00:32:24.660 Yes, and it's kind of similar, Steve, to what I pitched to President Trump in 2019.

00:32:34.560 No matter what he did, Congress would not give him any money to fund the wall.

00:32:39.060 So I wrote a column at the Gateway Pundit, Jim Hoff's great site, and I sent it to President Trump.

00:32:44.180 And I had one of my great buddies who sits next to President Trump at Varlago all the time, hand it to him.

00:32:49.760 And President Trump read it in front of him.

00:32:51.700 And the next day he announced it.

00:32:53.040 What I said was that you need a national security emergency on the border, and that will allow you, that will give you the right to grab the money from the Pentagon budget and use it to build the wall without getting Congress's approval.

00:33:09.580 Nobody sued.

00:33:10.620 It was never knocked out.

00:33:12.200 It was automatically done.

00:33:14.340 And he built the wall because I knew at that time what I know now that national security emergency, Steve, cannot be challenged in court.

00:33:27.640 If you declare a national security emergency, the president does, the only way for Democrats to overturn it is to get a two-thirds vote of both houses of Congress.

00:33:38.800 And, of course, no one is going to get a two-thirds vote of both houses of Congress.

00:33:44.720 So President Trump got his wall, and that was my idea.

00:34:32.700 So four months now, I've been screaming on TV, on radio, on podcasts, a national security

00:34:58.620 I keep saying, Save Act, Save Act, Save America Act. Even President Trump, I'm telling you,

00:35:03.240 you're not going to get the Save Act. And even if you did, this is the key point because I love

00:35:08.880 the SAVE Act. I would do anything to get the SAVE Act. But if you did somehow, by a miracle of God,

00:35:15.240 by Houdini, by David Copperfield, pull a rabbit out of a hat and at the last minute get the SAVE

00:35:21.480 Act passed by the Senate, you would then get Mark Elias and his Democrat communist traitor lawyer

00:35:28.240 team to immediately sue in court and immediately courts would freeze it and it would never be in

00:35:36.180 place by the midterms. It would take a year or longer to litigate in court. So all the people

00:35:41.280 screaming about the SAVE Act, I'm on their side, but they're at a fantasy, Steve, because the minute

00:35:47.000 it's passed, it's challenged in court and it's never going to be defect for the midterms. So

00:35:52.540 you're just blowing smoke right now. No one's going to pass it. But this is, my idea is the

00:35:58.240 SAVE Act on steroids, Trump style. This is Trump style. This is a national security emergency for

00:36:04.460 elections, just like the national security emergency for the border that I invented out

00:36:09.220 of whole cloth. I mean, I just came up with it. I woke up from a sleep one day and I said,

00:36:13.600 this is a good idea. And then I was the lead speaker at the Wyoming GOP annual dinner in

00:36:19.040 2019. And I told him my idea for a national security emergency at the border. I said,

00:36:24.120 if you agree with this idea, clap, let me know. I got a standing ovation. 500 people in the room

00:36:29.460 stood up and went wild for it. So that's when I pitched it to Trump. I'm telling you, I've got

00:36:34.180 it again this is the solution national security emergency for elections that can't be overturned

00:36:41.580 unlike the save act which could be challenged in court and frozen until it's decided by the

00:36:47.580 supreme court and as you found out today you don't even know if you're going to win in the supreme

00:36:51.360 court a year for now or two years for now it will not help the midterm stop talking about the save

00:36:56.640 act and do a national security emergency for elections which is the save act which contains

00:37:01.580 It's everything that's in the same vaccine and more, and more.

00:37:05.820 There was clearly a national security issue at the border in 2019, 2010, and President Trump has stopped that in the second term.

00:37:13.920 What is the national security emergency you predicate this on?

00:37:17.180 And then what is actually in the executive order that makes sure that we have a free and fair election in November, sir?

00:37:23.720 So, number one, the number one thing you predicated on is foreign interference in U.S. elections.

00:37:31.400 Number one, illegal aliens are voting all over the United States.

00:37:34.560 We all know it.

00:37:35.180 I live in Las Vegas, Nevada.

00:37:36.740 The only reason we ever lose in Nevada, everyone I know here, it's a very red Republican state,

00:37:41.580 but it's a borderline purple state.

00:37:43.880 Thank God we do have a Republican governor now and a Republican lieutenant governor

00:37:47.400 and a Republican controller.

00:37:48.900 And Trump won Nevada in the last round in 2024.

00:37:52.460 So we're making some headway because every Republican in California is moving here.

00:37:56.660 They're running for their lives and moving to Las Vegas.

00:37:58.660 So we're becoming more Republican. 0.99

00:38:00.260 But we've been losing elections because we give illegals the right to get a driver's license. 0.98

00:38:05.000 When they get a driver's license, Motor Voter, which was passed on the federal basis by Bill Clinton, allows them to automatically register to vote. 0.97

00:38:13.380 They don't even have to say anything, and they can't turn it down.

00:38:16.840 Automatically register to vote at DMV, and then the Nevada legislature, which is all Democrat, codified it, and they said you can't even turn it down.

00:38:25.040 So every illegal that gets a driver's license in Nevada automatically is registered to vote.

00:38:30.680 There's 19 states plus D.C. where illegals are registered to drive.

00:38:35.280 And I guarantee you they're all registered to vote and they're voting.

00:38:38.360 Why wouldn't you?

00:38:39.380 If you vote Democrat, you get to stay in the country.

00:38:41.760 If Republicans win, you get kicked out.

00:38:43.940 So of course they're all voting.

00:40:04.840 out what is solution for that emergency tell the audience again why can't mark elias just run in

00:40:12.080 the court like he didn't know mark elias just took on the chops this morning on on the election

00:40:15.840 situation. But as you know, he's got a lot of money in back of him. He's got a team of lawyers.

00:40:21.280 He's going to run into court right away, Wayne. What's to stop him again?

00:40:26.820 This is not a traditional EO. It's not a typical EO. It's a national security emergency. When you

00:40:32.540 use those three words, national security emergency, it triggers the Supreme Court ruling in 1983
