00:01:41.060 back be great looking forward to it um do i have ej yet i want to play can we do i do do i have a
00:01:47.180 short hang on do we have a short clip let's let's play a short on on on price producer prices okay
00:01:55.240 fine denver denver it is a work day kidding my crack team real america's the worst in the world
00:02:03.520 eric bowling um the wholesale prices um what uh ppi which you tell people is upstream from cpi
00:02:15.980 uh although they're giving it to us in reverse order um it's always the one that i'm most
00:02:22.400 concerned about because it talks about what's happening in the future and how price how prices
00:02:26.680 are being built into supply chain etc you have warned this audience i don't know for 74 days
00:02:33.120 let's say 70 days maybe it's four days into it that eventually this is going to catch up with you
00:02:38.580 is is that what we saw today break this down for me from your trader's perspective of that because
00:02:44.180 it has to be addressed right look president trump when trump turned over uh you know basically had
00:02:51.720 the election stolen but the economy he turned over the uh 10-year treasury folks was 1.7 percent
00:02:58.680 we refer to that now dems is the good old days okay the 10-year treasury i think today is almost
00:03:05.620 close to four and a half the 30 year i think is over five but the most disturbing one of the most
00:03:11.800 disturbing things the storm cloud that's not on the horizon but here is this uh producer price
00:03:17.560 index the six percent talk break it down for us and and what if any impact from the persian gulf
00:03:23.440 war is in this sir so i would call complete and total impact uh of the higher prices is because
00:03:31.800 of what we're doing in the mid east right now so steve trump turned not only interest rates were
00:03:37.540 lower, but inflation was 1.4% Trump's last month in office. Biden ran it up to 9.3% insanely in
00:03:44.960 2022. Trump started to get it down, and then this thing happened. So yesterday, we saw the consumer
00:03:51.500 price index coming in hot. It was hotter than expected, a little bit elevated, as Rick Santelli
00:03:56.420 would say. I would call it disturbingly elevated because it's in the wrong direction. We're going
00:04:01.060 up every month and continue to go up. Today confirms something that you and I have been
00:04:05.740 talking about for a long time. Today, he showed a triple of the estimate of what they expected.
00:04:10.180 They expected a jump of a half of 1%. We got 1.4 full percent jump in producer price index numbers,
00:04:17.980 which means producers, the cost of producers, the amount of money they outlay for the feedstock
00:04:23.480 that they put into their manufacturing plants, whether it's making clothes or refining crude
00:04:28.340 oil into gasoline, that jumped by 1.4%. In one month, triple what the estimates were when the
00:04:34.640 estimates are already kind of allotting for higher energy prices. What that means, Steve,
00:04:39.120 is down the road, probably next month, maybe for certain the month after, you're going to see the
00:04:44.640 consumer price index jump, which is the Fed's favorite inflation judge of how they're going to
00:04:49.580 dictate monetary policy going forward. You have to see it because producers aren't going to eat
00:04:54.960 the cost differential of higher input costs and keeping their retail prices lower or the prices
00:05:00.260 that they send to the retail operations low.
00:05:02.580 They're not philanthropic.
00:05:04.580 They're here to make money.
00:05:05.540 They're here for their shareholders.
00:05:07.100 So prices have to rise at the retail level
00:05:09.920 starting probably immediately.
00:05:12.020 And I think what I texted you this morning was,
00:05:14.720 it's not a shock that the PPI,
00:05:16.560 the producer price index was so hot.
00:05:18.680 It's a shock that it hadn't hit
00:05:20.400 the retail people folks yet.
00:05:22.380 And it will, unfortunately it will.
00:05:24.400 And I'm going to tell you one more time,
00:05:26.700 gasoline will be one of those prices.
00:05:29.220 I want to save all those punchlines.
00:05:31.100 What I want to do, I've got a clip, I've got EJ, I want to get back to you.
00:05:33.880 I want to give the punchline of when we're going to start feeling the real pain.
00:05:37.520 Let's go ahead and play this clip on today's inflation print.
00:05:41.240 Numbers are coming in on the warm side.
00:05:43.560 Our April producer price index for the month of April.
00:05:47.240 Headline number, almost triple expectations, up a whopping 1.4%.
00:05:53.780 Wow.
00:05:54.420 You have to go back to March of 22 to find a bigger number,
00:05:57.740 And that number was one point seven. Now, if we strip out the all important food and energy, we're also at a triple header here.
00:06:04.740 We're expecting up three tenths. We end up with up one percent.
00:06:08.960 Up one percent would be the warmest since. Wow. Also, March of twenty two.
00:06:14.700 Now, if we go to the X food, energy and trade, it's double expectations.
00:06:19.940 We're looking for up three tenths. It comes out up six tenths.
00:06:23.480 That equals October of last year to find a higher number.
00:06:27.260 You're in July of last year.
00:06:29.260 Now, last look, the month over month numbers were much more well-behaved.
00:06:32.880 It was year over year.
00:06:34.760 EJ, what chills me to my bones is the reference to March of 22.
00:06:42.120 Because Brother Bowling just told us, hey, you know, they took 1.4% inflation and they
00:06:49.840 drove it up to 9%.
