individual
00:24:25.820 seen on the evening of January 5th was not a MAGA supporter, was tied to a leftist movement such as
00:24:33.780 Antifa. And therefore the early stages, right? So the spring of 2021, as they're impeaching Donald
00:24:41.200 Trump over the so-called insurrection, they are solidifying their narrative and preventing people
00:24:49.040 from any expressing any skepticism about what happened that day. Just imagine if they had
00:24:55.120 arrested an Antifa-tied individual in March or April of 2021 for planting these pipe bombs.
00:25:02.040 Huge. Huge.
00:25:03.740 It would have destroyed the narrative early on. Now, again, I can't confirm that. Hopefully
00:25:08.200 when we talk later this evening after this press conference, we see the indictment. We'll have
00:25:12.140 more details. However, that would be the political motive of the FBI and by DOJ to bury this, uh, and
00:25:20.140 prevent the American people from learning the truth and the president from exonerating himself.
00:25:26.380 By the way, great, uh, great job on this one o'clock press conference. Julie Kelly be back
00:25:30.600 at five o'clock tonight. Um, one last thing, um, Comer in the, in the house saw your and Mike
00:25:36.820 Davis's recommendation about Boz, Bozberg to start the process. Bozberg sent a letter back last night
00:25:42.500 said, appreciate Julie Kelly's input. Screw you. Uh, I'm not doing anything. Uh, your thoughts,
00:25:48.000 ma'am. I mean, it's pretty stunning that Jeb Bozberg right now, tomorrow has a deadline for
00:25:53.940 the Trump administration and DOJ to submit to him written statements by top officials,
00:25:59.820 including Homeland Security, uh, Secretary Christy Noem, uh, detailing their thought process
00:26:05.880 in refusing to return those two planes carrying illegal Venezuelans the night of March 15th per
00:26:11.080 his so-called oral order, but he won't even respond on his own to requests from Senator Grassley,
00:26:19.660 Senator Johnson, uh, chairman Jim Jordan. He won't even bother responding in his own hand
00:26:26.920 to requests for information, uh, about some of his decisions that he's made most notably
00:26:32.420 placing these, what appears to be now unlawful non-disclosure orders on subpoenas,
00:26:38.340 seeking cell phone information and data from sitting U.S. Republican senators. So he, he,
00:26:45.100 he actually uses the excuse that he's, he's only protecting the separation of powers.
00:26:49.620 We got a minute. Your response, ma'am. Well, that's what I joke last night. People can check
00:26:54.520 this out on, on X, Julie underscore Kelly too. He just gave the Trump DOJ exactly what they should
00:27:00.740 respond in writing to him as he pursues this contempt, uh, investigation. But I want to talk about
00:27:06.560 this later, Steve, because if what was said in this letter that they did not review the subpoenas
00:27:12.480 before attaching the NDOs, that is against the law. It breaks the Stored Communications Act law that
00:27:19.700 protects customers in these big tech companies from being, uh, unfairly investigated. So if that's true,
00:27:27.600 that's a huge tell. And Jed Bosberg, Beryl Howell, anyone who signed those NDOs without seeing the
00:27:33.080 underlying evidence broke that law. We'll see you at five o'clock, Julie Kelly. Thank you so much,
00:27:39.160 man. Give people where they go in the interim, Substack, uh, Twitter, all of it.
00:27:42.860 My Substack, yes. Julie Kelly, uh, declines with Julie Kelly on Substack. But of course,
00:27:47.540 I'll be burning up Twitter all day.
00:27:49.000 What if he had the brightest mind in the war room, delivering critical financial research every
00:27:54.820 month? Steve Bannon here. War room listeners know Jim Rickards. I love this guy. He's our wise man,
00:28:01.260 a former CIA, Pentagon, and White House advisor with an unmatched grasp of geopolitics and capital
00:28:06.980 markets. Jim predicted Trump's Electoral College victory exactly 312 to 226, down to the actual
00:28:15.440 number itself. Now he's issuing a dire warning about April 11th, a moment that could define
00:28:21.860 Trump's presidency in your financial future. His latest book, Money GPT, exposes how AI is setting
00:28:29.020 the stage for financial chaos, bank runs at lightning speeds, algorithm-driven crashes,
00:28:34.740 and even threats to national security. Right now, war room members get a free copy
00:28:38.880 of Money GPT when they sign up for Strategic Intelligence. This is Jim's flagship financial
00:28:45.320 newsletter, Strategic Intelligence. I read it. You should read it. Time is running out. Go to
00:28:51.320 RickardsWarRoom.com. That's all one word, Rickards War Room, Rickards with an S. Go now and claim your
00:28:57.840 free book. That's RickardsWarRoom.com. Do it today.
