Bannon's War Room - Episode 5070： President Trump Pushes Idea Of Using Insurrection Act

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going to

00:00:09.960 medieval on this people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people

00:00:16.560 the people have had a belly full of it I know you don't like hearing that I know you've tried

00:00:20.580 to do everything the world to stop that but you're not gonna stop it it's going to happen

00:00:23.760 and where do people like that go to share the big line mega media I wish in my soul I wish that any

00:00:31.740 of these people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that

00:00:38.480 answer is to save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host Stephen K.

00:00:47.060 Back Thursday 15 January year of the Lord 2026 we've got a lot to cover in this hour when we

00:00:58.820 get to all of it Chip Roy before you bounce uh you're running for attorney general in uh in Texas are you

00:01:05.320 committed to bring in the David Hoax of the world and get because in war room Texas what we found at 0.56

00:01:10.940 the conference we had these briefings it's hard to get you know Huffines is running for controller

00:01:16.220 and he's the first to admit they're kind of all over the place but it looks like potentially tens

00:01:20.880 of millions if not hundreds of millions of Texas citizens money going to fund this madness and could

00:01:27.140 be billions of dollars from the federal government we're trying to get our hands are you going to

00:01:31.460 because this if if there's a problem Minneapolis there's maybe a bigger problem in Texas are you

00:01:37.100 dedicated as attorney general to get to the bottom of this yeah it's the number one reason that I'm

00:01:42.880 running Steve look we we're at war in the Islamification of Texas is the goal of the enemy 0.95

00:01:47.280 okay it's the stated goal if you talk to intelligence operations you know this you know the people the

00:01:52.160 Muslim Brotherhood they're sitting in London they're sitting in Paris they're looking at Dallas and they're

00:01:55.860 saying Dallas is where we're taking over next and they've already got their you know entrenchment here

00:01:59.820 they're already moving it forward and you are correct there's dramatic concern that they're using

00:02:03.440 significant Texas dollars and resources and the office of the attorney general has significant authority

00:02:08.600 to go root out fraud from Medicaid fraud to other aspects but importantly as I mentioned before to go

00:02:15.100 look at the non-profits look at the books look at the flow of the dollars look at care look at all of

00:02:20.160 the different organizations where money is flowing into Texas to undermine our freedom it is where our

00:02:25.020 authority is the greatest in the office of the attorney general so when I'm the attorney general

00:02:29.120 we're going to know where every dollar goes and how it is flowing to our enemies and we're going to

00:02:34.160 stop it we're going to thwart it undermine them and get our enemies out of Texas and I'll leverage

00:02:38.700 my relationships in the Trump administration to ensure that we're working with them to remove

00:02:43.560 people get them out of the country or get them in jail we've got to do it Steve we're at war and we've

00:02:47.920 got to do it right now chip where do people go to find out more about your campaign and also the

00:02:54.600 work you're doing with the freedom caucus uh in your last year in the house sure chiproy.com or

00:03:00.420 chiproy tx c-h-i-p-r-o-y-t-x on x slash twitter uh and look and I'm glad you made that last point

00:03:07.520 I'm finishing strong in this eighth year in Congress I still have 10 percent plus to my

00:03:11.920 tenure in Congress left you see it right now and offering the amendment yesterday fighting the

00:03:15.940 Ilhan Omar amendment we're working on spending we're working with Russ Vode and OMB working with

00:03:20.320 the White House trying to get the save act passed we're going to keep fighting we got to fight every

00:03:24.640 single day we've got the time right now with the House and the Senate we're going to force

00:03:28.920 Republicans to deliver uh or we're going to damn well die trying so appreciate it Steve

00:03:33.400 with all the work and you put up a spirit of fight last week I just want the audience to know

00:03:38.620 because they shipped 700 million dollars in cash money out of Minneapolis the one million dollar

00:03:44.380 earmark she did and that was Omar remember she's very bright that she's heckling us that one million 0.91

00:03:50.900 dollar earmark pass got through it got through correct no we killed it that we were able to kill

00:03:56.160 that one because we exposed it and we pulled it out so that got killed but you know yesterday 0.99

00:04:00.300 the stupid net you know uh whatever national endowment for democracy it passed right and the 0.97

00:04:04.560 funding for the courts passed so like we're winning some we're losing some our guys have got to get 0.99

00:04:08.960 get religion and understand we're at war thank you sir appreciate you talk to you god bless take care

00:04:15.540 Steve day Brad you were there for the earmark fights you heard Burchett you've heard uh you've heard uh

00:04:23.040 you know the frustration is chip being too optimistic you think maybe about the fighters

00:04:27.980 there because 46 this is about bozberg yesterday he had 46 republicans vote against him they had all

00:04:34.700 these republicans vote against on the national endowment of the uh democracies which is just a

