Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground 308： The Fight Against The Administrative State

00:00:00.000 This is what you're fighting for.

00:00:14.860 I mean, every day you're out there.

00:00:17.560 What they're doing is blowing people off.

00:00:21.000 If you continue to look the other way and shut up,

00:00:23.680 then the oppressors, the authoritarians,

00:00:26.240 get total control and total power.

00:00:27.880 Because this is just like in Arizona.

00:00:30.840 This is just like in Georgia.

00:00:32.040 It's another element that backs them into a quarter

00:00:34.860 and shows their lies and misrepresentations.

00:00:37.120 This is why this audience is going to have to get engaged.

00:00:39.420 As we've told you, this is the fight.

00:00:41.300 All this nonsense, all this spin, they can't handle the truth.

00:00:45.260 War Room, Battleground.

00:00:47.020 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:00:51.120 Okay, welcome back.

00:00:52.540 Wednesday, 7 June, the era of our Lord, 2023.

00:00:54.900 Obviously, from the first hour, things are on fire.

00:00:59.740 There's so many fronts we're fighting on.

00:01:01.920 Each and every one important.

00:01:04.020 I want to go now to Kimberly Fletcher, Momsler.

00:01:06.380 And by the way, we've got Colonel Harvey.

00:01:07.720 He's going to come up.

00:01:08.280 We're going to talk about this win we had on Sequoia,

00:01:11.420 what it means for us and particularly for our national defense.

00:01:15.240 And we're trying to get Congressman Burchett on

00:01:17.240 about this revelation of this whistleblower

00:01:21.180 about the UFOs and the pilots, all that.

00:01:23.960 We've got to make sure it's not a misdirection plan.

00:01:26.100 Congressman Burchett of Tennessee is all over that.

00:01:29.180 Kimberly Fletcher, you know, we had this riot by,

00:01:33.860 I should say, a riot by Antifa out there

00:01:37.520 at another school board meeting in L.A.

00:01:41.160 where these Armenian dads just threw down hard 0.96

00:01:43.100 and said, we're tired of this, we're tired of the grooming,

00:01:45.080 we're tired of the propaganda in the schools.

00:01:47.600 We had Moms for Liberty has been targeted

00:01:49.400 by the Southern Poverty Law Center

00:01:51.060 as an anti-government group,

00:01:53.980 which means, you know, all of a sudden

00:01:55.160 they're going to get a tag on them.

00:01:57.040 Walk me through Moms for America.

00:01:58.280 What are you guys doing?

00:01:59.580 Walk me through the fight that you're in right now.

00:02:02.540 And do you feel like the left, the sorest back left

00:02:04.760 is coming after your organization?

00:02:08.240 Yes, absolutely.

00:02:09.640 So I would just like to welcome Moms for Liberty

00:02:13.100 into the club.

00:02:13.940 Moms for America was added

00:02:16.400 to the Southern Poverty Law Center's hate list

00:02:18.940 and they are literally the biggest hate group

00:02:21.920 in the country.

00:02:23.060 It's years ago.

00:02:24.340 And this year they targeted even specific groups

00:02:27.200 of part of Moms for America.

00:02:29.360 We have Virginia Moms for America 1.00

00:02:30.680 was specifically targeted

00:02:31.760 and they cited the reason was because

00:02:33.980 of all the work that we did

00:02:35.560 to help get Youngkin and Sears elected

00:02:37.760 and to promote parental rights in Loudoun County.

00:02:40.600 So obviously there is a pushback

00:02:43.500 against any parent who's out there

00:02:45.720 trying to fight for the rights of their own rights

00:02:48.940 and those of their children.

00:02:50.560 You know what?

00:02:51.380 Moms care about the same things. 0.96

00:02:53.280 All moms care about the same things.

00:02:55.060 And that's why this crosses all divides,

00:02:57.060 all political, all racial, all economic levels.

00:03:01.100 Moms care about their kids 1.00

00:03:02.760 and we're going to fight for our children

00:03:04.160 and no one is going to put up,

00:03:06.560 no mother is going to put up 0.99

00:03:08.140 with someone telling them

00:03:09.140 they're not your children

00:03:10.000 and you don't get to raise them.

00:03:12.180 So we're their biggest threat right now.

00:03:14.860 We stand in between what they want

00:03:16.720 and what we have

00:03:17.720 and that's our children.

00:03:20.560 Kimberly, explain to me,

00:03:21.800 this is what I don't understand.

00:03:23.240 Southern Poverty Law Center,

00:03:24.480 and I keep telling people this,

00:03:25.520 they're quite powerful in the fact, 0.99

00:03:27.380 they're very corrupt, 0.94

00:03:28.140 but very powerful 0.93

00:03:28.820 because as soon as they do these designations,

00:03:31.300 the mainstream media can get off the hook

00:03:32.900 and always say, well, Moms for America,

00:03:34.960 you know, one of these radical groups.

00:03:36.740 What is it specifically

00:03:38.320 about your fight for parental rights

00:03:41.340 that they either come to you and complain

00:03:44.300 or they cite as something

00:03:47.160 that makes you a designated group?

00:03:49.240 What is it specifically

00:03:50.080 that you guys have done

00:03:51.260 in the parental rights movement

00:03:53.180 that makes you dangerous

00:03:55.140 according to their standards?

00:03:57.400 Well, we stand for common sense.

00:03:59.600 And one of the things

00:04:00.420 that I tell people all the time is,

00:04:01.840 you know, there's a great book out there

00:04:03.280 called Great Story,

00:04:05.400 The Emperor's New Clothes

00:04:06.500 and The Emperor's Naked.

00:04:08.400 And no one is out there shouting

00:04:10.160 The Emperor's Naked.

00:04:11.340 So everybody is buying into

00:04:12.860 every crazy alone idea

00:04:14.620 that's coming across the path.

00:04:16.520 And we are standing up and saying,

00:04:18.520 no, this is not okay.

00:04:20.540 We've pushed back against Target.

00:04:22.380 We held, just today,

00:04:24.080 we held a Protect Women's Sports 0.80

00:04:26.780 press conference

00:04:28.260 at Washington, D.C.

00:04:29.640 at the Capitol

00:04:30.160 with members of Congress

00:04:31.240 and female sports figures.

00:04:33.100 Anything that we do

00:04:34.220 that introduces common sense,

00:04:36.160 we're really pushing back

00:04:37.580 on this ideology

00:04:39.080 of this transgender idea.

00:04:41.280 They are literally creating this.

00:04:43.120 We have had people ask us,

00:04:44.640 well, where was this?

00:04:46.000 Has this always been out there

00:04:47.160 and we just missed it?

00:04:48.000 And I'm like, no,

00:04:49.340 they're manufacturing it

00:04:50.880 in the classrooms.

00:04:52.180 So specifically,

00:04:52.880 what we have done

00:04:53.840 is we've shined a light

00:04:54.960 on all the things

00:04:55.920 that they're doing

00:04:56.620 in the classrooms,

00:04:57.660 in the schools.

00:04:58.580 And I, as one mom,

00:04:59.700 have been shouting

00:05:00.620 from the rooftops

00:05:01.400 to anybody who would listen

00:05:02.500 for the last two decades.

00:05:04.280 And up until 2020,

00:05:06.160 they all just looked at me

00:05:07.200 like a helicopter parent

00:05:08.200 with a tinfoil hat

00:05:09.180 until 2020 happened.

00:05:11.460 And all the parents realized

00:05:12.620 everything that I've been saying

00:05:13.900 that your children

00:05:14.400 are being exposed to

00:05:15.500 is really happening.

00:05:17.460 And anything that you think

00:05:18.740 is happening in the classroom

00:05:19.980 is worse than you

00:05:21.120 could possibly imagine.

00:05:22.120 You're saying during

00:05:24.600 the lockdowns

00:05:25.500 and during the COVID situation

00:05:27.660 when parents,

00:05:28.220 the kids were at home

00:05:28.840 and the parents would be

00:05:29.520 walking by and checking

00:05:30.300 the computer,

00:05:31.360 see the Zoom meeting

00:05:32.180 and go, whoa,

00:05:33.220 hang on, what's being taught?

00:05:34.140 I'm not hearing them

00:05:35.120 learn calculus.

