00:00:00.000this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on
00:00:10.880these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have
00:00:17.480had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything
00:00:21.240the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people
00:00:24.820like that go to share the big line? MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people
00:00:32.640had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save
00:00:40.300my country, this country will be saved. War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.0.62
00:00:47.800it's wednesday 28 october in the year of our lord
00:00:55.6602026 um a couple of days before what is it 48 hours 72 48 hours before early voting in-person
00:01:04.700voting ends in texas and many other places around the country and then we've got game day next week
00:01:09.740we're on very special coverage here on war room rav we're going to get that all out to you john
00:01:14.200Solomon is going to join me tomorrow morning at 10 and we're going to lay out some of the specifics.
00:01:18.840You don't want to miss this year and get the absolute best coverage from a grassroots perspective of what's really happening in the country, as we're proud to do every day.
00:01:32.380Look, the president is pounding it here.
00:01:36.220I mean, he's getting back in the middle of the night, but he's pounding it.
00:01:38.920And these rallies are helping because you can see the buzz and the enthusiasm, et cetera, as people use their agency.
00:01:46.180That being said, there's tons of tons of of headwinds in out in Ohio.
00:01:52.420Look, a lot of commentary we're getting.
00:01:54.080I'm just telling you, as we talk to people, as we're out in these out in these states, a lot of it is dealing with the economy that came off the war.
00:02:02.440What's your assessment, McCabe, as the president goes out to basically the railhead of the MAGA movement?
00:02:07.920the first state that really came in big was uh ohio in 16 and then every year after that we get
00:02:15.180that spread so you don't have to spend resources in time you can spend it in other places and this
00:02:20.380is how you get this is how you get a blowout like in 2024 the situation in brazil and particularly
00:02:26.900the situation in israel and all this talk about you know president trump put this thing up today
00:02:31.040and hey he's proud of it he said hey netanyahu was losing i came with a couple of endorsements
00:02:37.660he's back in now there's all these rumors of war uh now a big kinetic activity and of course in
00:02:43.900israel they're trying to work this thing out what caught him by surprise is i've been arguing for
00:02:48.060years to the people that are one state solution folks i said hey the one and i was a one state
00:02:53.980solution person for many many years i said the problem with the one state solution is you have
00:02:59.340a ticking time bomb and that's the demographics you essentially have a couple of dearborns right
00:03:05.420inside of israel with israeli arabs and if you look at where this thing could play out when the
00:03:11.100votes are counted i think the arabs will have 18 seats in the knesset the lakud party the famous
00:03:17.020lakud party of netanyahu has been in power for 30 years will have 26 and no no regime there or no
00:03:24.780you know organized government has lasted more i think than 18 months that tried to partner with
00:03:28.540the arabs so now you're going to have the situation and at least what politico is reporting we're0.83
00:03:32.860We're going to get sucked into even more engagement in their political process, which I think is a massive mistake.0.85
00:03:40.020Neal McCabe, the perspective from the White House, sir.
00:05:40.280They have problems there with candidates and that's going to seep down into this House race where you see people in Arizona and Texas and Florida and other places fighting back in Michigan.