00:04:39.240 in in the reagan years it was to fight communism but it's not now it's to fight the united states of

00:04:45.000 america our republic uh what are your thoughts you've been in this thing why do they continue to finance

00:04:51.000 hoke is showing you every day how they're stealing money with both hands they're shipping it out of

00:04:57.220 of uh of the minneapolis airport some guys didn't announce i think it's like one ton of cash they've

00:05:02.920 shipped out right why is the house not on top of this sir

00:05:06.720 yeah because uh ultimately immigration is about cheap labor right and so and and chip was being a

00:05:15.000 little generous to his colleagues and uh a little bit it's getting better like he said uh but you want

00:05:20.720 to end all of it uh tomorrow put in a bill for e-verify ask rosemary jenks any any of the uh 0.99

00:05:26.760 immigration experts chip roy's a fighter he's been putting in the real stuff uh but e-verify you would

00:05:32.800 scare living daylights out of uh two-thirds of the republicans because that ends all employment

00:05:37.960 right what you put e-verify in place you just solved the problem you you have a democrat down there

00:05:43.940 in texas in the state house uh what's his name uh james tallarico uh he he's love love love and

00:05:50.820 posing as a christian all this kind of stuff but his metaphor for immigration because he said he

00:05:55.940 acknowledges there's chaos down there he said we got to have a big wide welcome mat open to everybody

00:06:01.380 all of our immigrant you know sojourners wanders from the bible and all that kind of thing uh but then

00:06:06.000 you got to lock the door to your house i'm like and i mean that's a crazy analogy so everybody's

00:06:12.020 welcome but you're gonna lock the door to your house because he's in texas and he's here in an

00:06:16.200 earful uh but the spending right you you just heard uh you know what david hope do wonderful job

00:06:22.160 that budget minnesota is about 40 billion dollars 20 billion of it's funded and we got the wrong

00:06:27.600 business model right republicans are still spending seven trillion dollars a year two trillion in

00:06:33.320 deficit spending which is stimulative and we're doing uh you know monetary easing right now at the

00:06:38.600 same time that's another point for another day but the business model is socialism why why won't we

00:06:44.620 change it because when you've got 20 billion dollars uh in minnesota guess what republicans uh and some of

00:06:51.400 the businesses in republican districts are using that 20 billion dollars and the speaker's scared

00:06:56.320 stiff of losing one more vote in a moderate area so instead of going aggressive with a contract for

00:07:01.820 america that ends this uh these terrible the wars the debt uh the border crisis and then finally i'm

00:07:08.700 just going to say that the press is to blame here right if if you're in a district and you're republican

00:07:13.660 and the messaging here right what what never gets explained is the damage to the american people the

00:07:18.840 people that have been murdered by these criminals the drugs the fentanyl the cocaine from these crime

00:07:24.860 syndicates the women the girls that have been raped where's the press with that if there's one

00:07:30.860 person that's uh harmed or damaged by okay but you can't okay you know that's the press is bad the

00:07:35.780 media yeah the media is part of the media is part of the business model they all understand this in

00:07:41.780 fact right now it's beyond it's beyond debate we don't need to debate anymore we know what the

00:07:47.120 problem is they know what the problem is they want the problem they're sitting there and saying you

00:07:51.940 don't have the right you the president and i the president of the united states and this is why

00:07:56.980 we took so long in the years in the wilderness to work around the construct of the article two powers

00:08:03.900 that the president the office of the president is the chief executive officer of the united states

00:08:10.500 therefore he can fire anybody once okay he can you know the appropriations bill is a ceiling not a floor

00:08:17.220 and that he can cut stuff like these programs he can just go into this type of corruption fraud

00:08:21.940 you zero him out he's also the commander-in-chief that if he believes that there's a threat on the

00:08:28.660 national security of the united states which the biggest threat on the national security of the

00:08:32.700 united states ain't in tehran this is what i told the israel first crowd back at the national

00:08:37.720 conservative convention if you really love israel and want to defend it your problem ain't in tehran

00:08:43.120 your problem is in new york city with mandami okay and now we see it that's in minnesota that's the

00:08:49.200 problem and that's the problem for the commander-in-chief and number three which they hate the

00:08:53.800 most he's the chief magistrate and chief law enforcement officer of the united states government

00:08:58.680 this is why this new assistant attorney general reports i think directly to trump which i've been

00:09:03.840 arguing for a long time get a bunch of special prosecutors you know the six guys that quit in the

00:09:10.060 minneapolis office you know or pam bondy fired them they were hesitant about investigating this she

00:09:16.200 she terminated six guys at the next six have them report directly to trump you you you you invoke

00:09:24.080 the insurrection act and then have the prosecutors and hey you don't need you know six months to take

