00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:07.700 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:12.960 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:17.220 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:19.160 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:20.580 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:22.320 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:23.240 It's going to happen.
00:00:24.500 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:27.920 Mega Media.
00:00:28.820 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:34.700 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:38.460 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:44.840 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:00:51.680 It's Thursday, 16 April, in the year of our Lord, 2026.
00:00:55.880 Thank you for joining us for the late afternoon, early evening edition of The War Room.
00:01:00.100 We have Attorney General of the great state of Texas, Ken Paxson, by phone.
00:01:06.200 Attorney General Paxson, thank you for joining us.
00:01:08.060 A couple of things to go through on our punch list here.
00:01:10.160 Number one, you led a great victory yesterday, but the concentration of corporate power.
00:01:16.400 First time in 45 years, I believe, a jury sat in judgment of a corporation that they said it was an illegal monopoly.
00:01:23.460 Now, the reason this is so extraordinary is that the federal government opted out in the first couple of days of the trial, something that's been worked on for a long time in the states.
00:01:32.400 You guys had to make a decision where the punch and just go with the federal government's settlement, which no one was happy with, particularly the people and or step in.
00:01:41.860 And extraordinarily, you guys stepped in in the middle of a trial, picked it up and we were victorious.
00:01:48.160 Walk us through that, sir.
00:01:49.620 Number one, why did you go after Live Nation and Ticketmaster?
00:01:54.140 Number two, how in the hell did you ever think that you guys could step in the middle of a trial, take it over, and win, sir?
00:02:02.380 Well, look, we thought we could win because we knew that Live Nation and Ticketmaster were colluding on ticket prices.
00:02:10.400 They were forcing artists to take lower prices, and they were jumping ticket prices up.
00:02:15.920 No competition.
00:02:16.660 It was clear that they were colluding, clear that they were violating state and federal law.
00:02:21.540 And we just felt like we had a really good chance of winning that case.
00:02:24.100 And we wanted consumers to be protected.
00:02:26.020 We want them to have an opportunity to go to these concerts and pay fair prices and have competition and not have it all rigged and expensive.
00:02:33.580 So that was our goal.
00:02:34.600 We want to make it open to consumers and we want fair competition.
00:02:38.060 That's it.
00:02:38.400 do you think you know because what they're saying and what the corporate america is saying is that
00:02:44.640 these types of deals are so these companies are so complicated as they scale up that you can't
00:02:50.440 just have average people uh the common man and woman go in and render judgment this is the first
00:02:56.400 time it's happened in 45 years what's your response to the corporatist and people saying
00:03:01.540 that this was unfair uh really because the jury will always side with uh with the little guy
00:03:07.440 because it's made up of little guys, and it's too complex for them anyway.
00:03:10.420 They don't really understand what the real issues are
00:03:12.960 in back of the business of Ticketmaster and Live Nation, sir.
00:03:16.520 Yeah, maybe they should talk to the founders about that.
00:03:18.860 And the founders put this system together.
00:03:21.180 It seems to have worked pretty well for, you know, almost 250 years.
00:03:26.360 And it sounds to me like a bunch of elitists
00:03:29.080 who think they're smarter than the rest of us.
00:03:32.920 And clearly the jury, I mean, I feel like they analyzed it exactly right.
00:03:37.260 I mean, I think a lot of these AGs are not dumb people, and this is exactly what they asked the jury to do.
00:03:44.440 I don't think we should assume that the jury's dumb because they made a decision that all of these state attorney generals wanted,
00:03:51.860 and they made a decision that benefits competition for ticket prices for consumers.
00:03:57.320 That seems pretty smart, actually.
00:03:59.180 attorney general paxton how did you guys come to the decision to actually take the risk of stepping
00:04:06.160 in and not just going along with the federal government settlement but actually saying you
00:04:10.920 know what as complicated as this is as hard as we got to take this trial over i mean it's really a
00:04:15.760 hollywood this is something you just don't see these trials are so complicated the people that
00:04:21.880 prepare for them and actually do the litigation the trial lawyers have spent so long preparing
00:04:27.740 How did you get it?
00:04:28.380 What was the conversation among your colleagues in the other states to say, I think we've got to do this.
00:04:33.880 Let's just jump into the middle of it.
00:04:36.760 I think partly, you know, we are pretty close to our own consumers.
00:04:40.840 Each of us, you know, representing our own states.
00:04:43.140 We have a feel for what our consumers want.
00:04:45.720 And we felt like pushing forward with this case was the right thing to do, win, lose, or draw.
00:04:50.460 We at least wanted to give the jury a chance to hear our case.
00:04:54.820 And if we lost, we lost.
00:04:56.080 But we didn't want to give in and accept less than what we were seeking, which is we want damage for what's been done.
00:05:04.360 And in the end, we're going to be seeking, of course, we still have to get to another little trial and damages.
00:05:09.160 And as to whether Live Nation and Ticketmaster can even stay together, my preference would be we break them up and let them compete against each other.
00:05:18.260 Now we get to the penalty phase.
00:05:21.960 The attorney general in Tennessee said about the same thing yesterday.
00:05:26.340 You've come to the conclusion that in the penalty phase, which you're going to be very involved in, you want to see the break over the company, correct?
00:05:33.840 Yeah, there's just not enough competition right now.
00:05:36.200 It's controlled by Live Nation and Ticketmaster together.
00:05:39.440 When you end up with less, you know, only one real competitor, you're not going to get fair prices.
00:05:45.400 And so that's what antitrust laws are all about.
00:05:48.460 It's about protecting consumers, providing competition, and unshackling competition so that these big companies just don't all buy each other and then rig the market, which is exactly what's happened here, and it's happened in other cases.
00:06:02.960 It's the reason we have both federal and state laws protecting consumers against this type of action.
00:06:09.580 And when would the penalty phase actually start?
00:06:12.260 When can people anticipate you'll start to see actually a potential breakup of Ticketmaster and Live Nation?
