00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:07.000 Pray for our enemies.
00:00:09.000 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:12.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:16.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:18.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:20.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:22.000 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:23.000 It's going to happen.
00:00:24.000 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:00:27.000 Mega Media.
00:00:29.000 wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task
00:00:36.340 and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:44.180 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:52.980 It's St. Patrick's Day, Tuesday, 17 March, Year of the Lord, 2026. The Irish Prime Minister's
00:00:58.420 heading to the white house there's an explosive debate that's kicked off on uh historic could be
00:01:04.780 historic in the on the senate floor on the save america act i'm gonna get to neil mccabe at the
00:01:10.280 white house jenny beth martin still with us we're gonna go back to the floor it looks like there's
00:01:13.620 gonna be some votes on this at 11 30 weather's uh holding stuff up john solomon in the first of many
00:01:20.920 uh exclusives are is breaking massive news about the chinese communist party's involvement in the
00:01:26.960 2020 election to thwart president trump ties in with the pandemic folks as as you know also joe
00:01:34.840 kent one of the really uh the really great guys around uh explosive resignation letter early this
00:01:42.120 morning on uh resigning as head of the national counterterrorism center under tulsi gabbard
00:01:47.820 we'll try to get to that this morning also if not we're going to break out plenty of time this
00:01:52.960 afternoon to talk about that because that is explosive his reason for resigning is already
00:01:58.440 starting to explode across the political landscape of washington dc let's go to neil mccabe at the
00:02:03.340 white house neil walk me through process there's going to be some votes at 11 30 just walk through
00:02:09.120 how the audience can uh can anticipate what is happening here
00:02:15.580 yeah steve we're uh with this live streaming from the floor you're going to see a lot of
00:02:22.400 A lot of exposure to Senate rules.
00:02:25.140 For example, the call for a quorum, they read off one name.
00:02:29.700 The Senate rules say you can only be debating or voting on the Senate floor, but a quorum call is untied.
00:02:34.580 Hang on, Neil. Let's go to Grassley.
00:02:39.400 Of this legislation, number one, only U.S. citizens are eligible to vote in our elections.
00:02:48.720 So this bill simply requires Americans to show proof of citizenship when they register to vote.
00:02:58.840 Number two, it requires a photo ID when voting.
00:03:05.320 This helps ensure the person who is registered to vote in that election is the person who is actually casting that ballot.
00:03:18.720 The Save America Act would give voters peace of mind that federal elections are conducted fair and square.
00:03:29.860 It would give voters peace of mind that their vote isn't diluted by people not eligible to vote.
00:03:39.720 I'm co-sponsor of SAVE Act and the SAVE America Act.
00:03:48.500 I support free, transparent, and accurate elections.
00:03:54.640 Every American deserves absolute confidence.
00:03:59.920 There's no funny business distorting election outcomes.
00:04:05.120 Let me tell you about the track record in my home state of Iowa.
00:04:13.180 Voter ID laws in my state have been successful and well-received since passage in 2017.
00:04:23.600 Iowa voters' turnout increased in the 2018 midterm elections, and turnout has continued to remain very strong.
00:04:39.540 So, the proof is in the pudding.
00:04:43.200 Iowa's track record demonstrates voter ID improves integrity and security of our elections.
00:04:51.700 also enhancing voter turnout
00:04:56.280 and also boosting public confidence
00:05:00.440 in the outcome of elections.
00:05:04.040 Nearly a century ago,
00:05:08.140 a Supreme Court justice said
00:05:10.260 that states are the laboratories of democracy.
00:05:17.140 Guess what?
00:05:17.980 Iowa has shown voter ID laws work.
00:05:23.940 They don't impede voter turnout.
00:05:28.040 As Iowa has shown, voter ID boosts public trust.
00:05:36.140 In fact, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures, 36 states have voter ID.
00:05:45.240 Their laws on the books require voter ID.
00:05:52.720 This bill would apply a minimum federal standard, much like other federal voting laws.
00:06:02.980 Partisan critics of this common sense bill are misleading the public with bad information.
00:06:12.240 This bill would not make it harder to vote.
00:06:16.700 Americans ought to be insulted by arguments being made on the other side of the aisle.
00:06:23.880 I'm confident Americans are capable of bringing a photo ID with them to vote.
00:06:30.300 That happens to be no different than when they drive, when they open a bank account,
00:06:38.680 when they board an airplane, when they buy cold medicine, or sign up for government benefits.
00:06:50.920 These are all examples of people showing ID.
00:06:56.820 Another argument claims it's unfair to require people to provide proof of citizenship to register to vote.
00:07:06.300 That's even more revealing, coming from the other side, because it makes the Biden administration's open border policy even more alarming.
00:07:22.320 After President Biden allowed more than 12 million people to illegally enter our country,
00:07:29.460 protecting the right to vote for American citizens
00:07:33.560 is top of mind to the millions of law-abiding citizens
00:07:39.500 throughout America.
00:07:41.960 Because of the influx in illegal immigrants
00:07:45.740 streaming into our country during Biden's border crisis,
00:07:50.060 it's not surprising Americans want to prevent voter fraud
00:07:55.320 and ensure every ballot is legitimate.
00:08:01.180 The bill gives voters five different ways to show proof of citizenship
00:08:06.400 and to give citizens and states the flexibility
00:08:13.860 to create other pathways to show proof of citizenship.
00:08:19.820 For example, for those whose current name doesn't match their birth certificate, they can provide a marriage certificate or other name change verifications.
00:08:32.460 I've been honored to serve in my elective office for many decades.
