00:00:00.000 I started combining the most successful coup fighters that I came across in my work in 2020
00:00:08.060 with experts who had helped study or defeat autocracy internationally.
00:00:15.680 So we went to places over the intervening years like Hungary and Turkey,
00:00:23.460 where the effort to oust an autocrat failed. Why did it fail? What did they fail to do?
00:00:29.220 OK, so let's take the case of Hungary. At the beginning of this month, I got to visit Poland and Hungary, our NATO allies. In the past six months, Hungary was quite literally taken, has quite literally taken the playbook to fight an authoritarian, the people's playbook, if you will, and dusted it off to make it more relevant for the 21st century.
00:00:48.180 The streets of Budapest, the streets of Hungary last night were lit up to the stratosphere with pure joy, lit up like a beacon with the proof that the people can fix problems like this, like Viktor Orban and like Donald Trump, and that no would-be strongman can stop it anywhere, no matter what.
00:01:10.400 But we also looked at places like Poland, Brazil, Czech Republic, the country where I served as ambassador, where there were successful ousters in recent years of autocratic regimes.
00:01:23.560 And we came together over that four year period with a plan to defeat autocracy.
00:01:30.800 It's not just litigation. Litigation is very important in our peaceful, lawful, vigorous effort.
00:01:40.360 Think of litigation, the courts, as the first guardrail.
00:01:44.180 The next one is political leadership.
00:01:47.320 The third and maybe the most important, and this is the difference,
00:01:51.060 this is why autocracy was defeated in Poland
00:01:54.680 and why it is still there down the block in Hungary, the people.
00:02:01.280 The first step is to raise the alarm on the ground
00:02:03.740 where subversion is happening and respond as quickly as possible.
00:02:07.160 The next stage is going to be the rapid response mobilization.
00:02:11.520 One thing to stress is that once there's that call for rapid response, we're going to move fast.
00:02:15.980 We're talking people out on the streets within 24 to 48 hours.
00:02:19.780 We're not going to wait for a weekend.
00:02:21.020 We're not saying see you on Saturday.
00:02:22.300 If something happens on Tuesday, we have got to generate that massive wave of national pushback everywhere in the country that shows that whatever they're doing, they're not going to get away with it.
00:02:32.440 The next stage is going to be focused pressure.
00:02:35.100 So the demands in a rapid response scenario are going to depend on the specific subversion attempt, but they're going to involve pushing people in specific positions of power institutions, depending on which which states what asks to take action, to make a stand, to make it clear what side they are on.
00:02:51.060 And let's be real. Frankly, we need to peacefully be out in these streets if we win and we need to be out in these streets if they are coming for our people. Right.
00:02:57.840 Either way, we should be in these streets. We should make this a people's victory by all of the means that we have.
00:03:03.080 monday to november in the year of lord 2026 all souls day let's go to the white house our own
00:03:10.720 natalie winters is there natalie uh pretty shocking like uh you've told you've told us
00:03:15.480 time and again they're not hiding this what their plan is and they think they've got some
00:03:19.520 good examples of what they've done in poland and in uh hungary and now in brazil uh your thoughts
00:03:26.000 ma'am well steve it is an honor to be joining you from the white house i thought that war room
00:03:33.060 at least myself, should come back here, primarily because people like Mark Elias and Norm Eisen,
00:03:38.800 well, they've been lecturing us about the rule of law. I think they forgot who the president is.
00:03:43.160 Maybe all those lawsuits went to their heads. But here's the point. They are telling us their
00:03:47.500 playbook. And I just want to set the scene for the audience. I'm here on the White House lawn.
00:03:51.800 There is basically nobody else who is live, but they're all listening to me. And I don't think
00:03:55.740 the words Norm Eisen or Mark Elias have probably ever been uttered, at least with a negative
00:03:59.920 connotation where I am standing here. But these two individuals, these men who represent a broader
00:04:05.920 movement, which is designed and has been since 2016, the coup, the impeachment that started then
00:04:11.580 has only iterated and iterated, gotten worse, gotten more fangs, gotten more lethal to this
00:04:16.960 country. And now you can see from the clip that we played, that was Norm Eisen, you know, talking
00:04:21.900 so high and mighty about how President Trump is going to destroy the rule of law, destroy democracy.
00:04:26.620 But what he tells you, what you can pull from that is there is an entire contingent and cohort of Democrats, Democrat activists, including but not limited to sitting senators, people like Alyssa Slotkin, who for the years, the interregnum period and even the first few years of this administration have been actively training, in some cases using your taxpayer dollars.
00:04:47.100 Obviously, grants have been flowing through USAID to groups like the German Marshall Fund, all of these huge Carter Endowment, Carter Center, the Carnegie Endowments, groups like that, that have been training their activists in Hungary, in Poland.
00:05:00.120 Even Randy Weingarten went over to Hungary and was training her activists on how to understand what they say to topple and overthrow an authoritarian dictator.
00:05:09.600 We know that that is not President Trump, but that is what these people since day one, since I stood here about a year and a half ago, have been hellbent on making the narrative.
00:05:18.920 And Steve, I know we'll get into it throughout this whole show.
00:05:21.300 And that's why I wanted to do it at the White House to add gravitas to it, because basically every person who's next to me, I don't know, they say they're pretty depressed right now.
00:05:28.620 I think they should be, you know, maybe a little bit happier, at least if they take the poll seriously.
00:05:31.780 But we've obtained their internal documents, memos that have been marked confidential, that are showing right now, as we speak, for months, these groups, these left-wing lawfare organizations have established back channels with state AGs.
00:05:45.780 We just had reporting come out today.
00:05:47.660 I broke it showing that Democrat congressmen, they are already collaborating, Steve, with state AGs, state attorneys general, their offices, to make sure that these impeachments and these prosecutions will happen at full force and at full speed.
00:06:00.560 What else do we know? Norm Eisen already has the job postings for democracy defenders hiring people for their 2027 tranche of lawfare against President Trump and all of his other organizations like crew are doing the same.
00:06:15.420 These people don't care about elections. We know when they say democracy, they're just talking about their preferred regime.