00:06:18.460 I don't know the exact timing. The judge will have to set the next hearing. So I would assume
00:06:24.740 it would not be long from now. And then it'll just be a matter of what's determined, what penalty is
00:06:30.880 determined to be appropriate. All I'm telling you is what I'm asking, what I would ask for,
00:06:35.220 what I would hope for, whether we get that or not, we'll see. But that's, you know, the fact
00:06:39.380 that we won on all counts of liability, I think is an encouraging sign that we're headed down the
00:06:45.000 right path and that we made the right decision, giving the jury a chance to hear our case
00:06:48.920 and giving regular citizens an opportunity to make their decision about whether this
00:06:54.080 is anti-competitive behavior.
00:06:58.820 Attorney General Paxson, I gave a talk today to kind of what I would say is some of the
00:07:04.460 leaders in world capital markets, some of the biggest hedge funds and money managers,
00:07:08.320 and I was using you as an example of the grassroots firepower in this country that
00:07:13.500 doesn't get covered by the mainstream media that often about your fight against Cornyn.
00:07:19.660 Another I think there are other polls coming out, some internal analysis I've seen.
00:07:23.500 You're starting to spread. There's starting to be a bigger and bigger spread between you and
00:07:27.740 Cornyn, at least the way I see it. I'd like to know your thoughts. But it seems to me the more
00:07:32.300 he pumps money into trying to destroy you, the more the grassroots in Texas are saying we've had
00:07:37.520 enough of this. Now, they've got
00:07:39.480 an analysis up last night,
00:07:41.460 first quarter giving
00:07:43.660 in Tallarico, who will be
00:07:45.540 your opponent in the fall, I think has raised, I don't know,
00:07:47.600 $27 million.
00:07:49.100 Is there a possibility
00:07:50.840 that Cornyn, that someone can talk to Cornyn
00:07:53.420 and say, look, it's impossible for you
00:07:55.480 to win now. It's time to stop.
00:07:57.620 It's time to stop
00:07:59.460 this dropout, and let's move on
00:08:01.420 from this runoff and get on to the fight
00:08:03.580 in the fall, sir, with you as our
00:08:05.580 nominee?
00:08:07.520 I don't think John Cornyn is looking out for the best interest of Texas.
00:08:11.460 He's not looking out for the best interest of this country.
00:08:13.580 It's clear from his behavior over the last 40-plus years,
00:08:17.900 not doing anything for our state that's good.
00:08:20.700 You can't name anything.
00:08:22.540 And I think this is just more of that behavior.
00:08:24.540 It's all about him.
00:08:25.340 It's all about him.
00:08:26.060 It's all about his family making money.
00:08:28.220 And I don't see him.
00:08:30.600 I think he's a very arrogant guy,
00:08:35.500 and he shouldn't have run in the first place.
00:08:37.520 He's been there. I mean, this is going to be the first guy in Texas if he were elected to serve five terms.
00:08:43.260 That's 30 years in the Senate. No one's ever done that in Texas.
00:08:46.280 And he's not the right guy to have ever done it, let alone, you know, break the record for how long a U.S. senator is serving.
00:08:55.040 But you see, here's what and I spent, you know, I think almost three months down there and I tell people I've never seen anything like it.
00:09:01.360 He never the only time he brought up any issue at all is when he he jumped on the Sharia. 0.86
00:09:06.460 It's Prop 10. We went down there and put that on the on the ballot.
00:09:10.340 And all of a sudden he's, you know, introducing anti-Sharia laws, although he's been there for 24 years, hasn't done anything.
00:09:16.820 He's walking by the wall, which, as you know, he he worked so hard.
00:09:21.060 And the clips are out there that Caroline Rand and others put up to fight the wall.
00:09:24.760 But now he's he's like President Trump's best buddy.
00:09:27.400 But the real center of gravity of his attack of the $100 million was just the personal destruction of you.
00:09:32.920 And don't people realize it's all lies and all easily refuted, but it just makes it another additional thing we have to take care of in the fall against Tallarico.
00:09:44.060 Can't anybody talk to this guy and say, hey, you're destroying your reputation, you're destroying your legacy, you're destroying the state of Texas, because what he's doing is, quite frankly, irrational and manic, sir.
00:09:57.400 Well, look, you're right. He's hurting not just Texas, but he's hurting the entire country because he's sabotaging our efforts to keep the Senate majority because he spent, you know, $100 million in the first round.
00:10:10.220 How much is he going to spend now? Millions and millions more, $30 million, $40 million.
00:10:13.460 I mean, what is too much?
00:10:15.120 Apparently there's not, the number one seems like the fundamental drive here is to make
00:10:20.260 sure this incumbent's reelected.
00:10:21.920 Forget, you know, forget North Carolina, forget Georgia, forget Michigan, forget all
00:10:26.440 these other states that we have a chance of winning.
00:10:28.440 And they're just pumping money because they want to control the message, which is, you
00:10:32.920 know, John Cornyn is this, when in reality, he's just the opposite.
00:10:36.840 I mean, just as an example, look at the Save America Act.
00:10:39.400 Did he ever care about illegal voting?
00:10:40.980 If he criticized people for questioning any election in the past, he gets pushed by me to try to pass the Save America Act.
00:10:50.380 What do they do?
00:10:50.980 They go on vacation.
00:10:52.280 They don't fund DHS.
00:10:53.900 They don't pass the Save America Act.
00:10:55.620 This is the problem with John Cornyn.
00:10:58.120 He's had a lot of talk during the election, but when it comes time to deliver, he never delivers.
00:11:04.820 Oh, no.
00:11:05.460 He was one of the ones that fought us on the 2020 election.
00:11:08.160 Now he's Mr. Save America.
00:11:10.980 Attorney General, where do people go to find out?
00:11:14.620 You're running a magnificent campaign for the simple reason you're doing it on a bootstrap.
00:11:18.980 This is all enthusiasm of the grassroots, which I will tell you in Texas are simply some of the greatest patriots I've ever met.
