00:00:00.000 the race ratings shifted this since last year. Yeah, I think it's so important. We're going to
00:00:04.680 look at the House today because I think the Senate, we've all have our eyes focused in
00:00:08.120 on the Senate. I think the House, you know what? It's half of Congress. In fact, there are more
00:00:11.960 members of the House than there are in the United States Senate. And I just think it's so notable.
00:00:15.780 You know, you need 218 seats. Take a look at this. House seats at least leaning Democratic. I'm
00:00:20.300 averaging the Cook Political Report and Sabato's crystal ball here. You know, a year ago it was 206.
00:00:25.460 It's 206. You need 218 in order to get a majority.
00:00:29.060 Look at it now. Up like a rocket. We're now talking 223 seats.
00:00:33.600 This is north of the 218 that Democrats need to take back the U.S. House of Representatives.
00:00:38.720 And what I should note is these House Raiders, historically, they've actually been rather conservative.
00:00:43.340 There are still 17 or there in about races that are toss-ups.
00:00:47.840 So Democrats right now in a very strong position, not just to get 218 seats, but to get plenty north of there.
00:00:54.320 So this is 2026, but what about past midterms at this point in the cycle?
00:00:59.520 How does that number compare?
00:01:01.420 So you see this 223 right here.
00:01:03.660 So let's go back.
00:01:04.580 We're going to jump in the DeLorean.
00:01:05.920 We're going to go back in time and we're going to compare it to other years.
00:01:09.040 Take a look here.
00:01:09.780 OK, House seats at least leaning Democratic in late October.
00:01:13.820 Look at this.
00:01:14.460 We got the 223 for the Democrats right here.
00:01:17.120 You know, in 2022, when Democrats lost their House majority, but still, you know, ended up north of 210 seats.
00:01:22.600 They were at 193.
00:01:23.880 Look at this, though. In 2018, they were at just 202, and of course they had a net gain of 40 seats that year on their way to a very, very comfortable majority.
00:01:33.760 This is the outlier here. This is the outlier.
00:01:36.220 When I say these race raiders tend to be relatively conservative, they tend to keep a lot of seats in the toss-up category, and then many of those toss-up seats will go one way or the other. 0.95
00:01:44.920 This is the rare outlier in which Democrats are very much in the catbird seat, very much on their way to a majority, if this number holds with historical precedent. 0.91
00:01:53.520 Well, what about, what does history say about how they ended, how they ended performing?
00:01:58.180 Yeah, okay.
00:01:58.880 Overperform, underperform, where are we?
00:02:00.320 Yeah, okay.
00:02:01.360 Underperform, overperform, just perform.
00:02:03.460 I sometimes, I just want to just perform.
00:02:06.120 223 seats here.
00:02:07.380 That is well more than the 218 when Democrats got that majority.
00:02:10.280 I got the, I got our crew laughing in the background.
00:02:12.720 That tells me I'm pretty much on today.
00:02:14.300 Okay.
00:02:15.000 Opposition party in midterm elections.
00:02:16.900 What are we talking about?
00:02:18.020 Late October since 2006.
00:02:19.800 Does the opposition party, that is the non-White House party, win more seats than at least those that are at least leaning to them?
00:02:27.540 So right now, of course, Democrats, what do they have?
00:02:29.660 They have 223 seats leaning to them.
00:02:32.040 Do they win more than that?
00:02:33.720 Well, the opposition party, five of five times, has done exactly that.
00:02:38.440 So that when you see that 223 seats, it's most likely going to be north of the other.
00:02:43.720 I am very much...
00:02:44.460 So you're saying if history tracks, that's the floor, not the ceiling.
00:02:48.180 That is exactly right.
00:02:49.300 The 223 is the floor, not the ceiling.
00:02:52.020 I expect it to be north of there.
00:02:53.180 Will it be north of 230?
00:02:54.680 Some folks and some of the mathematical models I'm looking at suggest it could, in fact, be north of 240.
00:03:00.840 Today in Washington, a crucial economic decision just six days out for the midterms.
00:03:06.360 Will Trump-appointed Fed Chair Kevin Walsh and the Federal Reserve raise interest rates in the face of persistent inflation?
00:03:13.740 Let's get right to Washington.
00:03:15.120 And CNN's Matt Egan is standing by for the decision there.
00:03:18.820 Matt, what are the expectations today?
00:03:21.800 Well, John, inflation continues to heat up, but the Federal Reserve is not expected to step in today to try to cool it off with another interest rate hike.
00:03:30.820 There's really wide consensus across Wall Street that the Fed is going to pause today.
00:03:35.060 Just a 9% chance of an interest rate hike, 91% chance of a hold.
00:03:39.460 those odds are noteworthy because that means that an interest rate hike today would really be a
00:03:46.500 surprise. And we know Fed officials, they do not like to shock investors because they can really
00:03:51.300 rock the boat on Wall Street and cause unnecessary market turbulence that can be felt on Main Street.
00:03:58.860 Now, this is despite the fact that, of course, inflation does remain high. And a number of Fed
00:04:05.200 watchers. They tell me they believe there is a strong case for an interest rate hike today
00:04:11.000 because of how stubborn inflation has been, right? There were those hotter than expected
00:04:16.960 consumer and wholesale inflation reports for September. The Fed's preferred inflation metric,
00:04:22.820 PCE, it has been stuck above the Fed's 2% goal for five and a half years. Think about that.
00:04:28.960 That's half a decade of inflation chipping away at incomes.
00:04:33.220 And the August PCE reading was 3.4 percent, well above the target.
00:04:37.580 We don't have September yet, but we will tomorrow.
00:04:39.640 And the forecast is for a step in the wrong direction to 3.6 percent and then another step in the wrong direction in October.
00:04:47.100 Now, I did talk to some Fed watchers who have speculated that perhaps the political calendar has played a role here in keeping the Fed to hold.
00:04:58.360 Former Minneapolis president, Fed president, Narayana Kocho-Lakota,
00:05:02.440 he told me that if he were still at the Fed, he would be voting for an interest rate hike today.
00:05:07.540 However, he said that he thinks that the Fed is not going to do that,
00:05:11.280 not because they necessarily want to help one party or another,
00:05:13.760 but because they don't want to invite political criticism from President Trump.
