00:01:12.900All right, so we're going to start off with this.
00:01:15.820This first story that we're going to hit tonight, I want to hat tip to Robert Spencer and the great guys at Jihad Watch, because I saw this flag because they'd flagged it up.
00:01:31.480This is the story that down in Dallas, at a meeting hosted by the Islamic Association of Collin County, a certain representative, Dr. Sabeel Ahmed of the Islamic Circle of North America, came out with an astonishing quote, basically.
00:01:56.860Some people may fear Sharia is coming to the US. Do not fear. Sharia is not coming to the US.
00:02:04.820And the reason it is not coming to the US is because it is already here.0.98
00:02:11.000Before we discuss this and break it down, Frank, I just want to say, firstly, that Attorney General Ken Paxton has been talking about this,1.00
00:02:20.520the Islamification of America, but specifically Texas repeatedly,
00:03:08.280There's no great threat of Sharia law being brought in to America either.0.87
00:03:16.220This is just your usual, typical deplorables with their hair on fire, whipping up fear, fear mongering.
00:03:28.280They're fear mongering and Islamophobia, where there is no essentially subject here to be afraid of.
00:03:37.280and that's not what the that's not the internal dialogue from the Muslims themselves this is um
00:03:46.340Frank I'll hand the microphone over to you now but I just want to say this is everything that
00:03:51.200we're going to discuss here is an absolute 1000% vindication of everything that Attorney General
00:03:59.860Ken Paxton has been warning about for years and others and also Steve Bannon and also
00:04:06.740the whole team at the war room. And of course, it is the prophet's vocation to be stoned.
00:04:20.260What is that? What's that line that our Lord says that of the Jews as you are truly sons of
00:04:27.080your fathers because you stoned the prophets? You raise monuments to the prophets your forefathers0.99
00:04:32.720stoned um so of course to get there before everyone else is saying something
00:04:38.900to some extent means leaving the flock
00:04:42.720just means to some extent leaving the flock um and being slightly isolated and opening yourself
00:04:52.620to attacks and being pilloried because you're no longer part of the mainstream
00:04:57.920But of course, if you are truly speaking about things that are going to take place and you are correct, then when if you're lucky enough to live long enough to see these things come true, you can take a quiet satisfaction.
00:05:12.940I'm sure that General Paxton and Steve Bannon aren't taking satisfaction from this because it is something that they have been investing a lot of time and energy into opposing and trying to stop from ever happening.
00:05:28.780So they're not going to take satisfaction in it.
00:05:30.620however they were right and your standard country club republicans who poo-pooed this
00:05:38.540and said come on guys this is not happening they're the guys who are wrong it's the mainstream
00:05:45.420country club republicans who have been wrong on this repeatedly and it's MAGA and specifically
00:05:52.380America first that has rolled its sleeves up got out there into the fray to warn about this
00:06:00.300eventuality and it's not on this occasion folks it's not general ken paxton talking about this
00:06:09.680and it's not steve bannon talking about this for scaremongering purposes oh scaremongering
00:06:15.300this is what the muslims themselves are saying sharia law is already here frank the microphone
00:06:21.640is yours yes this doctor that you referenced um ben that i gave a talk he was saying that
00:06:28.840talking about lunch there's a whole um there's a whole network of islamic associations different
00:06:35.780organizations maybe four or five of them just in this one event um in in plano texas i think it is
00:06:42.580that are there to promote islam and to kind of soften the presence of it and his message
00:06:50.040it works on us like you said the people are we're just like sitting ducks because we've been sold0.96
00:06:57.640this line that there's this good Islam and then there's this Sharia law Islam. And we don't want
00:07:06.100that. We don't want bad Islam. We don't want the violent Islam conquest and Sharia law. And we can1.00
00:07:15.460have Islam without those things because we have what? Religious freedom. And this point that this0.98
00:07:22.080Islamic scholar is making at this event where they're giving them all lunch is that you're
00:07:27.620So it's really nothing to worry about, because in everything we do is Sharia law.
00:07:48.740That's a doctrine of the United States.0.99
00:07:50.460But we really don't want religious freedom for all religions in the United States.