00:09:30.640 these things to trial take them to trial right away like uh you know rough roman justice like a drumhead 0.63

00:09:36.100 trial right boom you're gone boom you're gone boom you're gone we're at war congress doesn't we're not

00:09:43.800 in peacetime you want to see it don't take it from me cut the freaking tv on and just watch minnesota

00:09:50.040 last night they're breaking into they're chaining for guns right they're breaking into now we know from

00:09:57.320 from christy gnome's uh stand up at the sticks that is an fbi vehicle and cash patel have we surged

00:10:05.680 another hundred agents into minnesota to find out who stole the weapon and the ammunition and whatever

00:10:11.780 documents you had in the vehicle brad do they understand up on capitol hill it's not business

00:10:18.120 as usual that yeah in the normal time appropriations got to cut deals and make deals and do deals

00:10:23.240 here we're beyond deals that the country hangs in the balance folks with all of trump's imperfections

00:10:31.080 you got a guy that's like lincoln and washington and once you don't got him you ain't going to have

00:10:36.740 anybody like him for a long time okay so you got it we got to maximize we got to maximize the moment

00:10:42.780 this is the moment we either got a nation or we don't have a nation you're either going to sit there

00:10:48.880 and it's acceptable to you to have 12 to 15 million minimum minimum illegal alien invaders in your country

00:10:58.440 right that you're paying for to destroy your country they have they have uh no uh no assimilation 0.93

00:11:05.340 possibility because they do not believe in the basic tenets of your culture and civilization

00:11:10.100 right you either got a chance to remove them as they should be removed or let a bunch of atheistic 0.96

00:11:18.600 marxist progressive gutless beta male sit there with these karens and tell you no no it's not going 0.95

00:11:26.760 to happen if that's the test of wills let's bring it but let's bring the heat no more we're just getting

00:11:32.860 the bad hombres out we're getting them all out and by the way if the karens of the world want to sit 1.00

00:11:36.660 there get them out too the waltzer's got other boom get him out too roll them all out dave brett

00:11:43.480 yeah well that's right in the white house i think it took him a couple days two or three days to show

00:11:50.520 the ice officer was hit by the car and this uh the second case the guy's been was beaten with a broom

00:11:56.320 and a shovel from what i've heard on quick reports uh but we need to put that stuff up and mike

00:12:01.700 johnson and uh thune and the congress uh needs to be letting the american people know what's happening

00:12:07.820 uh the washington post or the new york times if anyone anyone went into their office and started

00:12:12.740 throwing bottles at them lighting off bottle rockets uh hitting people threatening spitting in

00:12:17.780 their face uh they'd be in their pillow rooms crying right that's that's what's going on here

00:12:23.280 so our officers of law the federal officers are being assaulted on a daily basis the american

00:12:29.840 people get that but we need to the the press is saying these are innocents that are being rolled

00:12:34.880 up ice and everybody needs to do a better job of letting people know uh who who these folks are that

00:12:40.800 they're carrying to their cars these are not innocents uh walking to daycares and and mothers with three

00:12:46.720 kids uh you know the less uh you know their patterns the same every time they lie they deny and then when

00:12:54.020 the truth comes out they never report that and so we're in a loop we need to be that loop the war room

00:12:59.140 is that loop everyone needs to spread these truths uh to your networks the churches and uh these churches

00:13:05.720 are in on some of these scams right the ngos and this kind of business uh and we need to clean out the 1.00

00:13:11.040 money right the secretary is on it big time yeah the lutheran church the catholic church catholic

00:13:18.940 charities up to their necks and a bunch of these evangelicals up to their necks in this the mainline

00:13:23.900 protestant church they got a couple of jewish organizations all of them all those moderates

00:13:28.820 hang on for a second brett um obviously uh geopolitically you got the war in ukraine and now

00:13:38.560 finally president trump has come out after all his patience and he's got the patience of joe people say

00:13:44.060 he's got the patience of joe dealing with zelinski in this crowd he finally came out last night and

00:13:49.500 said hey he's the stumbling block to get peace done of course you've got our nadir allies where

00:13:54.600 are they surging the troops they committed for the uh the guarantees that they want into ukraine

00:14:01.840 no they are not you know where they're surging them to i'm not making this up greenland the danish

00:14:09.480 uh military the chief of the danish military staff he's there in a red beret very square it looks

00:14:15.920 like rambo he's sitting there going the day we can protect uh greenland from the united states yo

00:14:21.880 the logic and internal logic and this is what president trump's saying nato doesn't have any

00:14:28.700 chance they got enough money they're not putting enough money to defend themselves

00:16:25.420 bannon to 989898 do it today thousands of verizon customers yesterday experienced a widespread outage

00:16:34.220 disrupting calling and other cellular service this was a big deal yesterday many impacted users reported

