00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for i mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing
00:00:11.380 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the
00:00:18.380 authoritarians get total control and total power because this is just like in arizona this is just
00:00:24.280 like in georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and
00:00:29.040 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is the
00:00:33.460 fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's your
00:00:40.480 host stephen k bannon uh it's tuesday uh three december year of lord 2024 thank you uh tomorrow
00:00:49.020 at the supreme court is one of the most important cases a court that's handled so many important
00:00:55.340 cases and of course we cover it a non-stop kind of wall to wall but this is about transgender
00:01:00.280 ideology uh i want to bring a brain and shoulder we've got a whole entire team tonight to walk you
00:01:06.480 through this all of it because it's that important i would actually argue on the margins this is one
00:01:11.480 of the most important issues uh in november's election particularly for people that maybe
00:01:16.920 weren't maga or maga adjacent just kind of for the first time understanding president trump they uh they
00:01:23.820 knew there was a big cultural problem in this country personified by transgender ideology i was
00:01:30.540 going to say radical transgender ideology but just transgender ideology is pretty radical brandon
00:01:35.680 showalter joins us brandon from the christian post you've done i think as good a job as any uh news
00:01:43.400 person reporter in the country of warning the country what's going on here we have a whole special
00:01:48.680 day i want to thank you and terry schilling for helping to put it together uh tell me what is the
00:01:54.540 case tomorrow why is it so important why is tomorrow i put a headline up on getter early today it's a
00:01:59.280 showdown in the supreme court what's the case why is it such a big deal sir yes indeed steve and it's good
00:02:07.360 to see you uh the case is u.s versus scrumetti and scrumetti is the last name of the attorney general
00:02:12.800 of tennessee what is being considered tomorrow during oral arguments will be the constitutionality
00:02:18.680 of tennessee's ban on chemically and surgically transing children tennessee is one of the i think
00:02:25.620 25 or so states about half the states that have passed a prohibition on these experimental medical
00:02:30.800 treatments if you can even call it that at issue the aclu and the u.s government is claiming that
00:02:37.460 such bans tennessee's ban violates the equal protection clause of the 14th amendment
00:02:42.580 this is i believe one of the most important cases of the century because what's at stake is whether or
00:02:49.300 not a government can intervene in the interest of child safeguarding to protect them from let's just
00:02:55.080 be frank chemical sterilization and surgical mutilation uh gender ideology is radical indeed and i
00:03:01.680 would just take your listeners at the war room posse down memory lane by explaining that this
00:03:07.240 all came about tennessee's ban uh after vanderbilt hospital was exposed shortly after they were
00:03:12.580 exposed where one of the doctors on tape was exposed saying that these radical surgeries
00:03:17.340 particularly the phalloplasties where they harvest forearm tissue to make fake penises
00:03:21.360 are great money makers for the hospital but children all over this country thousands of them
00:03:26.240 have been surgically mutilated and even more have gone on these hormone blockers and cross-sex
00:03:31.100 hormones and are being rendered permanently sterile this is one of the greatest medical scandals of
00:03:35.680 all times and so what's being adjudicated tomorrow is whether or not a state can intervene
00:03:39.880 despite the ideological capture of all of the medical work organizations in the interest of
00:03:45.040 protecting children can the state set a limit here that's what's at stake and that's what the
00:03:49.860 justices will hear tomorrow the other side is arguing that the state has removed vital health care and
00:03:54.840 that this denies transgender people equality under the law as prescribed by the 14th amendment of the
00:04:01.080 constitution okay but but but but hey but hey hang over a second so i want to make sure the audience
00:04:06.280 particularly a lot of these folks that joined us after november 5th you know the show's grown pretty
00:04:11.380 rapidly um what is the government arguing what what are the action what what's the just cut to the
00:04:17.600 chase what what's the argument here and why is this i've had so many people tell me agree with you
00:04:23.180 this is one of the most important cases so far of the 21st century for the supreme court why is that
00:04:28.240 i think the government's crux of the argument again it's it it's a 14th amendment case it's denied
00:04:35.740 the equal protection clause that's the crux of its its disagreement they say that tennessee has
00:04:40.500 violated the 14th amendment of the constitution denying equal protection by removing uh this
00:04:47.140 experimental intervention for for young people there are a number of plaintiffs in the case um we don't
00:04:52.560 know i know a little bit about who those minors and there's a gynecologist that's party party to this
00:04:57.340 case as well that basically say that this kind of health care saved their life um meanwhile uh i mean