00:29:03.540 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:29:05.920 Okay, it's a work day here in the war room. We got a lot to get to the ramparts on, as you can tell,
00:29:17.320 the pipe bomb situation, also the situation in Minneapolis. One of the biggest things when you
00:29:22.600 look, when you go after the deep state, I told you it's going to be some wet work. This is not some
00:29:27.560 theoretical exercise. This is now getting down to it. If you really want to take apart the deep state,
00:29:32.200 you've got to get on it, on every branch of it, including the judiciary. This is one of the
00:29:37.000 reasons we've had Jeff Shepard on and did the documentary, distribute the documentary of
00:29:40.720 Michael Patrick Leahy about lawfare that started against Richard Nixon. When Judge Sirica, the staff
00:29:47.080 of the House Investigative Committee, House Judiciary, the staff over at Maine Justice, all worked
00:29:53.260 together, colluded together to turf out Richard Nixon using legal measures. Don't believe the
00:29:57.980 Woodrum Bernstein thing is kind of the Hollywood fantasy. I'm talking about the real wet
00:30:02.080 work that was done to get rid of President Nixon. Mike Davis, Justice Bosworth, tell us what
00:30:10.840 the bid and the ask is right here, the back and forth between Grassley and Bosworth. Bosworth's
00:30:14.700 doing one thing against the Trump administration. They're trying to get some clarification. There's
00:30:19.300 also some discussion of him coming in and answering certain questions. And he's basically telling
00:30:24.080 Grassley, Jordan, everybody, go screw yourself, sir.
00:30:27.420 Let's step back, Steve, because I'm going to give you a speaking articles of impeachment on DC Obama
00:30:34.840 Judge Jeb Bosworth. Remember, this was the former chief judge of the DC District Court. He was also
00:30:42.240 the FISA court judge who authorized the illegal spying on President Trump with the Russian collusion
00:30:49.940 hoax, the crossfire hurricane investigation. And Bosworth knew that this evidence was politically
00:30:57.120 tainted. Yet he continued to let the Obama Justice Department working with the Hillary campaign spy on
00:31:07.060 President Trump, his campaign, even when he was in the White House, making up the Russian collusion
00:31:12.520 hoax to cover up Hillary Clinton's corruption. And we've talked about that at length. This is the
00:31:20.500 same Jeb Bosworth in 2023 with Jack Smith and Arctic Frost who illegally gagged these telephone
00:31:30.100 companies in violation of clear federal statute, which says that if you spy on a Senate office,
00:31:38.340 you have to disclose that to the Senate. And Bosworth put in a gag order saying that Jack
00:31:45.980 Smith can do this and the telephone companies cannot alert the Senate in violation of federal
00:31:53.580 statute. Jeb Bosworth is now leaking out through one of these court officials that, oh, no, no, I
00:31:59.600 just didn't know that these were senators' phone numbers. Why the hell is he authorizing spying and
00:32:06.660 gag orders if he doesn't know who they're spying on, if he doesn't know who he's gagging? I mean,
00:32:12.400 he's clearly not being honest there. You also have Jeb Bosworth, who went to Chief Justice John
00:32:20.480 Roberts early on in this Trump administration and said during this judicial conference to these judges,
00:32:28.220 to his fellow judges, that with no basis whatsoever, that President Trump was going to violate court orders
00:32:33.900 and they need to stop him. This is the same Jeb Bosworth who exposed, opened up his courtroom and
00:32:41.320 it exposed an ongoing military operation where we are expelling the worst terrorist in the Western
00:32:49.420 hemisphere. And Jeb Bosworth illegally ordered these planes turned around when they're over the Gulf of
00:32:56.460 America, exposed this operation. Again, we saw the thousands of military intel and law enforcement
