Sen. John Cornyn has been a member of the Texas Senate for 42 years and is running for re-election in 2020. His opponent, Rick Perry, is a former Texas attorney general and current state attorney general who is running a campaign to unseat him.
00:00:26.140and every meeting, whether it's one person or it's thousands, I've asked every single time,
00:00:32.280can you name one good accomplishment? John Corn has been in the Senate for 24 years.
00:00:37.120He's been in office since the 84 when I was in college and I'm now 63. He's been in office for
00:00:42.96042 years and I give him the whole 42 years. I said, can you name one good accomplishment in 42
00:00:48.240years? No one's ever delivered an answer, not one answer. And then my follow-up is take any two
00:00:53.680weeks I've been the attorney general of Texas, but it's the last two weeks, John can pick the two
00:00:58.160weeks other than Christmas and Thanksgiving. I will have accomplished more in any two week period
00:01:02.740than he's accomplished in 42 years. I think that's pathetic. And I think we need to change.0.99
00:01:08.700What do you think is the reason that for so long, Texas would send somebody up like that? I mean,
00:01:16.100I, he, you know, he comes up and he comes across as, as, oh, I'm just like you, I'm a conservative,
00:01:21.280but then he goes to washington dc and he just can't seem to actually deliver on any conservative
00:01:26.560agenda items no he delivers on bad things i mean helping joe biden restrict second amendments he
00:01:32.000blocks the border wall from being built he's an open borders guy i think what happens is you know
00:01:37.360carl roves of the world the bushes of the world got behind him and he's never had any real
00:01:41.600competition and then they spend 125 million dollars from washington to tell republicans
00:01:47.760in texas that john cornyn is conservative that he is you know that he has stood against biden
00:01:53.200that he's a donald trump guy voted with him 99 of the time fought for the border wall all this stuff
00:01:57.760is untrue but with 125 million dollars if you can turn five percent of my voters to him that's a 10
00:02:03.840turn that's what they rely on and then they lie about me with the same money and so that's what
00:02:08.880they depend on he doesn't campaign he doesn't get out and talk to the voters because it's too risky
00:02:12.560for him and what he does is they send this money in to really be dishonest about his record and
00:02:19.120trying to convince from dc tell republicans this is the guy stand with our guy and that stuff has
00:02:24.880worked because in the last 40 or 50 years only two incumbents that i know of have been knocked
00:02:29.280off either democrat or republican and one was in richard luger in 2012 self-funded he had a self
00:02:34.320funder and the second was mike lee in 2010 because he was in a convention state no one's ever taken
00:02:38.960on a senator sitting center in a primary that i know of in the last 40 or 50 years and beaten them
00:02:44.400straight up without a special either self-funding or a convention state where you don't need money
00:02:50.320i know and it's it's it's obviously an extremely heavy lift and that's why the people of texas
00:02:55.760have really found themselves in such a corner and that's why they've now turned
00:03:00.000to uh to indeterminate general such yourself a candidate such yourself who actually wants to
00:03:05.920achieve things and actually wants to put points on the board rather than just go fill a seat and
00:03:11.120fog a mirror in washington dc for 42 years rather than get anything done what are the top line
00:03:17.520issues that people are talking about in the state of texas the number one issue which i've challenged
00:03:22.560john cornyn on is the save america act i mean this is the president's number one issue said it
00:03:27.920in his state of union i was there i heard it and it's simple it requires that citizens not vote
00:03:33.440it requires a photo id and it requires a revised mail-in ballot structure that that stops some of
00:03:39.600the cheating and i said i would even consider dropping out if john corner could just deliver on
00:03:44.320one really significant thing she's not done in 42 years i challenged him right after the runoff
00:03:49.840march 3rd i think it was march 4th or 5th that i said this i would consider dropping out but guess
00:03:53.920what instead of getting that pass instead of getting rid of the filibuster which they are
00:03:57.680protecting they instead he went on vacation for two weeks and then came back for a weekend i think
00:04:03.200then went back on vacation so he even when under pressure even when it becomes the highlighted
00:04:09.760issue by the president by me john corin even then couldn't deliver and that's the problem
00:04:15.440and those are the type of issues that texans care about along with the fact that the border
00:04:19.760would be protected and unfortunately john spent all his money in ukraine as opposed to defending
00:04:24.560the border in texas he was more interested in foreign borders than he was ours texans don't
00:04:31.680want to put up with that anymore, nor do they want to have a center that sides with Joe Biden
00:04:36.880to restrict Second Amendment rights. And that's what John Cornett has done.
00:04:40.320He sued Texas Children's. This all started several years ago when I came out,
00:04:45.440when it seemed like this whole idea of transitioning kids was a big thing. No one was speaking out.
00:04:51.040We came out with an opinion, a legal opinion, saying that we viewed that as child abuse.