00:08:38.760 I've worked hard to earn every vote at the ballot box.
00:08:45.520 Public trust in elective office holders requires public trust in our elections.
00:08:54.560 Voting rights have a long history in America's march to a more perfect union.
00:09:01.980 They're enhanced by the 15th Amendment to the federal constitution, by the 19th Amendment to the federal constitution.
00:09:09.220 Constitution. My mother was one of the very first women to cast a ballot after ratification
00:09:17.000 of the 19th Amendment, and I've shown proof of that with placards here on the floor of the
00:09:25.360 United States Senate in a speech that shows her picture in the Des Moines Register newspaper and
00:09:32.660 the Waterloo Courier newspapers. The Save American Act doesn't infringe on these hard-fought voting
00:09:41.420 rights. It would preserve the integrity of every vote cast in a federal election. Election integrity
00:09:52.300 is sacred to our system of self-government. Losing public trust in the outcome of elections
00:10:01.980 would be a death knell for our fragile American experiment,
00:10:08.360 even though it's 250 years long.
00:10:11.640 For our nation's 250th birthday,
00:10:16.540 the Save American Act is a gift to current and future generations
00:10:21.240 to strengthen our system of self-government.
00:10:25.940 This brings me to more common-sense policies
00:10:30.240 included in the bill as well as the voting issues.
00:10:35.620 Like many Americans, I'm alarmed by the prevalence of gender mutilation surgeries being performed on minors.
00:10:45.740 Protecting children makes our society stronger.
00:10:50.640 Irreversible damage from gender reassignment surgery should not be conducted on kids.
00:10:59.100 This bill would put an end to this reckless practice on American children.
00:11:04.700 The Save American Act would make this policy the law of the land.
00:11:10.040 This very week, on another issue in the bill, America is in the thick of March madness,
00:11:19.800 Filling out brackets, watching buzzer beaters, and cheering on Cinderella contenders is a rite of passage during the month of March.
00:11:33.380 I'm thrilled to cheer on our Iowa teams in the NCAA tournament,
00:11:39.700 including two women's teams, the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Iowa State Cyclones,
00:11:45.060 as well as three teams, the Hawkeyes, the Cyclones,
00:11:48.860 and my alma mater, the University of Northern Iowa.
00:11:53.720 Earlier this month, the Iowa High School Basketball Tournament brought the best.
00:11:59.940 okay let's go but do we have neil still up at the white house neil uh we can expect i take it votes
00:12:06.600 coming at the uh at the bottom of the hour can you walk us through that
00:12:10.320 right steve the senate rules say that you're either voting or debating and what they'll do
00:12:17.620 is when they need a gap they'll do a roll call like a quorum call where there's it's untimed
00:12:23.600 And they just read one name until whoever owns the floor takes it over again.
00:12:28.720 At 1130, they're scheduled to vote on a nomination.
00:12:33.040 But that's really just a roll call to see who's here, to make sure they have 51.
00:12:37.800 Once they have 51, they can take up the bill, and then the debate starts, Steve.
00:12:44.440 They can get on the bill.
00:12:45.760 Part of this is travel.
00:12:47.360 Quick update.
00:12:48.420 Do we understand the timing?
00:12:50.000 Walk me through the timing of the Irish Prime Minister.
00:12:53.600 yeah that's going to be in the next uh half hour or so and they've already they've already called
00:12:59.700 a gather for reporters and photographers lining up behind me okay fantastic so that'll probably
00:13:07.540 be at the bottom of the hour too there's no doubt the president they they always have a uh have the
00:13:13.560 media in for that because the saint patrick's day but i'm sure the president's going to address
00:13:17.080 questions from the uh from the media i'll tell you what we're going to do we'll take a short
00:13:21.840 commercial break here trying to get as many as possible uh action on the floor although the
00:13:29.000 debate has kind of started it really will start when they have 51 and they're able to roll um
00:13:34.960 jenny beth martin is riding shotgun with us this morning that clita is going to be with us this
00:13:38.940 afternoon real america's voice is going to be covering this throughout the day you know show
00:13:43.500 by show by show as a host go in and out of it but we'll be live streaming all of it so you can see
00:13:50.560 all of it as history is being made uh we got we still have not ascertained whether this is just
00:13:56.860 performative we're just going to take a couple days of votes and say 51 and we can't do the
00:14:01.200 standing filibuster and so we tried you know we tried to we tried to do it but we couldn't do it
00:14:08.020 or are we actually going to get it done times of turbulence a lot's going on in the gulf a lot is
00:14:15.860 going on in the general war. Dr. Thayer's here to update us if we can fit him in between floor
00:14:22.620 action and action over at the White House. It's so much to cover, but we will figure it out here
00:14:27.860 in the war room. We can't get this morning. We'll get to it this afternoon. One thing you've got to
00:14:32.300 get to, though, is Birch Gold. Talk to Philip Patrick and the team. Birch Gold, end of the
00:14:37.120 dollar empire. Go check it out today. It's not the price of gold. It's the process of what drives
00:14:42.120 the value, particularly in times like this, when you have all this turbulence and geopolitical risk
00:14:47.740 like the Strait of Hormuz and the Persian Gulf and the Red Sea and Suez Canal, our allies led
00:14:53.280 by Italy telling us, nah, we can't do it. Check it out today. Think about this. In 2006,
00:15:03.120 $20,000 equaled roughly 33 ounces of gold at spot prices.
00:15:10.240 At today's prices, those 33 ounces of gold will be worth $165,000.
00:15:19.860 Smart Americans diversify a portion of their savings into precious metals.