00:33:03.240 officials in El Salvador to take Trende, Aragua and MS-13, the most dangerous terrorist in the Western
00:33:08.940 hemisphere. We didn't have that same security footprint in America. Thank God these planes did
00:33:15.080 not turn around. And now Jeb Bosworth, who says that we can't get into the deliberative process
00:33:21.380 of judges, is demanding that the Justice Department and DHS provide their deliberative process to Jeb
00:33:29.660 Bosworth under the threat of contempt of court and jail. And the icing on the cake for Jeb Bosworth
00:33:37.100 for this impeachment, there was this Natalie Rose Jones, this crazy New York City woman who made these
00:33:45.280 vicious threats against President Trump. She traveled down from New York City. She was caught outside of
00:33:51.580 the White House with a bladed object with the intent of coming down to the D.C., to the White House,
00:33:58.720 to hurt President Trump. A liberal magistrate judge in D.C. correctly put Natalie Rose Jones in
00:34:06.560 pretrial detention. But it was D.C. Obama Judge Jeb Bosworth, shockingly, who overruled this magistrate
00:34:15.520 judge and freed this would-be Trump assassin from pretrial detention. So she's walking the streets now
00:34:23.080 with an ankle monitor. I mean, Jeb Bosworth has a dangerous pattern of extreme lawlessness. And this
00:34:31.600 is why the House Republicans, this is why House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan and others
00:34:39.000 need to move forward immediately with articles of impeachment against this Jeb Bosworth. This guy
00:34:46.080 is a dangerous, lawless, partisan actor in a robe. And he is trying to violate the separation of powers
00:34:55.140 right now by having the Justice Department and the DHS, Department of Homeland Security, explain in
00:35:03.620 detail their deliberative process so Jeb Bosworth can hold these officials in contempt of court and throw
00:35:10.800 them in jail. This guy needs to be stopped. This is why the war room posse right now needs to go to
00:35:18.080 article3project.org, article3project.org, take action. And the number one action item is to light up
00:35:27.440 your U.S. House representative and both of your home state senators, the top left of the action page,
00:35:33.840 click on Jeb Bosworth, the bold guy in a robe, and light up both of your home state senators,
00:35:41.660 your U.S. House rep, and tell them to get moving immediately on impeachment proceedings. Now,
00:35:47.360 Jeb Bosworth can say that he's not subject to congressional oversight. He doesn't have to
00:35:53.360 respond to oversight because of the separation of powers. He certainly has to respond to an
00:35:59.840 impeachment court in the House of Representatives and in the Senate. He absolutely does. He cannot
00:36:05.280 claim the separation of powers when you've invoked impeachment. So the House must move forward
00:36:11.360 right now with impeachment on Jeb Bosworth.
00:36:15.680 Article 3, and Bill blasts over with Grace, if you can highlight Grace, Jim Jordan. Here's the point
00:36:21.860 I wanted to make this warning on this. Grassley, Jordan, people have tried to work with him,
00:36:28.980 and he's just telling them to screw off. He's not going to participate in anything, not just
00:36:36.100 oversight, just questions about how some of this stuff has evolved. You have to go to impeachment
00:36:40.980 now. People say, well, that's just too dramatic. It's too much. Many of the rhino Republicans in town
00:36:47.300 are sitting there wetting themselves, saying you can't do that. This is a federal judge who used to be
00:36:51.460 head of the D.C. court. He's calling our bluff. He's not going to participate in everything. He says,
00:36:58.660 hey, the separation of powers, screw you guys. I'm going to keep doing it. You have to start an
00:37:03.180 impeachment proceeding to actually get him in front of somebody to start asking some questions under
00:37:08.160 oath. Am I wrong in that, Vice Roy? No. They need to turn up the heat and turn up the heat right now.