00:05:36.420 I'm not hearing them

00:05:37.200 learn rhetoric or grammar.

00:05:38.940 I'm seeing propaganda.

00:05:40.000 What inspired you?

00:05:41.540 Give us your story.

00:05:43.200 What inspired you

00:05:43.960 to found Moms for America? 1.00

00:05:46.220 Well, I founded

00:05:47.000 the organization in 2004

00:05:48.640 and it literally started

00:05:50.960 in 2001.

00:05:53.280 My husband was stationed

00:05:54.620 at the Pentagon on 9-11

00:05:55.880 and through a series

00:05:57.080 of literal miracles,

00:05:59.040 he came home safe that day.

00:06:01.020 And that changed me.

00:06:03.100 It was the day,

00:06:03.840 I guess, I woke up

00:06:04.560 and I thought,

00:06:05.440 wait a minute,

00:06:05.880 something is not right.

00:06:07.060 I've always been patriotic.

00:06:08.480 I pledged the flag.

00:06:09.560 I've, you know,

00:06:09.880 lived my life,

00:06:10.620 took care of my kids,

00:06:11.640 but something wasn't right.

00:06:13.160 And that was the day

00:06:14.020 that I went from being patriotic

00:06:15.540 to being a patriot.

00:06:16.940 And I've been on the front lines

00:06:18.180 of freedom ever since,

00:06:19.560 playing the long game.

00:06:20.580 And that's one of the things

00:06:22.020 I think,

00:06:22.480 I will tell you,

00:06:23.080 I think that what scares

00:06:23.920 the left the most

00:06:24.960 is the fact that women 1.00

00:06:26.280 are now engaged and uniting.

00:06:28.500 One of the things that we do

00:06:29.820 that they hammer us a lot for

00:06:31.440 is teaching women,

00:06:33.700 moms about America.

00:06:35.840 We've,

00:06:36.400 our history and our heritage

00:06:37.560 has been literally stripped from us.

00:06:39.300 And we have a program,

00:06:40.260 our signature program

00:06:41.200 called the Cottage Meeting Project.

00:06:43.040 It's like Tupperware for Liberty.

00:06:44.500 And you just bring your friends,

00:06:46.500 neighbors, family members

00:06:47.420 into your home.

00:06:48.180 And instead of promoting Plastic War,

00:06:50.040 you're promoting

00:06:50.520 the principles of liberty

00:06:51.760 through inspiring stories,

00:06:53.820 examples moms can relate to,

00:06:55.300 and it instantly resonates with them.

00:06:57.060 And that's what leads them to action.

00:06:59.020 Because moms don't wake up 1.00

00:06:59.960 in the morning and say,

00:07:00.620 I'm going to be an activist today.

00:07:01.620 They have to be fighting

00:07:02.680 for something or against something.

00:07:04.520 We give them something

00:07:05.560 to fight for,

00:07:06.740 so when they need to fight against,

00:07:08.140 they're more empowered.

00:07:09.360 We have flipped school boards.

00:07:10.580 We have moms 1.00

00:07:11.100 who've been running for school board.

00:07:12.600 We have women 1.00

00:07:13.620 who are running for Congress,

00:07:15.160 from school board to Congress,

00:07:17.380 all across the palette.

00:07:19.180 I mean, it's just amazing

00:07:20.040 how they get involved.

00:07:21.320 They're holding cottage meetings

00:07:22.200 in their homes.

00:07:23.140 They're reaching out

00:07:24.340 to their community.

00:07:25.800 They're getting involved

00:07:26.460 in their schools.

00:07:27.120 They're creating relationships.

00:07:28.740 They're not just angry.

00:07:29.940 They're empowered.

00:07:30.920 And they realize

00:07:31.620 that their rights

00:07:32.580 come from God,

00:07:33.420 not government.

00:07:34.300 That is the most empowering thing

00:07:35.920 when they go in

00:07:36.960 and they start talking

00:07:37.880 to these members,

00:07:39.200 whether it's Congress

00:07:40.020 or whether it's a school board.

00:07:41.840 So that's what scares them.

00:07:43.100 And that's what they don't like

00:07:44.180 about us.

00:07:46.760 Kimberly,

00:07:47.300 how do people get to the website?

00:07:48.700 How do they find out more

00:07:49.540 about Moms for America?

00:07:51.140 How do they find out

00:07:51.740 how they can either join a chapter,

00:07:53.240 create a chapter,

00:07:54.120 all of it?

00:07:55.680 You can come to

00:07:56.540 momsforamerica.us

00:07:58.120 and we're also on

00:07:59.180 all social media platforms

00:08:00.460 that they haven't

00:08:01.040 knocked us off of yet.

00:08:02.640 We're back on.

00:08:03.920 Everybody who lost us

00:08:04.980 on Twitter,

00:08:06.340 we're back.

00:08:07.500 But momsforamerica.us,

00:08:09.340 you can find us there,

00:08:10.220 all our programs,

00:08:10.980 and we'd love to have you

00:08:11.940 join with this network,

00:08:13.260 this mighty movement of moms 1.00

00:08:14.620 across the country,

00:08:15.920 reclaiming our culture.

00:08:18.080 How did you get pulled?

00:08:19.480 How did you get pulled down

00:08:20.460 from Twitter?

00:08:20.900 You said you're back.

00:08:21.720 What did,

00:08:22.320 Kimberly,

00:08:23.720 you look like a fighter,

00:08:26.180 but why did Elon Musk

00:08:27.800 and the crew

00:08:28.140 pull you guys down?

00:08:29.940 We were actually pulled down

00:08:31.040 before Elon.

00:08:31.980 When Elon came,

00:08:32.900 we actually got to be put back on.

00:08:34.800 So thank you,

00:08:35.740 Elon,

00:08:36.240 for allowing us

00:08:37.320 to have our free speech.

00:08:39.180 Honestly,

00:08:39.740 it started with COVID.

00:08:40.680 On Twitter,

00:08:41.600 we started to ask questions.

00:08:43.300 Should we wear a mask?

00:08:44.620 What is this vaccine

00:08:45.880 that you're trying

00:08:46.380 to put on our children?

00:08:47.760 And they shut us down

00:08:48.840 and said we went

00:08:49.700 against their community standards.

00:08:51.100 Facebook has blocked us.

00:08:52.180 YouTube keeps taking down

00:08:53.320 our videos.

00:08:54.620 Just to give you an example

00:08:55.780 of how crazy this is,

00:08:57.180 in 2019,

00:08:58.000 every year we do something

00:08:59.100 for Constitution Week.

00:09:00.660 In 2019,

00:09:01.500 we held a press conference

00:09:02.560 in Washington, D.C.

00:09:03.520 with members of Congress

00:09:04.840 on Constitution Day.

00:09:06.240 And it was celebrating

00:09:08.000 Constitution Day 0.99

00:09:09.180 and Olga Weber, 0.91

00:09:10.680 the Ohio mom in 1955,

00:09:12.720 who started it.

00:09:13.700 And we posted it up

00:09:14.880 on Facebook

00:09:15.440 and they pulled it down

00:09:16.500 and said it went

00:09:17.060 against their community standards.

00:09:18.880 So women in the Constitution 1.00

00:09:20.340 are against their community standards.

00:09:22.400 No,

00:09:23.220 community standards.

00:09:26.120 Unbelievable.

00:09:26.840 Well,

00:09:26.940 good for Elon

00:09:27.840 and the team

00:09:28.440 for putting you back up there.

00:09:29.420 One more time.

00:09:30.340 Where do people go,

00:09:31.260 Kimberly?

00:09:33.360 MomsforAmerica.us

00:09:35.000 Kimberly,

00:09:37.780 fight on.

00:09:38.340 We love fighters

00:09:38.980 here in the war room.

00:09:39.780 You're certainly a fighter.

00:09:40.620 Thank you for joining us.

00:09:41.440 Godspeed.

00:09:41.940 Looking forward to having you back.

00:09:43.800 Thank you.

00:09:46.820 Okay, folks.

00:09:47.560 The Precinct Strategy,

00:09:48.620 the Moms for America,

00:09:49.500 the Moms for Liberty,

00:09:50.320 all these groups,

00:09:51.320 make sure you find one,

00:09:52.900 get the information.

00:09:54.160 I'll tell you one thing.