00:04:56.400And shortly thereafter, issuing that opinion, the legislature stepped in and
00:05:00.800ban transitioning of children in texas and ban hospitals and doctors from doing it however we
00:05:06.080started discovering hospitals that were doing it we were able to force some hospitals out0.67
00:05:10.400this one is obviously a texas hospital so they couldn't leave and so we sued them and we got
00:05:16.160a settlement last night with them where they are firing all of their doctors that do this they've
00:05:20.400agreed to to never hire anybody doing this again and they have they have some compliance to do to
00:05:26.480make sure that doesn't happen they also agreed to to pay 10 million and they're going to use part of
00:05:31.200that to create a de-transitioning unit where they actually cover for the next five years
00:05:36.960they will cover for free anybody that wants to come and de-transition i think it's the first of
00:05:41.360its kind uh program in in the united states and maybe anywhere in the world i don't know
00:05:47.040but it is going to happen in texas and we're going to give some of these children an opportunity
00:05:51.440who couldn't afford it, who were in a bad spot because they were young and they didn't know,
00:05:56.480and their minds and their brains would fully develop and they were potentially pushed into
00:06:01.040or made poor decisions based on their age, can now come back and have an opportunity to potentially
00:06:06.480at least partially or maybe fully reverse what's happened to them.
00:06:11.520And it's stunning. It's just stunning. So I'm reading through the settlement here.
00:06:16.96010 million to the state for billing texas medicaid for unallowable and illegal gender
00:06:21.920transition interventions including by using false diagnostic codes compelling determination and
00:06:28.080revocation of privileges of multiple physicians as you mentioned and this detransition clinic
00:06:34.240funded by the hospital for five years free of charge for patients that are admitted
00:06:40.900Mr. General, this is something that we would hope as conservatives that could be spread across the entire country.
00:06:48.600I just have to say thank you for your work here and your efforts, because this is something that, look, you know, in conservative media,
00:06:56.140we've always got some outrage about what the radical transgender movement is doing.
00:07:01.020But this is a major, major victory. And hopefully and you mentioned it's the first of its kind, but hopefully it's not the last.0.97
00:07:08.660Yeah, I think that's something that I hope happens.
00:07:10.940You know, a lot of states don't have laws against this, but they may be able to do what we did.
00:07:15.180We used both the current law, which has been new, but we also went back and looked at Medicaid and the fraud where they were hiding it and they were coding it wrong and billing Medicaid inappropriately and illegally.
00:07:26.740And so we were able to use both methods.
00:07:28.240We used the current law that when they were continuing to do it when the law was passed, but we also went backwards and used Medicaid.
00:07:34.460So other states, other Republican states potentially that don't have this law in place should get it in place.
00:07:39.880Second, if they don't have it in place, you can use Medicaid fraud.
00:07:43.840And then third, why not push the same program we did, which was create these programs all over the state.
00:07:50.980So these kids that were put in such a difficult spot, they don't have the resources to accommodate what they might want to do now.
00:07:58.020Give them the opportunity to get as much of their life back as possible.
00:09:55.380Yeah, this is just coming out, Brianna.
00:09:57.120Iran has long had a history of probing these systems that sit online that monitor tank levels.
00:10:03.760Also, they've hacked before water systems that are also online.0.99
00:10:08.100So they take this low-hanging fruit and they go for it.
00:10:10.840And in this case, sources are telling me that in multiple states, the hackers have been able to manipulate the readings on the storage tank.
00:10:20.860So basically, you might think that the tank is fuller than it is or not.
00:10:24.520They haven't actually been able to affect the fuel in there or cause any safety or damage.
00:10:28.880But it is a concern for safety, for anyone, for people that operate in the gas stations, but also for U.S. officials investigating them.
00:10:36.240Now, they aren't sure it's Iran, according to my reporting.
00:10:39.520Iran is the leading suspect based on their history and based on the situation they're in right now in the war.
00:10:44.900And they don't have enough information right now to definitively blame Iran.0.91
00:10:49.040However, it does fit in with Iran's history of doing this sort of thing, and it's sort of that asymmetric ability that Iran has.0.81
00:10:55.820They can't hit the U.S. homeland with missiles or drones, but they have hackers who are still alive, despite all the bombing in Iran, who are able to break into these systems.0.72
00:11:05.060And it's partly a psychological effect, but also a potential safety concern, Brianna.
00:11:09.320So, I mean, what is the safety concern?
00:11:11.100Like, why would they do this other than to kind of fool gas station owners into thinking, oh, I don't need that for gas?
00:11:18.180I don't want to give them ideas, but it could escalate if they had some outside help,
00:11:25.760maybe someone on the ground near the gas station to help with the attack to make it more targeted.
00:11:30.620Right now, it is basically scanning the Internet and saying, oh, there's something online that should not be online.
00:11:35.740It doesn't have a password on it. Let's break into it.