00:07:56.000Religious freedom is a very constrained constitutional idea about having a state religion, but it really didn't have anything to do with this, what's going on here.1.00
00:08:11.000Sharia law is involved just in the lunch, and religious freedom are involved in every single thing that we do.0.70
00:08:16.900Our religion, it's the cult that makes us decide what's right and what's wrong.0.90
00:08:21.980And so by trying to protect religious freedom all the time like they've done here at these organizations in Plano, you're going to end up like Europe.0.99
00:08:31.980And you know, Ben, in Europe, you watch in the UK and in France and in Italy, the people that live every day with Islam in their neighborhoods, they understand the reality.0.98
00:08:43.140But in the United States, we're just sitting ducks here hanging on to what we believe is our duty towards Islamic people.0.99
00:08:49.640And in Plano, Texas, you're right. The governor, in fact, and the housing and urban development, they're trying to push back on funerals that are Islamic in Plano and in a 1,000 house development that's just a Muslim village.0.71
00:09:03.080See, that's all the context of this talk that this scholar is giving.
00:09:08.580They're building a whole huge, enormous city in Plano, Texas. It's just going to be a Muslim city.0.67
00:09:13.700That's a lot of people. And, you know, there'll be a lot of children. There'll be a lot of children there and a lot of growth.
00:09:18.960So this this has to be pushed back against. And I have a quote here from, let me see, from Calvin Robinson.
00:09:28.720And he says, civil society has a duty towards a true religion of public propagation of true religion and public propagation of false religions or ideologies should be restrained for the common good.
00:09:39.600But St. John Domeskin called Islam the heresy of the Ishmaelites.
00:09:44.240For goodness sake, charity does not require the promotion of errors.
00:10:06.100and they will have a law that is antagonistic to the way that we live.0.96
00:10:10.020We don't think of ourselves as secular, but we're not.
00:10:14.740We have a Christian civilization whether we believe it or not.
00:10:20.780I don't know whether we're going to have time today's show
00:10:24.220to discuss the Justice Gorsuch intervention on this point
00:10:31.620where he says that he doesn't see it that way,
00:10:33.960that um america was founded as a christian nation um all right firstly you said about religious
00:10:45.160freedom uh and the difficulty of i think you said we don't want religious freedom for muslims
00:10:54.220but with regards to religious freedom and we can't get into the get down this rabbit hole
00:10:59.140on on the show here i think the traditional catholic view on this has always been that
00:11:05.140error has no rights so close move on uh we'll say that uh i sort of i sort of subscribe to that view
00:11:14.580but just just get that out there um and move on um the problem the practical problem the prudential
00:11:24.580problem with extending religious liberty to religions that themselves don't believe in it
00:11:33.380is is one of of paradox effectively because you're you're inviting in people that will
00:11:42.320take the right that you give them and use the liberty afforded by that right to confiscate
00:11:50.620that right from you and right across the world for decades 90 of the persecution of christians0.78
00:11:56.880has take takes place in the world and under in the islamic sphere um so there's a prudential
00:12:03.340issue here there's the traditional catholic view here um and both of those i think have something
00:12:12.300to speak especially on the prudential issue of how many people's led in frank the the thing i
00:12:19.480I want to say here, because you can't have this conversation without referencing the concept, the Islamic jurisprudential concept of taqiyya, which perhaps to be generous, according to the mainstream interpretations of Islam, simply means the legitimacy to deceive in self-defense.
00:12:47.980The problem is that the militants, the militant Islamists trying to Islamify the West, take that concept and widen it to the whole debate.
00:12:59.260And here's the problem that we have, and this is a fundamental problem when it comes to the West's engagement with Islam.0.94
00:13:07.780I am quite happy. Firstly, firstly, the Quran is a violent set of texts with many, many verses mandating violence against non-believers.1.00
00:13:24.240So the Quran in itself is, I think, a set of, it's quite violent.
