00:00:00.000 Well, you know, you actually just stole my still line right out of my mouth because I
00:00:05.740 was going to ask you, this has become something of a almost a running joke within the campaign
00:00:11.140 where you've been going around asking people just if they can name one accomplishment from
00:00:16.640 Senator Cornyn.
00:00:17.400 Have you found anyone who's able to do so?
00:00:20.280 No.
00:00:20.700 So I started April the 8th.
00:00:22.160 I announced my candidates April date last year.
00:00:24.260 So a year and like two months ago.
00:00:26.140 and every meeting, whether it's one person or it's thousands, I've asked every single time,
00:00:32.280 can you name one good accomplishment? John Corn has been in the Senate for 24 years.
00:00:37.120 He's been in office since the 84 when I was in college and I'm now 63. He's been in office for
00:00:42.960 42 years and I give him the whole 42 years. I said, can you name one good accomplishment in 42
00:00:48.240 years? No one's ever delivered an answer, not one answer. And then my follow-up is take any two
00:00:53.680 weeks I've been the attorney general of Texas, but it's the last two weeks, John can pick the two
00:00:58.160 weeks other than Christmas and Thanksgiving. I will have accomplished more in any two week period
00:01:02.740 than he's accomplished in 42 years. I think that's pathetic. And I think we need to change. 0.99
00:01:08.700 What do you think is the reason that for so long, Texas would send somebody up like that? I mean,
00:01:16.100 I, he, you know, he comes up and he comes across as, as, oh, I'm just like you, I'm a conservative,
00:01:21.280 but then he goes to washington dc and he just can't seem to actually deliver on any conservative
00:01:26.560 agenda items no he delivers on bad things i mean helping joe biden restrict second amendments he
00:01:32.000 blocks the border wall from being built he's an open borders guy i think what happens is you know
00:01:37.360 carl roves of the world the bushes of the world got behind him and he's never had any real
00:01:41.600 competition and then they spend 125 million dollars from washington to tell republicans
00:01:47.760 in texas that john cornyn is conservative that he is you know that he has stood against biden
00:01:53.200 that he's a donald trump guy voted with him 99 of the time fought for the border wall all this stuff
00:01:57.760 is untrue but with 125 million dollars if you can turn five percent of my voters to him that's a 10
00:02:03.840 turn that's what they rely on and then they lie about me with the same money and so that's what
00:02:08.880 they depend on he doesn't campaign he doesn't get out and talk to the voters because it's too risky
00:02:12.560 for him and what he does is they send this money in to really be dishonest about his record and
00:02:19.120 trying to convince from dc tell republicans this is the guy stand with our guy and that stuff has
00:02:24.880 worked because in the last 40 or 50 years only two incumbents that i know of have been knocked
00:02:29.280 off either democrat or republican and one was in richard luger in 2012 self-funded he had a self
00:02:34.320 funder and the second was mike lee in 2010 because he was in a convention state no one's ever taken
00:02:38.960 on a senator sitting center in a primary that i know of in the last 40 or 50 years and beaten them
00:02:44.400 straight up without a special either self-funding or a convention state where you don't need money
00:02:50.320 i know and it's it's it's obviously an extremely heavy lift and that's why the people of texas
00:02:55.760 have really found themselves in such a corner and that's why they've now turned
00:03:00.000 to uh to indeterminate general such yourself a candidate such yourself who actually wants to
00:03:05.920 achieve things and actually wants to put points on the board rather than just go fill a seat and
00:03:11.120 fog a mirror in washington dc for 42 years rather than get anything done what are the top line
00:03:17.520 issues that people are talking about in the state of texas the number one issue which i've challenged
00:03:22.560 john cornyn on is the save america act i mean this is the president's number one issue said it
00:03:27.920 in his state of union i was there i heard it and it's simple it requires that citizens not vote
00:03:33.440 it requires a photo id and it requires a revised mail-in ballot structure that that stops some of
00:03:39.600 the cheating and i said i would even consider dropping out if john corner could just deliver on
00:03:44.320 one really significant thing she's not done in 42 years i challenged him right after the runoff
00:03:49.840 march 3rd i think it was march 4th or 5th that i said this i would consider dropping out but guess
00:03:53.920 what instead of getting that pass instead of getting rid of the filibuster which they are
00:03:57.680 protecting they instead he went on vacation for two weeks and then came back for a weekend i think
00:04:03.200 then went back on vacation so he even when under pressure even when it becomes the highlighted
00:04:09.760 issue by the president by me john corin even then couldn't deliver and that's the problem
00:04:15.440 and those are the type of issues that texans care about along with the fact that the border
00:04:19.760 would be protected and unfortunately john spent all his money in ukraine as opposed to defending
00:04:24.560 the border in texas he was more interested in foreign borders than he was ours texans don't
00:04:31.680 want to put up with that anymore, nor do they want to have a center that sides with Joe Biden
00:04:36.880 to restrict Second Amendment rights. And that's what John Cornett has done.
00:04:40.320 He sued Texas Children's. This all started several years ago when I came out,
00:04:45.440 when it seemed like this whole idea of transitioning kids was a big thing. No one was speaking out.
00:04:51.040 We came out with an opinion, a legal opinion, saying that we viewed that as child abuse.
00:04:56.400 And shortly thereafter, issuing that opinion, the legislature stepped in and
00:05:00.800 ban transitioning of children in texas and ban hospitals and doctors from doing it however we
00:05:06.080 started discovering hospitals that were doing it we were able to force some hospitals out 0.67
00:05:10.400 this one is obviously a texas hospital so they couldn't leave and so we sued them and we got
00:05:16.160 a settlement last night with them where they are firing all of their doctors that do this they've
00:05:20.400 agreed to to never hire anybody doing this again and they have they have some compliance to do to
00:05:26.480 make sure that doesn't happen they also agreed to to pay 10 million and they're going to use part of
00:05:31.200 that to create a de-transitioning unit where they actually cover for the next five years
00:05:36.960 they will cover for free anybody that wants to come and de-transition i think it's the first of
00:05:41.360 its kind uh program in in the united states and maybe anywhere in the world i don't know
00:05:47.040 but it is going to happen in texas and we're going to give some of these children an opportunity
00:05:51.440 who couldn't afford it, who were in a bad spot because they were young and they didn't know,
00:05:56.480 and their minds and their brains would fully develop and they were potentially pushed into
00:06:01.040 or made poor decisions based on their age, can now come back and have an opportunity to potentially
00:06:06.480 at least partially or maybe fully reverse what's happened to them.
