Two members of the Iowa National Guard were killed and an interpreter was injured in an attack in Syria on December 13, 2019. President Obama and Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel attended a ceremony at Dover Air Force Base to honor the fallen soldiers.
00:04:20.020The interpreter killed as well in this attack.
00:04:24.860That was a beautiful event for three great people.
00:04:28.700And they're now looking down, and their parents and wives and all of the people that were there were, I mean, devastated, but great people, great people.
00:04:41.520So thank you very much for being there.
00:04:45.560Okay, dignified transfer at Dover Air Base a little while ago, President of the United States and two National Guard troops from Iowa, Iowa National Guard, killed in an ambush in Syria.
00:04:57.700And, of course, the interpreter from Macomb County, which is where Reagan Democrats are from.
00:05:04.360Jack Posobo is going to call in momentarily.
00:05:07.480We do have something we've been working on all afternoon.
00:05:13.280I think that there is now people talking behind the scenes, maybe some parents, people that were actually in the room.
00:05:21.340It appears that Ella Cook may have been targeted, and we're going to get more information about this, but very, very, very disturbing, and I think very disturbing why either local authorities have not given us an update on Ella Cook and, quite frankly, why federal authorities have not given us an update on Ella Cook.
00:05:40.500If this is the case or even close to being the case, even a scintilla of possibility, this is what has to be done.
00:05:48.540I know you're looking for the killer, you're looking for the killer's associates, everything, but the actual process of this victim or what happened to this victim, we need to know ASAP, even if it's not perfect information, even if it's only partial information.
00:06:02.780I think the authorities locally, and I think the authorities in the federal government owe that to people, and I think we've done enough checkings to know that there's something here.
00:06:14.360Tommy Tuberio, the senator, is going to be on John Solomon's show immediately following the war room tonight.
00:06:21.680Number one, Jack Smith and Fonnie Willis, on a day when the commander-in-chief is up meeting the bodies of some of our bravest that gave all to their country, you see this horrible fiasco, and we're dealing with the Brown situation, you've got, you know, you've got the situation in Australia, we've got the situation in Savannah with a woman that's had acid thrown in her face.
00:06:44.380It does feel, and the president's going to address it tonight, we're going to be here all night for it, it does feel to a degree the country's coming out of control, and part of the reason is the institutions in this country have failed this country.
00:06:57.020We've had Jack Smith, right, at the federal level, and Fonnie Willis, these are two people that were empowered by the government at the time to even-handedly go through things, and the Fonnie Willis thing today was a fiasco, right?
00:07:09.960We'll get to that moment, but Jack Smith walks in, the very first thing, he says, hey, I don't want to hear from Mike Davis, I don't want to hear from Donald Trump or Trump's people or war room.
00:07:19.040I have incontrovertible evidence that President Trump, not just that I have probable cause to go raid, but I have incontrovertible evidence that Donald Trump committed crimes, major crimes, in trying to reverse a free and fair 2020 election.
00:07:38.120It's nonsense, it's what we've been talking about on this show, Steve, for more than three years.
00:07:44.740It is not illegal for the former president to have his presidential records classified or not with him when he leaves office.
00:07:55.480That is specifically permitted by the Presidential Records Act.
00:08:00.600It's not illegal for a presidential candidate to challenge a presidential election.
00:08:07.720If it were illegal, you would see Democrats in prison for challenging Republican wins in 1968, 2000, 2004, and 2016.
00:08:20.540The only thing that is illegal with all of this is what Jack Smith did when he illegally ignored the FBI, when the FBI told him there was not probable cause to do the Mar-a-Lago raid, and then Jack Smith illegally colluded with various Biden officials to politicize and weaponize the intel agencies and law enforcement to take out President Trump.
00:08:49.320Remember, this is the same Jack Smith who was sent in to take out former Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell.
00:08:57.200And he succeeded in winning a criminal conviction that was overturned 8-0 by the Supreme Court of the United States.
00:09:05.280It would have been 9-0, but Justice Scalia passed away.
00:09:09.100It is very hard to get overturned 8-0 by the Supreme Court on anything, let alone a criminal case.
00:09:15.900But Jack Smith found the way, but he didn't care because the damage was already done.
00:09:23.040He took out former Virginia Bob McDonnell as a potential or likely presidential candidate for Republicans.
00:09:30.640Jack Smith got banished to The Hague because he is such a scud missile.
00:09:36.280He's such a clown, and it was Joe Biden and the Biden Justice Department who brought back Jack Smith from The Hague to run this unprecedented republic-ending lawfare against President Trump.
