00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for I mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing
00:00:16.220 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the authoritarians
00:00:23.980 get total control and total power because this is just like in Arizona this is just like in
00:00:29.440 Georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and
00:00:33.880 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is
00:00:38.160 the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's
00:00:45.200 your host Stephen K Bannon okay we're in the battleground uh today it is a Wednesday 12 October
00:00:53.140 in the year of early 2022 we've got candidates today as we expand the battlefield we've got
00:00:59.000 issues today that are driving this red tsunami but I want to start off with the media and suppression
00:01:05.980 and what's going on with candidates etc I've got RC from Project Veritas but I want to start with the
00:01:11.280 great Julie Kelly Julie you've been probably I think the best watchdog over the FBI of anybody in all
00:01:20.300 media and particularly the right uh and normally you're covering court cases of what they're doing
00:01:24.660 but you've got a very disturbing piece up on American greatness about it looks like that the big tech and
00:01:30.480 the apparatus and suppression of information for the midterms can you walk through take your time
00:01:35.420 and walk through exactly what you found in your investigative report thanks Steve so this is based
00:01:41.260 on the lawsuit filed by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmidt and he is really uh forcing the
00:01:48.100 government's hand he's suing government agencies and government employees to expose the collaboration
00:01:54.500 between the government and big tech in terms of the pandemic in terms of vaccines and the election
00:02:02.120 well he just uh updated his complaint and one of his defendants is a man named Elvis Chan he is an
00:02:10.020 assistant special agent in the FBI field office he is a so-called cyber expert
00:02:17.200 well what Elvis Chan apparently really is and this is based on my own research and what's included in
00:02:24.740 Attorney General Schmidt's lawsuit is that instead of overseeing and investigating the 300 plus Silicon
00:02:32.900 Valley companies in his jurisdiction what Elvis Chan really does is acts as a conduit between the FBI
00:02:40.500 and big tech companies to tell them what speech what posts what information they should censor they should suppress under the ruse of foreign disinformation or misinformation and we see that this was successful of course in 2020 related to the reporting on Hunter Biden's laptop
00:03:01.560 ho ho ho ho but slow down slow down slow down hang on hang on hang on slow down I've got the Schmidt part of it and Schmidt's now running for the U.S. Senate um and and he's he's a hammer I've seen this lawsuit make make the connection Julie Kelly always brings the receipts you got Elvis Chan as a field is the guy that runs the field office out there in Silicon Valley for the FBI how do you then make the connection that he's just not that he's actually a coordinator
00:03:29.560 feeding this defensive information what what how do you back that up so what the lawsuit alleges is that Elvis Chan was one of two FBI agents who communicated with Facebook before the New York Post published its bombshell expose on Hunter Biden's laptop Elvis Chan is named as one of the two FBI agents who communicated with Facebook officials
00:03:57.560 and as you know Steve and as you know Steve and as you know Steve and the world knows especially after Mark Zuckerberg's interview with Joe Rogan in August he again confirmed that the FBI reached out to him to designate any coverage of this or distribution of this as the effort of foreign malign actors attempting to interfere in the election more important details in this lawsuit and Elvis Chan's own bragging is how
00:04:27.540 how frequently he is how frequently he is in communication with not just Facebook but all social media platforms that he is the guy and he said before the 2020 election he was in contact with these companies on a weekly basis to warn them about what the FBI predicted or had designated foreign election interference and so he has now the other revelation that came out Steve
00:04:56.540 is Elvis Chan goes back to the 2016 Russian election interference hoax his name has popped up several times and it's in my piece in the evidence collected by special counsel John Durham in the criminal case against Michael Sussman
00:05:14.540 Elvis Chan Elvis Chan had direct communication with Michael Sussman
00:05:19.540 CrowdStrike which was the firm that allegedly investigated the Russian hack into the DNC email servers which we know also is a lie but he was sort of helping the FBI Michael Sussman and the DNC and CrowdStrike he was sort of helping or trying to give the FBI's imprimatur on the notion that Russian hackers were responsible for that
00:05:43.540 breach which of course we now know also is not true so his fingerprints date all the way back to 2016 certainly 2020 suppression campaign of the Hunter Biden laptop information and now he's saying that he is on the lookout for more misinformation or disinformation on social media platforms about the 2022 elections
00:06:06.540 okay let me go back to uh to uh because we were the people that that broke it and actually got it to the New York Post and then of course war room uh carpet bombed the um the revelations for by the Chinese Communist Party of their financial influence peddling they did with the Biden crime family the working but also all the perversion of of Hunter Biden and we were there when they called it a Russian disinformation understanding was a total lie remember the audience the mainstream media is
