00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on
00:00:10.960 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have
00:00:17.560 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything
00:00:21.340 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people
00:00:24.920 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people
00:00:32.740 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my
00:00:40.660 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k bann
00:00:47.840 uh wednesday 25 march year over 2026 the swaggers which never left the grassroots movement is uh
00:01:02.160 is evident in the commonwealth of virginia um in georgia where these great patriots are fighting
00:01:08.800 every day friday's evidentiary hearing obviously live from cpac we're gonna have a lot of people
00:01:13.120 there at the studio built by rav but and with patriot mobile right next to us but we're also
00:01:18.720 going to have to cut in for war news uh and um in georgia this evidentiary hearing but the most
00:01:26.180 important thing is another poll out uh just when i think paxing up six or eight points also poly
00:01:32.520 markets has pax in 53 47 now that's not a poll but those things have been pretty accurate that um
00:01:40.340 that cornyn is sinking after all that money why that is a a hat tip to the grassroots of the great
00:01:45.900 state of texas what you have done on prop 10 and this whole the beginning the process to stop the
00:01:52.460 muslim invasion of texas with sharia law and what you've done with ken paxton is nothing short of
00:01:58.560 magnificent and you've just shown uh the nation what can be done and this week at cpac we are
00:02:05.580 all about one thing and that is promoting the grassroots you know the steve sterns is in the
00:02:11.080 precinct strategy and everything because that's the future don't you know all at the top hey this
00:02:15.040 has happened that's happening the muscle the political muscle and this is what the left
00:02:20.400 understands because it kind of copied our model the political muscle is is there and we have so
00:02:25.160 many fights this huge fight on ai joe allen's going to join me in a second but uh a jury
00:02:30.900 yesterday you know had some real comeuppance on on this punk uh zuckerberg um i want to play
00:02:39.020 you talk about grassroots you talk about a hero to all of us is a guy that put it all on the line
00:02:43.740 it has been crushed financially you should know that behind the scenes mike lindell is taking a
00:02:47.560 massive hit and he doesn't give two f's he's mike lindell and you're not that's what he tells the
00:02:53.640 fbi and everybody like that he's not going to back off he could have backed off he could have never
00:02:58.820 gotten involved. He could have backed off years ago. Could have backed off years ago. And what'd
00:03:04.600 he do? No. Pure honey badger. I'm not going to quit. We got a clip yesterday, one of these
00:03:10.260 hearings. Let's play it. I want to bring Lindell in. This reached into tens of thousands of private
00:03:14.560 communications, emails, records, and personal data, toll records, bank records, donor lists,
00:03:22.640 law firm records, and other personal files relating to every major conservative organization
00:03:30.340 were subpoenaed. Who were the targets of this? Donald Trump's campaign, the RNC,
00:03:37.940 the Conservative Partnership Institute, Save America PAC, America First Policy Institute,
00:03:43.360 and even MyPillow, because God knows we have a national security threat
00:03:48.160 from rogue pillows threatening our country. Watergate broke into an office. Arctic frost
00:03:57.760 reached into the private lives of thousands of Americans. Meanwhile, conservative leaders found
00:04:06.200 themselves equally violated. The Biden administration sought the phone records of nearly
00:04:10.680 20 percent of the Republicans in the Senate, including multiple members of the committee,
00:04:15.600 including myself. Without our knowledge, the FBI took the cell phone data of nearly 20% of the
00:04:24.940 Republicans in the Senate, including information about with whom we were talking, how long we were
00:04:30.100 talking, and from where we were calling. Toll records are not trivial. They are a map of your
00:04:36.520 life, giving insight into your relationships, your movements, your patterns. Such invasive
00:04:43.800 subpoenas were granted by judge bozberg a democrat appointed judge on the premise
00:04:50.360 that any one of us or to be clear all of us as duly elected united states senators
00:04:57.480 would destroy evidence tamper with witnesses or obstruct justice
00:05:04.360 these these hearings the other day were amazing mike lindell you were one of the stars of it why
00:05:08.760 Why was that, sir?
00:05:09.640 What did they try to do to you?
00:05:11.800 Well, it started in January of 2022, and this is right on the heels of lawfare sued by machine
00:05:19.500 companies, and every time that I spoke out to secure our elections and spoke out for
00:05:24.640 our great president, and it was almost like they passed the baton to our own government
00:05:30.700 that attacked the DOJ, the FBI, IRS, all attacked my pillow and myself.
00:05:36.660 We were the first ones.
00:05:37.780 It was all in to just destroy my pillow so that I quit talking about securing our elections.
00:05:45.080 And there you have it right there.
00:05:47.920 I mean, it almost got to the point where as you got debanked, as things kept happening to my pillow, you're sitting there.
00:05:54.400 How can these things keep happening?
00:05:55.940 Who's behind this?
00:05:56.900 What kind of evil is behind this?
00:05:58.700 Then we find out last summer it was our own government.
00:06:01.960 And this could happen to anybody out there.
00:06:04.880 This was, we were just, we were just on the front lines, uh, getting attacked in my pillow.
00:06:09.780 And, uh, Steve, it's a miracle.
00:06:13.240 They, they want to take, they want to take the, they want to take, uh, they want to take
00:06:17.560 the leaders out.
00:06:18.340 That's why they came after you.
00:06:19.560 The miracle though is, is a miracle when, and when God has miracles, it's through human
00:06:24.300 agency.
00:06:24.800 It was human agency of you and the people at my pillow that wouldn't stop, wouldn't quit.
