00:00:00.000 On the air today, we are following some breaking news. The Associated Press is reporting that
00:00:04.220 federal agents searched the home of Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar this morning. That's
00:00:09.040 according to people familiar with the matter. The Justice Department says that Homeland Security
00:00:13.280 carried out the search as part of a criminal investigation. We are still waiting to hear
00:00:18.140 more details about this. Omar, of course, has been a prominent critic of Donald Trump since
00:00:23.080 she joined Congress in 2018. She's been a constant target of both Trump and the Republican Party.
00:00:28.760 This is a fast breaking story, but I've got a statement from a DOJ official acknowledging this law enforcement activity by Homeland Security Investigations, which is a part of DHS in the Washington, D.C. area.
00:00:41.320 This is in response to my inquiry about what's happening at Representative Omar's home.
00:00:45.380 So they're saying that this was a judicially authorized search warrant pursued by the Department of Justice being executed by agents of Homeland Security Investigation, which is a part of DHS.
00:00:56.300 And we're continuing to report this out. Fox News is reporting that this that this investigation stems from a question about paperwork filled out, immigration paperwork filled out by her father when she was a child.
00:01:09.800 As everyone knows, there's been a longstanding controversy, mostly in right-wing circles, about Ilhan Omar's immigration providence and whether she's in the country legally, whether the steps she took when she arrived here as a refugee, as a child, whether all the paperwork was proper.
00:01:27.300 It's been simmering in right-wing media and conservative circles for years.
00:01:31.560 But it appears that somehow the Department of Justice has secured a warrant to conduct this search.
00:01:37.420 That's a big step that requires a judge to determine that there's probable cause to believe that there's evidence of a crime at this location, which would be her home in the D.C. area.
00:01:48.660 It doesn't mean that it's definitive, but it means that there was enough that they showed a judge.
00:01:52.300 And we saw in the past when the Justice Department secured a warrant for the FBI to go and seize ballots in Fulton County.
00:01:58.260 When we look at the affidavit for the search warrant, we saw that it was based largely on debunked conspiracy theories.
00:02:03.820 We will not see this affidavit for some time.
00:02:05.820 likely it's it's been it's under seal that's the standard procedure for these kind of things
00:02:09.800 so we don't know exactly what this is based on what facts they have but but that's what we're
00:02:15.360 being told by officials that it's related to an immigration related investigation into her status
00:02:19.960 in the country situation and and i think it's probably inappropriate to speculate too far ahead
00:02:25.080 but i i do think that there's a potential certainly in minnesota for this to be a rallying point for
00:02:31.500 Democrats, who, at least in that Senate race, have been a little bit on their back feet
00:02:36.180 ever since the fraud scandal first came to national prominence earlier this year.
00:02:42.640 Look, I think there's a real possibility that this could be a moment for Democrats to get
00:02:48.340 their act together in Minnesota and rally behind their nominee for Senate, Peggy Flanagan,
00:02:53.220 their nominee for governor, Amy Klobuchar. Of course, if this investigation proceeds and
00:02:57.380 something truly damning comes out, it could have the opposite effect here. By and large, though,
00:03:02.240 I don't really think voters are looking at, you know, a 20 year old or 30 year old immigration
00:03:07.480 paperwork as the defining issue of this midterm in Minnesota or elsewhere. 0.79
00:03:12.440 Bribed. And the doctor. Well, he's not really a doctor. He's says he's a physician. Not
00:03:17.700 can't. Matter of fact, if somebody came into his office and he tried to treat that patient,
00:03:21.840 he'd go to jail. So listen to this guy and what he's trying to sell here today. You're going to
00:03:28.680 find out that this guy is not what he says he is. He is actually selling the best con I think I've
00:03:35.440 ever seen. This is the first round of that, and I can't wait to talk more about that.
00:03:40.740 The Monday, 12 October, Year of Our Lord, 2026, we're going to talk this morning about being a
00:03:46.440 enforcing function on all these frauds.
00:03:49.960 We have no earthly idea who these people are.
00:03:53.180 A federal judge today in D.C.
00:03:55.440 I'm going to get the Vice-Roy Mike Davis going to join us by phone.
00:03:58.100 I've got in our D.C. studios Neil McCabe.
00:04:01.680 We're going to cover this all over all.
00:04:02.840 Also in Michigan, the lies being said there by the candidate.
00:04:06.420 And we're going to go to the great state of Texas.
00:04:08.500 Also talk about the Senate race.
00:04:10.000 We are going to talk about Seth Kessler is going to join us about these house races
00:04:13.360 as we're, what, three weeks,
00:04:15.660 so a little bit outside three weeks away.
00:04:18.060 And one of the central issues here
00:04:19.900 are exactly who are these people.
00:04:22.080 What we know is that they're actually, you know,
00:04:25.180 not completely American. 1.00
00:04:28.500 A bunch of foreigners are weirdos 1.00
00:04:30.880 that are all over the place, 1.00
00:04:32.520 and we have no earthy idea who any of these people are.
00:04:34.760 And so we've got to be a forcing function
00:04:36.200 to make sure we find out exactly who they are.
00:04:38.440 And so people know before they vote.
00:04:40.920 I'm going to go to the Viceroy, Mike Davis,
00:04:43.360 Vice Roy, thank you for changing your schedule to join us. I was gobsmacked that this happened
00:04:50.380 in Washington, D.C., where you would need a federal D.C. judge to basically sign the
00:04:55.900 warrant for a criminal investigation and a search. Walk me through why this is a big deal, sir.
00:05:03.340 What a search warrant of a home means is that an Article III judge has determined that there's
00:05:11.200 probable cause that evidence of a crime will be found in that home. So you have a federal judge
00:05:18.720 in D.C. signing off on this search warrant at Ilhan Omar's home. It was an investigation by
00:05:26.660 the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice. And you have to be careful
00:05:33.720 what you say about this, but there's at least, a federal judge at least thinks it's more likely
00:05:40.280 than not that there's evidence of a federal crime inside that home here's what i'm shocked about
00:05:48.020 the federal courthouse in washington dc has been the lead of the most anti-trump uh pushback in
00:05:56.660 this what what would that lead you to believe in this investigation when you you you actually start
00:06:02.160 in washington not even in in minnesota but you go to washington to her home uh to get this material
00:06:08.740 and realizing the scale of what you have to climb to get the warrant, sir.