00:11:25.360 And you have got the people on your side like nobody's business.
00:11:28.840 Where can people go now to find out more about what you've done on the situation with Live Nation, but also the other MAGA policies?
00:11:35.920 Because I remember when you talk about, you know, you talk about the election fraud and Save America.
00:11:40.320 It was Ken Paxson. You were the lead, trust me, I'm correct me if I'm wrong, you were the lead guy in those lawsuits that we put forward in early 21, late 20 and early 21 to combat this, right, as Attorney General of Texas?
00:11:54.420 Yeah, we filed that case against the four states. I initially filed it by myself. Within a couple days, we had 17, I think 17 other states join us when it was clear that a lot of people were supportive of it. So yeah, we did lead that case.
00:12:06.860 so where do people go i want people to go to your social media to your website if they can give some
00:12:13.400 money great but more importantly to find out more about you and your cause sir yeah kentaxson.com
00:12:19.840 that's a great place to donate we need everybody's help if they can give a little that's great
00:12:24.140 and then at kentaxson tx for twitter and facebook
00:12:28.780 attorney general paxton keep fighting uh you've got massive support not just from war and posse
00:12:35.640 but from the grassroots across the country.
00:12:37.260 Everybody I talk to, they tell me that Paxson race is everything.
00:12:40.440 So, sir, keep fighting.
00:12:42.280 Well, absolutely.
00:12:43.080 Early voting starts May 18th to the 22nd, and the election is May 26th.
00:12:46.960 So get your friends out to vote, and we're going to go win this.
00:12:51.000 Yes, sir.
00:12:54.540 Ken Paxson, this whole runoff.
00:12:57.020 The amount of money spent to destroy Ken Paxson is obscene.
00:13:01.040 And you're right.
00:13:01.560 You're taking resources away now.
00:13:03.000 And this report that's come out, I think the Cook report, and look, Cook is a center-left or a liberal political analysis shop, but they've got a pretty good track record.
00:13:16.460 They're talking about four additional states being in play and could be flipped from the Republican Party.
00:13:22.020 Why? So much, so much of the resources to defend things is being put in back of Cornyn
00:13:28.620 because it was part of McConnell's leadership and they have to defend, they have to defend their,
00:13:35.380 their gang. This money is going in and it's out to destroy Ken Paxton. It's going to make the job,
00:13:41.540 Ken Paxton is going to win and win big in the fall, but it's going to make it harder. Why is
00:13:46.420 it going to make it harder? Because Cornyn's doing the Democrats work right now or trying to do the 1.00
00:13:51.000 Democrats work with lies and misrepresentation, all that.
00:13:53.780 OK, we've got a lot to get to.
00:13:55.400 We're also going to talk in South Carolina.
00:13:58.240 Your favorite, Lady Lindsey, is under 50% in the polling.
00:14:02.840 Paul Danz is one of the authors of Project 2025 dropped out.
00:14:06.580 That means Mark Lynch's last man standing when he goes against Lindsey Graham.
00:14:10.920 We're going to get an update from Mark.
00:14:12.020 Also, they're taking Mark Lynch pretty seriously because they've got a whole slew of negative ads out about him.
00:14:18.260 as Lindsey Graham tries to save himself.
00:14:22.460 Having sold out the country during this war,
00:14:24.500 he's trying to save himself now.
00:14:25.660 Also, we're going to talk about our event on Sunday.
00:14:28.740 We want everybody to come out.
00:14:29.980 This is a gathering to basically say thank you
00:14:33.340 to the grassroots, the people that did voter contact
00:14:36.260 that went door to door.
00:14:38.360 It's finally time somebody said thank you to you folks
00:14:40.720 because you are the backbone of this country, dare I say.
00:14:45.220 Short commercial break.
00:14:46.400 Back in the warm in just a moment.
00:14:48.260 the dollar's convertibility into gold ended in 1971 gold was fixed at $35 an ounce well fast
00:15:08.120 forward to today and the u.s dollar has lost over 85 percent of its purchasing power gold on the
00:15:15.200 other hand, is increased in value by over 12,000 percent. That's why central banks are buying gold
00:15:21.880 at record levels. That's why major firms like Vanguard and BlackRock hold significant positions
00:15:28.040 in gold. And that's why I encourage you to consider diversifying your savings with physical gold from

00:16:25.620 President Trump knows who he can count on to deliver for our country, and Mark Lynch is not it.
00:16:31.760 Trump called Lynch a lunatic and a disaster for the Republican Party.
00:16:36.180 That's why President Trump has given Senator Lindsey Graham his complete and total endorsement.
00:16:41.320 He can count on Lindsey Graham to get the job done.
00:16:44.480 President Trump said it best. Vote for Senator Lindsey Graham all the way. 0.97
00:16:49.060 He's a good man and he loves you and he loves this state.
00:16:52.500 Thank you, Lindsey.
00:16:56.460 OK, welcome back.
00:17:00.240 Mark Lynch joins us.
00:17:01.540 So when Lindsey Graham is not out there putting forward what his program has been, what he's fought for, what he's delivered for the folks in the great state of South Carolina.
00:17:12.120 But it's got to go back to the endorsement of President Trump.
00:17:16.680 They're pretty nervous.
00:17:17.680 The polling shows, correct me if I'm wrong, Mark, the polling shows that Graham's under 50 percent.
00:17:23.660 And if you're under 50 percent in North and South Carolina in this primary, you have to go to you guys then go to a runoff.
00:17:31.960 Is that correct? Yes, that's correct, Steve.
00:17:36.100 His polling shows he's at 41 percent.
00:17:39.020 And then on an informed ballot, he drops to 23 and I go to 34.
00:17:46.200 And that was with Paul Dan still in the race at 11%.
00:17:49.780 And that all changed last Friday.
00:17:53.640 Yeah, Paul, in fact, we had Paul in over the weekend.
