00:00:00.000 That first year, boy, you're the most popular. It's happening right now in New York and California.
00:00:06.800 But you'll start living in squalor. You'll live in squalor. There will be no food.
00:00:12.020 There will be no housing. There will be no military. There will be no law and order.
00:00:15.300 There will be no nothing. There will be no nothing.
00:00:18.540 You'll be a third world inhabitant in every way, and everyone will suffer or die. 1.00
00:00:24.940 You'll suffer or die. That's what happens. 1.00
00:00:26.440 for thousands of years it's been happening by different names thousands of years i would be
00:00:32.600 i'm telling you i'd be the greatest communist in history would be so easy you wouldn't have to work
00:00:37.560 you could stay home the problem is a couple of years go by the whole place collapses always does
00:00:42.960 always has but i'm sorry to say but assassinations of those who oppose them is a very important
00:00:50.120 element of their ideology assassination is a big deal for them they're animals they're animals
00:00:56.300 in many cases they're not smart but in some cases they are it's easy for them to get followers
00:01:03.840 because they make promises that they know they can't keep and the democrats aren't fighting back 0.99
00:01:10.440 that's why they're dumb they're not fighting back they're afraid all have shown this evening 0.95
00:01:14.980 whether for state assembly state senate or congress is that a year ago it was not the end 0.99
00:01:22.760 of a political movement.
00:01:26.140 It was the beginning.
00:01:33.700 And I want to thank you
00:01:35.160 because in this room
00:01:36.320 I see those who believed
00:01:38.000 no matter what tweet they read
00:01:40.240 from Michael Lang.
00:01:43.720 They believed.
00:01:46.480 They put that anxiety into shifts.
00:01:49.620 They put it into door knocks,
00:01:51.300 into phone calls.
00:01:52.760 Raise your hand if you canvassed. 0.64
00:01:58.240 Those are the hands that won this race.
00:02:00.700 And every single one of these incredible candidates,
00:02:03.820 they are going to be the partners in transforming the most expensive city in the United States of America
00:02:11.560 into one that working New Yorkers can afford.
00:02:17.520 So one more time, let's hear it for Deanna Moreno.
00:02:20.360 Let's hear it for David Orkin, let's hear it for Samantha Catan, let's hear it for Abir
00:02:28.960 Kawas, let's hear it for Claire Valdez, and let's hear it for a politics, for a politics
00:02:41.620 that will never forget working people.
00:02:43.580 for a politics that is ready to write a new chapter in our party's history
00:02:50.500 and for a politics that realizes the old politics that got us to this crisis
00:02:57.900 is not the politics that's going to get us out of this crisis
00:03:00.640 finding that like you know the system of capitalism and racism um and white supremacy etc
00:03:09.060 have all and Islamophobia have all been used um you know to uh colonize lands right to take
00:03:16.580 resources from other people and so this is like a long trajectory and we're just seeing the
00:03:20.740 manifestations of that continuation right with 9-11 um and so a lot of times when people are
00:03:27.040 asking us to respond about you know attack right when if you look back like historically right um
00:03:33.840 you know a lot of us come from lands that were colonized lands where wars are being waged right
00:03:38.260 a lot of times because of U.S. policy or the policies in Europe.
00:03:42.320 And so I find that we can connect over that,
00:03:45.660 but then also that the idea that we have to apologize for, like,
00:03:49.680 a terror attack that, like, a couple of people did,
00:03:52.000 and then there is no apologies or reparations for genocide and for slavery, etc.,
00:03:57.740 is something that I kind of find, like, reprehensible.
00:03:59.860 I looked at some of the people that got elected the other night in New York.
00:04:03.000 these are
00:04:04.920 these are
00:04:06.620 in many ways 1.00
00:04:08.560 stupid people 1.00
00:04:10.100 in some ways and intellectually 1.00
00:04:12.900 probably pretty smart
00:04:14.280 but they're people that want to destroy our country
00:04:16.980 they hate our country, they hate our people
00:04:18.820 they hate the democrat party
00:04:20.480 the democrat party is in big trouble
00:04:23.220 because this isn't
00:04:25.340 stopping with New York, this is going on
00:04:27.280 too easy to get elected
00:04:28.780 giving everything away, too easy to get elected
00:04:31.600 very dangerous but you'll soon have nothing left that's the problem in many ways they're allowing
00:04:37.840 them to just go their own way do your own we don't want to take a chance on saying anything bad
00:04:43.960 because we're afraid we're going to lose our jobs if we do they're afraid they're going to lose their 0.64
00:04:48.800 election if they even think about saying anything bad about this new breed of sick people
00:04:54.880 they're not smart enough or tough enough to fight the plague that's happening it's happening right
00:05:00.240 before your very eyes if they fought them the way they fight Republicans or the way they fight me 0.92
00:05:06.440 they'd be victorious they didn't beat us but they'd be victorious against the communists
00:05:12.620 but they don't have the courage to do so so they're turning communists themselves becoming
00:05:18.440 a communist party these are not social democrats these are hardcore godless communists they're 0.87
00:05:25.880 godless communists. All communists are godless. They don't believe in God. I am someone who has 0.99
00:05:31.800 felt deeply abandoned by the establishment politics that far too often see my community
00:05:37.180 as merely a statistic. That far too often only shows up to explain away the circumstances
00:05:43.580 that the politics that they have voted for time and time again, which have impacted our community
00:05:49.440 in ways that they do not feel the effects of. And as someone who has had to live with the question
00:05:55.720 of whether I can even afford to stay in the city I love.
00:05:58.720 World Cup is here, the first match this weekend at MetLife Stadium
00:06:01.500 taking place in New Jersey, even though some people say it is technically New York.
00:06:05.640 But what do you think will win it all?
00:06:07.520 Who are you rooting for?
00:06:08.700 I like Mexico.
00:06:10.080 Mexico, there you go. 1.00
00:06:11.360 I'm rooting for Senegal.
00:06:14.480 Solidarity forever.
00:06:18.800 Solidarity forever.
00:06:23.320 Solidarity forever.