00:06:20.180 But I think this audience is the only audience in the world that understands you can get clinical and you can get very, very detailed about what their tactics are.
00:06:28.700 And it is incumbent upon this audience, which has stopped the steal so many times, to do it again and understand what they're going to do, whether that's pre-bunking, the mass mobilization, the censorship stuff.
00:06:39.540 And I'm glad we have a show to go through all of it because as good as they think they are, the war room outworked them and we have their plans.
00:06:48.040 Now, can I play the – if Denver – let's just play this.
00:06:51.240 There's a couple of those that open.
00:06:53.380 I want to play again.
00:06:54.200 Can we play the slotkin?
00:06:55.280 Can we play at least slotkin, pull that?
00:06:57.760 Talk to us about Slotkin. 0.98
00:06:59.100 It turns out now she's made a world tour.
00:07:02.240 Give me the thumbs up when we got the cut ready.
00:07:05.360 She's done a world tour here recently using this as an example. 0.69
00:07:09.440 And she's the one that came out and said, hey, we're going to target the junior people in the White House.
00:07:14.060 One, they want to get them to roll, you know, kind of get nervous and broke.
00:07:18.400 This is why today we announced Julianne Murray on the early show is joining the law firm set up by Jeff Clark and Mike Howell to help protect these people in the administration that may not have the money for defense.
00:07:32.760 But talk to us about Slotkin and her world tour. 0.98
00:07:37.240 Sure.
00:07:37.760 So she went to Hungary. She, I believe, met with just the whole tranche of legislators, judges, people who are all conveniently involved in lawfare and stuff like that.
00:07:49.180 And she basically learned from them, took their tactics, developed the tactics to be able to learn how to defeat authoritarianism and defeat autocracy here.
00:07:57.620 And what's so interesting, obviously, we pay very close attention to words and the kind of rhetoric that they're using.
00:08:02.680 But you can hear her in the clip that we played, which we will play again shortly or bring back the break with it.
00:08:07.760 You can hear that she's basically intimating that what she is discussing is Norm Eisen's democracy playbook, right?
00:08:12.940 They use all these words interchangeably.
00:08:14.460 But anytime you hear playbook, what they are really alluding to is his document that I believe Warren first exposed years ago, right?
00:08:21.140 Which was all the tactics that they used to do in 2020 that they tried to implement in 2024.
00:08:26.160 And what is the point?
00:08:27.260 They basically try to depict President Trump like a dictator.
00:08:30.700 So therefore, you can justify these outside the system changes, these tactics.
00:08:34.600 And Steve, let's be frank. If it were up to the Democrats, President Trump wouldn't even be alive today. Right. That is the kind of predicate and the pretext of laying this color revolution framework. It is to justify the assassination of him, which is something that we have seen be attempted multiple times. Still don't really get to have the answers on that. Hope those come out. But the point is, they don't even want President Trump to be able to be here and be going to these rallies. Right. We know what they're about. And Alyssa Slocken is just the perfect example.
00:08:59.880 I mean, for everything that we've heard about foreign collusion, you have sitting Democrat members of Congress who are literally convening and converging.
00:09:07.380 And see, this is not like this is just some random Hungarian protester and this is being funded like, you know, pro bono out of the goodness of their heart.
00:09:14.180 So much of the democracy, pro-democracy movement, at least that was materialized and fomented in Europe, that wasn't organic.
00:09:21.440 That was our tax dollars that created them.
00:09:24.360 right? These resources that they used in Serbia and Hungary and Poland, and we're now even seeing
00:09:28.880 metastasize in Brazil. We created that. That's our intellectual property. And now you're seeing
00:09:34.200 Democrat senators go and sort of in cahoots with the people who have effectively used these
00:09:38.640 playbooks. Now they're coming together. They're trying to paint President Trump like another
00:09:42.900 Orban. And it's going to get very, very, very radical. It's going to get violent if they don't
00:09:47.620 get their way at the ballot box, which they've done everything to rig that as they can. We already
00:09:51.260 know we're going to have non-citizens voting. But if they can't get that, then you can hear in the 0.97
00:09:55.240 end of the clip when you hear indivisible protesters and all of these left-wing cohorts,
00:09:59.140 they pretend to be different, but we know that they're all funded by the same people.
00:10:02.540 They will be mass mobilizing. You can already see there's some leaked reporting showing how
00:10:07.140 they have plans just the day after election to mobilize, to make it so, you know, it's basically,
00:10:12.100 I believe the word is politically incalculable for people to even challenge election results.
00:10:17.400 That's the dynamic and that's the environment that they want.
00:10:20.240 They want to make it they want to make sure that 2020, this sort of period after Election
00:10:24.480 Day, never can happen again.
00:10:26.320 But Steve, you also have to compound that with what they are pushing is going to happen
00:10:30.680 post Election Day.
00:10:31.860 And that, I think, is the most stark contrast I've seen from 2024 to 2026.
00:10:37.440 All of these plans, all of these left wing groups, their blueprints, their tactics.
00:10:42.420 Election Day is the opening bid.
00:10:43.980 You can hear reporting from PBS, ABC, NPR, et cetera, et cetera.
00:10:48.480 They're saying that we might not even know what the composition of the Senate is for up to three weeks.
00:10:53.840 Obviously, you saw PBS just yesterday put it out.
00:10:56.380 All of these left-wing groups are normalizing again, the Red Mirage, the Blue Shift, everything like that.
00:11:01.640 So they are certainly weaponizing those delay in election results to favor them.
00:11:05.900 That's what the concept of pre-bunking is that Stephen Richer so brilliantly outlined for us up at Harvard.
00:11:11.520 This is a full court press.
00:11:13.420 I am glad to see the White House engaging, kind of mocking some of the ideas.
00:11:17.840 For instance, I think PBS yesterday put out, you know, saying, oh, just you're going to have to wait for your election results because apparently it's a third world country.
00:11:24.420 And obviously the White House is piling in saying that's crazy.
00:11:27.360 We all know that that's when the fraud happens.
00:11:29.080 But these people have gotten away with murder and they need to be called out for it.
00:11:33.780 Literally.