00:17:56.820 I want to go back to this informed ballot. 0.99
00:17:58.480 41% is unheard of for an incumbent running that's got as much money as Lindsey Graham's got.
00:18:05.220 So the people in South Carolina got a pretty good idea of what they're dealing with here.
00:18:08.440 But when you say informed ballot, tell the audience what that means.
00:18:13.500 That means they know my platform.
00:18:15.660 They've heard of me and my name, my ID is clear to them and who I am and what I stand for.
00:18:21.580 And so that changes the polling immediately.
00:18:26.760 So walk through, Mark, take a second.
00:18:28.980 You put up a tweet to counter the Lindsey Graham and if we can put it up on screen.
00:18:35.320 But I want Mark, can you walk through you had a response to Lindsey Graham's ad.
00:18:40.140 And can you can you walk our audience to it?
00:18:42.760 Yeah. I mean, he's not coming to any forums or any debates. He, you know, he's very arrogant and he, you know, he tells everybody I'm a senior senator and he's, he knows it would be very risky to show up because everywhere he goes, he gets booed like he did in Pickens when he opened up for President Trump in 24.
00:19:07.480 And, you know, when we retire Lindsey on June 9th,
00:19:11.560 he's going to have to find another place to live
00:19:14.320 or it'll be miserable for him if he's around South Carolina.
00:19:19.880 Pickett, correct me if I'm wrong, Pickens,
00:19:21.960 he's from a little town outside of Pickens.
00:19:23.860 I mean, Pickens, you could argue, is his hometown.
00:19:25.680 I know he's from a different, tinier town than Pickens,
00:19:29.500 but Pickens is about as close as you could say is Lindsey Graham's hometown.
00:19:32.660 And I remember he was booed.
00:19:34.200 In fact, the president made a comment about,
00:19:35.720 hey, Lindsey, what's up with this? He was booed pretty, pretty seriously in his hometown, right?
00:19:41.860 Right. And President Trump, you know, on Truth Social in 2024 admitted, he said, hey, it's my
00:19:49.480 fault. The only reason Lindsey's in office again, because I endorsed him. But, you know, we he's
00:19:56.540 he's endorsed him again this season. And we all just wonder what's going on. Everybody's scratching
00:20:02.440 in their head. And I guess Trump has to do what he has to do. We love Trump. I voted for him all
00:20:09.360 three elections. And he's a winner. And so he needed Lindsey's vote in a lean Senate majority.
00:20:16.240 And he's just using Lindsey. Talk to me about when you go around the state,
00:20:22.680 what are the game cards? What are South Carolinians? What's the feedback that you're
00:20:27.980 getting of what they think about Lindsey Graham. They love our campaign. They're so glad that 0.97
00:20:35.660 South Carolina has a viable option finally to remove him. And with Paul Dan's dropping out
00:20:42.520 and endorsing me, that's been a huge thing that brings 11 percent more of the polling over to our
00:20:49.440 side. And so people that have been skeptical, you know, that have asked, because we've been
00:20:55.020 campaigning for a year, Steve. And they all always wondered, you know, this isn't going to
00:20:59.420 happen. Lindsey has millions of dollars. How are you going to beat him? He's so networked in. He's 0.98
00:21:05.280 the incumbent. He's got all the power. But, you know, we tell them, hey, help us. He's just a man.
00:21:12.240 It is doable. If we're tired of him, let's stand up. Just like, you know, your interview with Ken
00:21:18.320 Paxton earlier. Thank God people are standing up and resisting evil and we're winning. People are
00:21:24.540 tired of everything that's happened. So that's me too. I'm a fighter. I'll stand up for American
00:21:30.240 South Carolinians and we'll make true change happen. Walk me through the two or three things
00:21:37.800 that when you go out and talk, because I realize it's all, Lindsay's terrible and they're saying
00:21:42.000 Mark Lynch is terrible and they got that back and forth. But when you put forward what your agenda
00:21:47.920 will be for South Carolinians in the United States Senate, walk me through the two or three things
00:21:53.440 that are at the forefront of what you're going to make your focus as a U.S. senator,
00:21:58.960 and how is that resonating with the Gamecocks?
00:22:02.720 Well, everybody that hears us, they all ask,
00:22:07.160 how are we going to be sure you'll hold the line when you get there?
00:22:10.340 Everybody says the same thing, and then they get compromised,
00:22:13.980 and they don't do what's right.
00:22:15.820 And I just tell them, Liz, that it's all in the decision process.
00:22:18.860 I'm an ordained deacon, Steve,
00:22:20.940 And we're going to make decisions based on godly values that support the Constitution in every area.
00:22:29.260 And so that'll protect the decision-making process.
00:22:32.700 And people see Lindsey's voting record, 43 percent conservatively, that's failing.
00:22:38.820 57 percent constitutional scorecard through the Freedom Index, that's failing.
00:22:43.700 They see what he's been doing lately before USAID got shut down by Trump in 25.
00:22:50.940 They've seen the record and the history of all the NGOs directly related to Hamas and Al Qaeda,
00:22:58.060 where he's funneled over $122 million this past year to help support the enemies of our country.
00:23:05.660 That's a traitor. I'm sorry. You know, he's getting paid $4.6 million, I think the AIPAC tracker's at.
00:23:13.260 And at the same time, he's sending millions to defeat Israel and help annihilate more Jews. 0.70
00:23:22.900 So who is he? 0.80
00:23:23.980 You know, it's very confusing.
00:23:25.700 And he's America last and Lindsey first.
00:23:28.340 And people are tired of paying for the destruction of America through all of Lindsey Graham's special interest groups he's funding and the enemies of America.
00:23:38.980 You know, in the fourth quarter, in the first quarter of 26, he voted for another bill in the budget for $5.7 billion to go to help illegal aliens in this country.
00:23:53.340 And so all of the attacks have come because we're exposing the truth.
00:23:57.700 I'm not afraid to say the hard things.
00:24:00.240 Our campaign is bringing up real, true messaging of what all Americans and South Carolinians are worried about.
