00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:07.000 Pray for our enemies.
00:00:09.000 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:12.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:17.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:19.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:20.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:22.000 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:23.000 It's going to happen.
00:00:24.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:27.000 MAGA Media.
00:00:29.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:34.380 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:38.160 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:44.360 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:51.240 I want to thank the Attorney General's team.
00:00:53.720 It is Saturday, 18 April, in the year of early 2026.
00:00:59.240 We've been on since nine.
00:01:01.280 Had an hour where the president came out coming off the plane last night.
00:01:08.740 The president was there with Bobby Kennedy and team to sign an executive order
00:01:14.200 under very tight controls to be able to use psychedelics to help our veterans
00:01:20.920 with PTSD and other folks
00:01:23.020 that have to deal with these issues.
00:01:25.600 Something that the Maha team,
00:01:28.060 Bobby Kennedy, has been working on for a while.
00:01:29.740 So I want to thank Jay Bakhtateria
00:01:32.400 and Dr. Oz and Bobby Kennedy and all of them.
00:01:35.480 It was really great this morning.
00:01:38.000 I remember Benny Ray Harmony was in the Oval.
00:01:40.600 We'll get to her later in the hour.
00:01:41.920 Neil McCabe is at the White House.
00:01:43.360 Neil's got a lot to say about what's happening in Iran.
00:01:45.160 I want to go to John Massoud,
00:01:47.240 chairman of Virginia Six.
00:01:49.980 John, walk us through the energy, because you guys are inspiring the nation right now.
00:01:55.200 We've got to run through the tape today.
00:01:56.900 We have to, on Tuesday, deliver on game day, because the Democrats now have turned into a big game day voting.
00:02:03.640 What are the stakes here in the Commonwealth, as far as you see it, sir?
00:02:07.660 Well, the stakes for a lot of people in rural Virginia, and I'm currently in the small area known as Rafine.
00:02:14.720 This is very important to me. The reason it is, my ancestors actually founded the first church in the lower Tenendoa Valley here in the 1740s.
00:02:24.960 There's a marker here where it originally stood.
00:02:27.860 I do not want to see Democrats from Northern Virginia destroying rural Virginia, and that's why we are so focused on winning.
00:02:38.380 We've gotten thousands upon thousands upon thousands of yard signs out.
00:02:42.720 We've run 1.2 million YouTube ads.
00:02:47.140 We've run several thousand ads on Fox News Radio, Talk Radio, News Talk Radio.
00:02:54.300 Our people are ready to go.
00:02:58.620 Talk to me about that.
00:02:59.840 What is it?
00:03:00.260 Because this is what's inspiring the nation.
00:03:02.200 The Democrats are clearly going to try to use these urban areas.
00:03:04.640 And as being a native Virginian, I can tell you,
00:03:07.720 Northern Virginia is really just an extension of Washington, D.C.
00:03:10.460 and the globalist federal government.
00:03:12.080 It's not really the Commonwealth. What is their plan? How are they intend to destroy rural Virginia, sir?
00:03:19.500 Well, what's going to end up happening is I would live in the new 11th congressional district, which is next to that lobster claw, and no congressman who gets their votes from Arlington and or Fairfax would ever come out and pay attention to rural Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley, which is where I call my home, would be split up and literally ruined.
00:03:49.500 Talk to me about the Shenandoah Valley. I mean, that is God's country. It's one of the most beautiful parts of this nation.
00:03:55.440 Your family's been there since 1740. Tell me about that.
00:04:00.480 My ancestor, his name was John McClung Houston, came over with his wife, Mary Woodford, and they landed in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 1741 or 1742.
00:04:12.600 Like so many Scots-Irish patriots, they made the trek across from Lancaster, Pennsylvania to the Appalachian Mountains, burned south at the Blue Ridge and Appalachian Mountains, and ended up near what is now Lexington, Virginia.
00:04:30.780 Wow, that's taking the national road down.
00:04:33.840 You said their last name was Houston.
00:04:35.360 Any relation to Sam Houston?
00:04:36.960 Because isn't Sam Houston born just in a little town right north of Lexington?
00:04:41.060 Born near Lexington, Virginia, Mr. Houston and I are cousins, and I am approximately three miles from a large piece of property that his brother owned.
00:04:55.500 That's so fantastic. When I'm down in Texas, I tease those folks as Sam Houston is a Virginian.
00:05:00.380 What do you need today to make this happen, today to run through the tape, and on Tuesday, what are you looking for as the chairman of Virginia Six that needs to happen so we can deliver?
00:05:10.560 I was at a men's breakfast at my church earlier today, and I was talking to everyone about the need to get out there and either vote today or vote Tuesday to a person, and I attend the largest evangelical church in the North Shenandoah Valley.
00:05:25.100 They are all going to vote.
00:05:27.400 If churches turn out, we are going to win.
00:05:32.680 John, where do people follow you as the chairman?
00:05:35.340 You got a Facebook or social media, Twitter?
00:05:37.360 Can you give people, because not just people in Virginia, the nation's very focused on this.