00:11:38.640And so it's really a longstanding problem with some U.S. critical infrastructure
00:11:42.400where those without the resources are not really securing their systems1.00
00:11:46.140And the Iranians really know how to exploit that, Brianna.0.99
00:11:49.540According to the United States readout, the United States and China agreed that the Strait of Hormuz should not be militarized and there should be no toll.1.00
00:11:59.260So if if that's the case, then that is support of the American position.
00:12:03.640But there doesn't seem to be a Chinese commitment to lean on the Iranians when it comes to negotiations.
00:12:11.520According to the president, the Chinese have agreed not to sell weapons to Iran.
00:12:17.300The Chinese have not, as far as I know, Victor, I'm sure would know better.
00:12:21.360But as far as I know, have not released any statement that would confirm that they've agreed not to sell to the Iranians.
00:12:28.580And after all, they're selling components and air defense systems.
00:12:31.200So there is a way, at least a way around this.
00:12:34.820So I'm not sure that they got a lot on Iran.
00:12:38.600And I think the Chinese, while not wanting to get too involved directly, are happy to have the United States pinned down in the Gulf.
00:12:47.080U.S. State Department says the ceasefire in Lebanon has been extended for 45 days.
00:12:53.780And this, of course, follows the latest round of talks between Israel and Lebanon, as we've seen scores of strikes exchange between Israel and Hezbollah.
00:13:01.520Under the terms of the ceasefire, Israel is allowed to conduct defensive operations, though.
00:13:05.660so friday 15 may year of our lord 2026 welcome to the friday afternoon show we're going to go to
00:13:12.280the white house momentarily also the president i believe they're going to land during the show
00:13:17.920right at andrews don't know if the president will um address the media take a spray or a press spray
00:13:25.200or what he will do but we will find it out neil mccabe's at the white house a lot to go through
00:13:29.840I want to give a hat tip to Jack Posobiec in the Human Events Daily Show at 2 o'clock.
00:13:36.400I thought it was a terrific interview with Ken Paxson.
00:13:39.900That's what we try to play a highlight reel.
00:13:41.460But Ken Paxson, a decent guy, one that's been with the MAGA movement.
00:13:46.120And remember, the attorney general in the state that took the lead in attacking Biden's unconstitutional moves in the very first afternoon of the illegitimate regime of Joe Biden.
00:13:58.240So just absolutely outstanding, incredible.
00:14:01.240We're going to try to play more of that and get into it.
00:14:03.480Also, we're going to talk the Senate, the Save America Act, what's up with Thune, what is to be done.
00:17:19.360I would go to the White House, Neil McCabe.0.95
00:17:20.960So, Neil, two things I want to deal with is one is this exactly what the Chinese are saying they agree to versus what we're saying they agree to, particularly around Iran.0.86
00:17:31.820Today, financial pressure is going to be put on the middle and working class in this country as the bond market.
00:17:38.060Remember, we had, I informed you, there was a weak treasury auction the other day.
00:17:42.180the people that lend money that buy u.s bonds institutional investors the big kahunas
00:17:49.500they're charging more they're going to charge more to lend money to the u.s government the 30-year
00:17:56.840which is really tied to the mortgages went over 5.1 percent around 5.1 percent that means the
00:18:03.00030-year mortgage is going to kick up and president trump had all this kind of he and besant had this
00:18:08.540thing worked out. And remember, back in the first term in 2019, it was one point. I think the
00:18:15.500interest on the 10-year was 1.7. I think inflation was 1.4. Think about that for a second. That's
00:18:21.040how everything converged. The 10-year Treasury, as we have taught you here on the war room,
00:18:26.640really is the number that controls your financial life, why everything is priced off what they call
00:18:31.600the risk-free rate of lending to the US government. That's 10 years. That's now, and both
00:18:38.540Bowling and Cortez warned that if we breach 4.5%, this thing could explode to 4.6%, maybe even get
00:18:46.120to 5% itself. That is now 4.6%. That means that all your auto loans, your credit cards, your
00:18:52.940home, your secondary loans on your home, all of it are going to go up, particularly your credit
00:18:59.500because that's what it's priced off of.
00:19:01.380They put a risk premium for you on top of the, quote-unquote,
00:19:05.440the risk-free premium that they lend to the government.
00:19:21.060It was going to be very good news by mid-summer to late summer,
00:19:23.980exactly the time when the American people would say,
00:19:26.620okay, I got these guys. I like what they're doing. It's the economy's stupid, and things are going
00:19:31.960well. Now we're going to have some perturbation. We're going to have some choppy water.1.00
00:19:38.720It is critical now more than ever to sort this mess out in Iran, in the Persian Gulf.0.99
00:19:45.980And a big part of that was a great powers discussion between the president of the United0.84
00:19:50.340States and the chairman of the Chinese Communist Party. Also, in addition, as an industry linked
00:19:55.140Now, a subset of that, you got the Strait Hormuz, you also got the Taiwan Strait, what is going to happen in Taiwan.
