00:00:00.000this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on
00:00:10.960these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have
00:00:17.560had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything
00:00:21.300the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people
00:00:25.060like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people
00:00:32.880had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my
00:00:40.820country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k bann
00:00:48.040Ms. Donna Reagan, and I'm missing time with my grandbabies to be here today.
00:00:58.600I realize that if this trend continues of suppressing the vote of populations you deem unworthy,
00:01:06.120by the time my grandkids are old enough to vote, the obstacles may seem so insurmountable they
00:01:10.540don't even register, which might be the point. But I want them to go up in a country where0.72
00:01:15.280everyone's voice matters. I want them to know that they can vote in good politicians and vote
00:01:21.860out the corrupt ones. There's nothing I can say in mere seconds that will change your mind.
00:01:26.260We all know this forum is largely performative. We know that you already have made up your mind
00:01:31.900what you're going to do, and so have we. We, the people, will work like H-E double hockey sticks
00:01:38.240to vote out corrupt politicians from the top of the ticket to the bottom. The attempt to make it
00:01:43.200harder for millions of Texans to vote comes as Republicans in the state are openly panicking
00:01:47.680about Democratic Senate nominee James Tallarico's strong showing against the Republican nominee
00:01:52.700battled Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton as polls show Tallarico neck and neck with Paxton
00:01:58.400Donald Trump handpicked over sitting Senator John Cornyn Republicans are also sounding the alarm as
00:02:04.720Paxton trails Tallarico in fundraising and Donald Trump's long promised financial help is nowhere to
00:02:10.260be found. Republicans' baggage in the state and in the county does not stop there, as Donald
00:02:15.280Trump's political toxicity opens the door to political victories for Democrats that would
00:02:19.620have been unthinkable until now, and Tarrant County in particular. Democracy Docket reports
00:02:24.720that, quote, earlier this year, Texas Republicans were stunned when Democrat Taylor Rimet won a
00:02:30.480special election to fill a state Senate seat in Tarrant County. Tarrant County judge Republican
00:02:35.360Tim O'Hare, who leads the county government, is facing a serious challenger in his own
00:02:39.720re-election bid, Democratic County Commissioner Alyssa Simmons, whose district was dismantled by
00:02:44.680a mid-decade gerrymander O'Hare spearheaded last year. One activist warning that while it might
00:02:50.460have started in just one county, it is unlikely to stay there. Telling Spectrum News, quote,
00:02:55.720I think this is also a signal from the state as our demographics change in Texas, as more of our
00:03:00.780races get called toss-ups in national media, said Emily Eby French with Common Cause Texas.
00:03:05.400I think Tarrant County is a signal to the rest of Texas that they're going to try to suppress
00:03:10.240turnout if they aren't sure they're going to like the results. Jake, tell me, what was it like on
00:03:14.880the ground today? Yeah, well, Alicia, it's quiet out here now outside the courthouse, and that is
00:03:21.200because it is very crowded inside the courthouse. Earlier today, there were hundreds of people
00:03:25.840gathered where I'm standing right now on the steps of the courthouse protesting the meeting that
00:03:30.740would be taking place later today. We are hours into this meeting and it seems as though it is
00:03:36.000nowhere near being over yet. We have one of our intrepid desk assistants, Adam, right now watching
00:03:40.700what's happening inside of the courtroom. There are two overflow rooms, Alicia, crowded with people
00:03:45.820waiting to speak against this motion to drastically slash voting polls across this county. He has a
00:03:53.260tally going right now of how many people have spoken against it. 75 have spoken against this.
00:03:57.840only seven in this county have spoken in favor of basically one-third slashing of all voting
00:04:04.060polls in this county, this relatively red county. And as we talked with folks all throughout the
00:04:09.560day today, Alicia, something really notable they all said is the timing of this, the irony is not
00:04:14.440lost on them. They said it is very clear to them. They looked at the map themselves. We had people
00:04:18.140that we were talking to pulling up the map of where they live and the voting site near them
00:04:21.740being slashed and them having to go two, three, five, ten miles further. They said this is an
00:04:26.200intentional disenfranchisement of black people, of brown people, of people of a certain socioeconomic0.56
00:04:30.980status. The county officials, they're saying that it's more about consolidation of resources.
