Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground 412： What Really Is going On In Nashville;

00:00:00.000 gonna have to get engaged as we've told you this is the fight all this nonsense all this spin

00:00:04.920 they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's your host stephen k bannon

00:00:10.880 okay um there's a lot going on here uh it is uh wednesday 8 november year of war 2023

00:00:19.800 i'm trying to organize things in my head as we go through this because i want to do this in a

00:00:24.580 certain sequence we've got a bunch of breaking news and so um jackie tabaroff is going to join

00:00:30.580 us from manhattan jeff clark's going to join us from dc but there's breaking news out of minnesota

00:00:34.840 also a new take on this 14th amendment but i've got to get we haven't had enough time

00:00:39.700 to get to the story which is fundamentally important and that's out of nashville remember

00:00:47.260 we were ranting when this when this thing occurred that we had to get to this manifesto we had to see

00:00:53.240 um how this young woman had been twisted uh and turned into a monster an evil monster

00:01:00.440 and we knew there was something up here when the authorities didn't release it right away

00:01:05.700 you know if it had been uh some uh person who was twisted and thinking of white nationalism or

00:01:11.660 you know anybody read anybody had ever voted for trump or registered trump that any man of fact would

00:01:16.720 be out immediately and and all night long joy and read to be there big crocodile tears saying how

00:01:21.500 terrible it is you'd have rachel matter would come out of retirement to do it just be non-stop you 0.85

00:01:26.340 know that you know the game so when they hold it back you know hello there's got to be some

00:01:31.460 bombshells in here and man there were some bombshells but here's what's happened and we have not had

00:01:36.680 enough time given everything that's going on to cover and this is a massively important story

00:01:40.900 since the revelations came out and they are startling since they've come out and really uh beg the

00:01:50.520 question of we got to go deeper and why isn't up some huge formal investigation of of people

00:01:55.340 and in psychiatrists and everybody associated with how this beautiful young woman you see the pictures 0.70

00:02:01.840 of everyone who were younger just this fantastic uh young woman that had gone to covenant how she became

00:02:08.100 twisted into an evil monster that could really stalk those halls and and just shoot down um

00:02:15.380 you know i mean people that are just out of being babies i mean young children and and the damage done 0.98

00:02:22.120 to their bodies and with the with the with the firepower and just cut them down really even before

00:02:27.760 they had a chance in life how does that happen and all the coverage all the coverage out of nashville

00:02:33.680 all the coverage except for some um brave souls like michael patrick leahy and others has been about

00:02:40.760 oh this is so terrible for the parents they have to relive this is such a horrible experience yes i

00:02:45.400 understand but it'll never take away that deep scar of actually having their children their loved ones

00:02:51.720 butchered cut down and and making sure it can't happen again and now the whole thing is how to get

00:02:58.640 leaked these authorities this thing got leaked and what's going to happen so there's breaking news

00:03:02.460 and i don't think there's anything as infuriated as i get on so many topics this one i go next level

00:03:08.940 almost because it is so obvious that something's not right here this transgender ideology is an 1.00

00:03:17.760 they twist people they twist this is not natural it's it's a deep evil and you have the medical profession

00:03:25.860 that's making wait for it wait for it and big farmer wait for it money lots of money that's why

00:03:35.280 this is happening uh besides some people that believe in the evil but i mean it is uh this is like this is

00:03:40.960 about cash money baby michael patrick leahy a tennessee star uh you've got some and by the way

00:03:48.240 thank you very much as you know we're now weno the flame out in nashville we're so proud to be

00:03:54.400 part of the nashville community um this story and i'm not trying to be harsh about the parents i

00:04:00.180 understand to have this brought up again yes but it's it's that doesn't even come close to measuring

00:04:05.100 about what we need to do to find out to understand to come to grips with what happened why it happened

00:04:14.140 how it happened and not just the shooting per se not just the mechanics of going through and gunning

00:04:19.240 down the kids and how she knew the floor plans or anything like that how a beautiful young woman 1.00

00:04:24.080 you see some of the pictures when she's younger you can't believe this animal this monster that 1.00

00:04:31.320 stalked the halls what happened between the bit and the ass what happened between that lovely young 0.99

00:04:36.680 woman who looked came from parents that really put care and nurturing in her what happened to that 0.99

00:04:44.120 little girl to the monster that came in and and destroyed those uh destroyed those young people 0.94