00:09:54.900 Once you join a group

00:09:55.820 or come associate it,

00:09:57.620 whatever it is,

00:09:58.700 it'll change your life.

00:09:59.520 You'll see connections

00:10:00.400 you haven't made before,

00:10:01.480 or camaraderie

00:10:05.080 you haven't seen.

00:10:05.920 It's just incredible.

00:10:06.720 Remember,

00:10:07.140 one of the things

00:10:07.500 about people getting older,

00:10:09.100 they keep saying

00:10:09.640 your world gets smaller

00:10:10.540 and smaller.

00:10:11.220 One thing we promise you,

00:10:13.400 particularly our folks

00:10:14.780 that are maybe the boomers,

00:10:16.420 not our younger crowd,

00:10:17.400 but the boomers,

00:10:18.200 we commit to you

00:10:19.460 that if you're part

00:10:20.820 of the war room cadre,

00:10:22.480 part of the posse

00:10:23.220 and all the people

00:10:23.840 we introduce you to

00:10:24.680 and you join up,

00:10:26.160 your world will get bigger.

00:10:27.260 It won't get smaller.

00:10:28.540 So don't buy that.

00:10:29.740 Your world gets smaller

00:10:31.000 as you get older.

00:10:31.640 That does not have to happen.

00:10:32.880 That's a conscious choice

00:10:33.860 from every bad agency.

00:10:35.540 We've had a big win.

00:10:37.580 I've got to bring in

00:10:38.120 Colonel Harvey,

00:10:39.520 Derek Harvey.

00:10:40.600 Colonel,

00:10:41.060 thank you for joining us.

00:10:42.140 By the way,

00:10:42.460 Colonel,

00:10:42.800 I want to make sure

00:10:43.540 people know,

00:10:44.940 tell us about,

00:10:45.820 you've got also a,

00:10:47.260 I've known you for years

00:10:48.480 as I call you

00:10:49.760 the Lawrence of Arabia

00:10:50.700 of Iraq

00:10:51.480 for your great efforts there.

00:10:53.700 You're one of the smartest guys,

00:10:55.140 particularly MAGA

00:10:56.080 and a vice of the President Trump

00:10:57.360 or everything like all that.

00:10:58.860 We're going to get on that

00:10:59.640 in a second.

00:11:00.080 But you also have a,

00:11:01.000 you have a day job.

00:11:02.340 You're not getting very involved

00:11:03.340 in local politics.

00:11:04.620 Just tell us what you're,

00:11:05.700 tell us what you're,

00:11:06.340 I want to make sure people

00:11:07.060 know about your endeavors

00:11:08.040 there before we talk

00:11:09.440 about Sequoia Capital.

00:11:11.400 Okay,

00:11:11.780 well,

00:11:12.000 thanks for that opportunity,

00:11:13.320 Steve.

00:11:13.660 And I'm an elected

00:11:15.540 county commissioner

00:11:16.400 in Western County

00:11:18.520 of Maryland

00:11:19.480 called Washington County.

00:11:21.560 And in that responsibility,

00:11:22.900 we have combined

00:11:24.360 executive and legislative

00:11:25.660 authorities over

00:11:28.040 everything that's going on

00:11:29.620 in the county

00:11:30.060 for the most part.

00:11:30.800 Everything from the police,

00:11:32.380 public safety,

00:11:33.180 fire,

00:11:34.200 we fund the schools,

00:11:36.020 oversight of the school system,

00:11:38.100 highway roads,

00:11:39.520 water,

00:11:40.520 sewer,

00:11:41.380 development,

00:11:42.080 zoning,

00:11:43.000 the gamut of things.

00:11:44.440 So,

00:11:44.940 I wanted to get involved

00:11:46.060 because when I looked

00:11:47.060 at things a couple years ago

00:11:48.380 and I saw what was going on

00:11:49.580 in places like Loudoun County,

00:11:51.260 I decided,

00:11:51.960 you know,

00:11:53.620 I have a young family.

00:11:54.660 I have a 10-year-old,

00:11:55.580 a 6-year-old,

00:11:56.260 and a 2-year-old.

00:11:57.120 And,

00:11:57.680 you know,

00:11:57.860 this is our home

00:11:58.620 and I wanted to fight

00:12:00.080 to protect the traditions

00:12:01.320 and values and character

00:12:02.660 of our county.

00:12:03.860 And we went for Trump

00:12:04.840 in this county by 62%,

00:12:06.480 but we've got inroads

00:12:08.140 from,

00:12:08.840 you know,

00:12:09.640 the D.C. Beltway,

00:12:11.280 the liberalism coming in,

00:12:12.700 and we've got,

00:12:13.460 you know,

00:12:13.820 the Democratic Socialist Republic

00:12:15.820 of Annapolis here

00:12:16.940 at our statehouse

00:12:18.100 trying to impose

00:12:19.000 on our community.

00:12:20.000 So,

00:12:20.700 I'm taking up the thought.

00:12:22.540 Yeah.

00:12:23.800 Here's what's so important.

00:12:24.940 It's about the precinct strategy

00:12:26.000 about change comes locally.

00:12:28.020 Derek Harvey

00:12:28.580 is one of the biggest

00:12:29.380 picture guys I know,

00:12:31.140 House Intel,

00:12:32.400 Chief of Staff

00:12:33.020 over the National Security Council

00:12:34.300 at the White House,

00:12:35.440 who'll be very prominent

00:12:36.480 in a very senior role

00:12:37.860 in the Trump second term.

00:12:41.360 But,

00:12:41.560 and the issues you deal with

00:12:43.500 are the biggest geopolitical

00:12:45.060 and national security intelligence

00:12:47.300 and quite frankly,

00:12:48.700 economic issues

00:12:49.680 facing the world.

00:12:50.880 It's one of the things

00:12:51.280 that in the world

00:12:51.960 we pride ourselves

00:12:52.640 on how many guys like you

00:12:53.400 can explain to working class,

00:12:54.840 middle class people,

00:12:55.540 and all of a sudden

00:12:55.920 they start to understand

00:12:56.680 how the world works.

00:12:58.240 But you also got inspired

00:12:59.480 and said,

00:12:59.980 hey,

00:13:00.980 even while I'm doing that

00:13:02.260 and that's my profession,

00:13:04.000 I need to get involved here

00:13:05.020 at the local level.

00:13:06.100 What has been the biggest

00:13:07.560 single thing

00:13:08.260 that you've found

00:13:09.060 since you've gone

00:13:10.120 from the highest level

00:13:11.140 of kind of geopolitics

00:13:12.560 and economics

00:13:16.100 and national security intel

00:13:17.820 to actually have to get down

00:13:19.720 to a level

00:13:20.560 where you're dealing with

00:13:21.500 making sure

00:13:22.440 the volunteer fire department's paid,

00:13:24.240 the police department's paid,

00:13:25.760 the schools are running correctly.

00:13:27.160 What's been the biggest thing

00:13:28.240 that,

00:13:28.500 what's your biggest takeaway

00:13:29.380 so far?

00:13:30.340 Well,

00:13:30.880 my biggest takeaway

00:13:31.720 is that local government

00:13:33.080 and democracy

00:13:34.680 at the grassroots level

00:13:35.880 is being directly attacked

00:13:37.680 by state houses

00:13:39.020 and the federal

00:13:40.580 administrative state

00:13:41.760 by the imposition

00:13:42.760 of rules

00:13:44.180 that are not,

00:13:45.300 you know,

00:13:45.480 don't even take into

00:13:46.720 the consideration

00:13:47.560 of,

00:13:48.360 you know,

00:13:48.740 the character

00:13:49.400 and the environment

00:13:51.040 and the demographics,

00:13:53.440 you know,

00:13:53.940 in an area

00:13:54.500 like Washington County.

00:13:55.800 They come in

00:13:56.620 and they impose

00:13:57.540 mandates on us,

00:13:59.680 whether it's on zoning

00:14:00.840 or housing

00:14:01.500 or group houses

00:14:02.380 going into areas,

00:14:04.120 environmental rules,

00:14:06.100 you know,

00:14:06.880 be it on,

00:14:07.840 you know,

00:14:08.640 dealing with

00:14:09.000 water or farming

00:14:10.340 and we don't have

00:14:12.680 a voice in any of that

00:14:13.880 and when we look

00:14:14.800 to our legislators,

00:14:16.760 you know,

00:14:16.880 our congressmen,

00:14:17.680 they throw up their hands

00:14:18.720 because the administrative state,

00:14:20.880 Congress has lost

00:14:21.560 control over that

00:14:22.620 and that's the biggest takeaway.

