On this episode of The War Room, Stephen K. Vann and his co-host discuss the Senate Intelligence Briefing on the Russia investigation, the indictments handed down by the Justice Department, and the ongoing investigation by the DOJ into alleged Russian involvement in the 2016 election.
00:07:09.940ODNI also has purview and overview over two domestic-related agencies, the Department
00:07:17.040of Homeland Security and the FBI both of which have purview over election
00:07:21.480security responsibilities to ensure the integrity of our elections I want to
00:07:26.460correct one of your statements that you've made multiple times which is
00:07:29.580false I did not participate in a law enforcement activity nor would I because
00:07:35.640that does not exist within my authorities I was at Fulton County
00:07:42.900County, sir, at the request of the president and to work with the FBI to observe this action
00:07:50.560that had long been awaited. I was not aware of what was in the warrant or was not. And what was
00:07:55.320the president's specific request? What was the specific request that was made by the president
00:08:00.140for you to show up in Fulton County? To go and observe the FBI's activities on this issue. So
00:08:05.540do you have the answer why the president was knowing about this affidavit before it was even
00:08:11.800served? I'm not aware that the president knew about an affidavit before it was served. Then why
00:08:15.960was he sending you to Fulton County? This occurred the day that the FBI had it approved, their warrant
00:08:22.740approved by a local judge, and they began to execute this. I address your question, sir, about
00:08:28.260the foreign nexus question. In order for us to better understand the vulnerabilities in our
00:08:33.820election systems that may exist today as we look to 2026, and yes, we are very focused on trying to
00:08:40.540make sure that this election is one that the American people have. Director Gabbert let me I've got a number of questions. Director Gabbert I have a number of questions let me ask my next question please. You have not provided any of the required reports or briefings to this committee on foreign interference. This is the first threat assessment since 2017 that didn't even mention foreign interference last
00:09:10.540you were in already confirmed it mentioned at a high level are you
00:09:16.180saying there is no foreign threat to our elections in the midterms this year as
00:09:20.680I stated in the outset of my remarks this year's annual threat assessment
00:09:25.900matches the prioritization of threats and please answer the question yes or no
00:09:30.220is there foreign threat interference to our elections this year laid out are
00:09:34.420there foreign please allow me to answer the question sir the intelligence
00:09:37.540community has been and continues to remain focused on any collection and intelligence
00:09:42.300products that show a potential foreign threat for those who are seeking to do in our election
00:11:47.200You chose to omit the parts that contradict the president.
00:11:51.220The president continues to say as well that, you know, he had no idea, was shocked that the Iranians had moved to take over the Strait of Hormuz.
00:12:00.280Did you provide any intelligence that would say that it would be, that it was not likely that the Iranians would try to move on the Strait?
00:12:09.900I'm not aware of those remarks and I think those of us here at the table can
00:12:14.820point to the fact that historically the Iranians have always threatened to
00:12:19.400leverage their control. Why would the president say he was amazed. I'm not
00:12:23.740aware of those. What about the comments the president made that thought that he
00:12:26.760was surprised again reports that Iran struck the adjacent Gulf states. I'm not
00:12:32.980aware of those remarks. We have. Well let me ask you. Did you did you brief the
00:12:37.280President did you brief the president? Did you brief the president? Did you brief the president if he starts a war of choice that the likely result would be that Iran would strike adjacent Gulf nations and close the strait of her moves? Did you brief him on those two facts that I think have been consistently the assumptions of the intelligence community?
00:13:01.620I have not and won't divulge internal conversations.
00:13:05.740I will say that those of us within the intelligence community continue to provide the president
00:13:10.340with all of the best objective intelligence available to inform his decisions.
00:13:27.700You have young men and women in harm's way.
00:13:30.560how do we know that six of our finest will return to the united states today at approximately 1 30
00:13:36.940p.m eastern daylight time for what the military refers to as a dignified transfer we refer to as
00:13:43.360our honored dead returning to their country the president of the united states the commander
00:13:47.520chief will be there to participate in that ceremony we'll cover it live on real america's
00:13:54.720voice i think jack basovic the charlie kirk show that follows us will pick it up and then jack
00:13:58.440I have a door in his two o'clock show. Obviously, we're back here at five.