00:09:49.920Jack Smith could go testify and say that he had all the evidence and he had all the goods to take down Trump.
00:09:56.760And to the contrary, there is very strong evidence he participated in a blatant criminal conspiracy against rights under 18 U.S.C. Section 241.
00:10:08.980We have very publicly on this show called for a grand jury down where they did the Mar-a-Lago raid in Fort Pierce, Florida.
00:10:17.840That grand jury, there's a new grand jury getting impaneled in January.
00:10:21.940My good friend Jason Redding-Quinones is the new Miami U.S. attorney, and I would say to Jack Smith, you better lawyer up, buddy, because if there's anyone on this planet who deserves to get justice, it is Jack Smith.
00:10:38.280I just want people to know they're just not going to sit here and agree with us.
00:10:44.140I mean, today his opening statement was up in your grill, right, up in your grill, and the media is piled in the back of it.
00:10:50.300The Washington field office for the FBI is a festering nest of vipers that hate Trump, hate Trump.
00:11:00.220And they said there's no probable cause here.
00:11:03.240I mean, the evidence is overwhelming about Jack Smith, but I just want people to know this ain't going to be easy.
00:11:09.020They're not going to go down without a fight here, right?
00:11:54.380And, of course, Jack Smith has already teamed up with his allies in the media to get out the narrative that Jack Smith wants to get out there.
00:12:03.680But Jack Smith is not going to be able to run from the fact that he moved forward with this prosecution without probable cause.
00:12:10.440That it was Jay Bratz, one of Jack Smith's deputies, who ran to U.S. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart, who had just recused six weeks prior from President Trump's civil lawsuit against Hillary Clinton for Crossfire Hurricane, the Russian collusion hoax.
00:12:30.640Reinhart recused because of Reinhart's 2017 Facebook post trashing President Trump.
00:12:37.400So, obviously, he couldn't be fair if he's trashing President Trump on Facebook.
00:12:41.540And so Reinhart recused, but somehow that recusal issue magically disappeared six weeks later when Jay Bratz, Jack Smith's deputy, went and got an unprecedented, unnecessary, unlawful home raid without probable cause, according to the FBI, to go get presidential records from President Trump that he's allowed to have under the Presidential Records Act.
00:13:05.900This is the same Jack Smith who illegally spied on U.S. Senators and did not notify the Senate of this spying, which is required under federal statute.
00:13:19.140So Jack Smith has many legal problems he's going to face and hopefully a criminal indictment in the Southern District of Florida.
00:13:27.220Okay, we're going to go from the Imperial Capitol.
00:13:30.700When Mike Davis joins us after a break, we're going to go to Atlanta, Georgia, to Fulton County, and finally Willis.
00:13:36.540Also, we're going to return to Providence, Rhode Island, Brown University.
00:13:41.020There is something deeply, deeply, deeply wrong with this investigation.
00:13:45.080And I'm not talking about the photos they're releasing, et cetera.
00:13:48.960We must know and must know as soon as possible.
00:14:40.820There's a lot of politicians that should be getting coal in their stockings for Christmas, but Birch Gold thinks as a smart planner, you deserve silver.
00:15:08.980That's why for every $5,000 you purchase between now and December 22nd, Birch Gold will send you an ounce of silver free.
00:15:19.680Remember, silver is up over 60% this year and over $60 an ounce.
00:15:26.060You see, smart people diversify and have a hedge.
00:15:30.160That's why I encourage you to buy gold from Birch Gold.
00:15:32.960With the rate cuts from the Fed in 2026, the dollar will be worth less.
00:15:36.920And what happens if the AI bubble bursts?
00:16:48.660Jack's on the phone near the White House, just left.
00:16:52.960Jack, walk me through what we've learned this afternoon about the targeting of Ella Cook, sir.
00:16:58.340Well, Steve, thanks again for having me on.
00:17:02.260And, yes, just left the White House, although that's not, I wasn't there on this situation, had some other meetings.
00:17:07.640But the information I received does come from an extremely well-placed source, very high-level source.
00:17:15.300And someone who has a, let's just say, familial connection to one of the people that have been involved in this case.
00:17:26.840And the information that we've received, the story that's come out of there is that this was, in fact, targeted.
00:17:34.680That the assailant came in and fired multiple rounds directly at Ella Cook.
00:17:44.940And that the story that is coming up that's being told, at least by students on campus and people who are directly involved in this,
00:17:55.180is that it seemed like she was the main target and everyone else was incidental.