00:06:50.900 99%. Well, one of the benchmarks in that was March of 22, when we started getting a print
00:06:55.940 like this. Your thoughts, you've been pretty straightforward with us on the math. What does
00:07:01.580 this look like to EJ and Tony? Very ugly, Steve, unfortunately. And also, unfortunately, exactly
00:07:09.360 as we expected. Don't take any pleasure in saying that. But look, you can't shut off a fifth of the
00:07:16.560 world's oil supply and expect not to have severe negative consequences. I think the only thing at
00:07:22.220 this point, Steve, honestly, that is surprising has been the speed at which these higher energy
00:07:28.600 prices have been filtering through to the rest of the economy. In other words, in the past,
00:07:34.280 and the further you go into the past, the longer it tends to take. In the past, when you increase
00:07:39.240 energy prices, it takes a while for that to filter through to the rest of the economy,
00:07:43.780 to hit transportation services, for example, to hit grocery prices, to hit all other products
00:07:50.540 and services. But what we're seeing now, and again, I suppose this is really just a trend
00:07:55.360 that's been going on for a while, is the speed at which these higher fuel prices are hitting
00:08:00.280 other products and services has really, really quickened. And if we look at data like what we
00:08:05.800 got from the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, where they look at median CPI and trimmed mean
00:08:10.380 CPI, which are basically just ways to try to remove outliers, right? So you're trying to get
00:08:14.880 rid of whatever's rising very quickly in price or not rising at all, and just look at what's
00:08:20.520 happening at the core or in the middle there. What we're seeing is that, again, it literally
00:08:24.840 only took one month for very widespread price increases to start hitting the entire economy.
00:08:31.140 So once again, we look at these incredibly hot inflation prints, the hottest since the Biden era
00:08:37.600 when inflation was really roaring, and that should make you a little sick to your stomach
00:08:42.540 because, again, the impact here is huge.
00:08:46.340 And, by the way, we are already taking extraordinary measures to try to mitigate that impact.
00:08:52.380 If you look at the data we just got today from the Energy Information Administration,
00:08:57.500 we had the biggest draw from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, the biggest weekly draw on record.
00:09:03.100 not since Biden, on record, over 1.2 million barrels a day is coming out of the Strategic
00:09:10.560 Petroleum Reserve right now, Steve. And unfortunately, it's not even staying here at
00:09:14.820 home. It's all getting sent to Asia. It's going to China, to Japan, to Vietnam, to Korea, to 0.94
00:09:21.220 Australia. It's going to all these places that were previously trying to get oil out of the
00:09:26.560 Middle East, but simply can't right now. It's basically throwing everything at the wall right
00:09:32.440 now to try to keep oil prices down but yeah but we're taking our strategic controlling energy
00:09:37.640 and sending it out to the world i understand the world's got a problem that's why the world's got
00:09:42.000 to pitch in in the persian gulf as long as you provide all the military to take care of it and
00:09:46.700 then you're going to take your own oil supply and try to would this number be lower if we took that
00:09:52.380 1.2 million barrels a day and said hey guys this is just going to the united states of america to
00:09:58.040 our lower cost here. Would that have had an impact? Oh, certainly, Steve. But part of the
00:10:03.540 problem is that we have a bit of a mismatch between the kind of oil we get out of the ground here
00:10:09.360 and the kind of oil that we can refine optimally. And so this is why when we talk about being a net
00:10:16.640 exporter of crude, that's a bit of a misnomer. We are a net exporter of crude and everything we get
00:10:23.560 out of crude, crude products, in other words, including things like gasoline. We are actually
00:10:27.660 still a net importer of just crude. And part of that, again, has to do with the fact that much
00:10:33.720 of the crude that we get out of the ground here at home, we actually send overseas to other
00:10:38.680 refineries that are set up, they're optimized to handle the kind of crude that we have here
00:10:43.920 in the United States. So we are still reliant on a lot of imports from around the world, unfortunately.
00:10:49.740 the um my big concern is that the biden and one of the reasons uh the regime their
00:10:57.740 illegitimate regime has not returned to the right house obviously the economy and inflation
00:11:03.100 on their march to nine percent the the march 2022 was a was a a way post on that right
00:11:11.980 do you are you concerned that this is not given everything you've seen that this may not be the
00:11:19.420 worst print that we see, that worst numbers are to come? Steve, when I look at supply chain data,
00:11:28.160 whether that's the supply chain index put out by the New York Federal Reserve, whether it's the
00:11:33.020 supply chain index put out by S&P Global, we can look at the information we get from other regional
00:11:37.980 Federal Reserve banks, from purchasing manager indexes, all other kinds of private entities,
00:11:43.420 Wall Street banks, et cetera. When I look at the supply chain data, the story that the data is
00:11:48.340 telling me is that there is more pain to come, not just in energy markets. Energy prices may very
00:11:53.740 well have peaked. But the issue here is, again, the fact that those higher energy prices are now
00:11:58.240 going to filter through to the rest of the economy and impose higher costs throughout the supply
00:12:03.860 chain. And that's where you're going to get those higher headline inflation prints from.
00:12:09.440 We've got a couple of minutes left. As you go through this data,
00:12:12.340 what would be your recommendation to uh to president trump over and above you got to end
00:12:18.900 this war and somehow figure out how to end this war because the persians let me folks take your
00:12:23.680 number two pencil out and write this down the persians got enough smart guys that have gone
00:12:28.900 to business school that work for them that know exactly they're running the same set of math and
00:12:32.680 they're they're saying hey we drag this through the midterm elections uh we're gonna we're gonna
00:12:38.380 get an opportunity to deal with somebody that's not president trump right so they're going to be
00:12:42.860 trying to drag this thing out besides the thing hey president trump somehow you and the team have
00:12:47.420 got to figure out some some off-ramp here what would be your recommendation of any other policy
00:12:52.560 things he's done you just said hey look they're trying to do so much in energy right now and we're
00:12:56.540 still getting this what what other recommendations would ej and tony give to the president you need
00:13:03.900 to do the kind of deregulatory effort that you had during COVID, but you need to put that on
00:13:09.120 steroids. In other words, you need to say, look, all of these different government interventions
00:13:13.760 that we've had in place for many, many years, but put constraints on supply chains, both domestic
00:13:19.460 and global supply chains, you need to do emergency exemptions for pretty much all of it. All of it.