00:14:03.420Explosive day, and we got two more things to add to that.
00:14:06.000Wynton Hall is going to join us for Book Code Red that talks about the real threat of artificial intelligence, China, the Chinese Communist Party.
00:14:15.340And quite frankly, how people are just trying to look the other way on this.
00:14:18.580You can't look the other way. You must face it.
00:14:20.200John Solomon later, with his explosive expose on the Chinese Communist Party,
00:14:25.680direct interference in the 2020 presidential election.
00:15:00.960In 2006, $20,000 equaled roughly 33 ounces of gold at spot prices.
00:15:10.240At today's prices, those 33 ounces of gold will be worth $165,000.

00:16:24.800okay uh the book is called code red it is the left the right china and the race to
00:16:35.960control artificial intelligence is by Wynton Hall as a long-term colleague of Peter Schweitzer
00:16:42.140myself I don't know 10 15 20 years one of the best researchers out there a brilliant writer
00:16:47.560in the introduction to his book which is kind of going off as an airburst over Washington DC right
00:16:54.560now he quotes Sam Altman after thousands of years of compounding scientific discovery
00:17:00.480and technological progress we have figured out how to melt sand add some impurities arrange it
00:17:06.820with astonishing precision at extraordinarily tiny scale into computer chips run energy through it
00:17:12.820and end up with systems capable of creating increasingly capable artificial intelligence
00:17:19.020this may turn out to be the most consequential fact about all of human history so far and as
00:17:26.980we've said on the show many times it is a predicate to the singularity and at the singularity on this
00:17:33.360side you have homo sapien and on the other side you have homo sapien 1.5 2.0 don't know
00:17:39.480Wynton Hall why is this book why is this book right now causing so you know you've got you've
00:17:46.260got Blackburn you've got Cotton you got Rick Scott you've got so many people that are commenting on
00:17:50.720this book lead story in Breitbart why is this book given everything that's going on why is this book
00:17:56.820right now causing a firestorm at Capitol Hill, sir? Well, see, it's because they can't get away
00:18:03.340with this line that AI is just a tool. It's political power. And you have seen ahead of
00:18:09.980this curve, you and Joe Allen, for years. I wish we had more people like you in the movement
00:18:15.240talking about this. Everybody needs to understand AI is the axis upon which all policies are about
00:18:21.940to spin. Okay. Whether you're talking about education, you're talking about the ability
00:18:25.420to educate or indoctrinate, whether you're talking about to erase or create jobs, or whether
00:18:30.140you're talking about how to bring somebody alive or dead off a battlefield. This is it, and they
00:18:34.200know it. And so what has happened is we're exposing what the reality is in all of their different
00:18:41.220ruses that they have pulled. The one that right now has smashed a hornet's nest right now that
00:18:47.500you're talking about. So one of the things they did was a very comprehensive analysis of all of
00:18:53.060the different LLMs and specifically Google Gemini and their deep research. And I asked it to take
00:18:58.900the 100 current senators assess. Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, slow down, slow down.
00:19:04.800Just tell, describe what an LOM is for the audience. I want to make sure we're going to
00:19:09.260have you on many times. One of the most important things for the Warren Posse and for the show is
00:19:14.080we give, we talk about process, critical path, but also nomenclature. So people are going to
00:19:19.380start to get, as you've told, as you, Winton's one of my mentors, as you've told me in information
00:19:25.080warfare, people have to get their own mental maps. One of the things we're trying to do here is a
00:19:29.640mental map of exactly what's going on. So what's an, what's an LOM and why is that important?
