00:02:13.140see daniel joins us from oran from kishi daniel you join us um you were gonna we were gonna have
00:02:20.020a huge interview and see you up at the capitol at the signing ceremony the president's made a
00:02:25.560decision and by the way they started the press conference already i think french hill and some
00:02:29.200of the guys in the banking finance committee were up there president said upon further review
00:02:33.220you you attach the save america act and then i'll sign but most importantly talk about what's in
00:02:40.340this bill? Why is this important? You're one of the smartest guys in populist economics. Why is
00:02:45.460this bill, why is it important? Why the president of the team works so hard on it? Yeah, thanks,
00:02:51.540Steve. Good to be on the show. Appreciate you having me on. You know, obviously, we have a road
00:02:57.100bump here from the president, but should not distract from the fact that this is a pretty,
00:03:03.260you know, big week on Capitol Hill, both chambers of Congress, both the House and the Senate,
00:03:07.740by very broad bipartisan basis passed a landmark housing bill.
00:03:13.500You know, this is directly addressing the affordability concerns that's top of mind for the American people.
00:03:20.260It's a big bill, 350 pages, dozens of provisions.
00:03:23.760Many of these provisions focus on supply side reforms, common sense cuts to regulatory red tape
00:03:30.600that makes it easier for builders to build homes in communities that Americans want to live.
00:03:37.140But affordability has sort of two sides of the equation.
00:03:40.140There is the supply side and there's also the demand side.
00:03:43.040And what this bill does is it speaks to the demand side by also restricting the ability of institutional investors from purchasing single-family homes and out-competing prospective homebuyer American families that would like to purchase the home.
00:03:58.460This is a pretty remarkable achievement.
00:04:00.800You know, back in January, President Trump and his State of the Union told Congress that, you know, homes are for people, not for corporation.
00:04:10.960They did on, again, an overwhelmingly bipartisan basis.
00:04:16.660And, you know, a lot of the sort of federal housing reforms of the past few decades coming out of Washington has focused on tax breaks, subsidies, incentives.
00:04:25.880This is really the first time where, you know, it is telling a particular class of investors, your money's no good here.
00:04:34.940You cannot be sort of executing an investment strategy where you buy up existing housing stock, where you turn, you know, these properties into, you know, revenue generating assets.
00:04:48.820and, you know, under the leadership of President Trump, under the will of Congress, they have
00:04:56.260decided to draw the line and sort of make the statement that all demand is not created equal.
00:05:02.820There is good demand and bad demand, demand from Wall Street investment funds. That is bad demand,
00:05:09.220and we're not going to let that, you know, become a cancer in the U.S. housing market.
00:05:18.820what is um since you're one of our best thinkers about this this bill because it gets back to you
00:05:28.380know housing and uh and one of the key you know besides eating and transportation education one
00:05:35.260of the core functions people have to do and have to get around and the home is so important if you
00:05:39.360want to have a society that as we said has the little platoons and people bought into the society
00:05:44.400We've got to figure out how to get people into ownership.
00:05:47.920But the private equity thing was quite remarkable because you really had it coming together of both parties and say, yeah, this is not going to work.
00:05:55.480We don't want to have them buying up the assets, essentially having the population pay their mortgages, really their payment on the debt, and then have these guys on the assets and be able to have massive asset value.
00:06:07.940do you see that logic because right now what's happening in the country is the scale of i think
00:06:14.780concentration of money and power particularly with ai and tech although you know ai is going
00:06:21.000through a couple of days of and all tech stocks of a beating but we'll see how that what that
00:06:25.220really means do you see this as something that can then roll into other areas of inquiry where
00:06:30.980we really need to it like i say if we don't start doing things like this you're going to have mandami
00:06:36.840or Mangione. You get a choice. They're going down a path, and on one side, it's that we're
00:06:43.140going to shoot them. The other side, because they're Bolsheviks, the other side is Mandami
00:06:48.680puts a happy face on it. It's going to do a TikTok. It's going to skip around some
00:06:51.920government-owned store. But the bottom line, it's the road to perdition that the Bolsheviks
00:06:58.100always are. Do you think that we can use this as a template to get into other areas to make sure
00:07:05.620that we sort this thing out from a populist nationalist economic perspective, sir?
