00:00:00.000 I want to thank everybody for their support. It really, it truly means the world to me. I have no idea what's going on because obviously I haven't seen anything. I have spent my entire career covering the news. I will not stop now.
00:00:15.320 In fact, there is no more important time than right now, this very moment, for a free and independent media that shines a light on the truth and holds those in power accountable. Again, I will not stop now. I will not stop ever.
00:00:32.820 Last night, the DOJ sent a team of federal agents to arrest me in the middle of the night for something that I've been doing for the last 30 years, and that is covering the news. The First Amendment of the Constitution protects that work for me and for countless of other journalists who do what I do.
00:00:54.980 I stand with all of them, and I will not be silenced. I look forward to my day in court. Thank you all.
00:01:05.680 This administration wants to act. It is hell-bent on acting. And Simone and others on this program have been making the case all week, all week, that the words mean nothing. They're just flapping their lips. It's what they're actually doing on the ground.
00:01:22.560 So we shouldn't take seriously this sort of, oh, we're going to placate Minnesota, and we're going to rethink, we're going to reimagine what we're doing there.
00:01:33.820 And at the same time, we're going to go and take the voter rolls from the people of Georgia.
00:01:39.160 At the same time, we're going to go and take the voter rolls from the people of Georgia.
00:02:09.140 The people that I think are truly heroic right now, not just the journalists that are putting
00:02:35.540 themselves on the line there, but just the people, people holding their phones in Minneapolis and in other places, because Alex Petty was holding a phone.
00:02:44.000 You know, like, these are people that are watching the watchers.
00:02:46.980 They're making sure that there is a record for history of what's happening right now.
00:02:52.000 Like, if this stopped tomorrow, this is all going to be in the history books.
00:02:55.160 And it's great that there are people brave enough to put their lives on the line because they actually now know that they can be killed by agents of the state and that the state will then try to demonize them after the fact.
00:03:06.660 I think you're correct.
00:03:36.640 Every, it seems like monthly, even sometimes it seems like weekly, there's some sense of we need to revote, redo the 2020 elections.
00:03:50.040 Well, the 2020 elections have been reviewed.
00:03:53.000 They've been audited.
00:03:54.280 They've been looked at from A to Z.
00:03:56.100 The Trump administration is looking to make Ohio the next target of its aggressive immigration enforcement operations as early as this next week.
00:04:15.940 That's according to four people familiar with the discussions.
00:04:18.560 This operation is expected to focus on Haitian immigrants with temporary protected status for Haiti expiring this next Tuesday.
00:04:27.000 I think everyone needs to understand that if we want to disrupt what's happening as tyranny, as moving from an administration that's kind of has autocratic ambitions or authoritarian ambitions to one that is actively seeking autocratic and authoritarian power and killing American citizens in the streets for doing nothing but protesting nonviolently.
00:04:49.140 If that's the analogy, people need to, as I said before, this is coming to a theater near you and people need to buckle up for a long fight.
00:04:57.200 Like I pray that it's not an eight or 10 or 15 year fight, but people should be ready for the fact that the other side here is determined, is ruthless, and has millions of people, fewer than our side has, but has millions of people on its side.
00:05:14.480 And so people need to get ready for that and begin to strategize in a way that takes the long view and is determined and steeled for a kind of conflict, ideally a nonviolent conflict.
00:05:27.520 But again, we've seen the other side willing to resort to violence.
00:05:30.980 People have to be ready for what's coming, because this is not a thing that's going to end when the siege of Minneapolis ends, whenever that is, hopefully soon.
00:05:38.220 But the fight is not going to end. And we now know what the other side is capable of.
00:05:42.780 And when I say the other side, I don't mean the Republican Party. I mean the people who are against team democracy.
00:05:48.080 I have no idea where they took the boxes. I have no idea who has the boxes.
00:05:53.420 I have no idea what they're doing with the boxes. They could be opening the boxes.
00:05:57.760 They could be taking stuff out of the boxes. They could be putting other stuff in the boxes.
00:06:02.000 So we at Fulton County can no longer be held responsible or liable for the contents of those boxes the moment they left our care last evening.
00:06:14.560 And the other thing that's unusual, I understand, is that typically you're notified in advance that something is going to happen.
00:06:23.260 Well, in this case, they just showed up. We had no advance warning whatsoever.
00:06:26.960 So I think, my opinion, that this whole raid, and I call it a raid, was just a distraction, if you will.
00:06:36.600 I think there's something bigger at stake.
00:06:39.000 And what I think is at stake is a move to possibly take over, through the state elections board,
00:06:45.840 to take over the control and running of elections in Fulton County in 2026 and 2028.
00:06:53.740 That's what I believe.
00:06:54.660 It's incredibly chilling, Stephanie, and you used the right word in the previous segment.
00:06:59.160 This is an escalation. In fact, everything in Trump's second term is an escalation of what he did in his first, calling us fake news.
00:07:07.700 I hate even saying that we're now to imprisoning journalists.
00:07:11.560 The escalation, calling the 2020 election stolen, now going into Fulton County and taking ballots.
00:07:18.300 It's immigration. Oh, I'm going to build a wall to sending these marauding thugs onto the streets of America.
00:07:25.500 This is all of a piece, I think, Stephanie, of what is going on with Trump untethered in a second term.
00:07:32.620 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:07:40.220 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:07:45.340 Here's one time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:07:49.620 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:07:51.520 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:07:52.960 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:07:55.560 It's going to happen.
00:07:56.680 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:08:00.320 MAGA Media.
00:08:01.660 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:08:07.080 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:08:10.860 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:08:17.140 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:08:20.440 Saturday, 31 January, Euroville, 2026.
00:08:28.000 We're absolutely packed today.
00:08:29.180 We're at war.
00:08:30.780 If you don't believe that, look at not just Minneapolis yesterday, look at Los Angeles down by the federal building.
00:08:36.100 We saw a little bit of clips there.
00:08:37.440 Hopefully we'll pull even some more throughout the show.
00:08:41.560 Outright riot down there.
00:08:44.460 So the other side is turning up the violence day by day.