00:16:40.920 their phones were in sos mode in new york alerts warn that the outage may disrupt 9-1-1 calls

00:16:47.280 customers urged to use a landline if they had one or connect to wi-fi for internet calling verizon says

00:16:53.380 the outage since has been resolved okay chris whore joins us i had so many people i had a bunch of 0.96

00:17:01.860 calls they couldn't call because they had verizon what in the hell's going on and chris whore you always 0.99

00:17:07.000 do this for the war in posse you've got a special today that solves a problem what in the hell

00:17:11.340 happened well steve we're not sure what happened and that's what's notable about this verizon says

00:17:16.540 they're working on the issue but they haven't told us what the issue was so in my mind this uh points to

00:17:22.120 a potential cyber attack look and steve this is just the the latest in a long list of recent massive

00:17:27.700 outages verizon suffered one back just in august of 25 uh the outage affected um on their morning

00:17:34.960 joe they're saying tens of thousands of people but down detector had over 175 000 complaints so if

00:17:40.040 you figure that out not everyone's complaining this looks like millions of people who were affected

00:17:43.600 and certainly uh sos when you see sos on your phone you have to remember that means you can't make a call

00:17:49.640 or send a text like normal but you can your phone can potentially connect to other networks like at&t

00:17:55.380 and t-mobile uh to get those calls through uh but look when the cell phone service goes down the

00:18:01.340 only way you can communicate is with a satellite phone the only company in this country giving you

00:18:05.760 a free satellite phone with activation is sat123.com and if you call us today 941-841-0844

00:18:13.580 and mention war room uh we'll also throw in a free faraday bag with your sat phone when you activate

00:18:19.120 with us steve but uh look this is uh notable again because it is just the latest in a nationwide

00:18:24.820 uh outage uh situation uh that is becoming more and more frequent and we as americans need to be

00:18:31.080 prepared for this kind of thing happening uh again and uh next time it could be multiple networks at

00:18:36.740 the same time steve yeah i don't i don't i don't want to put too grim of top topic on this but when

00:18:42.100 you've got this situation in ukraine that's far from president trump's to say hey zelinski is the

00:18:46.220 problem you got this problem in the middle east and the in the remember the persians the iranians the

00:18:51.520 islamic guys are very sophisticated about this you got what's happening over in taiwan you got

00:18:55.260 in venezuela which the situation machines but these guys are very up on cyber warfare you know cyber

00:19:01.140 warfare is is the initial shock of the shock troops you're just going to have to understand i think

00:19:07.140 you're going to go through situations where the phone service could be taken down and it ain't

00:19:11.400 something they can turn around 24 hours that's just a reality is it not chris yeah see you're

00:19:16.460 absolutely right i mean look these there have been many proven cyber attacks on the on our utilities

00:19:21.140 and cellular networks in the last couple of years and they're getting more sophisticated there's more

00:19:26.160 funding going into this we know china iran north korea are all working on this and as well as other

00:19:31.760 terrorist groups and other organizations that want to disrupt our country and the best way to do that

00:19:36.960 is to attack utilities such as the power grid and the cellular communications networks because that

00:19:42.640 leaves a lot of the country in the dark so again you know a lot of law enforcement local state federal

00:19:47.820 governments you know have sat com uh have sat phones and starlink units stuff like that but uh you know

00:19:54.100 we as a people need to be prepared ourselves to be able to assist uh in uh in recovery and defending

00:20:00.060 this country should it come to that one more time your specials you come on here when you've got a deal

00:20:06.380 they all sell out quickly where do people go right now who they talk to uh they call 941-841-0844

00:20:13.840 that's 941-841-0844 i mentioned steve bantam war room you're going to get a free uh paroday

00:20:20.260 satellite phone case as with your free satellite phone when you activate or they can go to sat123.com

00:20:26.000 steve that's sat123.com this offer is only good today thank you brother appreciate you chris thank

00:20:33.880 you for joining this for the war and posse folks these things always sell out right away so get on the

00:20:38.060 phone make contact with them and uh and walk through make sure it's something makes sense for you but i'm

00:20:43.300 telling you these cyber attacks you ain't seen nothing yet just the reality can we play we got

00:20:47.800 a clip uh from uh nick uh and with david hoek let's go and play that and i'll bring david back on

00:20:53.460 how are you we're looking for the transportation company safari transportation looking for safari

00:21:01.800 transportation no safari transportation safari transportation we're just looking for safari

00:21:11.100 transportation so but this is registered for safari transportation 607 okay we don't know

00:21:16.380 we're asking where safari transportation we don't know okay so the business is not here

00:21:20.920 dory cut fuad omar fuad omar you don't know this do you see this what is this money transferring

00:21:27.300 that's it okay registered this is fraud taking place this is supposed to say this is for safari