00:06:29.560 And when big box cancer, when Walmart cancer, when everybody cancer, and then the war and
00:06:33.580 posse stood up and said hey we love the products we love this company we love the people there and
00:06:38.720 we love this guy we're not gonna have his back talk to me give me a deal today because the way
00:06:42.820 that we've done this from the beginning is you keep saying that go hey i'm not gonna i don't

00:07:07.300 at the last minute, we're not going to renew my pillows lease. So we said, okay. So we did something
00:07:12.480 that they didn't think could be done in less than two months. We moved our whole factory,
00:07:17.220 but we had all the products there that rather than move them twice, we said, Hey, let's put
00:07:21.740 them on sale for the war room posse and give them free shipping. Today's the last day, everybody

00:08:36.820 promo code WARROOM. Thanks, Steve. We'll see you out at CPAC, Mike. Make sure everybody
00:08:43.060 pauses this offer today, and we'll see you at CPAC, brother. Keep fighting.
00:08:47.620 Okay. A bunch of big things happening on AI and the tech side. Let's go ahead. We got two cold
00:08:53.880 opens for Joe Allen. I want to do one first on Meta, bring Joe in, and then we'll get to the
00:08:59.600 hill in the valley. Let's go ahead and play the first one.
00:09:03.580 Meta says it plans to appeal after a New Mexico jury found it liable for failing to protect
00:09:09.340 children from sexual predators and misleading users about the dangers of its platforms.
00:09:15.400 The jury ordered the tech giant to pay $375 million in damages.
00:09:21.300 New Mexico's attorney general, who filed the suit, called it a historic victory, saying, quote,
00:09:25.900 Meta executives knew their products harmed children, disregarded warnings from their own employees, and lied to the public about what they knew.
00:09:34.240 CNN tech reporter Claire Duffy joining me now.
00:09:36.380 Now, this is breathtakingly big because this is this the first time that Metta has been sort of put in a position where the jury's telling you are accountable for this.
00:09:48.460 Yeah, Sarah, it's huge. I mean, for years we have heard these concerns from parents, from lawmakers, from advocates about the risks to children on Metta's platforms.
00:09:56.380 And this is the first time that we're seeing a jury hold the company accountable for that.
00:10:00.660 And this decision came after less than a day of jury deliberations following this seven week trial.
00:10:06.380 The jury finding Metta liable on all counts in this lawsuit for violating New Mexico consumer protection law,
00:10:12.580 including for willfully engaging in deceptive and unconscionable trade practices.
00:10:17.880 And as you said, putting children at risk.
00:10:19.460 They have ordered Metta to pay $375 million in damages.
00:10:23.840 And this is just the first phase of this trial.
00:10:25.560 In the next phase, this case will be presented directly to the judge,
00:10:29.560 and we could see Metta ordered to pay additional financial damages and also to make changes to its platforms.
00:10:34.940 And I think this really gives you a sense of where sort of the American public, where a jury is standing on this company, on this issue right now.
00:10:42.740 Take a listen to what one of the jurors said following this decision yesterday.
00:10:47.320 Social media has really become an as meta as a company itself and what it has come to represent and should be trying to represent better and in just protecting teens and people that are going to be on those platforms.
00:11:00.700 It ultimately swung that way because the majority of the 12 people agreed that there was willful violation.
00:11:10.680 So Metta does plan to appeal this decision, and I'll read to you what a spokesperson told me yesterday following the decision.
00:11:16.840 They said, quote, we respectfully disagree with the verdict and will appeal.
00:11:20.620 We work hard to keep people safe on our platforms and are clear about the challenges of identifying and removing bad actors or harmful content.
00:11:27.540 But again, Sarah, I think this is such a significant moment in terms of setting a precedent that other states might end up following.
00:11:33.700 Yeah, it's huge in the fact that the Congress has not managed to do any reining in of any of the social media platforms.
00:11:42.800 This is the first time that a jury is now saying, hey, you guys have to do something or you're going to pay for it.
00:11:48.120 Claire Duffy, this is big. I know you'll be following it. I know Meta is appealing this. We'll see where this case goes from here.
00:11:52.840 to it okay joe allen this is big it's bigger than the 345 million fine this shows you their
00:12:01.300 vulnerability and they are panicked this is code red moment for them because particularly since
00:12:05.540 uh zuckerberg uh testified and they just came back and said you're a liar uh and here's what
00:12:11.760 we're going to find here's what we're going to do and you're right congress has not done anything
00:12:14.700 this is why you're dedicating your life to this right now joe allen let's take this piece of it
00:12:19.320 how big a deal is this? Well, it's enormous, Steve. This is the first real instance where
00:12:25.660 a state has held a big tech corporation liable. Right now, it's happening with the background of
00:12:31.720 the White House National Policy Framework on AI, which calls for a degree, a large degree of
00:12:38.260 shielding from liability, pretty much total shielding from liability for the big tech
00:12:43.720 companies. And if you hear David Sachs speaking, incidentally, as this ruling was announced,
00:12:52.060 you had David Sachs speaking at his Hill and Valley forum, talking about how it really is
00:12:57.180 the responsibility of parents to deal with these issues. If your child is being groomed online,
00:13:02.760 or if they are descending into AI psychosis, if they've become best friends with an AI chatbot,
00:13:09.100 If they are talking to the chatbot about committing suicide and the chatbot is responding, yes, you should.
00:13:15.740 This, according to David Sachs, is the responsibility of parents to deal with and not the tech companies.