00:08:49.020 Also, there were confirmed reports.
00:08:52.720 Now, the Iranians are saying these are gas leaks, but there's supposedly a number of explosions happening in Persia right now.
00:09:02.620 And, you know, who knows?
00:09:04.220 But I got to tell you, the timing of that could not be worse.
00:09:06.580 Having not had the not having the show of force that we've had in Minneapolis and now seeing the streets taken over yesterday.
00:09:16.900 You had, what, 20 or 30,000 people out there and no police, no sheriffs, no ICE, no Customs and Border.
00:09:25.800 But they took over the streets and had a march.
00:09:29.180 Most of it was peaceful.
00:09:31.460 But the rhetoric was very hot.
00:09:33.340 And as you saw, Ben Berkwam and other conservative media can't even get out there unless they're attacked, right?
00:09:39.680 So the other side is going to play hardball.
00:09:42.660 And John Howman's right.
00:09:44.520 This is two sides that are dug in.
00:09:46.500 And sometimes the people around the president are not as dug in as I think they have to be.
00:09:51.900 So, you know, I just hope these explosions in Iran and in Persia, these facilities are gas leaks as the as the mullahs and the ayatollahs and the in the Revolutionary Guard.
00:10:05.200 Of course, everything they always tell us is 100 percent accurate.
00:10:08.180 You know that, right?
00:10:08.800 So we're going to follow that throughout the day and obviously all throughout the weekend.
00:10:14.420 We've got I'm going to get Georgia.
00:10:16.760 We got economic news.
00:10:18.000 Let's go EJ and Tony.
00:10:19.140 I think we got EJ and Tony.
00:10:20.380 Ben's out in the field.
00:10:21.640 We're going to track it all down.
00:10:22.840 We got reports on China.
00:10:25.120 All of it.
00:10:26.240 EJ and Tony.
00:10:28.420 Brother, the basis, the entire bet we made here is an economic.
00:10:33.880 Not the entire bet.
00:10:35.400 The foundational element for the turnaround is we have to turn around the economy from the debacle of the Biden years, particularly as it impacts and helps this thing called this entity called the United States of America.
00:10:49.980 And as it affects people called American citizens inside the United States of America.
00:10:56.740 Give us an update.
00:10:57.620 We've had a Fed announcement yesterday.
00:11:00.300 Gold is taking a gold is taking a hit.
00:11:02.360 There's some profit taking, but that's backed off.
00:11:04.140 Silver's taking a bigger hit because as I've said on this show and to the media, I was Kevin Warsh's biggest proponent in in 2017, 2018, where Mnuchin kind of blew the due diligence and convinced people that Powell was the guy was obviously he was not.
00:11:23.820 But Kevin Warsh, those were those were those were different times.
00:11:27.820 I mean, Kevin Warsh is a guy known for his philosophy.
00:11:31.900 He's first of all, he's an institutionalist with the Fed.
00:11:34.440 So you're not going to get a guy that's going to end the Fed or break up the Fed or go full Andrew Jackson on the central bank.
00:11:40.860 Number one, he may make some reforms on the margins, but he's not going to get in there and tear the place apart.
00:11:46.920 Highly unlikely.
00:11:47.660 He's also a hawk on interest rates and he's a strong dollar guy.
00:11:53.520 Far be it for me to say that that's maybe not President Trump's probably since Washington's most sophisticated businessman we've ever had.
00:12:00.860 And he's got very set ideas of what he thinks about interest rates, the economy, lending and leverage.
00:12:06.900 Remember, he comes out of being a real estate developer.
00:12:10.140 And those are guys that are quite comfortable with leverage.
00:12:13.900 That's how you basically make money in the real estate business.
00:12:17.100 Your thoughts on Kevin Warsh in the Fed, EJ.
00:12:21.140 Well, Steve, as you know, having backed him back in 2017, he would have been infinitely better than Powell.
00:12:28.340 And sure enough, if we go back to that time and then if you look at 2020 and 2021, you can see all of the things that Warsh was saying turned out to be true.
00:12:39.420 In other words, the advice that or I should say the direction that he wanted to go in terms of monetary policy would have been the correct course.
00:12:47.640 And instead, the Fed went the other way.
00:12:49.760 And sure enough, you can go all the way back to the global financial crisis, the GFC.
00:12:55.160 During the GFC, he again was recommending the Fed take one course and instead the Fed took a different course.
00:13:01.820 And the result was pretty disastrous.
00:13:03.760 The result was a series of asset bubbles created throughout the economy that did wonders for Wall Street.
00:13:10.300 But they just left Main Street with the inflation.
00:13:12.740 One of the things that Warsh wants to do now is unwind this entire really novel monetary framework that was built by Ben Bernanke and then put on steroids by Jerome Powell.
00:13:24.440 And it has funneled literally trillions of dollars.
00:13:27.100 This is not an exaggeration.
00:13:28.660 It has funneled trillions of dollars to Wall Street, has helped explode asset prices, whether you're talking stocks or whether you're talking home prices.
00:13:38.480 And again, what did Main Street get stuck with?
00:13:40.520 The inflation.
00:13:41.320 And I think he has a reasonable plan to reverse all of that.
00:13:45.780 And that makes me very, very optimistic about him as a pick for the Fed.
00:13:50.040 You're right.
00:13:50.400 He's not somebody who's going to blow up the entire institution, but that would take congressional action anyway.
00:13:55.340 But I do think he is somebody who's going to implement real reforms that are going to essentially allow the economy to benefit Main Street and not just Wall Street.
00:14:05.140 That's something we desperately need right now.
00:14:08.360 Yeah.
00:14:08.960 I just want to be clear.
00:14:09.980 I'm a huge Kevin Warsh fan.
00:14:11.320 I really push Warsh the first time.
00:14:14.780 The cover bid when they picked when Mnuchin kind of forced Powell onto the scene was John Taylor at Stanford, which Dave Brett talks about all the time.
00:14:24.100 The John Taylor model would have been another great pick.
00:14:28.480 And Kevin Warsh.
00:14:29.440 Just now, I agree with you, but we'll spend more time in the next days and weeks going through this because, yes, he's got a very well thought thought through plan.