00:37:14.100 Now, this guy is a very dangerous, lawless, partisan. He has been behind the Russian collusion
00:37:22.420 hoax, working hand in glove with Jack Smith, the Hillary campaign on Arctic Frost. I mean, this guy
00:37:30.020 is the Forrest Gump of the lawfare against President Trump, his top aides, his allies. This is not a
00:37:38.560 neutral judge. This is a highly partisan, highly lawless, highly dangerous federal judge in D.C.,
00:37:46.040 and he needs to be held accountable. He needs to be impeached. The House needs to eliminate his
00:37:52.360 judicial seat. You can just get rid of a judge's seat so you can do an impeachment through appropriation,
00:37:59.380 essentially. They need to hold this guy accountable, make an example out of him,
00:38:05.900 so these other federal judges understand when you politicize and weaponize your judicial office
00:38:14.340 to take a side in the political fights, you are acting very lawlessly and very dangerously,
00:38:22.500 and it's unacceptable. Mike, one more time on Article 3. I got a whole other bigger story even
00:38:29.740 to get to than this, but Article 3, where do people go right now to assist in the effort to hold a
00:38:35.680 Judge Boesberg accountable, sir? Yeah, this is one of the most important action items the War Room
00:38:41.840 Posse can take in many months. It's Article 3, project.org, Article 3, project.org, take action.
00:38:50.360 The top left action item is tell Congress to impeach D.C. Obama Judge Jeff Boesberg for keeping
00:38:56.800 terrorists in America and acting as a politician in a robe. This is crucially important. This takes about
00:39:02.800 four minutes to send emails to both of your home state senators and your U.S. House Rep to light
00:39:10.460 them up on social media and to do patch-through phone calls to their office. It's really important
00:39:15.520 that the War Room Posse do all of those things today. And Jim Jordan also, the chairman over at the
00:39:22.400 House Judiciary, who would initiate proceedings, which we need to do before Christmas. We need to get
00:39:28.440 rocking and rolling on this. Mike Davis, you got a huge piece up. You're coming off a victory. You've
00:39:34.180 got a huge piece up in Fox. Where do we stand with preemption? Where do we stand with the big tech
00:39:38.520 companies? There's all kind of rumors going around. There's going to be executive orders that
00:39:41.400 understand that they got smashed twice by a populist revolt of MAGA, that they're now looking for
00:39:48.660 other alternatives. Can you get us up to speed on everything that's happening there?
00:39:51.820 This is where I am most proud of the War Room Posse, is on this AI amnesty. Four months ago,
00:39:59.120 these AI oligarchs working with Senator Ted Cruz tried to sneak in AI amnesty into the one big,
00:40:06.740 beautiful bill at two o'clock in the morning. And they were very, very close. And then the War Room
00:40:12.100 Posse lit up both of their home state senators, their U.S. House Rep at article3project.org.
00:40:18.340 And this thing went down 99 to 1 with Ted Cruz voting against his own bill like at four o'clock
00:40:24.640 in the morning. Well, they're kind of like the Freddy Krueger of legislation. They just won't go away.
00:40:30.340 And so they're back, right? They're back this time four months later. And they were trying to sneak in
00:40:36.500 this AI amnesty in the Must Pass National Defense Authorization Act, the NDAA. We've been on them for
00:40:46.200 four months. We've been calling them out. It seems like after the War Room Posse lit them up the last
00:40:52.980 several days, particularly yesterday, I think they're getting ready to wave the white flag of
00:40:58.800 surrender. But it's really important. A second action item is to light up both of your home state
00:41:05.240 senators, U.S. House Rep today, to say no AI amnesty in the NDAA. They may try to do,
00:41:13.100 and some other must-pass legislation, maybe some legally dubious executive order.
00:41:21.040 But we put out an opinion piece today in foxnews.com calling them out. And this is important. We're not
00:41:29.560 opposed to federal preemption for these AI platforms, so long as the federal preemption has federal
00:41:37.700 rules of the road. And so long as we protect the four Cs that we've talked about for many weeks on
00:41:44.360 this show, children from online predators, including AI teddy bears who speak in sexually
00:41:50.820 explicit terms to kids, these pedo bears. So long as we protect conservatives from being canceled by
00:41:59.100 Google and Meta, like they've done for so many years after they had Section 230, immunity and AI
00:42:07.140 amnesty, we want to protect communities to make sure that we don't, for example, have AI data centers
00:42:14.580 in residential neighborhoods, that we don't jack up water and electrical bills and pass those bills on
00:42:22.040 to working-class Americans to subsidize these AI platforms. And we also want to protect creators,
00:42:29.340 the fourth C is creators, from copyright infringement to make sure, for example, that Steve Bannon's
00:42:34.960 War Room, the shows you do on here don't just get copied and pasted into these AI machines and you don't
00:42:40.960 get paid. So this is crucially important. It looks like we're going to win again, but let's run through
00:42:46.300 the tape. Mike, hang on for one second. I'll just hold you briefly after the break. Mike Davis,
00:42:52.920 the Viceroy, with us in the War Room.