00:07:11.620Absolutely. I mean, you know, I think it's important to articulate the importance,
00:07:17.080you know, first of just homeownership in as a foundational part of the American dream,
00:07:22.380you know, owning a stake in a property and a stake in a community in a neighborhood in the nation
00:07:29.980means that you are invested in the success and the perpetuation of our country.
00:07:37.980For far too many American families, 20s, 30s, those that are just getting married,
00:07:43.660those that are starting to have children, that dream is slipping away.
00:07:49.820Housing prices have doubled over pre-pandemic levels. Interest rates are high.
00:07:56.220too many Americans just feel that that American dream is out of reach.
00:08:02.460And I think that, you know, if we want to, you know, be responsive to those acute affordability
00:08:09.340concerns, and if we also want to sort of maintain the sort of system of governance we have in
00:08:17.900America, you know, not, you know, letting that dream sleep away is how we get, you know, I think
00:08:27.440more Zorons, how we get more politicians that are more revolutionary sort of in their politics.
00:08:35.080And I think that the sort of application of, you know, the prohibition on institutional
00:08:42.660investment can certainly be mapped on to other sectors of our economy. If you, again, use the
00:08:49.680heuristic that not all investment is created equal, not all investment is even necessarily
00:08:56.980good. In the case of housing, again, hedge funds buying property to generate rent from families,
00:09:05.860that is, you know, profitable perhaps to their funds and their shareholders.
00:09:10.360It is not good for the American people.
00:09:13.780And I think you can probably look across sectors that, you know, investment is needed.
00:09:19.880For example, we need more investment in our defense industrial base.
00:09:26.380This is another topic or issue that the president has used his executive authority to bring
00:09:33.660discipline to capital, to bring discipline to the defense contractors.
00:09:37.780you are not meeting your production quotas. You are not building munitions. You are not putting
00:09:43.900our country in a position where we can defend the homeland and whatever interests we might have
00:09:49.220abroad. Instead, you are returning cash to shareholders via stock buybacks, dividends.
00:09:54.860You're lining the pockets of executives with fat compensation packages. And he brought executive
00:10:01.840authority to discipline these contractors that you are actually going to use your money
00:10:07.000to make real investment in the real economy and real production rather than investment that accrues to those that hold shares in your company.
00:10:18.220So on and so forth. I think we can apply this sort of same frame, whether that be oil and energy manufacturing,
00:10:27.720where what we do need is real investment in the real economy that flows to the benefits of American workers and families.
00:11:34.140Thank you, Daniel. Thank you so much. Look forward to having you back up here when you get ready to go to the press conference for the signing.
00:12:04.200I'm going to hold you to the break for your situation there.
00:12:06.320But just President Trump saying, hey, look, now that I understand the schedule today, I ain't kicking off the 250 up at noon by signing a piece of legislation that doesn't have Save America.
00:12:17.920No matter how good it is, how powerful it is, how hard I've worked for it, the Senate and these guys have got to take me seriously.
00:12:32.120Well, it's the most important act that's ever. I mean, this is everything we've fought for for five years could end up in vain, everybody. We have to secure our elections. If you can't pass this, the nonsensical thing of having people that don't live here, the illegals vote, to have voter ID in elections.
00:12:56.300I mean, this is just, if you can't get this passed, what can you ever get passed?
00:18:53.440Now, the ABC comes out with this poll.
00:18:56.880Then the same station does a hit job yesterday saying Mike Lindell is giving out little pillows in a parade and trying to say that they broke some campaign law violation like when he gave his books out.
00:19:11.200And by the way, everybody, it doesn't break any violation.
00:23:57.760They want to destroy this country, and they want to destroy particularly people like you that are prepared to stand up for this country, Mike Lindell.
00:26:16.480Get down there and tell me where the tens of billions of dollars of Fry and Waltz and all these criminals you've got running in Minnesota right now.
00:26:24.220ABC affiliate in Minneapolis, you're absolutely revolting.
00:26:27.620And the reason the city is so screwed up is because of people exactly like you.
00:26:32.360Lindell, when deals collide, what do you got for us?