00:06:11.520 And it's stunning. It's just stunning. So I'm reading through the settlement here.
00:06:16.960 10 million to the state for billing texas medicaid for unallowable and illegal gender
00:06:21.920 transition interventions including by using false diagnostic codes compelling determination and
00:06:28.080 revocation of privileges of multiple physicians as you mentioned and this detransition clinic
00:06:34.240 funded by the hospital for five years free of charge for patients that are admitted
00:06:40.900 Mr. General, this is something that we would hope as conservatives that could be spread across the entire country.
00:06:48.600 I just have to say thank you for your work here and your efforts, because this is something that, look, you know, in conservative media,
00:06:56.140 we've always got some outrage about what the radical transgender movement is doing.
00:07:01.020 But this is a major, major victory. And hopefully and you mentioned it's the first of its kind, but hopefully it's not the last. 0.97
00:07:08.660 Yeah, I think that's something that I hope happens.
00:07:10.940 You know, a lot of states don't have laws against this, but they may be able to do what we did.
00:07:15.180 We used both the current law, which has been new, but we also went back and looked at Medicaid and the fraud where they were hiding it and they were coding it wrong and billing Medicaid inappropriately and illegally.
00:07:26.740 And so we were able to use both methods.
00:07:28.240 We used the current law that when they were continuing to do it when the law was passed, but we also went backwards and used Medicaid.
00:07:34.460 So other states, other Republican states potentially that don't have this law in place should get it in place.
00:07:39.880 Second, if they don't have it in place, you can use Medicaid fraud.
00:07:43.840 And then third, why not push the same program we did, which was create these programs all over the state.
00:07:50.980 So these kids that were put in such a difficult spot, they don't have the resources to accommodate what they might want to do now.
00:07:58.020 Give them the opportunity to get as much of their life back as possible.
00:08:01.620 Provide them some hope.
00:08:02.660 And that's what I'm trying to do with this program.
00:08:04.460 is provide hope to kids that have no hope.
00:08:07.340 I think there has been no change in policy.
00:08:12.020 I mean, at least that's certainly what Rubio tells us.
00:08:14.160 Just before we got on the air, the Chinese foreign ministry released Wang Yi,
00:08:18.140 the foreign minister's readout of the meeting,
00:08:20.160 and I was trying to get to the parts about Taiwan
00:08:22.340 where it looked like there was a very long and in-depth discussion,
00:08:25.920 but that, in fact, there doesn't appear to be any change in policy.
00:08:29.680 the president's press spray on the plane suggested there might be a change in arms sales
00:08:37.060 i just don't know about that i think the united states has to sell arms to taiwan i mean what
00:08:41.820 trump said notably was that the united states doesn't want to fight eight thousand miles away
00:08:46.800 in taiwan and if that's the case they have to sell arms to taiwan to ensure that taiwan can
00:08:51.720 defend themselves so the problem actually is trying to take taiwan yeah that could be the
00:08:58.040 implication as well right so i couldn't say that again i missed you unless and if we don't want to
00:09:03.660 fight 8 000 miles overseas and and we're not willing to sell arms does that imply that donald
00:09:09.160 trump would be just willing to let china take taiwan oh i certainly hope not i mean that would
00:09:15.480 certainly be bad for our commitments all over the indo-pacific it would be bad for a supply of
00:09:19.960 semiconductors as well um you know i think this arm sale will go through the problem is on the
00:09:25.500 Taiwan side, they can't get a full defense budget passed on their side for weapons and for drones.
00:09:32.420 So hopefully there isn't a change in policy. At least Wang Yi's readout didn't appear to suggest
00:09:36.860 there was a major change. Sources telling us that hackers have breached critical systems that
00:09:41.860 monitor fuel storage tanks at gas stations in multiple states, and officials believe Iran
00:09:47.440 is behind these cyber attacks. CNN's Sean Lingus is following the story here.
00:09:53.400 Sean, what do you know about this?
00:09:55.380 Yeah, this is just coming out, Brianna.
00:09:57.120 Iran has long had a history of probing these systems that sit online that monitor tank levels.
00:10:03.760 Also, they've hacked before water systems that are also online. 0.99
00:10:08.100 So they take this low-hanging fruit and they go for it.
00:10:10.840 And in this case, sources are telling me that in multiple states, the hackers have been able to manipulate the readings on the storage tank.
00:10:20.860 So basically, you might think that the tank is fuller than it is or not.
00:10:24.520 They haven't actually been able to affect the fuel in there or cause any safety or damage.
00:10:28.880 But it is a concern for safety, for anyone, for people that operate in the gas stations, but also for U.S. officials investigating them.
00:10:36.240 Now, they aren't sure it's Iran, according to my reporting.
00:10:39.520 Iran is the leading suspect based on their history and based on the situation they're in right now in the war.
00:10:44.900 And they don't have enough information right now to definitively blame Iran. 0.91
00:10:49.040 However, it does fit in with Iran's history of doing this sort of thing, and it's sort of that asymmetric ability that Iran has. 0.81
00:10:55.820 They can't hit the U.S. homeland with missiles or drones, but they have hackers who are still alive, despite all the bombing in Iran, who are able to break into these systems. 0.72
00:11:05.060 And it's partly a psychological effect, but also a potential safety concern, Brianna.
00:11:09.320 So, I mean, what is the safety concern?
00:11:11.100 Like, why would they do this other than to kind of fool gas station owners into thinking, oh, I don't need that for gas?
00:11:18.180 I don't want to give them ideas, but it could escalate if they had some outside help,
00:11:25.760 maybe someone on the ground near the gas station to help with the attack to make it more targeted.
00:11:30.620 Right now, it is basically scanning the Internet and saying, oh, there's something online that should not be online.
00:11:35.740 It doesn't have a password on it. Let's break into it.
00:11:38.640 And so it's really a longstanding problem with some U.S. critical infrastructure
00:11:42.400 where those without the resources are not really securing their systems 1.00
00:11:46.140 And the Iranians really know how to exploit that, Brianna. 0.99
00:11:49.540 According to the United States readout, the United States and China agreed that the Strait of Hormuz should not be militarized and there should be no toll. 1.00
00:11:59.260 So if if that's the case, then that is support of the American position.