00:06:36.520 he has now backed this is now backed this up a year and a half a year and a half afterwards they've all New York Times Washington Post they've taken a year and a half no now now it's correct we know it was correct at the time the New York Post knew it was correct at the time Murdoch's lawyers knew it was correct at the time everybody verified this and checked it out
00:06:51.520 so Alvis Chan he could not have done what he's doing now but on the Hunter Biden laptop he's such a senior guy and they obviously would put a trusted asset out there to run that office is there any doubt in your mind that he had to have main FBI and senior level sign off on what he's been doing ma'am
00:07:12.900 he absolutely did and one of the other people who communicated along with him with Facebook and other social media big tech oligarchs was Laura Demelow she is a chief with this foreign interference task force that Christopher Wray put together shortly after his appointment in 2017 this is sort of the umbrella Steve the FBI's umbrella task force or operation
00:07:41.000 that justifies that justifies warning that justifies warning media companies social media companies big tech internet providers that what they could be posting that's true but what they could be posting if it denigrates a democratic candidate is some sort of misinformation so she was with Elvis Chan when these communications when this correspondence was happening in October of 2020
00:08:08.000 so of course this has to have Christopher Wray sign off and who knows who else in the FBI or DOJ because if you go back and look at the emails in October of 2016 for the Russiagate hoax the National Security Division DOJ was involved in that as well
00:08:27.100 and so it would not be surprising if this NSD led by Matthew Olson who is also the guy signing off on all of the government's motions for the raid on Mar-a-Lago
00:08:38.120 if Matthew Olson somehow is not involved either
00:08:41.360 Matthew Olson's the head of the FBI our audience remembers Matthew Olson from the clips with Matt Gaetz
00:08:48.440 Matthew Olson I think is head of national security for FBI domestic and he never knows anything
00:08:54.260 they ask him where's the laptop where's this he's he didn't know anything I don't know I don't it's an
00:08:59.720 ongoing investigation or I don't know this guy's never answered Olson's never answered a straight
00:09:05.540 question with a straight answer on any congressional hearing we've ever seen him am I too over the top
00:09:11.880 on that one Julie Kelly of course not no Matthew Olson is head of the national security division for the
00:09:18.820 justice department he would not answer any questions by Matt Gaetz or any Republicans who asked him
00:09:25.340 questions but he did open up without any authorization or approval by Congress what he calls a domestic terror
00:09:33.740 unit inside of the national security division so you could see how all these operatives not only have
00:09:40.420 worked together since 2016 with the birth of crossfire hurricane and the birth of the Russia collusion
00:09:47.340 hoax but now still working together just weeks before the midterms and setting up these same
00:09:55.140 companies regular traditional conventional media and of course the Democrats to portray any criticism of
00:10:02.360 this election as a result of foreign interference
00:10:05.900 Real quickly have you noticed I noticed they're taking down McCullough so they're really going out of the way to
00:10:13.120 suppress anything about the vaccine they're all over Naomi Wolf they're all over Dr. McCullough other people
00:10:18.480 it's like a jihad right now have you noticed any other things about suppression that might have come from
00:10:25.200 this this coordination between the FBI and social media anything that pops up to your mind right now
00:10:30.260 not so much related to the election but we will see as all this information comes out about the vaccine
00:10:37.160 and what has now been admitted in the European Parliament by a Pfizer executive that of course this
00:10:44.360 ha ha ha no this wasn't supposed to stop transmission but look this is why Eric Schmidt's lawsuit is so
00:10:50.880 important he gets into the details of how big tech worked with the government and now the Biden
00:10:56.440 administration to suppress any criticism kick people off of platforms of course that were critical of the
00:11:01.880 vaccine now once again exonerated so the big question now this lawsuit really has some traction now
00:11:09.040 the judge is forcing compelling the production of evidence and we will see a lot more now that Elvis
00:11:15.560 Chan and other FBI officials have been named as defendants producing more evidence of their collusion
00:11:22.860 with big tech to silence criticism of this regime and important life-altering decisions such as
00:11:31.540 forcing people to take this vaccine. Julie how do people follow you on social media how they get to all
00:11:38.680 your great reporting over at American Greatness? Thanks Steve I'm at amgreatness.com I'm on Twitter
00:11:44.980 at Julie underscore Kelly too I just covered a sentencing hearing for a family of five charged and pleaded
00:11:51.220 guilty with parading in the capital and berated by Chief Judge Beryl Howell if people are interested to see
00:11:59.140 what these judges are saying to low-level trespassers who happen to be Trump supporters but that's where
00:12:06.220 people can find most of my coverage in my work. Julie thank you very much honored to have you on here
00:12:13.120 as always one of the best investigative reporters out there and every and everybody should go to
00:12:18.340 American Greatness every day fantastic fantastic site new site okay very honored to have one of the
00:12:24.600 warriors over at Project Veritas let's play the clip first this is a classic I guarantee you you're going
00:12:30.260 to want to play it over and over again just as a study in how to do this this should be taught in