00:05:04.080 the new york times even today ran an article by the the aclu attorney who is claiming that these
00:05:09.660 interventions saved her life uh and so they're saying that the state has acted in a way that
00:05:14.660 that violates the united constitution 14th amendment um and the state the state of tennessee and others
00:05:21.320 like it all the amicus briefs have said no because this is child endangerment because these experimental
00:05:26.380 interventions are insane but hang on but hang on ho ho hang on what does she mean it saved her life
00:05:31.200 what's the argument that is so how does it save your life the argument typically goes that if you
00:05:38.520 don't allow these people who are distressed about their gender to take hormones or undergo surgery that
00:05:44.320 they are at risk for suicide or they will commit suicide it's complete and these are hang on and these
00:05:50.060 and these are people that are young people and this is done at a young age and isn't a lot of this done
00:05:55.160 without parental uh the parents don't even know about it we have this whole situation particularly
00:06:00.460 in california and some of the states like you said 25 i think it's actually 26 states now
00:06:04.660 kind of have these restrictions uh you know a lot of the blue states don't california particularly and
00:06:11.260 you've been telling me is the railhead of kind of this this radical you know the radical interpretation
00:06:15.960 but isn't this mainly focused on young people it is and in this case there are parental rights
00:06:21.160 questions because minors um in some states minors can consent to this the age of majority is lowered
00:06:26.680 in the state of oregon it's 15 i believe and so in the blue states the you know minors can consent
00:06:32.200 without their parents knowing about it and i think that's atrocious but in this particular case these are
00:06:36.460 minors where parental consent is required and so the parental rights issues will be i'm sure considered
00:06:41.420 tomorrow during oral arguments can a can a parent consent to sterilizing treatments and surgeries to
00:06:47.760 remove the body parts of children and we say while we value parental rights in this country they do
00:06:52.960 not go they do not extend so far as to sterilize a child uh for for unless it's with cancer or
00:06:59.120 something but for a psychological condition sterilizing a child you need medical safeguards you cannot do
00:07:05.120 that that does not qualify as a parental right to do that particularly when we know that the evidence
00:07:09.320 for this is paper thin if anything the evidence is pouring in from all over europe that the evidence to
00:07:15.320 treat gender confusion with hormones and surgery is not there but the american medical societies are
00:07:20.240 completely captured by this dogma sadly do you think it's just because they're making money
00:07:25.940 do you think it's about money or is it about a deeper ideological agreement with this i think it's both
00:07:32.740 and i really do uh the ideology has a has a grip on the minds of people uh it's been cleverly marketed
00:07:38.980 in the context of lgbt civil rights and so that has a lot of buy-in from lefty people i know that
00:07:45.780 tomorrow though there are going to be all kinds of people on the left on the right including some
00:07:49.820 lgb identified folks who will be there speaking out again against this this appeals to a broad
00:07:55.460 cross-section americans american public by and large even very left-wing people in blue states
00:08:00.040 do not support the chemical sterilization and surgical mutilation of minor children they do not support
00:08:05.580 it but the activists have gained power in all of the medical societies and have operated by stealth
00:08:10.360 and finally as was evidenced in this past election it rose enough to the surface where
00:08:15.100 people were able to get a clear picture as to what's been happening these crimes these medical
00:08:18.720 atrocities have been unleashed upon thousands of children ripping apart countless families
00:08:23.420 and many teenagers and young adults have been rendered permanently sterile because of these drugs
00:08:28.500 it is one of the worst medical scans of all time and so the supreme court is going to
00:08:32.440 adjudicate whether or not a state can set limits to try and curtail the damage
00:08:35.540 that's right i'm in tennessee okay we got an all-star lineup to go through and i want you to
00:08:39.920 stay with me and jump in with questions um the last thing is set it up and shilling is going to be in
00:08:46.000 the second part of the show give me a succinct version of why do you think this was so important
00:08:52.840 on november 5th a lot of people are saying a lot of people talking to president trump particularly there
00:08:57.320 were a couple of spots that were made that they ran the sprockets off on and the reason was they
00:09:02.900 knew they were working why was this so important uh to uh to basically add and help assist this
00:09:09.200 landslide we had on november 5th sir well just anecdotally steve i know many democrats who either
00:09:15.400 sat this election out because they were so disgusted with the democratic party's posture on this issue
00:09:20.540 or they even crossed the line and voted for trump and i think it's because even if you think that
00:09:25.680 there's only a few children or young people being mired in this there's actually more than you think
00:09:30.600 even when you have a population of 330 million people and it's affecting a disproportionately small
