Transcript

00:00:00.000 I literally had time to go get a coffee, and this is what happens.
00:00:04.000 I'm in Minneapolis, this is sadly what America's become because of leftist activists.
00:00:32.200 We've got ICE out here, doing operations, and immediately we got the whole community coming
00:00:38.240 out.
00:00:39.240 It was just blocking traffic, protecting Somali illegals.
00:00:53.240 This car is probably illegal herself, just blocking traffic.
00:01:05.240 This lady, where are you from, where are you from?
00:01:12.240 This is what happens when you let 20 million illegals into your country like the Democrats
00:01:35.240 have done, and then you have activists in every community to protect them.
00:01:40.420 This is what you get.
00:01:42.420 That's what happens when you let the third world in, spitting at officers, spitting at officers,
00:01:52.660 blocking traffic.
00:01:55.420 That is what death of a nation looks like when you have entire communities set up against
00:02:03.420 federal law enforcement that are working to remove criminals from their neighborhoods.
00:02:08.420 Go back to wherever the you're from.
00:02:10.420 Yeah, let's roll, fellas.
00:02:11.420 Let's roll.
00:02:12.420 Get that camera out of here.
00:02:13.420 Let's roll.
00:02:14.420 What illegals are okay?
00:02:15.420 Rapists, murderers?
00:02:16.420 Off.
00:02:17.420 Terrorists?
00:02:18.420 You're a rapist.
00:02:19.420 You're okay with all of them?
00:02:20.420 I'm not ICE, so I'm just asking you a question.
00:02:22.420 Oh, you're real America's voice?
00:02:23.420 Yeah.
00:02:24.420 you.
00:02:25.420 To the other side, the American people that love what you're doing, that voted for this,
00:02:29.420 that want to see more of it, what can we do, what can they do to help you in removing
00:02:35.420 those illegal aliens that were allowed to invade our country during Joe Biden's term?
00:02:39.420 Many things they can do.
00:02:40.420 We're receiving a lot of tips, whether it's online or the ICE tip line, or even coming up
00:02:45.420 to a Border Patrol agent on the street.
00:02:47.420 We're receiving many tips, numerous tips here in Louisiana.
00:02:51.420 We also receive those in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Charlotte.
00:02:54.420 Those tips are proving very beneficial to us, so if you see something, let us know.
00:02:59.420 We won't ignore it.
00:03:00.420 And then also, it's just the public support.
00:03:02.420 Put the word out.
00:03:03.420 Put the word out about what we are doing.
00:03:06.420 We had a lady day before yesterday right here in Louisiana that was so impressed at
00:03:11.420 the Border Patrol agents out arresting a criminal in her neighborhood, she offered him some gumbo.
00:03:16.420 And I understand that was good gumbo.
00:03:19.420 I need to find her and see if I can get a bowl of that.
00:03:22.420 But it's that type of word, and I appreciate you putting the word out, Ben, and your network.
00:03:28.420 It's that type of thing that once the word's out, it becomes a movement, and we get this job done.
00:03:34.420 That's where we want to be.
00:03:35.420 We want to get this job done.
00:03:37.420 We want to remove these illegal aliens, especially the millions that that last administration allowed in.
00:03:43.420 And we don't want any more angel moms.
00:03:45.420 We don't want any more Americans, and they do die by the thousands.
00:03:48.420 We don't want any more dead Americans or Americans that fall victim to illegal aliens.
00:03:54.420 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:04:02.420 Pray for our enemies.
00:04:04.420 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:04:07.420 Here's one time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:04:12.420 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:04:14.420 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:04:15.420 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:04:18.420 It's going to happen.
00:04:19.420 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:04:22.420 MAGA media.
00:04:24.420 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:04:29.420 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:04:33.420 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:04:39.420 War Room.
00:04:40.420 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:04:42.420 Bannon.
00:04:47.420 It's Friday, 12 December, Year of the Lord 2025.
00:04:50.420 We've got a lot to get to.
00:04:52.420 We have, besides Peter Tickton, who's one of Tina Peter's lawyers, we have John Case.
00:04:57.420 He's going to join us here momentarily.
00:04:59.420 I want to start with Ben Burquam, Death of a Nation.
00:05:03.420 We've got the compare and contrast, right?
00:05:06.420 We've also got Oscar Blue Ramirez talking about the militarization of the American border in California.
00:05:13.420 Another announcement that he's picked up by CBS News.
00:05:16.420 I want to ask you, that may be one of the most intense cold opens we've ever had.
00:05:20.420 Talk to me about the difference between Minneapolis and New Orleans.
00:05:24.420 And you interviewed Bovina, which he doesn't do a lot of interviews.
00:05:29.420 But I want to talk about, I don't think folks in the country understand what's happening in Minneapolis.
00:05:36.420 How out of control this is.
00:05:37.420 And you're 100% correct.
00:05:39.420 That sound is the death of a nation, sir.
00:05:44.420 Yeah.
00:05:45.420 You talk about a contrast.
00:05:47.420 I'm here at the Kenner PD just outside New Orleans.
00:05:51.420 And this is the difference.
00:05:53.420 It's the difference between America and a third world country.
00:05:56.420 We are a divided states of America today.
00:05:59.420 And it's because of these leftist policies.
00:06:01.420 You've got places like Minneapolis, Minnesota, Chicago, Illinois, LA, California, Portland, Oregon, Salem, Oregon.
00:06:08.420 All of these places that have pitted themselves against our federal government, our ICE and Border Patrol from doing the job of removing the illegals that they allowed into our country.
00:06:17.420 And weaponizing their community against ICE.
00:06:20.420 That's the big difference.
00:06:21.420 In Minneapolis, the community has been weaponized against ICE.
00:06:25.420 Not only will law enforcement not show up and support ICE, they will show up to oppose ICE.
00:06:32.420 You contrast that to New Orleans, where I'm down here.
00:06:35.420 Kenner PD is working directly with Border Patrol.
00:06:39.420 They are actually riding together on rides.
00:06:42.420 You've got multiple jurisdictions, local and state jurisdictions, all working together with Border Patrol and ICE to fix this problem that the Democrats caused.
00:06:51.420 That's the difference.
00:06:52.420 And really, it's very simple.
00:06:54.420 We either die as a nation because of leftist policies or we survive because of MAGA policies.
00:07:00.420 That's the divide right now.
00:07:02.420 And it's clear.
00:07:04.420 It's one or the other.
00:07:05.420 It can't be anyone in between, correct?
00:07:07.420 That's right.
00:07:09.420 And, I mean, it's very, very clear.
00:07:11.420 God bless Kenner PD.
00:07:12.420 You're actually heading to a scene right now.
00:07:14.420 It's very clear.
00:07:15.420 You can't have both.
00:07:16.420 It's one or the other.
00:07:18.420 You're either save this nation and stand up for this nation or you're willing to allow this nation to die.
00:07:23.420 And anybody, and this goes to Congress, any of the Republicans out there, and even any sane-minded Democrats, that's the question.
00:07:31.420 Are you willing to allow this nation to die?
00:07:33.420 Because that's what you're allowing to have happen when you attack Border Patrol and ICE from doing their jobs to secure this country from the invasion that was allowed to happen under Biden.
00:07:42.420 Remember Bovino, who's down there in New Orleans leading that ICE move and being, and the difference is you see a governor and other people working with you.
00:07:51.420 Because New Orleans is no, I mean, New Orleans has had its problems, Katrina, the law, you know, the problems after that.
00:07:57.420 So it's not like you're walking into some wealthy suburb, but it looks like people are cooperating.
00:08:02.420 Go ahead.
00:08:03.420 Yeah, you still have the protesters show up.
00:08:06.420 The difference is law enforcement shows up to back up ICE.
00:08:09.420 They don't show up to back up the protesters.
00:08:11.420 And that, you know, so when ICE is out there doing their job, they're actually able to do their job.
00:08:15.420 When you go into Minneapolis, it was, it was really, I mean, it was insane, Steve.
00:08:19.420 Within 30 seconds, we were surrounded by activists and nobody there to back us up.