00:14:24.680 We fund a lot of things

00:14:26.080 but we don't have control

00:14:27.300 over the county health department

00:14:28.740 or the board of elections

00:14:30.160 or,

00:14:31.340 you know,

00:14:31.680 some of the other departments

00:14:32.820 because the state

00:14:33.880 and the federal government

00:14:34.900 mandate just about everything.

00:14:36.460 Is that administrative state

00:14:40.200 fight,

00:14:40.520 because we're going to talk

00:14:41.040 about this

00:14:41.340 when we talk about

00:14:42.040 the administrative state

00:14:43.260 and their partnerships

00:14:44.020 with things like

00:14:44.860 Sequoia Capital.

00:14:46.680 Is the administrative state

00:14:48.280 this kind of leviathan

00:14:49.400 at the federal level,

00:14:50.300 the unelected leviathan,

00:14:51.680 which,

00:14:52.620 interestingly enough,

00:14:54.060 both Donald J. Trump

00:14:55.300 and Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

00:14:57.700 have both said

00:14:58.680 is the number one enemy

00:14:59.800 of freedom

00:15:00.840 here in the United States.

00:15:01.680 Both candidates have said

00:15:02.880 it's not the CCP,

00:15:04.120 they're a close second,

00:15:05.480 but it's the administrative state.

00:15:08.120 Do you think

00:15:08.820 the administrative state

00:15:09.560 has a conscious plan

00:15:10.960 actually to make sure

00:15:12.560 that they take away

00:15:13.480 all the independence

00:15:14.500 and freedom of people

00:15:15.420 at the local level

00:15:16.420 by imposing these regulations

00:15:18.260 and then the execution of it

00:15:19.800 and the flooding of the zone

00:15:21.020 of the $7 trillion

00:15:23.780 in federal spending

00:15:25.680 to just overwhelm you guys?

00:15:26.960 I think there may be some,

00:15:30.420 I think it's more like

00:15:31.780 a movement,

00:15:32.660 like-minded people

00:15:33.860 that have the money

00:15:37.220 and the elite cabal,

00:15:39.460 the inside-outside game

00:15:41.500 of the democratic elite,

00:15:42.900 their donors,

00:15:43.660 Wall Street,

00:15:44.860 looking for global government,

00:15:47.400 support of a world health organization,

00:15:49.580 increased mandates

00:15:50.520 and penetration of our society.

00:15:53.080 Combined with technology

00:15:54.720 and the corporate barons

00:15:56.180 and the technology world

00:15:57.420 that, you know,

00:15:59.160 they're looking at climate change

00:16:00.940 and climate controls

00:16:03.020 as the vehicle

00:16:04.080 through which they're going to be able

00:16:05.160 to control so much more

00:16:06.400 in our lives.

00:16:07.940 And, you know,

00:16:08.840 we just don't have any control

00:16:10.400 over the administrative state.

00:16:11.640 There's no accountability.

00:16:13.200 They can make the rules

00:16:14.220 and most,

00:16:15.000 if you can have the money

00:16:16.200 to fight it,

00:16:17.520 you probably are going to lose

00:16:18.720 in the long run

00:16:19.460 because the courts

00:16:20.420 are increasingly co-opted.

00:16:22.180 They don't,

00:16:22.820 they're not, you know,

00:16:24.180 they're not interpreting the law

00:16:26.520 and they're not willing

00:16:27.340 to check the scrolls

00:16:28.820 of the administrative state,

00:16:30.060 whether it's for ideological reasons

00:16:31.920 or precedent

00:16:33.180 or those types of things.

00:16:34.500 So, you know,

00:16:35.080 we have an overwhelming challenge

00:16:36.560 and I believe there is a bill

00:16:38.180 put in the House of Representatives

00:16:40.460 by a Republican congressman,

00:16:41.880 I forget his name,

00:16:43.040 that wants to go back

00:16:45.820 to something that was thought of

00:16:47.040 in the 1930s,

00:16:48.160 which is any regulation

00:16:49.720 would, you know,

00:16:51.160 or a group of regulations

00:16:52.660 would require,

00:16:54.320 you know,

00:16:55.280 both the House

00:16:56.880 and the Senate

00:16:57.520 to have majority votes

00:17:00.100 supporting

00:17:02.360 the administrative rules.

00:17:04.820 We have no check on it.

00:17:06.980 No check on it really today.

00:17:10.780 This would take away

00:17:11.320 the legislation,

00:17:11.800 as we say about the Leviathan,

00:17:13.200 the Leviathan has their own,

00:17:15.020 obviously the part

00:17:15.740 of the executive branch,

00:17:16.540 they have the old

00:17:17.100 executive apparatus to execute.

00:17:19.000 They also have a legislator,

00:17:20.100 the federal rules,

00:17:20.900 and these federal rules,

00:17:21.640 they put it out for comment,

00:17:22.540 but they're changing,

00:17:23.580 this is how Washington

00:17:24.960 really works,

00:17:25.520 this is how they really,

00:17:26.800 it's not bills and legislation,

00:17:28.880 obviously it's taking that bill

00:17:30.940 and translating it

00:17:31.920 into the federal regulations,

00:17:33.600 but then they also have their own

00:17:35.240 and they've got

00:17:36.380 their own police force,

00:17:37.500 they've got their,

00:17:38.100 you know,

00:17:38.340 each one,

00:17:38.860 the IRS,

00:17:39.760 the EPA,

00:17:41.640 they all have

00:17:42.340 an enforcement mechanism,

00:17:43.960 which a lot of times

00:17:44.980 is jackbooted SWAT guys.

00:17:47.180 I mean,

00:17:47.420 this is what the administrative state

00:17:48.800 has metastasized into.

00:17:50.700 The progressive left said

00:17:52.260 we've got to become

00:17:53.140 impervious to elections

00:17:54.340 and the way that we do it

00:17:55.960 is through the alphabet agencies

00:17:57.200 and also the massive expansion

00:17:59.260 of the cabinet groups.

00:18:01.560 That's why I think

00:18:02.200 that legislation is so important,

00:18:03.640 but the takeaway here

00:18:05.220 is that at the local level

00:18:06.860 where you're involved,

00:18:08.000 you're saying,

00:18:08.580 hey,

00:18:08.780 my fight against

00:18:09.500 the administrative state

00:18:10.520 in the deep state

00:18:11.980 that I fight at one level,

00:18:13.920 it's actually rolling up

00:18:15.840 a lot of victories

00:18:16.560 at the grassroots level

00:18:19.540 and the deck plate level.

00:18:20.580 Is that correct?

00:18:22.120 Unfortunately,

00:18:22.640 that is the truth.

00:18:24.100 And, you know,

00:18:24.660 I see it every week

00:18:25.960 in the issues

00:18:26.660 that we deal with,

00:18:27.640 whether it's on zoning,

00:18:28.700 whether it's about

00:18:29.820 agricultural land

00:18:30.880 and conservation

00:18:31.560 or farming

00:18:32.720 or an economic

00:18:33.580 development project.

00:18:36.500 You know,

00:18:36.820 the insertion

00:18:37.760 of Section 8

00:18:38.600 housings

00:18:39.180 and, you know,

00:18:40.000 and large apartments,

00:18:41.280 overriding local zoning

00:18:43.360 about single-family homes

00:18:44.840 in an area,

00:18:45.940 overriding rules

00:18:47.040 about schools

00:18:47.820 and school boundaries

00:18:48.760 and saying...

00:18:49.680 Hey, Colonel Harvey,

00:18:51.860 we've got a little bit

00:18:52.340 of flexibility with you.

00:18:53.320 I've got Congressman

00:18:54.840 Burchett on right now.

00:18:55.720 Can you just hang

00:18:56.200 for a second?

00:18:56.780 I want to come back to you.

00:18:58.200 But I've got...

