Bannon's War Room - Episode 4995： Suing Colorado For The Freedom Of Tina Peters; Send In The National Guard To Savannah

00:00:00.160 exhorting his colleagues this year, he said,

00:00:03.020 do not anticipate what a dictator wants and accede to it in advance.

00:00:08.080 Do not obey in advance.

00:00:10.460 Whenever you see those words, do not obey in advance,

00:00:13.240 you are seeing Tim Snyder's ideas at work in the world,

00:00:17.080 and that admonition has wormed its way into all of our consciences, right?

00:00:22.400 Start by not giving in.

00:00:26.160 Lesson one.

00:00:30.000 One of the other things I'm going to talk about with Tim tonight

00:00:34.300 is another one of his lessons that sometimes comes to me

00:00:37.340 in the middle of the night, which is his lesson 18,

00:00:42.420 and that is be calm when the unthinkable arrives.

00:00:47.060 Tim Snyder somehow got that essential idea down to six words.

00:00:52.100 Be calm when the unthinkable arrives.

00:00:55.260 It now lives in my brain every day,

00:00:57.680 and it lives in the world as unforgettable guidance

00:01:01.140 for anybody who does have a tyrannical nightmare

00:01:06.040 unfolding where they live.

00:01:08.340 Do you think that our national reaction should be

00:01:10.880 to those prosecutions and relatedly to the administration's efforts

00:01:16.200 to characterize all these overwhelmingly nonviolent protests against them

00:01:21.140 as if they're all riots and they're all constructed nefarious, criminal, dangerous things?

00:01:31.020 Yeah.

00:01:31.440 I mean, we should all know, and I'm sure we all do know,

00:01:34.400 that this is how authoritarian regimes react to any kind of physical opposition.

00:01:38.840 You get characterized as terrorists and criminals and foreigners and so on.

00:01:43.700 This is absolutely authoritarianism 101,

00:01:46.700 and we should help make sure that in sensitive issues like this,

00:01:50.860 the media don't just repeat what the leaders say,

00:01:55.060 because when they repeat it, they normalize it.

00:01:58.580 A second thing is to make sure that we have the positive language on our side,

00:02:03.700 that we recollect that not only in this country,

00:02:06.200 but pretty much everywhere there isn't progress towards these things

00:02:10.260 that we like to call freedom and justice and democracy without some friction.

00:02:14.140 It just never happened.

00:02:15.780 Like, from every moment, your preferred moment in American history,

00:02:19.600 whatever it is, the women's suffrage movement, the civil rights movement,

00:02:22.460 whatever it is, there's friction.

00:02:24.520 There is always friction.

00:02:26.180 And so we have to have the positive language.

00:02:28.280 The third thing is we have to help people be heroes.

00:02:32.380 Nobody's a hero on their own.

00:02:33.600 Like, somebody does a little courageous thing,

00:02:35.700 but the people who make them heroes are the ones who donate to their legal defense,

00:02:39.020 the ones who write the articles about them,

00:02:41.020 the ones who celebrate those little acts of courage.

00:02:44.300 That is on us to do, because you mentioned a lot, a number of people,

00:02:49.080 but there are more people who could be mentioned, right?

00:02:51.680 And we need to prop them up.

00:02:53.340 And the final thing I think, legally,

00:02:55.520 and I'm just talking to all you lawyers out there,

00:02:57.220 because this is Chicago, and like a lot of you are going to be lawyers,

00:02:59.620 we have to go on the offensive legally.

00:03:05.960 We can't just keep waiting for them to sue us and prosecute us.

00:03:09.480 We have to find ways to file civil suits against them,

00:03:13.120 which are going to be more plausible than their suits against us,

00:03:16.560 and get them on the back foot and consume their resources

00:03:19.580 and force the press to cover our suits against them.

00:03:23.160 We're winning a lot of cases defensively, and that's great,

00:03:26.100 but I think we should be going on the offense as well,

00:03:28.440 because like the things...

00:03:29.480 When you started wearing a whistle,

00:03:38.880 why the whistle occurred to you,

00:03:42.220 and how it sort of took off from a small-scale idea

00:03:47.300 to being as big as it is.

00:03:50.100 At the beginning, I just wanted to inform my community

00:03:54.100 about our ICE agents to take cover.

00:03:57.500 So I actually have a whistle.

00:04:02.520 There it is.

00:04:04.580 And, you know, people said,

00:04:07.800 what is the whistle going to do?

00:04:10.820 And it's to inform the community that ICE agents are around.

00:04:17.100 If you are undocumented, lock your doors, lock your gates, 1.00

00:04:20.180 lock your windows, and, you know, stay safe.

00:04:23.120 And people were still doubting that.

00:04:27.980 And then we talked to our brothers and sisters over in L.A.,

00:04:31.540 and they said, Baltazar, when they came, they came like savages.

00:04:36.060 And they came through our schools, through our parks, and our hospitals,

00:04:39.180 and they turned off the cell phone towers with a stingray.

00:04:42.780 And then I said, well, you can't turn off the whistle.

00:04:47.300 We had a caravan of 12 people, and we went around to the temp agencies,

00:04:57.940 and we gave the employers or the employees know your right cards.

00:05:02.640 We said, in case there's a raid at your job site, you know,

00:05:06.360 don't say nothing, don't sign nothing, and ask for an attorney.

00:05:10.920 Then we went to our day laborers that stand out at Home Depot

00:05:14.720 and also educated them on knowing their rights.

00:05:18.840 And then we had workshops after mass at the schools,

00:05:22.380 and we prepared people to know about their rights,

00:05:26.100 not to open the door without a judicial warrant signed by a judge.

00:05:30.240 And we showed them all the tricks that they used.

00:05:33.400 And even Tom Holman said Chicago was a very difficult city.

00:05:36.620 And, you know, I have to say, we have to educate our community

00:05:50.640 because education is key.

00:05:52.520 If you're educated, they're not going to do much to you.

00:05:55.000 But if you're not educated, they would take advantage.

00:05:58.240 And that's why so many people have out of support themselves

00:06:01.080 because they didn't know that they have rights.

00:06:06.300 And right now, we're educating our community about the Constitution.

00:06:10.380 What is the purpose of the Constitution?

00:06:12.740 And we have to defend the Constitution from foreign and domestic terrorism.

00:06:18.840 First off, will this work?

00:06:21.500 Will President Trump's pardon actually free Tina Peters?

00:06:24.360 No, this is a lawless act.

00:06:28.540 It's an act of intimidation.

00:06:30.400 It has no basis in American law.

00:06:33.080 Our system of government gives states authority

00:06:36.100 to run their own criminal justice systems.

00:06:38.760 As you noted, there was a trial.

00:06:41.140 There was a conviction by a jury.

00:06:42.920 There's an appeal to the state courts.

00:06:45.760 All that is happening under the rule of law.

00:06:48.280 This president doesn't respect the rule of law,

00:06:50.460 but he doesn't have authority to undermine

00:06:52.460 how we operate our judicial system here in Colorado.

00:06:58.640 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:07:03.540 Pray for our enemies.

00:07:05.500 Because we're going medieval on these people.

00:07:08.780 You're just not going to get a free shot

00:07:09.960 at all these networks lying about the people.

00:07:13.040 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:07:14.940 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:07:16.380 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:07:18.140 but you're not going to stop it.

00:07:19.000 It's going to happen.

00:07:20.160 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:07:23.760 MAGA Media.

00:07:25.100 I wish in my soul,

00:07:26.900 I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:07:30.520 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:07:34.280 If that answer is to save my country,

00:07:37.480 this country will be saved.

00:07:40.620 War Room.

00:07:41.500 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.

00:07:43.860 It's Saturday, 13th, December, Year of War, 2025. 0.95

00:07:51.860 It's the Army-Navy game today.

00:07:53.440 The President of the United States is going,

00:07:54.920 taking many of the Cabinet members.

00:07:57.180 Our own Maureen Bannon is going to be there.

00:07:59.380 We would love to show you the March On.

00:08:01.780 That will take place about noon,

00:08:04.360 but CBS, who broadcasted a game and does a great job,

00:08:07.760 we found out last night,

00:08:09.240 has exclusive streaming rights to all of that.

00:08:11.540 So we'll make sure you go to CBS,

00:08:13.480 see the March On of the midshipmen

00:08:17.560 and the Corps of Cadets at West Point,

00:08:20.580 the midshipmen at the United States Naval Academy.

00:08:23.040 We're absolutely packed today.

00:08:24.900 We're going to get to a situation.

00:08:26.420 There's all types of rumors and articles

00:08:28.880 about the mass deportations,

00:08:31.760 what cities are going to focus on.

00:08:33.540 Are they going to back off that

00:08:35.100 and just focus on bad hombres?

00:08:36.540 You saw Rachel Maddow's in Chicago, the Mocking Us.

00:08:40.800 Of course, what they're doing

00:08:41.700 is defending the Constitution.

00:08:43.260 We've got Todd Woods is going to join us momentarily

00:08:45.380 about what's happening in Savannah

00:08:47.360 because this is actually spreading

00:08:48.720 and the folks in Savannah are begging for help

00:08:50.960 from the U.S. Army, the National Guard,

00:08:53.560 or somebody that's empowered to help them.

00:08:54.980 We'll get there in a moment.

00:08:56.400 Show's totally packed today.

00:08:57.660 I want to start with John Case.

00:08:59.680 John is one of Tina Peter's lawyers.

00:09:02.240 John, we were going to have you last night,

00:09:04.560 but the President had the miracle on ice

00:09:06.360 hockey team on,

00:09:08.700 and it kind of took over our broadcast.

00:09:11.160 We tried to get Mike Lindell at the end

00:09:12.360 because he's a hockey player from Minnesota,

00:09:14.400 but you had kind of an emergency

00:09:15.580 come up on the case anyway.

00:09:17.800 Walk us through, where do we stand?