00:15:25.480 And that's why you need to consider buying gold from my friends at Birch Gold Group.
00:15:30.020 For thousands of years, gold has been a store of wealth.
00:15:34.320 And today, it is a crucial part of any balance strategy.
00:15:38.240 Even better, Birch Gold can help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into a tax-sheltered retirement account in gold.
00:15:47.040 Just text my name, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to the number 989898 to receive your free info kit on gold.
00:15:54.640 There's no obligation, just useful information.
00:15:57.860 With an A-plus rating with the Better Business Bureau and tens of thousands of happy customers, let Birch Gold help you diversify with gold.
00:16:09.340 Now that's peace of mind.
00:16:11.620 Text Bannon to 989898.
00:16:14.140 Again, my name, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to the number 989898.
00:16:20.780 Do it today.
00:16:21.400 The only difference is that this time, MAGA Republicans know they're in trouble politically.
00:16:27.860 So now they're suddenly saying the system's compromised and broken, and it needs to be changed.
00:16:33.520 It's all lies. All lies.
00:16:36.500 And they want to drag down the entire Senate for who knows how long in a vain attempt to pass this bill.
00:16:43.940 Let's be clear.
00:16:46.400 Senate Democrats will never allow the SAVE Act to pass this chamber.
00:16:51.600 They should—it's a small—if a small band of MAGA senators wants to drag this out on the Senate floor,
00:16:57.860 keep us here through the night, through days, or longer, while stalling all other important business.
00:17:03.240 They can try. It will not work.
00:17:07.080 MAGA Republicans, Senate Democrats will hold the line as long as necessary,
00:17:12.120 because with this bill, democracy is at stake.
00:17:16.300 And I want to be very clear.
00:17:18.600 The SAVE Act is not about voter identification.
00:17:22.520 It's about voter suppression.
00:17:24.740 Under the SAVE Act, every single state would be required to share its voter rolls with the Department of Homeland Security,
00:17:31.720 something even many Republican states do not want to do.
00:17:35.080 Those rolls would be reviewed by a system designed by none other than Elon Musk and his Doge,
00:17:41.840 using an algorithm that has already been shown to be deeply flawed.
00:17:47.080 Millions will be kicked off the rolls for no reason.
00:17:49.520 this means american citizens many millions would be booted off the rolls wrongly and if you're
00:17:58.080 kicked off the rolls you may never be told there's no requirement to let you know then when you show
00:18:04.280 up on election day ready to vote and a poll worker tells you sorry you're not registered
00:18:08.380 you're not in the system what do you do can't re-register that day especially with the onerous
00:18:15.680 requirements for registration in the SAVE Act and it's not just as I said it's not just as
00:18:22.760 simple as re-registering. Under the bill Americans would have to run through an obstacle course of
00:18:28.040 red tape unlike anything we have ever seen in voter registration. A driver's license would no
00:18:33.440 longer be enough. A military ID would no longer be enough. You would need something like a passport
00:18:39.440 which most Americans do not have or a birth certificate which many Americans cannot easily
00:18:44.640 find. And if you cannot produce these documents, you could be out of luck, even if you're an
00:18:50.280 American citizen with every right to vote. That is almost certainly the majority, the vast majority
00:18:57.900 of who would be thrown off the rolls. Meanwhile, say goodbye to some of the safest, most convenient
00:19:05.360 and most effective ways to register to vote. No more registering online, no more registering at
00:19:11.400 churches, no more registering at college campuses, no more registering at the DMV, no more registering
00:19:18.180 by mail, no more vote by mail. Many red states love votes by mail, and yet MAGA radicals want
00:19:25.840 to eliminate it almost entirely. I ask my Republican colleagues, how does it protect our elections to
00:19:33.240 stop people from registering at a church or at the DMV? How does it make our democracy safer to
00:19:40.420 tell seniors, people with disabilities,
00:19:42.420 or working Americans they cannot register online
00:19:45.560 and must find their way to an election office,
00:19:47.980 something only a fraction of Americans do today,
00:19:51.560 5.9% to be more precise.
00:19:54.920 How does getting rid of vote by mail,
00:19:57.120 something red states do, something blue states do,
00:19:59.660 strengthen democracy?
00:20:00.800 The answer is it does not.
00:20:03.520 The SAVE Act is not about election integrity.
00:20:07.600 It is about voter suppression, plain and simple.
00:20:11.360 MAGA Republicans would rather take democracy down
00:20:15.640 than back away from their own right-wing extreme policies
00:20:20.400 that have killed jobs, started wars,
00:20:22.360 exploited working people to benefit the ultra-rich.
00:20:26.300 Senate Democrats will not let them succeed.
00:20:30.420 I tell my Republican colleagues, hear me.
00:20:33.200 We will hold the line for as long as it takes.
00:20:36.480 Iran. Each day brings more evidence that Donald Trump has no idea what he's doing in Iran.
00:20:43.100 Yesterday, the president effectively admitted his administration badly miscalculated Iran's
00:20:48.140 responses to his attacks. As he put it, they hit Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE, and Kuwait.
00:20:55.140 It's hard. It's hard to listen to Schumer at all, but we must listen to him on the SAVE Act,
00:21:00.600 because this is where the debate is going to be. You see the nonsense he's spewing out on that.