00:13:25.040 It's not an exaggeration here. The fallout from this is going to be extreme if you don't take
00:13:31.760 extreme measures to counter it. Again, you can't simply lose a fifth of the world's oil supply
00:13:37.380 and not expect catastrophic consequences here. And it's not as if as soon as the strait opens,
00:13:42.500 everything goes back to normal. Not only is it going to take a while to get production back up,
00:13:47.100 but even still, Steve, once you do that, you're going to replace a supply shock with a demand
00:13:53.060 shock. The reserves that we were just talking about, that the entire world is depleting,
00:13:57.260 not just here at home, the entire world is going to have to now refill those reserves,
00:14:02.440 which is going to represent a huge increase in demand. So just like the negative supply shock
00:14:07.760 put upward pressure on prices, the positive demand shock is going to also put upward pressure
00:14:12.860 on prices. So you're not going to get back to pre-war prices anytime soon, even if the strait
00:14:19.140 reopens. Again, fixing supply chains, which is going to happen by removing government constraints
00:14:24.940 on them has to become a number one priority to try to cut off at the pass any additional pain
00:14:30.880 that's coming. What is your social media? People need to get on it right now because you're doing
00:14:37.000 an amazing job of putting up data and information. Where do they go? You can find me on X. The handle
00:14:42.700 there is at real EJ Antony. EJ Antony, thank you, sir. You're a scholar and a gentleman.
00:14:49.220 Eric Bolling, a brawler, next in the war room.
00:15:00.060 Everyone's focused on how the conflict in the Middle East is raising oil prices,
00:15:03.860 but there's another grim reality to this contention.
00:15:08.320 Oil isn't the only resource being constrained.
00:15:10.740 About one-third of global fertilizer trade happens through this region.
00:15:15.000 And with spring planting season on top of us,
00:15:17.940 american farmers are sounding the alarm with some saying they can't afford to plant their fields
00:15:22.900 when one piece of the supply chain gets hit this hard you know what comes next higher food prices
00:15:29.480 reduced availability maybe even panic buying that's why having an emergency food supply
00:15:35.140 at home makes so much sense and that's where our friends at my patriot supply come in right now

00:17:32.940 Eric Bolling, you heard E.J. and Tony.
00:17:35.020 Your thoughts, sir?
00:17:37.020 Great to hear.
00:17:38.220 I'll tell you, Steve, the difference between an economist, E.J. and Tony,
00:17:41.960 a professor, E.J. and Tony, and a trader,
00:17:44.360 a guy who got his teeth kicked in a bunch of times on the trading floor,
00:17:47.540 is that I survive by seeing what happens next,
00:17:51.000 by anticipating what happens next.
00:17:53.860 Economists, they're great, but they tell you what just happened.
00:17:56.440 To read the data and somehow have an enlightening moment
00:18:00.280 that inflation is rising, we could have watched War Room for the past 72 days and known it was on
00:18:05.280 its way. And it's not done yet. And so I'm glad he's doing it. I'm glad we're getting some, you
00:18:12.000 know, convergence on opinion here. But there wasn't a lot of people who were calling for this
00:18:16.760 the way we were right here. I'm going to tell you, it's going higher too. Gasoline prices are going
00:18:20.620 higher. A lot of people say, oh, bowling's a panicking. No, I'm not. I'm reading what I've
00:18:26.620 done for 35, 40 years. I see it coming. It's not good. These drawdowns on our crude,
00:18:33.060 they're called Petroleum Administration Defense Districts. They're PADD. We have a major
00:18:38.540 problem because we're drawing crude down from every one of the six major petroleum defense
00:18:43.440 districts in the country right now. Some of them are bigger than others. It's a massive drawdown.
00:18:47.860 A long time ago, Steve, I said, just cut a freaking deal with these lunatic fringe nut 0.99
00:18:53.560 jobs in Iran. Let our oil companies go over there, produce more of their oil. We take the oil at 1.00
00:18:57.940 market price. Get out of there. We're not going to ever talk them into becoming a Democrat
00:19:02.900 republic. It's not going to happen. So why are we doing this? So, and by the way, last thought,
00:19:09.060 I got quoted in one of the most evil publications, something we said, I said with you yesterday,
00:19:14.220 that I said Trump was being overly optimistic about the price of gasoline coming down anytime
00:19:18.880 soon. I want to stand by that. There are things I love everything about Trump. I love his policies.