00:14:39.320 We've got other issues.
00:14:40.480 Rosemary Jenks is going to join us from Numbers USA.
00:14:44.860 We're going to go through employment.
00:14:46.500 We're going to go through things called American, folks called American citizens versus foreigners.
00:14:52.560 Maybe people not born in this country about employment.
00:14:55.940 All of it.
00:14:56.520 We're going to go to the streets of Minneapolis next in the world.
00:14:59.860 Do you owe back taxes or haven't filled in years?
00:15:02.600 Now is the time to resolve your tax matters.
00:15:04.680 When the national conversation around abolishing the income tax system, the IRS is fighting back and proving it's here to stay by becoming more aggressive than ever before.
00:15:15.340 They're sending out more collection notices, filing more tax liens and collecting billions more than in recent years.
00:15:22.420 If you owe, the IRS can garnish your wages, levy your bank accounts, seize your retirement, even your home.
00:15:29.260 If you owe or haven't filed, it's not a question that the IRS will act, it's when the IRS will act.
00:15:37.260 Now, right now, Tax Network USA is offering a completely free IRS research and discovery call to show you exactly where you stand and what they can stop before it's too late.

00:16:02.800 They are not on your side.

00:16:47.760 Don't let the IRS make the first move.
00:16:51.440 Act today.
00:16:54.840 Okay, welcome back.
00:17:03.760 I'm going to get to EJ and Tony in a moment.
00:17:05.580 Let's go to, we got Mike Lindell, there's a debate in about an hour.
00:17:09.700 Mike, you've been kind of running the tables on this so far.
00:17:12.800 A couple of people have already dropped out.
00:17:14.280 I know there's still seven or eight in there, but Amy Klobuchar is leaving the Senate to contest to basically, because they're so worried about you becoming the governor.
00:17:22.960 And everything that's happening is going to be another 100,000, or I shouldn't say another 100,000.
00:17:27.580 Yesterday, I think it was 30 to 40, but it was big.
00:17:29.500 Today, they're anticipating MSNBC and local media are saying 100,000 people in this march today.
00:17:35.740 Mike Lindell?
00:17:37.860 We're hearing locally, too.
00:17:39.580 I don't know if that's true or not, but it's still, either way, it's a lot of people down there.
00:17:43.420 But like the president, truth doubt, which this is, this is just a big cover-up for the Ilan Omar and all the Somalian fraud, the biggest fraud this country's ever seen.
00:17:58.040 And I think people are realizing this, and it's early enough, everybody.
00:18:03.220 I don't want anybody to go into a panic.
00:18:05.160 When this lets up, we're not letting up on the fraud.
00:18:08.060 We're going after every single person that's part of it.
00:18:12.980 And, Steve, today I am going into this debate.
00:18:17.220 You guys, there's a very important shock.
00:18:18.620 But hang on a second.
00:18:19.540 Hall, but hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
00:18:21.720 Whoa, whoa, whoa, full stop.
00:18:23.300 I got it.
00:18:23.860 The president's correct.
00:18:24.800 They're trying to divert away from the fraud.
00:18:27.040 But the fraud is just one part of the deportations.
00:18:29.600 We're not going to let the – we're not going to back off these – everybody's got – they all have to go.
00:18:34.260 And they should go and start denaturalizing these people.
00:18:36.420 So it's got to be a whole-of-government approach, 100%.
00:18:39.000 They're trying to divert away from this outrage with the Somalian community and others, and elected politicians.
00:18:44.940 We have to be on that.
00:18:46.160 But we're not going to get diverted.
00:18:47.500 It's not about fraud.
00:18:49.200 It's fraud because they're here, and they need to go back to where they came from.
00:18:53.860 And this is urgent.
00:18:55.960 And today there should be a show of force.
00:18:59.300 You know, Homan's targeted things.
00:19:00.840 Hey, we cannot show at all that we're backing down here.
00:19:05.740 You see what happened in Los Angeles last night?
00:19:07.680 That was an outright riot.
00:19:09.980 They should have called the troops in.
00:19:11.140 It was an outright riot outside the federal building in Los Angeles.
00:19:13.800 So Mike Lindell is governor.
00:19:15.140 What are you going to do as governor?
00:19:16.780 You've got a governor now that's a crook and should go to prison because of what he's done.
00:19:20.640 What are you going to do as governor?
00:19:21.560 Well, first off, I'm going to fire a lot of commissioners right out of the gate.
00:19:25.940 I'm going to ban Sharia law on the first day, and I'm going to enforce protester laws.
00:19:30.960 We wouldn't have all these problems.
00:19:32.800 The cities, these sanctuary cities where we're not enforcing protester laws, Minneapolis being the tip of the spear, that's where all this is happening.
00:19:41.460 Minneapolis has very strict protester laws, but it's never been enforced to everybody.
00:19:46.100 It's disgusting.
00:19:47.140 You have to get permits.
00:19:48.160 There's all kinds of things you have to do.
00:19:50.260 None of this would ever happen.
00:19:52.100 Other cities where the president's in there with ICE, it's working great because the local law enforcement is enforcing their protester laws.
00:20:00.820 They don't get to go attack, commit crimes while protesting.
00:20:05.560 So that's what I'm going to be doing, Steve.
00:20:07.420 And I want to say this before I forget everybody.
00:20:10.380 Right now, like I'm going into this debate.
00:20:12.800 We have a big, our biggest straw poll is this Tuesday, February 3rd.
00:20:16.540 So if you're from Minnesota, please get out there.
00:20:19.080 This is for the GOP endorsement.
00:20:22.680 And, you know, we'll find out, Steve, how much the establishment might be against me because they don't want, you know, someone that's not a politician to get in there and fix this.
00:20:33.560 And so it'll be interesting to see what happens on Tuesday.
00:20:37.820 But I'm in it.
00:20:38.820 I'm in 100%.
00:20:40.020 Amy Klobuchar has to go.
00:20:42.340 I'm focusing on her.
00:20:44.400 And she's not, she's just Walt's 2.0.