00:24:08.740 And we're answering their questions with facts and a strong backbone to get it done.
00:24:14.500 And it's happening.
00:24:17.240 Mark, given his support of the Ukraine war, given how much time he spent the Munich Security Conference and over Ukraine every other weekend,
00:24:25.200 And he started a couple of weeks ago, which which I thought was inappropriate, appeared he was inebriated on TV.
00:24:31.940 He would go on. He started talking wild talk, crazy talk about a permanent defense arrangement with the Saudis, with the House Assad to get them into the fight in the in the Iran war.
00:24:44.480 Given some of the things he's done in the Iran war and going to Israel so many times, do South Carolinians have a basic problem with the focus?
00:24:51.840 his focus has always been overseas and less on these great wars we have here inside the wire in
00:24:59.760 the United States, sir? Absolutely. Everybody understands he is a warmonger, and we're all
00:25:07.980 tired of sending our men and women to needless wars that's costing us millions and millions and
00:25:15.460 trillions of dollars that America doesn't have. And he's sick about it. It's evil. He starts
00:25:23.060 salivating. His face changes. He's got a bloodlust for killing. And he talks about it openly.
00:25:29.880 And so South Carolinians are ready to have somebody that's not going to produce more wars
00:25:37.200 and help promote that. And we've all been asking, where has Lindsey been? He hasn't been at home in
00:25:43.540 America. He hasn't come to South Carolina except these last few weeks before the election on June
00:25:49.840 9th. And he's been AWOL. While we've allowed terrorist organizations to grow in America,
00:25:56.400 and everybody's worried about that, if he's sworn an oath to defend the Constitution
00:26:01.120 and defend against enemies, foreign and domestic, we have them in our home in America. And nobody's
00:26:09.700 looking at that are talking about it and we can't we can't get a save act passed lindsey you know
00:26:15.560 has the power in the senate and we we own the white house with president trump we own the house
00:26:22.180 and we own the senate and we're allowing a man like john thune to block every vote that's going
00:26:28.660 to happen it gets threatened with a filibuster and you know we need we need to make a motion to
00:26:35.300 vacate and bring four other U.S. senators alongside me when I get there, and we'll remove John Thune
00:26:42.020 and all the blockade to what President Trump's doing, because this is insane that we can't get
00:26:47.580 a bill passed that requires ID and proof of citizenship for voters in this country to protect
00:26:54.540 our elections. Sick. Sick. Mark, where do people go to find out more about your campaign? What's
00:26:59.560 your social media? Where do they go find out more about you, sir? Yes, go to lynch4senate.
00:27:05.060 That's all spelled out, L-Y-N-C-H-F-O-R-Senate.com,
00:27:09.260 and you can discover us and follow us on Mark Lynch SC,
00:27:14.140 on Twitter, on X, and on Facebook.
00:27:17.780 Help us. This is happening.
00:27:20.340 We're going to give America a birthday present
00:27:23.300 on the 250th anniversary of this great country
00:27:26.640 with the removal of a traitor.
00:27:30.300 Sir, thank you so much.
00:27:32.080 When they're attacking it with attack ads like that,
00:27:34.200 You know they're worried.
00:27:37.140 They used to laugh off Mark Lynch.
00:27:38.600 They ain't laughing now.
00:27:40.320 They used to laugh off Ken Paxson.
00:27:41.880 They ain't laughing now.
00:27:43.700 The grassroots is on a roll in the United States of America.
00:27:48.180 People are fed up with it and not going to take it anymore.
00:27:50.680 Take your phone out.
00:27:51.460 Text Bannon.
00:27:53.580 That would be me.
00:27:54.580 B-A-N-N-O-N.
00:27:55.560 9-8-9-8-9-8.
00:27:57.200 You get the ultimate guide, which is totally free, no obligation, from Birch Gold for investing in gold and precious metals in the age of Trump.
00:28:03.340 Let's talk about your 401ks, your IRAs, how you roll them, how you flip them, how's tax deferred.
00:28:09.760 Philip Patrick and the team have all the knowledge about the mechanics of that.
00:28:15.020 But this also tells you about it's not the price of gold, it's the process that drives the value of gold.
00:28:19.640 Talk to Philip Patrick and the team today from Birch.
00:28:23.360 The American health care system is broken.
00:28:26.520 And for most Americans, nothing changes.
00:28:29.180 There's still delays, denials, high cost insurance roadblocks.
00:28:32.540 So when I find people doing things differently, I talk about it.
00:28:38.280 All-family pharmacy is not your typical big-chain pharmacy.
00:28:42.320 This is an independent, family-owned pharmacy that gives you access to over 400 medications delivered straight to your door.
00:28:50.260 They've got ivermectin, antibiotics, antivirals, NAD+, even your daily maintenance medications, and so much more.
00:28:59.500 If you already have a prescription, your doctor can send it directly.
00:29:04.220 If you don't, their doctors handle it.
00:29:06.820 As long as there is a medical necessity, they'll take care of you.
00:29:11.320 And I'll tell you this, the feedback from people listening to this show and watching
00:29:14.540 has been incredibly strong.
00:29:17.140 People are using it.
00:29:18.300 It's working for them, and they're sticking with it.
00:29:20.840 That's because it cuts out the delays, the middlemen, and all the usual nonsense.
00:29:25.420 This is about being ready before you need it.
00:29:30.460 Go to allfamilypharmacy.com.
00:29:32.580 That's all one word, allfamilypharmacy.com slash Bannon,
00:29:36.600 and use code Bannon10 to save 10%.
00:29:39.720 The health care system is broken.
00:29:42.600 Your pharmacy doesn't have to be.
00:29:46.100 War Room.
00:29:47.180 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:29:52.880 Okay, welcome back.
00:29:55.420 Mo Bannon, Deloes Stallman. Deloes, first, we are having this event on Sunday. It's a thank you. You just heard Paxton and you heard Lynch. That's Texas and South Carolina.