00:08:24.420 So not only does it diminish ICE's operation from being able to do what they're supposed to do in the community, you're allowing these criminal illegal alien thugs to stay in your communities.
00:08:36.420 You're harboring those people and you're, you're uplifting the worst in your community, basically stopping ICE from being able to do their job.
00:08:42.420 It's just, it's shocking to see.
00:08:44.420 I mean, I, I've seen it bad in Chicago.
00:08:46.420 I saw it bad in LA, but Minneapolis was on another level.
00:08:50.420 You add that third world Somali component to it.
00:08:53.420 It's on another level.
00:08:54.420 I mean, this is, this is jihad in America.
00:08:57.420 That's been weaponized by the leftist communists, the three legged stool we talked about.
00:09:02.420 It's, it's, it's evident.
00:09:04.420 I mean, it's palpable when you're in a place like Minneapolis.
00:09:08.420 I don't think it's been totally reported.
00:09:11.420 I think it's been rumored, but my understanding is that it was so out of control in Minneapolis.
00:09:17.420 They actually tried to kidnap or basically snatch some ICE officers in the field and kind of hold them captive.
00:09:24.420 Am I wrong in that they attempted to do that?
00:09:27.420 Yeah.
00:09:28.420 So we were, I was holding onto that story.
00:09:30.420 We were there when it happened at a different location and we started getting reports over the radio that an ICE officer had been kidnapped.
00:09:37.420 And we, and what we first heard was ICE kidnapping.
00:09:40.420 And so immediately we thought, oh gosh, more fake news.
00:09:42.420 CNN's probably out there telling, pushing the garbage that ICE is kidnapping people.
00:09:46.420 And then we realized, no, it was actually an ICE agent that was grabbed and pulled into a vehicle.
00:09:50.420 And that vehicle sped off before other agents were able to, to respond and get there.
00:09:55.420 This ICE agent was fighting off their, their attackers, their kidnappers.
00:09:59.420 And this goes directly back to these policies that protect criminals, embolden criminals to the point where the first actual kidnapping that happened was on an ICE agent.
00:10:10.420 So yeah, this is a very, very dangerous position that we're in as a nation.
00:10:15.420 And it's only going to get worse unless we actually are able, these, these law enforcement agencies actually come together and say, not only will you do allow you, we will allow you to do your job.
00:10:25.420 We will help you do your job.
00:10:27.420 And think about this, Steve, think about Hanover Park, Illinois, where they had hired an illegal alien.
00:10:33.420 We broke that story too.
00:10:34.420 What is an illegal alien or even a legal, an immigrant in America who's hired by a police department?
00:10:40.420 What is that immigrant going to do or illegal alien going to do when the police department says, we want you to stand against ICE?
00:10:47.420 Who are they going to side with?
00:10:48.420 Are they going to side with the constitution and our federal government and federal supremacy?
00:10:52.420 Or are they going to side with the department that illegally hired them in the first place?
00:10:56.420 We are setting ourselves up for a civil war in this nation based on these policies in these sanctuary jurisdictions.
00:11:02.420 You talk about deputizing the military to go in there.
00:11:06.420 I mean, your recommendation to President Trump, you've been on the ground and seen it.
00:11:10.420 Uh, this thing in Minnesota, because you've got, you've got Waltz is out of control.
00:11:13.420 The mayor's out of control.
00:11:14.420 The mayor's going to these Somayan meetings.
00:11:16.420 He's trying to speak in Somayan.
00:11:18.420 Uh, what is your recommendation to the president about the military and what needs to be done in Minneapolis today?
00:11:25.420 You have to have it.
00:11:27.420 We have to have the guard in there right now.
00:11:30.420 Uh, there is, there is no other solution in Minneapolis.
00:11:33.420 Like I said, I've seen it bad.
00:11:34.420 And my concern, Steve, is this is a precursor of what's to come.
00:11:38.420 I think we're going to start seeing this increased violence, increased attacks on all of our, our ICE and border patrol agents.
00:11:45.420 Uh, but Minneapolis needs the guard there right now.
00:11:49.420 I noticed that there were not just Somayans.
00:11:53.420 There were other look like locals or protestors that were enraged by the fact that you were there as a news, uh, as a journalist, right?
00:12:02.420 An investigative reporter.
00:12:03.420 And particularly when they saw real America's voice, they absolutely got triggered.
00:12:07.420 Tell us about that.
00:12:08.420 Yeah, this is, again, this is the, the three legged stool of communism.
00:12:13.420 It's the jihadists.
00:12:14.420 It's the, the, I mean, of the Democrat party.
00:12:16.420 It's the communist, it's the jihadists and it's the cartels all operating together.
00:12:21.420 And so when you go into these communities, they're actually, they're, they're, they're, they've been so organized that you actually have, uh, all of these individuals, these communists, leftists, democratic socialists, whatever they want to call themselves on almost every street corner.
00:12:33.420 They've got their whistles around their necks.
00:12:35.420 They're looking for ice.
00:12:36.420 So as soon as ice is spotted in the community, they attack.
00:12:39.420 And then you want, on top of that, you got the jihadists, the Somali community that comes out and attacks as well.
00:12:44.420 But really it, it's really the worst part are these radical leftist white liberals, uh, that are in those communities that are sent out there to attack and obstruct and, uh, and, and stop ice from being able to do their jobs.
00:12:57.420 This is all coordinated.
00:12:58.420 And what's crazy in my ride today with border patrol here in, uh, in new Orleans, they said they're actually finding that the same NGOs that we paid to invite the invasion are the same vehicles that are following and attacking them in some of these cities.
00:13:11.420 It's exactly what we've been saying, but the Northern cities, we're going to go to break.
00:13:16.420 I want your whole thing.
00:13:17.420 I know you're going to catch a plane, but it was take a few minutes.
00:13:19.420 Um, Bovina was the one that judge ordered in Chicago to show up every afternoon at four o'clock and give a detail of what he had been doing.
00:13:27.420 I mean, how outrageous has that been?
00:13:30.420 It's disgusting.
00:13:33.420 It's, it's, it's spitting in the face of a warrior of a hero of our nation.
00:13:38.420 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:13:41.420 We've got Ben Burquam in New Orleans.
00:13:43.420 Oscar Blue Ramirez is going to join us.
00:13:46.420 CBS news is reporting that the Trump administration is now militarizing the border in California.
00:13:52.420 They've done it in Texas to seal the border.
00:13:55.420 They've done it in Arizona.
00:13:57.420 Now Mexico or now the, uh, California, Mexico border.
00:14:01.420 Okay. Short commercial break.
00:14:02.420 Oscar Blue Ramirez is with us.
00:14:04.420 Ben Burquam.
00:14:05.420 Ben's going to bounce in a moment.
00:14:06.420 We also have John case.
00:14:09.420 He's going to call in about the Tina Peters situation, her health.
00:14:13.420 Most importantly, what is the pardon last night?
00:14:16.420 The federal pardon for president Trump mean?
00:14:19.420 What is the plan?
00:14:20.420 What is being worked on?
00:14:21.420 News media all day has been mocking president.
00:14:24.420 Trump mocking Tina Peters, the gold star mother.
00:14:26.420 Birch gold markets are in turmoil today.
00:14:29.420 Turmoil.
00:14:31.420 I think Oracle lost 10% of its value the other day.
00:14:34.420 Another 7% today.
00:14:35.420 Questions about their debt, about their bonds paying off this big bet that Oracle has made

00:18:08.420 would it be finally to get some relief from your credit card and other debt?
00:18:11.420 I might have a solution.
00:18:13.420 Here's why now is the time to make a move.
00:18:16.420 This time of year, credit card and loan companies close out their books.
00:18:20.420 They clean up past due accounts.
00:18:23.420 They sell a right off the debt to clear their books.
00:18:26.420 That means if you have credit card debt and unpaid bills,
00:18:30.420 lenders may be more open to negotiating and settling your account before you're in.
00:18:35.420 That means right now, and I mean right now, you may actually have leverage.
00:18:41.420 And done with debt knows how to use this to your advantage.
00:18:45.420 They monitor lender trends and understand the year-end pressure on creditors.