00:09:35.180 number of people gender ideology is totalizing it's in everything it's in the schools it's in the
00:09:41.500 hospitals it's in the prisons you're going to be speaking with amy itchikawa soon this represents
00:09:46.660 something existential the death of material reality and when you when people saw that kamala harris was on
00:09:52.940 tape in some of those ads talking about how she supported taxpayer funded transgender surgery for
00:09:59.200 prisoners and the 2019 aclu questionnaire saying that she supported funds for detained migrants it
00:10:06.440 just throws people off their center of gravity because if you are forced to say that a man is a woman or
00:10:11.520 that a boy can become a girl and that you should sterilize them castrate them cut their body parts off
00:10:16.780 that throws them off their center of gravity and it represents the death of material reality
00:10:21.960 and that's like being forced to say that you think the world is flat when you know it's not
00:10:26.060 the being forced to lie and being forced to accept medical atrocities most normally people across the
00:10:31.300 spectrum reject that with enthusiasm and some of them did i think how much it affected the election
00:10:36.800 it's hard to say but there is data from blueprint which is the democratic initiative analysis of
00:10:42.080 said that it affected it in swing voters by 28 points so that's significant it was definitely on people
00:10:46.780 that's huge i can't wait for amy i can tell her my uh my tale from prison which i haven't told anybody
00:10:53.680 yet from my cell block up at danbury um let's bring in dr hayam doctor we had you on at the
00:11:00.020 beginning of your travails can you tell us what how you're wrapped up in this and and where do you
00:11:04.780 currently stand sir yeah thank you for having me on um you know if anyone wants to donate we're deep in
00:11:12.420 the fight right now it's give send go.com forward slash texas underscore whistleblower but a lot has
00:11:17.900 happened between then and now in a few hours i'm going to go to federal court and uh we have a hearing
00:11:26.460 about a gag order because the federal government wants to silence me not only do they want to send me
00:11:33.460 to prison for fulfilling my duty as a physician for 10 years but now they want to take away my first
00:11:39.360 amendment right to speak about this case and um just to give you a little recap over the last couple
00:11:45.720 of months the government's first indictment fell apart because the entire story was based on a
00:11:52.680 fiction all of the factual evidence was untrue somehow the fbi missed the most basic facts of the case
00:12:00.640 once once this was pointed out right in a disclosure from texas children's hospital
00:12:05.280 the government had to get another indictment even that indictment fell apart because of critical
00:12:12.440 typos they were charging me with crimes that didn't exist they were including language in their indictment
00:12:18.240 that is non-statutory in criminal law that again fell apart and this fell apart in the most spectacular
00:12:27.280 way possible at a hearing in november 15th so not too long ago the government the lead prosecutor tina
00:12:34.880 ansari had fallen apart she had embarrassed herself in the most profound way possible and uh the judge
00:12:41.940 ripped into her the transcript is on my x account and it's it's crazy i i actually wanted to crawl out
00:12:47.700 of my skin i felt a huge amount of second degree embarrassment for them even though they're the ones who
00:12:53.360 were trying to send me to prison so after that hearing it was clear that the government had to come up
00:13:00.540 with another strategy so on november 20th they went to another grand jury got a third indictment
00:13:07.580 they kicked the lead prosecutor the one who's been pursuing this case to the curb right they she
00:13:14.180 withdrew herself from this case in a sealed motion and then the very same day they motion they filed a
00:13:22.380 motion for a gag order but there's a part of this story that is very significant because a few weeks
00:13:28.980 before we had discovered that the lead prosecutor tina ansari had major financial conflicts with both
00:13:35.860 tch and baylor college of medicine the supposed victims in this indictment even though hipaa is being
00:13:43.740 used as a pretext it has nothing to do with patient privacy it has to do with powerful medical institutions
00:13:50.060 lying to the public and hipaa being used to protect those institutions but the lead prosecutor
00:13:57.060 multiple members close members of her family had had close financial ties to tch and baylor college
00:14:06.400 of medicine her her brother is a major fundraiser for texas children's hospital had publicly attended
00:14:13.260 that's that's and i'm sure this will get worked out you guys but go back to the thing why
00:14:19.720 you're in the great state of texas brother i mean that's outside of ohio and tennessee and florida
00:14:26.580 and arizona i mean this is this is maga you're in the great state of texas how what why in texas is
00:14:34.920 this even happening and why are you facing 10 years in prison because the tentacles of the federal
00:14:41.980 government extend deep and far this is a federal case this is a federal criminal case so even though
00:14:49.240 i was a whistleblower according to what did they hang on and what did and what did they say specifically
00:14:53.880 what did they say that you did so they said i obtained information in order with the intent to
