00:00:00.440 He has engaged our United States Postal Service to do his dirty bidding.
00:00:06.260 I'd like to share with you from the New York Times the story of Ricky Hatch,
00:00:12.780 a Republican election official in Utah, a state that relies almost exclusively on mail voting,
00:00:19.240 said he had noticed a nationwide increase of election officials encouraging voters to mail their ballots early
00:00:25.500 because of postal service slowdowns.
00:00:29.020 Quote, we've definitely morphed over time from going from, hey, get your ballot in before the deadline to mail your ballot at least a week early if you want to have it counted, Mr. Hatch said.
00:00:41.960 Now, he added, the advice is even more cautious.
00:00:45.680 Quote, better yet, use a drop box.
00:00:49.620 That's what this has come down to, my friend.
00:00:52.560 Yeah, this is like the Postal Service equivalent of shrinkflation.
00:00:57.700 Right. It used to be, like you said, get the ballot in, you know, a couple of days in advance.
00:01:02.280 Then it was a week. Now they start talking about two weeks and saying, you know, two weeks may not be enough.
00:01:07.380 Look, the Postal Service, as you point out, has capitulated to Donald Trump.
00:01:12.100 This Postal Master General is doing his bidding there.
00:01:15.300 You know, they've changed a bunch of rules that have been less obvious to people.
00:01:18.800 And now they are, of course, implementing this unconstitutional power grab, this executive order by saying, oh, yeah, we're going to we're going to issue a.
00:01:27.360 a new rule about towering mail-in ballots and maybe we won't deliver them at all unless uh the
00:01:33.960 states submit lists of names in advance and they follow our our our ballot envelope requirements
00:01:40.640 and you know to do so to do so they say well there's no there's no problem here because we've
00:01:46.440 done this for other things and when they list the examples cremated remains and fake bombs
00:01:52.840 That's what they analogize these ballots to, right? Only an authoritarian like Donald Trump could have a postal service say we need to regulate mail-in ballots the same way we regulate cremated remains and fake explosives.
00:02:08.540 tuesday one september year of our lord 2026 we're burning daylight here folks
00:02:18.500 of course it should be the same as cremated because you got a bunch of dead people
00:02:23.040 you got just as much they're just as dead the ones being cremated as the ones are voting
00:02:28.620 that's what mail-in ballots are phony right unless it's very restricted absentee ballots
00:02:37.340 It's just this mass mail-in ballots.
00:02:39.000 Now you get the post office involved.
00:02:41.360 I don't know if we have a clip on it, but if we can put the articles up.
00:02:44.100 General Cain responding to the CIA operative, Slotkin, from Michigan in the Senate.
00:02:56.220 Notice that they have all these military types and CIA-trained type, female types everywhere, governors here, House. 1.00
00:03:05.900 That's their model. 0.99
00:03:06.920 they understand hey here's how we get to sell it to the american people these people are trained up
00:03:10.620 the one in virginia the one in the commonwealth man she's she's she's trained
00:03:17.060 bad not good slacken sends a a letter over to i guess the joint chief saying hey are you going
00:03:26.740 to call out the military or call out the or call out the um uh the national guard on election day
00:03:34.580 to secure a voting booth?
00:03:36.160 And Cain answers her.
00:03:39.440 Are we doing any checkings?
00:03:41.020 Does the White House get involved in this?
00:03:42.440 Does he just send letters back that are not...
00:03:44.500 How do you know?
00:03:45.560 Has the National Security Emergency Memo been sent out?
00:03:48.980 Has issues arrived yet on the ballot boxes
00:03:53.260 that we might need the National Guard?
00:03:56.320 You know, General Cain, note to self, 0.95
00:03:58.820 I think I would focus on the kinetic part of the war in Iran
00:04:03.980 that maybe hasn't gone as well as possible how do you say that Steve because Scott Besson's had to 0.61
00:04:10.420 step in and go to economic war with them and now there's all come for the first time all their
00:04:15.680 arrogant talk when we were bombing them and doing the strategic bombing of General Cain in the Air
00:04:21.300 Force now they're sitting there squealing oh my god this is terrible how can you do this 0.97
00:04:26.940 this is in shanghai right now uh particularly xi but the russians because they're one of their
00:04:34.540 allies let's face it in india modi's up to his neck in this thing they're trying to figure out
00:04:42.140 how to get around the sanctions and the secondary sanctions and the secondary sanctions to me are
00:04:47.700 just like the terrorists drop the hammer on them you want to end this thing and you see it right
00:04:54.260 now you see the way the persians they're feeling it baby just like they felt it back in january
00:04:59.280 so general kane love you great job did an amazing job in taking down isis uh your president trump's
00:05:06.980 go-to guy but let's just be brutally frank the fact patterns you laid out and the secretary
00:05:14.580 of war haven't exactly played out on the kinetic side just hadn't so i don't need know if we need
00:05:20.600 you broadening your mandate and answering some rando senator because so she said well we got to
00:05:27.660 answer it she's a u.s senator no you don't you get letters from senators all the time hey let's put
00:05:33.080 that in the dead letter file we have a crisis right now the crisis is they're going to we're
00:05:40.300 going to get kakorian up in a moment and posobics on a jersey kakorian up about you know the h1b's
00:05:45.760 and the OPTs, hell, we have no earthy idea who you got in this country. Why the Democrats fight
00:05:52.240 the Save America Act? And the Save America Act, if it haxes the convention next week,
00:05:56.740 that's all just messaging. We got to be beyond messaging. Of course, the Democrats don't want it.