00:19:35.080Brilliant. LLM is large language model. This is like your chat bot. When you hear people talk
00:19:39.880about like chat GPT. And in this case, we're talking about Google, one of the biggest far
00:19:45.000left offenders and their chatbot, and it is named Gemini. And they have a functionality called
00:19:51.740deep research. This is their most advanced deep thinking reasoning model. And he simply asked it
00:19:58.680to, I asked it to compile 100 US senators' public statements and assess who has violated their hate
00:20:06.840speech policies, quote unquote. And what it returned was a 3,400 word granular report. This
00:20:15.880is not like just a little blip. And it was essentially a full scale candidate attack
00:20:23.020generator against Republicans. The findings, seven US senators, all Republican are hate speech
00:20:30.200violators. And funny enough, as Joe Allen talks about hallucinations in AI, meaning made up BS
00:20:38.020that sounds very confident, they also threw in Vice President Vance and Secretary of State
00:20:43.000Rubio as well. The seven that they named were Senator Tuberville, Cotton, Blackburn, Hagerty,
00:20:50.920Scott, Hydesmith, and Hawley. And then they threw in the others. And this, what people have to
00:20:57.960understand, this is not just getting something wrong. Okay. This is actually weaponizing election
00:21:05.760political information against one side exclusively. And here's why this is infuriating.
00:21:12.220Everybody in the war room posse, all Americans, we are tax dollars go to the tunes of billions
00:21:20.320of dollars in contracts to Google. And yet they have anathematized against half of the nation's
00:21:27.220values, and beliefs. That's outrageous. And I'll tell you another thing and why it's outrageous.
00:21:32.620In the AI action plan for President Trump 2025, just a few months ago, he, as one of his core
00:21:39.560pillars says, we cannot have ideologically biased AI systems. And if there are, they should not get
00:21:47.720federal procurements. Amen to that, Mr. President. Great leadership on that point. He's exactly right.
00:21:53.500And that's exactly what is happening right here. And so what has just happened in the last 24 hours? Senator Scott, Senator Blackburn, Senator Cotton have all come out on this code red bombshell revelation of the Google Gemini scandal with this.
00:22:08.660And they have issued statements because they have been smeared by Google AI. And I'm sure going to get statements from the others as well.
00:22:18.200But, you know, this is something you saw coming years ago. That's why you and Joe Allen set up, you know, this information. But the conservative movement has has got to start really focusing on the power of AI as political power, because that's what it is.
00:22:33.460go go i want to go back because you say in the book i'm not here to get you up to speed on on
00:22:41.380artificial intelligence and all the because you know elon says and we had a clip yesterday with
00:22:48.140joe allen when i did an hour with him that he goes to bed and when he goes to bed there's a huge
00:22:53.140as he's going to bed they're reporting to him they're huge developments in ai he goes to sleep
00:22:58.720wakes up five six hours later there's more developments in ai it's accelerating at an
00:23:03.280accelerating rate and those guys are the accelerationist but you actually the reason
00:23:07.720this book's so important you're saying hey in the fog of war i'm gonna cut through all that
00:23:12.080and say that this is a this is a race for pure raw power yes wealth beyond what croesus uh thought
00:23:21.680but this is a a direct grab for power not just geopolitically with china which you get into but
00:23:27.220here in the United States. What do you mean by that? We often think and talk about AI in
00:23:34.140technological terms, and I think that's important. I know that you and Joe Allen do great reporting
00:23:39.660on the updates on the studies, and I think that's really important. This book has 80 pages of end
00:23:44.340notes, over 850 end notes. But what I say from the jump is this. Look, this is a politics book
00:23:49.720about AI. No one has really looked singularly through that lens since we've been in a post-Chat
00:23:55.300world. And if once you start to understand who is Sam Altman, what are his political donations?
00:24:01.720What is his history in policy efforts? What about Dario Amadei? What about Mustafa Suleiman? What
00:24:08.200about any of these tech billionaire left-leaning AI architects? And here's what you start to
00:24:14.940realize. They're not hiding it anymore. They're not hiding their political agenda. Okay. In fact,
00:24:21.140Mustafa Suleyman says, quote, technology is political and they cannot be divorced.
00:24:44.680But I want you to understand the political mindset of these folks.
00:24:48.620In 2016, a young man went on a blog and he said, I want to do the first biggest longitudinal study.
00:24:54.740I want to give everybody $1,000 a month and just see what they'll do with it.
00:24:58.840We know this, of course, is universal basic income, UBI, right?
00:25:02.100And he said he thinks that in the future technology may require this.
00:25:06.340And he put $60 million, $60 million, largest, most expensive UBI study in American history over many years.
00:25:15.980The results were a little bit mixed bag.