00:18:59.720 Congressman Burchett,

00:19:00.660 we've actually come back on

00:19:01.660 and I appreciate you

00:19:02.780 carving time out

00:19:03.900 to do this.

00:19:04.880 This situation,

00:19:06.040 and Tucker emphasized

00:19:06.880 it last night,

00:19:07.500 we had you on the show

00:19:08.260 last week.

00:19:08.840 I don't think we've had

00:19:09.440 a more explosive interview

00:19:10.420 in a long time.

00:19:11.600 It's about this whole

00:19:12.340 national situation,

00:19:13.340 the aliens.

00:19:14.360 Now we've had

00:19:14.860 a whistleblower come up.

00:19:15.860 It's the lead story

00:19:16.560 in the Daily Mail.

00:19:17.760 So it's number one story

00:19:18.720 in the world.

00:19:19.620 Coming forward

00:19:20.320 and saying,

00:19:20.820 hey,

00:19:21.640 and you kind of alluded to it,

00:19:22.960 that we've actually

00:19:23.540 had some of these aircrafts,

00:19:25.180 we've had dead bodies,

00:19:27.300 people are researching,

00:19:28.340 and there's an arms race

00:19:29.400 between the world's governments

00:19:30.760 to actually reverse-engineer this.

00:19:33.360 Is this madness

00:19:34.260 or is this reality?

00:19:37.020 Congressman Burchett.

00:19:38.660 I think it's a little bit

00:19:39.880 of madness.

00:19:40.420 It's a whole lot of reality.

00:19:42.020 I think that I do believe

00:19:44.000 we've recovered craft

00:19:45.340 at some point.

00:19:46.380 How do you at Roswell

00:19:48.140 come out and say,

00:19:50.020 the military comes out

00:19:51.220 and says,

00:19:51.560 we've recovered a craft,

00:19:53.020 a saucer,

00:19:54.280 and then the next day

00:19:55.560 they say,

00:19:56.060 oh, we made a mistake,

00:19:57.040 it was a balloon.

00:19:57.980 It just doesn't happen.

00:20:00.020 That's military intelligence

00:20:01.980 or lack thereof,

00:20:03.540 and it's complete arrogance

00:20:05.040 on our part.

00:20:05.880 I've talked to multiple people,

00:20:07.920 very similar to this man.

00:20:09.240 I haven't talked to him yet.

00:20:10.960 I plan on it.

00:20:11.700 I'd like to get him

00:20:13.080 in our committee at some point,

00:20:14.500 but we're only getting

00:20:16.520 about one bite of that apple.

00:20:18.100 I have commitment

00:20:18.700 from the speaker

00:20:19.540 and from the committee chairman,

00:20:22.040 Comer,

00:20:22.340 that we will have a hearing

00:20:23.340 on this,

00:20:23.840 but it's going to take,

00:20:26.260 again, Steve,

00:20:27.560 it's going to take

00:20:28.500 more than somebody's word.

00:20:30.320 Somebody's got to walk out

00:20:31.320 with physical evidence,

00:20:32.980 either a picture,

00:20:33.960 a video,

00:20:34.460 or something

00:20:35.260 that's undeniable.

00:20:37.340 Matt Gaetz,

00:20:38.080 myself,

00:20:38.820 and Congresswoman Luna 1.00

00:20:40.420 were briefed

00:20:42.540 on some stuff,

00:20:43.540 and Matt could probably

00:20:44.440 elaborate better on it,

00:20:46.000 but it's literally,

00:20:47.220 it was,

00:20:47.620 what was described to us

00:20:49.980 was something,

00:20:50.840 I believe Matt said publicly,

00:20:52.580 that it was something

00:20:53.980 that did not exist

00:20:55.460 in any military in the world

00:20:56.980 that he knew of,

00:20:58.820 and so I'm convinced

00:21:02.280 we are not telling

00:21:03.540 the full story.

00:21:04.300 So here's what I understand,

00:21:08.400 clearly somebody

00:21:08.940 in the Pentagon

00:21:09.460 or the military services

00:21:10.580 are trying to normalize this,

00:21:12.020 it's coming out

00:21:12.640 through some of those channels,

00:21:14.100 you've got it coming out

00:21:14.820 through NASA,

00:21:16.080 but they're very standoffish

00:21:17.520 with the House

00:21:18.240 and with people

00:21:19.340 to investigate.

00:21:20.800 I don't understand

00:21:21.780 what they're trying

00:21:22.260 to accomplish.

00:21:23.000 Why can't they turn,

00:21:24.040 why can't you guys

00:21:24.760 have full access?

00:21:25.880 Many of you have

00:21:26.520 security clearances

00:21:27.320 that would clear you for this.

00:21:28.700 It's quite confusing.

00:21:30.280 Is somebody trying to,

00:21:31.060 because people would say

00:21:32.120 right now,

00:21:32.700 the reason we haven't

00:21:33.580 covered it as much

00:21:34.520 and only really started

00:21:35.960 with you,

00:21:36.600 we had a few things before

00:21:37.840 really with you,

00:21:39.160 we kind of felt

00:21:39.800 with everything going on,

00:21:40.900 this is like the biggest

00:21:41.820 misdirection play

00:21:42.820 in history,

00:21:44.180 that there is aliens

00:21:46.100 and we can actually

00:21:46.900 have physicality to do it.

00:21:48.820 We only want to pursue it

00:21:49.940 if it's real,

00:21:50.620 and that's what's so confusing.

00:21:52.040 Is the Pentagon

00:21:52.760 trying to normalize this

00:21:53.920 with Navy pilots

00:21:54.740 showing gun sight photography?

00:21:56.940 Are they leading stuff to you?

00:21:58.520 And if so,

00:21:59.140 why won't they have a full,

00:22:00.240 why won't they have

00:22:00.860 a full disclosure

00:22:01.840 to people like yourself

00:22:03.460 and Gates and Luna

00:22:04.220 that have the security

00:22:05.040 clearances to review it?

00:22:06.800 Because they are driving the bus.

00:22:09.000 They're wanting the funds.

00:22:10.280 They're wanting the money.

00:22:11.260 That's why every department

00:22:12.200 now is coming out with it.

00:22:14.040 And there's a little bit

00:22:15.740 of a false flag,

00:22:16.800 but I think there's fully

00:22:19.060 something there

00:22:20.160 that they're hiding.

00:22:21.260 They're trying to get the money.

00:22:22.520 They're trying to get the funding.

00:22:23.740 When you talk about the Pentagon

00:22:24.920 losing over a billion dollars a year

00:22:27.800 that they can't find,

00:22:28.820 they've never passed an audit

00:22:29.900 since I've been in Congress.

00:22:31.000 It's clearly about the money.

00:22:33.580 It's about the funding.

00:22:35.160 And I think the more

00:22:36.820 you dig into it,

00:22:37.640 that's what it's about.

00:22:38.600 If they would just release

00:22:40.040 the files that I've seen

00:22:41.660 that are redacted,

00:22:43.260 unredacted,

00:22:44.560 why won't they release those?

00:22:46.040 There is nothing to be hidden

00:22:48.460 except the truth.

00:22:50.480 And that's what they're hiding.

00:22:52.120 And that's why they're doing it.

00:22:54.640 I think that's why

00:22:55.680 they're doing it.

00:22:56.140 They're just leaking it out

00:22:57.940 little bits and pieces

00:22:59.020 all over the place.

00:23:02.400 You've convinced.

00:23:03.320 Comer's now out saying

00:23:04.280 they're going to have a hearing.

00:23:05.160 That's coming from you.

00:23:06.000 Walk me through.

00:23:06.520 We've got about four minutes here.

00:23:07.780 Walk me through

00:23:08.480 what you want to accomplish.

00:23:10.080 Would this hearing be classified

00:23:11.300 behind closed doors,

00:23:12.360 the first one,

00:23:12.940 or would this be open

00:23:13.720 to the public?

00:23:14.960 I'm not going to be a part of it.

00:23:16.220 It's classified. 0.93

00:23:17.280 That's ridiculous. 0.95

00:23:18.200 That's just more of the same. 0.98

00:23:19.280 It creates more myths

00:23:20.420 and rumors

00:23:20.960 than it creates facts.

00:23:22.800 I want people,

00:23:23.500 I want the people

00:23:24.500 that are there.