00:22:16.260 know um just explain to the audience what's going on here because i'll tell you people see this their

00:22:22.360 blood's boiling you know why because these people think they're smarter than the american they're laughing

00:22:27.580 at folks they're laughing at you you're struggling you're you're barely getting by you're playing by the

00:22:34.180 rules you're paying your taxes you're you're you're uh edmund burke's little platoons you're building

00:22:39.660 the community the little leagues the churches the lions clubs all of it they're stealing with both 0.85

00:22:45.800 hands and they're laughing in your face david hope yes steve so like i say i'm a lifelong minnesotan

00:22:55.180 and i was number nine of 11 children i paid for everything i ever had i paid my way through college

00:23:01.780 i've always worked i'm going to be 66 next month i get up every day i'm at the office by six and i go

00:23:08.760 home when the jobs complete that day i pay a lot of money in taxes i've earned everything that i have

00:23:15.560 and i look and i say okay well why wouldn't these people be so grateful that they're here in the united

00:23:23.440 states and and just every day so my wife was originally from cambodia she is so grateful she lived through the

00:23:31.660 killing fields and pole pot she's the friendliest person you ever meet she's grateful every single day to be in the united

00:23:37.940 states she never takes anything for granted and she saw she got about halfway through our second video

00:23:45.440 and she was shaking she couldn't watch it anymore and now i wear bulletproof stab proof vest when i go

00:23:52.080 out i have signs on my house that say homeowner is armed dogs on premises no trespassing the lights stay

00:23:58.980 on all night and look that's i'm not saying everybody has to do what i'm doing because it was very dangerous

00:24:06.420 and it continues to be dangerous but this has to be the spark where people say okay this is enough

00:24:12.120 because eventually they're going to take me out i got a bounty on me and i need to know that all this

00:24:18.540 was not in vain hold it hold it walls and the republicans in minnesota have forced the minnesota

00:24:25.700 government to have you you have 24-hour security do you not sir by by the state

00:24:30.920 the answer to your question is not by the state no i've not been offered protection i've worked with

00:24:39.200 homeland security and uh they're not far from my home and they do offer some protection at night

00:24:47.740 and i was told that if i need an agent outside my residence that it's a phone call away i don't want

00:24:54.580 to live like that steve i don't then i'm basically living in a bubble i'm in a prison and i i just don't

00:25:01.820 want to do that my kids are terrified my father before he died he said please don't do this they're

00:25:10.300 going to take you out and i just i i i have to do it i i can't it's in my dna and look we're in a

00:25:20.540 the only other time in american history that i can point to what we're going to right now

00:25:24.880 is the civil war we are going to the civil war right now but it's magnified because this is a

00:25:33.200 battle between good and evil and my feeling is you're either with me or against me there's no

00:25:40.100 middle ground on this you can't straddle the fence you're on my side or you're in favor of evil

00:25:46.260 and fraud and all those things that go with it and all these corrupt politicians so you got to make

00:25:51.100 a decision either way i'm moving forward and you're going to get plowed through you got to decide

00:25:56.520 which shot you're on i know it's it's you've been doing this fraud investigation i want to announce

00:26:38.820 the madness every night do you believe if you were in the over right now the president asked you one

00:26:43.440 question hey david i know you've been working on this thing that's spinning a little out of

00:26:47.360 control at night should i uh invoke the insurrection act what would your recommendation be tam

00:26:53.680 before i would do that i would announce that i'm cutting off all federal funding the state of

00:26:59.860 minnesota there are going to be casualties i understand but those people should have been

00:27:04.340 out helping me the people who own legitimate child cares legitimate autism centers they should

00:27:09.160 have been helping me not one of them would lift a finger to help me so if they have to go by

00:27:14.100 the wayside we're going to have casualties in a war and at the end of the day the the government

00:27:21.120 here doesn't understand the supremacy clause they're living in a fantasy land that they can tell ice what

00:27:25.820 to do and i think when it comes to it the government uh the president should uh invoke the insurrection

00:32:17.000 approximately shut down the government when it runs out and they want to defund ice you've got uh

00:32:22.760 you've got the one february president trump has said i'm cutting off the sanctuary cities in

00:32:26.520 california illinois uh new york city and minneapolis and others like portland and seattle uh tell me

00:32:35.880 about those two things and the insurrection act should he invoke the insurrection act answer those three

00:32:40.440 questions sir for the audience yeah no hold hold tough on all three uh when the other side of the

00:32:47.640 football is uh a criminal uh all political views are my own uh but waltz i think the evidence is

00:32:54.360 going to come in pretty hot uh that he's a criminal let the american people uh decide on these votes

00:33:00.040 no government shutdown uh shut off all the funding we can to these uh illegal operations the american

00:33:06.600 people do not like the smirks and the arrogance and the in your face the american people at the end of