00:04:50.640 even before they even had a chance not even starting life just the very beginning of the entire process

00:04:55.140 michael patrick leahy uh steve uh audrey elizabeth hale 28 years old uh female who identified as a

00:05:03.360 transgender male killed in uh cold blood six nashvillians at covenant school on march 27th shortly thereafter

00:05:11.160 metro national police department uh officers killed her and she left behind in a text she sent a friend

00:05:18.520 half an hour before she did this she said i've left behind enough information so you'll know why i did

00:05:23.080 this the metro national police department obtained uh about 20 written journals some home videos

00:05:29.640 uh and those are documents which according to tennessee law and federal law should be released to the

00:05:36.520 public metro national police is not releasing those documents we filed hold it hang on whoa whoa whoa

00:05:42.300 stop stop stop what do you mean by i want to go back this there's supposedly videos that she did 1.00

00:05:49.300 there's detailed journals and what we have is just some notes but the notes themselves are horrific but

00:05:54.500 open up areas of exploration you want to find out to make sure this can't happen again and how it

00:05:59.760 happened when you say federal and state law are there they're required that that be released what do you

00:06:05.560 i want to be very specific what do you mean by that tennessee public records act uh is very clear

00:06:11.000 that documents such as this are available to the public and should have been released shortly after

00:06:18.920 the crime was committed and they'd compiled all this because there's no ongoing investigation even

00:06:24.260 though they claim that um so metro national police department has these documents as does the fbi we are

00:06:31.400 uh plaintiffs in lawsuits filed in may to get those documents nothing has happened in either of those

00:06:39.060 lawsuits and the the case has languished until on monday three documents three images of documents from

00:06:46.760 the journal were released leaked immediately the metro national police department didn't immediately

00:06:54.580 authenticate those documents but by uh by tuesday evening metro national police chief john drake uh stated

00:07:03.600 that in fact they were quote uh writings three uh documents that were writings of the covenant killer

00:07:11.340 and that they were investigating the leaks uh late this afternoon metro national police department

00:07:17.760 announced that seven police officers have been placed on quote administrative assignment uh as the

00:07:24.900 uh investigation goes forward administrative assignment is actually the what the the term is it's not

00:07:32.000 exactly administrative leave because they have full police powers but whoa whoa whoa hang on hang on hang on hang on

00:07:38.860 hang on you're telling me in your own gentlemanly and professional way that the metro police in nashville

00:07:48.020 are spending more time investigating these officers that somehow and i'm not saying they're associated with

00:07:55.680 somehow may have felt compelled that this information was important enough it had to comply with tennessee law

00:08:01.360 but also had to see the light of day for the for the public then they have on getting to the bottom of how this

00:08:08.560 happened where's the investigation not just her walking around that not just walk around the 0.99

00:08:13.340 i've seen the video not walking on the school the videos are horrible if you haven't seen the videos maybe i don't

00:08:17.880 know michael if you've got them up the videos of the young girl going through the school and shooting are

00:08:24.000 horrific the officers that came up and and took her out are horrific the things of the school

00:08:29.620 with the kids faces out are horrific the fear that must have been there is horrific and how she

00:08:33.640 planted and pulled in cool as a cucumber we can see the mechanics and we see what happened but that's

00:08:40.080 just the very last act that was the last 15 or 20 minutes of her life we have to go back and you have to see

00:08:47.740 that picture i think was she was i don't know in the fifth or sixth grade this lovely little girl

00:08:52.560 you you got to go from i need to go from that picture to the the red ball cap where she's sitting

00:09:00.500 there dead having been gunned down uh in defense of uh these children by the uh by the metro police

00:09:06.960 that's the investigation we need we need to know how this happened not the mechanics of how she walked

00:09:12.960 in and shot him that's pretty straightforward not the mechanics of why there wasn't other uh protection

00:09:18.640 that'll all be worked out that that's that's a shiny toy we need to know in detail in detail in detail

00:09:25.860 who she went to what psychologist she went to what psychiatrist what drugs she was giving hello what

00:09:32.260 drugs she was giving given what's the impact on her we need to know all these groups that twisted her 0.99

00:09:38.600 we need to see this lovely little girl and who created the monster we need to see the dr frankenstein's

00:09:47.420 and it needs to be exposed and and the nashville officials that are hiding this all you're doing

00:09:53.820 is setting it up to happen again it's not going to stop till we get to the bottom of it and i'm not

