00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going
00:00:09.840 medieval on these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people
00:00:16.500 the people have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do
00:00:20.680 everything in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and
00:00:24.020 Where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:00:27.300 MAGA media.
00:00:28.200 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:34.120 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.840 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:44.120 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
00:00:47.360 wednesday 18 march year of our lord year of our lord 2026 uh we're gonna go to capitol hill
00:00:58.580 here in a minute in this explosive senate intelligence uh briefing uh and they're going
00:01:04.220 it's quite interesting as i said earlier in last night um regardless of how joe kent
00:01:11.080 resigned of how that was kind of garbled i said it wasn't handled in the best way
00:01:15.880 either i think by the white house or by joe and i'm uh i consider myself a big big big
00:01:21.340 joe kent fan uh as you guys know over the last many years that he's been on the war room and
00:01:28.380 his sacrifice to the country love in combat chief warrant officer um kent love in combat tours wife
00:01:36.920 is one of the honored dead like the six that are coming back today that the president of the united
00:01:41.480 states will meet at dover air force base at about 1 30 p.m eastern daylight time all covered on real
00:01:47.040 america's voice throughout the day charlie kirk show still be up then and i think posse will be
00:01:51.500 doing the entire um ceremony the dignified transfer live all of that uh their focus and
00:01:59.060 this is for the war room you're the most powerful political entity out there because you're the
00:02:03.200 leadership of the grassroots and the maga movement at a grassroots level and what are they centering
00:02:09.080 on they're attacking Tulsi Gabbard for Georgia and implying for Maricopa County uh John Solomon's
00:02:16.300 going to be on later with explosive this whole thing with the Chinese Communist Party that we
00:02:20.880 knew about it and the intelligence knew not only knew about it wrote reports about it later back
00:02:25.180 from April of 2020 and and brother Glenn Beck did the best summary of it if we can play that later
00:02:30.640 let's mark that did a great summary of it I think yesterday on a show we also got Wynton Hall you
00:02:37.020 keep the main thing the main thing well the main thing is the chinese communist party but the other
00:02:41.700 main thing is transhumanism and artificial intelligence and we finally finally finally
00:02:46.140 have an author that's put a book out that i think if the conservatives don't respond to this i don't
00:02:51.320 know what's going on because the conservative movement in the outside of the war room our
00:02:55.700 own joe allen and our focus on transhumanism it has been beyond pathetic you almost got to wonder
00:03:01.960 who's on whose payroll uh it's that bad went and hall's going to be here with code red i want to
00:03:06.780 go to Capitol Hill right now. Our own Neil McCabe is up there covering the hearing. Neil, I'm not
00:03:11.860 going to be able to play the rest of Warner's opening, but it's pretty savage. You're telling
00:03:15.820 me it got even worse after we cut away, sir? Right. So what's interesting to me about the
00:03:24.260 hearing is not so much what the Republicans say to support the president or Tulsi Gabbard and the
00:03:29.040 rest. It's where are the Democrats going to attack? And in his opening statement, Mark Warner
00:03:34.900 zeroed in on the seizure of Fulton County ballots, saying that, you know, Gabbard's job
00:03:40.500 is to look out for foreign interference in our elections, not going after domestic policy issues
00:03:46.840 or the fact, you know, the Fulton County ballots, where she was there present. And I'll tell you,
00:03:52.200 in June, when I was at DOJ, my first of many reprimands was because Todd Blanche's staff
00:03:59.000 found out that I was interested in seizing the Fulton County ballots. There was no sympathy
00:04:04.460 for that position at all in Maine Justice.
00:04:07.100 Gabbard figured out that as the Director of National Intelligence,
00:04:10.880 the FBI answers to her.
00:04:12.580 She was able to get that search warrant through Thomas Albus in St. Louis,
00:04:16.780 not Atlanta, and then she has the ballots.
00:04:19.480 And so Warner keyed on that, and he also name-checked Kurt Olson,
00:04:23.940 who has been working on election and voter integrity issues for years,
00:04:27.820 and he now works at the White House.
00:04:29.900 And so not everybody knows that name,
00:04:31.640 but i think people know the name now that warner has decided that he's going to be a target steve
00:04:36.480 hang on hang on the warren posse knows his name i mean this is what i was saying they're centering
00:04:41.540 on this audience because kurt olson was carrie lake's lawyer many people's lawyers worked on
00:04:47.160 this year was a guest on the show as he was a lawyer and there's causes of for many many years
00:04:53.160 now's the special assistant to the president uh at the white house kind of in charge of all of this
00:04:58.960 so warner's going to try to go to the all the efforts to get to the bottom of 2020
00:05:05.480 the democrats in the deep state understand as i've said over and over and over again that's
00:05:12.900 the railhead of it you get back to that you get back to how they stole it who stole it and who
00:05:19.300 covered it up is the greatest scandal in the history of this country the removal of trump yes
00:05:23.700 the russiagate and all that and other elements are huge too but this is the beating heart of it
00:05:28.320 why does mark warner the head the democratic head of the committee remember he's the ranking
00:05:34.100 of the ranking what they call minority member or the co-chair uh cotton the republicans
00:05:39.820 obviously controlling it but the senate's got very different rules than the house
00:05:43.620 they almost run things as a partnership and the house is much much more partisan
00:05:47.740 warner's sitting there and going after tulsi gabbard ripping her apart on this very topic
00:05:52.680 in fact we have some of the coverage neil hang right there let's play this coverage i got went
00:05:57.100 Let's go ahead and see Warner
00:05:59.100 Tangling with Tulsi Gabbard.