00:06:15.440 Yeah, I mean, the D.C. District Court, as we've talked about for years, is very anti-Trump.
00:06:22.460 It's made up of a lot of Obama and Biden Democrats,
00:06:27.660 and these are the most hard-for Democrats in D.C.
00:06:31.700 because you'd never need to get a sign-off, a blue slip from a home state senator
00:06:37.200 because they don't have former state senators in D.C.
00:06:40.320 So the president can pick his most radical judges, which Obama and Biden did.
00:06:46.820 Remember, it was Obama who got rid of the filibuster for judicial nominees
00:06:52.840 back during his presidency so they can stack the D.C. circuit with Obama-appointed radicals.
00:07:00.620 And then you also see these D.C. judges who are, you know, they're Obama radicals, they're Biden radicals.
00:07:09.060 And if there are any Republican appointees, they're not exactly Trump supporters.
00:07:16.780 So where do you think, how do you think this plays out, Vice Roy?
00:07:19.660 Just give us the contours of this.
00:07:21.480 What's the process you see here going forward?
00:07:24.800 Well, we'll see the probable cause statement come out eventually.
00:07:28.560 and then you'll we'll be able to read for ourselves i'm seeing news reporting at foxnews.com
00:07:35.100 and many other outlets picking up on this this uh appears to be an investigation potentially into
00:07:41.900 elon omar's immigration fraud right she how she got to this country how she became naturalized as
00:07:49.200 an american citizen if it's through fraudulent means you could see not only uh uh criminal
00:07:55.820 charges, but you could also see a denaturalization process. You have to, there's a statute of
00:08:03.500 limitations, and so it would have to be within the statute of limitations. I think she became
00:08:07.560 an American citizen when she was 17 years old, but there's also some serious issues around her
00:08:16.240 financial disclosure. She disclosed one year like $25 million in assets, and then the following
00:08:23.460 year she corrected it where she could even have negative assets uh so that's a big swing from
00:08:30.100 25 30 million dollars to almost nothing and then she gave zero explanation for why her
00:08:37.280 financial disclosures changed so much um so uh there is there's some problems there there's been
00:08:44.080 allegations of her marriage fraud, that she married her brother to commit immigration fraud
00:08:55.220 there as well. I mean, again, these are all allegations. Nothing has been proved. This is
00:09:00.880 simply the first step when you do a home raid like this. It's an important one. Home raids are very
00:09:07.500 serious. If you have a judge, particularly a D.C. judge signing off on a home raid, that means it's
00:09:14.300 more likely than not that evidence of a federal crime has been committed inside that home. So
00:09:21.640 judges do not do home raids lately. Particularly federal judges in the progressive stronghold
00:09:29.840 fortress of the D.C. circuit down there. Vice Roy, where do people go for it?
00:09:34.640 Steve, I would say this very fast. Not only a D.C. judge signed up on this, but a D.C. judge signed up this on a member of Congress who has speech and debate clause immunity under the Constitution, meaning they're largely immune from prosecution for what they do or what they say in their official acts.
00:09:54.600 So this is a very big deal that this home raid occurred, and it's showing that the Trump Justice Department, the Trump Department of Homeland Security, are taking seriously these potential crimes, and they're bringing accountability.
00:10:11.900 I've been saying justice is coming, and today proves that justice is definitely coming.
00:10:16.420 Omar, today, Mom, Donnie, tomorrow, Mike Davis, Article 3.
00:10:22.580 Where do folks go to find out what you guys are working on and your social media, sir?
00:10:28.580 Article3project.org, Article3project.org.
00:10:32.040 You can donate, follow us on social media and action, action, action.
00:10:37.140 And thank you, Steve.
00:10:38.820 Thank you, sir. Appreciate you.
00:10:42.420 Today's concept is forcing a function.
00:10:45.840 That's going to be our theme throughout the morning here.
00:10:48.980 Neil McCabe's in our D.C. studio.
00:10:51.360 Neil, walk me through particularly all this in the news reports so far.
00:10:56.620 We understand some of this centers on her father, maybe some stuff he filled out about her.
00:11:04.100 He's a piece of work, is he not, Neil McCabe?
00:11:08.100 Right.
00:11:08.700 He was a colonel in the Somali army during the Bari regime, which was a Soviet-backed
00:11:18.000 government in Somalia.
00:11:20.260 And that government was overthrown by an Ethiopian-supported insurgency.
00:11:27.420 And that sort of, when he left, that created chaos.
00:11:31.100 And that sort of the atmosphere that Black Hawk Down was sort of in the middle of.
00:11:36.820 So the mission in Black Hawk Down was to get this guy, Adidas, to his senior lieutenants.
00:11:44.800 And so by Black Hawk Down, this guy was already out of the country.
00:11:50.360 First, he went to Kenya with his family.
00:11:53.060 He had seven children.
00:11:54.620 And then they entered the United States, first in Arlington, Virginia, and then eventually
00:11:59.340 arriving in Minnesota.
00:12:00.860 Omar would have been,
00:12:03.120 Ilhan Omar would have been 12, 0.93
00:12:05.060 but it would have been
00:12:06.340 on her father's paperwork.
00:12:08.340 And on the refugee screening
00:12:10.620 sort of paperwork, the I-590,
00:12:13.580 he did not disclose
00:12:14.960 that he was a colonel.
00:12:17.420 He had been trained
00:12:18.560 in the Soviet Union.
00:12:20.260 And these are the kinds of things
00:12:21.840 that immigration officials
00:12:23.040 want to know.
00:12:25.220 No, I mean, this guy
00:12:26.500 is a bad hombre.
00:12:27.680 During those years of
00:12:29.180 fighting in sub-Saharan Africa and then the Horn of Africa. I mean, Africa was a battleground in
00:12:35.440 the Cold War, right? And the Soviets, the Bolsheviks were training up these hardcore 0.97
00:12:39.960 communists. And when that regime got turfed out in this kind of ongoing civil war, and it's too 0.77
00:12:45.780 confusing even to pick the side. Just remember there were guys backed by the Soviets and guys
00:12:50.360 backed by the United States. It's kind of shocking that he could slip through immigration and knowing
00:12:59.000 his background. But I guess maybe they're going to check into the paperwork and actually disclose
00:13:04.940 to people. Neil, why don't you hang there? I'm going to come back to you. We're also going to
00:13:09.040 go to, we got Caroline Wren. We're going to talk about Texas, talk about the Senate, Seth Keschel's
00:13:13.700 with us, Lara Logan. So we had to re-talk the show a little bit this morning. We had some other
00:13:20.240 things we were going to do, but this Omar situation is extremely important. We would just recommend 1.00
00:13:27.760 to Secretary Mark Wayne Mullins, Omar today,
00:13:31.380 Donny, tomorrow, let's check all of his paperwork
00:13:33.880 from Uganda, the parents.