00:30:11.740 Remember, Lindsey Graham's got all the money in the world because he's got the Senate Leadership Fund in back of him. Same with Cornyn. 0.98
00:30:19.180 And they're struggling.
00:30:20.600 They're struggling because there's a grassroots revolt
00:30:23.040 that people are just tired of it.
00:30:25.540 And this thing in Texas has been unbelievable.
00:30:28.620 In South Carolina, it's really astounding,
00:30:30.760 and the political world's starting to wake up to it. 0.99
00:30:33.260 Lindsey Graham's now going on attack ads
00:30:35.060 against a guy who virtually has got no money 0.92
00:30:36.940 and just a grassroots campaign.
00:30:40.620 But the grassroots are in power.
00:30:42.300 The same thing happened in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
00:30:43.920 In the Commonwealth of Virginia,
00:30:45.100 you had this CIA operative that got elected governor,
00:30:49.660 bald-faced lied, and she got elected governor
00:30:51.620 because the Republican establishment in the state collapsed.
00:30:56.120 They just threw in the towel.
00:30:58.180 And you got wiped out.
00:30:59.460 You got wiped out in the House and the Senate.
00:31:01.980 There were seats, particularly in the House of Delegates,
00:31:04.680 that people thought were impervious to ever being taken over by progressives,
00:31:09.900 and they were.
00:31:11.340 The Republican establishment just cratered.
00:31:13.680 And in that smoking ruin, the Democrats tried to jam through to destroy the representation
00:31:20.460 in the counties in Virginia, the Commonwealth, which are really the backbone and the cradle
00:31:25.180 of our glorious revolution 250 years ago, which we're honoring with its anniversary this year.
00:31:32.700 So in this year, you saw what was happening.
00:31:36.200 And grassroots just kind of picked themselves up, dusted themselves off and said,
00:31:39.980 we're not going to let this happen.
00:31:41.620 And now, because the grassroots have gone door to door with the most powerful thing you had is not a 30-second ad.
00:31:47.080 The most powerful thing you have is voter contact.
00:31:51.020 When somebody's sitting there, particularly a low-prefensory voter, and they sit there and they have somebody that's knowledgeable and passionate and has a sense of urgency, things happen.
00:32:00.900 This is how we won in 16.
00:32:02.440 This is how Trump won the primary in 16.
00:32:04.360 This is how we won general election in 16.
00:32:07.180 This is how we won in 20.
00:32:09.240 It was stolen.
00:32:10.660 This is how we won the greatest comeback ever.
00:32:12.540 President Trump won the primary in 24 and then won the general election in 24.
00:32:17.060 It's all the same methodology that hasn't been lost.
00:32:20.680 So, Deloes, tell us what's been going on in Virginia.
00:32:23.640 We're having this gathering on Sunday from 4 to 7 in Hanover County, central Virginia,
00:32:28.460 to thank the people that did it, but also if there's War Room Posse,
00:32:31.640 want to come down and meet those folks and just have some camaraderie,
00:32:35.320 have a little great Virginia food, listen to a couple speakers,
00:32:39.480 maybe have a little music. You never know what we're going to do, right? We're playing this,
00:32:44.160 we're making this up as we go along. But ma'am, tell me why it's important for what the grassroots
00:32:50.300 did in the Commonwealth as we've drawn kind of to a dead heat against $80 million as a lesson
00:32:57.600 for the country, ma'am. Yeah, Steve, thanks so much. We have had like a Herculean effort by
00:33:04.660 just normal people, people who pitched in. I've gotten a lot of volunteers just standing out in
00:33:10.180 front of early voting people on my clipboard. They'll sign up. So we have done, as you said,
00:33:15.480 we've gone door to door. These are my lists. Oh, sorry. My lists are like, they're divided by street,
00:33:22.500 by color. We assign them out. People hit the ground running. We're doing that all over the
00:33:27.380 state. A lot of our signs, as you'll see, they're made by people in our own committees. I have a
00:33:33.480 handout that was made by somebody we're going to be using on Election Day. Kind of gonzo, if I'm
00:33:40.360 honest about it, people have become incredibly creative. We don't have these redundant
00:33:45.720 mega C4 money signs like the other side does. We have got a lot of creativity on the ground,
00:33:54.620 and I think that does let the voters we talked to know that we have an authentic message.
00:33:59.380 And I know I talked the other day about the referendum that created the redistricting commission back in 2020 when we voted for the constitutional amendment.
00:34:09.240 And I just want to remind people that 66 percent of Virginians put nonpartisan redistricting on the ballot.
00:34:17.320 So that message and that sentiment still percolates among Virginia.
00:34:22.340 know, we know what fairness is, we know, we know what it looks like. And it certainly does not look
00:34:28.240 like a 10 to one map. So we are, we feel like we're very competitive in this race and it does
00:34:37.680 come down to voter contact. So all of our people are just really working diligently to talk to
00:34:44.740 friends and neighbors. We're doing texting programs, we're doing emails, we're doing calls.
00:34:48.700 You're coming down here graciously to rally the troops and steer us toward victory on Tuesday.
00:34:55.980 I want to make sure we bifurcate this because we're going to run through the tape through Saturday.
00:35:01.760 What assistance now for the war and posse?
00:35:03.760 Let's make a call to action for anybody else that wants to help.
00:35:06.560 You've got texting programs, phone banks, people will throw a few dollars at you.
00:35:11.080 Anything there, because Saturday ends early voting and then we're going to have this gathering on Sunday to thank everybody that did it, but also to gear them up for Tuesday, which is the is game day voting and then to look forward to November.
00:35:26.660 So for right now, between now and Saturday, what do you guys need?
00:35:30.940 um well first of all you can go to virginia.gop and sign up to be of some value to the
00:35:40.700 state organized team we do have calls call banking and text programs you can donate as well
00:35:48.840 go to stop the gerryman stop gerrymandering and there are ways for you to get involved
00:35:53.000 If you are in, you know, I'm in the first district, our Facebook page is facebook.com, York County Republicans. We're posting a lot on there. You can share our content. That helps get the message out farther than we are able to do it.