00:18:02.020Now, again, it seemed, hang on, but also this person, the familial issue is someone that was wounded, not killed, but was wounded in the shooting.
00:18:12.620And this is what they referred, they told, this is what their story is about what happened, what happened there, correct?
00:19:21.420But they also said that it seemed like many rounds were fired throughout the situation, that, you know, if this was a handgun, would have required reloads or, you know, a high-capacity magazine, something like that.
00:19:39.300The teaching assistant that was running, one of the teaching assistants, I think, that was running the tutorial for the principle of economics course for the exam was on, I think, Dana Bash on Sunday.
00:19:49.300And Dana Bash never asked this direct question.
00:19:56.140Also, correct me if I'm wrong, I thought the police chief, and, of course, he gave it a third in Hispanic or in Spanish and two-thirds in English.
00:20:06.300But I thought one of the reporters actually asked him if there was any feeling that anybody was targeted.
00:20:12.240And I thought he said the answer was no.
00:20:15.260My point is that the official position right now coming out is that they don't know or there's not enough evidence to point to this, correct?
00:20:27.380And, of course, Steve, you and I watched that and covered the press conference yesterday where they were very, very angry with people asking questions about the official position.
00:20:37.760They were very direct about not wanting certain information from the crowd, from the audience, as well as asking for tips.
00:20:47.280So it was very strange in terms of that reaction.
00:20:49.740But at the same time, they also said that they did not believe that it was targeted, whereas when we're talking to people that are, again, directly associated with the incident, who were there on campus, they are saying something else.
00:21:02.680Listen, here's the thing, and obviously the Rob Brenner situation and his wife is like a Greek tragedy, right?
00:21:11.200But you're getting 20 stories a day from Daily Mail with the intimate details of what happened and the kid and all this.
00:21:32.980We sat through this fiasco yesterday that was just embarrassing.
00:21:37.040But I do think it's incumbent, if it's accurate, for federal officials to come out now and at least tell us what they know as a warning to other parents,
00:21:46.360maybe not helping on this case, but as a warning to other people, correct?
00:21:53.820We're here on day five of this thing, and there were many people who said, do you have information that this person is no longer dangerous?
00:22:01.820Do you have information that it's possible that there's no other, you know, that there's no other situation going on here?
00:22:09.760Do you have information that there's no threat?
00:22:11.680And again, that information was not given to anyone.
00:22:15.620And so we need to find out whether or not there is an active threat, because we know that there is an active shooter that is still at loose, and they are not giving us any information.
00:22:29.100They actually made the declarative statement that they didn't think it was any – they have no idea who the gunman is.
00:22:33.680They really don't have any leads, at least what they're telling us publicly.
00:22:36.740They put out another photo of some other guy today to look at, which is much clearer, a much clearer picture.
00:22:42.760But I think it was the mayor that was pretty adamant when they asked him.
00:22:45.680They sent the kids home, and they said there's no imminent threat.
00:22:50.000I mean, I don't know how they would derive that since they sat there and were begging for information about the shooter themselves.
00:22:56.180So, Jack, I mean, on a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being great, 1 being suboptimal, where do you put this investigation by local – and I would say federal officials.
00:23:05.780You had an FBI guy up there that was at the microphone yesterday.
00:23:11.300Steve, in terms of the way they've been communicating with the public, it's an absolute F, and there's no way.
00:23:17.740In the military, we would say this was unset, and if I were the division officer on this assignment, if these were my guys running this, I would be drilling them all day and night, and I'd be conducting a lot more interviews, a lot more, excuse me, public appearances.
00:23:35.680I'd be putting out more information to actually answer the questions one by one that the public has about the threat to public safety, students, and, of course, the population writ large.
00:23:46.600Plus, if this was a student, for example, we don't know, but if this was a student who has now gone home some other part of the country, they don't even know who could be at threat.
00:23:56.020But with the Charlie Kirk assassination still in living memory of people, and I know affecting people every day, we need to know immediately if there's scintilla of possibility that Ella Cook was targeted because she's a young conservative.
00:24:14.420And just as we talked right there, just came across the wire, Dan Bongino, it's official, been rumors all day, and Jack, you're a guy that knows Dan as well as anybody.
00:24:24.960Dan Bongino has just tendered his resignation to the president.
00:24:30.380Steve, look, I know that's a tough job.
00:24:32.700I don't know that anyone does that job longer than one year or two years, and obviously being separated from his children, his young children, his family is very tough.