00:20:00.620So, Neil, first off, what do we actually know about what – we know they have – and we played one of the many clips that are out there today, that there really wasn't a big mention of this in the communique by the Chinese, but they did acknowledge it, that they do agree there should not be – there should be no militarization of the Strait Hormuz, and there should be no toll.
00:20:23.040Now, they haven't said if they're going to support our action or not.
00:20:25.440I don't believe they've actually formally commented on the no nuclear weapons, although
00:20:30.380President Trump told Hannity last night that they were in agreement.
00:20:33.780What do you know over at the White House, as the president now returns, about this whole
00:20:37.700situation with Iran, the war in the Persian Gulf, all of it, as far as the Chinese Communist
00:20:43.920Party's commitment to work with President Trump or support President Trump's policies,
00:20:52.560Right, Steve. So there was no formal memo of understanding or any kind of agreement where the Chinese actually signed off on what President Trump said they signed off on.
00:21:04.620He basically expressed it as his understanding of what they had told him, and he was going to move forward with that.
00:21:11.340The Chinese haven't come forward and said he's wrong, and so we'll just see how it plays out.
00:21:17.520Now, I want to go to the source reporting that.
00:21:21.200No, go ahead. Continue. I was just going to make the point. I was going to make the point that there are Chinese tankers, oil tankers that are taking Iranian oil bound for China that have, quote, slipped through, unquote, our blockade, one or two of them.
00:21:39.560And I don't know. I don't know how someone sneaks through.
00:21:43.520They go like three knots and they're very large ships.
00:21:46.700And so that may have been part of sort of a repartiment during the summit.
00:21:51.500But it would be interesting to see in the future, in the next week or so, how many tankers bound for China actually pass through.
00:22:01.100Now, in this press gaggle, it's what it's called, when he just kind of steps back in Air Force One.
00:22:07.440And President Trump loves doing this. And he takes any and all questions. And he kind of you can tell his mind's working the entire time. The wheels are spinning. He decides which one he wants to answer and which one he blew off.
00:22:19.900He did give some answers and particularly use some historical references in this discussion of Taiwan.
00:22:26.820Now, the Financial Times has reported, and we put it up, that he said he hasn't made the final decision on his approval of this big arms package, which I think is $25 billion, to the Taiwan government.
00:22:42.440Also, people should understand, right now, there's a fifth column in Taiwan that's probably a third of the nation that backs kind of a reunification.
00:22:53.200I mean, one of the flies in the orbit here is that there's, and that party now is the Kuomintang.
00:22:57.740Chiang Kai-shek's party, which was the Independent and Nationalist Party, is now a pro-CCP or CCP-adjacent party that argues for many of the things that the CCP want.
00:23:09.580So what did what was President Trump's response today, particularly in regards to President Reagan and other things have happened in our long and tortured history of strategic ambiguity as far as it goes with the island of Taiwan?
00:23:24.180well i think the two main comments he made the first one was sort of uh an aside like the last
00:23:33.640thing we need is a war you know 9 500 miles away which is just an interesting comment just an
00:23:39.680observation however he was very specific when he was referring to the 1982 hang on hang on hang on
00:23:46.500how could that make any sense when we've got a war that's i don't know 8 000 miles away how far
00:23:53.900is how far how far away is the persian gulfs that would make that would make sense except for the
00:23:59.720fact we're already we're already in a war of choice right in in uh with our with america's
00:24:05.660greatest ally uh the arabs no no no excuse me america's greatest ally is the is israel but
00:24:11.380the saudis the double dealing saudis are are close so we're in a war 8 000 miles away or
00:24:17.9808,500 miles away. How does that make any sense?
00:24:22.300I'll remind you that we're in a ceasefire,
00:24:24.780sir. The other thing I would say is that
00:24:28.220hang on, hang on, hang on. I know we're in a ceasefire,
00:24:32.200but the ceasefire is to a war that we have not
00:24:35.060brought to a successful conclusion. Would you agree with that?
00:24:43.680So – but his point is that, hey, it's 8,500 miles away or 9,000 miles away, and it's only 100 miles away from the mainland of China, right?
00:24:53.480They have a home court advantage, kind of like the Persians have with the Strait of Hormuz, correct, sir?
00:25:03.260Absolutely. Correct. Very much so.0.97
00:25:07.420And the president has always been very wary of that, right?
00:25:10.980No, the president has always been very wary.
00:25:13.380He's mentioned this on Taiwan many, many times.
00:25:18.500And so I think that when he was mentioning sort of the how many miles away the war is, we don't want a war that far away.
00:25:24.440I think he was just sort of said that was one of those comments that just makes off his head.
00:25:28.640However, when he started referring specifically to the agreement that Reagan made 40 years ago, he seemed to have been briefed on it and was aware of it.