00:06:02.580 They don't want voter ID. They don't want an ID on voter. If they do that, they can't win.
00:06:08.060 They're never going to give that up. They're never going to give that up. You have to enforce that.
00:06:13.640 you have to call an emergency and you have to enforce it they're always going to gun deck and
00:06:18.420 cheat on the mail-in ballots do i have kerkorian oh basovic i got basovic good uh they're always
00:06:24.440 going to cheat on that always so you're going to have to have a forcing function jack basovic
00:06:29.700 joins me jack i got military stuff uh to to talk to you about and others but i got to talk about
00:06:36.800 general kane answering the letter slotnik you know these these these senators are sending 0.55
00:06:43.520 letters all the time they're all bitching and moaning they all got problems you you don't have 0.98
00:06:48.180 to answer anything if they want to drag you to our hearing to answer your question you don't even
00:06:53.340 have to answer it there you can tell them anything he's sitting there we will not have troops at the
00:07:00.060 battle box we will not call out the national guard how do you know that dude you're you're not a
00:07:05.180 decision maker, you're not a decision maker. And like I would say, I would focus maybe on,
00:07:11.940 hey, I'm going to throw out something random. How did the order book, one of the most highly
00:07:15.900 secure things we got going, maybe you should focus on how that got leaked. And more importantly,
00:07:22.800 maybe you should answer some questions about, was this the uniformed services leaking on the
00:07:29.120 president and leaking on the secretary of war? Because they don't agree with some orders they
00:07:33.800 were given because if you don't like the orders you were given in this war right and it and if
00:07:40.420 you didn't like them there should have been more pushback than at least anything's come out in the
00:07:45.420 press so far posobic uh general kane kind of stepping into this and answering the letter
00:07:50.820 from the cia operative that's one of the senators up in michigan uh about the elections when we don't
00:07:58.660 know what's going to happen. He's saying definitively, we will not have troops. We will
00:08:03.260 not call out the National Guard. Dude, you're just another guy in the chain of command. Are you a
00:08:08.720 decision maker now about our elections? Why is the military intruding here and making these
00:08:13.840 definitive statements? Jack Posobiec is very frustrating, particularly when the order book
00:08:19.760 scandal, and that's a huge scandal because you had non-concurrence essentially from the United
00:08:25.860 States Navy, you had the Chief of Naval Operations and you had PACOM and the Pacific Command is kind
00:08:32.180 of the Navy's territory since WW2, the big one. And to have those guys not concur, this is a huge
00:08:39.400 deal. So I think General Cain, just a recommendation, maybe we focus on that and not be answering
00:08:46.700 the rando senators that are sending you things. And then she runs on MSNBC and she's got a big
00:08:51.580 mouth and she's running on msnbc all the time saying oh trump's trying to steal the election
00:08:55.720 he's trying to steal the election you just played into it with her jack pasovic well steve i've got
00:09:02.060 two takeaways on this number one of course is that we have to ask why is slotkin so focused on this
00:09:09.760 in the first place remember the adversary cannot direct fire without revealing a capability why is
00:09:17.340 it that the that the adversary here is so focused and worried about scrutiny on the
00:09:24.200 elections? Why are they so worried about enforcing? And let's let's let's not play
00:09:28.580 games around this. The enforcement of immigration law and immigration checks, citizenship checks
00:09:35.740 at the ballot box. Why are the Democrats so worried about that? Why do they fight it
00:09:41.620 kicking and screaming? And by the way, why do Republicans fight it kicking and screaming as
00:09:47.320 well? What do they not want us to find beneath that closed lid behind that secret door of who
00:09:56.000 is actually voting in our elections and our illegals voting? That's number one. Number two
00:10:01.520 is this when it comes to and I'll answer your hypothetical, Steve, and I'm not a politician
00:10:07.500 because politicians, they say, never do that. The hypothetical is this. And you've raised this
00:10:13.280 hypothesis that could it be that there are elements within the five-sided puzzle palace
00:10:18.160 of the Pentagon that are leaking because they are in disagreement with the current war posture of
00:10:24.700 the United States government? Well, then the real question of that would be is if you do not agree
00:10:31.280 and if you want to fall on your honor and you want to maintain your dignity, then what you would do
00:10:36.360 is you would not leak. Okay. You would still not break the chain of command. You would still not
00:10:40.460 leak classified information. What you would do is resign. And we saw yesterday, the secretary of
00:10:44.780 the army resigned. Now they say this was because of a dustups between himself and Hegseth. And
00:10:50.060 he was, uh, you know, an old, uh, an old college chum of JD Vance. And so he was more seen as in
00:10:56.500 the JD Vance camp. And we have the Hegseth camp with Hegseth, uh, looking at, uh, making,
00:11:01.320 making some trips to Iowa, Steve. And although the president says it's a little too early for that
00:11:06.500 And and so now we see these flare ups at the at the Pentagon.
00:11:10.940 And I think this is something where you got to step back and look at the if the secretary,
00:11:14.700 if the minister, the head of the army of Russia just resigned, if the head of the army of
00:11:19.820 China just resigned, the head of the IRGC just resigned, we would take that as a sign.
00:11:24.980 And certainly if you are around right now or China or Russia, and guess what?
00:11:29.120 They're all meeting right now.
00:11:30.180 They're all bricked up.
