00:16:12.180On March 27th, J.D. Vance told Benny Johnson the administration believed Ilhan Omar had definitely,
00:16:19.460His word definitely committed immigration fraud against the United States of America.
00:16:24.560On May 19th, Vance said the Justice Department was looking into it, saying, if we think there's a crime, we're going to prosecute that crime.
00:16:32.380On September 10th, Homeland Security Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen said an investigation was underway and raised the possibility of deporting Omar.
00:16:42.640Three days later, border czar Tom O'Homan confirmed an ongoing criminal investigation.
00:16:49.560And two days after that, Todd Blanche declined to answer a question about deporting her because he would not discuss, in his words, ongoing criminal investigations.
00:17:01.100And then on Saturday, the president chimed in at a rally in Tennessee.
00:17:06.040How about Ilhan Omar? She comes from Somalia.
00:17:12.640she comes from somalia they don't have a government they don't have police they don't1.00
00:17:22.460all they have is crime and squalor these people from somalia what they've done to minnesota0.94
00:17:27.560should never be allowed and let's see what happens jd vance and our people are looking at it very
00:17:33.340strongly. 48 hours later, just 48 hours later, federal agents were at her door searching Ilhan
00:17:43.080Omar's D.C. home early this morning and removing multiple boxes of potential evidence.
00:17:48.880The Justice Department says it is part of a years long criminal investigation by the Department of
00:17:54.400Homeland Security. Congresswoman Ohar, who has been one of the loudest critics of the president,
00:18:00.480said it was clear to her that this was retribution.
00:18:04.740Quote, make no mistake, this is an attempt to target political enemies and weaponize
00:18:10.120federal law enforcement. For 10 years, Trump has targeted me with baseless lies and smear
00:18:16.320campaigns. This is just the latest escalation in his campaign of political intimidation.
00:18:23.720I will not be silenced. A few days ago, you might remember this,
00:18:29.020The president was accused of trying to start a race war in Minnesota, which Omar represents.
00:18:34.400On True Social, he urged the people of Minnesota to fight back against Somali immigrants,
00:18:39.460accusing them of violence, murder and mayhem, writing, quote,
00:18:43.020You have been robbed and abandoned by your state government.1.00
00:18:47.320The Somalians should not be allowed to get away with what they're doing.1.00
00:18:50.320They view you as weak and stupid people.1.00
00:19:54.680Now, I've been a doctor my whole career.
00:19:57.140People would say it's also about, did you tell the truth?
00:19:59.580Well, there's a lot we don't know about the basis for this investigation.
00:20:02.820What we do know is that the Justice Department is saying that this search was conducted pursuant to a judge's order.
00:20:08.520So the Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security's agents went through the DOJ attorneys to a magistrate judge and got a search warrant here.
00:20:17.120So that means that they established some evidence that there was probable cause to believe that there was evidence of a crime present at this location at Representative Omar's home in D.C.
00:20:26.760Now, we've seen before, though, that particularly in the case of the Fulton County ballot seizure by the FBI, that when when sometimes when we see these affidavits, we realize they're based on less than meets the eye.
00:20:37.380In that case, it was based on a lot of debunked conspiracy theories.
00:20:40.320So we haven't seen the affidavit that was the basis of this search warrant.
00:20:44.160But but again, some caution is warranted.
00:20:46.560But it's also the case that, as you said, this is an outspoken critic of the president who has been targeted by an open, visible Justice Department action very close to the midterm election.
00:20:59.060That normally has been against DOJ policy.
00:21:02.400Historically, it's not a hard and fast rule.
00:21:05.060Some people mistake it for like a 60 day rule.
00:21:07.100But there is a policy against taking over at investigative steps, with some exceptions, against a political candidate in close proximity to an election.
00:21:17.220You're raising the specter of criminal wrongdoing
00:21:19.500without giving the candidate a chance to resolve that issue before the election.
00:21:23.880I mean, not that she's in any danger of losing her seat regardless in her district.
00:21:27.700But so and then we get to the issue of what is this about?
00:21:31.440Well, we've confirmed that this is a fraud investigation.
00:21:35.520Others are reporting that it has to do with paperwork that her father filled out
00:21:39.500when she was naturalized as a U.S. citizen back in 2000.