00:05:17.600 Kocho-Lakota told me that failing to move at this meeting is a sign
00:05:20.700 they are being influenced by the political environment, and that is not a good thing.
00:05:25.380 Now, Fed Chair Kevin Walsh, he has pledged to maintain Fed independence to make decisions based on what's best for the economy, not to help one party or another.
00:05:34.480 Bottom line here, John, no hike expected today.
00:05:37.820 But Walsh will face tough questions from reporters at 2.30 Eastern about why they're deciding not to hike.
00:05:44.720 Proof of Flavio, Bolsonaro, coming to the United States.
00:05:48.220 What was that about?
00:05:49.920 Well, I would approve.
00:05:50.880 I think they're fine people.
00:05:53.660 The election was very strange, and I thought it was terrible.
00:05:58.780 It's gotten banned reviews.
00:05:59.840 You look at what happened to their market.
00:06:02.520 Would I approve of it?
00:06:03.540 Yeah, I would approve of it.
00:06:04.680 I think it would be okay with me.
00:06:07.300 I think it's so terrible to see it.
00:06:09.060 I didn't take sides.
00:06:10.440 You know, I know them both.
00:06:11.620 I know Lula.
00:06:14.060 I know Laveo a little bit.
00:06:16.360 I know the father very well.
00:06:18.400 The father was treated really badly, I thought.
00:06:21.580 But I wasn't involved. 1.00
00:06:22.740 That's Brazil. It's a different country. I do get involved in some.
00:06:25.840 I was involved in Colombia. I endorsed El Tigre, and he won.
00:06:30.000 He was in 10th place, and he won.
00:06:32.040 And he's turning out to be a very strong, very good president.
00:06:36.380 As you know, in Argentina, I endorsed. In numerous countries, I endorsed.
00:06:40.440 They always won. I didn't endorse in Brazil.
00:06:43.140 I thought I'd stay out of that one.
00:06:45.000 And I thought the end result, you know, it's fine, the end result.
00:06:49.260 But the way they got to the end result was terrible.
00:06:51.960 I heard he was in Argentina. I don't know where he is. I mean, I heard he was in Argentina, but I don't know. I heard he was in Argentina. But yeah, I would have certainly approved of him being here.
00:07:08.320 Too many good people, Nicole, too many really good people, they want to say that where we are is on the verge of something, that we are, that something bad may happen.
00:07:18.900 No, no, something bad is happening.
00:07:20.620 Like, like right now, the Department of Justice has taken the position that they get to control who gets to vote in the state of California.
00:07:26.040 They have asserted control over whether a Democrat can even win a Senate race in Alaska.
00:07:32.660 They are they are threatening election officials with criminal investigations.
00:07:38.380 They are, you know, saying that they are going to hunt down.
00:07:41.940 You know, I think the U.S. attorney in Texas used that phrase.
00:07:45.520 And so we are in the middle of a constitutional crisis.
00:07:48.500 Now, it may be that we are able to survive it, right?
00:07:52.420 I'm not fatalistic about it.
00:07:54.080 We have a good track record of winning these things.
00:07:56.900 But we're not at the front end of anything.
00:07:59.380 We are in the middle of a big, big constitutional challenge and crisis in which the federal government is being weaponized.
00:08:07.420 every single day to undermine the rule of law and free and fair elections.
00:08:12.380 And that is where our leaders need to be. That is where our public needs to be.
00:08:15.620 That is where I hope the voters are. And let us hope that if we get through this,
00:08:20.200 when we hit 2027, we all take a collective reassessment of what we need to do,
00:08:25.940 because this isn't going to get any easier in 2028 or 2030, unless we at some point put an end to this.
00:08:33.240 wednesday 28 october year of our lord 2026 let's not worry about 2027 let's worry about now
00:08:40.180 because um the democrats this is why one of our focus is on brazil brazil is our future
00:08:48.620 if you don't understand how they've weaponized their supreme court and legal and steal the
00:08:54.300 elections and you have you know they got an empty treasury they promised everything this world's
00:08:59.060 Capital markets are puking all over Lula's plan. 0.95
00:09:05.340 That's the future of the United States and throwing people in prison.
00:09:10.160 Flavio is now in the United States.
00:09:12.340 It's going to be a press conference on Thursday.
00:09:15.340 As you know, we're a huge advocate of these guys announcing a government in exile 0.79
00:09:19.720 as the world's capital market starts turfing out Lula.
00:09:25.480 there's a lot of people actually in south america said hey brazil's gone forget it it's spanish
00:09:32.860 speaking latin america that you can save so we're gonna get all into that but that's the future of
00:09:37.260 this country people do not understand they came close to destroying the country in biden's regime
00:09:43.360 because they had a tottering old guy there they came close they came this close to putting trump
00:09:48.820 in prison. Trump avoided, Jair Bolsonaro is in prison for 27 years. They gave him a death
00:09:57.080 sentence for challenging a stolen election that was blatantly stolen from him. For challenging
00:10:02.940 an election, they accused him of a coup d'etat, put him in prison. Eduardo has been indicted
00:10:09.500 in absentia after they lost the first round. And Flavio had his passport taken and they said,
00:10:15.380 oh, we've got these money laundering charges, we're going to charge you,
00:10:19.160 and if you mention anything on the election, you're going to prison immediately,
00:10:23.240 and we're going to lock you up right now.
00:10:26.740 That's why Secretary Rubio and others want to give a hat tip to a lot of people
00:10:32.600 in the Trump administration and senior advisors to the Trump administration
00:10:36.340 that really moved heaven and earth to make this happen.
00:10:39.160 It's absolutely spectacular.
00:10:40.400 I hope they announce, I hope they come at heart, and I hope we come in with sanctions.
00:10:44.040 We have to hit fire with fire.
00:10:46.600 Here in the United States, it's happening.
00:10:49.720 We're going to have Cleta Mitchell up in the next hour to go through the details, but it's happening. 0.98
00:10:55.140 We don't have secure elections.
00:10:57.120 I'm sorry, we don't. 1.00
00:10:59.120 And don't let that black pill you. 1.00
00:11:00.560 We got to overcome that with votes. 0.99
00:11:02.900 Our fate is in our hands.
00:11:04.460 We're going to have Andrew Colvett when we end the show today about what's happening in Arizona.