00:23:25.220 I want military folks. 0.83

00:23:26.880 I want the experts,

00:23:28.440 the people that have nothing

00:23:30.220 to lose

00:23:31.160 and nothing to gain

00:23:32.100 by being there.

00:23:33.500 I don't want somebody there

00:23:34.720 on a book selling tour

00:23:35.840 or somebody, you know,

00:23:37.300 trying to get on talk radio

00:23:39.160 or something.

00:23:39.720 I want these folks

00:23:40.480 that have seen it,

00:23:41.680 that we've got documentation of it

00:23:43.480 and allow them to describe it.

00:23:45.480 And then we start delving into it.

00:23:48.000 And then we can start asking

00:23:49.000 why is the military

00:23:50.580 and the industrial war complex

00:23:52.240 not bringing forth

00:23:53.360 more of this information?

00:23:56.200 You said at the beginning

00:23:57.380 it might be a little bit of madness

00:23:58.440 but a lot of reality.

00:23:59.340 Is the part where he said

00:24:01.160 that other nations

00:24:02.740 have got some of these aircraft

00:24:05.020 or vehicles

00:24:06.500 and there's an arms race

00:24:08.240 to re-engineer it?

00:24:09.860 Can you tell our audience

00:24:10.600 is that part of the madness

00:24:12.000 or do you believe

00:24:12.780 part of the reality?

00:24:14.240 I believe it's part of the reality.

00:24:15.740 It's just like if I took a,

00:24:17.300 I'm a motorcycle guy

00:24:18.540 and say I took one of my old Harleys

00:24:20.840 and dropped it back

00:24:22.300 on the Mayflower.

00:24:24.860 You know,

00:24:25.040 it'd be a bright shiny object.

00:24:26.720 You know,

00:24:26.900 they might be able to figure out

00:24:28.040 how to start it eventually

00:24:29.460 but they're not going to figure out

00:24:30.500 how to get the spark plugs out.

00:24:31.820 They're not going to set the timing.

00:24:33.400 They won't even know

00:24:34.160 how to put fuel in it.

00:24:35.320 And I think that's where we're at

00:24:37.500 with this aircraft.

00:24:38.940 It is so technologically advanced

00:24:40.620 that it just defies all of our reason.

00:24:43.940 Even the videos,

00:24:44.940 the Tic Tac videos,

00:24:46.020 you know,

00:24:47.260 they just show things

00:24:48.540 that are not,

00:24:49.560 that within our thought process

00:24:52.460 and our limited knowledge of physics

00:24:55.300 that just not possible.

00:24:57.480 It would kill a human being

00:24:58.640 if they were in it.

00:25:01.420 Last question.

00:25:02.480 With everything going on,

00:25:03.660 everything you're fighting for,

00:25:04.940 I mean,

00:25:05.420 we got invasion of the southern border,

00:25:06.900 what's happening in the schools,

00:25:08.060 the massive issues with the debt,

00:25:09.840 the war in Ukraine,

00:25:10.880 the South China Sea,

00:25:12.300 with everything going on

00:25:13.400 and the pressure on the American people

00:25:15.100 and just what to keep organized.

00:25:16.900 We got about a minute.

00:25:18.260 How high,

00:25:18.880 people have come to really

00:25:20.460 trust your judgment.

00:25:22.880 Congressman Birch,

00:25:23.480 how high a priority should this be, sir?

00:25:26.460 We have aircraft

00:25:28.040 in our military airspace

00:25:30.600 that we do not control.

00:25:31.900 We have documented 13 near misses

00:25:34.440 it is very serious.

00:25:38.540 We need to find out

00:25:39.580 what's going on with it

00:25:40.660 and we need to release

00:25:41.620 to the American public

00:25:42.560 what we know.

00:25:45.340 Colonel,

00:25:45.980 Congressman Birch,

00:25:47.040 how do people get to you,

00:25:48.200 social media and your website?

00:25:50.340 Yeah,

00:25:50.600 at Tim Birch is my,

00:25:51.940 is my cool Twitter page

00:25:53.300 where I,

00:25:53.760 I do,

00:25:54.320 I even have a cameo occasionally

00:25:55.800 of Gates on there.

00:25:56.960 So yeah,

00:25:58.380 at Tim Birch,

00:25:59.400 and that's,

00:26:00.780 that's the cool one.

00:26:01.600 I always get the Bannon bump

00:26:03.180 right after I'm on with you,

00:26:04.240 brother.

00:26:04.540 Thank you so much.

00:26:05.400 People start following,

00:26:06.300 people call me all over the country

00:26:07.860 and a bunch of folks in Tennessee,

00:26:10.040 man,

00:26:10.220 they love you,

00:26:10.820 brother.

00:26:11.100 So thank you.

00:26:11.780 Well,

00:26:13.540 I got to tell you,

00:26:14.260 the audience has,

00:26:15.420 has really taken to you

00:26:16.600 and really trust your judgment,

00:26:18.220 your wisdom.

00:26:19.380 Congressman Birch,

00:26:20.020 this is a big one.

00:26:20.900 We take your word for it.

00:26:21.980 We're going to make it

00:26:22.460 a super high priority here.

00:26:23.540 So thank you.

00:26:24.040 Thank you much for taking time away today.

00:26:25.720 I know it's busy.

00:26:26.420 So thank you,

00:26:26.940 sir.

00:26:27.580 God bless you,

00:26:28.400 Steve.

00:26:28.680 Thanks for putting the truth out there,

00:26:30.020 brother.

00:26:30.280 When you're over the target,

00:26:31.340 that's when they hit and fire at you the most.

00:26:32.920 And brother,

00:26:33.140 they're firing at you a lot.

00:26:34.400 So you must be over some serious targets.

00:26:36.620 Thank you.

00:26:37.080 Keep it up,

00:26:37.660 man.

00:26:38.040 Thank you.

00:26:39.400 Thank you,

00:26:39.920 brother.

00:26:40.180 Appreciate it.

00:26:40.640 Okay,

00:26:42.840 we got Derek Harvey.

00:26:44.080 We're going to talk Sequoia Capital.

00:26:45.700 We're going to talk 23 categories,

00:26:47.960 a strategic assessment group in Australia,

00:26:50.960 23 military categories.

00:26:52.980 What Birch is talking about,

00:26:54.120 advanced technology.

00:26:55.620 Chinese Communist Party lead in 19 of them. 0.99

00:33:08.320 War Room Battleground with Stephen K. Bannon.

00:33:11.440 Okay, Colonel Derek Harvey joins us.

00:33:17.560 Colonel, I can't admire you enough for the work that you're doing and what you're doing back in Washington County out in Western Maryland, which is truly God's country.

00:33:29.840 But you've had a big victory this week.

00:33:31.740 I want to make sure everybody understands this.

00:33:33.520 You have been at the forefront of the defense of this nation, both as active duty military officer when you were in combat yourself and did so much in Iraq to really change the course of that conflict and save American lives and really make that mess as best as we can make it, given the major strategic problems we had there.

00:33:58.100 Also, in House Intel and in the Trump administration, one of the things you focused on a lot, you said, hey, there's something, we have a system and a model here that is deeply wrong.

00:34:11.380 And that is the pension fund money.

00:34:13.520 First of all, the tax money from the MAGA people, from working class people, middle class Americans, and their pension funds are being actually used to destroy them.

00:34:23.500 And the way that's happening, it's funding technologies that the Chinese Communist Party get their hands on and their pension fund money to support venture capital and private equity, which they have no decision on, no choice on, but that they're the asset managers, the pension fund managers are giving these organizations.

00:34:39.780 And these organizations are at the forefront of having not just business relationships, but even deeper than business relationships with the Chinese Communist Party.

00:34:48.720 This week, and this was a direct response to you coming forward, Brian Costello coming forward, Lee Smith doing reporting, Natalie Winters, a host of people, but really led and inspired by you, that Sequoia Capital this week announced, because they're running for cover right now.

00:35:06.900 They're going to try to put up every kind of false flag or false, you know, structure in the world, Potemkin Village, to protect themselves. 0.69

00:35:15.700 As Jack Posobiec said today on the morning show, Jack dropped by, and he's talking about this pedophilia report in the Wall Street Journal.

00:35:23.000 He said, hey, the buried lead there is they're trying to get the heat off TikTok, right?