00:06:03.100 Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
00:06:05.100 Director Gabbard, the whole
00:06:07.100 country knows that you were
00:06:09.100 recently involved in a FBI
00:06:11.100 operation to seize ballots in
00:06:13.100 Fulton County, Georgia.
00:06:15.100 Yet, this was despite the fact
00:06:17.100 that the warrant showed no
00:06:19.100 foreign interference or nexus.
00:06:21.100 As a matter of fact, the
00:06:23.100 warrant was based entirely on
00:06:25.100 entirely on conspiracy theories that have already been examined and rejected repeatedly.
00:06:32.460 Now, where is the authority for you to involve yourself in a domestic law enforcement activity?
00:06:41.200 Thank you, Vice Chairman. I appreciate the question. As you know, I've addressed every issue
00:06:46.400 you've raised in detail in a letter, but I'm grateful for the opportunity to do it in this forum.
00:06:50.800 As you stated, Congress provided, by statute, ODNI, with the responsibility of election
00:06:58.240 security and counterintelligence in 2021.
00:07:02.780 As you also know, ODNI has purview and oversight —
00:07:05.280 The President, could you — could you — I know the history very well, but could
00:07:07.940 you just address —
00:07:08.940 I am addressing the question.
00:07:09.940 ODNI also has purview and overview over two domestic-related agencies, the Department
00:07:17.040 of Homeland Security and the FBI both of which have purview over election
00:07:21.480 security responsibilities to ensure the integrity of our elections I want to
00:07:26.460 correct one of your statements that you've made multiple times which is
00:07:29.580 false I did not participate in a law enforcement activity nor would I because
00:07:35.640 that does not exist within my authorities I was at Fulton County
00:07:42.900 County, sir, at the request of the president and to work with the FBI to observe this action
00:07:50.560 that had long been awaited. I was not aware of what was in the warrant or was not. And what was
00:07:55.320 the president's specific request? What was the specific request that was made by the president
00:08:00.140 for you to show up in Fulton County? To go and observe the FBI's activities on this issue. So
00:08:05.540 do you have the answer why the president was knowing about this affidavit before it was even
00:08:11.800 served? I'm not aware that the president knew about an affidavit before it was served. Then why
00:08:15.960 was he sending you to Fulton County? This occurred the day that the FBI had it approved, their warrant
00:08:22.740 approved by a local judge, and they began to execute this. I address your question, sir, about
00:08:28.260 the foreign nexus question. In order for us to better understand the vulnerabilities in our
00:08:33.820 election systems that may exist today as we look to 2026, and yes, we are very focused on trying to
00:08:40.540 make sure that this election is one that the American people have. Director Gabbert let me I've got a number of questions. Director Gabbert I have a number of questions let me ask my next question please. You have not provided any of the required reports or briefings to this committee on foreign interference. This is the first threat assessment since 2017 that didn't even mention foreign interference last
00:09:10.540 you were in already confirmed it mentioned at a high level are you
00:09:16.180 saying there is no foreign threat to our elections in the midterms this year as
00:09:20.680 I stated in the outset of my remarks this year's annual threat assessment
00:09:25.900 matches the prioritization of threats and please answer the question yes or no
00:09:30.220 is there foreign threat interference to our elections this year laid out are
00:09:34.420 there foreign please allow me to answer the question sir the intelligence
00:09:37.540 community has been and continues to remain focused on any collection and intelligence
00:09:42.300 products that show a potential foreign threat for those who are seeking to do in our election
00:09:49.940 system.
00:09:50.600 Excuse me, ma'am.
00:09:51.360 If you want to ask the questions, you should have stayed in Congress.
00:09:54.380 Please answer the questions.
00:09:55.680 I didn't ask you a question, sir.
00:09:57.000 I'm trying to answer your questions.
00:09:58.280 So you're saying the failure to provide any reports or the failure to have any mention
00:10:04.180 of a foreign threat assessment, I would draw the conclusion there must be no foreign threat
00:10:08.660 to our elections in 26. So that brings me a question that I have for both you, ma'am,
00:10:13.280 and Director Patel. There are reports that in 2020, the president was preparing an executive
00:10:20.960 order to potentially seize ballots or bring in federal forces. There is a published report
00:10:27.420 that there is a similar EO being drafted right now about 2026, citing China.
00:10:33.940 Director Patel, do you have any knowledge of that draft EO?
00:10:37.840 Thank you, Vice Chairman. I do not, sir.
00:10:40.060 Director Gabbert, do you have any?
00:10:41.760 I do not.
00:10:42.620 Thank you. Let me move to Iran.
00:10:44.520 Now, I understand, and I appreciated Director Gabbert's comments yesterday about agreeing that the president has sole authority,
00:10:53.360 I guess in his bones to declare whether something is an imminent threat.
00:10:58.080 I didn't agree with your friend, Mr. Kent, but I didn't, again, I agreed with him yesterday
00:11:04.940 on the fact that there was no imminent threat.
00:11:08.680 I guess what I'm concerned about, one thing is, even in your printed testimony today on page six,
00:11:17.280 and your last paragraph on page six, as a result of Operation Midnight Hammer,
00:11:21.220 and Iran's nuclear enrichment program was obliterated.
00:11:23.880 There's been no efforts to try to rebuild
00:11:25.340 their enrichment capability.
00:11:27.700 You omitted that paragraph from your oral opening.
00:11:33.360 Was that because the president said
00:11:35.860 there was an imminent threat two weeks ago?
00:11:38.660 No, sir, I recognized that the time was running long
00:11:41.320 and I skipped through some of the portions of my oral
00:11:44.420 of my oral delivered remarks.
