00:04:05.820event over the next couple of days. I'm going to toss it to you. Of course, I'm going to be
00:04:09.760riding shotgun. Frank Gaffney, the next couple of hours, what are we going to be doing?

00:05:32.560accountability, but accommodation. Not the robust defense of the United States against
00:05:43.100an enemy that has been at war with us. Certainly, most especially, since it embraced this idea of
00:05:52.620Unrestricted Warfare, Steve, as you know, back in the early 1990s, made it public with a book
00:06:00.580by that name, Unrestricted Warfare, by two top Chinese colonels at the time.
00:06:09.320That book then gave rise to an awareness, I think, or should have been an awareness on our part as
00:06:18.220to the extent to which they were literally going to stop at nothing, with the possible exception of
00:06:24.020kinetic warfare, simply because they weren't ready for it yet, to try to take us down. And then,
00:06:30.240of course, that was augmented or compounded, one might say, in May of 2019, when the Chinese
00:06:36.880Communist Party announced on the pages of People's Daily, no less, that it was going to begin a whole
00:06:44.640of society, people's war against the United States of America. And what we're talking about
00:06:53.100with, I think it's 16 or so of our top experts on the subject is, what is that translated into
00:07:03.180in terms of damage done to this country, in terms of loss of jobs, loss of national treasure,
00:07:12.040loss, not least, of lives. In fact, I think it's fair to say that on Xi Jinping's watch,
00:07:20.040the Chinese Communist Party's regime has actually killed more Americans than any of our0.87
00:07:29.700foreign adversaries in any of the nation's wars put together, which is saying something.
00:07:39.080It's well over a million and a half people by my calculations.
00:07:41.980So the point is that what we are talking about, Steve, is will the Chinese state visit ignore all of that?
00:07:53.300Or will it be informed by it and will it respond to it as it should with accountability?
00:07:59.660At a bare minimum, an end to this unrestricted warfare against us.
00:08:04.960if they are to be warranting any kind of accommodations at all.
00:08:13.640Frank, real quickly, go back to, because I want people to understand the inciting incident on this was May of 2019,
00:08:23.400but that's after President Trump with Bob Lighthizer and Peter Navarro spent two years working through a trade deal
00:08:32.160That would have cured or at least started to cure the original seven of what we call the seven original sins of the CCP's economy, including state owned industries, massive overcapacity, the way to to basically suppress wages throughout the world.
00:08:48.300many, many others counterfeiting all of it. After two years of negotiation, after Xi
00:08:53.580had the first, I think, Shanghai Cooperation Group meeting on One Belt, One Road with Putin there
00:09:00.680and others, he and Wan Shishan, after the meeting, decided to, they felt it was so successful and
00:09:07.480they were going to run the British East India model in reverse with predatory capitalism,
00:09:12.540that they tore it up and kind of had told Li Hu,

00:09:18.560it's a great sign, we're going to tear it up.

00:17:53.020So he aspires for Mamdani to be a great mayor, and he's very friendly, and Americans would like that to be true.

00:36:13.840a single man-made stock market crash, a single computer virus invasion, or a single rumor or
00:36:19.160scandal that moves an enemy's exchange rate, they said that's a new weapon. If a war can be started
00:36:24.080in a stock exchange, is there any place that isn't a battlefield? And their answer, the battlefield
00:36:28.860is everywhere. In December 2010, in their house organ of the Central Committee, here's a quote,
00:36:35.400what is the most powerful weapon China has today? It's our economic power, especially our foreign
00:36:39.640exchange reserves. The plan was spelled out. Sell U.S. debt, stop buying our debt, so the dollar
00:36:45.480falls, other nations follow, and America will start to fear us. Basically, they had 10% of our
00:36:52.480outstanding foreign debt at the peak. They have about 2% of our outstanding foreign debt now.
00:36:57.440So when you look at the things that they're doing economically, you see intellectual property theft,
00:37:02.320the largest wealth transfer in human history. Every American industry has been hit. Hacking,
00:37:07.640whether it's OPM, Equifax, Anthem, Volt Typhoon, all sitting inside our power and water systems
00:37:13.700right now, a single computer virus invasion, as they described in 1999. Trade, they've dumped
00:37:20.080industries to hollow out steel, solar, shipbuilding, pharmaceuticals with choke points on rare earth
00:37:26.180minerals, antibiotics, and chip inputs. They've manipulated markets. I documented this from 2008
00:37:32.340and on. I wrote the Pentagon report that said that they were doing this. Infiltration. PLA companies
00:37:38.040have gotten onto our stock exchanges, into our pension funds, so that we're literally financing
00:37:43.020them with our investment dollars. Wall Street has acted as Beijing's lobby. And now our debt. We
00:37:49.220have over $40 trillion in debt. They see that as our greatest vulnerability. And they're working
00:37:54.080around the world to dethrone the dollars as the reserve currency. This currency warfare has been
00:38:00.440going on. Now, we have some good news. Saudi Arabia just pulled out of the Enbridge system
00:38:05.320that that's their alternative to our Western system known as SWIFT. And that's positive.1.00
00:38:11.540But don't relax. Enbridge volume has passed $55 billion, up from roughly 25. It's a hundredfold
00:38:20.800increase just since 2022. And Macau just joined it. Their endgame is de-dollarization. They want
00:38:29.200to end the dollar so that our paper dollars are worthless like they are in Zimbabwe or Venezuela
00:38:34.580or Weimar, Germany. This isn't inevitable, but it is unless we begin to address the fact that we are