00:15:03.420 cause malicious harm to tch and its physicians between the first and the second indictment any
00:15:12.840 mention of patients was dropped but hang on but hang on hold on but malicious intent what did you do
00:15:19.900 you you put the word out that this was happening and they were lying about it they were doing these
00:15:24.320 castrations or surgeries and doing that and they were lying to the people in texas is that what you
00:15:28.360 came forward as a whistleblower yeah because texas children's hospital in march of 2022 had released
00:15:35.080 a very public statement saying that they were going to shut down their transgender program
00:15:40.580 because of the potential criminal ramifications a few weeks before that the attorney general of texas
00:15:49.420 ken paxton had issued a statement saying that it could be uh charged as child abuse so of course the
00:15:55.840 hospital is going to say we're not doing this anymore in order to protect themselves i was a surgeon
00:16:01.240 working there i knew that was a lie so i had exposed what was known to thousands of people in the
00:16:07.360 hospital is that they were continuing these procedures behind closed doors the story came
00:16:13.240 out in may of 2023 right the very next day texas voted with bipartisan support to make the conduct we
00:16:22.740 had exposed illegal another whistleblower came out soon after that and then um and you know i would
00:16:29.100 argue that this has always been illegal because what they're doing is medical battery like you can't
00:16:34.380 provide informed consent to something but how can this happen okay but how can but how can this
00:16:40.080 happen i got that but how can how can i can see this may be happening in california with some of
00:16:45.900 these radical doctors or new york i think people are blown away by the fact this is the great say how
00:16:50.500 could this happen in a texas institution that has people called texans in it sir because the
00:16:58.700 institutions are fully captured by left-wing ideologues
00:17:02.140 from national organizations and they put them in there when you say they are there like the
00:17:09.360 american medical associates have been taken over how do uh radicals on the left that are
00:17:15.440 adherence to this radical ideology on transgenderism how have they taken over institutions in texas
00:17:22.680 so when you look at the leadership of for example texas children's hospital or baylor college of
00:17:28.020 these are people who subscribe to this radical left-wing ideology right this ideology that says
00:17:34.340 truth is subjective that a child can say that they're the opposite sex and therefore require
00:17:40.440 sterilizing hormones and radical surgeries to alter their anatomy in in grisly and sinister ways uh so
00:17:49.040 when you have the leadership of these major institutions even in texas who subscribe to this
00:17:55.320 everything funnels down from there because it's the department of pediatrics the department of
00:18:00.680 surgery who are also ran by individuals who subscribe to this left-wing ideology
00:18:05.880 yeah okay uh we've got a bounce i want to have you back on uh after the case tomorrow where can
00:18:14.140 people go to find out want more about the case and then they go to your gifts and go i want to make
00:18:19.160 sure people get a chance to immerse themselves because we had you on uh months ago when this thing
00:18:24.040 for a start because we were so shocked about this again actually happened in a place like texas which
00:18:29.020 is kind of maga the railhead of the maga movement so a doctor i am where do folks go to find out more
00:18:34.900 about your case and where they go to the give uh send go if they're so inclined to support you
00:18:40.200 well uh people can go to uh on my x account um it's just my first last name etan heim um i'm like
00:18:48.100 the only one on google it's a uncommon name so and then it's give send go.com forward slash texas
00:18:54.280 underscore whistleblower um and uh yeah i mean all the updates are posted on there of course if this
00:19:01.740 gag order gets implemented that's definitely going to change things but um my wife and other people
00:19:08.520 have uh meaningful things to say about this yeah no we'll we'll make sure uh we'll see after the gag
00:19:17.640 order we'll we'll talk to you we'll make we'll make sure we will ensure your message gets out sir
00:19:21.780 that you're this a platform for you appreciate you being a hero so ted uh hudako you're a parent
00:19:30.000 uh it's kind of shocking is ted with us ted uh tell us your story and assume the audience
00:19:36.000 be succinct but assume the audience is not familiar with the details of uh of your situation
00:19:42.180 can you walk us through what happened to you as a parent
00:19:44.140 i don't have ted okay fine um i got uh okay that's fine let me go to uh brandon why is real
00:19:55.200 quickly brandon showwalter before i go to amy uh walk me through uh the situation with ted and why is
00:20:01.240 so important these parents i've never seen abuse uh by the any government by any government at any
00:20:07.920 level federal government state government uh local authorities of these parents in these situations
00:20:12.840 really dialing them out of uh of having any involvement walk me through that for a second
00:20:17.620 well yes and ted's story is a case study in how gender ideology takes over your life and when
00:20:24.880 dr hein was talking about the ideological institutional capture of texas children's if you think it's
