00:04:39.740But what Donald Trump knows is that if he does not change the rules with an executive emergency order, that we will have only citizens voting, voter ID required, paper balloting, mail-in ballots eliminated from this overall general mail-in ballot back to the absentee ballot system, and no computers used to count the votes.
00:05:04.720if the Democrats don't care any longer.
00:08:47.960That's been proven in history over and over again.
00:08:50.520So an executive order, it's an emergency executive order, is within President Trump's power to protect the Constitution and protect the nation of the United States and to hold a legitimate election.
00:09:02.320And Donald Trump is not going to allow this election to be stolen when there's so much ample evidence of foreign interference.
00:09:09.960So this national security emergency, has this been tried before?
00:09:15.900Is there a court case out there or a Supreme Court decision that says, yes, you can't, that is not subject to further judicial review, but legislatively you can, if the Senate and House individually with two-thirds tried to overturn it, it can be overturned?
00:13:44.580Number one, take your phone out and text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, at 989898.
00:13:49.560And that gives you access, totally free, no obligation, to all the investment portfolios and all the investment information of investing in gold and precious metals in the age of Trump.
00:13:59.460But you also get to talk to Philip Patrick and the team.
00:14:02.180Up to July 10th, with a qualifying purchase, you get a free one-ounce silver round.
00:16:53.920definitely a predicate out there that can be
00:16:56.140shown and proven and you can write on top of that predicate of a in foreign involvement in a in our
00:17:02.700elections that you can write a national security emergency executive order off that that deals
00:17:08.100with many of the issues probably actually in a better way than the Save America Act. Dr. Corsi
00:17:13.860you called the democratic socialist a revolutionary party what do you mean by that? Well I mean they
00:17:20.020intend the overthrow of the United States government they are started out as communist
00:17:25.060neo-Marxists. They evolved into cultural Maoists. Obama was very deeply involved with the Democratic
00:17:34.480Socialists of America. He started the coup d'etat to destroy the Constitution right in the 2016
00:17:41.540election when he started saying that there was Russian collusion invented by Obama and Hillary
00:17:48.560in order to destroy Donald Trump's first presidency.
00:17:52.940And so these people are revolutionaries.
00:17:57.340They try to present themselves as moderates,
00:17:59.940but their policies come right out of the Maoist
00:18:03.820and Marxist handbook for overthrowing the country.
00:18:07.540And they will not be faithful to any oath of office
00:18:10.760they take to preserve, protect, and defend the United States.
00:18:13.920And they shouldn't be seated if they did win the election.
00:18:16.540Let me ask you that, the last question. Give me the reason why, specifically, that the three reps that won their primary and therefore won the general of the DSA that Mandami promoted in January of next year.
00:18:35.240What is the logic? What's your rationale for not seating those three individuals in the new Congress?
00:19:00.840And especially if these people try to seat themselves in Congress, they'll only be there to destroy, have more ideas that don't work,
00:19:09.280more ideas that are negative, more ideas that have been proven through history not to work,
00:19:14.060but to destroy. That's why they're proposing these ideas they want to destroy. Some of their
00:19:19.300elected mayors, I think Donald Trump, especially in D.C., has a necessity to say they're not going
00:19:25.260to serve as mayor of D.C. because we're not going to have a communist run the District of Columbia.0.65
00:19:33.220I know she's one of probably the most radical of them all. Dr. Corsi, I want to immerse this
00:19:38.460audience in the next 24 to 48 hours in your concept of the executive order where do people
00:19:43.600go right now what's your website what's your social media where do we go to immerse ourselves
00:19:48.740in this so we can understand it better and then get up on the ramparts and start
00:19:52.780acting as a forcing function on this where do we where do people go the website is gods5stones.com
00:20:00.260it's g-o-d no apostrophe in the s f-i-v-e you spell out five and stones is plural and there's
00:20:07.340stolen elections. You can see Andrew Paquette's papers and it shows you the algorithms, shows you
00:20:12.980how they take money through Act Blue, which is laundered through the banks, how the people like
00:20:20.040Brennan and Obama, Clapper, these people were engaged in a coup d'etat and how in fact they're
00:20:27.320utilizing child and sex exploitation for money in order to fuel their NGOs through Act Blue.
00:20:37.340And the key issue here is if you take a look at God's five stones and take 10 minutes and really study these papers, you'll see that our election system was designed in order to cheat and steal elections.
00:20:52.400Our current rules are rules that only make sense if your goal was to steal the election.0.63
00:20:57.060And that's particularly true with registering non-citizens, not having voter IDs, having general mail-in ballots, all of these harvesting ballots.0.90
00:21:50.220Thank you very much, Steve. God bless.