00:09:19.300 You see on media,

00:09:20.460 they're just going after us nonstop

00:09:22.380 and saying what President Trump did

00:09:23.580 in this pardon is irrelevant.

00:09:25.380 I think it's part of a broader plan

00:09:28.220 that you guys are working on,

00:09:29.380 but can you just get us up to speed first

00:09:30.880 on where we stand with the case

00:09:32.140 and particularly how actually Tina

00:09:35.100 is doing in prison?

00:09:38.320 Sure.

00:09:38.880 Thanks for having me, Steve.

00:09:40.100 So I'm the Denver lawyer for Tina,

00:09:43.940 and Peter Tickton, as you know,

00:09:47.580 is one of the national lawyers.

00:09:49.280 So we, yesterday, received a copy

00:09:54.240 of President Trump's pardon,

00:09:57.140 and we drove down to the La Vista

00:10:01.240 Correctional Facility in Pueblo.

00:10:04.020 We went up to the door.

00:10:06.620 I arrived about 10 minutes before 6.

00:10:12.500 When I got out of the car

00:10:13.860 and walked there to the front door,

00:10:17.940 there were three DOC,

00:10:21.180 Department of Corrections officers

00:10:22.980 wearing camos,

00:10:25.400 who greeted me,

00:10:27.360 asked me who I was

00:10:28.760 and what I was doing.

00:10:29.680 I told him,

00:10:30.160 my name's John Case.

00:10:31.260 I'm here to serve you a copy

00:10:34.900 of President Trump's pardon

00:10:36.360 of Tina Peters,

00:10:37.620 and I'm asking you to deliver her

00:10:41.380 to us,

00:10:42.620 to me right now,

00:10:44.520 so that I can take her home.

00:10:46.960 And he said,

00:10:48.640 just a minute.

00:10:49.540 And then a woman came out 1.00

00:10:52.760 and said,

00:10:55.340 my name's Michelle Smith,

00:10:57.200 and I'm the

00:10:58.320 Assistant Director

00:11:00.640 of the Department of Corrections.

00:11:03.200 And then she pulled out

00:11:04.820 a piece of paper

00:11:05.580 and read me a prepared statement

00:11:07.800 that was typed out

00:11:09.940 on the piece of paper.

00:11:11.520 And it said,

00:11:12.840 essentially,

00:11:13.500 that

00:11:13.900 Trump's pardon

00:11:17.480 was not going to be recognized

00:11:19.820 by the state of Colorado

00:11:21.160 because he didn't have authority

00:11:23.400 to pardon Tina Peters.

00:11:25.800 And then I said,

00:11:27.260 well,

00:11:27.380 are you asking me to leave?

00:11:28.700 And she said,

00:11:29.720 yes.

00:11:30.820 And so I thanked her

00:11:32.260 and shook her hand.

00:11:33.700 And we,

00:11:34.920 I went over to the car.

00:11:37.240 We waited another

00:11:38.120 about 40 minutes.

00:11:41.180 And in the meantime,

00:11:42.540 Peter Tickton sent

00:11:43.680 Michelle Smith an email

00:11:46.080 trying to give her

00:11:47.440 a second opportunity

00:11:48.580 to honor

00:11:50.480 the presidential pardon.

00:11:52.900 And then I went back

00:11:54.180 to the front door

00:11:55.080 and the same three

00:11:56.620 camo-dressed

00:11:58.780 DOC officers

00:12:00.240 greeted me.

00:12:02.180 And

00:12:02.360 I said,

00:12:04.720 I just came back

00:12:05.580 to see if you guys

00:12:06.480 changed your mind.

00:12:07.640 And they laughed

00:12:08.380 and said,

00:12:08.860 no,

00:12:10.080 we're not changing

00:12:11.520 our minds here.

00:12:12.440 We're all

00:12:12.940 put away for the night

00:12:15.140 so you can leave.

00:12:16.180 So at that point,

00:12:18.580 we left

00:12:19.440 and drove back

00:12:20.380 to Denver.

00:12:22.020 So we believe

00:12:24.120 that President Trump's

00:12:25.300 pardon is valid.

00:12:27.640 Tina was performing

00:12:28.880 a federal duty

00:12:29.840 when she preserved

00:12:31.440 election records

00:12:32.520 before the Secretary

00:12:35.140 of State destroyed them.

00:12:37.000 And the Secretary

00:12:38.220 of State destroyed

00:12:39.160 them in Mesa County

00:12:40.720 and in all counties

00:12:42.520 in Colorado

00:12:43.400 where Dominion

00:12:44.300 voting systems

00:12:45.260 is used,

00:12:46.340 which is 62

00:12:47.260 out of 64 counties.

00:12:49.540 And what was

00:12:50.200 destroyed were

00:12:50.940 the digital records

00:12:51.940 of the 2020 election.

00:12:54.520 Federal law

00:12:55.640 52

00:12:56.980 USC

00:12:57.620 20701

00:12:59.020 requires

00:13:00.860 county clerks

00:13:01.940 to preserve

00:13:03.260 election records

00:13:04.160 for 22 months

00:13:05.560 after every

00:13:06.360 federal election.

00:13:07.260 So Tina

00:13:08.620 was doing

00:13:09.060 her job

00:13:09.600 to preserve

00:13:10.140 the records.

00:13:11.500 She was the only

00:13:12.260 clerk in Colorado

00:13:13.180 who did that

00:13:14.200 and then provided

00:13:15.340 a forensic image

00:13:16.620 for experts

00:13:17.400 to analyze.

00:13:19.180 And the experts

00:13:20.660 who have looked

00:13:21.280 at this image

00:13:22.280 that Tina preserved

00:13:23.480 say that

00:13:24.660 it shows

00:13:25.560 14 vulnerabilities

00:13:27.220 in the voting system

00:13:31.160 and it shows

00:13:32.180 that there

00:13:32.920 was likely

00:13:33.940 manipulation

00:13:34.580 in the 2020 election

00:13:36.300 by some

00:13:37.460 outside

00:13:38.720 bad actor

00:13:40.900 or by

00:13:42.040 a computer

00:13:43.920 program

00:13:44.440 that was running

00:13:45.300 inside the software.

00:13:47.460 So

00:13:47.680 those are the

00:13:49.400 conclusions

00:13:49.840 of the experts.

00:13:51.160 One of those

00:13:51.900 experts

00:13:52.440 is a

00:13:53.580 Venezuelan

00:13:54.440 national

00:13:56.080 who

00:13:56.980 has fled

00:13:58.240 to the United

00:13:58.880 States

00:13:59.440 who formerly

00:14:00.340 ran the

00:14:01.140 situation room

00:14:02.100 in Caracas

00:14:03.700 where elections

00:14:05.900 were rigged

00:14:06.540 in Venezuela

00:14:07.140 using

00:14:07.780 Smartmatic

00:14:08.460 software.

00:14:09.760 The Dominion

00:14:10.260 software

00:14:11.960 the United

00:14:13.040 and throughout

00:14:13.980 Colorado

00:14:14.640 is a variation

00:14:16.160 of the Smartmatic

00:14:17.300 software that

00:14:18.240 was used

00:14:18.700 to rig

00:14:19.020 elections

00:14:19.420 in Venezuela.

00:14:21.760 So

00:14:21.920 John

00:14:22.640 just hang

00:14:25.860 on one second.

00:14:26.480 I want to get

00:14:26.800 into this.

00:14:29.220 with you

00:14:29.640 and continue

00:14:40.140 We'll find out

00:14:40.900 what Harmeet

00:14:41.460 has now

00:14:42.720 gotten quite

00:14:43.460 involved in

00:14:43.940 this.

00:14:44.160 Short

00:14:44.320 commercial break.

00:14:45.060 John Case,

00:14:46.120 the Denver

00:14:47.280 lawyer for

00:14:48.280 Tina Peters,

00:14:49.360 is on the

00:14:50.420 case this

00:14:51.580 morning in

00:14:52.040 the war room.

00:14:52.500 I got

00:14:53.820 American

00:14:54.620 baby

00:14:55.720 In

00:14:57.820 America

00:14:58.580 Do you owe

00:15:00.400 back taxes

00:15:01.060 or haven't

00:15:01.580 filled in

00:15:02.060 years?

00:15:02.680 Now is

00:15:03.080 the time

00:15:03.400 to resolve

00:15:03.820 your tax

00:15:04.320 matters.

00:15:05.660 When the

00:15:05.960 national

00:15:06.960 around

00:15:07.260 abolishing

00:15:07.820 the income

00:15:08.280 tax system,

00:15:09.040 the IRS

00:15:09.420 is fighting

00:15:10.100 back and

00:15:11.120 proving it's

00:15:12.020 here to stay

00:15:12.640 by becoming

00:15:13.300 more aggressive

00:15:14.180 than ever

00:15:14.640 before.

00:15:15.740 They're sending

00:15:16.200 out more

00:15:16.660 collection notices,

00:15:17.880 filing more

00:15:18.440 tax liens,

00:15:19.580 and collecting

00:15:20.120 billions more

00:15:21.140 than in recent

00:15:22.100 years.

00:15:22.660 If you owe,

00:15:23.920 the IRS can

00:15:24.680 garnish your

00:15:25.200 wages,

00:15:25.840 levy your

00:15:26.220 bank accounts,

00:15:27.280 seize your

00:15:27.680 retirement,

00:15:28.160 even your

00:15:29.020 home.

00:15:29.720 If you owe

00:15:30.520 or haven't

00:15:31.060 filed, it's

00:15:31.720 not a question

00:15:32.400 that the

00:15:32.660 IRS will 0.99

00:15:33.580 act, it's

00:15:35.020 when the

00:15:36.080 IRS will 0.99

00:15:36.660 act.

00:15:37.340 Right now,

00:17:24.020 John Case,

00:17:26.900 you're talking

00:17:27.220 about Venezuela,

00:17:28.220 what's happening

00:17:28.700 there.