00:11:31.000 They're all having their bricks meetings, including Modi, which she and Putin are meeting
00:11:34.760 right now in bishkek and so we need to understand that they're looking at it saying okay that looks
00:11:40.860 like i've got some more leaks to the to the press in washington dc all right what else is going on
00:11:45.420 all the head of their army just resigned okay okay they are going to be connecting the dots
00:11:51.180 whether we want them to or not and that is the issue here because perception is reality when
00:11:58.080 you get to geopolitics okay this this is okay you've nailed it let me go back over this again
00:12:04.320 um what they're trying to do is push that the trump administration is totally chaotic this is
00:12:10.280 all chaos that now because the order books and you talk about honor and you say hey if you don't
00:12:17.260 agree with where we are you owe it to the commander chief to talk to him and say hey look i just can't
00:12:23.080 follow this anymore i'm as a matter of honor i'm going to resign what they did and this was a this
00:12:30.680 was a uniform military services um sanctioned hit because it was leaked to the washington post
00:12:38.500 and enough anonymous sources around it for the lead story in their sunday edition which is their
00:12:45.240 biggest edition of the week that also because they they get it out on saturday night it fuels
00:12:50.240 the sunday morning talk shows and then drives all the news coverage for for the week go ahead sir
00:12:55.460 And Steve, if I may, so for the folks out the audience saying, well, why does that matter? Who cares? The Sunday Washington Post. Understand the power and the influence that has within Washington, D.C., within the Beltway, within the imperial capital, as Charlie Kirk used to call Washington.
00:13:13.260 That is your read book for the rest of the week.
00:13:17.500 That is your tone setter for the rest of the week within Washington, particularly within the Pentagon and within the intelligence community.
00:13:26.340 What the Washington put, whether we like it or not, right, whether we like it or not, this is what is always going to set the tone and it's going to set the news.
00:13:34.320 And, of course, we know that the high levels of the White House, the top senior officials in the White House are absolutely responding to this as well.
00:13:43.260 uh jack hang on for a second we got a lot more to go through and you're right people are
00:13:50.320 responding to this because first off it's such sensitive highly classified uh doctor this is not
00:13:56.660 like the somebody i think mccabe made an analogy to the pentagon papers this is the pentagon papers
00:14:02.860 were historical look the afghan papers the washington posted that was so brilliant a couple
00:14:08.400 of years ago. That's an historical look at how you were lied to constantly about Vietnam and
00:14:13.220 about Afghanistan. This is in the moment. This is giving our greatest enemies a window in not 0.91
00:14:20.720 just to our thinking of our deployment of military assets. Jack just said they're over in Central
00:14:27.920 Asia right now, plotting and scheming. What are they plotting and scheming against? The United
00:14:33.540 States of America. And the target they focused on, as Jack said, they're bricking up is the U.S.
00:14:40.920 dollar. Understand why it's important. Birchgold.com slash Bannon, end of the dollar empire.

00:15:04.660 the wind and rain hammer your windows and the power goes out to prepare for a hurricane and
00:15:11.480 you don't reach for your seat belt after the impact because after the crash the hurricane or
00:15:17.100 the house fire it's too late similarly you don't wait until the dollar goes to zero before you buy
00:15:23.480 gold it's too late then diversify with precious metals and diversify now because you never know
00:15:30.460 what will threaten your savings next persistent inflation a weakening dollar unexpected financial

00:16:17.820 Yeah, Jack's with us.
00:16:19.680 By the way, Natasha Owens' new Charlie Kirk song in honor of Charlie.
00:16:26.060 We're going to play that at the end of the hour so everybody can hear it and order it if you so want.
00:16:33.700 Jack, first of all, on Driscoll, look, we're 60 days away from a midterm election.
00:16:40.160 Now, unless it's a matter of honor about something like this order book and your opposition to what the president did, you can't hold it anymore.
00:16:49.800 Other than that, if it's for transforming the military and you've got a problem with Pete Hegseth, that's fine.
00:16:55.040 You've got to suck it up and just stick it out to the midterms.
00:16:58.780 It's really odd to see a lot of senior people punching out before the midterms.
00:17:05.180 normally you either punch out or get punched out like rumsfeld did in 2006 after the midterms but
00:17:11.920 you got to stick there hey you've been there for a year and a half you know year and three quarters
00:17:16.020 you got it you got it you got to stick it out to the bitter in here unless there's some issue
00:17:21.060 like the order book and if you were part of the leaking of the order book or if you believe
00:17:25.860 that it's good that the order book is out there is showing um non-concurrence with the president's
00:17:32.780 strategy then maybe then you resign but otherwise you just got to gut it out for another 60 days
00:17:37.840 not the end of the world you talk about slotkin i think i was calling or something else earlier
00:17:43.240 slotkin let's just call a ca operative in michigan there's a new update on a poll you want to get
00:17:49.460 where's rogers versus the marxist jihadist well steve unfortunately it's not good and this is an
00:17:56.640 msu you gov poll that's out now and this is going hyper viral all over social media um it's known as
00:18:04.020 a very good poll within uh within michigan it's michigan state university and uh they've got
00:18:09.460 they've got el saeed up by five points over mike rogers so el saeed the the dsa like candidate
00:18:18.900 and even worse you've got governor jocelyn benson she had been the secretary of state who presided
00:18:24.440 over that absolute debacle in 2020 in Michigan. She's now up nine points over John James. And
00:18:32.320 keep in mind that Jocelyn Benson, she's a former staffer for the SPLC. And so, Steve, when we put
00:18:39.160 all these together, you've got the Susquehanna had El Saeed up by seven. GBAO had El Saeed up by six.
00:18:47.060 Epic, MSU, he's up. Tip had him up. AARP had him up one. They do have a tighter race. At this point,
00:18:53.040 Fox News is the only polling outfit that has had that has had Rogers up once every single other poll polling firm out there has had El Saeed up.