00:11:34.480 Let's play.
00:11:34.920 Let's play Slotkin and then we can talk about that and then go to break because I want to play some of the other clips you also had.
00:11:40.700 Let's let's go and play Slotkin again.
00:11:42.280 OK, so let's take the case of Hungary. At the beginning of this month, I got to visit Poland and Hungary, our NATO allies. In the past six months, Hungary was quite literally take it has quite literally taken the playbook to fight an authoritarian, the people's playbook, if you will, and dusted it off to make it more relevant for the.
00:12:00.880 Talk to me about that playbook.
00:12:03.480 We saw it in Rahim and Bill McGinley back in the summer of 2020 found, you know, what they were talking about.
00:12:09.900 Hey, don't worry about if it looks like a red mirage, if Trump's winning on the first night, don't worry about it on election night.
00:12:15.900 That's a red mirage.
00:12:17.220 The blue way will come.
00:12:18.300 And here's the playbook.
00:12:19.180 Here's what you have to do.
00:12:20.580 Here's how to be ready to take to the streets on and on and on.
00:12:23.900 What playbook is Slotkin talking about?
00:12:25.700 well it's all about civil society and it's all about the mass mobilization of what they would
00:12:32.980 call the pro-democracy left but also bringing in disaffected voters from the right and here's a
00:12:38.320 perfect current example that demonstrates that in 2016 indivisible was the backbone of the
00:12:43.700 resistance right you had everybody showing up in the streets to protest they acted like it was
00:12:47.740 organic our reporting had shown that these people were getting not just paid but reimbursed to show
00:12:52.000 up. But more to the point, it's quite interesting, Steve. Indivisible has shut down some of their
00:12:57.080 resistance style programming and protesting. They attribute it to a lack of interest. But what have
00:13:02.900 they then shifted into and pivoted into? They're now focusing solely on election mobilization and
00:13:08.560 basically ballot securing, whether that's in the count room or post-election day, where they want
00:13:13.960 to be making it a climate, much like it was for Orban or any of these alleged far-right dictators
00:13:19.320 you know, metastasizing across Europe, where they do not have the political capital to even
00:13:24.160 challenge elections, much like we, Steve, and you primarily have tried to, you know, fracture the
00:13:28.920 way that you think about politics between Republican and Democrat, having read so much of the kind of
00:13:33.680 left's body of work on this, they want to do what we have done to traditional American politics,
00:13:38.200 a populist reframing of it. And they want to reframe it in terms of democracy and anti-democracy,
00:13:43.980 democracy supporters and anti and authoritarians so that's the mind meld or mind shift rather that
00:13:50.580 these people are going for i could use another word to describe what they're going for but with
00:13:55.140 in her case it's particularly the ngos civil society in conjunction with prosecutors and
00:14:01.220 judges and see you can't decouple what they are doing to the election with the judges and the
00:14:05.540 cases from what they've done for the first two years of the trump administration it's the same
00:14:09.320 people and the same funders. Same federal judges. Natalie's at the White House. We're going through
00:14:15.480 the color revolution and the fight that we have, not just tomorrow, but ongoing. Hopefully people 1.00
00:14:21.800 wake up to this. The war on posse's awakened on All Souls Day. We hope maybe some folks in
00:14:29.440 higher levels of authority understand that this is a war, a political war, a legal war,
00:14:35.120 lawfare, and they're not going to stop until they have President Trump, just like they
00:14:39.780 have Jair Bolsonaro, in prison with a death sentence.
00:14:44.800 You say, oh, that can't happen?
00:14:46.340 Oh, not only can it happen, it will happen here in the United States of America unless
00:14:51.080 we stop it.
00:14:53.160 Short break.
00:14:54.620 Natalie G. Winters at the White House next.

00:18:06.120 a 5G smartphone for free.
00:18:10.260 Check it out today.
00:18:11.520 Patriot Mobile, 972-PATRIOT.
00:18:14.820 Natalie, I want to play this one.
00:18:16.120 This one's quite disturbing.
00:18:17.840 In fact, let me play it.
00:18:19.240 I want people to experience it again,
00:18:21.780 and then you can come in and tell us what we just heard.
00:18:24.920 Let's go and let it rip.
00:18:26.900 Raise the alarm on the ground where subversion is happening
00:18:29.900 and respond as quickly as possible.
00:18:32.080 The next stage is going to be the rapid response.
00:18:35.580 mobilization. The thing to stress is that once there's that call for rapid response,
00:18:39.880 we're going to move fast. We're talking people out on the streets within 24 to 48 hours. We're
00:18:44.720 not going to wait for a weekend. We're not saying see you on Saturday. If something happens on
00:18:48.160 Tuesday, we have got to generate that massive wave of national pushback everywhere in the country
00:18:54.160 that shows that whatever they're doing, they're not going to get away with it. The next stage
00:18:58.000 is going to be focused pressure. So the demands in a rapid response scenario are going to depend
00:19:02.600 on the specific subversion attempt, but they're going to involve pushing people in specific
00:19:07.340 positions of power and institutions, depending on which states what asks, to take action,
00:19:13.020 to make a stand, to make it clear what side they are on.
00:19:17.240 Is this extortion or blackmail?
00:19:19.060 I mean, they're saying if it doesn't go their way, essentially, if it doesn't go their way,
00:19:21.840 they're going to flood the zone.
00:19:23.000 And we already know through your reporting on Substack, they're already shipping people
00:19:26.620 all the way around, all over the country right now for these phony protests.
00:19:31.300 Is that blackmail?
00:19:33.480 Are they saying, hey, if you so dare as to really trying to count these votes and make sure that only citizens are voting, we're going to flood the zone in 2018.
00:19:42.380 We're not going to wait.
00:19:43.240 It's going to happen Tuesday.
00:19:44.300 We're not going to wait until the weekend.
00:19:45.220 We're going to happen, and then we're going to put focus pressure on individuals, ma'am?
00:19:53.120 No, Steve, that's democracy.
00:19:55.980 No, you're exactly right.
00:19:57.600 It's blackmail and it's a complete and utter distortion of everything that this country was founded on, basically, I don't know, everything ever.