00:13:22.220 The tech companies should. They are directed by the framework.
00:13:25.840 They should provide tools for this problem.
00:13:29.180 But, of course, we have yet another instance of an industry seeking to regulate itself, an industry, in this case, big tech, which has created the problem.
00:13:39.100 And now they are claiming that they will provide the proper tools to fix the problem.
00:13:43.660 And I would say, Steve, that even if I think that it's good to provide parents with these tools, I think it's good to provide parents with the information they need to guide their kids through an insane online world.
00:13:54.400 But the reality is most parents are not going to be able to use these tools.
00:14:00.120 Most parents are not going to have the knowledge themselves to guide their children through this.
00:14:05.460 So I think it's a minimal ask that when you have a platform like Meta, which allowed predators by the millions to exploit children, then the platform itself should bear the brunt of the liability.
00:14:20.060 They had 17 outs. Only the 17th time did a predator get thrown out. Is that correct? We have a 30 seconds.
00:14:28.660 I don't know if 17 is the exact number, but almost never.
00:14:32.520 almost never joe allen we're gonna go hill and valley next with david sacks joe allen is going
00:14:42.080 to stick around also american principles project is going to join us they're joining this new
00:14:47.480 alliance to set things right with artificial intelligence kids next
00:14:53.620 think about this in 2006 $20,000 equaled roughly 33 ounces of gold at spot prices
00:15:09.540 at today's prices those 33 ounces of gold will be worth $165,000 smart americans diversify a
00:15:22.300 portion of their savings into precious metals. And that's why you need to consider buying gold
00:15:27.520 from my friends at Birch Gold Group. For thousands of years, gold has been a store of wealth.
00:15:34.220 And today, it is a crucial part of any balance strategy. Even better, Birch Gold can help you

00:16:10.740 of mine. Text Bannon to 989898. Again, my name, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to the number 989898. Do it
00:16:21.160 today. Probably the things that I'm most proud of is that when President Trump came into office,
00:16:27.420 he really, I think, set a new direction for AI policy. But what I hear them saying are things
00:16:33.080 like, well, you're forcing all the work onto the parents. You're pushing the duty of care onto the
00:16:39.160 parents. Like, wait, of course parents have a duty, a responsibility of taking care for their
00:16:44.800 kids. That's what it means to be a parent. A New Mexico jury reached a verdict in a landmark
00:16:49.920 social media trial ruling that Meta misled teenagers about the safety of Facebook and
00:16:55.320 Instagram. Laura Jarrett is here now live for us. And Laura, this is a massive blow to Mark
00:16:59.500 Zuckerberg and his massive company. Tom, it is. And the jury came back very quickly after just
00:17:04.240 a day of deliberations awarding $375 million in damages to the state of New Mexico, which had
00:17:10.800 accused Meta, the social media giant, of creating a breeding ground for predators looking to exploit
00:17:16.320 kids and teens online. Now, the jury heard Zuckerberg say that they'd added more safety
00:17:20.920 features. Who do you want to have the duty of care? Do you want the government to be deciding
00:17:25.520 what kids see? Of course, parents should be empowered to make that decision, not the government.
00:17:30.740 Do you believe that Meta bears any responsibilities for these horrific crimes?
00:17:37.840 I think that our responsibility is to develop tools that can help identify people like this and prevent these things from happening.
00:17:46.300 The company is saying tonight that it plans to appeal, Tom, but this really is a watershed moment.
00:17:50.460 This is the first time we have seen a company be held liable for something like this.
00:17:54.820 Just to underscore the problem, we have 1,200 different bills going through state legislatures right now to regulate AI.
00:18:03.000 Some of those regulations are okay. A lot of them are knee-jerk and aren't really thought through.
00:18:08.240 These crimes are done by these criminals who are sex offenders.
00:18:13.520 And I just think if you're serving billions of people, the unfortunate reality is that some very small percent of them are going to be criminals.
00:18:21.660 That is, is it the government that's going to set screen time limits
00:18:23.920 and decide what apps my kid is allowed to use,
00:18:27.500 whether they're allowed to use CheckGPT and how much?
00:18:30.560 And we should work as hard as we can to stop that activity from happening.
00:18:34.980 But at the end of the day, I think it's those criminals
00:18:36.940 that need to be brought to justice,
00:18:38.840 and our job is to make it as difficult as possible.
00:18:41.520 I mean, what exactly are we talking about here?
00:18:43.560 So I think that, you know, I hear criticism like that,
00:18:47.000 and I actually think that we're on the right track here
00:18:49.120 because it's just so nonsensical what what their alternative approach is
00:18:53.300 okay this is the guy by the way joe allen cut that that is so good joe i'm actually gonna
00:19:01.380 you're gonna now go back and revert back to the cold open team that was amazing um
00:19:09.200 just the hypocrisy it's it's it just oozes all over him sax is the guy that tried to jam into
00:19:18.080 who must pass legislation, President Trump's great, big, beautiful bill
00:19:22.000 for the taxes to get the economy rejuvenated,
00:19:24.200 try to slide it in there, then later try to slide it into the NDA
00:19:27.540 to pay to the troops, those young men and women in harm's way
00:19:32.020 in the North Arabian Sea and Gulf of Oman.
00:19:36.300 Try to get it there.
00:19:37.440 They had no restrictions.
00:19:38.480 They don't want any restrictions.
00:19:39.700 They're accelerationists, and they're dangerous.
00:19:42.960 They're dangerous to this nation.
00:19:44.800 They're dangerous to citizens of this country, of this republic,
00:19:48.080 And they're dangerous to homo sapiens.