00:21:43.040And the question of whether she was age 17, as she has said, or age 18, because under the law, as it was written at the time, if she was 18, she wasn't eligible for naturalization through that avenue.
00:21:54.180Now, even if they establish fraud, Katie, that's a long way from achieving a deportation.
00:21:59.200There are many legal steps they'd have to go through, even if they convicted Omar a fraud, which is, again, a long way away before they were able to deport her from this country.
00:27:00.920He's going to places where he's very popular in order to get his base excited.
00:27:05.740And I think one of the enemies that he's picked for his base has been Ilhan Omar.
00:27:10.300So he's trying to say, like, I'm doing for you. Look, here we are searching this woman's house. Look, we are finding the fraud. And this is really a base play, I think. And when you see online, when you go online, you see the bases like this. She did this.
00:27:23.900Do you think this inspires people to go out and vote in a midterm election?
00:27:26.560I think that Donald Trump is trying to throw things on the wall.
00:27:31.040And just like going to Alabama, I think he is trying to get the base excited
00:27:35.260because those are the people who come out for him.
00:27:41.240It would begin to use the Department of Justice, the FBI,
00:27:45.280as his own sort of military or intelligence force.
00:27:49.640The fact that he is doing this 20 days away from Election Day,
00:27:53.720The fact that he has been on the national stage promising a big surprise.
00:27:58.580Do you think to any extent it is about just normalizing a government where the bidding of the president can be done by the Department of Justice, by the FBI?
00:28:10.980In some ways, it sort of is getting us ready for whatever the big surprise is supposed to be.
00:28:16.220And by the Defense Department and by the intelligence agencies.
00:28:19.640I think that's been the project since day one.
00:28:23.140I mean, if you take it as, you know, for granted that he ran to avoid prosecution, to get back into office, to escape prosecution, and that most of this has been about revenge, the way that you seize a government is to seize the judicial branch, to seize the military, to seize the intelligence community, and then use those as instruments of intimidation against your opponents.
00:28:50.420And as I said, I'm kind of surprised that he that it took this long and got this close to the election.
00:28:56.420But I think in part, that's just a reflection of the general incompetence of the people like Kash Patel and the predecessors at the DOJ.
00:29:05.720I think this is what he's wanted to do all along.
00:29:07.800And Omar is a very easy target for this and makes great headlines when he does it.
00:29:13.520if you're serious about preparedness like the war room is and i am specifically you're going
00:29:23.020to want to head over to prepare with bannon.com right now let me tell you why our partners over
00:29:29.600at my patrons apply are the experts when it comes to emergency food and they're serious about making
00:29:35.040sure you have what you need in an honor of national preparedness month they're giving every customer
00:29:42.060who gets their best-selling three-month emergency food supply kit,
00:32:25.860But this thing is real, and we've been pushing this for years, right,
00:32:30.380that this needs to be taken care of and this needs to be addressed.
00:32:34.000Ken Delaney, and first question I've got for you, Clark,
00:32:36.220Since they came after you, you know, tried to destroy you, bankrupt you, take your law license, disbar you, make you a – they tried – talk about otherness.
00:32:47.380They tried to do the otherness on you.
00:32:50.480The question I got first is Ken Delanian, is he like spokesman?
00:32:53.880Is he now the official spokesman for the Democratic opposition?
00:32:59.980He's, you know, as I say, like the horse whisperer for the deep state, Steve.
00:33:04.800I mean, the guy is, you know, he's got all the sources because he's basically just their stenographer.
00:33:11.180And, you know, if Ken Delanian is saying something, it's it's you know, you know, it is the official position of the approved deep state.
00:33:20.620That's the way I take any of his dispatches.
00:33:22.920And you're right. It's incredibly rich to hear the term weaponization come from MSNOW, you know, with their predecessor, MSNBC.