00:13:36.700 I'm sure there's a couple, three boxes
00:13:38.520 that maybe didn't get checked in their full disclosure
00:13:42.440 of exactly who they are, what they are.
00:13:45.440 Here's the point, you don't know anything
00:13:46.440 about these people.
00:13:47.860 The guy running, Abdul running up in Michigan,
00:13:50.300 we have North, he says he's a doctor, he ain't a doctor.
00:13:53.160 Says he's on many occasions, he said on stage,
00:13:55.920 I'm an Egyptian citizen, I've got co-citizenships, got money all over, what is it, Dubai?
00:14:01.420 He's an apartment owner or a real estate guy in Dubai.
00:14:05.820 You have no earthy idea who that guy is.
00:14:09.000 Talarico, Talafrico, we have no earthy idea about who Talarico is.
00:14:13.820 None, zero, but no due diligence.
00:14:17.020 And most importantly, he's got a gap.
00:14:19.500 He's got a gap that's bolder than the 18-minute gap in the White House tapes under President
00:14:25.180 Nixon. And they turfed out Nixon for that gap. Forcing function. We're going to have to force
00:14:31.860 it. If the campaigns can't do it, then hey, guess what? We're going to have to. And we proudly say
00:14:38.220 yes. And we don't care. We could care less what people have to say about this. No, the guy was
00:14:43.840 wrong. I don't think it's going to rally the folks in Minnesota to support her. I think it's going to
00:14:49.960 rally MAGA to say, we got to be rid of this stuff. We got to, we got to get it out of our country
00:14:56.600 and get it out now. We're a couple of months out, but the midterms are fast approaching and make
00:15:04.720 no mistake. If the house flips to the Democrats, it's a big deal for our economy. That uncertainty
00:15:12.040 is one of the reasons to diversify with gold from Birch Gold Group. In the three months leading up
00:15:19.020 to the 2024 presidential election, the spot price of gold jumped over 12 percent.
00:15:23.820 Now, why was that? Because we've taught you here on the show, it's a hedge against times of
00:15:30.220 uncertainty. If you don't own gold, I would suggest talking to Birch Gold Group, Philip Patrick and
00:15:36.880 the team. They'll discuss your goals, explain how precious metals can fit into your savings.
00:15:41.900 They can even help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into an IRA in gold with no additional money out of your pocket.
00:15:52.700 Easiest way to do this is text my name, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to the number 989898.
00:15:58.560 Get a free information kit and get some solid information on gold.
00:16:04.580 The midterms will be here before you know it.
00:16:07.520 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898.
00:16:11.900 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
00:16:17.360 Neil McCabe, we're getting to the president's amazing travel schedule here.
00:16:21.380 It's brutal.
00:16:22.900 But I want to, you know, this is why, you know, Abdul's, they all check it all. 0.95
00:16:28.080 I don't trust any of this stuff.
00:16:29.840 Omar, we've been hammering this for years, finally, and a hat tip to Mark Wayne Mullins and DHS
00:16:34.900 to finally move it through a federal court.
00:16:37.780 And let's get on top of this.
00:16:39.160 Man, Dami, let's do it.
00:16:41.720 Abdul, let's do it.
00:16:43.100 Let's get on it.
00:16:43.780 Hey, let's just verify.
00:16:45.280 Let's make sure.
00:16:47.260 Let's do a better certification than they do on the vote when they're having everybody vote over there.
00:16:51.440 And, of course, this is all inextricably linked to the fraud that Steve Cortez has been showing you up in Maine and obviously in Minnesota. 0.94
00:17:00.800 If you like that fraud, then rally behind that lieutenant governor that's running, the one in the hajib every day. 0.85
00:17:08.780 McCabe, any other insights on this before we return to the president's travel?
00:17:13.080 All right.
00:17:13.720 First, I just want to make the point that Tom Holman said in September that there was an investigation going on.
00:17:20.860 Nobody really knew what it was about.
00:17:23.420 And so far, you know, as of this airing, I've not seen any response from her office or any of the prominent Democrats in Minnesota.
00:17:33.160 And so, you know, right now, I think this really surprised them.
00:17:36.980 and uh the shot you know this is what people voted for they're in shock this is criminal this is 0.98
00:17:42.280 send her to jail that big mouth of hers will send her to jail to prison where she should be this is
00:17:47.600 perfect let's get a conspiracy you can bring it up to date uh no they're gobsmacked they're totally 0.91
00:17:52.700 gobsmacked they didn't if they thought any move was going to be made on me it would never be
00:17:56.180 washington dc they're sitting there going how did one of our federal judges actually sign off on 0.92
00:18:01.580 this that's how serious it is and of course the father is uh a bolshevik this is what you get you
00:18:06.680 get these communists in here. They bring the kids in. Next thing you know, they're stealing with
00:18:10.340 both hands from Maine to Minnesota. Do you like that? If you like that, then stay home. Don't
00:18:15.660 vote. If you don't like that, vote. Let's go to the president. President's all in. He's going
00:18:20.600 today, but then tomorrow he's got Alaska, then coming back to Montana, and then going to Arizona.
00:18:28.360 What's he doing today? So today, well, right now as we speak, he's enjoying golf like many
00:18:35.280 Americans on Columbus Day morning, but then he's going to Youngstown, Ohio. And this is a really
00:18:41.680 a theme with these visits so far, right? Because originally the White House political staff was
00:18:47.780 thinking maybe they'd put the president on the road for 10 rallies. Now they're talking 25 rallies.
00:18:54.700 And a lot of these early targets are deep red states that you have to lock down before you sort
00:19:02.620 of cross the berm into those purple and blue states. And you just got to lock down. If you
00:19:08.500 can't win in Youngstown, Ohio, then you have issues. And you have to drive the turnout
00:19:14.620 because it's a midterm. The problem with the midterm is the drop off from a presidential year
00:19:20.380 to a midterm, 20, 30, 40 percent. If there's a drop off of Republican turnout of 40 percent
00:19:28.260 and the Democrats only drop off 30%, you're looking at a wipeout.