00:19:53.620 Dangerous.
00:19:54.820 This is not even close.
00:19:56.520 And they're going to give you all this hoo-ha and everything, 100 things.
00:19:59.760 Dude, if you hadn't have tried to jam in an amnesty bill, you wouldn't even have had all this revolt at the state level.
00:20:08.780 People are not going to let you destroy their children and destroy their families with it.
00:20:15.980 When you hear these stories, by the way, when this happens to get captured,
00:20:21.320 the whole center of their lives are around this.
00:20:25.580 Think about this.
00:20:26.480 All your life is around this, of how the kids getting destroyed and suicide
00:20:30.080 are becoming transgender, all of it.
00:20:33.360 It's the destruction of the American family.
00:20:36.140 Why do you think Schilling and these guys' American principles process,
00:20:39.780 their whole thing is the American family, why did they sign up for the alliance?
00:20:44.720 Joe Allen, you've been in the field doing the Lord's work, brother.
00:20:49.760 Finally, your parents, I can tell your parents, that theology degree that you thought was
00:20:55.040 a waste of time and we thought was a waste of time, no, Joe Allen is doing the Lord's
00:20:59.580 work, sir.
00:21:00.620 And you see, yesterday, Hill and Valley, I threw up in my mouth watching this stuff.
00:21:05.840 It is so awful the way they try to glaze people.
00:21:08.720 And guess what?
00:21:09.660 They ain't backing off.
00:21:11.200 We're not going to back off.
00:21:12.400 And we're winning.
00:21:13.700 We're winning.
00:21:14.720 Against all their money and all their power, we're winning.
00:21:17.860 I would have sacks these guys.
00:21:19.120 What you should focus on is Jensen Wong and the collaborationists that are fueling the Chinese Communist Party to be competitive here.
00:21:27.400 Why don't you focus on that?
00:21:28.560 You do that, and Joe Allen and the American Principal Project and the alliance and the American people and the families and the kids, they'll take care of the rest.
00:21:37.260 Joe Allen.
00:21:37.680 Steve, I've spent a lot of time with parents who are advocating for child safety. I've spent a lot
00:21:46.340 of time with experts who have studied this problem for years. I don't think that anyone
00:21:51.300 in their right mind would possibly buy David Sack's argument that the proper response to
00:21:58.340 having kids who are committing suicide is all documented in court filings. Kids who are being
00:22:05.820 groomed by the millions through these platforms with the platforms themselves lying about the
00:22:12.960 danger that is posed, lying to the Senate, lying to Congress in sworn depositions about the danger
00:22:20.860 their platforms pose to children. And then you have David Sachs coming in saying that the duty
00:22:30.020 of care is, of course, on the parents rather than the duty of care being on the technology
00:22:36.140 companies who are creating the problem to begin with. You see the same sort of play run by Big
00:22:42.120 Pharma. You see the same sort of play run by the food industry, which is literally poisoned Americans
00:22:49.220 for decades and then say it's up to parents to decide what their children should and should not
00:22:54.660 eat. Yes, of course, it's up to parents. It's up to parents to make the proper decision. But
00:22:59.900 we know that in an environment saturated by wall-to-wall propaganda, in an environment where
00:23:05.920 children and parents themselves are becoming completely immersed in these worlds of digital
00:23:12.260 delusion, that we don't have the kind of cultural bedrock that would allow for every parent in
00:23:18.820 America to make the proper decisions. You already have kids who are raised by social media. You
00:23:24.920 already now have kids who are being raised by AI. As this begins to develop, as this moves through
00:23:31.940 the elementary schools, the high schools, the colleges, the entry-level jobs, and you see a
00:23:38.400 society that has offloaded its brains and even its moral codes to the machine, what we're going
00:23:45.520 to end up with is a global village of the damned. What we're going to end up with are kids who are
00:23:51.520 not able to make any decision, let alone a proper decision, without talking to their machine. So
00:23:57.880 yeah, as David Sachs also says that we have to do this to compete with China, he's arguing that we
00:24:03.760 need to feed more chips to China. As he's arguing we have nothing to worry about with artificial
00:24:08.740 general intelligence or artificial superintelligence, he spends his energy defending those
00:24:14.740 tech corporations whose primary goal is to create artificial general and superintelligence. If David
00:24:20.760 Sachs would like to discuss this in public. He has a platform, the All In Podcast. Well,
00:24:26.360 I'm all in. I would love to come on and discuss this at length with him or any of his cronies.
00:24:34.440 Where do we go from? I tell you what, let me get Schweppi up. I want you to stick around. You hang
00:24:39.060 on. Let's get John Schweppi from American Principles Project, head of policy. You've
00:24:43.160 got a substack today. Terry and the entire American Principles Project threw in yesterday
00:24:49.620 with the alliance. We had the chairman on. He was magnificent on the other day, the first day
00:24:56.120 you guys launched. Tell me about the Substack today. Where do people go and read it, and what's
00:25:01.460 the punchline? Well, the Substack is over at populussolutions.substack.com, and we posted it
00:25:08.240 on X as well. But I think the big question here is there's two paths that the administration can
00:25:14.760 take on this. And we're hoping that they take the path that is protecting kids in a major way.