00:05:42.900 I have a Facebook page, John Massoud, M-A-S-S-O-U-D, Virginia 6th Congressional District Republican Committee Chair.
00:05:51.840 Like I said, I'm actually on my way to Lexington, Virginia to help in early voting.
00:05:56.100 I'm then going to Baudetat.
00:05:57.480 I'm sorry, my apologies, Covington City to help out there.
00:06:03.140 People are really fired up.
00:06:04.800 I'd like to take a moment to give a shout out to the seven Benz Republican women of Shenandoah County who just this last week mailed, I want to say, 3,000 postcards in the southwestern Virginia.
00:06:18.040 The Harrisonburg women, the first Wednesdays, Republican women groups have also been a major help.
00:06:26.560 The Republican women are what are going to get us through this and bring us to victory on Tuesday.
00:06:31.820 as they uh as they always have american women thank you sir appreciate you uh and appreciate
00:06:39.100 everybody that's putting their shoulder to the wheel down there and god bless you thank you for
00:06:43.920 everything you've done you've got the easy job you've got the hard one inspiring not just
00:06:51.380 virginians inspiring the entire nation i have uh deloes up is uh yeah okay i'll go back to mckay
00:06:59.400 Deloes Stallman, talk to me about, first of all, talk about the event.
00:07:03.720 Where do people go?
00:07:04.620 I want to make a gathering tomorrow.
00:07:06.460 We're going to run through the tape today.
00:07:08.620 People all over the Commonwealth are deployed to get the last day of early vote.
00:07:13.020 But to collect ourselves, talk about just what you guys went through, what it means, and get ready for Tuesday.
00:07:18.440 We're going to have a gathering tomorrow, centrally located in Hanover County.
00:07:22.580 I want to make sure everybody, including the War Room Posse, gets to attend.
00:07:26.340 Where do people go right now to sign up?
00:07:29.060 uh steve actually maureen has that link i don't have it handy i'm sorry i did repost it on our
00:07:35.780 facebook page on uh your county republicans on facebook it's posted there a link is there
00:07:41.340 i don't know the url okay perfect we're we're gonna get mo by phone a minute hang on so how's
00:07:45.980 how do you think it's going we're hearing great reports people are enthusiastic but this is a
00:07:50.220 as degrasse said this is a dead heat right now uh what's your sense of uh of how we're doing and
00:07:55.980 And what do we need to do today to turn as many early voters as possible?
00:08:01.340 Yeah, I'm going to be really honest.
00:08:03.540 Everybody needs to hop off social media and they need to email and volunteer to do phone banking.
00:08:09.180 If we get 100 people to do 100 calls every day for four days, that's 40,000 voter contacts.
00:08:14.440 That's what I need you to do.
00:08:16.140 You're going to email votenow at virginia.gop.
00:08:19.960 And we're going to get you signed up on a Pulsar app, which will auto dial for you.
00:08:24.760 And you will be preloaded with contacts. So that's really, at this point, money is one thing, your time, your investment in Virginia is another.
00:08:35.160 And we can't really buy help. We need you to just give us four hours, give us an hour today, tomorrow, Monday and Tuesday.
00:08:43.080 And if you have more time, give us more time.
00:08:45.700 But the person who will be responding to those emails is going to get each of you your own account and get you dialing for us.
00:08:57.020 That's the best thing you can do with your time to help us.
00:09:00.420 Hang on.
00:09:01.080 So I want to go back through this because you can work all those days up until Tuesday.
00:09:05.600 So let's hit rewind and go back because we have lots of people want to put their shoulder to the wheel here.
00:09:12.400 What do they have to do?
00:09:13.360 they are going to send an email to vote no at virginia.gop including their name and phone
00:09:23.180 number and then we will respond to them from that email with a pulsar account specifically set up
00:09:30.580 for virginia voters that we are striving to make additional contacts with to get out the vote these
00:09:36.880 are targets that we need to be touched again with phone calls. And like my congressional
00:09:44.100 district, we're about to send out 55,000 texts. I know Jack and Hannover sent out 20,000 today
00:09:50.920 as well. So everything right now is about voter contact. We have 45 days of early voting here.
00:09:58.520 I'll be really honest. We're totally exhausted. We're not quitting. But any reinforcements from
00:10:04.160 the posse who can email vote no at virginia.gop and give us a hand um i would really appreciate
00:10:11.320 that and my first volunteer is grace chong so follow grace into the queue and help us 0.83
00:10:17.060 help us make these calls she's she's a savage grace jungle work here's the grace jungle work 0.79
00:10:24.960 24 hours a day all the way through the four days um 45 days it's been long it's been a grind and
00:10:32.180 These are all volunteers, people.
00:10:34.320 But you've got run through the tape today because this is the last day of early voting, correct?
00:10:41.560 Right. It's going to be a super heavy day.
00:10:43.680 All of our polls or staff were out there with people making sure that everybody coming in knows to vote no.
00:10:51.700 The language, as you said, it is written in a way to deceive, you know, widows and orphans.