00:35:27.620 That says, oh, they did the announcement of TikTok.

00:35:29.400 And Jack made the point that no one has ever seen the amount of money that is flooding Washington, D.C. right now by the lobbyists, by their allies, to protect TikTok from being taken down.

00:35:42.120 Even as today, the South China Morning Post reports that TikTok directly gave up all the information on the Hong Kong protesters to the Chinese Communist Party.

00:35:51.900 It helped led to their thing.

00:35:53.360 There's no difference between the CCP and TikTok.

00:35:57.120 When Jack Posobiec says the city's swamped in this money, talk to me about Sequoia.

00:36:02.300 And Sequoia, this huge victory he had, but is it just a false front?

00:36:07.140 Is this a Potemkin village? 0.96

00:36:08.940 They're just trying to hide from our onslaught and our investigation, sir.

00:36:12.640 Well, Steve, I want to thank you for those comments, but I also want to thank you for the help in getting the word out on Sequoia and all the other issues that you've been focusing on.

00:36:22.480 You know, Sequoia Capital is the starship of the Chinese enterprise to raid and acquire American R&D on one hand, 0.84

00:36:30.780 but also to co-opt and, in some cases, coerce, you know, Wall Street, venture capital firms, big banks, and significant influencers across our country.

00:36:44.140 They don't want to deal with our government so much anymore.

00:36:46.780 They want to deal with all those influencers for the pressure points, and they co-opt them.

00:36:51.760 Now, you know, Sequoia Capital, we have been over the target because we can see what they've done.

00:36:57.700 Neil Shen, who is a critical advisor, a Chinese person, who was the advisor to President Xi over there and has outlined the strategies for advancing in 10 critical technologies for the last 10 years,

00:37:15.480 was the global steward for Sequoia Capital.

00:37:18.320 And Sequoia Capital had, you know, Sequoia Capital China, Sequoia Capital U.S., Sequoia Capital Europe, Sequoia Capital in India.

00:37:26.700 And they have changed the names now, and, you know, the Chinese version is now called Hongshan, okay?

00:37:35.240 And they've disassociated with the U.S. firm called Sequoia Capital, which remains Sequoia Capital.

00:37:43.140 They've also, you know, rebranded some other things.

00:37:46.940 And Neil Shen, you know, a few months ago resigned from his prominent position.

00:37:53.400 But these are, this is just moving chairs on the ship.

00:37:59.280 You know, tobacco companies change their names, change their brands, but they still produce cigarettes.

00:38:05.500 And that's what these guys are doing.

00:38:07.100 They're still co-opting, still supporting, you know, espionage, the theft of R&D.

00:38:13.260 Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.

00:38:15.380 I want to use something, and I want to use a third party.

00:38:18.640 I want to say this is not Derek Harvey.

00:38:20.840 This is not Steve Bannon.

00:38:21.860 It's not Breitbart Gateway Pundit.

00:38:23.480 It's not Citizens Free Press.

00:38:24.860 It's not Raheem and the team in National Pulse.

00:38:27.380 To prove your point, I want to take two independent groups.

00:38:30.340 I think the Australian Strategic Policy Institute.

00:38:34.440 Right.

00:38:34.720 And the Voice of America.

00:38:36.420 And people know I've been hammering Voice of America from time immemorial.

00:38:40.000 Right.

00:38:40.520 Tell me, the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, about as distant from us as you possibly get, but a great organization, and they don't pull any punches.

00:38:50.400 They did an assessment of 23 different categories of military technologies.

00:38:55.340 And in that, they said the Chinese Communist Party lead in 19 of the 23, and most of those are about focused on about what you would have to do to make sure that you had full access to Taiwan through the Seventh Fleet.

00:39:10.760 Voice of America has done a series of amazing articles about that that said, hey, this is a massive national security issue.

00:39:18.020 And the reason is all of this technology was essentially transferred from the United States.

00:39:23.740 Derek, walk me through that, how we've had independent verification of this.

00:39:29.680 Okay.

00:39:30.320 Well, the Australian think tank wrote that out, and it's a very good study, and it is consistent with everything that I saw when I was on the House Intelligence Committee.

00:39:41.140 I'll just say that.

00:39:42.000 You know, whether it's hypersonics or, you know, underwater warfare or quantum physics, you know, the Sequoia Capitals of the world and a few others have been, you know, investing with their venture capital finances in a lot of startups and biosciences and these other fields like the hypersonic R&D.

00:40:06.900 And, you know, they underwrite it, they find something that works or they get the information, they put people from their team on the management teams and they're on the boards and therefore they get the R&D.

00:40:19.840 And in a lot of cases, that research and development is migrated over to China.

00:40:25.100 Or they invest in something here, like, you know, a firm in Arizona, and they conveniently shut it down because it's involved in space warfare and it's a threat.

00:40:39.660 And they understand what's going on there and then they shut it down.

00:40:42.820 And we don't develop those capabilities here to protect our own country, but they get migrated over to China.

00:40:49.200 And this is being actively supported and financed by companies like Sequoia Capital, BlackRock and others who make handsome profits because Sequoia Capital China, tied to the Chinese Communist Party, and actually one in the same, in my view, because there's no such thing as a private enterprise firm in China.

00:41:09.920 They are the gatekeeper and they enable, they guarantee success and those profits are controlled.

00:41:19.480 And I'll just say something here, just an interesting aside, you know, FTX, the founder of FTX, you know, that went under and was investigated.

00:41:31.720 He tried to get a billion dollars out of China.

00:41:34.060 And, you know, that's one of the charges because he paid a bribe of $40 million to get that out of China.

00:41:41.640 China controls the money and the profits there.

00:41:45.020 And then so you have to have a good relationship to get the money out.

00:41:48.040 I believe that Sequoia Capital was involved in that.

00:41:51.140 And they're probably unnamed conspirators in that charge on FTX, you know, and we're digging into that to get more confirmation.

00:41:58.420 Hang on, before you get off FTX, hang on, I want to get, before FTX too, it's reported today that I think FTX put 200, correct me if I'm wrong, I think put $200 million into the artificial intelligence fund.

00:42:15.180 And they're actually talking today that the value of that may be so increased, that could end up paying off a lot of the customers they ripped off in crypto.

00:42:23.320 My point is, is that that's how explosive the Sequoia and other of these funds in artificial intelligence that are dealing directly with the Chinese Communist Party.

00:42:33.960 I want to go back to one thing and make sure people understand it.

00:42:36.140 It's the work of the CCP to help their old friends and partners make these enormous returns that attract more American capital to it.

00:42:47.200 Walk me through how the CCP underwrites, mitigates the risk, mitigates the risk of their partners like Sequoia Capital so that they are going to have higher returns and therefore be more attractive to American, you know, the American pension funds.

00:43:02.500 Well, the Chinese Communist Party with Sequoia Capital, China, they pick the winners and losers and they can guarantee a success. 0.78

00:43:15.080 And if something isn't actually panning out, they can make sure that they profit in another basket area, another bucket of the investment.

00:43:22.860 And those profits then, you know, once they're approved to be taken out, you know, are then, you know, it's a significant profit.

00:43:32.140 And some of these things are going back into things like Crank Start, which is a, you know, a 501c3 that's worth multi-billion dollars that then funds lawfare against conservative causes and supports leftist causes across the board.

00:43:48.020 And, you know, this collaborative relationship, again, you're not allowed to fail if you're on side.

00:43:55.740 And, you know, one of the things that we found out in our research on HPSI, as well as with the Congressional Research Service, is that some of the, that the Chinese government opens up like seven or eight opportunities for an investment in an area.

00:44:10.300 And, you know, the Massachusetts pension fund will put money into it and Thrift Savings would do that and BlackRock or others.

00:44:17.640 But one of those, a major company like Luckin Coffee that collapsed, it's sort of a fraud.

00:44:24.500 It's not following any accounting principles.

00:44:26.460 The numbers are inflated. 0.98

00:44:28.140 And that's a loser. 0.85

00:44:30.160 But the money that goes into that loser winds up paying off Chinese officials and it's part of the corruption game over there in China, where they get paid off along with the American investors when they're guaranteed and they're guaranteed returns. 0.95

00:44:44.800 And so, you know, DOJ and the FBI know a lot about this stuff.