00:33:32.800I was constantly on there. All they were like the otherness network for me, for John Eastman,
00:33:38.160for Rudy Giuliani, for President Trump. Right. They they cheerlead all that weaponization. But
00:33:43.680now when you're talking about something that's actually a problem, namely, you know, a traitor
00:33:48.520like Ilhan Omar has managed to get into Congress, you know, perverting the election system and the
00:33:55.540immigration system and then becoming fabulously wealthy with no explanation. I mean, it's just
00:34:00.840it's it's so rich it makes you gag and to rub your nose in this is one of the things i think
00:34:06.960people are most upset about these people come over here we don't know who they are that we
00:34:10.800don't know how they get in the country they lie about everything next thing you know they're
00:34:14.080running minnesota and they're telling the american people this is the way things are going to be0.97
00:34:17.880i don't want to see her deported immediately i want her prison term at the end of her prison term1.00
00:34:22.740then we can send her back to her home country we're going to denaturalize her put her in prison1.00
00:34:27.540and then send her back, you know the dangers of this, of weaponization, and you're actually1.00
00:34:32.700taking action on it. So at least the right does not have to go through. The people that are the
00:34:38.080warriors at the tip of the spear do not have to go through what you and others went through
00:34:42.960the last time. Walk me through that. What are you doing to combat what we just saw
00:34:49.100from Katie Turr and Ken Delaney and all the deep staters on MSNBC?
00:34:54.200Well, Steve, we're going to go on offense, and I'll tease for you the first inaugural case of the new Oversight Project law firm, which we just filed yesterday, actually.
00:35:09.180So we're working hard, working on a Saturday, and it involves a just disgraceful effort to attack Charlie Kirk and celebrate his assassination.
00:35:20.380So I'll have more on that later. But that's an example of us going on offense. We're looking at filing our own bar complaints after people like me and John Eastman, Rudy Giuliani, et cetera, were attacked. We're about to file, tomorrow we will file it, our Supreme Court brief in support of John Eastman having the Supreme Court take up his case.
00:35:41.580He simply cannot be permanently disbarred. The California Supreme Court ruling to the contrary has to be reversed. And look, recently in The American Mind, Steve, I wrote about these topics. I urge the viewers to go check out that piece, which is called, in short, The Right Finally Has Its Own Law Firm.
00:36:02.540You know, if you go back to the Magna Carta era, you have in Clause 39 the idea that people can't be ruined without cause.
00:36:13.660And, you know, the legal system in this country during the Biden administration was really trying to ruin a whole bunch of people without cause.
00:36:20.780And again, it's rich to see them try to turn that around for Ilhan Omar.
00:36:25.660Anything against her is not without cause.
00:36:27.880In fact, I'm surprised it's taken this long to get to this point.
00:43:35.680Talk to Philip Patrick's team at Birch Gold today.
00:43:38.880so many brands today claim to stand for american values but most of the time it's all talk and no
00:43:59.260action that's what makes patriot mobile different for more than 12 years patriot mobile has been
00:44:05.040living their values and standing the gap for every American who believes freedom is worth fighting
00:44:10.360for. Their business was founded on a simple conviction. If culture is being shaped through
00:44:16.460commerce, Americans deserve a real conservative alternative. Today, Patriot Mobile is America's

00:44:52.980liberty, the sanctity of life, the Second Amendment, and America's future.

00:45:21.380That's 972Patriot to make the switch and to make it today.
00:45:27.400Okay, I'm going to go back to Colorado on these initiatives, but mainly it's about the fight, about the pressure people are coming under now.
00:45:39.780I'm also then going to go to Texas, then I've got Dr. Thayer with me, hopefully maybe even Michigan, we're going to try to jam a lot through tonight.
00:45:46.020We've got a very special report on the Maine fishermen that I think that you're going to like a lot.
00:45:54.420Laurie, so Laurie, here's what I think people, it's, you have to take a second and explain what's happened because people look at Colorado, it's not simply one of the most beautiful states in the union, it's one of the most beautiful places on earth, having had the opportunity to the military and business and films and other things to travel a lot of the earth.
00:46:16.020Colorado is very special, and they get very special people.
00:47:01.720What is it about that small minority that believes they can intimidate citizens like yourself, ma'am?