00:11:47.200 You chose to omit the parts that contradict the president.
00:11:51.220 The president continues to say as well that, you know, he had no idea, was shocked that the Iranians had moved to take over the Strait of Hormuz.
00:12:00.280 Did you provide any intelligence that would say that it would be, that it was not likely that the Iranians would try to move on the Strait?
00:12:09.900 I'm not aware of those remarks and I think those of us here at the table can
00:12:14.820 point to the fact that historically the Iranians have always threatened to
00:12:19.400 leverage their control. Why would the president say he was amazed. I'm not
00:12:23.740 aware of those. What about the comments the president made that thought that he
00:12:26.760 was surprised again reports that Iran struck the adjacent Gulf states. I'm not
00:12:32.980 aware of those remarks. We have. Well let me ask you. Did you did you brief the
00:12:37.280 President did you brief the president? Did you brief the president? Did you brief the president if he starts a war of choice that the likely result would be that Iran would strike adjacent Gulf nations and close the strait of her moves? Did you brief him on those two facts that I think have been consistently the assumptions of the intelligence community?
00:13:01.620 I have not and won't divulge internal conversations.
00:13:05.740 I will say that those of us within the intelligence community continue to provide the president
00:13:10.340 with all of the best objective intelligence available to inform his decisions.
00:13:14.780 Senator Collins.
00:13:16.380 Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
00:13:19.220 Let me have it back. Thank you.
00:13:22.060 You see right there, and it gets more and more intense.
00:13:24.640 We'll cover this throughout the day.
00:13:27.700 You have young men and women in harm's way.
00:13:30.560 how do we know that six of our finest will return to the united states today at approximately 1 30
00:13:36.940 p.m eastern daylight time for what the military refers to as a dignified transfer we refer to as
00:13:43.360 our honored dead returning to their country the president of the united states the commander
00:13:47.520 chief will be there to participate in that ceremony we'll cover it live on real america's
00:13:54.720 voice i think jack basovic the charlie kirk show that follows us will pick it up and then jack
00:13:58.440 I have a door in his two o'clock show. Obviously, we're back here at five.
00:14:03.420 Explosive day, and we got two more things to add to that.
00:14:06.000 Wynton Hall is going to join us for Book Code Red that talks about the real threat of artificial intelligence, China, the Chinese Communist Party.
00:14:15.340 And quite frankly, how people are just trying to look the other way on this.
00:14:18.580 You can't look the other way. You must face it.
00:14:20.200 John Solomon later, with his explosive expose on the Chinese Communist Party,
00:14:25.680 direct interference in the 2020 presidential election.
00:14:29.300 Doesn't shock this audience.
00:14:30.920 We've been hammering on this for years.
00:14:32.360 Now it's all coming out, folks.
00:14:35.020 Short commercial break.

00:14:57.580 Audience digs it. Short break.
00:14:59.380 Think about this.
00:15:00.960 In 2006, $20,000 equaled roughly 33 ounces of gold at spot prices.
00:15:10.240 At today's prices, those 33 ounces of gold will be worth $165,000.

00:16:17.420 to the number 9 8 9 8 9 8 do it today here's your host stephen k bann
00:16:24.800 okay uh the book is called code red it is the left the right china and the race to
00:16:35.960 control artificial intelligence is by Wynton Hall as a long-term colleague of Peter Schweitzer
00:16:42.140 myself I don't know 10 15 20 years one of the best researchers out there a brilliant writer
00:16:47.560 in the introduction to his book which is kind of going off as an airburst over Washington DC right
00:16:54.560 now he quotes Sam Altman after thousands of years of compounding scientific discovery
00:17:00.480 and technological progress we have figured out how to melt sand add some impurities arrange it
00:17:06.820 with astonishing precision at extraordinarily tiny scale into computer chips run energy through it
00:17:12.820 and end up with systems capable of creating increasingly capable artificial intelligence
00:17:19.020 this may turn out to be the most consequential fact about all of human history so far and as
00:17:26.980 we've said on the show many times it is a predicate to the singularity and at the singularity on this
00:17:33.360 side you have homo sapien and on the other side you have homo sapien 1.5 2.0 don't know
00:17:39.480 Wynton Hall why is this book why is this book right now causing so you know you've got you've
00:17:46.260 got Blackburn you've got Cotton you got Rick Scott you've got so many people that are commenting on
00:17:50.720 this book lead story in Breitbart why is this book given everything that's going on why is this book
00:17:56.820 right now causing a firestorm at Capitol Hill, sir? Well, see, it's because they can't get away
00:18:03.340 with this line that AI is just a tool. It's political power. And you have seen ahead of
00:18:09.980 this curve, you and Joe Allen, for years. I wish we had more people like you in the movement
00:18:15.240 talking about this. Everybody needs to understand AI is the axis upon which all policies are about
00:18:21.940 to spin. Okay. Whether you're talking about education, you're talking about the ability
00:18:25.420 to educate or indoctrinate, whether you're talking about to erase or create jobs, or whether
00:18:30.140 you're talking about how to bring somebody alive or dead off a battlefield. This is it, and they
00:18:34.200 know it. And so what has happened is we're exposing what the reality is in all of their different
00:18:41.220 ruses that they have pulled. The one that right now has smashed a hornet's nest right now that
00:18:47.500 you're talking about. So one of the things they did was a very comprehensive analysis of all of
00:18:53.060 the different LLMs and specifically Google Gemini and their deep research. And I asked it to take
00:18:58.900 the 100 current senators assess. Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, slow down, slow down.