00:25:21.580 And, you know, I'll say, Steve, you know, I have my disagreements with Mr. Sachs. But the duty of
00:25:27.840 care question, you know, we don't really apply the same logic to other issues. If a hospital
00:25:34.060 performs a surgery wrongly on your kid, you know, the duty of care, we're not going to say that's
00:25:39.400 the parent's fault. That's obviously on the hospital. If a school trans is your kid without
00:25:44.100 you knowing that's on the school. You should be able to sue them. And so I think certainly here
00:25:48.600 when you're dealing with kids killing themselves, sadly, because of, you know, an interaction with
00:25:53.860 a chat bot, or you're talking about them being exposed to sexualized content or predators or
00:25:59.740 whatever, obviously there does have to be some sort of duty of care with the companies themselves.
00:26:06.960 John, you guys have been behind the scenes. I said this the other day, the Alliance has been
00:26:11.860 fighting with is behind the scenes and doing amazing work why was it important now for you
00:26:16.840 guys to step forward and say hey look we're going to be one of the leads we're going to be the tip
00:26:20.460 of the spear and one of the big spears because the coalition that you guys brought together is
00:26:25.920 you know like a who's who that have fought for the family in so many various areas why did you
00:26:31.520 think now was the time that you guys had to step forward as an alliance as a cohesive group with
00:26:37.420 the really the biggest names and the protecting the family to come forward at this moment
00:26:41.640 sir? Well, we have a lot of different groups, as you mentioned, with different strategies,
00:26:47.500 different red lines that I would say when it comes to, you know, getting a national framework
00:26:52.260 passed. But, you know, ultimately, I think we all care about getting something done to protect kids
00:26:57.500 online. We recognize that it's become a really dangerous place, especially, you know, for parents
00:27:03.860 who want to be able to not only direct the health care of their kids, the education of their kids,
00:27:09.260 but also the online experience. And so, you know, I think it's really, really important that
00:27:13.780 we come together on that. And so a lot of the folks in the groups, we've been partners for a
00:27:18.800 long time in the fight for age verification, which I think we started maybe eight, nine years ago.
00:27:23.980 Now we're finally getting real movement where almost half the states in the union have passed
00:27:28.920 age verification. I think we might get that done at the federal level too. But, you know,
00:27:33.720 that has to be a part of this. Ultimately, if we're going to, you know, do this moratorium,
00:27:38.780 which we've talked about now twice, as you mentioned, the one big, beautiful bill on the NDAA.
00:27:43.680 If we're going to do something, it has to be a federal framework that provides these protections for families.
00:27:49.900 It can't just be, you know, a pure amnesty with no protections and saying to the states that you can't regulate anymore.
00:28:00.120 John, hang on for one second.
00:28:01.980 You and Joe, we got Jim Hoffs going to join us.
00:28:06.080 A lot more going on here.
00:28:07.600 in the war room loaded today. Amazing, amazing, amazing issues. Jackie Torbrook also short break
00:28:16.120 back in a moment. If you're 65 or already on Medicare, listen up folks and grab a pen,
00:28:26.700 maybe even a number two pencil. Call 845 war room. That's 845 war room. Call it right now.
00:28:34.860 I'm serious. Call it. Now, here's why. The insurance companies and their lackeys in the
00:28:40.320 Washington swamp have built a Medicare system designed to confuse you and rip you off. Rising
00:28:47.160 premiums, denied claims, fine print nobody but a lobbyist understands. Millions of American seniors
00:28:53.520 are paying too much and getting too little. And worst of all, most don't even know it. Hey, that
00:28:59.480 could be you. That's why if you're already on Medicare or will be soon, you need to talk to
00:29:05.740 our friends at Chapter. They have a team of advisors trained to serve American seniors,
00:29:10.740 not the insurance companies. In under 20 minutes, they can find you the best plan for your needs
00:29:16.800 at the lowest cost. Why? They're a data company. They have all the data on every plan. It's totally
00:29:23.680 free there's no pressure no bs just straightforward honest help from fellow patriots so don't wait
00:29:30.760 call 845 war room right now that's 845 war room tell them bannon sent you now listen in the first
00:29:38.060 couple of days of the launch of this company with the war and posse posse members saved tens and up

00:29:54.440 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:29:59.260 Shruppy, where do people go get the Substack piece?
00:30:02.040 I want everybody to read it.

00:30:06.520 And then where do they go for American Principles Project?
00:30:09.080 All of it, sir.
00:30:10.340 We're over at populistsolutions.substack.com.
00:30:14.100 And the article's right at the top there, making the case.
00:30:17.080 People need to really call their congressman right now.
00:30:18.960 this is an important time and then american principles project we're up on twitter at ap

00:31:36.560 and also over at patron mobile all of it profiling the humans first contingent sent out by joe allen
00:31:42.940 joe thank you so much sir appreciate you thanks steve joe allen doing amazing work humans first
00:31:50.280 the alliance so many different groups coming together on this one of my heroes the original
00:31:55.100 gangsters the original gangster with andrew breitbart of the tea party movement jim hoft
00:32:01.320 Jim, people know that they try to put you in prison and bankrupt you for Georgia and other things on the stolen election of 2020.
00:32:09.720 They forget how many other times they tried to bankrupt you on so many other causes because you've been fearless as a publisher over the Gateway Pundit.
00:32:19.760 A major, massive win at the Supreme Court yesterday. Tell me about it.
00:32:24.220 Yes, Steve, we had a huge win for the American people.
00:32:28.020 This was yesterday. It was announced. This was myself, Dr. Cariotti, Jill Hines from Louisiana, the state of Louisiana, the state of Missouri.
00:32:39.640 And we won the Missouri v. Biden case that was brought before the Supreme Court years ago now.