00:18:49.420 They use that timing to negotiate hard on your behalf.
00:18:53.420 Now's the time to get out from under crushing debt and interest payments without bankruptcy or taking on new loans.
00:19:01.420 Done with debt goes to work for you month one with one clear goal, to reduce your total debt and leave you with more money every month.
00:19:11.420 Get started now, because your leverage may disappear at the end of the year.

00:19:58.420 Okay, Ben Burkwam, I'm going to stick with you.
00:20:01.420 Oscar Ramirez is in Mexico, going to join us momentarily.
00:20:04.420 We have John Case, Tina Peters' other lawyer, who's going to join us.
00:20:07.420 So we're pretty packed this afternoon.
00:20:11.420 The Secretary of Treasury, subject to his schedule, is going to join us tomorrow.
00:20:15.420 Here's the reason.
00:20:16.420 We're not talking about capital markets.
00:20:17.420 We're not going to talk about the big, beautiful bill.
00:20:19.420 There's an AP article that says Scott Besson, Secretary of Treasury,
00:20:23.420 is leading an effort from Treasury at the direction of the President to get into the money laundering, the fraud of the Somalian and put this bed.
00:20:33.420 We talked to the Secretary and the office over there and said, hey, we just need the person on top of this that's doing it every day, that's running the task force.
00:20:40.420 You're too busy.
00:20:41.420 The response I got is that there's no higher priority.
00:20:44.420 The President of the United States has tasked the secretary.
00:20:47.420 He's running this personally.
00:20:49.420 How big a deal do you make that?
00:20:50.420 And is that going to give the ICE agents some backup that people at the highest levels are taking this thing seriously?
00:20:57.420 Yeah, this is the most important thing.
00:21:00.420 You've been talking about it for months, Steve.
00:21:02.420 We've been talking about it.
00:21:03.420 We've got to follow the money on this.
00:21:05.420 And undoubtedly, we're going to follow this back, not just to these Somali rings, but to the politicians.
00:21:10.420 I wouldn't be surprised at all if Ilhan Omar had her hands in the cookie jar.
00:21:14.420 You look at somebody who made $30 million for doing nothing.
00:21:17.420 Governor Walz, who knows?
00:21:19.420 Who knows how far this goes?
00:21:20.420 We've got to track it back.
00:21:21.420 But the same goes for everything else we're talking about.
00:21:24.420 All of these activist organizations that are impeding ICE and Border Patrol from being able to do their job.
00:21:29.420 We need that same level of focus on those organizations and the money that's going to them.
00:21:34.420 Is it coming from the cartels?
00:21:35.420 Is it coming from foreign adversaries?
00:21:37.420 Where is this coming from to fund these attacks against Border Patrol, ICE, President Trump, this administration?
00:21:42.420 Really, the American people.
00:21:44.420 We need it across the board.
00:21:45.420 But that's where it starts, is where the money goes.
00:21:48.420 As you showed us, you and Oscar showed us in those hardscrabble border towns in the Rio Grande Valley, there are many religious organizations, Lutheran, Catholic, Jewish, that are up through their eyeballs in this, correct, sir?
00:22:01.420 That's right.
00:22:02.420 They were involved in bringing the invasion in.
00:22:04.420 They were involved in training illegals on how to game the system.
00:22:07.420 And now they're involved in protecting illegals in these communities.
00:22:11.420 They are training them on how to break the law.
00:22:14.420 This should be a massive RICO case.
00:22:16.420 And it was all done with our money and cartel money.
00:22:19.420 These guys need to be prosecuted.
00:22:21.420 I always say this.
00:22:22.420 Cartels are bad.
00:22:23.420 They're evil.
00:22:24.420 But at least they're honest about it.
00:22:25.420 These organizations that pretend to be good are from the pits of hell.
00:22:29.420 They need to be held accountable.
00:22:31.420 Your footage is amazing.
00:22:33.420 Where can people go?
00:22:34.420 You're going to put it up, particularly this interview with Bovino.
00:22:36.420 You've got other things.
00:22:37.420 You've got tons of scoops in here.
00:22:38.420 Where are people going to put it up?
00:22:39.420 Where are you going to put it up?
00:22:40.420 People can see it.
00:22:41.420 Yeah.
00:22:42.420 I'm at real AM voice on X, social media, real America's voice.
00:22:47.420 And then I've got the entire interview I did with Chief Banks from Monday, an incredible interview.
00:22:52.420 We're putting all that together.
00:22:53.420 I've got the rest of Bovino we're putting together and the rest of my time in Minneapolis.
00:22:57.420 So all of that will be coming out on America's voice.
00:22:59.420 And then on my social media at Ben Burkwam on all my social media.
00:23:03.420 Last question before I go to Oscar.
00:23:05.420 This story in CBS today about the militarization of the California-Mexico border.
00:23:10.420 I know we did in Texas and Arizona.
00:23:14.420 Is it not fully done?
00:23:15.420 Is that where they're now going to Mexico?
00:23:17.420 Or is there a specific problem that's popped up?
00:23:20.420 Well, this entire area from basically from the Arizona border all the way to Tecate, Mexico,
00:23:27.420 especially when you get up into those mountains, is so rugged and remote.
00:23:30.420 It's very difficult to man that.
00:23:33.420 There's many areas that don't have a wall in that stretch.
00:23:36.420 And so to be able to give this to the military,
00:23:38.420 it just increases our effectiveness at stopping all of the traffic coming across.
00:23:43.420 There's still traffic.
00:23:44.420 We're not having any of the give ups that we had before.
00:23:46.420 But you still have illegals running their drugs.
00:23:48.420 And the really bad guys that don't want to get caught are still going through areas like this.
00:23:52.420 So this is just one more quiver or one more arrow in President Trump's quiver in his arsenal
00:23:57.420 to stop all of the cartel activity on there.
00:24:00.420 And it gives it doesn't just let them in and then have to be processed.
00:24:04.420 The military can stop them and turn them right back or they can prosecute them.
00:24:07.420 It just gives them more that they can do to stop this invasion and or the invasion that Biden did and to stop the cartels from bringing any more of this poison into our country.
00:24:18.420 Ben, great job.
00:24:19.420 Amazing footage.
00:24:20.420 Great interviews at the highest level.
00:24:22.420 Go make sure you get your plane, sir.
00:24:24.420 Get back to the family.
00:24:25.420 Thank you, sir.
00:24:26.420 God bless you.
00:24:27.420 Thank you, sir.
00:24:28.420 God bless you.
00:24:29.420 God bless ice.
00:24:30.420 God bless border patrol.
00:24:31.420 In New Orleans.
00:24:32.420 God bless them.
00:24:33.420 The fight they're doing.
00:24:34.420 Oscar Blue Romero.
00:24:35.420 She joined us from Mexico.
00:24:37.420 Oscar, as they've had this intense focus in Venezuela on those cartels, have we lost focus on the on the northern Mexican cartels?
00:24:45.420 Is this why now Pete Hegseth has talked to the president and they're going to militarize the border in the California Mexican border?
00:24:53.420 Or is this to send a message to Newsom, sir?
00:24:56.420 No, sir.
00:24:57.420 Good evening.
00:24:58.420 It has to do a lot with the corruption that is happening right now under the cloud and shame bound government.
00:25:02.420 It has to do also with the Baja California government that is the most corrupt government right now in the whole country of Mexico.
00:25:09.420 The Department of Treasury of the United States of America has exposed more than 50 dirty politicians and four of them are installed right here in the state of Baja California.
00:25:18.420 The governor Marina de Pilar with her husband, the Department of Treasury, has accused them of being in cahoots with the organized crime in the cartel.
00:25:24.420 Also, you know, the mayor of Mexicali next door to Calexico also has her visa has been taken away and has been put on hold because she has been accused of being in cahoots with the organized crime in the cartel.
00:25:36.420 Hilda Brown, a federal deputy and former mayor of Rosarito, another municipal city in the state of Baja California, also accused to be in cahoots with the Sinaloa cartel.
00:25:44.420 Steve, the whole country right now in Mexico is a complete disaster.