00:12:03.640 But there doesn't seem to be a Chinese commitment to lean on the Iranians when it comes to negotiations.
00:12:11.520 According to the president, the Chinese have agreed not to sell weapons to Iran.
00:12:17.300 The Chinese have not, as far as I know, Victor, I'm sure would know better.
00:12:21.360 But as far as I know, have not released any statement that would confirm that they've agreed not to sell to the Iranians.
00:12:28.580 And after all, they're selling components and air defense systems.
00:12:31.200 So there is a way, at least a way around this.
00:12:34.820 So I'm not sure that they got a lot on Iran.
00:12:38.600 And I think the Chinese, while not wanting to get too involved directly, are happy to have the United States pinned down in the Gulf.
00:12:47.080 U.S. State Department says the ceasefire in Lebanon has been extended for 45 days.
00:12:51.860 It was due to expire on Sunday.
00:12:53.780 And this, of course, follows the latest round of talks between Israel and Lebanon, as we've seen scores of strikes exchange between Israel and Hezbollah.
00:13:01.520 Under the terms of the ceasefire, Israel is allowed to conduct defensive operations, though.
00:13:05.660 so friday 15 may year of our lord 2026 welcome to the friday afternoon show we're going to go to
00:13:12.280 the white house momentarily also the president i believe they're going to land during the show
00:13:17.920 right at andrews don't know if the president will um address the media take a spray or a press spray
00:13:25.200 or what he will do but we will find it out neil mccabe's at the white house a lot to go through
00:13:29.840 I want to give a hat tip to Jack Posobiec in the Human Events Daily Show at 2 o'clock.
00:13:36.400 I thought it was a terrific interview with Ken Paxson.
00:13:39.900 That's what we try to play a highlight reel.
00:13:41.460 But Ken Paxson, a decent guy, one that's been with the MAGA movement.
00:13:46.120 And remember, the attorney general in the state that took the lead in attacking Biden's unconstitutional moves in the very first afternoon of the illegitimate regime of Joe Biden.
00:13:58.240 So just absolutely outstanding, incredible.
00:14:01.240 We're going to try to play more of that and get into it.
00:14:03.480 Also, we're going to talk the Senate, the Save America Act, what's up with Thune, what is to be done.
00:14:10.460 We need action, action, action.
00:14:13.560 I have three areas I want to talk to the audience about.
00:14:17.200 I think Daily Mail may be doing a story of this interview on Sean Spicer's show early.
00:14:22.720 Remember, Spicer, let's get that site of my producer and get it to me in the next hour.
00:14:27.900 Spicer has an event that's going to start, I think, at 6 o'clock.
00:14:33.020 If you're in the area, get over to the Trump-Kennedy Center.
00:14:36.080 It's free for the War Room Posse.
00:14:38.880 Show up.
00:14:39.640 Take your phone out.
00:14:40.360 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N at 989898.
00:14:45.080 Get to the Ultimate Guide for Investing Gold and Precious Metals.
00:14:49.600 There's a special deal that goes through, I think, the 29th of May for first-time gold buyers, purchasers.
00:14:57.040 I will talk about it more next.
00:14:59.960 Do you owe back taxes or you haven't filed your taxes in years?
00:15:04.480 Now is the time to resolve your tax matters.
00:15:07.660 With the national conversation around abolishing the income tax,
00:15:12.460 the IRS is fighting back and proving it's here to stay
00:15:15.580 by becoming more aggressive than ever before.
00:15:18.920 They're sending out more collection notices, filing more tax liens,
00:15:23.080 and collecting billions more in recent years.
00:15:25.800 If you owe, the IRS can garnish your wages, levy your bank accounts, seize your retirement, and even your home.
00:15:35.220 If you owe or haven't filed, it's not a question of if the IRS will act, it's a question of when it will act.
00:15:43.460 Right now, Tax Network USA is offering a completely free IRS research and discovery call
00:15:49.320 to show you exactly where you stand and what they can stop before it's too late.
00:15:55.800 Their powerful programs and strategies can save you thousands or even eliminate your debt entirely if you qualify.
00:16:02.680 Don't make a costly mistake.
00:16:04.520 Representing yourself or calling the IRS on your own waives your rights and costs you more money.
00:16:10.240 They are not, and let me repeat, the IRS is not on your side.
00:16:14.960 Get protected the right way with Tax Network USA and start the process of settling your tax matters once and for all today.

00:16:38.880 Let me repeat, 800-958-1000
00:16:42.320 Tell them Bannon sent you
00:16:43.580 Don't let the IRS be the first to act
00:16:47.340 Take advantage of first mover advantage
00:16:50.440 You move
00:16:52.900 Would the U.S. defend Taiwan if it came to it?
00:16:55.100 I don't want to say anything. I'm not going to say that.
00:16:58.480 There's only one person that knows that. You know who it is? Me. I'm the only person.
00:17:03.180 That question was asked to me today by President Xi. I said, I don't talk about that.
00:17:08.580 He asked you today.
00:17:10.680 He asked you if you would send troops, if you would ask me if I defend them.
00:17:14.520 I said, I don't talk about that.
00:17:16.140 She told him that.
00:17:17.080 I don't talk about that.
00:17:19.360 I would go to the White House, Neil McCabe. 0.95
00:17:20.960 So, Neil, two things I want to deal with is one is this exactly what the Chinese are saying they agree to versus what we're saying they agree to, particularly around Iran. 0.86
00:17:31.820 Today, financial pressure is going to be put on the middle and working class in this country as the bond market.
00:17:38.060 Remember, we had, I informed you, there was a weak treasury auction the other day.
00:17:42.180 the people that lend money that buy u.s bonds institutional investors the big kahunas
00:17:49.500 they're charging more they're going to charge more to lend money to the u.s government the 30-year
00:17:56.840 which is really tied to the mortgages went over 5.1 percent around 5.1 percent that means the
00:18:03.000 30-year mortgage is going to kick up and president trump had all this kind of he and besant had this
00:18:08.540 thing worked out. And remember, back in the first term in 2019, it was one point. I think the
00:18:15.500 interest on the 10-year was 1.7. I think inflation was 1.4. Think about that for a second. That's
00:18:21.040 how everything converged. The 10-year Treasury, as we have taught you here on the war room,
00:18:26.640 really is the number that controls your financial life, why everything is priced off what they call
00:18:31.600 the risk-free rate of lending to the US government. That's 10 years. That's now, and both
00:18:38.540 Bowling and Cortez warned that if we breach 4.5%, this thing could explode to 4.6%, maybe even get
00:18:46.120 to 5% itself. That is now 4.6%. That means that all your auto loans, your credit cards, your
00:18:52.940 home, your secondary loans on your home, all of it are going to go up, particularly your credit
00:18:59.500 because that's what it's priced off of.