00:12:35.360 colleges for journalism let's go ahead and play it they're now both currently hiding in bathrooms
00:12:40.520 are you going to clean that up or just leave that here for the business
00:12:54.520 I just wanted to ask you about comments you made on undercover footage regarding having a disdain for
00:13:01.560 discussing politics now do you recall that Secretary Roberts you kind of talked about how you don't like to
00:13:08.040 discuss policy you don't like to debate just wanted to know if that is informing your decision
00:13:13.120 I don't want to talk to you I don't want to talk politics to anyone who I don't know
00:13:17.000 you've been caught on camera discussing or disdain for policy
00:13:21.740 secretary she's going inside of a restaurant she's ran secretary Hobbs has ran she doesn't want to
00:13:31.640 discuss policy with me you want to talk about comments on this project made on camera undercover
00:13:45.500 he's a spokesman isn't he talked about running from a debate they're now both currently hiding in
00:14:02.340 bathrooms Mr. Wolf was here to save her now he's hiding in the bathroom secretary Hobbs he's out of
00:14:08.080 the bathroom Mr. Wolf is out of the bathroom considering your campaign drives around with
00:14:17.320 an AR-15 don't you think rules for thee but not for me is problematic for someone running for state
00:14:22.680 office would Katie support something like an assault weapons ban if she could yeah I mean that probably
00:14:28.980 that's a federal issue right there's nothing she could do about it right at least let's bring in
00:14:33.580 RC let's bring in RC okay let's bring RC Maxwell in I can't tell you how classic this is I've looked
00:14:41.200 at a million of these over my time in this line of work this is one of the it's it's not it's not
00:14:47.860 it becomes funny but it's funny because their actions Katie Hobbs is running for governor she won't
00:14:54.680 get on a debate stage RC you tracked her down and there's so many amazing human moments in that she
00:15:01.740 knocks down the drink and she goes hey you knocked your drink down you're just going to leave it for
00:15:05.880 the crew to pick up she goes into a bathroom and locks herself in and then Mr. Wolf and Mr. Wolf's in
00:15:12.220 the bathroom brother I gotta tell you it's a classic tell us she's got to have PTSD now she'll never
00:15:18.400 debate RC Maxwell actually made it so that Katie Hobbs will never debate never debate Carrie Lake
00:15:24.620 impossible she's got PTSD from this RC talk to us about how did you get all this great footage how did you
00:15:30.200 do this really this uh thanks for having me on Steve it's a pleasure to be here um you know this
00:15:35.640 is what we do at Project Veritas we we go the umpteenth mile in order to get comment and to get kind of
00:15:42.280 the unadulterated truth from people running for state office people who are elite and in the case of
00:15:48.780 Secretary Hobbs she's already someone who is Secretary of State of Arizona she's holds statewide office
00:15:54.840 and look you know you've seen these kinds of interviews I've done these kinds of interviews James
00:15:59.260 O'Keefe has um sometimes people don't like to talk um most of the time you'll see members of private
00:16:06.600 enterprise maybe a Pfizer executive who may run we've never seen someone quite of the stature of
00:16:13.380 Ms. Hobbs someone who runs state office Secretary of State actually run in this manner uh recently I
00:16:20.080 had an interview with Senator Murkowski of Alaska she had the dignity and respect to answer my questions
00:16:25.940 and um you may not like her answers but she did that Secretary Hobbs on the other hand we've kind
00:16:33.300 of seen this trend from her an inability to kind of uh be an adult and and face things head on you
00:16:40.720 know they say when you run from your problems you're running a race you can't win and in this
00:16:45.720 situation Secretary Hobbs is getting criticism from all sides from not debating her opponent Carrie
00:16:51.600 Lake for not talking policy and I think we're seeing a bit of a glimpse why our undercover
00:16:57.560 reporter was able to obtain footage of Ms. Hobbs discussing her disdain for talking policy even with
00:17:04.380 her own constituents in Arizona so this is definitely an interesting time this footage is taking off in
00:17:10.040 Arizona we have still yet to get a reaction from the candidate she still has not commented publicly on
00:17:16.360 this although she did announce that she will be doing a one-on-one 30-minute interview with Arizona
00:17:22.260 public broadcasting so she'll speak with certain members of the media but but but she's yeah she's
00:17:28.320 trying but she's trying she's trying to there's like a debate because Carrie Lake's coming after us
00:17:32.800 but not here's of the footage which's so stunning when you sit down you could be any news guy
00:17:38.060 you know you could be with MSNBC or whatever you put the thing and you say hey I've got a couple
00:17:43.160 questions about policy what politician and state leader and she's an executive the Secretary of State
00:17:48.780 who would not at least let you ask a couple of questions and then see she immediately as soon as she sees
00:17:54.440 you she's running for the hills in fact knocks over knocks over the coke and doesn't even look back
00:17:59.040 she just sprinting and gets nervous and then runs into a bathroom who does that what elected official
00:18:04.720 what executive in the executive branch of Arizona would do that instead of sitting there saying okay
00:18:09.840 you know how many how tough are your questions going to be I mean you're going to ask you know
00:18:14.120 about elections you're asking about her running for governor or ask the typical kind of things
00:18:18.340 that reporters ask it what's so shocking as soon as she sees you with the microphone she's out am I