00:25:47.420 It is a narco government.
00:25:48.420 It is a narco state.
00:25:49.420 And, you know, what took them so long?
00:25:51.420 They need to militarize the whole border.
00:25:53.420 The cartel has, you know, full, you know, territory has full direction to do whatever the hell they want.
00:26:00.420 When you have a president of Mexico that says that she's not going to war with the cartels because that is illegal.
00:26:07.420 That is an immediate action in a red flag for the United States of America to militarize their border.
00:26:12.420 How long do you think this will take?
00:26:15.420 I mean, we've done it in Texas.
00:26:17.420 It's been very successful there.
00:26:18.420 We've done it in Arizona.
00:26:19.420 How long is this going to take and how many troops do you think will take?
00:26:22.420 Well, I was reading it.
00:26:24.420 It's about 7,000 troops that they're going to send to California.
00:26:27.420 Like my colleague Van Berkwen was saying, we have walked all these mountains in the part of Tecate and also in the desert and Mexicali and also in the parts of Tijuana.
00:26:35.420 And it's really difficult to get to these areas.
00:26:37.420 One of the areas that it was recently closed was Eagle's Nest.
00:26:40.420 It is called Neil de las Aguilas.
00:26:42.420 It is on top of the part of Tecate.
00:26:44.420 That place was an enormous trafficking of people from Brazil, from India, from all parts of the world.
00:26:49.420 And they have just recently closed that gap with closing with a border wall.
00:26:53.420 So they have to reinforce some areas.
00:26:56.420 It's still the cartel and the organized crime are still trying to traffic, you know, illegal aliens through those particular areas.
00:27:02.420 And not only that, you know, the defense mechanism that the United States of America needs to do now, Steve, they're using explosive with drums.
00:27:09.420 So that's it's that's one of the things that it has to be, you know, extremely comprehensive that United States government needs to understand that the cartel has grown so much in technology.
00:27:18.420 That is, you know, a full a full on threat to the United States authorities.
00:27:23.420 President Trump's program overall.
00:27:24.420 I mean, for the last four or five years, you've been in harm's way.
00:27:27.420 You've been in some of those dangerous daring gaps, southern Mexico coming up with the with the what the beast, the trains, all of it.
00:27:35.420 Give us an assessment right now.
00:27:37.420 President Trump's plan that he's done to shut the border on a scale from one to ten, ten being very safe.
00:27:44.420 How safe is Mexico become because of what President Trump's done?
00:27:48.420 A hundred percent.
00:27:49.420 You know, the President Trump has put the National Guard in Mexico to work.
00:27:53.420 Not only that, Steve, they have put the Mexican government to work because of the twenty five percent tariff.
00:27:58.420 They have decreased the level of trafficking of fentanyl with 50 percent.
00:28:01.420 They have dismantled molded 1,200 laboratories.
00:28:03.420 They have arrested more than 20,000 agitators of violence in Mexico.
00:28:08.420 They have exposed more than 50 dirty politicians.
00:28:11.420 President Trump, with closing the border, he has completely saved lives in the most miserable and most dangerous place for migrants that it was the Darien Gap.
00:28:19.420 You know, he has completely shut down the cartel Leclan del Golfo that it was operated in Colombia all the way to the parts of Mexico have completely shut down the cartel and the borders with Mexico in the United States.
00:28:30.420 According to shut, you know, trafficking of humans, trafficking of children, exploitation of women because of the policies of President Trump pushing the Mexican government to do their job.
00:28:40.420 It is one of the things that this is happening. If a Democratic government was in place right now, that border will be a complete disaster, Steve.
00:28:49.420 You know, we've you've chronicled this for years about particularly the government down there being really owned by the cartels to the people in Mexico.
00:28:58.420 Because you've done a great job of showing how these Mexican citizens were being crushed by the by the cartels.
00:29:04.420 Did the citizens of Mexico know that this safety is coming because of Donald Trump and not their own government?
00:29:10.420 In fact, their own government has been resistant.
00:29:12.420 Oh, yes, we covered that. And just recently with you, Steve, on the 15th of November, there was a massive rally of Gen Z all the way to the governmental palace of the president of Mexico.
00:29:20.420 Just, you know, screaming that they want more security, that they want this organized crime in the cartel to have less power in our country to completely disappear and eradicate them.
00:29:29.420 Because they have been assassinating politicians, Steve. They're killing the good ones and they're leaving the bad ones in government.
00:29:35.420 So the Mexican citizens and the Mexican people, we are sick and tired of this.
00:29:39.420 We need to clean up the house. And by the pressure of President Trump, a lot of the people in Mexico are acknowledging and understanding that it's not about an intervention, but it's about cleaning the house in Mexico.
00:29:49.420 Oscar, give you social media. We're cut right to the White House right now. Where's the social media? Where do people get you?
00:29:54.420 Oscar Ramirez, all around, sir. Thank you so much for the invitation. Of course, Real America's boys, Houston.
00:30:00.420 Thank you, brother. Appreciate you. Let's go right to the Oval Office. President of the United States.
00:30:05.420 We have a very exciting team of champions standing behind me.
00:30:09.420 Mr. Attorney, could you read what we're doing right now and get it done?
00:30:13.420 Yes, sir. This is H.R. 452, the miracle on ice bill. The United States Congress has authorized three medals to be struck commemorating the historic victory of the United States men's hockey team in 1980 at the Lake Placid Olympics, where they obviously defeated the Russians in the Soviet Union, excuse me, in the famous miracle on ice hockey game.
00:30:33.420 This will serve as a fitting commemoration of that incredible achievement and will hopefully be a lasting memorial of that achievement going forward soon.
00:30:42.420 This was an amazing event. Pretty big. I mean, I don't know. There were some other upsets in the world. I haven't noticed them getting any of these, right?
00:30:51.420 They're the only ones. That's great. And we don't use auto pens here.
00:30:56.420 It's a great achievement. Okay. Wait a minute. There you go, Mike. Take that. Thank you, sir.
00:31:17.420 So great, right? Most of these people are too young to remember that. But the real sports fans know it. Thank you very much. It's a great honor to have the media tuned.
00:31:30.420 We're delighted to be joined today by two legends of American sports history, the heroes for the entire nation, the 1980 U.S. Olympic ice hockey team.
00:31:39.420 This was one of the biggest moments that I've ever seen in sports. And I like sports.
00:31:45.420 These are the men who gave us one of the most sourd athletic wins of all time. It's called the miracle.
00:31:51.420 And I said, I guess that's what it was. We're with us today by players like Jim Greg, Steve Janicek, Bill Baker, Dave Christian, Ken Morrow, Jack O'Callaghan, Mike Ramsey,
00:32:07.420 Neil Bratt, Mike Urizzione, Rob McClanahan, Buzz Schneider, Dave Silk, Phil Verkota, and numerous others.
00:32:24.420 And what I'd love to do, you know, when you have all of these media people, it's a nice, slow afternoon. Nothing's too slow around here.
00:32:32.420 I think we just did a very good job with Thailand and Cambodia. We had them stopped. And I've been saying I stopped eight wars, but they started shooting at each other two days ago.
00:32:42.420 It wasn't good. And we got it, I think, straightened out today. So Thailand and Cambodia is in good shape. So we get a lot done.
00:32:50.420 Eight wars. Nobody's ever stopped eight wars. We have one more to go. The easiest one, I thought, would be a country that you're somewhat familiar with, Russia and Ukraine.
00:33:02.420 But a lot of progress is being made even there. Could I ask you to just say your name? And if you have anything to say, you could say that also. And then we'll get on with reading some of the stats.
00:33:12.420 Yeah, my name is Ryan Suter. I'm here representing my dad, Bob, who passed away. It's a true honor for me to be a part of this. And thank these guys for allowing me to be a part of their team. And thank you for having this and hosting us.
00:33:28.420 Your father was some player. Incredible player. Did you ever play ice hockey?
00:33:34.420 I did, yeah.
00:33:36.420 How good was he compared to his father?
00:33:40.420 I'll not answer.
00:33:42.420 President Ryan just played 21 years in the NHL. He played 1,500 games in the NHL.