00:20:48.440 This all happened under her watch.
00:20:50.420 It's been under her watch for almost, what, two decades now.
00:20:55.020 She's watched this all.
00:20:56.080 And she was, and Steve, interesting enough, Amy Klobuchar was all about getting rid of voting machines.
00:21:01.600 She was very boisterous in 2018.
00:21:04.340 But she didn't get sued.
00:21:05.700 And all of a sudden she flipped and said, let's centralize our voting, our voting, our elections.
00:21:11.660 And so I can't wait for the debates with her to be able to call her out on these things.
00:21:17.780 Okay.
00:21:18.760 You've got to go.
00:21:19.520 By the way, it's a twofer.
00:21:20.940 We get her Senate seat, get her out of the Senate.
00:21:23.560 You beat her as governor.
00:21:24.660 It's a massive win.

00:23:00.180 I'm going to go in and win this debate.
00:23:02.180 Okay.
00:23:03.500 Go, man.
00:23:04.400 Go hit it.
00:23:05.120 Mike Lindell.
00:23:05.660 What a patriot.
00:23:06.960 Make sure you support our sponsors.
00:23:09.240 Best people in the world.
00:23:12.100 EJ and Tony.
00:23:13.940 EJ, let's talk about labor.
00:23:15.540 Labor, so Warsh is a very interesting pick.
00:23:19.700 A safe pair of hands, but he's got very set ideas about what has to happen.
00:23:23.620 We're going to break that all down.
00:23:25.320 We're going to have Philip Patrick and others on here.
00:23:29.080 Maybe you hopefully get Scott Besson on Secretary of Treasury next week and go through this.
00:23:33.860 Talk to me about employment.
00:23:35.120 Talk to me about labor.
00:23:36.500 I got Rosemary Jenks from the Immigration Accountability Project, not Numbers USA.
00:23:42.580 God, how could I have forgotten that?
00:23:44.240 She's the biggest hammer in the world about this, EJ.
00:23:48.360 Are we showing any signs of life at all of getting more Americans hired and less foreigners, sir?
00:23:54.760 Well, Steve, exactly.
00:23:56.020 Look, there's a lot of things in tension right now in the labor market.
00:23:59.760 It's not all sunshine and rainbows, but it's not all doom and gloom either.
00:24:03.540 And in a lot of ways in this last year or so of transition, I guess you could call it,
00:24:08.340 we have made good progress in the areas that really count,
00:24:11.480 such as the number of Americans that actually have jobs, the number of Americans that are working.
00:24:18.680 Under Biden, we had a labor market that was almost like a temp agency, if you will, for foreigners.
00:24:24.040 Foreign-born employment skyrocketed while Native-born Americans had fewer jobs.
00:24:29.980 It's not an exaggeration.
00:24:31.340 During almost the entirety of Biden's last year, the annual change in Native-born employment was actually negative.
00:24:38.900 Again, that means that Native-born Americans were losing jobs, not gaining them.
00:24:43.060 So all of that great job market growth, all of that great labor market performance we kept hearing about in the mainstream media,
00:24:49.560 was basically just foreign-born workers getting jobs.
00:24:52.620 Under Trump, that situation has completely flipped.
00:24:56.180 And now we're at a point where we've added well over 2.5 million jobs for Native-born Americans in the labor market over the last year.
00:25:05.920 That's phenomenal news.
00:25:07.540 So almost all of the net job growth we have seen, again, has gone to Americans and not just foreign-born workers.
00:25:14.760 The number of foreign-born workers employed, Steve, over the last year is only up a few tens of thousands, not millions, like it was under Biden.
00:25:24.040 So, again, we're seeing job growth, and most importantly, who is getting the jobs?
00:25:28.600 It's Americans.
00:25:29.480 It's Native-born Americans.
00:25:30.660 So great news there.
00:25:32.760 Again, there's a lot of tension, I would say, in the labor market.
00:25:36.200 Hang on, what about this situation where you have artificial intelligence, no matter how the beleaguers are trying to temper it,
00:25:45.260 it's coming in and taking a big swath of kind of this particularly entry-level coding, managerial, administrative jobs.
00:25:53.760 Amazon lays off, I think it's Amazon, 30,000 folks in the last 90 days, 14,000 first, 16,000.
00:26:01.160 And my understanding is that they're still continuing to hire H-1B visa holders, but they're firing American workers.
00:26:10.740 Can you break that down for us?
00:26:12.320 Are you knowledgeable about that right now?
00:26:15.560 Absolutely.
00:26:16.220 So, Steve, this is the next point on where you have some tension, I would call it, in the labor market.
00:26:21.440 On the one hand, AI is absolutely eliminating jobs.
00:26:24.860 There's no doubt about it.
00:26:25.900 Look, there are plenty of projects I've been able to take on, just anecdotally, Steve, where I normally would have had to hire a research assistant,
00:26:33.640 and the project just would have been prohibitively expensive.
00:26:36.260 It wouldn't have been worth it for me.
00:26:37.420 But now, because of AI, I can use certain tools to gather information for me, and I no longer need to employ that person to do that,
00:26:45.300 and I've therefore been able to take on more projects.
00:26:48.120 So, on the one hand, yes, there's clearly job destruction there.
00:26:51.000 But on the other hand, what's happening is you're actually creating jobs in other areas of the economy
00:26:56.740 because you're increasing productivity, you're increasing efficiency, and you're reducing costs.
00:27:01.580 And this is showing up in the macro-level data, where we have productivity numbers that are absolutely booming right now.
00:27:08.320 You have unit labor costs that are incredibly low.
00:27:11.220 So, that's good news for the overall economy.
00:27:13.900 So, again, there's a tension there.
00:27:16.080 On the one hand, AI is definitely eliminating some jobs, and what tends to happen in this creative destruction process, as we like to call it,
00:27:24.200 is the job losses are on the front end, and more of the job gains are on the back end.
00:27:29.800 And so, the question is, how soon until those job gains start to eclipse the job losses when it comes to AI?
00:27:36.660 Now, to your point on the H-1Bs, there's absolutely no reason why you need to be bringing in so many of those folks to do what are effectively entry-level jobs.