00:10:01.500 asking for any star chamber i'm not asking for any star chamber yet we don't need to go there yet

00:10:09.980 but if you're not if you're going to play these games this is what needs to happen the community

00:10:16.060 not just in nashville but in the nation the nation needs to be protected they need to be informed

00:10:23.460 parents that are now getting pressure from around the country and these different things of taking

00:10:28.100 your kids and turn them into god knows what i tell you god knows what from that lovely little girl 1.00

00:10:34.220 with the glint her eye to the monster the monster that went in and gunned down those small children 0.82

00:10:39.460 and thought it was a good thing if you read her notes she was proud of it and wanted to do more

00:10:43.220 those notes how did how do we get to that notepad when she's scratching down and if you haven't seen 0.67

00:10:49.080 it you got to go to the tennessee star and see this you must address i know this is not a lot of folks

00:10:55.600 line of country i don't care you have to do this and now to know we're starting fiesta the last couple

00:11:03.340 days have been this empathy oh the parents yes it's terrible but it's going to be more terrible in the

00:11:07.500 days and years ahead if other things happen at other schools those parents sit there going hey

00:11:12.500 maybe this could have been stopped it was horrible enough for my child and my life will never be

00:11:16.460 same remember every parent of the child that's dead their lives will never even be close to being the

00:11:22.000 same it was that morning when they dropped the kids off you can never overcome that with the grace

00:11:28.100 of god maybe you can get through it but you'll never overcome it it's just but we've got to make

00:11:33.300 sure it can't happen again there's all kind of covenant schools go ahead michael well what i was

00:11:38.040 going to say steve is those three documents that were released and have been authenticated as part of

00:11:42.980 the covenant killers uh writings they are chilling the level of hatred involved and there was one

00:11:50.800 particular thing there that caught my attention on the the piece of paper that says death day

00:11:57.900 she's got an agenda uh of what she's going to do for the day and she has 10 minutes final video final

00:12:06.440 video that is part of the information that we're seeking to obtain uh through the through the core

00:12:13.920 system i'm i think steve part of the answer that you're looking for that everybody's looking for

00:12:20.720 will be contained in that 10 minute video she apparently uh filmed just hours before she went

00:12:27.760 in and killed six innocent nashvillians in in cold blood michael tell me you've been part of the

00:12:36.040 lawsuit tell me where tell me where this is going to go is the pressure because all the pressure i see

00:12:40.640 coming is that oh we have to protect the parents that went through this certainly you have to take

00:12:45.680 their feelings into consideration you're not trying to sensationalize any of this but the higher

00:12:50.980 priority is to find out how this happened why it happened and why that monster how was that monster

00:12:58.180 created who are the dr frankensteins in back of the creation of this monster yes sir so uh steve you're

00:13:05.900 quite right that the parents and the organizations that don't want these documents released are basing

00:13:11.540 their argument on emotion not on statutes and we're a country based on the rule of law

00:13:16.680 uh and and ultimately i think the courts are going to uh realize and recognize oh yo stop stop stop

00:13:24.440 stop how can you say that with a straight face i understand you love the kind how you say a straight

00:13:29.020 face if we were a country run by the rule of law and remember tennessee is one of the most mega states

00:13:35.760 out there if we're a country that actually was run by the rule of law sir would it not what all this

00:13:40.960 have been put out months and months ago the journal have been put out the video have been put out all

00:13:46.060 all of her writings would have been put out and an investigation would be going underway and you

00:13:50.540 would be sitting there at the at the door that where the investigation gonna trying to get scoops

00:13:55.360 trying to get leaks of the as they brought in not in a star chamber yet um they brought in the uh the

00:14:02.620 psychiatrist and the psychiatrist psychologist and the all the school officials and people all that

00:14:08.320 nurtured her and and all these people that knew her and all these different groups she joined and

00:14:13.060 the poison they put in there and the doctors that went to put her through this transformation 0.99

00:14:17.500 the frankensteins if we were really rule of law that's where we'd be today we're not rule of law

00:14:22.520 it's a joke you told me are they following anything about the rule law they're trying to protect

00:14:28.940 the radicals that transform they're trying to protect the frankensteins let's cut to the chase

00:14:34.760 this has nothing to do with the parents if they had any feeling for the parents whatsoever

00:14:39.360 they would get to the bottom of how the monster was created if they had any inclination of helping