00:19:04.800 Just tell, describe what an LOM is for the audience. I want to make sure we're going to
00:19:09.260 have you on many times. One of the most important things for the Warren Posse and for the show is
00:19:14.080 we give, we talk about process, critical path, but also nomenclature. So people are going to
00:19:19.380 start to get, as you've told, as you, Winton's one of my mentors, as you've told me in information
00:19:25.080 warfare, people have to get their own mental maps. One of the things we're trying to do here is a
00:19:29.640 mental map of exactly what's going on. So what's an, what's an LOM and why is that important?
00:19:35.080 Brilliant. LLM is large language model. This is like your chat bot. When you hear people talk
00:19:39.880 about like chat GPT. And in this case, we're talking about Google, one of the biggest far
00:19:45.000 left offenders and their chatbot, and it is named Gemini. And they have a functionality called
00:19:51.740 deep research. This is their most advanced deep thinking reasoning model. And he simply asked it
00:19:58.680 to, I asked it to compile 100 US senators' public statements and assess who has violated their hate
00:20:06.840 speech policies, quote unquote. And what it returned was a 3,400 word granular report. This
00:20:15.880 is not like just a little blip. And it was essentially a full scale candidate attack
00:20:23.020 generator against Republicans. The findings, seven US senators, all Republican are hate speech
00:20:30.200 violators. And funny enough, as Joe Allen talks about hallucinations in AI, meaning made up BS
00:20:38.020 that sounds very confident, they also threw in Vice President Vance and Secretary of State
00:20:43.000 Rubio as well. The seven that they named were Senator Tuberville, Cotton, Blackburn, Hagerty,
00:20:50.920 Scott, Hydesmith, and Hawley. And then they threw in the others. And this, what people have to
00:20:57.960 understand, this is not just getting something wrong. Okay. This is actually weaponizing election
00:21:05.760 political information against one side exclusively. And here's why this is infuriating.
00:21:12.220 Everybody in the war room posse, all Americans, we are tax dollars go to the tunes of billions
00:21:20.320 of dollars in contracts to Google. And yet they have anathematized against half of the nation's
00:21:27.220 values, and beliefs. That's outrageous. And I'll tell you another thing and why it's outrageous.
00:21:32.620 In the AI action plan for President Trump 2025, just a few months ago, he, as one of his core
00:21:39.560 pillars says, we cannot have ideologically biased AI systems. And if there are, they should not get
00:21:47.720 federal procurements. Amen to that, Mr. President. Great leadership on that point. He's exactly right.
00:21:53.500 And that's exactly what is happening right here. And so what has just happened in the last 24 hours? Senator Scott, Senator Blackburn, Senator Cotton have all come out on this code red bombshell revelation of the Google Gemini scandal with this.
00:22:08.660 And they have issued statements because they have been smeared by Google AI. And I'm sure going to get statements from the others as well.
00:22:18.200 But, you know, this is something you saw coming years ago. That's why you and Joe Allen set up, you know, this information. But the conservative movement has has got to start really focusing on the power of AI as political power, because that's what it is.
00:22:33.460 go go i want to go back because you say in the book i'm not here to get you up to speed on on
00:22:41.380 artificial intelligence and all the because you know elon says and we had a clip yesterday with
00:22:48.140 joe allen when i did an hour with him that he goes to bed and when he goes to bed there's a huge
00:22:53.140 as he's going to bed they're reporting to him they're huge developments in ai he goes to sleep
00:22:58.720 wakes up five six hours later there's more developments in ai it's accelerating at an
00:23:03.280 accelerating rate and those guys are the accelerationist but you actually the reason
00:23:07.720 this book's so important you're saying hey in the fog of war i'm gonna cut through all that
00:23:12.080 and say that this is a this is a race for pure raw power yes wealth beyond what croesus uh thought
00:23:21.680 but this is a a direct grab for power not just geopolitically with china which you get into but
00:23:27.220 here in the United States. What do you mean by that? We often think and talk about AI in
00:23:34.140 technological terms, and I think that's important. I know that you and Joe Allen do great reporting
00:23:39.660 on the updates on the studies, and I think that's really important. This book has 80 pages of end
00:23:44.340 notes, over 850 end notes. But what I say from the jump is this. Look, this is a politics book
00:23:49.720 about AI. No one has really looked singularly through that lens since we've been in a post-Chat
00:23:55.300 world. And if once you start to understand who is Sam Altman, what are his political donations?
00:24:01.720 What is his history in policy efforts? What about Dario Amadei? What about Mustafa Suleiman? What
00:24:08.200 about any of these tech billionaire left-leaning AI architects? And here's what you start to
00:24:14.940 realize. They're not hiding it anymore. They're not hiding their political agenda. Okay. In fact,
00:24:21.140 Mustafa Suleyman says, quote, technology is political and they cannot be divorced.
00:24:26.640 And you know what?
00:24:27.440 I think you and I and the rest of the world agrees with that.
00:24:30.960 And it's time that we start realizing what the agenda is.
00:24:34.860 Let me give you one quick example that I think is so important.
00:24:37.860 We talk about job displacement and the fear around AI.
00:24:41.580 Job displacement is very real.
00:24:43.020 We know the disruptions are coming.
00:24:44.680 But I want you to understand the political mindset of these folks.
00:24:48.620 In 2016, a young man went on a blog and he said, I want to do the first biggest longitudinal study.
00:24:54.740 I want to give everybody $1,000 a month and just see what they'll do with it.
00:24:58.840 We know this, of course, is universal basic income, UBI, right?
00:25:02.100 And he said he thinks that in the future technology may require this.