00:06:25.720 question every generation frankly in this country has had to ask itself and had to fight
00:06:34.000 a constant expansion of the we and the preamble to the constitution the we when it was written
00:06:38.620 it would only apply to luke it wouldn't have applied to the chairman well no because i'm
00:06:43.340 catholic so i don't know if i made the cut irish catholic maybe not made a cut over the course of
00:06:50.460 our history that we has been expanded you know the point about birthright citizenship is so
00:06:54.620 important. The 14th Amendment was written because Congress didn't want citizenship to just depend
00:07:00.320 on who was in the White House or who was in charge. I mean, prior to the 14th Amendment,
00:07:06.040 there were many debates about who is a citizen in this country, culminating in the Dred Scott
00:07:10.860 decision that Michael Steele has talked about for a while that said black people are not citizens.
00:07:16.020 So the people, the authors of the 14th Amendment, the Reconstruction's Amendment, 13, 14, 15th
00:07:21.080 amendments. They wanted to take the power away from the executive about the whims of who could
00:07:27.620 be a citizen in this country or not. They wanted to establish citizenship as a constitutional right
00:07:32.100 that is protected. And this administration has shown that they are actively willing to go as far
00:07:39.480 as the Supreme Court is going to allow them to do to yank that rug out from under folks. And I'm
00:07:43.960 very concerned about what they're going to. We saw today the Supreme Court make a decision
00:07:49.440 that is putting so many people's lives in jeopardy.
00:07:53.900 And I just came back from a rally with 1199
00:07:56.980 as I stood alongside a number of Haitian New Yorkers
00:07:59.880 who are concerned about what this means
00:08:01.520 for their status in our city.
00:08:03.780 And frankly, this city, the one that we love,
00:08:06.680 is one that has been built by so many
00:08:09.700 from so many different parts of the world.
00:08:12.080 And that includes our Haitian brothers and sisters,
00:08:13.920 our Syrian brothers and sisters.
00:08:15.480 And we stand here ready to be in solidarity
00:08:17.960 with all of those who are concerned by today's decision
00:08:20.480 and beyond just the language of solidarity,
00:08:23.160 actions of solidarity.
00:08:24.720 Now, what that means when it comes to our city
00:08:27.600 is if you are worried about what this means for your status,
00:08:30.560 if you're worried about what this means for your family,
00:08:33.100 I would encourage you to call
00:08:34.620 our Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs hotline
00:08:37.040 and you can do so at 1-800-354-0365.
00:08:42.560 Again, that's 1-800-354-0365.
00:08:47.220 Now, many of you know, this is a city of eight and a half million people.
00:08:50.900 More than three million of us were born elsewhere.
00:08:54.360 I'm one of them.
00:08:55.400 We're a city that's proud of our immigrant heritage. 0.94
00:08:58.360 And when we think about, especially what Haitian New Yorkers have had to deal with,
00:09:02.260 not just for weeks or months or years, but frankly for decades, 0.99
00:09:07.280 we have seen a cruelty that has become normalized.
00:09:10.740 And to have people who frankly taught the world about freedom,
00:09:14.360 have their own freedom be put in jeopardy
00:09:16.720 by the actions of a Supreme Court and a federal administration,
00:09:19.520 it is not only cruel, it's something that we will not ever accept.
00:09:23.040 And so we stand here as New Yorkers proud of standing in solidarity
00:09:26.800 and proud to do everything that we can to keep people in their homes
00:09:29.860 and to keep people together.
00:09:30.980 This is the most serious threat to our country since its existence,
00:09:35.360 in my opinion, 250 years ago.
00:09:38.440 This is a major threat to our country.
00:09:40.240 it isn't something that's easily solved but with a little love and help some hard work
00:09:51.600 because it's ironic we're celebrating a very important birthday our most important birthday
00:09:58.820 so far 250 years and instead of speaking about christ and instead of speaking about freedom and
00:10:06.440 victories of all different kinds. We're speaking about yet another threat to the foundations
00:10:11.260 of America. These ruthless communists will attack all religions, but in particular, Christianity. 0.76
00:10:18.980 They always do. They're after Christianity more than any other religion. It seems to be more and 0.89
00:10:25.080 more throughout the world, maybe because we're doing so well. I don't know. Maybe if we weren't
00:10:29.180 doing well. But you see the numbers, how they're growing, how the churches are filling up.
00:10:33.760 it's a beautiful thing to see. I mean, look, it happens to be during my presidency, so
00:10:39.700 I don't mind taking credit for it. I'm very proud. But a lot of great things are happening.
00:10:46.900 All communist countries attack religions violently. It's part of their deal.
00:10:54.220 In our national league, from Sunday school to public school. Today, the Texas State Board of
00:10:58.620 Education approved a proposal requiring more than five million public school students in Texas
00:11:03.580 to study Christian Bible stories in their public school classrooms,
00:11:07.880 amplifying a conservative effort to weave Christian teachings
00:11:11.760 into U.S. public education.
00:11:15.080 The proposed curriculum requires specific Bible translations
00:11:18.400 drawn from Protestant Bibles,
00:11:21.340 one reason some Catholics are objecting.
00:11:23.460 CNN's Ed Levandera is live in Dallas with the latest.
00:11:26.260 Ed?
00:11:29.100 Well, Jake, this was a very controversial vote.
00:11:31.700 after hours and hours of testimony throughout the week.
00:11:35.120 The Texas State Board of Education heard from hundreds of people.
00:11:38.620 They voted largely along party lines,
00:11:40.840 the State Board of Education heavily controlled by conservative Republicans.
00:11:45.000 They voted mostly along those lines to approve this new curriculum,
00:11:49.520 which many education experts say no other state in the country has adopted.
00:11:54.580 But it essentially requires some biblical teachings at every grade level,
00:12:00.520 from kindergarten to 12th grade for more than 5 million public school students across the state
00:12:06.100 of Texas. Supporters say that this is needed to help teach the role of U.S. history in its proper
00:12:11.880 context and the role that Christianity played in all of that. Critics say that this is simply
00:12:18.660 a violation of the doctrine of separation of church and state and that it also goes to great
00:12:23.700 lengths to avoid and exclude the teachings of non-Protestant Christians as well as
00:12:28.300 non-Christians like Jews and Muslims. But there was one Republican who voted with Democrats
00:12:33.640 against this curriculum, and this is what she had to say about the vote. 0.99
00:12:40.280 Teachers need to have their autonomy. They've been selecting books for decades, for years. 0.91
00:12:45.960 This is nothing new. This is not a new concept to teachers. We are simply giving them a mandated
00:12:51.480 list, which I believe is unconstitutional. But regardless of what I believe, let's not take
00:12:56.400 their autonomy away. And Jake, this curriculum will not be implemented immediately. It will be
00:13:04.160 phased in over time, but beginning at the early grades starting in 2030 and then higher grades
00:13:10.040 in the years after that. This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies
00:13:19.960 because we're going medieval on these people.