00:26:35.040And you guys can check out lyndalegov.com, everybody, too.
00:28:28.540845-WAR-ROOM, special hotline just for the war on posse to call.
00:28:32.960Have one of their advisors walk you through it.
00:28:35.280They'll bring data to talk to you about what is the best plan for you,
00:28:38.660how much it's going to cost, what are the...
00:28:41.860Everyone's focused on how the conflict in the Middle East is raising oil prices,
00:28:45.820but there's another grim reality to this contention.
00:28:50.500Oil isn't the only resource being constrained.
00:28:52.880About one-third of global fertilizer trade happens through this region.
00:28:57.560And with spring planting season on top of us, American farmers are sounding the alarm
00:29:02.260with some saying they can't afford to plant their fields.
00:29:05.620When one piece of the supply chain gets hit this hard, you know what comes next.
00:29:10.000Higher food prices, reduced availability, maybe even panic buying.
00:29:15.100That's why having an emergency food supply at home makes so much sense.
00:29:20.240And that's where our friends at MyPatriotSupply come in right now at preparewithbannon.com.
00:29:26.780That is preparewithbannon.com. We've set up an entire just site for the War Room Posse. You go to preparewithbannon.com. That's all one word, preparewithbannon.com. 00:30:42.080for kicking off American 250 by the special 25%.
00:30:45.840If you go to home title lock, promo code Steve25,
00:31:12.080And Casey is like, what are you talking about?
00:31:15.220I'm not putting any of my farms up for sale.
00:31:17.820Cole gets in touch with this realtor that the neighbor had an interaction with.
00:31:21.400Turns out someone called in, used his name, used a fake phone number, used his address, and decided to put his farm up for sale.
00:31:30.100So the reason this is really important is not everyone has a nice neighbor that's going to call you up and ask you about this vacant land when you don't live there.
00:31:39.380you're not around, and you just happen to get in touch with this realtor. The craziest part
00:31:44.160about this story that's coming out from Colorado, the land being in Texas, is that when the realtor
00:31:50.040got contacted, the realtor was super willing to work with the local authorities to try to get
00:31:55.860this, you know, figured out who the scammer was. They never met in person. Everything was done
00:32:00.860online. And the local authorities were like, nope, sorry, we're not going to do anything about it.
00:32:06.080they told the owner to talk to their local authorities in Colorado, who also would do
00:32:11.460nothing about it because the land was in Texas. The homeowner then called the FBI and even the
00:32:16.540FBI said, Hey, sorry, there's nothing we can do about it. So they just, they were able,
00:32:21.120the realtor dropped it, but they weren't able to really find out who this person was or what was
00:32:26.600happening with their property. Um, and it's just, it's a very scary situation because again, not
00:32:31.720everyone has a neighbor that's looking out for them. And there have been some reports. I have
00:32:36.880the report up next to me. But the National Land National Association of Realtors in 2025 found
00:32:44.400out that 62 percent of fraudulent transactions involved vacant land. But I think something
00:32:50.680that's really important is that these scammers aren't just looking for vacant land. They're
00:32:55.840looking for property that isn't being watched and that's physically or digitally so you can live in
00:33:02.860a home we see these reports all the time you can live in a home and someone's trying to scam you
00:33:06.720out of your house they're trying to we're seeing a lot more of the selling the property now versus
00:33:11.840the trying to get out extra mortgages because i think it's just so much easier with everything
00:33:15.920available your whole your whole life changes this is why for pennies a month you can take care of
00:33:20.280this look president trump's not going to sign this housing bill today because of the save america act
00:33:24.600However, this is why we had Daniel on, the beating heart of this is, as we keep saying,
00:33:30.640the foundational element of the American dream is home ownership, property ownership.
00:38:21.740And our ideology was different. Our ideology of political liberalism was different and allowed us to free ourselves from it, while at the same time recognizing what we owe to Western civilization and the greatness of Western civilization.
00:38:38.300So that's why you had two paths in 1776 with the American Revolution and then 1789 and afterwards with the French Revolution.