00:21:52.920I think Dr. Corsi has laid out the problem.
00:21:57.740We have a, the establishment Republicans have let fester a revolutionary movement, this kind of red-green alliance, and it is coming for all of us.
00:22:29.220You've got this veterans group. You're an expert. You're a former Army major.
00:22:34.460We have been sold, or if you watch MSNBC, literally nonstop.
00:22:39.340One of the reasons that this situation with the Supreme Court of mail-in ballots is great is that mail-in ballots principally help our troops in the field.
00:22:52.840It's always been the argument going back to 2009 and 2010 when Chuck Schumer worked for Barack Obama to pass the MOVE Act, which was the military and overseas voting empowerment.
00:23:05.180They said, we've got to protect the votes for our troops.
00:23:07.920Well, I was in Afghanistan in 2010. It was the deadliest year of the war. I was an infantry platoon leader in the middle of nowhere and we were surging forces. I was still able to perform my duties as a voting officer to fill out my ballot for me and for my men fill out their ballots as well. And we're able to send them back. Right.
00:23:27.840So what they really try to do is they try to use this cover to say, we need to extend the mail-in voting deadline.
00:23:34.880We need to count more of these ballots to ensure that we never leave a soldier behind or their vote.
00:23:40.320Well, in fact, since the MOVE Act passed, every subsequent election, the military turnout has gone down.
00:23:47.740And most of the American people, when they watch the election returns on election night, they hear about these overseas ballots.
00:23:54.500And they think, well, those must be our service members.
00:23:57.840Well, over 70% of those overseas ballots cast in 2024 were civilians.
00:24:05.240We've seen through what we call UACAVA, which is the Uniformed and Overseas Civilians Absentee Voting Act,
00:24:12.640that we see a growing percentage of civilians casting their vote.
00:24:17.480And we have these state election officials and all the usual suspects like Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia.
00:24:26.280these election officials are exploiting these loopholes by allowing more and more civilians
00:24:30.760to vote and they're not verifying their eligibility hang on hang on hang on you're
00:24:37.040telling me that in these critical swing states that a thousand votes here or 1500 votes there
00:24:44.720that uh when we look at uh at night in the election night and see these overseas ballots
00:24:50.700to be counted. 70 percent, seven zero, are coming from civilians, sir? Over 70 percent are civilian
00:24:59.960voters. And we see people like in the state of Georgia who show up to polling places with
00:25:06.200UACAFA ballots. These are overseas ballots that should be being mailed. People are showing up
00:25:11.660hand delivering these. In Maricopa County, they received ballots via fax and email that were
00:25:18.980proven to be printed and counted multiple times, the same ballots. In the state of Michigan, in 2020,
00:25:26.840state law prohibited any ballots being counted that were delivered via email or fax, and they had
00:25:33.560specific instructions to mark them as rejected. They counted over 10,000 of those ballots.
00:25:40.280And in the state of Wisconsin, there was somebody convicted for requesting UACAVA ballots that were
00:25:46.060delivered here to a United States postal address to three fictitious people. So Steve, you're
00:25:51.860absolutely right. A thousand ballots here, a thousand ballots there can be a major deciding
00:25:56.900factor in these races. I've heard from candidates that they believe that they lost their election
00:26:01.560in 2024 and 2022 because of the UCOVA ballot problem. What are we doing to resolve this?
00:26:10.660well the doj dhs even the pentagon is aware of this problem the secretary of war has incredible
00:26:19.880authority over uakava ballots he's the presidential designee and he can ensure that the guidance is
00:26:25.900being followed by the state election officials and uakava ballots does not get people out of
00:26:32.020voter id it does not get people out of proving residence we have a problem in some of these
00:26:37.920states, like Pennsylvania, for instance, where they will allow people who have never resided
00:26:43.320in the United States to cast a UOCAVA ballot. So you could be a State Department employee with a
00:26:49.580child who's, you know, they grew up in Virginia, they're living in France, and they have never
00:26:54.840once stepped foot in the state of Georgia, but they could say, you know, there's a consequential
00:27:00.140vote in the state of Georgia. Instead of casting my ballot in Virginia, I'm going to cast it in
00:27:05.260this critical battleground state. And in fact, you have to have a proven residence in the United
00:27:11.700States of America before you can even cast a UOCAVA ballot. There's very little verification
00:27:17.120on eligibility and identification. And that's why we're pushing to revise the federal postcard
00:27:23.520application to have that ID verification, whether it's a driver's license, social security number,
00:27:29.420a passport, and many of these election officials know it, and they're just exploiting this loophole.