00:32:45.860 And they came back yesterday and settled. And it was great news for us and for the whole country.
00:32:53.680 That what was happening was that the Biden administration was pressuring social media to take down content that they didn't like, content they would call malinformation or misinformation or disinformation, which is just, you know, bogus lines that they came up with.
00:33:13.220 And they can't do that anymore. The government can't do that.
00:33:16.340 And so it's a huge win. I'd love to share one or two paragraphs from the decision.
00:33:28.960 And one is the parties agree that modern technology does not alter the government's obligation to abide by the strictures of the First Amendment.
00:33:37.100 So that means just because it's on the Internet, the government still can't alter First Amendment rights.
00:33:45.100 So that's huge. The other thing is the government cannot take actions formal or informal directly or indirectly to threaten social media companies with some form of punishment unless they delete, remove, suppress or reduce content containing protected free speech.
00:34:01.040 So they shouldn't be doing that anymore. You know, what's amazing, too, is what we found out during this investigation was that nearly every department in the U.S. government has their own has their own censorship group that's working with inside that department.
00:34:19.760 But, you know, Health and Human Services and the Pentagon and all of these places had these groups inside their organizations that would flag content and send it off to Facebook and have them take it down.
00:34:37.380 So they can't do that anymore. And they never should have been able to do that. It seems pretty simple, doesn't it?
00:34:43.820 But so we won yesterday. And I'd like to thank Eric Schmidt, who started this. He was attorney general in Missouri at the time. Now, of course, he's a great senator from Missouri. And Governor Laundrie from Louisiana, he was the attorney general when this started. Now he's the governor. And the people along the way have continued to push this case. So we had some good results yesterday.
00:35:10.820 Let me ask you, all the time and effort, opportunity costs, but particularly the legal fees, do you get recompensated for that?
00:35:20.420 You've been fighting this one for how many years?
00:35:23.520 At least 2023, and they were collecting information before that.
00:35:29.660 So, yeah, they're still deciding on the compensation, I believe.
00:35:35.180 And but, you know, more than just the lawyer costs, Steve, when they take down your content and nobody can see it and you have a business like Gateway Pundit or Breitbart or Daily Wire or Daily Caller, that costs you money because nobody can see your content.
00:35:55.000 So that was devastating for us.
00:35:58.420 And we saw it happen.
00:36:00.440 We knew what was happening immediately.
00:36:02.820 In fact, it started after Trump won his first election.
00:36:06.880 Back in 2017, they started doing this.
00:36:09.720 Our Facebook traffic went from 30% of our traffic down to zero.
00:36:14.080 So it's been going on a while.
00:36:16.940 Zuckerberg, Zuckerberg, Zuckerberg, when they realized,
00:36:21.160 we realized how we game the system.
00:36:22.760 cernovich and those guys over the pepes cernovich and those guys magnificent trump would have never
00:36:28.200 been where he was it was not for that crowd plus breitbart and uh and remember always ben shapiro
00:36:34.280 said oh bannon's turn it breitbart into trump pravda okay gateway pundit one of the original
00:36:42.160 gangsters jim hoff just remember every day you go to the gateway pundit and you got to go multiple
00:36:46.060 times a day when you see those articles up understand that there are great forces in the
00:36:51.020 world that are trying to do either bankrupt jim hoft or put him in jail when you go and and click
00:36:58.520 on one of their advertisers and sponsors understand that they're great powerful forces in this world
00:37:04.260 not just the united states in this world that are trying to put jim hoft in prison or trying to
00:37:09.920 bankrupt jim hoft that's why brother you're one of the original gangsters this guy is fearless
00:37:15.780 you have never ever ever backed down and you've never taken the knee and that's why
00:37:21.320 you're an inspiration you and andrew breitbart the two original gangsters that kind of started
00:37:26.080 this people's revolution and journalism has just been magnificent and uh andrew i think would be
00:37:31.220 very very proud jim how you fought through here and you've never ever ever uh let them win because
00:37:37.880 you just keep fighting where do people go for the gateway pundits or uh they can go to thegatewaypundit.com
00:37:43.360 and they can go to Gateway Pundit on Getter and X and Facebook
00:37:47.300 when they put our articles up and all the social medias.
00:37:53.440 So we're out there still.
00:37:58.520 You're going to be out there.
00:37:59.800 You're a patriot and a hero.
00:38:00.940 Gateway Pundit only gets bigger.
00:38:02.560 It's now a beast.
00:38:04.260 Can't stop the Gateway Pundit.
00:38:05.680 Sir, thank you so much.
00:38:07.300 All right.
00:38:07.800 Thank you, Steve.
00:38:09.800 Incredible.
00:38:10.580 Amazing.
00:38:10.980 Thank you, sir.
00:38:12.680 Amazing.
00:38:14.280 Jackie Torboroff.
00:38:16.980 This story, President Trump and he's got, you know,
00:38:21.500 junior guys at the Revolutionary Guard said,
00:38:23.940 hey, we're not negotiating with you.
00:38:25.740 Suck on this.
00:38:26.360 Here's our proposal.
00:38:27.800 President Trump said, we got this huge,
00:38:29.500 we got the military, we got a $200 billion bill.
00:38:31.560 We got people fighting.
00:38:32.500 We got guys going to Lebanon.
00:38:33.600 We got people bombing Tehran every night.
00:38:37.440 We got Tehran letting off stuff to the Gulf.
00:38:39.840 This is a war, and now it's a big negotiation.