00:13:30.100i'm not saying that all muslims follow the violence mandated in the quran0.99
00:13:38.960i'd say quite a few of them actually fundamentally believe the supernatural basis0.93
00:13:47.340of their religion just as the majority of christians don't like the so-called 2 1.4 billion
00:13:54.400catholics the the vast majority of those don't believe in the supernatural basis of uh of
00:14:01.180christianity right and i think seeing as god made us all god made us all with the desire to live
00:14:06.940peaceably care love our family and our friends and uh and get on with our lives the problem is
00:14:15.440And a small proportion of Muslims take those precepts from the Quran and the Hadith, and they give to those precepts absolute truth and govern their lives with a great degree of coherence that you don't really find in Christianity anymore, in post-conciliate Catholicism at least.0.71
00:14:38.680they take those precepts and that's exactly what they expect that they want to do especially in
00:14:46.420the west especially second third generation now when i come back to the point of prudence
00:14:52.280i cannot know from the outside what type of muslim i am dealing with i have to get to know0.98
00:15:02.120them personally before having a before being able to work out whether they're basically nice guys1.00
00:15:09.220you may even go to the mosque on on friday or whether these are people who would kill me and
00:15:16.020and strike at my neck if given half the chance and the problem is i cannot get to know every
00:15:25.560single person nor do i want to nor do i feel it's my job to do so so i have to come back to something
00:15:31.400like Steve Bannon said like 10 years ago,
00:15:34.840specifically on the issue of the invasion generally,
00:15:39.600but I will apply it to the subject at hand, which is Islam,0.83
00:15:44.660and say we need in the West a moratorium,1.00
00:15:49.720that is to say a total prohibition of people coming in0.98
00:15:53.300from Islamic countries until we in the West,0.91
00:15:57.160at least until we in the West can sort out for ourselves
00:16:01.020without pressure what is going on here yeah i done that a couple weeks ago i spoke to a priest
00:16:08.620from nigeria and he lives together in the islamic world where you know all the violence and he said0.51
00:16:13.580we were friends you know we would do things together and sing as kids but what they do is1.00
00:16:17.700they sort of ingratiate themselves here which is you mentioned the kia and then they have
00:16:22.560four kids and then they get married again and then they have five kids and then they get married
00:16:27.860again, and then they have a few more. And that's, we don't know how fast and how effective this will
00:16:34.960spread. But you, I mean, I agree with you. The truth is written on the hearts of men. And these
00:16:39.660are human beings, people that want to live decent lives for the most part, but we have to take the
00:16:44.220full package. What we're getting is the full package. We can't, as a society that is no longer
00:16:49.680militant Christian, we can't fight against this unless we really focus on it and can't just0.92
00:16:55.200relate back on religious freedom and expect it to work out we have to use every tactic at our0.66
00:17:01.900disposal starting off with prudence um all right frank stay with us we'll come back to you uh in
00:17:11.34060 seconds now the world gold council this is something i picked up this morning in one of
00:17:18.280Jim Rickard's newsletters. The World Council says that central banks bought over 1,000 tons annually
00:17:26.580in each of the three years through 2024, far above the previous pace of 400 to 500 tons per year.
00:17:37.7601,000 tons annually. That's a huge amount of gold. And the reason I'm flagging that up today
00:17:44.680is if you want to get in on the action if you see that our globalist sociopathic overlords
00:17:53.800are buying big in gold then it's natural it would be a natural use of one's own intelligence say if
00:18:03.020that's what they're doing what do they know and how can i get in on that action right that's the
00:18:17.020Following on, as I say, quoting this, The Morning Reckoning,
00:18:20.740which is, as I say, one of Jim Rickard's newsletters.
00:18:26.180In its 2025 survey, 95% of respondents expected global central bank gold reserves to rise this year,
00:18:34.900while 73% expected the dollar's share of global reserves to fall over five years.
00:18:41.080So that's what that's to answer my own question. That's what they know. And if they know that and they've geared the system so that over the last 15, 20 years, people with hundreds of millions of dollars have become billionaires.
00:19:01.360whereas if you're the regular guy end of the spectrum you your wife probably need at least
00:19:10.780three jobs between the two of you to make it through to the end of the month so that's what0.98
00:19:15.960they know that's what they're acting on to increase their wealth um well one thing that
00:19:24.600you could do is pick up the phone and text philip patrick at his and his team at birch gold
00:19:32.240by texting bannon to nine eight nine eight nine eight and say philip this is what i hear is taking
00:19:41.860place what should i be doing with my investments how should i be diversifying and just listen to
00:19:49.840whatever advice he gives you he's one of the world's experts on this philip patrick and his
00:19:55.720team at birch gold group awaiting your call text bannon b-a-double-n-o-n to nine eight nine eight
00:20:04.540nine eight they're all standing by waiting for your call all right on with the show um frank
00:20:12.260this is something i think um that we could spend the whole show talking about and in one way or
00:20:21.900another frank we do spend every show talking about it jenny holland is often on this subject so
00:20:31.480a report of around 11 000 young people that is to say uh 18 especially 12 to 29 year olds in
00:20:42.100brazil were asked to fill out a questionnaire
00:20:54.220is and this was commissioned i think by the uh the brazilian
00:20:58.100brazilian catholic bishops conference the response came back and it was clear
00:21:02.200they want more devotion in the liturgy more reverence
00:21:08.540in the liturgy, and they've said that the lack of reverence in the liturgy
00:21:15.800and the excessive emphasis, and I quote, the excessive emphasis
00:21:19.900on socio-political issues is the primary factor hindering
00:21:27.080their participation in the life of the faith.