00:05:52.380up in maine you know we've kind of stopped the blue wave at least that part of it now you got0.99
00:05:58.260these individual states that have problems uh neil real quickly on on israel because this arab
00:06:04.860you know the the 18 arab seats in the knesset that is a game changer and of course people i know
00:06:10.500they're saying well you know constitutionally they shouldn't vote this is why we got to get1.00
00:06:13.480rid of the judiciary i go yo that that horse is out of the barn on that right they got 18 and
00:06:19.060going to have more because they got the demographics are just uh you know they're increasing at an
00:06:24.020increasing rate and so and no they don't want to put it together and they can't put together right1.00
00:06:28.980now a coalition government with the arabs they're just not going to do that particularly when they're
00:06:32.420in three front war in lebanon in gaza and against the persians against uh against the muslims it's0.99
00:06:39.860going to be very tough to get a coalition government together with that your thoughts
00:06:43.380i think that bb netanyahu's problem uh building a coalition government has nothing to do with
00:06:52.640policies there are people on the right and left of him who just personally cannot stand him and
00:07:00.120the hate the personal hatred for netanyahu amongst the leaders of these other parties
00:07:06.120who who maybe want to do the same thing that netanyahu wants to do but they just find him
00:07:11.620so personally offensive, it's going to stall out any building of coalitions. And that's the problem
00:07:18.640you have right now. And so, you know, if Bibi stepped down and stepped aside and said, for the
00:07:23.700good of my country and the good of my party, then people would coalesce around someone else. But
00:07:28.260he's not going to do that. And they're just going to fight it out. I don't think we'll have an
00:07:32.480Israeli government for another month or two. Yeah. Well, hopefully that'll hold off all this
00:07:37.720activity anyway neil uh where do people get you through the day president's going live we're going
00:07:42.960to be back here at five o'clock president's going live to ohio another president's doing you know
00:07:48.740what he can do right now in this barnstorming of the nation and in texas yesterday it went great
00:07:54.580in corpus christi and in lubbock energized people both in south texas and in west texas where do
00:08:00.220people go neil see if they can find me on all the socials at reporter mccabe and they can find
00:08:07.700my columns at the South Shore Press, sir. Thank you. Do I have Kobe up? I want to get Kobe in
00:08:15.920here from a chapter. Chapter stands for the next chapter of your life. It's now in the time to
00:08:20.700make decisions and you can switch these programs. Kobe, this is why we're so grateful for you as a
00:08:26.520sponsor, but we take on very few sponsors because we've got to make sure it adds tremendous value
00:08:32.520to the Warren Posse. Your company is extraordinary. The data science you guys have put together
00:08:37.060because the medicare situation is so complicated and part of it it's complicated on purpose right
00:08:43.000but what's happened here recently particularly with i think you informed this are four million
00:08:47.460people that currently think they're on a plan but got bounced off a plan because companies are
00:08:53.220making decisions every day on this thing if they don't think they can make as much money as they
00:08:57.040can do doing other alternatives they're they're getting you off it's in the mail that they're
00:09:02.820sending a lot of people think it's junk mail they're not going to know until january till they
00:09:06.180arrive to the doctors and say, hey, look, glad to see you. Get your checkbook out because you're not
00:09:10.500covered anymore. You guys can actually do that today. What I love is that you've got all the
00:09:15.140data, all the alternatives, and you can walk people through not just how they save cash out
00:09:19.660of pocket, but most importantly, how you get an optimum plan for yourself. Kobe, walk us through
00:09:25.360how we do it today. Thanks, Steve. As you said, over 4 million Americans are getting kicked off
00:09:31.340their Medicare Advantage or Part D plan right now. At Chapter, we look at every single Medicare
00:09:36.740option, recommend the right one for you, and make sure that you have the health coverage you need
00:09:41.720as you go into the next year. You can call 845-WAR-ROOM. It's a special line for the War Room
00:09:46.960Posse to make sure you get connected with a Medicare advisor at Chapter who will answer
00:09:51.280any questions you have, help you navigate the system, and sign you up for a plan or switch
00:09:55.240your plan if that's the right thing for you. And then really importantly, beyond actually signing
00:10:00.460up for the plan will also help you throughout the year. So if you need to find a doctor who's
00:10:05.540in network, or you need to lower your prescription costs, or you've got a bill you don't understand,
00:10:09.740we're here for you the entire course of the year at no cost. And the way that we can make this
00:10:14.920business work, because we are a business and we're proud of that, is we take revenue from insurance
00:10:19.860carriers, but we blind that information from our team so that our team is entirely focused on what's
00:10:25.840best for you. Because the other people are kind of incentivized to put you in something that
00:10:31.280juices their bonus from the insurance companies, right? You guys do it totally different,
00:10:36.280that it's blind of how people get paid is blind. So they're making the best decision
00:10:40.980for the person on the phone, the person that's called 845-WAR-ROOM, correct?
00:10:45.600That's right. That's right. It's entirely oriented around what's best for you,
00:10:49.840the War Room Posse, making sure you save money and get the healthcare you need.