00:33:11.560 the day are decent folks and they'll they'll vote the right way and they will reward you the insurrection

00:33:16.680 act uh just allows the use of federal uh government federal uh military officials uh in the cases when

00:33:24.440 there is uh you need to suppress a rebellion or hinder the other side is hindering the execution of the

00:33:30.760 law that's what the left is doing they're in your face president trump i think will absolutely stand firm

00:33:37.080 the question is whether the congress mike johnson and thune will be behind him uh in these endeavors

00:33:42.440 and message on this i i think it's an absolute winner like you said earlier in the show uh when

00:33:47.640 the other side uh is up to their eyeballs the mayor of minneapolis said this is unsustainable

00:33:53.800 fetterman is senator fetterman democrat is uh in the papers today saying uh round up all of the illegal

00:34:00.600 criminals uh and deport them they're there the other side's cracking already they cannot sustain

00:34:06.360 that conversation uh and these events all three of them are going to allow us to heighten uh that

00:34:12.760 conversation uh what uh what hope just said uh we're in a civil war we are it is a war the other

00:34:19.400 side is in your face on the rule of law uh this is still a christian nation uh the other side likes to

00:34:24.600 say love love love uh they omit law law law this is a nation of individuals under the law all three of

00:34:32.360 the things you just mentioned have to do with maintaining our integrity as a country under the

00:34:37.400 constitution which of course came out of the judeo-christian tradition the very first this

00:34:43.640 big test of this is cutting off the money because they're going to go to court we're this that's all

00:34:47.960 going to go up to the supreme court it's a test this is why we built it for years in the years in

00:34:53.560 the wilderness this test about the article two powers which i think dave 24 25 24 25 uh times uh

00:35:03.960 the uh i think 22 the supreme court has just said hey it's a political decision this is a political

00:35:09.160 thing it's not for the courts and president trump has gotten his way it's political this is too hang

00:35:15.080 on for a second uh do i have terry shilling terry i i i i gotta get you in this morning we've been

00:35:20.600 talking about minneapolis and out of control nature but i gotta get you in i just want to get a wrap up

00:35:25.400 for this historic uh supreme court uh issue the other day on on the on the men and girls sports

00:35:32.280 men who think they're women in girls sports also the new york times if we can put it up cameron um

00:35:37.880 the new york times had this piece on fertility saying hey no matter how hard terry shilling and

00:35:43.080 the war room posse and the trump movement and president trump personally have been invested in this

00:35:48.040 and remember we picked you guys up live when you at the fertility conference down i think in austin

00:35:53.400 texas early in the year as hard as people are working there's still a massive problem and quite

00:35:58.600 frankly trump and his team and the mega movement's not making any true progress on this sir can you help

00:36:04.600 us out yes so just right off the bat with um the supreme court i look i still think we're in a very

00:36:11.160 good position to win this case i i did see a few clips and listen to the audio uh from some of the

00:36:17.240 exchanges alito is obviously our strongest guy on the supreme court like the period there's no

00:36:21.960 question what i was very concerned about though in the hearings was you heard amy coney barrett use

00:36:27.000 terms like trans woman um these are fake terms they're literally made up by our enemies to confuse

00:36:33.160 people and to solidify this stuff you really shouldn't pay attention to the oral arguments they

00:36:38.120 they are not indicative of how the case is going and the supreme court will obviously shot you know

00:36:43.240 shock a lot of people like they did with obamacare however i think we're going to still win this case

00:36:47.560 it's going to be great the new york times article so here is the big issue steve is back in the 1960s

00:36:53.240 and 70s america was the our politicians our experts they were very concerned about overpopulation we were

00:36:59.720 going through a baby boom all of these overpopulation concerns are absolutely garbage uh you're never going 1.00

00:37:05.480 to be overpopulated because god designed the system that's what our whole constitution is about but they

00:37:11.000 set up this whole system that incentivizes what they call family planning services now that's a

00:37:15.960 euphemism for sterilization birth control abortion all the family planning services that were set up in

00:37:22.280 the 60s and 70s are still in place today so we have to greatly reform those those areas and what america

00:37:29.960 treats as family planning services family planning services is never used to help people get married

00:37:35.240 never used to help them have more children or afford more children it's always used to stop

00:37:40.360 having more babies because the system is so outdated that it's still trying to address a crisis of

00:37:45.240 overpopulation that never came right and so we have to update the system but the whole system is geared

00:37:50.760 towards getting kids in college locking them into college now until their late 40s when you know it's

00:37:56.600 really tough to have babies at that point um but it the whole system needs to change to where it's easier

00:38:01.560 to get married when you're earlier it's easier to have babies and afford them and you don't have a system

00:38:07.000 that is constantly indoctrinating children against having their own families today