00:19:24.240 I love America first. I love his business mentality. But I just don't, he knows better
00:19:29.100 than this. Gasoline takes 30 to 45 days to run through a system before you can even see it
00:19:35.080 reflect on the pump. Yeah, it goes up faster. But to come down, it takes at least 30 to 45 days. So
00:19:41.100 we're looking at midsummer at the very latest if he gets a deal. Yeah, but it's not going to be a
00:19:46.660 deal now. The Persians understand that. They're going to draw this thing out. What was the most 1.00
00:19:52.220 evil publication? For you to say, what's the most evil publication? Media Matters for America,
00:19:57.000 MMFA. Media Matters. I think you might agree with me. They're the marketing department of
00:20:02.660 the war room. What are you talking about? They pull the best quotes. Where do people go? You're
00:20:09.400 going to be at four o'clock. I want you to join me at 10. I will talk to you this afternoon about
00:20:13.980 this for China because you've got great insights. Tell me about, you think President Trump's going
00:20:18.860 to discuss with China the entire global energy market and what China's doing and what the United
00:20:24.680 States is going to do? You think that this is going to be an element they're going to add big
00:20:27.660 time? I think he's going to maybe use that, but I think he brought the conglomerates of, I think,
00:20:33.840 $14 trillion of our economy over there, the CEOs of these companies, so that he can bring back a
00:20:39.620 deal to the American people. He can bring back a Boeing deal for Jets and maybe NVIDIA gets a chip
00:20:45.940 deal or whomever. He can bring these back. But again, Steve, for me, it's just lipstick on a
00:20:51.160 pig. The pig is in the Middle East. The pig is Iran. This needs to settle. It doesn't matter 1.00
00:20:56.080 how much you bring over here with inflation skyrocketing in the wrong direction, going into
00:21:01.320 a summer driving season and an election year, it's going to be a problem. So do whatever you
00:21:06.720 want to do put some lipstick on that pig but for god's sake slaughter the pig uh eric bowling 0.99
00:21:13.020 social media you got four million followers where do people go we'll do a train a handover tonight 0.99
00:21:18.620 and try to get you on the 10 o'clock um i know you're one of those early to bed early to rise
00:21:23.300 guys but this is special because the president's going to be there meeting she uh your social
00:21:28.880 media sir where they go at eric bowling always with you ben and i'm the worm this these things
00:21:33.720 are really really important about remember listen to a trader forget the economist they're they'll
00:21:38.600 they'll confirm the traders that's what the way it works thank you sir having gotten your teeth
00:21:44.680 kicked in enough times oh yeah getting on the wrong side of a trade i see dead people eric will tell
00:21:51.260 me when he texts me you called this though you called the bad print a while ago that's the
00:21:56.320 important thing uh it's got to be dealt with not going to go away and eric uh is not a panicking
00:22:00.880 He's smart. He knew this day was coming, and the day is here. We want to make sure it doesn't get
00:22:06.000 worse. Remember, the March 22, which this refers back to, was only a way station on Biden's
00:22:13.520 disastrous run, his illegitimate regime's disastrous run at the economy. Speaking of
00:22:19.320 illegitimate regime, Biden, Peter Tickton, very close to President Trump, and the attorney,
00:22:26.780 the federal attorney on the federal cases for tina peters we had another mother's day pass sir
00:22:33.240 and we had a gold star mother which is like equivalent to what the vestal virgins were
00:22:38.820 in um in in greece and in uh in rome right uh you know the people held up to be the highest
00:22:45.960 we had a gold star mother who's i think 69 or 70 years old in ill health spend another mother's day 0.99
00:22:53.840 in a high-security hellhole prison, women's prison in Colorado.
00:22:59.600 How did that happen, Peter Tickton? 0.97
00:23:03.320 Well, right now we're moving, we're going to the Supreme Court of Colorado,
00:23:09.180 which we have to do before we go to the Supreme Court of the United States.
00:23:12.680 And we've got our arguments.
00:23:15.760 Unfortunately, the Court of Appeals, which seemed very open to our arguments,
00:23:21.360 And when we were arguing them were, I don't want to say negative things that I can't prove, but, you know, something changed.
00:23:30.480 Let's just put it that way, between these men and me that I thought were really going to do the right job.
00:23:36.600 Peter, we want to get you.
00:23:37.760 We got to get you.
00:23:38.740 You're in our studios, but somehow the audio is not perfect.
00:23:42.060 So let's reboot the audio of Peter.
00:23:45.280 And I want to get him back on.
00:23:48.920 Peter Tickton's here.
00:23:49.960 yes something changed but it's uh quite obvious that if we can invade iran right and militarily
00:23:57.720 field strip them captain finnell is correct they've taken a blow to their um to the military
00:24:03.000 command they've taken a blow to obviously the ayatollah network and mullahs that that run the
00:24:09.160 deal uh they've taken a blow to their military command structure yet we've got tina peters we've
00:24:15.160 We've got Teetum Peters in prison in Colorado, and she's not out yet.
00:24:20.520 And so this is why I'm so honored to have Peter Tickton have joined us in our studios in West Palm Beach.
00:24:26.780 We'll get back to him in a moment.
00:24:28.500 Do we have Neil up?
00:24:30.440 If not, I can rant.
00:24:31.480 Okay, fine.
00:24:32.000 By the way, Neil McCabe is actually over at Capitol Hill today.
00:24:36.780 A couple of very important.
00:24:38.380 There's a COVID hearing going on.
00:24:41.720 Also, Chip Roy has got the Sharia supremacist, you know, the anti-Sharia movement that's
00:24:49.080 catching fire on Capitol Hill coming off our Texas, coming off our Texas situation.
00:24:54.460 He's there.
00:24:54.860 We're going to go to McCabe in a second.
00:24:55.940 Let's go.
00:24:56.720 Peter, I think we've got a better hookup right now.
00:24:59.220 So my question is, what happened here?
00:25:01.000 You were all on top of this.
00:25:02.240 You got a pardon for the president of the United States.
00:25:04.040 We had momentum.
00:25:05.240 We heard that the governor was considering this.
00:25:07.600 Of course, his guys jumped all over him.
00:25:09.760 So politically, he's going to run for president.