00:43:01.600 Hey, I realize you've got many choices when it comes to who you choose for your cell phone service,

00:44:11.460 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:44:20.700 Mike, this is going to be relentless. One of the things I'm concerned about, we'll talk about this
00:44:24.920 later in the show, is that you've got Jensen Wong and David Sachs. They're arguing to sell all these
00:44:30.600 chips to the Chinese. The pressure they're trying to put on us, because as you know, I'm with the
00:44:35.600 Vice-Roy always 100%. On this one, even on the preemption, it's we have to have a national
00:44:40.700 discussion. You've brought up the most important thing, I think, of all. We have regular order for
00:44:45.700 a purpose. This should go through regular order. This has to be a national debate. We have to hear
00:44:50.180 both sides of this, because there are compelling arguments on both sides. However, it's got to be
00:44:55.300 of whole cloth. We can't look at all this pressure that's coming on people to do this, do this,
00:44:59.900 do this, just let these guys go, let these guys go, because we had a Sputnik moment with the Chinese
00:45:04.260 Communist Party with, what, Deep Think. At the same time, we have the arms dealer, Jensen Wong,
00:45:11.060 we have David Sachs. All these guys are pushing the White House today to sell the most advanced
00:45:16.660 chips we have to the Chinese. You must cut the Chinese Communist Party off from everything. You
00:45:21.840 must cut them off from all chips, training, education, being in our national labs, trade deals,
00:45:28.320 benefits, World Bank, all of it. You've got to cut them off. If you think they're in an arms race,
00:45:34.020 do what the giants that came before us did on the Russians with the nuclear weapon. You don't give
00:45:40.420 them anything. You don't give them any help. And this technology may be more dangerous than nuclear
00:45:44.980 weapons. So the other side of the equation has to come in here. But what you're saying is absolutely
00:45:49.000 correct. And I mean, you work like crazy, and your team worked like crazy over a week,
00:45:54.160 and I think gave the White House a hundred page kind of first start. It was a shot across. I would
00:45:59.860 say, guys, if we talk about the four C's, here's kind of a template we can start with.
00:46:04.580 And I think people are shocked to say, well, this is kind of complex. And the reason is,
00:46:08.800 it is kind of complex. And it has to be done in a deliberate fashion. We can't,
00:46:13.100 you can't bum rush us into essentially giving these oligarchs just free reign over everything.
00:46:18.960 This has to be, if there is a national security emergency, then someone has to come forward and
00:46:25.220 explain that to the American people. Right now, you know, outside the war room, you're not really
00:46:29.840 having a discussion about the depths of this. In fact, I'll tell the audience, if you really,
00:46:35.040 in Washington, D.C. over the last couple of days, this has been the fight. Of course,
00:46:38.740 there's been a hundred stories and everything else, but this has been the fight that's gotten all
00:46:42.560 the lobbyists, you know, all the law firms, all the crisis communication people against
00:46:47.520 this kind of small populist reaction that came on overwhelming populist reaction and say, no,
00:46:52.900 we don't want this. And all the senators ran for the Hill when the American people stood up and said,
00:46:57.320 hey, I don't know what's going on here, but we want, if it's got to be the states to step in,
00:47:01.780 then let the states step in. We're not giving amnesty until we know more information. Is that
00:47:05.860 a good summary of where we are? Yeah, I mean, it's funny. I've been in meetings with David Sachs.