00:27:46.540 This is a program that is in desperate need of, at least, at the very least, reform.
00:27:51.720 I know a lot of people want to just get rid of the whole project entirely, but at the very least, I think all of us can agree,
00:27:58.140 it needs reform, because a program that is designed to be bringing in the best and the brightest talent from around the world
00:28:05.480 should not then be used to bring in foreigners to compete with Americans for entry-level jobs.
00:28:11.120 That's not even what the program was created to do in the first place.
00:28:14.700 It's a total scam.
00:28:16.940 EJ, we've got to bounce.
00:28:18.640 What is your social media?
00:28:19.960 You're putting up great content all the time.
00:28:21.700 Where do we go, sir?
00:28:23.180 Best place to find me is on X, and the handle there is at real EJ and Tony.
00:28:28.140 Brother, thank you.
00:28:30.980 Look forward to seeing you next week when we're going to break down Kevin Warsh.
00:28:33.660 Okay.
00:28:35.420 I know, I know.
00:28:36.980 I told you I wasn't going to play it, but we're playing it.
00:28:38.880 It's Bruce Springsteen, Streets of Minneapolis.
00:28:40.860 This is going to have 100,000 people a day.

00:30:20.380 Do it today.
00:30:20.980 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:30:27.160 Okay, Ben Burkwam's in Minneapolis.
00:30:28.760 We're going to go there in a moment.
00:30:30.020 There's going to be a massive protest march today.
00:30:33.800 The one in Los Angeles got out of control last night.
00:30:37.560 The one down by the Federal Board.
00:30:38.940 I think they had another one on the west side.
00:30:41.960 Rosemary Jenks.
00:30:44.800 We love E.J. and Tony.
00:30:46.400 We want E.J. and Tony to be the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
00:30:49.440 He should have had the job.
00:30:51.280 They've actually appointed now some guy that's been there for 15 years who is obviously part
00:30:56.160 of the problem.
00:30:56.760 But hey, this is McConnell and the Republicans.
00:30:59.580 There were Republicans that wouldn't even meet with E.J.
00:31:02.560 given the fact that he is full MAGA.
00:31:04.580 So that tells you about everything you need to know about the Senate, who, by the way,
00:31:08.640 right now is kowtowing to the Democrats in the Senate.
00:31:11.760 Two-week negotiation on DHS of what they've asked for, what the Democrats, because they're
00:31:17.080 radicals, what they're asking for, would strip ICE from even being able to put a team in the field.
00:31:26.780 Rosemary, so that being said, I'm not sure that's the correct way to actually look at these numbers.
00:31:32.700 I mean, you're the hammer.
00:31:35.260 It's the reason you're revered in the MAGA movement about the math.
00:31:39.080 We are hiring.
00:31:40.380 Let me just be blunt.
00:31:41.740 We are hiring way too many foreigners in this country for jobs that Americans should be taking.
00:31:47.840 What they're doing is suppressing, these foreigners are suppressing wages.
00:31:51.940 And clearly, the business side of the Republican Party, the Chamber of Commerce, Governor DeWine,
00:31:57.120 they got this situation in Ohio.
00:31:58.980 They're supposed to take away the temporary protective service status of the Haitians on Tuesday.
00:32:04.440 And he's given a press conference yesterday saying, oh, no, they're adding to the community.
00:32:08.380 They're holding jobs.
00:32:09.780 They're adding to GDP.
00:32:11.180 The same Chamber of Commerce pitch you hear.
00:32:13.800 So what is the reality of this situation with foreign-born workers, including this new, I think it's H-2Bs.
00:32:21.120 They're trying to bring in another, I don't know, 100,000 H-2B foreigners, ma'am.
00:32:27.420 It's absolutely right that we are hiring more Americans than foreigners right now.
00:32:34.360 But the fact is that the number of foreigners working in the United States should be declining,
00:32:38.800 not just growing more slowly.
00:32:40.840 And so we've got DHS announced yesterday, and we broke this on X, that they're bringing in an extra 65,000.
00:32:50.940 That's on top of the 66,000 cap for this year.
00:32:54.720 So that means in the next eight months, they're going to allow in 65,000 additional H-2B workers
00:33:01.800 who are taking construction jobs, landscaping jobs, hotel and restaurant jobs, resort jobs, ski instructors,
00:33:09.940 all of these jobs that are entry-level jobs for Americans.
00:33:13.220 I mean, I spent the morning talking to moms who got their kids through trade school
00:33:18.020 specifically so that they would be able to find these kinds of construction jobs,
00:33:23.320 and they can't find jobs.
00:33:25.440 They're being denied.
00:33:26.520 And, you know, if you look at the wages that these H-2B employers are paying these workers,
00:33:32.580 they're outrageous.
00:33:34.680 I mean, you know, some of them are being paid $9 an hour, $11 an hour, construction jobs for $16 an hour.
00:33:43.080 You can't live in America on those wages.
00:33:46.560 So if we take away the cheap foreign labor, these companies are going to have to raise their wages
00:33:53.580 to recruit Americans, and that's exactly what should happen.
00:34:00.060 Talk to me also about this H-1B visas and this layoffs.
00:34:03.860 AI is coming through, and I understand the theory of creative destruction.
00:34:07.040 I understand the theory that we're going to be more productive and hire more people later,
00:34:11.300 but that's not the reality of what's happening now.
00:34:13.120 Now, artificial intelligence is obviously, and the big corporations are trying to hide it
00:34:17.400 every way they can possibly hide it.
00:34:18.740 They're not bragging about it, okay?
00:34:20.560 What Brian Cassella calls the efficiency model.
00:34:23.600 And they're letting go, or not hiring, these lower-level, entry-level jobs for kids under 30,
00:34:29.900 or young people under 35 years old, which that most important decade of your life professionally
00:34:34.760 is in your 20s when you're kind of, you know, understanding what your profession is
00:34:39.640 and how you get through it.
00:34:40.600 But they're laying off, it's pretty obvious when you look at the Twitter feeds and go
00:34:45.640 back to the source documents, they're laying off American workers and continue to hire H-1Bs,
00:34:51.360 correct?