00:10:56.620 These people read it. It sounds really great.
00:10:59.120 But, you know, our consistent message is just vote no and don't be confused by the intentionally confusing language.
00:11:07.400 So that's what we're up to, you know, today, just greeting people.
00:11:11.240 It's been super busy.
00:11:13.040 The first congressional district, which is a Republican district that will flip into a deep blue district, we're leading in early voting at the moment.
00:11:21.640 and we have consistently actually been because it's what happens when you systematically seek
00:11:27.020 to wipe people off of an electorate map. I did send a map in to Denver in case they want to
00:11:33.140 throw it up just to show people visually what the stakes are here and why we're desperately asking
00:11:38.500 you to email votenote at virginia.gop to organize a call bank for us. So we have it we have through
00:11:47.900 today for the early voting, in-person early voting. Then we've got the ability to contact
00:11:53.440 people over the next couple of days. And Tuesday is game day. And the Democrats have gotten very
00:11:58.580 good at turning out game day vote, although they're the ones that extend out early voting
00:12:02.940 for, you know, it's not voting day. It's not election day. It's election month and a half.
00:12:09.540 What do you need to do between now and Tuesday to make sure that we have a massive turnout on Tuesday?
00:12:17.900 Honestly, at this point, the only thing we can really do is just contact the voters, and that is what this phone banking drive is all about, is to get reinforcements from out of state to help us.
00:12:32.500 If you live in Virginia and you want to help at the polls, go down to your early voting location today and give those volunteers a hand or bring them a Coke or something.
00:12:42.460 And if you want to volunteer on Election Day, you can also do that by contacting your local party chairman on this website.
00:12:51.720 If you go under our party, you'll see unit chairmen's and there are e-mails to all of us.
00:12:56.820 You can contact us if you want to just e-mail me directly.
00:13:00.260 I can I can help you personally.
00:13:02.380 My e-mail is York G.O.P. at Yahoo dot com.
00:13:05.440 can you um give can you give that one more time your your email address in case people
00:13:12.800 are confused and they know where to go someplace simple where they go
00:13:15.600 you can reach me directly york g-o-p at yahoo.com
00:13:22.120 and one more time if they want to just go right now and sign up for the phone bank like our our 1.00
00:13:30.000 great Grace Chung just did. Where do they go? Yeah, you're going to send an email to votenow 1.00
00:13:36.880 at virginia.gop. Include your name and phone number, and our staff will set you up with your
00:13:44.940 own Virginia-specific account. Even if you've used the Pulsar dialing app before, you'll need
00:13:50.460 a Virginia-specific call list, and we will get you set up. We need people to call today, tomorrow,
00:13:56.080 tomorrow monday and tuesday all day tuesday we're going to be calling people to drive them out to
00:14:01.920 the polls and remind them uh how late voting is open etc we have a full full day effort a four
00:14:09.460 day effort plus we're going to the gathering tomorrow in hanover county de lois thank you
00:14:15.020 so much we'll let you go back to work you've been one of the leaders of this appreciate all your
00:14:19.580 efforts, Lois Stallman.
00:14:23.200 Grassroots
00:14:23.720 that are inspiring, not simply people
00:14:25.700 in the Commonwealth, but folks throughout the nation.
00:14:28.680 You saw President Trump
00:14:29.780 headed pivot yesterday.
00:14:32.600 Both are even starting the night
00:14:33.860 before
00:14:34.260 with the no tax on tips
00:14:37.480 in Vegas, then go down to the
00:14:39.600 Charlie Kirk, Turning Point
00:14:41.820 USA, fire folks up, get off
00:14:43.700 the plane this morning. Voila! 0.97
00:14:45.840 Joe Rogan, podcaster
00:14:47.980 behind the desk in the Oval Office.
00:14:50.880 Short commercial break.
00:14:52.640 Mo Bannon on the other side.
00:14:59.580 The American health care system is broken.
00:15:02.940 And for most Americans, nothing changes.
00:15:05.580 There's still delays, denials, high-cost insurance roadblocks.
00:15:09.460 So when I find people doing things differently, I talk about it.
00:15:13.980 All Family Pharmacy is not your typical big chain pharmacy.
00:15:18.740 This is an independent, family-owned pharmacy that gives you access to over 400 medications delivered straight to your door.
00:15:26.660 They've got ivermectin, antibiotics, antivirals, NAD+, even your daily maintenance medications, and so much more.
00:15:36.700 If you already have a prescription, your doctor can send it directly.
00:15:40.340 If you don't, their doctors handle it.
00:15:42.720 As long as there is a medical necessity, they'll take care of you.
00:15:47.760 And I'll tell you this, the feedback from people listening to this show and watching
00:15:50.920 has been incredibly strong.
00:15:53.520 People are using it.
00:15:54.700 It's working for them, and they're sticking with it.
00:15:57.240 That's because it cuts out the delays, the middlemen, and all the usual nonsense.
00:16:02.680 This is about being ready before you need it.
