00:00:00.000This morning, the United States, Iran and Oman are closing in on an interim agreement to reopen
00:00:05.180the Strait of Hormuz with the U.S. aiming for announcement today. That's according to two
00:00:09.900regional sources and a U.S. official. The deal under discussion sets up a 60-day temporary
00:00:15.180arrangement between Oman and Iran in the strait, which could be extended. All inbound ship traffic
00:00:21.540would use a northern lane through Iranian waters, while all outbound traffic would use a southern
00:00:26.820lane through Omani waters in coordination with Iran. No tolls or fees would be charged during
00:00:32.200that 60-day period. A senior Middle East diplomat with direct knowledge of the talks tells MSNOW
00:00:37.960the United States and Europe are placing a great deal of pressure on Oman to accept the agreement.
00:00:43.600The diplomat adds the deal is poised to give Iran temporary control of both routes in the strait,
00:00:48.660which would be a major concession as the outbound route would, through Omani,
00:00:52.940territorial water still includes a section of Iranian water. This all comes as Reuters reports
00:00:58.520the U.S. has used virtually all of its long-range precision missiles throughout the war now in its
00:01:04.400six months. That's according to sources familiar with Pentagon data. As the news outlet puts it,
00:01:10.100the dramatic rundown of these missiles means President Trump may have to rely more on riskier
00:01:16.000piloted bombing missions if he relaunches large-scale attacks on Iran. President Trump
00:01:21.340hit back at that reporting writing in part. We have far more munitions than anyone in the world
00:01:25.800and far more than we need. I think we need to look at the exit polls. We have to have the race call
00:01:30.340to kind of really understand what happened here. The most interesting piece of this to me so far0.70
00:01:36.120is if you look at Wayne County, Michigan, which is home to both Dearborn and Detroit,
00:01:42.000you know, that is has lots of black voters, minority voters, Arab voters. And it's it
00:01:48.620went for Stevens, but narrowly. And so what's interesting about that to me is you have to take
00:01:54.780into effect in this race. People are divided. The Democratic Party is divided. And even black
00:02:01.240voters, the jury's out on progressives. And also the amount of money that was spent in this race,0.54
00:02:07.660specifically on behalf of Stevens, clearly played a role because there was over $50 million
00:02:13.700dollars in attack ads on Syed, tying him to attacks on Michelle Obama that he really didn't
00:02:19.940make in the way that they were insinuating, also insinuating that Haley Stevens was endorsed by
00:02:24.720Obama, which was not the case. He didn't get involved in this race. All this is to say it's
00:02:31.380very clear that black voters were deluged, including members of my family who live in the
00:02:36.960state with attack ads. And so all of that played a role. At the end of the day, though, it's obvious.0.82
00:02:44.740And when you look at your reporting, Peter, it is very clear that voters in Michigan, just like
00:02:50.020in Brooklyn, OK, are looking for fighters. They're looking for outside candidates. And I do think
00:02:56.200that Abdul was helped by a trend in the Democratic Party, just an anger toward the establishment.
00:03:04.580And Abdul has been angry about the Democratic establishment since we were in college at Michigan together.
00:03:11.380So, you know, whether you dislike him, whether you like him, that is an authentic position that he has taken for about 20 years.
00:03:20.660This sounds a lot like the memorandum of understanding that we saw back in June, which created the 60 day ceasefire.
00:03:26.860The Strait of Hormuz was supposed to be open once again.
00:03:29.480But really why that deal blew up was that Iran was having issues with commercial vessels passing through the Omani side of the strait and not the Iranian side of the strait.
00:03:39.540And that's why they were shooting drones at those vessels, because they wanted them to pass on the Iranian side.0.51
00:03:45.600And Secretary of State Marco Rubio has maintained numerous times that if we allowed Iran to have any control of the state, that straight, I should say, that would create a very dangerous precedent for other water waterways around the world.0.67
00:04:00.940So it seems like this is a major concession that Iran would have any control of what's happening in the straight there.
00:04:07.580And I think what remains to be seen is how this is really going to play out, because clearly it didn't work that well the last time around.
00:04:14.820But I think that Reuters reporting that you just highlighted is really, you know, a key point here.
00:04:20.920We are dramatically low when you look at stockpiles, regardless of what the administration tells us.
00:04:26.280The last check I saw, we have 234 THAAD missiles left and 759 patriots.