00:25:06.340 And he put $60 million, $60 million, largest, most expensive UBI study in American history over many years.
00:25:15.980 The results were a little bit mixed bag.
00:25:18.620 But then he said why he wanted to do it.
00:25:20.480 He said that I think it will be in the future silly that we ever thought that people should have to work for their food and to fear not being able to eat.
00:25:32.620 And otherwise known as the Protestant work ethic that built free market capitalism.
00:25:37.060 That young man's name was Sam Altman.
00:25:39.580 That year was 2016.
00:25:41.580 ChatGPT came out in November of 2022.
00:25:44.200 He was thinking about wealth global redistribution in UBI almost six years before he unleashed ChatGPT.
00:25:53.080 We have to know who these people are.
00:25:55.080 We have to understand their policy agenda and we've got to get ready.
00:25:59.900 When you talk about President Trump has tried to be at the forefront of this,
00:26:05.200 but he said the other day, hey, all this AI that's been used in Iran,
00:26:09.220 to you know he says look they're a disinformation uh country and all this ads coming up he did write
00:26:16.160 this executive order and this executive order essentially he wants he wants no state authority
00:26:23.000 whatsoever you've seen ron de santis leading this fight in florida and the pro i think that one of
00:26:28.400 the issues is like you point out in in quite brilliantly some of the things that president
00:26:33.120 trump believes are supposed to happen is the exact opposite of what's happening in fact when
00:26:38.960 He says that woke AI, the left's version of this, should not have any access to federal funding.
00:26:47.100 And essentially, not only do they have access to federal funding with massive programs with the Department of War and others,
00:26:54.700 but they are also essentially running the weapons labs right now free of charge by the American taxpayer.
00:27:01.780 The woke AI, because these oligarchs are all on the left, they just came to President Trump at the last second.
00:27:08.660 Give me a minute on that. I'm going to hold you through the break. Isn't the issue that we've got
00:27:13.100 an executive order that could be used quite well, but it's actually being subverted by the oligarchic
00:27:19.040 power of the AI overlords, sir? These folks are playing 5D chess, okay? These guys understand.
00:27:25.840 Look, they're the ones that built this control grid. We saw what they did with the Global
00:27:30.120 Disinformation Index. We saw what they've done with scan and ban technology to demonetize,
00:27:35.320 de-platform silence and de-list any conservative right-of-center person that they disagree with,
00:27:41.800 okay? So they know how to play this 5D chess. They're happy to run out the clock on the second
00:27:47.800 term and toggle switch back to the control grid and what they have built that is meant to silence
00:27:54.120 and scan and ban conservative voices. Now, you're exactly right. President Trump, what he's got
00:28:00.040 will work well if, as you point out, we're able to prevent all this abuse.
00:28:06.240 Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. I'm going to hold you. We're going to get to the punchline
00:28:10.200 in the next segment. John Solomon's also going to join us with explosive,

00:30:00.540 Okay, we're going to break this down in the 5 o'clock show, the imminent threat, everything.
00:30:05.140 So Intel, people are getting lit up over there.
00:30:09.180 We'll break that all down for you at 5 because we need to focus on this.
00:30:13.940 So John Solomon joins us.
00:30:15.640 John, you last night released this with access to these reports about Chinese Communist Party influence in in April of of 2020.
00:30:27.920 And I want to try to get to the Glenn Beck thing today. If not, I'll play it tonight. He's a great example.
00:30:32.960 Here's what I don't understand. You've released something that is irrefutable because it's theirs.
00:30:38.760 It's their report about their own cover up. And and and yet Warner sitting there and he's saying, hey,
00:30:45.120 we know we have foreign interference these elections i want to get to that but then he's
00:30:48.580 hammering tulsi gabbard for um for georgia and she's playing defense i'm kind of missing i'm kind
00:30:56.160 of i'm i'm a simple guy i'm missing it you have revealed not only the ccp's involvement from april
00:31:02.700 2020 but the own departments like ombudsman are saying we did there was a cover-up here why can't
00:31:09.440 we just have a straight conversation at these hearings where we start put why why why is tulsi
00:31:13.920 and Ratcliffe and cash why they just put in this every time they're hammered on these questions
00:31:18.600 why don't they just put out why don't they just put out these reports sir yeah that's a great
00:31:23.800 question you clearly today Tulsi Gabbard appears to be unprepared for the questioning she had
00:31:29.040 there is great evidence to combat every one of these concerns that the Democrats are trying to
00:31:34.460 manufacture in the hearing if you're talking about Iran let's just talk about Iran something
00:31:38.980 she didn't do a very good job of today, at least not yet that I saw in this hearing.
00:31:42.780 We captured three IRGC officials on our soil. We got rid of them in January. In late January,
00:31:52.120 we learned that Iran was negotiating for a hypersonic missile from China. A couple weeks
00:31:59.340 later, we learned that they bought a whole bunch of shoulder-fired, stinger-like missiles that can
00:32:03.900 take down airplanes. If that isn't an imminent threat to the United States, I don't know what
00:32:09.100 it is. It's not possible that I can know this, and Tulsi Gabbard and John Ratcliffe don't.
00:32:14.860 They're the intelligence agencies. They are not well prepared to answer the imminent threat
00:32:19.240 question that was obviously going to be raised after yesterday's departure by Joe Kent. By the
00:32:24.880 way, Joe Kent's statement. I know Joe Kent. I honor his service. I mean, the guy was deployed
00:32:29.100 11 times he lost his wife in combat great american but his statement yesterday just wasn't true
00:32:34.720 there was an imminent threat the intelligence was there the president put it all together
00:32:39.340 and do it and you're not serving the president if you say hey the president made that decision
00:32:44.520 i i'm hands off on it you're the dni you know the intel hang on okay hang on i as you know i'm close
00:32:53.080 to joe kent i revere the guy who did the wife uh every you know the the service of the country
00:32:58.060 American hero.