00:16:06.780 Go to allfamilypharmacy.com.
00:16:08.900 That's all one word, allfamilypharmacy.com slash Bannon.
00:16:13.000 And use code Bannon10 to save 10%.
00:16:16.100 The health care system is broken.
00:16:19.000 Your pharmacy doesn't have to be.
00:16:22.840 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:28.480 Welcome back.
00:16:29.860 What a wild morning.

00:17:42.500 guests show up too plus we're going to hear from all you which is most important to gather
00:17:46.580 let's go to the white house benny ray harmony and uh neil mccabe join us benny ray you were
00:17:53.920 actually in the Oval. Explain to people exactly what went on this morning. This kind of came out
00:17:58.680 of nowhere. President made a big statement yesterday on Air Force One. Then he was back
00:18:03.920 in the Oval at nine o'clock. You were there. What was the executive order? What did we see? And you
00:18:09.340 asked a very, you asked a great question. I want to talk about that also. Go ahead, ma'am.
00:18:14.980 Yeah, Steve. So this actually came, there was a report just last week by CBS News,
00:18:19.760 And they reported that this Ibogaine, it's a psychedelic.
00:18:23.940 And now this is it was all started by Joe Rogan.
00:18:26.800 He had called President Trump a couple of months ago and he said, listen, there's this
00:18:30.800 there's this new drug.
00:18:31.720 I'm having veterans on my podcast and they're talking to me about this and it's taking away
00:18:35.380 all PTSD.
00:18:36.800 And, you know, but they're having to travel to different countries to get this done.
00:18:40.180 So the president said, well, what do you need?
00:18:41.980 Do you need FDA approval?
00:18:43.060 And he said, yeah.
00:18:44.160 So this psychedelic is it's what I say.
00:18:47.580 Ibogaine.
00:18:48.120 Ibogaine is the name of it.
00:18:49.780 And there was a lot of different people behind the president today.
00:18:55.040 But, yeah, he announced this last night on Air Force One,
00:18:57.440 and a lot of people had no idea because after that report that CBS put out,
00:19:00.840 we hadn't heard a lot about it.
00:19:02.420 But President Trump, he had, like I said, Joe Rogan, he had Dr. Oz,
00:19:06.000 he had RFK in there and lots of different people.
00:19:08.920 And I asked the question about this drug, I said,
00:19:11.880 well, one of the biggest things is how expensive it is.
00:19:14.640 And a lot of veterans, whether they're battling homelessness or whatever that is,
00:19:18.780 They don't have access to the type of money where it's like $3,000 to $15,000 to pay for this drug.
00:19:25.180 And you go under, they give you this thing.
00:19:27.460 And these veterans that were in there, they said there is nothing else like it.
00:19:30.680 They said they never want to go through the experience again.
00:19:33.340 They said it's not something that feels good, but it completely blacks you out.
00:19:38.240 And so I talked to Dr. Oz in there.
00:19:41.540 He said that this definitely could become something for the VA to put through their system
00:19:46.320 so that veterans can get this for a better cost.
00:19:48.880 He said for the timeline, they're looking at the end of this year to make that happen.
00:19:52.600 And so veterans could definitely be getting a big win in this.
00:19:56.600 At any rate, correct me if I'm wrong, this is going to start off.
00:20:00.040 It's still going to be very supervised.
00:20:01.640 This is not going to be something you just go get right now.
00:20:04.320 I mean, it sounded like this was almost a more advanced research
00:20:08.840 so that you can kind of take this from the shadows, bring it into a formal process,
00:20:14.300 have people really involved that know what they're doing get more data as more veterans get into this
00:20:19.900 make it more available to veterans but it'll be a very controlled process did i read that correctly
00:20:24.800 yes steve sorry i meant to mention that this is a big research funded project this is not going
00:20:31.980 to be automatic that people can go under and do these trials there was two different doctors in
00:20:36.920 the room which they said they're very excited for this because it's expanding research on not just
00:20:42.300 this psychedelic, but all the other psychedelic like MDMA and things like that. And so that's
00:20:47.120 why Dr. Oz, he said that research should be done by the end of this year. And that way they can
00:20:52.240 finally start doing those trials and veterans can get in on this. And there'll probably be some sort
00:20:57.240 of signup process that people can go through to be some of the first in this clinical trial to
00:21:02.060 see if the effects are really as they're saying it is. Benny Ray, for the politics of it, President
00:21:08.840 President Trump, first off, has the DoorDash, I think, on Monday, and he admitted that was a little gimmicky.
00:21:14.720 I mean, he was making he was laughing about it yesterday as only President Trump can do.
00:21:18.380 He had this incredible, incredible event in Vegas about no tax on tips and no tax on overtime.
00:21:26.800 It's just great, tremendous feedback.
00:21:29.180 He then goes to Phoenix, to Charlie Kirk's, to the big megachurch that Charlie Kirk in Turning Point USA would affiliate with all the time.