00:47:12.220 He's a really, I actually like him. He's a really good guy. He's like this billionaire South
00:47:18.240 African tech guy from the Silicon Valley, very successful, very smart tech guy. And I think
00:47:23.980 he's trying in his mind to do the right thing. And it's Mr. Sachs comes to Washington or Mr. Sachs
00:47:30.140 goes to Washington and then he has to deal with crazy people like the Viceroy, Mike Davis,
00:47:36.280 and these meetings. And it's an interesting dynamic. But look, we're working with them in
00:47:42.620 good faith. Like you said, Steve, we've provided a lot of very substantive proposals for legislation
00:47:51.980 on the four C's. I think they're taking this seriously. They're taking the war room posse
00:47:57.940 seriously. I think they understand now that they can't just jam this through. And then NDAA,
00:48:04.060 like they tried to jam it through in the one big, beautiful bill. I mean, if they had the
00:48:08.360 opportunity to jam it through, I think they would. But I think that with the Article III project
00:48:13.740 and the war room posse, they're dealing, these tech guys are dealing with the reality of Washington,
00:48:20.700 D.C., which is the politics. You have to get 60 votes in the Senate to pass any piece of
00:48:28.220 substantive legislation. You have to get the House to sign onto it. You have to
00:48:32.140 get the president to sign on. You can't just jam it through. Look, I think the tech people are just
00:48:37.820 spoiled. They were used to not having to fight very hard for their legislation. They got their
00:48:43.080 Section 230 immunity almost 20 years ago, back in 1996, that prevented from the states and the local
00:48:50.940 governments from meddling with the tech industry. And I think we've learned the mistakes from that,
00:48:56.180 where we have the trillion-dollar big tech monopolists, Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple
00:49:00.760 that have crushed competition, shuttered small businesses, and canceled conservatives,
00:49:05.860 and others with whom they've disagreed. They've also preyed on kids. You know,
00:49:11.220 the child predators run rampant on these programs. We're not going to let that happen again
00:49:15.920 with A.I. So we're going to protect the four C's. David Sachs and his team are working with us on
00:49:22.160 that. They got a little bit of a reality check to the politics of Washington, D.C. And if they want
00:49:29.660 to get—look, here's the deal. If they want federal preemption, which we're not opposed to federal
00:49:35.040 preemption. We don't want California sabotaging American A.I. But if we're going to get federal
00:49:40.300 preemption, we're not going to have amnesty. We're going to have federal rules of the road.
00:49:44.380 If we're going to win the A.I. race the old-fashioned way, the American way,
00:49:49.960 they say if you have to—if you want to compete against China, you have to cheat like China,
00:49:54.020 you have to steal like China, you have to have slave labor like China. That's not what we do in
00:49:58.520 America. We're going to win this the American way. Real quickly, you've been a great guy. By the way,
00:50:04.620 I want everybody to go to Article 3 also to get your article and to keep pressure on your senators,
00:50:09.960 your home state senators, and your representatives. This thing's not over yet. Pound into this today.
00:50:15.040 Also, maybe tomorrow we'll be talking about maybe calling the White House, but just hold off on that.
00:50:19.580 Just do your job on Capitol Hill for today. You may have to expand that tomorrow. Real quickly,
00:50:25.340 you have said, hey, look, South Florida, this U.S. attorney, I know this guy. This guy's good. I'm
00:50:31.200 hearing all kind of great stuff. Grand jury. They're getting organized, coming down on this. Real
00:50:35.720 quickly, what has to happen in Minneapolis? This situation, I'm telling you, and this is the key
00:50:41.660 that picks a lock on so much of this that's going on. We've got about a minute. This thing's out of
00:50:45.980 control in Minneapolis. What would you recommend to the president and to Pam Bondi about that
00:50:50.020 situation? You're talking about the Somali fraud, I presume, in Minneapolis? Yes. Yes.
00:50:55.000 I mean, you never know in Minneapolis. No, the fraud. The fraud. The fraud, Tim Walsh. Yep.
00:51:01.540 We have so much fraud in Minneapolis. A billion dollars in state money is going to these Somali
00:51:08.020 crooks, and they're sending it back to their Somali warlords to fight terrorism. We need to get
00:51:15.380 these Somalians the hell out of America. They do not share our values. These are third world.
00:51:21.740 These are, this is third world trash. We've been ported into America, and they have, and they are
00:51:27.820 ripping us off. We need to expel as many of them as possible, arrest as many of them as possible.
00:51:35.240 We're not going to turn the United States of America into a Somali hellhole. Get them the hell
00:51:42.160 out of the United States of America. They need to go, and so do the Afghans.
00:51:45.900 I need everyone to go to Article 3 and do it now. Mike Davis, thank you so much, Vice-Roy. We'll see
00:51:52.540 you later. Thank you, brother. Article 3 project. Go hit it right now. Next hour, we're honored to
00:52:02.040 have both Ryan Grimm and Raw Egg Nationalists join us in the war room.