00:21:04.420 jenny beth martin and jenny beth there is going to be we know the democrats are going to try to
00:21:09.960 come out and trash this you've set up an action center uh over at your tea party patriots to make
00:21:16.540 sure people have the information to be able to counter that i want to get to that in a second
00:21:20.260 because folks you see what schumer you see that you see the lines have already been drawn you see
00:21:24.980 how schumer they're going to lie about everything that they uh they always lie about the 2020
00:21:30.080 election and voter fraud because it's part of that this is why they fight us on mass deportations
00:21:35.260 they want 15 20 25 million illegal aliens here on biden's watch that's their business model
00:21:41.900 we're now down to the heart of the uh the heart of the issue jenny beth anything else and people
00:21:49.740 should know that a little bit of this is being they got a prompt plan they got a framework but
00:21:53.900 a little bit of this is uncharted territory because the ultimate goal uh jenny beth is to
00:22:00.620 get a bill that has to save america all the aspects of of the voter integrity plus the additions
00:22:07.620 president trump wants to make and uh and we now know that's going to be in this senate
00:22:13.280 uh bill so we'll have to go back to the house anyway just talk to me about what we know so far
00:22:19.640 about process. Okay. Let me talk about the process. And I think that there are people in
00:22:24.660 your audience who are probably skeptical of this process and they don't trust it. And I understand
00:22:30.180 that because we are conditioned because of the actions of the leadership and the establishment
00:22:37.000 for so long, we are conditioned not to trust them. And I think you always have to trust and verify.
00:22:43.000 So people don't worry. I haven't lost my mind when I earlier was saying that I
00:22:47.500 appreciate what Thune has done. But we also have to understand if we want this bill to pass into
00:22:54.700 law, it has to move through the Senate. And that means Thune has to do something. And when he does
00:23:01.260 what we're asking, I think he deserves the credit for doing that. It doesn't mean we don't keep an
00:23:06.860 eye on it, but that's what's happening. So right now they're just basically filling time and they're
00:23:13.300 giving some speeches and people are flying into DC and both sides, Republicans and Democrats are
00:23:19.120 behind the scenes, counting how many senators are in. So they know how many people are present to
00:23:25.320 vote. And that's part of what's going on. At some point, it should be later today. It could be
00:23:31.520 tomorrow, but it should be today. Senator Thune is going to proceed to begin on the language that
00:23:41.220 he, oh, I had that up, he's going to use is that he's going to say that there is a motion to lay
00:23:47.780 before the Senate a message from the House. That's when we know he's actually beginning this process.
00:23:54.740 But in that same breath, in that same paragraph, he's also going to talk about, and I have to look
00:24:01.600 in my notes because I'm not a Senate expert. He's going to talk about a motion to amend,
00:24:06.940 and a motion to concur, and a motion to refer to committee, a motion to instruct the said committee,
00:24:13.400 a motion to refer to instruct the referral of the committee. I don't know. It gets a little
00:24:18.960 bit complicated, but there are going to be a whole bunch of motions all tied to this underlying bill
00:24:24.580 that is the Save America Act. The one right after the bill for the Save America Act is an amendment
00:24:31.260 that replaces what's in the existing Save America Act with the new language that President Trump
00:24:39.600 wants. So it'll be saving American voters, saving American sports, and saving American
00:24:43.860 children. Then it's a bunch of other motions. Now, the way this was explained to me is to think of
00:24:51.440 it this way. Imagine those old cartoons where a cartoon character is falling off of a building,
00:24:57.540 and there are a bunch of people who are holding sheets out to try to break his fall and he hits
00:25:03.400 the first sheet and he plows right through it and he hits the second one and he plows through it
00:25:07.140 and he keeps going and finally at the very bottom the sheet holds it breaks his fall
00:25:12.400 and he doesn't get hurt all those other motions are like the sheets and the fall and so they are
00:25:20.500 all there designed to protect the underlying motion which is the amendment that that we want
00:25:26.380 that is the Save America Act, with President Trump's changes to it. And there will be cloture
00:25:32.700 votes along the way on those different motions. And we have to be prepared for that. It doesn't
00:25:39.220 mean that when those cloture votes are happening, that the world is ending. It's just part of the
00:25:44.500 process to eventually get us to the point where we can have cloture on the final bill. Now,
00:25:51.620 between the final bill and when that first the the guy starts falling and starts to begin to
00:25:57.220 hit the sheets we have a lot of work to do our work is to remind the senate what it means to
00:26:04.520 legislate because they are used to just bringing a bill forward knowing they have all the votes
00:26:09.440 or just doing a perfunctory show vote and that is it what we are asking them to do is to actually
00:26:15.520 go legislate. Make deals if you have to with Democrats and get us what we want. Now, whether
00:26:22.100 that will happen or not is still to be seen. I don't know if that will happen or not. But that's
00:26:28.620 part of that process in there. That's why I keep saying you have to call the Democrats. The Democrats
00:26:34.700 have to feel the pressure on this bill. Because at the end of the day, I think there are two ways
00:26:41.440 for this to end it either ends through exhausting time and all of the possible debate or it ends
00:26:47.900 through a cloture vote to end the debate and so we're trying to figure out a way to get it to a
00:26:54.460 point and i guess there's a third way and it could just be that they table the whole thing if they
00:26:59.180 table the whole thing it kills it and it goes away so we don't want that to happen so that's
00:27:05.440 That's kind of the process, and it's the way it's been explained to me.
00:27:09.540 Yeah.
00:27:10.920 Jenny, Beth, and we're going to get more details as we go throughout the day.
00:27:14.580 Where do people, the call to action, where do they go for your, you're going to stick with me, where do they go for your action center?
00:27:20.380 Where do folks go?
00:27:20.720 You can go to one or two places.
00:27:23.420 I'm sorry, pass the SaveAmericaAct.com.