00:10:53.200it's at 845 war room we'd love to have the opportunity to sign you up and make sure you're
00:10:57.780on the right plan now what i call it's not just the cash savings which is well over a million
00:11:02.360dollars now for the war and posse it's really the optimum plans and the feedback we're getting
00:11:05.760but i also say it's something else it's medicare without tears people are intimidated by this
00:11:11.900system and you can tell this by the ads are on tv all these phony ads people are one they're afraid
00:11:17.620to talk about their information but they're intimidated by the system and they're kind of
00:11:20.800frozen, oh, if I make a bad choice and that just in that freezing makes them make bad choices,
00:11:27.240correct? This is the, I think the superpower of chapter, correct? Yeah, there's choice paralysis
00:11:33.580because there are so many options and it's so hard to know who to trust because there are so
00:11:38.300many bad actors in the Medicare ecosystem. So what we hear is that, you know, it's, of course,
00:11:43.880it's about saving money. Of course, it's about seeing your healthcare providers and getting
00:11:47.280the care you need. But it's also just about the peace of mind. As you say, Medicare Without
00:11:50.840Tears, it's really about making sure that you know you're on the right plan. You don't have
00:11:54.660to worry about it. And you have the best options available to you. And you've been paying into
00:12:00.520Medicare your entire career. This isn't a welfare program. This is a program that people have been
00:12:05.840paying into via Medicare payroll taxes their entire careers. It's important that people get
00:12:10.080the most out of it. So that's really what we try to help people do. The next chapter of your life,
00:12:14.900make it the best chapter okay that's what the company's about kobe thank you for setting up
00:12:19.220the company and having the great customer service uh the way your people and by the way i think the
00:12:24.640initial call takes 20 or 30 minutes uh but uh you'll have a great experience so kobe thank you
00:12:29.980guys for doing this really appreciate you thank you steve 845 war room call it today set aside
00:12:35.84020 or 30 minutes you need to do this so um cleta mitchell i'm going to play your call open on the
00:12:44.880other side. But I got to tell you, when you're dealing with this institution called ProPublica,0.99
00:12:51.680okay, ProPublica, they are the masters in their craft. When you get hits from like CNN or even
00:12:59.960the New York Times, Wall Street joins big investigation operations over their magazines
00:13:06.100when they take six months and get you. But they got one that's the apex predator in taking down
00:13:12.120people on the right. That's ProPublica, because they're tremendous investigative reporters. They
00:13:17.460got tons of money in back of them. They will take whatever time it is to literally terrorize
00:13:22.840people and destroy them. They have come after you. We got about a minute, Cleta. I call you
00:13:27.820Miss Congeniality now after this report. This report is amazing. We'll play a cold open where
00:13:33.220the media is all over it. What's your response to ProPublica before we go to break?
00:13:37.740well bless their hearts they really did try to do a hit piece but i'm going to send it to any
00:13:44.140all of our supporters i told them from the very beginning when they first contacted me i said i'm
00:13:49.360not going to talk to you and they said uh well you're you're powerful i said i'm not powerful
00:13:54.860the people are the power all the hundreds and hundreds of hundreds of volunteers across the
00:13:59.700country and then literally thousands and thousands of volunteer hours that people have spent on
00:14:04.680things like cleaning voter rolls, finding out the problems in the elections. That's where the power
00:14:08.940is. It's the posse. It's the people. It's not me. It's how Cleta, with others, Cleta's kind of the
00:14:16.700one they're going after, created a movement to sort out these crooked elections in the United
00:14:21.760States of America. They took their best shot. They came up wanting. Cleta Mitchell's on the
00:14:27.180other side. We're going to start. We're going to start with the legacy media coming hard,
00:14:33.820following in on the investigative reports we're packed for the rest of the show going to go to
00:14:38.940colorado arizona all of us so stick around make sure eight four five war room it's a hotline just
00:14:44.640for you talk to talk to your fellow uh compadres this is it's been incredible the service that
00:14:52.000you get and it's medicare without tears eight four five war room check it out today chapter

00:16:06.060That's Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898.
00:16:11.260We're commemorating Veterans Day in a big way at Birch Gold.