00:21:33.180frank walker that is i think the vindication of everything we have been trying to do since
00:21:40.300we put this show together a year ago yeah he said the youth today are calling out
00:21:48.140that for their pastors they're highly shepherds they want a greater relationship with god and
00:21:56.140they want to see christ and all they're getting is marxist politics and shoddy shoddy liturgy
00:22:04.200right the results could not be clearer break it down for us please yes it's so true and and this
00:22:12.480is the epicenter of liberation theology catholicism in brazil and so when you hear that coming from
00:22:18.660young people they're representing generations of young people because before we had francis and leo
00:22:24.800and their liberation theology communist version of the catholic church that isn't catholic
00:22:30.680they had the um you know the the where they first tried it out in latin america and so they're there
00:22:37.060these people are speaking you never get the voice of the actual people anymore in the church you
00:22:43.640know it's hindering their participation and and and they want they they're sick of hearing all
00:22:48.800the social justice stuff and um there it's young people 12 to 29 and they were surveyed in all
00:22:53.900regions 11 000 people but you're right it was the bishops and the pontifical university in rio
00:23:00.900that put this together they want us they stick with the superficial volume of superficial content
00:23:07.520and they want a deeper relationship and a sense of purpose in life which went right here that
00:23:13.180it's so true but it's sad because they're so uncatechized that they don't know they just say
00:23:18.760I know there's got to be a deeper medium, a more of a reason for me to be alive.
00:23:24.080You know, when you look at life and the suffering in life and and you don't have Christ, you know, how do you have the courage to know which way to go and why?
00:23:33.780You just you're missing a whole aspect of who you are when you cut the God part out.
00:23:38.040And this has been this shows you how, you know, Brazil is, I think, more more Protestant than Catholic now.
00:23:45.540And it's just been in a few generations that it's changed because of this, because of this exact reason.
00:23:51.580And but they didn't go when you read this survey, they didn't go easily.0.72
00:23:55.720They tried to stay Catholic. They wanted to be a part of the church, but the church was stolen from them.
00:24:00.800So they had to move over to this, to the religion that was more Catholic than the actual Catholic religion that they were getting.
00:24:07.840And so this story here, when it gets passed beyond what the people actually say, the young people, it comes to the actual people that are doing the survey.
00:24:17.460And it's just so sad to watch them change it around, say, oh, it's they don't want to have polarization.
00:24:25.200Oh, it's not political. They want to come look at the survey and have balance in the spirit of Pentecost.
00:24:31.980They want to listen. They don't want to lose the synodality. They take the results, which are clear.
00:24:37.840and they twist them into an entire mess
00:24:40.360before you even get done to processing the results here.
00:24:43.620They digest them into a Leo mess at the end,
00:24:48.720before the same thing even gets off the ground.
00:24:53.560You know, they say they listen to the young people
00:24:56.120and they want the holiness and the word of God
00:24:57.820and the Eucharist and Christian formation

00:32:42.780frank walker we're talking about islam in the beginning of the show today we have the sad
00:32:49.860anniversary of the 10th anniversary of the death of father jacques hamel who um who people remember
00:33:00.940was martyred whilst he was saying mass in his little parish church i remind us what happened
00:33:10.82010 years ago frank walker and what the somewhat subdued response has been at this 10th year
00:33:21.660anniversary mark this week uh well father hamel is 86 years old and he was just saying the morning0.81
00:33:30.220mass with a few catholics uh there and he uh these these uh terrorists islamics a couple of0.94
00:33:36.600them came in and started breaking things and then tried to get him to fall to his knees and honor0.97
00:33:44.060them somehow. And they ended up just sawing off his head. Before they did that, it's reported
00:33:51.620that he said, be gone Satan at them. But it turned into quite a big story 10 years ago when it
00:33:59.720happened. And there were pictures of people having little vigils to him and putting his picture with
00:34:06.040a bunch of candles up on altars, and his family was all in the news, and it became something
00:34:13.500that people talked about all the time because it was so horrible.