00:17:28.980 Of course,

00:17:29.240 we have a

00:17:30.040 carrier strike

00:17:30.920 group and

00:17:32.200 an amphibious

00:17:33.420 ready group.

00:17:34.580 Also,

00:17:34.980 media is reporting

00:17:35.680 this morning

00:17:36.080 in the Wall

00:17:36.420 Street Journal.

00:17:37.760 More assets

00:17:38.400 are flowing

00:17:38.920 into the region

00:17:39.620 through Puerto 0.81

00:17:40.140 Rico,

00:17:40.500 more troops,

00:17:41.300 more assets,

00:17:42.160 more drones,

00:17:43.340 all of it.

00:17:43.800 Do you think

00:17:44.200 there's any

00:17:44.680 correlation

00:17:45.620 between Venezuela

00:17:46.560 and what's

00:17:47.860 happening in

00:17:48.280 Venezuela and

00:17:49.160 what they've

00:17:49.540 done to

00:17:49.880 manipulate the

00:17:50.700 obviously Medora

00:17:51.800 lost the last

00:17:53.000 election by a

00:17:54.220 blowout, 0.98

00:17:54.700 but he's still

00:17:55.200 the sitting

00:17:55.500 president.

00:17:56.260 And what

00:17:56.660 happened and

00:17:57.140 what Tina

00:17:57.520 Peters found

00:17:58.120 in Colorado?

00:17:58.680 Yeah,

00:18:00.980 so here's the

00:18:01.780 connection.

00:18:02.500 The same

00:18:03.760 engineers who

00:18:05.220 worked for

00:18:06.000 Smartmatic and

00:18:07.100 created the

00:18:07.760 software that

00:18:08.520 rigs elections

00:18:09.660 in Venezuela,

00:18:11.480 some of those

00:18:12.120 same engineers

00:18:12.860 worked for

00:18:13.460 Dominion voting

00:18:14.200 systems in the

00:18:15.040 U.S.

00:18:15.500 and we

00:18:20.000 cannot have

00:18:20.860 an insecure

00:18:21.660 election system

00:18:23.760 that's not

00:18:24.340 transparent.

00:18:26.060 So what

00:18:27.340 Tina Peter's

00:18:28.900 mission is to

00:18:29.760 get rid of

00:18:30.200 these voting

00:18:30.700 machines.

00:18:31.380 She's working

00:18:31.920 at it even

00:18:32.560 from inside

00:18:33.280 the walls

00:18:33.740 of the prison.

00:18:34.980 And that's

00:18:36.080 our mission.

00:18:37.340 These things

00:18:38.020 are a menace

00:18:39.100 to our freedoms.

00:18:40.880 Why would

00:18:41.520 we want a

00:18:42.480 voting system

00:18:43.260 that can be

00:18:43.860 hacked and

00:18:44.600 manipulated

00:18:45.100 by foreign

00:18:46.820 adversaries?

00:18:48.160 The center

00:18:48.780 for election

00:18:49.960 fraud is in

00:18:51.000 Venezuela.

00:18:52.600 The engineers

00:18:54.260 there were

00:18:55.420 trained. 0.99

00:18:57.220 Look, hang

00:18:57.760 on, we're

00:18:58.320 not machine

00:18:58.820 guys here.

00:18:59.380 We're mail-in

00:18:59.960 ballot guys.

00:19:00.480 They stole it.

00:19:01.060 They definitely

00:19:01.440 stole it, but

00:19:02.060 we're always

00:19:02.500 open to the

00:19:03.120 machine because

00:19:03.580 there's so

00:19:03.880 many bizarre

00:19:05.460 things about

00:19:06.120 the machines.

00:19:07.100 But Tina

00:19:08.280 Peters went

00:19:08.880 to trial.

00:19:10.200 They found

00:19:10.680 her guilty, I

00:19:11.300 think, of

00:19:11.600 seven felonies.

00:19:13.000 Look, she's a 0.57

00:19:13.860 gold star

00:19:14.300 mother.

00:19:15.100 She's in

00:19:15.700 ill health.

00:19:16.900 She's held

00:19:17.460 in, I think,

00:19:17.880 in a medium

00:19:18.300 security women's

00:19:19.820 prison in

00:19:20.240 Colorado, which

00:19:21.000 my understanding

00:19:21.520 is quite

00:19:22.000 dangerous with

00:19:23.140 the inmates

00:19:23.560 there.

00:19:24.620 She's being

00:19:25.460 abused and

00:19:26.420 picked on all

00:19:26.940 the time when

00:19:27.480 she's not in

00:19:28.020 solitary confinement.

00:19:28.980 But just for

00:19:30.160 the audience,

00:19:31.340 didn't you

00:19:31.820 have every

00:19:33.120 opportunity to

00:19:33.860 present all

00:19:34.460 this evidence

00:19:35.180 at her

00:19:35.680 trial before

00:19:37.660 she was found

00:19:38.200 guilty of

00:19:38.720 seven felonies

00:19:41.360 by a jury

00:19:42.560 of her peers?

00:19:44.680 Especially

00:19:45.280 because some

00:19:45.940 of the charges

00:19:47.560 were very

00:19:48.140 specific to

00:19:48.940 what you're

00:19:49.320 talking about

00:19:49.840 today, correct?

00:19:50.480 No, the

00:19:53.500 charge, first

00:19:54.380 of all, she

00:19:54.800 was convicted

00:19:55.380 of four

00:19:56.400 felonies.

00:19:57.260 She was

00:19:57.720 acquitted of

00:19:58.540 three.

00:19:59.980 Okay.

00:20:00.160 And we

00:20:03.620 had no

00:20:04.560 chance to

00:20:05.160 present evidence

00:20:06.320 about why

00:20:07.580 Tina did 0.91

00:20:08.260 what she

00:20:08.700 did.

00:20:09.640 So why

00:20:10.760 she did

00:20:11.240 what she

00:20:11.620 did is she

00:20:12.840 knew that the

00:20:13.540 Secretary of

00:20:14.260 State was

00:20:14.860 going to

00:20:15.940 erase the

00:20:17.060 digital election

00:20:18.180 records that

00:20:19.640 she, as

00:20:20.120 county clerk,

00:20:20.880 was obligated

00:20:21.720 to preserve

00:20:22.640 by federal

00:20:23.400 law.

00:20:24.880 And once

00:20:25.340 she knew

00:20:25.680 that, she 0.87

00:20:26.120 made

00:20:26.360 arrangements

00:20:26.900 with a

00:20:27.980 qualified

00:20:28.640 cyber

00:20:29.580 security

00:20:30.120 consultant

00:20:30.800 to make

00:20:31.980 an image

00:20:32.520 of the

00:20:33.240 Mesa County

00:20:34.040 election

00:20:34.480 management

00:20:34.960 server hard

00:20:35.720 drive so

00:20:36.440 those records

00:20:37.140 would be

00:20:38.140 preserved.

00:20:39.220 The image

00:20:40.280 that she

00:20:40.720 made was

00:20:41.220 legal.

00:20:42.520 The

00:20:42.840 gentleman

00:20:43.300 who did

00:20:44.040 it was

00:20:44.540 authorized

00:20:45.140 to enter

00:20:45.880 the room.

00:20:47.660 Tina had 0.82

00:20:48.160 the legal

00:20:48.600 authority to

00:20:49.580 authorize

00:20:50.340 that gentleman

00:20:51.000 to do

00:20:51.480 the work

00:20:51.960 that he

00:20:52.360 did.

00:20:53.740 And the

00:20:55.000 cameras were

00:20:55.720 turned off

00:20:56.400 to protect

00:20:57.320 the identity

00:20:58.220 of that

00:20:59.940 person who

00:21:01.280 had requested

00:21:02.160 that his

00:21:03.260 identity not

00:21:04.180 be revealed

00:21:04.960 because he

00:21:05.940 was being

00:21:06.460 hunted by

00:21:07.320 the cartels

00:21:08.740 for his

00:21:09.300 work for

00:21:09.800 the FBI

00:21:10.520 in a

00:21:11.380 child

00:21:12.140 trafficking

00:21:12.800 internet

00:21:13.360 operation.

00:21:15.260 So Tina

00:21:15.680 honored his

00:21:17.300 request that

00:21:18.120 his identity

00:21:18.940 be kept

00:21:19.460 secret.

00:21:20.620 The cameras

00:21:21.400 were turned

00:21:21.920 off, but

00:21:22.440 that was

00:21:22.940 legal.

00:21:23.880 The cameras

00:21:24.380 were not

00:21:25.020 required to

00:21:25.760 be turned

00:21:26.180 on.

00:21:26.580 And the

00:21:29.260 convictions

00:21:29.760 occurred

00:21:30.240 because his

00:21:30.940 identity

00:21:31.520 was

00:21:32.260 misrepresented

00:21:33.360 as Gerald

00:21:35.120 Wood instead

00:21:36.080 of his

00:21:36.480 real name

00:21:37.000 Conan

00:21:37.400 Hayes.

00:21:38.660 Gerald

00:21:38.960 Wood

00:21:39.520 voluntarily

00:21:41.140 agreed to

00:21:43.440 let this

00:21:44.280 gentleman use

00:21:45.200 his county

00:21:45.920 key card

00:21:47.200 to get

00:21:47.940 into the

00:21:48.360 room and

00:21:49.580 identify

00:21:50.460 himself as

00:21:51.480 Gerald

00:21:51.780 Wood.

00:21:52.840 Gerald

00:21:53.360 Wood agreed

00:21:53.960 to that in

00:21:54.640 advance.

00:21:55.160 So there

00:21:55.820 was no

00:21:56.240 identity

00:21:56.720 theft.

00:21:57.380 There was

00:21:57.560 no

00:21:57.820 conspiracy

00:21:58.460 to seal

00:21:59.120 identity.

00:22:00.960 John,

00:22:01.680 why did

00:22:02.040 the judge

00:22:03.040 not allow

00:22:03.840 you guys

00:22:05.120 to make

00:22:05.420 that case?