00:20:04.940 I mean, it's really, really scary stuff.
00:20:08.300 And, Steve, there are a lot of key points to go through here.
00:20:10.740 One, that's their public grassroots activist training call.
00:20:15.460 That's what they're saying, knowing that we're watching and going to clip it.
00:20:18.820 That's very distinct from what they're saying behind the scenes.
00:20:21.720 And make no mistake, these people are on the record saying that they have active back channels with members of Congress, with members of the Democratic Party officials, state legislators.
00:20:31.100 That's a key node that they're really going to be pushing this time around.
00:20:34.960 But that's from basically a post-election phone call or rather video call with basically the kind of backbone of the No Kings movement.
00:20:43.760 That's Leah Greenberg speaking. But what's really interesting, and I know everybody was kind of celebrating that maybe, oh, the No Kings protest suddenly went away. Well, it's not exactly that. That was what those movements, those protests eventually morphed into. They're specifically calling it election defense, which is going to be a new one that we add to the lexicon of things that are such euphemisms for what they really are is, frankly, stealing and rigging elections and manufacturing outcomes.
00:21:10.380 But Steve, what I think is so interesting, and I think it's pure signal, not noise here, much like Indivisible shifting a lot of their resources from the resistance style protests to the election mobilizations, one of the groups, part of the consortium that was No Kings called Pache y Bene basically said that No Kings was a trial run for the Democrats, for the left, for election day.
00:21:34.140 What do I mean? Their ability to strike, their ability to protest, their ability to come out into the streets, and they would pause it and force election results. And this was the show I was hosting, Steve. So I want to get your reaction because I'm not sure you've heard this. But this group in particular, which, like I said, is like, you know, a mainstream left wing organizing group.
00:21:54.560 They've been circulating a list of what they think their supporters, their people that they're going to have protest.
00:22:00.800 You just mentioned I broke the story about how Sunrise Movement, one of these other Soros funded groups, is paying to send Democrat protesters into battleground states, particularly El-Sayed's race.
00:22:12.320 Conveniently, he was also on the board of Sunrise Movement.
00:22:14.920 So that's a conflict of interest there.
00:22:16.560 But this left-wing group is telling their supporters, their soon-to-be activists in the street, that they should be stockpiling in case of closures of work, closures of schools, closures of roads, etc., five to ten days of food, medicine and prescriptions picked up from the pharmacy, first aid supplies, full tank of gas, diapers, baby formula, toilet papers, wet wipes, birthday or other gifts bought ahead of time, art supplies and games for kids who will be home from school, utility bills paid,
00:22:46.200 and a list of streaming services to cancel for the month.
00:22:49.300 I will continue.
00:22:50.480 During a national shutdown, many basic services might be impacted.
00:22:54.060 Make plans to deal with delays and disruptions if workers walk out in large numbers
00:22:57.420 via transit, garbage pickup, grocery stores and convenience stores,
00:23:01.520 auto repairs and computer and phone repairs and services.
00:23:04.960 So that's how in-depth and elaborate they are planning.
00:23:08.780 And they use No Kings as a trial run to see where their sort of either asymmetric advantages
00:23:13.940 or disadvantages were or where they fell short in terms of tactical mobilization, that list
00:23:19.300 that I just read you along with a host of other resources is their kind of learned lessons
00:23:23.800 from having gotten into the streets so much.
00:23:27.280 We know they've, at the senior levels, they brag about tabletop exercises.
00:23:33.500 And when people are doing tabletop exercises, that's like the Department of War, the Pentagon,
00:23:38.160 the combatant commands, essentially doing war gaming, not simply at the strategic level,
00:23:42.600 but really at the operational and tactical level and know where the moves are.
00:23:46.580 What you've seen and what they've told right there in the clip,
00:23:49.800 the people they're trying to get on board to be the Grundoons is that, 0.97
00:23:55.720 hey, we have to be ready to go.
00:23:57.160 You have to be ready to go.
00:23:58.380 We're not going to wait 24, 48 hours.
00:24:00.460 We're going immediately.
00:24:01.140 We're not waking to the weekend if we see essentially that the Republicans are winning here.
00:24:06.380 But go back to this National Day of Emergency.
00:24:08.760 They're actually then telling their followers, having looked at this and lessons learned from the No Kings protest over the last 18 months, that they basically are implying they can have a national shutdown of essential services.
00:24:23.860 Right. And so people should be stockpiled and ready to go so that they can work.
00:24:27.540 They can go through this national emergency.
00:24:31.180 But there would be tremendous. It would be a tremendous difficulty for the MAGA movement or the Republicans or just ordinary citizens.
00:24:37.880 And then that would lead to the focus pressure to bring things to a head in their direction, that the vote would go in their direction, or they could force election officials basically to say, OK, this thing's too complicated.
00:24:50.560 Let's just go.
00:24:51.160 Let's just give it to them.
00:24:54.620 Yes.
00:24:55.060 I mean, is this not the culmination of Democrats lacking a platform?
00:24:58.620 I mean, outside of the DSA, right, they don't really have anything to advance.
00:25:01.780 It's always been just attacking Trump.
00:25:03.400 So they're not focusing on get out the vote, right?
00:25:05.940 They're allocating these resources. All of these NGOs, these left-wing activist groups, are focused on particularly the few days post-election. This one group is talking five to ten days. In some cases, we've seen there could be three weeks, right, until you have the Senate seated.
00:25:21.200 these are the people who showed up for no kings these are the people who are being funded by
00:25:26.660 groups that we have not sufficiently audited or frankly pulled the funding on any of these
00:25:30.640 organizations and steve i will introduce another variable into this that compounds yet another one
00:25:36.020 of their tactics which sort of goes back to what we were talking in the first break which is what
00:25:40.160 have they learned from hungary from poland from these you know other countries and that is at
00:25:45.380 least in their assessment that flooding the streets which is actually very i think latin
00:25:49.300 american roots but that that tactic really really really works because as rachel maddow you remember
00:25:56.860 she hammered night after night after night after night on her program it's this idea that you only
00:26:01.260 need three-fifths or not through whatever it is of a percent in a society to basically turn that's
00:26:07.900 all you need so that's what they're focused on turning out but this other group now steve this
00:26:12.260 is really radical we're we're dropping a lot of truth bombs on the white house lawn i don't know
00:26:16.480 if my like, you know, MSNOW people that are just a few years over from me are going to be ready for
00:26:20.220 this one, but buckle up. Another left-wing group, part of the Freedom Trainers organization. So this
00:26:27.180 is where a lot of these ex-USAID people ended up and are now pushing, you know, these tactics.