00:34:51.740 That's why this program must be shut down.
00:34:54.060 There's no way to reform it.
00:34:55.160 It's not reformable, Rosemary Jenks.
00:34:58.040 It's absolutely true.
00:34:59.560 I mean, it is just completely absurd that a company can be laying off American workers and
00:35:06.460 hiring H-1B workers at the same time.
00:35:09.640 You know, it doesn't matter what department you're hiring or firing from.
00:35:15.560 If you are hiring, if you're laying off American workers, you should not be allowed to apply
00:35:22.280 for a foreign worker, period, full stop.
00:35:26.500 That is just a fact of life.
00:35:28.600 You know, hire Americans.
00:35:29.780 We've got so many American tech workers who are unemployed or who are employed in non-tech
00:35:36.460 jobs because they can't get these jobs.
00:35:40.160 It just cannot continue.
00:35:42.620 We have to put Americans first.
00:35:44.640 And, you know, I am sick and tired of hearing these politicians on both sides of the aisle,
00:35:50.220 quite frankly, who are talking about compassion for illegal aliens and compassion for foreign
00:35:55.400 workers.
00:35:55.820 Where's your compassion for Americans?
00:35:59.240 That's what I want to know.
00:36:01.100 Hold it.
00:36:02.440 Rosemary Jenks, Hillary Clinton is questioning Christianity.
00:36:08.080 She's St.
00:36:08.960 Hillary is saying you're a savage and that she's empathetic.
00:36:13.980 Right.
00:36:14.540 You're a savage because you want to get away with H-1Bs.
00:36:18.220 You want to take away temporary protective status.
00:36:21.200 You don't want to you want American teenagers and young people to have better paying jobs
00:36:25.860 and not flood the zone with more foreigners.
00:36:28.200 You're not empathetic.
00:36:29.580 In fact, she called us savages.
00:36:31.140 Your response, ma'am.
00:36:32.160 Yeah, you have a really screwed up moral system if you think that having compassion for foreigners
00:36:40.400 is somehow better than having compassion for your fellow Americans.
00:36:46.100 We don't expect the nationals of any other country to put our interests before their own.
00:36:51.760 And yet somehow we are supposed to put everyone else's interests before our own interests.
00:36:57.780 No, having compassion for Americans is what this country should be doing.
00:37:04.140 It's what our government's duty is.
00:37:06.800 And we should all have much more compassion for our own fellow Americans than for anyone else.
00:37:15.360 Ma'am, where do people go?
00:37:17.100 Your new project, which is to make sure we enforce, get Congress, start codifying some of this.
00:37:23.940 I know it's an uphill struggle.
00:37:24.980 Also, make sure the executive orders coming out of the Trump administration are more focused on just American workers.
00:37:31.640 Let's get rid of these foreign workers and the destruction of the H-1B program.
00:37:36.320 Now, we've come a ways because they're running around trying to reform it.
00:37:39.940 It's not reformable.
00:37:41.460 And the American people are on our side.
00:37:43.080 American people hate, hate, hate the H-1B program.
00:37:47.740 And they're going to hate the H-2B program.
00:37:50.400 So where do they go, Rosemary, to join you in your great crusade for American workers?
00:37:56.840 If you go to IAPaction.com, IAPaction.com, you will find our congressional ranking system where we rank every member of Congress based on what they're doing on immigration.
00:38:07.900 We're on X at IAProject, so IAProject and IAPaction.com.
00:38:17.900 Rosemary Jenks, thank you.
00:38:19.040 By the way, social media, where do they track you on social media?

00:38:40.780 Philip Patrick is going to join us.
00:38:42.040 We're going to talk more about the end of the dollar empire.
00:38:45.460 Kevin Warsh is coming in.
00:38:46.500 We're going to walk through his plan to try to strengthen the dollar, what that means for gold now and in the future, what it means for central banks purchasing gold.
00:38:53.700 Well, remember, always remember that the event that has been driving this the most is the decline, the 25% decline of the U.S. dollar under Biden and central banks throughout the world, including the BRICS nations, starting to buy it at record rates.
00:39:08.340 Birchgold.com, promo code BANNON, the end of the dollar empire.

00:39:54.380 So make sure you do it today.
00:39:55.840 Do we have Ben Berkwam?
00:39:56.760 Ben Berkwam is in Minneapolis.
00:39:58.780 Ben, first off, I want your observations on Los Angeles.
00:40:02.420 Number one, there was some protests out by some of the theaters showing Melania's movie.
00:40:07.300 And people that actually went to the film said you could barely hear yourself inside there.
00:40:12.040 They were there was almost a mini riot outside.
00:40:14.660 But downtown near the federal building and you're near the federal building today in Minneapolis, they actually did have a they actually did have a, I thought, a riot around the country, particularly in the place of Los Angeles.
00:40:27.340 How violent is it getting Ben Berkwam?
00:40:29.100 Well, Steve, yesterday was actually a good thing.
00:40:34.120 It was the prelude to the death of Western civilization for the people that aren't awake yet.
00:40:39.640 If you watched across America, every single major influence, both political and cultural, had riots taken over their cities.
00:40:49.140 These to the people that are out there in the Western suburbs, in the Midwest saying, hey, at least that's not my city.
00:40:55.240 That's your city in 20 years or sooner, in five years, 10 years.
00:40:59.860 If you don't stand up against this.
00:41:01.800 What do you mean?
00:41:03.120 This this is not 20 years.
00:41:05.160 It's not 20 years.
00:41:05.840 It's coming to a neighborhood near you.
00:41:07.940 Absolutely.
00:41:08.720 It's coming to your neighborhood.
00:41:09.660 Maybe if you're in a bunker.
00:41:10.920 Maybe if you're in a bunker.
00:41:12.820 This is but this is.
00:41:13.940 No, give me that again.
00:41:15.640 It's the death.
00:41:16.820 It's the death of Western civilization.
00:41:19.540 It's the prelude to what's coming to your doorstep.
00:41:23.080 Watch those videos.
00:41:23.940 Send them to all your friends.