00:22:06.300 And is

00:22:06.940 that one

00:22:07.780 of the

00:22:07.960 basis for

00:22:08.480 your appeal?

00:22:09.160 I mean,

00:22:09.360 it's kind

00:22:09.660 of shocking

00:22:10.160 that these

00:22:11.100 fundamental

00:22:11.440 things of

00:22:11.900 her intent

00:22:12.540 and what

00:22:13.420 she was

00:22:13.720 seeing was

00:22:15.220 not allowed

00:22:15.760 in.

00:22:16.100 Why did

00:22:16.720 the judge

00:22:17.040 rule that?

00:22:17.700 How did

00:22:18.360 he come

00:22:18.700 to that

00:22:18.940 ruling?

00:22:20.840 He said

00:22:21.700 that it

00:22:22.000 was irrelevant.

00:22:22.740 If you

00:22:25.180 can believe

00:22:25.640 it, he

00:22:26.040 said it

00:22:26.480 was irrelevant

00:22:27.240 and that it

00:22:28.100 would confuse

00:22:28.820 the jury

00:22:29.640 if they

00:22:30.660 knew that

00:22:31.980 the machines

00:22:35.240 potentially

00:22:35.900 could be

00:22:36.420 rigged and

00:22:38.000 that Tina

00:22:39.300 was performing

00:22:40.200 a federal

00:22:41.100 duty.

00:22:42.120 He refused

00:22:43.440 to instruct

00:22:44.160 the jury

00:22:45.240 on Tina's

00:22:46.540 main defense,

00:22:47.500 which was

00:22:47.940 execution of

00:22:48.940 a public

00:22:49.380 duty.

00:22:50.220 the judge

00:22:51.440 refused to

00:22:52.260 allow the

00:22:52.760 jury even

00:22:53.440 to see

00:22:54.180 a copy

00:22:54.920 of the

00:22:55.540 federal

00:22:55.880 statute

00:22:56.600 that Tina

00:22:57.660 was obeying,

00:22:59.200 52 U.S.C.

00:23:00.520 207-01.

00:23:03.140 So,

00:23:03.800 we,

00:23:05.140 you know,

00:23:05.580 only one

00:23:06.720 side of the

00:23:07.300 case was

00:23:07.780 presented,

00:23:09.720 the prosecution

00:23:10.680 side.

00:23:11.420 We didn't

00:23:11.700 get to

00:23:12.080 present ours.

00:23:13.480 And that's

00:23:13.820 the basis

00:23:14.240 of the

00:23:14.620 appeal.

00:23:15.760 That's the

00:23:16.020 basis of the

00:23:16.460 appeal?

00:23:17.060 They're saying

00:23:17.600 that that

00:23:17.980 appeal and

00:23:18.500 what you're

00:23:18.800 doing there

00:23:19.340 is part of

00:23:19.800 the reason

00:23:20.180 that they're

00:23:20.680 not going

00:23:20.980 to,

00:23:21.260 at least

00:23:21.540 one of

00:23:21.840 the excuses

00:23:22.280 they use.

00:23:23.380 Can you

00:23:23.700 just get us

00:23:24.120 up to speed

00:23:24.680 on what

00:23:25.320 is the

00:23:25.720 overall plan

00:23:26.420 here?

00:23:26.720 The president

00:23:27.200 is pardoned.

00:23:28.380 There's now

00:23:28.780 this huge

00:23:29.200 controversy

00:23:29.840 whether that

00:23:30.420 has traction.

00:23:31.480 You've got

00:23:31.660 justice working

00:23:32.420 on a bunch

00:23:32.840 of stuff.

00:23:33.700 I hear there's

00:23:34.180 grand juries

00:23:34.780 all over the

00:23:35.480 place.

00:23:36.300 Can you just

00:23:36.680 give us the

00:23:37.100 big picture

00:23:37.720 of what's

00:23:38.760 the effort

00:23:39.260 and how

00:23:39.640 President

00:23:40.040 Trump's

00:23:40.480 pardon

00:23:40.780 ties into?

00:23:42.180 Because what

00:23:42.580 this audience

00:23:43.020 wants is

00:23:44.300 Tina Peter's

00:23:44.920 freedom,

00:23:45.740 and particularly

00:23:46.180 Tina Peter's

00:23:47.100 freedom by

00:23:48.080 Christmas.

00:23:48.520 Is there

00:23:49.340 any chance

00:23:49.860 of that

00:23:50.180 or is

00:23:50.440 there anything

00:23:50.820 coming together

00:23:51.520 that you

00:23:52.080 see revolving

00:23:54.520 around President

00:23:55.060 Trump's

00:23:55.440 pardon?

00:23:57.520 Well,

00:23:58.580 first of all,

00:24:00.180 we're very

00:24:01.000 grateful for

00:24:02.060 the support

00:24:02.800 of your

00:24:03.100 listeners and

00:24:03.860 viewers.

00:24:05.120 And they

00:24:05.760 can find

00:24:06.440 Tina's entire 0.98

00:24:07.540 story at

00:24:08.600 tinapeters.us.

00:24:10.420 And they can

00:24:11.100 also contribute

00:24:11.940 there to

00:24:13.300 her personal

00:24:13.900 needs and to

00:24:14.780 her legal

00:24:15.460 fund,

00:24:16.460 tinapeters.us.

00:24:17.760 Now,

00:24:18.840 with respect

00:24:19.360 to the

00:24:19.800 pardon,

00:24:21.240 the state

00:24:22.260 has refused

00:24:23.120 to recognize

00:24:24.880 what we

00:24:25.720 believe is a

00:24:26.980 valid

00:24:27.320 presidential

00:24:27.960 pardon.

00:24:28.860 So at

00:24:29.260 some point,

00:24:29.940 that will

00:24:30.420 have to

00:24:30.820 be litigated.

00:24:32.720 And we

00:24:33.220 haven't made

00:24:33.700 a decision

00:24:34.320 when that

00:24:37.860 will be

00:24:38.260 raised in

00:24:38.980 the appellate

00:24:39.860 case.

00:24:40.700 But it

00:24:41.780 will be

00:24:42.200 raised,

00:24:43.000 and we

00:24:43.900 believe the

00:24:44.440 pardon is

00:24:45.000 valid.

00:24:45.360 oral

00:24:46.240 argument in

00:24:46.900 Tina's 0.67

00:24:47.220 case is

00:24:47.700 set for

00:24:48.080 January

00:24:48.520 14th,

00:24:50.400 2026,

00:24:51.900 at 2.30

00:24:52.660 p.m.

00:24:53.080 in the

00:24:53.320 Colorado

00:24:53.640 Court of

00:24:54.220 Appeals,

00:24:54.940 and that

00:24:55.380 will be

00:24:56.000 live-streamed

00:24:57.020 if people

00:24:57.440 want to

00:24:57.800 go there

00:24:58.160 to watch

00:24:58.620 it.

00:24:59.940 Does that

00:25:00.600 answer your

00:25:01.080 question,

00:25:01.620 Steve?

00:25:02.140 Yeah,

00:25:02.720 yes,

00:25:03.220 that's,

00:25:03.660 we'll follow

00:25:04.300 that.

00:25:04.760 Last thing,

00:25:05.580 how is,

00:25:06.600 why is,

00:25:07.280 when I was

00:25:07.820 in federal

00:25:08.220 prison,

00:25:09.000 I mean,

00:25:09.280 you really

00:25:09.660 got to do

00:25:10.180 something

00:25:10.720 pretty bad,

00:25:13.580 like drugs

00:25:14.160 or cell

00:25:14.640 phone or

00:25:15.180 getting in

00:25:15.560 fights,

00:25:15.900 inmates

00:25:16.140 getting in

00:25:16.560 fights to

00:25:17.000 be put

00:25:17.300 in the

00:25:17.520 shoe,

00:25:17.920 the special

00:25:18.320 housing

00:25:18.680 unit,

00:25:19.100 the hole,

00:25:20.500 right?

00:25:21.140 My

00:25:21.360 understanding

00:25:21.900 is that

00:25:22.320 Tina Peters

00:25:22.860 is regularly

00:25:23.780 put into

00:25:24.540 solitary

00:25:25.100 confinement

00:25:25.660 or the

00:25:26.080 shoe

00:25:26.400 just for

00:25:27.760 any perceived

00:25:28.900 thing that

00:25:29.680 the guards

00:25:30.900 or the

00:25:31.200 cops or

00:25:31.920 the authorities

00:25:32.880 think.

00:25:33.780 Can you get

00:25:34.480 people up to

00:25:35.000 speed because

00:25:35.580 for a 70-year-old

00:25:36.780 plus woman 1.00

00:25:37.420 to go into

00:25:38.420 the special

00:25:38.840 housing unit,

00:25:39.620 the solitary

00:25:40.100 confinement is

00:25:40.940 psychologically

00:25:41.540 and physically

00:25:42.360 incredibly

00:25:43.820 tough.

00:25:44.860 Can you just

00:25:45.420 get us up to

00:25:45.880 speed on

00:25:46.240 exactly what's

00:25:47.040 happening with

00:25:47.540 her?

00:25:47.680 It sounds

00:25:48.020 like she's 0.64

00:25:48.460 not only a

00:25:48.900 political

00:25:49.220 prisoner,

00:25:50.440 but she's 0.97

00:25:50.880 essentially a

00:25:51.700 political

00:25:52.040 prisoner who's

00:25:52.600 being tortured

00:25:53.240 in a prison

00:25:54.480 in the United

00:25:55.080 States of

00:25:55.540 America,

00:25:56.060 sir.

00:25:58.220 Well,

00:25:58.860 I would not

00:25:59.380 say that

00:25:59.880 she's being

00:26:00.500 tortured.

00:26:01.980 It's very

00:26:02.600 difficult

00:26:03.060 psychologically

00:26:03.820 to be in

00:26:05.220 solitary

00:26:07.340 confinement.