00:14:46.580 and protecting america's family and their children they got into the bottom of this this is once it's

00:14:51.860 not rule of law this is what a corrupt apparatus does and hey there should be uh accountability

00:14:59.420 inside metro and the prosecutors and the da and the fbi and everybody had access this why did you not

00:15:08.400 come forward why did seven cops who are now on administrative leave or excuse me administrative

00:15:13.980 reassignment why are they being scapegoated because you know why they believe in the rule of law they

00:15:20.620 sat there and go this has got to get out and they're hiding this and we said on the first day why was this

00:15:25.100 stuff not out this has not this is this is this shows you institution they say oh bannon all you want

00:15:31.120 to do is burn down the institution no that's not the fact but in a fourth turning they have to be

00:15:36.080 purged because they've ossified and this is a perfect example of what you're seeing in this situation

00:15:43.460 michael patrick lahey so the good news steve is the state of tennessee is not the state of new york

00:15:49.520 not the state of california not the district of columbia and we filed uh our attorneys uh filed a motion

00:15:57.820 uh yesterday in uh middle tennessee district court based upon the release of these documents

00:16:04.220 to have full discovery to authenticate them and talk with the people uh at metro nashville that put

00:16:11.340 them together we we are cautiously optimistic we'll get a good response on that steve i got that but

00:16:17.120 brother correct me if i'm wrong and you're doing a great job i'm not getting on you lahey you're the

00:16:20.600 best but because lahey's going to play by the rules lahey is you know he's one of those he's going to

00:16:25.780 play by the rules correct me if i'm wrong weren't you one of the leading voices in suing these people

00:16:31.120 in the first place to get it when the guys inside said hey they're just going to roll they're just

00:16:36.040 going to rope a dope they're just going to rope a dope lahey and these guys let's go ahead and leak 0.68

00:16:39.700 it that's essentially what happened here right you were getting rope a dope and people some heroes

00:16:45.280 inside said that this is this is unsat we got to get the word out right i think you're you're right

00:16:52.680 in that regard steve and i do also think that this may very well be a rebellion within metro

00:17:00.440 nashville police department that's being followed by a purge that's what it may well be now what's

00:17:06.260 interesting about this steve you brought up the rule of law uh because tennessee statutes are so clear

00:17:12.320 that these documents should have been released months ago i think that these uh seven police officers

00:17:19.400 may end up being key witnesses in potential obstruction of justice charges against metro

00:17:25.720 nashville police department i love it i love the fact that in january of 2025 steve that's when the

00:17:35.720 obstruction of justice uh charges might come in january 2025 january 20th perhaps the afternoon thereof

00:17:43.400 by an attorney general maybe put in maybe mike maybe uh mike davis attorney general or maybe jeff

00:17:52.700 clarker is going to join us you never know jeff clarker you'd be white house counsel attorney

00:17:56.040 general so you pick it uh lahey fantastic how do people get to the tennessee star you're doing great

00:18:01.200 work there tennessee star.com tennessee star.com fabulous thanks brother really appreciate it great work

00:18:10.040 thanks steve michael patrick lahey we're going to follow this one quite closely we're going to go

00:18:16.300 now from tennessee to manhattan if you think people are there looking to protect your children uh you

00:18:21.460 would be dead wrong jackie torborough it's tough to shock me ma'am but you shocked me today walk me

00:18:29.060 through what what the children in manhattan are being enveloped by so everything that's been happening on

00:18:36.700 the campuses is now going to grade school the palestinian youth movement is joining forces

00:18:44.940 with sjp so that is students for justice in palestine as well as code pink and they are

00:18:52.560 leading a global shutdown for palestine tomorrow it's going to be national and they have a special

00:19:00.240 toolkit and a call to action specifically geared towards new york city grade schools over a hundred

00:19:08.520 supposedly are in and this includes educators students and parents

00:19:13.480 hold it hang on hang on it's bad enough for the college campuses and the radical professors

00:19:20.860 and even start seeing some high school i want to make sure our audience understands this

00:19:25.800 that on this global day of action or this global shutdown that they've already had a hundred

00:19:32.280 schools are they're targeting part of the targeting is they're targeting grade schools in new york city

00:19:38.560 yeah this is brought to us by code pink they are professional in guerrilla marketing and messaging

00:19:45.240 it's on tiktok it's on instagram it is all over and it is also working they're working with