00:27:27.660 Pass the SaveAmericaAct.com or TeaPartyPatriots.org, TeaPartyPatriots.org.
00:27:35.440 And it's really important.
00:27:36.920 One of our action items today, in addition to calling the Democrats, we are posting the lies and the myths the Democrats are talking about and rebuttals to them.
00:27:45.660 It's really important for people to start getting those rebuttals down and putting them out there in social media because the Democrats are just going to lie about what the bill is.
00:27:57.140 Terrific.
00:27:57.800 Stick around.
00:27:59.600 It's in action right now.
00:28:01.920 Other things are going to happen on the Senate floor.
00:28:04.060 We're going to be following all of it.
00:28:05.540 The Irish prime minister is supposed to be arriving to the White House.
00:28:08.440 President Trump's going to have a bilat.
00:28:09.900 I'm sure he's going to make a few statements, take questions from reporters.
00:28:14.360 A lot going on in the war.
00:28:15.920 We're packed.
00:28:17.040 What we don't get to this morning, we're going to get to this afternoon.

00:30:19.120 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
00:30:24.580 Okay, let's go to the White House.
00:30:26.060 Neil McCabe has some observations of what Jenny Beath was just talking about.
00:30:30.240 Neil, what do you got for us?
00:30:33.380 First of all, what Jenny was talking about with those amendments is called filling the
00:30:36.760 amendment tree, and that blocks Democrats from entering their own amendments because
00:30:41.860 the tree is now full.
00:30:43.680 I want to say that John Barrasso is absolutely passionate about getting this done, and he
00:30:49.160 is the whip.
00:30:49.880 He's the number two to Thune.
00:30:51.360 So I would watch for him and Mike Lee to really drive this bus.
00:30:55.080 And the third thing is I really got the feel as I was walking around the Senate offices in the Capitol yesterday that they want to take this thing to the mattresses and see how long they can go to it.
00:31:05.940 So maybe last week Thune was looking to get it off the table.
00:31:09.160 But I think now the Senate leadership is committed.
00:31:12.160 And I think obviously the president's comments to the House Republicans down in Florida had some impact on that, Steve.
00:31:18.700 what do you mean what what comments that it's got to be passed and you have to add
00:31:23.940 mail-in voting you got to add men and women's sports and you have to add the mutilation of
00:31:29.200 transgender surgery that that yeah trump didn't give them away that trump didn't give them an
00:31:36.500 exit trump said we're going for this and this is what i want it's his number one priority this year
00:31:42.460 exactly no exits march or die and we're going to be following this uh throughout the day a couple
00:31:51.160 other breaking news steve stern about uh voter integrity and uh in the grassroots you got another

00:32:59.020 We have Dr. Rick Richards. We're talking about the voter rolls, Greg Stenstrom, many more.

00:33:58.440 I know you snuck us in.
00:33:59.280 I appreciate it very much.
00:34:00.700 Action, action, action.
00:34:02.400 Thank you, Steve.
00:34:04.220 Big meetings tomorrow and Thursday.
00:34:06.040 Thank you.
00:34:06.380 We'll make sure we promote those.
00:34:07.640 Shannon Everett, big developments on this scourge of foreign drivers in the United States with these licenses killing Americans.
00:34:17.760 I think we have some good news to report, at least some better news, sir.
00:34:23.840 Yeah, we do.
00:34:25.340 This week, the interim final ruling that Secretary Duffy implemented late last year became law on Monday.
00:34:33.840 And so no longer are states allowed to issue illegal aliens, what are called these non-domiciled CDLs.
00:34:41.400 We still have the challenge of all of the ones that have been issued.
00:34:45.160 So all of the truck drivers that have been issued these licenses are on the road.
00:34:49.180 But thank goodness, you know, because of the efforts of President Trump and what Secretary Duffy has been doing, they can no longer issue any more of these.
00:34:56.720 There's also advancement right now on the Delilah law, which is the law that the president announced during his State of the Union address in the in the honor of the little girl that was hit by a truck in California by an illegal alien.
00:35:09.260 So I'm actually here in Washington, D.C. right now advocating on behalf of her family for the passage of Senate Bill S-3917, which is the la-la law.
00:35:18.640 But the House Transportation Committee is going to be marking up a separate bill tomorrow.
00:35:23.240 That's House Resolution 5688, known as the Non-Domiciled CDL Integrity Act.
00:35:30.380 That legislation is the same as the ruling that Secretary Duffy had issued back in September.
00:35:38.420 They are now amending that legislation.
00:35:40.700 We got a copy of that draft last night.
00:35:42.780 They're amending that legislation to include several of the components
00:35:46.200 that are in the Dalai Law that's come out of the Senate.
00:35:50.700 And so they have strengthened that bill.
00:35:52.540 When that bill was first announced last year,
00:35:54.540 we were opposed to that legislation because they were not intending to revoke
00:35:59.760 any of these non-domiciled CDLs.
00:36:02.380 And so we've really been advocating and shouting from the rooftops that,
00:36:05.540 hey, it's not okay to just stop issuing them.
00:36:07.640 We've got to take them away.
00:36:08.860 We know, we now know that all of these drivers,
00:36:11.960 that all of these illegal aliens that were given these CDLs,
00:36:14.740 not only did they not get vetted.
00:36:18.020 Yeah, but hang on.
00:36:20.700 The 200,000, they're not going to be renewed.
00:36:22.920 Are you telling the audience that all these illegal foreign drivers,
00:36:28.740 their licenses immediately are not being taken away from them?
00:36:33.020 Correct.