00:32:58.840 He's an American hero.
00:32:59.600 On the imminent threat, Dan, I can't – but American hero.
00:33:01.660 But here's what's so – and I said yesterday, the way he left, I don't agree.
00:33:06.060 You've got to go see the president.
00:33:07.500 The president's had your back before.
00:33:08.820 Put you up this.
00:33:09.580 But I said leave that aside.
00:33:11.520 The situation, not just the imminent threat, is the intelligence we're getting from the Mossad?
00:33:17.180 But how can we have a hearing today?
00:33:20.040 And even in your case, you're saying, hey, the Iranians, it was imminent threat.
00:33:23.200 We got it.
00:33:23.640 How can you how can we sit there and go Ratcliffe, Tulsi and Cash weren't ready for these questions and weren't ready for the for the fire, the fire they got.
00:33:34.160 And on top of it, to me, that's all important, obviously, frightened of war.
00:33:38.100 But the deeper issue to me that's got to be addressed in front of the American people is the Chinese Communist Party this 2020.
00:33:43.820 I agree. And Tulsi, she's just getting hammered. She's getting hammered for the for the for the right.
00:33:48.540 don't back off it lean into it and lean into the fact that hey this is what we've got and this is
00:33:53.920 where we got to get to the bottom of it sir if Tulsi Gabbard looked Mark Warner into the face
00:34:00.800 and said sir we were told for six years that there was no foreign intrusions in our election
00:34:06.300 we've now indicted Iranians for hacking into one voter database we now have evidence that 18 other
00:34:11.640 states voter databases were penetrated by China and the reason you and I don't know about that is
00:34:17.320 a series of intelligence analysts and officers under Donald Trump and Joe Biden put party before
00:34:23.900 country. They decided they were not going to tell the country. They were not going to tell the
00:34:27.740 Congress. They were not going to tell the president of the United States that China did these things
00:34:31.900 because they didn't want to give Donald Trump ammunition on his China policy because that is
00:34:36.760 what the ombudsman concluded. On the record, there is a report that's been sitting with nobody
00:34:41.720 noticing it. The Intelligence Committee ombudsman saying that the CIA intentionally kept the
00:34:46.800 president in the country in the dark because they didn't like Donald Trump's policies,
00:34:51.580 even used disparaging names to describe the commander in chief they're supposed to be
00:34:55.680 working for. We ought to find out if any of those officers still work for the CIA because they
00:34:59.620 should be fired. But she could have done that because she has all of this evidence. And by the
00:35:03.960 way, she has a lot more evidence than what I've been. I've been trying to squeeze this out.
00:35:08.640 She has oodles more evidence. It is more damning than what I've reported. And she's been sitting
00:35:13.580 on it. Why, I don't know. She didn't deploy it today. The president knows of this evidence.
00:35:18.800 The White House chief of staff knows of this evidence. I think Kash Patel has answered the
00:35:24.180 imminent threat pretty interestingly, Iran. He's talked about China. He brought up the driver's
00:35:28.500 licenses today. That was important. Radcliffe seems a little bit more engaged, but Tulsi
00:35:32.860 seems to just be roadkill. She's not using the data in front of her agency to tell a story that's
00:35:40.280 much more compelling um did the president i thought i saw that he true social there's so
00:35:50.340 much information did he true social your report yet sir oh yeah the president okay okay hang on
00:35:56.860 hang on hang on this is what i don't get why is the white house and look we're trying to be
00:36:01.720 constructive here because we're now down to the heart of it why is the president of the united
00:36:07.020 states because i said hey put it why does he read truth which is him saying i think this is important
00:36:12.900 and you should focus on it your explosive peace and yet folks at the white house are telling you
00:36:18.240 no no no no no no we want to tamp this down we don't want to mess up although caroline did come
00:36:22.860 out today i think said at the sticks we're not going to have a visit to china how the hell can
00:36:26.900 we have a visit to china they're trying to buy hypersonic weapons they're an ally to iran
00:36:31.060 they're trying to get the oil out of the out of the gulf and let nobody else get it and of course
00:36:35.180 solomon showing you that the pandemic and the stealing of the 2020 election is inextricably
00:36:41.620 linked when is the white house going to sit there and go hey maybe the president should do a
00:36:46.180 one of those uh bilats from the oval office and john solomon ought to be sitting in the other
00:36:51.920 chair we just take questions from the media right wouldn't that be a way to get it all on the table
00:36:57.380 sir you know what the way to do it i what i think we've stumbled onto with the trump administration
00:37:04.340 in two, by the way, which has had an incredible run in the first 14 months. It's accomplished
00:37:08.160 an enormous amount. But most of that was pre-wired because of four years of great
00:37:12.240 preparation when they were in the diaspora. You now see that
00:37:16.260 they're not prepared to pivot on their feet as well as they could. You don't have people
00:37:20.380 who can think on their feet and make good decisions for the president to advance
00:37:24.360 the agenda beyond the playbook you started with. And championship teams win
00:37:28.360 with people that can make the moment great even when it's under difficult
00:37:32.220 circumstances. The second our stories came out, the second we started teasing them, you would
00:37:37.380 think that the White House would have a narrative ready, that you would think that the president
00:37:41.460 would get Harmeet Dillon, who has said on this network, on my show last week, we found tens of
00:37:48.440 thousands of non-citizens that made it on the voter rolls, and we've only looked at 10 states.