00:16:14.980ProPublica is out with a new in-depth feature this morning, highlighting how one woman
00:16:22.460single-handedly helped turn President Trump's big lie into a movement. The big lie refers to
00:16:30.260President Trump's repeated false claim that the 2020 election was stolen. Now ProPublica contends
00:16:37.060that no one besides Trump himself has done more to erode trust in the U.S. voting system
00:16:42.980than conservative power broker and former Oklahoma State Representative Cleta Mitchell.0.93
00:16:50.440So Cleta Mitchell has been a top conservative election lawyer for decades,0.99
00:16:56.520but most people really got to know her during the 2020 election when she was a key figure
00:17:02.400in helping Trump try to overturn Joe Biden's win. Most people will remember her as someone
00:17:09.020on the leaks phone call with Trump trying to pressure Brad Raffensperger, the Georgia Secretary
00:17:14.960of State, to find him 11,000 votes. She's on that call. She's feeding him information as he tries to
00:17:21.840twist Raffensperger's arm. But after that, a lot of people lost track of her. In the swirl of people
00:17:28.640around Trump, there's been a lot of people trying to influence him around elections. And she has
00:17:35.320actually been one of the key people behind the scenes doing so. She's really carried on the fight
00:17:41.600from 2020 until now. She's used her connections and dark money to pour tens of millions of dollars1.00
00:17:48.580into groups who sort of carried on this big line. And she's cultivated deep ties within the0.91
00:17:55.160administration, allies within the White House, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department
00:18:00.640of Justice in order to shape its actions, its policies, and the personnel carrying out its
00:18:07.300actions. So as we approach the midterms, a lot of the things we're seeing with elections today,
00:18:12.440they really go back to Cleta Mitchell. Mitchell has both been able to set the policy agenda by
00:18:17.880helping shape the executive orders around elections that are directing the Department
00:18:23.620of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice. Now, as the administration takes elections around,
00:18:28.760takes actions around elections. We had people who helped work on those executive orders tell us
00:18:33.740this. She also helped set the agenda by crafting what's called the Save America Act, which Trump
00:18:40.180has called his top legislative priority. He's threatened to destroy the filibuster with it
00:18:46.080and taken other extreme actions pushing it. So she has really set the sort of ideas,
00:18:52.440the blueprint, as it were, for what the administration is seeking to do.
00:18:57.580But she's not just been content with that.
00:18:59.860She has kept pushing for ever more extreme actions along the way.
00:19:04.260So recently, as some of the other things that she's sought to have happened
00:19:09.760haven't been executed by the Trump administration,
00:19:12.600she's really pushed for that to take unprecedented steps0.70
00:19:16.440to exert control over voting machines.0.63
00:19:18.800Whether or not the administration does that, we'll see.
00:19:22.440But in reporting on, you know, in-depth through, you know, on years and years of her actions, we've seen a pattern, which is that she just keeps pushing.
00:19:31.800She's relentless. She always wants more and more extreme actions.0.88
00:19:36.080And because she has these connections to Trump and top administration officials, sometimes she gets them to do it.
00:19:42.780And so over time, it just is this creeping forward motion of how far they're willing to go.
00:19:48.100uh miss congeniality of the election integrity movement uh clita when pro publica does the
00:19:58.820analysis and then they start a morning joe that that is the highest compliment to you because
00:20:03.200that's how they drive narrative they get a very sophisticated uh takedown that's taken months uh
00:20:11.120to report months to look at looking at all the negative then they come on and talk about what
00:20:15.900an extremist you are. What is your, what are the extremist activities that you've actually been
00:20:21.200looking at, the extremist activities you've been looking at or pushing as ProPublica basically
00:20:28.620condemns you, ma'am? Well, I can give you, actually, I just was looking at this this morning
00:20:34.700when I heard them say, you know, this notion of somehow I and election integrity advocates are
00:20:41.540extremists. So here are the things we've been working on that we're still working on. We're
00:20:45.840not going to stop working on them. And we actually polled them a year ago. We had Scott Rasmussen
00:20:50.520do a poll. So here are the things we work on and the level of support of the American people. I'll
00:20:55.280just give you the top five. Clean voter rolls. 91% of Americans agree with that position. Require
00:21:02.380the number of ballots that are issued and counted to match the number of voters. Oh, goodness, 88%