00:26:31.800 They're a little more outright with what they're actually doing. But they're actually pushing.
00:26:37.460 If they don't have it this time around, they definitely want it for 2028. But they're calling
00:26:41.720 a non-government vote count which is they want to have their own systems in which they are
00:26:47.500 counting ballots not to like usurp the legal legitimacy of an actual United States election
00:26:54.940 but more to the point that they believe that that can be another arrow in their quiver of which they
00:26:59.440 can rhetorically and just tactically use as like look in our vote count we were successful so
00:27:04.660 therefore we must have won the election but where that playbook and that's really radical that's
00:27:09.420 USAID at its finest, but where that playbook, and I think you have more of an impact here in this
00:27:14.740 election cycle, they're now calling and basically plotting that international leaders will weigh in
00:27:22.900 on elections before they're settled endorsing Democrats. I believe that's foreign election
00:27:27.820 interference, but what do I know? Hang on a second. We're going to get into all this.
00:27:31.780 A lot of these tactics were originally launched by the Bolsheviks.
00:27:40.260 Yep.
00:27:41.140 And, of course, Stalin was very famous in saying, 0.55
00:27:44.580 it ain't who votes, it's who counts the votes.
00:27:47.280 When you talk about a non-government vote counting system,
00:27:51.880 these people are playing hardball.
00:27:54.540 They intend to win without getting the most votes.
00:27:59.400 If they take power, they will never, ever, ever relinquish power, ever.
00:28:06.720 Short break. Nightly winners at the White House.

00:29:46.880 Check it out today.
00:29:47.820 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:29:53.220 Natalie, I want to go back to these two elements of how they're trying to do this,
00:29:59.320 and then they want their own group to count the votes,
00:30:02.720 and then they're going to bring in international interference.
00:30:05.680 Mike Benz, USAID.
00:30:08.100 This is my problem with, and people say, oh, we shut down USAID.
00:30:11.100 We haven't essentially shut down much of the functioning of USAID.
00:30:15.220 We just shifted over to the State Department.
00:30:17.060 Much of what you're finding, what happened in Serbia and other places is simply USAID money under another auspices.
00:30:25.160 And the fact is because you can't get all the Republicans and the Democrats want this to continue to happen and you get you can't get all the Republicans to do it.
00:30:33.440 Your thoughts, ma'am?
00:30:34.100 well i mean you're you're exactly right just because you switch something from usaid to state
00:30:41.760 department which had always housed usaid doesn't necessarily mean in effect right in reality that
00:30:49.000 you're actually doing anything different and frankly steve i would go a step further and say
00:30:52.660 it's not just about defunding that's step one and what should be a like 20-step process where we see
00:30:58.520 all these ngos whose names i'm rattling off their you know leaders their funders their donors are
00:31:03.460 being investigated. And I would posit, especially those that are back channeling with foreign 0.94
00:31:07.920 countries about interfering in United States elections should probably be tried for, you
00:31:12.080 know, treason, maybe an opening bid. But to specifically the idea of this alternative vote
00:31:17.700 count, which I think when you say treason on the White House lawn, you don't you don't get the
00:31:21.160 nicest looks from the people who are around you, but that's OK. This group Seed the Vote is pushing
00:31:27.840 in their manual, and I'll read you exactly, quote, parallel vote counting infrastructure
00:31:33.000 separate from the government. This has been done in Venezuela, in Hungary, in Serbia. We have legal
00:31:39.580 partners that are looking at building this kind of infrastructure, which should be the first time
00:31:43.460 in American history. Again, this is not some random NGO, some one, you know, offhanded idea.
00:31:49.540 This is one of the mainstream left-wing groups that is very, very, very active when it comes
00:31:53.440 to these midterm elections. But Steve, where it gets even more, I think, nefarious, at least when
00:32:00.300 it comes this time around for this election cycle, is this concept of gaining international
00:32:05.160 recognition. I will read you exactly from their playbook. Quote, by the way, this is in addition
00:32:10.820 to, quote, organizing daily rallies and strikes at the Capitol until the winners are seated.
00:32:15.880 But quote, gain international recognition using all the documentation and evidence,
00:32:19.740 ask international allies to honor the election results and recognize the Senate elect and House
00:32:24.800 elect leaders as duly appointed leaders. Let that sink in. That means what you're going to see now
00:32:32.440 is when they're... Hold on, give me that again slowly.
00:32:38.740 I promise I'm not making this up. Ask international allies to honor the election results and recognize
00:32:48.340 the Senate-elect and House-elect leaders as duly appointed leaders.
00:32:54.680 So whatever, it's what they say goes in an election, not what it actually says.
00:32:59.200 In other words, some controversy about in Alaska, you know there's going to be controversies
00:33:03.200 about this.
00:33:04.300 They want to have a way to go directly to the NATO, quote unquote, NATO allies, many
00:33:09.340 of which we've said, hey, these guys are deadbeats and not pulling their weight, and
00:33:13.980 have those allies, those foreign entities recognize a 5347 Democratic Senate or a 235
00:33:22.720 seat House, a House majority by Democrats, although that might not have been certified
00:33:28.500 yet. Is that basically what they're saying?