00:18:25.020 wrong is that what it is that what it essentially was when you were doing it in real time well you know
00:18:30.480 she was kind of startled before I identified myself as a Project Veritas reporter and then once I did that
00:18:37.400 she definitely didn't want to have any any involvement in that look you say this is what reporters
00:18:42.720 typically do this is what reporters traditionally do but we're in a new world of media Steve you know
00:18:48.400 this better than most these elected officials these elites they have backroom deals with members of the
00:18:53.960 media where they don't have to answer tough questions about policy we are 30 days we're less than 30 days
00:19:00.020 out from a vote yet we've still not seen a compare and contrast between the two individuals running
00:19:06.740 for governor in Arizona and Katie Hobbs is the reason for that she will not debate Ms. Hobbs in her mind
00:19:13.140 she says publicly she won't do it because Carrie Lake is a liar although wouldn't you want to expose a liar
00:19:19.680 in the debate although privately what we've determined is that Ms. Hobbs does not have an affinity for
00:19:25.340 policy which asks you why is she running for governor yeah RC uh incredible I will tell you
00:19:33.960 I know because I've been checking it's going super viral in Arizona this is going to have a big impact
00:19:39.580 on the on the election because people are saying why is this woman not not going to debate and then
00:19:44.000 she won't even talk to a reporter she runs and hides in the bathroom if you want to be governor
00:19:47.540 of a major state like Arizona you can't be hiding in the bathroom from a reporter RC how do people
00:19:53.240 follow you on social media how they find out more about your reporting and I know you're going to
00:19:56.400 be following up on this story well obviously like our other reporter James O'Keefe and our main account
00:20:02.060 at Project Veritas I am banned on Twitter however I am still on Instagram and you can follow Project
00:20:08.400 Veritas on Telegram to see our updates Steve I'm not going to give too much away but um you can read
00:20:15.280 between the lines all I'll say is that Project Veritas doesn't have any more reporters in Arizona in any
00:20:21.880 campaigns we have no more reporters anywhere in the country so if you're hiding information
00:20:26.300 please rest easy and let it all hang
00:20:28.860 RC Maxwell thank you very much for joining us fantastic job out there in Arizona amazing
00:20:35.200 thank you thank you um we're going to make sure that thing is going super viral and it's uh it's a
00:20:41.920 classic and by the way if you're a young uh person and think about media you should study that that is a
00:20:47.840 textbook and that's how James over the years has started to train these young reporters these young
00:20:52.640 tigers uh with uh Project Veritas just incredible RC Maxwell one of the best let's go to John Gibbs
00:20:58.540 I want to go to John here's a question I got for you we're seeing this all over the country these
00:21:03.560 Democrats that don't want to embrace the Biden policies they vote for that don't they weren't
00:21:08.120 they're running as moderate uh Republicans or even MAGA in their campaign ads you're running against
00:21:14.800 one of the ones that is is basically the moral equivalent of Katie Hobbs tell us how it's going
00:21:21.020 with the engagement or is your is your opponent still putting out ads with the but she's hugging
00:21:25.260 a bible hugging a gun uh you know sitting there with a big crocodile tears with her family or she's
00:21:31.360 is she finally going to get up and start debating the debacle that the Democratic Party is in these
00:21:36.500 terrible policies on economics on border security on crime on all of it sir well you can believe she's
00:21:43.360 trying to falsify who she is she's trying to portray herself as a moderate she's by no means
00:21:47.660 a moderate she's as far left as you get on every single issue she ran a tv commercial trying to say
00:21:52.580 that she wakes up in the morning and reads her bible and drinks her coffee so she can deal with her
00:21:57.060 little boys you know we were thinking well how do you know their voice what are their pronouns
00:22:00.540 you know that's what her real reaction should have been on that commercial so she's really hiding
00:22:04.600 what she's all about um it's it's quite ridiculous people are seeing through it we're getting
00:22:09.380 the word out on it and i tell people look this election in november is not so much democrat versus
00:22:14.480 republican what it's really coming down to is crazy versus normal and i expect that people who are
00:22:19.720 republicans independents and as i say all those democrats to the right of Karl Marx are going to
00:22:25.180 come over and vote for sanity and vote to take things back to normal
00:22:27.980 john talk about are they engaging with your campaign at all because we're seeing throughout the
00:22:34.640 country where they don't actually want to stand on a stage or they don't want to engage in anywhere
00:22:38.540 are they prepared to do actual debates with you or they still want to do these funky town halls or
00:22:43.360 what the cute games are trying to play in arizona but what is because people are dying to see you
00:22:47.940 mano a mano with your opponent absolutely not she is not going to debate they turned on our two debates
00:22:54.620 we had two scheduled we were simply waiting on her confirmation we had everything ready to go and she
00:22:59.460 turned down both they do not want to debate she's trying to say that we didn't want to which is
00:23:04.160 totally false we have the receipts um so yeah she turned down two debates they do not want to be
00:23:09.320 on stage with me all we're going to do is be very simple point out what she believes point out what
00:23:14.680 she said she believes that will destroy her entire facade she's trying to portray of being a moderate