00:24:45.780Dan's someone that obviously all of us here in the posse have been close with for many, many years, someone that we follow, someone that we're friends with.
00:25:22.780Mike Davis, before I get to Fannie Willis, you're very close to senior level, the most senior levels at the Justice Department over at the FBI.
00:25:31.080Your thoughts, one, about what's transpiring in Brown, but also Dan Bongino tenders his resignation within the first 10 months.
00:25:38.460I think Dan got there, I think, in February, March.
00:25:50.200He went to the FBI for a short stint to bring much-needed, bold, serious reforms to the FBI.
00:25:58.080He never intended to stay beyond January.
00:26:02.700He's told me that privately for many, many, many months.
00:26:06.160He left a lot of money on the table to go do this government service.
00:26:10.520He's going to go back and play a crucial role on the outside by continuing his conservative media, his podcast, and other media outlets that he runs to make sure that we have more warriors on the outside.
00:26:25.780This has always been Dan Bongino's plan, and we should thank him for his service.
00:26:34.820Mike Davis, you have been absolutely brutal in your treatment of Fannie Willis from the very beginning and every day that she was up there.
00:26:43.180Today, she kind of had to face the music a little bit.
00:26:48.160I was so blown away by her demeanor and some of her statements.
00:26:50.800Number one, the audience who's done this journey with us, Fannie Willis said categorically she is the finest, I think, district attorney in the Southeast United States.
00:27:34.400And she clearly committed crimes with her bogus prosecutions of President Trump and his aides and his allies related to their lawful objection to the 2020 election, again, which is permitted by the Electoral Count Act of 1887 along with the First Amendment.
00:27:55.400Big Fannie, she got into big trouble on this prosecution because she hired her dumb, unqualified boyfriend, Nathan Wade, who she defended today.
00:28:06.000She paid him, it was like $250 an hour, $700,000 in Fulton County funds.
00:28:30.940For a limited time, Patriot Mobile is running their red, white, and blue Friday promotion.
00:28:35.640Your once-a-year chance to get a free smartphone just for switching to America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.

00:28:47.740For over 12 years, Patriot Mobile has defended faith, family, and freedom while giving you the same or better premium coverage on all three major U.S. networks.
00:28:57.960Unlimited data, mobile hotspots, international roaming.
00:29:02.660When you switch, you never sacrifice quality or service.
00:29:06.260Hundreds of thousands have joined the movement because every bill supports the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the sanctity of life, and our veterans and first responders.
00:30:20.120I mean, she was trying to do the same thing, but here's what is for the state of Georgia, which Atlanta Airport's one of the most busy in the world.
00:30:25.880They've got all kinds of global corporations down there.
00:30:27.760Atlanta prides itself as the most powerful city in the South, and it hurts me to say that since I come from Richmond.
00:30:46.440What's your recommendation to Georgia of what needs to happen there, sir?
00:30:50.880So Georgia state prosecutors and the feds both need to go on dual tracks and put Big Fannie's fat ass in prison because she politicized and weaponized her office to take out Trump and to take out his supporters for non-crimes.
00:31:11.700She violated their constitutional rights.
00:31:27.900She hired her dumb, unqualified boyfriend, Nathan Wade, paid him $700,000, took illegal kickbacks in the form of these lavish trips to Belize, the Caribbean.
00:31:39.600She's a great goose girl, Big Fannie told us.
00:31:42.860She said that she went Dutch and she, her boyfriend, Nathan Wade, she paid him back cash that she learned from her Black Panther father because she kept cash in her mattress.
00:31:54.240But she couldn't explain how she replenished that cash to keep that cash around her house.
00:32:38.660What the hell are these prosecutors doing in Georgia, both state and federal, to let this big tub of lard walk around and be defiant like she is today?
00:32:51.400Mike, tonight, you're a son of Iowa, and you had two of your best came home today to Dover en route to Iowa, two of our bravest National Guard and from the Iowa National Guard.
00:33:45.940This is a war that's been brought to our soil, and we need to treat it like a war.
00:33:51.720We need to get Islamists the hell out of America, the hell out of the West, and we need to make sure that these judges get the hell out of our way when we do it.
00:34:01.200Mike Davis, where do people go to get the vice research?
00:35:00.860And, of course, we know, and I reported on this, Jack Smith leaking his opening remarks to friendly news organizations who posted what he was going to say behind closed doors, which was the defense of both his January 6th indictment and the documents case against the president.