00:38:13.960 so what then is to be done i mean you've had this great conference down in uh in austin you got

00:38:19.400 president trump you got uh vince haley runs domestic policy council steven moore you you're never going

00:38:26.200 to have an administration that more has your back you know bobby can all of everybody what then is to be

00:38:32.840 done well the big thing so there are i put this into two categories right there are the things that

00:38:38.520 we should stop doing that are hurting family formation and then there are the things that

00:38:42.360 we should start doing the things that we should start doing is looking at lowering taxes for families 0.75

00:38:47.800 especially and incentivizing lowering taxes even more when you have more children expand the child tax

00:38:52.760 credit to five thousand dollars a kid that's great it's not going to create more children though

00:38:57.320 no one you know no mom and dad are sitting at home at night married saying well honey they they

00:39:03.400 increased the child tax credit to five thousand let's have another baby you have to fix the economy

00:39:07.800 you have to fix it so that people are comfortable at the end of the year that they have money in the

00:39:11.000 bank so that they realize oh well we could have another kid and it's not going to cost that much

00:39:15.160 but the things that like i would say we should stop doing right now is like subsidizing birth control

00:39:20.680 we shouldn't eliminate it we shouldn't make it illegal people should be free to choose it but free to pay for

00:39:25.400 it themselves it's 50 bucks a month why are we subsidizing this we the federal government spends

00:39:31.160 billions of dollars every year on these family planning services and we should stop doing things

00:39:36.280 like that but steve this is why is that okay we just we've had hang on hang on we've had this argument

00:39:41.160 all morning we had chip roy on we had birchett's clip we got the great dave bratt why does the republican

00:39:47.000 house well you know it's it's maddening enough we've got the situation in minneapolis where they're just

00:39:51.880 funding the destruction of the country but why on the other hand are they funding these things why

00:39:56.280 are they not out of the bill when trump is the president and we control the house sir with was

00:40:01.480 supposedly with a mega philosophy well the last time republicans tried to cut funding for uh these

00:40:08.520 types of family planning services it led to major pushback it led to you know it was just back in like

00:40:14.680 2012 2011 after the tea party wave that republicans are afraid of their own shadow right and they need to

00:40:20.120 strap on a pair and they need to start saying guys we have 38 trillion dollars in debt we're below

00:40:25.080 replacement levels we're at 1.6 kids per woman we're literally dying we need to stop subsidizing

00:40:31.320 and funding birth control it's not helping our country out at all uh but this is a big throw out

00:40:36.760 throwback to the pharmaceutical companies and it's it's a nightmare but they need to strap on a pair

00:40:42.040 because if they don't america's going to die the the fertility number is just a fake number the

00:40:47.160 reality is is that people are having fewer children than they desire all the public surveys

00:40:53.080 so that it's between two and three children that most women want to have most men want to have

00:40:57.400 and they're going to fall very short of that because they're prolonging all this this steve

00:41:01.320 this is an enormous project i don't think anyone realizes how big it is and how tough it's going to

00:41:06.360 be to solve but we must do it it's a it's a do or die thing here and it's you know that fertility

00:41:12.280 conference and the natalist conference steve they want to solve it with sci-fi it's it's it's a

00:41:17.640 nightmare we need to get back to the traditional routes we need families moms and dads a married 0.88

00:41:22.760 man and a married woman having kids that's the only way to really solve this everything else is going 1.00

00:41:27.080 to cost way too much money and not so we're we're committed we're committed to to do this and be the

00:41:34.600 platform for this one of the things i point to is japan the folks in japan have kind of focused on

00:41:40.200 they dance around it for a while but they focus on it but it's a heavy lift europe's seeing the

00:41:45.080 same thing it's just you just don't snap your finger and say overnight bang uh so terry where

00:41:50.360 do people go you've been the leader in getting the awakening of the country with so many other

00:41:54.680 people we had on here that kind of came in under your umbrella you knew and introduced us to or

00:42:00.040 tony lyons introduced to on this transgender the people of the christian post where do people go 0.96

00:42:05.000 today for your social media particularly on your site because i know you guys are now at the

00:42:09.240 american principles project making this a top order because this is a heavy it's doable as i

00:42:14.840 tell people it's tough but doable the scale of this is huge uh and you got to have a full-on

00:42:20.040 onslaught so where do people go uh first of all go to fatherswanted.org we uh are doing our second

00:42:26.760 ever documentary um this is all about the father's crisis how young men aren't becoming fathers today

00:42:31.880 and they're shirking their responsibilities they're going away from the challenge so fatherswanted.org we're

00:42:36.280 doing a big uh premiere at mar-a-lago uh in on the 27th of this month so check it out sign up to come

00:42:42.840 down but this is the start of app's next big issue is getting people married having kids again

00:42:48.600 shilling 1776 across all major social media platforms and americanprinciplesproject.org but