00:34:16.800But in this story here, in this commemoration, I would agree with you that it's subdued because
00:34:21.960Emmanuel Macron has honored him at this anniversary, and that, to me, it's kind of sad.
00:34:31.420I mean, I think Emmanuel Macron probably has the lowest popularity, lower than any dictator probably in the world of almost any politician.
00:34:40.940No matter what people do to try to unseat him, they can't seem to get around all of the loopholes.
00:34:47.820And he was there and he told he said that he tirelessly defend the freedom of conscience that the republic guarantees and that that that Hamel embodied the rejection of hatred.
00:35:05.620OK, conscience and hatred and against hatred are two of the things that he's promoting here in this and sends faithful fraternal greetings because France remains united against people who would divide us.
00:35:17.120These are the things Macron said at this event, and I think that he's trying to separate
00:35:24.640Islamic terror from the Islamization of France that's happening and make sure that everybody
00:35:29.980doesn't end up like these terrorists or thinking like them by being haters, you know.0.95
00:35:36.500Hatred is a word of the left, and it's not about division between—he's trying to unite
00:37:38.900he's not a martyr to the religious freedom no he's or freedom of conscience i mean if if that
00:37:50.220is what you are required to do if that is the if that is what you are required to do as president
00:37:58.980of the french republic to take the round-shaped truth and for it force it into a square-shaped
00:38:05.440whole of political expediency to keep your fragmented and and and divided country as some
00:38:13.020kind of unity or of political body that's what you are required to do you are conceptually
00:38:21.240disarming yourself from the very thing which frank walker you're attributing to him in order0.99
00:38:28.860to attribute to him that he's acting in good faith this desire to separate the good islam from bad0.99
00:38:34.620islam because he's not even recognizing the essence of the bad islam that martyred this 860.96
00:38:40.560year old priest he's completely recast what the whole what this was about in order to not have0.99
00:38:47.700riots in france it's why yeah that's right it's why he's so unpopular because he's it's such an
00:38:54.460inhuman message and you know there's little known fact about this event i quote here is a local
00:38:59.780mosque in St. Antien de Rouveau was built on land that was donated by the neighborhood
00:39:06.720Catholic Church, the neighboring Catholic Church, reflecting the close interfaith cooperation
00:39:10.520that Fr. Jacques Hamel participated in.
00:39:13.600Local friendship, and Fr. Hamel worked alongside local Muslim leaders, including Mohamed Karabada,
00:39:19.300the president of the Regional Muslim Council, on interfaith initiatives.0.95
00:39:23.140So that's the kind of thing that is the thing that should be that Macron should be complaining about, because this enabling of this terror state of this this Sharia, a world where they saw off heads is what this is all about.0.96
00:39:40.880This happens. I mean, the Archbishop of Albuquerque just today complained to everybody because they're all stopping the building of a mosque in New Mexico, which is a place where they're not going to be that positive about it.0.86
00:39:52.280But it's just like in Detroit, the Bishop of Detroit just had a horrible, horrible love fest at a local mosque.
00:39:59.920These things are going to lead to terror. These things are going to be the end of our civilization.
00:40:04.140And, you know, I don't know if you can call him a martyr where all the people killed at the Bataclan nightclub, were they martyrs?
00:40:10.880The kids at the Ariana Grande concert, were they martyrs?
00:40:16.060They're just victims is what they are.0.97
00:40:17.960They're victims of Islam, and it happens all over the world.1.00
00:40:22.120And I think a martyr should be a Catholic, and if you're enabling Islam,0.96
00:40:26.980if you're an 86-year-old typical priest, you're probably not really that Catholic.0.83
00:40:31.600So this is a new—I know people are going to disagree with that because it's a subject,
00:40:35.200but I think being Catholic should matter if you're going to be called an actual martyr.
