00:03:26.760 And rereading parts of the 9-11 Commission report was very important because a couple of things that they called out were the lack of information sharing that a wall was erected intentionally by Clinton's Justice Department to prevent sharing of information between the intelligence community and law enforcement, but also the inability to spot the dots and to connect them.

00:03:56.000 You combine that with James Mitchell, who was a CIA contractor, and he interrogated Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, KSM, the mastermind behind the attacks, and KSM told us kind of what we're now living, and that is they didn't need to do more grandiose attacks using planes.

00:06:03.700 Open Society Foundation staff were touting, bragging, excited about the mass migration that

00:06:11.820 was occurring at that time. It was mostly out of Syria and into Western European countries.

00:06:17.040 But they talked about how other big donors could take advantage of this and were interested in this and how this was an opportunity to normalize mass migration and basically to use the refugee process, quote unquote refugees, to make all this happen.

00:06:35.200 And so that foretold then what we just lived through during the Biden administration, when many of these same NGOs funded, trained, transported the masses from all over the world to the U.S. and then throughout the U.S.

00:16:31.940 about this supposed terrorist attack at this American Air Force base in the United Kingdom.

00:16:40.760 Just a couple of moments ago, in fact, we got a notification that the police had released on bail the people that they had arrested yesterday near RAF Fairford, which is that joint U.S.-U.K. base where they base the U.S. bombers out of.

00:16:57.580 And it's a bizarre situation because obviously we're used to the police in this country, kind of slow rolling information as it pertains to issues like this, even when there is a massive public interest and obviously massive public threat.

00:17:12.500 they had evacuated the local area. People had to stay in hotels last night, and today they come out

00:17:17.180 and they say that the investigation isn't over, but these men have been released on bail, although

00:17:24.040 they also have stringent conditions on their movement and stringent conditions on contact

00:17:32.320 with others. The police concluded by saying they're now pursuing multiple lines of inquiry.

00:17:39.100 or if they're released on bail you have to be charged with something right you have to be

00:17:45.340 charged to then set a bail do we know have they released what they were actually charged with

00:17:51.040 yeah they have said that they were charged with um the uh attempt uh to uh uh effectively

00:18:00.400 produce a terror attack uh that can be several things by the way that can be

00:18:05.800 an explosives charge, in that they simply were driving around with explosives they weren't

00:18:11.300 supposed to have. The terror legislation in this country is quite broad and can pertain to all

00:18:16.660 sorts of things. But they were driving these fuel vans, these three fuel vans around. And it's not

00:18:23.560 clear that they were real company vans. The press in this country has attempted to find the company

00:18:29.500 that was listed on the side of the vehicles. There is no such company. And so the whole situation

00:19:16.720 this was heard in Westminster Magistrates Court. And Westminster Magistrates Court,

00:19:20.960 one of the magistrates there, one of the judges, is a chap called Tanwir Ikram. And Tanwir Ikram

00:19:27.280 last year released, or rather they were charged and sentenced these Palestine solidarity activists

00:19:37.360 in London who were marching around with Hamas-style paragliders. They were subsequently

00:19:45.000 found guilty of doing that, but the magistrate, this Tanwar Ikram, effectively sentenced them to

00:19:52.900 a 12-month conditional discharge, which meant they served no time for the crime they were found

00:20:01.140 guilty of. Another terror legislation charge, by the way. And to add to that one of the most

00:20:10.700 heinous things I think I've seen in a long time, this magistrate, Tanwe Ekram, was then found

00:20:17.460 having liked a post on LinkedIn, and I'm going to read it to you here, that said, 0.83

00:20:23.000 free, free Palestine to the Israeli terrorists, both in the United Kingdom, the United States, 0.60

00:20:28.480 and of course, Israel, you can run, you can bomb, but you cannot hide. Justice will be coming for 0.83

00:20:34.800 you. He wasn't reprimanded. He said that he simply made a mistake in liking that post. And so I'm

00:20:42.360 not accusing Tanwar Ikram of doing anything in this case. In fact, I don't even know yet if he

00:20:47.720 was the magistrate in this case. But that gives you, and it's a very small magistrate's court,

00:20:52.740 it gives you an example of precisely how the court system works here in London.

00:21:00.040 It's small, but a lot of important cases come because of Westminster. How are magistrate

00:21:04.880 judges selected? Is this a labor government selecting these? Is there some sort of process

00:21:09.820 of their selection, that they have to go through confirmation like you do here in the States and

00:21:14.240 get blue slip here so that the minority in this case, Nigel Farage or the Tory party can stand up

00:21:22.380 to it? How are these judges picked? You know, that's a question for the legally minded. I'm

00:21:28.200 not entirely aware of how the magistrates court select their magistrates. But the fact that he

00:21:34.460 was caught doing this and faced no penalty, suggests that the court system itself, and of

00:21:40.660 course, people know this. One of the things you hear all over this country at the moment is that

00:21:45.320 there isn't an effective sentencing council. There isn't an effective court system. The

00:21:51.920 backlog is extraordinary. We have no prison places left in this country. And the Labour

00:21:57.140 government refuses to build any more capacity. It's a broken system, a completely broken system.

00:22:04.460 And so to remove these people, I'm sure, would be extremely, extremely difficult.

00:22:10.440 We still get videos all the time that Christians praying outside of abortion centers are rounded up.

00:22:17.000 Tommy Robinson, I think, was stopped the other day for like the fourth time.