00:19:03.760 And my contention in all of this is that Khan Inc. is not doing a good job of explaining who El Saeed is, explaining what he wants, and also and this is key, by the way, explaining why the people of Michigan are not going for Mike Rogers,
00:19:21.940 why they're not feeling enthused about that type of candidate.
00:19:26.340 They're running around saying jihadist, jihadist, jihadist. 0.65
00:19:29.200 And while that's true, while that is 100% true, 0.88
00:19:32.360 and we've got his, I don't know if the audience saw,
00:19:34.940 but we've got his posts up from 9-11 a few years ago
00:19:38.360 where he was bashing the United States on 9-11 in 2021,
00:19:44.220 to the 20th anniversary,
00:19:46.420 that saying that, oh, I feel bad for the infrastructure.
00:19:49.720 I feel bad for the infrastructure is what he said.
00:19:51.940 Steve. And this is the type of person that they are going to put into the United States Senate
00:19:56.780 unless Conservative Inc. actually understands what we're up against. And that's why I put out
00:20:01.960 the update with Unhuman Socialist Revolution, because, Steve, it is a socialist revolution.
00:20:07.840 It is gaining steam. It is not just Michigan. It's Washington, D.C. It's going to be up in Texas,
00:20:15.300 potentially with Tallarico. And you see how the Republicans aren't fighting for Paxton.
00:20:19.460 you're seeing it all over the country people are asleep at the wheel the republicans are asleep at
00:20:25.940 the wheel and that's why you got el saeed putting up but five points i got it but hang on we have to
00:20:31.920 talk we have to talk we have to give a reality check here the reason conservative inc ain't on
00:20:38.300 top of this is that they're underwritten like salem radio they're underwritten by apec with
00:20:43.440 rogers i mean we have people look you can paint this guy as a marxist jihadist but it's not like
00:20:49.000 you're also getting influenced by the greater israel project citizens in the united states just
00:20:54.260 say hey pox on both their houses right we don't want any more involvement in the middle east
00:20:58.600 it's a sideshow the greater israel project which is now israel's you know they're they're if you
00:21:04.260 follow it closely i told you this was going to happen now it's turkey it's in the it's not now 0.62
00:21:09.620 it's turkey uh that's in the gun sites and the turks are as bad as they come right they want to 0.66
00:21:15.060 restore the caliphate all of it but we shouldn't be taking anybody's money we shouldn't be taking 0.98
00:21:20.520 any investment over here we should cut the ties with the middle east now we got venezuela we got 0.88
00:21:25.340 guiana we've got all the fracking we can do in the gulf of america on how pmex uh took out the oil
00:21:32.860 the vast oil uh resources of mexico so inefficiently we get that we got enough oil to last us
00:21:39.680 hundreds of years we don't need any more involvement so rogers who sits and goes
00:21:44.480 and leaks to axios oh yeah i'm not gonna have anything to do with apex i've told those guys
00:21:48.340 to stop spending money then the next the next weekend he's in la at five apex sponsored at
00:21:54.740 five apex sponsored things you're going to end up being down five we have to face reality we got to
00:22:00.260 get a reality check here it's no longer sellable just practically the folks in the united states
00:22:06.760 and particularly folks who are the backbone of the country and send their kids raise their kids
00:22:12.320 upright so they volunteer to go into the military they've had it with both and so you can paint
00:22:19.060 this guy's jihadist all you want but if you're pushing if you're pushing the uh the greater
00:22:23.840 israel project it's not going to wash and you're going to see yourself down at poso am i incorrect
00:22:28.980 in that sir well and see here's the way they look at it too because they're gonna they're gonna say
00:22:34.160 and I say this as a son of Pennsylvania, right? You know, a card carrying member of the Rust Belt
00:22:38.640 here, that the way they look at it is that's all over there. That's all over there. I'm worried
00:22:45.180 about what's over here. I'm worried about my family. I'm worried about my future. I'm worried
00:22:50.160 about putting money on my table. And Steve, one of the things we're going to be doing, we're
00:22:54.880 actually working on pre-taping this for Labor Day. And we know, of course, next week is the one year
00:22:59.480 anniversary of Charlie's murder. And we're putting together a special. We're calling it
00:23:03.840 the charlie kirk strategy excuse me assess assess assassination assassination assassination and of
00:23:11.240 course tyler robinson charlie kirk was being wheeled into court in in about 30 minutes here
00:23:15.520 in uh in provo utah uh where the hearing is going on and we'll get that decision in a couple hours
00:23:20.960 time with judge tony graff and i hope that he sees the light and i hope that he makes sure that the
00:23:24.540 death penalty is still applied in this case and steve so what we're doing on monday the entire
00:23:30.240 thing is charlie kirk's strategy on young socialists which we do put out in the book as
00:23:36.160 well in socialist revolution it's all economics it's all about the understanding where the under
00:23:43.500 40 crowd and the rust belt crowd the low propensity voters where they are what makes them
00:23:49.840 tick understanding the k-shaped economy that has existed since 2008 and that a certain percentage 0.57
00:23:57.640 of this country that is under the median income line has never recovered from 2008 and they are
00:24:04.240 living in a silent recession and that is why they've never recovered from are mad as hell yeah 0.99
00:24:10.920 they've never they've never recovered from the de-industrialization send the jobs of china we're 0.65
00:24:15.560 going to have a kakorian on next about h1b yes you want to see how we win texas the same
00:24:20.160 we're stealing the future policies one two and three are mass deportations policies one two
00:24:27.140 and three are mass deportations and the end of h1b well hang on it missed and h1b and all these
00:24:33.640 phony 10-year moratorium on all immigration and then shutting down programs and getting people
00:24:39.060 on those programs phony visa programs get them the hell out of here like today also we're going
00:24:44.160 to play at six o'clock tonight i'm gonna have pickering and uh and brandon hall back on that 0.90
00:24:49.240 was a frakish essay there the the muslims were arrogant they were making comments about 9-11 0.85
00:24:54.480 they're sitting there they are arrogant and what they're trying to do in texas and people got to 0.99
00:24:59.940 see the enemy is inside the wire here we got enough problems in this country we got to clean
00:25:05.180 it up in this country we don't need to be going overseas for monsters to slay who told us we didn't
00:25:11.140 need to do that i don't know some guys like george washington john adams right that we don't need to
00:25:16.920 do that we got a problem here and rogers and these guys better wake up if you want it if you want to
00:25:22.880 uh defeat abdul right you've got to obviously frame it but then you've got to have a program
00:25:29.560 go ahead go ahead imagine if rogers and i don't know why i won't say it but imagine if he came
00:25:34.580 out and started speaking to them directly imagine he comes out tomorrow and says we need to deport
00:25:38.420 ilhan omar we need to start denaturalizing we need to start deporting people big name people
00:25:43.720 people that you know people have committed fraud when she when when we're told by the way that
00:25:48.620 Ilhan Omar may have lied about her birth date and is not eligible for the program that she came in on, the refugee program.