00:04:35.420The people on the ground here, they're not buying it. And I'll just say, Alicia,
00:04:39.340this is not a Trump rally or this is not some big politician that showed up here today. This is a
00:04:45.480local county commissioner's board meeting and hundreds of people on a Tuesday showed up and
00:04:50.200are in line to protest right now just to speak to the magnitude of this. People here are aware
00:04:54.820And they said they're not going to let it just come across.
00:04:57.260They're going to mobilize and do their best to do something about it.
00:04:59.940The Associated Press is reporting this.
00:05:02.000Quote, on Friday, the NAACP and the American Civil Liberties Union joined voting rights groups in signing a letter urging the county to reject the proposal,
00:05:10.220saying the closures would be strongly felt in areas with high percentages of minority voters.
00:05:15.200About a third of the county's residents are Hispanic and about 19.2 percent are black, according to census data.
00:05:22.680The argument for why Texas could turn blue has always come down to demographics.
00:05:28.180So it does not seem to be coincidental that this is happening in a county that has such a high number of black and Latino voters.
00:05:37.740That's right. It's an obvious power grab.1.00
00:05:43.140This is like something you would expect in North Korea or Kazakhstan or the worst era of Jim Crow.
00:05:56.280They're slashing polling places to disenfranchise the voters that they don't want to have heard.0.61
00:06:07.580And it's not legal under Texas law.1.00
00:06:13.140You're not allowed to just discard polling places because you don't want black and brown voters to express their choices.
00:06:23.500There's strict limitations. You can do it right after redistricting.1.00
00:06:27.040But that happened already. There's no new redistricting to allow this.
00:06:31.620There's proportionality requirements. This flouts the law, Alicia.
00:06:36.520And I was talking to our client at Democracy Defenders Fund and Action, where we've done over 300 cases, many of these election cases, LULAC, our nation's oldest and largest Latino civil rights organization.
00:06:53.200They have data that proves this is wrong, this is illegal, and all legal options are on the table if a course is not reversed by these anti-American officials.
00:07:08.980tuesday 1 september the year of our lord 2026 you think uh texas the fight over texas as the jewel
00:07:20.840of the crown of our republic and wait for it tarrant county ever heard that before i think
00:07:27.240we've been in and out of tarrant county uh a couple of three times over the last four or five
00:07:31.660years firestorm in tarrant county as the commission county commission sits there and thinks about hey
00:07:37.880we get more organized uh too many polling places we got to get organized for this upcoming election
00:07:43.800and they're discussing maybe dropping some uh polling places the left is out there non-stop
00:07:49.640in an absolute fit throwing their toys at the pram yesterday we had an individual running for
00:07:56.280county commission in dallas county he told you there's i think four polling places in mosque in
00:08:05.160islamic centers the democrats are trying to get more in there why because they're harvesting the
00:08:10.500votes voting in block uh the sharia law a crowd uh we've got uh also a situation about the uh
00:08:18.740the post office and mail-in ballots the uh viceroy is going to join us here momentarily i got
00:08:25.240mccabe at the white house big briefing today with big oil we're going to find out what that means
00:08:31.160for you and what it means for the midterms but first i want to go to brandon hall brandon talk
00:08:36.600about texas yesterday this thing was quite and we haven't gotten the footage yet because i understand
00:08:41.220the state hasn't put it up i think we're trying to cut it now yesterday as in all things texas
00:08:47.660and this islamic invasion and by the way the part of this thing in tarrant county is about that
00:08:52.800folks just understand this um that was pretty brutal yesterday i talked to frank gaffney frank0.59
00:08:59.420was there and testified he said it was pretty ugly that the uh the muslim a lot of the muslim
00:09:05.480or the defenders of islam uh got in people's faces uh they kind of the mask kind of dropped
00:09:13.200your thoughts and and where do we stand now but talk to me about yesterday because i want to make
00:09:17.180sure everybody understands that these are wolves in wolves clothing sir steve yesterday was wild
00:09:26.160Frank Gaffney was correct about that. We had Muslim testifiers flood the board. And of course,1.00
00:09:32.400they didn't just show up randomly on their own. They're being organized by a domestic or a foreign
00:09:37.340terrorist organization, the Council on American Islamic Relations, but they were really out in
00:09:41.840force. And I think the reason why, I know the reason why is my Mohammed amendments from the
00:09:47.120last meeting where we're talking about describing for our students early Islam in terms of0.54
00:09:53.280of Mohammed's brutal military campaigns against Christian and Jewish tribes and about his just his brutal practices, the normalization of slavery, the taking of female captives as sex slaves.0.87
00:10:05.320And so, of course, in Islam, they considered that an insult to their prophet, even though it's just accurate history.