00:19:54.000 students for justice in palestine which is but but but but hang on but hold on hang for a second

00:19:59.540 before i get this code pink was one of the ones andrew breitbart went up against code pink all the

00:20:03.820 time correct me if i'm wrong at least the time i think there are a number of senior people in code pink

00:20:09.820 that are of jewish descent you're telling me code pink is in part of this because i think there's a

00:20:15.560 lot of people there the super progressive anti-war uh but there are a lot of people are are jewish

00:20:21.860 people part of this getting this radical palestinian social justice into the grade schools yes but it

00:20:30.380 actually gets even worse because jody evans who is the founder her husband is neville roy singman and

00:20:37.080 he actually according to the new york times has close ties with the chinese government i mean it gets

00:20:44.020 crazier and crazier so he is loaded jody evans is white as snow and she is leading she actually was

00:20:52.800 behind the blm protests but she has really honed in on her guerrilla marketing skills in the past three

00:20:59.280 years and she has been behind all of these gaza protests so tomorrow in new york city we have these

00:21:06.380 jihad jihad joe cosplays these kids going out and you know doing god knows what taking a note out of

00:21:17.420 the hamas playbook but they're calling for action what sort of action i just heard you mentioning

00:21:23.700 what happened in nashville i mean what sort of action are they planning tomorrow in grade schools

00:21:30.320 are people are the jewish community in in manhattan i know i have a lot of jewish friends there and

00:21:38.000 they're these are people that don't scare easy and they're quite scared is that the same that you're

00:21:43.280 getting in the same message you're getting from the jewish community in manhattan and in the other

00:21:47.620 boroughs it's not just jewish people it's normals it's anyone with brain activity above plant life 0.96

00:21:54.120 is reeling from what's going on and i just want to tell you something when you talk about these high

00:21:59.060 schools new york city public school students are 38 000 to educate annually that is the cost that

00:22:09.420 taxpayers pay per public school student 38 000 now the prize is being in the bottom half of the nation

00:22:16.600 for reading and writing and i just want to say asians are at 78 math proficient 70 whites math

00:22:24.320 proficient the gap has completely widened latinos are 35 percent math proficient and blacks are 34 0.98

00:22:32.900 math proficient so here you have code pink and you have sjp encouraging these people minorities to walk 0.99

00:22:43.700 out of school and look at these test scores i mean new york city is reeling children are reeling and now

00:22:52.500 they're being encouraged not only to walk out of school and support some terrorist regime but to

00:22:59.840 what to you know to take place in some sort of action toolkit it is insane but but jackie how can

00:23:09.900 how can if you're a little kid and you're a jewish kid i realize normals but if you're a jewish kid

00:23:14.740 and you're sitting in a grade school and all of a sudden two-thirds of the class gets up because

00:23:18.780 have been stirred up by this how are you how are you not supposed to be i mean not just terrorized

00:23:23.860 ever think about sitting back down in that group and and and and doing you know math doing a

00:23:29.180 arithmetic or go out in the playground and hanging out how is that not because these are life and death

00:23:34.380 issues the the the they've taken over washington square parks and had these mob riots you know every

00:23:40.380 it looks like every night how are how are young kids are in these schools not supposed to be

00:32:11.380 welcome back we're trying to get to elizabeth ravenet and everybody on our telegram the official

00:32:17.440 telegram channel it's run by elizabeth and the team over there she's actually at the rally we also have a

00:32:23.300 package from a package from uh uh jane zirkle we're also going to play we're going to try to go back to

00:32:29.460 rally but as you can imagine it's a little cray cray right now so with noise and music and all of us

00:32:34.640 so try to get back there uh momentarily uh want to um a couple things you've seen for the two the

00:32:41.220 two situations we had in the the schools whether there's a covenant school in nashville which is a

00:32:46.560 very elite private school in fact that's one of the things you see in this uh manifesto or the notes

00:32:52.020 to the manifesto it's so disturbing about what the monster said and what the monster planned to do

00:32:57.260 and in new york city i mean think about tomorrow they're trying to sow chaos

00:33:02.580 and i keep people i keep telling people as we walk through the kinetic part of this war a massive

00:33:08.500 part of this is information warfare and quite frankly i'll be honest the the

00:33:12.000 and i've been brutally frank to people behind the scenes the israelis are losing the information

00:33:17.180 war on a scale that i think has shocked people uh you're not going to get any help out of biden and 0.75

