00:07:41.960Because of the influx in illegal immigrants
00:07:45.740streaming into our country during Biden's border crisis,
00:07:50.060it's not surprising Americans want to prevent voter fraud
00:07:55.320and ensure every ballot is legitimate.
00:08:01.180The bill gives voters five different ways to show proof of citizenship
00:08:06.400and to give citizens and states the flexibility
00:08:13.860to create other pathways to show proof of citizenship.
00:08:19.820For example, for those whose current name doesn't match their birth certificate, they can provide a marriage certificate or other name change verifications.
00:08:32.460I've been honored to serve in my elective office for many decades.
00:08:38.760I've worked hard to earn every vote at the ballot box.
00:08:45.520Public trust in elective office holders requires public trust in our elections.
00:08:54.560Voting rights have a long history in America's march to a more perfect union.
00:09:01.980They're enhanced by the 15th Amendment to the federal constitution, by the 19th Amendment to the federal constitution.
00:09:09.220Constitution. My mother was one of the very first women to cast a ballot after ratification
00:09:17.000of the 19th Amendment, and I've shown proof of that with placards here on the floor of the
00:09:25.360United States Senate in a speech that shows her picture in the Des Moines Register newspaper and
00:09:32.660the Waterloo Courier newspapers. The Save American Act doesn't infringe on these hard-fought voting
00:09:41.420rights. It would preserve the integrity of every vote cast in a federal election. Election integrity
00:09:52.300is sacred to our system of self-government. Losing public trust in the outcome of elections
00:10:01.980would be a death knell for our fragile American experiment,
00:12:50.000Walk me through the timing of the Irish Prime Minister.
00:12:53.600yeah that's going to be in the next uh half hour or so and they've already they've already called
00:12:59.700a gather for reporters and photographers lining up behind me okay fantastic so that'll probably
00:13:07.540be at the bottom of the hour too there's no doubt the president they they always have a uh have the
00:13:13.560media in for that because the saint patrick's day but i'm sure the president's going to address
00:13:17.080questions from the uh from the media i'll tell you what we're going to do we'll take a short
00:13:21.840commercial break here trying to get as many as possible uh action on the floor although the
00:13:29.000debate has kind of started it really will start when they have 51 and they're able to roll um
00:13:34.960jenny beth martin is riding shotgun with us this morning that clita is going to be with us this
00:13:38.940afternoon real america's voice is going to be covering this throughout the day you know show
00:13:43.500by show by show as a host go in and out of it but we'll be live streaming all of it so you can see
00:13:50.560all of it as history is being made uh we got we still have not ascertained whether this is just
00:13:56.860performative we're just going to take a couple days of votes and say 51 and we can't do the
00:14:01.200standing filibuster and so we tried you know we tried to we tried to do it but we couldn't do it
00:14:08.020or are we actually going to get it done times of turbulence a lot's going on in the gulf a lot is
00:14:15.860going on in the general war. Dr. Thayer's here to update us if we can fit him in between floor
00:14:22.620action and action over at the White House. It's so much to cover, but we will figure it out here
00:14:27.860in the war room. We can't get this morning. We'll get to it this afternoon. One thing you've got to
00:14:32.300get to, though, is Birch Gold. Talk to Philip Patrick and the team. Birch Gold, end of the
00:14:37.120dollar empire. Go check it out today. It's not the price of gold. It's the process of what drives
00:14:42.120the value, particularly in times like this, when you have all this turbulence and geopolitical risk
00:14:47.740like the Strait of Hormuz and the Persian Gulf and the Red Sea and Suez Canal, our allies led
00:14:53.280by Italy telling us, nah, we can't do it. Check it out today. Think about this. In 2006,
00:15:03.120$20,000 equaled roughly 33 ounces of gold at spot prices.
00:15:10.240At today's prices, those 33 ounces of gold will be worth $165,000.
00:15:19.860Smart Americans diversify a portion of their savings into precious metals.
00:15:25.480And that's why you need to consider buying gold from my friends at Birch Gold Group.
00:15:30.020For thousands of years, gold has been a store of wealth.
00:15:34.320And today, it is a crucial part of any balance strategy.

00:27:36.920One of our action items today, in addition to calling the Democrats, we are posting the lies and the myths the Democrats are talking about and rebuttals to them.
00:27:45.660It's really important for people to start getting those rebuttals down and putting them out there in social media because the Democrats are just going to lie about what the bill is.
00:30:51.360So I would watch for him and Mike Lee to really drive this bus.
00:30:55.080And the third thing is I really got the feel as I was walking around the Senate offices in the Capitol yesterday that they want to take this thing to the mattresses and see how long they can go to it.
00:31:05.940So maybe last week Thune was looking to get it off the table.
00:31:09.160But I think now the Senate leadership is committed.
00:31:12.160And I think obviously the president's comments to the House Republicans down in Florida had some impact on that, Steve.
00:31:18.700what do you mean what what comments that it's got to be passed and you have to add
00:31:23.940mail-in voting you got to add men and women's sports and you have to add the mutilation of
00:31:29.200transgender surgery that that yeah trump didn't give them away that trump didn't give them an
00:31:36.500exit trump said we're going for this and this is what i want it's his number one priority this year
00:31:42.460exactly no exits march or die and we're going to be following this uh throughout the day a couple
00:31:51.160other breaking news steve stern about uh voter integrity and uh in the grassroots you got another
00:31:57.260major meeting happening tomorrow i want to make sure everybody understands this we'll be streaming
00:32:01.820we're also going to cover we'll figure it out we'll cover stern's meeting tomorrow what do you
00:32:06.060got for us and why should people attend so we got two meetings we got one tomorrow one thursday
00:32:11.380Tomorrow is going to be the election security call. You go to Stern American Rumble. Harry Hari will be on there talking about the vote in Texas. We're going to be having Leah Hoops. Dr. Robin Epstein will be talking about how Google is swaying the election.