00:26:09.400 Tina was

00:26:09.900 put there

00:26:10.420 because she

00:26:11.780 told them

00:26:12.480 that she

00:26:12.920 didn't feel

00:26:13.420 safe in

00:26:14.100 the general

00:26:15.440 population

00:26:16.240 because she

00:26:18.920 had raised

00:26:21.500 some issues

00:26:22.120 about what

00:26:22.700 was going

00:26:23.160 on with

00:26:23.740 her and

00:26:24.600 people inside

00:26:27.740 the penitentiary,

00:26:28.760 not the

00:26:29.160 inmates, but

00:26:30.040 officers who

00:26:31.780 worked there.

00:26:33.260 So her

00:26:34.100 information

00:26:34.860 was pretty

00:26:38.680 startling, I

00:26:39.740 think, to

00:26:40.200 the authorities

00:26:40.960 who interviewed

00:26:41.620 her and

00:26:42.380 they told

00:26:42.940 her they

00:26:43.220 were putting

00:26:43.680 her in

00:26:44.400 solitary

00:26:44.840 confinement for

00:26:45.920 her own

00:26:46.500 protection.

00:26:48.380 Her

00:26:48.940 protection from

00:26:51.040 the officers

00:26:51.660 and authorities

00:26:52.300 of the

00:26:52.640 prison?

00:26:53.960 No, her 0.99

00:26:54.400 protection from

00:26:55.260 the, her

00:26:57.300 protection from

00:26:58.200 other inmates,

00:26:59.340 but the

00:26:59.880 information that

00:27:00.740 she has has

00:27:01.600 to do with

00:27:02.160 some of

00:27:02.540 the people

00:27:03.040 who work

00:27:03.480 there.

00:27:04.760 And it's,

00:27:05.360 it's, it's

00:27:06.600 quite startling

00:27:07.460 and I'm not

00:27:09.500 authorized to

00:27:10.220 reveal it

00:27:10.700 publicly.

00:27:12.660 John, I know

00:27:13.480 you've got to

00:27:13.880 bounce, you're 0.96

00:27:14.300 working on this

00:27:14.760 case.

00:27:15.400 We're going to

00:27:15.900 have, we're

00:27:16.340 going to have

00:27:16.620 various people

00:27:17.300 from the Tina

00:27:17.800 Peters camp on

00:27:18.660 hopefully daily

00:27:19.580 and going

00:27:20.140 forward with

00:27:20.580 this.

00:27:20.880 We've got to

00:27:21.200 get a firestorm

00:27:21.900 going.

00:27:22.620 How do people

00:27:23.220 find you,

00:27:24.320 social media,

00:27:25.020 your website,

00:27:25.680 about the case,

00:27:26.440 and where they

00:27:26.880 go to support

00:27:27.720 Tina Peters?

00:27:28.700 Uh, well, I

00:27:31.420 don't, uh, I

00:27:32.300 have a website,

00:27:33.260 but I don't

00:27:33.980 maintain it or

00:27:35.020 use it.

00:27:35.820 So go to

00:27:36.700 Tina's website,

00:27:37.780 Tina Peters dot

00:27:38.860 U S or Tina

00:27:40.400 Peters dot U S.

00:27:46.140 Thank you.

00:27:46.780 I want to get

00:27:47.140 that right.

00:27:47.720 Tina Peters dot

00:27:48.600 U S.

00:27:49.920 Okay.

00:27:50.420 And we get all

00:27:50.940 the support there.

00:27:51.560 Okay.

00:27:52.000 We'll get the

00:27:52.680 social media.

00:27:53.360 John, uh, you

00:27:55.420 were in Peter

00:27:55.880 Tickton.

00:27:56.480 Uh, people are

00:27:57.320 praying for you.

00:27:58.060 Uh, they want to

00:27:58.800 support in any

00:27:59.620 way they can.

00:28:00.380 The Tina Peters

00:28:00.960 situation is a very

00:28:02.340 high.

00:28:02.680 I think it's one of

00:28:03.200 the highest parties

00:28:03.920 of MAGA.

00:28:05.020 This is outrageous

00:28:05.780 in this country to

00:28:06.800 have a woman that's

00:28:07.920 a gold star mother

00:28:08.800 that was doing her

00:28:10.000 job, uh, in a, uh,

00:28:11.540 in a prison in the

00:28:12.920 conditions that that

00:28:14.180 prison is in and the

00:28:15.420 conditions Tina

00:28:16.120 Peters in.

00:28:16.700 So thank you very

00:28:17.300 much for joining us

00:28:17.960 here on a Saturday.

00:28:19.420 You're welcome,

00:28:20.260 Steve.

00:28:20.500 And by the way,

00:28:21.100 it's not a medium

00:28:22.360 security prison.

00:28:23.360 It's a maximum

00:28:24.440 security prison.

00:28:25.560 That's all they have

00:28:26.820 for women in

00:28:27.540 Colorado.

00:28:28.860 So the Tina's, uh,

00:28:30.420 incarcerated with

00:28:31.460 people who've

00:28:32.100 committed heinous

00:28:32.840 crimes.

00:28:35.220 Amazing.

00:28:36.000 Amazing.

00:28:36.700 Amazing and sick.

00:28:37.820 John, thank you so

00:28:38.540 much and thank you

00:28:39.140 for all your work

00:28:39.660 for Tina.

00:28:40.860 Thank you, Steve.

00:28:42.560 Short break.

00:28:43.420 We're going to

00:28:44.700 I think you might be

00:28:45.600 shocked what's

00:29:38.020 These days, it just

00:29:39.180 makes sense to have

00:30:15.780 The buy one gift two

00:30:18.300 Christmas special.

00:30:20.280 Do it today.

00:30:22.040 Tonight, a Georgia 0.80

00:30:23.140 woman suffering

00:30:23.900 horrifying chemical

00:30:25.100 burns after being

00:30:26.040 attacked in a popular

00:30:27.020 Savannah park.

00:30:28.540 Photos from her

00:30:29.160 hospital bed showing

00:30:30.140 bandages around her

00:30:31.300 entire head.

00:30:32.300 We spoke to her son

00:30:33.400 and best friend who've

00:30:34.320 been by her bedside.

00:30:35.380 I don't know that I'll

00:30:36.440 ever be able to unhear

00:30:38.160 just the terror in her

00:30:39.960 voice.

00:30:40.660 Police say the attack

00:30:41.380 happened around eight

00:30:42.200 Wednesday night as

00:30:43.040 Ashley Wasilewski

00:30:44.080 walked through Forsyth

00:30:45.240 Park after a church

00:30:46.260 program.

00:30:47.260 She felt and could see

00:30:48.360 in the shadow from

00:30:49.700 one of the lamps in

00:30:50.820 the park, somebody very

00:30:52.560 close to her and she

00:30:53.420 turned around and went

00:30:54.060 to push him and then

00:30:55.120 just in that split

00:30:56.000 second was like, why

00:30:56.800 is he pouring water

00:30:57.800 on me?

00:30:58.420 Within seconds,

00:30:59.180 Wasilewski's clothing

00:31:00.220 started disintegrating.

00:31:01.680 She looked down and she

00:31:02.480 could see that her

00:31:03.080 pants were burnt or

00:31:04.780 burning off of her.

00:31:05.800 She was later flown to

00:31:06.720 a burn center in Augusta,

00:31:08.180 the FBI now working to

00:31:09.660 identify that chemical

00:31:10.880 that left her so badly

00:31:12.420 scarred.

00:31:13.500 Savannah's mayor posting

00:31:14.540 this photo of what he

00:31:15.480 calls a person of

00:31:16.460 interest asking the

00:31:17.680 public to help identify

00:31:18.820 him.

00:31:19.640 Forsyth Park is an

00:31:20.580 iconic tourist

00:31:21.380 attraction.

00:31:22.620 Forsyth Park.

00:31:23.600 Even featured in films

00:31:24.680 like 1997's Midnight in

00:31:26.460 the Garden of Good and

00:31:27.320 Evil.

00:31:28.340 Savannah police now

00:31:29.240 stepping up patrols at

00:31:30.380 parks across the city

00:31:31.480 and saying that based on

00:31:32.820 their initial

00:31:33.380 investigation, the

00:31:34.640 victim does not know

00:31:35.640 her attacker.

00:31:36.920 We have no evidence

00:31:37.860 that this is part of a

00:31:38.860 larger pattern.

00:31:39.860 Meanwhile, Wasilewski's

00:31:40.960 friends and family are

00:31:42.120 focused on her mental and

00:31:43.680 physical recovery.

00:31:44.740 Having someone sneak up

00:31:45.640 behind you at random is

00:31:47.980 going to follow her for a

00:31:49.140 while.

00:31:49.740 I mean, it's going to be

00:31:50.360 hard to deal with and

00:31:52.060 there's going to be some

00:31:52.720 traumatic response to it.

00:31:55.520 Okay, Todd Woods comes in

00:31:57.200 and Todd, by the way, is

00:31:57.940 working on the machines.

00:31:58.800 And listen, don't get me

00:31:59.860 wrong.

00:32:00.540 I know we can prove beyond

00:32:02.980 any doubt the stealing of

00:32:04.160 the 2020 election just with

00:32:05.300 the mail-in ballots.

00:32:06.440 Don't misconstrue that.

00:32:08.960 I don't think these

00:32:09.800 machines are completely and

00:32:11.040 totally screwed up. 0.91

00:32:11.860 And I think as we get more

00:32:12.680 information on this

00:32:13.380 Venezuela situation and now

00:32:15.040 for all the people in the

00:32:16.480 in the chat, the war and

00:32:18.080 posse and out there that

00:32:18.940 were called crazy because

00:32:19.920 Venezuela, I'm not so sure

00:32:21.320 you're going to be called

00:32:21.960 crazy for too much longer.

00:32:23.320 But Todd, I'll get to that

00:32:24.100 in a moment.