00:23:19.360 and show that she's really a far leftist they don't want that no they're going to get dismantled
00:23:23.740 on stage so she turned down both of our debate offers i would love to do it we're going to keep
00:23:27.880 hounding them we're going to keep trying to get them to come on and do it they will probably say no but
00:23:31.600 um i would love the chance to go on stage with her but she has rejected it uh both debates that
00:23:35.700 we had scheduled uh john how do people get to the campaign to find out more about you how do they
00:23:42.820 follow in social media and are they so interested in volunteering or actually contributing where they
00:23:46.520 go votejohngibbs.com we're up against the democrat big money machine they're raising a lot they're
00:23:52.960 literally the d triple c is having a fundraiser in paris and geneva switzerland that's right they're
00:23:58.200 having fundraisers in france and switzerland uh that's what they're all about uh so anything you
00:24:02.780 can do to contribute votejohngibbs.com votejohngibbs.com 10 25 50 whatever you can do um it'll be a great
00:24:10.100 help to us in uh going up against this globalist it costs a lot of money to stay on tv and to run
00:24:14.340 everything so we greatly appreciate that you can also sign up for our prayer list and if you're local
00:24:18.600 you can sign up to knock doors for us so votejohngibbs.com that's how we're going to defeat these uh
00:24:23.260 folks we're up against who are uh simply extreme at every single issue votejohngibbs.com
00:24:28.440 i know we're going to force it one day again on stage review and that's when it's all over this
00:24:34.080 this is a tight race and a tough race out in uh western michigan john gibbs thank you very much
00:24:38.600 for joining us as mega thanks for having me on steve i'll tell you incredible incredible individual
00:24:44.500 let's go to pete hernandez we're gonna go to california uh pete has your opponent agreed to
00:24:50.500 debate you sir has she agreed to get on the stage with you and take you on mano a mano
00:24:54.480 funny you mentioned it steve uh just saw her at a local event in hollister california farm bureau
00:25:01.440 candidate meet and greet i went right up to her right when i walked in i was a little late because
00:25:06.000 i was campaigning all day i was in three other cities that was my fourth city and when i showed
00:25:10.820 up i i introduced myself and and uh basically said uh miss miss lofgren i know you received my letter
00:25:17.840 asking for a debate would you be uh willing to have that debate can we make that commitment today
00:25:23.020 and she she basically bolted right into the bathroom it was kind of funny uh when she came
00:25:28.940 back out i asked her a second hold on hold on hold on hold on hang on hang on hang on you're
00:25:32.840 breaking news here don't tell me she did the katie how she pulled a katie hobbs and ran ahead in the
00:25:37.420 bathroom don't tell me that she she did she bolted into the bathroom uh i don't know if i startled her
00:25:44.260 i don't know what happened but somehow she just went straight to the bathroom and i was patient
00:25:48.660 she came back out i asked her again she said oh yeah there's a we just have to schedule right it's
00:25:53.680 just a scheduling thing and i said understood so i my my campaign manager my staff has been reaching
00:26:00.300 out and uh and fast forward actually we just had a candidate forum which her own campaign manager
00:26:06.060 considers supposedly a debate but nonetheless i went right at her and basically addressed the issues
00:26:11.540 that my district is feeling and i i iterated that really clearfully at the end of the day
00:26:16.380 she showed up she answered questions and she left i i was the guy that i was one of the first ones
00:26:22.480 there shook a bunch of hands it didn't matter if you're a democrat or republican i want to introduce
00:26:27.180 myself i want to let you know that i wanted to earn your vote and after the end of the event i was the
00:26:31.540 last one to leave as soon as she answered her questions she left she didn't give a chance even to
00:26:36.420 engage the public and the voters that were there to interested to hear if she was ready to address
00:26:40.940 these issues pete hang on for one second take a short commercial break we got a blockbuster story

00:30:01.500 country is that these democrats won't stand on stage and debate the mega republicans and here's
00:30:05.600 the reason they know that they've embraced the biden radical agenda and they're going to get blown
00:30:10.320 off the stage you're going to lose even more than losing and we're winning everywhere uh some of these
00:30:14.960 young uh candidates on the rise are just incredible pete hernandez pete you wrote an incredible piece we
00:30:19.320 have up in war room about crime walk me through give me a couple of minutes on that
00:30:23.600 i like the travesty of the left it's it's implementing these decriminalization laws
00:30:31.880 the defund the police movements right that's basically increased crime you know you have a
00:30:37.540 one every nine minutes is a crime in santa clara county which is part of my district and then you
00:30:42.600 end you end up having obviously this even under covid right where they released prisoners uh and
00:30:48.120 ultimately it was supposedly to address code but in reality all it did was try to make it permanent
00:30:53.800 to where they're just trying to empty out the prisons and uh you know between smashing grabs no
00:30:58.800 cash bail all the all the things that are damaging our communities because there's no accountability
00:31:03.460 right and and to be clear these are rules for us but not for the elite not for those that are in office
00:31:10.140 right my uh uh my my opponent zoe has actually has uh officers basically standing guard around her