00:19:01.380 They put a risk premium for you on top of the, quote-unquote,
00:19:05.440 the risk-free premium that they lend to the government.
00:19:08.500 Why is this important?
00:19:09.440 This is important because this was all brought about by this war.
00:19:13.820 President Trump and Besson had a plan.
00:19:15.440 It was kicking in.
00:19:16.600 You could see the green shoots.
00:19:18.040 Things were happening.
00:19:19.400 The turnaround was already starting.
00:19:21.060 It was going to be very good news by mid-summer to late summer,
00:19:23.980 exactly the time when the American people would say,
00:19:26.620 okay, I got these guys. I like what they're doing. It's the economy's stupid, and things are going
00:19:31.960 well. Now we're going to have some perturbation. We're going to have some choppy water. 1.00
00:19:38.720 It is critical now more than ever to sort this mess out in Iran, in the Persian Gulf. 0.99
00:19:45.980 And a big part of that was a great powers discussion between the president of the United 0.84
00:19:50.340 States and the chairman of the Chinese Communist Party. Also, in addition, as an industry linked
00:19:55.140 Now, a subset of that, you got the Strait Hormuz, you also got the Taiwan Strait, what is going to happen in Taiwan.
00:20:00.620 So, Neil, first off, what do we actually know about what – we know they have – and we played one of the many clips that are out there today, that there really wasn't a big mention of this in the communique by the Chinese, but they did acknowledge it, that they do agree there should not be – there should be no militarization of the Strait Hormuz, and there should be no toll.
00:20:23.040 Now, they haven't said if they're going to support our action or not.
00:20:25.440 I don't believe they've actually formally commented on the no nuclear weapons, although
00:20:30.380 President Trump told Hannity last night that they were in agreement.
00:20:33.780 What do you know over at the White House, as the president now returns, about this whole
00:20:37.700 situation with Iran, the war in the Persian Gulf, all of it, as far as the Chinese Communist
00:20:43.920 Party's commitment to work with President Trump or support President Trump's policies,
00:20:49.540 sir?
00:20:52.560 Right, Steve. So there was no formal memo of understanding or any kind of agreement where the Chinese actually signed off on what President Trump said they signed off on.
00:21:04.620 He basically expressed it as his understanding of what they had told him, and he was going to move forward with that.
00:21:11.340 The Chinese haven't come forward and said he's wrong, and so we'll just see how it plays out.
00:21:17.520 Now, I want to go to the source reporting that.
00:21:20.240 Go ahead.
00:21:20.720 Go ahead.
00:21:21.200 No, go ahead. Continue. I was just going to make the point. I was going to make the point that there are Chinese tankers, oil tankers that are taking Iranian oil bound for China that have, quote, slipped through, unquote, our blockade, one or two of them.
00:21:39.560 And I don't know. I don't know how someone sneaks through.
00:21:43.520 They go like three knots and they're very large ships.
00:21:46.700 And so that may have been part of sort of a repartiment during the summit.
00:21:51.500 But it would be interesting to see in the future, in the next week or so, how many tankers bound for China actually pass through.
00:22:01.100 Now, in this press gaggle, it's what it's called, when he just kind of steps back in Air Force One.
00:22:07.440 And President Trump loves doing this. And he takes any and all questions. And he kind of you can tell his mind's working the entire time. The wheels are spinning. He decides which one he wants to answer and which one he blew off.
00:22:19.900 He did give some answers and particularly use some historical references in this discussion of Taiwan.
00:22:26.820 Now, the Financial Times has reported, and we put it up, that he said he hasn't made the final decision on his approval of this big arms package, which I think is $25 billion, to the Taiwan government.
00:22:42.440 Also, people should understand, right now, there's a fifth column in Taiwan that's probably a third of the nation that backs kind of a reunification.
00:22:53.200 I mean, one of the flies in the orbit here is that there's, and that party now is the Kuomintang.
00:22:57.740 Chiang Kai-shek's party, which was the Independent and Nationalist Party, is now a pro-CCP or CCP-adjacent party that argues for many of the things that the CCP want.
00:23:09.580 So what did what was President Trump's response today, particularly in regards to President Reagan and other things have happened in our long and tortured history of strategic ambiguity as far as it goes with the island of Taiwan?
00:23:24.180 well i think the two main comments he made the first one was sort of uh an aside like the last
00:23:33.640 thing we need is a war you know 9 500 miles away which is just an interesting comment just an
00:23:39.680 observation however he was very specific when he was referring to the 1982 hang on hang on hang on
00:23:46.500 how could that make any sense when we've got a war that's i don't know 8 000 miles away how far
00:23:53.900 is how far how far away is the persian gulfs that would make that would make sense except for the
00:23:59.720 fact we're already we're already in a war of choice right in in uh with our with america's
00:24:05.660 greatest ally uh the arabs no no no excuse me america's greatest ally is the is israel but
00:24:11.380 the saudis the double dealing saudis are are close so we're in a war 8 000 miles away or
00:24:17.980 8,500 miles away. How does that make any sense?
00:24:22.300 I'll remind you that we're in a ceasefire,
00:24:24.780 sir. The other thing I would say is that
00:24:28.220 hang on, hang on, hang on. I know we're in a ceasefire,
00:24:32.200 but the ceasefire is to a war that we have not
00:24:35.060 brought to a successful conclusion. Would you agree with that?
00:24:41.720 Absolutely. Thank you. Okay, so
00:24:43.680 So – but his point is that, hey, it's 8,500 miles away or 9,000 miles away, and it's only 100 miles away from the mainland of China, right?
00:24:53.480 They have a home court advantage, kind of like the Persians have with the Strait of Hormuz, correct, sir?
00:25:03.260 Absolutely. Correct. Very much so. 0.97
00:25:07.420 And the president has always been very wary of that, right?