00:36:10.220 um we do have early voting now through saturday and so there will be a very busy push um saturday
00:36:19.420 is is going to be incredibly busy then we'll cut it off and if you want to support people who want
00:36:25.320 to volunteer on election day we always would like additional people out there engaging with voters
00:36:30.980 as they walk in so yeah you know you can message that facebook page we're going to have email me
00:36:35.940 We're going to have people on here tomorrow, and Saturday we're going to be live, Saturday morning, to talk to some of your volunteers.
00:36:44.740 One more time, where did they go?
00:36:47.840 Our Facebook page is facebook.com York County Republicans, and my email is yorkgop at yahoo.com.
00:36:57.960 Now, Mo, I'm going to come to you in a second.
00:37:01.200 Deloes, here's one of the issues, and I've got to make sure everybody in the Commonwealth understands this.
00:37:05.940 This thing is written very sneakily.
00:37:08.940 It talks about fairness.
00:37:10.880 What we need from people coming is to vote no.
00:37:14.620 Don't worry how the thing's written.
00:37:16.320 It's written very sneakily about fairness, et cetera.
00:37:19.120 But the vote is a no vote.
00:37:21.060 We don't want this to pass, correct?
00:37:24.280 Correct.
00:37:25.340 Here's my homemade card.
00:37:27.520 It's very simple messaging.
00:37:29.660 It is vote no.
00:37:31.920 We don't really need to talk about maps
00:37:34.480 If they want to know what the Republicans' position is, our position is no.
00:37:39.280 And we're trying to be as clear as possible.
00:37:44.300 No, we're not. This is not a debating society right now.
00:37:47.260 We're down to it. It's very simple.
00:37:49.120 When you walk in there, don't worry how the thing's written.
00:37:52.040 Just vote no, because they're trying to trick you.
00:37:54.860 They're trying to they're trying to make sure that your your mind gets fuzzy.
00:37:58.160 And right now we need focus and concentration.
00:38:00.980 Mo Bannon, talk to me about Sunday.
00:38:03.920 We've had, and I will tell folks, we've had an extraordinary response to this, and we couldn't be happier.
00:38:13.260 But we're going to take everybody that signs up for a ticket, but you guys signed up for a ticket.
00:38:17.020 It's centrally located in Hanover County, which is in the central part of the state.
00:38:22.340 So we'll make it easy for everybody. 0.98
00:38:23.660 We want as many people from the state coming, and we want the Warren Posse members.
00:38:27.340 Even if you weren't part of this, we want you to come, enjoy it, meet the heroes and patriots.
00:38:33.560 We're going to talk about Tuesday. Also, in addition, we're going to talk about November and what has to happen between now and November, because trust me, folks, this thing's a long way from over. Mo Bannon.
00:38:45.880 Like you said, it is this Sunday, April 19th, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
00:38:51.980 You go to warroomvarally.eventbrite.com.
00:38:58.600 Warroomvarally, all one word, .eventbrite.com.
00:39:02.960 We want to thank the grassroots and all their effort that they've been doing in Virginia
00:39:08.440 and also talk about the way ahead and hear from the audience, hear from the grassroots,
00:39:14.480 the people that have put time in, day in and day out to make sure that we save the Commonwealth of Virginia and this country.
00:39:25.760 And like you said, it's not about the wording in it. It's vote no.
00:39:32.400 And that is in order to save the Commonwealth.
00:39:35.000 And I made this pitch when it came to early voting in Texas and game day voting in Texas back in February.
00:39:41.840 But if you can hear the sound of my voice tonight and you have early voted, make sure that your friends and family get out and vote.
00:39:50.360 If they haven't early voted by Saturday, make sure they get out on game day and vote no.
00:39:57.740 DeLois, in closing, Hakeem Jeffries, at the end of the day, it will be almost 80 million dollars, you think, or even higher.
00:40:07.040 $80 million. You can't cut on television in the Commonwealth of Virginia and not just be inundated with these ads.
00:40:17.080 $80 million. You guys are on a shoestring.
00:40:19.920 Of course, corporate Republicans have raised some money, but they've just also just wasted on these 30-second TV ads.
00:40:25.840 And that's all just a grift off the system so the consultants can take their 20 percent carried interest.
00:40:32.380 But the odds you were up against is $80 million, because Hakeem Jeffries understands something very simple.
00:40:38.820 For him to become Speaker of the House and begin the effort to impeach Donald Trump, it starts and maybe ends in the Commonwealth of Virginia, does it not, ma'am?
00:40:51.200 Yeah, I've been really frantic about this election, as you know, Steve.
00:40:55.260 The Trump voters, maybe the lower propensity voters, they have got to understand that this vote is really to save the presidency.
00:41:05.640 If they are allowed to steal four seats, that could undermine any majority that we could possibly have.
00:41:13.300 And as you say, Hakeem Jeffries is trying to buy the speakership.
00:41:18.340 They've thrown this referendum into April, which is a time that Virginia never votes.
00:41:23.860 They segregated this referendum item from the three other ones that will be on the November
00:41:29.320 ballot. They've worded it confusingly. And if we can impart upon the Trump voter, the infrequent
00:41:37.120 voter that participate in a very unsexy April referendum to save Donald Trump. And I hope the
00:41:45.640 president knows that we are all working very diligently so that his presidency is a four-year
00:41:52.160 term not a two-year term so all of the trump voters anybody with trump voters in virginia
00:41:58.440 call them up and encourage them to vote and bring a friend or five low low propensity voters we need

00:47:03.440 The eighth one's up there now.
00:47:05.140 Let's go ahead and play a great, in the press conference today, a hat tip to the United States Navy for its great blockade.
00:47:11.440 Let's go ahead and hear from General King.