00:04:34.960And that's creating these windows of vulnerability around the world.0.74
00:04:38.180So not only if we had to continue airstrikes on Iran, are we going to have to do it in a more dangerous way,0.73
00:04:44.500as they pointed out, with these piloted missions, which could lead to more American troops dying,
00:04:50.460but also if you look at other regions of the world.
00:04:52.860This morning, Iranian state media is casting doubt on President Trump's claim that the Strait of Hormuz would be opening soon.
00:05:00.320Here's what the president said last night.
00:05:03.580Iran, as an example, will never have a nuclear weapon.
00:05:06.480They already can, but it's going to be formal.
00:05:09.520The strait's going to be open very soon, or they're going to get hit very hard,
00:05:13.220and then the strait's going to be open.
00:05:16.600Iran says it is continuing negotiations with Oman over safe shipping routes through the strait,
00:05:22.040but that there is no connection between those talks and the strait reopening.
00:05:27.220Meanwhile, sources are telling CNN that the U.S. military has burned through nearly 80 percent of its inceptors
00:05:33.260for a key missile defense system and senior U.S. military commanders are warning that the Pentagon's
00:05:38.960munition stockpile is dangerously low. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, though, calling the
00:05:44.620reporting, quote, not true. If indeed nearly 80 percent of that and half of our Patriot
00:05:50.920missile stock is gone since the Iran war began, how would you describe that? What does that mean?
00:05:57.600dangerous in one word and it's not only dangerous in the context of the middle east sarah
00:06:06.800it's dangerous in the context of ukraine and dangerous in the context of taiwan let me explain
00:06:14.260what we're talking about here and you're showing a picture of some of these ground to air defense
00:06:21.120missiles that go up and shoot down incoming ballistic missiles drones cruise missiles even
00:06:28.780and if it is true and you have to factor into this the denials from the pentagon that are coming out
00:06:36.440but if it's true that we're down 80 percent we will be unable to fully help our allies in the
00:06:44.500Gulf, the Arab countries, and Israel defend themselves. We will be unable to provide any
00:06:50.860air defense interceptors to Ukraine, which will mean their war against Russia will go less well.0.60
00:06:57.860And we will not have interceptors available to deter China. So bottom line, if this is true,
00:07:06.340these numbers, it's dangerous. And I know the combatant commanders around the world,
00:07:11.080which I used to be, both in Europe and in Latin America, are very concerned.
00:07:16.440In general, the New York Times is pointing out that the president keeps making these threats
00:07:20.560and the world has stopped flinching. Do you agree with that? And if so,
00:07:25.580what does that mean for our credibility, for national security,
00:07:28.840even for our position in terms of world order?
00:07:32.500Yeah, I think the Iranian leadership has now discounted much of which is coming out of
00:07:38.520Washington. This dialogue out of Mr. Trump is more aimed at the U.S. population than Iranians.
00:07:45.840I think in private, we're desperate to get an agreement of any sort. I think we've now devalued
00:07:52.560the whole notion of getting control of Iranian nuclear weapons production, the 10 tons of fissile
00:07:59.180material that are allegedly buried underground at two or possibly three sites in Iran.
00:08:05.020So I think the outcome of this war is likely to be a strategic disaster for the United States in which our efforts did not result getting weapons inspectors back on the ground or denying the Iranians control of the Straits of Hormuz.
00:08:22.380When we extend, you know, our our numbers on visas, because all that does, once again, put a bandaid on it.0.68
00:08:30.240If we're looking to grow our economy, then we need to look at making more permanent solutions on this.
00:08:35.420We've got to get labor involved. We've got to get industry involved.
00:08:39.420And we've got to fill out where the holes are created, because this narrative that it steals it steals American jobs is true in some industries.
00:08:49.400those comments from dhs secretary mark wayne mullen over the weekend sitting next to oklahoma
00:08:55.820governor stitt there uh have drawn quite a bit of anger from some in the magosphere conservative
00:09:01.160personalities like laura loomer and steve bannon see his comments as a departure from the trump
00:09:06.320administration's mass deportation policy and now they're calling for mullen to be replaced that was
00:09:12.180quick joining us mark mckinnon is back uh you know in the hot seat so major maga players are
00:09:19.120now turning on Mullen. Steve Bannon said, quote, MAGA wants President Trump to detail Pitbull
00:09:25.120Pulte to DHS. Mullen is the wrong guy at the wrong time for the wrong job at a time when we
00:09:32.280need to focus on mass deportations. We get an amnesty advocate. That's such a stretch. But we
00:09:39.580know that the president tends to move on the last voice in his ear. Is that Steve Bannon? Is Mullen
00:09:44.440in jeopardy here? Well, this is exactly why Trump's ratings on immigration have turned upside down.