00:11:08.980 Your agency, we've seen this from Virginia 1 to Texas to Arizona,
00:11:14.560 your agency is still the most important thing out there.
00:11:17.780 Our fate is not sealed.
00:11:19.960 I don't care what Harry Enten says.
00:11:21.460 And Harry Enten says, hey, 218 is the magic number.
00:11:24.560 The floor for the Democrats in the House right now, he thinks it's 223.
00:11:27.800 He thinks as high as 230, says some people's models throw 240.
00:11:32.860 We'll talk a little bit more about that momentarily.
00:11:36.420 I want to go to Eric Bowling.
00:11:37.260 Eric, big day. So first of all, let's talk the Fed, interest rates, your assessment of what's
00:11:42.720 happening in the Persian Gulf oil as you're our guy there. Then we'll talk about broader topics,
00:11:48.360 sir. Interesting. They're all kind of fitting together right now, Steve. We saw oil jump
00:11:52.800 overnight, $2 a barrel. Right now, West Texas immediate already over 101, Brent over 115,
00:12:00.660 kind of extremely elevated. You know, Bolsonaro, the Brazil election had something to do with that
00:12:05.920 when it looked like Bolsonaro was not going to be the guy because they added two hours and found
00:12:10.120 10 million votes somehow. The oil market saw that because Brazil is a major oil producer.
00:12:15.600 They produce around 6 million equivalent a day. And that's 20% up from where they used to produce.
00:12:20.900 So it looked like there were maybe if it was a Bolsonaro regime, there may be some oil
00:12:25.120 kind of relief on our end, because we trade directly with Brazil quite regularly. And then
00:12:30.820 it went back to games as usual. We've seen it around the world. We may even be seeing it in
00:12:37.080 Israel, as we speak right now, a similar thing. But the lack of that kind of marketability of
00:12:44.880 Brazil's oil is what I believe drove oil prices up overnight and frankly drove some of the big
00:12:49.760 refiners down 6%, 7%, 8% in the same move. So that fills in. But what that does, it puts a
00:12:56.080 little bit of pressure on Warsh. It's like 92% of the street believes there will not be an interest
00:13:01.980 rate raise today. They were talking about yesterday. Today, they'll make the announcement
00:13:05.640 at 2 o'clock. Probably won't be, but what matters most are the comments that come afterwards by
00:13:11.060 various Fed officials, including Warsh's very much important comments where he may suggest
00:13:19.580 there may be an interest rate raise going forward. Those are the things that move the markets when
00:13:23.400 oil is high, gas is high. What they're going to do, correct me if I'm wrong, they don't want to
00:13:27.680 have the wrath of Trump. So they won't raise today, but the comments afterwards will basically say,
00:13:33.160 oh, we're going to raise it and we'll come back in 30 days and raise it. I mean, is that the game
00:13:37.740 they're going to play? Because they don't want to face President Trump hitting him with a flamethrower?
00:13:41.740 In about three or four business days, they'll release the Fed minutes, which actually tells
00:13:46.260 you exactly what they were talking about behind closed doors in the meetings. It gives you each
00:13:50.060 individual Fed officials thinking about interest rates going forward.
00:13:55.380 So if there's overwhelming support for interest rate raises or says it's not the time they
00:13:59.880 don't raise, we know that eventually they'll likely wear him down to the point where they
00:14:04.420 raise.
00:14:04.880 So oil, all these things are working.
00:14:06.800 Then you have a monster week of earnings beginning today.
00:14:09.920 Hang on, hang on.
00:14:11.000 We're going to get to that. 1.00
00:14:11.680 I'm going to give you some runway. 0.98
00:14:13.240 The anthropic IPO. 0.96
00:14:14.680 Oh, I didn't want to bury the lead. 0.93
00:14:17.260 Something happened in Israel last night.
00:14:19.000 We'll get to that.
00:14:20.060 The Arabs have 18 seats in the Knesset, I think, right now.
00:14:25.680 The Likud party, Netanyahu's party has 26. 0.80
00:14:31.260 Hello.
00:14:32.300 Of course, now there's some people sitting there. 1.00
00:14:33.820 Well, constitutionally, the Arabs can't even vote. 1.00
00:14:37.860 Sorry, guys. 1.00
00:14:39.160 That horse is way out of the barn.
00:14:43.320 Unbelievable.
00:14:44.940 President Trump took credit again today on True Social that he saved Netanyahu.
00:14:50.600 I'll show you the True Social when we get back.
00:14:53.280 Eric Bolling, McCabe at the White House, back today.

00:16:17.640 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann. 1.00
00:16:20.880 Hey, McCabe's the white hazard. I'll get to him in a moment. 0.99
00:16:24.560 I've got bowling on. So bowling, the capital markets in Brazil, they're throwing up all over the global capital markets throwing up all over Lula.
00:16:34.520 Right. Because after the first round, they didn't expect this.
00:16:37.060 They thought, hey, Bolsonaro win by X amount. Right.
00:16:39.720 They didn't realize it's going to be stolen in your face.
00:16:42.440 This is what I tell people.
00:16:44.340 Folks, they're brazen about it.
00:16:47.080 This is that kind of global deep state.
00:16:49.040 It's what's here in the United States.
00:16:50.880 In fact, I'm sure there's USAID money back.
00:16:52.980 There's USAID money in back of this children's crusade in Serbia.
00:16:59.140 And we haven't cut off USAID.
00:17:01.160 Don't let anybody believe we've done that.
00:17:02.660 That is not the case.
00:17:04.120 They're still pouring money all over the country.
00:17:06.180 OMB, Russ, we love you, brother.
00:17:08.120 where's my rescissions on USAID? 0.97
00:17:10.600 If the Congress doesn't have enough balls to do it, 0.86
00:17:12.980 how come OMB doesn't have enough balls to do it? 0.80
00:17:16.580 We got to get serious about this. 0.98
00:17:18.400 We're not serious.
00:17:20.520 So bowling, on top of all this,
00:17:24.640 the financing of the Rubik's Cube,
00:17:29.660 a financing of the artificial,
00:17:31.540 so we have a leverage bet.
00:17:33.580 The country's at $40 trillion.
00:17:35.080 We're adding $2 trillion a year.