00:13:23.980 Here's the reason I got a free shot
00:13:25.160 at all these networks lying about the people.
00:13:28.240 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:13:30.160 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:13:31.580 I know you've tried to do everything in the world
00:13:32.820 to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:13:34.260 It's going to happen.
00:13:35.540 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:13:38.940 MAGA media.
00:13:40.280 I wish in my soul,
00:13:41.920 I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:13:45.760 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:13:48.840 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:13:55.760 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:14:00.820 It's Saturday, 27 June, in the year of our Lord, 2026.

00:14:21.420 And this is real.
00:14:22.380 The President of the United States now awakened to it, gave a seminal speech, an unbelievable speech the other night about this,
00:14:31.260 or yesterday at the Faith and Family Conference.
00:14:33.680 We're going to Texas.

00:16:56.640 tactics of the precinct strategy but when have you ever seen can we play the can we play the
00:17:01.740 beginning of that i want you to listen to this and maybe take your number two pencil out
00:17:05.200 uh this guy's not a flake i've said this from the beginning and people dismissed him oh
00:17:11.280 dismissed him and even embraced him as a nice guy not a nice guy it's not a nice guy though
00:17:16.940 he's a bolshevik and a jihadist maybe a jihadist first but he's quite the way they're running this 0.79
00:17:23.880 and we saw how they're running this down to Texas.
00:17:25.600 Let's go ahead and play this.
00:17:27.320 What you all have shown this evening,
00:17:29.020 whether for state assembly, state senate, or Congress,
00:17:32.000 is that a year ago,
00:17:34.640 it was not the end of a political movement.
00:17:40.120 It was the beginning.
00:17:47.680 And I want to thank you because in this room,
00:17:50.200 I see those who believed,
00:17:51.860 no matter what tweet they read
00:17:54.100 from Michael Lang
00:17:54.900 they believed
00:17:58.860 they put that anxiety
00:18:01.940 into shifts
00:18:02.880 they put it into door knocks
00:18:05.180 into phone calls
00:18:06.260 raise your hand if you canvass
00:18:08.560 those are the hands that won this race
00:18:14.220 and every single one of these
00:18:15.880 incredible candidates
00:18:17.220 they are going
00:18:20.660 Let me have it.
00:18:22.440 Raise your hands if you canvassed, if you door knocked, if you phone called.
00:18:26.640 Those are the hands that won this race.
00:18:30.460 We're in posse.
00:18:33.000 Members of the precinct strategy.
00:18:35.560 Those of you that have done the backbreaking labor to win these races.
00:18:41.060 when is the last time a politician gave you a name check or called out you in the
00:18:50.360 very first seconds of his congratulatory speech when was it because i've missed it i want somebody
00:18:57.540 send me a clip so i can get it raise your hands if you canvassed this was the door knockers this
00:19:04.340 was the phone calls. Those are the hands that won this race. When have you ever seen a Republican
00:19:11.560 politician sit there and thank the grassroots for the volunteer labor, what you've dedicated
00:19:18.320 your life to? When have you seen that? Please send me clips if you got it. I want to make
00:19:22.580 sure that I give appropriate shout outs. You know what they do? They run around to donors.
00:19:29.660 They think the donors' hands are the hands that win the races.
00:19:36.180 They think lots of eating these guys spent $150 million trying to destroy your work, going door to door.
00:19:43.800 They think that wins races. It doesn't. Yours do.
00:19:48.380 Raise your hands if you canvassed.
00:19:51.900 Those are the hands that won this race. 1.00
00:19:54.220 these bolsheviks and these jihadists they're very smart and they're very tough 1.00
00:20:01.420 i think the president called him out i think he said we just got to show a little love and hard
00:20:06.900 work i gotta hear that one again because that's not gonna that's obviously not the solution
00:20:11.080 we're in a fight i've warned about this and this has got to be the priority the deep state
00:20:17.140 that allows us to happen mandami the other thing you know it's telling us on the monumental
00:20:23.640 decisions we had the Supreme Court on Friday that we talked about. He gets right up there,
00:20:28.380 puts the camera up and says, hey, look, this city's got eight and a half million people.
00:20:34.480 Three million of us are born in other countries. They're not Americans. They don't even pretend
00:20:40.860 to be Americans. In fact, they not only see they hate America, what they like in America
00:20:45.720 is the ability to grab resources and take things.
00:20:53.100 And they hate, but more importantly, they hate Americans.
00:20:56.140 They hate Americans.
00:20:58.180 Three million of us are born overseas.
00:21:01.940 They're telling you, top that, show me what you got.
00:21:06.280 And they got these elites, these kids from the top prep schools in New York City
00:21:13.100 that all went to Ivy League schools or Ivy League adjacent.
00:21:15.720 that have been formed in a Howard Zinn
00:21:18.360 and by their parents, they hate America.
00:21:21.340 They deeply hate America.
00:21:23.160 And they're the ones that delivered the oomph, right?
00:21:28.940 The muscle is the folks they've got canvassing.
00:21:31.540 I said this a year ago in the summer
00:21:33.780 when I said he's going to beat Cuomo going away.
00:21:37.260 It's not even going to be close.
00:21:38.140 And they said, oh, no, you don't understand.
00:21:39.120 They got $40 million and they got every,
00:21:41.480 they got the Catholic church and they've got the unions
00:21:44.880 and they got the firemen and they got the police,
00:21:47.200 the New York Times, New York Post.
00:21:48.360 They got all the endorsements.
00:21:49.500 Cuomo's got the endorsements.
00:21:52.180 I said, yeah, but this guy's got thousands of people
00:21:54.600 canvassing in Brooklyn and Queens and the boroughs.
00:21:58.720 And they looked at me like, what are you talking about?
00:22:00.400 Who cares about that?
00:22:01.360 That's going door to door. 1.00
00:22:02.300 That's like what schmendricks do. 0.92
00:22:07.760 Folks, we're going to turn to Texas. 0.81
00:22:10.140 And we won a great victory in Texas.