00:36:33.660 And the 200,000 number is not the correct number.
00:36:36.720 We estimate, so our data that we investigated, which they, you know, the FMCSA, they pushed back and said our number was too high, but our number was 876,000 off of their data.
00:36:47.880 Now, that includes all CDLs.
00:36:49.920 There was an unexplicable surge in the issuance of commercial driver's licenses from 2021 through 2024, and we calculated that to be around 876,000 that were dumped into about 10 states.
00:37:03.500 those 10 states happen to align with a lot of the drama that we're seeing right now in this president
00:37:07.780 in our election problems and so you know we had california you got illinois you got new york you
00:37:12.980 got pennsylvania you also have red states you got involvement down in texas you got florida
00:37:17.280 and so all of all of those states uh were responsible for issuing this flood where do
00:37:23.280 we stand what where do we stand right now in rectifying this where do we stand with because
00:37:29.900 I thought $200,000 worth they're going to take of the existings and get rid of them, and that would be the problem.
00:37:34.900 You're saying the number is actually closer to $876,000, but they're not taking these licenses back right now?
00:37:40.700 That's not part of this?
00:37:42.220 Yeah, they're not taking any of them back.
00:37:44.000 So the rule that got implemented this week no longer allows them to issue them, but they're still out there.
00:37:50.480 And so we've been screaming, you've got to take these licenses away.
00:37:53.980 Duffy and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration are saying they don't have the authority to do it.
00:37:58.640 But the FMCSA is the agency that gave the DMVs the guidelines to issue the CDLs to the Illinois Islands.
00:38:07.700 But why are they saying they don't have the authority to do it?
00:38:12.780 They're saying the state has to do it, essentially.
00:38:15.500 So they're saying the state DMV is issuing the license, and they gave them a guideline by which to issue the license.
00:38:23.100 The state followed that guideline.
00:38:24.560 And so, you know, I don't I don't really understand their logic for why they can't revoke these CDLs.
00:38:31.500 But they're they're pointing at the state. But what I'm here to tell you is at the at the at the state, at the state, hang on, at the state level, Florida and Florida and Texas should be all over this, correct?
00:38:42.320 That's right. Absolutely. They should. But, you know, it's gotten this is a nonpartisan issue.
00:38:48.180 They are not moving on that. So, you know, this is this affects everybody.
00:38:52.000 A Republican child can die in an accident just the same as a Democrat child can die in an accident.
00:38:57.780 So everybody should be taking this seriously.
00:38:59.340 But Shannon, that's theoretical, Pollyannish.
00:39:04.440 Of course, it's to the core of the Democratic business model.
00:39:08.140 These illegal aliens, that brings more illegal families here.
00:39:13.540 What do you think we're having this debate for?
00:39:14.920 It's not bipartisan at all.
00:39:16.180 The outcomes are obviously bipartisan, just like the outcomes of having 25 million illegal aliens in this country destroy the education system for people to vote Democratic, destroy the health care system for people to vote Democratic.
00:39:29.140 Most of the African-Americans in the country, I think, still 80 or 85 percent vote Democratic.
00:39:33.500 They're the ones that take the brunt of illegal aliens.
00:39:36.140 But it's the core of the business model of the Democratic Party.
00:39:39.320 They're never going to budge on this.
00:39:40.820 They'll fight your tooth and nail because they want to have opportunities for illegal aliens in this country and not for American citizens.
00:39:47.720 That's their plan. So what is what do we need to do to mount this effort to get to either Duffy or whoever's in charge?
00:39:56.020 Say, hey, look, it doesn't matter about issuing new licenses. That's fine. That's great.
00:39:59.860 But we need to go back on the somewhere between $200,000 and $876,000 to make sure that we pull all the driver's license from these guys who are on the road right now, killing American citizens, sir.
00:40:14.940 Yeah, so number one, we've got to revoke the license.
00:40:17.100 I don't know if that takes an executive order.
00:40:18.980 You know, we need Duffy to tell us.
00:40:20.460 If he's going to say his hands are tied, well, tell us who's tying his hands and what we need to do to get the licenses revoked.
00:40:26.320 He knows that they were issued illegally and these guys weren't properly trained.
00:40:29.760 He's been very passionate about this.
00:40:31.440 He's very engaged.
00:40:32.680 I think Duffy wants to do the right thing.
00:40:34.520 So we need to get him those tools.
00:40:35.920 The second thing is we need to hold the people responsible who are profiting from this.
00:40:40.340 And that is the freight brokers.
00:40:42.420 And so every accident that we've seen, including the crash of Delilah Coleman,
00:40:46.520 a freight broker was involved in giving that load to the illegal alien.
00:40:50.240 And so those same freight brokers right now are asking the Supreme Court for immunity from damages in these crashes.
00:40:56.020 And I believe that's outrageous.
00:40:57.560 We need to make sure that we hold them accountable.
00:40:59.580 If we hold them accountable, they'll stop putting them on the road.
00:41:02.760 You know, one of the main reasons that we've never had this problem before in our trucking industry
00:41:06.180 is because the American trucking industry tends to self-police itself
00:41:09.620 because we have a federal agency that has failed miserably at its job.
00:41:13.840 I think it's 94, 95% of all the trucking companies in the United States have never been audited.
00:41:19.480 And so the whole reason that the trucking industry has stayed safe until this time
00:41:23.900 is because guys like me and guys like people in our association have always been afraid of a
00:41:30.680 nuclear verdict in court. And so even though the federal regulators might not be holding us
00:41:35.520 responsible, we knew a jury of our peers would hold us responsible if we were negligent in hiring
00:41:40.320 illegal alien truck drivers and went out and killed someone. The brokers need to have that
00:41:44.500 same fear. They need to have that same liability, that same responsibility for these accidents.
