In this episode of the podcast, I talk about my arrest by the Department of Justice, why I will not be silenced, and why we must buckle up for a long fight. I also talk about why we need to be ready for the long fight, and how to prepare for it.
00:00:00.000I want to thank everybody for their support. It really, it truly means the world to me. I have no idea what's going on because obviously I haven't seen anything. I have spent my entire career covering the news. I will not stop now.
00:00:15.320In fact, there is no more important time than right now, this very moment, for a free and independent media that shines a light on the truth and holds those in power accountable. Again, I will not stop now. I will not stop ever.
00:00:32.820Last night, the DOJ sent a team of federal agents to arrest me in the middle of the night for something that I've been doing for the last 30 years, and that is covering the news. The First Amendment of the Constitution protects that work for me and for countless of other journalists who do what I do.
00:00:54.980I stand with all of them, and I will not be silenced. I look forward to my day in court. Thank you all.
00:01:05.680This administration wants to act. It is hell-bent on acting. And Simone and others on this program have been making the case all week, all week, that the words mean nothing. They're just flapping their lips. It's what they're actually doing on the ground.
00:01:22.560So we shouldn't take seriously this sort of, oh, we're going to placate Minnesota, and we're going to rethink, we're going to reimagine what we're doing there.
00:01:33.820And at the same time, we're going to go and take the voter rolls from the people of Georgia.
00:01:39.160At the same time, we're going to go and take the voter rolls from the people of Georgia.
00:02:09.140The people that I think are truly heroic right now, not just the journalists that are putting
00:02:35.540themselves on the line there, but just the people, people holding their phones in Minneapolis and in other places, because Alex Petty was holding a phone.
00:02:44.000You know, like, these are people that are watching the watchers.
00:02:46.980They're making sure that there is a record for history of what's happening right now.
00:02:52.000Like, if this stopped tomorrow, this is all going to be in the history books.
00:02:55.160And it's great that there are people brave enough to put their lives on the line because they actually now know that they can be killed by agents of the state and that the state will then try to demonize them after the fact.
00:03:56.100The Trump administration is looking to make Ohio the next target of its aggressive immigration enforcement operations as early as this next week.
00:04:15.940That's according to four people familiar with the discussions.
00:04:18.560This operation is expected to focus on Haitian immigrants with temporary protected status for Haiti expiring this next Tuesday.
00:04:27.000I think everyone needs to understand that if we want to disrupt what's happening as tyranny, as moving from an administration that's kind of has autocratic ambitions or authoritarian ambitions to one that is actively seeking autocratic and authoritarian power and killing American citizens in the streets for doing nothing but protesting nonviolently.
00:04:49.140If that's the analogy, people need to, as I said before, this is coming to a theater near you and people need to buckle up for a long fight.
00:04:57.200Like I pray that it's not an eight or 10 or 15 year fight, but people should be ready for the fact that the other side here is determined, is ruthless, and has millions of people, fewer than our side has, but has millions of people on its side.
00:05:14.480And so people need to get ready for that and begin to strategize in a way that takes the long view and is determined and steeled for a kind of conflict, ideally a nonviolent conflict.
00:05:27.520But again, we've seen the other side willing to resort to violence.
00:05:30.980People have to be ready for what's coming, because this is not a thing that's going to end when the siege of Minneapolis ends, whenever that is, hopefully soon.
00:05:38.220But the fight is not going to end. And we now know what the other side is capable of.
00:05:42.780And when I say the other side, I don't mean the Republican Party. I mean the people who are against team democracy.
00:05:48.080I have no idea where they took the boxes. I have no idea who has the boxes.
00:05:53.420I have no idea what they're doing with the boxes. They could be opening the boxes.
00:05:57.760They could be taking stuff out of the boxes. They could be putting other stuff in the boxes.
00:06:02.000So we at Fulton County can no longer be held responsible or liable for the contents of those boxes the moment they left our care last evening.
00:06:14.560And the other thing that's unusual, I understand, is that typically you're notified in advance that something is going to happen.
00:06:23.260Well, in this case, they just showed up. We had no advance warning whatsoever.