00:22:11.880 Do not get me wrong.
00:22:12.560 It was a great victory.
00:22:13.360 but it was a heavy lift. This is not on the margins. This was radical Marxists and jihadists
00:22:23.440 that understand that you form the kids and you're a generation or two away from having what we've
00:22:28.720 got in Los Angeles, in New York City today, in the universities, today. And this fight took a
00:22:36.160 monumental effort of the grassroots and people to stand up and go and testify all that. Yes, we won.
00:22:43.360 but think of the effort, and this is Texas, right?
00:22:48.920 This is not New York City.
00:22:50.140 This is not Chicago, Illinois.
00:22:51.640 This is not downtown Washington, D.C.
00:22:54.640 This is the great state of Texas,
00:22:57.160 the jewel of the crown of our union.
00:22:59.680 This is not in the Bay Area.
00:23:01.480 This is not in Portland.
00:23:02.580 This is not in Seattle.
00:23:03.560 This is Texas, and we won,
00:23:06.500 but we won because people stood in the breach
00:23:08.860 and fought like hell,
00:23:10.500 but people have to understand
00:23:12.440 And if they had not stood in the breach and fought like hell, we would have gotten the tables run on us in Texas, in the business community, in the business elite, in the feckless Republican Party.
00:23:22.380 We said, oh, that's fine. Just like they've done for decade after decade after decade.
00:23:28.560 And now you got what you got. Now you got what you got. You know why?
00:23:33.140 Because they see a bunch of elites that won't stand up for their country.
00:23:38.760 They could care less.
00:23:41.080 It's too messy.
00:23:42.280 They might get called names.
00:23:43.920 It's too hard.
00:23:49.460 Julie Pickering, tell us about this fight.
00:23:51.640 What have we went in?
00:23:52.280 By the way, knowing that it starts gradually and gets to 2030,
00:23:55.300 that's not acceptable.
00:23:56.760 You guys got to go back.
00:23:58.180 We got to double it.
00:23:58.820 That's another fight.
00:24:00.140 But tell us on the victory we won and how hard it was
00:24:02.540 and how close it came to non-victory, ma'am.
00:24:05.480 well steve first of all thank you to you and thank you to your listeners and your viewers
00:24:11.580 um you know i was actually i was raised up through grassroots so i have a love and appreciation for
00:24:18.260 grassroots um that differs a little bit from a lot of state and national elected officials
00:24:23.680 because i'm always going to say and if you've watched me on social media i'll always say the
00:24:27.760 power is with we the people it is we the people who who are the founders of the united states of
00:24:33.540 america it is we the people that has held the texas constitution together for 250 years which
00:24:39.960 is the longest running constitution in world history the power is always with we the people
00:24:45.840 and i am so thankful to god that we the people showed up to help the great state of texas defeat
00:24:50.980 this woke marxist um tied uh terrorist agenda to destroy texas public education
00:24:58.360 what did we win yesterday what did what did you actually beat back i want people to understand
00:25:03.620 how severe this was oh my goodness uh steve this this was a fight like none other you know uh care
00:25:11.400 the council of american islamic relations started showing up at our state board of education
00:25:15.580 meetings last september and they just have not let up i think uh in the last 48 hours i've probably
00:25:21.660 received well over 2 000 emails from from them and their affiliates and their members but you know
00:25:27.360 what we won is we won for the very first time since 1963. We have now put the Bible back in 0.87
00:25:36.820 a mandatory reading list for every grade, kindergarten through 12th grade, and we have
00:25:41.480 now put the Bible back into instructional materials. And it's not just the Bible. The
00:25:47.440 standards that we passed yesterday for kindergarten through eighth grade, they are patriotic. Every
00:25:52.520 grade has to teach American and Texas exceptionalism, teach civics, teach Judeo-Christian
00:25:59.020 values, our Christian values that were the founding of America. Now they are back in
00:26:04.960 instruction. And so it's patriotic. It's classical education. It has high academic rigor. And of
00:26:11.420 course, it now includes the Old Testament and the New Testament. And then in our mandatory reading
00:26:15.620 list that we passed, it also mirrors what we passed in kindergarten through eighth grade social
00:26:20.180 studies is it has classical works of literature, it has the Bible, and it has patriotic books. So
00:26:26.460 this is a really monumental task that is just changing the trajectory of public education in
00:26:35.960 America. What Texas did, Texas did what we always do, we lead. When we see a problem, we all go to
00:26:41.800 work and we lead. We don't complain about it, we just go fix it. And that's what Texas did yesterday.
00:26:46.020 We delivered the most patriotic, Bible-infused, classical-based social studies instructions that's probably ever been passed in the United States of America.
00:26:56.840 For sure, like I said, since 1963, we haven't seen the Bible and instructions in over 60 years.
00:27:02.540 And I think that this is probably the best birthday present that Texas could give America on America's 250th birthday this week.
00:27:11.300 Julie, a great fight. 1.00
00:27:12.680 Stick around. 0.97
00:27:13.440 I'm going to hold you.
00:27:14.020 I've got Brandon Hall and Mary Elizabeth Castle because some people have said maybe this is the
00:27:21.800 Gettysburg of this fight. I happen to think that we're earlier in this than halfway through it,
00:27:26.820 but a monumental victory. And it came because people flooded the zone. When people are aware
00:27:33.840 of this, they will go to the ramparts. Remember, your fellow citizen, the people next door, the
00:27:40.600 people that are your friends, the people that you, you know, play golf with or go play tennis or
00:27:45.280 enjoy hunting, fishing, are part of your community. They want to fight for their country. They want
00:27:52.800 to save this republic and bequeath it down generation after generation. We have to have
00:27:58.400 a bigger awakening. We have an army of the awakened. We have to make this multiple armies
00:28:04.240 of the awakened. Once people are awakened to this, to the threat and to what the fight is,
00:28:09.500 They will come together.
00:28:10.760 You saw this in Texas.
00:28:11.740 Texas, this was a 1 million percent grassroots victory.
00:28:17.640 The hands that won this are on this show today
00:28:20.680 and have listened to this show
00:28:22.700 and showed up in Austin
00:28:24.580 and put it all on the battlefield.
00:28:30.540 A great victory,
00:28:32.180 but it took a monumental effort.