00:33:22.120 these guys because they're they're they're they're incompetent at best and evil at worst 0.74

00:33:26.820 but also the jewish community here i think is losing the information war and something has 0.96

00:33:32.640 got to give somebody's got to step up and take action i've said this to people many times

00:33:36.980 you start doing this if this thing gets pulled off tomorrow and remember code pink jody evans

00:33:42.540 i'll have to go back to the files of pope but andrew breitbart was was tangling with jody evans all the

00:33:48.040 time and the code pink people um this was still during the uh the iraq war iraq and afghanistan war

00:33:54.780 and you remember uh andrew's house uh one of the things big things in his transformation was the

00:34:00.880 fact that his house backed up to the military cemetery in los angeles which is if you've ever

00:34:06.420 been in la really as you before you go to i guess century city or that part of it you get

00:34:11.560 um that right off the four or five uh freeway there's a huge national military cemetery in the

00:34:18.700 section 60 60 the equivalent of what's up in arlington with the iraq and afghan war dead was

00:34:24.960 back close to the back fence where andrew's house was it was very moving he would walk out there all

00:34:29.460 the time on his deck and look down you see these young families that were there um laying to rest

00:34:34.980 uh their loved ones and it uh had a big impact on him and code pink at the time was a it was a big

00:34:42.100 anti-war group and jody evans was a person he used to tangle with all the time these people are

00:34:46.920 super professionals and they are stirring up the pot big time and now it's not just in the college

00:34:51.740 colleges are out of control but now you got the public high schools and they're going to get the

00:34:56.740 grades so they have 100 grade schools up tomorrow so we're going to get back to jackie and make sure

00:35:00.620 that we're on top of this tomorrow to get to the bottom of it i want to thank her so in turbulent times

00:35:05.880 and one of the things about turbulence is you need financial security this is why we're very proud

00:35:11.000 to partner with um to partner with birch gold so go to birchgold.com one of the things we do in the

00:35:18.360 end of the dollar empire is walk through kind of the history of the united states and how currencies

00:35:22.340 had such a powerful part in politics until you know they set up the federal reserve and maybe the

00:35:28.880 income tax or the early 20th century folks that are in power maybe jp morgan and the crew

00:35:35.160 kind of knew what they wanted to do to tamp things down on this kind of william jennings brian

00:35:39.820 and this other kind of populist revolt that was going on uh but we're uh in particularly for our

00:35:45.380 new station in nashville we are very big uh supporters of andrew general andrew jackson

00:35:50.940 his populism and particularly the way he took on the central banks in that case the uh what the bank

00:35:56.180 of the united states so go to birchgold i think it's also time for you to set aside some time to get in

00:36:02.340 touch with philip patrick and the team and find out about why gold has been a uh has been a hedge

00:36:07.880 been a hedge against turbulent times for 5 000 years of man's history pretty good pretty good

00:36:12.600 track record right so go check it out today i think you're going to want that information you're

00:36:16.920 going to want to think about that information also maybe throwing there hey why the central banks

00:36:20.520 in the world the other central banks besides ours buying gold at record rates why they buy gold at

00:36:25.480 record rates in 22 and why in 2023 they're already blown through the 2022 numbers just ask why is that

00:36:31.360 happening wait for the response then you make the decisions also home title lock.com make sure you go

00:36:36.800 there check it out don't let anybody these cyber criminals now teamed with artificial intelligence

00:36:41.320 to make sure they can get your hands on your title just do some calculation tonight take the pad out do

00:36:47.120 some quick quick and dirty your net worth right when you take all the liability take the assets on one

00:36:52.360 side the liabilities on the others and the real liabilities don't don't cheat you add them up i guess

00:36:57.800 80 percent of your net worth is tied up in that home equity if you're average american homeowner that's about

00:37:03.160 it you can't have the possibility even a scintilla a chance that somebody get their hands on that then

00:37:09.800 it's just a process it's going to cost you money it may have to they take out one of these second

00:37:14.280 mortgages the hard money lender hey baby these guys don't want to hear the hard money lenders come

00:37:19.420 from the town without pity they don't want to hear your tale of woe that's a sounds like a personal

00:37:24.360 problem you know somebody's got the title they took out the loan it's in your name pay it back in the

00:37:29.160 interest or we take the house so go check it out today home title lock i got a clip let's play i