00:32:25.400 Um, in Savannah, this

00:32:27.380 acid attack, there's

00:32:28.620 something broader going

00:32:29.600 on.

00:32:29.980 We could play all kind of

00:32:31.020 clips from local news on

00:32:32.760 other things going on.

00:32:34.340 The people, correct me if

00:32:35.540 I'm wrong, the people in

00:32:36.560 Savannah, because you run,

00:32:37.520 I think the Georgia

00:32:38.180 record, the one of the big

00:32:40.140 news sites down there, the

00:32:41.780 people in Savannah are

00:32:42.680 calling for the president

00:32:43.800 or somebody ascended in the

00:32:44.840 National Guard that this is

00:32:46.000 a combination of what we've

00:32:47.640 seen before, the criminal

00:32:48.420 element plus illegal aliens 0.73

00:32:50.460 that are basically overwhelming

00:32:52.200 the city, sir.

00:32:53.220 Yes, Steve, and I can break

00:32:55.420 some news right now on your

00:32:56.400 show.

00:32:56.860 We have a district attorney

00:32:57.920 in Savannah who's putting 0.76

00:32:59.100 together, drafting a letter

00:33:00.240 for the president of the

00:33:00.960 United States, and I'm on

00:33:02.560 the Pentagon Press Corps, so

00:33:04.040 I'm going to deliver it also

00:33:05.000 to Secretary Hegseth on

00:33:07.400 Monday, calling for the

00:33:08.860 National Guard to be

00:33:09.580 deployed to Savannah.

00:33:10.940 Savannah is a beautiful

00:33:11.600 city.

00:33:11.980 I grew up there on an iconic

00:33:13.320 island, Isle of Hope, off

00:33:14.440 the coast.

00:33:15.440 It was the city, Lincoln,

00:33:17.600 Sherman gave Lincoln after the

00:33:18.900 Civil War.

00:33:19.360 The only city wasn't burned.

00:33:21.140 It's got a huge Irish 1.00

00:33:21.960 community, the biggest St.

00:33:22.920 Patrick's Day Parade in the

00:33:23.980 country, but it's also a port

00:33:25.980 city, Steve.

00:33:26.660 It's a big port of entry into

00:33:28.240 the United States.

00:33:29.200 It's a big tourist

00:33:29.980 destination, huge military

00:33:31.320 presence.

00:33:32.200 I think this is a coordinated

00:33:33.320 attack.

00:33:34.200 Where do you get this kind of

00:33:35.220 chemical to give to a guy to

00:33:36.380 throw on a white woman in the 1.00

00:33:38.020 park? 0.97

00:33:38.400 Forsyth Park is a beautiful

00:33:39.700 area, but look, we have

00:33:41.640 massive shootings.

00:33:42.660 We have tourists being

00:33:44.100 attempted rapes.

00:33:44.980 We have huge drug issues,

00:33:46.900 home invasions.

00:33:48.540 Oglethorpe Mall, massive

00:33:49.580 shooting recently where a woman

00:33:51.180 ran out because of the

00:33:52.520 shooting, had a heart attack

00:33:53.480 and died in the parking lot.

00:33:55.920 We got gang warfare.

00:33:57.480 This is right straight up of

00:33:59.080 what President Trump is going

00:34:00.400 after.

00:34:01.120 And we really need to pay

00:34:02.840 attention to this because it's a

00:34:04.240 national security issue more than

00:34:05.620 just a tourist issue.

00:34:07.240 You know, we just had Ben

00:34:08.800 Burkwam yesterday talking about

00:34:09.880 Minneapolis versus New Orleans.

00:34:11.500 New Orleans is, you know, got the

00:34:13.240 national, they're trying to shut

00:34:14.420 things down, support ICE, etc.

00:34:16.340 Is the prosecutor what you're

00:34:18.440 saying?

00:34:18.640 He's sending a letter to the

00:34:20.720 president of the United States

00:34:21.400 requesting the National Guard

00:34:22.680 there?

00:34:23.360 Why are local Georgia officials up

00:34:25.340 to the state level?

00:34:26.980 Why is there not more movement

00:34:28.280 and why is the media not looking

00:34:30.280 at these different attacks that

00:34:31.540 happen and pulling them

00:34:33.160 together?

00:34:33.540 Is that, hey, there's something

00:34:34.560 serious going on here and

00:34:35.760 something much, much more evil

00:34:37.940 than just random occurrences of

00:34:39.780 violence?

00:34:41.440 Georgia is the epicenter of 1.00

00:34:42.560 everything, Steve.

00:34:43.280 It was one of the states, you

00:34:44.620 know, in 2020 that was a huge

00:34:46.180 issue.

00:34:46.600 Fulton County, they still haven't

00:34:47.920 provided the ballots.

00:34:49.160 Harmeet Dillon just sued for the

00:34:50.600 voter registration logs.

00:34:51.760 They still haven't provided

00:34:52.620 them.

00:34:53.380 Raffensperger is preventing this.

00:34:54.780 Kemp is preventing this.

00:34:56.600 Kemp is, in my view, in bed with

00:34:58.940 a lot of the globalist actors.

00:35:00.200 He goes to Davos often.

00:35:02.260 This is a globalist government in

00:35:03.860 Savannah and it's purposely

00:35:05.040 allowing this crime to develop out

00:35:07.680 of control.

00:35:08.320 It's an incredibly beautiful place

00:35:09.980 and we have to prevent this.

00:35:12.300 And I heard a citizen this

00:35:14.000 morning who called me, we're

00:35:15.160 becoming New Orleans.

00:35:16.740 We can't let that happen.

00:35:18.080 So there's just massive

00:35:19.780 importance behind protecting

00:35:21.940 this incredibly beautiful city.

00:35:24.360 I'm going to ask you to stick

00:35:25.260 around because you've got some

00:35:26.020 thoughts.

00:35:26.340 I'm about to get into some

00:35:27.380 economics here and I know you're

00:35:29.300 a former bond trader.

00:35:30.600 I want to get you back in here.

00:35:31.800 But before I let you bounce for

00:35:33.660 this segment, tell me about the

00:35:35.300 woman.

00:35:35.660 She had acid thrown in her face. 0.71

00:35:38.100 Her in the hospital bed looks

00:35:40.480 horrific.

00:35:40.980 Her whole face is bandaged.

00:35:42.180 I mean, how bad is this?

00:35:43.960 Steve, it's 50% of her body. 0.99

00:35:45.520 Her phone and clothes were

00:35:46.620 melting, I'm told.

00:35:48.000 I mean, this is not a random

00:35:50.120 chemical the guy got out of

00:35:51.380 Walmart.

00:35:52.280 I mean, this is something I think

00:35:53.880 that was provided to shut down

00:35:55.340 tourism in this city.

00:35:56.420 I mean, you can't imagine the

00:35:59.600 pain this woman's going through and 1.00

00:36:01.220 the reaction in the town.

00:36:02.700 I mean, people, we have the

00:36:04.380 Georgia Record, georgiarecord.com.

00:36:06.020 Go there if you're interested in

00:36:07.300 Georgia.

00:36:07.660 We have people calling us all night

00:36:09.840 long.

00:36:10.100 You have to do something.

00:36:11.080 You have to get this out.

00:36:11.900 So we got the story nationally.

00:36:13.220 It was on the local news, but we

00:36:14.940 broke it nationally.

00:36:15.660 And it has to be paid attention

00:36:18.260 to because this is, you know,

00:36:20.400 where this goes.

00:36:21.020 It leads to what's happening in

00:36:22.480 New York and other cities across

00:36:23.880 the country.

00:36:24.920 And particularly in Chicago, we

00:36:26.340 started with Rachel Maddow

00:36:27.360 mocking people because the

00:36:29.440 National Guard's been pulled

00:36:30.280 back.

00:36:31.080 Todd, why don't you hang on a

00:36:32.300 minute?

00:36:32.400 I'm going to get you back in

00:36:33.180 here in a second on some other

00:36:34.620 topics.

00:36:35.760 And Grace and Mo, if you can

00:36:37.200 make sure we take this story

00:36:39.300 from the record, Georgia

00:36:40.840 record, and push it hard.

00:36:42.060 This is a national story.

00:36:43.120 Like Todd just said, breaking

00:36:44.120 news, the prosecutor's drafting

00:36:45.720 a letter.

00:36:46.740 They sent it to the President

00:36:47.840 of the United States to request

00:36:49.300 the National Guard be sent into

00:36:50.660 Savannah because of this out of

00:36:52.080 control nature of things.

00:36:53.780 Okay, I want to pivot for a

00:36:54.780 moment.

00:36:55.040 We're going to bring a bunch of

00:36:55.880 people in here, kind of weave 0.99

00:36:56.780 things together on the economy

00:36:58.040 and capital markets.

00:36:58.960 But I want to start with David

00:37:00.420 Malpass.

00:37:01.500 David, you were one of the

00:37:02.600 top, most senior executives in

00:37:05.740 the Treasury Department under

00:37:06.940 President Trump.

00:37:07.720 You're head of the, former 0.93

00:37:08.620 head of the World Bank.

00:37:10.040 You've been putting up some

00:37:10.820 stuff that I think people

00:37:11.700 understand that's not getting

00:37:12.820 enough coverage in the

00:37:13.660 business media.

00:37:14.680 There's a whole apparatus in

00:37:16.360 the Federal Reserve, as Scott

00:37:18.100 Besson said a couple of months

00:37:19.240 ago, it's completely out of

00:37:21.420 control with Powell.

00:37:22.780 Tell me what's happened here in

00:37:23.960 the last couple of days.

00:37:24.900 I think only you've brought up

00:37:26.180 of how they're trying to

00:37:27.380 thwart, really, President

00:37:28.760 Trump's nationalist economic

00:37:30.880 plan, sir.

00:37:33.360 Hi, Steve.

00:37:34.340 The Federal Reserve is growing

00:37:36.060 in every way, so they're

00:37:38.540 growing their balance sheet.