00:25:10.980 No, the president has always been very wary.
00:25:13.380 He's mentioned this on Taiwan many, many times.
00:25:18.500 And so I think that when he was mentioning sort of the how many miles away the war is, we don't want a war that far away.
00:25:24.440 I think he was just sort of said that was one of those comments that just makes off his head.
00:25:28.640 However, when he started referring specifically to the agreement that Reagan made 40 years ago, he seemed to have been briefed on it and was aware of it.
00:25:38.640 And he was also dismissive of something that was signed 40 years ago, which he felt he was not bound by.
00:25:45.460 And that was the six. I don't know all six off my head.
00:25:49.080 But Reagan basically had an agreement with the Taiwanese that said we wouldn't force them to deal with China.
00:25:55.360 We wouldn't we would continue to support them militarily.
00:25:58.940 And all of the things that we have done for Taiwan since 1982 are reflected in those six assurances that Reagan gave.
00:26:07.060 and trump basically called it a dead letter on the plane today when he say what do you mean he
00:26:13.240 said uh he he basically uh called it a dead letter he said that he was he says why would
00:26:21.280 i make decisions based on something that was signed 40 years ago it uh you know it's it has
00:26:26.840 the same force to say the buda the budapest memorandum memorandum it wasn't a treaty it
00:26:31.640 was something that was signed. He respects it. He knows it. He's aware of it. But he is he he
00:26:37.060 specifically said he did not feel bound by it because he's reacting to current events.
00:26:47.120 That is kind of that coupled with, hey, I haven't made a final decision on on the arms sales.
00:26:53.140 You would agree or kind of, I don't know, mini bombshells when we talk about the sensitivity
00:26:57.740 at Taiwan and particularly the chips factories and everything is going on with Taiwan and the
00:27:02.340 and the fact that the Chinese Communist Party was pretty blunt about saying it is a a a dissident
00:27:10.460 province of China that there's no chance independence is not something they even
00:27:16.820 conceive of because a province can't be independent sir that's correct and often you know whatever the
00:27:25.660 president says is officially U.S. policy, but often when a president speaks off the cuff,
00:27:31.780 he comes home, he sits down with his advisors, and they sort of recalibrate what he really meant.
00:27:38.260 Yeah. And President Trump's always, I mean, his stock in trade is to keep the other side
00:27:42.760 off balance, make sure they understand he calls audibles all the time. It was just interesting
00:27:47.260 they brought up, you're right, he was obviously briefed on the Reagan situation. Why don't you
00:27:52.500 Why don't you hold for us, Neil McCabe at the White House, birchgold.com, end of the dollar empire.

00:31:48.580 Do it today.
00:31:49.180 war room here's your host stephen k van okay welcome back a massive announcement we've got
00:31:56.600 two of the best people to do it peter tickton the lawyer for the federal lawyer for tina peters and
00:32:01.680 apollo pappas her wingman has been running her show since she's been in prison peter tickton i'll
00:32:07.180 let you tell the audience what has just come across the wire sir tina peters is going to be
00:32:12.840 out of prison within a matter of weeks. Governor Paulus did the right thing. Thank God. He had so
00:32:19.580 much pressure from the left to not do this. But Tina Peters is coming out. He commuted her 0.92
00:32:26.760 sentence and reduced it to half the time. By doing that, she's up for parole and she'll be
00:32:35.340 out within a month. I see what you're showing me in terms of the news article of June 1st.
00:32:42.840 I guess that's out. I didn't know that that was public, but the fact of the matter is
00:32:48.240 she's coming out of prison. Thank God. I mean, this lady, she didn't deserve to be in there for
00:32:54.520 a day. And even Governor Polis saw that the sentence was so harsh that it just needed to 0.95
00:33:00.420 be reduced. And this is one of those situations where we have a captured state. And when you have
00:33:05.680 a captured state, you have captured judges or the kinds of judges that are in those states.
00:33:10.900 Unlike places like Florida, where we have such good judges that know how to call balls and strikes,
00:33:17.240 you see different things in states like Michigan and Colorado where injustice prevails.
00:33:23.880 And in terms of Tina Peters, there's three reasons that she was incarcerated by this judge. 0.78
00:33:29.420 One was to basically keep her quiet, shut her up.
00:33:33.340 The second was to give Jenna Griswold a scapegoat.
00:33:37.200 And the third and the most important was to let the clerks of all the counties of all the United States to know that when you see something, you better not say something because you could end up in prison like Tina Peters.
00:33:50.700 And so, you know, the whole situation was rotten from the beginning.
00:33:54.660 Go ahead.
00:33:55.560 Peter, Tickton, you've got a lot of water on your back.
00:34:00.840 You're very experienced.
00:34:03.260 Governor Polis, and look, we are opposed to Governor Polis's policies, everything like that.
00:34:08.380 But in this instance, because when you were working on this and everything at the federal level, and you had President Trump on her sentence to give her a pardon,
00:34:18.360 the pressure on Polis, looking at the available alternatives at the state level, which you were working with John Case and the rest of her team, Apollo, everybody, it was a team effort.
00:34:28.300 The pressure the pressure the polis was coming under was tremendous.
00:34:33.240 One, he wants to run for president, but also Griswold and those people are the active people campaigning now.
00:34:38.860 They're trying to take over from him in this election.
00:34:41.220 So the Democrats, the firestorm against him, even at the mention of we first brought up on the show and had you in case on was enormous.
00:34:49.760 Correct. Yes.
00:34:53.400 Yeah. I mean, well, you know, we never stopped, you know, to.
00:34:57.500 to the team members of the team that's you know pat mcsweeney uh bobson carr stephanie lambert
00:35:05.180 john case and myself to each one of us we didn't want one extra day if there was a way of doing
00:35:11.740 things faster we were doing them faster it was one attack after another after another after another
00:35:17.020 in a state where we knew we were never going to see justice but in order to set things up properly
00:35:21.820 to this for the supreme court of the united states and we're still going there the fact
00:35:25.660 that her sentence was commuted is does not mean that we can't go to an appeal to continue and and
00:35:32.620 and get her cleared because there were things that were done that were done so wrong that they really
00:35:36.940 need to be and besides that president trump had the the the gumption and and and the the guts to
00:35:45.100 basically issue a pardon for something that's a state offense involving federal issues and and
00:35:53.180 And, you know, I can't beg for a pardon and then not pursue it to the full extent to make sure that we get that pardon effective.