00:47:07.800well what we're seeing is really this hostile takeover over every agency in the state of
00:47:14.160colorado that is designed to help the family and they're using fear and intimidation to threaten
00:47:20.520people so they don't feel comfortable exercising their first amendment right um i've been uh
00:47:26.700ridiculed i've been labeled all kinds of words from a white supremacist and a militia leader
00:47:30.940to a crazed parent and now we're seeing uh everyday colorado citizens who just want to0.94
00:47:36.360protect girls sports and protect kids from sex trafficking and protect children from
00:47:40.020irreversible sex change surgeries that are putting their signs up in support of this
00:47:44.320and they're being stolen. We're seeing it across the state. You know, as you've reported,
00:47:48.960St. Francis Cabrini in Littleton and then just recently a family in Denver had their signs
00:47:54.960ripped out of their yard and Nazi spray painted onto their garage. And we're having signs pulled
00:48:00.100out in Arapahoe County and Adams County and all across the state. This state is a beautiful state
00:48:05.120And the people here genuinely are great people.
00:48:08.280But we have this radical overtake into these government systems that are really threatening the everyday citizen.
00:48:18.780How much is this generated around universities?
00:48:22.920Do you think a lot of this is because of the radical nature of some of these great universities in Colorado that have been essentially taken over by radical faculty and radical students?
00:48:32.200You see this across the board, but they're actually out. They get them all worked up, like some of the charges that were made on the transgender that, oh, you're going to have to have genital checks, et cetera. Where is this coming? Is the railhead of this the radicalness of the universities? I mean, where is this coming from? Because it doesn't feel like folks in Colorado, ma'am.
00:48:52.220No, it doesn't. And what we're seeing is in every system, Steve. So we're seeing it not only in the education system, like you're describing with higher education, but also K through 12. We're seeing it in health care. We're seeing it at the legislature. As I've shared before, we have over 21 laws that Governor Polis signed in the last several years that mandate this gender identity affirmation model.
00:49:16.940We're seeing the churches being weaponized.
00:49:19.060We're seeing family court and child protective services.
00:49:22.280And so when you have activists going into all of these institutions and pretending to be medical providers, pretending to be teachers, pretending to be pastors, pretending to be legislators, they're in there to do one thing.
00:49:35.740And that is to radically change this country.
00:49:38.280And we're just, we're fighting back and the people of Colorado have had their voices heard.
00:49:43.840And it's evident by the over half a million signatures that we garnered in under six months
00:49:48.100because of an all-volunteer coalition of Coloradans that just want to stand up
00:49:52.580against this radical overtake of our beautiful state.
00:50:31.880You can search us on all of our social media platforms at Protect Kids Colorado as well.
00:50:36.300And I just want to say thank you, Steve, because since Aaron Lee and I have been joining your show and all the support that you and Ben have showed us at Protect Kids Colorado, your listeners have been reaching out to us, sending us encouraging emails and donating.
00:51:24.800But there's a couple of races around this country that are going to determine the direction of the country,
00:51:29.620not simply for their votes, but what it means to the nation.
00:51:33.940He says, we have women out in Colorado that have done this, gotten 500,000 signatures, and now, essentially, they're trying to burn them out, right?
00:51:50.700Well, look, Steve, I've got friends in Colorado.
00:51:52.920You mentioned I've spent a lot of time there, and there's a reason why they're targeting places like this.
00:51:58.360It's because they are the jewel in our crown.
00:52:00.380There are so many amazing places in America, and they know if they can take these places out, there are no strongholds left.
00:52:07.220That's why when I look at a place like Colorado, that is so incredibly beautiful, both the outside, the landscape, but the people.
00:52:14.620It's something we have to stand up and protect.
00:52:18.300Amazing. Ben, if you can stick around for the six, I've got a couple more questions for you.
00:52:22.500Cindy Castilla from Texas, a grassroots leader.1.00
00:52:27.240She's also coming under heat. She's going to give us an update, also going to talk about something we need to discuss, a mosque moratorium.0.82
00:52:37.200Hey, maybe we started in the jewel of the crown of the great state of Texas.0.71
00:52:44.040Dr. Bradley Thayer has done all the pick and shovel work on the Communist Party and what it means and how it has never been totally and completely destroyed.0.97
00:52:53.240destroyed and now it's rearing its ugly head in the united states of america this marxist jihadist0.86
00:53:01.560so much more this country we have big problems but you know what0.92
00:53:07.080i like who's on our side of the football the mega movement is it perfect no it's not perfect
00:53:14.360far from being perfect but it's a working process to be perfect short commercial break we're gonna
00:53:21.640going to be back in the war room. Just a moment. Tax Network USA is currently offering business