00:31:17.320 home she has a nice big house with walls and uh big gates right she has all the security in the world
00:31:23.180 while we while our community is suffering so those are the things that make me passionate to fight for
00:31:28.180 uh for the average everyday america because do you think do you think when she saw you and ran in the
00:31:33.220 bathroom and not debating you number one do you think she's showing disrespect to the hispanic
00:31:38.360 community do you think if you were white this would be different if she doesn't consider you
00:31:42.660 like a real candidate or you're not a real serious opponent because you're hispanic male
00:31:47.920 i don't think she takes the latino community serious yeah i i do believe there's kind of this
00:31:54.200 sentiment that somehow uh the minority population she assumes to represent when she goes to washington
00:32:00.420 but all she's doing is dividing us with her crazy policies that are you know like i said the
00:32:05.080 defund the police sentiment the open borders policies everything that joe biden right she's
00:32:09.880 he literally voted 100 for his policies with it been a disaster for the safety of our public
00:32:15.960 i want uh by the way tomorrow she's going to be i guess she'll be zoomed in or something for this
00:32:23.700 hearing that nobody wants they the cable don't even want to pick it up at one o'clock the j6
00:32:27.660 of which she's one of the big mouthpieces for uh how did they get to how does everybody get to
00:32:31.960 your campaign final because you've made this competitive through just sheer force of
00:32:36.240 personality and getting out there in the community where how do people track you pete
00:32:39.900 so they can go to hernandezforcongress.com uh hernandezforcongress.com uh just to kind of
00:32:46.600 point out really quick steve we have on october 22nd i'm in a big event both values advocacy council
00:32:53.740 is doing at calvary chapel it's an all-american latino event we have big names from lexit anthony
00:32:59.740 cabaza who's a who's a el american uh reporter and a lot of latinos in the community they're
00:33:05.780 basically really interested we're going to be talking about the issues the very things that
00:33:09.140 matter to our constituency so hernandezforcongress.com we need money we need resources we're
00:33:15.540 grassroots we we're talking to every single voter and with your uh with the war posse we could
00:33:21.000 totally use their help yeah and i want to get make sure to tell my staff and the guys in memphis i want
00:33:27.360 to get that up and we'll put it out on all our social media and up on our site the 27th of october
00:33:32.500 looking forward to that 22nd of october 22nd 22nd let me get there 22 october thanks brother
00:33:40.840 all right thank you okay we've had adam and thanks brother we've had adam and ruski on
00:33:46.780 and ruski on many times from open the books i gotta tell you adam i don't think i've read anything that
00:33:53.060 made me madder and there are many things that you have put up on open the books to show where
00:33:57.480 people's tax dollars go that make me mad but this infuriated me and i think it'll infuriate people
00:34:03.520 to know where their tax dollars are going walk us through this latest investigative report that you've
00:34:09.760 done sir so the pentagon has k-12 schools where they educate up to 60 000 children of our service men
00:34:18.040 and women you know people signed up to defend this country they have families the kids go into these
00:34:23.100 schools and and look there's a three billion dollar budget taxpayer funded that backstops these schools
00:34:29.200 so it's very expensive in terms of their education they in uh last december for the first time these k
00:34:36.260 through 12 schools hired a diversity equity and inclusion officer and she's been fast-tracked she spent
00:34:43.300 two months as a de dei specialist they put her in as chief with tremendous responsibility steve across
00:34:50.320 the entire continuum here's how it was described she's got input now into the curriculum to the
00:34:55.560 assessment of students to the hiring of educators teachers and administrators and also their professional
00:35:01.400 development so this is somebody that was hand-picked we found in our investigation that she promotes
00:35:07.220 radical ideologies and she just may have crossed the line she certainly blurred all the lines
00:35:12.800 between her government position and multiple private entrepreneurial for-profit opportunities
00:35:19.760 what what do you mean by that talk about across the line to talk about these opportunities
00:35:26.980 so in may of 2021 this is four months before she comes that becomes the dei specialist and six months
00:35:35.080 before she's promoted into this powerful position as the dei chief so she addresses a pentagon k-12
00:35:42.780 education conference this is a taxpayer funded platform she puts up a slide she's the author
00:35:50.760 of books three of the books are on her slide her personal website where she promotes her for-profit
00:35:58.000 consultancy business in education where she where she charges schools up to a thousand dollars per session
00:36:05.120 she puts up her private twitter handle okay so right there unless she had prior permission to do that
00:36:12.260 and that would be in what looks to be an exception to the pentagon's rule that would cross the line
00:36:19.160 we want that investigated she's already on under investigation for her tweets that fox news found
00:36:25.740 disparaged white people the dod put her on under investigation for those tweets our 3 000 word
00:36:33.020 investigation published on our open the book sub stack account goes a lot deeper it glows goes into all
00:36:39.240 all of the blurring of the lines between what she's advocated and what she uh and how she makes money