00:27:34.660Mark, where do they go right now to find out more information about this specific topic?
00:28:27.880Eric Eggers, Peter Schweitzer's wingman, Wynton Hall's wingman, next in the War Room.
00:28:41.580Listen up, patriots. President Trump is dropping a $100 trillion bomb on the globalist.
00:28:48.260Jerome Powell's term has come to a close, and he's installing a real America First Fed chair
00:28:54.760who will, according to Jim Rickards, slash rates and supercharge our re-industrialization.
00:29:02.080This is what one man is calling Trump's gift on America's 250th anniversary,
00:29:07.460unleashing a historic super cycle in American mining, rare earths, uranium, and gold.
00:29:13.900The same forces that turned $5,000 into over a million in less than five years
00:29:18.320during China's booms are hitting here now.
00:29:21.300Jim Rickards, the former CIA, Pentagon, and White House advisor, has the battle plan, the gold royalty stock that could skyrocket in the next few years, and the uranium power for AI.
00:30:26.740Are these just mistakes that elderly people make in compiling the ballots or a well-intentioned clerk someplace in Montana inadvertently mails things out to the wrong people or they count some way?
00:30:42.700Or is this a systematic way that Democrats steal elections, sir?
00:30:46.680Yeah, if your question is, is the exploitation of and preservation of the vulnerabilities that exist in America's elections all one coincidental happy accident that all seem to skew election results in one way, based on my research, Steve, the answer is no.
00:31:01.840This is a very intentional and active effort to perpetuate lots of vulnerabilities.
00:31:08.480You know, actually, I give you some credit, right, when you were helping to run the Government Accountability Institute with me and Peter Schweitzer and Winton Hall after the 2016 election, we commissioned a study.
00:31:18.360And we said we want to take a look at these voter rolls.
00:31:20.300We want to see what sort of duplicate voting, what other errors may have existed.
00:31:24.040And we found over 2,000 instances of voter fraud in the state of Florida alone in 2016.
00:31:29.460And so we said, OK, clearly there's more.
00:31:35.560We hired forensic experts, and we did an analysis.
00:31:38.120And what we came back with is that America's elections, and this is, again, 2018, highly susceptible for fraud.
00:31:44.820The same money, the same groups that fight to keep the elections incredibly vulnerable are funding the groups that exploit those vulnerabilities.
00:31:52.840And those vulnerabilities basically revolve around three different ways.
00:31:56.180You've got problems with voter rolls, you've got problems with mail-in balloting, and you've got problems with active groups who go out and collect those ballots and then kind of act as intermediaries between the voter and the people who count the ballots.
00:32:08.100And then 2020, as you well know, we cast the most ballots ever in the least secure way possible.
00:32:13.660And then we were told by the helpful people at social media outlets and by government officials that, no, in fact, it was the most accurate and secure election possible.
00:32:21.080And anyone who dared disagree was deplatformed at best and imprisoned at worst.
00:32:25.960And I heard you talk about Tina Peters earlier today. And I'm so glad that the work that you've done and others in your audience to help get her out. But no, this has not been an accident. This has been a part of an ongoing effort. And thank God President Trump has taken this issue seriously. And I actually think, you know, I talk about this a lot, as I'm sure you know, and you do too. But I think we're in an incredibly different place.
00:32:47.200Look, you just had half an hour on your show about election integrity.
00:32:54.800But it is where we are now, and I think that the Trump administration is taking this issue incredibly seriously.
00:32:59.740In addition to the issues that you just had your guests raise, I know that Homeland Security is withholding money from states who don't take this issue seriously.
00:33:09.140They're going to force them to audit the hand counts of these ballots.
00:33:12.340They're going to force them to run their voter rolls through citizenship databases at the federal level.
00:33:17.200So things are getting better in spite of the recent Supreme Court decision.
00:33:20.740So, Eric, if that's if that's the case and I agree with you, things are trending in the right direction now.
00:33:26.360Not near. We're burning daylight, not nearly close to what we need to clean this mess up.
00:33:31.220How can the Supreme Court and doesn't the Supreme Court's ruling from the other day go against all the evidence you and government accountability and other groups have put out there consistently?
00:33:39.920Aren't they exacerbating what the problem is by basically condoning voter month?
00:33:47.200Oh, there's no doubt. Right. And it's not. And it's not like the left is going to all of a sudden say, hey, everybody, we got it wrong. I guess the court isn't going to legislate from the bench. I guess we no longer need to stack the court. But yeah, but this was an unhelpful ruling by the Supreme Court.