00:21:10.240I agree with that. Photo ID confirming citizenship in order to vote, 87% of the American people
00:21:17.920agree with that. Proof of citizenship to register and vote, 88%. All ballots received by election
00:21:23.880day, 85%. I could go on. Those are not extreme positions. Those are extreme only to the likes of
00:21:31.660ProPublica and Margaret Elias, Elias, I like to call him,
00:21:37.340Morning Joe, Yamika and Joe. I mean, they may think that those are extreme positions,
00:21:43.080but American people don't. They think those are common cis proposals. And it's only the likes of
00:21:49.180the far left that we've ended up with these elections that don't necessarily, they're not
00:21:56.140necessarily accurate, they're not transparent, and they're not honest. And that's what we're
00:22:01.220trying to address. And the reason that they come after me is because one of my goals has been since
00:22:08.6602020 is to get the American people involved in protecting our elections and reclaiming them
00:22:15.440from the radical left. That's what we're about. That's why they hate me. And that's,
00:22:19.280they really hate the movement. They hate the grassroots. They hate the people. And that's
00:22:25.440why they picked me, because I'm all about mobilizing, educating, training, and deploying
00:22:33.880the grassroots. I'm going to bug you and either get you back on tonight or tomorrow morning. We'll
00:22:38.640figure it out when we've got more time. But as you see it today, you just saw what happened in
00:22:43.340Brazil. I keep warning people, we can stop this by grassroots turning the vote. And I'm seeing in
00:22:49.540pockets. We're going to have Colvette on here from Arizona, Burquam from Colorado. We are winning
00:22:56.200where people are putting their shoulder to the wall. We can do that. However, there's so many
00:23:01.500problems out there still. We just got to power through it. But you heard Mark Elias write about
00:23:07.840that, oh, we're going to a constitutional crisis because Cleta Mitchell's people are forcing main0.97
00:23:12.340justice to be everywhere. What is your warning to people right now? Because this ain't going to get
00:23:18.400decided i don't think on tuesday night uh we're going to a very dark place in this country a very
00:23:24.600dark place and you can see it building right now and i don't want to we're not blackpilling people
00:23:29.800because this is the platform war room to drive engagement and we're going to have to be engaged
00:23:35.260but what is your warning right now as you see it for next tuesday ma'am well i i think the reason
00:23:42.160and Neil said it correctly and the president has said it correctly, this is what they wanted to do
00:23:49.980in 2024 was to do the kinds of preparation for creating chaos after the election. But Trump kept
00:23:59.860saying it has to be too big to rig. And I would tell people if you don't vote and if you don't
00:24:05.260get 10 people to go vote. If it's close, that's when they can do terrible things, if it's close.
00:24:13.420In California, they will keep counting and coming up with ballots until they win. They did that
00:24:20.360after the 2024 election in California and deprived the Republicans of at least three House seats,
00:24:26.120people who were winning on election night, but lo and behold, three weeks later, they lost.
00:24:59.400So look, they've done a lot of damage to our elections and I'm on to them.
00:25:03.660And so is the entire election integrity movement.
00:25:06.560We're on to them and we're fighting to change it to the system that we grew up with, that
00:25:12.480we love, where we have accurate elections or we vote on election day and vote in precincts
00:25:18.000and get rid of these machines that can be manipulated.
00:25:21.420There's just so many things we have to do because they spent, Capital Research Center
00:25:26.020estimates they raised and spent between 11 and 14 billion dollars uh starting with the second
00:25:31.380obama term term through uh 2020 and look what happened so we've got a lot to do to change it
00:25:36.980back but vote vote get everybody you know to vote that's the only way we can if we get enough votes
00:25:45.420if we get enough of a margin beyond the margin to rig then maybe we won't see what they're planning
00:25:51.920But here's what we're going to do. We're going to have an exercise. We're promulgating this all out. Elizabeth, Grace, Mo, everybody. I want people to read it. I think by the time they'll be able to read it, it'll probably have you back on tomorrow, which I think is probably the best way to do it.
00:26:07.200However, I got one question for you before you go.
00:26:10.860The justice, look, we're here where we are because let's be blunt.
00:26:14.880Certain people in the administration and certain people in the Justice Department did not want to pursue this as aggressively as it should have been pursued with Bill Pulte and John Solomon of the task force and Clayton Mitchell and everybody.