00:36:46.840 with her private businesses outside of her full-time executive position at the department of defense
00:36:55.160 talk to me about one of the shocking things in your piece and we can get the piece up on the screen
00:37:03.300 it's the talk to me about the titles of the books walk me through because we have another situation
00:37:08.600 another investigation from the great guys over uh at the national file frankie stokes is going to join
00:37:15.600 us here in a second about these books talk to us about she's author let's talk about her books
00:37:20.340 so 45 copies of her books are actually in the department of defense education activities agency that's the
00:37:28.860 the sub agency that handles the k-12 education 45 copies of her books are in 11 school libraries
00:37:35.580 and this is interesting because many of these books have only been written in the in the last eight
00:37:40.380 months okay so the there are books on what is black lives matter what is white privilege and on the
00:37:47.360 cover of the book it has a white hand way above the hands of black and brown hands and then what is
00:37:53.240 defund the police and i looked at the defund of the police book as we did the other books
00:37:57.740 and it also has abolishing the police as an option and you might think this is radical and crazy and
00:38:03.980 certainly to teach the children of our military service members that you know that abolishing the
00:38:10.200 police locally is an option but this is actually being run by the mayor of austin texas the capital
00:38:17.200 city of texas who has floated that idea and hopes in the future that they abolish the police
00:38:22.820 what is for our audience diversity equity and inclusion for some of our audience that maybe
00:38:31.480 doesn't follow this as closely is that what is it diversity why do you even need a diversity equity
00:38:36.680 and inclusion particularly over at dod which is the department of defense in the military was always the
00:38:42.860 the first desegregated it has always been the most even-handed what is dei and what what does it stand
00:38:49.100 for so so it's diverse diversity equity and inclusion and the best way to think about this
00:38:55.600 it's the opposite of what martin luther king advocated so he advocated to judge people on the content of
00:39:01.380 their character not the color of your skin a dei coordinator put skin color first i they also use
00:39:08.180 terms and this is very important to define for the audience for instance she says she's an anti-racist
00:39:14.260 we're all anti-racist we don't believe in racism we're against racism 100 it's a 99.9 issue across
00:39:22.420 the country but then this is how she defines anti-racism it means uprooting it means uprooting
00:39:30.980 dismantling the current education environment and replacing it and creating it with something brand
00:39:39.360 new and and she is in charge of course of professional development of the teachers and
00:39:45.200 the administrators and she says they in her counseling session she tells them that they haven't
00:39:51.680 they have to make a decision on whether or not they're going to support the quote-unquote her words
00:39:57.520 white dominated education environment so she wants to rip down education in the k-12 military schools
00:40:05.760 as it is today and replace it and replace it along the lines of the ideologies and radical ideologies that she promotes
00:40:17.360 talk to us is this one of the reasons i think that uh that um that army just missed the recruiting by 25
00:40:24.320 percent because you go in and you have your kids educated on these bases and the next thing you know you had these radicals
00:40:31.760 that are all about you know um making kids feel terrible about themselves uh stuff they did no fault
00:40:40.400 of their own really turning into ideology versus teaching kids what service member why why would you
00:40:47.360 do this why would you go why would you bring your family into this so is this one of the reasons that
00:40:53.360 you believe that uh that just not morale esprit de corps but also recruiting is is through the floor and
00:41:00.160 they blame it on video games and obesity there's got to be something deeper than that to miss by that
00:41:05.120 big a number adam yeah you you bring up a great point steve look in the military k-12 schools it's
00:41:12.080 top down amongst the reggie amongst the rest of the education establishment across the country in k-12
00:41:18.960 schools there's federal money and it comes with strings certainly there's state money it comes with
00:41:23.120 strings but there's a semblance of local control you elect a local school board to make decisions
00:41:28.720 not so in the military's k-12 public schools it's a top-down institution and that's why this dei chief
00:41:36.960 this kalisha wing that the new position that they created just for her is so important she's always
00:41:44.240 been transparent about her beliefs her principles and her values and she was picked specifically by the
00:41:50.160 director thomas brady of dodea the department of defense education activities sub agency of the dod
00:41:57.680 to to uh in this powerful position to pick the curriculum to do the assessments of the children
00:42:06.080 yeah and then to be involved in the hiring of teachers and administrators principals and
00:42:12.640 this regional superintendents and their professional development this is that's why this is so troubling
00:42:18.320 this this is an obscenity and we're going to make her famous okay we're going to make her famous real
00:42:23.520 quickly adam how do people you do great work over there how do they find out the site to get these
00:42:28.320 reports and how they follow you on social media so if you could put up the uh link to our open the
00:42:34.000 book sub stack piece on kalisha wing and and this agency uh steve make no mistake she is under review