00:37:40.140 But what they did on Thursday

00:37:41.620 was to reappoint 11 of the

00:37:45.400 regional Fed presidents.

00:37:46.820 These are these big banks that

00:37:48.820 are around the country that run

00:37:51.260 various parts of the Federal

00:37:52.640 Reserve system.

00:37:53.600 There's one in Atlanta, one in

00:37:55.520 Denver, excuse me, in Kansas

00:37:57.440 City, and so on, Dallas, around

00:38:00.420 the country.

00:38:01.440 And they said they gave early

00:38:04.860 extension, five-year extensions,

00:38:07.000 to the contracts for those

00:38:08.920 presidents.

00:38:09.940 That's just one of the things

00:38:11.340 this week they did to grow.

00:38:14.340 You saw that they cut the

00:38:16.300 interest rate, which is good,

00:38:17.720 except it was three months or

00:38:19.220 four months too late.

00:38:20.960 That's really expensive to

00:38:22.900 taxpayers because the national

00:38:24.980 debt is so large that every

00:38:27.900 month that you wait costs money.

00:38:30.520 But one other thing they did

00:38:31.880 again on Wednesday was

00:38:33.980 announced they were going to

00:38:35.480 start heavily buying treasury

00:38:37.240 bills.

00:38:38.100 So we've got this circular

00:38:40.740 process where the government

00:38:42.600 spends all the money, issues

00:38:44.560 treasury bills, and the Federal

00:38:46.080 Reserve buys the treasury bills.

00:38:48.120 So they announced the purchases

00:38:49.840 that I think started yesterday.

00:38:51.660 Are they doing that?

00:38:54.280 Well, first of all, let me go

00:38:54.960 to the presidents.

00:38:55.780 Are you saying because Powell's

00:38:57.980 tenure's running out and the

00:39:00.120 president's going to announce

00:39:00.960 either any day or early, it's

00:39:02.540 either, it looks like he's come

00:39:03.360 down to Kevin Warsh or Hassett,

00:39:06.440 his NEC advisor, head of NEC,

00:39:08.400 one of those two.

00:39:09.240 And I think even President Trump

00:39:10.340 said yesterday, maybe Warsh is a

00:39:12.400 little ahead in the run.

00:39:15.320 But was Powell obligated to wait

00:39:17.640 for President Trump's new pick to

00:39:19.720 get in there before renewing the

00:39:21.720 contracts for the presidents of

00:39:23.740 the different Federal Reserve

00:39:24.660 banks?

00:39:25.220 Or was he obligated to do it at

00:39:27.700 this meeting, which was the last

00:39:29.480 meeting of this year?

00:39:31.760 Normally, they do it later.

00:39:33.060 The new terms don't start until

00:39:35.440 March 1st.

00:39:36.180 So they moved earlier than

00:39:38.620 expected with the announcement on

00:39:40.720 Thursday.

00:39:41.660 That locks in the votes on the

00:39:44.980 Federal Open Market Committee.

00:39:46.500 That's the board where the Fed uses

00:39:49.580 that board to set interest rates.

00:39:52.260 And they just themselves named 11

00:39:54.860 of the members that will be on a

00:39:58.180 19-member board.

00:39:59.340 So they just locked in a majority

00:40:01.260 really for the next five years.

00:40:03.780 It'll be hard to remove those

00:40:06.560 presidents.

00:40:08.880 And so then what that means is that

00:40:11.160 as President Trump's growth program

00:40:13.640 accelerates and brings faster growth,

00:40:16.880 the Fed has a model that says that

00:40:19.100 growth is bad because they think

00:40:20.960 growth causes inflation.

00:40:22.560 We know that's not right.

00:40:24.240 Growth causes more production.

00:40:26.020 It causes more goods and services.

00:40:28.060 But in the Fed's model, they think it

00:40:30.140 causes inflation.

00:40:31.960 So they'll be fighting Trump all year

00:40:34.540 next year with their with by keeping

00:40:37.940 interest rates higher than they should

00:40:39.780 be.

00:40:40.040 They that's what they did this year

00:40:42.080 in twenty twenty five.

00:40:43.280 They should have been cutting in June.

00:40:45.200 I did a big Wall Street Journal article

00:40:47.260 in June saying they should cut in June,

00:40:49.460 but they waited all the way until

00:40:51.280 September.

00:40:51.840 So that means you're just you're just

00:40:54.120 compounding the interest on the

00:40:56.500 national debt when you do that.

00:40:58.320 And now they've got the majority of the

00:41:00.120 board.

00:41:00.460 It's the deep state really controlling

00:41:02.980 things.

00:41:03.540 And Steve, I don't want people to

00:41:05.760 forget the deep state, you know,

00:41:07.600 extends into the globalism in almost

00:41:10.700 every sphere.

00:41:11.840 It's continuing to make things bigger

00:41:14.200 in Europe, in the in the international

00:41:17.360 financial institutions that we've

00:41:19.380 talked about here, the IMF and so on

00:41:21.360 getting big increases in their size.

00:41:24.720 This is so this is what Liz Truss is 1.00

00:41:27.240 saying in her new effort in the United

00:41:29.220 Kingdom, saying, hey, she was turfed out 0.99

00:41:31.480 by the Bank of England as a deep state

00:41:33.140 that over in England is not MI5, MI6

00:41:35.560 or the Crown.

00:41:36.200 She argues it's the it's the Bank of

00:41:38.700 England in the in the central banks.

00:41:40.860 What you've just put out there a

00:41:42.820 moment ago is exactly what President

00:41:44.280 Trump has been arguing about.

00:41:46.400 It's not just that they miscalculate

00:41:49.080 interest rates, but we just had a

00:41:51.040 supply side tax cut to write to drive

00:41:53.840 growth, to make it to give big tax

00:41:56.400 advantages, depreciation for for plant

00:41:58.880 and equipment now in period zero.

00:42:00.820 Plus, the whole tariff situation was to

00:42:03.120 really drive as a forcing function.

00:42:05.060 And to drive to drive people to, you

00:42:08.540 know, companies and countries to invest

00:42:10.340 here for manufacturing.

00:42:12.240 You're saying it.

00:42:13.420 And this is what Trump's arguing.

00:42:14.740 The Fed's fighting you every step of

00:42:16.280 the way.

00:42:17.020 Do you believe they consciously put

00:42:20.060 these 11 presidents back in for the

00:42:22.860 five year extensions before Trump

00:42:24.600 announced his new head of the Fed,

00:42:27.140 which would be logical?

00:42:28.420 Hey, maybe not to march or see what

00:42:30.920 let's get Kevin Warsh or or has it

00:42:33.360 confirmed quickly in January and February.

00:42:35.840 Do you think they did it to thwart Trump

00:42:38.140 and to set up a basic blocking function

00:42:40.540 now at the Fed that the president and

00:42:42.860 his Federal Reserve chief and the

00:42:45.240 secretary treasurer are going to have a

00:42:46.360 limited field of which of maneuver?

00:42:49.320 I think they're trying to lock in their

00:42:51.420 models.

00:42:52.140 And so they wanted to get it done before

00:42:53.940 a new chairman comes in, but also before

00:42:55.960 the Supreme Court decides on the

00:42:58.580 president's executive power.

00:43:00.320 You know, there's a there's a big

00:43:01.960 important decision coming down from

00:43:04.380 the Fed on on on who the president

00:43:07.280 can appoint.

00:43:09.100 And so that that that is that is

00:43:11.620 coloring everything that's going on.

00:43:14.140 President Trump was really clear on, I

00:43:16.460 think, December 10th.

00:43:18.460 So a couple of days ago when he talked

00:43:20.780 about the need for growth and he was

00:43:23.560 complaining about the Fed leaning

00:43:25.400 against growth, what you described, Steve,

00:43:28.960 was supply side economics.

00:43:31.080 Remember, you have tax cuts, you have the

00:43:33.320 the trade that's that's changing and

00:43:36.060 you have, very importantly, the need for

00:43:38.660 the for the Fed to be supportive or

00:43:41.700 allow growth.

00:43:42.680 That was what helped Reagan so much in

00:43:45.620 the early 1980s was the Federal Reserve

00:43:48.560 was able to cut interest rates, even

00:43:50.740 though the growth rate was going up.

00:43:52.880 But now we have the Fed locked into the

00:43:55.800 idea of inflation targeting.

00:43:57.640 It's the opposite of supply side

00:43:59.840 economics.

00:44:00.920 Well, what I want is a price rule where

00:44:03.140 the Fed would be able to to give

00:44:05.640 assurances on the dollar and that would

00:44:07.940 allow lower interest rates across the

00:44:10.200 board.

00:44:11.080 But I think we're going to have.

00:44:13.180 Hang on one second.

00:44:15.160 I want I want you fully to explain this

00:44:17.000 after a short question.

00:44:17.960 If you could make one holiday wish, would

00:44:23.880 you wish to be free from your credit

00:44:25.460 card and other debt?

00:44:27.460 Let's see if we can help you with that.

00:44:29.980 If we could give yourself one gift this

00:44:32.340 holiday season, would it be finally to get

00:44:34.620 some relief from your credit card and

00:44:36.080 other debt?

00:44:36.960 I might have a solution.

00:44:39.240 Here's why now is the time to make a

00:44:41.240 move.

00:44:42.080 This time of year, credit card and loan

00:44:43.900 companies close out their books.

00:44:45.420 They clean up past due accounts.

00:44:48.980 They sell a right off the debt to clear

00:44:50.800 their books.

00:44:52.260 That means if you have credit card debt

00:44:54.020 and unpaid bills, lenders may be more

00:44:56.560 open to negotiating and settling your

00:44:58.440 account before you're in.

00:45:00.700 That means right now, and I mean right

00:45:02.680 now, you may actually have leverage and

00:45:06.640 done with that knows how to use this to 0.51

00:45:09.040 your advantage.