00:09:51.720And whoever thought that that signature issue, which was the first one that he talked about
00:09:55.460coming down the elevator back in 2015, now he'd be unpopular on the issue of immigration. People
00:10:03.220have a more unfavorable opinion of his immigration policies than they do favorable, including
00:10:07.300a lot of Republicans. Because the reality is that what people really wanted was just a policy
00:10:12.900that stopped the bad guys from coming in.
00:10:15.060It wasn't a policy that kept good people from coming in or legally.
00:10:19.600And this is astonishing because all Mullen said was he was talking about a legal policy.
00:10:25.160So now we're, I mean, people like Bannon and others don't even want legal immigrants.
00:10:29.560And then they go into this crazy replacement theory that behind their rationale for not wanting even legal immigrants
00:10:36.160is that they have this notion that they're all going to vote Democratic.
00:10:40.060Second is then they go into this crazy idea called replacement theory, that this is all some grand scheme to just take over the American electorate through immigration.
00:10:48.540Yeah. And there were whispers about how, you know, the magosphere didn't like that Mark Wayne Mullen seemed to be chummy or at least friendly in some way, shape or form with Governor Wes Moore and other Democrats that were at that conference.
00:11:00.460But alas, Mullen has kept deportation numbers relatively steady compared to his predecessor,
00:11:26.000And, you know, listen, I think that the reality is that that Mullen is doing a pretty good job based on what Trump actually wants him to do.
00:11:33.300You mentioned the deportation numbers, which are never going to be as high as Stephen Miller wants them to be.
00:11:38.180But they're always going to be higher than the American public wants them to be.
00:11:41.360I mean, again, this goes to the issue of what Americans really want.
00:11:45.280And again, they want to keep the bad guys from coming in, not throwing good guys out.
00:11:49.240And, you know, I live near Breckenridge, Colorado.
00:11:51.740Imagine that community where you have, you know, ICE agents coming in and going into schools looking for, you know, the violators of immigration policy to throw out of the country.
00:12:02.660And that's just not what people voted for or what they really want.
00:12:06.060So, listen, at the end of the day, Mullen is, you know, for most people far too close to Trump and exercising way too many of his policies.
00:12:14.420But it's never going to be enough for Steve Bannon.
00:12:16.840Yeah, even Republicans, some Republicans don't like the images that they have seen,
00:12:22.460And there is that debate about whether Mullen has had a softer touch or not
00:12:26.420when the numbers are virtually the same.
00:12:28.240I was talking to a very right-wing person, a MAGA person, earlier today in prep for this,
00:12:33.260and what they said to me was he sounded like a Democrat in that speech
00:12:37.000at the National Democratic Openers Association Conference.
00:12:39.740I don't know if that's quite how I would put it,
00:12:41.520But he definitely sounded like more of the old school Republicans who feel like immigration does provide a service to the country.
00:12:49.440And then when he got eaten up as quickly as he did and they started saying, you know, folks like Steve Bannon saying they want Bill Pulte to go from his weird jobs now to taking over GHS, you see this new message.
00:13:03.160I think the thing that's really important here is that at the end of the day, it doesn't matter who's running DHS.
00:13:09.020Those decisions are being made in the White House by Stephen Miller and Donald Trump.
00:13:12.720Right. I mean, you are right that he doesn't quite sound like a Democrat.
00:13:16.200What he sounds like is John Cornyn when the Gang of Eight was putting together their immigration deal,
00:13:22.160what is now almost 20 years ago, and it was just about being honest about the economic reality of what this country needed when it came to workers.
00:13:29.220Steve Bannon did not agree with that assessment.
00:13:31.140He told Politico, quote, MAGA wants President Trump to detail Pitbull Pulte to DHS.
00:13:37.820Mullen is the wrong guy at the wrong time for the wrong job.
00:13:41.160A time when we need focus on, quote, mass deportations, we get an amnesty advocate.