00:33:33.160 Exactly. And Steve, I think we can guess which countries, probably Hungary, probably Poland
00:33:38.740 and probably Brazil. You're going to see all those countries, all the ones that you've
00:33:42.280 seen USAID money flow to be the exact pro-democracy coalition that you're going to see form. Probably
00:33:48.120 not all the NATO leaders that are forced to pay, you know, 5% more of their GDP on defense. But
00:33:52.620 Steve, I want to link this to something in effect. This is not just some throwaway line that's
00:33:57.720 buried in some left-wing NGOs, you know, grand strategy somewhere. There was a closed door
00:34:04.000 roundtable, again, not published, I found it. But other than that, scant mention of it,
00:34:10.200 where it was actually funded by the European Parliament and they had invited an American
00:34:16.020 professor from the University of Georgia. That is the state, not the country. And his name is
00:34:21.760 Cass Mudd. And I believe he's actually foreign born. So if he's here on a visa, he should
00:34:25.860 definitely be deported. But that aside, their roundtable, which again, was funded by the
00:34:31.700 European Parliament, but it was a meeting on resistance to Trump and MAGA ahead of America's
00:34:37.160 midterms. Specifically, they were focusing on how the U.S., kind of the NGO crowd, the pro-democracy
00:34:44.860 movement could better collaborate in effect, but also in practice in the broadest way with the
00:34:50.820 European counterparts, particularly, I think, in a lot of the countries that we've, you know,
00:34:56.440 went on and on and on about. But this professor, Cass Mudd, he's up there saying, quote,
00:35:02.340 Democrat victories could make Trump a much weaker president for the rest of his second term.
00:35:06.300 So that's what all of this is about. Right. It's kneecapping the MAGA agenda and not not to pivot off of this, because I think this is something that is very niche and not being talked about enough.
00:35:14.900 But the fundamental flaw with the logic that you're seeing here, right, that if there is some Orban-style victory for the Democrats tomorrow, you know, anti-Orban victory for the Democrats tomorrow, the only reason that there is some level of rejection of what President Trump has attempted to do is because he actually has not fully realized the MAGA agenda.
00:35:36.600 Because the same people who have obstructed him in the courts, inside his administration, on the streets, every which way possible, are the same people who are now funding and toying with the outcome and the results of the elections.
00:35:49.740 So it is in some ways all one kind of grand psyop.
00:35:54.200 Like they let you think that we are going to win, as you always say, here are the keys to the kingdom, the castle, take it over.
00:35:59.480 But that's the fatal flaw in their logic.
00:36:01.900 And even for the war room posse who's sitting on the couch right now, it really doesn't want to vote, feels disaffected.
00:36:07.140 If you don't go vote tomorrow, you're just going to be subject to like decades of democracy rhetoric and how they blew out MAGA.
00:36:14.060 And basically, they're going to use this to say that our agenda wasn't actually popular.
00:36:17.540 When we both know this audience knows that had our agenda not been obstructed by these radical judges, the same ones that I'm sure are going to rule on non-citizens voting, it would be a knockout blast victory for President Trump and the MAGA movement.
00:36:30.160 Well, if you hadn't initiated a war, I mean, this thing was starting to hit on all cylinders.
00:36:38.460 Also, I want to go back because it's not just resistance.
00:36:42.780 We hit some resistance on the agenda and then just folded.
00:36:46.020 Let's go to mass deportations.
00:36:47.400 The people in Minneapolis, the people in Portland, the people who have been fighting in Los Angeles,
00:36:51.640 the people that are fighting the mass deportation agenda the most,
00:36:56.240 our industry could be linked with the funding and the operations.
00:36:58.960 In fact, there will be many of the same foot soldiers that they want to bring into the streets next week, correct?
00:37:03.780 It's just two sides of the same, not just resistance to Trump and MAGA, but resistance to essentially our elections as a constitutional republic.
00:37:12.880 They're going to resist.
00:37:13.640 If they lose initially, they're just going to resist you putting anything, implementing anything that you promised to do, right, and then fight you later in an election and take to the streets immediately if the vote doesn't go their way.
00:37:29.920 Well, Steve, a bunch of Soros-funded left-wing groups are already working together to develop
00:37:34.640 the case for reparations for people who were targeted by ICE.
00:37:38.560 Unclear if that will be, you know, going to Ghana or any of these countries that they've
00:37:42.280 been deported to.
00:37:43.740 But it's very interesting.
00:37:45.420 And Steve, I think the best illustrative example, the lawyer that 60 Minutes had on, right,
00:37:50.880 in opposition to the DHS attorney, that they presented was some, like, normal run-of-the-mill,
00:37:57.240 just want to, you know, thinks America and the Statue of Liberty represents what this country is
00:38:02.000 about. Her Twitter bio declares that she is a socialist seeking to abolish ICE and has tweeted,
00:38:10.040 I don't even know how many times, about how she is a hardcore, in her veins, socialist who doesn't
00:38:14.880 believe America is a country, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Now, of course, 60 Minutes
00:38:18.600 doesn't disclose that. But my broader point here is even when they're trying to find someone who's
00:38:23.440 normal and involved in that fight, they're picking someone who literally is an avowed
00:38:27.940 socialist, destroy America, end ICE in their bio. The broader point, and Steve, this even goes back
00:38:33.920 to what we saw in France. Some of the activists who were very involved with fomenting all the
00:38:40.180 craziness and the riots there, they had back channels with people who were involved with the
00:38:44.880 anti-ICE riots in Minnesota. And in a lot of their literature talking about their tactics that they
00:38:50.020 were going to use. They were pointing to Minnesota as an example of tactics that they were going to
00:38:55.680 be stealing that they viewed as a successful mobilization. And Steve, I do agree with you.
00:39:01.180 I think we bent the knee there. We let them see that, you know, you give an inch, they take a
00:39:06.140 mile. And all of a sudden, the deportation numbers, I certainly don't think are what we've
00:39:10.380 voted for or what we wanted. But this is the same group. And Steve, just like they freaked out when
00:39:15.580 you said you wanted to put ice you know in the outside of the election places i'd say put them
00:39:20.500 in the counting rooms too fundamentally you are now seeing that movement that minnesota crew
00:39:26.200 transition and you even see even have seen it with indivisible they call it ice watch that's
00:39:30.860 their term for it but they're now shifting into election mobilization election activism primarily
00:39:36.920 they don't want ice in there but it's it's the same people and it's the same funders and see
00:39:41.980 I can't stress it enough. All of these groups, Steve, to this day, have nonpartisan tax exempt, like 501c3 status. That's crazy. Their public statements are enough, but even the internal stuff, it's crazy.