00:17:36.620 You heard it first here on The War Room, as we've said every year, and you're going to get an omnibus after this election in January.
00:17:44.220 You're going to get that rammed down your throat.
00:17:45.700 It's going to have another two trillion dollar deficit.
00:17:47.340 So Besson is going to have to go back into the capital markets and, you know, refinance a third of our debt at higher interest rates.
00:17:54.660 Because Warsh is going to give you a love tap on a higher interest rate in November sometime.
00:17:59.000 That's coming.
00:17:59.600 um and on top of that we have another leverage bet of this new industrial build out of artificial
00:18:08.640 intelligence and everything that has to do with it and it's so enormously complicated because you
00:18:12.860 can't understand hey i got cross-collateralization some guys are giving advances on chips i'm doing
00:18:18.400 this and then all of a sudden in the middle of this quite complex how do i understand we're not
00:18:24.340 heading to another 2008 with the complexity of all this debt they drop they drop the anthropic
00:18:32.100 IPO oh by the way and they just carve they say oh yeah we were at two trillion we're just gonna be
00:18:37.720 at 1.5 trillion they just carve 500 billion dollars out uh at the last second and put this
00:18:44.720 thing out and people have to read this perspective because once again it's saying yeah it's a
00:18:48.080 probability we could end humanity but here we are and here's the dirty little secret and correct me
00:18:54.580 if i'm wrong eric bowling if they're rushing this thing to market because and it's going to go into
00:19:01.820 everybody in this don't think you guys are safe everybody in this audience that has a 401k or has
00:19:08.580 any pension fund because pension fund managers this is going to be financed by the working class
00:19:14.420 the middle class in this country is because it's going to be institutional money, not these day
00:19:19.600 traders and not even you if you have an individual account. This is going to be institutional money.
00:19:24.980 So we now have highly leveraged as a nation. We're laying on a highly leveraged bet that it's too
00:19:31.000 complicated even to understand how the debt stuff works here and who's cross-collateralized.
00:19:35.980 Because once it implodes, we'll find that out like we found in 2008. On top of this, the equity
00:19:41.740 markets are, as you know, back in the old days, these things would never pass a commitments
00:19:46.920 committee.
00:19:47.420 The commitments committee go, what do you talk about?
00:19:49.160 Throw this prospectus out. 0.93
00:19:50.300 This thing's ridiculous. 0.97
00:19:51.600 Your thoughts, sir? 0.99
00:19:53.460 You nailed it.
00:19:54.740 Especially the part about every pension fund and retired 401k account has, because these
00:20:00.480 managers have built into their structures, state pension funds as well, the requirement
00:20:06.380 to own stocks when they, equities, when they hit a certain valuation.
00:20:09.740 So you have a, we're going to be exposed to X amount of debt, big debt, big tech being, you know, 200 billion.
00:20:16.180 But that's supposed to be a, that's supposed to be a safety concern.
00:20:19.520 They have requirements and now they're in indexes, you know, Elon and the guys made sure SpaceX, because it's supposed to be two years, let the thing season.
00:20:29.080 Let's see a couple of earnings reports.
00:20:30.820 Let's see what's actually happening, how the company operates.
00:20:33.300 they do it out that they do it from the jump and it's the old theory was oh but safety if this is
00:20:39.240 that big by the way i look back with the when i started wall street in 1984 out of harvard
00:20:46.080 the market cap of the biggest company i think was ibm i looked it up last night it was 30 billion
00:20:51.940 dollars 30 billion dollars is like a sideshow you know a little secondary offering that it was
00:20:57.440 the market cap of the largest company on the new york stock exchange i think in 1984 was
00:21:02.620 IBM at $30 billion. 0.91
00:21:05.480 Today, if you don't go to a trillion or a trillion and a half, you're a piker. 0.88
00:21:09.600 But the pension funds automatically now put it in there because there's safety in numbers 0.96
00:21:14.160 when it's the exact opposite.
00:21:16.060 Is it not, Eric Bolling?
00:21:18.080 So it is and it gives you exposure across different type of investment vehicles.
00:21:25.480 So people say, well, why weren't you in big tech?
00:21:27.480 Why weren't you into these massive IPOs?
00:21:29.880 They did great in hindsight.
00:21:31.140 so they cover their own risk of sort of explanatory risk if things go south by saying look we told
00:21:38.920 you we're going to be across all platforms here's the issue though steve when when spacex was coming
00:21:43.520 at me we had talked and we were on virtually every day during because it was during the early
00:21:47.840 parts of the war when spacex was going ipo i was being bombarded with hey you want some spacex below
00:21:52.980 uh ipo price how far below well we can get it to you at 122 it's going to come out at 135 i said
00:21:58.840 goodbye i said goodbye i got three four of them i think i told you i said i'm going to buy this
00:22:03.480 at 100 literally it opens at 135 spikes up and immediately crashes back down i bought 105 i
00:22:11.040 it went to 103 i didn't get the 100 print but i was buying it all the way down below the prices
00:22:16.040 that people were coming at me offering it to me this is a great deal pension funds are going to
00:22:20.720 have to buy it pension funds can't buy it until it opens on the public market they can't do it
00:22:25.780 But that's the pitch.
00:22:27.260 I just want people to know, when you're a big deal like bowling,
00:22:30.700 when you're one of the insiders, the pitch they're making you is that,
00:22:34.320 hey, the rubes are coming in, and the rubes have to buy it.
00:22:38.760 The manager of the rubes' money, by the way, audience, 0.99
00:22:41.360 you would be the rubes here in this case. 1.00
00:22:43.160 The rubes, you got some downside protection because legally the rubes 1.00
00:22:47.800 are going to have to come in and give some support. 0.98
00:22:49.740 Is that the pitch?
00:22:51.340 It was the pitch.
00:22:52.760 It's the pitch.
00:22:53.300 It's the reality.
00:22:54.120 And I'm going to tell you right now,
00:22:55.180 I told them to go jump because that would have made me a room because I read the perspective.
00:23:00.720 They were doing a $1.7 trillion IPO from a company that was losing money, had never been anything like that before.
00:23:07.940 I firmly believe that the AI revolution is akin to the dot-com revolution.
00:23:13.840 So Google opening high, crashing on its IPO, and now it's worth gazillions of dollars.