00:25:56.100 Interesting to check some of those dates and maybe go see what was really going on over there.
00:26:00.380 Was that 81 or 82, Ilhan?
00:26:02.060 But if he came out tomorrow and embraced mass deportation, Steve, he would see that five point that five point delta would vanish overnight.
00:26:10.600 the um what y'all say about abdul abdul they get him on record on tape you know pushing sharia law
00:26:18.500 and say anybody's opposed that's a white nationalist hey look bro if you uh if you are
00:26:23.080 for sharia law that means you can't take an oath to the constitution therefore you cannot be seated
00:26:28.420 in the united states senate this is the type of thing we need to start telling these folks 0.71
00:26:31.740 you're not going to be seated we're not going to play along with the game right or what you're
00:26:35.920 playing you see what's happening in texas this is uh not beyond very concerning you had with a state
00:26:42.140 that's got care as a terrorist organization they're walking up and down the halls and getting in the
00:26:46.260 faces of american citizens of texans have been there three four five generations trying to save
00:26:51.940 their state it's not acceptable and if you just go along it's going to get worse it's not going to
00:26:59.160 get better until you stop it and once you stop it you can then reverse it but we got it we need
00:27:05.460 much more nationalism in this country much more populism but we really need much more nationalism
00:27:12.160 and we need it now nationalist populist fight so you have to combine the two you have to combine
00:27:17.800 the two because otherwise so you will get leftist populism and leftist populism is what we see on
00:27:23.740 the cover of socialist revolution that is the violence that is the murder that is the mayhem
00:27:30.040 that is bodies in the street and mass graves rivers of blood in new york city which is what
00:27:35.960 mandami wants that's why you need to get this book and get it by the way to all the other
00:27:41.740 conservatives that you know around you who just don't seem to understand what time it is
00:27:46.780 conservative inc down five in michigan uh jack you're you got 20 seconds social media where

00:29:50.300 that. Plus all the Medicare pluses, all the different things, the subsidies going away,
00:29:55.200 the Trump administration trying to get past the COVID spending. All of it makes this even more
00:30:00.820 complicated than ever. That's why you've got chapter. It's not a health service company.
00:30:04.780 it's a data company 845 war room they set up a direct dial number for our audience why our
00:30:13.000 audience is pretty vast and if they like something they use it so they've given you this free no

00:31:19.640 three months take advantage of it it's a it's a team that has your has your back fast uh mark
00:31:26.840 kakorian uh one of the great leaders over at cis center for immigration studies there's this tweet
00:31:32.660 up about you know we're talking and i can tell you in texas it is the issue that's just right
00:31:39.660 below this islamic invasion down there and yesterday it got nasty at the texas school
00:31:44.940 board and we're going to have julie and brett brandon on tonight hopefully have some footage
00:31:49.820 from that from some of the all-day testimony that got very nasty but you got to see it you got to 0.86
00:31:55.440 hear it the issue right below that is these h1b visas people in texas are furious with this
00:32:01.320 this is one of the reasons you're having the blowback on data centers because they look at
00:32:06.240 that as a first off they hate them as they are the energy the water all of it but it's also a
00:32:12.180 proxy for these arrogant tech bros just jamming their companies in and then hiring nothing but
00:32:17.900 foreigners. There's no American citizen, particularly American kids. Can you walk us
00:32:23.380 through this? This is OPT, and the numbers, quite frankly, are astonishing. Mark, can you walk us
00:32:30.900 through it? Sure. The H-1B visa is supposed to be a temporary visa, but that, as you can imagine,
00:32:38.060 is complete BS, but it's part of a pipeline. It actually starts with the admission of foreign 0.99
00:32:44.400 students in huge numbers. And India is the largest source of foreign students. And then
00:32:49.760 when they graduate, many of them use this OPT, it's called optional practical training.