00:20:30.660 bad in texas where this small group of people can run rough shot over anybody california is the amazon
00:20:37.100 jungle and it's particularly nightmarish in the family courts and ted's son while he was a minor
00:20:44.180 in violation of a family court order surgeons and doctors at a gender center in san francisco
00:20:50.300 implanted a hormone blocking device again in violation of a court order uh that was you know
00:20:56.340 in his minor son's arm they it was violated the court order and so ted has been fighting back and
00:21:01.480 you'll be you'll be interested to hear his case but if you think i mean this this will strangle the
00:21:07.680 life out of you this is every parent's worst nightmare on steroids the law the policies all the
00:21:14.300 institutions and the entities that govern how you can run the affairs of your families completely
00:21:19.460 sever all the family ties especially if there's custody or a messy divorce as was head's case
00:21:24.900 i mean it's it there is not a single area of your life that this will not turn to ash and destroy
00:21:31.800 and so we've got a podcast coming out today or tomorrow where i sort of detail the legal drama in
00:21:38.000 his story we covered his story and the bonus episode of the third season of our documentary podcast
00:21:43.300 here at the christian post called generation indoctrination um but it's just i've never
00:21:49.100 seen anything like this steve you know in the past hang on yeah we're we're a little jammed for time
00:21:55.340 but i think ted's up with us now ted give me a two or three minute summary of your story because it's
00:22:00.620 mind-blowing but i think people need to hear this thanks for having me steve um well in a nutshell i was
00:22:07.480 married for about 20 years uh had two sons um and when my son my older of the two sons was turning 15
00:22:16.880 he came out to his mother as transgender um to really summarize the story not get into the weeds
00:22:25.340 um i wanted to take a watchful waiting approach and my ex-wife wanted to move forward with transition
00:22:31.860 and she separated um we found ourselves in family court um i was never adjudicated or found to be an
00:22:41.040 unfit parent and i retained custody of the younger child um but i lost uh all custody of the of the
00:22:47.580 older one i was stripped of custody simply because i was what they termed the parent in opposition
00:22:52.900 meaning i did not um fall in line lockstep and barrel with with immediately transitioning our son i
00:22:59.540 wanted to find out what was happening um the judge joden hiramoto the california state judge
00:23:08.100 um preserved one right to me which would which was that uh i would be permitted to uh object to any
00:23:16.480 surgery any gender identity related surgery on my son i came to find out about a year later that
00:23:23.400 the team at ucsf university california san francisco my ex-wife and the attorneys had gone behind my back
00:23:31.340 and performed a supraulin implant uh puberty blocker which is a surgery so uh again not getting into the
00:23:41.380 weeds i filed a criminal contempt of court uh action in state court and i concurrently filed a civil rights
00:23:50.880 case in the federal court um there was a new judge in the state court and uh he basically just ignored
00:23:59.260 the criminal contempt um we had a federal judge uh judge susan ilston uh who just recently dismissed my
00:24:08.580 case uh in her court um i have filed a an appeal to the ninth circuit uh so that will be moving uh forward
00:24:17.360 hopefully we do find uh an honest judge but what my experience has so far been is all of these judges
00:24:23.620 uh effectively are working either for the defendants or in extreme coordination with them
00:24:29.680 yeah hey ted can hang on a second like i said we're going to be jammed on this in the second part of the
00:24:35.920 show but it's important enough we got we're going to talk about the prisons i have personal experience
00:24:40.520 with that um we've got of course the great terry shilling talk about the politics of this it's a
00:24:46.440 very powerful people particularly working class people in this country are shocked of what's going
00:24:52.300 on and i agree with the great brandon showwalter that had a meaningful impact on 5 november particularly
00:24:58.120 people that maybe are not that familiar don't really have a full understanding of maga where we
00:25:03.100 stand i think a lot of folks either didn't vote uh for the democrats or actually came to our side
00:25:07.660 because they said hey man the economy's bad but this thing is over the top and particularly
00:25:11.180 where they see stories like tennis it's i think it's the i think it's the trends the guys the
00:25:16.200 transgender guys playing women's sports and it's also they see these horror stories in the parents
00:25:20.080 or the parents of the state kind of goes in there guy's good enough to have you know custody of one
00:25:24.880 of the little children but because he opposes a mother who kind of goes off the rails in this thing
00:25:28.980 he's dialed out and then the child has uh this kind of radical surgeries or castrations and they
00:25:35.400 can't unwind it that's the thing is no going back or the kind of the river of no return okay we're
00:25:40.180 gonna take a short break birch gold really want to thank our sponsors birch gold as we outlined the
00:25:45.100 show today about bond vigilantes and global capital markets president trump's got a plan that plan is