00:33:48.420 So, pretty comfortable, though, right? Better? You think better?
00:33:52.420 Yes.
00:33:53.420 His dad was tough.
00:33:56.420 I heard he might be.
00:33:57.420 Dad was tougher. You're right.
00:33:58.420 Dad was tougher.
00:33:59.420 But you got good genetics. You had a great career. How long did you play?
00:34:04.420 I played 21 years.
00:34:05.420 Wow.
00:34:06.420 Well, you look pretty good for a guy who played 21 years.
00:34:10.420 Congratulations.
00:34:11.420 Thank you. Great father.
00:34:12.420 Thank you very much.
00:34:13.420 Great father.
00:34:14.420 Please.
00:34:15.420 Thank you so much.
00:34:16.420 Thank you.
00:34:17.420 I'm Maria Lewis.
00:34:18.420 And I'm here representing my dad, Mark Pavlich.
00:34:19.420 He, I'm so honored to be here.
00:34:22.420 I just, I'm at a loss for words, to be honest.
00:34:25.420 Like, I can't believe this is real.
00:34:28.420 And I want to say to you, President, President Trump, I know so many people from Duluth, Minnesota, that love you.
00:34:35.420 And I just, yes, yeah. Thank you for having us here.
00:34:39.420 Thank you.
00:34:40.420 So, yeah.
00:34:41.420 And you had a great father.
00:34:42.420 Thank you so much.
00:34:43.420 A great, great player.
00:34:44.420 So amazing.
00:34:45.420 Thank you very much.
00:34:46.420 Very good.
00:34:47.420 Very good.
00:34:48.420 Very good.
00:34:49.420 Very serious.
00:34:50.420 Thank you very much.
00:34:52.420 Thank you for being here.
00:34:53.420 Please, go ahead.
00:34:54.420 I'm Ken Morrow.
00:34:55.420 Yeah.
00:34:56.420 I'm honored to meet you, Mr. President.
00:34:58.420 Yeah.
00:34:59.420 What a great win for our country.
00:35:00.420 And if people don't remember, that's where the USA, USA chant started in Lake Placid.
00:35:06.420 That's right.
00:35:07.420 Yeah.
00:35:08.420 I tried to take credit for that.
00:35:10.420 You had to bring that up, didn't you?
00:35:13.420 That's the end of that.
00:35:15.420 That's all right.
00:35:16.420 Thank you very much.
00:35:17.420 Hi.
00:35:18.420 I'm Jim Craig.
00:35:19.420 And it's an honor to be here.
00:35:21.420 I'm so proud of all my teammates and what we have accomplished for our country.
00:35:25.420 And when you get a chance to represent your country, whether it's in the military or a sport,
00:35:29.420 and you do something really special like our team did and then be recognized many years later.
00:35:34.420 So, Mr. President, I want to thank you for your courage that you show the country every single day.
00:35:39.420 Thank you.
00:35:40.420 Thank you.
00:35:41.420 And for making our country safe again.
00:35:43.420 Thank you.
00:35:44.420 Yeah, we're doing that.
00:35:45.420 I appreciate that very much.
00:35:47.420 I didn't know you were on that team.
00:35:48.420 Yeah, yeah.
00:35:49.420 Was Cash on the team?
00:35:52.420 I was the trainer.
00:35:53.420 I was the trainer.
00:35:55.420 Great.
00:35:56.420 Thank you for being here.
00:35:57.420 He's doing a great job.
00:35:58.420 Thank you.
00:35:59.420 That's awesome.
00:36:00.420 Thank you very much.
00:36:01.420 Buzz Schneider.
00:36:02.420 Mr. President, thanks for having us here.
00:36:03.420 Thanks, Congressman Stauffer for writing legislation.
00:36:05.420 We're at the least spot.
00:36:06.420 And Tom Emmer.
00:36:07.420 It's a privilege to be here.
00:36:09.420 We accomplished a wonderful thing.
00:36:11.420 And I will say that I got 19 beautiful people I did it with.
00:36:15.420 It was awesome.
00:36:16.420 All good solid people.
00:36:17.420 Thank you.
00:36:18.420 Thanks again.
00:36:19.420 You have to be solid.
00:36:20.420 Thank you.
00:36:21.420 Please.
00:36:22.420 Hi, I'm Neil Braun from Minnesota.
00:36:23.420 Thank you, Mr. Trump.
00:36:24.420 It's an honor.
00:36:25.420 You're celebrating us, and I can't believe I'm even here.
00:36:31.420 It's an amazing office.
00:36:35.420 It's unbelievable.
00:36:36.420 Everybody that comes here, they can.
00:36:38.420 The biggest people in the world, they come into this place and they go,
00:36:41.420 wow, it's the Oval Office.
00:36:43.420 It's the most important office anywhere in the world.
00:36:46.420 Not even close.
00:36:47.420 Thank you very much.
00:36:48.420 Mr. President, Mike Arruzzioni, on behalf of the team, we have a replica.
00:36:53.420 Wow.
00:36:54.420 Hat that we wore in the opening ceremonies in Lake Placid.
00:36:58.420 Thank you.
00:36:59.420 We'd like you to have that.
00:37:00.420 And more importantly, I don't think words can explain how proud we are for what you've
00:37:05.420 done for our team.
00:37:06.420 Thank you.
00:37:07.420 Thank you very much.
00:37:08.420 Let's see.
00:37:09.420 What do I do with that strap?
00:37:10.420 There you go.
00:37:13.420 Now we can take a picture.
00:37:15.420 Yes.
00:37:16.420 You've got to take your picture.
00:37:18.420 Do you remember a certain governor in Massachusetts when they put that helmet on?
00:37:26.420 That was not good.
00:37:27.420 Michael Dukakis.
00:37:28.420 Michael Dukakis.
00:37:29.420 Yep.
00:37:30.420 They put that helmet on.
00:37:31.420 That was the end of his political career.
00:37:33.420 Okay.
00:37:34.420 That's great.
00:37:35.420 That's the honor that you bestowed upon our team is something that's incredible.
00:37:39.420 Thank you very much.
00:37:40.420 Well, I feel it.
00:37:41.420 Thank you.
00:37:42.420 Mr. President, hello.
00:37:43.420 I'm Jack O'Callaghan from Charlestown, Mass.
00:37:45.420 Hey, Jack.
00:37:46.420 Thank you, Jack.
00:37:47.420 And I grew up on the battlefield where the Battle of Bunker Hill was fought.
00:37:51.420 That's where it all started.
00:37:52.420 And thank you so much for having us here.
00:37:55.420 We're a bunch of proud Americans.
00:37:57.420 And we're thrilled to be in your presence, sir.
00:37:59.420 Thank you very much.
00:38:00.420 I'm thrilled to be with you guys.
00:38:01.420 Winners, champions.
00:38:03.420 Mr. President, my name is Steve Silk.
00:38:06.420 And like Jack said, I'm a proud American.
00:38:08.420 Thank you for having us here.
00:38:10.420 And thank you to all that put this on for us.
00:38:12.420 Thank you.
00:38:13.420 I'm honored to be here.
00:38:14.420 Thank you for this.
00:38:15.420 It's really nice.
00:38:16.420 Thank you.
00:38:17.420 Mr. President, Bill Baker.
00:38:18.420 I'm from Minnesota.
00:38:19.420 I know that right now that doesn't ring very well.
00:38:23.420 Hopefully we can get that turned around.
00:38:25.420 Do we have Somalians in there?
00:38:27.420 Any Somalians on the team?
00:38:29.420 I don't think so.
00:38:30.420 Ilya and Omar.
00:38:33.420 The pride we felt in 1980 was incredible.
00:38:36.420 And we are starting to feel that again, thanks to your leadership.
00:38:39.420 Thank you very much.
00:38:40.420 Well, you know, Minnesota is a great place.
00:38:42.420 And this is a great leader right here for Minnesota.
00:38:44.420 He loves it.
00:38:45.420 I'm not happy with what's going on up there.
00:38:47.420 And I think you'll take care of that situation.
00:38:49.420 We're all with you.
00:38:50.420 With your help.