00:35:18.340I heard that he was very arrogant in the proceedings, which is not a surprise because that's how we've seen him conduct himself for years.
00:35:27.760He appeared very haggard, apparently, so maybe that's a good sign that this is wearing him down.
00:35:35.080But this has to be step one, Steve, in the accountability, pulpability for Jack Smith and his team of thugs for what he put this country through for almost two years after his appointment on constitutional appointment, by the way, by Attorney General Merrick Garland.
00:35:54.920So I'm sure we'll get more leaks tonight.
00:35:58.380We already saw Jamie Raskin make a comment saying that he was schooling House Republicans on both indictments.
00:36:51.060That Jack Smith schooled the House Judiciary Committee, ma'am.
00:36:56.940Well, I mean, of course, that's going to be the spin.
00:36:59.700However, Politico and you and I talked about this this morning, is that it appeared that Jack Smith was going to be very obstinate and stonewall any answers.
00:37:08.320We saw this from one of his henchmen, Thomas Wyndham, who was one of the lead prosecutors in the J-6 case.
00:37:16.480He refused to answer even basic questions, which resulted in a criminal referral to the COJ last month for obstruction of Congress against Tom Wyndham.
00:37:26.440Don't know the status of that criminal referral.
00:37:29.840But look, Jack Smith has to be at the top of the list.
00:37:36.640That's sexy and, you know, I guess satisfied some corners of the base.
00:37:41.400Jack Smith, everything about him embodies the corrupt, reckless, dangerous nature of this Department of Justice.
00:37:51.760And if he is not held accountable and the people below him, Tom Wyndham and Molly Gaston, J.P. Cooney in the Washington case,
00:37:59.120Jay Barrett and David Harbaugh in the classified documents case, which, by the way, was dismissed by Judge Cannon in July of 2024 after determining that his appointment violated the appointments clause of the Constitution.
00:38:14.580His January 6th case, I posted this, I'll have more on this, was falling apart at the seams, not just after the Supreme Court immunity ruling, which gutted his J-6 indictment against the president, hanging on by a thread by other Supreme Court ruling in the Fisher case, and also returning that to the Supreme Court at some point, which would have gutted even more of that January 6th indictment.
00:38:41.780For him to walk in there so arrogantly, what does that demonstrate, Steve?
00:38:46.780He is not worried about being held accountable.
00:38:50.840And that is the alarming, I think, thing that we should take away from today.
00:38:55.900He apparently has started a law firm with these very same people.
00:39:21.620Well, I mean, I don't think I could be any more powerful in my assessment than our friend Mike Davis in what he just told you about that.
00:39:32.440But look, I think that they have a reason to feel smug.
00:39:36.680We have our almost a year into total control of the government, at least the legislative and executive branch.
00:39:45.320And aside from a few of these lawfare-related indictments, obviously, they have to confront this hyper-partisan judiciary, which they're getting some wins on.
00:40:26.960I recall that last month, six Republican senators sent a letter to the chief judge of the D.C. Circuit.
00:40:34.640So this is Sri Srivastan, the Obama appointee, who technically has authority over Jeb Bosberg, asking him to suspend Jeb Bosberg pending impeachment proceedings.
00:40:54.460Has anyone moved a step closer towards holding Jeb Bosberg accountable, who was just bench slapped again this week by the D.C. Circuit, saying that his contempt inquiry is all out of sorts, that he's not following federal rules of criminal procedure by pursuing this inquiry before bringing an official referral to the D.O.J.?
00:41:23.280They feel like they're going to get away with it, and there's a very good reason why, because this Republican leadership has been a failure so far in doing what needs to be done to hold them accountable.
00:41:34.520The Vanity Fair interview shows us that the chief of staff, Susie Wiles, was pretty adamantly opposed to the J6, throwing out the J6 cases and freeing the people, and particularly the violent ones.
00:42:01.040You believe it's very important for him to get the word out to the American people, ma'am?
00:42:05.480I mean, I would forcefully speak to the American people about one of his top agendas, which was holding accountable the people who destroyed the trust in the D.O.J., the FBI, and other institutions.
00:42:20.740And I think it's time that he expresses his own frustration at the lack of progress now a year, almost a year into this, and that time is running out.
00:42:32.060These judges, like Jeb Bosberg, are completely out of control, and we have these lawfare perps who so far are getting away with it, and, you know, the Republicans will pay, and we all know this in the midterms, if we don't see some drastic action soon.
00:42:50.060Where is the criminal referral on Tom Windom?