00:25:11.480 it's going to be tough for him. But something happened. We lost momentum. What do you think it
00:25:15.740 is? Okay, well, first of all, he still may. We're hoping this month that he actually does give her
00:25:23.320 clemency because she needs to be out. Enough is enough. Everybody knows the sentence was
00:25:29.280 outrageously bad. Even Polis admitted that it was, you know, extremely harsh. You can't be the
00:25:36.680 governor who's in charge of dealing with these things, admitting that somebody's in prison that
00:25:41.140 shouldn't be, and not do anything. So we're hoping that he does the right thing and releases
00:25:46.960 her. But frankly, this could be done. I mean, she should have been entered into the Witness
00:25:54.520 Protection Program long ago, and we should have just used whatever we needed to use.
00:26:00.240 But the president, and I guess now it would be Todd Blanchard, being patient with Pulis,
00:26:06.260 figuring that he's going to release her. So that's the big hope. Meanwhile, we're marching
00:26:11.980 forward. We're on our way to the Supreme Court of Colorado. We don't expect anything from
00:26:18.420 them. Colorado is a captured state. Let's be honest about that. We know what's going
00:26:24.380 on there. We know that there's no room for conservatives or Republicans, and we know
00:26:32.340 what colorado is so we need to get to the supreme court they're the that's that's where we're going
00:26:37.820 to find justice that's where we're i mean we we've got the supremacy clause hang on hang on
00:26:43.160 hang on i'm gonna hold you through the break by the way uh um peter tickton is actually in our dc
00:26:48.580 studios uh peter you said the president and todd are kind of giving away to see because they don't
00:26:54.300 want to push polis too hard because maybe he's on the cusp of doing this what do you hope to
00:26:59.400 accomplish at the Supreme Court, is this tied back to President Trump's pardon, which people say,
00:27:05.640 hey, pardon, but it's not federal jurisdiction. It's state jurisdiction. Is that what you're
00:27:09.820 arguing in trying to get to the Supreme Court? Absolutely. You know, you don't ask for a pardon
00:27:15.640 from the president, get one and then just say, oh, well, you know, we need to get that power for
00:27:20.840 the president to be able to pardon on state offenses where it's totally involved with federal
00:27:26.280 issues. We're talking about a federal election where somebody is in prison now that should have
00:27:32.160 been released. And, you know, there's that. But there's also the supremacy clause, which is a
00:27:39.100 big one. I mean, here she is obeying federal law. In order to obey federal law, she has to violate
00:27:44.080 state law. That's what the supremacy clause is all about. That's when you're not guilty if you 0.99
00:27:50.300 are following federal law.
00:27:52.640 The one who's violated the federal law
00:27:54.480 is Jenna Griswold 1.00
00:27:56.500 by wiping these computers 1.00
00:27:58.320 clean and then overriding 0.99
00:28:00.540 on top of what she wiped out
00:28:02.280 so that it could never be the data from the
00:28:04.360 2020 election
00:28:05.520 on the machines from 62 counties
00:28:08.320 will never be able to be seen again.
00:28:10.020 Just hang on one second.
00:28:11.960 Peter Tickton joins us.
00:28:14.200 From the Real America's Voice,
00:28:15.740 DC Studios, we'll take a short commercial
00:28:18.000 break. Tina Peters' case
00:28:19.760 on the other side.
00:28:22.960 The dollar's convertibility
00:28:25.140 into gold ended in 1971.
00:28:27.920 Gold was fixed at $35 an ounce.
00:28:31.340 Well, fast forward to today
00:28:32.560 and the U.S. dollar
00:28:33.440 has lost over 85%
00:28:35.460 of its purchasing power.
00:28:38.260 Gold, on the other hand,
00:28:39.300 is increased in value
00:28:40.460 by over 12,000%.
00:28:42.860 That's why central banks
00:28:44.840 are buying gold at record levels.
00:28:46.860 That's why major firms
00:28:47.760 like Vanguard and BlackRock
00:28:49.760 hold significant positions in gold, and that's why I encourage you to consider diversifying your

00:30:00.560 Look at it vis-a-vis hard assets like real estate, gold, others. 1.00
00:30:07.000 Not so good.
00:30:08.720 How do you find out about that?
00:30:10.040 Go to Bird.

00:30:15.800 Get the ultimate guide for investing in gold and precious metals in the age of Trump.
00:30:19.960 This guide is free, and there's no obligation, and you get access to Philip Patrick and his
00:30:24.040 team.
00:30:24.360 And if you saw his star turn yesterday on War Room, you'll want to talk to him also.
00:30:29.340 So go check it out.
00:30:30.140 Find out what gold has been a hedge.
00:30:32.060 In times of financial turbulence, and it looks like on the print today,
00:30:36.560 we're going to go through a little turbulence.
00:30:38.540 That could all be sorted, but it needs action, action, action.
00:30:43.100 You just can't sit there and let it roll.
00:30:44.660 If you let it roll and let conditions stay as they are,
00:30:48.200 you're going to get more of it.
00:30:49.180 Remember, it's the highest print since March of 22.
00:30:52.160 That should be a warning, particularly President Trump and his team.
00:30:55.720 1.4 percent inflation, 1.7 percent, I think, interest rates back in November, December of
00:31:02.120 2019. How about that? You don't think the Chinese Communist Party was afraid of that? That's why
00:31:06.180 they tore up the deal in May of 2019, folks. They understood that President Trump was on a roll and
00:31:12.320 then hit us with a bioweapon. Are we talking about reparations today in Beijing? Is that going to be
00:31:17.400 on the table? And if not, why not? Why are we not talking reparations to the bioweapon they hit us
00:31:22.360 with. They are the mortal enemy of their own people, the Lao Baixing. They are the mortal 1.00
00:31:28.880 enemy of American citizens, and they're the mortal enemy of the United States of America.