00:13:49.400It's Wednesday, 5 August, year of our Lord, 2026.0.96
00:19:02.440I find this in my polling and focus groups.
00:19:04.640I think anybody who gets on the ground in these places and talks to people,
00:19:07.660you want to get people fired up. It's data centers. And I would also point this out, Steve,
00:19:11.400in terms of connecting the dots. These are the same players as immigration. What I mean by that
00:19:16.500is the same oligarchs, the same corporate CEOs and multinational behemoths, the same ones that
00:19:21.740want a constant flow of free labor into this country, that constantly push for open borders
00:19:27.140and porous borders. These are the same forces pushing for these data centers without regard
00:19:32.080to local interests. I'm not saying we can't have data centers, but I'm saying you've got to do it
00:19:36.820in making a bargain with local interests. Don't put them in places that are irreplaceable in terms
00:19:42.360of their vistas and their natural environments. I would argue most of these, getting back to
00:19:46.500Michigan, they should be going in depressed urban areas. Why are these data centers not going into
00:19:51.560Detroit? They can go there where they are very much needed and can provide a boost. But even
00:19:56.760there, again, you've got to make a deal with the people of Detroit. And this hubris from big tech
00:20:03.300is no longer going to fly. And you're right. It is a hot point political issue for every race in
00:20:08.6602026. And Republicans better be on the right side of this, on the correct side of this.
00:20:13.660Got to be on the right side of this. Also, you know, O'Leary and all these phony guys in big
00:20:19.000tech. Oh, these guys are CCP spokesmen. Screw you. We're the anti-CCP movement. You guys are
00:20:24.520putting the CCP's not even in the game in artificial intelligence unless you got them1.00
00:20:29.280in the universities you've got chinese nationals in the in the labs you've got them all over the1.00
00:20:34.360place you're financing it you're you're selling them chips you know wong's looking the other way0.99
00:20:40.340while the black market's going through i think it's thailand now in malaysia the thing is sick0.78
00:20:45.180we're financing and and building the chinese communist party's involvement in the ecosystem
00:20:50.400of ai talk to me connect the dot of immigration and and and the mass asylum and all this to uh
00:20:59.260the Marxist jihadists winning in Detroit, the heartland of the industrial heartland of the
00:21:04.240nation, sir. What's the connection there? Well, look, the connection is, you know,
00:21:08.660these folks, these Marxist jihadis, they claim like Mamdani and like El-Sayed, they claim to
00:21:14.660represent working class people. Now, of course, we know that's a ridiculous farce. It's a complete0.96
00:21:18.620ruse. We also know that their primary support base, these are not working class people. These1.00
00:21:22.720are actually over-credentialed people who have largely been disappointed in life because they
00:21:26.580got a lot of degrees, and now they make very little money, at least compared to what they think
00:21:30.560they should be making. So these are the credentialed, pampered, ruling class wannabes
00:21:35.780who are primarily their followers. But this is the important point. Where we catch them effectively,
00:21:41.060where we expose them and unveil them, is through immigration. Because if you are for working class1.00
00:21:46.540people, at least if you claim to be for working class people, and then simultaneously you advocate0.97
00:21:51.320for open borders, you are a complete fraud. Because we know that open borders have been0.95
00:21:56.600one of the key factors, perhaps the key driver at undermining the wages of working class Americans
00:22:01.360in this country. You know, Steve, I often say that if these illegals who poured across the0.97
00:22:05.500border under Biden's era, if they were replacing private equity executives and media TV and media0.81
00:22:11.500hosts and attorneys in this country, that border would have been hermetically sealed in a nanosecond.
00:22:17.900But the fact is they were replacing working class Americans. And so this, again, is where we get Abdiol and where we expose him for whom he really is. They are, of course, in favor of the most radical policies of the Democrat Party on immigration.0.95
00:22:32.640And by the way, let me make this point, too. There's a lot of sort of debate out there. Has the Democratic Party been taken over by the DSA? The Democrat Party is the DSA, maybe not the voter level. And that's what the voters of Michigan showed us last night. There are still sensible Democrat voters. I mean, fewer and fewer, of course, as time goes on.
00:22:48.860And perhaps these candidates like El-Sayed will push them hopefully back into our movement.