00:36:02.580 So we're definitely going to be going to the Supreme Court. 0.78
00:36:04.780 But the most important thing here is that we have a 70-year-old lady who did nothing wrong.
00:36:11.440 I mean, imagine, I mean, you know, even if she were guilty of what they're saying,
00:36:14.860 which was not providing the name to the secretary of state, her highness, that needed to be told the name of who was going to be there during the trusted bill.
00:36:23.960 You know, the reason she didn't give the name was because this guy, she was able to get him to image the machine.
00:36:30.120 She couldn't get anybody from the Colorado to image the machine from that government.
00:36:35.620 So she went elsewhere. She was able to get somebody who was certified by the Department of Homeland Security.
00:36:40.900 but there was one condition which was you can't use his name because the feds just used her to
00:36:46.400 bust i mean use that fellow to uh conan hayes is his name i mean it's out there now but conan hayes
00:36:54.900 is one of these heroes that that that busted a cartel uh for human trafficking god knows how
00:37:01.740 many children and how many women he saved from hell you know but the deal was that he could be
00:37:07.720 used to image her computer, but his name couldn't be used because he was in danger, because that
00:37:13.000 cartel was gunning for him. And imagine that the judge wouldn't allow her to give her explanation
00:37:17.840 as to why she did what she did to the jury. So, of course, she was convicted. You know, I mean,
00:37:23.780 if you can't give your defense, how do you not get convicted? You know, the whole thing was a
00:37:29.580 kangaroo court. This judge, he should be ashamed of himself for what he did in this trial.
00:37:36.400 Peter, hang on one second.
00:37:37.600 I'll bring on Apollo Pappas.
00:37:39.140 Apollo, you've been hosting or co-hosting the show while she's been in prisons,
00:37:43.780 like Colvette still is the co-host of the Charlie Kirk show.
00:37:47.800 You've been carrying the banner.
00:37:48.980 You and a team, your team is amazing.
00:37:50.720 Tell me your thoughts today after your guys' long struggle to free Tina Peters, sir.
00:38:01.240 I'm visiting with her, and she's in wonderful spirits.
00:38:04.620 and she deserves this at this point we're grateful to governor polis i know tina peters is excited to
00:38:11.620 make a transition back to a life she's been very unused to for quite a while and she wants to
00:38:17.360 continue uh you know using the platform that she can to advocate for other people who are affected
00:38:24.740 by similar issues and that's you know going to number the constitutional issues that are still
00:38:29.060 rightfully going to be adjudicated i'm happy that peter is going to be leading that charge
00:38:33.400 on the legal side but we're just happy that tina peters finally gets to come home
00:38:39.080 and the rest of this very long battle that she hasn't had of her is going to be able to be
00:38:43.740 fought without her being surrounded by by dangerous people and being tortured psychologically so
00:38:51.000 again thank you to governor polis and uh and from tina thank you to everybody who has been
00:38:56.120 uh carrying the banner on on your side as well and uh and thank you for putting that up this is
00:39:02.140 day 589 so it'll be about 600 days when she gets out uh you can see that at tinapeters.us
00:39:07.580 apollo tell us it just broke i mean literally we heard it they sent it to us we
00:39:12.940 reach out to you guys you're available which is amazing uh it just hit the wire in fact peter
00:39:17.520 hadn't even seen the latest which i guess june 1st is going to be the date they've selected
00:39:21.680 when did you guys actually when did you and the team the core team over there actually have a feel
00:39:26.640 that uh governor polis was going to commute it sir
00:39:29.960 well it was pretty it was pretty up in the air until uh uh until just the last few days we
00:39:39.900 got the notice that it was official actually this morning when we were in the prison with her so we
00:39:44.960 didn't expect it to get out so quickly but of course the office put it out and the news is all
00:39:50.180 on it so we're we're actually happy that we can deliver the good news uh to so many of you who
00:39:55.620 have been supporting TNN following this as early as we could. We learned of it just this morning.
00:40:02.620 Apollo, now, today's the 15th. The first is, I don't know, 16, 17 days away.
00:40:09.480 There's been some issues in the prison before about security, etc. How are, you know, how are
00:40:15.200 you guys working with the governor in those Colorado Bureau of Prisons going to make sure
00:40:20.000 and ensure that nothing happens in the two weeks or 17 days before she gets released?
00:40:27.740 Well, that's a fantastic question and one that we were hoping to have a little bit more time
00:40:32.060 to actually work out with the team before news got out.
00:40:35.980 When we arrived this morning, we noticed that there were SWORD officers on premises,
00:40:40.600 which has only been seen quite notably when the pardon was issued
00:40:45.540 and we attempted to pick her up a few months ago.
00:40:48.720 So clearly they have news at the facility right now, and there are some special teams there.
00:40:55.080 But one of our biggest concerns has always been that Tina Peters is unsafe in those facilities.
00:41:00.460 And the last incident is just the most recent.
00:41:04.280 So we're just hoping that she can make it through the next few weeks
00:41:06.880 and hopefully get some assistance and some guidance from CDOC
00:41:15.200 on how she can transition out of there without being thrown to the jungle, so to speak.
00:41:20.700 So we're going to be doing everything we can on our side to make sure that she gets
00:41:25.020 somewhere safely and that she can lay low and decompress without being made into a
00:41:32.800 spectacle the moment she sets her foot out in the real world for the first time in 600
00:41:36.800 days.
00:41:38.720 When you were there this morning in prison, the visitation in prison, I take it, assume
00:41:43.060 It's just like federal prison, which is not really that much visitation.
00:41:48.000 How when you heard about it, did you hear about it from Tina?
00:41:51.500 Did the Bureau of Prisons people tell you?
00:41:53.320 How did you actually hear about put us in the room with your team and Tina when you guys actually heard that the sentence was going to be commuted in a couple of weeks?
00:42:03.800 Well, since we are out here, it was it was kind of cute.
00:42:06.800 Usually we see Tina and she comes out and we all give her a big hug
00:42:10.020 and take our moment because that's going to be the only time
00:42:12.760 we're going to be able to really be on our feet
00:42:14.580 and put our arms around her.