00:25:38.640And he was also dismissive of something that was signed 40 years ago, which he felt he was not bound by.
00:25:45.460And that was the six. I don't know all six off my head.
00:25:49.080But Reagan basically had an agreement with the Taiwanese that said we wouldn't force them to deal with China.
00:25:55.360We wouldn't we would continue to support them militarily.
00:25:58.940And all of the things that we have done for Taiwan since 1982 are reflected in those six assurances that Reagan gave.
00:26:07.060and trump basically called it a dead letter on the plane today when he say what do you mean he
00:26:13.240said uh he he basically uh called it a dead letter he said that he was he says why would
00:26:21.280i make decisions based on something that was signed 40 years ago it uh you know it's it has
00:26:26.840the same force to say the buda the budapest memorandum memorandum it wasn't a treaty it
00:26:31.640was something that was signed. He respects it. He knows it. He's aware of it. But he is he he
00:26:37.060specifically said he did not feel bound by it because he's reacting to current events.
00:26:47.120That is kind of that coupled with, hey, I haven't made a final decision on on the arms sales.
00:26:53.140You would agree or kind of, I don't know, mini bombshells when we talk about the sensitivity
00:26:57.740at Taiwan and particularly the chips factories and everything is going on with Taiwan and the
00:27:02.340and the fact that the Chinese Communist Party was pretty blunt about saying it is a a a dissident
00:27:10.460province of China that there's no chance independence is not something they even
00:27:16.820conceive of because a province can't be independent sir that's correct and often you know whatever the
00:27:25.660president says is officially U.S. policy, but often when a president speaks off the cuff,
00:27:31.780he comes home, he sits down with his advisors, and they sort of recalibrate what he really meant.
00:27:38.260Yeah. And President Trump's always, I mean, his stock in trade is to keep the other side
00:27:42.760off balance, make sure they understand he calls audibles all the time. It was just interesting
00:27:47.260they brought up, you're right, he was obviously briefed on the Reagan situation. Why don't you
00:27:52.500Why don't you hold for us, Neil McCabe at the White House, birchgold.com, end of the dollar empire.

00:28:50.740The dollar's convertibility into gold ended in 1971. Gold was fixed at $35 an ounce.
00:28:59.120Well, fast forward to today, and the U.S. dollar has lost over 85% of its purchasing power.
00:29:06.040Gold, on the other hand, is increased in value by over 12,000%. That's why central banks are
00:29:12.800buying gold at record levels that's why major firms like vanguard and black right hold significant
00:29:18.740positions in gold and that's why i encourage you to consider diversifying your savings with physical

00:30:16.300If you're 65 or already on Medicare, listen up, folks, and grab a pen, maybe even a number two
00:30:24.340pencil. Call 845-WAR-ROOM. That's 845-WAR-ROOM. Call it right now. I'm serious. Call it.
00:30:31.920Now, here's why. The insurance companies and their lackeys in the Washington swamp have built a Medicare system designed to confuse you and rip you off. Rising premiums, denied claims, fine print nobody but a lobbyist understands. Millions of American seniors are paying too much and getting too little. And worst of all, most don't even know it.
00:31:49.180war room here's your host stephen k van okay welcome back a massive announcement we've got
00:31:56.600two of the best people to do it peter tickton the lawyer for the federal lawyer for tina peters and
00:32:01.680apollo pappas her wingman has been running her show since she's been in prison peter tickton i'll
00:32:07.180let you tell the audience what has just come across the wire sir tina peters is going to be
00:32:12.840out of prison within a matter of weeks. Governor Paulus did the right thing. Thank God. He had so
00:32:19.580much pressure from the left to not do this. But Tina Peters is coming out. He commuted her0.92
00:32:26.760sentence and reduced it to half the time. By doing that, she's up for parole and she'll be
00:32:35.340out within a month. I see what you're showing me in terms of the news article of June 1st.
00:32:42.840I guess that's out. I didn't know that that was public, but the fact of the matter is
00:32:48.240she's coming out of prison. Thank God. I mean, this lady, she didn't deserve to be in there for
00:32:54.520a day. And even Governor Polis saw that the sentence was so harsh that it just needed to0.95
00:33:00.420be reduced. And this is one of those situations where we have a captured state. And when you have
00:33:05.680a captured state, you have captured judges or the kinds of judges that are in those states.
00:33:10.900Unlike places like Florida, where we have such good judges that know how to call balls and strikes,
00:33:17.240you see different things in states like Michigan and Colorado where injustice prevails.
00:33:23.880And in terms of Tina Peters, there's three reasons that she was incarcerated by this judge.0.78
00:33:29.420One was to basically keep her quiet, shut her up.
00:33:33.340The second was to give Jenna Griswold a scapegoat.