00:22:54.340However, at the decision-maker level, meaning the party operatives, the office holders, the biggest donors, the Democrat Party is the DSA.
00:30:52.700That's the way, that's the way you get affordability.
00:30:54.540I might also add in Michigan $70 million spent against the Marxist jihadists, I think $30 million from APEC. I'm not saying it's APEC's Waterloo, but they threw everything they could into this and still lost.
00:31:10.340so i think this whole thing of apex money in these elections has got to be no republicans
00:31:16.040should be taking any apex money right now at all it's going to be a campaign issue
00:31:19.660just like data centers these are the issues that are right below the surface that are bubbling up
00:31:25.580to the surface steve let's talk about uh let's talk about the immigrant not dealing with immigration
00:31:32.020as toughly as we have because just not bad hombres uh in the economy scott besant was on squawk
00:31:38.280yesterday he came on here particularly manufacturing there's a lot of good things that
00:31:43.240are happening we got obviously off course with the little excursion in in iran uh that hopefully
00:31:50.040we're somehow bringing to a close here over this next week your thoughts right now underpinning0.98
00:31:55.340the economy because that's what you're going to have to sell people the people working class
00:31:59.500people see that something's actually being done one way to show working class people something
00:32:04.600be done have mass deportations of illegal aliens and stop these phony immigration policies these0.76
00:32:11.080quote-unquote phony scam for the donor class legal that allows working class people to be
00:32:16.940crushed the middle class be crushed kids coming out of college don't have a shot to have a job
00:32:22.080stem workers done everything right all their lives in college and school to get great grades can't
00:32:27.620get a job it's enough already put america let's have it this simply america first in america
00:32:34.040citizens first. No need to be protecting Qatar, who's paying, underwriting the Islamic invasion0.67
00:32:41.120of Dearborn, Michigan, and also the great state of Texas. Steve Cortez.
00:32:46.820Yeah, amen to all of that. So yes, we flood American universities with hundreds of thousands
00:32:51.560of foreign students, including about 300,000 from China, from our existential enemy. We are0.99
00:32:56.700supporting all of these schools. Those foreign students, I think a lot of folks don't know this,
00:33:00.640are then allowed to stay for at least a year, in many cases three years, as legal workers under OPT
00:33:06.880taking jobs away that should be going to young Americans. Many of them also then transitioned
00:33:11.900into H-1B and eventually transitioned into being American citizens. Enough of this nonsense, of0.80
00:33:18.040this ruse that rewards the oligarchs but punishes American citizens. And you're right, though,
00:33:23.020getting specific and near-term back to this campaign into November, deportation, mass
00:33:28.320deportations need to accelerate. And I would argue for a concentration on worksite raids,
00:33:34.240because that's where you're going to connect these two issues of affordability, pay for Americans
00:33:39.120with mass deportations. Because when these worksites get raided, guess what? They don't
00:33:43.860just shut down. They hire Americans. And they might have to pay more money. And the profit1.00
00:33:48.200margins of some of those greedy owners might shrink a bit. But the point is, it's what Americans
00:33:52.600voted for. It's what Americans deserve. And it addresses directly. It's a silver bullet right at0.77
00:33:58.260the affordability issue. But to your point, too, about Michigan, I think this is really important
00:34:02.980for us to note, that a mountain of money was spent against Abdul. So let's not take him lightly.
00:34:09.320Even though he barely won, even though he's very arrogant, very cocky, and he barely, barely won
00:34:14.400this race, he still has a lot of media skills. He does have some of that media charisma of Mandani.
00:34:21.280So let's take him really seriously. And we absolutely should call him what he is, okay?
00:34:25.420he is a Marxist jihadist. But at the same time, that's insufficient. We can't stop there. And we
00:34:30.480have to realize, too, there's a lot of Americans, especially younger ones, for whom Marxism doesn't
00:34:34.720mean that much. They simply don't have the civics education to say, oh, Marxism is terrible. So what
00:34:40.760do we need to do? Present the affirmative case, then, for prosperity. And to that point, you
00:34:46.600mentioned that Secretary Bennett, who's just doing a fantastic job, Besant, excuse me, Secretary
00:34:50.760Besant talked about the manufacturing resurgence that is going on. Now, it's sort of quietly
00:34:55.760happening in this country, but there is a massive reshoring, onshoring back to the United States.