00:19:33.800 Well, this is why him going to Alaska for Dan Sullivan is such a big deal.
00:19:37.940 I think that northern tier, as we had Cortez on, is turning.
00:19:40.580 We're going to have Seth Keschel about Florida.
00:19:42.700 Wren's going to join us about the Senate seats, about is it a tsunami, a blue wave, or maybe not so much.
00:19:48.540 McCabe, where do people get you?
00:19:50.940 First off, we did not put you on the plane for tomorrow.
00:19:52.900 Don't tell me we're going to lose you for three days to Alaska, North Alaska, Montana.
00:19:59.680 He's in Kalispell, one of those beautiful places in the country, then Arizona.
00:20:04.060 I can guarantee you.
00:20:05.040 I can guarantee you I'm not on the traveling staff.
00:20:08.780 Perfect.
00:20:09.520 We want you right there.
00:20:10.300 I will say this.
00:20:10.880 You can find me on all the socials at Reporter McCabe.
00:20:16.140 You can read my groundbreaking columns at the South Shore Press.
00:20:20.020 and Tuesday night, I will be hosting the Trump Tuesday space on X that a lot of people are
00:20:27.780 excited about, Steve. Perfect. Very excited. Thank you, sir. Appreciate you. Let's go. We
00:20:34.420 got a cold open for, where's Waldo? The Gimp showed up and gave a, to say it was a soft 0.96
00:20:40.820 interview by CBS. The guy kind of guided him through it. Let's hear from Talafrico down in 0.82
00:20:46.300 Texas. You were off the campaign for more than a week, roughly nine days, I believe. Your campaign
00:20:51.800 said you had the flu. What happened? Yeah, I got the flu and I'm feeling much better. And I'm glad
00:20:57.260 I had a chance to recover. You know, if you don't take the opportunity to get well, sometimes you
00:21:01.280 can get even sicker. And so I'm glad we made the decision to just take the week, get better. And
00:21:06.700 now I'm glad to be back on the trail. You've talked about how you're a diabetic and that has
00:21:13.600 when diabetics get the flu, it could get really bad. How, how bad was it for somebody who wants
00:21:19.120 to know, is this just like in bed rest or did you ever have to go to a doctor or hospital?
00:21:23.580 I just went to my primary care physician, but it wasn't anything worse than, you know,
00:21:28.940 a nasty case of the flu. And so I was in bed and, you know, drinking lots of liquids. Unfortunately,
00:21:34.640 the campaign made me work from home. So I didn't even get full days off, but you didn't want to
00:21:39.520 be out on the trail and didn't want to get anyone else sick. It's important, I think,
00:21:42.340 for leaders to be responsible in these moments. And I'm glad to be back. I'm feeling much better.
00:21:47.380 I want to get your response because the Internet was...
00:21:50.380 The Internet's doing its thing.
00:21:51.620 The Internet was invested in your outcome.
00:21:53.500 Yes, yes, yes. I'm sure it's because they care so much about me.
00:21:56.060 Well, so conservative folks on Twitter and some of Paxton's ally were pushing the
00:22:00.760 idea that you had a stress-induced episode and were getting treatment for it.
00:22:05.240 What are your thoughts?
00:22:06.440 That's not true. I just had the flu and I feel much better. But it's a good reminder that you
00:22:11.760 can't believe everything you read on the internet. President Trump said that you and Attorney General
00:22:17.600 Ken Paxton should debate. He says that Paxton is ready, willing, and able to debate. What are your
00:22:23.500 thoughts on that? I agree with President Trump. I think Ken Paxton should debate. The president's
00:22:28.800 saying he should debate. Fox News has said he should debate. The people of Texas have said he
00:22:33.000 should debate. And I think it's mysterious that Ken Paxton hasn't responded to a request for a
00:22:40.900 debate in 85 days. I hear that people are getting really concerned about the attorney general. And
00:22:45.920 you know, I've heard rumors that he has a rare medical condition that causes clinical levels
00:22:51.260 of cowardice. So I know Ken Paxton has asked for proof of life for me. I'm asking for proof of
00:22:56.620 spine from him. Oh, wow. Alfred E. Newman right there. What me worry. So Ren, what is it with
00:23:05.860 this guy? I really want to compliment CBS. I know we're changing. They're really going to become
00:23:09.740 this is almost as powerful as the ted koppel interview with me right to the uh the piercing
00:23:16.080 questions um was it the story changes all the time okay we gotta we're gonna be a forcing function
00:23:23.320 we're not gonna get off the uh where's the gimp been it's 12 days hennity's wrong it's not a week
00:23:29.640 that reporter's wrong it's not a week it was 12 days he's got a different excuse all the time the 0.65
00:23:34.080 first time when he stiffed the people down in the rear grand valley is that he had to go to a dock
00:23:38.940 in the box in dallas right he had to go there to to start the process now it's his primary care
00:23:46.020 physician in austin texas what is with this guy we got to where the 12 missing days it's it's longer
00:23:53.560 than the 18 minutes to turf nixon out of the white house we got to get to the bottom of this
00:23:58.180 caroline rent you're right in that video he claims it was a week it was not a week
00:24:04.060 It was 12 days. And from September 26, which was the last time he did a in-person campaign event in Texas, until October 9th in the afternoon when he showed up at a music festival, that's 12 days.
00:24:15.540 So they keep trying to gaslight us about the amount of time.
00:24:18.740 And also in that, you know, he claims he was working diligently from home.
00:24:22.400 I call BS on that as well. His campaign also was silent for 12 days in addition to him being silent.
00:24:27.960 So, like, what campaign work was he doing from home?
00:24:31.000 Why wasn't he doing, you know, media interviews or different things from home?
00:24:35.680 Not to mention, we had talked about how there had been trackers outside of his house and there was no activity of anyone going in or out of his home.
00:24:42.940 I guess it's conceivable he could have been at his mother's house.
00:24:45.860 He shares a bank account with his mom.
00:24:47.400 So if he also ran to mommy's house to have her take care of him while he's sick, maybe that's the excuse there.