00:23:20.260 Apple worth $5 trillion now.
00:23:22.300 But there's going to be a day of reckoning, folks.
00:23:24.180 there's going to be a massive day of reckoning which those pension funds guess what we'll have
00:23:28.660 to sell into a sell-off which would be which adds fuel to that fire so i'm here's my point this week
00:23:35.060 anthropic ipo was supposed to happen announced today so the pre-cut of the pre the opportunity
00:23:42.600 for me to buy was supposed to happen by today they pushed it to monday that tells me and i'm
00:23:47.320 getting hit by four or five different investment banks hey you really want this one don't you i
00:23:51.060 got a lot of demand for this when you want it i'm getting nope nope i'm gonna buy it in the open
00:23:54.600 market like everyone else because we'll buy it cheaper this time again of course elon comes in
00:23:59.900 with this magic fairy dust and saying hey we're going to combine nine companies nine companies
00:24:03.880 this is why why is elon putting a half a billion dollars into this race because he understands the
00:24:09.140 democrats take over the house they're going to take that nasa those nasa contracts was the only
00:24:12.960 real revenue he's got they're going to take it down to zero as they investigate everything so
00:24:17.100 you heard it here first bowling where do people go and get all your analysis on this because now
00:24:22.140 we're back into the the capital markets are going to have a very big deal about going forward this
00:24:26.380 thing in israel's totally like by the way your your thoughts on your thoughts on israel the arabs
00:24:31.280 have combined i realize there's two parties but they're the arabs in israel have 18 now are going
00:24:37.940 to have 18 i think 18 seats in the knesset the lakud party's got 26 your thoughts there sir
00:24:43.540 And so you can qualify where the source of Washington CNBC and Dan Senor, who was with the Obama administration, obviously.
00:24:54.960 Dan Senor? No, I think he was not Obama. He's Bush. He's a Bush guy. He's a hardcore.
00:24:59.880 Oh, he's a Bushy? 0.70
00:25:01.020 He's the comms department for the Mossad. But go ahead. Let's hear what the Mossad's got to say about this. 0.90
00:25:05.580 Here are his numbers. This is kind of fascinating. I think he was pretty fair and balanced about this.
00:25:09.660 real quick. 18 Arab seats, as you point out. He's saying Netanyahu has 54, opposition 49. That's
00:25:15.340 121. That's the total. You need 61 to hold it, to win it, to lock it down. He suggested there's
00:25:22.640 two options. Both have said they wouldn't do it. Hook up with the Arabs, bring the Arabs into their
00:25:27.340 coalition. That would put them over the number. He said neither one. They both vowed not to do 1.00
00:25:32.100 that. So the only other option is Netanyahu and the opposition get together. Since Netanyahu has
00:25:37.540 a couple more he would be the effective president but they would have a coalition government in
00:25:43.080 israel and it's just if it's possible they can be more screwed up than our election process maybe
00:25:49.240 they just might be no but politico reported and we talked about this last night with 0.74
00:25:54.240 matthew farachi one of the first of them they can't pardon with the arabs that that that for
00:26:00.560 those particularly if they want to pursue the war right and there's a war on three fronts one in 0.95
00:26:06.060 Lebanon, one in Gaza, and obviously the Persian. What Politico reported is that the U.S. government,
00:26:12.160 President Trump, is that they would put together a coalition government. Netanyahu would take the
00:26:16.040 rest of the Trump term, then he'd toss it over to Gaddy, the general. It shows you the deep
00:26:22.980 American involvement in this entire thing. And President Trump this morning, hey, true social,
00:26:28.480 he's taking a victory lap. Netanyahu is going to lose. His words, not mine. Netanyahu is going to 0.51
00:26:35.060 lose before he came in with both endorsements. I just think we can't, you know, there's going to
00:26:41.040 be a total rejection. People should understand they should come out into the field and see what
00:26:45.820 people think about this war. I'm talking about the heart of MAGA. President Trump's going to Ohio
00:26:50.080 again today. The heart of MAGA is depressed about this. Yes, you have some people who think,
00:26:55.400 hey, this is, you know, biblical and it's got to happen. But most people are depressed about this
00:26:59.560 war in the economics. That's reality. The reason that we're having massive headwinds, when they
00:27:04.480 talk about 223 230 and 240 that's the reason and if we get more engaged in this or the winds of
00:27:11.600 war sounds like you may even go in big kinetic right afterwards we're going to help hell to pay
00:27:16.240 anyway i know you got a bolt bowling we'll get you back on here talk about all the geopolitics
00:27:20.260 maybe tomorrow the next day where do people go to get all your content sir just just just come
00:27:25.340 right here and rev i just signed up for another year and a half or so just hey let's be with you
00:27:31.080 news eric bowling leading into the war room afternoon show it's fantastic all right we'll
00:27:37.560 see you here making making an honest man out of you eric bowling okay get back to taking your
00:27:42.280 anthropic calls yeah i will anytime you want to hear what wall street's getting pitched you're
00:27:48.540 pitching just talk to eric he's getting pitched all the time hey you gotta buy it because the
00:27:54.180 rubes are gonna have to come in the pension funds are gonna have to come in managing the
00:27:57.960 Rubes money is going to be our floor short commercial break.
00:28:02.600 We're going to talk Brazil.
00:28:04.460 We're also going to go to the white house.

00:31:25.620 Best phone service around and now a free 5G smartphone.
00:31:29.260 Check it out.
00:31:30.780 Alan DeSantis talked to us.
00:31:34.280 Flavio, because they tried to take his passport and basically essentially lock him up on phony charges, money laundering, all this other stuff they're making up.
00:31:44.760 because they've got Jair Bolsonaro in a death sentence in a in a basically a military hospital.
00:31:52.420 They've got Eduardo, who they indicted in absentia right after they lost the first round.
00:31:59.020 This demon, the head of the Supreme Court, out of control, try to do the same thing for Flavio.
00:32:04.820 Thank God Secretary Rubio and others got involved here and give us an update because I understand there's a press conference.
00:32:13.440 I call this the beginning of a government in exile.