00:10:11.340That's important for our students to understand the nature of major world religion.0.91
00:10:16.240And so really, I think that's why we saw them turn out in force.
00:10:20.160It's kind of like kicking East Texas fire ant hill.
00:10:24.080And but we were able to get a good, you know, coming out of that into today, we were able to give initial approval to those world history standards for high school.
00:10:32.780They actually do include that Mohammed Amendment, as well as a jihad amendment that talks about how jihad was used to spread Islam throughout the world and conquer Christian land.
00:10:41.680So we're getting good results. We've been able to hold the line, but it hasn't been easy.0.90
00:10:45.880why and i want to talk about their attitude yesterday why even concede them that it's got
00:10:52.420to go in the textbooks i mean i got through grade school and i went to some pretty good
00:10:57.240you know colleges and postgraduate school and master's degree um you know i didn't if my uh
00:11:05.480my textbooks when i was young even when i went to military prep school catholic military prep school
00:11:10.900there wasn't we weren't studying uh we weren't studying islam we weren't doing competitive
00:11:15.880religion why is it even the books at all the only thing you have to have in an american history book
00:11:20.500in high school about islam is uh john adams and thomas jefferson saying hey the barbary pirates0.98
00:11:26.040are are slavers right they're white slavers and uh we're gonna we're gonna blow them up they're0.96
00:11:31.700not gonna take our ships uh we're gonna be an independent country besides that i don't even0.98
00:11:36.640know why you have to talk about uh islam that can be in an ap class when you get to college you can
00:11:42.720find out about their takeover of persia and egypt and africa by warlike means their incursion into
00:11:49.780spain and of course them getting beaten back at vienna and tours and other places the reconquista0.83
00:11:55.100but why why get into why why should a kid in texas have to even understand about muhammad who cares
00:12:02.760right if you're down there you're if you're a christian down in texas you're a citizen of texas
00:12:08.520why do i need a public in a public school a textbook that says anything about muhammad who
00:12:13.540gives a damn shouldn't even be mentioned why are we conceding ground to them already that you've
00:12:18.340realized what you're trying to do is trying to get the details in there but why do it why just
00:12:22.600taking a racer i go hey how about this not going to mention it they want to learn about in college
00:12:27.060that's up to them, sir. Yeah, well, in U.S. history, the only time that Islam is mentioned
00:12:33.880is when we do talk about the Barbary Pirates and the Barbary Powers Wars, which haven't been
00:12:39.440talked about in the state of Texas for a really long time. That'll be new. And then when we start
00:12:43.480talking about terrorism in more of the modern era, we talk about 9-11. That's where it's mentioned
00:12:49.000in American history. In world history, I felt like it was important because we are facing an invasion
00:12:54.240in our country of Islam. And so this is something our students are dealing with all the time,1.00
00:12:58.760and they're facing a ton of propaganda and indoctrination coming from the media, social
00:13:03.400media, that these immigrants are, you know, innocuous, and that they're just here to be
00:13:09.020part of America. And what I really want to show them is this is not the religion of peace.0.99
00:13:13.920This is a barbaric cult, and that Mohammed was a very brutal and violent person,0.82
00:13:19.760a terrible person who married a nine-year-old little girl. I think it's important for our0.99
00:13:23.600students to understand that because they're really going to be dealing with this issue going forward
00:13:26.960so that they can see we have 1400 years of documented history when they show up on your
00:13:31.340doorstep they're not here to assimilate they're here to take over uh that's a brilliant response
00:13:38.660what year in high school do they do world history in in texas is a sophomore junior year
00:13:47.080okay fine you're gonna have it in the brain and hang on for one second i do there's more
00:13:52.780I want to talk to you about on what happened yesterday because it was it's an eye opener.
00:13:58.400Remember, we still have not gotten a response from Texas officials of why care a a group that's been identified by the United Arab Emirates as a terrorist organization that has been designated by the president.