00:39:57.520 Yeah, has not made a move to shut all this down. Go back to they're going to be in the counting rooms. I mean, they know, not only do they want to remove ICE from the polling stations, these activist groups now are now trained to become judges, election judges in the counting rooms, etc. Talk about how they've started to infiltrate the entire system.
00:40:19.740 well i think that starts with what is the most profound shift from a metaphorical perspective
00:40:28.540 which is how the zuckerbucks era center for tech and civic life became the alliance for election
00:40:34.360 excellence and that is directly embedding and creating these networks with election officials
00:40:40.420 down to the county election offices they're funding them they're giving them talking points
00:40:45.920 They're giving them every single thing that they could ever want being funded by left-wing money.
00:40:50.840 It's this own weird way of privatizing elections, but only for one party.
00:40:55.520 And you can now see that Indivisible, all of these groups that were not really rooted in actually turning out for elections, right, it was all about get out the vote, mobilize your neighbor, tell them what's at stake.
00:41:07.340 You look at the rhetoric, you look at the language, it has all changed into be a poll worker, go volunteer, get in the room.
00:41:15.140 And all of these groups, they have trainings, they have these webinars, they're extremely well funded. But the point is, Steve, and this is the biggest shift, you are now seeing a merger of these left wing groups that used to talk about what these state AGs and these election officials should do, right, what they should do. And sure, they spoke, but it was much of a, you know, more Chinese wall between them.
00:41:36.360 And one of the documents marked confidential, which really intrigued why, you know, democracy defenders is circulating confidential documents.
00:41:43.820 But apparently their strategy was straight state legislators.
00:41:47.220 You know, the American people couldn't see because then, you know, the rug is pulled and, you know, that they're telling people they literally had sections saying, here's what to say.
00:41:55.120 Here are your talking points.
00:41:56.300 But they talk about these existing back channels with these election officials, telling them, literally giving them talking points, not just generically, but literally in response to when President Trump had a speech about voter fraud, about what China was doing, telling them what to say.
00:42:11.700 My favorite quote that they have in these documents is they say, when we fight feelings with facts, we lose.
00:42:19.260 And we know what they're saying with that.
00:42:21.420 But the way that you and I interpret that is, which is the truth, is that, yeah, when you fight their feelings of whatever, their feeling that they won with the facts that four in 10 ballots is one of those recent legal filings out in California showed are being attributed or traced to non-citizens.
00:42:37.420 Well, I think the facts maybe dispute that one a bit.
00:42:41.700 Unbelievable. Natalie, hang on. We're going to hold you for another segment from the White House.
00:42:46.720 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:42:48.940 Chapter. Let's have Medicare without tears.
00:42:52.140 Kobe and his team set up a data company.
00:42:54.200 It's not a health company. It's not a health insurance company.
00:42:56.880 It's a data company. What does it do?
00:42:58.740 It helps you go through all the different permutations, perturbations on what is out there in Medicare.

00:43:27.400 but make sure that you get a plan, a Medicare plan that fits your health and your lifestyle.
00:43:33.720 845-WAR-ROOM is the hotline number that Kobe and the team have set up.
00:43:39.240 845-WAR-ROOM.
00:43:40.460 Chapter.
00:43:41.920 Make the next chapter of your life the best.
00:43:44.480 Short commercial break.
00:43:45.180 Back to the White House.
00:43:47.340 How many times have I warned you not to trust these institutions and do your own research?
00:43:52.640 This is the key of being part of the war and posse, especially when it comes to your health.

00:45:07.960 If your doc doesn't support that, you get your money back from Field of Greens.
00:45:12.780 Hit the bid and hit it today.
00:45:15.940 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:45:19.320 Starting at 5 o'clock tomorrow with Ed Martin, we'll start the all-day election day coverage.
00:45:26.240 We'll shift into election results.
00:45:27.900 I think the first polls close at 7 Eastern time, but during the 5 o'clock show, and then John Solomon will start shifting into our coverage, which will be pretty intense tomorrow.
00:45:39.340 We'll continue to cover until we know results of, like, who's in charge of the House and the Senate, and that might take a while.
00:45:46.560 Alaska, I don't think, closes its polls until 1 o'clock in the morning on 1 a.m. on Wednesday, so there'll be a lot there.
00:45:54.700 But I'm sure hopefully we'll be seeing trends early in the evening and see if these polls are a PSYOP.
00:46:03.020 And if people are turning out, everything right now is about turnout.
00:46:06.500 Jim Hoff's going to join me in the next hour.
00:46:09.120 We're going to talk to the great Gateway Pundit on Wednesday, particularly if we have some insights of where direction this is going.
00:46:17.440 Jim Rickards is going to join us.
00:46:18.760 Jim Rickards' flagship, strategic intelligence based upon predictive analytics.
00:46:22.700 jim gave you his uh his assessment the other day lose the house by a couple of seats i think it was
00:46:29.900 232 if i was correct uh in hold he thinks we'll hold the senate of course a lot of the pollings
00:46:35.640 come out over the weekend would tend to tell someone well at least the mainstream media poll
00:46:40.460 is the legacy media pollsters don't think that they get strategic intelligence for a special
00:46:45.660 $17.76 in commemoration of the 250th anniversary of our Declaration of Independence and the
00:46:53.360 continuation of the War of Independence that eventually led to our freedom.
00:46:57.480 $17.76, that's 90 days.
00:47:00.540 It's risk-free.
00:47:01.200 If you don't love it, you don't continue, and Jim will give you your $17.76 back.
00:47:07.580 While we still have some light on you, Natalie, any closing thoughts?
00:47:12.080 This has been amazing.
00:47:13.940 It's up on your sub stack.
00:47:14.740 First off, where on your Substack do you go?
00:47:16.680 The Substack's free.
00:47:17.620 Of course, if you want to chip in and make a donation, always do that.
00:47:20.680 Where do they go to get all your breaking news reporting on Substack?
00:47:26.900 It is nataliegwinters.substack.com.