00:32:16.640 The world's capital markets,
00:32:17.940 they're throwing up all over Brazil right now
00:32:20.100 because they understand that Lula has looted the treasury
00:32:23.480 and now he promised in stealing this election,
00:32:26.700 he promised all these young kids unlimited benefits,
00:32:29.980 which can't happen because they're up against the rocks
00:32:33.060 when it comes to finances.
00:32:34.680 Your assessment of where we are, sir?
00:32:38.600 So Fava just landed an hour ago in Miami.
00:32:43.440 Thank God, with his wife and kids, safe.
00:32:48.000 I need to remember that also the Supreme Court is going after J.D. Vance.
00:32:54.460 That's crazy.
00:32:56.400 This is how they operate.
00:32:58.340 Do you remember they went after Elon Musk?
00:33:01.540 They put Elon Musk in the same inquiry they are investigating me.
00:33:07.200 Now they are going after J.D. Vance.
00:33:10.020 It sounds like they know what is next after this administration.
00:33:17.140 It sounds like to me that the Communist Party of China that controls Brazil through Lula da Silva already know they need to go after Flavio.
00:33:26.640 They need to go after J.D. Vance.
00:33:28.620 They need to go after Rubio because after Trump, we're going to have J.D. Vance and Rubio in the United States.
00:33:34.640 And as a Brazilian, knowing the communists, as I know, this is what I can tell you about the Supreme Court in Brazil, about Flavio. Flavio should really start a government in exile, announcing that Lula is not a legit president.
00:33:57.240 there is no election brazil we need to remember we can't call that election that was fraud that
00:34:04.280 was rigged uh they already know that trump administration and rubio uh kind of a helped
00:34:11.040 flavio and also javier mille and his administration and lula right now it's not saying a word
00:34:18.900 Do you remember when Lula was trashing Javier Millet, when he was trashing Rubio, and when he was trashing Trump?
00:34:29.820 Now he's not saying a word.
00:34:32.100 Since yesterday night, when Trump said, I know Flavio a bit, I know people are doing bad things against his father.
00:34:41.200 since that the lula administration right now is in completely silence because they are afraid
00:34:49.900 the shoot of america has have arrived in in south america and lula is the only one uh criminal that
00:34:58.940 wasn't arrested yet this is what we need to get done lula need to be arrested right away and he
00:35:07.320 is the head of the drug cartel in south america flavio here is going to expose all of it i hope
00:35:14.500 so and the world is gonna see who is lula entirely and naked so thank you again for having me as soon 0.88
00:35:23.140 as as soon as they stole the election they immediately went to so that uh flavio wouldn't 0.54
00:35:28.900 come forward with all the evidence and actually challenge it because they charged their father
00:35:33.240 father with the last stolen election they charged him with a coup d'etat that's why he got 27 years
00:35:38.840 that's why he got the death sentence um they went to him right away let me take your passport your
00:35:44.020 family's passports everything's going to be okay but we are investigating these money laundering
00:35:48.500 charges which are totally phony the same things they went after eduardo about it's a total joke
00:35:53.420 it's about a failed bank down there uh that uh it happened on lula's watch right and they had their
00:35:58.920 hands in it and now they're trying to blame everybody what what when you talk about sanctions
00:36:03.300 talk about arrest and talk about the the because the model they're using in brazil is exactly what
00:36:09.560 they're going to do here in the united states uh if they take over the house in and by next week
00:36:14.900 right if we're starting in january and if they win in 2028 uh as i said at the inaugural event
00:36:22.940 of cpi i gave a speech and i said hey look i don't care you know we're riding high right now
00:36:30.240 but if we don't keep the momentum going and we don't build on this movement if we lose they're
00:36:36.080 coming back harder because they learned all the lessons from last time and they're taking guidance
00:36:40.000 from what's happening with these marxists uh down in brazil with the supreme court with lawfare 0.81
00:36:45.620 people are going to go to prison lula wants yair bolsonaro to die on the world stage in prison he 0.64
00:36:52.320 wanted to put Flavio this was a guy that won the first round demonstrably the first round it's
00:36:58.580 never happened in Brazil's history it's ever been reversed they were going to put him in prison
00:37:02.240 right away they were going to lock him up and say hey we're going to investigate this thing we're
00:37:05.560 going to have charge then they have all kind of charges if you say a peep about the stone election
00:37:09.680 you're going to be charged with a coup d'etat and going that's all happening this is why we had
00:37:14.660 Mark Elias on on the cold open this is all happening Mark Elias calls it a constitutional
00:37:20.000 crisis here in the United States. Their constitutional crisis is that you, this
00:37:24.940 audience, are walking around as free men and free women, or quasi-free men and free women.
00:37:29.440 And if you're a Trump supporter, are you back MAGA or America First? They want to put you in prison.
00:37:35.760 Alan, what do we need to do to actually hammer? I'd love the fact that the press conference to
00:37:39.820 expose why, and this is why all the people I know in Latin America, they're on the Spanish-speaking
00:37:45.220 side saying brazil's gone you know don't spend any time on brazil because lula is in with the 0.94
00:37:51.360 ccp and he's in with the drug cartels he's essentially bulletproof but brazil's going to 0.97
00:37:56.760 collapse under his gangster regime what what is what is flavio going to expose hopefully on
00:38:04.160 thursday both of the government in exile and lula as the head of the drug cartels
00:38:09.300 So, basically, Flavio needs to set up his family here in Miami.
00:38:16.400 He needs time to see how it's going to be,
00:38:20.880 because some politicians that we thought that we could count on in Brazil,
00:38:26.860 they are already turning sides and turning against Flavio,
00:38:31.880 and we need to expose them, and I'm going to do that a lot.
00:38:35.320 Flavio probably is going to expose how Lula da Silva did not win the election and how the two biggest cartels in Brazil are connected with the Workers' Party and Lula da Silva.
00:38:51.200 And he's probably also exposed how Lula da Silva was ahead of the São Paulo's Forum in South America.
00:38:58.560 He needs to do that, and I hope he is going to do that precisely because we have a document, we have proofs.
00:39:06.500 Even CNN in Brazil is saying that Trump has a dossier about Lula da Silva election, the Brazilian election, and also Demorize.
00:39:17.740 So even the CNN in Brazil are saying this.
00:39:20.100 So we hope that Brazil is going to be exposed and Lula da Silva is going to be known as the head of the São Paulo's Forum and the criminals in South America.