00:21:38.620 packed house. The energy couldn't be higher. Then he comes back. And I thought one of the most
00:21:43.440 important things today was just not simply the announcement of the psychedelic and what they're
00:21:48.300 doing to try to break barriers and get this into a process. But he had Bobby Kennedy there, huge
00:21:53.260 shout out, saying Maha is so important, so important to our coalition. We're here for
00:21:58.660 Make America Healthy Again. Said so many times what a great job Bobby was doing. Had Dr. Jay
00:22:04.220 Bactaria there, Dr. Oz, the entire team to because I've been all these things.
00:22:09.800 Oh, is Bobby Kennedy on the way out?
00:22:11.160 Is Bobby Kennedy been handcuffed?
00:22:12.620 He can't do it.
00:22:13.220 Are the new CDC picks anti-Bobby Kennedy?
00:22:16.820 I don't think anything can be farther from the truth.
00:22:19.420 But do you view this, Bo Davison calls it a recalibration.
00:22:22.840 Is this a recalibration or maybe even a hard pivot focused on November, ma'am?
00:22:29.200 I think it is.
00:22:30.260 But, you know, Steve, I think a big thing to point out is I think President Trump has
00:22:33.260 seen how big the Maha movement has become. We saw him mention that at the Phoenix rally yesterday
00:22:39.460 with Erica Kirk. Maha has really taken off in a way that I don't think a lot of people realized
00:22:44.680 it would. And this, you know, this reclassification of things and getting back, you know, just the
00:22:49.620 other day, President, you know, Gatorade, the company Gatorade, they announced that they're
00:22:53.220 stopping all chemical dyes. And now all the dyes to color these drinks will be made out of vegetable
00:22:58.360 dies. And so I don't think Bobby Kennedy's on his way out. If anything, I think he is codifying and
00:23:03.760 solidifying his role in this administration. Every week we see something new come out, whether it's
00:23:08.800 something with the FDA and new medication or it's foods or it's, you know, the new dietary
00:23:13.760 guidelines. I really think President Trump doesn't just value him, but values his opinion very much
00:23:18.780 so. You can see it just in that press conference we just had in the Oval Office. He said multiple
00:23:23.000 times how much he loves this guy. And actually, I was shaking my head and smiling at the president
00:23:27.520 And he looked at me and he was like, oh, yeah, because people know, people love RFK and love the work that he's doing.
00:23:33.200 So it's big.
00:23:36.360 Neil, in doing the hard pivot, we've got to work our way through this war in Iran.
00:23:41.840 And, of course, today the Revolutionary Guard, they've been back and forth, and they've been pretty negative.
00:23:46.480 They fired, we now know, on a couple of Indian vessels.
00:23:50.360 I think they've fired on what the Indian ambassador tells us, and they're calling them for a meeting today.
00:23:57.380 and saying, hey, one of those was two million barrels of oil tanker
00:24:01.100 that you guys approved to leave, and it was Iranian oil.
00:24:09.860 They're saying that the Revolutionary Guard saying, hey, we don't have a deal,
00:24:13.960 and in fact, until the United States Navy stands down and ends the blockade,
00:24:19.420 they're going to keep her moves locked down.
00:24:22.140 Your thoughts from the White House?
00:24:23.820 yeah i think the white house remains positive the president remains positive he said so last
00:24:30.900 night at the gaggle on air force one that he feels good about it today he was talking about
00:24:36.360 how the iranians are playing games he doesn't really take it seriously because he thinks that
00:24:40.460 the big meta deal is still in place and moving forward i i would point out that we're seeing
00:24:46.140 emerging three estates in iran you have the civilian politicians you have the clerics and
00:24:51.460 you have the military. But in the end, you know, the Emperor Severus said, you know, pay attention
00:24:56.420 to the military and ignore everyone else. And it seems like the military is now calling the shots.
00:25:01.000 They will open and close the Strait of Hormuz as they see fit, Steve.
00:25:06.460 Yeah, you've got the military, but then you've got this group of, I mean, remember the military's
00:25:11.800 dispersed in the 31 different, I think, districts. You've also got down in Hormuz,
00:25:16.660 the Strait of Hormuz right there
00:25:19.320 and those cliffs
00:25:20.160 you know guys have been there since Alexander the Great
00:25:23.200 he didn't have an easy time with them 1.00
00:25:24.620 and they're not all Persians 1.00
00:25:25.880 I mean did they actually
00:25:27.460 is there a chain of command they actually report to
00:25:29.720 or are they a body unto themselves sir?