00:44:50.360 And so does the Security and Exchange Commission.

00:44:52.760 But the uniparty elite on all sides are tied into this.

00:44:56.900 And I'll just mention McCarthy, the largest donors to McCarthy are the Sequoia Capital family members like, you know, Mr.

00:45:06.020 Leon and Moritz and their wives and their families.

00:45:08.940 And I've got the sheet right here someplace that lays it out.

00:45:12.740 And it's, you know, McCarthy's Victory Fund is is massively supported by the Sequoia Capital people.

00:45:20.640 Hang on a second.

00:45:21.980 We know I want to bifurcate this.

00:45:23.900 I've got about eight minutes.

00:45:24.780 I want to take this.

00:45:25.520 I know we have the reason the anti-CCP right, particularly the MAGA right, we're having to fight this on two fronts.

00:45:35.060 Number one, we have the Wall Street, Silicon Valley oligarchs that are very tied to the Democratic Party. 1.00

00:45:42.080 I just want to make sure for people understand this to contextualize it.

00:45:45.620 Nancy Pelosi went from a backbench nobody when she first won.

00:45:49.680 And I think her issue was like school board, something like that.

00:45:51.960 And when she won right after Tiananmen and right around the time of Tiananmen, she was a fire breathing because of her district, anti-CCP.

00:45:59.740 She went to Tiananmen Square and won the first anniversary and almost got arrested for being part of putting flowers on there, which they don't.

00:46:06.660 She wised up and became, she was the one that shook down the four horsemen, the four investment banks in San Francisco that are doing tech.

00:46:15.760 And she's the first one to go to Silicon Valley and really go to Sand Hill Road and starts to shake down the tech oligarchs for big money. 1.00

00:46:25.240 She became the number one fundraiser in the Democratic Party.

00:46:28.180 Her path to power is directly, directly tied, directly tied to the rise of Silicon Valley and its involvement in getting involved in politics. 1.00

00:46:37.980 And that politics was always left-wing Democratic politics.

00:46:41.120 This is also one of the reasons the CCP, she went from a CCP fighter to kind of, you know, until she went to Taiwan at the end, kind of she would give some lip service to it, but really didn't fight it.

00:46:51.000 But it's always been associated with the Democratic Party and that, and you can walk through chapter and verse of Moritz and their involvement in these not-for-profits and these foundations where they put the stock in.

00:47:02.060 It's a whole scam, it's a whole, I shouldn't say scam, it's a whole industrial system.

00:47:06.480 We can walk you through the whole way, there's a logic to the system and the process, we can walk you through it.

00:47:12.280 You're also saying, though, and this gets to why Mike Turner, a Republican congressman from Ohio, is the one that shut down this investigation.

00:47:21.220 The question gets to me when Derek and we started doing this, I go, hang on, we're the anti-CCP party, we're the ones that want a direct confrontation with the CCP, or even with Mike Gallagher, see him as a strategic competitor.

00:47:32.560 How could we possibly, how could we possibly, I can understand shift, I don't understand ourselves.

00:47:37.260 So walk me through that.

00:47:38.860 You're saying, once again, Steve, you're missing the point of the money trail.

00:47:43.100 Walk me through this new development of the money trail of funding establishment Republicans and in doing that, buying them off to shut down investigations on Sequoia Capitol.

00:47:52.980 Well, in the summer of 2020, you know, we opened the investigation of Sequoia and others, not, we're looking at Chinese influence and how it worked.

00:48:11.280 And so Sequoia was one company among several hundred that we looked at, but it really, you know, it was just so important from the data that we were looking at.

00:48:24.360 So we sent a letter to Sequoia with 28 questions and they're the one firm, the only firm that never responded.

00:48:33.200 And shortly after getting that, that letter, you know, I had a source that we were using, his name was Brian Costello, who's been on your show.

00:48:44.740 And just out of curiosity, we started looking at, you know, FEC, the Federal Election Commission reportings and looking for names from Sequoia Capitol.

00:48:53.700 And they hadn't really been contributors to major Republicans, mostly all leftist Democrats.

00:49:00.300 And we started to see this pickup of donations that corresponded with the start of our Sequoia Capitol inquiries directed at them.

00:49:09.780 And it just built.

00:49:10.500 So whereas now, you know, you've got them, you know, as individuals making hundreds of thousands of dollars each, you know, husbands, wives, sons, sons-in-laws to, you know, McCarthy, McCarthy's victory fund.

00:49:26.500 And we also saw an increase to the Republican Senate leadership fund run by McConnell.

00:49:32.480 So you just have to ask yourself, you know, when we are concerned from a MAGA perspective about, you know, and Trump fought hard for this, to protect the economic security of America, to protect the jobs and bring jobs home, which directly brought us into contention more so with China, because China was so involved in undermining our economic security and our national security. 0.59

00:49:55.800 Both of those things were really important.

00:49:57.740 And then we started to see this opposition, even from some of our own party members.

00:50:03.100 When Devin resigned, Mike Turner fleeted up.

00:50:07.080 And within three weeks, he shut down the Sequoia investigation.

00:50:11.000 And he was put there by McCarthy.

00:50:14.980 Now, those are facts.

00:50:16.380 How you connect the dots, I think there's a connection.

00:50:23.080 This is what I don't understand.

00:50:24.320 I want to go back over this again.

00:50:25.640 The investigation that we're doing from the outside has been so powerful that Sequoia is afraid.

00:50:32.660 And I want you to give me one more time.

00:50:34.060 We've got a couple of minutes.

00:50:34.660 How they broke into these three parts to try to avoid direct connections before.

00:50:38.820 Given what we've done on the outside, the inside information, which you're able to garner, has to be so powerful.

00:50:44.460 How could possibly the House Intelligence Committee, controlled by Republicans, stop it?

00:50:48.580 It's outrageous.

00:50:49.340 The Times of London, they're having front page stories.

00:50:51.380 Many, many media companies are starting to focus on this.

00:50:54.400 How can House Intelligence, what could be the logic of shutting down this investigation, Derek?

00:51:00.760 There would be no logic.

00:51:02.360 I do know from a rational perspective, but Mike Turner's focused on Europe and Ukraine.

00:51:10.500 McCarthy has interest.

00:51:11.860 Money was starting to flow in.

00:51:15.060 It could have been a quid pro quo.

00:51:22.360 We know that the FBI had lots of information about Sequoia, and we know the American intelligence community had a lot of information about Chinese influence through companies like Sequoia.

00:51:36.680 And the Republican committee report from October, Republican congressional committee report, you know, outlines a lot of this in the October 2020 report.

00:51:48.600 Okay.

00:51:48.780 And, you know, it just goes on.

00:51:52.180 And it's our efforts, your efforts, and it's finally getting into the media more because we're having an effect.

00:51:59.400 But will it actually change is my question because they're trying to obfuscate and change the target set, and there's going to be nothing to see here.

00:52:08.620 And there's been a lot of – I will say we talked to Wall Street, Wall Street Journal, and a lot of media folks, you know, at Fox and at CBS and at PBS and other places to try and provide the deep background, answer all the questions.

00:52:22.820 And they don't do it because their editors or seniors don't want to touch this issue, just like DOJ doesn't want to touch it.

00:52:33.660 Derek, we're going to force that.

00:52:35.760 We're going to be a forcing function here.

00:52:37.140 We've got to bounce.

00:52:37.980 I want to make sure people get all your touch points and including the fact they can find out more about you as a county supervisor.

00:52:45.120 I think it's quite inspirational.

00:52:46.200 Okay, I'm at DerekHarvey.org, and I'm at – that's my webpage – and then Derek – at DerekHarvey on Trump Social, and then at ColonelDHarvey on Twitter.

00:53:04.440 Those are my three touch points.

00:53:06.440 And I do public speaking, Steve.

00:53:09.120 I'm working, doing consulting.

00:53:10.660 I still focus on the Middle East, and I'm traveling around the country speaking on Middle East-focused conferences.

00:53:16.260 So, you know, I'm staying engaged on the national level.

00:53:21.840 We are trying to get Derek's maniacal focus on China from the Middle East, but, you know, these CENTCOM guys, tough to teach old CENTCOM dogs new East Asian tricks, I guess. 0.54