00:24:53.660 He also in that video claims that on the September 30th Zoom, he said he went to a Dallas urgent care, which we said that didn't make sense.
00:25:00.760 He had a New York City fundraiser on the 29th.
00:25:03.140 How was he in a Dallas urgent care?
00:25:04.900 But then in this video, he says he was not in any urgent care hospital.
00:25:08.120 He was taken care of by his primary care physician in Austin.
00:25:11.880 So that also does the matchup.
00:25:14.080 And again, like back to the main point here, which is that let's just take him at his word.
00:25:18.500 And he was at home sick with the flu for 13 days.
00:25:21.700 give me a break texans are not going to can you imagine telling your employer that you cannot
00:25:26.600 cut in the home stretch of a big project you and your all your employees are working on and you
00:25:30.620 are going to be out for 13 days with the flu if i were the employer and an employee told me that
00:25:35.900 i would say that's unacceptable and if you like people who are hard-working texans like you know
00:25:41.740 that you cannot just say to your employer i'm going to be out for 13 days with the flu your
00:25:45.700 employer would say what the heck are you talking about okay i'm not going to take a minute sword
00:25:50.680 and here's why we spent what the three and a half or four months down there on the on the
00:25:54.860 sharia law proposal right down in texas and uh and we observed in that time they had a throwdown
00:26:02.320 between jasmine crockett and uh and talarico because talarico wasn't known by anybody right
00:26:07.420 he came out of nowhere they were up on social media all the time the dive the diabetes thing
00:26:12.280 was like one of the central parts of his campaign oh this guy starts so heroic in those 12 days
00:26:18.220 there was no social media his campaign you just don't if he's saying hey i had the flu and i had
00:26:23.620 to get liquids in me and i was under my doctor's care or you know the doc in the box care you know
00:26:29.900 where's the social media what did he do why did he totally evaporate for 12 days i don't buy any
00:26:34.960 of it and i in the situation in ohio we got to have the ohio uh the center has got to turn over
00:26:41.480 the woman that gave the recording we need to hear from her why would she say that now she might have 0.93
00:26:46.840 been confused. She might have been older. She might not realize the spelling of the name.
00:26:52.960 There could be all types of things. But there is a recording. I think it's been verified. It's not
00:26:57.820 AI. So we need to hear from her, not just put some tweet out, oh, we didn't do anything with
00:27:03.200 him. We got to get to the bottom of this whole thing. It's just like Abdul. It's just like Omar.
00:27:07.320 Omar today, three weeks out of a midterm election, has now been header home rated
00:27:13.260 on a criminal investigation why people sat around for years and just took her bs
00:27:18.820 about all this we can't do this abdul in michigan we need to know everything about this guy including
00:27:24.240 he's not a doctor he says he's an egyptian citizen he says this not the war room the same
00:27:30.100 situation man donnie in uh in in new york city they're going to walk around and tell you what 0.71
00:27:34.220 you're going to do with your country when you know two-thirds of them are here illegally and
00:27:39.240 they're getting people to vote that shouldn't be able to vote. This reinforces that we should have 1.00
00:27:43.920 ICE agents, ICE agents at every polling place in the country to let these people know if you try
00:27:51.960 to vote illegally, you're going to be rolled up and thrown in prison. And they're saying, well,
00:27:57.280 it could intimidate voters. No, it's going to intimidate foreigners that should not be voting. 1.00
00:28:02.580 People like Ilhan Omar. Short break.

00:29:44.220 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann. 0.91
00:29:50.560 Okay, Talafrico, the gimp. 0.68
00:29:53.920 We're going to be like a dog with a bone in the sink.
00:29:55.760 Nobody knows anything about this guy. 0.97
00:29:58.360 Jasmine Crockett, she ran a quite intense campaign,
00:30:03.460 but I don't think they focused on, like, who is this freak?
00:30:07.320 Because if she had done a better job of exposing him,
00:30:09.920 she would be the nominee right now.
00:30:11.680 I think she had that much energy. 0.99
00:30:13.020 Her campaign, I always thought, was a little disorganized 0.97
00:30:15.520 and not focused on the main thing.
00:30:17.660 Here's the main thing.
00:30:18.600 When the people in the jewel of the crown of this union, the great state of Texas, given what people have done since the time of Texas founding and what they've sacrificed and what they've gone through to build a powerhouse, are not going to turn over a U.S. Senate seat to a freak that nobody knows anything about.
00:30:44.080 And that's where we get to the bottom of this.
00:30:46.620 And, of course, the mainstream media, they're just going to be slobbering all over him.
00:30:50.220 That's fine.
00:30:50.800 That's the way it is.
00:30:51.440 We're not whining about the mainstream media.
00:30:53.380 They don't do their job here.
00:30:55.440 And I think this effort on Omar is finally people are waking up that we got to get to
00:31:01.400 the bottom of these people.
00:31:02.600 And what I love about it, they're criminal charges.
00:31:06.280 I want Donny tomorrow.
00:31:08.240 We got to get to Abdul and figure out everything about him. 0.98
00:31:11.280 The fake doctors.
00:31:12.220 He's been posing as a doctor.
00:31:13.520 Why are we not rolling this guy up?
00:31:15.660 So, Caroline, talk to me about Talo Frico, and then we're going to go to the Senate.
00:31:20.700 I'm going to tell you folks something.
00:31:21.920 All this PSYOP, that they've got a tsunami and a blue wave and everything like that, the numbers right now don't show that.
00:31:30.260 However, it's not a done deal.
00:31:33.220 This is all about human action and human agency.
00:31:36.880 If we don't deliver and get out, and I understand people have huge problems with the war, as we do here in the war world, right?
00:31:45.140 And why this thing's continuing.
00:31:46.260 Now it's getting nasty on the Arabian Peninsula.
00:31:49.440 You may have the kingdom of Saudi Arabia collapse in the next couple of weeks.
00:31:53.940 So that thing is terrible.
00:31:55.060 There's so many things that we don't agree with.
00:31:56.700 However, look at the alternative.
00:31:58.720 You're going to get Omar, Mandami, Abdul, and Talafrico.
00:32:02.140 Caroline Wren, thoughts?