00:42:18.160 And she came and sat right down, didn't ask for a hug,
00:42:21.400 and looked at us and we thought she was working out.
00:42:24.340 She was sweating.
00:42:25.460 And she said, you know, hey, guys, I just was called in.
00:42:28.720 I didn't know what was going on, but we heard that this is real.
00:42:32.160 And, again, she was expecting us to have a little bit more time.
00:42:36.300 But it's the most I've seen Tina Peter smile in a very, very long time.
00:42:42.680 So she she surprised us when we went in there.
00:42:45.740 And, you know, then then we get to sit at arm's length for the rest of the afternoon.
00:42:54.780 Peter Tickton, the question to I just asked Apollo, you and Case does the state, you do the federal.
00:43:01.540 how are you going to think through the issues now with Colorado Bureau of Prisons to make sure
00:43:06.360 because she's been targeted before Polis has taken really done something heroic here
00:43:11.160 against the political pressure he was under there's obviously a lot of people in this system
00:43:18.140 that are not fans of Tina Peters and understand how symbolic she is to the entire MAGA movement
00:43:24.820 into the country uh what are your thoughts on this sir this was my first thought one of my
00:43:30.580 first thoughts anyway in terms of you know what are we going to do you know we can't have her
00:43:35.960 exposed to whatever some crazy person now may decide okay this is my last opportunity I need
00:43:43.720 to be able to get to work so you know in regard to this we'll be talking to the people in the
00:43:50.440 prison to making sure that they're well aware of the fact that this is a danger I mean that it's
00:43:54.840 not that much she can do you know look she was in a position of high danger she's still in a
00:44:01.260 position of high danger that is not going to change uh you know when you put a person like
00:44:09.040 tina peters who's really a good person it it's it could all in likelihood get worse
00:44:14.300 because understand that she's going to walk in a couple of weeks and she's hugely this is this
00:44:19.280 woman is a one of the most revered women most revered woman in the mega movement right outside
00:44:25.380 maybe the first lady but i'm saying the working folks in the mega movement tina peters is a
00:44:31.140 national symbol uh for all of us i mean that's why the 600 days the 500 days of tina peter is one of
00:44:37.320 the biggest shows we had just people coming on and you know talking about tina peter so they would
00:44:42.940 it would not be lost in them that this would be a possibility right well no no it's it's a it's a
00:44:48.720 good possibility. And the problem is, is that, you know, from the beginning, they've taken this lady
00:44:53.180 who at worst was convicted of a white collar crime. I mean, what did she really do? There
00:44:58.320 were no victims. So she didn't say who the person was to the secretary of state. That didn't cost
00:45:03.500 anybody anything. Nobody got COVID because of it. Nobody had a sniffle because of it. Nobody lost
00:45:09.320 a dollar because of it. And yet they put her in with the hardened criminals. You know, the men, 0.68
00:45:14.980 they divide it up hard you know for for maximum security medium security minimum security yeah 0.94
00:45:20.120 the women they put them all in the same kind of place although they divide the prisons up into 1.00
00:45:25.100 different units and they put tina peters in the units with which would have been maximum security 0.79
00:45:30.140 with the monsters so you're right these are the people that are there and their opportunity to
00:45:34.940 strike out to her is less but i will tell you there is something that happens to people like
00:45:40.560 Tina Peters, because in time, her goodness gets through. When you take a person like Tina Peters,
00:45:48.440 she's always watching everybody else's back. She helped the other prisoners throughout her stay 0.91
00:45:54.000 there because she's just a good person. And so, you know, for the most part, I think most of the
00:45:59.700 hardened criminals that are in with her are not going to do the crazy thing. And hopefully they'll
00:46:06.240 be dissuaded the crazy ones will be dissuaded by those that are more healthy but it is a risk and
00:46:12.320 there's no way that it can be denied and and obviously the the prison is already well aware
00:46:18.360 of the fact that they're dealing with somebody that that they have to give expert protection to
00:46:24.480 you know because there are people that need to kill people or hurt people that are famous or
00:46:31.100 where they can then become famous because they did something horrendous to somebody else that
00:46:35.440 That is, I mean, you know, we've seen it over and over through the years, even somebody that's despicable, like, like, like Dahmer, you know, he, he was he was killed by somebody.
00:46:46.540 Why was he killed by somebody? Because they wanted the notoriety of being that kind of person.
00:46:51.240 So, you know, yes, you're absolutely right. And it will be addressed, I can promise you.
00:46:57.560 Tickton, John Case, Pat McSweeney, others, the legal team is is is second to none.
00:47:02.280 and you guys have worked your tails off.
00:47:04.460 Where do people go to find out more, Peter,
00:47:06.940 and where do they go to support Tina Peters
00:47:09.560 and the legal effort here, sir?
00:47:12.040 Okay, good.
00:47:12.640 Thank you.
00:47:13.160 Yes, for me, you can always find me at legalbrains.com.
00:47:16.880 Okay, legalbrains, you know, it's not just my brain.
00:47:23.060 There's other lawyers in the firm.
00:47:25.680 And for Tina Peters, it's tinapeters.com.
00:47:30.820 I'm sorry, dot U.S. T-I-N-A-T-E-T-E-R-S dot U.S.
00:47:38.600 Thank you, sir. By the way, is this the kickoff of your campaign to be the Attorney General of the United States?
00:47:43.720 I'm asking for a friend, Peter Tickton.
00:47:47.040 Well, you know, you can't really campaign because there's only one voter who's only got the one vote, and that's Donald Trump.
00:47:52.460 And I know I'm a better man for the job by far.
00:47:55.880 But I just – I can only – there's things that I need to get done.
00:48:01.340 We need to get done, and I just don't think that Todd Clancy is going to get it all.
00:48:06.080 But he is doing some things now, and we've got to give him credit.
00:48:09.960 And we've got to hope for him to succeed with whatever he does
00:48:13.500 because whatever he's doing, he's doing for us.
00:48:16.700 So we've got to hope that he succeeds.
00:48:18.780 But at the same time, I hope that he stays on as deputy
00:48:21.880 and continues his efforts in that capacity.
00:48:25.620 Your deputy.
00:48:26.960 Peter Tickton, you're a good man, and this is a big day.
00:48:29.840 Thank you for sharing this with the Warren Posse.
00:48:32.480 Really appreciate you, sir.
00:48:34.400 Likewise, sir.