00:31:33.380 Not a competitor, not a peer competitor, an existential threat in a mortal enemy, 0.94
00:31:39.540 the Chinese Communist Party. Peter Tickton, what then is to be done? The Supreme Court could 0.91
00:31:45.740 choose or not choose, and this may be one that's too sticky for them. What other options do we
00:31:50.140 have is is todd blanch the president maybe should just say hey look you know we can't wait for
00:31:55.420 polis we got to take more direct action i mean what is your recommendation besides obviously
00:31:59.700 you're going to argue before the supreme court and you've got great arguments but that we're
00:32:03.680 contingent upon you know what a majority of the justice saying we should take it on
00:32:08.080 what other options do we have sir
00:32:10.080 we could go in there and get her you know it's up to the 0.75
00:32:17.160 Now you're talking. Now you're talking, brother. What do you got there? Walk me through that. That's the action plan.
00:32:27.040 I've been asking for this from the beginning, but of course it was Pam Bondi before. I didn't talk to her directly, but I talked to people in the Department of Justice about it. Now I'm hoping that Todd Blanche does the right thing.
00:32:40.320 Okay, let's give Polis a little bit more time.
00:32:45.480 Let's give him the rest of this month, because if that's what he needs, fine, let him have
00:32:50.480 it. 1.00
00:32:51.480 But every single day in that prison is hell for Tina Peters. 0.98
00:32:56.260 It's not as though there's a cakewalk, and we just don't think this woman should be—she's
00:33:00.320 70, by the way—it's not like we don't think she should be here because it's uncomfortable, 0.83
00:33:04.360 so let's put her there. 0.99
00:33:05.360 No, this lady is actually in danger for her life every single day. 1.00
00:33:09.160 They didn't put her in, even though if there were a crime, her crime would have been a 1.00
00:33:14.020 white-collar crime, you know, a paper crime with no victims.
00:33:18.080 Yet they put her in with the monsters.
00:33:19.840 They put her in with the people that commit murders.
00:33:22.760 This is not, this is the craziness of this. 0.99
00:33:25.000 They want to kill her in prison. 0.99
00:33:27.200 We need to get her out, and she's a material witness in terms of other cases.
00:33:32.040 So that's up to, if Todd Blanche wants to show the world that he's got what it takes,
00:33:38.560 The very first thing that he should be doing is talking to us and organizing it with us, at least with me, so that we can basically go in there with some U.S. marshals.
00:33:48.320 Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. I would just want to go through.
00:33:51.280 You're saying Blanche gives Polis enough time and you would recommend to the president.
00:33:55.460 You're close to the president. President and Todd give to the end of the month.
00:33:59.960 Let's get through Memorial Day, end of the month. 0.97
00:34:01.680 And then you're saying, let's make her a witness in a federal case and then deputize the U.S. Bureau of Prisons, Federal Marshals, Federal Protective Service, whoever you have to do to go to Governor Polis and the Bureau of Prisons in Colorado, show up to the prison and say, we have a warrant here to take Tina Peters as a material witness in a federal case.
00:34:30.860 which supersedes any state charges, and we're here to get her,
00:34:35.840 and we ain't leaving until we got her.
00:34:37.380 Is that essentially roughly the plan?
00:34:39.960 That would be the plan, but only the attorney general.
00:34:43.320 He can delegate to certain other assistant attorney generals,
00:34:48.660 but it's a very unique power only in his hands
00:34:51.840 to be able to declare her to be a witness in the witness protection program.
00:34:56.600 That's what she needs.
00:34:57.780 That's what we need.
00:34:58.980 We need to save this lady's life. 0.99
00:35:00.860 I mean, she's living through hell, and she's slowly deteriorating, as you would expect.
00:35:07.500 Peter, where do people go to your website?
00:35:11.060 Also, one of the reasons I want to have you on, I'm going to have Apollo.
00:35:14.960 We were trying to get him yesterday when we were superseded by a live coverage from the White House, from the Oval, to get them on.
00:35:21.020 Because there needs to be some resources here, both at the federal level and the state level.
00:35:24.940 So I want people to be able to go, where do they go for you?
00:35:27.820 Where do they go for your social media?
00:35:29.160 Where do they go for this plan?
00:35:30.380 And if they want to support you and your efforts for Tina Peters, they can make a donation.
00:35:37.260 So where do folks go for all of that?
00:35:39.960 Okay, well, you know, I'm at Peter Tickton, but LegalBrains.com is our website.
00:35:46.820 It's easy to get there.
00:35:47.780 And for Tina Peters, it's Tina, T-I-N-A, Peters, P-E-T-E-R-S, no space, TinaPeters.us.
00:35:56.680 And any help that you can give to Tina would be greatly appreciated.
00:36:00.380 And you're saying, play it out with the governor to the end of the month, then make her a witness in a federal case, invoke the Witness Protection Act, go through all the proper notification, all that.
00:36:15.180 But at the end of the day, a U.S. marshal should be knocking on the steel door of the women's prison in Colorado and saying, we're there to fetch, we're there to collect Tina Peters and we ain't leaving until we get her, basically, sir.
00:36:28.080 right yes yes exactly yeah i mean todd blanche right now he needs to show that he he measures
00:36:33.760 up to do what's needed to be done or you know i don't look i i want the job for ag but at the same
00:36:40.960 time i don't want him to fail for him to fail is for the united states to fail so i don't want him
00:36:47.360 to ever fail and uh and and in this regard he could do the right job and show us all that he's
00:36:54.480 He's got what it takes, and you get my drift in terms of what it takes.
00:37:00.220 You're going to also be, I just want to make a plug for Matt Meck
00:37:03.200 and the coalition is putting on the fraud, the anti-fraud conference,
00:37:06.560 particularly voter fraud, in June in Vegas at the Ahern Hotel,
00:37:10.580 and you are going to be one of the speakers, correct?