00:14:12.640the United States in certain parts of the world as a, wait for it, terrorist organization that
00:14:18.100has been deemed by the governor of the free state of Florida, DeSantis, as a terrorist organization
00:14:23.840has been deemed by the governor of Texas, Governor Abbott, as a terrorist organization. Why are they
00:14:29.880not treated as a terrorist organization? Why can they go and disrupt and be quite disruptive
00:14:34.700yesterday in the Texas statehouse and bother people with all these kind of phony, drummed up
00:14:41.620amendments they want to do and things they want to take out of what Brandon Hall and and Julie
00:14:47.420Pickering and others are trying to make sure they get the books to learn them up right teach them
00:14:52.640right in the great state of Texas short break back in a moment you don't wait until your house
00:15:01.120is on fire to install a smoke detector and you don't wait until the wind and rain hammer your
00:15:06.640windows and the power goes out to prepare for a hurricane and you don't reach for your seat belt
00:15:13.520after the impact because after the crash the hurricane or the house fire it's too late similarly
00:15:20.200you don't wait until the dollar goes to zero before you buy gold it's too late then diversify
00:15:26.220with precious metals and diversify now because you never know what will threaten your savings next
00:15:32.740persistent inflation a weakening dollar unexpected financial disruptions you don't know what's coming
00:15:38.780but you can take preventative steps and you can take them today do that right now by requesting
00:15:44.280a free information kit on gold from my friends at birch gold group just text my name bannon b-a-n-n-o-n
00:15:52.000to the number 989898 there is no cost and no obligation just straightforward information on
00:15:58.420how you can diversify your savings, even an IRA or 401k with gold.
00:19:03.380Some described this new USPS process internally as a, quote, bleep show.
00:19:08.020MS now has reached out to the U.S. Postal Service for comment, but is this all as damning as it
00:19:13.380sounds? Yeah, it's not just as damning as it seems, but also, if you read the whistleblower
00:19:19.720report, suggests that it may be in violation of court orders, right? I mean, the other part of
00:19:25.780what the whistleblower goes into is how, you know, they were ordered to stop building the system and
00:19:32.280then told to start again. And when you take that with what you just said, which is this idea that
00:19:39.600if a single name doesn't match a single name, then the entire batch gets rejected. The example
00:19:46.020that you use of 10,000 ballots could be 100,000 ballots, could be 500,000 ballots. I don't think
00:19:51.460we can see this as a design flaw. I think that this is actually the feature that Donald Trump
00:19:58.580has wanted, right? Donald Trump wants a system that disenfranchises mail-in voters, not one
00:20:03.980here, one there, but rather, you know, hundreds of thousands at a time. And that is the system
00:20:09.240that the Postal Service built after it responded to his executive order to do so. So I think this
00:20:17.220is damning. I think this is an assault on democracy. I think this may be in violation of court orders.
00:20:23.440And it's something we need to take very, very seriously.
00:20:25.700If this is in violation of court orders and you mentioned the whistleblower report, I just want to say for anyone who wants to read it is available on the World Wide Web.
00:20:32.760It is 20 pages. It details very specifically all of the problems.
00:20:36.980The fact that some of this stuff was given four days to test the whistleblower saying that simply was not enough.
00:20:42.780Mark, if they are in violation of court orders, what would repercussions look like?
00:20:47.940Look, we hope there are repercussions. I mean, the fact is that my dog is really upset with the repercussions.
00:20:54.380there there will be repercussions um the fact is that this is an administration that too often
00:21:00.500ignores court orders and and gets away with it and in this instance where democracy and a lot
00:21:06.320so much almost so much mark elias i can take the afternoon davis wants to watch this whole thing
00:21:13.560but we're going to cut in mike they got a whistleblower and in mail-in ballots i think
00:21:19.060i think start going out like on the fourth or they get certain you know they start shipping them
00:21:24.040uh the post office they're not happy about this what what why is the left so concerned about
00:21:31.020mail-in ballots that you don't have to show your id for because the democrats have perfected
00:21:37.240election fraud through our mail system and that's why they're freaking out because president trump
00:21:44.740issued an executive order to bring transparency and accountability with mail ballots so we don't
00:21:52.740have mass ballot fraud, mass election fraud. It's pretty simple. President Trump has told his
00:22:01.240postal service, his attorney general, his DHS secretary to come up with a plan to make sure
00:22:08.140that we are only mailing ballots for federal elections to U.S. citizens. That's pretty
00:22:15.140commonsensical because it is a federal felony for non-citizens to vote in federal elections.0.75
00:22:22.860And our postal service, our postal workers should not be duped into participating in a mass
00:22:30.760mail fraud felony by delivering mail ballots to non-citizens and others who are not eligible to
00:22:37.480vote. So President Trump has told them to come up with a plan where the states send up their
00:22:44.720voter lists. And we make sure with DHS that these are American citizens. That's pretty
00:22:52.320commonsensical. We want to make sure we're not disenfranchising American citizens by having
00:22:59.380their votes canceled by illegal votes by illegal aliens, by non-citizens. Well, of course,
00:23:06.180the Democrats don't like that because they are winning elections through mass mailing votes
00:23:12.660and having non-citizens illegally vote in their elections.