00:32:03.460 hey you know talarico's campaign for the last two weeks has had no message come out the only
00:32:10.240 message has been talk everyone talking about is is he sick at home with the flu for two weeks or
00:32:15.840 is he in a mental institution he has no he has no money and has no tv ads really booked compared to
00:32:21.440 what the paxton and the outside groups have and so i think the last two weeks were a massive loss
00:32:26.200 for james talarico and i think that he uh has a much more uphill battle than the media is willing
00:32:31.840 to say. And so that's why I think that Ken Paxson's going to win. I think Greg Abbott's going to win
00:32:35.660 in Texas. And so I think we're in a very, very good place there. And looking at the whole Senate
00:32:41.360 map, I still feel like we're in a pretty good place. Look, we have the Democrats have to pick
00:32:45.900 up four seats in order to get the majority. And they have to pick up four seats out of North
00:32:50.620 Carolina, Ohio, Maine, Alaska, Texas, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, and South Carolina, meaning we
00:32:57.720 could lose six of those and still maintain a majority. And the only states of those that were
00:33:03.080 even kind of were tight or a Democrat state or Bain, which I keep saying Susan Collins is a 1.00
00:33:08.020 unicorn. I think she pulls it out. North Carolina was always tight. President Trump won. That race 0.97
00:33:12.660 is looking harder. But then, you know, Ohio and Alaska, Texas, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, South
00:33:18.320 Carolina, these are all states that Trump won between, you know, 10 and 20 points three times.
00:33:23.440 So I think we are on home field advantage with those states, and I think that they are looking very good.
00:33:29.840 The polls are all getting tighter, as they always do, and we have massive money advantages in those states.
00:33:34.660 And we have President Trump barnstorming the country right now, going to help out these candidates.
00:33:39.140 And a lot of his fundraising is how there was so much money to be able to be spent.
00:33:44.000 He spent a tremendous amount of his own time, political capital, raising money to help these candidates out and help these senators out,
00:33:50.520 a lot of which senators didn't help President Trump out in these first two years. And this is
00:33:54.840 just speaks volumes to who President Trump is, but he is spending his time and his money to make
00:33:59.180 sure that they get over the finish line and we retain a Senate majority. I agree with you,
00:34:05.500 but this is all, I mean, these things are going to be so tight and I'm not sure we're going to know
00:34:09.720 really the outcome on the third. I think this is going to go on for a couple of days, but
00:34:13.880 these Senate races, and look, it's obvious places that should never be in play like Kansas,
00:34:19.140 like nebraska like south carolina hey they're putting an effort president trump is flying
00:34:24.180 half the day to go to alaska then he's stopping in montana for that house seat right a house seat
00:34:30.140 that should be a lockdown uh and then he's going to arizona and of course the folks in arizona are
00:34:34.740 pounding it right now turning point told us they think their ground game along with cliff maloney
00:34:39.220 is going to the ballot chasing is going to be a three to five point shift annie biggs is fighting
00:34:43.280 for his life so there are fights everywhere we're not trying to give you a oh this is all terrific
00:34:47.060 and you know there's going to be a big sweeping win here these are going to be dug out
00:34:50.760 one race at a time both senate and house but we got to fight it we got a puncher's chance okay
00:34:56.820 that's all you can ask for three weeks out with so many policies are people not happy about so
00:35:02.080 many of the young people are saying hey i came out in 24 but i'm not coming in now as long as
00:35:06.860 they don't turn out to vote against us that changes the dynamic caroline i know you're going
00:35:11.760 to be pounding on um on we got to find the woman that was on that tape i'll talk to you after the
00:35:16.800 show on that but right now where do people go for your social media ma'am bomber command on
00:35:21.700 talarico it's at caroline wren on x true social and getter thank you man appreciate you
00:35:29.740 talafrico what me worry he's alfred newman man he had no ownership on that interview the reason i
00:35:38.400 wanted to play it is that a guy conviction is kind of like uh let me think through the wheels
00:35:43.940 are turning how am i going to position this he was not in bed for 12 days with the flu okay and
00:35:51.500 and not for 12 days saying anything about his diabetes he ran on that in the primary this is a
00:35:58.180 this is like a club his to get his empathy against crockett who they were trying to portray as an
00:36:04.360 out-of-control wild woman right that could never win statewide in texas they were they were empathy
00:36:10.080 of, oh, don't you want to hug him?
00:36:12.140 Don't you want to pat him on the head?
00:36:13.400 He's got diabetes.
00:36:14.280 Not one word of that in the 12 days.
00:36:16.120 And the reporter had to throw it out there
00:36:18.420 like it's coach pitch.
00:36:19.860 That was a coach pitch interview.
00:36:22.460 Not as bad as T-ball, but it was coach pitch.
00:36:25.540 And that's what you're going to get?
00:36:26.700 That's fine.
00:36:27.740 That's the way the world works, okay?
00:36:30.060 There's no whining in the war room,
00:36:32.640 but we're doubling and tripling down on Tala Frico, 1.00
00:36:35.840 and we're going to do it on Abdul and Mamdani
00:36:38.200 and Omar and all of it.
00:36:40.080 Seth Keschel you were on like 10 days ago you had a very good report can you just give us over
00:36:48.280 your overview right now with early some early voting very preliminary information coming in
00:36:54.280 of where do you think we stand overall when you look at the map because since you've come on
00:36:59.660 as you and I talked about that time because we started at 200 202 base those seats really from
00:37:06.480 188 to 200, 202, have now shifted into kind of an in-play category, or maybe just lean Republican,
00:37:16.260 both Cook and Sabato. Plus, there's been a couple of seats that were toss-ups. They now go into the
00:37:22.160 slight Democratic camp. And both of those guys are saying these are not hard locks,
00:37:27.020 but it's the sense of what they've got that's going on. So where do we stand with your overview
00:37:33.460 right now on the whole battlefield map, sir. The consulting class is still stuck in 30 years ago
00:37:41.120 living and dying based on polling. You know, you just had Caroline on talking about the Senate
00:37:45.020 polling. Pretty clear what I'm seeing with Kansas supposedly being in play, even though it hasn't
00:37:49.680 elected a Democrat to the Senate since 1934, is that there's a major underrepresentation of the
00:37:55.080 suburban and rural white vote. In Texas, you're talking about 80 percent Republican votes here
00:38:00.580 in a lot of these counties. So the polling is one thing. And when we look at the presidential
00:38:05.360 elections and we see a popular vote margin of four or five points, the Democrats have arrived
00:38:11.180 at a point nationally with the distribution of electoral votes where they can win the popular
00:38:15.520 vote by five points and potentially lose the electoral college based on which demographics
00:38:19.620 are shifting where. This is how in 2020, even with the quasi-election, we have Biden with a
00:38:25.820 more than four-point popular win, but only 42,978 ballots in three states, separating the two
00:38:31.460 candidates. Likewise, the generic ballot for the House has never meant less. We don't know where
00:38:37.240 that's going to wind up. I would not expect the Republicans to win the House popular vote this
00:38:41.740 year. But we've seen generic ballots anywhere from dead even to D plus 14. So somebody that
00:38:48.220 pulls this stuff is going to wind up right just by happenstance. But ultimately, these House races
00:38:53.020 boiled down to 435 individual races, but in reality, probably less than 30 that I think
00:38:59.000 are that are playable by the Republican Party, who is the supposed to be the underdog party
00:39:03.060 in this race. Now, early voting tea leaves, they vary. You know, people that are looking at Virginia
00:39:09.160 are going to sense a massive blue tsunami because that is the natural outcome of President Trump
00:39:14.900 going in there, gutting bureaucracy, closing down agencies. You know, we all laughed when
00:39:19.040 the Department of State sent all these, quote, career diplomats, end quote, back home last
00:39:23.760 summer, and I wrote an article called the brown box effect.