00:39:33.160 alan where do people get uh we're going to stand by for all this we'll cover the press
00:39:39.000 conference live tomorrow where uh and i'm so glad uh that it is going to be centered in miami
00:39:44.340 miami's got the ecosystem the infrastructure uh to support this and to make sure this has a big
00:39:50.180 impact uh where do people go to get your content and particularly your podcast that comes up every
00:39:56.620 day in a few minutes at 11 o'clock Eastern Daylight Time, sir.
00:40:00.800 AlanLosentos.com and also on Axe, Alan L.D. Santos.
00:40:07.500 And I thank you so much, Steve, for having me here.
00:40:10.480 It's pretty important for people to know that what is what's going on in Brazil right now
00:40:16.760 is precisely what the Democrats wants to do with you, American citizen here in the United
00:40:22.800 States.
00:40:23.220 Thank you so much, Steve.
00:40:24.820 Now, I want to give a hat tip to you and Paolo and all the expatriates, Eduardo. 0.76
00:40:30.360 You were chased out of your homeland by communists, OK, that wanted to put everybody in prison and shut it all down there, as they've done in China, as they've done in other nations throughout the world, as the Bolsheviks did when the Bolsheviks took over the Soviet Union, as they did after World War II when they took over Eastern Europe. 0.71
00:40:50.720 The game plan's always the same, and you see it here in the United States right now. 0.78
00:40:55.960 You're seeing it here live and in person.
00:40:57.920 And that's why I think to highlight the fact that it's taken brave men and women who were driven out of their country to stand and say, we're not going to tolerate this.
00:41:08.120 We're going to fight back, and eventually we're going to take down this regime, and we're going to restore freedom to the people of Brazil is, I think, awe-inspiring and very inspirational,
00:41:17.640 particularly as we are going through some pretty dark times here, folks, in the United States.
00:41:23.020 And let me give you a newsflash. It's going to get a lot darker. OK, it's going to get a lot
00:41:27.460 darker. Even if we hold the House by one seat on Tuesday and hold the Senate 50 50, it's going to
00:41:34.760 get a lot darker. You haven't seen anything yet. When Mark Elias talks about a constitutional
00:41:39.040 crisis, they've ripped up the Constitution. They're coming for you. OK, and they're proud
00:41:44.080 of it. And they looked at guys like Damaris in that demon that runs the Supreme Court and Lula
00:41:51.120 in Brazil and they see a role model. So Alan, thank you so much and thank you for your heroism.
00:41:57.500 Courage is the most important of all the virtues because it is upon courage that all the other
00:42:04.860 virtues rest. And this is what's so important about what's happening there. It's about agency,
00:42:09.720 about your agency our fate is not written okay it's not locked in stone right now we can see
00:42:16.980 in texas and other places where there is a shift people are fighting back in arizona andrew colvette
00:42:21.460 is going to walk us through it today before the end of the show about your agency and it ain't
00:42:26.720 easy particularly with these headwinds particularly people uh incredibly disappointed about our
00:42:31.620 engagement in this middle east war and it looks like maybe even further engagement so it ain't
00:42:36.080 easy. You can see this in Ohio today. I've talked to some guys, some men there that are very dialed
00:42:41.620 in with the MAGA movement in Ohio, and they're saying, hey, this is an uphill climb. It's just
00:42:46.460 an uphill climb. That is, in Ohio, one of the railheads of the MAGA movement. Why is it?
00:42:53.600 Because back to the railhead of this, we had the economy starting to turn around, and we got
00:42:57.660 engaged in this war after President Trump did the 12-day war, which essentially took out
00:43:03.080 any nuclear problem that was there my belief and what president trump told us but we're going to
00:43:09.240 go back to the white house in a second as soon as we uh as soon as we come back um and uh and
00:43:14.980 get from neil mccabe everybody okay make sure i want everybody to get on this uh gold offer if

00:44:14.420 a lobbyist understands. Millions of American seniors are paying too much and getting too
00:44:19.500 little. And worst of all, most don't even know it. Hey, that could be you. That's why if you're
00:44:25.960 already on medicare or will be soon you need to talk to our friends at chapter they have a team

00:45:19.360 host, Stephen K.
00:45:20.840 Bannon.
00:45:22.480 Don't forget, with all the AI and anthropic going public, bottom line is capital is rushing
00:45:28.220 into artificial intelligence.
00:45:30.200 It's getting more sophisticated.
00:45:31.640 You should read the perspectives.
00:45:32.820 In fact, what I'll do today is I will pull it out and make it so that Grace and others
00:45:36.960 can at least pull sections of it or we'll break it down.
00:45:40.060 So you have to read that.
00:45:42.120 You've got to read it because this is, what is it from Chinatown?
00:45:45.900 It's the future, Mr. Goetz.
00:45:49.360 Um, that's my imitation of Walter Houston. So not Walter, this is son, John Houston, the director. Um, Harry Enton. Oh, so home title lock, AI, cyber combined, the rudimentary system that protects 90% of your net worth. If you're lucky enough to own a home, remember folks under 40 can't don't even own them today.
00:46:13.280 So if you're lucky enough to own one, make sure nobody monetizes your title except you. 0.80
00:46:19.660 Okay?
00:46:20.160 Let's do that. 0.89
00:46:21.380 Let's protect that 90% of your net worth.
00:46:24.520 How do you do it pennies a day?

00:46:49.580 So check it out today.
00:46:50.540 Make sure you do that.
00:46:52.120 As bad as the rogue lawyers, rogue accountants, maybe even a significant other that went rogue,
00:46:59.440 the ticking time bomb here is artificial intelligence and cyber,
00:47:02.580 and everybody can tell you that whether they're in industry.
00:47:04.900 I mean, they hacked, I think, the Federal Elections Commission yesterday.
00:47:08.480 Hello.
00:47:09.940 Very powerful tools.
00:47:11.140 AI combined with cyber.
00:47:13.560 Harry Enten, President Trump's been putting up his videos.
00:47:16.260 President Trump's been putting up his videos on the big screen for these rallies.
00:47:22.360 And we played a lot of Harry Enten.
00:47:23.680 Now, Harry Enten is now down to kind of, hey, they all want to get it up for this weekend of where they actually stand.