00:34:01.440Obviously, every evidence that anyone has ever presented says that the longer you allow ballots to come in, whether they're postmarked or not, the more distance and space you have between the person that cast the ballot and the person who counts it and when those elections actually get certified, the less accurate, less secure, and less amount of confidence America has.
00:34:20.720And as you know, confidence in election results are kind of what keep this country together.
00:34:25.500So it's an incredibly important thing.
00:34:27.920You know, I know that that was decided on like a legal technicality and you heard some discussion about is election day actually just one day or is it this season?
00:34:35.780But I do think people are waking up when you see states like California and in Washington, there actually is a move to require proof of citizenship when you register to vote.
00:34:45.960But those are states, Steve, among others, that you could literally experience a biblical flood in in the amount of time it takes these to send out the ballots and then certify the election.
00:34:55.140They got 40 days and everyone is saying that's way too long.
00:35:23.140eric you guys were also and you were a prime mover in this uh the book invisible coup that
00:35:30.020i think shocked the country and even some of the elites in the country about what you guys exposed
00:35:35.600particularly about foreign governments exploiting uh our immigration laws and gaps that you could
00:35:41.700drive a truck through where they drive tanks through um correct me if i'm wrong after president
00:35:47.000trump read the book that peter dropped off at the oval office when he had the meeting with him
00:35:50.800did president trump attend the uh oral argument of the supreme court on the on the very topic that
00:35:58.180they issued this ruling today sir steve not only did president trump make history by becoming the
00:36:05.800first ever sitting president to attend oral arguments in a supreme court case in our nation's
00:36:11.260250 year history he was present when information from this book was presented by the solicitor
00:36:17.500general to Supreme Court justices. So this is an issue we've led on. This book came out in January.
00:36:23.280The whole concept of birth tourism and birthright citizenship is not something I think many people
00:36:28.060were talking about until we exposed, and Peter Schweitzer, as you know, incredibly talented
00:36:32.760American patriot. I think this is the most important issue in the country today. And you
00:36:38.960saw the fact that it's generating so much discussion because I think, in my opinion,
00:36:42.660The Supreme Court got it wrong kind of at the top level.
00:36:46.500Now, I'm not saying the 14th Amendment doesn't say that people who are born here shouldn't be citizens.
00:36:50.320But the reality is, is that loophole, the fact that the law says that, is being actively exploited, just like vulnerabilities in our election system.
00:36:58.720It's being actively exploited by people who want to undermine our sovereignty and undermine our democracy.
00:37:03.640Steve, in 2011, the China People's Daily newspaper ran an article about all the benefits of U.S. citizenship.
00:37:14.020Since then, you've had over 1,000 different industry or 1,000 different companies pop up in China actively promoting and advertising birth tourism.
00:37:30.780We'll tell you how to lie to customs officials.0.99
00:37:33.000We'll tell you how to wear loose clothing so it doesn't look like you're pregnant.0.97
00:37:36.540And then we'll tell you how to skip out on your hospital bill, sticking the American taxpayers.1.00
00:37:40.480It's the most perverse and inhuman form of unrestricted warfare that the Chinese have been engaging in for decades, but it's absolutely something that they have talked about.0.99
00:37:49.900They sell it, and the Chinese elites and officials take advantage of it, and the numbers that we've reported on based on Chinese research and academics and elsewhere, we think up to a million people may be able to start voting in the United States because they have U.S. citizenship by 2030.0.99
00:38:05.320and they could be living they could get one of these overseas ballots i mean they could actually
00:38:10.560live in beijing but be eligible to vote in the united states correct yeah i mean per your last
00:38:16.040guess i guess they could potentially take advantage of uakava um so yeah they have u.s
00:38:20.700citizenship they have the ability to cast ballots and here's the irony steve you know this is not
00:38:24.980like a commonly held reciprocal practice you know there are more countries in the world cup this
00:38:30.360year than countries that practice and participate in this level of birthright citizenship? And you
00:38:36.220know who doesn't participate in it? China, or basically kind of any country who needs to do
00:38:41.600us harm. So, I mean, this is like not a good old boy's agreement. All you have to do is ask these0.68
00:38:46.820social media companies who have to like insanely modify their products and their offerings when
00:38:51.900they want to do business in China, how reciprocal agreements work in China. They don't believe in
00:38:56.000the concept of them but we're inviting tens of thousands of chinese elites to come and take
00:39:01.080advantage of our border and citizenship policies each year eric last thing by the way tomorrow
00:39:05.860we're going to go through some of those countries you'll be shocked you know haiti etc but there's
00:39:09.700there's no really prominent countries except for um canada but yeah like el salvador can get away
00:39:16.240with it because who's trying to go to el salvador to become a citizen there you know it's not a
00:39:19.580not an issue um eric what would you tell the president then given that this was a pretty hard
00:39:27.200decision today ruling what is your and peter's recommendation how do we unwind the part this
00:39:33.480chinese the chinese birth tourism is there any way we can unwind this well what you can do is
00:39:40.780actually take enforcing the law seriously so uh you know the obama administration i know this will
00:39:45.500shock you. The Obama administration was soft on this. The Obama administration expanded visas from
00:39:50.980one year to 10 years. And they said, hey, come on in. We'll have reciprocal agreements. The Obama
00:39:56.640administration told consular officials that they did not need to. In fact, we're not allowed to
00:40:01.500deny or turn away visitors to this country who clearly were pregnant and didn't ask them if0.72
00:40:07.480they're coming here specifically for the purpose of having a child or couldn't turn them away if
00:40:11.560They were told the specific purpose of them coming here was to have a child.