00:06:26.960So I think, my opinion, that this whole raid, and I call it a raid, was just a distraction, if you will.
00:06:36.600I think there's something bigger at stake.
00:06:39.000And what I think is at stake is a move to possibly take over, through the state elections board,
00:06:45.840to take over the control and running of elections in Fulton County in 2026 and 2028.
00:09:46.500And sometimes the people around the president are not as dug in as I think they have to be.
00:09:51.900So, you know, I just hope these explosions in Iran and in Persia, these facilities are gas leaks as the as the mullahs and the ayatollahs and the in the Revolutionary Guard.
00:10:05.200Of course, everything they always tell us is 100 percent accurate.
00:10:35.400The foundational element for the turnaround is we have to turn around the economy from the debacle of the Biden years, particularly as it impacts and helps this thing called this entity called the United States of America.
00:10:49.980And as it affects people called American citizens inside the United States of America.
00:10:57.620We've had a Fed announcement yesterday.
00:11:00.300Gold is taking a gold is taking a hit.
00:11:02.360There's some profit taking, but that's backed off.
00:11:04.140Silver's taking a bigger hit because as I've said on this show and to the media, I was Kevin Warsh's biggest proponent in in 2017, 2018, where Mnuchin kind of blew the due diligence and convinced people that Powell was the guy was obviously he was not.
00:11:23.820But Kevin Warsh, those were those were those were different times.
00:11:27.820I mean, Kevin Warsh is a guy known for his philosophy.
00:11:31.900He's first of all, he's an institutionalist with the Fed.
00:11:34.440So you're not going to get a guy that's going to end the Fed or break up the Fed or go full Andrew Jackson on the central bank.
00:11:40.860Number one, he may make some reforms on the margins, but he's not going to get in there and tear the place apart.
00:11:47.660He's also a hawk on interest rates and he's a strong dollar guy.
00:11:53.520Far be it for me to say that that's maybe not President Trump's probably since Washington's most sophisticated businessman we've ever had.
00:12:00.860And he's got very set ideas of what he thinks about interest rates, the economy, lending and leverage.
00:12:06.900Remember, he comes out of being a real estate developer.
00:12:10.140And those are guys that are quite comfortable with leverage.
00:12:13.900That's how you basically make money in the real estate business.
00:12:17.100Your thoughts on Kevin Warsh in the Fed, EJ.
00:12:21.140Well, Steve, as you know, having backed him back in 2017, he would have been infinitely better than Powell.
00:12:28.340And sure enough, if we go back to that time and then if you look at 2020 and 2021, you can see all of the things that Warsh was saying turned out to be true.
00:12:39.420In other words, the advice that or I should say the direction that he wanted to go in terms of monetary policy would have been the correct course.
00:12:47.640And instead, the Fed went the other way.
00:12:49.760And sure enough, you can go all the way back to the global financial crisis, the GFC.
00:12:55.160During the GFC, he again was recommending the Fed take one course and instead the Fed took a different course.
00:13:03.760The result was a series of asset bubbles created throughout the economy that did wonders for Wall Street.
00:13:10.300But they just left Main Street with the inflation.
00:13:12.740One of the things that Warsh wants to do now is unwind this entire really novel monetary framework that was built by Ben Bernanke and then put on steroids by Jerome Powell.
00:13:24.440And it has funneled literally trillions of dollars.
00:13:28.660It has funneled trillions of dollars to Wall Street, has helped explode asset prices, whether you're talking stocks or whether you're talking home prices.
00:13:38.480And again, what did Main Street get stuck with?
00:13:50.400He's not somebody who's going to blow up the entire institution, but that would take congressional action anyway.
00:13:55.340But I do think he is somebody who's going to implement real reforms that are going to essentially allow the economy to benefit Main Street and not just Wall Street.
00:14:05.140That's something we desperately need right now.
00:14:14.780The cover bid when they picked when Mnuchin kind of forced Powell onto the scene was John Taylor at Stanford, which Dave Brett talks about all the time.
00:14:24.100The John Taylor model would have been another great pick.