00:41:48.880 sir where do people go to find out more action how they can support you guys
00:41:55.020 we're on all the social media you know i would encourage you to follow us on x

00:43:16.620 updated and i think based on what i'm hearing from you today steve and from the audience and the
00:43:21.800 posse is that we need to try to explain in plain english what's happening over on the senate floor
00:43:26.760 so people understand and i'll work to make that happen on my social media feed what no it's
00:43:33.600 fantastic because people want to make sure this is not as mccabe said the president didn't give
00:43:38.560 him an out he didn't give him an offer he said i want this and i want these other things added
00:43:42.500 which adds complexity they need to be added but we got to go back to house but he's he doesn't

00:46:12.020 You might want to be discussing that a little bit, but it's an honor to have you.
00:46:15.900 And thank you very much for being here, thank you.
00:46:18.260 And may I thank you, President, for facilitating this visit.
00:46:22.680 And in what is, for us,
00:46:25.280 probably one of the most important weeks in the United States.
00:46:28.220 And in many ways, you're affirming the tremendous bonds
00:46:31.620 between Ireland and the United States
00:46:32.920 that go back to the very foundation of this Republic.
00:46:35.660 And 35 million people in this country
00:46:39.900 claim Irish descent and Irish heritage.
00:46:43.060 And I spent the first two days in Philadelphia, going back really into the heart of that history.
00:46:49.160 And the fact that three Irish people born on the island of Ireland signed the Declaration of Independence.
00:46:55.700 It was printed by an Irishman, John Dunlap, and disseminated across the colonies.
00:47:00.900 And Charles Thompson, who we discussed earlier, he designed the bald eagle, the seal of the U.S.
00:47:06.980 So in many ways, our connection is foundational. It's historic.
00:47:10.540 and the irish have to build america we're very proud of that connection and we think you hosting
00:47:16.060 us here in the white house is affirmation to all the irish americans out there and to our
00:47:21.020 diaspora in this country for what they've contributed to america and that's very much
00:47:28.220 through the prism this year the america 250 it's a very exciting year right we're discovering new
00:47:33.400 things i mean even a guy from my own city a guy called stephen moylan who was an adicom to
00:47:39.400 Washington he's regarded as the guy who came up with the phrase the United
00:47:44.120 States of America record and it's in New York in the
00:47:50.260 the history of those bonds well you told me something before there was maybe the
00:47:57.500 most interesting of all how many presidents are in some way related
00:48:03.780 related through blood with Ireland? 23. Can you believe it? The great politicians. The Irish are
00:48:11.940 great politicians. No, but think of it. 23 are in some form and many of them have gone to Ireland.
00:48:19.920 Absolutely. Grant went to Ireland after his presidency. I was saying earlier Ronald Reagan's
00:48:26.220 visit was an extraordinary one, in a place called Ballyporeen in County Tipperary. And
00:48:34.460 of course, John F. Kennedy, his grandfather was Irish, came back, I think, early in 1963.
00:48:42.960 That's a very memorable visit because of the tragedy that happened subsequently, the
00:48:47.860 assassination, which touched people in Ireland very deeply. So the Kennedy family is strong.
00:48:55.460 Resonation with Ireland.
00:48:57.120 Well, we like the family, too.
00:48:59.420 One person in particular.
00:49:01.440 One very non-controversial person.
00:49:03.060 I know that.
00:49:04.680 But now he's doing a very good job.
00:49:06.740 He really is.
00:49:07.580 But we have more, I think, people here, by far,
00:49:11.200 than you have in Ireland, that Irish descent.
00:49:14.280 We have, so you have quite a few, but we have a lot.
00:49:18.020 We have a lot more than we have.
00:49:19.240 It's pretty amazing.
00:49:20.600 By a lot.
00:49:22.160 Anyway, thank you very much.
00:49:23.740 It's a great honor.
00:49:24.340 and any questions well i'm having uh it's a great thing my son and my family uh we have a great a
00:49:39.860 great golf complex in ireland one of the best in the world called dune bag it's in dune bag
00:49:45.140 and it's been amazing and rory mcelroy loves it they all love it great golfers you have a tremendous
00:49:51.380 golf tradition and it was chosen for the irish open which is a big deal that's a big event
00:49:59.140 everybody wants me to be there you just said i hope you're going to go i did and we're going
00:50:03.300 to try we are going to try but it'll be an honor but it was a great honor to be chosen they only
00:50:07.460 choose the best courses in the world for the you know for the big opens it's one of the big ones
00:50:12.820 the irish open it's really become one of the most important tournaments in the world it's going to
00:50:17.540 to do. I hear it's going to be a fantastic success.
00:50:20.400 It's a very hard course.
00:50:25.640 What progress have you made, Mr. President, in getting America's allies to assist the
00:50:33.220 U.S. in escorting those oil tankers through the strainer for notice?
00:50:36.340 Well, we don't need too much help. We don't need any help, actually. In fact, we just
00:50:40.100 put out a notice. I was watching over the last couple of weeks, and all of our NATO
00:50:46.660 allies were very much in favor of what we did they thought it was very important we
00:50:51.500 were just discussing it actually very important that we take out the nuclear threat from Iran
00:50:58.060 and we've done that very strongly very powerfully we've wiped out their navy wiped out their
00:51:03.320 military in every aspect their air force is now decimated they have no air force no navy
00:51:10.100 They have no radar.