00:48:35.580 Thank you.
00:48:36.800 Apollo Pappas, you and the team have held this together for Tina on some very dark days.
00:48:44.280 This is a very blessed day, but obviously you guys have a lot of issues to deal with in the coming weeks.
00:48:52.260 And I really like the fact that you thanked Governor Polis. I think everybody, look, regardless of what you think of Polis, what he's done to Colorado.
00:49:00.520 And I just want to ask you, in this regard, this is pretty heroic since the Democrats in Colorado have been a firestorm against this since it was even broached. Correct, Apollo?
00:49:14.160 Yeah, absolutely. And I can actually give you a very clear example.
00:49:18.600 We are grateful to Governor Polis. Just since this was released today, Matt Crane, the Colorado County Clerks Association, which is a brainwashing and propaganda arm of the voting vendors, the machine vendors, he released a statement that says we are furious, disgusted, and deeply disappointed by the governor's decision.
00:49:38.280 We've met with him privately to make our position unmistakably clear. Tina deserves the accountability imposed before he intervenes.
00:49:47.820 And so they have released a full press statement essentially condemning the fact that this is a horrible disservice to the people of Colorado and other election officials and then use this as some kind of, you know, advocation against violence.
00:50:02.940 So Governor Polis was up against a big wall and we're grateful. And we're just hoping that Tina can stay out and not deal with more propaganda like this that puts her in danger.
00:50:14.020 Yeah, I'll get to you after the show by coming to Mark. I guarantee you our cold open tomorrow will have MSNBC in full meltdown about this, that they're releasing one of the worst people in the world.
00:50:27.840 she should stay in for the max if she dies in prison a big deal this is this is going to light
00:50:34.100 this is not the end of the story right this is just another signpost along the the process but
00:50:40.300 that's why governor polo stepped up and he's going to take a lot of heat for this and tina they're
00:50:45.200 going to come after you guys too just you just read the first that's the first of many volleys
00:50:50.040 that you're going to get because these people understand tina peters as a person in this
00:50:55.900 symbolic value of Tina Peters, what she stands for. She's an iconic patriot in all of American
00:51:03.540 history. And that's why in the 250th, it's so extraordinary that her sentence is going to be
00:51:08.280 commuted and she'll be out June 1st. Apollo, where do they go to support Tina? Where do they
00:51:12.260 go to get your show? Where do they go to support all your guys' work?
00:51:16.700 TinaPeters.us. I appreciate you guys having that up. Links to donate are on her website,

00:51:49.020 easy part here you guys it's been extraordinary and how you've held it together for as long as
00:51:53.840 you held together apollo you and the team it's extraordinary it reflects so well on tina peters
00:51:58.680 and the entire movement thank you brother appreciate you thank you steve god bless you
00:52:03.040 historic news monumental news and don't think this is over i'm telling you right now we'll
00:52:08.380 play tomorrow they're gonna have a meltdown on msnbc tonight mike lindell you brother more than
00:52:14.800 any. Tina Peters is going to be free on her sentences of communion. She will get out one
00:52:19.700 June in the year of our Lord, 2026, five weeks, six weeks before the 250th
00:52:27.160 commemoration of the Declaration of Independence. Sir, your thoughts?
00:52:32.520 Oh, what a praise the Lord. What a blessing. And one of the biggest political prisoners our
00:52:38.360 country's ever seen for everything we fought for. She stands for everything we fought for,
00:52:43.020 going back all the way to the 2020 election and the stolen election of 2020. And Tina,
00:52:49.700 if you guys ever checked it out, she stood firm there and never backed down, even knowing that
00:52:54.720 she was getting sentenced. She could have walked away. She could have said, you know what, I won't
00:53:00.620 talk about the elections again. And they would have let her go. But no, she's what our nation
00:53:06.060 stands for, courage. This is what we need right now as we come up on these midterms. Everybody's
00:53:11.560 got to be courageous. And courage is contagious. And we've got to do everything we can. Nobody can
00:53:17.260 just sit by. This is a time of spiritual battle of biblical proportions we've been in, of evil and
00:53:23.640 good. And Steve, just to see that governor, I know all of Colorado well, the most corrupt place. I
00:53:30.700 mean, of course, I'm here in Minnesota, so we've kind of got neck and neck here. But the politicians
00:53:36.420 in Colorado with Jenna Griswold and the horrific judges out there, for that judge, actually for the
00:53:42.560 governor to have a glimpse of humanity, I think is such a blessing. I believe that, you know,
00:53:49.860 and because he's going to be, you know, they're going to go after him if they haven't already.
00:53:54.160 They're going after him hard. They're going after him. Yeah. But praise the Lord. Praise the Lord.
00:53:58.780 Maybe God got through to him, you know, but what a blessing it is for our nation.
00:54:03.340 incredible mike lindell uh people are raving about uh today with seeing we've got to do more
00:54:10.580 on the factory floor they were blown away by what they saw it was just so impressive and
00:54:14.540 talk to people talk to the way you guys keep this afloat and able to do everything you do
00:54:20.000 not just running for governor but also everything you do on voter integrity and the big steal in
00:54:24.560 2020 uh you've got to move the merchandise so tell me about that tell me about the when deals
00:54:29.640 collide. Yeah, when the deals collide, you guys, we couldn't have done this. All the stuff we did
00:54:34.520 for the last five years with all the election stuff to secure our election platforms, I couldn't
00:54:39.940 have done it. And then keep fighting. And my pillow to stay going on is the most attacked
00:54:45.020 company ever. So what we're doing, we have these two deals colliding. We have our mega sale that

00:56:43.740 Tina Peters is going to be free.
00:56:46.540 See you tomorrow morning.
00:56:47.260 everyone's focused on how the conflict in the middle east is raising oil prices but there's
00:56:54.080 another grim reality to this contention oil isn't the only resource being constrained about one
00:57:01.080 third of global fertilizer trade happens through this region and with spring planting season on
00:57:07.200 top of us american farmers are sounding the alarm with some saying they can't afford to plant their
00:57:12.300 fields. When one piece of the supply chain gets hit this hard, you know what comes next. Higher
00:57:18.200 food prices, reduced availability, maybe even panic buying. That's why having an emergency food supply
00:57:24.980 at home makes so much sense. And that's where our friends at MyPatriotSupply come in right now