00:28:35.320 Short break.
00:28:38.640 everyone's focused on how the conflict in the middle east is raising oil prices but there's
00:28:46.400 another grim reality to this contention oil isn't the only resource being constrained about one
00:28:53.400 third of global fertilizer trade happens through this region and with spring planting season on
00:28:59.520 top of us american farmers are sounding the alarm with some saying they can't afford to plant their
00:29:04.620 fields. When one piece of the supply chain gets hit this hard, you know what comes next. Higher
00:29:10.500 food prices, reduced availability, maybe even panic buying. That's why having an emergency food
00:29:16.800 supply at home makes so much sense. And that's where our friends at MyPatriotSupply come in
00:29:23.400 right now at preparewithbannon.com. That is preparewithbannon.com. We've set up an entire

00:30:05.960 Go check it out.
00:30:07.340 War Room.
00:30:08.420 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:30:16.780 Ma'am, Donnie, his response to the Supreme Court's decisions
00:30:21.820 was to look in the camera and say,
00:30:26.400 hey, our Haitian brothers and sisters,
00:30:28.360 You know, the Haitians built New York City.
00:30:30.760 I must have missed, as one of the engine room members tell me,
00:30:35.080 we must have missed that part in New York City's history
00:30:37.560 where the Haitians helped build it.
00:30:39.400 I must have missed that.
00:30:41.220 Can somebody please alert me to that?
00:30:43.860 I'd like to understand that.
00:30:47.380 Haiti's a fine island, but it's time to go back, okay?
00:30:51.660 I know the Clintons went down and ripped you off,
00:30:53.580 and there's some bad things down there,
00:30:54.900 but you've got the Eric Prince, by the way,
00:30:56.420 Our colleague and contributor, Eric Prince, is on the cover of the Financial Times of London today.
00:31:04.380 They do the big interview with him over lunch.
00:31:06.440 It's very enlightening.
00:31:07.800 We'll make sure it gets pushed out everywhere.
00:31:10.360 But Eric Prince is down there helping find barbecue. 0.99
00:31:13.700 Yeah, and Haiti's got problems. 1.00
00:31:14.940 But the way to do that is get all those great Haitians that Mandami's talking about in New York City and everywhere else and boom, out of here. 1.00
00:31:22.500 And I'd like to see the government moving on that like last night. 1.00
00:31:25.420 haven't seen that yet like to see mark wayne mullin um you know you got the money you got
00:31:31.320 the people you got the court ruling what are we waiting for it's saturday 10 a.m eastern daylight
00:31:37.460 time like to see some people getting on buses going to an airport getting on planes getting
00:31:43.220 back to haiti going back to syria like right now don't know why that's not happening should have
00:31:50.320 been ready should have been processed this thing's been in the courts for years we people were
00:31:55.160 highly confident we would get this victory. Where are the deportations? That's all that matters.
00:32:00.300 It's a math game. It's math. Don't need highfalutin rhetoric. Don't need talk.
00:32:04.900 Boom, bing, bong, bong. There'll be enough speeches about the American Republic. It's now
00:32:09.460 time to save the American Republic. Step one, get all the foreign invaders out of the country. 1.00
00:32:17.320 The revolutionary generation would spit on the floor seeing what we've allowed to happen in this 0.96
00:32:24.520 country, 20 million on Biden's watch with NGOs and religious NGOs, the Lutherans, the Catholics,
00:32:31.320 the Jewish organizations, all working together with USAID money and your taxpayer. Remember,
00:32:37.980 this is the tragedy. Your tax money did it. And also your pension funds, these private equity
00:32:43.720 that are want lower wages, want to flood the zone with cheap foreign labor and have, you know,
00:32:49.180 a little more money in the GDP to buy consumer goods.
00:32:54.140 Yep.
00:32:55.300 I think there's a Persian proverb.
00:32:58.220 Once an eagle, looking at an arrow that was stuck in him,
00:33:02.480 that was made from an eagle's feather,
00:33:05.640 said, by my own hand I am smitten.
00:33:09.680 Once an eagle.
00:33:12.320 Right?
00:33:12.580 But Brandon Hall, another field commander in this fight down in in Austin for the entire state of Texas.
00:33:21.960 I just want people to understand this was a fight.
00:33:25.220 And if people had not stood in the breach, if you and Pickering had not done this and Mary Elizabeth Castle and others of these great volunteers,
00:33:33.100 the my patriot mobile guys, the patriot mobile guys and others had not come together and stepped up to the microphone and said no
00:33:43.200 and let people know the political power in Texas know that, hey, there's a grassroots element down there
00:33:48.120 that are not going to allow the textbooks to say, oh, the Alamo was inspired and built with Islamic architecture.
00:33:55.900 Not going to happen. Sir, tell us about it.
00:33:59.440 Well, that's right. Glory be to God for this incredible victory and a tremendous amount of credit to our grassroots.
00:34:05.160 I'm glad that you brought that up. We don't give them credit enough, but they really made a major impact here because for a while, only the left was showing up.
00:34:12.980 Only the Council on American Islamic Relations was showing up.
00:34:16.320 But you put out the word on the war room and other people gathered up great patriots, people took time away from their jobs.
00:34:22.600 They invested their time, their treasure, their resources to be here and speak at the State Board of Education.
00:34:27.640 We had people who stayed for 18 hours to testify, and it made a huge difference.
00:34:33.540 And what we've seen in the state of Texas is that when you're willing to stand, you win.
00:34:38.240 And just like General Houston at the Battle of San Jacinto, many times we were outnumbered.
00:34:43.560 Many times they were the underdogs in this fight, but we charged straight into the camp of the enemy and won a great victory.
00:34:50.160 We overwhelmed them, and we really rolled back 80 years' worth of historical revisionism.
00:34:54.900 The left has been at this a long time.