00:38:51.420 Thank you.
00:38:52.420 No, no, you have my help.
00:38:53.420 What's happening up there is a disgrace.
00:38:55.420 It's a disgrace.
00:38:56.420 Billions of dollars have been stolen.
00:38:58.420 Billions sent back to Somalia.
00:39:00.420 And Tom can solve their problem better than anybody.
00:39:03.420 And you have the go ahead, right?
00:39:05.420 Yes, sir.
00:39:06.420 Thank you very much.
00:39:07.420 Thank you.
00:39:08.420 What do you think of this team?
00:39:09.420 This is the team that set the whole tone for this country back in 1980.
00:39:14.420 It was the beginning of the great comeback, which, by the way, Donald J. Trump was the
00:39:19.420 next beginning of the great comeback.
00:39:21.420 So it's perfect that it's both you and this great team from 1980.
00:39:25.420 Thank you, Tom.
00:39:26.420 You're doing a fantastic job.
00:39:27.420 Really a great leader.
00:39:28.420 We appreciate it, friend.
00:39:30.420 And Jackie is a great spouse.
00:39:33.420 Remember.
00:39:34.420 That's her favorite.
00:39:35.420 That's true.
00:39:36.420 That's what I heard.
00:39:37.420 Yeah, yeah.
00:39:38.420 And Elise.
00:39:39.420 Everybody knows Elise.
00:39:40.420 She's doing phenomenally well.
00:39:41.420 A really tremendous congresswoman.
00:39:43.420 And she's running for a little position called Governor of New York.
00:39:48.420 And she's got a hell of a shot at it.
00:39:50.420 That's all I can see.
00:39:51.420 I see polls that look very good.
00:39:53.420 And we could use you in New York.
00:39:57.420 She's got a little competition with a very good Republican, but she's a great Republican.
00:40:03.420 So we'll see what happens.
00:40:05.420 But Elise is respected by everybody, and we appreciate it.
00:40:08.420 Thank you.
00:40:09.420 Thank you so much, Mr. President.
00:40:10.420 And as the representative for Lake Placid, this is so meaningful to my constituents.
00:40:14.420 And we are home of the Miracle on Ice.
00:40:16.420 And it's wonderful to be here with these teammates who just stood so proudly for Team USA.
00:40:21.420 Thank you.
00:40:22.420 Thank you, Elise.
00:40:23.420 Thank you.
00:40:24.420 Please.
00:40:25.420 My name is Dan Brooks.
00:40:26.420 I'm the son of Coach Herb Brooks.
00:40:28.420 It's an honor to be here, Mr. President.
00:40:30.420 My dad, he believed.
00:40:33.420 He believed in the American hockey player.
00:40:35.420 He believed in his country.
00:40:37.420 He loved this team.
00:40:38.420 He loved his country.
00:40:39.420 I wish he was here.
00:40:41.420 But it's an honor for me to represent him.
00:40:43.420 So thank you for having me.
00:40:44.420 Well, your father was a great guy.
00:40:45.420 I knew him a little bit.
00:40:46.420 And he was an amazing coach.
00:40:49.420 What he did was just incredible.
00:40:51.420 He was tough, but fair.
00:40:52.420 He was tough?
00:40:53.420 Was he tough on you?
00:40:54.420 Yeah.
00:40:55.420 I loved him for 20 years.
00:40:57.420 But good.
00:40:58.420 I was saying, my father was tough, too.
00:41:00.420 My father was tough, but good.
00:41:01.420 Yeah.
00:41:02.420 Right?
00:41:03.420 They were good people.
00:41:04.420 Thank you very much.
00:41:05.420 We should be very proud of you right now.
00:41:08.420 Rob McClanahan from Minnesota.
00:41:10.420 I'm just echoing everybody else's words.
00:41:13.420 It's an honor to be here.
00:41:15.420 And it's an honor to be a teammate of this great team.
00:41:18.420 It's all about we.
00:41:20.420 And we're great teammates.
00:41:21.420 Yeah.
00:41:22.420 And that was really a perfect case of it.
00:41:25.420 Yep.
00:41:26.420 That team was a perfect case.
00:41:27.420 Please.
00:41:28.420 I'm honored to be here.
00:41:30.420 I'm representing my brother, Mark, who died in 2024.
00:41:34.420 I know he's looking down with a big smile on his face.
00:41:37.420 He is.
00:41:38.420 Great player.
00:41:39.420 Yeah.
00:41:40.420 And I'm sure I am honored, and I know he would be, too.
00:41:43.420 Right.
00:41:44.420 Thank you very much.
00:41:45.420 Thank you.
00:41:46.420 Well, Mr. Trump, Dave Christian from World Minnesota, Hockey Town, USA.
00:41:51.420 Is it still?
00:41:52.420 Is it still?
00:41:53.420 Is it?
00:41:54.420 It still is.
00:41:55.420 But it's a privilege and an honor to be here with the greatest teammates anyone could
00:42:01.420 have.
00:42:02.420 Yep.
00:42:03.420 Thank you very much.
00:42:04.420 Great honor.
00:42:05.420 Great job.
00:42:06.420 Mr. President, Mike Ramsey.
00:42:07.420 I'm also from Minnesota and Minneapolis.
00:42:10.420 It's not Hockey Town, Minnesota.
00:42:12.420 It's an honor to be here with my teammates and you.
00:42:16.420 This is awesome.
00:42:17.420 Thank you.
00:42:18.420 Great to have you.
00:42:19.420 Thank you very much.
00:42:20.420 Mr. President, Steve Januszak, also from Minnesota.
00:42:23.420 White Bear Lake, Minnesota.
00:42:24.420 It's not as big as it sounds.
00:42:27.420 I backed up Jimmy Craig, and I want to thank all you guys for the job that you did.
00:42:32.420 Pleasure to be a part of this team.
00:42:35.420 The luckiest guy on this team.
00:42:36.420 Yeah.
00:42:37.420 Jimmy Craig was pretty good.
00:42:40.420 I know goaltending and he did.
00:42:43.420 Awesome job.
00:42:44.420 Yeah.
00:42:45.420 It's pretty good.
00:42:46.420 That's great.
00:42:47.420 Thank you very much.
00:42:48.420 Thank you.
00:42:49.420 Well, I didn't know he had to talk.
00:42:55.420 What do you think, Phil?
00:42:57.420 I'm speechless, of course, but I'm Phil Verkota, originally from Duluth, Minnesota, and certainly
00:43:04.420 like all the other gentlemen here, we're having a wonderful, wonderful day.
00:43:10.420 And just seeing the history of Washington, D.C., and, you know, the invitation and the award
00:43:16.420 is beyond what I can imagine.
00:43:20.420 Well, it's an honor.
00:43:22.420 And so many people from Minnesota.
00:43:24.420 It's something.
00:43:25.420 Good hockey blood, huh?
00:43:27.420 Oh, yeah.
00:43:28.420 Oh, yeah.
00:43:29.420 So many people.
00:43:30.420 A lot of the team.
00:43:31.420 Congratulations.
00:43:32.420 And Minnesota's going to be back.
00:43:34.420 Right?
00:43:35.420 It better be back.
00:43:36.420 It better be back.
00:43:37.420 It better be back.
00:43:38.420 You got a little bad governor up there and a couple of other little problems.
00:43:43.420 But it's going to be back.
00:43:44.420 And unbelievable people in Minnesota.
00:43:46.420 45 years ago, this tremendous group of collegiate players and amateurs faced overwhelming odds
00:43:53.420 against the Soviet Union and Lake Placid Winter Olympics.
00:43:57.420 They said it was the greatest team ever put together, the Soviet team.
00:44:01.420 They weren't saying that about you, but you were damn good.
00:44:04.420 They were saying that team was unbeatable.
00:44:06.420 The same month, the USSR's hockey team had crushed our squad.
00:44:11.420 They did a, I guess, an exhibition game of some kind.
00:44:14.420 And it was not pretty.
00:44:15.420 10 to 3.
00:44:17.420 And people were not even looking forward to this game, fellas.
00:44:22.420 I hate to tell you.