00:32:26.320We will have Dr. Jerome Corsi, who will be talking about the EO if he fails to pass in the Senate.
00:32:35.700We'll have Fannie Montevani, who will be talking about Check the Vote, Mike Lindell, our favorite, Jay Delancey, Captain Seth Keschel, new book, number one on Amazon.
00:32:46.740He'll be talking about that and about how the Republicans are taking over many of the states.
00:32:51.080Daniel Richards will be there from New Hampshire.
00:32:53.080He has the only lawsuit that's for the 2020 election. Sam Anthony, yournews.com.
00:32:59.020We have Dr. Rick Richards. We're talking about the voter rolls, Greg Stenstrom, many more.
00:33:04.860It's a who's who. Where do people go? What time? How do they dial in? Where do they go?
00:33:10.040Tomorrow, 2 o'clock Eastern time. Thursday, 2 o'clock Eastern time for our precinctproject.org, USA.org, precinctproject.us.org.
00:33:19.680we're going to have 200,000 new committee of Medicaid women.
00:33:23.360So this is the first time that I've done Wednesday and Thursday.
00:34:25.340This week, the interim final ruling that Secretary Duffy implemented late last year became law on Monday.
00:34:33.840And so no longer are states allowed to issue illegal aliens, what are called these non-domiciled CDLs.
00:34:41.400We still have the challenge of all of the ones that have been issued.
00:34:45.160So all of the truck drivers that have been issued these licenses are on the road.
00:34:49.180But thank goodness, you know, because of the efforts of President Trump and what Secretary Duffy has been doing, they can no longer issue any more of these.
00:34:56.720There's also advancement right now on the Delilah law, which is the law that the president announced during his State of the Union address in the in the honor of the little girl that was hit by a truck in California by an illegal alien.
00:35:09.260So I'm actually here in Washington, D.C. right now advocating on behalf of her family for the passage of Senate Bill S-3917, which is the la-la law.
00:35:18.640But the House Transportation Committee is going to be marking up a separate bill tomorrow.
00:35:23.240That's House Resolution 5688, known as the Non-Domiciled CDL Integrity Act.
00:35:30.380That legislation is the same as the ruling that Secretary Duffy had issued back in September.
00:35:38.420They are now amending that legislation.
00:35:40.700We got a copy of that draft last night.
00:35:42.780They're amending that legislation to include several of the components
00:35:46.200that are in the Dalai Law that's come out of the Senate.
00:35:50.700And so they have strengthened that bill.
00:35:52.540When that bill was first announced last year,
00:35:54.540we were opposed to that legislation because they were not intending to revoke
00:36:33.660And the 200,000 number is not the correct number.
00:36:36.720We estimate, so our data that we investigated, which they, you know, the FMCSA, they pushed back and said our number was too high, but our number was 876,000 off of their data.
00:36:49.920There was an unexplicable surge in the issuance of commercial driver's licenses from 2021 through 2024, and we calculated that to be around 876,000 that were dumped into about 10 states.
00:37:03.500those 10 states happen to align with a lot of the drama that we're seeing right now in this president
00:37:07.780in our election problems and so you know we had california you got illinois you got new york you
00:37:12.980got pennsylvania you also have red states you got involvement down in texas you got florida
00:37:17.280and so all of all of those states uh were responsible for issuing this flood where do
00:37:23.280we stand what where do we stand right now in rectifying this where do we stand with because
00:37:29.900I thought $200,000 worth they're going to take of the existings and get rid of them, and that would be the problem.
00:37:34.900You're saying the number is actually closer to $876,000, but they're not taking these licenses back right now?
00:38:24.560And so, you know, I don't I don't really understand their logic for why they can't revoke these CDLs.
00:38:31.500But they're they're pointing at the state. But what I'm here to tell you is at the at the at the state, at the state, hang on, at the state level, Florida and Florida and Texas should be all over this, correct?
00:38:42.320That's right. Absolutely. They should. But, you know, it's gotten this is a nonpartisan issue.
00:38:48.180They are not moving on that. So, you know, this is this affects everybody.
00:38:52.000A Republican child can die in an accident just the same as a Democrat child can die in an accident.
00:38:57.780So everybody should be taking this seriously.
00:39:16.180The outcomes are obviously bipartisan, just like the outcomes of having 25 million illegal aliens in this country destroy the education system for people to vote Democratic, destroy the health care system for people to vote Democratic.
00:39:29.140Most of the African-Americans in the country, I think, still 80 or 85 percent vote Democratic.
00:39:33.500They're the ones that take the brunt of illegal aliens.
00:39:36.140But it's the core of the business model of the Democratic Party.
00:39:40.820They'll fight your tooth and nail because they want to have opportunities for illegal aliens in this country and not for American citizens.
00:39:47.720That's their plan. So what is what do we need to do to mount this effort to get to either Duffy or whoever's in charge?
00:39:56.020Say, hey, look, it doesn't matter about issuing new licenses. That's fine. That's great.
00:39:59.860But we need to go back on the somewhere between $200,000 and $876,000 to make sure that we pull all the driver's license from these guys who are on the road right now, killing American citizens, sir.
00:40:14.940Yeah, so number one, we've got to revoke the license.
00:40:17.100I don't know if that takes an executive order.