00:37:52.340 I just want to say that again. In 10 states, they've already found tens of thousands and
00:37:55.960 dozens of illegal aliens who voted. If every senator was forced to sit for a briefing and
00:38:01.560 say, Senator, in your state, we found this many non-citizens on your voter rolls, this many people
00:38:06.200 voted, and oh, you're one of the states that DNI and CIA know got hacked by China or that they
00:38:12.420 gained access to your voter data, because we don't know exactly how they did it. Was it hacking? Was
00:38:17.000 it some other nefarious mean? We don't know, but we know what happened. We would have the exact
00:38:22.240 same circumstance in America that happened in Great Britain. When Great Britain learned in 2024
00:38:26.600 that its voter database was hacked, its leaders, its liberal leaders, because it was under liberal
00:38:31.980 leadership, did the right thing. They briefed the country. They briefed the parliament. They were
00:38:36.380 shamed that such a terrible thing happened. They punished China, and they made election security
00:38:41.280 a top priority. We should be doing that here, but nobody's at the podium driving the narrative.
00:38:46.800 Nobody knows or commands the evidence like what is sitting in their own files. Listen,
00:38:51.620 They have stuff on Congress being penetrated by China.
00:38:55.420 They should get that out because infiltrations of Chinese experts in Congress is a very serious matter.
00:39:01.820 They know of money changing hands.
00:39:04.060 They know of a foreign power.
00:39:06.080 I confirmed this this morning, Steve.
00:39:08.180 There's a foreign power that was discussing routing USAID money to Joe Biden's campaign in 2024.
00:39:16.980 It was intercepted by our intelligence agencies.
00:39:19.420 They should be driving that narrative
00:39:21.960 With evidence
00:39:22.620 They don't know how to command the podium
00:39:24.380 They don't know
00:39:25.140 President Trump does
00:39:26.160 His storytellers don't
00:39:28.020 They react
00:39:28.620 They counterpunch
00:39:29.800 They let the other people
00:39:30.760 Throw the first punch like Tulsi today
00:39:32.320 And they don't tell the narrative
00:39:34.100 I think you just had the most brilliant
00:39:38.960 And I'm going to cut that
00:39:39.840 The most brilliant analysis
00:39:41.380 About the years in the wilderness
00:39:42.780 What happened in the first
00:39:44.460 100 days or 6 months of the administration
00:39:47.260 Because President Trump
00:39:48.620 is a quarterback that calls audibles every time he comes to the line of scrimmage the play that
00:39:55.020 may not be the play you run he's calls audible that's why you got to be on your feet all the
00:40:00.120 time and he's calling audibles and you've got to be able to call you got to be able to run that play
00:40:05.320 when he calls audible solomon uh it's more explosive than ever i i think we have uh the
00:40:10.880 new uh deputy head of dni talking to him right now john solomon john where do people go to get
00:40:16.380 all your something's got to happen we just can't keep on like this i'm just a scrivener i'm gonna
00:40:21.020 go back to my typewriter when we're done the show your podcast uh the news you got to be on just the
00:40:29.300 news put it on your feed because you're breaking stuff all the time but by the way dunleavy is

00:40:54.000 follow up on including the 2024 election and biden usaid unbelievable john solomon thank you sir
00:40:59.380 appreciate you so when we want people to buy this book you got to buy this book you got to get into
00:41:07.860 this book and immerse yourself in this book and the book is code red it's out today you can go
00:41:11.900 to a bookstore and get it you can go to amazon this is going to be new york times not just top
00:41:16.700 10 bestseller probably a number one bestseller coming off your partner peter schweitzer that's
00:41:21.080 a hell of a duo you know with schweitzer doing the uh the invisible cool about the chinese cameras
00:41:26.160 party i'm gonna hold you through the break but i just got a simple question talk to me about the
00:41:30.720 the china part of the ai we got jensen wong announcing you know they're selling more chips
00:41:35.660 to China and ever. You've just heard John Solomon laying out irrefutable evidence that the
00:41:43.380 intelligence community knew about them trying to steal the 2020 election. Why do we even have to
00:41:49.000 have your book in this in-depth of how it's even a race for artificial intelligence? They're
00:41:55.160 nothing without us, and yet we feed their ecosystem that allows them to compete with us,
00:42:01.140 Wynton, sir. Exactly right. The reason we've got to have it is we have to understand how
00:42:07.440 sophisticated this operation is. They've been since 2017, had their marker down for a 2030
00:42:14.660 global domination of AI. Okay. So while we're all talking about all of this bread and circus stuff,
00:42:21.120 they're focused like a laser beam on owning the future because they know exactly the power of AI,
00:42:26.520 that it's political power. The choke points, the export controls, and the chip topic that you're
00:42:31.240 talking about is vital. I go through exactly the solutions. This is not just a, oh, it's all over,
00:42:37.360 there's nothing we can do book. What I really try to do is show the existential crisis and threat,
00:42:42.040 but then very specific principles and things that we can be doing and we have to hold people
00:42:48.160 accountable for. The H200 chip NVIDIA argument that you're talking about, essential, right?
00:42:53.860 All of these choke points have to be maximized so that we can stay ahead.
00:42:58.500 Look, if you believe, as we're told, and it's right, that we are in this very essential race with China in AI,
00:43:06.820 what I say is we've got to beat China without becoming China.
00:43:10.780 We do not want to live in a techno-authoritarian surveillance CCP state.
00:43:15.400 We do not want to be able to have a digital gulag and a pixelated prison, okay?