00:42:43.120 but she is a product of the system she's never misrepresented herself she's always been forthright in her
00:42:49.440 beliefs and now she's being aggressively fast-tracked and promoted
00:42:58.160 adam thank you very much we're going to stay on this story because it's so important to our
00:43:01.440 servicemen and women we're going to make sure that we set things right as we say thank you thank you
00:43:08.640 national national files frankie stocks we've had him on before he's been doing some amazing
00:43:12.560 investigative reporting also and tatis a activist frankie uh this one is quite disturbing tell us i
00:43:20.400 want to tell the audience beforehand it's disturbing because of the the material you're going to talk
00:43:25.600 about walk us through what this story is then i'll bring in and hey steve thanks for having me on
00:43:32.160 so in uh in chesterfield county virginia a five-year-old uh young girl a kindergarten student
00:43:37.760 was sent home from school with a with a copy of the book i'm not a girl the book is is written uh
00:43:44.240 by a by a transgender teenager who who went through this hideous procedure at an extremely young age
00:43:51.920 and it revolves around a young girl deciding that she's no longer a girl the uh the cover image is a
00:43:58.000 little girl staring longingly into a barber shop as a little boy gets his hair cut at uh at another
00:44:04.320 point in the story the little girl herself is in the barber shop uh getting a boy's haircut the book
00:44:09.920 was marketed directly to kids through a through a display at the library and it's completely uh
00:44:16.400 unrestricted by age no parental consent no nothing um and this is this is understandably this has
00:44:22.640 outraged the community and outraged the parents national files spoke directly with the father who who
00:44:28.800 told us that uh the response from the school was basically if you don't want your your five-year-old
00:44:34.080 learning about uh the transgender movement then you need to write a letter to the school expressly
00:44:39.440 barring your child from checking out each individual book that you do not want want her to read uh they
00:44:46.000 completely put the burden on the parents dodged all accountability or hang on hang hang on you're
00:44:52.320 telling me the chesterfield school system which is i'm from richmond is one of the most renowned
00:44:57.280 school systems not just in the commonwealth but in the country you're telling me a five-year-old brings
00:45:02.000 this book home their parents are obviously shocked as any parent would be and the response they
00:45:06.800 get is you got to come and send a letter on each specific book that your child's not supposed to take
00:45:12.080 out or they're just they're going to be able to to look at all this literature was that the response
00:45:16.320 from the school system yes sir yes it was and you know this is uh as as kind of as the eyes of the
00:45:23.520 nation we're on loudon county chesterfield has been has been operating under the same principles they've
00:45:31.040 been promoting hyper-sexualized material pro-trans material to very small kids right through their
00:45:37.600 school libraries and this is something the national file is is digging into and this is something that
00:45:43.120 something that we're consulting with with local parents on because this is this is an issue that's
00:45:46.960 got to get out to the public frankie hangar for a second let me bring in and tatis and uh how you
00:45:54.800 know the parental rights movement when you think about it with governor yunkin's campaign and maga
00:45:59.200 coming up and i mean we had dozens of parents from northern virginia to down in hampton around fort
00:46:05.680 eustis i don't know if we ever get any from central virginia but this was the top of this was top of mind
00:46:11.520 this is why essentially yunkin won the governorship how could this possibly going on and how could the
00:46:17.440 schools be so arrogant about the rights of parents and about the really the pornography that their
00:46:23.680 children are seeing well i can tell you i was central virginia you know keystone acres was my first
00:46:30.800 governor yunkin rally and i was part of the getting the seven districts so i was a little part of it and i
00:46:37.360 had heard buzzings about what he had done before and i you know i could walk up to him right now and
00:46:42.800 say glenn we need to talk because what's going on i can tell you and i know it is by far um scarier um
00:46:57.520 and our transgender policy is radical than any other adopted point blank without question on all
00:47:07.280 august 10th 2021 and we appreciate uh the attention that national file has given us because we've been
00:47:13.440 back here waving our arms for probably over a year now that this is on and there's so much focus on
00:47:19.520 fairfax and loudon that nobody else i mean the whole state is going through this it's not just two counties
00:47:24.800 and people need to know that but but but but but but hang on for a second this is my point glenn
00:47:33.200 youngkin rattled the entire nation and quite frankly glenn's out in governor youngkin's out
00:47:37.920 and campaigning for carrie lake and tutor dixon there's all kind of rumors and talk of that he's
00:47:42.800 thinking about running for president in 2024 this was why he was elected i what's blowing people's
00:47:48.320 heads up when i read frankie's piece i thought this was all put to bed how could you be sitting
00:47:53.840 there and telling us that the state school system is on fire with this radical transgender ideology
00:47:59.760 how's that working he's lying like um so i'm loud on social media and i get a lot of attention and
00:48:08.800 it's because i don't play political parties i play for the children this could have been solved when he
00:48:16.480 went into office i tell people he ran on the back of a transgender rape victim into office if i was a