00:38:41.960 and i've said and i said at the national conservative convention you hey yeah there's
00:38:47.400 a problem over there and those guys get nuclear weapons bigger problem that's a problem got to be
00:38:51.280 dealt with but the problem we have in this country is in new york city that is and it's spreading
00:38:58.920 throughout the country this is why texas was so important why do you think we went to texas because
00:39:04.720 new york city is what's happened there and new york city is the greatest city on earth in the
00:39:09.620 financial capital of the world, Jackie Torberoff. Some stuff's happened there the last couple of
00:39:13.580 days. I don't think the media is picking up at all. I don't even think the grassroots are picking
00:39:17.740 it up. What in the hell is going on there? There is a Marxist jihadist takeover. And as bad as the
00:39:24.100 Marxists are, the jihadists are up in your grill. And as soon as they smell fear, they just roll.
00:39:30.040 What's going on, Jackie? Yeah, a lot's going on here. I agree with everything you say. The fight
00:39:34.540 is here in New York City. We are being completely conquered by, as you say, an Islamist
00:39:39.240 marxist in the past couple of weeks we have had 17 different iftar events one of them that i want
00:39:46.660 to tell you about was at the fdny headquarters metrotech in brooklyn um it was organized between
00:39:53.780 the mayor's office and the islamic society you had an imam you had zoran mandani and you had
00:40:01.680 Lillian Monsignor. And what happened was in front of this 343 plaque, which honors the 343
00:40:12.300 firefighters and counting that died on 9-11, prayer rugs were rolled out. Allahu Akbar
00:40:20.200 was echoed throughout the lobby. And one of the speakers, I cannot verify because this
00:40:27.920 was given to me through an anonymous fdny eyewitness at this march 4th event uh was
00:40:35.860 saying that four minutes is just not enough to convert everyone to islam
00:40:40.500 i want to go back people in 9 11 and remember you have a generation of people many of whom
00:40:49.100 work for mandami and voted for mandami don't that that's like ancient history it's like the
00:40:53.180 greeks and the persians nobody stood up that day and represented american values than the firemen
00:41:00.500 they went in into the towers and they try to go up and they try to save people 343 and remember
00:41:05.900 every day they would have those funerals you have the great bernie carrick and rudy giuliani and
00:41:10.600 others going to saint patrick's cathedral or to the to the synagogues or to the all over
00:41:15.160 to basically say hey these guys stood in the breach and died gave their lives for this that's
00:41:22.300 why though everything related to islam jackie you see this now new york city is about symbolism
00:41:27.980 and it's about dominance it's about cultural dominance this was not some iftarism this was a
00:41:34.400 show of force of full-on dominance at a site that's sacred to the patriots that tried to stop
00:41:42.460 the radical jihadist from destroying the city in the country uh on 9-11 ma'am yeah there's one
00:41:50.560 other thing that I want to report which I don't believe any other publication has reported on I
00:41:55.560 received this from the eyewitness that the it was announced that night we believe it to be through
00:42:03.600 Lillian Bonsignor because she is the FDNY commissioner and the only person that can
00:42:08.680 appoint a chaplain is the FDNY commissioner and by the way Lillian Bonsignor was handpicked by
00:42:15.260 Zoran Mandani, she announced that an imam is going to be ordained chaplain of the FDNY. So
00:42:23.800 just imagine 25 years after 9-11, again, not at all maligning any Muslim firefighters at all.
00:42:32.920 It's just a question of the optics, the show of dominance, and the politicization
00:42:37.300 of this religion. They are in the process of ordaining an imam as chaplain for the FDNY,
00:42:44.500 And the job of the chaplain is to sit with men who have survived 9-11 and are reliving their darkest moments when Muslim terrorists destroyed lower Manhattan, once again, the symbol of freedom and capitalism.
00:43:03.560 Jackie, where do people go?
00:43:04.960 You're putting up stuff all the time.
00:43:06.240 We're going to have you back on when we get back from CPAC.
00:43:08.980 Because this thing in New York City, I'm going to speak about it at CPAC.
00:43:11.840 This thing is out of control right now.
00:43:13.720 where do people go to get your reporting on this ma'am let me just say one other thing uh court
00:43:19.400 records show that care um along with the islamic society they or actually it was the islamic
00:43:26.700 society they sued new york city in 2000 for a muslim chaplain i just want to repeat that
00:43:32.200 hang on hang on hang on hang on hang on i want to let's do this after the break i want to make
00:43:38.140 sure people understand CARE, because CARE has been designated a terrorist organization by UAE,
00:43:44.140 Emirates in the Gulf, also the state of Texas and Florida. Yet they're still in operation,
00:43:49.720 folks. I'm not understanding this. Short break. Fellow patriots, the Federal Reserve has betrayed
00:43:56.300 America for over a century, printing fiat, inflating away your savings, serving globalist
00:44:03.340 masters, but President Trump is ending it. President Trump is wielding a 112-year-old
00:44:09.900 law to reclaim control from the rogue Federal Reserve. He's replacing Jerome Powell, slashing
00:44:17.380 rates, igniting America's re-industrialization. Now, this is not theory. Government-backed
00:44:23.780 industry plus low rates unleashes super cycles. History does repeat. Gold's already exploding.
00:44:30.940 Minors are up over 400 percent in the last year. What Rickards is calling Trump's gift is wealth for American patriots, not global handouts.
00:44:41.840 Now it's America's turn. Jim Rickards, former CIA and Pentagon veteran, says act now.