00:35:01.020The Trump trade agenda is absolutely working, both carrot and stick, to get manufacturing back
00:35:07.380into this country. So we do have the beginnings of a real manufacturing boom in this country.
00:35:12.400The reason people don't feel it right now, though, is because affordability is front and center in
00:35:16.340their lives. And that is primarily because of the war that spiked prices. So if we are near a pause
00:35:22.380or let's hope an end to the war, and I think we are relatively near, I'm not being Pollyanna,
00:35:27.740but I think we're getting there. If we end this war soon, and I mean really, really soon,
00:35:32.480get prices back to a responsible place, then combined with the boom in manufacturing,
00:35:37.320which is already unfolding, and throw in mass deportations, we can be in a really different
00:35:42.920place in three months, Steve. Three months in politics, as you well know, you took over the
00:35:47.040Trump campaign in 2016, I think with less than three months to go and pulled off a miracle
00:35:51.020along with Donald Trump. It's a lot of time for us to work and to chop wood. And all of that can
00:35:57.540happen, particularly if we get a peaceful resolution or at least a pause. And by the way, as my proof
00:36:02.260of that, that it's not just my opinion, I do a lot of polling, poll every month. The best poll
00:36:06.640President Trump has had all year was during that pause we had in June. If you remember for about
00:36:10.960four weeks, things were really calm, at least relatively calm, in the Middle East, in the Gulf.
00:36:16.160Trump's numbers left forward for my polling during that time period. Once we started fighting again,
00:36:22.440they unfortunately reverted back to mean. But it proved, I think, that June polling,
00:36:27.560that if we get a period of peace here, we get prices back to a reasonable place.
00:36:31.520The economic trajectory pre-war was actually quite good. We can return to that and make our case in
00:36:38.100time for November. You add to that some really radical, untenable candidates on the left who
00:36:43.380even a lot of Democrats reject, as we saw last night. And there is a path to victory for us.
00:36:49.040Now, it's a narrow path. It's a hard one, but there is a path.
00:36:53.720Where do people go for the polling, the investigative reports, the films,
00:36:57.560your Twitter, all of it, sir? Yeah, please go to cortesinvestigates.com. My newest article is up
00:37:03.280on inflation and affordability at Daily Signal.
00:37:19.280Tell me, and please tell me half the FBI is,
00:37:23.740this is not about bad apples, brother.
00:37:26.040You have unveiled something that is systemic in nature.
00:37:29.060Talk to us about what is coming out today, sir.
00:37:31.660And by the way, this is going to be about an eight or 10 day roll now, Steve, where every day we're going to put out something significant as we get it declassified.
00:37:40.440But the big picture is you have an FBI investigating things against Donald Trump they know not to be true.
00:37:48.000And then they fail to prosecute things that they prove are criminal.
00:37:54.340That dual system of justice will be laid bare.
00:37:56.800And people will say, well, John, at this point, why does it matter?
00:37:59.540you've been writing this for 10 years. What we're doing, what we're laying out on your show right
00:38:03.840now, Steve, are overt acts that Joe DiGenova can build into his grand conspiracy case. It is now
00:38:10.400underway. Agents and other witnesses have been hauled before the grand jury in the last few
00:38:16.000weeks. There's some cooperating witnesses coming forward based on my reporting. These are overt
00:38:21.120acts. And so today's document is an investigation we previously did not know exist. It was called
00:38:26.240Oxford comma. And it was, uh, uh, an investigation predicated on the notion that Donald Trump was
00:38:33.840acting as a Russian agent. He was acting at Vladimir Putin's, um, behest when he fired
00:38:41.420James Comey for screwing up the Hillary Clinton email case. You just have to let that sink in
00:38:46.800because that's literally what the FBI's predicated investigation states. Now they do this in May of
00:38:53.3602017. At the time, they do it. In the very week, they do it, where they're saying, we have proof
00:39:00.040Donald Trump's a Russian stooge, and that's why he fired James Comey. Pete Strzok is texting his
00:39:06.220girlfriend. There's no big there there on Russia collusion. An agent named Barnett, Bill Barnett,
00:39:13.660has told the FBI there is no evidence of collusion. He worked the Mike Flynn case.