00:32:56.820 And it's another lie because they stay under their student visa, but then get to work for
00:33:03.300 up to three years if they majored in some kind of STEM field. But they don't have to pay payroll
00:33:10.780 taxes because they're students. They're not real workers, supposedly. And then they are converted
00:33:17.100 often to H-1B. And the H-1Bs want to stay and get green cards eventually. So it's this pipeline of 0.59
00:33:26.560 foreign labor, patching together these different programs, all of which need to be clamped down 0.93
00:33:34.180 on. We need to take fewer foreign students. There's now no limit. Literally, colleges can 1.00
00:33:38.920 take an unlimited number of foreign students. OPT, this OPT bridge thing, is totally fake,
00:33:46.000 doesn't exist in the law. It's just made up by administrative fiat. That can just be eliminated.
00:33:53.200 And H-1B, if it's not going to be eliminated, which it probably should, should be significantly tightened and clamped down on.
00:34:00.780 The administration is doing some things in that direction, but, you know, it's slow, it's not enough.
00:34:09.840 And I think that's because there are real tensions within the White House.
00:34:14.200 There are people who want to clamp down on this ridiculous foreign worker program that harms especially young Americans.
00:34:22.440 But there's also a lot of, you know, sort of tech and business influence in the White House.
00:34:28.300 And that's pushing the other way.
00:34:29.700 So this is one of those areas, unlike, you know, deporting illegal aliens, where the administration is sending mixed messages.
00:34:41.480 It's just one. Let's go back. Can we put that graph up?
00:34:44.420 because the scale of this and particularly for young people coming out of college
00:34:48.080 they're facing a tough job market with artificial intelligence and and everything that's going on
00:34:53.660 particularly our best of the best the stem people the people have been doing it correctly since
00:34:59.520 they were in you know second grade taking the toughest courses taking the advanced placement
00:35:04.820 math taking the tough science courses going and getting hard degrees right not like the the gut
00:35:11.520 degree that i got to kind of cruise through college right so these people are hard working
00:35:17.820 they're the ones putting in the hours in the library they're facing they're the best and the
00:35:22.480 brightest and they're facing a brutal job market why would we ever this is what's mind-numbing how
00:35:29.720 can anybody take the tech bros or the globalist corporations in silicon valley of course they want
00:35:37.140 cheaper labor that gives them higher operating margins that means their stocks worth more that
00:35:41.840 means their stock options are worth more that has nothing to do with the country the country we need
00:35:48.400 our young people particularly young people that have been an example for everybody else
00:35:52.480 not goofing off not taking the easy courses taking the toughest courses the toughest programs 1.00
00:35:59.860 at the best schools can't find jobs and we're importing right in their face foreign labor and 0.95
00:36:06.460 If you go to Texas, let's be brutally frank. 1.00
00:36:09.420 Once the Indians get in, they hire Indians. 0.99
00:36:12.020 Once the Chinese get in, they're bringing in more Chinese. 0.99
00:36:14.720 This is what the tension that's building up out in a place called the hinterland, the country. 1.00
00:36:21.460 People are tired of it.
00:36:23.280 They're tired of being here five and six and seven generations and defending the country
00:36:28.200 and paying taxes and doing all those things that Edmund Burke said the little platoons do,
00:36:33.140 which is undergird the social system that we have that keeps it together this is why the the bond
00:36:41.120 market in the united states is the greatest capital market of all because the full faith and credit of
00:36:45.880 the united states is not the federal reserve it's not the treasury it's not the government it's not
00:36:50.120 capitol hill it's not wall street it's not the sec it's the full faith and credit of the freaking
00:36:55.840 people of the united states of america and what you're doing is you're stealing in front of their
00:37:02.220 eyes after they've played by the rules you're stealing the future of their children and it's
00:37:08.240 not acceptable and i don't want to hear that the tech bros want cheaper labor screw the tech bros
00:37:14.440 this is the problem you can't kowtow to the tech bros sir mark krikorian your thoughts yeah i mean
00:37:20.980 i don't disagree with you i'm just explaining what's going on in the administration and you
00:37:24.840 know let's let's face it let's not pretend that this isn't just an issue that this is just an
00:37:31.000 issue with tech bros fighting, you know, others in the staff. The president himself is ambivalent
00:37:38.260 about this. He actually believes some of these claims by the tech bros that these are the best
00:37:43.820 and brightest foreign workers, when in fact, most of them are kind of average. You know, 1.00
00:37:49.240 they're not doing jobs that any reasonably skilled American who does this stuff can do.
00:37:56.040 In fact, they've used legally, they have used H-1B visas to replace American workers.
00:38:02.460 That's actually explicitly permitted in the law.
00:38:06.100 So if these guys are so great, then why do they need to be trained by American workers 1.00
00:38:10.400 who are then fired and replaced by the H-1Bs? 0.99
00:38:13.720 The thing is, the whole thing is a scandal, and it's way past time for the Republican 0.93
00:38:19.940 Party to sort of get together and say, you know, this is not acceptable.
00:38:25.240 a few thousand a year something like that i don't know i mean i'm still against it
00:38:30.080 but numbers matter if this were a small problem yeah well i i don't disagree what i'm saying is
00:38:36.800 if it were small if you've got if you've got albert if you got albert if albert einstein
00:38:41.680 wanders in you'll figure out for albert einstein but the number is zero go back you said something
00:38:47.220 that that don't bury the lead the the opt that the students where the students come here on a
00:38:54.220 student visa and then they stick around they never leave right they want they get into this program
00:38:58.240 and then they slide and that's not under the h1b kind of limitations the hundred thousand dollars
00:39:04.140 they slide in and we underwrite it by giving them giving the companies a tax break this is so insane
00:39:09.900 but by administrative fiat we could just take an executive order and sign it and it all goes away
00:39:16.280 right you don't need to go to capitol hill i don't need to change any law i just sign it and they just
00:39:21.400 it just all disappears? Well, the way the law works now is that, yes, you do the regulation,
00:39:28.060 the executive order, and then it goes to court and then a judge decides whether you're allowed
00:39:32.060 to do it. But yes, Congress does not have to get involved or they could, but they don't have to
00:39:37.360 because it doesn't exist in the law. It's made up. And the lawsuits that would challenge getting
00:39:43.940 rid of OPT would say, well, you know, it's been around all this time and therefore, you know,
00:39:49.960 people have come to rely on it. So it'll be a fight to get to to limit or eliminate OPT. But
00:39:57.500 there's no reason you need to go to Congress to do it. The administration can start that fight
00:40:02.520 now. And I'm hearing that they are putting together regs to tighten up on OPT. But the
00:40:09.860 problem is, if they do that, they acknowledge its legitimacy. What they need to do is get rid of it.
