00:07:42.200 evidence that the computers have been compromised. We're going to find that the state boards of
00:07:46.980 elections refuse to take out non-citizens or to eliminate rules that permit non-citizens to vote.

00:10:28.580 to overturn it. The courts won't overturn it. And Donald Trump has the authority under many acts to
00:10:34.440 put in the National Guard to states that refuse to clean up their voter registration databases
00:10:39.700 or comply with other regulations.
00:10:41.960 The Supreme Court decision today, again,
00:10:45.420 narrows Donald Trump's alternatives.
00:10:48.860 He's being blocked now on saying
00:10:51.620 we can't have this extended days.
00:10:53.840 The Supreme Court today even contradicted
00:10:55.800 the decision they made in January
00:10:57.780 in the BOST, the Illinois State Board of Election,
00:11:02.840 where they said that a candidate
00:11:04.100 can challenge the election before the voting.
00:11:06.720 And extended days of counting mail-in ballots
00:11:09.640 is intrinsically unfair and therefore unconstitutional. They just put that decision
00:11:16.160 aside today in reaching the one where they came to allowing this additional counting.
00:11:21.440 This additional counting is one of the fundamental ways elections are stolen,

00:22:52.840 It's always been the argument going back to 2009 and 2010 when Chuck Schumer worked for Barack Obama to pass the MOVE Act, which was the military and overseas voting empowerment.
00:23:05.180 They said, we've got to protect the votes for our troops.
00:23:07.920 Well, I was in Afghanistan in 2010. It was the deadliest year of the war. I was an infantry platoon leader in the middle of nowhere and we were surging forces. I was still able to perform my duties as a voting officer to fill out my ballot for me and for my men fill out their ballots as well. And we're able to send them back. Right.
00:23:27.840 So what they really try to do is they try to use this cover to say, we need to extend the mail-in voting deadline.
00:23:34.880 We need to count more of these ballots to ensure that we never leave a soldier behind or their vote.
00:23:40.320 Well, in fact, since the MOVE Act passed, every subsequent election, the military turnout has gone down.
00:23:47.740 And most of the American people, when they watch the election returns on election night, they hear about these overseas ballots.
00:23:54.500 And they think, well, those must be our service members.
00:23:57.840 Well, over 70% of those overseas ballots cast in 2024 were civilians.
00:24:05.240 We've seen through what we call UACAVA, which is the Uniformed and Overseas Civilians Absentee Voting Act,
00:24:12.640 that we see a growing percentage of civilians casting their vote.
00:24:17.480 And we have these state election officials and all the usual suspects like Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia.
00:24:26.280 these election officials are exploiting these loopholes by allowing more and more civilians
00:24:30.760 to vote and they're not verifying their eligibility hang on hang on hang on you're
00:24:37.040 telling me that in these critical swing states that a thousand votes here or 1500 votes there
00:24:44.720 that uh when we look at uh at night in the election night and see these overseas ballots
00:24:50.700 to be counted. 70 percent, seven zero, are coming from civilians, sir? Over 70 percent are civilian
00:24:59.960 voters. And we see people like in the state of Georgia who show up to polling places with
00:25:06.200 UACAFA ballots. These are overseas ballots that should be being mailed. People are showing up
00:25:11.660 hand delivering these. In Maricopa County, they received ballots via fax and email that were
00:25:18.980 proven to be printed and counted multiple times, the same ballots. In the state of Michigan, in 2020,
00:25:26.840 state law prohibited any ballots being counted that were delivered via email or fax, and they had
00:25:33.560 specific instructions to mark them as rejected. They counted over 10,000 of those ballots.
00:25:40.280 And in the state of Wisconsin, there was somebody convicted for requesting UACAVA ballots that were
00:25:46.060 delivered here to a United States postal address to three fictitious people. So Steve, you're

00:26:19.880 authority over uakava ballots he's the presidential designee and he can ensure that the guidance is
00:26:25.900 being followed by the state election officials and uakava ballots does not get people out of

00:26:37.920 states, like Pennsylvania, for instance, where they will allow people who have never resided
00:26:43.320 in the United States to cast a UOCAVA ballot. So you could be a State Department employee with a
00:26:49.580 child who's, you know, they grew up in Virginia, they're living in France, and they have never
00:26:54.840 once stepped foot in the state of Georgia, but they could say, you know, there's a consequential
00:27:00.140 vote in the state of Georgia. Instead of casting my ballot in Virginia, I'm going to cast it in
00:27:05.260 this critical battleground state. And in fact, you have to have a proven residence in the United
00:27:11.700 States of America before you can even cast a UOCAVA ballot. There's very little verification
00:27:17.120 on eligibility and identification. And that's why we're pushing to revise the federal postcard
00:27:23.520 application to have that ID verification, whether it's a driver's license, social security number,
00:27:29.420 a passport, and many of these election officials know it, and they're just exploiting this loophole.