00:33:37.200And the third and the most important was to let the clerks of all the counties of all the United States to know that when you see something, you better not say something because you could end up in prison like Tina Peters.
00:33:50.700And so, you know, the whole situation was rotten from the beginning.
00:34:03.260Governor Polis, and look, we are opposed to Governor Polis's policies, everything like that.
00:34:08.380But in this instance, because when you were working on this and everything at the federal level, and you had President Trump on her sentence to give her a pardon,
00:34:18.360the pressure on Polis, looking at the available alternatives at the state level, which you were working with John Case and the rest of her team, Apollo, everybody, it was a team effort.
00:34:28.300The pressure the pressure the polis was coming under was tremendous.
00:34:33.240One, he wants to run for president, but also Griswold and those people are the active people campaigning now.
00:34:38.860They're trying to take over from him in this election.
00:34:41.220So the Democrats, the firestorm against him, even at the mention of we first brought up on the show and had you in case on was enormous.
00:34:53.400Yeah. I mean, well, you know, we never stopped, you know, to.
00:34:57.500to the team members of the team that's you know pat mcsweeney uh bobson carr stephanie lambert
00:35:05.180john case and myself to each one of us we didn't want one extra day if there was a way of doing
00:35:11.740things faster we were doing them faster it was one attack after another after another after another
00:35:17.020in a state where we knew we were never going to see justice but in order to set things up properly
00:35:21.820to this for the supreme court of the united states and we're still going there the fact
00:35:25.660that her sentence was commuted is does not mean that we can't go to an appeal to continue and and
00:35:32.620and get her cleared because there were things that were done that were done so wrong that they really
00:35:36.940need to be and besides that president trump had the the the gumption and and and the the guts to
00:35:45.100basically issue a pardon for something that's a state offense involving federal issues and and
00:35:53.180And, you know, I can't beg for a pardon and then not pursue it to the full extent to make sure that we get that pardon effective.
00:36:02.580So we're definitely going to be going to the Supreme Court.0.78
00:36:04.780But the most important thing here is that we have a 70-year-old lady who did nothing wrong.
00:36:11.440I mean, imagine, I mean, you know, even if she were guilty of what they're saying,
00:36:14.860which was not providing the name to the secretary of state, her highness, that needed to be told the name of who was going to be there during the trusted bill.
00:36:23.960You know, the reason she didn't give the name was because this guy, she was able to get him to image the machine.
00:36:30.120She couldn't get anybody from the Colorado to image the machine from that government.
00:36:35.620So she went elsewhere. She was able to get somebody who was certified by the Department of Homeland Security.
00:36:40.900but there was one condition which was you can't use his name because the feds just used her to
00:36:46.400bust i mean use that fellow to uh conan hayes is his name i mean it's out there now but conan hayes
00:36:54.900is one of these heroes that that that busted a cartel uh for human trafficking god knows how
00:37:01.740many children and how many women he saved from hell you know but the deal was that he could be
00:37:07.720used to image her computer, but his name couldn't be used because he was in danger, because that
00:37:13.000cartel was gunning for him. And imagine that the judge wouldn't allow her to give her explanation
00:37:17.840as to why she did what she did to the jury. So, of course, she was convicted. You know, I mean,
00:37:23.780if you can't give your defense, how do you not get convicted? You know, the whole thing was a
00:37:29.580kangaroo court. This judge, he should be ashamed of himself for what he did in this trial.
00:41:38.720When you were there this morning in prison, the visitation in prison, I take it, assume
00:41:43.060It's just like federal prison, which is not really that much visitation.
00:41:48.000How when you heard about it, did you hear about it from Tina?
00:41:51.500Did the Bureau of Prisons people tell you?
00:41:53.320How did you actually hear about put us in the room with your team and Tina when you guys actually heard that the sentence was going to be commuted in a couple of weeks?
00:42:03.800Well, since we are out here, it was it was kind of cute.
00:42:06.800Usually we see Tina and she comes out and we all give her a big hug
00:42:10.020and take our moment because that's going to be the only time
00:42:12.760we're going to be able to really be on our feet
00:42:25.460And she said, you know, hey, guys, I just was called in.
00:42:28.720I didn't know what was going on, but we heard that this is real.
00:42:32.160And, again, she was expecting us to have a little bit more time.
00:42:36.300But it's the most I've seen Tina Peter smile in a very, very long time.
00:42:42.680So she she surprised us when we went in there.
00:42:45.740And, you know, then then we get to sit at arm's length for the rest of the afternoon.
00:42:54.780Peter Tickton, the question to I just asked Apollo, you and Case does the state, you do the federal.