00:37:35.920 got a call over for jeff clark let's play that i want to get into this then we're also getting to

00:37:39.460 the breaking news in minnesota let's go ahead and let it rip and um and and in your report you talk

00:37:45.820 about the difficulties of arriving at a conclusion correct yes okay tell me about why you found it

00:37:54.700 uh or currently find it very difficult to identify a to reach a conclusion as to the offense element

00:38:01.960 based on the historical sources well it's really this that um

00:38:07.120 i'm not aware of any direct definition of what it means to engage in insurrection against the constitution

00:38:18.140 um i don't believe there's any case law on that professor maryoko proffers his interpretation of what

00:38:29.220 that phrase means um and and that as i have said and testified is essentially to um engage in

00:38:41.140 um interference with the um to commit insurrection against the um execution of the constitution

00:38:53.580 uh and that in turn is a phrase that is opaque i would say uh and really all of the i don't offer my

00:39:05.560 own uh definition of what it means to engage in insurrection against the constitution of the united

00:39:10.720 states because other than to gesture towards um senator howard's remarks because i don't know of any

00:39:19.120 really good source to interpret that which i think is not my point is to underscore the difficulties

00:39:28.240 a court would have or really anybody would have in interpreting that phrase which is the crucial

00:39:34.000 phrase without such guidance especially from congress which could define under its section five powers

00:39:41.920 what it means to engage in insurrection against the constitution of the united states congress hasn't

00:39:48.800 enacted a statute that purports to provide us with that definition that leads me to the conclusion that

00:39:55.040 um the courts as a matter of constitutional policy should defer to congress and not decide a case

00:40:05.680 on the merits of whether or not someone had engaged in insurrection against the constitution there's

00:40:11.440 just inadequate guidance as far as i can tell um from the relevant sources

00:40:19.200 okay this is getting you know more in one level it's getting clearer another level they're trying

00:40:26.800 to add more complexity so walk me through this is part of i take it the lutig and now um

00:40:33.920 lawrence tribe all these lawrence tribe out there hey lawrence tribe tonight when you're going to sleep

00:40:37.600 you're putting your head on that pallet you and garland i had a tiny role tiny tiny and making

00:40:43.680 sure hillary clinton didn't get to that monster hillary clinton didn't get to the white house 1.00

00:40:47.600 and so ended sir your efforts to get to the supreme court which you've wanted all your life larry

00:40:52.880 we got it baby you cry those great salt tears there and a big old crocodile tears you and garland

00:40:58.320 garland the little door wow i think you know jeff clark what we just see there it's getting more

00:41:04.400 convoluted on that side but minnesota's put some clarity in it let's start let's start here what did

00:41:08.400 we just hear sure so what you just heard was professor robert delahunty who's affiliated with

00:41:14.560 the claremont institute and with uh the hoover uh institution he's an eminent constitutional law

00:41:21.120 professor he was an expert witness for trump and he's being asked there what about this theory about

00:41:26.160 an insurrection against the constitution and he basically says i don't know what that means there

00:41:31.280 aren't any historical interpretations that tell us what that means the plaintiffs against trump have put

00:41:37.120 in their own definition from a professor whose name is uh magliota and uh you know he said it's just

00:41:44.240 speculation and it's congress's role to under section five of the 14th amendment define what that means

00:41:51.280 if that's you know necessary in order to try to keep somebody off the ballot or prevent them from taking

00:41:56.880 the office so you know he's on to the fact that this theory is dubious and not the sort of thing that

00:42:03.920 courts should be enforcing if congress wants to enforce it they could write a new law but they 0.73

00:42:08.880 haven't done it uh as the professor explained so that's the that's the issue and it actually has a

00:42:15.360 link to what happened in minnesota because this is the very issue that one of the justices on the

00:42:20.720 minnesota supreme court uh you know a few days ago put their finger on and basically said what does

00:42:26.880 it mean for there to be an insurrection against the constitution and the lawyers against trump the answer

00:42:33.040 for that question was and i'll read it to you a concerted forcible effort to prevent or obstruct

00:42:39.440 execution of a central constitutional function well what is that it's not all constitutional functions

00:42:45.280 it's central ones which which ones are central you could have hold it could you not have millions of

00:42:52.000 could you not have millions of people throughout american history tens of millions of people in different

00:42:57.280 protests civil rights and you know anti-war all of it could you not have millions of people