00:30:24.440 Is any of this just random?
00:30:26.740 Are these just mistakes that elderly people make in compiling the ballots or a well-intentioned clerk someplace in Montana inadvertently mails things out to the wrong people or they count some way?
00:30:42.700 Or is this a systematic way that Democrats steal elections, sir?
00:30:46.680 Yeah, if your question is, is the exploitation of and preservation of the vulnerabilities that exist in America's elections all one coincidental happy accident that all seem to skew election results in one way, based on my research, Steve, the answer is no.
00:31:01.840 This is a very intentional and active effort to perpetuate lots of vulnerabilities.
00:31:08.480 You know, actually, I give you some credit, right, when you were helping to run the Government Accountability Institute with me and Peter Schweitzer and Winton Hall after the 2016 election, we commissioned a study.
00:31:18.360 And we said we want to take a look at these voter rolls.
00:31:20.300 We want to see what sort of duplicate voting, what other errors may have existed.
00:31:24.040 And we found over 2,000 instances of voter fraud in the state of Florida alone in 2016.
00:31:29.460 And so we said, OK, clearly there's more.
00:31:31.840 So we did what we do.
00:31:33.680 We followed the money.
00:31:34.480 We followed the data.
00:31:35.560 We hired forensic experts, and we did an analysis.
00:31:38.120 And what we came back with is that America's elections, and this is, again, 2018, highly susceptible for fraud.
00:31:44.820 The same money, the same groups that fight to keep the elections incredibly vulnerable are funding the groups that exploit those vulnerabilities.
00:31:52.840 And those vulnerabilities basically revolve around three different ways.
00:31:56.180 You've got problems with voter rolls, you've got problems with mail-in balloting, and you've got problems with active groups who go out and collect those ballots and then kind of act as intermediaries between the voter and the people who count the ballots.
00:32:08.100 And then 2020, as you well know, we cast the most ballots ever in the least secure way possible.
00:32:13.660 And then we were told by the helpful people at social media outlets and by government officials that, no, in fact, it was the most accurate and secure election possible.
00:32:21.080 And anyone who dared disagree was deplatformed at best and imprisoned at worst.
00:32:25.960 And I heard you talk about Tina Peters earlier today. And I'm so glad that the work that you've done and others in your audience to help get her out. But no, this has not been an accident. This has been a part of an ongoing effort. And thank God President Trump has taken this issue seriously. And I actually think, you know, I talk about this a lot, as I'm sure you know, and you do too. But I think we're in an incredibly different place.