00:31:12.700 all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground with stephen k bannon
00:31:20.260 you know president trump had a spot uh they played and i think terry shilling those guys had a spot
00:31:26.680 these things were very effective particularly for those kind of low propensity low information voters
00:31:31.040 remember low information doesn't mean you have a low iq and doesn't mean you don't have a degree or
00:31:36.240 college degree you're not smart it just means a lot of people are just not engaged in politics that's
00:31:40.780 the way they're built they're just not that interested in it uh but there's certain times
00:31:45.320 they do get engaged and i gotta tell you this issue of kind of this radical transgender ideology broke
00:31:50.700 through because people said what in the hell is going on here the more details they find out the
00:31:55.620 more they kind of back the people say hey look we just want to get back to normalcy ted uh your story
00:32:01.580 is a horror story it's like something out of kafka um we got to bounce now because i'm kind of jammed but
00:32:07.760 i want to have you back on and go more details but until then i want people to find out more about
00:32:11.960 your story more about your fight uh where do folks go sir give send go.com slash stop gender experiments
00:32:22.260 on kid uh where do you stand real quickly where do you stand with helping save your son from this is
00:32:31.800 is it too far is it already had the the sir or is it already passed the point that you can unwind
00:32:38.280 this or is it too far gone right now unfortunately steve the combination of puberty blockers followed by
00:32:44.920 wrong sex hormones for typically four months is enough to cause permanent sterility in a boy my son's age
00:32:51.480 good god one more time ted where do they go give send go.com slash stop experiments i'm sorry stop
00:33:02.620 gender experiments on kid
00:33:04.940 wow okay sir you got our prayers look forward to having you back on
00:33:11.080 terrible dr dr grossman give thee amy itchikawa joins us now amy i had a personal experience in my
00:33:18.360 cell block at danbury when i was in federal prison there was an individual i was in a i was in a
00:33:23.040 veterans unit there was an individual there that was transitioning i think at the prison
00:33:27.380 there were probably 1200 inmates i think we had five or six people transitioning that the government's
00:33:32.580 paying for and going to do the surgeries this guy was a good guy he's a former navy i think a first
00:33:37.840 class petty officer i think a fire control technician good guy but i mean he's going through this
00:33:42.820 he's going through this transit transitioning at government and taxpayer expense ma'am talk to
00:33:49.140 us about all of this well you know the biden's first day of his presidency he said the prison
00:33:55.800 doesn't choose your gender you do this open the floodgates for every predatory male to just take
00:34:02.240 advantage completely of uh his stance on uh trans supremacy in my eyes uh above all uh federal
00:34:12.440 state and county jail inmates uh transgender trans identified individuals are taken uh far more
00:34:20.820 serious than anyone else uh they're feared because staff is deathly afraid of more lawsuits their
00:34:26.260 health care is prioritized above all else and very few people are aware of the fact that uh women are
00:34:31.980 forcibly housed with fully intact trans identified prisoners there uh there's no requirement for
00:34:39.320 gender reassignment surgery or hormone replacement at all um people just have to make the self
00:34:46.960 declaration that's why it's you know gender self id it's created a explain this to me because
00:34:52.940 when you say trans supremacy i would definitely tell you at the prison people kind of walk around
00:34:57.780 on eggshells in this there's no doubt now this individual this guy came to me and said hey look i was
00:35:03.080 maga before before trump and he was a former navy guy in in it to me it was very sad but there is
00:35:09.400 definitely we say trans supremacy there's no doubt now what i understood at danbury once he went through
00:35:14.800 a transitioning at quasi had surgery he was going to the women's he was going to the women's prison as a
00:35:20.740 guy or as a guy that had done this transition which i found pretty shocking so they actually will house
00:35:27.200 these men who quote unquote have transitioned to women but are essentially still men they go
00:35:33.040 and are housed in the in the female prisons absolutely actually i think you were um you
00:35:39.080 weren't home yet but uh earlier this year there was a judiciary hearing a senate judiciary hearing where
00:35:46.380 uh you know biden had nominated some very radical judges for permanent seats in federal courts and one
00:35:53.540 of the most important courts in our federal system which is the new york southern district he had
00:35:58.300 appointed uh or or nominated judge magistrate judge sarah neppern who had specifically sent a fully
00:36:04.460 intact like prolific sex offender to uh fca carswell in texas and i'm in contact with women in this prison
00:36:12.200 and uh as soon as that individual got there they were whipping it out and letting everybody know
00:36:17.240 just give me a couple of days off of uh this estrogen and i'll be fully operational
00:36:22.480 uh you know and the bop and the government is complicit in these acts in these acts of
00:36:30.580 violence against why why is bureau prison doesn't go out of its way for anybody i mean when you're in