00:37:12.620 You're giving a major presentation?
00:37:15.000 I understand that.
00:37:16.080 That's the case, yes.
00:37:18.240 Perfect.
00:37:19.000 Make sure we send that website also.
00:37:20.560 So people can meet Peter Tickton in the flesh.
00:37:24.260 And thank you.
00:37:25.080 Thank you, brother.
00:37:25.900 I appreciate you, Tickton.
00:37:27.580 Thank you.
00:37:28.200 Likewise.
00:37:30.120 I'd love his plan.
00:37:32.960 You give him, you know, Polis has had nothing.
00:37:34.760 Look, Polis wants to run for president.
00:37:36.300 He's getting nothing but blowback from Griswold and this entire crowd.
00:37:40.640 I mean, they went nuts on him when he even ran this up the flagpole.
00:37:43.700 And it looks like he blinked.
00:37:44.880 If he blinked, okay, that's fine.
00:37:46.240 It's not the end of the world.
00:37:48.300 I think Tickton's got a plan.
00:37:49.580 federal case make her witness so you put her in the witness protection program he sent the u.s
00:37:54.400 marshals in to collect her right something's got to happen he's absolutely correct she is now and
00:38:02.500 remember she is mentally tough it's one of the toughest people i've ever met physically though
00:38:09.760 she's had some issues and her mental toughness is still there but as she passed through another
00:38:15.740 mother's day and you can see we're deployed you know we're taking guys out of venezuela we're
00:38:21.700 doing this we're doing that she's going hey i'm in i'm in a state prison in colorado
00:38:25.680 what can we do here i think it's now time for direct action like peter tickton talked about
00:38:32.620 with todd blanch and the attorney general of the united states this is clearly and she never
00:38:38.120 first of them finding her guilty was a travesty but to then sentence her to this prison because
00:38:43.340 of that breaks all types of customs and traditions and norms in the state of Colorado but this is
00:38:50.460 how I want to go back to the beginning of the show about Jack Smith and what Solomon told you
00:38:57.380 these people are Marxist they're Bolsheviks the only reason they kind of use the pretense of
00:39:03.960 democracy law that's all wolves in sheep's clothing this is about extreme absolute power
00:39:09.000 they're coming for trump they're coming for president trump solomon laid it out and grace
00:39:15.320 and mo can push that column again and elizabeth out to everybody so you can read it and then be
00:39:20.380 a force multiple and pass it on you will see they're coming for trump not just in the midterms
00:39:26.220 they got a whole plan to come for him when he's out of office and the family and everybody associated
00:39:30.920 with him i said this at the cpi dinner back in the spring of last year warned everybody you don't
00:39:37.220 think this is over this is a ongoing fight and look at tina peters if they had any empathy they
00:39:43.400 had any human feeling at all tina peters would be out they don't they want tina peters to die
00:39:51.900 in prison full stop that's what these progressives and liberals alike tage gill today brother i need
00:39:59.960 a great cup of coffee, not a medium. Folks, take your life's game up. Demand excellence.
00:40:07.540 I can't get over the shaved Tej Gill. This is like, first off, you know you're 15 years younger. 0.70
00:40:18.340 That beard makes you look like a pirate and it makes you look older. Thank God for shaving.
00:40:24.960 Tell me about the coffee, brother. I want a great cup of coffee.
00:40:27.760 yeah um just look at the site it's warpath.coffee always use promo code war room we're running 15
00:40:36.180 off right now we got over 18 000 five-star reviews um people love the coffee the the dark roast is
00:40:42.920 always the best seller and the dark roast pay cups are the best seller right now so
00:40:47.340 the the breakfast blend that's one that's our original coffee i made that blend and that one
00:40:52.560 is that's my favorite but um to eat your own and we got the uh italian frog man espresso decaf we
00:40:59.540 got salted caramel we got all kinds of stuff we got we got a whole line of hats and then we have
00:41:03.920 more hats coming and t-shirts are coming and then we're in uh we're in shields now and shields in
00:41:09.320 meridian idaho and shields in salt lake city and i actually just talked to the manager on monday
00:41:14.400 and they said it's doing great everybody loves it the employees love it i sent i sent one of my
00:41:19.720 friends and uh shields i was like hey go buy some coffee and support the brand so he went into
00:41:24.700 shields and he said the shields employees walked up to him and like dude you got to get the war
00:41:28.620 path it's the best coffee in here so people people love the coffee if you haven't tried it try it
00:41:33.700 you can drink it straight black hang on hang on hang on give me that again when your shoes because
00:41:38.860 you worked you worked very hard to get this into retail and in the personnel self because they have
00:41:43.660 the option of taking the different brands and making the coffee out of right what did they tell
00:41:47.360 what'd they tell folks it's the best brand we got here yeah i told i told my buddies i was like hey
00:41:52.440 go into shield and buy some coffee you know like support the brand and he said the employee walked
00:41:56.960 up to him when he was at the coffee aisle and was like dude you got to get the warpath coffee it's
00:42:00.960 the best best coffee we have and that um they actually they're drinking it in the back in the
00:42:05.840 break room so that the employees there love it so it's it's starting to do well what i want to do
00:42:14.240 is where do they go to it's not tage saying this it's not bannon saying this it's what is it 17
00:42:20.960 000 now five five star reviews 18 000 five star reviews yeah yeah and go read the reviews i mean
00:42:30.000 and particularly what i love about some of the reviews we've shifted people as you started the
00:42:34.120 company i was talking about particularly the dark roast it coffee has to be to get the full
00:42:39.880 advantage of coffee you you need to consume it without cream and sugar you can if you want cream
00:42:46.640 and sugar and that's your deal that's fine right but the the the incredible taste of coffee what
00:42:53.080 what it does is always best consume black and that was your standard of excellence that want to make
00:42:59.460 sure the acidity is gone so you don't have to cover it with cream and sugar correct that's right
00:43:04.860 yeah i went to actually i was in kuwait and ramadan this i don't know this was like 2007
00:43:09.900 2008 during the war and uh i stopped over in kuwait and ramadan and i drank some black coffee
00:43:15.660 there and i've never drank coffee like that before and it was so smooth and it was just straight black
00:43:21.980 and that's that that's what i was going for when we started warpath coffee was just an amazing
00:43:27.900 black coffee that you can and that so we're doing it i'm holding i'm gonna hold you through the
00:43:33.420 the break. Hang on to you. You come off the
00:43:35.420 planes in Kuwait and
00:43:37.300 Dubai and you
00:43:39.460 have that Arab coffee right off
00:43:41.460 it. Boom! Like nitroglycerin.