00:39:20.560the FBI has cleared Mike Flynn of collusion. The FBI has built a spreadsheet showing that every
00:39:27.620line of the Steele dossier, which is the reason the FBI believed collusion, has been debunked or
00:39:34.980shown to be internet rumor only. Steele's primary subsource has already done an FBI interview saying,
00:39:40.820I didn't mean any of that stuff. That was bar talk. That was rumors. I didn't know I was being
00:39:44.760treated as a source. That's not source worthy material. And the CIA has told the FBI, oh,
00:39:51.600Hillary Clinton was behind that whole false Russian narrative. And that guy you've been
00:39:56.560looking at named Carter Page, he's our guy, a CIA asset. In May of 2017, the FBI had no evidence.
00:40:05.200In fact, it had plenty of evidence to the contrary that Donald Trump was not a Russian
00:40:10.660spy and yet they open up a criminal investigation claiming that donald trump is a russian stooge
00:40:16.660who fired james comey to carry out hold it hang on hang on hang on hang on slow down slow down
00:40:22.040slow down yeah there's one thing about crossfire hurricane and you know trump was a candidate and
00:40:29.800we were running a campaign all that and as horrible as that is don't this is a sitting
00:40:34.860president of the united states may of 17 i think was our fourth or fifth month in office
00:40:40.880you're telling me that the commander-in-chief of the american armed forces had an investigation
00:40:47.900started by the fbi and senior officials the fbi knew about it that let's forget for the second
00:40:55.960the uh people are saying it's all phony you can't do that how could you possibly even commence it
00:41:02.920if you don't have information without senior members of the justice department and maybe other
00:41:07.000people in the government, the CIA, no, at least going and running it by him. You're starting an
00:41:12.920investigation of the president of the United States saying, here's our theory of the case.
00:41:18.740He is a Russian agent. He is a Russian agent guilty of treason at the highest levels in,
00:41:25.880in cahoots with Putin. How possibly this is science fiction. How possibly could that happen
00:41:31.700without other members of the of the senior members of the government approving and this is why i say
00:41:36.960it's just not bad apples this is a that they're institutionally how could you do this sir yeah
00:41:43.980the people who approved this were working directly for that commander-in-chief the people who wrote
00:41:48.940the memo are james baker then the fbi general counsel and then bill priestap then the counter
00:41:56.400intelligence chief for the FBI, Pete Strzok's boss. The people it is sent to for approval are
00:42:02.380Rod Rosenstein, the acting attorney general for all things Russia, the deputy attorney general
00:42:06.760for everybody else, and the acting FBI director, Andrew McCabe, who takes over for James Comey
00:42:13.840after James Comey's fired. Now, let's go through that chain because once that referral is made,
00:42:19.720Once Oxford referral is sent to Rosenstein and McCabe, the next day, Robert Mueller is named a special counsel.
00:42:28.980Rod Rosenstein names a special counsel to investigate the possibility that Donald Trump engaged in obstruction of justice as a Russian agent because he fired James Comey.
00:45:23.700Remember John Solomon when right around the 24 election, when we won McCabe, who's still a contributor, a paid contributor at CNN.
00:45:33.400He's over there whining on CNN going, you know, we're having deep discussions in my family about whether we actually move overseas.
00:45:41.340right to get away of course he is now you know it where's his indictment where's his perp walk
00:45:47.100where are all the perp walks in these guys this has been years in the making everything by the
00:45:51.800way everything you said right and rod rosenstein remember sessions recused himself rod rosenstein
00:45:57.120who kind of nobody wanted but was jammed in there that you needed oh a deputy uh you needed a dag
00:46:02.380that knew what he was doing isn't this the guy that also wore a wire i was talking about wearing
00:46:06.980a wire into the Oval Office. And knowing what he knew about why Comey was fired, didn't he talk
00:46:13.480about wearing a wire into the Oval Office to get the president? They thought the president was a
00:46:18.780Russian agent. All of these guys should go after all of them for treason right now. They went after
00:46:24.460Donald Trump in May of 2017, folks. This has nothing to do with him being a candidate. They
00:46:30.740thought four months in office, five months in office, he was an agent of Putin. That alone
00:46:38.500ought to all be put on trial for treason right now, indicted for treason right now, sir.
