00:01:08.800 ballot executive order temporarily proceed. How do you see them ruling on this? It's hard to say,

00:01:15.080 Alicia. Obviously, if the court is following the Constitution and following statutes,

00:01:20.280 This whole episode raises a lot of red flags.

00:01:23.600 Certainly, the whole idea of federalizing elections flies in the face of what the Constitution prescribes.

00:01:29.960 And there are various statutes that provide protections for the data of American citizens and for all of the reasons that Jason just suggested.

00:01:38.600 But as you say, this is a court that has been very amenable to this administration's request, especially when those requests are made on the shadow docket.

00:01:49.400 They tell us that these orders are interim orders, intermittent orders, and that this case may wend its way back to the court.

00:01:58.260 But in the final analysis, their decisions, even on this shadow docket, this interim docket, have real consequences because it allows the administration to continue doing what it is doing.

00:02:31.340 They don't have any official party business to address nor any formal votes to cast.

00:02:41.780 a few Republicans will soon begin what can be described as a celebration of for and by Donald

00:02:47.300 J. Trump. In addition to the privilege of hearing him speak twice in two days, attendees will be

00:02:53.840 provided the opportunity, for example, to take a photo with him, reportedly for the sum of $86,000

00:03:00.340 to do that. If they want more, they want face-to-face time, they can pay to attend a round

00:03:06.300 table with Trump. They hand over a quarter of a million dollars if they want to do that.

00:03:10.460 That is on top of the $25,000 it costs just to be at the convention in the first place.

00:03:58.440 now? Quote, hopefully nobody notices the embarrassing show. I don't think it will matter.

00:04:04.320 No one knows about it. No enthusiasm. And it's during football. Only D.C. people care.

00:04:11.120 So while all the people who got angry at Bad Money's Super Bowl halftime performance gathered

00:04:15.660 to hear Donald Trump talk about himself for a couple of hours this evening, the other 99 percent

00:33:05.440 anybody. And so they just, they want their country back. They want the country that they were

00:33:11.080 promised. And so, you know, my, my position is we have to remove these people from the country.

00:33:17.080 It's the only way we're going to save the country. You know, you can't have a nation without its people and you can't protect the people without borders and order and those kinds of things.

00:33:26.080 And so we have to remove a lot of people who shouldn't be here.

00:33:30.660 By the way, but is the Republican establishment in Texas, are they down with the Beau French plan and listening to young people about this?

00:33:40.340 Where do we stand with that? Where do we stand with a whole of like party, whole of government approach in the great state of Texas, which is, as you know, the jewel in the crown of the union, sir?

00:34:43.660 people who are engaged in texas is the number one issue wait wait wait wait are you did you just

00:34:48.700 tell me that in texas immigration is pulling above guns in texas among the grassroots uh

00:34:57.380 in texas it was 98 98 percent in texas uh 2a was like 96 steve i want to tell you that that that's

00:35:05.680 guns in texas are coming in seconds to mass deportations just saying just saying as as a

00:35:12.620 yank let me let me uh you got the you got we had the sharia law prohibiting sharia law which as you

00:35:18.820 know got over two million votes or near two million votes with no money in back of it people

00:35:23.080 in Texas stepped up. I think this rejuvenated Paxton's campaign. But Caroline, I want you first

00:35:28.220 and then French and then Posobiec. It's obvious, like H-1B visas, we gave people a permission

00:35:35.040 structure to talk about the Islamic invasion in Texas in the primary season. But when I was down

00:35:40.560 there for three months with the Patriot Mobile folks, one thing that came evident to me that H-1B

00:35:45.340 visas is maybe as big an issue or close to it. It came to my attention that Scott Besson,

00:35:51.520 People over Treasury and other people associated with mortgages and financing of mortgages, 5% of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, 5% of those loans go to H-1B visa holders.

00:36:43.840 to hear about from these stages because they are doing these things that we've been talking about

00:36:47.280 forever. A lot of them, they actually are doing. And so I thought the fee structure on the H-1B

00:36:51.460 visas was a brilliant idea. Can they go further? Yes. I'm sure he probably will after the midterms,

00:36:56.380 but I mean, it's not, it's not that he's done nothing. This is why I'm kind of so optimistic

00:37:00.600 today and excited about this administration. I'm a Texan and I, you know, grew up here and

00:37:05.380 I now get to see for the first time, what an unbelievable ticket we have. Beau French,