00:36:36.340 prison you know you're in prison i tell you this is why i said hunter biden should be pardoned not for
00:36:42.620 the what they did in ukraine not going back 10 years because i said at my press conference 48 hours
00:36:47.720 he'd be broken prisons are tough and they're dangerous but why is it why is it walk me through
00:36:53.760 why does it seem like the transgender the people transitioning are definitely treated in a different
00:36:59.160 level where they don't treat anybody else everybody else is essentially a various form of an animal
00:37:04.120 uh why do they treat them differently what is in bop and where did it come from
00:37:08.400 uh well people are afraid of the aclu i don't know why just got to get over it suck it up and
00:37:14.900 take those battles on head on uh in on a state level i know they're all afraid of lawsuits i'm
00:37:22.280 assuming it's the same in the federal situation um this is this is coming down from the very top
00:37:28.840 that these situations have to be prioritized on all levels and the people who are suffering the most
00:37:34.720 are the women but since this is a demographic of the population that has no societal value and
00:37:40.580 nobody really cares about it's not really being made an issue but it is a female human rights
00:37:46.300 crisis because of the fact that these people that are intact with you know their equipment that's
00:37:52.580 fully operational many of whom are registered sex offenders are being housed with the women
00:37:57.740 that's that's the biggest problem we have here by the way this guy was a also a sex offender too
00:38:05.120 which quite interesting um amy we got to bounce but i want to have you back because i got a lot to
00:38:11.600 say about the prison we really haven't talked much about it but first off how did you give me a minute
00:38:16.320 how did you even get involved in this because you know people need to start looking at these prisons
00:38:21.400 and how the prisons are being treated uh and because they are american citizens some have done horrific
00:38:26.760 stuff and they got to pay for that a lot of them are there had not done horrific stuff a lot of
00:38:31.620 just been rolled up and quite frankly stuff that seems quite marginal the sentence they got are
00:38:35.820 long but they live in a situation like this where the transgender folks transitioning are kind of you
00:38:41.660 know rule the roost how did you get involved in it i'm formerly incarcerated myself and a few years ago
00:38:48.300 i uh with a couple of friends of mine we started uh woman to woman because we didn't see any other
00:38:53.680 organizations that were prioritizing the safety and well-being of women so uh about the same exact time
00:38:59.680 that we began became incorporated this started unrolling in california and it was nothing like
00:39:05.380 we'd ever heard of before and you know being christians we're remembering the prisoners as we're
00:39:10.920 directed to and this is something that christian conservatives across the nation need to understand
00:39:16.420 they're missing the mark on this because there are women there are sisters in christ who are being
00:39:20.680 persecuted for standing firm on their christian conservative values right now there's women who've lost their
00:39:25.600 parole dates there's kathleen quinn who's sitting in prison right now who's a big fan of
00:39:29.380 yours that um lost her parole grant because she stood firm against gender ideology uh amy where
00:39:38.740 do people go i want people to get up to speed on this before i have you back where do folks go
00:39:42.440 uh you know please visit us at give send go that's our favorite platform uh just look up woman ii woman
00:39:48.820 and if you need more information on what we do and how you can help us please visit www.womaniiwoman.org
00:39:56.960 i love the fact that you were an inmate and now you're working for the inmates to make sure that
00:40:02.420 uh the things get sorted out there i really i really appreciate that ma'am a lot so thank you look
00:40:07.520 forward to having me back on thank you so much dr marion grossman dr grossman you've been at the
00:40:14.800 forefront of this talk to me about the importance of tomorrow and are we winning this fight i know 25
00:40:20.640 stage 26 are we winning this fight are we losing this fight because you're kind of the you're you're
00:40:26.540 kind of the you've been around and been fighting this for a long time and you didn't come at this
00:40:30.520 as a right wing you know populist nutcase like you're in war room so where are we in this battle
00:40:36.040 how important is tomorrow oh we are so winning steve we have had a great year there's so many
00:40:43.600 developments and accomplishments over the past year i would never have imagined we could have
00:40:48.940 moved so much forward now tomorrow is a huge day tomorrow uh the supreme court begins hearing the case
00:40:57.680 of uh scrimetti the the united states uh department of justice this is a very important case because the
00:41:06.600 judges essentially have to answer the question is there such a thing as a transgender child
00:41:14.880 does the category of transgender equal to protected categories such as sex race religion etc so this is
00:41:26.680 a massively important uh case that's coming in front of the supreme court it will have uh many repercussions
00:41:36.000 but i want to say this in addition to the case coming tomorrow um you know in terms of the trump