00:32:50.500 Imagine doing that in 2019.
00:32:52.540 It just wasn't there.
00:32:53.320 That's not where the country was.
00:32:54.800 But it is where we are now, and I think that the Trump administration is taking this issue incredibly seriously.
00:32:59.740 In addition to the issues that you just had your guests raise, I know that Homeland Security is withholding money from states who don't take this issue seriously.
00:33:09.140 They're going to force them to audit the hand counts of these ballots.
00:33:12.340 They're going to force them to run their voter rolls through citizenship databases at the federal level.
00:33:17.200 So things are getting better in spite of the recent Supreme Court decision.
00:33:20.740 So, Eric, if that's if that's the case and I agree with you, things are trending in the right direction now.
00:33:26.360 Not near. We're burning daylight, not nearly close to what we need to clean this mess up.
00:33:31.220 How can the Supreme Court and doesn't the Supreme Court's ruling from the other day go against all the evidence you and government accountability and other groups have put out there consistently?
00:33:39.920 Aren't they exacerbating what the problem is by basically condoning voter month?
00:33:47.200 Oh, there's no doubt. Right. And it's not. And it's not like the left is going to all of a sudden say, hey, everybody, we got it wrong. I guess the court isn't going to legislate from the bench. I guess we no longer need to stack the court. But yeah, but this was an unhelpful ruling by the Supreme Court.
00:34:01.440 Obviously, every evidence that anyone has ever presented says that the longer you allow ballots to come in, whether they're postmarked or not, the more distance and space you have between the person that cast the ballot and the person who counts it and when those elections actually get certified, the less accurate, less secure, and less amount of confidence America has.
00:34:20.720 And as you know, confidence in election results are kind of what keep this country together.
00:34:25.500 So it's an incredibly important thing.
00:34:27.920 You know, I know that that was decided on like a legal technicality and you heard some discussion about is election day actually just one day or is it this season?
00:34:35.780 But I do think people are waking up when you see states like California and in Washington, there actually is a move to require proof of citizenship when you register to vote.
00:34:45.960 But those are states, Steve, among others, that you could literally experience a biblical flood in in the amount of time it takes these to send out the ballots and then certify the election.
00:34:55.140 They got 40 days and everyone is saying that's way too long.
00:34:59.240 That's not enough.
00:35:00.320 So Supreme Court decision aside, you know, I live in Florida where we had our own moment
00:35:04.800 in the sun, not in a helpful way in the 2000 recount, and they took it seriously.
00:35:08.800 They got it together and you don't see those problems in Florida anymore.
00:35:11.720 I think you'll see more states follow suit.
00:35:13.880 You know, John Cornyn's defeat recently, I think, sends a message to many politicians
00:35:17.980 that election integrity is something American people are taking very seriously because all
00:35:21.740 the evidence says you have to.
00:35:23.140 eric you guys were also and you were a prime mover in this uh the book invisible coup that
00:35:30.020 i think shocked the country and even some of the elites in the country about what you guys exposed
00:35:35.600 particularly about foreign governments exploiting uh our immigration laws and gaps that you could
00:35:41.700 drive a truck through where they drive tanks through um correct me if i'm wrong after president
00:35:47.000 trump read the book that peter dropped off at the oval office when he had the meeting with him
00:35:50.800 did president trump attend the uh oral argument of the supreme court on the on the very topic that
00:35:58.180 they issued this ruling today sir steve not only did president trump make history by becoming the
00:36:05.800 first ever sitting president to attend oral arguments in a supreme court case in our nation's
00:36:11.260 250 year history he was present when information from this book was presented by the solicitor
00:36:17.500 general to Supreme Court justices. So this is an issue we've led on. This book came out in January.
00:36:23.280 The whole concept of birth tourism and birthright citizenship is not something I think many people
00:36:28.060 were talking about until we exposed, and Peter Schweitzer, as you know, incredibly talented
00:36:32.760 American patriot. I think this is the most important issue in the country today. And you
00:36:38.960 saw the fact that it's generating so much discussion because I think, in my opinion,
00:36:42.660 The Supreme Court got it wrong kind of at the top level.
00:36:46.500 Now, I'm not saying the 14th Amendment doesn't say that people who are born here shouldn't be citizens.
00:36:50.320 But the reality is, is that loophole, the fact that the law says that, is being actively exploited, just like vulnerabilities in our election system.
00:36:58.720 It's being actively exploited by people who want to undermine our sovereignty and undermine our democracy.
00:37:03.640 Steve, in 2011, the China People's Daily newspaper ran an article about all the benefits of U.S. citizenship.

00:38:24.980 like a commonly held reciprocal practice you know there are more countries in the world cup this
00:38:30.360 year than countries that practice and participate in this level of birthright citizenship? And you
00:38:36.220 know who doesn't participate in it? China, or basically kind of any country who needs to do
00:38:41.600 us harm. So, I mean, this is like not a good old boy's agreement. All you have to do is ask these 0.68
00:38:46.820 social media companies who have to like insanely modify their products and their offerings when
00:38:51.900 they want to do business in China, how reciprocal agreements work in China. They don't believe in
00:38:56.000 the concept of them but we're inviting tens of thousands of chinese elites to come and take
00:39:01.080 advantage of our border and citizenship policies each year eric last thing by the way tomorrow
00:39:05.860 we're going to go through some of those countries you'll be shocked you know haiti etc but there's
00:39:09.700 there's no really prominent countries except for um canada but yeah like el salvador can get away
00:39:16.240 with it because who's trying to go to el salvador to become a citizen there you know it's not a

00:39:50.980 one year to 10 years. And they said, hey, come on in. We'll have reciprocal agreements. The Obama
00:39:56.640 administration told consular officials that they did not need to. In fact, we're not allowed to
00:40:01.500 deny or turn away visitors to this country who clearly were pregnant and didn't ask them if 0.72
00:40:07.480 they're coming here specifically for the purpose of having a child or couldn't turn them away if
00:40:11.560 They were told the specific purpose of them coming here was to have a child.
00:40:14.620 You've got these birth tourism businesses, again, over a thousand of them in China, 0.65

00:40:50.440 that's the top level way you would address it. But I think at the local level, man, you got to get
00:40:54.100 rid of these companies. You got to enforce the law and you got to start taking seriously, um,
00:40:58.620 you know, who we're letting in this country and why, and are they here to exploit our policies 0.96