00:26:25.600OK, do you believe that the Justice Department has had a wake up call and they understand the extremity the country's in running up to this election, ma'am?
00:26:35.140I don't know the answer to that Steve I do know that in the last say three weeks three or four
00:26:41.900weeks they have done more than they have done in the entire time that the president has been in
00:26:47.800office and I'm very gratified by that but there's so much more that they could be doing there's so
00:26:53.240much more they need to uh they they really I mean I keep giving them to-do lists and occasionally
00:27:00.980they'll call me back and say, hey, do you still have that list you gave us a month, a year ago?
00:27:06.160And, you know, yeah, I've got a list and it keeps growing. But they're they're taking steps.
00:27:10.960They're doing things. I just wish they started sooner, but I'm grateful that they're doing it
00:27:16.180now. And I want them to continue because the Justice Department is the chief election lawyer
00:27:21.500of the country. Cleet up real quickly, where do they go for the election integrity network

00:46:36.760Andrew, we're starting to see now some manifestation of that hard work,
00:46:41.080and I just got to tell you and pass it on to Tyler and the entire team.
00:46:44.100What you guys have done to, I think, the true legacy of Charlie Kirk, the living legacy of Charlie Kirk, which is using your agency every day to drive change, is now manifested in what you guys are doing out there.
00:46:57.900So walk me through what the results are we've seen so far.
00:47:13.380once we went to this voting month, six weeks in some places, it's all about getting ballots in
00:47:19.260the box. And we, we realized, listen, Hey, our movement is too big to fit into a single day.
00:47:24.560And when you take advantage of early voting, you're banking low prop voters. That's the whole,
00:47:29.600it's a whole game here. You're banking your low props and you know, our people, they want to come
00:47:34.420in person election day. They're old school like that. They love the tradition of that.
00:47:38.640And if I had my way, of course, that's how we would do it. Unfortunately, that's not the way
00:47:42.860that this works right now so we got to play to our advantages where we can get them and so what
00:47:47.480we've been doing is our field team our army here in Arizona Nevada New Hampshire and yep
00:47:54.640Cliff Maloney and Pennsylvania and other places we are 25 percent bigger in this state state of
00:48:01.220Arizona where I'm sitting right now than we were in 2024 and we learned a ton in 2024 we perfected
00:48:07.480so much of what we're doing and we're even larger this year better funded more volunteers better
00:48:12.640trained the tech works even better so i'm really proud of what the team is doing and i believe
00:48:17.640steve what we're doing here is proving the model that needs to be scaled to every single election
00:48:23.760across this country banking low prop voters and what we've seen here and this is from uh this
00:48:29.740came out last night we are now up r3 point uh i'm sorry r1.3 so our current margin in earlies
00:48:38.700and mail-ins is our 1.3 the same day in 2022 steve we were at d plus two all right and remember how
00:48:48.580that turned out you know it was a 17 000 vote margin uh put katie hobbs on top you know we can
00:48:55.640get into the shenanigans if we want to but what's important is that we are 3.3 points better we are
00:49:02.800are 3.3 based on the same time in 2022. And remember in 2022, Steve, Carrie Lake was up in
00:49:10.000the polls, 10 points. She was up, you know, 12 points, eight points. That's how all the polling
00:49:15.060had it. And we've got almost the inverse inverted situation here in 2026, where everybody's saying
00:49:22.060we're down on the polls. And yet here we are 3.3 points better than we were in 2022. And that is a
00:49:28.340direct result of chasing the vote that you know chase the vote uh project that charlie envisioned
00:49:34.700and the tyler and the team uh that are carrying it forward so this this we believe is the model
00:49:39.500moving forward we're seeing similarly strong results out of nevada we're seeing similar
00:49:43.620results out of new hampshire and each time you do this steve each cycle that you train your voters
00:49:49.420like this you're building up muscle memory they get they become easier to get out the next time
00:49:54.060And so right now, R plus 1.3. And breaking news, just before I came on with you, and we're still sort of sorting through the data, we had another 100,000 ballots from Monday that just dropped.
00:50:07.160It was another R plus 1.6, Steve. R plus 1.6. And those were early in-person where we expanded the in-person voting centers all across the Valley of Maricopa.
00:53:07.500But our idols have been clear, and it ends here.