00:38:48.000Where do people go right now to get all your writings, and particularly the book
00:39:52.740Don't think they're going to, hey, if they ain't backing off in Texas, trust me, as great as that state is, as great as the people there, think of what they're going to do to these blue states.
00:40:02.280This is the fight that's between us, and you can't look away anymore.
00:40:05.500This is not about a Republican Party talking about marginal tax cuts and let's get some more tax cuts for the wealthy, and maybe they'll pat us on the head and do nice things.
00:40:15.300This thing so far developed from this. And this is why all these all these cut out Republicans that sit there, you know, you get Polly Pockets up there today, yammering about something that ain't the fight.
00:40:26.700If you keep a reelect in that and putting that in there all the time and that's what we got.
00:40:30.140Hey, you're losing the country right now. New York City is the greatest city probably in the history of the world.
00:40:37.400in the really the financial and cultural capital of the greatest city in the history of mankind
00:40:43.680the united states of america and right now it is controlled by marxist jihadists okay as we warned
00:40:51.920you and all the wealthy and all the big shots get all the benefits they're all moving to miami yeah
00:40:57.040let's go to miami right or we're going to go to we're going to go out to connecticut let's go to
00:41:00.720charleston let's go to savannah let's infest the south now you guys brought it on this is outrageous
00:41:07.940this way you got to read this book this is going to be a nasty fight folks don't think it's going
00:41:11.740to be no hey i went to prison for four months and trust me what these people have in mind they're
00:41:17.040going to put trump in prison for 30 years they want a death sentence on president trump to put
00:41:21.560him in prison you don't think so you look at that woman that won beat the hispanic he was the
00:41:26.060chairman of the hispanic caucus this is not a grundune this is one of their power players this
00:41:30.700This is Chuck Schumer. This is the that part of the Democrat Party owns the New York State Republican Party.
00:41:38.760Not anymore. They got blown out last night. Goldman lost. I think it was sixty to thirty eight.
00:41:43.760The last time I looked blown out. And that big mouth is up.
00:41:46.860That liver lifts up on up on MSNBC every night. Blown out by Marxist jihadist.
00:41:53.600You want to see what they stand for? Look at the J.P. Morgan executive dumping the trash can so she can steal a.
00:41:59.74050-buck trash can. DEI, the DEI executive. Okay, Thayer, one more time, social media,
00:42:06.200where do they go? Thanks, Steve. Thanks for calling attention to these issues.
00:42:13.260One more time, give your social media. I want to know where people can get you.
00:42:17.660Brad Thayer at X or Bradley Thayer on Getter and Truth.
00:42:21.840Thank you. Let's go look at the book. Covers up. You order it now. You. It's ironic. You're
00:42:28.660coming back to kick off and to be with the posse and to be with the grassroots on the mall tonight
00:42:34.400doing hey tell me that and you've done probably the hardest duty we've had as a channel and as
00:42:40.720a show you and Oscar Blue Ramirez because you put your life for folks you know particularly
00:42:44.960people just joined the show these guys went into harm's way Darien Gap down in southern Mexico
00:42:50.560where the cartels were always on you guys you had to watch but you saw it you reported to the nation
00:42:55.560One of the reasons we went in 22 and then Trump went in 24 is your reporting of the organized nature of this invasion and what was going on.
00:43:05.000And those 20 million people that you essentially documented that came across those four years, that is where we blinked here.
00:43:12.800And you were also there at the very beginning of the mass deportation era, whether that was Chicago, whether that was Los Angeles, whether it was Minneapolis.
00:43:24.040And yes, sometimes maybe didn't work perfectly, but it's a plan that's trying to be executed.
00:43:29.500This is why it's so ironic you being there from the from the viewpoint of you recorded this and reported on this and documented it for years are now here for the for the celebration of the 250, a celebration of 250 of which the countries in the balance don't think this thing's a done deal.
00:43:51.480Don't think they're going to be there.
00:43:53.060They're going to be there and say, this is amazing.
00:47:57.040When I was at the DNC last year in Chicago, they were attacking themselves because they
00:48:01.100weren't communist and jihadist enough.
00:48:02.740If you think it's bad now, what they're raising up, the base, the bench of the Democrat party is worse than what they're electing in New York right now.