00:44:23.420 They liked it.
00:44:24.420 That last 10 minutes were not fun.
00:44:26.420 The Soviets had not lost an Olympic game since 1968.
00:44:30.420 And they were coming off a four straight gold record, gold medals.
00:44:35.420 In 64, they won the gold.
00:44:37.420 68, 72, and 76.
00:44:39.420 Other than that, they weren't that good.
00:44:41.420 They were great.
00:44:42.420 And this was supposed to be the best team that they ever had.
00:44:45.420 So I wasn't looking too sharp for our great champions behind me.
00:44:51.420 As one American sports writer put it at the time, the whole world expected the Soviets to win, quote, unless the ice melts.
00:44:59.420 So that wasn't a very good statement.
00:45:02.420 But then it began.
00:45:04.420 Despite the long odds, the Team USA blazed through the group stage, meaning other countries.
00:45:10.420 Went through them pretty easily advancing to a long-awaited rematch against the USSR.
00:45:15.420 Three times we went down by a goal.
00:45:18.420 For most of the game, they were down by a goal.
00:45:20.420 Three times.
00:45:21.420 And then remarkable players put America back on top where we always wanted to be.
00:45:26.420 Buzz Schneider, he scored the opening goal and a slap shot from 50 feet.
00:45:34.420 That's a big slap shot.
00:45:36.420 How the hell did that happen?
00:45:42.420 Was there a goal?
00:45:44.420 I thought they had a good goalie.
00:45:46.420 They did have a good goalie.
00:45:47.420 When the ice came across the ice, I caught him going the other way.
00:45:50.420 It just happened, right?
00:45:51.420 It shot his own.
00:45:52.420 Miracle, they call it.
00:45:53.420 Thank you.
00:45:54.420 That's a long one, right?
00:45:55.420 It's a good one, though.
00:45:56.420 How often does a 50-foot shot go in?
00:45:58.420 Not too much, huh?
00:45:59.420 That one.
00:46:00.420 Well, you have a little extra power.
00:46:02.420 You're strong.
00:46:03.420 You were a strong guy.
00:46:04.420 Oh, that's something.
00:46:06.420 That puck was hit.
00:46:07.420 We have a puck here.
00:46:08.420 Does this mean anything or is this something you just gave?
00:46:11.420 I gave the FBI hockey pucks to the team.
00:46:14.420 Oh, well, that's good.
00:46:15.420 That's nice.
00:46:16.420 Do it.
00:46:17.420 I'll put it here on top of a piece of gold.
00:46:20.420 In the second period, Jim Craig withstood a barrage of shots on gold and kept the dream alive.
00:46:27.420 That's the guy, right?
00:46:29.420 And then after a goal from team captain Mikey Ruzione, who's a fantastic guy.
00:46:34.420 I know him from outside of hockey.
00:46:36.420 We played golf.
00:46:37.420 We were on a golf team together, and we happened to win, right?
00:46:40.420 Yes, we did, sir.
00:46:41.420 We won.
00:46:42.420 Yes, we did.
00:46:43.420 But he put us up four to three midway through the third.
00:46:47.420 These fighters held on to the longest 10 minutes of their lives.
00:46:51.420 They call it the longest, most horrendous, scariest 10 minutes.
00:46:56.420 Is that true?
00:46:57.420 Absolutely.
00:46:58.420 Because you couldn't believe that you were there, right?
00:47:01.420 And they're leading by one, and they got 10 minutes, and just please.
00:47:04.420 Did anybody pray?
00:47:06.420 Were you praying?
00:47:07.420 I'm doing everything.
00:47:08.420 I don't know.
00:47:09.420 Did you have time to pray?
00:47:10.420 I don't think you had a lot of effort.
00:47:11.420 You just had to go out and play.
00:47:12.420 They're religious guys, but they didn't have a lot of time to pray.
00:47:15.420 They were having the ads.
00:47:17.420 But to win one of the greatest comebacks in sports history really was amazing.
00:47:21.420 The observers in the arena noted it was the first time in his life that he heard the chant,
00:47:28.420 USA, USA, USA, which I don't like hearing because I tell people that that had to do with Trump in 2016.
00:47:35.420 Slightly after your big win, but no longer.
00:47:40.420 That's the end of that, right?
00:47:41.420 I can't use that one anymore.
00:47:43.420 But I do remember them doing that exactly.
00:47:45.420 For a long time, they were doing that.
00:47:47.420 This team united us, and they inspired us.
00:47:50.420 The United States was, like, brought to a level of sports that they've never seen,
00:47:54.420 and they brought us Olympic glory that we celebrate to this day.
00:47:58.420 Nobody thought it was possible.
00:48:00.420 It really shows that, you know, anything's possible.
00:48:03.420 Nobody thought that one was possible.
00:48:05.420 But I want to congratulate you all, and now I'd like to invite Mike to say a few words,
00:48:10.420 and then Congressman Stauber, who introduced,
00:48:13.420 and then we're going to speak from a couple of other people.
00:48:17.420 I have to tell you, our leader, I have to say that Emmer is a very special leader,
00:48:23.420 and I want you to maybe wrap it up and say something on behalf of your great state in particular,
00:48:28.420 the country, but your great state in particular, okay?
00:48:31.420 Excellent.
00:48:32.420 Let's go.
00:48:33.420 Mike?
00:48:34.420 Just again, Mr. President, to reiterate what we've all talked about.
00:48:36.420 This is an absolutely incredible honor.
00:48:38.420 I've said this before.
00:48:39.420 When you put a USA jersey on, you're playing for your country.
00:48:42.420 You're not playing for your state, your town, or your city.
00:48:45.420 And what an honor it was for us to put that jersey on and accomplish what we accomplished.
00:48:49.420 I've always said the gold medal is something that's incredible, but this is the frosting on the cake.
00:48:53.420 Yeah.
00:48:54.420 To receive an award like this, an honor like this, maybe that's the, this is it, guys.
00:48:59.420 I don't think there's anything else we can get.
00:49:02.420 There's nothing else.
00:49:03.420 There's nothing else.
00:49:04.420 There's nothing else.
00:49:05.420 There's nothing else.
00:49:06.420 This is it, and thank you for making this happen.
00:49:09.420 Great.
00:49:10.420 Thank you, Mike.
00:49:11.420 Thank you.
00:49:12.420 Pete.
00:49:13.420 Pete?
00:49:14.420 Yeah.
00:49:15.420 Right.
00:49:16.420 Thank you, Mr. President.
00:49:17.420 Thank you for signing this piece of legislation.
00:49:19.420 I first want to say on behalf of Congress, I want to thank Lee Stefanik and Tom Emmer for
00:49:27.420 being co-sponsors of this piece of legislation.
00:49:30.420 I also want to thank my staff.
00:49:32.420 Allie Esau in my office did a tremendous job getting this, you know, to be able to pass the
00:49:39.420 House and the Senate.
00:49:40.420 I want to thank my staff.
00:49:42.420 And, Mr. President, it was 45 years ago, Friday, February 22, 1980, that the game of
00:49:48.420 hockey changed.
00:49:49.420 It was a 5 p.m. game.
00:49:51.420 It was tape delayed.
00:49:52.420 Those of us that were hockey players back then, this was a game changer.
00:49:57.420 We couldn't find that USA jersey anywhere.
00:50:01.420 It was sold out wherever it was.
00:50:03.420 And so I'm very proud to have led this.
00:50:07.420 And I would be remiss if I didn't introduce my younger brother, Rob, who was the gold medal
00:50:14.420 coach for the 2018 Women's Olympic gold medal team in Pyeongchang.
00:50:19.420 And Rob, he's right over there.
00:50:20.420 Hi, Rob.
00:50:21.420 Nice to meet you.
00:50:22.420 So, Mr. President, I will just say that I'm in awe of these hockey heroes.
00:50:28.420 And as we move forward, they changed the game of hockey.
00:50:33.420 It was a powerful, dominant performance that this country needed.
00:50:38.420 They beat the powerhouse Soviets.
00:50:40.420 And as you know, you're continuing to do that today.
00:50:44.420 And this was a great start of it.