00:23:39.700You go into the voting booth and you go vote.
00:23:41.920like we used to do for 250 years before now go get in line go get in line go get in line and
00:23:48.480vote in a thing what they know they can steal elections from mail-in ballots that's where
00:23:53.620they're in meltdown because the phony voters they have can't show up and get in line and vote like
00:23:59.680everybody else correct yeah i mean it's it's hard for dead people to show up at the polls
00:24:04.400right and it's the non-citizens are scared to show up at the polls because they're afraid
00:24:09.000that ICE is going to pick them off and send them back to Guatemala as they should, right?0.98
00:24:12.920So if you are terrified of accountability with mail ballots, maybe you have something to hide,0.80
00:24:21.520Democrats. Maybe you know that you're working with your Democrat election officials in these
00:24:27.800Democrat states and swing states, frankly, these county Democrat officials in swing states,
00:24:32.760And you're mass mailing ballots through our postal service to illegal aliens, non-citizens, illegal voters. You know that, right? And that's why you are terrified to have barcodes put on these ballots and these envelopes and to run the voter database in these states against the citizenship database with DHS because you're committing fraud, right?0.72
00:24:56.880It's called spoliation of evidence in litigation.
00:25:01.600In courtrooms across America, when you hide evidence, when you destroy evidence, you can presume, the judge tells the parties, the jury, that the evidence is bad for the party who is hiding or destroying the evidence.
00:25:16.220That's what Democrats are doing with these mail ballots.
00:25:19.680They are hiding the evidence of non-citizens and other illegal voters because they know it's bad for them.
00:25:26.880mike they're gonna they've already said they're getting lawsuits ready to take
00:25:31.840president trump in the post office to to court it's not gonna be that easy for them right
00:25:36.960president trump's gonna win this one well you're gonna get a democrat activist judge putting an
00:25:42.500injunction to try to run out the clock like they've done several times in the past again here's the
00:25:48.520recourse here's that here's the recourse on an injunction this is what the justice department
00:25:53.660should argue. There is recourse. If you do not get your mail ballot through the postal service,
00:25:59.720you can walk into many polling places in your precinct and vote in person, right? That's
00:26:06.580pretty simple. You're not being disenfranchised. We're making sure that non-citizens,
00:26:12.300other illegal voters are not disenfranchising American citizens.
00:26:16.840mike uh they've got four mosques in dallas county we had barry warnick on yesterday running for

00:26:33.780management of it the left is going crazy um the save america act it's going to be talked at the
00:26:39.460convention next week but it's too late to implement is anything is what can president
00:26:43.900Trump take his action to make sure that we can at least get the voter ID? If it's too late for
00:26:49.900the voter rolls just to get ID that you have to have a U.S. government ID or a positive ID to
00:26:56.480actually vote, how do we do that? Well, I would have ICE agents and other federal law enforcement
00:27:03.140at every polling place across America, and that should only scare away non-citizens. And guess1.00
00:27:11.340what non-citizens are not allowed to vote in federal elections and in most state elections,0.88
00:27:18.260right? So I would deploy ICE. I would deploy CBP. I would deploy federal law of FBI to every0.86
00:27:26.720precinct across America. And if you have an illegal alien from some third world country1.00
00:27:33.540who should not be voting, that would serve as a powerful deterrent to them.

00:32:00.360What happened was that the CIA got a briefing from Scott Gottlieb, who was the former commissioner of the FDA, who was then working for Pfizer, but he also served on some capacity with the CIA as an external advisory group.
00:32:18.980And he briefed them sometime in early May 2020 about the situation with the pandemic.
00:32:26.800Now, keep in mind, we've been locked down for about six weeks on Gottlieb's advice, which he advised Jared Kushner to lock down harder than he thinks he should, make it really painful for the people.
00:40:57.680But crucially, they were saying, Scott Gottlieb was saying things in private to the CIA, and the CIA knew it, that they were not sharing with the American people or even the U.S. president at the time.