00:41:25.540 Send L.A. to your friends.
00:41:26.960 Send Austin.
00:41:27.660 And you think you're safe in Texas?
00:41:29.220 You're screwed.
00:41:30.180 Look at Austin.
00:41:30.940 That is the capital.
00:41:32.000 That's the center.
00:41:33.060 Austin is falling.
00:41:34.400 Texas is falling.
00:41:35.380 If Austin falls, every single major metropolitan center in America has fallen to communist jihadist.
00:41:42.680 That's where we're at in America today.
00:41:46.100 No, it's the red, green alliance.
00:41:48.100 And some people say the red, green, blue because you've got the globalists in there.
00:41:50.680 Peter Schweitzer's book lays out how the CCP and the Mexican government are very involved in this, along with people like Soros and the new CCP member.
00:42:00.700 That's right.
00:42:00.960 That radical Joni Evans' husband, Code Pink, who's funding this, putting hundreds of millions of dollars into it.
00:42:08.220 It's absolutely, and you can tell it's coming to a neighborhood near you.
00:42:11.940 And this is why we have to continue with the show of force of ICE.
00:42:16.380 And it has to be mass deportations.
00:42:18.120 It just can't be the criminals.
00:42:19.540 You've got to triage.
00:42:21.200 Obviously, you've got to get the criminals out first.
00:42:23.340 But, Ben, they're showing you, you know, Ellison the other day, they slapped essentially Tom Holman in the face.
00:42:29.340 Has there been any effort at all to connect ICE with the actual jails, with the prisoners, the criminals, which they know they have?
00:42:39.980 You know, Ellison said, well, we may do it.
00:42:41.820 Fry is sitting there going with Waltz and saying we're sanctuary cities.
00:42:44.700 Have you heard any updates at all that they're cooperating with federal authorities?
00:42:49.940 I haven't.
00:42:50.960 And to the point you just made, Steve, it's important.
00:42:53.260 We have to do mass deportations.
00:42:54.720 But the most critical thing that we do right now is prosecute the traitors in our country, prosecute the activist organizations.
00:43:01.580 This is a criminal conspiracy against our country.
00:43:04.840 This is sedition.
00:43:05.900 It's insurrection.
00:43:07.080 Every single one of these organizations and individuals need to be prosecuted.
00:43:10.360 Unless that happens, it doesn't matter how many illegals we deport, because the apparatus that is running this, both internationally, the foreign adversaries that are a part of this, as well as the enemies within our country, nothing changes.
00:43:24.040 You can deport every illegal, but if that apparatus is not destroyed, completely destroyed, we're going to be destroyed.
00:43:33.640 Ben, give your coordinates, because we're going to come back to you.
00:43:37.740 They're expecting 100,000 people in the streets a day in Minneapolis.
00:43:41.100 Is that my understanding?
00:43:42.620 Is that correct?
00:43:43.140 Yeah, obviously, it's the week anniversary since the criminal who obstructed ICE got killed, rightfully, by ICE in the streets.
00:43:53.900 So that's going to be a big one today, too.
00:43:56.840 Okay.
00:43:57.820 We'll come back to you.
00:43:58.660 We'll come back to you in the next hour.
00:44:00.000 Let's get positioned, and we'll go back to Ben Burquam.
00:44:04.200 You saw in Los Angeles.
00:44:05.120 Ben's absolutely correct.
00:44:06.040 He had the cultural aspects of it.
00:44:07.360 Don Lemon.
00:44:08.060 He's heard Don Lemon crashing a church, and he thinks he's protected by the First Amendment.
00:44:13.900 Short commercial break.
00:44:14.860 We're going to go to Georgia.
00:44:16.020 Get down to the basic facts of how they stole the 2020 election.
00:44:19.640 Imagine having the world's most connected financial insider feeding you vital information,
00:44:27.140 the kind of information only a handful of people have access to,
00:44:31.640 and that could create a fortune for those who know what to do with it.

00:45:22.680 Do it today, right now.
00:45:25.220 RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:45:27.960 I think you're correct.
00:45:29.500 I think they are trying to impact the 2026 elections and the 2028 elections.
00:45:36.120 It's my opinion that Folsom County, Georgia, has been a target of this administration since 2020
00:45:44.120 when he asked to find 11,000-plus votes.
00:45:50.600 I was chair at that time and was concerned at that time.
00:45:55.020 He's been challenging every, it seems like monthly, even sometimes it seems like weekly, there's some sense of we need to revote, redo the 2020 elections.
00:46:10.520 Well, the 2020 elections have been reviewed, they've been audited, they've been looked at from A to Z.
00:46:17.560 We've even had hand counts.
00:46:19.560 And in every instance, every instance, we've come up clean.
00:46:23.980 So, what they're after?
00:46:27.040 Okay.
00:46:28.700 Okay, I can't take anymore.
00:46:30.180 It was hard enough for me to listen to that during the cold open.
00:46:32.640 David Schaefer.
00:46:33.920 David, you are an unsung American hero.
00:46:39.520 We're going to start singing your praises now.
00:46:41.520 You're going to be a regular on the War Room.
00:46:43.280 You were chairman of the GOP.
00:46:44.380 You know more about they're stealing the 2020 election and it probably suffered as much as anybody.
00:46:50.500 Right now on TV, they're nonstop.
00:46:53.300 Oh, the ballots have been fouled.
00:46:54.940 This raid was awful.
00:46:57.280 They're all, it's about, it's 2026.
00:46:59.200 They know they lost 2020.
00:47:00.780 But this is Trump and War Room and all these and all the folks down in Georgia that we've had on, you know, Garland, Favarito, now yourself, all of them.
00:47:10.040 All they want to do is steal the 2026 election.
00:47:12.800 Can you put this in perspective for us, sir?
00:47:16.160 Well, the 2020 election in Georgia was a dumpster fire of ineptitude.
00:47:20.660 You had, in the name of COVID, you had historic safeguards being swept away.
00:47:26.340 You had processes upended.
00:47:27.760 And there's no question that those vulnerabilities that were created were exploited.