00:51:12.260 Their radar is entirely gone.
00:51:14.160 Their anti-aircraft machinery is gone.
00:51:17.200 Everything is gone.
00:51:18.200 Their leaders are gone.
00:51:19.200 I guess one of the top person was, they say, a lot of people say their actual top was killed
00:51:25.420 yesterday along with somebody else who was responsible for the killing.
00:51:31.800 The man that was responsible for the killing of 32,000 people over the last two weeks,
00:51:36.780 was in charge of the killing of protesters uh it's an evil group i mean they killed much more
00:51:42.380 than 32 000 people and the man who was responsible for that was also killed yesterday uh and all of
00:51:50.620 the nato allies agreed with us and but they don't want to you know despite the fact that we helped
00:51:56.060 them so much we have thousands of soldiers in different countries all over the world
00:52:01.260 and they don't want to help us which is amazing i mean amazing and i didn't do a full court press
00:52:09.200 because i think if i did they probably would be but we don't we don't need help you know we've
00:52:15.020 we've that war is has been long prosecuted as far as i'm concerned almost from day one we knocked
00:52:21.820 out many of these things we knocked out the navy essentially in a couple of days
00:52:26.180 but i was surprised to see that nato while they agreed that it was a very important thing to do
00:52:31.940 they agree fully nobody said oh you shouldn't do it uh they had they would have had a nuclear weapon
00:52:37.380 within one month of when we had the b2 bombers bomb the nuclear potential the i call it the nuclear
00:52:44.260 dust uh so uh i think nato is making a very foolish mistake and i i've long said that you
00:52:53.060 know i wonder whether or not nato would ever be there for us so this is a this was a great test
00:52:59.540 because we don't need them but they should have been there the other thing is uh and i think you
00:53:04.020 know very important uh we didn't have to be there for ukraine you know biden chose to spend hundreds
00:53:12.340 of billions of dollars on ukraine uh and i guess the head of germany just made a statement that
00:53:21.620 well they weren't involved and they have nothing to do with the war but at the same time they
00:53:26.580 think we did a great thing by knocking them out nobody wants to have uh nobody wants to have iran
00:53:32.740 or anybody but nobody wants to have iran with the nuclear because these people are crazy they're
00:53:36.900 absolutely crazy and they're vicious violent i mean they killed think of it they killed now i
00:53:42.020 hear it's about 41 000 people they put out a notice two days ago anybody that protests will
00:53:47.540 will be immediately shot and killed.
00:53:50.140 That's pretty tough stuff.
00:53:51.880 So everyone agrees with us, but they don't want to help.
00:53:54.740 And we, you know, we as the United States
00:53:57.180 have to remember that,
00:53:58.180 because we think it's pretty shocking.
00:53:59.560 President Macron has just said in the last hour
00:54:05.060 that he will never join a task force
00:54:08.020 in the strait of Hormuz until hostilities finish.
00:54:10.500 Yesterday, you said-
00:54:11.400 Who said that?
00:54:12.400 President Macron of France.
00:54:13.900 What's your reaction to that, sir?
00:54:15.440 Well, he'll be out of office very soon, so we'll have to see.
00:54:18.620 You know, I don't know.
00:54:19.640 Mr. President, Mr. President.
00:54:22.600 On Dunebeg, you're building an extension to it, but there's been an objection put in,
00:54:28.920 and it's being held back at the moment due to small snails.
00:54:33.880 Are you disappointed about that?
00:54:36.780 I have not heard that.
00:54:40.120 Mr. President, Mr. President, Mr. President.
00:54:43.240 The course was built and it's been operated very successfully.
00:54:47.980 Somebody's objecting human and environmental group is objecting to
00:54:51.540 How close the U.S. to announce a coalition of woolling to secure the Strait of Hormuz?
00:55:03.340 Which countries are joining and which countries have been joined?
00:55:06.340 Well, we've had great support from the Middle East.
00:55:10.160 Qatar has been great.
00:55:11.760 UAE has been absolutely been great.
00:55:15.820 Saudi Arabia has been terrific.
00:55:18.180 Bahrain has been very good.
00:55:19.500 The Middle Eastern countries have been very strong in their support.
00:55:22.720 And, of course, Israel has been our partner.
00:55:26.460 Israel has been very, very strong, along with our cooperation.
00:55:38.180 I was, if you look...
00:55:41.760 Back ago, I talked about Iran was a big threat to this country, to this world.
00:55:49.580 It turned out to be I was right.
00:55:52.440 In fact, I said you have to attack Karg Island.
00:55:57.440 You have to attack them years ago when they were acting up.
00:56:00.000 They've been acting up for 37, 47 years.
00:56:03.460 Okay, this is the war room.
00:56:03.880 We're tossing now to Charlie Kirk live in the Oval with the President and the Irish Prime Minister.
00:56:09.240 We're going to be back here at 5 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time with a PAC show. See you then.
00:56:13.180 They got a nuclear weapon. I would say they would have used it within 24 hours after having it.
00:56:17.720 And they would have had it if we didn't bomb them out from a great raid with the B-2 bombers eight months ago or so.
00:56:25.520 You would have had a nuclear war in the Middle East and maybe beyond.
00:56:30.100 I think it would have hit Europe. Maybe not Ireland, but it would have hit Europe.
00:56:34.300 I think you would have been a nice piece of it.
00:56:36.220 that it all gets you it's big enough that you would have been affected they
00:56:39.340 would have hit Europe eventually your director of national counterterrorism
00:56:46.960 Joe Kent he just resigned today he said he can't support