00:43:19.900 What we want is our freedoms that our forefathers gave us and men and women have died for in this country.
00:43:26.600 And we want to make sure that our leaders are staying ahead of that curve by also having a citizenry that's ahead of that curve.
00:43:33.500 And that means you've got to understand these issues.
00:43:35.760 And that's why I try to lay it out and make it simple without being simplistic.
00:43:41.020 Hang on one second.
00:43:42.380 The book is code red.
00:43:44.460 The author is Wynton Hall.
00:43:45.860 Take a short commercial break.
00:43:47.160 Wynton on the other side.

00:45:23.140 preparedness company my patriot supply with over three million satisfied customers make sure
00:45:30.060 you're one of them. If you remember, it was about a code red that Jack Nicholson in the movie,
00:45:41.600 A Few Good Men, said you can't handle the truth. I think this is why this book is so important
00:45:46.440 right now, particularly for conservatives. Wynton Hall, give me one minute on why it's
00:45:51.260 named Code Red and why this must be addressed immediately, not just by the nation as a whole,
00:45:56.780 but particularly the conservative movement that, as I've said for years, is either put their head in the sand or somehow do not want to address this, the most urgent of all of our problems, sir.
00:46:08.320 I remember years ago, Steve, when you explained to me that Brexit was going to revolutionize things and nobody was even talking about it or thinking about it.
00:46:17.420 And for five years on this program with this audience and Joe Allen and a host of others that you're working with saw around the curve.
00:46:27.180 And that's this moment we are in.
00:46:30.000 The reason it's titled Code Red, it's a double meaning.
00:46:33.320 One, an alert flare, an alarm, a wake-up call.
00:46:37.080 But the second reason is that we need a code, a set of principles for the red political view, the conservative right side of the political view,
00:46:46.100 the conservative populist movement, to give us some very specific things, understanding in
00:46:52.100 education, in national security, certainly in economics and jobs, right? What they're up to,
00:47:00.140 what is going to be done and how it's going to be politically weaponized, not in my words,
00:47:05.080 but literally just old style journalism, quoting them in the speeches that very few people were
00:47:09.980 paying attention to, in the articles that no one reads because they're in some trade journal
00:47:14.420 somewhere and unearthing all that material, laying it out in a very systematic way.
00:47:19.360 A lot of people say, man, I wish I could get my family members to understand how vital
00:47:24.220 this is.
00:47:25.040 That was the goal, something that we can be able to use as a roadmap for this code red
00:47:30.840 moment that we're in of alert flares and alarms, but also some actual action, right?
00:47:35.920 You don't get to opt out of this thing.
00:47:37.760 You said it right.
00:47:38.860 99% of us use AI, even 64% don't realize it because it's now baked in to every single algorithm,
00:47:47.220 whether it's your weather app or your Netflix subscription or streaming. So hopefully it's
00:47:52.080 not Netflix, but you're streaming. So the bottom line is this, it's a reality. And you said it
00:47:57.640 right. We can't put our head in the sand. We got to take it head on. Wynton, you're going to be
00:48:05.060 all over media i want a place that people can go because you're going to do book tours you're going
00:48:09.900 to be out there you're going to be all over media i want people to get as many touch points as
00:48:13.840 possible and also order the book this is one of those books once you get it you're going to want
00:48:18.020 to order it for people in your family particularly for young people to get them up to speed as
00:48:23.160 quickly as possible in the world they really live in where do people go as a central location to
00:48:28.760 find out everything about you the book uh and particularly where you're going to be on both
00:48:32.940 media and where you're, I know you're doing Glenn Beck and a bunch of other folks, where are you
00:48:36.140 going to be and where are you going to be when you finally get this, these live events lined up?
00:48:41.300 Yeah. Thank you for that. Yeah. So AI code red book.com that's AI code red book.com. That is
00:48:49.680 the central hub with the information about the book, but obviously the book is on Amazon. We

00:48:59.340 shakers so um you can get it on amazon or anywhere you like to buy books online and then on x i'm

00:49:18.880 for them to be to be on top of this transhumanism thing and to have this book come out which ties
00:49:23.720 together the politics china all of it's one-stop shop it's quite brilliant as you are and have been
00:49:29.800 a brilliant writer and researcher for many years winton hall thank you for coming on look forward

00:49:50.240 and now he's coming out with this huge book and i think you can see just from that interview
00:49:54.160 what a brilliant young man that is um mike lindell last night as uh we had your we had
00:50:02.020 your opponent amy klobuchar was stepped up for the beginning of the kickoff of the save america
00:50:06.560 act she didn't exactly shroud herself in glory let's say that it's you've already rattled her
00:50:14.020 brother she's so rattled she doesn't know if she's coming or going talk to me about that but
00:50:18.540 Most importantly, talk to me about people want to know about a deal.
00:50:22.400 Give me a deal, sir.
00:50:23.920 Well, let me quick try to watch Amy, everybody.
00:50:25.760 Remember, Amy and I agreed on one thing back in 2018 and 19, that we need to go to pay for ballots and counted.
00:50:33.420 She was all about the machine fraud.
00:50:35.460 She was the biggest, most vocal person in the country.
00:50:38.700 Well, we agreed then.
00:50:39.640 Well, what did I do since then?
00:50:41.260 I spent, I don't know, $60 million, $70 million on the fraud with our election platforms.
00:50:46.480 When Amy did, she turned a blind eye, and then she went and got $20-some billion from our federal government, put it into Minnesota to be taken by fraud.
00:50:56.620 She's not a good steward of money, Steve.