00:41:44.580 appointments nominations i'm very very pleased as a doctor that for example rfk is going to be exposing
00:41:53.160 the dangers of poisons in our foods and our vaccines but steve there are other poisons to which
00:42:01.940 children are being exposed on a daily basis and those poisons are poisonous ideas including the idea
00:42:13.460 that a child can be born in the wrong body that is a poisonous idea to uh expose a child to
00:42:22.920 and we need to just like these other agencies uh that are going to be gutted i hope and there's going to be
00:42:31.080 massive reform and and radical reform in those agencies because of the corruption we need to do
00:42:38.840 the same thing in this area in the area of gender ideology that has infiltrated our educational medical
00:42:47.400 and legal institutions it's time and i don't i really hope that the transition team is not going to lose
00:42:55.600 sight of that okay uh well i i gotta get you to talk to the transition team dr grossman give me the book
00:43:02.740 and i'm gonna make sure i'm down here i'm gonna make sure we're hardwiring to the transition team
00:43:07.280 because i agree with you one million percent what the book and your website where they go to get up
00:43:12.420 to speed on everything you've worked on and warned us about and quite frankly the reason we've had such a
00:43:16.720 great year is dr miriam grossman and brandon showalter it's just incredible uh where do people go
00:43:22.600 uh my ex is miriam underscore grossman my website is miriam grossman md.com you can spend a lot of
00:43:35.680 time on there watching videos being educated watching me uh testify in congress last year in five minutes
00:43:45.460 i took down gender ideology everyone has to be informed you're a superstar real quickly if you had
00:43:54.880 one billet that you think you would you would be the best position to destroy this ideology
00:44:01.040 these evil this evil thinking what would it be i would like to be the liaison to the white house
00:44:08.940 on transgender issues kaboom i'll be back in touch with you ma'am dr miriam grossman a superstar the
00:44:18.080 reason we had a great year and hey she was vilified and you know because she came as kind of i guess a
00:44:23.900 liberal she just she was vilified kicked to the curb by a lot of friends dr grossman honored to have
00:44:29.320 you on here ma'am you're you're a hero to us thank you steve i think we got a billet for a fighter
00:44:35.440 have to check that out get on that this afternoon or tomorrow morning uh terry schelling terry you
00:44:43.960 came to me a long time ago uh even before i met brandon we met brandon shulwater the christian
00:44:49.780 post we're putting us up of you said bannon this is going to be big trust me this is going to be big
00:44:54.820 i'm not sure i even had any idea how big it was going to be terry how we doing brother
00:44:59.820 well steve we're winning all right and uh donald trump has been a huge champion for us he saw this
00:45:06.900 not just for the political weapon to be used against democrats but when i talked to him and
00:45:12.040 met with him in july he was very clear that he was concerned about these kids uh steve i got three
00:45:17.080 numbers for you uh 1.3 4.4 and 200 billion 1.3 million americans are estimated to identify as trans
00:45:26.640 uh and right now the industry because only a few handful of those people have transitioned it's
00:45:32.660 around 4.4 billion dollars annually for the trans industry their goal is to transition all 1.3 million
00:45:39.840 americans and if they're able to do that steve it'll be over 200 billion dollars a year this industry it
00:45:46.120 will be nearly impossible to stop uh it will be growing like crazy so we've got to get this taken
00:45:51.140 care of now and it's a really good thing that president trump won this election when he did
00:45:55.380 um when you say you're we're winning and terry we're going to have you back on all the work you
00:46:02.660 did on november 5th be specific give me a minute of terry shilling has been fighting this fight for
00:46:08.160 years why do you think this year just even besides november 5th why are we winning well because we've
00:46:15.120 gotten this passed in 25 states we banned these procedures for minors in 25 states we banned men and
00:46:20.700 girls sports in 25 states but here's the bigger thing steve is we are now winning elections on this
00:46:26.640 issue the blueprint for america right they're a democratic polling firm they do message testing
00:46:33.800 they found that the transgender issue kamala being more obsessed with cultural issues like
00:46:38.820 transgenderism was the biggest issue for swing voters right this is the issue that's helping decide
00:46:45.360 who americans put into positions of power and democrats very shortly are going to have to
00:46:50.400 reconcile with that steve because of your guys's help at war room i mean look your guys i'm part of
00:46:55.780 war room right uh we raised 18 million dollars this year that we spent to help president trump get
00:47:01.140 elected but here's where it gets cooler republicans across the country spent 215 million dollars
00:47:08.060 attacking democrats on transgender issues 215 million dollars this was a central issue in the
00:47:14.360 election and it's a major reason why i believe donald trump is in the white house going into the
00:47:19.220 white house this january particularly for people i can tell you because i've done some testing on
00:47:25.180 this particularly people who are not maga who are just kind of coming to this and one of the first