00:42:54.680 go to fatherswanted.org we're addressing this we've got some great people in it tucker's in it bishop

00:42:59.720 robert baron is in the documentary this is a major project my team and i are pouring our heart and soul into

00:43:04.760 it but we got to get young men i think it all starts with the men we've been so hit with the

00:43:09.320 masculinity has been under attack i know it's it sounds trite but it's so real we got to get young

00:43:13.960 men to rise to the challenge and the adventure of fatherhood terry shilling thank you very much

00:43:19.640 we look forward to covering the uh 27th january um premiere down in mar-a-lago thank you sir

00:45:33.000 we're going to go to the white house momentarily there's going to be a big ceremony at the white

00:45:36.920 house uh momentarily we're going to go to javier negras who is our um rav hispanol correspondent at

00:45:45.720 the white house in a moment natalie dominguez first off you guys at home title lock are going every way

00:45:50.600 to make sure people uh can get access to understand exactly what a home title and why you're locking it

00:45:57.320 with the 1 million dollar triple lock protection which is free you're giving it to people free for 14 days

00:46:03.000 walk us to it why is it important why in this time of cyber and ai rogue lawyers rogue accountants rogue

00:46:08.600 family members is it important to make sure you understand you don't want your home which is 90

00:46:14.600 of your net worth snatched out from underneath you ma'am absolutely so you just said it you know 90 90

00:46:23.320 of your net worth and in the case of the story coming recently out of hawaii uh we see a very

00:46:28.680 realistic scenario for a lot of people that they can relate uh there's a disabled woman referred to 0.91

00:46:34.040 as betsy who lived in a home with her husband until he passed away and uh she later became incapacitated 1.00

00:46:39.800 due to alzheimer's and dementia her family had planned to sell the property that was worth upwards

00:46:44.760 of 600 000 to pay for her specialized long-term care um because you know you can't just live at 0.96

00:46:50.360 home alone when you have special issues like that um but just 16 days after the family gained legal

00:46:56.360 guardianship to be able to sell the home in the first place the alleged you know we always have

00:47:00.520 to say alleged title thief eldon simer recorded a forged deed with hawaii's bureau of bureau of conveyances

00:47:06.840 excuse me and took the property out of betsy's name now when the fraud was discovered hawaii police

00:47:12.440 told her that the situation was a civil matter like we've heard a thousand times um and they

00:47:16.920 weren't able to really dig into this and figure everything out before ironwood finance of texas

00:47:22.600 bought the property from the fraudster cash quick sale 350k so well below what it was worth

00:47:30.840 and the family couldn't get through the process to stop it now consumer protection chair and attorney

00:47:35.880 scott mitoyoshi commented on this in a news interview saying that rightful owners on their

00:47:41.000 own have little to no power to prevent sales even from fraudulent owners and we see time and time and

00:47:46.520 again that buyers will actually go through with the sale even not knowing whether or not it's fraudulent

00:47:52.200 and finding out it's fraudulent and doing it anyway um this guy's been investigated for doing this on

00:47:57.240 multiple properties but the biggest thing here is that if you are a homeowner and you're in the

00:48:02.280 situation you said 90 percent of your net worth right so this family had plans to take the equity

00:48:09.080 in this home that had built over many many years and use use it to have specialized care for their

00:48:15.720 incapacitated mother or grandmother and if you're in this situation and your home gets stolen and sold

00:48:22.360 and now you have to spend all of your extra cash in legal processes just to try to get it back no

00:48:28.200 guarantee you will you're just you're just at a complete loss right and we talk about this all

00:48:33.320 the time so what we do here at home title lock is we monitor your property 24 7 we give you urgent

00:48:39.560 alerts of any changes even if it's something that you are doing on your end and then if you are a victim

00:48:45.160 of fraud like this family we jump in and take over the legal process immediately so that you don't have

00:48:51.640 to worry no out-of-pocket costs you don't have to pay for a bunch of lawyers on the side to go through

00:48:55.800 all these different processes and we make sure that you are fully and 100 taken care of

00:49:50.200 maria corinna machado the venezolan leader with trump in a private dining room in the white house the

00:49:57.800 president trump doesn't want to treat her like a prime minister because now she didn't win the 0.99

00:50:04.440 elections and she's very upset president trump put the press briefing of caroline levitt at the same time 0.99

00:50:12.280 so he doesn't want to promote this meeting because i think he made like a deal with deltie rodriguez

00:50:26.120 states in the reconstruction process in venezuela um in the team of maria corinna machado they don't like

00:50:33.800 that but she has a socialist pass she's gonna be host in the senate this afternoon with democrats 1.00

00:50:41.880 senators and that kind of thing they doesn't like in the right wing side deltie rodriguez she 1.00