00:40:15.220 it's not it's illegal it's not based in the law we don't want tight we don't yeah we don't want
00:40:20.520 tightening up it's not legitimate we need zeroing out and if albert einstein shows up at a college
00:40:25.880 you'll figure it out for albert einstein but that happens once a generation one billet per
00:40:31.040 generation other than that i mean i'll i will drive none i will drive to einstein's house and
00:40:36.380 give him his green card myself but how many einsteins does humanity create every year you
00:40:41.540 know. One a generation. Real quickly, on mass deportations, how do you think we're doing there
00:40:49.000 and the TPS, the Haitians, the dogs of Springfield? Want to know, Mark Krikorian, where you are,
00:40:55.560 what you're thinking is on the mass deportations of the TPS folks from Haiti in Springfield, Ohio?
00:41:03.140 A lot of people are frustrated with TPS that, you know, it's taken too long to unwind it, but
00:41:08.880 it takes patience. And the administration has been putting its head down and pushing forward
00:41:14.600 with all the lawsuits, fighting each one. And they've now won. And it's not just Haitians.
00:41:20.660 Remember, it's Venezuelans. I mean, there's a million and a half people, something like that,
00:41:24.220 under this temporary status. And they are now driving around and saying, OK, look, time to go.
00:41:31.820 And they're taking people into custody and sending them home. Obviously, ideally, what you want to do
00:41:37.380 is induce people to leave on their own because it's a lot cheaper and you can kind of leverage
00:41:43.520 one deportation to lead to five or 10 self-deportations. But you need to do that one
00:41:50.180 deportation to persuade the five or six or 10 others to pack up and leave before ICE comes for
00:41:57.600 them. So it's, you know, it's looking good. It's promising. You know, it's early days yet
00:42:02.760 uh in this um post tps situation but it's looking good so far
00:42:08.600 uh you said a main a main and a half by the way can you hang because i want to take a second
00:42:16.380 on the other side explain cis we've had a number of your experts on but you guys are kind of the
00:42:23.080 platinum standard as far as this goes and you've done such an incredible job and i want to make
00:42:28.000 sure that everybody particularly now as we get into these kind of gnarly fights of why is it not
00:42:33.420 happening quickly enough why why are we not doing more people need to be fully up on all the
00:42:38.460 information and one thing i can tell you from having all your people on uh and uh and of course
00:42:43.780 obviously the great todd benzeman for many many years uh the research you guys have done you're
00:42:49.320 the gold standard and and it's no brag just fact you're you're not uh partisans you're not
00:42:54.640 I mean, I'm here every time you come on, my hair gets on fire just because you lay the facts out and the facts are enough to drive anybody totally insane.

00:43:20.060 So Natalie Dominguez, then you can show you how for pennies a day you keep AI and cyber and rogue lawyers, accountants or rogue significant other from taking that title and monetizing it with maybe a hard money loan that you have to pay back.
00:43:36.700 Short break. Back in a moment.
00:43:38.540 October 15th, or as we say in the war room, 15 October.
00:43:42.840 As we head towards that date, that's the extension deadline for the IRS.
00:43:47.360 Here's something most Americans do not realize. The IRS already has a file on you. Every W-2, every 1099, every piece of tax information that's been reported to the government is sitting in what's called your IRS master file.
00:44:03.120 The question is, do you know what's in it before you file your return?
00:44:07.760 That's why I want you to check out our friends at Tax Network USA.
00:44:11.660 They'll pull out your official IRS master file before your return is prepared so that you can see exactly what the IRS already has on the record.
00:44:22.000 If you filed an October 15th extension, you can get your federal tax return repaired, plus your IRS file pulled for just $49.
00:44:32.080 And if you're self-employed, receive 1099 income, or own a business, they'll review your IRS file and prepare your federal tax return for just $300.
00:44:43.240 This special offer can save you hundreds of dollars while helping you file with confidence before the extension deadline.
00:44:50.240 Call 866-513-5516. That's 866-513-5516. Or visit tnusa.com slash Bannon. That's tnusa.com
00:45:04.520 slash Bannon for this special pricing. That's again tnusa.com slash Bannon. Remember, they can
00:45:12.740 pull the file for $49 and then file your return for $300. Do not miss this special offer. Take
00:45:19.520 advantage of it today. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance. Mark, before you bounce, give me a
00:45:30.220 minute or two on CIS where people should go. And when they go to the site, maybe if you could point
00:45:36.020 it, it's like, here's some of the things I think the audience ought to get, you know, ought to
00:45:39.700 fully understand your, you know, the H1B situation, maybe some current stuff you're working on,
00:45:43.880 because I think we've had four or five of your folks on the last three weeks.
00:45:48.660 And the feedback from the audience is just great.