00:40:14.620You've got these birth tourism businesses, again, over a thousand of them in China,0.65
00:40:20.180like that you could crack down on those.
00:40:22.420You can make, you can change the law about some of those things.
00:40:25.140You can get rid of those countries, not get rid of those companies, not allow them to
00:42:47.960If you're a little sideways with the IRS, we've got a minute.
00:42:50.460Tell me where I go and what do I do to take advantage of the special offer Tax Network USA has given us?
00:42:57.180Well, look, we have launched this special promotion for qualifying taxpayers. So this is for our listeners who have filed that October 15th extension before Tax Network USA prepares your return. We'll pull your official IRS master tax file so we can see exactly what the IRS has on you before you file.
00:43:15.320So we'll review your W-2s, your 1099s, and the information that has already been reported to the IRS.
00:43:22.260So your return is being prepared using the exact same records that they have.
00:43:26.700So it's an extra layer of protection and confidence for you.
00:43:29.840It helps reduce those risks of mistakes before your file is returned or your return is filed.
00:44:30.580Well, they can go to tnusa.com slash Bannon or call 866-513-5516.
00:44:38.740And, you know, I want to cover this really quickly, Steve, because I know a lot of War Room Posse has already taken advantage of our free investigative call.
00:44:46.200That service was really designed for people who already thought that they had an IRS problem.
00:44:50.900So for that, we determined whether the IRS had an agent assigned to their case, how much they may owe, which tax years were involved in that process.
00:44:59.260But this promotion serves a completely different purpose.
00:45:02.600This is for Posse members who still need to file their 2025 return and want to file it correctly.
00:45:07.980So before we prepare that return, we pull their official IRS master tax file so we can see exactly what the IRS has on record that helps us verify the information that's been reported and prepare a return that matches their records exactly.
00:45:22.440So one service helps people understand existing IRS issues while this promotion is helping posse members, qualifying taxpayers file with greater confidence before that October 15th extension helps with, you know, negating audits and things like that as well.
00:45:38.400But here's again, this is where the savings come in.
00:45:41.720And if you have a simple W-2 return, your IRS master tax file pool, your federal tax return, that would normally cost you more than $250.
00:45:49.480But we're doing it for the War Room Posse for just $49.
00:45:53.380And if you're self-employed, receive 1099 income, have a side hustle, maybe you're your own boss, that service could cost you more than $1,000 just depending on the complexity of your case.
00:46:03.860But we're going to do that complete package for you for just $300.
00:47:15.180So for anyone that doesn't know, the organic beetroot is really just a formula designed
00:47:20.060to support heart health, healthy circulation, and overall cardiovascular wellness.
00:47:24.800So what's really great about the organic beetroot is that it is rich in naturally occurring
00:47:29.780nitrates that help support nitric oxide production in the body.
00:47:33.400And nitric oxide just plays a huge role to help support healthy blood flow and circulation, which is essential for overall heart health.
00:47:41.220And then within the formula, we also included the grapeseed extract, which just provides antioxidant support to support healthy blood vessel function and overall cardiovascular wellness.
00:47:51.680So, you know, what I love most about the product is that it's definitely not loaded with like stimulants or anything artificial.
00:47:58.140It really is just focused on supporting your heart and circulation at the foundational level.
00:48:02.340um so you can support your overall wellness long term so just overall you know it's a it's an