00:25:35.720 Frankly I'm seeing them
00:25:37.100 emerge as a body into themselves
00:25:39.680 you know it's one of the things I always look for
00:25:41.520 is unity of command
00:25:43.280 are people speaking who can actually make a decision
00:25:46.340 and execute it. And I'm seeing that falter. Whereas two or three weeks ago, I thought Iran
00:25:52.060 was speaking with one voice and they were sort of acting in unison. I was reading a communication
00:25:57.080 from the Navy or a military spokesman who basically said, you know, the foreign minister
00:26:02.440 said the Hormuz is open, but he didn't check with us. And so that's a problem if you're trying to
00:26:07.580 achieve unity of command, Steve. Do we know if, has Whitcoff or Kushner or the vice president,
00:26:15.860 the president said, hey, there's going to be a meeting Monday. That means they've got to leave
00:26:19.320 tomorrow. Has a team designated this? There was a rumor that President Trump himself may be going
00:26:25.060 to Islamabad. Have you heard anything? I haven't seen that. There are reports in the Saudi media
00:26:32.000 that the talks are still on. I guess they're on until they're not. And I imagine people can show
00:26:38.840 up but i i do want to reiterate the president has a has a process a process of laying out a big deal
00:26:47.000 and then filling in the details later he still thinks this deal is possible and it's happening
00:26:52.960 and he's just going to let other everybody else sort of figure it out the power positive thing
00:26:58.480 and neil where do people go and keep up with you today at the white house sir
00:27:02.000 steve they can find me on all the socials at reporter mccabe
00:27:07.960 benny ray harmony where do people go to make sure they keep up with your reporting throughout the
00:27:13.680 day just write what you said steve benny ray harmony on everything all over social media
00:27:19.340 great job today uh benny ray great job in the oval neil great job appreciate you guys thank you
00:27:26.560 for being at the white house today to get the war room posse totally up to speed appreciate you guys
00:27:31.860 president trump gets off the plane early morning hours back in the oval at nine o'clock
00:27:40.740 it's a force of nature they never seen anything like it and it's power of positive thinking
00:27:46.460 norman vincent peele president trump's father who as you know was so important in president
00:27:53.440 trump's formation also norman vincent peele and the thoughts of norman vincent peele the
00:27:59.340 power of positive thinking. You know who else was an acolyte of Norman Vincent Peale? That would be
00:28:06.300 President Ronald Reagan, the power of positive thinking. President Trump is creating reality
00:28:14.180 for a deal. Short commercial break, back in the war room on a Saturday in April, next.
00:28:20.880 Do you owe back taxes or you haven't filed your taxes in years? Now is the time to resolve
00:28:27.100 your tax matters. With the national conversation around abolishing the income tax, the IRS is
00:28:34.200 fighting back and proving it's here to stay by becoming more aggressive than ever before.
00:28:39.880 They're sending out more collection notices, filing more tax liens, and collecting billions
00:28:45.300 more in recent years. If you owe, the IRS can garnish your wages, levy your bank accounts,
00:28:52.740 seize your retirement and even your home. If you owe or haven't filed, it's not a question of if
00:28:59.780 the IRS will act. It's a question of when it will act. Right now, Tax Network USA is offering a

00:30:09.180 Take advantage of First Mover Advantage, you move.
00:30:13.480 War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:30:18.140 OK, Grace is going to join us by phone. Grace is going to join in a moment and talk to us about how you guys log on to help with the phone bank.
00:30:25.660 Cleta is going to join us for a huge victory in Arizona on voter integrity and the standing of elections.
00:30:31.820 We're going to get to that moment. Tage Gill and Tage, you're going to stick around.
00:30:35.260 Mo and you're going to come back in the D block. But but briefly, this this this morning really had an impact on you.
00:30:41.820 right? Cause you've been through coming out of what? 16 tours.
00:30:46.340 Was it combat? Yeah. 16 times.
00:30:50.600 16 times combat tours. And, and people should know Tej is a gunman.
00:30:56.100 You went in and went through this treatment, sir,
00:30:58.920 before the executive order was signed today.
00:31:02.520 Yeah. Yeah. The executive order was for, to fast track Ibogaine.
00:31:06.600 And I did Ibogaine. I've done a few other psychedelics and, you know,
00:31:11.220 I went down to Mexico and I did it with a nonprofit group and, you know,
00:31:16.380 they have a shaman, medical doctors, there's other seals there.
00:31:19.340 And it was a three day long ceremony. And when you,
00:31:23.460 when you come out of it, it heals you. It, it heals your mind.
00:31:28.200 Emotionally allows you to release the trauma that you're carrying from
00:31:31.220 whatever, like from the war, like some kids are abused.
00:31:35.380 It's not just for veterans.
00:31:36.580 It can heal anybody that's carrying trauma that negatively affects their
00:31:40.200 life and then also it it physically heals your brain and then it spiritually heals your soul
00:31:47.200 you know after i got done doing all this stuff i quit drinking you know i'm i'm with god now and
00:31:53.040 i i my family is first you know it reprioritized my my life i got rid of all my bad habits all my
00:32:01.100 bad behaviors and i changed my friends and um i think it's a miracle drug it's a medicine it's
00:32:08.520 not a drug. It's a miracle medicine. I think it's a medicine from God for human beings to heal
00:32:12.740 themselves. And I'm glad Trump signed that executive order today. I think that's a great
00:32:17.540 thing that he did that. And Marcus Luttrell, Rob O'Neill were there. I was telling those guys for
00:32:24.260 a couple of years to go and do it. I went and did it on my own in 2017. And I've done it a few times
00:32:29.160 since. And it has done nothing but good things for me and my family and those around me. I think
00:32:34.460 I think this is a miracle medicine from God, the Ibogaine.