00:47:33.740 The irony is that the problems that were pointed out have never been investigated.
00:47:41.580 They've only investigated the people who pointed out the problems.
00:47:45.100 And I think that finally with the FBI seizing the ballots, I think we'll get to the bottom of much of what happened.
00:47:51.640 Here's what's confusing for folks around the nation, David.
00:47:58.260 In Fulton County, we realize Fonnie Willis and the chairman of those right there, Fulton County is controlled by radical Democrats.
00:48:06.120 But the state of Georgia is a conservative state.
00:48:09.580 The state of Georgia is a red state.
00:48:11.360 The state of Georgia is a state of patriots.
00:48:14.600 And there are folks called Republicans at the senior level in the state of Georgia.
00:48:20.340 So please explain to the audience, because it's still people have a very tough time getting their head around it.
00:48:25.680 When you say these things were exploited at the time and they haven't been remedied, isn't Rafi's, you've got a whole schlug, including Kemp, Kemp's job.
00:48:34.560 I don't know if he's ever had a job as a grown man, except in politics.
00:48:38.520 He was secretary of state for years.
00:48:40.180 How were they able to exploit it under a Republican watch?
00:48:44.060 Understanding you've got to keep the hairy eyeball on these Democrats the whole time.
00:48:47.820 So how did that happen?
00:48:49.960 It was grossing, gross incompetence.
00:48:51.800 I think Raffensperger became psychologically and politically invested in the idea that of defending the election and whatever happened.
00:49:01.560 You know, he gave an interesting interview on the, I think it was the day after the election in 2020, where he said that based on the number of votes that were outstanding, that President Trump's lead could not be overcome.
00:49:14.820 And then they kept discovering new ballots that, you know, after his original pronouncement.
00:49:22.120 And as the new ballots kept getting discovered, our lead narrowed and eventually was overtaken.
00:49:28.120 And the moment that it was overtaken, Steve, the moment it was overtaken, they began to treat every report of an irregularity like it was a Bigfoot sighting or an alien abduction story.
00:49:39.820 The people pointing out problems, raising concerns, asking questions were ridiculed.
00:49:45.000 And if they didn't shut up, they were then themselves placed under investigation and charged with crimes.
00:49:51.940 And so, you know, I'm encouraged that the Justice Department is moving so that we can finally get to the bottom of what happened in 2020.
00:50:02.520 What are we going to have to do, though, right now to come back?
00:50:05.020 Because all of a sudden they're saying, hey, we were perfect.
00:50:08.800 We kept these things because the court told us to.
00:50:11.600 We kept them.
00:50:12.440 But now the FBI is in.
00:50:13.620 And so they're clearly fouled and anything you hear from the FBI is going to be a pack of lies because the FBI is controlled by President Trump and these radical make America great again crowd.
00:50:24.860 Your thoughts.
00:50:26.920 Well, that's complete nonsense, obviously.
00:50:28.840 I mean, the only reason that those ballots are still in existence is because of litigation that was filed by Garland Favarito and Carolyn Jeffers and others immediately after the election to force an inspection of the ballots.
00:50:43.940 And the judge who had that case ordered that they be preserved.
00:50:48.820 Otherwise, they would have been long gone by now.
00:50:51.700 But we've been fighting for five years to have a physical inspection of those ballots.
00:50:58.380 And we came close to that happening in 2021.
00:51:03.760 And then a year into the case, the judge suddenly declared that the plaintiffs had no standing.
00:51:08.480 And he's been reversed on appeal.
00:51:10.200 But it's five years later and we are still fighting to look at those ballots.
00:51:14.400 The FBI, it's my understanding, asked for those ballots several weeks ago.
00:51:19.420 They weren't turned over.
00:51:21.000 And that's why a search warrant was obtained and they were seized.
00:51:24.160 And I think they're in much safer hands now than they've ever been in the last five years in Fulton County.
00:51:31.480 We want to hold you through the break.
00:51:33.060 We're also going to go to Texas.
00:51:34.460 Lee Wamskan in that very important Senate nine race today.
00:51:39.000 Actually, it's the voting today, believe it or not.
00:51:41.460 It should have been a couple of weeks after the first round.
00:51:44.640 But, of course, they want to stretch it out so out-of-state Democrat money can win.
00:51:48.260 Last question.
00:51:50.120 We've got about a minute and then we're going to go to break.
00:51:52.880 The FBI, why was it at the time, why did the Georgia Bureau of Investigations not step in here under Kemp, under the Lieutenant Governor in Roffensperger to get to the bottom of this years ago?
00:52:06.120 Why do we have to wait for the FBI five years after the fact, sir?
00:52:12.420 You want me to answer now or later?
00:52:14.120 The FBI doesn't have the authority.
00:52:17.320 Just give me a quick answer now and then we'll go to break.
00:52:19.640 The FBI doesn't have the authority to investigate a crime on its own.
00:52:22.900 It has to be either directed by the governor or requested by a certain list of named officials, none of whom made that request.
00:52:30.440 But how is Kemp going to look when you're going to find a host of crimes?
00:52:37.320 The FBI say, hey, Tulsi Gabbard's doing the investigation in 2020.
00:52:42.220 They're just doing a crime.
00:52:43.680 There's crimes here.
00:52:44.800 How is Kemp going to respond to that when they're saying, the FBI's found crimes.
00:52:49.000 You were the governor.
00:52:49.780 Why didn't you put the Georgia Bureau of Investigation on this?
00:52:52.960 What's the answer?
00:52:54.440 It will reflect poorly on him.
00:52:55.820 David Schaefer, you are a southern gentleman.
00:53:02.620 You are a southern gentleman.
00:53:04.740 Stick around, sir.
00:53:05.500 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:53:07.640 Sam Tannenhaus is going to join us.
00:53:10.200 Pat Buchanan kind of laid it out back in the early 1990s of the revolution that was coming.
00:53:16.700 He and Bill Buckley had some thoughts together.
00:53:18.820 We're going to break that all down.
00:53:19.960 We're going to go to Texas and out to the Pacific about the Chinese Communist Party next in the world.
00:53:27.200 Holidays are here.