00:47:13.320 These ships are run by the youngest sailors in our surface warfare Navy.
00:47:19.940 The helmsman, the sailor on the watch at the bridge is normally just between 18 to 19 years old, and they are trusted to drive this warship through that supermarket parking lot without hitting anything.
00:47:35.640 The conning officer, an equally young commissioned officer who's normally just a few years out of college, is the ones that are giving that young helmsman the orders on where to take that American warship to execute the mission that the secretary and the president has given us.
00:47:55.460 These are incredibly well-trained sailors.
00:47:59.100 They are led by incredible leaders, salty, experienced leaders, and trusted with deep responsibility.
00:48:07.300 And I'm so humbled and proud of America's Navy.
00:48:11.000 These sailors choose to take the road less traveled, to go into the historic surface Navy, and they deliver every single day.
00:48:20.500 Finally, as I often do, I want to highlight one of those surface sailors today and remember our fallen.
00:48:26.860 Today, we remember Ensign Robert Thompson of the U.S. Laffey, who died on this day in 1945 in the Battle of Okinawa.
00:48:35.680 He was killed while fighting a fire, along with 31 others, as two Japanese kamikaze aircraft hit their ship.
00:48:44.040 He passed away one week after his 22nd birthday and was posthumously awarded the Navy Cross.
00:48:50.500 We remember Ensign Thompson today and all of our World War II vets who continue to give us the gift of a great example.
00:48:58.100 And those surface warfare sailors who are out there doing the job right now,
00:49:04.120 take the courage, grit and determination that those World War II vets gave us into these actions and activities that they're tasked to do every single day.
00:49:15.580 Wow. The block right there is my ship, the USS Paul F. Foster.
00:49:19.280 And, yes, we had people at the helm that were 18, 19 years old, right?
00:49:25.520 I was not just a conning officer.
00:49:27.720 I think I'd fleeted up to be officer of the deck, but I was in my early 20s.
00:49:32.520 Early 20s at first, and I think got to 24, 25 when we got to the Persian Gulf, where they are right now.
00:49:40.060 But I really want to thank, and that great shout-out from General Kane is so appreciated by the historic surface Navy that's doing the blockade today.
00:49:46.860 But particularly one of my passions is the USS Laffey, which I think took a dozen hits from kamikazes on that day, too, that really took the damage control team that Ensign Thomas, what, 22 years old, posthumously awarded the Navy Cross for his heroism. 0.81
00:50:10.520 Just incredible. 0.91
00:50:11.260 The Laffey is referred to in the surface Navy as the ship that would not die. 0.98
00:50:17.780 At that Battle of Okinawa, it took on kamikazes left and right. 0.98
00:50:21.340 It was just absolutely incredible. 1.00
00:50:22.820 In fact, Mel Gibson optioned the rights to a book about the Laffey years ago
00:50:29.100 and announced, I think, in 22 or 23 he was going to make the film.
00:50:31.760 So good on Mel Gibson trying to do it.
00:50:33.620 But just extraordinary.
00:50:34.860 I want to thank General Kane for the shadow to the surface Navy
00:50:37.580 and the great work they're doing in the blockade.
00:50:40.460 Mo Bannon, one more time.
00:50:41.440 By the way, I might want to add my daughter, Mo,
00:50:44.580 you turned down the Naval Academy for West Point.
00:50:48.660 Of course, that sent some shocks in the family,
00:50:50.520 although we do have good representation in the Army,
00:50:52.620 and you had a great career there and then in the Army.
00:50:56.340 But nothing we could do can convince you to go to the Naval Academy.
00:50:59.980 I'll just say that.
00:51:00.600 Mo, where do people go to sign up?
00:51:03.180 Thanks for sticking around.
00:51:04.320 Where do people go to sign up for this gathering we're going to have on Sunday?
00:51:07.720 You go to warroomvarally.eventbrite.com. And just to go back to the comment about the Army and the Navy, you know, General Kane was honoring the surface warfare.
00:51:20.360 And I just want the audience to know that you were a surface warfare officer when they were talking about the newly commissioned officers.
00:51:26.720 that's something that you did so it's truly an uh an honor to follow you in military service and
00:51:35.340 uh that you were in the area that he was talking about but i just couldn't i couldn't go navy i
00:51:42.540 had to be a little rebellious and join the army you had the better duty stations than i did i'm
00:51:48.040 just admitting you had the better duty stations than i did but i enjoyed my time in the army
00:51:52.660 That was always attractive about the Navy.
00:51:56.380 And you were blown away.
00:51:57.940 The Naval Academy's campus, Annapolis, is extraordinary, is it not?
00:52:02.720 It is gorgeous, but once I went to West Point, I fell in love with, you know, upstate New York
00:52:11.180 and the beautiful Army post that West Point is on.
00:52:14.560 So I missed out on the Navy, but I don't, I wouldn't change anything.
00:52:19.300 I love my time in the Army.
00:52:21.220 You were 7-0 against Navy, were you not, on the volleyball team?
00:52:26.020 I was, and then my senior year, that last game against Navy, I was injured.
00:52:32.320 I tore ligaments in my ankle, so I wasn't able to travel,
00:52:35.880 but I made the trainer tape me up so I could finish out the rest of my season after that.
00:52:41.220 One of the great heroic things I saw, Mo tore her Achilles,
00:52:45.980 but she got taped up and was in the playoffs and was the first service
00:52:51.120 academy team, female team ever to go to the NCAAs.
00:52:55.860 It was just incredible, Moe, real heroism.
00:52:58.360 We sucked it up as the Army, as folks coming out of West Point do it.
00:53:01.980 Hon, thank you so much.
00:53:03.380 One more time, real quickly, where do people go?
00:53:05.240 I want as many people as possible to sign up for this.
00:53:07.960 Go to warroomvarally.eventbrite.com.
00:53:13.780 warroomvarally.eventbrite.com
00:53:18.640 Once again, it's in Hanover County.

00:53:31.000 Stick around.