00:32:40.400 I think that's a great thing that he signed it.
00:32:43.280 And you agree that the way President Trump's starting off is that controlled, get more data, learn more about this,
00:32:51.800 but be under these control situations where you've got people and you're generating more data,
00:32:55.880 and then over time you can get more and more freedom about it, sir?
00:32:59.680 Yep, yep, yeah.
00:33:00.820 there's yeah um there's been thousands of navy seal just navy seals that have gone through
00:33:06.860 and done this program down in mexico and then tons of other military veterans and then they've
00:33:12.700 been doing clinical trials in texas harvard's been sponsoring them to to look at how the ibogaine
00:33:18.580 actually physically heals your brain they say it they say you know when you when you get these
00:33:23.580 dark thoughts and trauma you know things that lead to like suicide and drinking and whatever
00:33:30.060 all these bad habits that you you actually create like physically hardened pathways in your brain
00:33:35.940 and the ibogaine goes in there and resets everything so that you can actually make
00:33:41.180 good habits and new pathways it resets all the pathways in your brain so it so also from like
00:33:48.860 the explosions and everything during war it heals the traumatic brain injury it doesn't just heal
00:33:55.080 you know the emotional stuff it physically heals your brain it's it's an amazing medicine it's a
00:34:02.000 it's an extract from a plant called iboga and iboga is from africa and the people in gabon
00:34:07.100 africa the men they take iboga and that's their rite of passage in into adulthood and ibogaine
00:34:15.040 is an extract from iboga and it it also like heroin addicts there's a 75 percent success rate
00:34:22.880 From one dose of Ibogaine, you'll come off heroin and two doses, it goes up to 90%.
00:34:30.740 It resets everything in your brain.
00:34:33.360 So it gives you a chance to build new habits so you can break your addictions.
00:34:38.120 Well, you'd certainly, in doing that, start one of the great small companies in this country, the Warpath Coffee Hangar for one second.
00:34:45.520 We'll talk about you and Warpath and your journey in a moment.
00:34:48.920 Cleta Mitchell, and I thank you, Cleta.
00:34:50.580 I know you're in meetings all day.
00:34:51.780 You stepped out just to be here because we're having victory after victory.
00:34:56.040 And I want to make sure people know this.
00:34:57.540 You've spent so much time focused on Arizona.
00:35:00.600 We got good news out of it.
00:35:01.940 And we're going to get the people actually participating in this on the show next week.
00:35:05.240 But right now, just tell us this victory we've had in Arizona on voter integrity, ma'am.
00:35:12.020 Well, thank you so much, Steve.
00:35:13.460 I appreciate the fact that you are always on it, always watching and always paying attention.
00:35:18.080 So thank you.
00:35:18.900 Look, there was many people, many members of the posse may know the name Stephen Richer.
00:35:25.520 Stephen Richer was the Republican election county election recorder in Maricopa County, which is in Arizona, largest county, fourth largest county in the country, better than some states.
00:35:35.760 And he was elected as Republican and became a rabid never-Trumper.
00:35:40.820 He presided over the failed election in Maricopa County in 2022, the one that cost Carrie Lake the governorship in 2022.
00:35:51.260 And it was a disaster.
00:35:53.240 And he lied and covered it up.
00:35:54.540 And the people rose up.
00:35:57.080 And a member of the State Freedom Caucus in Arizona, in the Arizona House, Justin Heap, ran against Stephen Richer and beat him in the primary, in the Republican primary in July of 2022.
00:36:08.460 And between July of 2022 and the time that Justin Heap was sworn in as the new county recorder in charge of voter registration and most of the election responsibilities assigned to him by the legislature, but between the time that he defeated and took out Stephen Richard, this horrible person, and the time that Justin was sworn in, the county supervisors, the board of supervisors, some states call it board of commissioners, but this is the body that runs Maricopa County.
00:36:38.460 And remember, the chairman of the Board of Supervisors was so despised because he presided over the 2020 election in Arizona, in Maricopa County, and the 22 failed election in Maricopa County.
00:36:52.400 And he was so despised, he didn't even run for re-election.
00:36:55.120 Republican.
00:36:55.820 And he fought us every step of the way on the Arizona recount and the audit that was run by the state senate.
00:37:03.300 And he had first agreed to it, and then he fought the state senate all the way.
00:37:07.220 So he was terrible.
00:37:07.940 And he didn't even run for re-election. So these two awful never-Trumper Republicans on their way out the door got an agreement where they transferred all of the IT staff, all of the budget for anything related to IT and other duties of the recorder to the Board of Supervisors.
00:37:30.300 So that when Justin Heap took office in January of 2023, he learned that he had been stripped of the ability to carry out his job.
00:37:40.160 And so for the first six months or so of 2023, he kept trying to work with his supervisors and a new board.
00:37:49.260 And they weren't all they all had some of had were newly elected.