00:14:29.440Just now, I agree with you, but we'll spend more time in the next days and weeks going through this because, yes, he's got a very well thought thought through plan.
00:14:56.520We're going to go to the streets of Minneapolis next in the world.
00:14:59.860Do you owe back taxes or haven't filled in years?
00:15:02.600Now is the time to resolve your tax matters.
00:15:04.680When the national conversation around abolishing the income tax system, the IRS is fighting back and proving it's here to stay by becoming more aggressive than ever before.
00:15:15.340They're sending out more collection notices, filing more tax liens and collecting billions more than in recent years.
00:15:22.420If you owe, the IRS can garnish your wages, levy your bank accounts, seize your retirement, even your home.
00:15:29.260If you owe or haven't filed, it's not a question that the IRS will act, it's when the IRS will act.
00:15:37.260Now, right now, Tax Network USA is offering a completely free IRS research and discovery call to show you exactly where you stand and what they can stop before it's too late.
00:15:48.640Their powerful programs and strategies can save you thousands or even eliminate your debt entirely if you qualify.
00:17:03.760I'm going to get to EJ and Tony in a moment.
00:17:05.580Let's go to, we got Mike Lindell, there's a debate in about an hour.
00:17:09.700Mike, you've been kind of running the tables on this so far.
00:17:12.800A couple of people have already dropped out.
00:17:14.280I know there's still seven or eight in there, but Amy Klobuchar is leaving the Senate to contest to basically, because they're so worried about you becoming the governor.
00:17:22.960And everything that's happening is going to be another 100,000, or I shouldn't say another 100,000.
00:17:27.580Yesterday, I think it was 30 to 40, but it was big.
00:17:29.500Today, they're anticipating MSNBC and local media are saying 100,000 people in this march today.
00:17:39.580I don't know if that's true or not, but it's still, either way, it's a lot of people down there.
00:17:43.420But like the president, truth doubt, which this is, this is just a big cover-up for the Ilan Omar and all the Somalian fraud, the biggest fraud this country's ever seen.
00:17:58.040And I think people are realizing this, and it's early enough, everybody.
00:18:03.220I don't want anybody to go into a panic.
00:18:05.160When this lets up, we're not letting up on the fraud.
00:18:08.060We're going after every single person that's part of it.
00:18:12.980And, Steve, today I am going into this debate.
00:18:17.220You guys, there's a very important shock.
00:19:32.800The cities, these sanctuary cities where we're not enforcing protester laws, Minneapolis being the tip of the spear, that's where all this is happening.
00:19:41.460Minneapolis has very strict protester laws, but it's never been enforced to everybody.
00:19:52.100Other cities where the president's in there with ICE, it's working great because the local law enforcement is enforcing their protester laws.
00:20:00.820They don't get to go attack, commit crimes while protesting.
00:20:05.560So that's what I'm going to be doing, Steve.
00:20:07.420And I want to say this before I forget everybody.
00:20:10.380Right now, like I'm going into this debate.
00:20:12.800We have a big, our biggest straw poll is this Tuesday, February 3rd.
00:20:16.540So if you're from Minnesota, please get out there.
00:20:22.680And, you know, we'll find out, Steve, how much the establishment might be against me because they don't want, you know, someone that's not a politician to get in there and fix this.
00:20:33.560And so it'll be interesting to see what happens on Tuesday.
00:25:07.540So almost all of the net job growth we have seen, again, has gone to Americans and not just foreign-born workers.
00:25:14.760The number of foreign-born workers employed, Steve, over the last year is only up a few tens of thousands, not millions, like it was under Biden.
00:25:24.040So, again, we're seeing job growth, and most importantly, who is getting the jobs?
00:26:25.900Look, there are plenty of projects I've been able to take on, just anecdotally, Steve, where I normally would have had to hire a research assistant,
00:26:33.640and the project just would have been prohibitively expensive.
00:26:36.260It wouldn't have been worth it for me.
00:26:37.420But now, because of AI, I can use certain tools to gather information for me, and I no longer need to employ that person to do that,
00:26:45.300and I've therefore been able to take on more projects.