00:25:18.620But then he said why he wanted to do it.
00:25:20.480He said that I think it will be in the future silly that we ever thought that people should have to work for their food and to fear not being able to eat.
00:25:32.620And otherwise known as the Protestant work ethic that built free market capitalism.
00:33:23.640How can you how can we sit there and go Ratcliffe, Tulsi and Cash weren't ready for these questions and weren't ready for the for the fire, the fire they got.
00:33:34.160And on top of it, to me, that's all important, obviously, frightened of war.
00:33:38.100But the deeper issue to me that's got to be addressed in front of the American people is the Chinese Communist Party this 2020.
00:33:43.820I agree. And Tulsi, she's just getting hammered. She's getting hammered for the for the for the right.
00:33:48.540don't back off it lean into it and lean into the fact that hey this is what we've got and this is
00:33:53.920where we got to get to the bottom of it sir if Tulsi Gabbard looked Mark Warner into the face
00:34:00.800and said sir we were told for six years that there was no foreign intrusions in our election
00:34:06.300we've now indicted Iranians for hacking into one voter database we now have evidence that 18 other
00:34:11.640states voter databases were penetrated by China and the reason you and I don't know about that is
00:34:17.320a series of intelligence analysts and officers under Donald Trump and Joe Biden put party before
00:34:23.900country. They decided they were not going to tell the country. They were not going to tell the
00:34:27.740Congress. They were not going to tell the president of the United States that China did these things
00:34:31.900because they didn't want to give Donald Trump ammunition on his China policy because that is
00:34:36.760what the ombudsman concluded. On the record, there is a report that's been sitting with nobody
00:34:41.720noticing it. The Intelligence Committee ombudsman saying that the CIA intentionally kept the
00:34:46.800president in the country in the dark because they didn't like Donald Trump's policies,
00:34:51.580even used disparaging names to describe the commander in chief they're supposed to be
00:34:55.680working for. We ought to find out if any of those officers still work for the CIA because they
00:34:59.620should be fired. But she could have done that because she has all of this evidence. And by the
00:35:03.960way, she has a lot more evidence than what I've been. I've been trying to squeeze this out.
00:35:08.640She has oodles more evidence. It is more damning than what I've reported. And she's been sitting
00:35:13.580on it. Why, I don't know. She didn't deploy it today. The president knows of this evidence.
00:35:18.800The White House chief of staff knows of this evidence. I think Kash Patel has answered the
00:35:24.180imminent threat pretty interestingly, Iran. He's talked about China. He brought up the driver's
00:35:28.500licenses today. That was important. Radcliffe seems a little bit more engaged, but Tulsi
00:35:32.860seems to just be roadkill. She's not using the data in front of her agency to tell a story that's
00:35:40.280much more compelling um did the president i thought i saw that he true social there's so
00:35:50.340much information did he true social your report yet sir oh yeah the president okay okay hang on
00:35:56.860hang on hang on this is what i don't get why is the white house and look we're trying to be
00:36:01.720constructive here because we're now down to the heart of it why is the president of the united
00:36:07.020states because i said hey put it why does he read truth which is him saying i think this is important
00:36:12.900and you should focus on it your explosive peace and yet folks at the white house are telling you
00:36:18.240no no no no no no we want to tamp this down we don't want to mess up although caroline did come
00:36:22.860out today i think said at the sticks we're not going to have a visit to china how the hell can
00:36:26.900we have a visit to china they're trying to buy hypersonic weapons they're an ally to iran
00:36:31.060they're trying to get the oil out of the out of the gulf and let nobody else get it and of course
00:36:35.180solomon showing you that the pandemic and the stealing of the 2020 election is inextricably
00:36:41.620linked when is the white house going to sit there and go hey maybe the president should do a
00:36:46.180one of those uh bilats from the oval office and john solomon ought to be sitting in the other
00:36:51.920chair we just take questions from the media right wouldn't that be a way to get it all on the table
00:36:57.380sir you know what the way to do it i what i think we've stumbled onto with the trump administration
00:37:04.340in two, by the way, which has had an incredible run in the first 14 months. It's accomplished
00:37:08.160an enormous amount. But most of that was pre-wired because of four years of great
00:37:12.240preparation when they were in the diaspora. You now see that
00:37:16.260they're not prepared to pivot on their feet as well as they could. You don't have people
00:37:20.380who can think on their feet and make good decisions for the president to advance
00:37:24.360the agenda beyond the playbook you started with. And championship teams win
00:37:28.360with people that can make the moment great even when it's under difficult
00:37:32.220circumstances. The second our stories came out, the second we started teasing them, you would
00:37:37.380think that the White House would have a narrative ready, that you would think that the president
00:37:41.460would get Harmeet Dillon, who has said on this network, on my show last week, we found tens of
00:37:48.440thousands of non-citizens that made it on the voter rolls, and we've only looked at 10 states.