00:37:53.140 Some were not. Tom Galvin, the chairman, was not he was a holdover.
00:37:57.020 and so justin he comes in and goes wait a minute i i'm supposed to be in charge of voter registration
00:38:03.400 i don't have that i don't have any it i don't have any way to maintain the voter registration
00:38:07.620 clearly that's my responsibility so they worked for some months and finally they couldn't get
00:38:12.740 anywhere and finally uh james rogers an attorney for america first legal filed suit last june um
00:38:21.140 maybe july june or july of last year and tried and sued the board of supervisors and this week
00:38:30.200 or yesterday uh the judge's order they had a hearing they had a couple of hearings they
00:38:35.560 submitted findings of fact conclusions of law and yesterday the judge issued the order and it
00:38:40.420 completely obliterated the board of supervisors contentions and said no the this the law gives
00:38:48.580 the recorder the responsibility to do these things and the board of supervisors needs to
00:38:54.480 give him the money the legislature even appropriated an extra amount of money
00:38:59.040 to and it specifically says this is to be given to the county recorder not to the board of
00:39:04.400 supervisors they will have not released the funds the george ordered them release the funds so
00:39:10.060 there's an opportunity right now to be able to make peace to for everybody to stand down and
00:39:17.900 to quit fighting these are republicans fighting among themselves which of course you know the
00:39:22.100 democrats and the media the left-wing media they love that but this is this is a time for them to
00:39:27.920 say he's the duly elected reporter and we need to the rhino the rhino republicans you see this in
00:39:34.520 georgia rhino republicans whether it's arizona or georgia they don't want this that they're in on
00:39:39.340 the racket so that these fights are things is is it in your opinion because i got to ask you about
00:39:45.420 Georgia, we're pressed for time. Is your opinion as we stand right now that this is going to lead
00:39:50.940 to true voter integrity in Maricopa County, which is the beating heart of the problem, ma'am?
00:39:58.480 Well, it will if the Board of Supervisors will quit fighting. Understand what they did.
00:40:06.040 They were mad at the people, at the voters, and they were determined to punish the people
00:40:13.560 And not to recognize the people's decision to elect, to throw Stephen Richer out, to get Bill Gates to retire.
00:40:24.600 And so the powers that be wanted to punish the people.
00:40:29.420 And Justin Heap was elected by the people to restore integrity to Maricopa County's elections.
00:40:35.300 They've kept him from doing his job for a year and a half.
00:40:38.140 And, you know, we've got these elections coming.
00:40:40.240 The judges ordered this.
00:40:41.280 Now, let's see if the Board of Supervisors is willing to say, OK, we'll bury the hatchet, we'll follow the judge's orders, and we'll get this resolved.
00:40:49.700 We'll see.
00:40:50.780 Stephen Richer is still a very bad force and a very bad influence there and in Georgia.
00:40:57.200 He's inserted himself into Georgia.
00:41:00.300 I saw that real quickly because we've got to bounce.
00:41:03.160 Give us an update on Georgia. 0.96
00:41:04.520 They had this huge fight for eight hours over the evidence, the evidentiary hearing.
00:41:10.840 You're our guidepost down there.
00:41:13.880 Where do we stand on Georgia?
00:41:16.040 I don't know, Steve.
00:41:17.160 We haven't gotten a ruling from the judge, what the powers that be, what the leftists.
00:41:23.180 And let me just remind you, and let me just say again, Stephen Richer has waded in to interject himself and to say, no, no, no.
00:41:30.860 That 265-page report that was issued that documents everything that's happened in 2020, no, no, don't pay any attention to that.
00:41:39.160 Listen to us.
00:41:40.100 We've refuted all that, which, of course, it hasn't.
00:41:43.060 But, you know, it's just a question of the DOJ did a pretty good job.
00:41:47.500 Their briefing was good.
00:41:49.380 They didn't put on any evidentiary witnesses.
00:41:51.660 They felt like they would win on the law.
00:41:53.460 They did put on a couple of videotapes and evidence showing that the people trying to get the ballots back and trying to get the materials back had said publicly that if they got them, they would destroy them.
00:42:04.860 I hope the judge doesn't fall for that.
00:42:06.440 I hope the judge will rule in favor of the Department of Justice and allow the people's representatives to actually keep the materials, look at everything, and leave no stone unturned to determine whether or not there should be criminal prosecutions for the misdeeds, the intentional things that were done in 2020 to skew the outcome of the election.
00:42:28.580 They'll steal the election.
00:42:30.460 Steal the election. 1.00
00:42:31.000 She's stealing. 1.00

00:44:09.820 in a moment everyone's focus on how the conflict in the middle east is raising oil prices but
00:44:17.640 there's another grim reality to this contention. Oil isn't the only resource being constrained.
00:44:24.440 About one third of global fertilizer trade happens through this region. And with spring

00:44:35.360 afford to plant their fields. When one piece of the supply chain gets hit this hard, you know what
00:44:40.940 comes next. Higher fruit prices, reduced availability, maybe even panic buying. That's