00:43:44.700 Short break.
00:43:47.460 Do you owe back
00:43:49.500 taxes or you haven't filed your
00:43:51.440 taxes in years? Now
00:43:53.400 is the time to resolve your tax
00:43:55.540 matters. With the national
00:43:57.480 conversation around abolishing
00:43:59.360 the income tax, the IRS
00:44:01.480 is fighting back and proving it's here to stay by becoming more aggressive than ever before.
00:44:07.520 They're sending out more collection notices, filing more tax liens, and collecting billions
00:44:12.940 more in recent years. If you owe, the IRS can garnish your wages, levy your bank accounts,
00:44:20.780 seize your retirement, and even your home. If you owe or haven't filed, it's not a question of if
00:44:27.400 the IRS will act. It's a question of when it will act. Right now, Tax Network USA is offering a
00:44:34.560 completely free IRS research and discovery call to show you exactly where you stand and what they
00:44:41.380 can stop before it's too late. Their powerful programs and strategies can save you thousands
00:44:47.440 or even eliminate your debt entirely if you qualify. Don't make a costly mistake. Representing
00:44:53.740 yourself or calling the IRS on your own waives your rights and costs you more money. They are
00:44:59.180 not, and let me repeat, the IRS is not on your side. Get protected the right way with Tax Network
00:45:05.840 USA and start the process of settling your tax matters once and for all today. Call 1-800-958-1000.
00:45:15.780 That's 1-800-958-1000 or visit TNUSA.com slash Bannon for your free discovery call with Tax Network USA.
00:45:28.200 Let me repeat, 800-958-1000, tell them Bannon sent you.
00:45:32.600 Don't let the IRS be the first to act.
00:45:36.800 Take advantage of first mover advantage, you move.
00:45:40.980 War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:45:45.780 tage gill from defending your country to making i think the best coffee that's ever been made
00:45:51.940 uh i'm addicted to it it's just amazing i'm a huge coffee drinker that's why we
00:45:56.160 early on tage was head of our security for years and years and years by the way tage you know
00:46:01.580 peter schweitzer actually came out and uh was down locally the other day and uh and gave a speech
00:46:06.840 uh speaking to another guy you did security for us so now you know you've got a proper
00:46:12.320 now you got a proper job uh one more time i want i want folks to go to the site with all the
00:46:18.580 different flavors you've got blends you've got merch you've got but particularly to just see
00:46:24.380 what your your colleagues in the war and posse say about this 18 000 now plus five-star reviews
00:46:31.540 it just doesn't happen that's why this thing's kind of taking on a cult aspect of it of the
00:46:36.060 best coffee out there where do folks go sir and what specials do you have for us you go to
00:46:41.200 Warpath.coffee, that's the website, and use promo code WARROOM.
00:46:45.360 Always use promo code WARROOM.
00:46:46.820 The promo code will fluctuate throughout the year.
00:46:49.320 Right now it's at 15% off, and we're actually trying to get rid of some holiday blend,
00:46:57.280 not holiday blend, but the peppermint mocha and the pumpkin pie,
00:47:00.600 so I dropped those down to $10 a bag, so you add that 15% code, it's $8.50 a bag
00:47:07.160 if you're wanting flavor holiday coffee.
00:47:09.060 We're trying to get rid of it.
00:47:10.280 It's good for 14 months.
00:47:12.120 When we package it, we purge all the air out of the bag before we seal it,
00:47:16.580 and we fill it with nitrogen so those beans stay fresh for a little over a year.
00:47:21.800 So they're only a couple months old right now.
00:47:23.820 But if you want to get a hot deal, you know, get that peppermint mocha,
00:47:27.560 the pumpkin spice, and then 15% off everything else.
00:47:30.260 And if you haven't tried it, try it.
00:47:32.480 It's the best coffee.
00:47:33.680 Drink it straight black.
00:47:35.100 The way we roast it is on a perforated drum,
00:47:37.760 and we don't burn the beans at all.
00:47:39.180 and that's that's why you can drink it straight black we we caramelize the beans we don't 0.97
00:47:44.860 carbonize and that's what it's called amazing uh tage gill and by the way does your wife is she
00:47:51.680 adamant about you shaving and keeping the beard like i said you're 15 years younger
00:47:56.100 what you get that beard sometimes you don't hear you scare me i understand why he wore it in the

00:49:04.880 deficits although their inflation came from seven trillion dollars of like additional spending
00:49:10.460 by biden uh now they're all you know the deficit hawks uh but it's a reality it's got to be dealt