00:43:01.540how are you going to think through the issues now with Colorado Bureau of Prisons to make sure
00:43:06.360because she's been targeted before Polis has taken really done something heroic here
00:43:11.160against the political pressure he was under there's obviously a lot of people in this system
00:43:18.140that are not fans of Tina Peters and understand how symbolic she is to the entire MAGA movement
00:43:24.820into the country uh what are your thoughts on this sir this was my first thought one of my
00:43:30.580first thoughts anyway in terms of you know what are we going to do you know we can't have her
00:43:35.960exposed to whatever some crazy person now may decide okay this is my last opportunity I need
00:43:43.720to be able to get to work so you know in regard to this we'll be talking to the people in the
00:43:50.440prison to making sure that they're well aware of the fact that this is a danger I mean that it's
00:43:54.840not that much she can do you know look she was in a position of high danger she's still in a
00:44:01.260position of high danger that is not going to change uh you know when you put a person like
00:44:09.040tina peters who's really a good person it it's it could all in likelihood get worse
00:44:14.300because understand that she's going to walk in a couple of weeks and she's hugely this is this
00:44:19.280woman is a one of the most revered women most revered woman in the mega movement right outside
00:44:25.380maybe the first lady but i'm saying the working folks in the mega movement tina peters is a
00:44:31.140national symbol uh for all of us i mean that's why the 600 days the 500 days of tina peter is one of
00:44:37.320the biggest shows we had just people coming on and you know talking about tina peter so they would
00:44:42.940it would not be lost in them that this would be a possibility right well no no it's it's a it's a
00:44:48.720good possibility. And the problem is, is that, you know, from the beginning, they've taken this lady
00:44:53.180who at worst was convicted of a white collar crime. I mean, what did she really do? There
00:44:58.320were no victims. So she didn't say who the person was to the secretary of state. That didn't cost
00:45:03.500anybody anything. Nobody got COVID because of it. Nobody had a sniffle because of it. Nobody lost
00:45:09.320a dollar because of it. And yet they put her in with the hardened criminals. You know, the men,0.68
00:45:14.980they divide it up hard you know for for maximum security medium security minimum security yeah0.94
00:45:20.120the women they put them all in the same kind of place although they divide the prisons up into1.00
00:45:25.100different units and they put tina peters in the units with which would have been maximum security0.79
00:45:30.140with the monsters so you're right these are the people that are there and their opportunity to
00:45:34.940strike out to her is less but i will tell you there is something that happens to people like
00:45:40.560Tina Peters, because in time, her goodness gets through. When you take a person like Tina Peters,
00:45:48.440she's always watching everybody else's back. She helped the other prisoners throughout her stay0.91
00:45:54.000there because she's just a good person. And so, you know, for the most part, I think most of the
00:45:59.700hardened criminals that are in with her are not going to do the crazy thing. And hopefully they'll
00:46:06.240be dissuaded the crazy ones will be dissuaded by those that are more healthy but it is a risk and
00:46:12.320there's no way that it can be denied and and obviously the the prison is already well aware
00:46:18.360of the fact that they're dealing with somebody that that they have to give expert protection to
00:46:24.480you know because there are people that need to kill people or hurt people that are famous or
00:46:31.100where they can then become famous because they did something horrendous to somebody else that
00:46:35.440That is, I mean, you know, we've seen it over and over through the years, even somebody that's despicable, like, like, like Dahmer, you know, he, he was he was killed by somebody.
00:46:46.540Why was he killed by somebody? Because they wanted the notoriety of being that kind of person.
00:46:51.240So, you know, yes, you're absolutely right. And it will be addressed, I can promise you.
00:46:57.560Tickton, John Case, Pat McSweeney, others, the legal team is is is second to none.
00:47:02.280and you guys have worked your tails off.
00:47:04.460Where do people go to find out more, Peter,
00:47:06.940and where do they go to support Tina Peters
00:48:36.800Apollo Pappas, you and the team have held this together for Tina on some very dark days.
00:48:44.280This is a very blessed day, but obviously you guys have a lot of issues to deal with in the coming weeks.
00:48:52.260And I really like the fact that you thanked Governor Polis. I think everybody, look, regardless of what you think of Polis, what he's done to Colorado.
00:49:00.520And I just want to ask you, in this regard, this is pretty heroic since the Democrats in Colorado have been a firestorm against this since it was even broached. Correct, Apollo?
00:49:14.160Yeah, absolutely. And I can actually give you a very clear example.
00:49:18.600We are grateful to Governor Polis. Just since this was released today, Matt Crane, the Colorado County Clerks Association, which is a brainwashing and propaganda arm of the voting vendors, the machine vendors, he released a statement that says we are furious, disgusted, and deeply disappointed by the governor's decision.
00:49:38.280We've met with him privately to make our position unmistakably clear. Tina deserves the accountability imposed before he intervenes.
00:49:47.820And so they have released a full press statement essentially condemning the fact that this is a horrible disservice to the people of Colorado and other election officials and then use this as some kind of, you know, advocation against violence.
00:50:02.940So Governor Polis was up against a big wall and we're grateful. And we're just hoping that Tina can stay out and not deal with more propaganda like this that puts her in danger.