00:40:40.200well well on that point 10 years he'd be 97 96 97 now 10 years ago he's 86 he was ordained a priest
00:40:50.740before the council yeah i just want to i just want to throw that out there for whatever it's worth
00:40:56.840i hope okay so um let's you know you you you indicate these things in america that this
00:41:08.640story reminds you of i want to go back to france we covered this a couple of weeks ago um you say
00:41:13.900that this father hamel actually donated land from the church to build the local mosque which this guy
00:41:21.260who actually ended up slitting his throat during mass frequented it frequented that reminds me of
00:41:29.420the story we we hit a couple of weeks ago frank on the show where a parish priest in france invited
00:41:35.780in an invader who had been who had personally been welcomed in and shook hands with bergoglio
00:41:43.500of unhappy memory pope pope francis uh the late unlamented pope francis of unhappy memory
00:41:49.500shook hands with him fresh off the boat um this parish priest gave him lodging in his vicarage0.52
00:41:58.960And this invader ended up stabbing him to death, the priest to death, and burning down the medieval cathedral church.
00:42:11.940That is a metaphor, I think, of when I say France doesn't exist anymore.
00:42:16.800That is a metaphor for the auto, the self-destruction, the suicide of what once used to be known as the eldest daughter of the church.
00:42:26.980I can only take this moment before we are obliged by time considerations to move on to say, as I normally do on these points, this is what is happening in continental Europe.
00:42:36.400We are further down the road than you Americans.
00:42:40.080Look what we are doing here in continental Europe and don't follow us down this road, because once you follow us down this road, there's no turning back.
00:42:48.460I say this point again and again and again, but I will continue to say it because it's important.
00:42:53.440perhaps i get new adherence every time i say do not follow this path because if you follow this
00:42:59.960path there is no turning back france is unsalvageable the uk is unsalvageable italy is
00:43:06.840salvageable if it acts quickly but there's no evidence that it is doing germany is unsalvageable
00:43:13.040the netherlands are unsalvageable so on and so forth don't replicate our mistakes um we need
00:43:20.260to come back to the point from the first half of the show a moratorium all right quick ad break and
00:43:25.300then we'll finish off with frank walker in in two minutes uh i gave you the details earlier about
00:43:30.580gold pick up the phone text bannon once again to 98 98 98 speak to philip patrick and his team
00:43:38.360say that you've heard that in each of the last three years central banks have been
00:43:44.020hoarding 1000 tons of gold between them you want in on the action what should you do text once again
00:43:53.200bannon to 98 98 98 and i did mention that i picked those facts up from um one of jim rickard's
00:44:03.760newsletters you might i take the opportunity to say you might take or consider taking advantage
00:44:09.960of subscribing to Jim Ricard's flagship newsletter,
00:44:15.860Strategic Intelligence, for just $17.76.
00:44:59.760and subscribe to Strategic Intelligence, which is $17.76.
00:45:04.680sense all right frank walker look um we've got about five minutes left and this is the story
00:45:09.260that i've been waiting to hit also we covered repeatedly in the various stages the intervention
00:45:18.680of the u.s ambassador to the holy seas um the debate regarding the politicking the communist
00:45:27.660politicking of the various papal pretenders we covered it when he made his original intervention
00:45:33.040um i think it was as an editorial if i'm not mistaken um we covered the vatican's response
00:45:46.160basically ambassador brian birch brian birch that your your ambassador america's ambassador to the
00:45:54.420to the holy sea had made the argument that you can divide effectively the pope's roles into two
00:46:01.500his role as head of state and his role as universal shepherd and just bracket all of his
00:46:09.760communist interventions into the head of state role and let him speak as a politician um now
00:46:15.740brian birch i'll give him credit where it's due he's got like nine or ten kids so he's he is
00:46:21.420living the faith um in an interview now with raymond arroyo over on ewtn he walked it all back
00:46:30.480it was inevitable it was it was obviously inevitable that he was going to walk it all
00:46:34.980back frank um and i was sort of watching it through i was watching the interview through
00:46:39.160the gaps in my hands because it was so it was so cringe my toes were curling up into the soles
00:46:44.300of my feet it was inevitable he was gonna he was gonna walk it all back um look so the guy
00:46:49.760has got what nine or ten kids and he knows he knew full well before he even launched
00:46:55.880his half-hearted attempt to keep conservative traditional catholics in the camp he knew full