00:43:03.040 rounded up in that regard i mean what god would i'm not a lawyer but what that sounds like complete

00:43:08.000 word solid mumbo jumbo it is exactly steve uh you know your layman's approach to it is entirely right

00:43:15.360 i mean virtually anything could fit into that right they're talking about the entire constitution and

00:43:20.720 then somehow it's going to be slimmed down to the things that are central constitutional provisions

00:43:25.920 which is a total value judgment that again you know assuming that was what the constitution required

00:43:31.440 and i don't think it does but you know it's the kind of thing that that congress can uh define

00:43:36.560 through a law right it's really a political question it's not a well-defined legal question

00:43:42.080 which is why this you know hasn't happened before to try to keep a presidential candidate off the ballot

00:43:47.200 or to keep him from you know taking a second oath of office as they're trying to do to president trump

00:43:52.880 and so you know what we had in minnesota is they've just handed down a decision

00:43:58.480 that it's not a permanent victory but what they said was this case isn't ripe at the moment so we're

00:44:04.080 going to dismiss it without prejudice and what does that mean uh under you know the federal constitution

00:44:09.840 for sure there's a requirement that courts only do things uh you know adjudicate cases or controversies

00:44:15.680 they can't just weigh into amorphous questions that you know aren't ready for resolution yet or you know

00:44:22.080 cases where people don't have standing and the like most states have similar doctrines based on

00:44:26.800 their state constitutions so based on that the the minnesota supreme court said this case isn't ripe

00:44:33.120 because basically the issue of whether president trump will be the republican candidate will not be

00:44:38.160 decided based on what happens in in primaries here in minnesota it will really be decided at the convention

00:44:44.880 and so unless and until president trump is the candidate coming out of the republican national

00:44:49.920 convention then uh you know we can't weigh into this controversy but because they dismissed it

00:44:56.640 without prejudice what that means is if president trump does become the nominee of the republican party

00:45:02.400 for the presidency then these folks are invited to file their suit again and see if they can stop

00:45:07.680 him from going on the general election ballot what is what is tribe tribes thrown in here just

00:45:15.280 clarify for me what is tribe i know tribes back in blutig what is he adding to the argument

00:45:21.840 he he hasn't really added anything specific to the argument he's just you know he's morphed it

00:45:28.000 right for for many months i've been watching people and you know certainly i know you watch msnbc to see

00:45:33.760 what they're up to right they've been talking about an insurrection against the united states an

00:45:37.760 insurrection against the united states you know they they came to the capital to try to overthrow the

00:45:42.000 government etc etc right it's all they're tried uh and i wouldn't say true tried and false points

00:45:47.760 that they've been uh you know tossing out into the public sphere but now that they've gone to court

00:45:53.200 they've morphed their theory into this idea of uh an insurrection against the constitution and then when

00:45:58.960 you ask well what exactly does that mean they uh you know they come up with this gobbledygook

00:46:04.320 and in addition to professor dela hunty's responses which are this really doesn't have a clear meaning

00:46:10.000 it's for congress to define if anyone through the section five process it's a political question

00:46:15.200 i would add this i don't even think this is the right reading of what the clause means so the the key

00:46:21.040 clause is that you know if you uh have engaged in an insurrection or rebellion against the same and what

00:46:29.200 is the same referencing there's a phrase that comes right before it constitution of the united states

00:46:34.800 so the same could be referencing the whole phrase constitution of the united states or it could just

00:46:40.320 be referencing the united states which is why they've had different versions of this argument

00:46:44.800 right when you use a referent like the same you know it can be unclear sometimes exactly what you're

00:46:50.640 referring to and that's true of this clause it's not super well drafted so that's why you know they've

00:46:56.080 seen an ambiguity that they think allows them basically to say that because trump uh questioned

00:47:01.600 the election that's trying to obstruct a central constitutional function and therefore they can

00:47:07.360 keep trump off the ballot with that logic jeff where do people get to you at the center and where they

00:47:14.640 follow you on your social media there's a lot more to go through we'll get you back on the next couple

00:47:18.160 of days sure uh so i'm jeff clark us at getter and twitter and at real jeff clark on truth social

00:47:27.600 and the uh center is americarenewing.com steve

00:47:34.000 you know i watch msnbc primarily to keep up with jeff clark because i feel as much as they're hunting

00:47:39.040 me down clark they're all over there's another new scoop every night this is happening they're taking