00:45:51.580 But tell people where to go, because this is going to, as the run-up to the election,
00:45:56.240 and obviously, and I've advocated this from the beginning, the more you get back,
00:46:01.200 let Trump be Trump on border security, obviously, but mass deportations
00:46:06.720 and shutting down some of these phony legal immigration programs. 1.00
00:46:11.420 Like I say, I am adamant about, I think we need a 10-year moratorium on all immigration until we get this thing sorted because the nation's being overrun by foreigners. 1.00
00:46:24.300 Take your number two pencil out and write that down. 1.00
00:46:26.900 Nation being overrun by foreigners. 1.00
00:46:29.140 This is exactly why they don't want Save America Act passed. 1.00
00:46:32.780 This is why they don't want voter ID to be able to vote.
00:46:36.140 Mark Krikorian, CIS, what is it?
00:46:38.800 Where is it?
00:46:39.460 How do we use it best?
00:46:41.420 for the citizens of this country? We're a think tank center for immigration studies. We're online
00:46:47.280 at CIS.org. It's an easy thing to remember. I actually got that URL back in 1995, had to open
00:46:55.940 up the white pages to call up the place and check. And we have a blog every day. We've got,
00:47:02.320 as you can see there, one of our experts, Steve Camerata, our research director is testifying
00:47:07.440 right now, or has just testified on birth tourism. So what I would suggest is you check
00:47:14.720 every day for the blog, because almost every day we have new blog posts. And some of it's going to
00:47:20.880 be more technical than you're interested in, but we tell you kind of right at the beginning, the
00:47:24.860 first paragraph, kind of what's important and why this matters. And we deal with all kinds of issues.
00:47:30.980 We deal with H-1B. We deal with, you know, how many people are being deported.
00:47:36.920 We're actually not quite sure, but we have a panel next week on 9-11 because it's the 25th anniversary.
00:47:45.820 And then if you have a taste for snark and sarcasm, you can follow me on Twitter.
00:47:51.240 It's spelled X, but it's still pronounced Twitter at Mark S, as in Stephen, Mark S. Krikorian.
00:47:59.900 There you are.
00:48:01.600 Mark, thank you so much.
00:48:03.600 By the way, your Twitter feed, people get that into your Twitter feed because it is very, not just enlightening, quite humorous.
00:48:12.580 And you've got plenty of snark.
00:48:14.120 But go to CIS, take it, put it right on one of your homepage, put it on your homepage, and you will be rewarded immensely because the research is second to none, sir.
00:48:25.700 Really appreciate you.
00:48:26.740 Thank you, Steve.
00:48:27.320 Thank you for jumping in this morning.
00:48:29.440 Thanks.
00:48:29.840 Mark Krikorian saying, hey, stroke of a pen, OPT is gone.
00:48:34.600 Thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of jobs open up for American citizens.
00:48:40.180 Okay, Natasha Owens, incredibly moving tribute to Charlie Kirk.
00:48:45.780 Let's go ahead and play it in its entirety, and you can order it through Real America Music.
00:48:48.780 Charlie Kirk is a young man from Turning Point.
00:49:18.780 He didn't promise easy answers, didn't say the road was clear
00:49:25.640 Just said, come walk a little farther, truth is stronger than your fear
00:49:32.960 And somehow in the noise and doubt, he made us feel like we belonged
00:49:44.780 We miss you, Charlie
00:49:48.380 We still hear your song
00:49:52.480 You said, come with me
00:49:55.040 There's a world where truth is strong
00:49:58.700 We miss you, Charlie
00:50:02.080 You showed us how to see
00:50:05.520 A better world ahead of us
00:50:09.980 Born from belief
00:50:12.020 And imagination free
00:50:15.820 You saw more than one was broken
00:50:20.720 More than headlines, more than rage
00:50:23.860 And you saw hearts that needed courage
00:50:27.500 Not permission from the age
00:50:31.460 Think bigger than the moment
00:50:34.700 Don't let them shrink your mind
00:50:38.940 If you can see it, you can feel it
00:50:41.760 If you're willing to be kind
00:50:46.760 Now the room feels different somehow
00:50:51.760 Like a light still left on
00:50:57.760 We missed you time
00:51:00.760 But the door you opened stays
00:51:04.760 You said come with me, let's imagine unafraid
00:51:11.760 We missed you Charlie, you helped us all believe
00:51:17.760 That the future's not decided yet
00:51:22.760 It's waiting on the brave
00:51:25.760 If you want hope, just look around
00:51:29.760 Every voice you helped awaken
00:51:32.760 You said the world could be more honest
00:51:36.180 More free than what we're shown
00:51:39.440 So we're building what you saw back then
00:51:43.380 A place that feels like home
00:51:46.800 We miss you, Charlie
00:51:50.040 But we're not alone tonight
00:51:53.060 You said, come with me
00:51:56.800 There's a truth beyond the fight
00:52:01.260 We miss you Charlie
00:52:03.740 Your vision still runs free
00:52:06.900 Our world shaped by conviction and imagination
00:52:12.720 In you and me
00:52:18.020 In you and me
00:52:21.020 We miss you Charlie
00:52:27.660 Close your eyes
00:52:32.700 Take a step
00:52:35.180 It's closer than you think
00:52:57.660 Thank you. 0.70
00:53:27.660 in America first. But we've seen this before. Conservatives get comfortable and the left starts
00:53:32.980 taking background inch by inch. We cannot let that happen in these midterms. America needs every one
00:53:40.360 of us in the fight. And a big part of that means supporting companies that actually stand for our