00:39:27.960 So you're going to have the brown cardboard box effect, all these diplomats going back
00:39:31.700 home to where?
00:39:32.460 Fairfax County, Virginia, Arlington, Virginia, and making sure they turn out high propensity
00:39:37.280 and vote for whatever Democrats are on the ticket in Virginia.
00:39:40.660 We have a pretty good indication in New Jersey that Dems will do well in New Jersey, and
00:39:44.900 I believe that New Jersey 7 is definitely a seat that they're favored to flip.
00:39:48.340 That's one that we hold now. But looking down the Atlantic coast down to Florida, right now the Democrats, I sent over a graphic, the Democrats have a seven-point edge in mail-in voting.
00:40:00.360 Now, people that don't understand the way these numbers historically shift may be concerned about that, but that seven-point edge.
00:40:07.040 Now, this is from Data Republicans' website. This is a really good tracker that she made, and she's also got one very similar in North Carolina.
00:40:13.680 Florida has a lot of mail-in votes. So in 2026 right now, the Democrats have a 7% turnout edge
00:40:20.200 on mail-in voting. That is the exact same edge by percentage that they had at this point in 2024
00:40:25.800 and the exact same edge that they had at this point in 2022. Now, baking in their Democrat
00:40:32.720 favorable midterm effect, you should potentially have a smaller gap than that because the Republicans
00:40:37.060 have added 400,000 plus registration advantage since November 24. But still, what this is shaping
00:40:42.960 up to be when in-person early vote starts here within the next two weeks in Florida is Republicans
00:40:48.520 should have a solid mail-in plus early voting turnout advantage going into election day,
00:40:54.320 which will be overwhelmingly R. So when I look at Florida, I think the Republican statewide
00:40:59.360 candidates, Byron Donalds and Ashley Moody, are on pace to win by margins very similar to 20,
00:41:04.960 probably 2024, maybe not so much 22, given the nature of this midterm. So if Florida isn't
00:41:11.140 showing you the early signs of a major Republican turnout disaster, I'm not so sure that you can
00:41:15.420 expect all these white voters at the polls are missing to stay home. I want to go back,
00:41:21.160 just hang on for a second. I want to go back to the polling and come to Florida, but on the polling,
00:41:25.840 all the professionals and operatives I'm talking to are saying, hey, a lot of Republicans are just
00:41:31.820 hanging up the phone, won't answer, are not going to participate because they believe it's a psyop.
00:41:36.500 that's having an impact but also they can't book spaces for focus groups because there's so much
00:41:42.700 activity going on they're having a very tough time uh getting even call centers have you heard that
00:41:49.060 and how do you think that's impacting the numbers i mean are these they've always been off on polling
00:41:53.660 of mag and the republicans do you think it's even more impacting it this year well you have a couple
00:42:00.360 pollsters that are on the show a lot and richard barris and i communicate quite frequently uh mark
00:42:05.160 Mitchell and I are not agreeing on so much anymore with methodology, but those guys will
00:42:09.220 both tell you that there are response concerns that they have to potentially mitigate.
00:42:13.200 Ten years ago in Wisconsin and states like that, that Trump flipped, you had an issue
00:42:18.300 reaching Trump's base vote, people that will come out of the Northwoods once every 30 years
00:42:22.880 to vote for somebody they feel is a generational candidate.
00:42:25.840 So there are definitely response issues, but there's also the issue of response bias in
00:42:30.340 an election in which certain voters are really primed to turnout. High propensity Democrats or
00:42:36.520 independents that lean left to the college-educated group, those are the ones most likely to jump on
00:42:41.400 a survey, especially these web-to-text kind of surveys that we have now. I have heard that some
00:42:47.500 of these response rates on types of surveys like that are below 2%. In the old days, Gallup's polls
00:42:52.460 were 40% response rates when they were calling everybody on landlines. So not getting a
00:42:57.560 representative electorate is part of this. And then you have also the modeling issues. A good
00:43:01.780 example, there's a number of accounts on X right now that are tracking early voting returns.
00:43:06.820 In Ohio, the Democrats, when you combine their thresholds from 22 and 24 with the mail and
00:43:12.620 in-person early vote, both combined, they're lagging their turnout substantially in the urban
00:43:17.580 areas they need to win the state. So in 22, J.D. Vance won the senator's seat against a blue-collar
00:43:23.420 them by about six points. They are lagging in Cleveland and Columbus and other places with
00:43:28.500 their urban turning. Hang on for one second, Seth. We're going to take a short break. Mark
00:43:33.820 Mitchell, trying to get Mark and Richard for later in the week. Got to hear from those two guys. Two
00:43:37.960 great bolsters. We rejoice when there's no more. Let's take down the CCP. So many brands today 1.00

00:46:53.420 end of the dollar empire.
00:46:54.560 Immerse yourself in all the information.
00:46:58.220 Seth Keschel.