00:34:57.080 and we accomplished things you know a lot of people didn't think were possible and so i hope
00:35:01.280 the outcome of this situation is not only do we save texas but i really hope that other states
00:35:06.300 will see that you can stand you can win and you need to go on the offense in this battle to save
00:35:11.440 western civilization the american republic and our texan way of life don't just play defense
00:35:15.940 go after them and roll these things back well we're going to do that we're going to have a
00:35:21.380 help you guys put together a brief and make sure that we get it up on war room and spread it out so
00:35:26.040 you're actually teaching we use this as a teaching moment a teachable moment uh brandon here's what's
00:35:33.020 got me concerned the media say well it's 2030 it's going to be phased in how do we get around this
00:35:38.420 kind of slow walk because they're going to throw up a million court case everything like this how
00:35:43.020 do we expedite this and start this like asap what do we need to do well i think i would love to see
00:35:50.680 it expedited i would say that what we do is we don't walk away from this fight because many times
00:35:55.380 when we win a victory, you know, the Patriots, we'll kind of go back to sleep. The left, they
00:36:00.020 never give up. They're never going to stop coming at this. Just because they lost doesn't mean they
00:36:04.600 will not be back. And so we need Patriots not to give up either. You need to let the State Board
00:36:08.820 of Education know we want to expedite this and get this rolled out as quickly as possible.
00:36:12.960 And we do also have reinforcements coming. Very conservative people who are being elected to the
00:36:18.700 State Board of Education in safe Republican seats that will swear into the board in January.
00:36:22.480 And then I think we can really get a lot accomplished here.
00:36:25.380 um the um how do we there's going to be a new because of the grassroots effort i just want
00:36:35.360 to make sure everybody understands this there's going to be a new state board of education in
00:36:40.460 texas starting january 1st correct that's right steve yeah we have some incredible patriots that
00:36:46.900 are coming on um another pastor is going to be swearing into the board and so i think it's going
00:36:51.920 to be a new day in the state of texas because you know for a long time people didn't even really
00:36:55.260 know what the state board of education was or what it did they weren't paying attention and
00:36:59.080 left was able to make so much progress when parents and tax taxpayers were not paying attention but
00:37:04.460 now people are awake they're on fire part of that is because of the war room posse and you steve and
00:37:10.460 so now you know they're not going to slip anything past us just because we're asleep and really what 0.79
00:37:15.020 the muslims and care have done by showing up to our state board of education meetings is they've
00:37:20.220 allowed people to see how critical this is and they have awakened a sleeping giant
00:37:24.620 um mary elizabeth castle is brandon correct have we awakened i mean this happened in world war ii
00:37:36.200 um admiral yamamoto on the bridge of the aircraft carrier that attacked pearl harbor when they
00:37:42.400 turned around um one of the admirals asked him about you know what did he think and he said i
00:37:49.360 think we've awakened a sleeping giant, and it's going to be bad. Is Brandon Hall and Julie Pickering
00:37:58.240 right? Have we awakened a sleeping giant in Texas that we can spread this message in light of a
00:38:05.400 prairie fire across the nation to stand in the breach and defeat these Marxists and jihadists
00:38:10.360 and not give them our children? Because that's what they want. They want to, look at Mandami.
00:38:14.900 Look in L.A. Look all over. These young people have been warped or foreigners who hate America 1.00
00:38:22.360 to begin with. But the young Americans have been warped and twisted to hate this country and to 0.92
00:38:27.180 hate Americans and to hate our history. Do you think they're reading revolution? Do you think 0.71
00:38:31.780 they're going to say? No, they got Howard's and everything else. They hate this country,
00:38:35.200 hate it. The most pampered folks in world history, these young generations of these elites in places
00:38:42.480 like New York City. They hate this country and they hate Americans. Do you believe, ma'am,
00:38:47.780 that you have seen, because you've been at this doing the pick and shovel work,
00:38:52.280 do you believe we've awakened a sleeping giant?
00:39:00.900 Great number of patriots, parents, stakeholders, just regular citizens coming to the State Board
00:39:06.760 of Education and realizing what was at stake. Back in 2022, when they had a draft that was
00:39:13.440 full with CRT, full with anti-American rhetoric, you know, they were able to get through that
00:39:19.180 process for several months. And that's when we came to a point and said, no more, you have to
00:39:23.600 stop it. This time that wasn't going to happen. And I believe so many more people were engaged
00:39:28.560 and involved. They were reading the standards. They were engaged with some of our Texas Values
00:39:33.420 action alerts. And what we saw Monday, even with the press conference that we had earlier,
00:39:38.600 I believe we outnumbered some of the radicals and the leftists at the meeting. The leftists had a
00:39:44.140 funeral for religious liberty outside, but they had probably 10 or 13 people. We had a large press
00:39:49.620 conference, and I think there were even two press conferences of patriots, one led by Texas Values,
00:39:55.480 one led by Julie Pickren. I believe so many people believe what's at stake. I got a message from
00:40:01.140 a colleague in Minnesota who said she wants to do the same thing in Minnesota.
00:40:05.920 So I think this is going to spread across the country, or at least that's my hope.
00:40:12.420 Tell us about Texas Valley. What's the next step of this? How do we make sure that this message
00:40:17.700 not just goes throughout Texas and what the fight was and what the victory was? Because Brandon's
00:40:22.280 going to work on when the new school board is impaneled back in January to expedite this,
00:40:28.900 make sure it happens like now, now, now, right? Action, action, action. What can Texas values do?
00:40:34.880 And how can we help to make sure this message gets out in an organized fashion
00:40:39.700 to the rest of the states in the union that need it more than ever?
00:40:44.600 Absolutely. So we'll, of course, be sending up a blog to recap everything that happened at the
00:40:50.440 meeting. If you've been following us on social media, we had minute by minute updates on what
00:40:55.240 was happening. So we'll inform the public about what happened at the meeting. With the reading
00:41:00.680 list, our team is ready to defend it in any way possible to make sure there's policy analysis and
00:41:07.260 legal analysis to explain how this is allowed, how you can read biblical texts for historical
00:41:12.560 and education value. When it comes to the social study standards, it's not over yet. It's a great
00:41:18.080 victory. They will be picking up some high school courses very soon. So we will need to hold the
00:41:23.600 line, get as many people as possible to make sure there are no radical changes to some of these
00:41:28.200 American history and other high school courses that are left. And then after that is the textbook
00:41:33.960 process. After they adopt the standards, they have to choose a textbook that meets 100% of the
00:41:39.780 TEKS. And so that's going to be another process where we need people to come and testify on the
00:41:45.440 best textbooks. You're going to have publishers who are going to write textbooks that don't meet
00:41:49.640 the TICs or go an opposite direction of what the patriotic American civic standards that we passed.