00:45:09.920 They monitor lender trends and understand

00:45:12.400 the year end pressure on creditors.

00:45:14.220 They use that timing to negotiate hard on

00:45:17.600 your behalf.

00:45:19.240 Now's the time to get out from under

00:45:20.900 crushing debt and interest payments

00:45:22.480 without bankruptcy or taking on new

00:45:26.140 loans.

00:45:26.760 Done with debt goes to work for you month

00:45:29.780 one with one clear goal to reduce your

00:45:32.700 total debt and leave you with more money

00:45:35.260 every month.

00:45:36.660 Get started now because your leverage may

00:45:39.960 disappear at the end of the year.

00:45:42.300 Chat with a done with debt specialist at

00:45:45.340 donewithdebt.com.

00:45:46.780 That's donewithdebt.com, donewithdebt.com.

00:46:19.560 gold and they throw in a free ounce of silver.

00:46:22.780 Silver's on fire.

00:46:23.720 This is why I also recommend the shorter and

00:46:26.600 more succinct about what's going on today and

00:46:29.800 how it impacts your finances is just go text

00:46:32.540 Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N at 989898 and get the

00:46:37.560 ultimate guide for investing in gold and

00:46:39.560 precious metals in the age of Trump.

00:46:41.980 Silver's on fire, gold's on fire, but it's

00:46:43.700 not the price.

00:46:44.540 It's the process.

00:46:45.540 That's when you got to talk to Philip Patrick

00:46:46.800 and the team.

00:46:48.000 Why it's been a hedge and why central banks

00:46:49.880 are looking as a new asset class and a hedge.

00:46:52.460 Birchgold.com.

00:46:54.440 Check it out today.

00:46:55.420 David Malpass, just continue on what you're

00:46:57.660 saying because this is the beating heart.

00:47:00.160 We talk about the midterms, 28.

00:47:02.200 I tell people don't worry about it.

00:47:03.280 Worry about the economics right now and the

00:47:05.200 bets that we've made given the structure of

00:47:07.980 the American economy.

00:47:09.180 So continue on, sir.

00:47:11.960 President Trump has put so much energy into a

00:47:14.660 supply side reform of the economy that's

00:47:16.900 supposed to help people and small businesses.

00:47:19.500 He's deregulating the economy.

00:47:21.960 The Fed on Thursday reappointed itself by its

00:47:26.040 own authority 11 of the 12 regional presidents

00:47:30.180 of the Fed, banks across the country, and also

00:47:33.900 12 of the 12 first vice presidents.

00:47:37.340 So you've got the top two across the country that

00:47:40.880 are locked in for another five years.

00:47:43.040 So they're Trump-proofing the Federal Reserve.

00:47:46.420 And that means that you're going to end up with

00:47:49.260 rates higher and the dollar not as defended as it

00:47:53.960 should be.

00:47:54.600 In the Fed's models, they don't defend the dollar.

00:47:58.000 And that means that the U.S.

00:48:01.080 is at risk, at risk to foreign competition.

00:48:03.820 And I think the president should forcefully be asking

00:48:09.280 people, how are we going to have the massive reforms?

00:48:13.280 He spent the time, remember, on the Federal Reserve

00:48:16.160 buildings, talking about the $3 billion that are being

00:48:20.060 constructed in Washington, D.C.

00:48:22.560 for the buildings.

00:48:23.740 But then there hasn't been the follow through to say that

00:48:26.600 changes at the Fed need to promote growth.

00:48:29.420 What, what, what, just give me your, you're someone he

00:48:33.700 listens to, your two or three things, if you're talking

00:48:35.720 to him today, you say, Mr.

00:48:37.720 President, I think in regards to the Fed and the

00:48:39.820 structure, structural issues, what do you recommend in

00:48:42.220 the World Bank and IMF?

00:48:43.560 What, what, because the globalists are circling,

00:48:46.440 they're circling the Trump movement.

00:48:47.960 It's a, the Guardian's got a great story about, about the

00:48:51.260 national security strategy, about how it came about.

00:48:54.360 And there's some, some expert from like C, you know,

00:48:58.180 the Center for Strategic Institute studies that says they're

00:49:02.360 showing that MAGA is truly a revolutionary movement.

00:49:04.740 When we talk about Europe and the, and the collapse of

00:49:06.880 civilization there and our support of these resistance

00:49:09.120 movements from President Trump and his administration, the,

00:49:13.040 the, the money side of this and the capital market side is

00:49:15.820 actually much more important than that because the kind of

00:49:18.060 politics follows money.

00:49:20.700 What is your recommendation to the president?

00:49:22.620 For him to be aware that under the surface, people are working

00:49:28.080 against what he's trying to achieve.

00:49:30.460 That's true in Europe, which you were talking about, you know,

00:49:33.060 they're, they're continuing their regulations on climate.

00:49:36.340 They're making them extraterritorial. 0.72

00:49:38.480 That means they go after U.S. 0.96

00:49:40.220 companies.

00:49:40.680 If the U.S.

00:49:41.540 companies try to, to, to be, to have free markets within Europe,

00:49:47.080 they have climate regulations that are tight.

00:49:49.440 And on the Federal Reserve side that you, you've got this sweeping

00:49:54.440 initiative by the Fed to protect the votes on the, on, of the,

00:49:59.120 on the board so that they can set the interest rates against growth,

00:50:04.680 against Trump's growth.

00:50:06.000 He should be requesting and, and asking people, why are we doing this?

00:50:12.940 Why don't we have supply side price rule monetary policy installed in the 0.89

00:50:17.900 Fed so that we can grow as a nation?

00:50:20.320 The Fed's been wrong so many times.

00:50:22.460 Why would you go and reappoint all of the people, uh, at the, at these, uh,

00:50:27.840 at the regional Feds, the voting members of the, uh, board of governors?

00:50:33.080 A hundred percent.

00:50:34.000 David, where can people get you?

00:50:35.300 You're putting up stuff on, uh, particularly on Twitter all the time.

00:50:38.740 That is not just insightful, but it comes in a little fiery.

00:50:41.900 Where do people go to follow you, sir?

00:50:43.600 Uh, at David R. Malpass, or they can just Google Malpass, uh, WSJ.

00:50:50.600 So my, my, uh, articles describe it.

00:50:53.660 And you were talking about globalism, you know, globalism, I think is still run

00:50:57.820 amok.

00:50:58.300 All these institutions are getting bigger and I'm not sure the president's

00:51:02.080 aware of that.

00:51:03.780 A hundred percent.

00:51:04.800 We'll hold you back on to go through that.

00:51:06.180 The pieces are amazing.

00:51:07.520 One more time.

00:51:08.000 Where do people go?

00:51:09.640 At David R. Malpass on, on, on, on X.

00:51:12.800 Thank you, brother.

00:51:14.760 Thank you for taking time on Saturday to join us.

00:51:16.900 Thanks, Steve.

00:51:18.460 I was going to go Josh Pettit in the data centers, but it's Harnwell up.

00:51:21.520 I want to slide Harnwell in here.

00:51:22.720 We got a minute.

00:51:23.400 Is Ben Harn, Ben Harnwell?

00:51:25.080 Not, not true.

00:51:26.040 We're going to hook him up.

00:51:27.340 Uh, huge announcement today over in Europe, uh, as, uh, I think it's Victor Orban.

00:51:33.700 The great Victor Orban says the EU has crossed the Rubicon.

00:51:37.880 What does he mean by that?

00:51:39.100 Uh, today, I think they formally commenced the process for the freezing of the assets.

00:51:44.820 Uh, I think $300 billion, uh, or around the $300 billion of the Russian people's assets.

00:51:50.160 They began, they began the process to, um, to basically, uh, freeze those.

00:51:54.980 And, uh, that is going to start a process for them to seize them and to use that either

00:52:00.740 for the reconstruction of Ukraine or continue the war.

00:52:03.440 Now, why is this important?

00:52:05.040 Number one, we've talked about this for years.

00:52:06.820 It's one of the reasons other central banks are purchasing gold.

00:52:09.660 So I think you might, you might put it in your back pocket on that, uh, as you go to

00:52:14.300 Birch Gold and talk to Philip Patrick and the team and get the end of the dollar empire.

00:52:18.140 What David was talking about right there, the de-dollarization effort, part of this is going

00:52:23.020 to be just people afraid of, you're going to keep, you're going to keep your money in

00:52:27.800 dollars or in euros while they're doing this.

00:52:30.520 Also, the Russians, I think Medvedev and, uh, and Putin have been pretty clear.

00:52:35.340 However, you take that money and you use that money against us to get arms and weapons on

00:52:43.020 the battlefield and, or to do a reconstruction with the Russian people's money, they've said,

00:52:50.260 I think pretty clearly, that's an act of war.

00:52:52.720 President Trump's moved heaven and earth to try the story out today.

00:52:57.040 Erdogan's met with Putin.

00:52:58.340 They think they may have some sort of deal in hand or close.

00:53:02.300 President Trump's given a Christmas cutoff, but you take their money, that's basically

00:53:10.020 a big part of their, uh, of their, uh, cash net worth.

00:53:14.160 They said that is an act of war.

00:53:17.860 When Orban says you've crossed the Rubicon or you're beginning to put your foot in to cross

00:53:22.480 it, people should listen.

00:53:24.040 Victor Orban is a very wise and smart man.

00:53:27.440 This European situation, as we've warned about, spinning, spinning, spinning out of control.

00:53:35.900 We're going to take a short commercial break.

00:53:37.760 Second hour is even more packed than the first.

00:53:39.900 Stick around on a Saturday.

00:53:41.320 It's Army, Navy.

00:53:43.100 Later today, the commander in chief will be there.

00:54:03.520 and proving it's here to stay by becoming more aggressive than ever before.

00:54:08.680 They're sending out more collection notices, filing more tax liens, and collecting billions

00:54:13.640 more than in recent years.

00:54:21.480 even your home.