00:46:19.900 the separation you see in texas and you see it in new york city is those that are fearless and
00:46:26.280 believe in this country and believe in the tenets of the judeo-christian west and those that just
00:46:32.820 have made money off it and lived off it and the parents are giving the money and they're afraid
00:46:37.440 and the islamist like they can smell that like a dog and smell fear they smell the fear jackie
00:46:45.840 where do people go and one more time palladino she's a warrior they're coming after her
00:46:51.100 yeah what do you got there council member vicky palladino there should be a national story
00:46:56.120 she is being charged by the new york city council's standards and ethics committee
00:47:00.740 uh for being islamophobic when all she has done is do exactly her job alert her constituents to
00:47:06.760 existential threat of the Islamification of New York City. And she is fighting back. She has Jim
00:47:14.140 Walden representing her. They are fighting back legally, especially in light of what you see
00:47:19.200 Rama Duwaji has just written. It's really incredible that they are targeting Vicky
00:47:23.340 Palladino. But this is what a Sharia law court looks like much more than this constitutional
00:47:30.240 republic. It seems like we're heading towards Sharia. We are. We are. Where do they go to get

00:48:18.640 fine that's fine country's going to be destroyed but that's fine but if you feel that you were
00:48:25.140 bequeathed something that is important to the core of your being to bequeath to your children
00:48:32.180 and your grandchildren and future generations just like every generation in this country
00:48:36.360 if you go back and say this country the one thing that comes out to you is how each generation
00:48:41.260 sacrifice look down range and understood no we got to deal with this today because we'll deal
00:48:47.220 with it today and then we'll pass on something that's better we'll take what the country is
00:48:50.760 we'll make it better and pass it on that's where the grassroots is that the you're the backbone of
00:48:56.520 it the big money look down in texas look at paxton versus cornyn that's all you need to see
00:49:01.740 they can't destroy you they can't beat you if you stand in the breach if you just don't quit we win
00:49:09.480 revolution shows us this entire american history shows that if we don't quit we win guess what
00:49:16.300 we're gonna have a testing right now and and i kept saying the middle east is a sideshow the
00:49:22.280 israel situation is a sideshow to a shy show but we're in it now we can't whine and you know all
00:49:27.260 the discussion how we got here that's for another day we're in it and we've got to win we've got to
00:49:33.440 win cameron uh people look 200 billion dollar bill going up supplemental we just had neil
00:49:42.040 irwin on from axios the great writer of uh from the washington post and new york times for years
00:49:47.860 really the guy that got back of the 2008 financial crisis that's where i came across him he just said
00:49:52.400 look the country you could actually argue is maybe insolvent except everybody's got to take
00:49:57.000 the U.S. dollar around the world. The financial situation is bad. And Scott Besson, who is a
00:50:01.260 contributor here and loves this audience, two things. Number one, all this fantasy about
00:50:06.500 taxes are going away. That's his fantasy. That's President Trump's objective and goal over a long
00:50:11.800 period of time. But that ain't today. And it ain't going to be today for a long time.
00:50:15.680 In addition, Scott Besson's got a tough job. He's got to get every penny out there that the IRS
00:50:20.580 thinks is owed to them. So people, you've got to get on top of this. And this is why I'm so proud
00:50:26.160 that Cameron's come up with this deal to allow you to get a free advisory that normally costs
00:50:31.420 hundreds or thousands of dollars to find out exactly what your position is. Cameron Kinsey,
00:50:36.100 the floor is yours, ma'am. Well, Steve, thank you so much for having me back on. It's always an
00:50:41.220 honor to speak directly to the War Room Posse because right now we're in the hard attack season.
00:50:45.780 This deadline is fast approaching. We have enforcement ramping up. Everyday Americans
00:50:51.000 are feeling squeezed and from every single direction. Families are still recovering from
00:50:56.000 that inflation, rising costs that we saw under the previous term. And now the last thing that
00:51:01.180 they need is the federal government coming after them with these aggressive tax collection tactics.
00:51:06.200 But here's what I will say about us. Tax Network USA is one of the nation's leading tax firms.
00:51:11.400 We help everyday Americans and business owners fight back against aggressive IRS enforcement
00:51:16.440 and navigate a system that can feel overwhelming or like the odds are stacked against them.
00:51:21.700 And our team includes licensed CPAs.
00:51:24.280 We have enrolled agents, tax attorneys, former IRS agents who just know how the tax code operates, how this agency operates.
00:51:32.620 We know their procedures.
00:51:33.800 We know their pressure points, the tax code inside and out.
00:51:37.140 These people understand the system that we're up against.
00:51:39.860 And the type of clients that we work with, Steve, that will always remain steady.
00:51:43.940 We work with people from all different walks of life.
00:51:47.300 We help salaried employees, retirees on fixed incomes, independent contractors, gig workers,
00:51:53.700 veterans, small business owners who just are trying to keep their doors open and trying
00:51:58.240 to keep their employees paid.
00:51:59.980 So whether somebody is dealing with a year of unfiled tax returns, mounting penalties
00:52:05.060 and interest, IRS audits, wage garnishments, bank levies, payroll tax issues, liens on
00:52:11.840 their homes and businesses odds are we have seen it before we know how to handle it in fact we have
00:52:17.560 helped people eliminate over one billion dollars in tax debt for our clients but here's the thing
00:52:22.880 we are approaching the april 15th deadline fast even you know this this is when the panic you
00:52:27.920 gotta hit today for americans and however what most people don't realize is that even if they
00:52:33.380 eight eight eight eight six six five one three five five one six eight six six five one three