00:41:56.140 So we will be giving people updates on how to get involved with the textbooks. Our team will be
00:42:00.400 reading every single page of every single textbook that's proposed to make sure that it matches these
00:42:06.400 good social studies TICs. Where do people get information about you? Where do they go?
00:42:12.480 Yes, please visit txvalues.org. Also, Texas Values is on Facebook, Instagram, and X.
00:42:19.640 So please follow us on social media.
00:42:21.380 But for more updates, especially the blog that I mentioned that we'll be drafting in a few days, please visit TXValues.org.
00:42:29.240 Thank you, ma'am.
00:42:30.160 Brandon Hall, where do folks get you?
00:42:33.020 They can find me at BrandonHallTX on X.
00:42:35.720 Thank you, Steve.
00:42:37.300 Thank you, ma'am.
00:42:38.120 Julie Pickren, we still got the high school textbooks to go.
00:42:42.600 Am I correct on that?
00:42:43.480 That's not totally finished?
00:42:44.540 Yes, sir.
00:42:46.140 We still have the high school standards to go. 0.52
00:42:47.860 We had three Republicans that broke and started voting with the Marxist Democrats and passing some of the demands from CARE and the WOKE organization. 0.82
00:42:58.880 So we're going to bring high school back. 0.60
00:43:00.580 We didn't pass it.
00:43:01.320 We're going to bring it back.
00:43:02.040 We're going to fix it.
00:43:02.700 And we're going to make sure that just like kindergarten through eighth grade, we deliver the most patriotic, classical-based, Bible-infused standards in the nation.
00:43:11.340 We'll bring those back in a future meeting that hasn't been determined yet.
00:43:14.080 okay what is your what is your um what is your social media where do people get you

00:43:43.020 this great victory did not come without a cost. So I would appreciate prayers.
00:43:47.760 Thank you, ma'am. Prayers are important, but we need works. We need works. You need to use your
00:43:56.820 agency, whatever you can do. Your hands are the hands of oneness. Short break.
00:44:04.580 If you're 65 or already on Medicare, listen up, folks, and grab a pen.
00:44:13.220 Maybe even a number two pencil.
00:44:16.240 Call 845-WAR-ROOM.
00:44:18.660 That's 845-WAR-ROOM.
00:44:20.740 Call it right now.
00:44:21.440 I'm serious.
00:44:21.980 Call it.
00:44:22.980 Now, here's why.
00:44:23.660 The insurance companies and their lackeys in the Washington swamp have built a Medicare system designed to confuse you and rip you off.
00:44:33.340 Rising premiums, denied claims, fine print nobody but a lobbyist understands.
00:44:38.780 Millions of American seniors are paying too much and getting too little.
00:44:42.300 And worst of all, most don't even know it.
00:44:45.400 Hey, that could be you.
00:44:47.400 That's why if you're already on Medicare or will be soon, you need to talk to our friends at Chapter.
00:44:53.880 They have a team of advisors trained to serve American seniors, not the insurance companies.
00:44:58.380 In under 20 minutes, they can find you the best plan for your needs at the lowest cost.
00:45:04.720 Why?
00:45:05.660 They're a data company.
00:45:07.040 They have all the data on every plan.
00:45:09.780 It's totally free.
00:45:11.080 There's no pressure, no BS, just straightforward, honest help from fellow patriots.
00:45:16.560 So don't wait.
00:45:17.400 Call 845-WAR-WROOM right now.
00:45:19.260 That's 845-WAR-WROOM.
00:45:21.000 Tell them Bannon sent you.
00:45:22.940 Now, listen, in the first couple of days of the launch of this company with the War and Posse, Posse members saved tens and up to hundreds of thousands collectively of dollars in these fees.
00:45:34.540 Go check it out today. That's chapter. Call 845-WAR-ROOM. Do it today.
00:45:40.460 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:45:43.660 Okay, talking about a 4th of July,
00:45:49.560 a run from the 4th of July,
00:45:50.580 July 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, 1863,
00:45:55.740 a crossroads in Pennsylvania,
00:45:58.480 the finest combat historian of his generation,
00:46:00.620 Patrick K. O'Donnell,
00:46:01.520 is there right now on Little Round Top.
00:46:03.780 Patrick, before the rain starts,
00:46:06.360 talk to the audience about why this is so important.
00:46:08.580 As we do the 250th commemoration of our country,
00:46:12.040 We might have not had one nation if not for what happened on Little Round Top, sir.
00:46:18.180 Little Round Top is a key turning point in the Civil War, and this is a real inflection point, Steve.
00:46:24.840 I'm right out around the summit of Little Round Top near the 44th Infantry, New York 44th Infantry position, and the 20th Maine is over here a little bit.
00:46:33.920 This is the far left of the Union position, and it's at 3.30 p.m. on July 2nd that Gouverneur Warren realizes that this mount is not occupied by Union troops.
00:46:47.720 So they pull back from the wheat field and get quickly back on here, the 3rd Brigade, 5th Corps, and they are basically holding on for their lives as seven Confederate regiments.
00:47:01.260 It's the Alabamans and the Texans hit them very hard around 4 p.m.
00:47:07.420 I'm looking out right now at the slaughter pen. 0.87
00:47:11.560 Devil's Den is behind me and the Valley of Death, as it was later called, after the Civil War by the veterans.
00:47:22.220 Walk us through just back from the road.
00:47:24.280 The road back there is where the Confederate Army was, and I think it was Colonel Oates and the Alabama regiment that got the draw.
00:47:31.260 I think John Bell Hood was not wildly enthusiastic about this, taking a little round top.
00:47:37.160 His recommendation was take a big round top and circle a round, which Lee had always done in development movements.
00:47:43.900 General Longstreet, and this is the big—if you're a Southerner, this is the big controversy later.
00:47:48.180 General Longstreet kind of agreed with that.
00:47:50.860 But General Lee said, no, get rolling, and he ordered John Bell Hood to take it.
00:47:54.940 I think it was Colonel Oates from that legendary Alabama regiment met Joshua Lawrence Chamberlain and the men from the, I think it was the first Maine, right?
00:48:04.200 And that it was one of the most important engagements in the Civil War.
00:48:08.140 The 20th Maine holds this high, the far left, and it's, they are about 358 men, but they peel off Company B, which then moves down a little bit further behind a stone wall.