00:26:48.120So, on the one hand, yes, there's clearly job destruction there.
00:26:51.000But on the other hand, what's happening is you're actually creating jobs in other areas of the economy
00:27:16.080On the one hand, AI is definitely eliminating some jobs, and what tends to happen in this creative destruction process, as we like to call it,
00:27:24.200is the job losses are on the front end, and more of the job gains are on the back end.
00:27:29.800And so, the question is, how soon until those job gains start to eclipse the job losses when it comes to AI?
00:27:36.660Now, to your point on the H-1Bs, there's absolutely no reason why you need to be bringing in so many of those folks to do what are effectively entry-level jobs.
00:27:46.540This is a program that is in desperate need of, at least, at the very least, reform.
00:27:51.720I know a lot of people want to just get rid of the whole project entirely, but at the very least, I think all of us can agree,
00:27:58.140it needs reform, because a program that is designed to be bringing in the best and the brightest talent from around the world
00:28:05.480should not then be used to bring in foreigners to compete with Americans for entry-level jobs.
00:28:11.120That's not even what the program was created to do in the first place.
00:29:18.220Get a four-week emergency food supply for yourself, and they'll throw you two one-week food kits absolutely free.
00:29:27.660The one-week kits make perfect gifts for anyone on your list who's into preparedness or anyone who needs a little nudge in that direction.
00:29:37.800These days, it just makes sense to have some food stored away in case of emergencies.
00:29:44.460And with this Buy One Gift Two Christmas deal, you're not only getting it yourself prepared, you're also getting unique and meaningful Christmas gifts for your friends or family.
00:37:41.460And the American people are on our side.
00:37:43.080American people hate, hate, hate the H-1B program.
00:37:47.740And they're going to hate the H-2B program.
00:37:50.400So where do they go, Rosemary, to join you in your great crusade for American workers?
00:37:56.840If you go to IAPaction.com, IAPaction.com, you will find our congressional ranking system where we rank every member of Congress based on what they're doing on immigration.
00:38:07.900We're on X at IAProject, so IAProject and IAPaction.com.
00:38:46.500We're going to walk through his plan to try to strengthen the dollar, what that means for gold now and in the future, what it means for central banks purchasing gold.
00:38:53.700Well, remember, always remember that the event that has been driving this the most is the decline, the 25% decline of the U.S. dollar under Biden and central banks throughout the world, including the BRICS nations, starting to buy it at record rates.
00:39:08.340Birchgold.com, promo code BANNON, the end of the dollar empire.
00:39:11.840We are coming out shortly with the eighth free installment on a series that we started, I don't know, four or five years ago.
00:39:20.360So make sure you get it, get up to speed.
00:39:22.200The next installment you're going to absolutely love.
00:39:58.780Ben, first off, I want your observations on Los Angeles.
00:40:02.420Number one, there was some protests out by some of the theaters showing Melania's movie.
00:40:07.300And people that actually went to the film said you could barely hear yourself inside there.
00:40:12.040They were there was almost a mini riot outside.
00:40:14.660But downtown near the federal building and you're near the federal building today in Minneapolis, they actually did have a they actually did have a, I thought, a riot around the country, particularly in the place of Los Angeles.
00:40:27.340How violent is it getting Ben Berkwam?
00:40:29.100Well, Steve, yesterday was actually a good thing.
00:40:34.120It was the prelude to the death of Western civilization for the people that aren't awake yet.
00:40:39.640If you watched across America, every single major influence, both political and cultural, had riots taken over their cities.
00:40:49.140These to the people that are out there in the Western suburbs, in the Midwest saying, hey, at least that's not my city.
00:40:55.240That's your city in 20 years or sooner, in five years, 10 years.
00:41:48.100And some people say the red, green, blue because you've got the globalists in there.
00:41:50.680Peter Schweitzer's book lays out how the CCP and the Mexican government are very involved in this, along with people like Soros and the new CCP member.
00:43:07.080Every single one of these organizations and individuals need to be prosecuted.