00:46:43.580More importantly, the people working for these decision makers, the agents working for Priest
00:46:50.380App and Strzok and McCabe and Rosenstein, they were all telling the FBI there's no there. Pete
00:46:57.140struck himself, tells his girlfriend in a text message. The very week they open Oxford,
00:47:01.720comma, no big there there. Agent Barnett, the guy who worked a big part of this case,
00:47:06.640told the Justice Department at some point, I was watching a bad game of Clue. You two put people
00:47:12.060in a room on a game board and say, that must be collusion because they were in the same room.1.00
00:47:16.240The agents who worked this case were laughing at how hysterically stupid the people managing0.99
00:47:22.700him were and what they were doing to politically prevent this president from being successful.0.98
00:47:27.600This is an overt act that Joe DiGenova can introduce in a conspiracy case saying there
00:47:34.440was a 10-year conspiracy to violate Donald Trump's civil liberties by launching investigations
00:47:39.660with false predicates. By the way, several lawyers have called me since I put this up on
00:47:44.400the White House this morning. All of them said, John, it's clear cut. You predicate a case and
00:47:49.040you know the predication is false you have acted illegally under the color of law joe de janeva has
00:47:54.800a new potential overt act to build his conspiracy case you've got many others we've been talking
00:48:00.440them on your show for years but this is a new one slam dunk according to the lawyers who've looked
00:48:05.340at the document you talk about the weapon you're talking about the weaponization fund everybody
00:48:08.380got rolled up into the into the molar thing with millions of dollars illegal it just it's outrageous
00:48:13.300Yep. Are we going to go or do you see a path here to indictments and perp walks and hit yo cash?
00:48:20.320How about just letting go today saying an email? Half the FBI just goes home permanently.
00:48:26.600Your thoughts, John Sullivan. Listen, I'm going to I'm going to take my hat off as the chairman of the White House Task Force.
00:48:33.760That's what I was talking about in these documents. I'm going to go back to being a reporter for a second.
00:48:37.220I do not know this information from anything I've gained in government.
00:48:41.120I can tell you with 100% certainty that Republicans are obstructing the investigation into weaponization.
00:48:50.140There are two Republicans I can name by name, Senator John Thune and Senator Tom Cotton.
00:48:56.720They have refused for months, four months now.
00:49:00.380The first request came in late January, early February.
00:49:03.240They are refusing thus far to provide to Joe DiGenova, to the prosecutors in Florida, to the Miami U.S. Attorney, to the Justice Department, the transcripts of John Brennan's interviews with the Senate Intelligence Committee.
00:49:21.460I'm going to call out a third name because I don't understand the Justice Department's behavior.
00:49:25.360When a body that's separate of the executive branch doesn't comply, every other time in American history, go back to Iran-Contra, go back to Watergate, the Justice Department subpoenas the Congress.
00:49:37.480For some reason, the acting attorney general, who wants to be the permanent attorney general, has not authorized a subpoena to the United States Senate to get those documents.
00:49:48.440Those documents will allow the prosecutors in Miami to decide whether the charters are warranted against John Brennan.
00:49:56.560The idea that Republican senators will not cooperate with the Republican administration is ridiculous politically, but it's illegal.
00:50:07.240There ought to be a grand jury subpoena sitting in the Senate clerk's office,
00:50:10.320And there ought to be a court case yesterday compelling this because the Justice Department has been delayed by eight months by two Republican senators who have the responsibility and the ability to deliver this.
00:50:22.980You want to get to the grand conspiracy case, you need the missing evidence, and the Senate possesses it.
00:50:28.580And as of this date, I can find no evidence they've turned it over, and there is no grand jury subpoena because the clerk of the Senate would have to report it publicly.
00:50:36.640I just checked the congressional record again today.
00:50:38.400So Todd Blanche, Tom Cotton, John Thune, you got some explaining to the war room policy, I think.
00:50:47.380You think Todd is being held up because it's almost like blackmail?
00:50:51.380They won't vote for him for confirmation if he forces the issue here to turn this over?
00:50:55.840I mean, Tom Cotton's the senator, not from Arkansas.
00:51:04.220You can understand. And Thune, this is once again, while we must have the Save America Act, he just thumbed his nose at the president.
00:51:11.580Now they're talking about a, you know, a CR that's going to basically institutionalize the two trillion dollars of deficits every year.
00:51:19.420That's what Thune and the donor class are worried about. They're not worried about this, John.
00:51:23.340They don't. This is my point. They don't put priorities on what the people that support President Trump the most and the grassroots leaders and the grassroots warriors that go door to door.