00:48:22.600 And they're joined by about 14 members of the second United States sharpshooters, which are out.
00:48:29.700 They were out in the wheat field along with the first. And they were they they play a key role that's often overlooked.
00:48:35.740 And they are slowing down the Confederate advance. Even General Hood is hit by rounds.
00:48:42.380 And it's you know, they slow them down.
00:48:44.620 It gives them time to allow the 3rd Brigade to get on top of the hill and basically prepare for the assault that's going to happen, which is one of the greatest assaults in American history.
00:48:58.580 You can just feel the history being here.
00:49:02.540 It's just such hallowed ground, Steve.
00:49:06.440 Are you out giving tours today, or what are you doing?
00:49:11.040 No, I'm not, actually.
00:49:12.060 See, I'm here for research for another book, but the other thing I always do is almost every year I come – there's a Gettysburg relic show this weekend, and I go to the relic show, and I'm there to – I like to buy and hold history.
00:49:27.820 You know, artifacts themselves are a connection to the past, and what I collect are things that are in my books that are identified to individuals.
00:49:34.920 So I'm looking for photographs, anything from a uniform or a pistol, whatever, that are in my books, and I've had a chance to be able to hold this history, and it helps me write in many cases, to be surrounded by artifacts that were there at the time.
00:49:52.860 um why why what is the importance of going to Gettysburg and learning about our history in the
00:50:03.700 250th anniversary which a lot of people focus on the revolution right now why is it still important
00:50:09.240 to keep this the the civil war and the lessons learned from the civil war front of mind I think
00:50:15.360 it's important to do both and the beauty of of the United States is that we have so much of this
00:50:20.300 hallowed ground right in front of us. It's, you know, here at Gettysburg, arguably, I've been to
00:50:26.380 most of the battlefields in the United States. I personally, I write about the stuff, but I also
00:50:32.880 walk the ground, be it in Europe or, you know, here, wherever it is. It's important as a historian
00:50:39.380 to understand the terrain, to understand the history. But, you know, as an American, you can
00:50:45.020 come to visit this hallowed ground. And it's free in most cases. And there's also a situation where
00:50:51.860 history is in plain sight in so many places. For instance, New York City, we talk about the
00:50:58.060 American Revolution, the Great Battle of Brooklyn, the battles of New York are right there in plain
00:51:03.940 sight. In many cases, they're not marked. But you can walk this history, which is still there,
00:51:09.200 which is so important to remember it. There's so much to be proud of as an American.
00:51:15.020 You know, we just had preceding you on the show today, we had the heroes of this, which
00:51:19.500 I call kind of the Gettysburg of this cultural war, although it's we're not close to being
00:51:24.560 halfway through this conflict, but it was a monumental win by the grassroots just to
00:51:30.460 keep things like basic American history.
00:51:33.320 Congressman Brandon Gill had tweeted out the other night on Thursday night, the Marxist
00:51:37.980 Jihadists had actually taken out any reference to the early part of the Revolutionary War
00:51:42.520 to Lexington and Concord in the siege of Boston.
00:51:45.780 This is how radical they wanted these textbooks to be.
00:51:48.620 We've got about a minute.
00:51:49.560 How important is it to keep up with all this
00:51:52.020 and to make sure that kids and our future generations
00:51:54.140 understand the price we had to pay for this freedom, sir?
00:51:58.680 It's vitally important that history
00:52:01.840 is not manipulated into propaganda.
00:52:04.580 It's important to stick to the facts,
00:52:07.680 to tell history as it occurred,
00:52:10.500 the good, the bad, and the ugly.
00:52:12.520 But stick to the facts and the stories are important because people can associate with stories.
00:52:19.960 And I mean, as somebody that had the Mills family had 10 members at Lexington and Concord, and it's absolutely appalling that somebody would remove the battles of Lexington and Concord, which begins the kinetic phase of the American Revolution, which was all about in that stage, it was all about disarmament and taking gunpowder and supplies away from the colonists.
00:52:40.000 There would never be a revolution if that was successful by General Gage.
00:52:46.540 Patrick, where do people go to get your books, most importantly your Twitter, so they keep up with all your movements?
00:52:52.720 At Combat Historian, I've written 14 books on American history.
00:52:58.520 My latest, Revolutionary Historian, which is ready for pre-order now, which comes out in the fall in November.
00:53:05.220 And it's on Washington's great Rifleman, an untold story.
00:53:10.000 where they were on the inflection points of history
00:53:12.420 and changed history.
00:53:14.120 Well, Patrick's going to be riding shotgun with me
00:53:16.340 because July 4th kicks off, really, our coverage.
00:53:19.720 Doesn't end it.
00:53:20.920 We're going to spend the summer
00:53:21.680 going through the battles up in New York
00:53:23.620 where the nation hung in the balance
00:53:25.880 right after signing the Declaration.
00:53:27.620 Remember, he signed the Declaration.
00:53:29.420 That's the American Revolution.
00:53:30.860 The War of Independence came next.
00:53:33.200 Patrick K. O'Donnell,
00:53:34.540 wish I was with your brother up in Gettysburg
00:53:36.220 on Little Round Top.
00:53:37.460 Have a great day. Love you.
00:53:38.640 Why wait till you're down to your last pill, stuck traveling, or dealing with a packed pharmacy
00:53:44.580 when you can already have your medications on hand? Seriously. You know what you normally take.
00:53:50.940 You already know what your family could need. That makes no sense. Smart families don't operate
00:53:56.000 like that. That's why I love All Family Pharmacy. They're built a better, simpler system to get your
00:54:02.780 prescription medications. You go online, fill out a quick medical form, licensed doctors review your
00:54:08.560 request, prescribe if appropriate, and your medications are shipped directly to your door.
00:54:14.200 No waiting rooms, no pharmacy lines, no insurance nonsense. People are traveling more, schedules are
00:54:19.960 getting crazier, and have your medications already on hand just makes your life easier. Because being
00:54:25.480 prepared isn't paranoia, it's common sense. Go visit my friends at allfamilypharmacy.com. That's
00:54:31.860 one word, allfamilypharmacy.com slash Bannon and use code Bannon10 to save 10% on your next order.
00:54:39.820 Again, that's allfamilypharmacy.com slash Bannon and use code Bannon10.