00:50:46.420 And for me, I'm very just privileged and proud to stand with these Olympic heroes that literally
00:50:53.420 changed a nation and gave us the strength that we needed at the time our nation needed it.
00:50:59.420 And to know these men here, they're humble.
00:51:03.420 The humility is through the roof.
00:51:06.420 And I just want to thank you for signing this.
00:51:08.420 This means a lot to me personally, but it means more to the team.
00:51:12.420 We talked to him this afternoon.
00:51:13.420 This was, as Mike just said, it's the cherry on top of what they did for this country.
00:51:18.420 And thank you for signing in.
00:51:20.420 And I appreciate it.
00:51:21.420 Well, we love it.
00:51:22.420 And he was a really great hockey player, too.
00:51:25.420 So let me ask you a question.
00:51:26.420 Was your brother in this category of hockey play or slightly less?
00:51:31.420 You want to answer that?
00:51:33.420 He was smart.
00:51:36.420 He was better than me.
00:51:37.420 Robby was a goaltender in the National Hockey League as well.
00:51:40.420 Wow, that's a pretty good one.
00:51:41.420 It was much better than me.
00:51:42.420 That's a lot of good genetics in this whole thing.
00:51:45.420 But you were a hell of a player, too.
00:51:46.420 Thank you, Mr. President.
00:51:47.420 Thank you, people.
00:51:48.420 So?
00:51:49.420 We're going to add one more.
00:51:50.420 Mr. President, we would like to do one more thing.
00:51:52.420 Oh, sure.
00:51:53.420 Take a photo with our hats off.
00:51:55.420 Yes.
00:51:56.420 Okay, let's go.
00:51:57.420 Oh, Mike.
00:52:00.420 Fix my hair.
00:52:02.420 I'm from Minnesota.
00:52:03.420 I'm used to wearing hats.
00:52:04.420 Okay.
00:52:05.420 Straighten it out.
00:52:06.420 Make a good one.
00:52:07.420 You have Dan?
00:52:08.420 Let's go, Dan.
00:52:09.420 Get with it.
00:52:10.420 Get with it, Dan.
00:52:11.420 There you go.
00:52:12.420 Oh.
00:52:13.420 There we go.
00:52:14.420 Good for Jackie.
00:52:15.420 You got it a little off guard.
00:52:17.420 Can you move the line up a little bit, please?
00:52:19.420 Can we all get in there?
00:52:20.420 I'm just a little bit tight.
00:52:21.420 Can you get in there?
00:52:22.420 It's a good photo.
00:52:23.420 Good idea.
00:52:24.420 A little bit more?
00:52:25.420 A little bit more?
00:52:26.420 A little bit more?
00:52:27.420 Please.
00:52:28.420 I don't know.
00:52:29.420 Can you get on to the thing?
00:52:31.420 Yeah.
00:52:32.420 Oh, yeah.
00:52:33.420 Yeah, that's that.
00:52:35.420 Okay.
00:52:36.420 Great.
00:52:37.420 So we're going to finish up with Tom Emmer, and he's been just a fantastic, a fantastic congressman,
00:52:46.420 leader, person from Minnesota, loves that state.
00:52:48.420 Boy, do you love that state, and they love you equally as much.
00:52:51.420 Please.
00:52:52.420 Thank you, Mr. President.
00:52:53.420 First, I've got to thank Pete Stauber, as he's talking about humility.
00:52:58.420 Pete Stauber actually was in the White House as a national championship captain of a national
00:53:05.420 championship hockey team back in the 1980s.
00:53:08.420 Not bad.
00:53:09.420 Not bad.
00:53:10.420 This runs in the blood in Minnesota.
00:53:13.420 This runs in our blood in Minnesota, but it's not about Minnesota, even though I will
00:53:17.420 point out most of the guys are from Minnesota, but that's not the point.
00:53:20.420 It doesn't matter if it's Massachusetts, Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin.
00:53:26.420 Wherever players came from back then, they were all Americans.
00:53:29.420 That's what mattered, and they were an inspiration.
00:53:32.420 And you know what it means to my state?
00:53:33.420 It shows us that no matter how bad it gets, there's always a way to succeed if you're willing to try.
00:53:40.420 I think Mike Caruzione said it earlier.
00:53:42.420 If you think you're going to lose, you're probably not going to win.
00:53:45.420 Right.
00:53:46.420 If you think you're going to compete and you're going to give it everything you've got, these men who are standing here and their colleagues who are not here, God bless them, those who couldn't be here and those who have departed, they reached the ultimate peak.
00:53:58.420 And when they did it, as Pete pointed out, they lifted an entire country out of the ditch and set us off to an amazing several decades that follow.
00:54:08.420 And it's not much unlike the 47th President of the United States.
00:54:13.420 So I think it's entirely appropriate that you're doing this for these men.
00:54:18.420 You're really doing it for the country.
00:54:20.420 And God bless you, because Minnesota, I think, is going to experience a comeback because of you.
00:54:25.420 Oh, they're going to do it.
00:54:26.420 Minnesota's going to come back.
00:54:27.420 No, I'm just so impressed that so many of these champions come from Minnesota.
00:54:31.420 It's amazing.
00:54:32.420 It's a great place.
00:54:33.420 Thank you very much.
00:54:34.420 We engineered it.
00:54:39.420 Let me just go for a second.
00:54:41.420 Let me just go for a second to Mike Lindell.
00:54:44.420 Mike Lindell, you're from Minnesota.
00:54:47.420 You just heard Tom Emers.
00:54:48.420 Half the team was from Minnesota.
00:54:50.420 What does it mean for you, sir?
00:54:52.420 They're now running for governor of Minnesota to see so many people there.
00:54:56.420 Back in those days, I guess, Minnesota dominated the teams, right?
00:55:00.420 Right.
00:55:01.420 Absolutely.
00:55:02.420 Well, you know, we've got to make Minnesota great again, too.
00:55:05.420 And we've got a long way to go now, Steve, with what's going on here.
00:55:08.420 It's terrible.
00:55:10.420 And I like the encouragement that everybody's got that it can be done with God.
00:55:16.420 All things are possible, everybody.
00:55:19.420 Talk to me about your feelings back then in 80, the miracle on ice.
00:55:23.420 You've got Tom Emers have helped push this legislation through.
00:55:26.420 He's the whip.
00:55:27.420 Yeah.
00:55:28.420 He's from Minnesota.
00:55:29.420 I think three-quarters of the guys right there sounded like from the Olympic team was Minnesota.
00:55:35.420 I mean, President Trump was joking about it.
00:55:37.420 Yeah.
00:55:38.420 No.
00:55:39.420 I think most of your hockey players come from Minnesota.
00:55:42.420 I think we're number one in the nation.
00:55:44.420 And that's when we grow up.
00:55:46.420 I played hockey when I was a kid.
00:55:47.420 So a miracle on ice was a big deal to me back then.
00:55:50.420 I'll tell you.
00:55:51.420 You know, that's what we did up here.
00:55:56.420 We didn't have indoor rinks and stuff, but we learned how to play in the cold.
00:56:01.420 We learned how to skate.
00:56:02.420 We learned how to play hockey.
00:56:04.420 And that was a big deal back then and really important to the nation and to Minnesota, but these very exciting times.
00:56:16.420 Talk to me about MyPillow.

00:58:13.420 You're already one day in and you're already losing your voice.
00:58:15.420 Make sure you take care of it.
00:58:16.420 Absolutely.
00:58:18.420 Okay, John Case, who is Tina Peters' other lawyer, was going to be on.
00:58:25.420 He told me there was an emergency that came up in her case.
00:58:28.420 Not with Tina, but in her case.
00:58:29.420 He had to step away.
00:58:31.420 John Case is going to join us at the top of the show tomorrow.
00:58:34.420 He's going to walk us through the President of the United States.
00:58:37.420 And Trump has, you know, pardoned her at a federal level.
00:58:43.420 The media is mocking that.
00:58:44.420 The governor says he's not going to do anything.
00:58:46.420 John Case has other ideas.
00:58:48.420 Tina Peters' team is on this 24-7.