00:47:28.160 I want to go back to the all-important House races and Harry Enten's analysis as they start closing out their polling.
00:47:36.940 Let's go and play, and then I'm going to go to the White House with the one and only from the South Shore Press, our own Neil McCabe.
00:47:45.120 Let's go and play this.
00:47:46.440 How much have the race ratings shifted this since last year? 0.99
00:47:51.480 Yeah, I think it's so important.
00:47:52.760 We're going to look at the House today because I think the Senate, we've all had our eyes focused in on the Senate.
00:47:57.280 And I think the House, you know what?
00:47:58.600 It's half of Congress.
00:47:59.680 In fact, there are more members of the House than there are in the United States Senate.
00:48:02.560 And I just think it's so notable.
00:48:04.120 You know, you need 218 seats.
00:48:06.060 Take a look at this.
00:48:06.800 House seats at least leaning Democratic.
00:48:08.560 I'm averaging the Cook Political Report and Sabato's crystal ball here.
00:48:11.960 You know, a year ago, it was 206.
00:48:14.100 It's 206.
00:48:14.800 You need 218 in order to get a majority.
00:48:17.360 Look at it now.
00:48:18.700 Up like a rocket.
00:48:19.680 We're now talking 223 seats.
00:48:21.820 This is north of the 218 that Democrats need to take back the U.S. House of Representatives.
00:48:26.740 And what I should note is these House ratists, historically, they've actually been rather conservative.
00:48:31.700 There are still 17 or therein about races that are toss-ups.
00:48:36.180 So Democrats right now in a very strong position, not just to get 218 seats, but to get plenty north of there.
00:48:42.820 So this is 2026, but what about past midterms at this point in the cycle?
00:48:47.840 How does that number compare?
00:48:49.760 So you see this 223 right here.
00:48:52.000 So let's go back.
00:48:52.900 We're going to jump in the DeLorean.
00:48:54.140 and we're going to go back in time, and we're going to compare it to other years.
00:48:57.360 Take a look here.
00:48:58.120 Okay, House seats at least leaning Democratic in late October.
00:49:02.160 Look at this.
00:49:02.800 We've got the 223 for the Democrats right here.
00:49:05.120 You know, in 2022, when Democrats lost their House majority,
00:49:08.560 but still, you know, ended up north of 210 seats, they were at 193.
00:49:12.340 Look at this, though.
00:49:13.220 In 2018, they were at just 202, and, of course,
00:49:16.700 they had a net gain of, what, 40 seats that year on their way
00:49:20.220 to a very, very comfortable majority.
00:49:22.120 This is the outlier here.
00:49:23.440 This is the outlier. When I say these race raiders tend to be relatively conservative, 1.00
00:49:27.460 they tend to keep a lot of seats in the toss-up category, and then many of those toss-up seats 1.00
00:49:31.500 will go one way or the other. This is the rare outlier in which Democrats are very much in the
00:49:36.580 catbird seat, very much on their way to a majority, if this number holds with historical precedent.
00:49:42.300 What does history say about how they end up performing? Overperform, underperform? Where
00:49:48.480 Yeah, okay. Underperform, overperform, just perform. I sometimes, I just want to just perform.
00:49:54.460 223 seats here. That is well more than the 218 when Democrats got that majority. I got the,
00:49:59.180 I got our crew laughing in the background. That tells me I'm pretty much on today. Okay.
00:50:03.300 Opposition party in midterm elections. What are we talking about? Late October since 2006.
00:50:08.660 Does the opposition party, that is the non-White House party, win more seats than at least those
00:50:14.280 that 218 is the number for control that he's saying 223 is their base and we're gonna go
00:50:21.120 through each of these house districts i think on saturday after the end of early voting
00:50:24.580 uh plus 17 in play that gets you to 240 if we lose them all now the question before the house
00:50:32.500 right now how locked in is that 223 i can see where people using their agency they're beating
00:50:39.100 back on this and hey we got some headwinds neil mccabe quickly before we go to break as we go out
00:50:46.620 with uh may god bless america uh the trip to ohio i've talked to a lot of folks in ohio and i don't
00:50:55.340 say they're depressed but these are mega fighters the president's going again to ohio why is he going
00:51:01.760 Ohio again, sir. I think a lot of these rallies in the last week are not so much about 2026,
00:51:10.940 but about 2028. And to try to save whatever the president can save for the Republicans.
00:51:17.860 Seven Republican presidents are from Ohio. No Republican has ever won the White House
00:51:23.960 without Ohio. And so Ohio is like a very, very important symbolically and actual real
00:51:31.120 in material sense important and central to the Republican chances yeah I got it but 2028 is like
00:51:38.740 maybe an eternity away you've got a governor I mean Vivek the last numbers got him down I think
00:51:43.800 four or five points it's taken down the entire ticket and that ad they can't let it go you have
00:51:49.340 to fight you have to fight for Ohio okay I got it I got it and to know all the work we did in Ohio
00:51:55.520 and 16. Ohio and Florida. Those are the two that we had to get a spread so we could spend time in
00:52:01.400 other places. President Trump has dominated. MAGA has dominated the three railheads, Texas,
00:52:09.100 Florida, and Ohio. And then right below that was Arizona and Georgia. Ohio is a railhead of the
00:52:15.800 MAGA movement. President Trump is out there again today. Okay, we're going to leave you with,
00:52:22.760 for the first hour with
00:52:24.360 May God Bless America.
00:52:26.840 This song is on fire.
00:52:28.860 Download it. Let's keep it up at the top
00:52:31.100 of the charts. And I'm talking
00:52:32.780 billboards. Let it rip.
00:52:35.760 Neil McCabe's going to stick around at the White House.
00:52:37.320 Cleta Mitchell. They're coming after
00:52:39.140 Cleta. Big league. Why is 0.65
00:52:41.160 that? We'll let her explain next in the
00:52:43.060 War Room.
00:52:45.720 May God bless
00:52:47.260 America
00:52:48.100 And bring us forward to the day
00:52:51.340 When every tear is wiped away
00:52:54.660 But until this perfect day
00:52:58.520 We should weep for our country
00:53:01.260 Seek God on his behalf
00:53:04.180 We may not have made a golden calf
00:53:08.120 But our idols have been cleared
00:53:10.400 And it ends here