00:43:10.360Unless that happens, it doesn't matter how many illegals we deport, because the apparatus that is running this, both internationally, the foreign adversaries that are a part of this, as well as the enemies within our country, nothing changes.
00:43:24.040You can deport every illegal, but if that apparatus is not destroyed, completely destroyed, we're going to be destroyed.
00:43:33.640Ben, give your coordinates, because we're going to come back to you.
00:43:37.740They're expecting 100,000 people in the streets a day in Minneapolis.
00:45:29.500I think they are trying to impact the 2026 elections and the 2028 elections.
00:45:36.120It's my opinion that Folsom County, Georgia, has been a target of this administration since 2020
00:45:44.120when he asked to find 11,000-plus votes.
00:45:50.600I was chair at that time and was concerned at that time.
00:45:55.020He's been challenging every, it seems like monthly, even sometimes it seems like weekly, there's some sense of we need to revote, redo the 2020 elections.
00:46:10.520Well, the 2020 elections have been reviewed, they've been audited, they've been looked at from A to Z.
00:47:00.780But this is Trump and War Room and all these and all the folks down in Georgia that we've had on, you know, Garland, Favarito, now yourself, all of them.
00:47:10.040All they want to do is steal the 2026 election.
00:47:12.800Can you put this in perspective for us, sir?
00:47:16.160Well, the 2020 election in Georgia was a dumpster fire of ineptitude.
00:47:20.660You had, in the name of COVID, you had historic safeguards being swept away.
00:48:11.360The state of Georgia is a state of patriots.
00:48:14.600And there are folks called Republicans at the senior level in the state of Georgia.
00:48:20.340So please explain to the audience, because it's still people have a very tough time getting their head around it.
00:48:25.680When you say these things were exploited at the time and they haven't been remedied, isn't Rafi's, you've got a whole schlug, including Kemp, Kemp's job.
00:48:34.560I don't know if he's ever had a job as a grown man, except in politics.
00:48:51.800I think Raffensperger became psychologically and politically invested in the idea that of defending the election and whatever happened.
00:49:01.560You know, he gave an interesting interview on the, I think it was the day after the election in 2020, where he said that based on the number of votes that were outstanding, that President Trump's lead could not be overcome.
00:49:14.820And then they kept discovering new ballots that, you know, after his original pronouncement.
00:49:22.120And as the new ballots kept getting discovered, our lead narrowed and eventually was overtaken.
00:49:28.120And the moment that it was overtaken, Steve, the moment it was overtaken, they began to treat every report of an irregularity like it was a Bigfoot sighting or an alien abduction story.
00:49:39.820The people pointing out problems, raising concerns, asking questions were ridiculed.
00:49:45.000And if they didn't shut up, they were then themselves placed under investigation and charged with crimes.
00:49:51.940And so, you know, I'm encouraged that the Justice Department is moving so that we can finally get to the bottom of what happened in 2020.
00:50:02.520What are we going to have to do, though, right now to come back?
00:50:05.020Because all of a sudden they're saying, hey, we were perfect.
00:50:08.800We kept these things because the court told us to.
00:50:13.620And so they're clearly fouled and anything you hear from the FBI is going to be a pack of lies because the FBI is controlled by President Trump and these radical make America great again crowd.
00:50:28.840I mean, the only reason that those ballots are still in existence is because of litigation that was filed by Garland Favarito and Carolyn Jeffers and others immediately after the election to force an inspection of the ballots.
00:50:43.940And the judge who had that case ordered that they be preserved.
00:50:48.820Otherwise, they would have been long gone by now.
00:50:51.700But we've been fighting for five years to have a physical inspection of those ballots.
00:50:58.380And we came close to that happening in 2021.
00:51:03.760And then a year into the case, the judge suddenly declared that the plaintiffs had no standing.
00:51:50.120We've got about a minute and then we're going to go to break.
00:51:52.880The FBI, why was it at the time, why did the Georgia Bureau of Investigations not step in here under Kemp, under the Lieutenant Governor in Roffensperger to get to the bottom of this years ago?
00:52:06.120Why do we have to wait for the FBI five years after the fact, sir?