00:37:52.340I just want to say that again. In 10 states, they've already found tens of thousands and
00:37:55.960dozens of illegal aliens who voted. If every senator was forced to sit for a briefing and
00:38:01.560say, Senator, in your state, we found this many non-citizens on your voter rolls, this many people
00:38:06.200voted, and oh, you're one of the states that DNI and CIA know got hacked by China or that they
00:38:12.420gained access to your voter data, because we don't know exactly how they did it. Was it hacking? Was
00:38:17.000it some other nefarious mean? We don't know, but we know what happened. We would have the exact
00:38:22.240same circumstance in America that happened in Great Britain. When Great Britain learned in 2024
00:38:26.600that its voter database was hacked, its leaders, its liberal leaders, because it was under liberal
00:38:31.980leadership, did the right thing. They briefed the country. They briefed the parliament. They were
00:38:36.380shamed that such a terrible thing happened. They punished China, and they made election security
00:38:41.280a top priority. We should be doing that here, but nobody's at the podium driving the narrative.
00:38:46.800Nobody knows or commands the evidence like what is sitting in their own files. Listen,
00:38:51.620They have stuff on Congress being penetrated by China.
00:38:55.420They should get that out because infiltrations of Chinese experts in Congress is a very serious matter.
00:43:49.900if a major disruption happened to you once again if a major disruption happened and you couldn't

00:45:30.060you're one of them. If you remember, it was about a code red that Jack Nicholson in the movie,
00:45:41.600A Few Good Men, said you can't handle the truth. I think this is why this book is so important
00:45:46.440right now, particularly for conservatives. Wynton Hall, give me one minute on why it's
00:45:51.260named Code Red and why this must be addressed immediately, not just by the nation as a whole,
00:45:56.780but particularly the conservative movement that, as I've said for years, is either put their head in the sand or somehow do not want to address this, the most urgent of all of our problems, sir.
00:46:08.320I remember years ago, Steve, when you explained to me that Brexit was going to revolutionize things and nobody was even talking about it or thinking about it.
00:46:17.420And for five years on this program with this audience and Joe Allen and a host of others that you're working with saw around the curve.
00:46:30.000The reason it's titled Code Red, it's a double meaning.
00:46:33.320One, an alert flare, an alarm, a wake-up call.
00:46:37.080But the second reason is that we need a code, a set of principles for the red political view, the conservative right side of the political view,
00:46:46.100the conservative populist movement, to give us some very specific things, understanding in
00:46:52.100education, in national security, certainly in economics and jobs, right? What they're up to,
00:47:00.140what is going to be done and how it's going to be politically weaponized, not in my words,
00:47:05.080but literally just old style journalism, quoting them in the speeches that very few people were
00:47:09.980paying attention to, in the articles that no one reads because they're in some trade journal
00:47:14.420somewhere and unearthing all that material, laying it out in a very systematic way.
00:47:19.360A lot of people say, man, I wish I could get my family members to understand how vital
00:50:41.260I spent, I don't know, $60 million, $70 million on the fraud with our election platforms.
00:50:46.480When Amy did, she turned a blind eye, and then she went and got $20-some billion from our federal government, put it into Minnesota to be taken by fraud.
00:50:56.620She's not a good steward of money, Steve.
00:50:58.900So, you guys, I'm going to be announcing a big plan on Monday, a new 100-day plan in my campaign at MikeLindellGov.com, everybody.