00:47:03.900well what the what the pope's role is he knew it was an artificial distinction when he said it
00:47:09.500um right but the slightest bit of protest and he backs down and here's my point i live for the day
00:47:18.860look i might have mentioned this before on the show i don't often talk about it but
00:47:23.16010 15 years ago i was a consigliere in the vatican and um i was there when in 2015 2016 when donald
00:47:32.420trump announced his candidacy um and i was really the only guy in rome who was um agitating extremely
00:47:42.480heavily for donald trump from june july 2015 onwards okay i say that i know how in i know how
00:47:51.500they think in the vatican they think that maga is just just crazy crazy people um that it doesn't
00:47:58.420represent america doesn't even know it doesn't represent the republican party doesn't represent
00:48:04.500america and it's just a crazy movement and nothing like these walkbacks affirm that sentiment
00:48:12.920in the vatican i yearn for the day and this isn't just a president trump thing that goes back
00:48:19.220historically i yearn for the day when an american president can send to the vatican an ambassador
00:48:27.760who will represent him and his administration rather than representing the vatican to the
00:48:35.540administration i mean the vatican already has an ambassador who to dc who does that we don't need
00:48:41.420right i yearn for the day i yearn for the day when an american president will send somebody
00:48:50.100here to rome to agitate for the principles of this movement frank walker they're afraid they're
00:48:58.120afraid of the catholic church they're afraid of the power what they see is of the catholic church
00:49:03.020and and i just don't understand it i don't understand why they have to be this way they're
00:49:08.740conservatives they tee up the football and that like you know like charlie brown and then they
00:49:13.380and then the vatican goes and kicks it right back they say that there's two different popes there's
00:49:18.040a political job and then there's a real job oh and in his real job of course he his really he's
00:49:24.840has to be the religion of pacifism that's that's what everybody needs that's his real pope job
00:49:30.140where did you hear that i mean that's even at the end of his talk even at the end of his talk with
00:49:35.380Raymond Arroyo he admits at the end that you know there are people that are evil and if you don't
00:49:40.600stop them they'll do great damage so he actually stands up for a catholic thing for a change at
00:49:46.140the end but first he has to just walk up Frank Walker that that that kind of tagged on thing at
00:49:52.560the end of an interview isn't going to convince anybody no you need and I don't know you need to
00:49:58.060you need to argue these points with conviction right on your terms in your words in your language
00:50:04.420Trump does that, right? President Trump does that. Steve Bannon does that. What I would like is for President Trump to send somebody to represent him who will do that also.
00:50:19.800And my, you know, I think that Ambassador Birch, who has admirable qualities, right, but fundamentally, I guess that he thinks he's got his bases covered with J.D. Vance and with Marco Rubio.
00:50:39.020yeah right and and therefore was a genius he said francis was a genius at lobbying
00:50:44.880lobbying uh great dialogue bombs at people you know they need to do they need to say
00:50:49.600this is not catholic whenever they do that i think that's politically good when they say the pope is
00:50:54.600not representing catholic teaching here and the catholic people would expect him to represent
00:50:59.440catholic teaching then he'll be in line with the regular people you know they just don't do that
00:51:04.340they need to realize that this is a stunt you know that's why they keep calling him the successor
00:51:08.760of Peter the Vatican says well the successor of Peter remains above all a spiritual leader Brian
00:51:13.980Birch you should know that well everybody else should know that this is a stunt pope and he's
00:51:19.220not a catholic and he's there in order to twist politics so push back against him on behalf of
00:51:25.760actual Christians on behalf of Catholics and evangelicals were many times more catholic than
00:51:31.280most catholics you know because they don't like looking at pope leo and the things he says either
00:51:35.500politically it's just a i don't see that i don't understand why they do act like with this fear i
00:51:40.640don't get it frank frank walker that's it 10 seconds where do people go to catch up with you
00:51:46.700on social media until next wednesday canon 212 all spelled out on twitter and of course the site
00:51:51.800canon 212 and then you can see the uh on the right column you can see the daily update and

00:52:05.780Most Americans are forced to spend too much money on health care and getting too little in return.
00:52:11.180If you're one of the millions frustrated by traditional health insurance, I want to tell you about America's health share.