00:50:14.020Yeah, I'll get to you after the show by coming to Mark. I guarantee you our cold open tomorrow will have MSNBC in full meltdown about this, that they're releasing one of the worst people in the world.
00:50:27.840she should stay in for the max if she dies in prison a big deal this is this is going to light
00:50:34.100this is not the end of the story right this is just another signpost along the the process but
00:50:40.300that's why governor polo stepped up and he's going to take a lot of heat for this and tina they're
00:50:45.200going to come after you guys too just you just read the first that's the first of many volleys
00:50:50.040that you're going to get because these people understand tina peters as a person in this
00:50:55.900symbolic value of Tina Peters, what she stands for. She's an iconic patriot in all of American
00:51:03.540history. And that's why in the 250th, it's so extraordinary that her sentence is going to be
00:51:08.280commuted and she'll be out June 1st. Apollo, where do they go to support Tina? Where do they
00:51:12.260go to get your show? Where do they go to support all your guys' work?
00:51:16.700TinaPeters.us. I appreciate you guys having that up. Links to donate are on her website,

00:51:44.100the war room posse loves of course all the war room but you guys have the heavy lift we got the
00:51:49.020easy part here you guys it's been extraordinary and how you've held it together for as long as
00:51:53.840you held together apollo you and the team it's extraordinary it reflects so well on tina peters
00:51:58.680and the entire movement thank you brother appreciate you thank you steve god bless you
00:52:03.040historic news monumental news and don't think this is over i'm telling you right now we'll
00:52:08.380play tomorrow they're gonna have a meltdown on msnbc tonight mike lindell you brother more than
00:52:14.800any. Tina Peters is going to be free on her sentences of communion. She will get out one
00:52:19.700June in the year of our Lord, 2026, five weeks, six weeks before the 250th
00:52:27.160commemoration of the Declaration of Independence. Sir, your thoughts?
00:52:32.520Oh, what a praise the Lord. What a blessing. And one of the biggest political prisoners our
00:52:38.360country's ever seen for everything we fought for. She stands for everything we fought for,
00:52:43.020going back all the way to the 2020 election and the stolen election of 2020. And Tina,
00:52:49.700if you guys ever checked it out, she stood firm there and never backed down, even knowing that
00:52:54.720she was getting sentenced. She could have walked away. She could have said, you know what, I won't
00:53:00.620talk about the elections again. And they would have let her go. But no, she's what our nation
00:53:06.060stands for, courage. This is what we need right now as we come up on these midterms. Everybody's
00:53:11.560got to be courageous. And courage is contagious. And we've got to do everything we can. Nobody can
00:53:17.260just sit by. This is a time of spiritual battle of biblical proportions we've been in, of evil and
00:53:23.640good. And Steve, just to see that governor, I know all of Colorado well, the most corrupt place. I
00:53:30.700mean, of course, I'm here in Minnesota, so we've kind of got neck and neck here. But the politicians
00:53:36.420in Colorado with Jenna Griswold and the horrific judges out there, for that judge, actually for the
00:53:42.560governor to have a glimpse of humanity, I think is such a blessing. I believe that, you know,
00:53:49.860and because he's going to be, you know, they're going to go after him if they haven't already.
00:53:54.160They're going after him hard. They're going after him. Yeah. But praise the Lord. Praise the Lord.
00:53:58.780Maybe God got through to him, you know, but what a blessing it is for our nation.
00:54:03.340incredible mike lindell uh people are raving about uh today with seeing we've got to do more
00:54:10.580on the factory floor they were blown away by what they saw it was just so impressive and
00:54:14.540talk to people talk to the way you guys keep this afloat and able to do everything you do
00:54:20.000not just running for governor but also everything you do on voter integrity and the big steal in
00:54:24.5602020 uh you've got to move the merchandise so tell me about that tell me about the when deals
00:54:29.640collide. Yeah, when the deals collide, you guys, we couldn't have done this. All the stuff we did
00:54:34.520for the last five years with all the election stuff to secure our election platforms, I couldn't
00:54:39.940have done it. And then keep fighting. And my pillow to stay going on is the most attacked
00:54:45.020company ever. So what we're doing, we have these two deals colliding. We have our mega sale that
00:54:50.720we even brought back now. It's like our factory sale. You see it there are four flagship products,
00:54:55.940Our Giza Dream sheets, our towels, our pillows for $14.98, and our mattress topper is $99.98, the lowest price of all four of our flagship products in history, free shipping on your entire order.
00:55:11.000And we're combining that with our Memorial Day mattress sale.
00:55:14.560You guys, 50% off, the lowest price ever since we came up with these mattresses.
00:55:20.580I helped invent these, helped design them, I guess we would use the word.
00:55:24.280I wanted to use both coil and foam, and we designed the best mattresses ever.