00:47:33.020 So closing thoughts on this, particularly, I mean, this is why, look,
00:47:37.260 Russ and those guys have done a great job.
00:47:39.000 They should be coming, I think, with big rescissions packages right after tomorrow's vote.
00:47:43.140 I think they're going to try to get a handle around this budget.
00:47:47.280 And I realize that people say the technicality, well, it's by legislation.
00:47:51.060 You can't get rid of it.
00:47:52.560 But as you've seen, Treasury's got to take the tax status away.
00:47:57.840 We've got to crack down on the IRS aspect of this.
00:48:00.680 But the State Department, wherever this is hanging out, right, all this funding of these democracy programs that Democrats want shut down the government if they're not prepared to pass budgets.
00:48:12.400 And this, you know, you would have many more people jacked up, and we wouldn't be in a situation that you have taxpayer-funded revolutionaries prepared to take the streets if votes don't go their way if we threw down hard and said, hey, we're not going to fund this anymore with taxpayer money, and we're going to shut down the tax-exempt status, and we're going to expose all the foreign money, the dark money that's coming in here.
00:48:35.020 Natalie Winters.
00:48:38.220 And I'd maybe add we're going to deport like 20 million people at least.
00:48:43.080 Let's see my closing message.
00:48:45.140 Well, I'm standing next to someone from CNN, Brazil.
00:48:48.240 So let's hope that tomorrow does not go the way of Brazil, both in the broadest sense, but also those election results.
00:48:55.720 But more to the point, the mass mobilizations.
00:48:58.340 I hope this audience takes the time to read all the reporting I've done that we're talking about to understand that they're trying to create an environment and a condition, not even where Republicans who are elected.
00:49:08.300 that they're weak. We know that. But this audience doesn't speak up, doesn't dare to challenge,
00:49:13.160 doesn't dare to ask questions. So that is why it is so, so important that everyone familiarizes
00:49:19.240 themselves with the talking points that these people are going to be put out. And just be
00:49:23.280 courageous. I know I don't have to tell this audience, but know that they are trying to make
00:49:26.640 you feel demoralized and that questioning the validity of, you know, a non-citizen voting or
00:49:31.440 something like that is crazy. It's not. It's a valid question. They're really edgy about that
00:49:35.820 one so maybe really press on that one and just remember when we confront their feelings with our
00:49:41.020 facts we win um the um do you think that people are prepared at the white house today we had this
00:49:50.640 thing down at the um the um reflecting poll president trump's kind of closing statement
00:49:55.900 talked about the restoration of the country i think the speech was a little different
00:49:58.660 than a lot of people thought do you think the white house and the main justice is up to speed
00:50:05.120 and sensitive enough to what is actually going on here
00:50:09.480 and what's been funded by Democrats on Capitol Hill
00:50:12.320 and what the Jamie Raskins of the world have in store?
00:50:15.520 Because remember, they only started bragging about Hungary,
00:50:18.520 not just simply the night they did it,
00:50:20.120 but it was really when they arrested the first member of Orbán's government.
00:50:26.540 That's when they really started saying, hey, we got something rolling here.
00:50:29.040 Do you think that the Trump administration right now
00:50:32.240 understands the mortal threat that's coming for him?
00:50:38.240 No, I think they should, considering it's the same threat
00:50:41.780 that we've seen since 2015, 2016, right?
00:50:45.380 That it's the same lawyers.
00:50:46.360 Mark Elias was the lawyer that caused Russiagate.
00:50:49.560 But no, I think there's more of a focus.
00:50:51.940 We're playing by the rules, focusing on getting out the vote.
00:50:54.680 And President Trump is obviously hosting a lot of rallies.
00:50:57.300 They don't care about that.
00:50:58.460 They don't care about getting out the vote.
00:50:59.740 They're trying to, you know, the vote versus ballot dichotomy, as we've discussed many times, they don't care.
00:51:05.680 And they're winning in court, unfortunately, by orders of magnitude that would only be described as a black bill if they were to share them. 0.54
00:51:12.140 So, no, but we got the posse and I don't think they're going to be intimidated.
00:51:17.420 So I find optimism there.
00:51:19.520 But no, I think they need to be doing much more messaging when it comes to the results and election delays, the red shift, the blue mirage, the pre-bunking, the censorship, all of it.
00:51:29.540 But we got the war room for now.
00:51:33.480 Rolling people up there.
00:51:35.520 And actually something.
00:51:36.500 They got the power.
00:51:37.440 Yeah, actually something.
00:51:38.260 Okay, real quick.
00:51:39.100 And Fauci, like, I don't know.
00:51:40.320 Yeah.
00:51:42.240 Yeah, maybe he should purple.
00:51:43.700 Okay, real quickly.
00:51:45.860 Where should they go for your Substack and social media?
00:51:51.340 NatalieGwinters.substack.com.
00:51:53.240 NatalieGwinters on X.
00:51:54.700 Thank you, Steve, for having me.
00:51:55.760 And make sure to vote.
00:51:57.940 Thank you, man.
00:51:58.600 Appreciate you.
00:51:59.540 Okay, May God Bless America takes us out from Real America's Music,
00:52:03.940 one of the top songs in the country.
00:52:05.140 Make sure if you get a chance, download it.
00:52:06.960 Peter Navarro's book, Fauci Must Rot in Prison.
00:52:12.480 May the New York Times bestseller list.
00:52:14.020 Thank you to the Warren Posse.
00:52:16.040 Short commercial break.
00:52:17.200 We're going to come back.
00:52:18.760 We've got an interesting cold open for you that I think will get you pumped up.
00:52:22.060 Then we've got Patty Murray and Jim Hoft from Gateway Pundit.
00:52:29.540 Next, I think hopefully Dola Stallman and maybe some other activists from some of the other states about how it's going on the eve on, what is it, All Souls Day on the eve of the inflection point for our country tomorrow morning, Election Day.
00:52:42.440 Short commercial break.
00:52:43.200 Back in the war room in a moment.
00:52:59.540 Seek God on his behalf.
00:53:02.220 We may not have made a golden calf, but our idols have been cleared.
00:53:08.480 And it ends here.