00:46:58.840 first off i just want your overview of florida once again because we had cortez on the northern
00:47:04.440 front and voila the president's now going to alaska and montana going to lock down this
00:47:11.120 district in montana the house district district of um uh to make sure we've got that in western
00:47:18.100 montana and headquartered around kalispell he's going to be going to kalispell one of those
00:47:22.380 beautiful parts of the country um and he's going to alaska that is a trip to to lock down that
00:47:28.060 senate seat the northern flank or the northern front uh is coming together right uh tell me
00:47:35.240 about florida because texas is coming that's going to be a dogfight and i think the reason
00:47:39.320 talla rico is begging for a debate of which i don't think ken paxton is doing no need to debate
00:47:44.120 him let's just expose him expose him let the people of texas make the decision there's nothing
00:47:49.220 to debate with this kid here's what we need to do we need to find out everything about him about his
00:47:53.640 12-day disappearance every day, every moment of the day. He's running for the Senate. They're
00:47:58.220 going into Ken Paxton's closet. All they're doing is dumping on Ken ProPublica, a left-wing
00:48:03.160 organization about every trip he took, his security detail, everything with his divorce.
00:48:08.240 That's fine. Hey, he's running for the Senate. But let's do the same on Tallarico. We have to do it.
00:48:14.020 They ain't going to do it. And you can't whine about it. So we're going to double and triple
00:48:18.320 down on Tallarico. You think we're going to back off Tallarico? You are dead wrong. You know why?
00:48:22.440 He's a freak and should not be representing the folks in the great state of Texas. 0.95
00:48:29.140 Seth Keschel, you're overall, you think Florida is a breakwater here that you there's no tsunami or no blue wave. 0.87
00:48:36.500 If you've got a big fight going up north that they're all in, you know, whether it's Michigan, Minnesota, Maine, Wisconsin, governorship, all that.
00:48:47.040 And you add Florida to it. Your theory of the case is I don't see a tsunami, but we could still lose a bunch of seats here, sir.
00:48:55.220 Well, Florida does does reflect the standard midterm dynamic of the president's party facing headwinds.
00:49:01.000 Now, the question for determining the outcomes of these races is just how strong is that headwind?
00:49:06.020 So Florida is showing right now a D plus seven mail-in ballot advantage, which matches the this point in 2024 and then this point in 2022.
00:49:14.360 Given the three and a half point gain in voter registration statewide, more than 400,000 registrations, then yes, you would assume if it was at the exact same pace of partisan turnout, then Republicans would be tighter than D plus seven right now.
00:49:25.860 But they're still on pace to have a turnout after mail-in and early voting period is complete to have a very strong Republican turnout advantage leading into Election Day.
00:49:34.260 Now, those margins for Donald and Moody may not hit the Rubio DeSantis margins at 18 and 19 points, but if I were to have clicked a different button on her website and seen the change and shift by county, Miami and Broward and Palm Beach counties sit to the right of this point in 2022, the midterm. 0.71
00:49:53.900 That's a good sign that the new Florida 25 district that has been cut out that had major Trump gains with Venezuelans and Cubans is potentially flippable and playable for the GOP because the objective is here in Florida to win all the new House seats that have been carved up.
00:50:07.440 Up until this point, I believe Florida 25 is definitely a decisive seat, probably slightly favoring Moskowitz, the Democrat, because I'm not sure in the midterm that the Republicans can hold all of Trump's gains. 0.81
00:50:19.200 But these turnout numbers give them an increasingly better shot every day.
00:50:22.260 Looking at Ohio, I told you before the break that the urban areas, male plus early voting turnout, is below 2022 levels when they lost with a blue-collar dim Tim Ryan to J.D. Vance in the Senate race.
00:50:35.040 So I don't think that Ohio is having a massive shift to the left.
00:50:38.260 I think it's trending more like a Republican Indiana, more so than the Trump-lican states like Michigan or Pennsylvania.
00:50:44.800 But on the case of Montana, it's an important thing that the president hits that and gets his base turnout.
00:50:49.920 It's going to be a relatively inelastic electorate, like in AZ2 with Eli Crane.
00:50:54.800 You have some native vote that's going to possibly come out for Dems.
00:50:57.520 It's not easy to mobilize, thanks to the lack of extreme mail-in balloting in Montana.
00:51:02.560 But they have the crazy Missoula vote, the university vote there, and the Dems are trying with a union guy, a labor guy, more so than a crazy woke white woman like they did in 24 when Zinke won by less than eight points.
00:51:14.120 So that is why I have Montana won as a Republican leaner in a wave election.
00:51:18.420 That would be a tip over.
00:51:19.920 now alaska that dan sullivan versus mary peltolla that is as close to a 50 50 republican defense as
00:51:26.320 i can find in my modeling and the things that concern me about that race are the rank choice
00:51:30.640 voting the fact that alaska has 132nd the population of florida but takes two weeks to
00:51:35.920 count as mail-in ballots sorting out the ring choice voting fiasco and then you have the fake
00:51:40.000 dan sullivan on the ticket as well so they're going to need to amp up trump turnout in the
00:51:45.120 masu borough especially and clip margins there in anchorage and of course we have the the ongoing
00:51:50.720 fiasco in texas and it makes me wonder what the media would do if ken paxton disappeared for 12
00:51:55.040 days yeah what they would have is hotel receipts guaranteed uh where do people go to get yourself
00:52:02.320 uh fantastic work appreciate you doing all this and i want people to go to your sub stack where
00:52:07.840 they go well right now i'm busy cranking out forecasts and analysis that you don't find on
00:52:13.760 the standard channels uh my sub stack captain k.us that is a bestseller in the u.s politics genre
00:52:20.160 and one of the fastest growing on the entire platform let's go to his sub stack uh captain
00:52:26.320 cashel look forward to having you back this week because now within three weeks starting tomorrow

00:52:42.280 Love those guys.
00:52:43.880 We're going to get many different concepts, ideas, all of it.
00:52:48.420 Bottom line is you roll your sleeves up, go back to the grass.
00:52:51.080 Get your list.
00:52:52.440 Just get 10.
00:52:55.560 It ain't perfect.
00:52:56.760 I'm not telling you it's perfect.
00:52:58.480 It's far from perfect.
00:53:00.260 But look at the freaks on the other side.
00:53:03.020 Look at what they got.
00:53:05.860 Unbelievable.
00:53:06.920 Short commercial break.
00:53:08.000 Mike Howell, the hammer.
00:53:10.160 He's going to enjoy us.
